I couldn't be happier with my new shower to replace an existing tub/shower combo. My installer, Chris, did an excellent, professional job. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of protecting my floors. The transformation has opened up my small bathroom and will be so much easier to maintain. Thank you, Chris! Was very happy with the installation of the handicap shower. They did a great job. Anthony had the shower in and made sure everything was done right. Would have him to do another one anytime. They were very good at cleaning up after the job was done.

First let me say that the my installer was terrific! His name was Brett and he worked hard to finish. The job looks beautiful. I waited at least 3 months to get this job done which I was aware of when I signed contract. No problem.. However I was told that 2 men would come and take 1 day, Instead I got 1 man for 2 days. Not a big deal but salesmen need to be honest about these types of things. He also told me shower had lifetime warranty. Well yes and no. Read the fine print. If it wasn't for Brett M being super neat and amicable this review would have been worse.

We are very very pleased with our new handicap shower. Ben and Joe, the two installers were very polite and answered all our questions, and took the time to explain things to us older generation folks. They did an excellent job, and it was all done in one day, which included ripping out the old tub, replacing the walls, and floor, and all new plumbing for drain and water faucets. It was a lot of hard work, but it was done and not a speck of dust left. They cleaned up and took all the old rip out with them when they left. The plumber was great, he was in and done his part and gone in no time. I would recommend Bath Fitter as the BEST.

What should have taken 6 hours turned into a 3 month disappointment. We've been at a loss getting our Bathroom Finished. With little response from our local office, no updates, no return calls nothing.

Had both bathrooms done. Both look 100 times better than what they did before. Installer was very thorough and pleasant. My neighbours were also impressed at the new look. This is the second time I have used BathFitter and would not hesitate in hiring them again.

The salesperson, installers and office staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The installers cleaned up all the mess and left the bathrooms spotless. Still waiting for glass to complete shower enclosure, but so far very happy with the updates.

In Dec 2021 I signed my contract for a shower remodel. Here it is July 2022 and I'm still waiting for it to be finished. I wasted so much time calling the company. What a waste of time. I get a very solicitous response with no action.

The entire experience was great. They placed mats down on the floor to prevent damage to the floor. The 2 men removed and installed the tub and shower quickly and with quality work. They were finished by mid afternoon and cleaned up their mess.

The drain holes are very large. I told the installer and I wrote it in a previous survey. I am not happy with that at all. Everything else is perfect. I asked in my previous survey if it could be changed out. Never heard anything from you.

We ordered a tub to walk-in shower conversion. The sales manager gave us an informative, no pressure consultation at our residence. The final sales price was not cheap, however, we considered the value for the project in the fact that the technicians would transform our shower in less than one workday and we would not have to deal with local contractors who would take days or weeks to complete a similar job. The scheduling process was easy and flexible to our calendar. The two technicians arrived before their scheduled time and were on the job exactly as promised by 8am, and they had two hours travel time. They tore out the old tub and shower enclosure, installed new green board and plumbing, and had the job completed by noon.

We are extremely pleased with our "new" bathroom. From the fist meeting and deciding on what we wanted and needed. The installation was done on time (actually before date given for installation!). Our installer was professional, polite and very informative! To the "old people" problem - Tyler came out and was very nice and showed us how to adjust our showerhead! We have already told many people of our experience and told them to contact Bath Fitter!

BathFitter took an older bathroom with a tub and shower that was showing its age and made it look beautiful again. We choose the marble look with the doors. It has really elevated our bathroom and we know it’s going to continue to look modern and new for a long time. We love that it was all done in one day.

Excellent experience from obtaining the quote to the cleanup after installation. We really appreciated our salesman not starting with an inflated price and then showing what our “real price” was. Great product for the money and I would highly recommend using Bath Fitter.

