Tech arrived early, stayed late to professionally complete complex renovation, work was great, clean up was same. Office was customer service oriented; no complaints ---- would recommend to others! This is a worthwhile redo, satisfied!

The BathFitter associate was profession and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a bathroom updated or renewed. I love the fact that the walk-in shower was installed in one day. The associate did a good job of cleaning up and removal of the old bath tub.

I am so pleased with my Bath Fitter installation in my upstairs bathroom. When we moved in, we had the original fiberglass tub/show which looked old and didn't seem like it could be refreshed. Bath Fitter folks came out and walked me through my options (although the online tool was super accurate for most things). I decided on the spot to select bath fitter after feeling and seeing the materials they used for their product.

As an Engineer, I can appreciate the simple, less intrusive methodology and product quality of this product. Unlike tiled wall systems that can crack, especially if installed in a day...and are hard to clean this is superior! I have been working with the N Charleston staff and everyone from Sales person, Mario to Tim the manager, has been professional and honest. We know how rare Integrity is nowadays!

What an amazing experience! We were initially nervous because our shower was older, but both Gary and Trevor were prepared and professional. They were both extremely informative throughout the process and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We highly recommend Bath Fitters and both of these gentlemen.

Bath Fitter did a great job with the relining of our shower! The installer, Chad, was very good and did a outstanding job and paid attention to every detail! The shower looks great! We are very happy with the results and everyone that has seen our shower really likes it!

I was very happy with the consultation process, the various options available, and a reasonable price. The install went as described, with no surprises, and when I did call back to have 1 issue resolved, they were very thorough since it took 2 visits. Now I have a much nicer shower!!

Removed old tub unit and replaced with walk in shower. I was very pleased with the person who did the installation. He was very professional and completed the job in one day. He cleaned up and explained how to take care of the shower.

Polite and knowledgeable about his product and gave us a thorough explanation of what was going be provided. The installer and plumber came bright and early, and after approximately 10 hours we had a brand new bathroom shower unit. We are pleased with the appearance and looking forward to having our tub/shower unit updated.

I love my new tub. It made my old bathroom look new again. The gentlemen who installed my tub were terrific. The sales person that came to my house was wonderful. The product and the staff were and are remarkable.

The bathroom looks great in general. When we had our first shower, we noticed water coming from underneath one of the doors onto the floor. We had Cole, the installer come back and he tried to blame us for not putting the doors in the right position. He said he couldn’t lower the door anymore as it would scrape. He also couldn’t re-create the problem because he was just spraying water on the door and it only happens when it’s splashing off a body that is in the shower. He said he would have to consult with his lead and get back to us in 20 minutes. I emailed after a few days when he hadn’t responded and was told that he would be in touch. I subsequently emailed again but have not received a response. We also asked for a quote for a sheet of acrylic to put on our wall. Have not received a response.

Very satisfied with the person who did the installation and we love our new looking tub. The work only took a short time and he cleaned everything he messed. Everyone that seen the new looking tub thought it looked very clean and neat. They all loved that the bottom had that bumpy effect so you wouldn't slip. And when you're older that really makes a difference. Would recommend to anyone needed the same.

Prior plumbing installed day before and inspection completed. Old tub removed, new plumbing for shower completed, old walls removed. New walls installed, fittings etc. completed. We recently had a new shower put in by Bathfitters. The service was great from start to finish. The person giving us the estimate was professional and very helpful. Just as advertised everything was completed within one day and the bathroom was spotless when he left.

Everyone I dealt with along the way was very professional. They made sure I knew what to expect at every step. The install went smoothly and the end result is awesome. I will definitely use Bath Fitter again when it’s time to update the guest bath.

Everything about this job, from the consultation to a completed install was great. The tub and walls are beautiful, easy to clean. The install took a little longer than anticipated but the end result was worth it. No mess to clean up, they did everything. Very happy with the results of this project. I had a great experience with Bath Fitters from start to finish. They were informative, professional, and did great work. The installer even went out of his way to add extra trim to cover up a wall defect I had. I would definitely recommend using them for your tub/shower remodel.

I was pleased with the product and installation. It’s quick and can be used the next day. Scheduling was a breeze. My only complaint was that they scratched up the ceiling and got spray glue or something all over the faucet head when they put it in.

Having had previous experience with Bath Fitters we pretty much knew what we would be getting from the start. On both installs it exceeded our expectations. Material was perfect. Installers were perfect. Don’t see how you could go wrong. Price for what you get is fair.

We went from a bathtub to a walk-in shower. Fantastic service from the sales rep. in the store [Jennifer] and sale rep. [Dave] that came to the house and installers [Allen & Roman] that installed the shower in about seven hours start to finish. Would recommend Bath Fitter.

We have been very happy with our Bath Fitter shower/tub liner. John solved the problem we were having with inadequate hot water supply to our shower head. He worked quickly and efficiently and was also courteous. The fact that plumbing parts are included in the service fee, and warrantied is a plus. Yes, I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed in the overall Customer Service! It started with the Installer arriving with no mask and it went from there with his disrespect. He placed down the mats to protect my flooring but neglected to cover all the areas which he walked WITH his boots. It was a cold winter day which he continuously left my front door open when he was going out to his truck. On top of this I have an INDOOR cat which I was constantly running to ensure did not get out the door.

