The installer was very professional and completed the job on time. He cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. He also provided a copy of the cleaning products to be used for the new bath/shower.

Start to finish it was great. Aside from a few glitches in scheduling and communication, we are extremely pleased. Bre came over, so professional-and FUN!! Trevor arrived on set date and blew us away!!! I cried when I saw his finished product!! I had no idea one person could achieve such a feat!!! I definitely recommend Bre and Trevor for the job!! And I did to my neighbors!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the work done by Bathfitter. My installer, Brandon was very pleasant and professional. He worked very hard and did a great job. My wife and I were very satisfied. So far, so good.

Update: The issue about my toilet was addressed and resolved. Thank you Bath Fitter for doing that. I would recommend Bath Fitter, to whoever is interested in a bathroom remodeling.

Great install, communication could use tweaking. Still waiting for them to come and correct the door to the shower that still leaks. It has been several months. I cannot in good faith recommend this company until they come back and fix the leaky door.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was wonderful. The installation was timely. The quality of the work was wonderful. The gentleman who did our installation was friendly as well as professional. We are very satisfied with our choice to go to Bath Fitter.

We had Phoenix Nivens out of Bozeman, MT as our installer for our bathtub/surround shower install. He did an awesome job!! He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. A hardworking young man. I highly recommend Bath Fitter for your bath/shower install. If you're in the Bozeman-Butte area I recommend Phoenix. 😊

The installation was great, except the installer pounded on the wall so hard that it popped the dry wall nails out. I phoned to let the company know about this and took pictures, but didn't hear from them when the job would be fixed. Then I had to phone again to remind them about this problem. Then they soon sent someone out to fix it and he did a good job. I feel that waiting 6 weeks to have a job done is a little long, especially when it only takes 4 hours to complete the installation.

Our shower/bath looks great. Our installers from O'Gorman Brothers were great.. They were friendly, hard working & neat. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using Bath Fitter. An awesome experience.

The saleswoman was honest and very helpful. She quoted a price almost $10,000 less than a competitor and it included everything the previous competitor had listed. The workers completed the work in 2 days, and were very good at cleaning up. The bathroom was back in it's orginal shape with a new shower replacing a porcelain tub. They left detailed information on the maintenance.

Very happy with the whole procedure. Workers were friendly and very professional. Demolition was quick and the install looks fabulous. The whole process was done in a day and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend to someone wanting a new bathtub. We are very happy with the results of the install.

Tightened drain after new install AND checked the other two - these were all at our second bathtubs with new installs at Reef Club in Indian Rocks Beach. Had to work around guests and minimal intrusion very efficient. Well done. Thank you, Rick

There is no problem with the Bath Fitter product or work. However, the surface is just a little more slippery than we expected, and we wish we had a handrail for safety. We did not think we would need it, but it turns out we do. We do not want to add it in case it would void our warranty.

The installation from the Bath Fitter techs went flawlessly. They were so respectful, and the bathroom was left spotless. They took the time and care to measure the height of the seating and grab bars. Their recommendations for our particular situation worked out perfectly. The final product, a walk-in shower with seating, was exactly as promised. We highly recommend Bath Fitter!

My experience with them was great. Had a new walk in shower done by them five years back and believe me it was beautifully done and when I called them to change the shower head they came here in couple of days and changed it and at that time they did some caulking. All I can say is I would recommend them to anyone interested in doing a walk in shower. The person who came here to do the job on 1/7/26 was Gene **. Very well mannered and pleasant to talk to. He knew what he was doing

The fitter was respectful and an extremely knowledgeable and professional contractor. He answered all my questions... as I observing him work, and having had experience with other contractors, I knew instinctively that Gustav knew what he was doing... Would recommend him highly. Tub in guest bathroom... plus tub/wall in master bathroom.

The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and not repaired. The customer care instructions were not given to us and the installer said he would return with the instructions. I called twice, once to the main number and once to the sales rep, and I still have not received the customer care instructions.

It's the best experience, having my independence back after having surgery. It's amazing being able to walk in safely and be completely comfortable in my shower. Gained more acceptance from my new situation after having the surgery that was life saving. Thank you very much to Scott who was amazing installer .

Everything about this job was EXCELLENT! Eric who came to give us the information, was fun and very thorough. Installation was incredible to watch. Our installer was so knowledgeable and such a hard worker. It was done in a day and it’s beautiful! Every time a friend stops by, we show them. We highly recommend Bath Fitter! We ❤️ our new shower!

I was very pleased with both the service and the product. They confirmed the appointment, the team was on time, the work was completed within one day which was very helpful, and cost was less than a full reno. The product looks good. I recommend Bath Fitters for renewing your old bathroom, or for redoing a newer bathroom.

Very happy with the installation overall. Bath Fitter provided a competitive cost with other providers, what seems to be a superior product, demo and installation took less than a day, and follow-up service support appears to be very good. No regrets using Bath Fitter to improve our shower and we would not hesitate using them again in the future.

We were very pleased with the installer. He did a great job and was very professional. After using the tub for the first time, we had a concern and contacted two individuals on two separate occasions via email. Our understanding was that the tub would have a non-slip bottom. It is textured but is very slippery once it gets wet. We continue to need a non-slip bath mat. We asked for clarification but no one bothered to get back to us.

