While I am quite happy with my tub; it is only after I had to have an emergency call out to a plumber because the Bath Fitter technician incorrectly hooked it up to the plumbing. I had a $403 bill to correct the errors made by Bathfitter's technician. I reported to Bathfitter immediately and submitted my bill for $403. Not only did Bathfitter not pay this bill I did not receive a courtesy call, email or any communication.

Bath Fitter installed a walk in shower for me several years ago. I have noticed that the metal railing has rusted. Despite guarantees given and my written complaint, Bath Fitter has failed to respond. This is bad customer service. I live in Ontario Canada and can be reached at **.

Installer John ** showed up on time. He did a wonderful job taking out the old tub and left no mess. His install of the shower was very professional and it turned out great. He ask us how we wanted things set and did them exactly as requested. He did the install in great time. The shower is exactly what we hoped for. 5 stars.

Both the Sales Representative and the Installer were friendly, courteous, thorough, helpful and professional. The safety seat is a quality addition to our shower. I have and will continue to use Bath Fitter as well as recommending them to my friends for any future bathroom upgrade needs! Thank you, Bath Fitter!

Very professional people. Did a great job installing the bath, very friendly. The bath was installed within the timeframe as quoted. All debris was removed. Any small openings in the spaces on walls during construction were repaired efficiently. Area was left clean after installing the bath. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing remodeling their bathroom. Thank you.

The installers showed up on time. With just a quick orientation from myself they proceeded to remove the old tub, etc. They asked me where I wanted the plumbing fixtures, grab bars, and shelves located. Everything went smoothly, and the finished product meets all of our expectations. Altogether this was a very well done project.

We are very happy with the process and results. Installation and clean-up were smooth and efficient. We were given instructions on the use of the new faucet and on cleaning. The finished product looks great. The whole process, from the initial visit by Robert, the sales consultant, and the actual installation by Marco and helper took four weeks which we consider reasonable.

Due to our previous experience with end product and warranty service on a bathtub remodel, we chose Bath Fitter to replace and upgrade a low end shower that was installed several years ago by a small local contractor. Though it certainly wasn't cheap, Bath Fitter was surprisingly competitive with other bath remodeling companies. Of the three we looked at, Bath Fitter was the lowest cost and we already loved their warranty service. This is by far the best shower we've ever used and we couldn't be more pleased. We were also pleasantly surprised all the work was done in two days by a single person.

Wonderful product, wonderful service - we had a leak under our 50-year-old shower. It took about three months to resolve and repair this. Bath Fitter provided a stellar replacement shower that is simply wonderful - far nicer than the previous unit and essentially the same size in the same location. They removed the old unit at our requested date and came back weeks later to install the new unit - one-day service each time. Very professional and pleasant at each visit. Lifetime transferrable warranty - no one else offered that.

Bath Fitter was great to work with from start to finish. They installed in one day and when they had to return to replace a piece that was cut too short, they arrived when they said and completed the change out within 10 mins. Highly recommend giving them a call.

Stephanie is great! Other than a couple of blips with installation, it went well. However; we do not like the floors of all 3 units at all. You changed that from our previous 2 jobs! The “wells” of the diamond shaped floor hold water and pink slime forms overnight. We are extremely fastidious with using a squeegee, but that doesn’t get all the water in the dimpled wells. Terrible design. What can be done about this?

Caleb did a fantastic job repairing our walk-in shower. Very trustworthy and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone. Bath Fitter does stand behind their warranty. I began to have popping sounds in the floor and Bath Fitter came out and replaced the shower at no charge. I have enjoyed our walk-in shower very much. It is a lot easier than stepping into a tub for a shower.

It is exactly what you expect, professional shows up at your convenience to see the job site and provide you a quote. This quote is done via an tablet letting you see what selections you can have and the variability. Upon leaving, they leave you with a brochure, sort of like when buying a car, it feels like they are invested in making sure you have a comfortable experience. Price can obviously be lower, but I believe you are paying for what you get. Good quality products, with experienced professionals! Installer was amazing. Friendly, answered any questions I had, knew their trade, brought mats to ensure nothing was damaged in the house. Very professional!

