We are very happy with our recent experience having our tub/shower redone using Bath Fitters. One day and it was done! The installer was very nice and professional, cleaned up after the installation was complete, and did everything we needed done in our 1940s bathroom. We love it! The curved shower rod makes the shower so much roomier, and the new fixtures are so easy to use. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters.

Looking to buy a house and get out of Independent living, I had to be sure there was a walk in shower in a house I purchased. Seeing ads for changing a bath with a tub to a walk in shower, I was leery of the success of such a drastic change. The representative for Bath Fitters walked me through how the project was accomplished making me a believer. I am very pleased with the results. I have not found any flaws nor errors in the work. A beautifully finished walk in shower.

Our whole experience with the Waterloo Bath Fitter was great. From sales guy coming to give quote to administration setting up appointments and of course the super friendly installer (Cory). Cory explained a lot of what he was doing as my wife and I were both home the day he installed our full tub and liner system. Have nothing but good things to say about how happy we are with the end result.

The whole team at is GREAT. From their sales to their customer service, installer and the plumber. They care and are great at what they do. Very knowledgeable and professional. Our shower looks wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you Bath Fitters.

I am really happy with my new tub, they did a great job and the installation was done very professionally. All done in one day which was a real plus. I would definitely recommend them. The one issue I did have was ….I chose the 24 payment plan with no interest. I wasn’t told about the finance fee and was shocked that it was $600. That was a real disappointment. But nothing I could have done about it now. I wish I would have paid upfront.

Everything was done (again) beautifully and my husband and I are completely satisfied. Thank you again. We appreciate all the help and good work. The personnel that installed our new wall is perfect and my husband enjoys his showers now.

Jacob was very courteous and did a very neat, quick, and professional job. He’s a very hard worker, and very conscientious, and completed the job ahead of schedule by half a day. The shower is beautiful, and we are very pleased. We are confident that this will provide added safety and security for my wife’s disabilities. The service and communications from Daryl, yourself, and Jacob was exceptional from start to finish. We will highly recommend Bath Fitters to family and friends.

For safety purposes, we wanted to get rid of the bathtub and replace it with a shower. We are happy with the speed of the one day installation except for the outside trim. Our natural oak wood baseboard was cut about an inch short and the gap was filled in sloppily with white caulking. Also, all along the length of the shower there was white caulking on the flooring. We think if caulking is required, for looks, it should be clear. On the whole, for safety, we are still glad we did it, but for over $8000, we are disappointed that the finishing touches look so bad. We are not proud to show anyone our bathroom.

Alec was very professional and helpful. Took care of any issues we had. Installer did his job very professionally, had us look at what he was doing and cleaned up everything before leaving. Very happy with whole process from start to finish. Would recommend in the future.

I had two bathrooms done at the same time. So, I expected a big mess. But the two men doing the work were very respectful of my home. They were courteous, clean, and appeared to be very competent in their work.

The people and product at Bath Fitter are excellent. They are on time and do what they say they are going to do. No shortcuts. Their product is very exceptional. The employees are of the highest quality. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

The job surpassed my expectations. Very high quality, easy to clean, professional installers who completed the job in about 4 to 5 hours. The primary person was excellent, very professional, explained what would be done & very easy to have around. The sales person was not pushy at all and very nice mannered. We are very pleased how both projects came out and it really made our bathrooms look upscale.

We couldn’t be more happy with our new bathtub surround, faucet, and doors. We went from the original 35 year old tiles to this beautiful updated look in less than one day. After almost 3 months we still feel like we’re in a fancy hotel! The installer was great, friendly, and cleaned up everything very well.

Very happy with the final product. Installer was by himself. He had a terrible time getting the large piece of the sides and back into the bathroom and as a result took a good sized gouge out of our bathroom door. We did not notice it until he was gone. We have since fixed the scar on the door. Probably would help if they had a helper with the installer.