I wasn’t happy with the price and regret spending $10,000 on this. I could have had it done for less. But I do enjoy the warranty and the nice results. It’s the first time I’ve had a bath in years. The installer did a good job and cleaned up the mess. I will recommend, but will warn others of the high price.

The installation was great and Colton did an excellent job. Coordination with the plumber and the city for inspection also I thought was excellent. I did have to special order a door because I wanted gold.

Updated on 01/09/2026: It will not let me reply to Bathfitter so I will add an update. They did have the local office contact me and request photos. Upon review they said there was nothing that they can do to fix their mistake and “sorry” and left it at that. No offer to refund their botched job and now we have to pay to redo the bathroom AGAIN but with a different company. I would have been understanding if they could have fixed it or if they couldn’t, at least given a refund. Super disappointed.

Called them for an appt.. Nobody even called back, had to call back k and finally they came and wowwie hold your pants up 'cause it's not cheap like they show on tv or on fb or anywhere else, I rent a house and was gonna pay half with the owner to remodel my bathtub, well hello I was thinking maybe $1500 or a little more, ya right it was over $5000 like really, at that price I can hire my carpenter buddy and get a whole new bathroom, what a joke..

The work that was done by Kennedy was outstanding. The work from tub to shower was quality material. Impressed I can’t say enough great things about Kennedy. Bath Fitter follows up on my calls immediately.

Work by Bath Fitter was done professionally. Pleased with installed. However, my husband is a disabled Veteran and was approved by the VA for them to pay half. The paperwork was never sent in your Bath Fitter.. we lost 6,800 that would have been paid by the VA. Would not recommend them to help a disabled led Veteran as they never sent paperwork in.

A representative from Bath Fitter came out to repair a minor issue with my shower about a month ago. I told him that the shower door drags when I open & close it. He agreed that that’s not normal. And, he stated that the entire shower would need to be redone. He said that it would take two days to complete. I said I have no problem with that. So, a scheduler called me to set up the appointment. On the day that the entire shower was supposed to have been done. The installer said that the only thing that needed to be done was the crack in the floor. I stated about the door and the initial guy coming out staying that the entire shower needed to be done. He stated that his boss said to do the just the crack in the floor. And, that he can do some repairs to the door to make sure it work properly.

Tony ** just finished converting our bathtub into a walk in shower, He explained in detail the entire process prior to beginning and asked for questions at any time. His work is outstanding, everything he did was completed when he said it would be completed and when he left the bathroom was spotless. I truly appreciate his professionalism and expertise in completing the project for us. He was so efficient and quiet while working we forgot he was in the house. We would certainly refer this company and Tony specifically to make any conversions in the future.

In 2010 I had Bathfitter install a walk-in shower. I was so happy with it that I referred several friends to Bathfitter. Now I'm in a different house and had Bathfitter install a new walk-in shower. Not the same experience. The shower floor is slippery, unlike the 1st shower. I was told to put a skid proof mat down. I'm very disappointed in this company and I will not refer them again.

We are very happy with our decision to use Bath Fitters, we did our shower and conversion from tub to shower. The care of our home and floors was amazing, the installers were professional and meticulous about their work. We got other estimates from other companies and made our final decision because of the knowledge of the salesperson, he answered all our questions and wasn't pushy. I would like to praise Cooper for the install he did. He was very proficient in the installation of our shower. We are very pleased with the work that Cooper did. He was done in ten hours and described the install and demonstrated the shower to us and showed us all the features. We are very pleased with the shower.

Installer was great, looks great and all went well, however, the materials, and products used are not of high-end quality. Thin walls, offbrand faucets and shower doors, especially for the money charged.

Last year we had Bath Fitter install our shower. We've loved it. In the last few months the door started leaking. Called and Shawn came out a few days later. He fixed the door! I really appreciate his making sure I knew exactly what need to be done. He had it fixed quickly.

I called Bath Fitter for some yellowing caulking and low flow from the shower head. Tim ** arrived and removed and replaced the caulking and the shower head. All covered under the warranty! When he was finished, Tim expertly told me what he had done and what we should do to prevent the caulk from yellowing again. He was very meticulous and professional and would recommend him to any who ask! Really, from the initial phone call to Customer Service to scheduling the tech visit, it was all outstanding. This company does it right!

Bath Fitter installed a cover on my tub just 5 months ago, it seems to be a good job, until I noticed that water had accumulated underneath the fitter. I called and they came to check the problem and saw that the previous work must be redo and they would call me to setup a date for repair. They did NOT call, I had to call them. Now I’m waiting for them to come and redo my tub with the incentive date of two weeks. We shall see.

Bath tub is cheap fiberglass is bleeding through the tub discoloration rust color on a white tub, I would not recommend to anyone. For the pricing I could have installed a tile shower that would have lasted for years.😞

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter on 4/30/25. It is 10/30/25 and they still have not replaced a damaged shower door that they delivered damaged. At least 60 calls have been made by me to Cristi (the Dutchess manager). Each time I call she claims to schedule the door for delivery. The door has been scheduled for installation at least 10 times and nothing yet. They don't call or show up. They then get annoyed stating that it is not their fault that it was not delivered. Whose fault is it then? Please stay away from this company at any cost. They constantly lie to you. The Better Business Bureau has just re opened my complaint again because of their non compliance. This is the BBB complaint #**. My next step is going to have to be a lawsuit against the company for breach of contract. My name is Hector...they know me by now.