They removed the tub enclosure and rebuilt it to a floor to ceiling walk in shower with sliding doors. This part of the Reno was great but they were supposed to add a corner tower, which never came and when asked about it they said it was left off the order. If wanted to purchase the entire corner shelf it was to cost me almost . But I was approved for funds for the doors, and the two way valve and a different showerhead style and it was roughly $3700. I feel that this price was a little too high for what I received. Since asking and sending loan of funds to Mark ** I have not heard back from Bath Fitter. They a date to come and fix the doors as they were installed the wrong way and now have squeak in the floor of the shower.

Wonderful team, gorgeous design, fast, quiet and clean installation, fair price. Highly recommend... We wanted to refresh bathroom without ruining existing tile work. This was a seamless experience. Also, they are experienced with condo and city inspection. When the inspectors came, they immediately recognized the good work by Bath Fitter.

Tub/shower surround was completed in a timely and professional manner. Looks very good and it's a pleasure to use the shower. Bonus that it was quoted and installed by a local. I didn't get the tub resurfaced as it was in good shape. The only negative comment is that it was expensive.

We had a Great experience recently with Bath Fitter, Daniel ** and the Team. Our new Bathroom looks amazing. They are Super professional. Very easy from start to finish and a great price! The first time I pulled the curtain liner back the first two rings came apart would not stay in the groove. I ended up buying new rings (metal o rings) at Meijer's for $7.99. You need to know this so you do not use this kind of rings. Very happy with shower and installation. A great job done.

The whole process, from the review and estimate to the demolition of the old tub and installation of the walk-in shower was a quick two day process. Our installer was awesome and very courteous. I was very pleased with the whole process. The shower itself looks great and works as well as advertised.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was great from start to finish. We submitted our initial design and request for consultation and we’re promptly contacted to setup an in-home consultation. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and was very detailed in their explanation of what we would get, how the process would work, how the warranty works, and pricing. The sales rep had samples of the various designs and material so we could see what everything looked like in person as well as what our choices would mean in terms of how far out a certain design would extend past the edge of our existing bath tub.

The process from start to finish was easy and painless. Brian showed up on time and in 1 1/2 days had the old shower removed and the new shower installed. Clark did an excellent job showing us the different options and the price was approximately $8,000 less than Jacuzzi! The shower works great and is easy to clean. I recommend Bath Fitters to anyone.

What a great way to achieve a super fast remodel. One day is all it takes! I would do it again. Thanks to Will for doing a great job for us. A normal contractor would have taken much longer. We were in the market for fast. We got fast plus great quality work.

Danny was very thorough in explaining everything. Very good man on your team. The installer was fantastic. I can't remember his name. He knew what he was doing. My husband became very sick while he was here, and he had to work around that. I had an ambulance take my husband to the hospital, leaving him in the home to complete his work. I totally trusted him. Very good experience.

I am very pleased with my new tub liner and wall surround. Ed ** and Chester did a great job. They were professional, explained everything to me and went over the work that I had requested before they started the job. The work they did turned out beautiful and I was taken aback on how nice everything turned out.

The installation man came early on the assign date. He was very professional, knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I left him alone to accomplish his duty. The job was completed in one day, and quite beautiful. The price was a little high, however, I have 24 months to pay for it. Bottom line I am very pleased. No more grouting every few months, cleans quickly. Only time will tell if it sustains what is promised, and, whatever happens, I have a lifetime guarantee.

So glad to finally get it done! Worker did excellent job. Just 1 thing -- yesterday the little piece of metal that opens the shower door, came off. I spent time, finally getting it back on. Any idea what can prevent that from happening again? Glad to have an experienced person rather than a "student" new at it.

To be honest I don't write many reviews but this was done so well that I had to. Our installer arrived right on time and finished by 4 o'clock. The job he did was fantastic. Superior craftmanship. All the seams were perfect. I was truly amazed, would recommend to anyone.

