After living in my condo for 22 years it was time to replace my aging and discolored walk-in shower. I interviewed three prospective contractors and chose NW Bath Fitter because they suited my needs best. The sales rep, Jarrod, was very helpful and easy to understand. The installation went smoothly and I'm very happy with the results. I only wish I could remember the installer's name! I'd highly recommend NW Bath Fitter!

We are very pleased with our remodel of our bathroom. The tub looks great and the style we picked out for our walls goes great with the rest of the bathroom. The installer was very professional and kept us informed during the installation. We love the lifetime warranty on the remodel.

At the time the work was done I wrote a report. I cannot do that again, you will have to refer to that report. I recall I was very pleased with the work performed and with every contact I had, beginning with the salesperson Up to the installer.. I gave it five stars and would highly recommend Bath Fitters to others.

They were very professional and worked fast and efficiently; keeping us informed on the progress. They also made sure to get our input when required and explained the pros and cons of our decisions. Unfortunately they did put a couple of scuffs on a wall in the bathroom and left a piece of baseboard untrimmed; other than that it was an excellent job.

So very happy with our shower installation, with our salesman Erin, and with our installers Hunter and Tony. However, after writing two glowing reviews of our new shower, this is our fourth request for a written review of BathFitters. It has become annoying. Please stop. We love our new shower. I love my new tub/shower installation. I do wish the water pressure was higher. The installation crew were very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to my friends. They arrived on time and efficiently installed the tub/shower. They were cautious to clean up and explained the system to me before they left.

Love it! Everything was smooth, from the estimate to the installation, Bath Fitters took excellent care of me. They are transparent and well priced with awesome customer service! Our installer was courteous and knowledgeable. We felt safe having him in our home and we are very happy with his work.

Installation went perfectly. Installer and plumber arrived on time on scheduled date, were very pleasant and neat, and old tub/shower/wall was removed and new one was installed in approximately six hours. New setup looks beautiful and works great. The original salesman was also low-key and the process to sign up was easy.

Our old bathtub/shower desperately needed to be replaced. A friend showed us her new tub installed by Bath Fitter. Based on her recommendation, we went to the showroom. Based on that, we set up an onsite meeting. Our rep was very patient and helpful. With him, we were able to come up with a plan that made both me and my husband happy. We were especially happy when he recommended adding a few inches of width based on the way our bathroom was laid out. Our custom shower was manufactured quickly and the installer was wonderful. I have already recommended them to friends.

Bath Fitters was recommended by a coworker. During the initial consultation we were informed that we would have a 14-15 week wait and it would be a 2 day project as an old one piece fiberglass bath/shower was to be completely removed and a separate tub and wall surround would be installed. After 2 weeks we were given a specific installation date for 13 weeks later. Chadwick arrived on that date. He was so personable, explained what he was doing and ensured that we were pleased with the work at each stage. He was so conscientious and cleaned up at the end of day one so the rest of the bathroom could still be used.

The sales rep. was thorough in providing options and reviewing the process from ordering to installation. The installer was prompt, professional and completed the job in one day! I did not have to wait months and months for a new bathroom. I am very pleased with the results. I don't have grout, I can now walk into a shower rather than climb over an old bath. It is more spacious, the shower head is great and the shelving and corner unit are perfect for placing soap and shampoo on. All around, thumbs up!!!

We had a bathtub to shower conversion. The Bath Fitters installer was what every homeowner wanted, the house was left in a clean and tidy condition. We were told it would be a 2 day project and be early afternoon we were pleased we got exactly what we wanted with minor interruptions to our daily life.

From the first point of contact we were impressed with Bathfitter. Our sales rep, Steve, was very knowledgeable and very personable. The installation process was smooth and nonintrusive to our neighbors. We live in a condominium complex and the water had to be shut off to our building. The plumber was incredibly tolerant of my incessant questions. The installation was equally tolerant and allowed me to photograph issues that were exposed after they removed our shower surround. I was really impressed with the professional interactions. The product lineup and materials are really nice and we are very happy our experience. We have an older bath with a window and while it was in ok condition, the window was poorly done by the previous owner and nothing was very waterproof. Bathfitter was able to get a whole new tub and surround in, as well as trim out the window so it appears it will do a great job of sealing out water. Although it was not cheap, we were so pleased that it was able to be completed in a day and a half. The installer was courteous, left the place clean, and gave sound advice. I will be considering Bathfitter for future projects.