Bath Fitter of Spokane Valley. Did a very substandard job putting in a walk-in shower. Michael cut three or three-quarters of the way through one of my floor joists and tried to hide it, and would not fix it. He left it in all the old, rotten sheetrock that he was supposed to replace and tried to hide it. Was supposed to replace dry rot, not holes in it, to put his drain in, and left it in. Covered it up with a piece of plywood. Use the cardboard to level the bottom of the shower. There is mold all underneath the new shower they put in.

When I signed with Bath Fitter, I was told it would take one or two days. It took two days, Ben the installer was absolutely wonderful. Kept everything clean. Like I said it took him 2 days. But what a great job he did. He was professional, friendly and definitely knowledgeable. I can't believe one man did this job by himself. And it came out beautiful Also. The cost was less than half of all the estimates I got. It's unbelievable The job came out. So great for the price. The price is great. And I would recommend this company to anyone who would ask me.

Beware! The process took from August 21st to October 13th to complete. Wrong wall surround, length. Waited a week and on install the panel was damaged. Wait a week and get shower installed. Wait a week to get door installed but no the door was broken in transit. Wait another 2 weeks to get door installed. During this process I spoke to Olga by telephone advising her of my dissatisfaction with the timeline and the fact that the fixtures were showing water spots and I was displeased with the quality of the product. I was told they completed the install and there was no recourse. My advise....Do not pay up front!

Our tub was redone in July 2022. I have waited 3 years to give a fair review from our experience. We chose them because they could do it in 1 day, and it was our only full bathroom. We paid $6,000 after a discount. I thought it was too much, but my husband just wanted it done with. We had to have the faucet replaced, too. I admit I haven’t contacted them because I doubt there is anything they can do.

After entering into a contract with this company, I attempted to cancel and request the return of my $2,000 deposit. Under BC’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to cancel within one year if key information is missing from a contract, or within 10 days of receiving a copy of the contract if it was not provided at signing. Both apply in my case. I did not receive a copy of the contract until the day I attempted to cancel!

They suck! They are rude when speaking to each other, overheard them talking about lying to other customers and even coworkers. Talking about getting drunk while working. The shower and walls looked like a bunch of inexperienced kids did it and my 10 yr. Old could have done a better job. They are a complete waste of money. You will be better off doing it yourself or hire a local handyman because these guys do not have a clue.

Bath Fitter has literally transformed our 60-year-old stall shower into a modern masterpiece! We continue to enjoy it every time we step in! We love everything about this company - everyone is friendly and professional, and they stand behind their work! Randy came on Sept. 4th at 430. Picked out our shower, was pricey but felt pressure to put deposit down. Friday, Sept 5th I called the 800 number, I was away and didn’t have Randy #. Told the lady I wanted to cancel my order. She said someone will be in touch with me Monday! I returned home Monday and texted Randy that I wanted to cancel my order, no reply. I called the 800 number again and talked to a few people explaining my situation. Said they would call me back. No the check has been cashed, not happy another call goes out. Left message. It’s Tuesday, sept 9th. I also have another text out to Randy. I haven’t heard anything!! I better get my $ back as fast as they cashed my check. But it’s not looking good.

Bathfitters installed our tub to shower conversion within one day. Our installer, Jerry was on time, friendly, professional, and answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend using Bathfitters!!!

Shout out to Vicente ** who did an excellent job in recaulking our bath tub on 8/13/25. Our tub looks good as new! He's very friendly & has a good sense of humor. One can say he really enjoys his job.

The sales consultant came to provide a quote on a shower insert. It’s a shower stall about 35”x35” and is 30 years old. I think the small size of it disappointed him. I had a tub insert with the wall done 7 years ago in another bathroom by Bath Fitter so would have been a repeat customer. As he walks out of the bathroom, he says this will cost between $7K and $10K. I told him that would not happen. I know Bath Fitter is more expensive than other companies but for this small shower, I thought the price was excessive. He told me maybe I should just get a handyman to install something from one of the big box stores.

The worst experience ever. I purchased a shower with door Five months ago. As of today, I'm still waiting for the door because the one they installed was damaged. Trying to resolve this matter with Cristi of the Dutchess office is a nightmare. She does not answer the phone, she does not get back to you and I have to call multiple times for a manager and they still don't call you back. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau today. Hector

My husband is a 78 yr old Vietnam Marine Vet who was recently diagnosed with ALS. We are in need of having a shower with wheelchair access for him. We contacted Bath Fitter and Tony came to our home to give us an estimate for our smaller bathroom in our master bedroom. A short time later, we contacted Tony on Sunday and asked if he could come back a 2nd time to give us an estimate for having our main bath converted from a tub/shower combo to a wheelchair accessible shower. He was back at our home the next day and we ultimately chose the main bath for the renovation. We are currently waiting for the final confirmation from the VA on their grant for proceeding with this project. Tony said once he gets the go ahead, he can get us on their schedule within the next 2-3 weeks.