Our installer, John ** did an excellent job installing a stall shower after removing the old stall shower. He was swift, efficient, careful, professional and polite. The shower is attractive and very easy to clean. It definitely gave the bathroom an updated look. Even though the cost was rather high, I was willing to pay moving forward because the 24 hour timeframe given to install was a godsend. I used Bath Fitter several years ago for a tub to shower conversion. I was completely satisfied from first contact to the completed project. When I decided to do a conversion to my second floor bathroom, I didn't reach out to any other companies but went directly to Bath Fitter and was not disappointed.

When I walked in to see the finished product, it literally almost took my breath away. It was sooo white - almost sparkling! Beautiful! Installed (for me at least) easily and quickly. Old walk in tub to a walk in shower with a white fold up seat. The 2 gentleman that were here definitely had experience. They were timely, courteous and professional all day. The salesman even came over to take pictures because they did not have any with the white seat bench. It turned out beautiful. I love the choices I made and appreciated all the advise that I was given from the salesman.

Brian was our installer. Was completed in 1 1/2 days. Very pleased with the installation and clean up. Brian did a great job! Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel! We looked into 3 companies and Bath Fitter was the most affordable. Jeff was our salesperson and didn’t try to hide anything. Everything was upfront and he explained what to expect during the installation. The materials came in when he said they would. Communication was great and Jeff called 2 weeks after installation for a follow up.

Salesman was excellent. Installer was great. Special request to raise shower head for tall people was no problem and done perfectly. Materials look amazing, are super easy to clean and don’t look like any compromise was made at all. Wish we had done this sooner. We couldn’t be any happier.

Hunter did a fantastic job with tear out and install. He was very neat and left the area clean when he was done. The finished product looks great. Clean and professional. He offered suggestions based on his experience and expertise which I greatly appreciated.

The workmanship was excellent, the installer (Chino) was great. And all done within 2 days. This install is great because we are getting older, and not going to be able to get into bath tubs soon, this walk in helps tremendously. We also had a grab bar put in. It's easy to give our dog a bath too!

The workers were very clean and did an outstanding job. I have received outstanding comments on the work. Due to more work needed to be done on the bathroom I have not used it yet.. THEY DID NOT STOP UNTIL WAS COMPLETED. They arrived on time and protected my carpet with runners. VERY PLEASED.

Our install went great- except they got the wrong doors. I showed them our order and they said they would get the right doors and come change them out. 3 weeks later we had heard nothing so we called them. We were told the new doors were ordered 2 weeks after the mistake was discovered and would be here in another couple of weeks. I called to see if a change in the door towel rack was possible. Aaron said he would check and get back to me. That was 9 days ago and no callback. We found what we wanted on Amazon and have parts when the new doors arrive.

Our new bathroom is totally beautiful. The installation was quick and the installer did a wonderful job at explaining the process involved. I only wish I had done this sooner. The glass doors are so crisp and clean. And the overall surround is so clean. I have no complaints. Cannot thank Bath Fitter enough.

A few weeks after the shower door was installed, I needed to have a slight adjustment on it. The gentleman came out and had it fitting perfectly within 10 minutes and it's worked perfectly ever since. These folks are the absolute best there is. There are a bunch of businesses that say they can do the job, and some for less money, but at the end of the day we wanted people who communicate, installers who show up on time and do a first class job.

Mike ** was professional and was very helpful explaining the installation of our shower .. We needed it ASAP due to knee replacement surgery and this shower was installed within 3 weeks even though workers had no power due to hurricane Helene.. Chris came and installed the shower in one day.. We were amazed at how organized and professional he was.. He did a great job and we are enjoying our new shower..

A beautiful job was done by Chris on Sept.26, 2024. He worked hard and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and all the information that is needed to go along with it. He was on time and very pleasant. Chris worked almost straight through to do the job well. When he had to get more supplies he was back shortly afterwards like he said he would be. He is an excellent employee in my opinion.