It takes more than one day. I requested Bath Fitters to remodel my tub to a shower. Paid down $400, total cost would be $7,700. This was last October and installation would be in 12 weeks. I was hoping to have it done for the holidays so I called after Thanksgiving to get an update. They came early in December to measure. Early January I started calling for installation date. They promptly came January 19 and did a good job (so I thought). We had to wait 24 hours before using.

After getting 3 quotes and job/work description/explanation I chose Bathfitter for my tub to walk-in shower renovation. The Bathfitter salesperson was very professional and provided a lot of detail in the paperwork he provided. This paperwork proved very helpful when getting approval from the Management Office in my condo building. When the installer arrived he was very professional, careful, and cleaned up everything on both days. The complete job was done in two partial days. I am now so happy with my shower and not having to climb over my tub which is unsafe for a 90-year-old woman. Thank you Bathfitter for making my life a lot safer and easier now.

Great experience. I had a tub surround installed and Linda worked with me to achieve the look I wanted. Very pleased with the outcome. The tub surround is very clean, crisp and looks beautiful. Installation was done in just over 1/2 day and the installer left the bathroom clean. I would recommend Bath Fitter if you are looking to have your tub area redone.

I love my walk in shower, my contractor was awesome. He knew what he was doing. My place was old and uneven so it was a challenge. He did it and it looks beautiful. It only took two days in total which is manageable for anyone to be without a shower. Thanks again.

The gentleman who installed our new shower did an outstanding job, and all in one day (as Bath Fitter advertises). I have heard that Bath Fitter will only put the new tub/shower over the existing ones, this is false. They took out the old shower down to the stud and then put the new one in. The quality of work and material was excellent. I am very happy with the complete process from the home visit to select the items to the final installation. Great job Bath Fitter.

Bath Fitter removed our outdated bathtub and replaced it with a beautiful large shower with sliding glass doors. They also updated another shower that had old tiles. We were very happy with how these projects turned out. Both of the workers were polite and hardworking and all of the work was completed in only three days. We are very happy that we had Bath Fitter help to update our bathrooms and we would definitely use them again in the future.

We recently replaced a tub/shower with a walk-in shower. This was done in less than seven hours. It was a great experience from consultation through installation. Only took seven hours and we have a beautiful shower. This is the second time we've had Bath Fitter and have been very pleased with both replacements.

Installation was done on time, as promised, without a problem. Technician (Allen) was well informed and did a wonderful job. A minor problem appeared several days after the installation and the problem was handled the next day, with little inconvenience to our family. Would definitely recommend the product to anyone.

Linda (Sales Rep) was great. She was on time for appointment, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Office personnel were courteous and helpful. I had to call a couple times for questions and all calls were retired in timely fashion. Permits were pulled for work and Inspector commented on how nice the job was done. Work area was cleaned up after work was complete and tub looks awesome. Very happy.

Loved the whole experience. From the minute we called we had great service to the finished product. The installer was so fast and did a great job. We love it. It was so easy on our part with no problems at all.

I was very happy with my new tub and surroundings. The finished product is beautiful and I’m very happy with how it all looks and functions. The salesman was honest and easy to work with. The crew that did the work work respectful of our house, being careful to lay down a covering across the floor as to not make a mess. They did excellent work and were pleasant to have around. I can’t think of anything that I was not happy with. We are enjoying our tub/shower. Also they had a really good variety of options to choose from.

This is our second time using your company.. We had you install a stand alone shower about 10 yrs ago. Still love it. This was a bath makeover for our guest bathroom and it was spectacular! Very pleased with the results. I would recommend you to any family interested in an upgrade.

Updated on 04/01/2021: BathFitter did a great job installing my shower. The crew was very professional and courteous and the finished project is tip-top, so much so that I hired them to do my 2nd bathroom also. They delivered what was proposed and promised. I recommend BathFitter to anyone without hesitation. I feel that if they're good enough for me surely they're good enough for anyone else, especially senior citizens and older/disabled Veterans subject to VA HISA Grants.

We are very pleased with our new shower. Previously we had a tub shower combination and with our ages it became more and more difficult as well as a safety issue to have to step over the tub to get into the shower. The new shower is safe and easy to care for.

Was very pleased with the installation, the product and the installer! Showed our end product to others in our condominium building. Installer explained the process, reviewed progress with us and had us inspect and approve when finished. What more can I say.

Our installer was Matt. He was awesome. He sure knew what he was doing. We have shown the bathroom to others and they were impressed also. The bathroom is just so clean looking. We weren't sure if we were getting value for our money. We got value for our money for sure.

We recently moved into a new home where the master bath had a very dated jacuzzi tub installed. While the tub was in working order, tiles had seen better days and the tub itself was a yellowed ivory that did not match our decor. It was also extremely high to step over when getting and out of the shower. We decided to contact Bathfitter to convert the tub to a shower and it has made a huge difference in our space, with clean lines and a sleek profile our new shower is easy to get in and out of and has opened up the small bathroom to make it feel like a spa! Our consultant was extremely accurate and thorough with measurements and feature selection and the entire project was completed to picture-perfection in one day with no tidy up left for me to handle.