My wife and I had a most pleasant experience today with Dustin and Bobby today. Our new bathroom was installed professionally and exceeded our expectations. Knowing the company backs the product is reassuring, as it means that if a problem arises, a single call is all that's needed. Dustin prepared the work area and cleaned up behind themselves after the work was completed. We inspected the work and were satisfied with the craftsmanship. We are very pleased.

I have had my Bath Fitter shower conversion for over 5 years. Installation was great and durability has been great. My situation is the floor is like glass. My wife fell and had a concussion and two brain bleeds while stepping out of the shower. She still is recovering slowly and has had numerous set backs. Bath Fitter has told me that they warn buyers about this problem and have told me that they have no solution except it is your responsibility to use a rubber mat. I am sure I am not the only one to have found out about this problem. Maybe someone reading this will have a solution.

Kam was the installer of the shower we had put in... I have never seen someone that worked hard and quickly as he did... Figured out an option for the front of the shower.. He was so knowledgeable about the product he works with.... Thanks again Bath Fitter and Kam. Also the plumber was great too..

We had a Bath Fitter product in our bathroom when we moved into our house. There were areas of this shower that were failing so we called Bath Fitter company and they honored the warranty from the previous owner. They came by a short time later to take our the old shower and tub replacing it free of charge. They absolutely stand by their product and did a professional job replacing the old product.

We are an elderly couple that needed a step in shower. First, we were satisfied with the worker that installed the bath, however, it did take two days. It was almost impossible to get the hand held shower head to adhere to the magnet in the shower fixture. We had to change to a stationery shower head. The dimples in the shower floor do not drain the water, I squeegee the water out. The hand holds are slick, my husband had a bad fall because he could not hold onto the hand hold. Lastly, I just don't like the appearance.. It is do blah!!!

Lifetime warranty is false. Trim & caulk terrible. One service call, repairman said he didn't have the right equipment & would have to come back. Never heard from him again. My walk in shower looks like crap. They don't care, they got my money.

About 5 years ago my wife de decided to redo the bathroom. She liked what Bath Fitter offered, but due to some miscommunication or misunderstanding from our part (English is not our 1st language), we had some issues that we needed to correct. It turned out, that the first installer made some mistakes that caused some leaking. Two weeks after my complaint Alvaro showed up with a brand new bathtub liner and replaced the old one.

Is there a rating lower than a one-star? Because this company DOES NOT DESERVE any stars at all. Watch out, consumers! Other companies can do the same job and much better! The salesman was arrogant, crude, and rude, and so full of himself! The only thing he talked about was his personality. I asked him to leave two times, but he kept talking. I should have called the police. His INITIALS are CI, so watch out! He said his home office is in Springfield, Virginia, where he also resides.

The installers do a great job. They work hard. Product is very nice and the finished job looks great. It will bring up the value of your house. My family loves the final look. The only thing that got me was that the salesperson doesn’t tell you everything and they just want the sale. Installation definitely takes more than one day. They also don’t do any floors so if you need to change the flooring in the bathroom. This is not the place. Guidelines they give you for what you have to buy are vague. In the end, after everything was said and done, again the installation was perfect And beautiful. Installers really know their stuff. Sales team should spend some time with them.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Knowledgeable and professional Sales Consultant and expert technicians gave us a substantial bathroom upgrade in less than a day. They also guarantee their work for life.

I had a very bad experience. The product is decent, but sales and service were terrible. Firstly the salesman told me that they would take out 2 ft of the existing tile to see if there were problems, which was a concern in my case. The installer came in and wasn't going to do that. When I told him that the salesman promised that he just said "well that sales talk but it should be okay". When he was honest about the salesman's lie I decided to trust him and it was okay. He locked my toilet loose during the installation and they gave me a lot of grief that finally did fix the toilet. They installed the grab bar in the wrong place and insisted that it was the right place and wouldn't replace it.

Bath Fitter installed a walk-in shower with seat for us about 20 years ago. A couple of days after the install ion, which went quickly and we were pleased with, the piece which holds the doors on the bottom came loose. When I called they said (the local installer, not someone in another country) that it would be a few days before they could come out but told me what to get to fix it right away, which I did. It has held up fine for 20 years. We recently had a problem with the doors. When I called they assured me that they would be able to look up my account. A senior person would have too look it up as he did not have the ability to do so. Assured me they would call back. A week later I called back and was now informed that unless we could produce the paperwork there was nothing they could do. I guess they changed policy in the week.

We just had a tub to walk in shower conversion done by Bath Fitters. Rob and Carson were the technicians who did the job. Wonderful service reps. On time each day, very knowledgeable, very friendly. Would recommend them highly. Love our new shower! The **

All in all Bath Fitter did a nice job on my new tub/shower. The caulking could have been cleaner but otherwise everything looks really good. This is the second time I've had them install a new shower and was happy both times. I would recommend Bathfitter to anyone looking to replace their existing shower or tub.

