We had a tub to shower conversion today Dec 11 2023. Our installer was Matt. He arrived on time and took all the precautions to make sure our house would remain clean and protected. He was super friendly and went over all the details of our project before he started to make sure everything was correct. He did a wonderful job on the shower and made periodic checks with us to make sure everything was to our liking. When done, he cleaned up and went over everything we needed to do do to protect the shower in the next 24 hours and how to safely clean our shower in the future. Can’t tell you how happy we are with the product but also with Matt. He was just great.

Matt was professional personable, pleasant and neat!!! He did an amazing job in a timely manner!!! Bless Matt single-handedly took care of the business! Thank you Matt M. I couldn't have been more pleased!

My parents had a shower installed by Bath Fitter and it has not been great at all. The installation took way longer than it should have and when it was finally done Allison promised my parents that she would come and redo the caulking for them 5 for free. Yup, you guessed it, when my mom called she was told it would cost 400$. Nice right, they did not have the decency to keep their word. Now in 2020 the base of the shower had cracks and they came and replaced the bottom no charge, it is after all under warranty, inconvenienced 2 elderly people who can't get in and out of the bath tub to easily. In 2023 the shower now has 5 cracks in the base and again my parents have to maneuver in and out of the tub very carefully. Now they are telling them that there will be a charge of 400$ for the repairs. Unbelievable!!!!

The installation and later re-sealing went very well. The installers and later the repairman were prompt and professional. Everyone cleaned up the debris from the installation and worked together. When I needed to call for them to check a leak, a repairman was sent in a timely manner. It has been a very good experience and would not hesitate to refer Bath Fitter to others.

We wanted a speedy renovation to our basement suite, and the decision we made to have Bath Fitter update the tired and outdated bathtub and surrounding tiles was an excellent one. In just 6 hours the bath area was transformed, looking fresh and contemporary, without all the mess and time associated with tearing structures out and rebuilding. We are very pleased with the results and the technician who came to do the installation.

We are very pleased with the conversion of our tub to shower project. The job was done on the specific date set. (No delays at all). The installer put carpet protection down as the first step of installation. The installer kept to the task and completed the job all in one day.

I'm very happy with the end product. My bathroom is so much brighter, cleaner, and modern looking now with a bath tub that is finally leak proof. Your staff was wonderful to work with. They were able to accommodate the restrictions of my condo building. I am very happy overall.

After 3 experiences with Bath Fitter, they were very much what we expected from them. They arrived on time and worked quickly and quietly. The installers were polite, accommodating, they kept us informed of the progress they were making. The finished product was clean and inviting. We loved how the finished product looked and have ENJOYED our walk-in shower ever since its installation.

Replaced my tub with a walk in shower. I live in a in a condo in Century Village on the 2nd floor, so some contractors would not do this. Bath Fitter was great. They handled all the permits and inspections. They started on Monday and were completely finished on Friday. They were 100% professional, great communication, amazing. I’m very happy and would use them again.

First I have to say I have problems with walking and raising my legs, thus the reason for the three inch shower pan. Because of the lower pans height there is lots of water on the floor every time I shower. There must a system to prevent this. I can think of two. Also the pan floor is very slippery. I've put in place anti slip strips but have to place more. The people I've dealt with have been very helpful especially the plumber.

Bath Fitter remodeled my shower as a handicap walk-in on one day and my main bath tub replaced & remodeled on another day. Safety handles and bars, new faucets and shower heads were all placed correctly and in the right positions. Both jobs were done in a very professional manner and I am very happy with the results.

Bath Fitter personnel were very helpful and courteous. They drove 75 miles out to our house to measure out everything that they needed to. They answered all my questions accurately and provided suggestions. Their estimate was correct. They had a quick and reliable connection with the plumbers that they subcontracted. We were informed every step of the way from parts ordering and receiving, to post installation clean up. They were accountable for everything. If we ever need more work of this type, we will call Bath Fitter.

