This is our second Bath Fitter installation. The ordering process was thorough and easy. Our installation was completed on the scheduled date, and the technician did an outstanding job completing the work. The new bath updated the look of our home and made our bathroom more attractive.

We love our new shower. Looks great, easy to get in and out. Easy to cleans and looks clean and shiny all the time. Amir was the worker who transformed our bathtub to a walk in shower. Great sales and execution. The product was great too. However, it would have earned 5 full stars if only they had made the shower area a little wider. The current installation is just a bit too narrow.

Installers were very kind. Very clean. Pricing was about same as other company's. But had a issue and it was never solved.

Not sure if this is the number you wanted. Very happy with my walk in shower, much easier than the tub. Wish I had know about government grants before paying. This is something you might look into to help senior customers. Your representative was most knowledgeable about your product & there was no pressure.

I was very happy with almost every aspect of the installation experience except that the seat installed will not stay in the upright position. The installer mentioned that this was a problem he had been seeing with the benches recently.

The workmanship was excellent and the men cleaned up and removed all junk material. My only problem with the project was the price was excessive in my opinion. The work was completed in a day, by one man for 6 hours and a second man for 2 hours. The price was approximately 16000. I agreed to the deal, but in hindsight, I do not believe the price was fair. Labor and materials could not been excessive and I think the job could have been done for less, and a profit made. I would recommend them, but price should be better explained.

I have been in contact with the local office. There is a noise in the plumbing that was not there before. A plumber came to the house and heard the noise and tried a few things to correct. He said to let him know if the noise continued. He was contacted and said he was going to ask his supervisor. It has been 2 weeks and no response.

Came on time. All work done in one day. A one piece shower was put in. Our tub was removed. It is ready to clean. It was not much more than DYI centers cost for a shower that comes in pieces. Handrails installed. Very sturdy! I couldn't be happier.

Great job by the team. Only issue was the wrong curtain rod. I never give 5 stars. I also sent feedback on the type of RTV used as sealant. It outgasses vinegar and other chemicals that make you dizzy. I have extensive knowledge of this. My company transitioned to marine grade RTV (DOW 3145), that does not outgas years ago. I emailed this info to your company.

We had our tub removed and had a walk-in shower installed. Ronan and his helpers Jack and Julian did an amazing job! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They worked nonstop both days. Very capable and efficient team removed old tub and installed a complete shower system in one day. Friendly and considerate personnel completely cleaned up all debris from the installation. A follow up call due to a loose water valve handle was completed efficiently within the week. These are the reasons that Bath Fitter has excellent reviews.

This was a waste of time. Not only did they lie about when I would get an install, but they also canceled the day before, claiming a contractor emergency. What does that mean? They don't have anyone else working. Please do not use these people. I had to rearrange my work schedule and schedule with other contractors. They also said it takes 3-4 weeks for materials to arrive and get installed. The salesman didn't tell me that. He said a couple of days. ALL LIES!!!

They showed up early. Did what they said they were gonna do. Cleaned up and they were done and gone by 3:00pm. We did a bath to shower conversion with a seat, 2 safety bars and 2 shelves. My wife and I are very happy.

Years ago we had a shower put in by Bath Fitter. It was excellent. Worked for years. We told everyone about them. This time the product is as good as before but the installation was not as good. The the doors are loose and don't tract well and don't line up with the sealing gaskets of the sealing ends. Therefore water can escape from the closure. Not sure what the problem is but the unit's not as in previous installations.
We have reached out to the local Bath Fitter team and asked them to connect with you to review the concerns you've raised regarding the shower doors and water containment.

I replaced an old unit (tub and bath) at my house ** other than caulking being replaced the unit was great. It was replaced by just a shower unit. This was done in May of 2026. Starting in the middle of July 2026, we noticed it was leaking through the area under where the flooring is. We reached out to the Bath Fitter unit that did the install and they first sent a plumber who stated that the leak was due to water coming out of the shower and getting under the flooring of the shower, which was ridiculous since if that was the reason that meant the install was wrong right then, next they sent a Bath Fitter service person who re-caulked around the side of the tube that faced out. That had no effect as the leak is still occurring. Bottom line is you can run water and it doesn’t leak but once someone is taking a shower it leaks.
This leak is close to our hot water heater and furnace in the basement which is disturbing. All of this was reported to the manager of the Bath Fitter unit who had a employee call me stating they are not at fault and it must have something to do with the toilet. That was a total preposterous conclusion to come to as the toilet is not close to or hooked up to the drain from the shower. At this point they are not going to make good on the faulty install. Do not use this Bathfitter as the lady ** who is the Manager will not stand behind their error. Once things go wrong with their installs they have a system set up to process denials and not stand behind their work. They are located in Colonie NY -1033 Watervliet Shaker Road-Telephone # 518 862 9901.