I don't think you could understand my disappointment with our recent tub/shower install. In hindsight I partially blame myself. When I read the word silicone I should have expected that we would end up with something nowhere near seamless. All the advertising I've watched over the years has clouded my judgement. Yes, the new tub and shower are useable but nowhere near worth over $7,000 dollars. I will never recommend Bath Fitter - if only because they weren't clear about what we were getting. We will continue to look at all the caulking and imagine that it will never be worth the money and is not what we expected. I wish we had purchased a one piece unit on our own and hired our contractor who said it would have cost less than half of what we paid for something I'll never be satisfied with. Bath Fitter simply glued four pieces together.

We had two bathtub/showers completed within two weeks. Mine was a tub-shower converted into a low step in. No more tub and lots of safety bars. My husband’s was step over converted into a roll-in shower with lots of safety bars. Home Health Aides love them. Husband currently in nursing home from broken hip. Once again our showers will come in handy.

Grateful for how promptly this upgrade was able to get scheduled, Cody arrived as promised and finished the installation of the 2nd footrest tower in 60 min. Beautiful job. Cleaned up. Was advised not to use for 24 hrs to allow seal to dry. Pricing was as promised and 20% less than 2018. This is the third time we have used Bath Fitter in two homes. Very pleased with the high quality of the product. Longer lasting acrylic. Longer lasting than more inexpensive fiberglass. Thank you Cody.

We are repeat customers because we loved the tub- over install at our last house. This time we had a tub and wall removal and a floor to ceiling (including the ceiling) shower install. All the material are very nice and look beautiful. Jaimie ** did a wonderful job. He was very friendly and personable, offered helpful information and answered all our questions. And to have it all done in one day was a big plus.

Had a new tub and surround a year ago. The new shower head was whistling. First I was told that it was due to my hot water heater. Had a new hot water heater installed and the whistling continued. Then it was due to the tub spout. They tried fixing it. Still whistling. Now its's a Moen issue. Then installer put in the wrong trim pieces. Also there was a blue spot in the tub that was from when the tub was made and will not be able to be removed. The way I was talked to and made me feel was very unprofessional.

This entire process from selecting all the separate components to straight forward pricing; to the actual installation was one of the best services I can recall. The installers were even able to fix some ongoing problems before they became disasters. The end product is outstanding. The quality of components is very high end. Look amazing.

Derek ** worked hard and diligently. On my mother's bathroom. He was very professional and on time. He always kept a clean work space. And had a very kind and respectful attitude. When I decide to remodel my restrooms I will request the same person to work it. We are very impressed not only with his work ethic but also with the outcome of the shower he installed.

I am reviewing my Bath Fitter experience in Prince Edward Island. I was sold at tub and wall liner and made my deposit. I was scheduled an install date and then rescheduled. When they arrived the tub didn't fit. Another date was arranged and rescheduled to try samples tubs. After that another installation dated was given and rescheduled 3 more times! It's been 15 weeks since I made my deposit and after talking to their manager Ryan I was assured he would personally look after my file until it was complete and he said he would call me back about adding a discount. He never did.

Bath Fitter at 3910 Brewerton Road, North Syracuse, NY 13212 installed a walk in shower for us. It started with the sales rep ** who was very knowledgeable and helpful in starting the process. ** and ** were the installers. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the finished project.

My bathroom was ugly and I wanted to blow it up, but instead Bath Fitter gave me a beautiful bathroom by Shawn that I am extremely happy with. Shawn kept me updated on his work thru-out his 9 hrs. of work and also how to clean it and other helpful info. I would recommend Shawn and Bath Fitter easily.

The technician who did the shower did an excellent job of installing the unit. It looks very nice. However, it is almost nonfunctional for us. The water temperature is too cool. I have a technician out and he says the government decided on the water temperature. He says it has to remain where the temperature is set. I would like a control on the shower so that I can control my water temperature.

Are extremely pleased with the walk in shower. Had in enjoyable experience with all of the people at Bath Fitter. Would recommend them to anyone. Everyone was well taught on all aspects of the remodel and had very good ideas to make it the best that it could be. Clean up was very good and were very careful that debris was not throughout the home.

When our tub cracked, we decided to convert it to a walk-in shower. I chose Bath Fitter because years ago when I was thinking about a bathroom Reno, I had called and spoken with Carolyn on the phone. She was so incredibly helpful that I made the decision right then that when I needed a bath contractor, I would go with them. I was not disappointed by my experience. Carolyn helped me pick out all the items that would meet my needs.

Done in timely manner. 1 1/2 days to demo and redo anew. Couldn’t be more pleased with results. Received good information from installer and he kept me up to date. Installer was prompt and courteous and knew what he was talking about. The shower is easy to clean and is easy to use. My family is happy with the changes.

Bath Fitter replaced our Jack and Jill shower, and it really turned out great! I’m really pleased with their work. The only complaint I have is that it wasn’t done in one day as advertised, because they only sent one worker to do the work. I’m still pleased with his work.

This is the second Bath Fitter shower we have installed. We are very happy with both installations and the product. This installation was to replace an old shower. The Bath Fitter installer worked hard all day removing the old shower and installing the new one. Very professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. The fellow who replaced my shower with a new one was both professional and neat. He did it by himself. The whole job in two half days. He also cleaned up after his job which was very nice. The whole process was easy, from the sale of the shower to the completion of it. I love my new shower and though it was expensive it was done timely and very completely which was what I wanted. Yes I would recommend this company and actually have recommended it to my friends and co workers!