Our bathroom was 30 years old, and became in need of a Reno. We decided to take the bathtub out and have a shower installed. We were very impressed with the idea to have all the work done in one day! And are very happy with the work, it is a beautiful shower, and we love the glass doors. We can highly recommend this company, and a lifetime warranty is also peace of mind.

Hello and thanks for your interest in my opinion. We had a great experience with all staff who we communicated with from salesperson to our installers, and phone/customer service representatives. The plumber and installer worked so hard over 10 hours to get our bathroom completed. We did call back for someone to return and seal some parts of the work that we thought needed attention. We have someone come right away or within 72 hours. We love our new look.

We moved into home with 2 bathrooms but the 1 with the shower didn't work for us. My husband had a stroke and can't lift his leg too high. We decided to remove bathtub and add walk in shower. After contacting several contractors decided Bath Fitter was the best option. We made the right decision and are happy with our new shower. A+

This was our second replacement in the house. We previously had the shower/tub replaced last year. This shower replacement was done professionally and with the same care as the first one. The work is outstanding and the new shower is a great replacement for the 28-year old previous one. There is more room in the shower and the corner shelving makes the shower looked very organized. We are very happy with the work provided and the quality of the product.

We are excited with the new bathtub he put over our existing tub. Very easy to clean. Very professionally done and only took him one day. He removed all the old tiles and put in new seamless wall. When he finished, you could NOT tell anyone had been here. I would highly recommend Bryan ** to anyone looking for a complete tub cover. GREAT JOB.

We are very pleased with everything about our experience with Bath Fitter, from the salesman visit, the front office communication, to the completion. The quality of the product is outstanding. I choose to have the bathtub and walls fitted and I'm very happy with the installation and final results. Joey ** was friendly and professional, he provided me with the essential information regarding the product, installation process, and a quote for the complete project, which was acceptable to me. Matthew, the installer, did a great job fitting the tub liner, walls, handrails, shelves, and the shower curtain rod. He asked and confirmed with me where I wanted the shelves and handrails installed, which was a perfect fit for me. At the end of the job the area was cleaned and looking great. I had installed a Bath Fitter shower a few years back. Recently needed to fix a bad valve in the pipe behind the walls. Bath fitter came and removed their wall, fixed the pipe behind it and reinstalled all, including a new shower handle. The process took less than 2 hours. It was great.

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. Bill and Ray were on time, and always cleaned up after themselves. Everything turned out exactly as proposed and as I expected. I’d recommend Bath Fitter to anyone. The project was completed in a day and an half. And I already have!

We became interested in this company when my parents did a similar conversion from a full bath to a shower stall. The salesperson did an excellent job explaining our options, and then the installers arrived. The work was completed quickly and neatly. Everyone who came to the house was even kind to my dog, who was very anxious at having people over; they went above and beyond to make sure every member of the household felt comfortable with them.

I would recommend anyone that wants to remodel or update their bath to give Bath Fitter a call. They are excellent in what they do. A man named Kevin came and did ours and had it done in one day. They take pride in what they do and very well should cause they are amazing. The price is great too. Christmas is just around the corner and if you're looking for a GREAT, AMAZING gift for your wife guys one that she can enjoy for years to come then give Bath Fitter a call. Everything was done very nice in a timely manner. I loved how the project turned out. My only issue was that it took 3 installer visits to get the shower doors to close properly. All in all I'm very happy with the shower enclosure. Also the receptionist was very courteous and helpful every time I called.

The total cost of getting our shower replaced was more than what we had anticipated. However, it was worth every penny! The quality is amazing; you can't beat the lifetime guarantee; and the customer service is superior! We had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed, but getting in touch with customer service was never an issue and they were dedicated to getting it right.