We were very pleased with the speed, cleanliness and the finished product. Would highly recommend Bath Fitters and their price was less than the other bids we got. The salesman was knowledgeable and the young man that installed was very courteous.

My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The whole experience was so easy. And we love our new walk in shower. Your team is very respectful and wonderful. I have told several friends and family who great you all are.

We had an in house design consult. We chose our new bathroom. We did not get what we chose. Bath Fitter did not do the job, it was subcontracted to an outfit called Bath Works. They were horrible. We chose a 7 function showerhead, we got a 3 function. We chose a honeycomb design safety bar, we got this God awful thing instead... The installer scratched the main wall, banged thru the bathroom wall into the dining room closet and left it that way. (We did not see this till the next day, we were told it was best to stay out of the installer' way so he could complete the job in a day.) The installer actually stole our 7 function shower wand and 60 year old porcelain fixtures that we were going to sell to a decorator, instead of the 7 function shower we chose, we got a 3 function shower head. We were lied to constantly and we never saw them again...so we are stuck with this disaster. Their customer service is horrendous and that is being kind. Choose someone else.

I liked the presentation that the representative from Bath Fitter gave when he came to my house and the installation was fantastic. They removed the bathtub then put in a shower, and it was finished in one day. I love the quality of the work and the guys who did it were perfect gentlemen. They did a great job and I'm very satisfied and very pleased with it.

My installer was Anthony. Although we'd had more snow on top of ice, he called at 8:15 a.m. to let me know that he was on his way to do my install and would arrive shortly. He arrived about 30 minutes later. He had some challenges due to the weather on install day but it didn't stop him. Anthony got in, got to work and worked for about 6.5 hours straight removing old tub enclosure and installing shower unit. He was pleasant, answered any questions I had and didn't mind that I watched what he was doing. He cleaned the area when he was finished and gave me verbal and written information on cleaning the unit. I appreciated the way he worked and would rate his performance today a 5/5.

First let me say the product and the work that was completed by the demo guy (don't have his name anywhere) and the installer Harry ** was amazing and it made the whole project worth it. Let me also say that the communication from the company was terrible. I originally completed my quote on 11/13/2020 with an install quote of 6 weeks. Yes I understand it is COVID and everything is delayed but there was literally no phone call, email, text or any communication as to when my install date would be. I was starting to think I got scammed by a shell company because I did a deposit down and never heard another word! I tried to reach out to the office number several times (which they have a third party answering service). There is apparently one office person Sharon who is the keeper of all things and nobody else can give information or make a decision.

We replaced an old bathtub and shower combination with a walk-in shower. My daughter has cerebral palsy and we had to replace the old tub with a walk-in shower. The consultant met with us at home and showed us our options, including the different walk-in height options. We also added a drop-down seat and a grab bar. Of course the consultant is trying to sell, but there wasn't any pressure to close the deal. It was professional, informative, and seamless.

I am very pleased with my new tub/liner. Treavor was very efficient, polite and did an amazing job with the installation. He also did a great job cleaning up and explaining how to keep it clean. He was very friendly and personable (also Covid compliant).

I’m still having problems with caulking and I'm having problems getting them to come back here and fix it. The local office here says they don't have the help and once somebody is up this way, they would take care of it. They've been here once already and it did it immediately again. We’re considering getting the second tub done and I'm not doing that until they fix the first tub. Their estimator put a service request in and I'm still waiting for that. That was about a month ago. Other than that, we love the tub. The quality seems good. Also, the installers socially distanced as best as they could and they had the mask on the entire time.

As Little As One Day1. Our innovative process means your new bathing area will be installed in as little as one day. When the installer shows up at 9 and leaves at 3, no wonder it takes 2 days, not one as advertised, Additionally, the installer did not even have the shower with him so he planned on a 2 day install from the beginning. Also the 3 month wait for the install is crazy. Communication has been horrible,

The installation was done in one day and the only issue we had was that the installers scratched the tile on the floor a little bit when they were removing the old tub. We didn’t notice that until a couple of days later but it's not a huge deal. The quality is exactly what we were expecting. We really liked the doors and it looks nice.

I did the bathroom and the glass door with Bath Fitter and the installer was good. I had a little problem with the fitting because the form guy had a little hiccup and the bathroom was there for like a week before they touched it again. It was supposed to be a one-day fitting. Also, they were still supposed to come fix my double corner side thing and they never came and did that. Other than that, the quality of work is good.

Technicians, Tim and Austin, came to my home and in 6 hours removed a jacuzzi tub in my master bath and replaced it with a big shower. They were wonderful, respectful, great at answering questions, cleaned up after themselves and even allowed me to watch how they bend the material, I'm very curious. All in all the experience was great and my shower is amazing. Thanks gentlemen and Bath Fitter.

We converted a built-in shower-tub to a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom with a low 3-inch threshold for easy access. Our installer was prompt efficient and did a superb job. Everything is perfect in our opinion, and now we won't need to worry about another older houseguest slipping when he or she enters the shower. My only regret was that we didn't do this conversion years earlier.

Yesterday William and his partner came to tear out and install a new tub. The original tub was put in in 1961 and it was that lovely(?) blue/green. Last night we were more than happy with our new marbled white shower/tub. We would highly recommend it to everyone. No muss no fuss for us. Have had a neighbor call and ask us about it already.