The installer was well knowledged for the job, was pleasant even when the job was bigger than expected, Only one thing I think I would have preferred is straight rod, we did have a curved rod in the old shower because we needed the extra room. But this shower has lots of room.

I am very happy with my Bath Fitter decision. My upstairs bathroom needed a face lift. The tub and shower were over fifty years old and it was harder and harder to clean, I didn't want to deal with cleaning my tiles anymore, so this was a good investment. Looks nicer and much easier to clean.

The price was higher than expected but the shower install was super easy. It’s quite the difference from what I had before. Shower feels bigger and will be easier to clean. The shelves don’t hold the taller bottles, the door squeaks when I open it, but I’m super happy with the new shower.

While I am quite happy with my tub; it is only after I had to have an emergency call out to a plumber because the Bath Fitter technician incorrectly hooked it up to the plumbing. I had a $403 bill to correct the errors made by Bathfitter's technician. I reported to Bathfitter immediately and submitted my bill for $403. Not only did Bathfitter not pay this bill I did not receive a courtesy call, email or any communication.

Bath Fitter installed a walk in shower for me several years ago. I have noticed that the metal railing has rusted. Despite guarantees given and my written complaint, Bath Fitter has failed to respond. This is bad customer service. I live in Ontario Canada and can be reached at **.

The installers showed up on time. With just a quick orientation from myself they proceeded to remove the old tub, etc. They asked me where I wanted the plumbing fixtures, grab bars, and shelves located. Everything went smoothly, and the finished product meets all of our expectations. Altogether this was a very well done project.

Due to our previous experience with end product and warranty service on a bathtub remodel, we chose Bath Fitter to replace and upgrade a low end shower that was installed several years ago by a small local contractor. Though it certainly wasn't cheap, Bath Fitter was surprisingly competitive with other bath remodeling companies. Of the three we looked at, Bath Fitter was the lowest cost and we already loved their warranty service. This is by far the best shower we've ever used and we couldn't be more pleased. We were also pleasantly surprised all the work was done in two days by a single person.

Wonderful product, wonderful service - we had a leak under our 50-year-old shower. It took about three months to resolve and repair this. Bath Fitter provided a stellar replacement shower that is simply wonderful - far nicer than the previous unit and essentially the same size in the same location. They removed the old unit at our requested date and came back weeks later to install the new unit - one-day service each time. Very professional and pleasant at each visit. Lifetime transferrable warranty - no one else offered that.

Stephanie is great! Other than a couple of blips with installation, it went well. However; we do not like the floors of all 3 units at all. You changed that from our previous 2 jobs! The “wells” of the diamond shaped floor hold water and pink slime forms overnight. We are extremely fastidious with using a squeegee, but that doesn’t get all the water in the dimpled wells. Terrible design. What can be done about this?

Caleb did a fantastic job repairing our walk-in shower. Very trustworthy and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone. Bath Fitter does stand behind their warranty. I began to have popping sounds in the floor and Bath Fitter came out and replaced the shower at no charge. I have enjoyed our walk-in shower very much. It is a lot easier than stepping into a tub for a shower.

It is exactly what you expect, professional shows up at your convenience to see the job site and provide you a quote. This quote is done via an tablet letting you see what selections you can have and the variability. Upon leaving, they leave you with a brochure, sort of like when buying a car, it feels like they are invested in making sure you have a comfortable experience. Price can obviously be lower, but I believe you are paying for what you get. Good quality products, with experienced professionals! Installer was amazing. Friendly, answered any questions I had, knew their trade, brought mats to ensure nothing was damaged in the house. Very professional!

They removed the tub enclosure and rebuilt it to a floor to ceiling walk in shower with sliding doors. This part of the Reno was great but they were supposed to add a corner tower, which never came and when asked about it they said it was left off the order. If wanted to purchase the entire corner shelf it was to cost me almost . But I was approved for funds for the doors, and the two way valve and a different showerhead style and it was roughly $3700. I feel that this price was a little too high for what I received. Since asking and sending loan of funds to Mark ** I have not heard back from Bath Fitter. They a date to come and fix the doors as they were installed the wrong way and now have squeak in the floor of the shower.

Wonderful team, gorgeous design, fast, quiet and clean installation, fair price. Highly recommend... We wanted to refresh bathroom without ruining existing tile work. This was a seamless experience. Also, they are experienced with condo and city inspection. When the inspectors came, they immediately recognized the good work by Bath Fitter.

Tub/shower surround was completed in a timely and professional manner. Looks very good and it's a pleasure to use the shower. Bonus that it was quoted and installed by a local. I didn't get the tub resurfaced as it was in good shape. The only negative comment is that it was expensive.

The first time I pulled the curtain liner back the first two rings came apart would not stay in the groove. I ended up buying new rings (metal o rings) at Meijer's for $7.99. You need to know this so you do not use this kind of rings. Very happy with shower and installation. A great job done.