Probably not the cheapest, but they used quality materials and took their time to do it right the first time. They give you a lifetime warranty and if there is an issue they come right away. My wife is totally satisfied with the job, and that is what matters. The shower doors are thick glass and the whole shower is just cleaned by rinsing after use

The consultant who helped us plan was knowledgeable about disability aids, durability of materials and ease of maintenance. The turnaround time to date of install was quick (and we were offered quicker if we needed it). Then our installer was careful, informative, scary fast and clean. If I hadn't lived it, I would think it was an idealized representation from a commercial!

The entire experience was seamless. Everyone was prompt, schedules were kept. The installer, Ben was excellent, kept me informed along the process and discussed the placement of all the extras (tower, bar, etc.)....My bathroom was clean when he left and no waste materials were left for me to deal with. Everyone was polite and respectful... I LOVE my walk in shower, it was exactly what I wanted and expected to have done...BEST of all, it was ONE day!!!!

Bath Fitter responded quickly to request for quote. In home assessment/estimate process was much more detailed than expected. It was a very good experience. The man who actually did the conversion (I believe his name was Carl) over two entire days was very professional. He put down mats on every surface that would be used for walking on or working on, he kept the mess to absolute minimum, and was careful not to damage anything other than what needed to be torn down/out. Carl was never dismissive regarding our curiosity and answered all questions. Even though there were a multitude of heavy tools, electric saws, dust making equipment, Carl kept the mess to an admirable minimum. We strongly recommend Bath Fitter.

We needed to replace our tub with a walk-in shower. The salesperson was thorough in the presentation. I was amazed at how many times they came to measure, but it is always better to be sure than to have errors. The installation was arranged more quickly than originally scheduled (which we appreciated. The day of installation, the installer arrived and very efficiently removed the old product and installed the new. I was impressed with the work behind the panels that would be visible--very thorough and sturdy backing. We have thoroughly enjoyed the shower and would highly recommend them for their work and product.

The entire process from the first visit to see what I wanted to do, selecting what I wanted, and to their arriving and doing the work...it was all so easy and smooth. The workmen work great and cleaned everything up afterward. I am thoroughly enjoying my new shower and how it looks.

Sean ** did a beautiful job in my bathroom. The only thing I am disappointed with is the showerhead. It is so big. I prefer the one I had prior to the conversion to a walk-in shower. Outside of that, I am very happy with my conversion and would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone that is interested in having work done.

This was our second Bath Fitter installation. Obviously, we were happy with the first, (after 5 years experience), so we obviously looked again to a trusted provider. After 5 years the price was just slightly higher, even with the recently high inflation rate. Once again we were satisfied with the prompt and efficient installation and remain satisfied with the finished product. By the way; the fellows who completed the installation were great!

The Bath Fitter designer came to my house and went through a variety of options for both my bathtub and the walk-in shower, helping me choose the right material and design. I was provided with an exact quote, including tax, for the choices I made. Swift and easy. Once the order parts were made, the installation crew came in and installed both the bathtub and the shower in a single day. The crew did a great quality job and was very professional and efficient. Overall - great experience throughout, would definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

Working with Bath Fitter was excellent. They may quite possibly be the best organization I have ever worked with from their sales staff (Tony), who explained the entire process and answered all our questions, to their installer (Brenden), who installed our shower in less than 6 hours and totally cleaned his work area and hauled all the debris away. The next day we did discover a minor leak, contacted Bath Fitter and Brenden was literally at our door within the hour to resolve our issue. Bath Fitter can be a little on the expensive side (figure 9 to 10 thousand) but their product and team are both excellent and I recommend them highly.

All work was professionally done. We are very pleased with the end result. Both technicians were courteous and respectful of our property. They answered all of our questions and concerns. They responded quickly and resolved an issue we had several days after installation. We would definitely recommend Bath Fitter in the future!

This is my second Bath Fitter shower. I would use them again if I had a third bathroom. They specialize in this type of work. I appreciate that they show up, and do all of the work of removal, and then the install on the next day. Each install person made sure we had full use of our water between day one and day two. I appreciate having it all finished so quickly, both in 2024 and 2009. Great work.