I was very excited to have this shower done and the tub taken out. It was way more expensive than it should have been, but my kids encouraged me to go for it anyway. I should have been asked how high/low the seat should be...it ended up 3 inches too high for me, my feet hardly touched the floor of the shower. I had to ask them to lower it, thus there's holes that had to be caulked (and this shower cost me $9,000???) The shower doors wouldn't stay open, would close so fast I didn't have time to get in! That was fixed, and to my approval. When the worker lowered the seat for me, I mentioned the shower head was hard for me to reach. He told me I should l should have had the opportunity to have the kind of head that was operated by the faucet...didn't have that opportunity, either.

I called Bathfitter and got through to the office in West Palm Beach and am I ever glad. I had a very good salesman Raul who helped me. Julian came, did a great job, Bob came up with concrete and helped, then the next day Steve came up and did a fantastic job. If you live in the TV Viewing are, you here one Commercial; I love my Attorney, Well I can honestly tell you; I love my Shower! I can honestly say I never gave a perfect 10 in a feedback, but as far as I am concerned, these folks were great and deserved a 11! Thanks. Guys!

I had a wonderful experience with Bathfitter from my first initial phone call, meeting with the sales consultant to the installer. Highly recommended!!! Our neighbor just had their new shower installed too!! She came over to see my new shower and asked for my contact information. Extremely satisfied with my new shower.

Salesman quoted one price, when I finally got the work done 3 months later it was a different cost. Damage was done to the ceiling in the shower that they was supposed to fix. I ended up fixing it myself. On top of all that I had to ask twice for them to send me an invoice

Your expertise in with the excellent installation of my new bath and tub wall surround has given my bathroom a great new look and makeover. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with the finished product. Ty I really don’t have anything more I can think to say. The proof is in the pudding.

The entire package was done in a professional manner, from the Sales Representative all the way to the Installer who not only did a professional job but left the bathroom looking clean like he never did an installation. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We had a Whirlpool bathtubs. Two of the Bathfitter team showed up promptly at 8:00 am. Reviewed what we needed done. Put tarps down on my carpeting and proceeded with the install. They finished at 2:00 pm after totally cleaning up and reviewed the process with me. Very professional and competent.

I had a great experience with Bath Fitter. They were easy to schedule with and gave me a lot of information without being pushy. I was excited to be able to redo my tub/shower unit without losing access to my bathroom for several days. The installation was fast and very professional.

Very nice experience, SO FAR SO GOOD! As I have informed you before, the worker that came to our apartment was not the nicest person (did not communicate well), but did a wonderful job. In the near future we may call you to do the other tub job.

I had previous experience using Bath Fitter, although it was many years ago. I knew they still had a good reputation so when I needed to re-do my one shower, called them, knowing it would be done quickly and efficiently. They made the renovation easy. Their service is somewhat expensive but totally worth it. The technician was extremely competent and when he left, you wouldn’t know he was there except for my new shower, which I love.

Asked to have order expedited and was installed the same day my wife came home from hospital. Great service and very professional. Arrived on time, and cleaned up after install. Bath Fitter installed our tub thirty five years ago and it still looks great. Wonderful product and great company.

The team that came out to show the product and the team that installed the shower were equally amazing! They explained everything and never made us feel rushed or dumb for asking a question! We are so pleased with the transformation.

The Bath Fitter team has made our bathroom remodel the easiest home project to date. From the inhome consultation to installation day. We even got moved up the install list after a cancelation. It only took 7 hours and our bathroom looks like new.

Installation and installer were both great. The only issue was that it took many more weeks to install than expected but that was due to Covid, delivery issues and lack of employees. Joe was excellent and explained everything. He installed everything in one day and came back the next morning to make sure he had grouted everything he should

After getting five estimates I went with Bath Fitter. The salesman did a good presentation. I waited twelve weeks before I was contacted telling me they were ready to install my shower. I was told they would only need to use my garage if it was raining. It wasn’t, but they wanted to use it anyway. My bike was stolen! When I told the company about it they insisted the installer had taken a picture before he left and the bike was there. No picture was ever produced, and there was no talk about reimbursement. It was extremely disturbing. I had that bike for over twenty years, and it was still in good shape. The shower is wonderful. I had special doors installed due to the size, which made the install about four days. Other companies say the install takes one day! I am satisfied with the shower, but the customer service, not so much.