Salesman very knowledgeable and explained very well. Installer was great and cleaned up everything went over all the features and asked me where I wanted shelf and handheld located. Was a great addition to my home. Would definitely install again in any home that I have. It was a great experience with no issues.

Product delivered was as promised. Professional, timely. Materials seem to be of good quality, although the brushed nickel finish on grab bars, etc. show wet spotting if not wiped off after shower. Installer was polite and did the job in just a few hours. Sale was a bit pressured as decision had to be made at the time of the sales presentation in order to get the stated price.

I had my tub/shower replaced with a flat floor shower. I'm 80 and didn't want to lift my legs over the edge of the tub AND the floor of the tub was fairly slick. So this new installation took care of those primary goals and I ended up with a very pleasing and nice looking installation. I look forward to using it many times per week and it meets all my needs and specifications. The installer did an excellent job and completed the task in one 13 hour day. HOWEVER, I spent 51 years in manufacturing and have "costed" a large number of products. I just don't see enough time and material in the job to have cost what it cost. I have no complaint about the results, but I think it cost too much...by about double.

From start to finish this was a good experience for me. When the first person came to explain everything and did all the measurements, I felt confident that he knew just what he was doing. The arrival of the new shower went well. The installer was careful with everything, checked everything, and put in a beautiful new shower which has exceeded my expectations. It is easy to keep clean and looks really good in my bathroom!

I ordered 2 different Bath Tubs to be covered so I would not have to tear out all the existing tile walls and tile floors. They fit perfectly and look Great. The installation for each tub only took 1 day. These tubs went in 2 different houses in the same town. I was pleased with the price and the product and the installation.

Although price was higher than expected we are very satisfied with the finished product. The process took 2 days from start to finish. The installer was professional, polite and tidy. Payment was half upfront and remainder upon job completion and satisfaction. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. We would use Bath Fitter again.

I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter. I replaced two bathtubs with walk in showers and I'm very pleased. If I was to do anything different, I would purchase my own shower doors. Bath Fitter has three to choose from and they rattle when opening and closing. The installers were also great. On time every day, professional, polite and worked efficiently.

I had a bathtub and wanted a walk in shower - the salesman was nice, no pressure, when I told him what I wanted he discussed option, etc and prices and wrote up exactly what I wanted and the price was fair. The team of installers arrived as promised and in one day completed the job as promised. They were careful of my property, protected my floors and cleaned up after. They were respectful - there were no issues.

Happy with the liner itself but disappointed with the fixtures. The faucet is crooked and all of the fixtures look stained and old! I’ve tried cleaning and polishing but without any luck I have attached pictures.

Bath Fitter did an excellent job. They converted an old bathtub to a beautiful walk in shower. They cleaned up after would not have known we had any work done. We also had those old 1950s tiles on the bathroom walls. They happened to mention they a have a wainscoting to cover those tiles. We took them up on that and now a bathroom is beautiful all around.

My Bath Fitter experience was really good. They were very helpful in deciding what type of shower and features I wanted in my bathroom. They were very reliable about the timing of the project. I’ve lost the use of 3 rooms in my home due to a bad drain install on a bathtub. I’m waiting now 8 weeks. All Marissa tells me is they are working on it. There is black mold, drywall and baseboard, flooring all damaged. Remitigation starts at 3 thousand dollars. Reconstruction could cost even more. I don’t know how they can sleep at night knowing they’ve ruined customers lives. Please people, read your contracts carefully before using Bath Fitter because they will hang you out to dry!

Our house is in SW Florida and is serviced by the Ft. Meyers Bath Fitters office. After Hurricane Ian, we had three of our bathrooms redone by Bath Fitters back in April 2023. Thankfully, we have been spared any hurricane flooding until recently. The bath on the lower level experienced flood water that came up from under the shower pan during hurricanes Helene and Milton. This is the first time the water has risen since the bath was redone. Bath Fitters provides no pictures or explanations of how this is happening; only "Natural disasters are not covered." The only offer is to send a salesperson to quote a new install. What a joke! Know that no matter what might be destroyed or damaged during the removal process, once it is covered up with the replacement, you will be entirely on your own.