Our old shower/tub combo was not great - the tub never really ever looked clean, the tiles were old and falling apart. Bath Fitter came in and changed the entire look and feel of the shower/tub combo. It looks great, it easy to clean - I'm super happy. I even took a bath the other day - the first time in about 10 years!

Wonderful job. Highest possible recommendation. Can’t say enough good things about Bath Fitter. They have added tremendous value to an older home. #1 - Everything went right. I contacted Bath Fitter through their website on a Sunday and got a call back on Monday. I like it that it is one-day installation so it doesn't disrupt our daily life, salesman (Michael) gave professional presentation very patient with all our questions, installation technician (Sean) installed everything within +/-6hours, both very pleasant to deal with and professional. Overall very happy with their service and finished product.

First the sales representative was very nice and respectful when he enter our home. He was very informative and listen to our needs. The process of scheduling our remodel was easy. The gentleman who did the work was very polite and worked hard. He was very kind and informed us of what he was completing. The tub to shower came out beautiful. We were very pleased with the work done in our bathroom. The installer was very professional and informative. He cleaned up behind himself and gave us the products to clean our new shower and told us how to use them. He took away the old tub, instead of us going to dispose of it.

I had a new shower put in my master bedroom, and I had the men remove the tub and shower in the main bathroom, and install a shower only. It was supposed to be a 2 day job. But. They had it all done in one day. They worked from 8:15 a.m., till about 7:30 p.m. with only a short lunch break. They did a great job. We're very courteous. And, cleaned up everything very well.

Manager did outstanding job. Fix the leak. Took him hardly no time. Cleaned up after he finished. Excellent job. Was very polite and seem to genuinely care about his job and what he was doing. I am so happy with my new shower. From the representative to the installers it was a very good experience. It took only a few hours from removal of the old tub to the finished product. And the installers made sure that the room was spotless before they left. I would recommend Bath Fitter to my family and friends.

Two bathrooms done. One was a bathtub the other was a shower. The bathtub was straight forward no issues and a huge improvement over the original. The second was the owners bath that had a small shower. They took out a wall and extended the original shower by 2.5 feet in length and 6 inches in width. This provided us with a lot more and beautiful class all around. Made the owners bath beautiful. Both installations were done exceptionally well. One error in ordering was the only issue and this was fixed promptly by their very friendly support team.

Installers showed up with no carpet protectors. Delayed an hour to return and get them (2) which was not enough. The installation completed at 10PM. (12 hrs). A floor tile was cracked and never identified. Actually they covered it up. No fix or compensation, according to BF it’s part of the installation. A part was put on backwards which prevented the water from getting warm. It took weeks for anyone to return calls or come out and fix the temperature gauge. Shower floor is not firm, it flexes and soft. According to BF it’s normal.

Our Shower was installed by bathfitters 3 years ago. The shower started leaking in May. Bathfitters were aware of our issue. Instead of coming to access the leak, we were told to call a plumber to check it out. It was not a plumbing problem but of course we were still billed. We also were told that a contractor could fix the ceiling in the basement and bathfitters would reimburse us. That was 3 months ago and we still haven’t received any money! Seems like the lifetime warranty is only honored if your shower never has any issues! Poor customer service!

Love my new 2nd floor shower which was installed on 5/9/24. Moments after the installer left an active leak was noted on the 1st floor ceiling. I called and had the installer out the following morning to fix leak properly. I was left with a hole in my ceiling and water stains. Now 3 months later, I'm left with a ceiling with water stains and an incomplete patch job of the hole. 8 different times Bathfitter made and confirmed appointments to fix the problem. Only 2 appointments have been kept, most being cancelled 30 minutes after expected time. Each time I've been cancelled the day of, I've requested to speak with management and have never received a call. Today I was notified via email 90 minutes after the scheduled appointment that service tech wasn't coming. No phone communication. Such poor service from a company with a great product. Very displeased with management.

First thing is the cost of 10k for tub to shower install and 2 hrs after installation the shower base started buckling up and coming loose. Very poor communication. They don't show up when they say they're gonna show up to fix their problem. I wouldn't recommend using them at all.