Tub to shower done and it's beautiful. From my initial call to Bath Fitter Grimsby, to the salesman and specially the installers Cole and Jack who were hard workers, neat, efficient and went that extra step for me. They weren't working under the best conditions as I recover from a broken leg but they made sure I knew what was happening and showed me photos. Highly recommend Bath Fitter Grimsby. I would say that Bob B. Was very friendly and informative although I still say that your add on fixtures are priced way too high… $125 for a soap holder, that few people use anymore. Though I can’t remember his name anymore, the installer said he came from Cuba and he was really good at what he did and he was quiet as he went about his work and cleaned up after himself… I would recommend Bath Fitter to my friends.

I am thoroughly pleased with both your Representative re purchase and the Installer. Both men were very helpful and covered all I may need as I am handicapped and made suggestions I had not thought of. I feel safe now and the shower looks very smart with its clean lines and safety bars, I wouldn't change a thing. Your Installer left my home as clean as when he entered, there was nothing left behind for me to deal with.

Stacy was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. The men for the three day installation were very professional. They did return for minor touch ups. One minor fault is that you need to improve is Costco size shampoos do not fit on shelves. I still need to call for the repair of the wall that was damaged.

Very professional. Very clean. It was hard to believe how my ugly bath turn to beautiful Swan. Wonderful! A little pricy but it's for Lifetime. Very happy I did it! I met with the Bill. He measured. In a month, one guy came and put it all together in one day.

Carlo was the sales rep and he was excellent. He came to my place 3 times and answered all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had an old tub taken out and a new stand-up shower with surround, glass doors and hardware/plumbing installed. The whole process took 1 and a half working days. The installer was also excellent. He did not make a mess in the rest of my place and was careful to dispose of all waste and my old fixtures. The bathroom is now very modern and functional. Bath Fitter provides an excellent product and I'm very happy with my decision to work with them.

The Bath Fitter team did a superb job converting our tub to a walk-in shower. From the initial interview, deciding on the design, to installation; every member of the team was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and skilled. Tom came to our house to lower the shower chair for my husband. My husband had instructed the previous tech where to place it (he has long legs but can’t bend his right leg well) and it was his fault it was set too high. Bath Fitter came out to move it lower and Tom, the Tech, was great! Very professional and knowledgeable; just like our previous Tech, Chris, who was also wonderful!

Salesman never followed up on the techs' work. Guest bathroom was cut uneven with jagged edges and filled in with caulking and had to clean up after them because remnants of plastic left behind. The salesman said they would line the floors so not to track in dirt and debris. For the money we spent, we should have called Jacuzzi first for estimates.

I was 100% pleased with the result of changing my bath to a shower. The quality was excellent and Jeremy did a great job doing this all in one day. The installation went without a hitch. Jeremy arrived on time and did an amazing job of removing the bathtub by himself.

Very pleased with Marty the salesman and Matt the installer. They were both very well versed in the product and installation. I would not have any problem recommending Bath Fitter to anyone that is interested, in fact I already have.

Matt did a beautiful job. Came on time and cleaned up when job was completed. The bathroom is very easy to keep clean and I got the curved shower rod so it is very roomy compared to the straight rod I had previously. It was a little pricier than I thought it would be but I am very pleased with the end result. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

I first had Bath Fitter Install a new tub and shower walls. A few years later, I had them do a total tub-to-shower conversion Complete with ADA-compliant grab bars. Recently I had them add an additional corner shelf unit. Each time the installers worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up beautifully after each installation. I recommend.

Best service ever. Whole process took two days. The first day and gentleman showed up at 8 o’clock, removed my tub, prep the walls. Day two another gentleman came at 8 o’clock in the morning, installed everything, no mess, out the door by four. Beautiful job Bath Fitter. I would recommend Bath Fitter for their quality service.

Your answering machine says every call should make you smile. 3 times I have called your Waterloo office with a concern re my recent install. 3 times I have called, each time my experience with the call taker has resulted in a argumentative response to my issue. My last call was because of water pooling at the drain. She questioned me re my concern, I told her either I had a leak or my roof was leaking. Her attitude dealing with customers is not pleasant, and because of her attitude, I wouldn't recommend your bath tub company to anyone, yet I love the tub, actually it's my 2nd tub in 20 years.