With my muscular dystrophy has come to the point where I could not get into my bath/shower without the fear of falling. We contacted several other bath companies and received bids/estimates. Most of the other companies gave a high pressure sales pitch but Bath Fitter asked what I needed. I let the agent know this was being paid for by a grant from the VA (as I am a disabled veteran). The sales agent made a call to the office and the office said, "Okay Bath Fitter will do the job for amount of the grant." All others prices were double of that of Bath Fitter and if we didn't give a deposit on that day the price would go up by $1000.00.

The installation went well, it's amazing how quickly they can completely transform a small room!! I love my new bathroom. The style is timeless, and the upkeep is minimal. It is so easy to keep clean and looking brand new.

Failed to control the dust! I have to have the vents cleaned in my home. The vent fan in bathroom has to be replaced and vent cleaned. I use oxygen daily because I have COPD. I can see already this was a waste of time.

All good, the installer was very pleasant and did the job really well. We are very happy with the results. Gerard in the sales team was also very nice and did not push us to get all the extras. Overall, very professionally done and no issues. Thanks you.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work the guys did. My old cast iron tub had to be removed before they could install my shower and they left no debris behind. The installation was clean, very well done, and again, left me with no mess to clean up.

Had bathtub converted to a walk-in shower as my wife has problems with her legs. Excellent service. Installers were friendly and obviously great at what they did. Have recently added to the shower and again they were outstanding. Love our new shower and would recommend Bath Fitter anytime.

The installer was prompt with his arrival time and when the work was completed it looks fantastic. I only wish that I had made this decision years ago instead of waiting for the time for the house to be placed on the market. I think the new owners will enjoy it like I do.

We have had two bathrooms worked on by Bath Fitter. The installer was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. One issue I have is that I have never received a receipt for my final invoices. I have requested a number of time with zero response. But great to deal with and stellar workmanship.

Team arrived and left exactly as promised- 8 hours total time. Incredible demolition and installation. Installation was professionally performed including handling very tight room. Clean, neat and very respectable explanation of all details. We received far more than expected- EXCELLENT!

I especially appreciated that Jay didn't try to oversell. He sold me what I needed and nothing more. The less expensive products, such as the faucets, really looked nicer than than the supposed higher quality ones. The job started and ended when it was supposed to and it looks great!

2nd time with these guys. They gave me an impressive and easy-to-clean shower. So I asked them to do my bath. Again, an excellent experience from picking my choices to the install itself. They are clean, fast, extremely good at their jobs, polite and safe. What more could you want?

I was told the original glass doors would be removed & reinstalled. It couldn’t be done but I was not told. I called Lisa 10-15 times. Got a runaround. Finally after 3 repair people I said ok. Disappointed is saying it mildly.

October 1, 2021, I had a fall at work and suffered a spinal injury that left me in a state where I needed to install a shower that could accommodate my new limitations and allow for a safe environment for something as simple as taking a shower. I am so thankful to Bath Fitter. Their Rep Walter helped us to create an installation that came into an acceptable budget, he even put a request to prioritize my install date. Helping to get our shower installed in the least amount of waiting time, thanks Walt.

My wife and I are happy with the installation. The only part we are not at all happy with is the water pressure. Prior to your work we had a lot of pressure and the plumbing guy you sent out was late, rude, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. That first day we did not even have hot water at first until one of you people called and tried to walk me through adjusting it my self. We got hot water, but just and have been just putting up with the low pressure since. Not happy!

Bath Fitter of Erie, PA made the remodel of our shower a nightmare. First they canceled install 2 days before install date, they did not check for leaks and the drain leaked, they damaged the wood trim around the shower with a pry bar during demolition, both shower doors have a 1/2" gap which allows water onto walls and floor, the one shower door opens of its own free will and only a month after install they have to come back to adjust the doors. I would never recommend to anyone Bath Fitter and especially Bath Fitter of Erie, PA.