I have had problems with the floor in my shower and they promise to come do the warranty work and never show. You call and call and when they finally call you back they want to reschedule for another day making you waste vacation days at work. Horrible horrible company. Stay away.

Shabby work. They suppose to put in handicap seat. Charged us for it. Didn’t do it. Still haven’t gotten my money back, didn’t do pipe fittings correctly and leaked into laundry room floor and behind our dryer. Ruined wall. Suppose to be two day job. Took guy four days. We paid 14,000.00 for all that. It's not cheap. They did shabby worked. Called twice. They still have not returned my money for seat they didn’t put in. Beware what you get. They cheat you. They are not knowledgeable.

Bath Fitter did a great job renovating my bathroom. Their sales, service and installation was done well and on time. I found a small leak in my plumbing afterwards which they came back and repaired. The plumber sent out to fix the leak caused some minor damage to some of the paneling. Bath Fitter replaced the entire upper panel right away. Highly recommend.

Let me start by saying the overall look of the new walk in shower is very nice. But I am very disappointed with the damage that was caused from the demolition part of the process. While removing the old tub the drywall on the opposite side of the wall was badly damaged. They also cut into the wall to gain access to the plumbing. Which is ok as long as they fix it. When they finished I ask if they were going to repair the damage, the answer I got was that’s not their job. Now I don’t do drywall so I would have to hire someone else to repair it after paying a good sum of money for the shower. Called and emailed Dan ** and got no response. It is now two months since it was completed. Even my sale person has ghosted me. I was going to have more work done, but not now if they don’t fix what they damaged. Very disappointed with this experience.

Can’t say enough about how much I love Bathfitters. We originally had them come out to do a tub over. Then after a few years of cancer treatments, where I could no longer climb over the tub, we had bathfitters come out once again to remove the tub and install a shower. This was wonderful, and exactly what I needed. Over the years we’ve had little issues here and there and Bathfitters has come out immediately free of charge and took care of any of our concerns. Recently, I had an issue of still trying to get over the lip into my shower, and bathfitters came right out and gave me some wonderful options on how to fix this problem. Again, Warren the production manager, is absolutely wonderful. He came out when his tech couldn’t give me the solutions I was looking for and then called me the next day with the solution. Again I highly recommend this company.

We had a simple shower surround replacement of old ceramic tile on June 20, 2024. There was no change in the plumbing nor tub installation. We paid $8,000 for the job. The young man who did the work was excellent. He was polite and respectful. He asked questions all along the way to make sure our new shower stall was exactly what we wanted. He cleaned up as he worked. He started working at about 8:30 a.m. and was all done by 3:30 p.m. He had to shut off the main water valve for a short period of time, but that was only for about 20-30 minutes. When he left, our bathroom looked clean and bright and beautiful. Overall, we are very pleased with our new shower stall, although it was pricey.

Just had a surround shower installed. Nick and Charity worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied customers. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and showed us everything they were doing along with great explanations of what the process involved. They did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. We highly recommend their work to future customers. They arrived on time and finished the work very quickly. I recently had my bathroom remodeled from a tub to a shower. Sean T was the one who installed all of the work by himself. His work was excellent. He was a pleasure to have in my home. He was meticulous with his work. Sean was so kind and worked with us on all the details every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail. I replaced a tub with a walk-in shower 3 yrs ago in my basement. When the tub was removed the drain in the floor was in the wrong place for the shower. It had to be moved 6 to 8 inches. After it was moved they didn't fill in the hole in the floor with concrete. A few weeks ago we had 9 inches of rain in a 2 day period. Water came into the basement and ruined 500 Sq ft of flooring. We have a sump pump but it couldn't keep up. Called Bath Fitter many times but they don't care. I was told that they never fill holes in a basement floor with concrete. My basement has now become unusable. If I sell my house I have to declare any water problems with any potential buyers. Bath fitter has just lowered the value of my home. They refuse to come and remove the shower floor to fill the hole. Time for a court appearance.

The company provided excellent service and the service representative that performed all the work, Alejandro **, was extremely neat, very professional and knowledgeable of the job at hand. Would strongly recommend.