From the time Eric came in to get our quote together and the installation came in to install our new shower was a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. We absolutely love our new shower. We’d recommend Bath Fitter to anyone and will!

They arrived on time, were professional and got the job done. The installer made sure I knew how to take care of my new shower and didn't leave a mess in my house. He asked where I wanted the shelf and showerhead installed and didn't just assume. Very pleased!

Great experience from start to finish. The pandemic caused extreme delays in start time which is understandable. Once the installation started however everything was perfect. I would have liked a status update while waiting. A special shoutout to the sales rep. She was knowledgeable and led me to ask the right questions.

Installers went over and above when installing my shower. They were very friendly and did not leave a mess for me to clean up afterward. Very good job done. Very well. Would recommend it to all my vet friends who qualify for a HISA grant. Very good experience.

Professional, prompt, quality products and fantastic workmanship. Cleanup afterwards was perfect. I have an older home 1860 so a full renovation was not feasible and the Bathfitter option was my best bet and they did not disappoint. I love my new tub and bath surround. This is my 3rd bathroom that we have had redone by Bath Fitter. The sales staff and the installer were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to redo their bathroom.

I had an old cast iron tub I wanted replaced with a walk-in shower only. The man that gave me the estimate was very knowledgeable and courteous. His estimate held true. The men that came in were neat professional and did an excellent job including clean up. They were done in less than 7 hours! I am very satisfied with both the shower and price! I absolutely love my new shower!

I just had both of my bathrooms remodeled for shower stalls. The installations went very well. I was very impressed by the way that the shower looks in the main hallway, not to mention the shower stall off of the master bedroom's bathroom. I am also very impressed with the way that the water is pressurized in the showerhead. Where I now live, there is lower water pressure than where I was living previously in Charleston County. It seems as though the water pressure is increased in my showerhead. My daughter says the same thing about her shower as well, that the pressure seems to be greater coming out than it was in the old showerhead. .

Bath Fitter put in two new showers. Converted tub to walk-in shower, all in one day. Wonderful job. Great guys. Can't say enough nice things about the folks from Bathfitter. Excellent work, high quality! The converted shower is especially nice and well done.

Chet was so helpful in customizing our master bath redo. We didn't feel pressured in any way. Braden was very polite and professional during the removal and installation process. The entire experience was fabulous and I would highly recommend them. We are VERY pleased with our new master bath.

Russell did the renovations for my guest bath/shower and master shower. His work was professional, precise and efficient. He met all challenges to make a very good product. He did a great job with no flaws. The bath and showers look great!

I do not recommend Bath Fitter at all. My experience with them has been horrible. The man that came to my house was extremely rude and said some very explicit things in front of me. I can’t believe he is getting away with this kind of behavior and I do not under any circumstances recommend this company. I’m still waiting for my deposit back.

Today we had a white tub fitter installed over our 1960s blue tub. It looks fantastic! It has truly updated our bathroom. Anthony was our installer. He did a great job, making sure it was done correctly, and that we were pleased. I would recommend the services of Bath Fitter from our visit for an estimation to the installation by Anthony.

In 2016 we decided to replace the master bathtub with a shower only and replaced 2nd bathroom bathtub. It was the best decision I could have ever made. 6 years now and I still have no regrets in the decision.

We went to the showroom and selected our product design. The person that came to our home was rushed and did not do measurements at that time. We decided on a date 2 months from that time. I called a couple of times to request measurement before install but was put off by the salesperson with an attitude. The salesperson did come a few days before scheduled install with little notice. The install was what we expected and it looked better than it did. UNTIL we took a shower 24 hours later. Water pooled on the tub rim, filled the door track and flooded the floor.