I was very pleased with all the personnel that I worked with. The estimator was pleasant and very helpful. The installer was here before they said and by noon he was already to head out the door. We are really enjoying the shower.

We specifically ordered a pattern we were told would go to the ceiling. It’s about 6 inches short and the install guys said it’s due to the molds shrinking. If that’s the case that should be accounted for in manufacturing. Also, we paid when they were at our house. Started getting calls and emails saying we didn’t pay. Tried 3 times to pay them online before it finally worked and not even an, "I’m sorry. You’re having to beg us to take your money," at this point…

Extremely happy with product, installation, and personnel from salesman through installers. Very personable, always answered questions and were very courteous to my home. I'm sure I may have found others at a lower cost, but this was definitely worth the money. The only drawback is that I use more water now since I enjoy my showers now. Highly recommend to others.

We love our new shower. A lot more room and our floors feel a lot more solid. We will recommend you to anybody that asks us about getting a new shower. The colors that we picked out turned out to be better than we could expect. We were treated with professionalism throughout the buying process and the installation process. Everybody answered all of our questions and we did not doubt their answers.

Everything worked well once we got approval from the condominium association to do the work. Workers arrived on time, were pleasant and finished the job in a day. It was nice to get rid of the bath tub and have a new shower instead. Much more practical and safe than the tub. Also the handles make you feel safer as well. Easy to maintain and if anything breaks, there's a lifetime warranty.

Bath Fitter converted my tub to a walk-in shower. I had wanted to do this years ago, but kept putting it off. Then it got to the point that because of medical reasons I had problems stepping over the sides of a tub to take a shower - so it was time. Bath Fitter made it easy to do the conversion, the technician was here on time, he worked hard and overcame any problems he found, and the tub he pulled out had loose tiles on the wall so he had issues. But he took it down to the studs. I had a seat, hand-held, two grab-bars, as well as the regular shower head. The technician placed everything where it would be easiest to use, and it is perfect. I love my new shower. It couldn't be more perfect than it is. The advisor from the beginning to the technician at the end, and the people on the phone in the middle, they are all as friendly and helpful as they can be. If I could, I would give them 10 stars, they deserve it.

Albert was very professional in his work and did an excellent job refitting my bathtub and replacing my plumbing and fixtures. It's beautiful and I love it. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

A lot of the negative reviews on here are similar to our experience. At first everything seemed great. Our home is on a basement and we noticed that the shower was leaking into the basement. Before using Bath Fitter we got a different quote with a plumber and he said that he was going to have to tear out the whole shower. Bath fitter told us that they can put their mold on top and that the shower would be fixed. However, When we complained about this less than a year later they sent over their plumber, who told us that it was our fault and that our drain was corroded. He said they would not warranty their product because it look like we had been using acid-based cleaners. (We had not) No. There was no mention of needing to replace the drain when they came and also when we went out of pocket to get the drain replaced there was no corrosion.

I have a 2 family Victorian home where the baths were done 25 years ago in 1988. My 1st bathroom by BathFitter in 2000 with surround & liner over my tub, was perfect. I chose my own trim for shower head, shower handle & tub spout. Done in 1 day with minimal mess, that was 13 years ago at a cost of $500.00 here in mid-state Massachusetts. Then 5 yrs. later it required a reseal of the liner as water seeped in underneath the liner into the tub. Immediate response from company, fixed in one day at no cost & haven't had a problem since.

I have reached out to both Better Business Bureau of NC and Attorney General’s Office of NC but neither is allowed to go much further than calls/letters to the business in question (Bath Fitter Garner NC). The company in this story is Bath Fitters Garner NC. 919-662-9899. The Manager is Cole, cell # **. March 2023 – the salesman, Andrew **, came out to look at our project and give us a price. Andrew took a minimal amount of pictures, gave us a price and we gave him a 20% deposit.