I was in need of a walk-in shower, which would replace a bathtub. This was due to the fact I was having knee replacement surgery and would not be able to lift my leg over a bathtub. I got a quote from another bath remodel company. However, I went with Bath Fitter because of its lifetime warranty. The technician arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take him. The job had to be done before my surgery date so there were some time constraints. This was not a problem with the technician. In addition, he laid a tarp all the way from the door to the bathroom and made sure the house was kept clean. He cleaned up when it was time to leave, and explained all of the details of how to care for the shower. I needed the company to return when I realized that the showerhead was too tall for me to reach. They lowered it to the proper height. I would highly recommend bath fitter to anyone who needs to remodel their bathroom.

So I had Bath come into my home 4 years ago, we started off a really bad note. I experienced some things that went unexpected with my shower and I wasn’t happy, but I can truly say they are all about their word. They came back in and put a really big smile on my face, and kudos to the branch manager Derreck. He really had compassion, so yes I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter.. Yvonne **

Justin from Bathfitter removed my old fiberglass tub/shower combo and replaced it with a walk in shower.. Great Job! It looks amazing for sure…. I’m very happy with the way it turned out and get compliments from everybody that sees it.

We had a tub/shower installed in Feb 2024. This April we decided to paint the bathroom. In applying the paint we found the paint would NOT adhere to the silicone paint around the tub/shower because BathFitter uses non-paintable silicone. It has been VERY frustrating in attempting to solve this issue. The only comment I received from BathFitter was they use water proof silicone. Look on-line and you will see paintable waterproof silicone. Given the hours we have spent attempting to find a way to paint over this silicone, we cannot recommend BathFitter.

The whole process was perfect. The first home visit from the sales department to the installation was great. We love our new shower which was completed in one day. The only thing I would suggest, being a retired builder and having done many bathroom remodels, is to improve the shower base. It is flexible under foot. With fiberglass bases, we use to put down a layer of plaster under the base and when it hardened the base was not flexible, but was more solid. That's my only suggestion. Other than that, we are very pleased and have recommended Bath Fitter to our family and friends.

Got referred to it by a friend and I must say it was a great decision. They maintained consistent professionalism and polite communication throughout the process. They were beautifully remodeled my bathrooms, Result would be just wow.

All individuals involved in this project were very professional and did an excellent job. The only problem I have is that water seems to splash outside of the shower from under the door. Is there any way to adjust the doors to hang lower? This is only a minor problem but it is annoying.

Bathfitters did both my bathrooms, Now few years later the caulking had pulled away from base and side panels. Called them, they say that so called lifetime warranty doesn’t cover the caulking they did. As a seasonal person this bathroom shower hardly gets used. They said to replace the caulking with them estimate between $650.00 and $800.00. Not sure if all Bathfitters have this policy but the Fort Myers one does. I would not recommend them again. Shame on you Bathfitters!

Called them for a quote for a tub and surround. Salesman, Kevin, went over our needs item by item. I was impressed by presentation and before he gave us the quote I told him (as I do with every salesman) I want their best price, acknowledging the fact the need to make a profit and to not call me back a few weeks later telling me about a "sale" and price reduction. Well it didn't take weeks, two days later I received a text announcing his supplier was giving them a bigger discount and my price would go down. I told him "What was the first thing I told him?" I said his bid was automatically out of the running and I was right up front with him and his price "reduction" made him dead to me. Needless to say I am going with another vendor who was honest with me.

We waited a long time to commit to having a completely new bath and shower combination. Looking back, I wish we had done it sooner. From the initial inquiry, Bath Fitter has been great. The sales representative was personable, knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions clearly without us feeling as if we were being "upsold." The demolition and installation were done in one day (8 hours). We had been told it could be two days, so we were grateful that the work got done that quickly. Three months later, we are as happy as ever with our decision. The work was done very well and the tub/shower are a pleasure to use. A huge Thank you to Bath Fitter!

Professional work done, installer (Brian) was prompt, courteous, clean, efficient and did a BEAUTIFUL job! It came out better than expected and was done in one day as promised. Premises were left spotless and Brian was super polite and friendly as well. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again when refinishing our upstairs bathroom.

We paid extra so the tub and shower surround would both have matching marble pattern. Unfortunately they came from different dye lots, so the tub is just white with a couple tiny thin streaks here and there, but you really have to look hard for them. It looks like a white tub with A marbled beige surround. It's infuriating and I hate it every time I see it. People in designer businesses should be perfectionists. And people paying for such should get what they paid for. We did not.