I recently had an installation done by Bath Fitter, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! From start to finish, the staff demonstrated the utmost professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Every team member was knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to answer all my questions, making me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

In complete disbelief with this company garbage material. Careless people. In less than a year the fixtures broken twice. I was without a shower for the first time for a week and less than 3 month it’s broken again and another week without a shower. I only have 1 bathroom imagine the nightmare. There is only 2 people that works in the office apparently and if that person it’s not in you have to wait until she comes back to solve anything. Very cheap poorly installed not worth the price. It only looks good in pictures believe me. Save yourself a headache!

We just had Bath Fitter replace our 40+ year old shower. The sales associate was very thorough, answering all our questions concerning the custom unit, and the installation process. Our Installer Ryan, did an excellent job removing the old fixtures, preparing the space and installing the new unit. We are very satisfied with the product and the whole experience. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter.

After waiting 14 years for this bathroom renovation, I am very disappointed with the workmanship and the damage left to my bathroom wall following the install. I received a tub with slice marks in it, I reported it immediately and sent pictures to the Auburn NH distributor. That was September 4th, 2024. Over 6 weeks later the only thing that Bathfitter has done was to charge the bank the almost 10k cost of the tub. We now pay monthly for a damaged tub with no response from the company.

We meet with Matt in early July and we went over what we needed and what he had to offer. This was a very pleasant and informative experience. He quoted a price which was affordable and scheduled a date for the installation. The installer and plumber arrived on the date scheduled. We interacted with the installer because he was here for the major part of the installation. We don't remember his name but he explained what would happen and answered our question. This was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend this service. We have had a person do some small jobs and he didn't believe the installation could be done in one day. Now he knows better.

The man that came to our house did a wonderful job. My husband and I are very happy with our new Bath Fitter tub. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I would recommend you guys to anyone. My bathroom is beautiful now! Thank you thank you thank you.

Our appointment was scheduled for August 19 and 20, 2024. Jason was punctual at 8:00 a.m. and before too long he was moving in his tools and other necessities for the days work. Although he was on the job for half of the first day, by then it was obvious that Jason was knowledgeable, experienced and capable of the task at hand. By mid afternoon the next day, Jason invited us to the reveal. We were not disappointed; the room was spotless; Jason's work was clean and finished. The new bathroom was just what we expected.

I had Bath Fitters do a fitted tub, and surrounded. The person doing measurements, was efficient. The drain stopper was fine, but the water started to infiltrate under the tub, so it was like stepping on a water bed. I followed instructions of care for the tub, and it developed cracks in the tub veneer. Overall, l don't think it's a durable product. I would only use this type of product, if l was flipping a house.

My installer Austin, was awesome. He made sure that I had no leaks and everything was tight on the inside. Austin also showed us how to use the new shower head accessories that we did not have before. He provided us with hints on how to eliminate the hard water stains, squeegee, and other simple tips to keeps it looking good. Austin made two horrible, out of date showers look like showroom showers. Again, thank you, Austin.

I just had both bathrooms redone. The spare bath had a tub which they tore out and replaced with a shower. The Master Bath had a shower which was replaced also. Work started and was completed exactly as they quoted. The workmen made the job look easy and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Bath Fitter very highly.

Plumber & installer both did a great job. Friendly and experienced. Hard worker and attention to detail. We are enjoying and very happy with our walk in shower. We only have good things to say about everyone involved. Thank you for your hardwork and making us feel safe in our new shower.

We had a master bath garden tub replaced with a shower and my mom's downstairs small shower expanded to a larger new shower complete with bench and assistance rails. We are very pleased! From the consultation to the install and follow up on a couple of items, the service has been excellent. We first met with Jim ** followed by Jerry, Jeremy & Fonz with the installs. We are happy with the end result and recommend Bath Fitter!