Jerry and Jeremy showed up on time were very very very professional and knowledgeable. My shower looks amazing!!! They cleaned up the mess and like they said they were here 7 hours total. Amazing. I feel like I have my own spa.

There are many other bath remodel companies to choose from. Please save yourself potential headaches and missed deadlines, and select a competitor. We had 2 bathrooms remodeled in Oct 2020 at a cost just under $10k. We were on a tight schedule doing a complete remodel on a rental property getting ready to sell. We had to contact our salesman to get updates about the install when dates were missed. The day after installation, our carpet layer noticed water in one of the bedrooms. Immediately we called our salesman who had our lead tech on our job call us. He found that upon removing drywall a nail was pounded in instead of removed which punctured a water line. He cut large holes in the drywall in the garage and the bathroom to find the leak and repair it.

I can't find my order number. My installer was Chris. My salesman was Mike **.. I was very pleased with both men. They were courteous and professional. I have already recommended your company to a few people. I will continue to recommend and if I need to renovate any bathrooms in the future I will call you.

I had Bath Fitters do a tub and shower wall insert installed at a cost of around $5,000. Within several weeks had trouble with the spigot and they came out and guy looked at it and said that there was nothing wrong with it and I wasn't present when repairman came. I called back again. This time I was present and it was a different service person. He seen it right away and fixed it. The salesman who came took measurements and showed some samples of the materials used. He had shown me sample of the caulking used to seal the seam between shower walls and the tub part. He said that they a bath fitters sealant that will never stain or anything. Well I beg to differ because the sealant around my tub has discolored in spots and looks nasty and I can't get it off. Very dissatisfied.

I cannot say enough about Zack the installer for Bath Fitter. He was by far outstanding and very professional. My wife and I truly love the finished installation. The problem I had with Bath Fitter was the lack of communication on their part. My installer started the job and the next day was off due to an injury which no one advised me of after making several calls to the main office. Finally after 3 days I contacted the salesman that came to our home Jim who also is outstanding. I explained to him that after waiting 3 months for the installation to start and finally got started with bathroom being stripped down for installation but no one has returned after day one, and that I had called three times and left messages as to what was going on that finally he was able to have someone contact me on the 4th day to inform me of what happened. I told them that it would have been nice if someone would have contacted myself or my wife as to the delay.

We recently had a tub removed and a new shower enclosure installed at our house in Naples. The removal and installation were performed by John ** of Bath Fitter. John was very timely, courteous, professional and efficient. He did an excellent job with this process. When he was done with the installation, he did an excellent job of cleaning up all his work areas. Schedulers I communicated with for both installation and inspections process were very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommended Bath Fitter and John in particular for anyone requiring this type of work.

Very well finished, the installer Peter had done a great job, later on I found a small crack on one of the glass door, Bath Fitter get a replacement in less than 10 days and has it installed by Daniel ** perfectly. Highly recommended.

I would to thank Peter and Justin for taking every safety concern with the covid and their knowledge of a high quality job, For doing our tub to shower conversion, I would highly recommend them. They are the best people. Very kind and caring.

This is not the first time I have worked with Bath Fitter. I had 2 installations in Florida. My first call to the Lenexa office was met with a friendly and energetic voice. The return call to set the appointment happened within an hour. The sales person who came to the house was on time and was very nice, informative and very helpful. (sorry, I don't remember his name) I received the call after the visit by the salesman with the appointment date and time for the installation. I was sent follow-up emails and phone calls about the upcoming appointment.

We did the consultation and picked everything we wanted Sept. 25th, 2020. Long story short, I just got at call at 7:15 am today (Nov. 3rd) canceling the install again. This is the third delay and second canceled install, none of which have been our fault. If today's installer called in sick, give us another worker instead of canceling us at the last moment (TWO TIMES NOW) since we have already been waiting almost SIX WEEKS. My advice, don't count on getting your install the next-day!

Erin ** did a great job on our tub/shower install... It looks very good and we are very happy with the results. Weird to think you can completely change the look of your bathroom in just one day!! We hope to do our other shower in the future.

After having a shower installed I had to have #BATH FITTER come out 3 times to re-caulk the base. After the 3rd time the ceramic tiles in front of the unit began to crack. #BATH FITTER sent a plumber out who said he couldn't figure out the problem and it "was above his pay grade". That was before that was almost 2 months ago. The #BATH FITTER District Mgr will not return my calls and was only responding by text. When I asked how they would handle the mold problem he would not respond. I have kicked it up to #BATH FITTER corporate and they told me to wait while they check it out. If I had to do it over again I would not use #BATH FITTER again. No telling when or if #BATH FITTER will repair the damage that they caused.

We had a tub system installed 12/31/2018. As soon as the installer came to the house (one hour early) there were problems. He arrived with the wrong color and design, we refused the order.within an hour the correct Bath Fitter wall and tub arrived, god only knows how well that was done. The guy almost put the hand held shower in the wrong spot(if i wasn't there to watch him it would have been) I had to run out to purchase the holder as they didn't order it with the faucet we purchased thru them. I had to point our that the caulking was not done around the new faucet etc. He quickly did that( it was a holiday so he was rushed). WE waited the 24 hours to allow the tub to dry.