Be sure to visit the salesroom before you purchase. Feel the plastic-y wall and then see if you want to go through with it. There is no substitute for this. The pictures don't give you texture or a true sense of the result. We almost signed but insisted on visiting the showroom first. Glad we did. We crossed it off as an option immediately.

William, our salesman, was great. He explained every detail. Our installer was Sang **, and he was equally great. Installed everything in a day and a half. Our shower is very large and one of the panels was also very large and he did fabulous getting it from the garage where it was cut and into the bathroom. Everything looks great and Sang cleaned every up in the garage. We are very happy.

We love our new bath/shower, but there were some definitely some issues through the installation. The day after the install I noticed a crack in the ceiling cap, this install was done Dec 14th, 2023. This replacement took until this past weekend to complete, although we couldn't accommodate some dates so not all on Bath Fitter. We discovered about 2 months in a large water stain in our living room which was from a leak of the tub drain not being properly installed. So on top of this taking 3 months to get fixed, we now have to have our ceiling repainted (we just had done 2 years ago).

I’m very Happy with my new bath tub, appointments were on time, from the salesperson to the workers. Everything was top of the line. All was done to perfection. Workers were extremely polite, and very professional. We are very happy with Bath Fitter, we will recommend it to our friends.

Excellent product. It looks very beautiful and my dad has been showing it to the neighbors. The guys were great, very nice and respectful. They were Extremely attentive to all details and had a great attitude. Checked with us throughout the installation for input; no unpleasant surprises; very efficient; cleaned up everything even though they had to come back the next day because it was a 2-day job because they had to remove the old Bath Fitter tub/shower combo that was installed 25 years ago and the old cast iron tub underneath.

The job was just ok. The area around the shower was left in kind of a mess. They removed the glass block divider and could have done a better job of finishing the area around the shower and replaced the divider or made suggestions for finishing it. If I could do it again I would not use Bath Fitter.

Replaced our main shower with new, It took less than 1 day, lifetime warranty, professional installers, perfect installation. Plumbers were awesome as well. Started at 8am. Done the same day. Basin has all brass fittings, plumbing is all new copper. Glass shower doors seal nicely. Everything is easy to clean. Best value for the money.

Seven years ago, August 2016, "Bath Fitter" put in a full shower for me in Fergus, Ontario. I was told "Bain Magique" is the same company. Once again, in December, 2023, they did an excellent job converting an ugly bathroom into a lovely full shower unit. I am thrilled. Merci beaucoup!

The installer, his workmanship and the product were/are superb. It is attractive, seems very durable, and is well-designed. For the price, the showerhead should be more than just the standard configuration, like with a semi-detachable wand and a massage feature. This shower was also very expensive, which is why I give this an overall 4-star rating vs a 5-star rating.

Installation was good and done in the amount of time stated. Happy with the quality of the product. The reason for less than 5 stars are the poor updates prior to installation. Initially told 14-16 weeks but despite numerous attempts, we never received an update until 10 days or so before the installation at 29 weeks.

100 percent happy with our walk in shower!! One day to install. The worker was so polite. He even recommended a different seat and I am so happy he did that. I recommend them to anybody!! A second worker came out after we changed the floor to caulk it and he was great also.

The results are wonderful, but the company should have sent 2 technicians for this job. I am a senior citizen who had to help carry some heavy materials up the stairs to the bathroom. And, as a result, the installation took 3 more days than promised. We also had to wait an extra day because the original installer was unable to arrive on the date specified. That caused me to lose a day of work.

I was quoted one price then scammed out of $170.00 by their salesperson and office staff. Their advertisement of ONE day shower installation is a falsehood. It was 69 days from start to finish. Also, false advertising is the "honesty" mentioned in the commercial and ad. I tried to resolve the issue of the overcharge of $170.00 and asked to speak with one of the owners, only to get the response, "That is impossible, they are not available and they don't talk with customers". In my opinion they scammed me. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND BATH FITTER to anyone and will let others know to the beware!

Nice shower, more room than before, everything fit well. We really love new shower. It replaced an older fiberglass insert. The only thing I might say is I think the cost is high for the time and what was used. It is what it is. If you want one they not cheap. We ok with it.