I was lucky and got an install a month earlier than booked because someone else had to reschedule. It was wonderful to have the job completed in one day. Jay ** worked hard all day and made sure everything was done perfectly. He cleaned up completely and I was left with a sparkling new walk-in!

I am disappointed to write this - but our experience was awful, the timelines were not communicated, and Bath Fitter seemed to need to come back to my home quite a bit. The design consultation: Our Sales Person needed to measure 3 different times, ordered the wrong parts and gave no idea of timeline for installation. Installation: 2 months later we can finally install! Only to find out that the valve I was told they needed to order for us was for Moen fixtures only? We had Delta fixtures - which was consistent from when the salesperson initially spoke to us to install date, with no indication of that being an issue - until we couldn't install because we didn't have a valve. Installation attempt #2: 4 days later, no window for time when they would arrive - missed a wedding shower for a wedding my husband and I are both in... They installed but we had no hot water coming from the tap (This was discovered a couple of days later).

The start date for project was delayed due to the lack of materials. This was likely due to the current government policies. Installation went smoothly and was of good quality. However, there was a few minor problems we disagreed with. These were due to delay of shipment and lack of communication when consulting with salesman. The salesman and management were quick and agreeable to resolve these issues. However, we find ourselves in the situation of lack of receiving goods and shortage of manpower. We would give a better rating if the problems were taken care of. We don't believe that they are not trying hard enough, it seems that everywhere and everyone are having this problem.

Salesperson came twice to measure but apparently that wasn't enough. Top header and glass doors were short. All fixtures (spout, diverter and showerhead) are not aligned with drain. Still waiting for header and glass door and it's been ten and counting. No compensation expressed.

This review is for Bath Fitter located on 429B Hayden Stat. Windsor, CT. I highly recommend Bath Fitter if you want to redo your bathroom. Excellent work done by the installers ** and **. They arrived at my house at 7:45am and left at 2:00pm. Very professional. Left my bathroom very clean. No mess anywhere. They took out my tub and install a new shower, new tile and shower doors. The salesman ** was also great. He showed me many different designs and make recommendations to fit my needs. The whole process was so easy.

I had a shower/tub combination installed in my condo by Bath Fitter in Orlando on Sept, 2021. It looked great when it was done. A few weeks later the unit below me had water damage to her ceiling. It was investigated by maintenance. They took a section of ceiling down in the below unit and then came to investigate my unit in the bath area. They couldn't find the leak, so it was up to me to contact a plumber because the leak in the unit below was still seeing water damage. It took my plumber 3 hrs to find the leak because it was behind the shower wall where the shower arm is attached to the water pipe. The plumber had to cut a hole in the wall next to the shower/tub and put a camera back there to record what was going on. It turned out that the leak was coming from the shower arm not being screwed in tight enough, and it leaked down the inside wall to the unit below.

We are very pleased with our decision to go with Bath Fitter. Due to Covid, there was a bit of delay in having the installation done, but they arrived on time the day they were booked and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Adam did an awesome installation. We are very pleased with his professionalism. Adam called before he came, started right to work. He was very friendly, explained things before he left. Explained the contract and what products to use. He was alone, we were surprised that he completed job in one day. Bath Fitter is to be commended for doing what they advertise. Two years ago, we had one bathtub refitted, adding a shower door, rails, and shelves. The salesman was knowledgeable, and accurate in his assessment of the job scope. The technician was professional, and considerate of our living space. Months later, we had two minor issues. After a call to customer service, a technician arrived within days and fixed them. The quality work prompted us to have our step-in shower refitted this year. Same high quality work and service.

We phoned with a few post installation concerns and it was such a pleasant experience. BF checked to makes sure potentially needed parts were in stock and an appointment was made. The repair person arrived as arranged, and was approachable, professional and thorough. Thank you.

These are people that CARE. We have had a new tub installed, removed an old tub and shower and replaced with a large shower and replaced outdoor on the 3rd shower bath. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter for a pleasant experience and excellent craftsmanship.