On July 8, Trevor and Tony from BathFitter completed the tub/shower conversion in my only bathroom. I had been concerned that the job may take more than one day, but they were awesome! They removed the tub and built the shower before the end of the afternoon, were pleasant and left no mess in my house. Beginning with my initial consultant, Tim, with installers Trevor and Tony, and with everyone else at BathFitter (Mercedes, Sara, others) I had a great experience--I felt like they listened to my desires and concerns about the project itself, with the scheduling and the cost/payment. I have recommended BathFitter to several friends and family and encouraged them to contact them for their bathroom remodel needs.

The installation was as good as expected. The installer was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We love our shower. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the customer service people when I called a couple of days later to ask for help with a drainage issue. The customer service men could have been more helpful and considerate. Luckily we were able to resolve the issue on our own, but because of your customer service we can not recommend Bath Fitter. I wonder what service I will receive if I ever have another issue.

We needed a shower/tub converted to a walk-in shower and the process went very smoothly. From booking a consultation, to scheduling an install, setting up financing, and having the work done. A few months in and the shower has been great. Very happy with the work. Definitely would recommend Bath Fitter to others.

Updated on 11/25/2024: A small area was in need of some caulking. Will was on time and very efficient. Will had helped with the install so was comfortable with our request. This was a newly installed walk-in shower and just about 1 inch was in need of caulking in a corner. It took 5 min. to do.

The shower installation was done in a timely manner just like the salesman told us. Our carpets had protective coverings and I don’t think there was a speck of dust when completed. We love the shower and anyone who asks about it we have them come in to inspect. Would recommend this company for their product!

Both the sales process and the install were wonderful experiences. Sales took us through each step, discussing pros and cons of our choices to help us make our decisions. The install team was amazing. Professional, friendly, respectful, I truly enjoyed watching them work. Even when talking to each other and on break they were professional and polite. These are the true heroes of this story as they made this transition painless. They cleaned up after day one making sure everything was tidy and out of the way and were prompt when they returned for day too. Very happy with the whole experience.

Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions. The technician was prompt and did a very good job. The fit and finish was perfect. He made an observation regarding improper fittings for the plumbing that was already there and advised me to make a needed replacement without any pressure to do so. He cleaned up the area and took the trash with him. We had to have them return for an adjustment for the soap dish and a railing that was seen to the next day. It all looks great and I am pleased.

The one day install was completed in 7 hrs and the work area was completely cleaned up, ready to use walk in shower. The shower has no grout lines and cleans up very nicely with a vinegar and water solution. The price was higher than I would have liked but much better than the competition.

The installer arrived before our original installation date which was great. He removed an old shower & installed a new one in less than 1 day in about 6 hours. He was alone for about 1/2 day which has me concerned about the long term on this shower because it was supposed to take 2 days. He left it dirty & the vinyl wall section was marred. I called about this & asked them to call my husband about arrival time because I had to work. They did not pass that on to the installer so I had to take care of that while at work. He fixed this quickly & left. While everything looks good, I am just not sure about this because of how fast they did all this & did not clean up.

Bath Fitter rep, Toni, helped us thru all the necessary paperwork with the VA, and the HISA program. It took awhile to get that done. So, about 2 months from start to installation. It was well worth the wait. I am very pleased with my new shower. It's large and easy to get in and out of.

Bath Fitter recently did a tub to shower conversion in my main bathroom. From my first encounter to my last, everyone was friendly, efficient, and more than willing to meet my needs. The installer did the entire job in one day. The conversion needed 24 hours to "cure." I discovered a leak in the showerhead when I tried to take a shower and the installer came back the next day to fix it. Someone else came out a couple of days later to answer a question and another visit a couple of days after that to change out the shower head at my request. (It was an aesthetic issue for me.) Great experience!

We lover our Bath Fitter shower stall that was installed over old tile. It looks great and is easy to keep clean. The sales rep and the installer were both so great! We would recommend this company and its products to everybody we know. It is hard to believe it was installed in just one day.