Jason out of the Hacketstown NJ location completed a shower to shower remodel & a tub to shower remodel for us. He did an absolutely beautiful job on both. Despite some hiccups on the tub to shower install (obsolete type of plumbing we have & being supplied with some incorrect materials), he stuck with it & managed to get it completed within the promised 2 days. He had a positive attitude & was very professional.

I would hate for someone else to have to deal with this however, maybe this is business as usual for this company. Technician installer cross threaded shower tub drain and used silicone in an attempt to stop leaking. This was confirmed by the technician who fixed the drain, he had to go get parts, the initial incompetent technician must have not had correct parts and decided to attempt to install drain anyway in order to complete job faster with no care for quality or the homeowner at all. The technician who corrected and fixed the leak seemed to convey that management was aware of the utter intentional failure of the install that was done on my shower and apparently technicians are racing to see who can finish a job faster, really keeping the customer needs first and doing a quality job?

We had Bath-fitters in to do our bathroom. They came and handled it all smoothly, and the job seemed to be completed successfully. Fast forward, to about a year later, while upgrading our bathroom floor, our super attempted to removed the sink. He immediately stopped when he looked at the valves underneath. He explained to us that the valves used were not to spec and posed a safety hazard. We got on the phone with Angela from Bath-fitters hoping to have someone stop by and take care of the issue by changing the valves, but she quickly became argumentative, and insisted that our super, NOT Bath-fitters had worked on the sink last and that Bath-fitters was not responsible for the bad water valves.

Bath Fitter was the right choice for us. My wife and I were in need of a walk in shower and Bath Fitter was right on time! Holden was professional, courteous, & an excellent installer. I'd recommend him and your company to anyone. My wife Pam & I are very happy to have used Bath Fitter to convert our bathtub/shower to a walk in shower. We Love it!!!

On 8/31/23 the installer showed up to install a wall pattern. First he took all the wrong measurements. Undercut the top sheet and bottom around the tub. He knew he messed up. He called his boss and told him have someone meet him halfway to get another sheet. His boss told him to make it work. What a mistake. When he put all the molding on the top and sides nothing but gaps. I told him, "How are you going to fix it?" He said the caulking will fix it. It turned out to be amateur hour. He has no idea how to caulk and only working for company for 5 months. What a mess. It looks like garbage. Worst caulking job I’ve ever seen.

I was not sure I wanted my bathroom done, but my husband insisted. I must say that I am very happy with the results! The installer, Bill, was meticulous and wanted perfection in his work. He definitely made it perfect! He covered the ceramic tiles very well, in the shower, as well on the walls which were half tiled. No more grout and mildew issues. Easy to clean and so shiny!

The installation was on time and professional. The installer explained things to me like the cleaning products to use and to not shower for a day. He also cleaned up completely. He involved me to make sure where I wanted the shelving. The whole experience was nice from placing the order and the finished product.

The bath fitter team did a beautiful job with our shower ( conversion from old tub ) . They arrived on time, and actually really finished in one day, which I found amazing! They even took progress pictures for us , just because we find that interesting! And the price was about half of some other companies we checked with.

Installed a walk-in shower in our older home. Polite, experienced installer (Matt) arrived on time the first morning with helper (Dillan). Minimum of mess and noise. The second morning Matt returned with a new helper (Robbie) and completed the installation. Quick clean-up. As we are seniors we had grab bars installed for safety. The walls and the glass doors wiped clean easily after each shower. Pleased with the work and the price.

I had a poor experience with them today. In June I paid my downpayment and they came and did measurements. July 24, I reached out to see what the status was on the production. They called me left a VM saying they were ready to schedule. I called back and left a VM. We finally got in touch and initially they wanted to get in that week. This did not work for me so I asked for the following Thursday. They said the earliest Thursday is August 3rd. I agreed and assumed we were all set. August 3 came and no one came. I called and they said I was not on the schedule, however, the scheduler said she “remembers” talking with me prior about scheduling and wasn’t sure what happened. We agreed on a new date. I understand people make mistakes.