Workers were knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up the mess. Excellent quality of products. Only problem was that the first time they came to install the new walk in shower they had the wrong base and doors so we had to reschedule. They came back 2 days later with all the right things and did an amazing job. Love my new shower!

Our sales rep Charles was great. He answered many questions while in our home and then answered even more via email. His suggestion to stop by the office to see the models of Bath Fitter products sealed the deal. Our low-threshold shower is great!

The shower is very useful for my mom. It is very easy for her to get in and use the shower. The bar grips are very useful and the shower chair comes in handy. When we had a problem they came out and fixed it. Thank you.

We have now had a wonderful Bath Fitter experience x 2! In 2008, we had a complete Bath Fitter remodel, including sink, vanity, wanes coating of walls and tub/shower conversion. Although the bathroom was still as perfect as the day it was installed, we decided to have a tub to shower conversion with acrylic to match the remaining bathroom. The result was simply outstanding. The crew was professional, considerate and truly experts in this craft. The price, however, was surprisingly steep given the amount of work and compared to 2008, but one has to take into account inflation. The end result was well worth it. We are very happy with our decision, beautiful results, highly recommend!

We have enjoyed our first Bath Fitter line that was installed over 30 years ago. Decided it was time to replace, although the original was still in pretty good form. Delighted with how they did the job, little details to correct an issue with a crack in a tile etc.

After 30 years we got rid of the old tub/shower and upgraded to a walk in shower. We just love it. Was a little worried when just 1 person showed up to install it but Roman did a great job, from start to finish. In just over 6 hours it looks fantastic. Would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Our technician Omar did wonderful work (in Coconut Creek FL). He was quick and courteous and even helped us to correct a mistake in the type of curtain rod based on a miscommunication with the salesmen. This is our second time working with Bath Fitter and we're very happy with the renovated bathroom.

Sales meeting was very professional, not at all pushy or demanding. Did not push upcharges, let us make all decisions. Installation was very professional, very detailed. Installer clearly had experience, left no mess behind. Office had some issues though. Twice they called me and left messages that I promptly returned and left voicemails, but I had to end up calling back myself, as my messages were not returned. Also had a major billing issue with my card being charged twice (we were alerted by our cc company). Office insisted they hadn't and we were mistaken, only to call back later to say they had made the mistake. Also forgot to send work order with 2nd installer to add a grab bar. So very professional company that does great work, would use again, but clerical side needs some big improvement. Would otherwise rate 5 stars.

Job was great. Very pleased. Workers were very courteous. Shower works great. I am so glad I got it. It was a great improvement to my home. I would definitely recommend it to my relatives and coworkers. It did not cost much and added a lot to my the value of my home.

This was an easy process. The bath looks great. The guy who installed it was articulate and cleaned up everything as he moved along. I only had the tub done, not the walls, but they look great with the new tub.

A fantastic job done on two separate days a week apart. I was so comfortable with the installer that I felt I was able to leave my house for four hours and run errands without worrying about anything. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Was extremely pleased with every step of the order from the salesman to the installer. Totally enjoying the shower especially the grab bars. I bought this for my 98 year old mother. She visits 7 times a year for a 2 weeks.

They were on time and very friendly. They were efficient with their time. No mess was left in my garage where the work took place due to rain outside and the bathroom was cleaner than when they began. I love my new shower and can't wait to have my other bath replaced.

I had a great experience with Bath Fitter. The sales person, the plumber, the installer and the desk staff were all wonderful and professional. I did not feel pressured to do more than I wanted! The reason it's not a 5 is I was told it would be done mid October. I had not heard anything by mid October so I called them. I was then given a date the first week of November. I wonder if I hadn't called if I would still be waiting. I think they should have told me things were on back order and not wait for me to call.