Back in 2013 we had Bath Fitter come to our home and fit our main bathroom with a tub liner. After a year or so the caulking done around the seams where the wall liner meets the tub started to pull away from the wall when anyone stood in the tub to have a shower. I removed the original caulking at the time and reapplied a good quality name brand caulk and this fixed the problem.

Bath Fitter scheduled an appointment and Leo ** arrived right on time. Leo was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went over all of the options, did not pressure us to purchase anything that we weren't interested in. We made our selection and scheduled the install date. Matt ** arrived right on time to remove our old tub and enclosure and install a new walk in shower w/ glass doors. Matt and his assistant worked 8 hours non-stop and when they were done, you would never know they were there. They cleaned up great and the shower looks amazing. I always thought bath fitter was to cover old tubs, but they do so much more than that. I would highly recommend bath fitter.

Bath Fitter installed a bathtub and shower stall inserts at a new to us house my wife and I bought. The installer didn't go under the house to properly connect to the existing plumbing. Instead they made the connection inside the house through the floor. The pipe they used to connect to the existing plumbing was too long and both drains have incorrect flow, and won't drain. When I spoke with Bath Fitter about the drain flowing the wrong way the rep said they don't check for the correct flow when connecting to existing plumbing. He also said the City inspector had signed off on the work.

When the salesman, Andrew, came to our home he had multiple conversations with us about our old tile being removed and how we would gain space in the shower/tub. He said any issues behind the tile would be fixed. He also told us a plumber would come in first and replace pipes and then the installer. The installer came yesterday for the start of the install and said the shut off valves don't work and no plumber is coming to replace them or any other pipes like we were told they would. Then, we see that the new liner for the walls is being placed over the tiles!

I have made 5 "virtual" appointments with Bath Fitter (due to the covid, only virtual). All of which were cancelled on the spot, at the said appointment. Reason being, because the "lady of the house" was not present. They do require us both to be at said appointment. I keep explaining to them that the "lady" is only a girlfriend who will be paying nothing towards the job, and will be making no decisions, and has no financial or legal interest in my house. They have wasted 5 months of my time before they were honest with me as to why they kept cancelling.

Fina does outstanding work. She took extra caution to protect the hardwood floor before starting the remodel. Fina explained each step in the process and paid attention to detail. She worked non-stop from the time she entered until finished. We are planning on having a second bathroom remodeled the same way and hope Fina will be available. OUTSTANDING job.

Our repair person was very professional and did the repair quickly. (Steven **) We are very happy with out Bath Fitter tub and shower units which were installed in 2004. Thank you Bath Fitter for fixing the repair one day after I reported it.

I had my bath rebathed several years ago, and have been so pleased and happy with it, that it was my goal to rebath the shower in the master bathroom. I had to wait several years, but it is time now! I am so happy. Vicente worked by himself and he was outstanding and professional. (I give him a 10), quiet but friendly and very dedicated to keeping my home clean and even in better condition when he left. I love my my shower, I love the big rainshower head with handheld shower; the corner shelf is perfect with footrest, I love that I got a safety bar, -- well, to sum it up: I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER. Thank you.

Overall, the shower is fairly decent but pretty well overpriced for what I got. I paid $6200 for a tiny shower and 6 hours of work between the installer and plumber. The installer missed sealing a portion of the tub because he couldn't reach (never made the effort to try) and he also missed sealing a portion of inside the shower which ended up leaking the first night I used it. He also missed installing a decorative item over some hardware (not a big deal). The plumber had to relocate the drain for the shower which did some collateral damage to my sink drain (not his fault). The sink drain pipe ended up coming lose and water leaked all over my vanity and bathroom floor. The installer came and repaired that issue and mentioned that it wasn't their fault because the drain was missing a gasket.

It's probably six years since Bath Fitter installed a new tub and shower surround in our bathroom. The work the installer did was excellent. He knew exactly what he was doing and did a perfect job. Years later everything still looks like the day it was installed. Today I get a quote on rejuvenating my basement shower stall.

Arrived on time. Went right to work. Installed shower. Looks fabulous. Cleaned everything up. Ask if I had any questions. Showed progress to me asked how I wanted things. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to everyone.

The store that was in my area closed up and it has been difficult to get any repairs or warranty work as it is arranged with head office in Montreal and they never keep any past correspondence or paper work. They have come out to BC before to see all of their past clients and then arranged for the Burnaby office to come out and we had another arrangement this spring which I waited a long time for as they will not drive the highways in the winter. My tub floor was sinking and squishy for 2 years and they finally answered me and agreed last summer to come out but said it would have to wait till spring, I touched base with them in May as they reopened and have been for 2 months and now and my tub is completely cracked open now right through and unusable and it is the only washroom I have and I am disabled.