I had an excellent experience. Salesman,John **, installers Patrick ** and Jeff ** were excellent. Very friendly and kept everything cleaned and protected. Kept me informed and check to make sure I was happy with the job before they left. This was the second time in this house they did an install. I have had Bather Fitter do a total of six bathrooms over the years.

I am very pleased with my Bathfitter installation and completion on July 16, 2026. The technician Brian was excellent and thorough but dealing with Laura D at the Albany office was absolutely miserable and detracted from this experience. Her phone manners were cold and machine like. I would've gotten more sensitivity from AI. She actually DOES the scheduling and lied about when the technician would be arriving for my appointment which was more than five hours later than she quoted. She KNEW in advance his route and still quoted the incorrect arrival window. Why? I've dealt with her several times and each time shaking my head over her behavior. Definitely not an asset to Bathfitter.

We just had a new shower installed by Bath Fitters of South Burlington. This is the second shower that we had them install. Both jobs were fantastic and to only have the shower out of commission for one day is very helpful. The team, Jesse and Doug, were extremely professional. It was wonderful having all the old shower pieces taken away. The site was cleaned up great. I would highly recommend using Bath Fitter.

We was miled by salesman Cameron **. He lead us to believe we were getting. A four inch shower base. My old shower base was 9 1/2 inches. So the one we got is a 7 inch.Plus a inch door seal. Total all together 8 inches. I would of been better off to kept the old one. Spent thousands of dollars on a new shower. Everyone if you buy from Bath Fitters, make sure you read it. With a fine tooth comb. You sign the contract. The company will not make anything right. The installer Dalton was the best. He done a excellent job. Not his fault!!

I've had Bath Fitter install two bathroom units in my house, one a full size tub and shower and the other a shower. Both turned out to be fair, better than I had expected, and at 73 years of age, I can be a wee bit of a nitpicker. Totally satisfied with both installations. The shower unit upstairs is beyond perfection.

I am ecstatic with the way my shower remodel went. I looks great and functions so much better than the 30+ year old one we had. My husband replaced our shower/tub combination with a walk-in shower when my 82-year-old grandmother moved in with us. It had outlived its usefulness and looked terrible. I am so happy with the work Bath Fitter and James did. The shower looks amazing and James went above and beyond to do it just the way I wanted it.

I love my new shower, however, it took some time to be fully completed. The order was placed on February 12, 2026. The shower compartment was installed on April 22, 2026. I then waited until April 30 for the glass to be measured, and until May 29 for it to be installed. At that point, I had to wait 6 days until the glue was cured before I could use it. There were two other issues that needed to be dealt with. First, one of the shower compartment corners was initially left rough and could have caused an injury. That was finally repaired so it was safe, on June 23, after an appointment was made, then cancelled, to fix it the week before. Second, about ten days after the glass was installed, the door could not be opened out, only in. The technician came on June 16 and quickly identified and repaired the problem.
Having said that, I was pleased with the responses to my concerns about problems, the professionalism and respectfulness of the technicians, and the overall appearance and efficiency of my new shower. To others considering the installation of a walk-in shower, I would suggest that they have other options for showering during the installation process. As you can see, I was about six weeks without a fully functioning shower. I would recommend Bath Fitter to others planning to install a walk-in shower. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process was friendly, helpful, and respectful.

I've done this once already. The workmanship is OUTSTANDING. No complaint there. The two installers were courteous, efficient and conscientious. But, there was a mixup somewhere. First off they went to the wrong address. An old address that we left years ago. The salesman came to the right place but somehow the new address didn't get passed on. Then somewhere between the sale and the install, some dimensions didn't get transferred. This meant having to stop on day one and return on day two with the properly sized wall panel. This caused problems on our end. Again, good people, good workmanship, not so good internal communication.