Converted my soaker tub and surround to a standard depth tub and surround. Installed two grab bars, a handheld shower attachment, a corner shelf. Jacob was the installer. He was great and so was customer service when I contacted them. Had one minor issue with a decorative cover coming loose on the grab bar. Jacob returned and not only refastened that one but secured all other decorative covers as well, to ensure it does not happen again. I appreciate the extra effort.

My shower installment was done by a hard-working guy that did a good job. My not-so-good experience is with the so call unprofessional manager, Shawn ** who emailed me because he didn't get 5 stars on the survey sent to me. I gave credit to the guy that did all the work but when on the survey, I said was told it would be done by Sep/Oct. When I called, the office I was told Dec. When I said it was unacceptable the next week, Danielle called and said they could get me in Oct. Which they did vs the 4 months they initially told me it would take.

Updated on 07/30/2024: They're a company that listens to your complaints and will do whatever it takes to fix it.

For the price of the bathtub and shower install you would think that the finished product would like nice. Materials look cheap and the finished look is average at best. The caulk job was the worst I've seen not a straight bead on any seam just put on and smeared all over the tub and wall. I would definitely not call it a professional job maybe it was just my installer. Bathtub was not trimmed in a straight line just cut with no measurements just a complete hack job would not recommend.

My family had hoped to become a customer of Bath Fitters after our wonderful Sales experience with Anton which included measuring, taking photos, explaining the process with small displays and more. Sadly, after 6 weeks of silence, there has yet to be any follow up from the person responsible for scheduling. I contacted Anton to find out it was Donna. I called Donna and she stated it was “still in a review status” and she would escalate and return to me in the same day. I explained how frustrating it is to be ignored, with absolutely no follow up (even to simply state they are still working on this or they cannot assist, anything…). Donna assured me she would return that same day. Yet, days later, dead silence again. I called Donna again, left a voicemail for her, days followed, no response. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was not in as well so we were left with no one to follow up.

I would highly recommend Bath Fitter. Derick was amazing! His professionalism, craftmanship and pride of doing the job THE RIGHT WAY is readily apparent when you see the completed project. My wife is very happy with the finished product, which in turn makes my life easier and brings me happiness. THANKS AGAIN DERICK.

It's been over a month since installation and still no working shower. Leaked water in the condo below me, did a quick fix, and STILL leaking water. I've been patient, but someone need to get it right. Bath Fitter got paid, but I can't seem to get what I paid for which is a working shower. My old shower was working perfect until installation happened and now I don't have a shower and the neighbor below me has an open ceiling waiting for someone to come fix the pipe. Just horrible!

First time calling Bath Fitter in the beginning of September this year 2021 for questing about their services. Bath fitter did install it 3 years ago, but there is red and black mold started to grow all over the area, we tried to clean it with what they recommended when they installed it, but nothing can take the mold out? When I made the call I ask them that (what can we do to get red of the mold)? The customer service woman “Casey” said they can come and clean it for free, they are a lifetime warranty. I confirmed with her every things. About 8 days later I called to schedule. They switch me to the office nearby me in Philadelphia. After I made number of call talking to Natasha, Casey & Kiara and explain to every single one of them about the problem we have they set up an appointment to clean the mold for free and spray the floor for $377.00 after they clean it to protect from sliding and falling.

Very accommodating and professional. My mistake caused a problem and they resolved the issue with a timely response. The enclosure looks great! We are very pleased with the results and are moving forward with completing the bathroom makeover which includes new flooring, vanity and mirrors.

Bath Fitter did a great job meeting with us and spending time to go over every little detail before ever asking us to commit to anything. They came to our house and took measurements and did all the heavy lifting long before install so that when install day did finally arrive, they knew exactly what needed to be done and what finishes were being used. I was renovating the rest of the bathroom by myself and they were happy to work with me and talk through questions I had about the how the seams and seals would meet where I was still working. They were in and out in a day and they were extremely friendly and professional.

Guys came right on time and did a great job. They kept everything clean going in and out of a small house and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They put runners down on the rugs and cleaned up everything before they left. New shower turned out beautiful and they were all done by 2:30 in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend them!