Promise of one-day-service fulfilled... Start at 8:15 a.m., finished by 7:15 p.m. Job well done. No problems. Installer was very professional and committed to his work. He consulted with us about a possible change, which we approved. The resulting shower is very attractive, safe, and blends well with the bathroom decor.

I recently has hip replacement surgery, and it was difficult to get into my tub. We had a new shower installed w/glass doors. The installer was Greg and the Plummer was Paul. They did a fabulous job. They were efficient and neat, cleaning up after themselves. We are are very pleased. I would recommend them (Bath Fitter) to anyone.

The old shower was removed and a new bath and walls and ceiling were installed. I was extremely happy with the results. A bit more of caulking was required and the gentleman who installed it came back and fixed the two small details. I was very happy with the results. He also told me to avoid bath bombs, as they could somewhat stain the bathtub. I'm so glad that he told me this!

Very pleased with my new bathtub. There was a small problem but they came out promptly and fixed it and gave me a free soap dish for the inconvenience. The workmanship is excellent and everybody was friendly and helpful. It was completed and nothing for me to do when they let. I did have all the old ripped out and replaced. The only downside for me was the price, I am retired and on fixed income, but it is guaranteed for the rest of my life and the life of the house... And as my mother used to say "you get what you pay for".

The man had to travel from Sacramento to Modesto so he did not start work until after 10. However, by not taking even a lunch break he completely removed the old tub and walls and installed the new shower by 7 p.m. I was very impressed with his dedication.as well as how good the job. No complaints on how well the new shower works.

The employees were all great and were very skilled and conscientious. We love the result, too. Aside from inclement weather delays, we felt the install took longer than it should have. One reason was incorrect measurement taken, another was employee sickness. Lastly, cleanup (dirty floors) could have been better. We will consider using BF again.

The original installation was great except it left the tub caulked to the bare underfloor in a small 2 inch section. This was covered under warranty so they came out and did a proper fix at no charge to me. I would have rather the original technician had mentioned it. We had a piece of flooring that the warranty technician was able to use to fix the hole, so it worked out.

The gentleman you sent to my house was probably one on the best service reps I have ever dealt with. He installed a window in an existing washroom wall. I think his name was Jaime but I can't be sure. He was in and out in what seemed like no time and I couldn't be happier. We had our tub removed and a walk in shower installed. We are very pleased with the work and everyone was professional. Although my husband had a hard time understanding the worker onsite. We did have a little issue when the tub was being taken out. It caused a hairline crack and the molding pulled apart on the exterior wall that was in our living room. My husband took care of it on his own.

We have never been more pleased with a project to upgrade our living space than we were with our Bath Fitter bathroom make over. From the most amazing sales consultant, Jennifer, to the installation team who came and did the work. They were “First Class” at every turn. Very knowledgeable of their products offered, didn’t oversell us on more than we needed or would look out of place in our home, and the pricing was very competitive! The install was amazing. Excellent workmanship-finished in one day-great material. Easier to get in and out. Handrails really help. Easy to clean. Would suggest giving the customer a hand held squeegee. Should have done this years ago! No pressure from the salesperson when coming to our home. Would recommend to anyone.

Predictable: I got what they said they would deliver, for the quoted cost, on the scheduled day! This shouldn’t be rare with contractors but it is and is truly appreciated when delivered. Professional: the installation was well done and my house was kept clean throughout. There was a little collateral damage to one of my walls and they organized the repairs at no cost to me. I was kept informed throughout the process and followed up with afterwards. Perfect: my new bath is exactly what I needed.

Added a second bar for more safety as we are older. He arrived on time and had it installed along with repairing towel bar, Explained why the grab bar position was best where he suggested it be attached. Work was completed quickly and accurately. The Technician arrived at 8:00 AM and went right to work. As the technician continued with his work, we checked in on him periodically to see if he needed anything. He worked right up to 12:00 noon and took a lunch break. Upon returning from his break, he diligently worked on the shower until approximately 3:00 PM. The conversion looked wonderful and his (technician) work was undeniably perfect and to the standards that we expected. He told us not to use the shower for 24 hours. We paid him and he left and upon inspection we were not able to find anything unkempt and the completed work and area looked as though he was even there. Two days later we tried out the shower for the first time and it was truly a great experience. After the shower was complete, we decided to completely re-do the rest of our bathroom. The Bath Fitter team did a great job! It was a bit tricky task to replace the old shower with a bigger and nicer shower, but they did it! We now have a beautiful curved shower that I can easily can in and out. The Bath Fitter team work well together and were willing to answer my questions along the way.