We are pleased with the remodel and were happy with our installer Levi **. The work was done on time and in a professional manner and the bathroom looks great. We had wanted to remodel our bathroom for many years and are glad that we finally committed to having the work done.

This is the third time an appmt was scheduled for a shower door installation and for the third time no one showed up or called. So disappointed with their customer service, I keep calling them and they do not seem to care.

Bath Fitters was great, tub/shower look beautiful. Nice sales rep and the guy who installed it was very fast and professional; However… they forgot to send a part for the shower curtain rod and said it would come in soon. It’s been a week now and we still have not been able to use our shower. I sent the below message to the customer service department three days ago and never received a response, I guess it’s all fine if they don’t have to return for anything. Think my next step is to go to the BBB, which seems silly for such easy fixes. Sent to customer service 5/18/22:

They didn't show-up for the first consult and I called repeatedly to reschedule. Now they haven't confirmed the second appointment that I made and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Their phone literally just rings forever and nobody ever answers. I don't know if they are a scam but they are totally unprofessional.

Had bath fitters install new tub and new walls, ceiling on Tuesday. Luke was very professional and informative, and they did a great job with the install and clean up, and all done in one day. (They even put up with the dog wanting to assist). We love our new bath and we will definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to remodel! Thanks again Luke!

We have a walk in shower from Bath Fitter and we are not the owners that put the shower in, we are the second owners, the situation is, is that the shower handle is broken and Bath Fitter said that they won't be able to replace it even though they say it is a lifetime warranty even though we got the door put back on the roller one time and no problems, but Bath Fitters says that the lifetime warranty is not transferable. THEY DON'T TELL YOU TELL, so you basically have to put the shower in and live in the home forever to get any warranty, awful service.

My experience with Bath Fitter was excellent, the installation was set up by Habitat for Humanity, I can not say enough about the installer (Chad). This man knew exactly how to do it and did it right, a perfect install, would highly recommend him to do the work if you are considering having a walk-in shower installed, every piece fit like a glove and he did his best to make it perfect which is the way it turned out.

HOME OWNERS BEWARE!! These guys delayed us for months and months and had a guy come out to measure. He said we would be responsible for replacing the flooring. When we disagreed with it, we were told we were past our 2 day refund window. Here we are out 1875.00. No return calls. The Johnson City, TN manager was very rude. They still have our $1875.00 and never responded to the BBB. No work was ever done on our house!! I hope someone enjoyed our money that they pocketed but I will make sure that others know not to fall for the ** like we did. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Tim and Tristan were very awesome. They remove the old tub. And replaced it with a nice walk in shower. Tim explained how everything worked. Cleaned up When they were all done. They were on time. And answered all my questions.

Installer Scottie ** did an excellent job installing a replacement tub. Very professional! Work done was beautiful and cleaned up. Instructions given for care was a great help. I would recommend Bath Fitter and will probably look at future projects with them.

Doug installed the bath in about 3 hours. He ran thru instructions quickly and left the shower curtain for us to install. He forgot and left some "Goof Off" which is a residue cleaner he used. The salesman left some red tinted glasses behind. The job looked good overall except for debris left on the floor in the bathroom, hallway and stairs. We haven't tried the shower/bath yet-it was installed on 3/29/22. We will tomorrow. It looks good and is an improvement.

Terrible experience with Bathfitter. After 2 of their staff came to our house to measure, check the plumbing, etc we were given an installation date 6 weeks from their visit. They cancelled the installation & tried to force us to accept a date that wouldn’t work for us. After numerous phone calls & arguments - they came the following week. Installation took over 10 hours - BUT they were missing a part. Returned the next day with the part after 2 more phone calls. We used the shower/tub for 5 days. Found out it was leaking into our basement right under the new tub. Reported it earlier today to customer service. We are STILL waiting for a phone call from Bathfitter regarding a repair of the leak. Would never have used them if I knew that they have inferior installation & terrible customer service. Unacceptable!