We are happy with the final product. Really made a difference in our dated bathroom. It was an overall good experience, from the initial sales pitch to the final product. Had some problems with scheduling and dates trying to be changed, but that was worked out. Only issue I have is with some cosmetic touches with the silicone used to seal the shower door frame. I have attached photos as a reference. The first photo is of a very thick bead of silicone and the second picture is of the other side with a very thin bead which looks so much better.

My experience with BathFitter was wonderful. The initial visit was not high-pressured sales pitch. I felt very comfortable with the rep who did a great and thorough job explaining the process. Excellent service from start to finish. From the estimate to the installation. Very professionals. Fast and taking care of my house. The installer arrived on time and did an excellent job. The installer had everything he needed in his van and is very knowledgeable on every step of the install process.

The installation was done in 2 days as promised starting on the agreed date. The quality of the work and the materials was outstanding. My only minor observation is that the diverter valve to select between overhead and handheld showers has a slight leak so that the overhead shower drips when selecting handheld; in practice, this not a real concern. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the materials and the installation process and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

The person that installed our was great. However a couple of days later we found out that the diverter for the shower head was leaking. The lady that we talked to on the phone numerous occasions was rude to my wife and myself when I called. I don’t believe that she was trying to get our problem fixed.

We love our new Bath Fitter shower tub surround. The installer was very professional and fast. He clearly knew what he had to do, and did it well. He made sure the details were done right. I would recommend Bath Fitters to others.

I was extremely pleased with the renovation of my bath/shower. The old tub enclosure was removed and the new stand up shower stall with sliding glass doors and a fold down seat was installed in one day. My technican, John **, was on time, courtious, and was constantly working to be sure that the job was completed in one day. He is an excellent asset to your company. I am satisfied with the quality of the product, the service, and even the price was about what I expected.

If I could choose 4.5 I would have, but I rarely give a 5 unless everything is perfect. The tub looks great, but a shelf was forgotten on the order so even though the installers were great about their willingness to go get it and install it, I was not expecting the extra money I ended up having to pay for it. I also didn't realize the new shower handle would not give me the option to turn the water pressure down or I would have chosen something different. Other than that, the installers and salesman were great and did a wonderful job all in one day, which was a ton of work since they had to take out the old nasty jet tub that stopped working years ago. Definitely could not beat the price either, so I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company to install a new shower/tub.

Great customer service. Great work. My new bath tub is outstanding!! I called Bath Fitter to come out and give me an estimate. They were very fair. Not too long after my estimate I was very excited for bath fitter to come. They did an excellent job.

I had a very old bathtub redone with tiles in the back. Service was excellent. Everybody showed up on time and were very efficient. The job was completed right on time. The price was good and they did not attempt to try to upsell me, which I appreciated since I’m on a budget. I would defiantly recommend or hire them again.

Everyone I talked to was completely professional, and very nice about all questions I had. They made sure to go over every detail with me to ensure I got the bathroom I wanted. The workers did a great job. They were efficient and friendly. Our bathroom looks amazing. Our only complaint is on the wall on the opposite side of where the shower was placed has a hole and some cracking which was not there prior to shower install. We believe it is the pounding of shower and other work that was done in the bathroom. Please see attached images. Thank you.

We are very pleased with our shower. The technician was prompt, experienced, and treated our home with respect. The removal of old and installation of the new was completed in just one day. An adjustment on the door was made at our request afterward promptly. The shower looks great, and we would certainly recommend Bath Fitter.

Love our new shower, installation took better part of a day but the tech. had to remove an old cast iron tub. The tech did a great job of installing but also did a fantastic job of trimming the edges. It looks like it was installed during construction of the home. Would recommend to anyone.

I am happy with my shower except for two things. The small circle to open the shower on the faucet side, I do not remember seeing this in showroom. Also the placement of the holder to hold the smaller shower to use when sitting down. I have to put a washcloth over it to keep from bruising my arm.