I highly recommend using Bath Fitter for a bathroom remodel! The salesman who came to our home to show us the products was highly knowledgeable. Once he understood our budget, he stayed right on course. There was no pressure to purchase more than we could afford. He never tried to "upsale" us, and he made sure we had the best product for our budget. The installer was equally professional. We had done some of the demolition prior to him coming out to install. He never said, but I had the feeling we hadn't done everything he needed for him to immediately start the shower install. He said it would take 2 days from start to finish, and he was right on time. To say we have had an awful experience with Bath Fitter of Huntsville is a massive understatement. We have had our Bath Fitter tub for just over two years (upstairs master bath) and it has leaked/flooded our living room twice - requiring contractors to come in and fix the ceilings. The last issue happened in mid-November and we did not have a functioning master tub/shower until May 5th. I called in Dec. to get a time frame and was told that someone forgot to order it, and because of the holidays we wouldn't be seen until the new year. Our Feb 4th appointment was cancelled at 7:15 the morning of, because the person who was scheduled was sick. They rescheduled for Feb 14th.

Tub out. Shower in. The work was outstanding. He was done by supper time. All cleaned up and no problems. He was very professional and friendly. Didn't mind us asking questions or taking photos. Would highly recommend Bath Fitter. Also enjoyed the Country Music all day.

We had Chino come into our home and replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower. We found him to be very professional. He asked my opinion what I liked before securing it. I called Bath Fitter last year asking about getting my bathroom remodeled. After coming out out the gentlemen advised me it would cost $8,500 w/ $1,500 down for only a new tub with surrounding, they don’t do entire bathrooms. This year less than $5k I have a upscale bathroom w/ new soaking tub, ceramic tile, new electrical and plumbing, a marble vanity and more! After my experience... I say if it’s cheaper to do your whole bathroom then just get a new tub with surround. I said do your whole bathroom and if they can do it in one day, I don’t see how I can last that long honestly. In life, if something seems too good to be true that’s because it’s too good to be true.

This company is totally an SCAM, please don't use it at all. It's been no more than 8 months they installed me a shower which I still paying for it because was too expensive, and now I had to remove everything else and install a new shower with real tiles. This company charged me more then 5K for their fake, low quality shower, they left my water running almost cold and when I called and reported it they told me I need to call DELTA company to make sure they fix the faucet valve that they have nothing to do with the shower faucets, WHATTT?

Jacob was the best rep I talked to from any of the companies I had appointments with (i had 13), he was very knowable about products, work, how everything would be done. It went just as he had explained to me and he answered me every time I text or called. Marvin is awesome!!! He was so nice and made install wonderful-he works non stop and gets it done perfectly!!!

This is probably not the cheapest option, but after our experience I believe it is definitely the best option for a bath remodel. We had our tub removed and a much larger shower installed. It involved removing the old tub, the old shower, and the demolition involved. The estimator was spot on with all the options we wanted, the guy who came to measure was exacting in his measurements, and the “2 Jeremys” definitely knew what they were doing on the demolition and installation. Everything was perfect when they left; and all the office people we spoke to during the process were were very kind and knowledgeable. If you plan to have your bathroom updated in upstate South Carolina, I definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

We had a need for a bathroom upgrade, less vanity/sink. I had Bath Fitter quote on the project and they won the quote based a good looking product and one day turnaround. Albert was our installer and he had a challenge with our slanted ceiling and rounded tub. The installation was amazing in the end, the wife loves it and that is what it was all about. Josh & Wayne were our installers for our new, Acrylic shower and wall system for our master bathroom. They were kind and respectful of our home and explained their work as they proceeded in the project. This is so awful...because the wrap around left a wide gap between the tub and shower wall, water is getting in behind my tub and onto the floor & possibly destroying the wood & drywall behind the Bathfitter. The caulk they put on where the wall & tub meet actually just fell into the gap. This is the ONLY shower/tub we use in the house and 5 people need to shower daily. So I immediately applied more caulking in an effort to prevent further water intrusion. I called Bathfitter on February 25th and they cannot send someone out until March 17th. That's fine, I have no problem waiting BUT they told me because more caulk was added in this emergency situation, I RUINED THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. How in the world can applying caulk I purchased at Home Depot ruin the warranty? It's leaking because of poor workmanship, nothing to do with me nor the caulk.

Bath Fitter from St. John NB gave us an estimate on our reno and suggested a white marble surround (we had stated we wanted white). The saleswoman assured us that this would look great and showed us a sample and we agreed. We had a lovely young man come and install our new system and I was not home at the time. When I came in I was horrified! The surround was basically a slab of greyish mauve with a couple of white streaks in it. Doesn't match any of the other features in our bathroom.

Updated on 03/24/2020: I have been in touch with Bath Fitters and they sent a service tech to look at the tub. He agreed that it needs replacing so they are coming next month to fit it. I do want to thank Bath Fitters and Consumer Affairs .

Both guys who came were prompt and friendly. First thing they covered the floors and got right to work. We love our new shower and it fits right in with the other fixtures in the bathroom. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very pleased with their work. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to redo their shower.

4” crack in shower floor. Called warranty dept, discovered not covered due to death of my parents & I now own home. Unsure how long this crack has been here as Mom had major stroke 3 was after installing. Recently moved here & discovered home still in family.

I have seen endless commercials making this process look easy and simple so I told my mom to go for it. They came to install - damaged her existing plumbing and left my 75yr old mom with no way to use my tub - it is now a week later and BATH FITTERS now wants us to pay for their plumber to fix it. It is disgusting and they are preying on the public- use a professional plumber!!