We hired Bath Fitter to renovate our en suite shower, install happened the end of August 2021. They came out to take measurements for the custom glass on Sept. 1st and told us it would take about 2 weeks for the glass to be cut and shipped... due to 'supply chain issues' the custom glass was finally ready to be installed 4 months later on Jan 24th 2022. The workman was here on site for all of 30 minutes before he told us that "they gave him the wrong kind of metal framework" and that he could not complete the install (after leaving a small pile of aluminum shavings on my porch, a sliver of which I had to remove from my dog's paw).

Anthony was our installer. He was polite and did a great job! He cleaned up after behind him and treated our home with respect. He went over the cleaning list of the dos and don'ts. We appreciated the time he took!

My experience began September, 2021. The salesman (Mike) came out and wrote up the proposal and I signed the agreement with a sizeable deposit. The install was promised for early November. After hearing nothing for 2 months, I contacted Brenda (Install Lady) who scheduled it for February 2022. Naturally unhappy as her excuses were lame and blaming issues on covid. It was re-scheduled again for March 15th, 2022. So I scheduled my vacation time around this install so I could be home for the project. I got a voicemail last week (March 8th) that it is AGAIN delayed.

6 months ago Bath Fitter gave me a quote that they told me was good for a year. My husband had just passed away and I was not ready to make a decision. When I called them 6 months later they would not honor the quote but would do the job for thousands more. Wasted time, dishonest and unethical. STAY VERY FAR AWAY.

Often, when we buy a product, especially for our homes, we develop high expectations for the results we are anticipating. However, we are often disappointed that, even when the end result is satisfactory, it is less than what was hoped for. That was not the case regarding our investment in a BathFitter tub and shower renovation we recently experienced. The results were much better than we expected due to the quality of the product and the incredible skill and work ethic of the installer. It began with the purchase when the sales rep helped us select from among several options for plumbing fixtures, walls, and tub color. The sales rep was courteous and patient while we stepped through our options.

My install was scheduled for Thursday February March 24th. The workman got most of the work done that day but did not have two items that were included in the contract. He said he would try to come back on Friday to finish. He did not return or contact me. On Monday the 28th I was notified that the company had charged my credit card for the remainder of the balance owed. I called the company and informed them of the problem. I am writing this review on Tuesday afternoon and have not been contacted with a date to finish the install. The two items missing are a shower head and a shelf. We are pleased with the job done so far but not at all pleased with the scheduling aspect. I am now faced with having to lodge a dispute with my credit card company because of the advance payment!

Stephanie was truly amazing with all her help and assistance with dealing with VA. Anthony our installer blew us out of the water with his quality of work as well as his professionalism. He was extreme neat and respectful to our property and surroundings. It was a please to have him in our home.

James installed our bathroom like a pro. Lovely finish, well done Bath Fitters. Our second bathroom done, super efficient, cost effective, and beautiful. Get that man a raise, he is one of the best contractors we've ever had the pleasure to work with!

Me they would get someone Out to correct the door however, it may be a couple of weeks.

I purchased a bathtub and shower installation for my primary bathroom. When the shower floor started forming hairline cracks as well as the corners of the walls, I was advised that their Lifetime warranty does not apply as it is a Manufacturers defect. Despite them choosing the manufacturer, note on the back of the contract the disclaimer for THEIR lifetime warranty. I tried to resolve this issue in sensible manner, however, Bath Fitter was not interested in their reputation or customer service. I also found it unknowingly afterwards, that the installation was defective as well. So, buyer please beware.

I truly enjoyed working with all at the Wichita office. Lindsey and Ray for following up and checking on the job. Especially Rodwell the installer. He was professional and did an outstanding job. Great to work with and communicated when appropriate. I highly recommend Rodwell as an installer. Too bad I do not have another bathroom to upgrade.