Aaron was our installer. He was on time, professional, and neat. Everything was done just as described to us by Mark, our sales representative. The office staff was helpful and polite. The entire company is easy to work with. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the workmanship of the tub and surround. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing a replacement tub.

Our entire experience with Bath Fitter was amazing. They are quick and responsive. They came out twice to go over things with me so I could be sure of all the design options. The install was so easy and professional. Brad was the installer, and he was polite, friendly and explained the process. Wayne was the sales rep and he was so kind and patient! The new shower is perfect!

The sales process was very frustrating. I was told at the initial meeting that a 10% deposit was all that I needed. A few days later the sales rep, CJ, called me to tell me that they wanted an additional 15% (25% total) in order to start the job. The paperwork they sent for the new deposit showed a start date in October, much later than the July/August timeframe we were given at the initial presentation. The sales rep told me that I would be copied on an email to the regional VP of sales, expressing my frustration. I never received a copy of the email.

Very professional company. Any questions or advice after installation are on point. Understanding and caring staff that really want you to be happy and give you the best service. They really pay attention to detail, before, during and after. Highly recommend their tub to shower conversion, very impressed, looks amazing!

Installer was helpful. The only complaint, and it is minor, is he could have been a Little more thorough in his clean-up. There are a few fingerprints on the glass doors that I am unable to get off. Wiping the sink out would have been good after he finished too. Otherwise he was friendly and professional.

We are VERY happy with the finished product. But, was not happy with the mess left behind. Existing tiles had to be removed, left lots of dust. When installer left, tub, sink, toilet seat cover, living room covered in dust. There are two small dents in bathroom floor where something must have been dropped. Ads all say there is no mess—WRONG! He did say job took way longer than it should have and it was a 90 degree day, but just expected a little more cleaning up.

Our new shower is amazing. I feel very safe and comfortable using it. We had an excellent experience with all the Bath Fitter employees. I would not hesitate to recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing to remodel or upgrade their bath. This is our 3rd time using Bath Fitter and we couldn't be more pleased with their results.

I discovered Bath Fitter on the internet and contacted them for a free estimate, Serafino my sales consultant contacted me and we set up a date. Serafino was very good explaining all my options and prices of product. I decided to go for a tub replacement. It was a little pricey but I cannot complain at end result. I would definitely use them again.

The installation was on time and professional. The installer explained things to me like the cleaning products to use and to not shower for a day. He also cleaned up completely. He involved me to make sure where I wanted the shelving. The whole experience was nice from placing the order and the finished product.

Great job with minimal inconvenience. Job was completed in about 7 hours with clean-up done by installers. There was no damage to the surrounding wallpaper which I was apprehensive about. Shower is a great improvement for my handicapped wife. Step-up is only about 2 inches which even allows for a wheelchair if need be.

This was a 2 day install and it was very well done. The Installers were friendly and helpful with questions and worked very hard to complete the job on time. They did mark up one of the bathroom walls but I understand that it was almost impossible to get the liner into the shower space because of the limited dimensions of the bathroom. A touchup is all that will be needed to rectify the problem. Overall I was very happy with the results.

This was our second time using Bath Fitter for our bathroom renovations. The customer service team and the installers are great! Very professional and respectful. We did have a small issue with water splashing under our glass doors and onto the floor. The installers came back out twice to fix our problem. He was determined to fix it to our liking. And he did! Never felt like I was a bother. They wanted us to be happy.

The gentleman who performed the installation was friendly, professional, and timely in getting the work done. We appreciated the quality of work done and the walkthrough at the end. Upon completion of the install, we noted clean up could have been better. Our window screen had caked on dust/debris from a fan used to flow air out of the bathroom. Additionally, we noted pieces of the prior shower on our stairs and on the floor.

Our installer was on time, professional and did a great job. He completed the work in about six hours and cleaned up afterwards. We really enjoyed working with him and are 100% satisfied with our new shower. We would definitely work with Bath Fitter again and would recommend them. They were thousands less than their nearest competitor.