There was a lady in Springfield Town Center Mall who was standing near a display on Bath Fitters. She talked with me about it and I told her I was going to order. It was my opinion that what she had to show to me was what I needed to renew my master bath shower. I went for a shower and the plaster glass enclosure. I also had the floor replaced. The reps who came to the house were patient and efficient. They were very thorough with their explanation and answered all my questions.

I got some estimates from companies and Bath Fitter was the most reasonably priced. I got a shower enclosure for a rental unit. Everybody did their job, which is good enough, considering that there are a lot of people out there who don’t. The installation went very well. The gentleman who did it was very thorough and clean. So far, the quality has been good. There have been no complaints.

Bath Fitter did the work at a friend's house and I was visiting. They were very clean and liked the way the work was done so I called them. I had got an estimate and they honored it when I was ready. They didn't have to do that and could’ve given me a new price. I was very satisfied with the installer's work. He was quick and very professional. Moreover, with me being an older person, he was very considerate. He also cleaned up after himself.

I had gone through two other companies and I didn't like the price. I decided to use Bath Fitter, which my mom told me about. I had gotten a fitted tub. The rep was missing a couple of forms. I would also have liked some cleaning instructions with the tub. However, the installation was a quick and easy process. Compared to the old tub, I'm enjoying everything about the new one. Cleaning-wise and appearance-wise, I love it. And it's very good quality.

We saw a Bath Fitter kiosk in the mall and then their rep came out at the house and talked to us about it. We got a shower and we were pleased with the installation crew. We got rid of the tub and it's made it easier for us, particularly on the cleaning. And we like the large shower.

I wanted a seamless shower and went with Bath Fitter. The shower and glass doors were installed in November and the quality of what they did was good, but I wasn’t happy with the finished product. I wanted a wider shower but the sales rep talked me out of it. He said I didn’t need it. We have support things, like handles on each side, and it’s narrow. And once you put the base in, you’re stuck. It was expensive not to get what I asked for.

Installer did a great job. Salesman did not tell me the truth about price. He told me there was a military discount. When he wrote up page two he added back in the amount he showed as a discount on page one. I went ahead with the installation because I had already paid a $1820 deposit which was now sure would not be refunded.

I got the tub overlay and the shower surround. The quality is good. It took the installer about 10 hours to get everything done. He did everything the same day. He was nice. I liked him.

I wanted Bath Fitter's lifetime warranty. I got their tub and shower a couple of months ago. Their sales rep was pretty good. Everything was like clockwork. They came in, talked, and measured. They came back again and there were more measurements. They ordered and delivered the tub and shower then set it up. The final product was great and nice overall.

I've just had complete shower fitted. Old tub out new in one and have days. Very professional. Knew exactly what he was doing. Very clean and tidy. I'm very impressed and totally pleased with the workmanship. Would recommend these people to anyone.

I had a bathtub and it was too high. When I was coming out of the shower, I got my foot caught on the tub. I almost tripped and fell. This happened twice. There was a high step and it was kind of dangerous. Last year, I called up Bath Fitter and asked them if they could put a walk-in shower. Dave was my salesman and he was good. He was really nice and I really liked him. He was explanatory but he wasn’t ready to shove something down in my throat. He just went easy, gave a little bit of time, and he let me select what I wanted.

I saw the commercial for Bath Fitter and it was saying that they could do the work in a day. That was cool. Their guy came in and told me about the lifetime warranty and everything. Nick was the installer for the job. It was only one person and he did a fantastic job. The cost fits the job too. The bathroom was something that I needed to get done and I'm very pleased with it. And the fact that I was able to do the financing really helps a lot, so I'm pretty satisfied with the cost. Everything went like it was supposed to and it still looks good. I'm happy and really impressed. In fact, I'm saving up to get another bathroom done.

Bath Fitter seemed friendly and said to put the bathtub in would take one day. I was very impressed that one guy did the installation by himself. He was very professional and I like that he did it all in one day. I'm very pleased with the bathtub's quality. I like the two showerheads and the bathtub, which is a little bit wider than the one we had.

The salesman who came and talked to us about Bath Fitter was a very personable young man and was absolutely phenomenal. He walked us through the whole program and he said, “Hey, here’s how it’s all gonna go, and you’ll get a callback. And we’ll set up a time to come and do an estimate for you or do the measuring.” Then, I got a phone call from one of the Bath Fitter locations and they said, “Hey, we’re running a little bit behind on stuff. You should hear back from us in a week or so. And we haven't forgotten about you.” So, I waited 3 more weeks and didn't hear anything.

We did some studying and thought that Bath Fitter had the best tub package. I got the tub liner and had the tub surround too. The installation went well and the guys who did the work knew what they were doing. It went in a day’s time, which is good, and they did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly. The quality of the product has been excellent and it's 100% better than what I had. The tub that we had was aged and pitted, and all the enamel was off of it. Now, it looks like we have a brand-new tub.

With my bathroom, going with Bath Fitter was the best route to go and I purchased the tub and surround. The sales representative was very helpful and very informative. And then, there were 2 guys for the installation and one was a trainee but he was there helping too at the same time. My son was there during the time and he said that he had no issues or problems with them. They did a good job. I came after they were done and I was completely satisfied with everybody, from the salesman to the office staff, to the installers, to the people that called to set up the appointment. I also love the quality of the final product.