Excellent job. Am very pleased with it. Big improvement over what I had. It all looks so clean.. And cleaning is easy. Responsive customer service. I had a small issue with the shower curtain rod, which they quickly came out & fixed.

Everything went well on install and am happy with it except my bathtub faucet drips water constantly when the handle is in the off position. Hoping someone can come back for a service call to fix as I might want some money back for all the water that’s dripping out. Not very impressed on this. Thanks.

All the folks at Bath Fitter were great to work with from sales to installers. Jay ** and Mike were right on time and torn out the old tub and shower, installed new walk in shower in one day. My mother in law loves her new bathroom. This group is totally professional and did a great job. Professional from start to finish with no surprises. Price was fair. Installers were great and communicated with us every step of the way. The tub and surround looks so nice. I'm amazed at what a difference it makes. Would definitely recommend.

We had a 1 piece acrylic tub and surround that was probably as old as our house and in very bad shape. We got a quote from a different contractor, and one from Bath Fitter as well as evaluating the cost of DIY (as well as the ability to DIY). Bath Fitter wound up being just a little more than half of the contractor. Bath Fitter is often known more for the tub liners that go over the old, but ours could not be done that way, so it was a new tub with their wall. Their walls are excellent as they are one piece molded with special equipment so that there are no seams in the corners on the walls.

Very nice job except for two small details. The tub faucet is not quite level-tilts down to the right a fraction. Most people would not notice but I'm slightly OCD! Also, great caulking around edges but did not caulk around the top, which I plan to do. Cleanup would have been better with a vacuum instead of broom and dustpan. These things are minor, though because it looks very nice. Installers didn't even complain about having to go into the tight, dusty crawlspace!

After a couple of return correction calls for minor problems both bathroom showers are working beautifully and taking a shower is now a completely pleasurable experience. Another nice feature is how easy it is to keep them looking like new. Just a quick wipe down with a squeegee and a towel keeps it looking like brand new. Even when in the bathroom for other reasons the showers are a pleasant change to look at compared to the old ones.

My experience with Bath Fitter was my first. When installer arrived he was alone and I thought okay. We’ll to my surprise, Mr. Jay ** was a one man crew. From start to finish, I was totally amazed how he made things click. I supervise 18 men and I sure would like him on my team. Now, the finished shower conversion is awesome and beautiful. I would recommend bath fitter to any friend or family member. Oh, Mark ** was great also. He made our choices so easy and comfortable feeling. So very helpful!

We had them install a glass door on a bathtub in a guest bathroom. Very nice door, much better quality than you would find at Home Depot, Lowe's, or other large box stores. Very professional service. Since this was a small job for them, it did take a while for the install to be done.

I am very happy with my shower installation. The work was done in a neat and orderly manner. The installer was polite, and very work orientated in his approach from the tub removal to the shower installation. At the end of each of the 2 days that the job took you would never now that someone had been in my place working, as they tidied up each night. Rob, the installer is an asset to your company by his work mannerism and work ethics. I would certainly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who asked. Mario, with Bath Fitter, did an amazing job! We are very pleased with his dedication to his job and his attention to detail. He wasn't able to complete the job in one day, (but that was only because they received the wrong size tub), so Mario took some extra time to make sure our tub and shower were functional, until such time as the correct tub could be ordered and arrive. In spite of a small hiccup with the tub, we couldn't be happier. Having said that, the measure of a company isn't how they respond when everything is perfect, but instead when something is less than perfect. Bath Fitter passed with flying colors. I was and am very pleased with everything. It took all day and the gentleman went back to Evansville to get another wrap a round because when he opened mine it was damaged. Looking to buy a house and get out of Independent living, I had to be sure there was a walk in shower in a house I purchased. I am really happy with my new tub, they did a great job and the installation was done very professionally. All done in one day which was a real plus. I would definitely recommend them. The one issue I did have was ….I chose the 24 payment plan with no interest. I wasn’t told about the finance fee and was shocked that it was $600. That was a real disappointment. But nothing I could have done about it now. I wish I would have paid upfront.