I have just had my 2nd bathroom done by Bath Fitter. All of the employees were well versed on the products and very competent. The products are easy to take care of and the improved look is great. They put down covers to protect my carpets, and they cleaned up after everything was done. They were also timely in giving me information before the installation so that I knew what was needed. Chino was the installer and he was very competent, respectful and walked me through each step as decisions needed to be made.

Not sure what about tub is Leaking. Suspect calking around tub is letting Splashed water through. My comments on the contract notes: No leaking around tub. It took over 8 weeks for BATH FITTER to complete the job. So much for Bath Fitter's advertising bath in a day.

Our installation looks nice and was a good option in our condo where construction choices were limited. Timelines and prices were good! Staff and sales were very nice. Installers were nice. The finished product looks beautiful. No leaks and easy to care for. Though there is some noticeable bulging of the wall panels installed within the first week. The installer was called back who pushed them in. He gave a few differing explanations as to why this happened and was in a bit of a hurry to take my questions about that. So I'm not 100% confident it's resolved. The bulges came back as it seems like the panels aren't sticking to the tape. The associate on the phone mentioned that the taping pattern shouldn't leave bulges. I am happy it functions, looks pretty and gave a face lift to my bathroom but the general concern I have makes me feel badly.

We are very pleased with our recent shower unit installation. Our installer Joe was prompt, efficient and friendly. The unit is attractive, safe and easy to use. The addition of a grab bar is especially useful as we are older and need it for safety sake.

We had our bathroom done in 2013. This was 10 years ago, the facet was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called on Wednesday and on Thursday it was fixed. The technician, Chris was wonderful especially with my dogs too. They also redid the silicone.

I created two showers online and almost immediately received a phone call to set up a time to have a sales rep come to my home. John ** called me to confirm the date and time, he wanted to make sure my husband would be there, first mistake, as if I am not capable of making any decisions for our home. John arrived, relayed his sales pitch, surveyed and took photos with his tablet. Led us to believe his tablet really did survey the walls and told me, not once, not twice, but three times there was no water damage behind my wall and that my second bathroom had no issues!

Came today, took out old tub and shower surround, put in new tub, all new plumbing and shower. They did a good job, looks great, thanks to Hunter and Scottie. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, explained job of explaining how to take care of our new addition. Was on time for when they said they would be here, took them a day just like ad says

If I could give negative star I would.. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. They don't respect their clients. What is even worse their disabled clients. My job was started 11-28-2022 and just got finished. THEY DAMAGED MY JOINING BATHROOM. You will pay about 17,000 dollars for said bathroom. When asked for at least 1,000 dollars off we were told, "No. You have a contract." When we asked to talk to management WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

My wife and I had Bath fitter install a new tube and bath surround in our home on March 30th. Matt and Drew were the installers for my job. They arrived on time, explained everything that they were going to do, and began working. They covered all the floors and removed the old tub and surround and installed the new unit. They did a remarkable job in one day and cleaned up everything when finished. Very professional and we are very happy with our new tub and surround.

They removed two doors, from 2 showers and put in a new insert and shower head in one of the showers. They also put new fittings around each entrance doorway into the showers and new rods for the shower curtains.

After spending $4000 on redoing our master shower, we were told that the shower door enclosure would be completed shortly...that was over a year ago and we have been unable to use the shower during this time! Not only are we frustrated with not being able to use the shower, but more disgusted with the lack of customer service we have experienced! No one with any authority has responded the dozens of calls to discuss our situation, which is unacceptable, and is certainly a poor business model.

We essentially had a tub/shower built in the 50s. Instead of tearing up our own bathroom and messing with old plumbing, we contacted Bath Fitter. We've had their product for over ten years, and they stand by their warranty. I hate caulking, but I messed up some of it while on another project. I contacted them, and in a few days, one of their staff came by and re-caulked. Looks great. I would recommend them.