Old walk in tub to a walk in shower with a white fold up seat. The 2 gentleman that were here definitely had experience. They were timely, courteous and professional all day. The salesman even came over to take pictures because they did not have any with the white seat bench. It turned out beautiful. Our install went great- except they got the wrong doors. I showed them our order and they said they would get the right doors and come change them out. 3 weeks later we had heard nothing so we called them. We were told the new doors were ordered 2 weeks after the mistake was discovered and would be here in another couple of weeks. I called to see if a change in the door towel rack was possible. Aaron said he would check and get back to me. That was 9 days ago and no callback. We found what we wanted on Amazon and have parts when the new doors arrive.

Our new bathroom is totally beautiful. The installation was quick and the installer did a wonderful job at explaining the process involved. I only wish I had done this sooner. The glass doors are so crisp and clean. And the overall surround is so clean. I have no complaints. Cannot thank Bath Fitter enough.

A few weeks after the shower door was installed, I needed to have a slight adjustment on it. The gentleman came out and had it fitting perfectly within 10 minutes and it's worked perfectly ever since. These folks are the absolute best there is. There are a bunch of businesses that say they can do the job, and some for less money, but at the end of the day we wanted people who communicate, installers who show up on time and do a first class job.

Mike ** was professional and was very helpful explaining the installation of our shower .. We needed it ASAP due to knee replacement surgery and this shower was installed within 3 weeks even though workers had no power due to hurricane Helene.. Chris came and installed the shower in one day.. We were amazed at how organized and professional he was.. He did a great job and we are enjoying our new shower..

A beautiful job was done by Chris on Sept.26, 2024. He worked hard and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and all the information that is needed to go along with it. He was on time and very pleasant. Chris worked almost straight through to do the job well. When he had to get more supplies he was back shortly afterwards like he said he would be. He is an excellent employee in my opinion.

Salesman very knowledgeable and explained very well. Installer was great and cleaned up everything went over all the features and asked me where I wanted shelf and handheld located. Was a great addition to my home. Would definitely install again in any home that I have. It was a great experience with no issues.

Product delivered was as promised. Professional, timely. Materials seem to be of good quality, although the brushed nickel finish on grab bars, etc. show wet spotting if not wiped off after shower. Installer was polite and did the job in just a few hours. Sale was a bit pressured as decision had to be made at the time of the sales presentation in order to get the stated price.

I had my tub/shower replaced with a flat floor shower. I'm 80 and didn't want to lift my legs over the edge of the tub AND the floor of the tub was fairly slick. So this new installation took care of those primary goals and I ended up with a very pleasing and nice looking installation. I look forward to using it many times per week and it meets all my needs and specifications. The installer did an excellent job and completed the task in one 13 hour day. HOWEVER, I spent 51 years in manufacturing and have "costed" a large number of products. I just don't see enough time and material in the job to have cost what it cost. I have no complaint about the results, but I think it cost too much...by about double.

From start to finish this was a good experience for me. When the first person came to explain everything and did all the measurements, I felt confident that he knew just what he was doing. The arrival of the new shower went well. The installer was careful with everything, checked everything, and put in a beautiful new shower which has exceeded my expectations. I ordered 2 different Bath Tubs to be covered so I would not have to tear out all the existing tile walls and tile floors. They fit perfectly and look Great. The installation for each tub only took 1 day. These tubs went in 2 different houses in the same town. I was pleased with the price and the product and the installation.

I had a bathtub and wanted a walk in shower - the salesman was nice, no pressure, when I told him what I wanted he discussed option, etc and prices and wrote up exactly what I wanted and the price was fair. The team of installers arrived as promised and in one day completed the job as promised. They were careful of my property, protected my floors and cleaned up after. They were respectful - there were no issues.

Happy with the liner itself but disappointed with the fixtures. The faucet is crooked and all of the fixtures look stained and old! I’ve tried cleaning and polishing but without any luck I have attached pictures.

Bath Fitter did an excellent job. They converted an old bathtub to a beautiful walk in shower. They cleaned up after would not have known we had any work done. We also had those old 1950s tiles on the bathroom walls. They happened to mention they a have a wainscoting to cover those tiles. We took them up on that and now a bathroom is beautiful all around.

I’ve lost the use of 3 rooms in my home due to a bad drain install on a bathtub. I’m waiting now 8 weeks. All Marissa tells me is they are working on it. There is black mold, drywall and baseboard, flooring all damaged. Remitigation starts at 3 thousand dollars. Reconstruction could cost even more. I don’t know how they can sleep at night knowing they’ve ruined customers lives. Please people, read your contracts carefully before using Bath Fitter because they will hang you out to dry!

Our house is in SW Florida and is serviced by the Ft. Meyers Bath Fitters office. After Hurricane Ian, we had three of our bathrooms redone by Bath Fitters back in April 2023. Thankfully, we have been spared any hurricane flooding until recently. The bath on the lower level experienced flood water that came up from under the shower pan during hurricanes Helene and Milton. This is the first time the water has risen since the bath was redone. Bath Fitters provides no pictures or explanations of how this is happening; only "Natural disasters are not covered." The only offer is to send a salesperson to quote a new install. What a joke! Know that no matter what might be destroyed or damaged during the removal process, once it is covered up with the replacement, you will be entirely on your own.