This was the second time I have used Bath Fitter. This second installation involved a few tricky adjustments, and so I asked for one of their best installers. Their man arrived on time and completed the job the same day. He made a few modifications while on the job and when done, the installation was perfect. The reason for a one star deduction is because of cost.

The conversion and installation of shower was done well. The workmen explained everything when they finished. The staff was personable. The preparation and cleanup were excellent.. James and Kenney (the installers) were proficient with the conversion. The salesperson was very knowledgeable when he did the home visit and took me through the whole process of installation.. The office staff were helpful when I had questions.

Very pleased with our expensive shower installation. However, we asked for help with a more powerful shower head and got no response. Put it in writing but still no response. Followup does not seem to be a priority. We were very displeased with your sales representatives.

Bath Fitter changed 3 bathtub to walk-in showers for us and they did a really good job on all. They were on time, courteous and cleared away all the old parts. My bath had an arch which I wasn't sure they would be able to do, but they were and it is beautiful. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter.

I feel like a commercial for Bath Fitter AND that is great. All we needed was new tiles in the tub/shower as the grout was awful, tiles were going to fall out. The previous constructing contractor did a terrible job only 5 years ago. Several very expensive quotes later to replace the tiles, we were at a loss until we called Bath Fitter. It's perfect from the first visit for the quote to installations. It looks, great! It feels great from top to bottom in the shower and tub. We are so happy we went with Bath Fitter AND so very affordable. Done all in one day!

Very professional approach. Perfect job from A to Z. Time was respected. Technician very polite, clean, honest, friendly, patient. Yes I will use them again and again. Not a single bad comment from the moment I did contact the company. Good follow up too. A handle had to be replaced and the part was found and a technician showed up at my place to fix the missing handle.

The wrong bath tub was installed. We have accepted it knowing that it will be a hassle to change it after installation but we have spoke with the people in the Burnaby location that we will receive a discount for that. Not only we were charged the full price the day after the installation, then they said they never promised a discount and now they don't even have the audacity to call us back, it's been a month and a half. Very very disappointed, from been the best customer service I have ever had (The installers, James and Brandon, were AMAZING) to the worst I ever had - definitely will not recommend to anyone.

We are very disappointed and would not recommend Bath Fitter. We had a shower replacement. Cost over $7000. The people involved have all been delightful except for the general manager. The showers leaks horribly. The installers said salesman did not specify/order the correct products we needed. We relied on the salesman. The installer suggested salesman didn’t sell us what we needed. The first technician sent to try to fix the leak said salesman didn’t select right items and that installation was not right. The general manager came out next and said installation was not right but that Bath Fitter could not do a shower that was watertight and would not leak at door. The next technician sent out to repair said prior installation and repairs were wrong. Bath Fitter is still trying to fix. Shower leaks horribly. No faith in ability to fix.

The salesperson went over the whole process accurately, the technician did the work professionally and the shower is exactly how I imagined it would look. The grab bars are at the right height. I feel very safe having a shower.

We are in love with our new walk-in shower. We wished we had done it 5 yrs ago. It was such an easy transformation. The technicians did great work in just 7hrs and their cleanup was spotless. You never would have known they were here except that we had a beautiful walk-in shower when they left.. Thank you Bath Fitter.

Consultation was very informative. Person was highly knowledgeable in the product. Fast forward to day of install. They were on time and respectful of my property. Quality of work was A+. We were very happy with our bathroom they left.

In 2014, I had Bath Fitter install a shower in my room and was very pleased with that over the years. So, when I need the guest bathroom done, I called them and again I was very pleased with the work. I am set to be happy with both bathrooms for many years. And the big issue is I don't have to be embarrassed with the shower anymore. I would be very happy to recommend them to all of my family and friends.