Bath Fitter was recommended by a number of different people that had seen their advertising. I then went online and compared the products. The bathtub shower is part of our parsonage for our church, and the tub was damaged. We had tried to refinish both the shower enclosure and the tub, and it lasted about five years and then it wasn’t acceptable anymore. So, we opted to go with them. The people we dealt with, the salesperson, the installers or the inspector, were very professional. I talked with the pastor and she has been very happy with the product.

I do not appreciate high-pressure sales structures. While it was made clear that my primary estimate was good for 30 days, being told that my ONLY chance EVER at a $2,500 "discount" was if I chose to purchase that day is shady business no matter how good the product and/or warranty is. I made it clear to the scheduling team and the consultant that I simply wanted an estimate so that I could plan for and prioritize my 2020 home improvement projects (this sauna shower was a want, definitely not a need). Not being told that my appointment was a sales pitch/meeting upfront, as opposed to a true (and honest) free estimate, is disingenuous to say the least.

I had an installation done by Bath Fitter in December. The guy who came was excellent. That time there was another guy following him and he was tutoring. He worked a long time to get the installation done in one day. He did an absolutely wonderful job. However, he said that the door was not right and that they would have to replace it. The door was warped and he was supposed to make a note in his papers. I was supposed to hear from somebody but then I haven't heard one thing. I'm also getting new flooring and I'm fine with waiting on the door until the flooring happens. Still, the product seems to be of good quality.

My project, named above was completed 1/17/20. Omar, the primary installer and finisher, was polite, friendly, and professional beyond measure- sometimes a rare experience in SO. Florida. I marveled at his expertise, precision, thoroughness, and cleanliness upon completion. The quality of materials is top shelf. I now have a stunning new bath at substantial savings compared to other companies I consulted.

Everything was good. We had one bathroom done several years ago by Bath Fitter and now we had the other bathroom done. Everybody was polite and got the information, sent somebody over, and they measured and told me what I was getting and if I wanted any extras. Everything was fine and the quality was very good. The guy that came over was excellent as well.

We purchased a tub to shower conversion and in 8 hours the old was gone and a great new shower was installed. The installation went great and their team was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone in need of their service, in fact my Mother in law who was skeptical is now interested after seeing how wonderful our new shower looks.

Bath Fitter's installer was neat, clean, and very respectable. Everything went smoothly with the installation. The sales rep was good too. My Bath Fitter is wonderful. Before, I had three nozzles and I could hardly turn the knob to get it just right. It would spin, because it was broken, to even turn the water on to get it hot. But it was a tub, and it was so high up that I almost fell a couple of times just getting out and in. I love Bath Fitter. I'd tell my friends that it's great. I’d even show them.

It went very well with Bath Fitter. I've seen it at the fair and I checked on the guy up there, set up an appointment and they came. The sales rep was good. The installation guy did a good a job too. I like him well. He had to do it in two days but that was okay. He came all the way from the other side of Charleston. He had to travel a long way to get to my house. He was a young guy and was like one of the family. What was done was my husband's shower and my husband seems to be enjoying it well. I was very pleased, just getting it paid off now and do the things and it will be good.

Everything is great. We love Bath Fitter. I always recommend them. I went with Re-Bath first instead of going with them, by mistake, and Re-Bath did a sorry job for me. With Bath Fitter now, the quality of work was very professional and well done. I’m well pleased with it. I got handles in there now that make it really accessible for me to get in and out. And also because of the MS, my coordination and balance, it really is important that I have some kind of way of having control over my body as far as moving. I’m well pleased with the sales representative too. He helped me out quite a bit. I called him several times and he was always beneficial.

I talked around with people that have used Bath Fitter in the past, and they said that they had good results. So, I thought I’d give them a shot instead of contacting a regular contractor. Their sales representative I dealt with was great. He had a good personality, was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I got a bath-shower combo, and my parents let the installers in. It was a two-day install and for the first day, the gentleman was there and was waiting for me to explain everything. The quality of work was great. Overall, my experience with Bath Fitter was easy.

I was pleased with Bath Fitter. I knew their price was gonna be high but I like the fact that they provide a lifetime warranty. They stay behind their products. Vince, the salesman who came out didn’t try and pressure me. He was very professional and knew his stuff. The guy who did the tub-to-shower conversion was decent as well. It worked out with him.

It's been 4 years since I had my bath enclosure done and believe me it looks like I just had it done. I can not tell you how pleased I have been. The workman were very polite and took great pains to please. I am more than satisfied. Thank you Bath Fitters for another year of pleasure.

We just agreed to use Bath Fitter for our project. I will update when it is completed but our salesperson David ** was very personable, down to earth and represented the company very well with confidence and enthusiasm. He obviously has a passion for the business and did not stir us to more than what we were looking for. Add to this the reputation and value of the products they offer we are looking forward to our install.

I got a shower through Bath Fitter to get the job done expertly. Dealing with the sales rep has been perfect. There were no hassles. And the guy who did the installation was pretty professional. He knew what he had to do and knew how to do it. He did the job to my specifications, so I was very satisfied with the work that he did. I also like how clean the guys who did the work in my bathroom.