I recently had an installation done by Bath Fitter, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! From start to finish, the staff demonstrated the utmost professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Every team member was knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to answer all my questions, making me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

In complete disbelief with this company garbage material. Careless people. In less than a year the fixtures broken twice. I was without a shower for the first time for a week and less than 3 month it’s broken again and another week without a shower. I only have 1 bathroom imagine the nightmare. There is only 2 people that works in the office apparently and if that person it’s not in you have to wait until she comes back to solve anything. Very cheap poorly installed not worth the price. It only looks good in pictures believe me. Save yourself a headache!

We just had Bath Fitter replace our 40+ year old shower. The sales associate was very thorough, answering all our questions concerning the custom unit, and the installation process. Our Installer Ryan, did an excellent job removing the old fixtures, preparing the space and installing the new unit. We are very satisfied with the product and the whole experience. After waiting 14 years for this bathroom renovation, I am very disappointed with the workmanship and the damage left to my bathroom wall following the install. I received a tub with slice marks in it, I reported it immediately and sent pictures to the Auburn NH distributor. That was September 4th, 2024. Over 6 weeks later the only thing that Bathfitter has done was to charge the bank the almost 10k cost of the tub. We now pay monthly for a damaged tub with no response from the company.

We meet with Matt in early July and we went over what we needed and what he had to offer. This was a very pleasant and informative experience. He quoted a price which was affordable and scheduled a date for the installation. The installer and plumber arrived on the date scheduled. We interacted with the installer because he was here for the major part of the installation. We don't remember his name but he explained what would happen and answered our question. This was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend this service. We have had a person do some small jobs and he didn't believe the installation could be done in one day. Now he knows better.

The man that came to our house did a wonderful job. My husband and I are very happy with our new Bath Fitter tub. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I would recommend you guys to anyone. My bathroom is beautiful now! Thank you thank you thank you.

Our appointment was scheduled for August 19 and 20, 2024. Jason was punctual at 8:00 a.m. and before too long he was moving in his tools and other necessities for the days work. Although he was on the job for half of the first day, by then it was obvious that Jason was knowledgeable, experienced and capable of the task at hand. By mid afternoon the next day, Jason invited us to the reveal. We were not disappointed; the room was spotless; Jason's work was clean and finished. The new bathroom was just what we expected.

I had Bath Fitters do a fitted tub, and surrounded. The person doing measurements, was efficient. The drain stopper was fine, but the water started to infiltrate under the tub, so it was like stepping on a water bed. I followed instructions of care for the tub, and it developed cracks in the tub veneer. Overall, l don't think it's a durable product. I would only use this type of product, if l was flipping a house.

My installer Austin, was awesome. He made sure that I had no leaks and everything was tight on the inside. Austin also showed us how to use the new shower head accessories that we did not have before. He provided us with hints on how to eliminate the hard water stains, squeegee, and other simple tips to keeps it looking good. Austin made two horrible, out of date showers look like showroom showers. Again, thank you, Austin.

I just had both bathrooms redone. The spare bath had a tub which they tore out and replaced with a shower. The Master Bath had a shower which was replaced also. Work started and was completed exactly as they quoted. The workmen made the job look easy and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Bath Fitter very highly.

Plumber & installer both did a great job. Friendly and experienced. Hard worker and attention to detail. We are enjoying and very happy with our walk in shower. We only have good things to say about everyone involved. Thank you for your hardwork and making us feel safe in our new shower.

We had a master bath garden tub replaced with a shower and my mom's downstairs small shower expanded to a larger new shower complete with bench and assistance rails. We are very pleased! From the consultation to the install and follow up on a couple of items, the service has been excellent. We first met with Jim ** followed by Jerry, Jeremy & Fonz with the installs. We are happy with the end result and recommend Bath Fitter!

On July 8, Trevor and Tony from BathFitter completed the tub/shower conversion in my only bathroom. I had been concerned that the job may take more than one day, but they were awesome! They removed the tub and built the shower before the end of the afternoon, were pleasant and left no mess in my house. Beginning with my initial consultant, Tim, with installers Trevor and Tony, and with everyone else at BathFitter (Mercedes, Sara, others) I had a great experience--I felt like they listened to my desires and concerns about the project itself, with the scheduling and the cost/payment. I have recommended BathFitter to several friends and family and encouraged them to contact them for their bathroom remodel needs.

The installation was as good as expected. The installer was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We love our shower. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the customer service people when I called a couple of days later to ask for help with a drainage issue. The customer service men could have been more helpful and considerate. Luckily we were able to resolve the issue on our own, but because of your customer service we can not recommend Bath Fitter. I wonder what service I will receive if I ever have another issue.

We needed a shower/tub converted to a walk-in shower and the process went very smoothly. From booking a consultation, to scheduling an install, setting up financing, and having the work done. A few months in and the shower has been great. Very happy with the work. Definitely would recommend Bath Fitter to others.

Updated on 11/25/2024: A small area was in need of some caulking. Will was on time and very efficient. Will had helped with the install so was comfortable with our request. This was a newly installed walk-in shower and just about 1 inch was in need of caulking in a corner. It took 5 min. to do.