For safety purposes, we wanted to get rid of the bathtub and replace it with a shower. We are happy with the speed of the one day installation except for the outside trim. Our natural oak wood baseboard was cut about an inch short and the gap was filled in sloppily with white caulking. Also, all along the length of the shower there was white caulking on the flooring. We think if caulking is required, for looks, it should be clear. On the whole, for safety, we are still glad we did it, but for over $8000, we are disappointed that the finishing touches look so bad. We are not proud to show anyone our bathroom.

We couldn’t be more happy with our new bathtub surround, faucet, and doors. We went from the original 35 year old tiles to this beautiful updated look in less than one day. After almost 3 months we still feel like we’re in a fancy hotel! The installer was great, friendly, and cleaned up everything very well.

Very happy with the final product. Installer was by himself. He had a terrible time getting the large piece of the sides and back into the bathroom and as a result took a good sized gouge out of our bathroom door. We did not notice it until he was gone. We have since fixed the scar on the door. Probably would help if they had a helper with the installer.

With my muscular dystrophy has come to the point where I could not get into my bath/shower without the fear of falling. We contacted several other bath companies and received bids/estimates. Most of the other companies gave a high pressure sales pitch but Bath Fitter asked what I needed. I let the agent know this was being paid for by a grant from the VA (as I am a disabled veteran). The sales agent made a call to the office and the office said, "Okay Bath Fitter will do the job for amount of the grant." All others prices were double of that of Bath Fitter and if we didn't give a deposit on that day the price would go up by $1000.00.

The installation went well, it's amazing how quickly they can completely transform a small room!! I love my new bathroom. The style is timeless, and the upkeep is minimal. It is so easy to keep clean and looking brand new.

Failed to control the dust! I have to have the vents cleaned in my home. The vent fan in bathroom has to be replaced and vent cleaned. I use oxygen daily because I have COPD. I can see already this was a waste of time.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work the guys did. My old cast iron tub had to be removed before they could install my shower and they left no debris behind. The installation was clean, very well done, and again, left me with no mess to clean up.

We have had two bathrooms worked on by Bath Fitter. The installer was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. One issue I have is that I have never received a receipt for my final invoices. I have requested a number of time with zero response. But great to deal with and stellar workmanship.

I especially appreciated that Jay didn't try to oversell. He sold me what I needed and nothing more. The less expensive products, such as the faucets, really looked nicer than than the supposed higher quality ones. The job started and ended when it was supposed to and it looks great!

2nd time with these guys. They gave me an impressive and easy-to-clean shower. So I asked them to do my bath. Again, an excellent experience from picking my choices to the install itself. They are clean, fast, extremely good at their jobs, polite and safe. What more could you want?

I was told the original glass doors would be removed & reinstalled. It couldn’t be done but I was not told. I called Lisa 10-15 times. Got a runaround. Finally after 3 repair people I said ok. Disappointed is saying it mildly.

October 1, 2021, I had a fall at work and suffered a spinal injury that left me in a state where I needed to install a shower that could accommodate my new limitations and allow for a safe environment for something as simple as taking a shower. I am so thankful to Bath Fitter. Their Rep Walter helped us to create an installation that came into an acceptable budget, he even put a request to prioritize my install date. Helping to get our shower installed in the least amount of waiting time, thanks Walt.

My wife and I are happy with the installation. The only part we are not at all happy with is the water pressure. Prior to your work we had a lot of pressure and the plumbing guy you sent out was late, rude, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. That first day we did not even have hot water at first until one of you people called and tried to walk me through adjusting it my self. We got hot water, but just and have been just putting up with the low pressure since. Not happy!