Mostly all good. Only down size was the salesperson Rushed us, did not make us aware of all offers, Did not lead us to the best deal --perhaps more commission for him. Not sure why When I brought my issue to salesman supervisor (at least I was told that was their role) they were extremely defensive of the salesman and said I must have heard wrong. I did/do not understand how they knew what was said to me as they were not there with the salesperson and I. I suggest to all that I speak with to make sure and tape the whole conversation with salesperson as the supervisor of salesperson will dispute what you heard. Kind of no. Very sad.

Every step from inquiry to finish was easy and professional. I never felt like I was being upsold anything, and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. We had an old home with water damage behind the tile wall and beneath the cast iron tub, and they thoroughly demolished, cleaned, and rebuilt the wall, including replacing some of the studs and floor that they discovered were damaged. The whole job took only 3 days, which is incredible considering the work that was done. It is our only bathroom in the house, and the interruption to our life was minimal, considering the scope of the job. We are very pleased with the finished result and love using our new shower and bathtub!

I love my new tub/shower installation. I do wish the water pressure was higher. The installation crew were very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to my friends. During the initial consultation we were informed that we would have a 14-15 week wait and it would be a 2 day project as an old one piece fiberglass bath/shower was to be completely removed and a separate tub and wall surround would be installed. He was so personable, explained what he was doing and ensured that we were pleased with the work at each stage. We have an older bath with a window and while it was in ok condition, the window was poorly done by the previous owner and nothing was very waterproof. Bathfitter was able to get a whole new tub and surround in, as well as trim out the window so it appears it will do a great job of sealing out water. Although it was not cheap, we were so pleased that it was able to be completed in a day and a half. The installer was courteous, left the place clean, and gave sound advice. I will be considering Bathfitter for future projects.

Probably not the cheapest, but they used quality materials and took their time to do it right the first time. They give you a lifetime warranty and if there is an issue they come right away. My wife is totally satisfied with the job, and that is what matters. The shower doors are thick glass and the whole shower is just cleaned by rinsing after use

The consultant who helped us plan was knowledgeable about disability aids, durability of materials and ease of maintenance. The turnaround time to date of install was quick (and we were offered quicker if we needed it). Then our installer was careful, informative, scary fast and clean. If I hadn't lived it, I would think it was an idealized representation from a commercial!

Bath Fitter responded quickly to request for quote. In home assessment/estimate process was much more detailed than expected. It was a very good experience. The man who actually did the conversion (I believe his name was Carl) over two entire days was very professional. He put down mats on every surface that would be used for walking on or working on, he kept the mess to absolute minimum, and was careful not to damage anything other than what needed to be torn down/out. Carl was never dismissive regarding our curiosity and answered all questions. Even though there were a multitude of heavy tools, electric saws, dust making equipment, Carl kept the mess to an admirable minimum. We strongly recommend Bath Fitter.

I was amazed at how many times they came to measure, but it is always better to be sure than to have errors. I was provided with an exact quote, including tax, for the choices I made. Swift and easy. Once the order parts were made, the installation crew came in and installed both the bathtub and the shower in a single day. The crew did a great quality job and was very professional and efficient. Overall - great experience throughout, would definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

Working with Bath Fitter was excellent. They may quite possibly be the best organization I have ever worked with from their sales staff (Tony), who explained the entire process and answered all our questions, to their installer (Brenden), who installed our shower in less than 6 hours and totally cleaned his work area and hauled all the debris away. The next day we did discover a minor leak, contacted Bath Fitter and Brenden was literally at our door within the hour to resolve our issue. Bath Fitter can be a little on the expensive side (figure 9 to 10 thousand) but their product and team are both excellent and I recommend them highly.

I appreciate that they show up, and do all of the work of removal, and then the install on the next day. Each install person made sure we had full use of our water between day one and day two. Our old shower/tub combo was not great - the tub never really ever looked clean, the tiles were old and falling apart. Bath Fitter came in and changed the entire look and feel of the shower/tub combo. It looks great, it easy to clean - I'm super happy.