Excellent workmanship fitting surround to the craftsman style woodwork. Looks as if it has always been there. No place for water to stand. Everything has a slight slope to eliminatae any standing water. I look forward to many enjoyable times and easy cleaning in this bath. All my neighbors are envious.

The man who was removing the existing bath and shower surround was shown where the water shutoff valve was located. He did not turn it off completely. The plumber(supplied by defendant) had to run from the upstairs to the downstairs to completely shut off the water. He didn't notice it until the drainage system was installed. We now have water damage on our basement ceiling right below where the work was being done. When they came out to look at the damage we got an unsatisfactory reply. We now have water stains on the basement ceiling underneath the installed shower.

We have had our front bathroom updated by Bath Fitter and had success with that. We had our master bathroom redone. Our installer then is now a manager for Bath Fitter. Our recent upgrade came out Excellent and everything we wanted we got installed. A matter of hours our bath was improved 100%.

Everything about my experience was good. From the salesman to the installers, everyone was very friendly, respectful, and the installation was quick and easy. If I had a complaint, it would be that the sales pitch is entirely too long. I really didn’t need to know the history of Bath Fitter and I had already made up my mind that I wanted the work done, but my Consultant was at least an hour and maybe more before we even talked price. Super nice guy…Just didn’t need to be sold on the company.

I am happy with the shower. John did an amazing job. He was here for only 7 hours. He made it look easy. I am amazed at the way in which he did the job. It took around several hours and if we had a regular plumber it would have been more hassle.

Decided to change my existing tub and went online to do some research, when I came across Bath Fitter. From the quote to the installation, it was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson was thorough with what we needed. The installation was extremely quick and smooth. My bathroom looks amazing, my kids love the new tub.

The caulking around the outside is uneven. Not a straight line. Against my walls and floor tile, it does not look well. Also if you measured each side on the glass enclosure to outside edge they don’t measure the same distance. (Only if you were looking for it). The water flow force has been disappointing with not much force as I had previously. For my $10,000 I expected perfection. The two workers were nice, But nice doesn’t cover quality of work. December 29th 2023 my shower was installed. Two men came to my house to install it. They arrived at 7:30am. They were finished at 11:30am. I have been extremely happy with my shower. Recommended Bath Fitter to my friends and neighbors. Sent them pictures of my shower also. They all wanted to have one Installed, but their finances wouldn't allow it at this time. I got a loan for 48 months for 0 percent interest which makes it very affordable. It is offered certain times of the year. There is a lifetime warranty also if I experience any problems or defects with the shower. I call the local office and they send out someone to fix the problem.

Both James ** (our salesman) and Adam ** (our installer) are an asset to the company. So far very happy with the experience and the follow up service. Bath Fitter gave me everything I asked for and I did not have to look for a plumber. To be fair I would like to be asked to write another review about 5 years down the road to see how it holds up long term.

Sales guy was excellent and got me to their showroom and I did find something that I thought would work for me. Bath Fitter were installed before I purchased unit and had them update their product. Like the updated product and was able to use the current tub and ceiling top and taps. The new surround is very nice and the installer was a senior guy and did a great job at the installation. This is our second time with Bath Fitter. First time many years ago for the Bathtub and now for the conversion from Tub to Shower. Installations were both easy and extremely well done. The tub reline looked like new many years after and was like new when we did the conversion. Lifetime warranty means just that - we has a problem a few years after the tub reline and it was replaced with no argument. That means a lot.

Great service and our team was on time, reliable, and the job was completed in one day. The technician had to be in Pocatello for a new job the next day. Refreshing to have the team working together and finishing in one day. No extra charge for gas money or hidden fees.

The process from the first sales conversation to the finish- Their word was gold- what they promised, they delivered. Everyone showed up on time. I am happy with the clean look in my bathroom. It doesn't happen like that very often anymore! Loved the one day finish- and the people installing were respectful - and left the bathroom area clean! Thank you!