Bath Fitter of Erie, PA made the remodel of our shower a nightmare. First they canceled install 2 days before install date, they did not check for leaks and the drain leaked, they damaged the wood trim around the shower with a pry bar during demolition, both shower doors have a 1/2" gap which allows water onto walls and floor, the one shower door opens of its own free will and only a month after install they have to come back to adjust the doors. I would never recommend to anyone Bath Fitter and especially Bath Fitter of Erie, PA.

I was lucky and got an install a month earlier than booked because someone else had to reschedule. It was wonderful to have the job completed in one day. Jay ** worked hard all day and made sure everything was done perfectly. He cleaned up completely and I was left with a sparkling new walk-in!

I am disappointed to write this - but our experience was awful, the timelines were not communicated, and Bath Fitter seemed to need to come back to my home quite a bit. The design consultation: Our Sales Person needed to measure 3 different times, ordered the wrong parts and gave no idea of timeline for installation. Installation: 2 months later we can finally install! Only to find out that the valve I was told they needed to order for us was for Moen fixtures only? We had Delta fixtures - which was consistent from when the salesperson initially spoke to us to install date, with no indication of that being an issue - until we couldn't install because we didn't have a valve. Installation attempt #2: 4 days later, no window for time when they would arrive - missed a wedding shower for a wedding my husband and I are both in... They installed but we had no hot water coming from the tap (This was discovered a couple of days later).

The start date for project was delayed due to the lack of materials. This was likely due to the current government policies. Installation went smoothly and was of good quality. However, there was a few minor problems we disagreed with. These were due to delay of shipment and lack of communication when consulting with salesman. The salesman and management were quick and agreeable to resolve these issues. However, we find ourselves in the situation of lack of receiving goods and shortage of manpower. We would give a better rating if the problems were taken care of. We don't believe that they are not trying hard enough, it seems that everywhere and everyone are having this problem.

Salesperson came twice to measure but apparently that wasn't enough. Top header and glass doors were short. All fixtures (spout, diverter and showerhead) are not aligned with drain. Still waiting for header and glass door and it's been ten and counting. No compensation expressed.

This review is for Bath Fitter located on 429B Hayden Stat. Windsor, CT. I highly recommend Bath Fitter if you want to redo your bathroom. Excellent work done by the installers ** and **. They arrived at my house at 7:45am and left at 2:00pm. Very professional. Left my bathroom very clean. No mess anywhere. They took out my tub and install a new shower, new tile and shower doors. The salesman ** was also great. He showed me many different designs and make recommendations to fit my needs. The whole process was so easy.

I had a shower/tub combination installed in my condo by Bath Fitter in Orlando on Sept, 2021. It looked great when it was done. A few weeks later the unit below me had water damage to her ceiling. It was investigated by maintenance. They took a section of ceiling down in the below unit and then came to investigate my unit in the bath area. They couldn't find the leak, so it was up to me to contact a plumber because the leak in the unit below was still seeing water damage. It took my plumber 3 hrs to find the leak because it was behind the shower wall where the shower arm is attached to the water pipe. The plumber had to cut a hole in the wall next to the shower/tub and put a camera back there to record what was going on. It turned out that the leak was coming from the shower arm not being screwed in tight enough, and it leaked down the inside wall to the unit below.

We are very pleased with our decision to go with Bath Fitter. Due to Covid, there was a bit of delay in having the installation done, but they arrived on time the day they were booked and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Explained the contract and what products to use. He was alone, we were surprised that he completed job in one day. Bath Fitter is to be commended for doing what they advertise. Two years ago, we had one bathtub refitted, adding a shower door, rails, and shelves. The salesman was knowledgeable, and accurate in his assessment of the job scope. The technician was professional, and considerate of our living space. Months later, we had two minor issues. After a call to customer service, a technician arrived within days and fixed them. The quality work prompted us to have our step-in shower refitted this year. Same high quality work and service.