We are thrilled with our new walk-in shower! It is so spacious and is constructed of very high quality materials. The only thing we are not 100% satisfied with is the noticeable drop in water pressure with the new shower head. We even changed it out for a handheld shower and the water pressure is still reduced from what we had originally.

The gentleman that came to install my shower was punctual and professional. He explained the work that was to be performed and then set out some drop cloths to keep my house clean while he worked and went in and out. The work was finished within the expected timeframe and the shower works great.

On July 20, 2021, I had the old bathtub removed from my master bath, and Bath Fitter installed a complete walk-in shower. My installer was Stephen and he is amazing. He arrived at my home early and explained what he was going to do, and went right to work. I don't think he even took a break until he was completely finished. The entire process took about five hours, and it looks fantastic. I know that I will enjoy this immensely and will be easy for me to clean it too. We needed to get an updated shower because my wife was going for knee surgery soon and decided to use Bath Fitter. From the initial consultation to the finished product, we were impressed with the people and the service we received. Our friends and relatives could not believe the great job that was done and in only two days. Definitely recommend Bath Fitter to everyone I know.

The only good person I spoke with that remained consistent through the entire process is Donna in scheduling. She provided excellent customer service, anyone else I needed to get into contact with it was nearly impossible to. They also fudged the permit process which delayed me listing my home by an entire month due to them not providing necessary paperwork for the village. Overall-result is nice, but customer service needs to get better.

After my second tub installation, I had a leak directly below my bathroom. There was an error by the technician which caused the leak. They did not accept fault for the leak. Instead they accused me of possibly having a leak there already. My home insurance proved otherwise. The blue tape shows where the water leaked from above.

Joe the rep for Bath Fitter's was great! No high pressure sales pitches. He said the tub would be deeper and wider than the old tub. I couldn't see how because the space was so small,. Alex who removed my old tub and Shea who fixed the plumbing and installed the new tub were amazing, very professional. Love the shower and the tub. It is great!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, the installer was very informative on the upkeep and care after the installation and he cleaned up after and discarded all old packaging, old shower stall door. I was very pleased.

The team is very professional and does good work, I find no fault in the work. The sales person is somewhat Tardy but his friendliness and professionalism compensates. The work was done same day as promised and the workman cleaned up very well.

The communication with the company left a little to be desired, but that has zero reflection on the sales rep or the tech that did the install. Love my new shower. Love that it was done in one day and professionally. The only problem we have is that we ordered frosted shower doors, we got clear. We are still waiting for our doors to be changed out. This has been a month ago and have not gotten an update on how long it will be. We have no complaints on anything else and would recommend Bath Fitter to our friends or family.

They were polite and on time with the job. They knew what they had to do. My installer was very considerate and made sure my grab bars were to my comfort level of where I needed them in the tub/shower area.

This was one of the easiest thing I have had done to my house. The gentleman worked nonstop and in six hours I had a tub unit removed and a walk in shower that was something you dream of. To say I am extremely happy with my new shower is an understatement. Because I am 73 year old with some mobility issues, I had to have my husband help me for the last 10 years get in and out of our very deep and high bath. We decided to look into Bath Fitter to turn it into a shower. Since, the company had done our other bathroom, we were somewhat confident it would be okay.

I was hesitant to use Bath Fitter initially because I wanted my old tub removed. But they removed it and the old mess of a wall. Fixed the wall and floor and the next day installed a beautiful new tub, walls, ceiling and fixtures. They were incredible to deal with. Made sure I was satisfied 1000%.

Wonderful experience. Right from the sales person showing us our options to the job completed. My husband has Parkinson’s and having the lower entry makes it so much easier and safer for him to shower. Your installer arrived at 8 in the morning and by 3 o’clock we had a new shower. We're so happy to have our new shower in our guest bathroom! The Savona (subway tile pattern) looks classic and perfect for our Victorian home. Install was clean, quick and on time!

Our 3 jobs (2 tub replacements and 1 shower replacement) were all completed as promised - in 8 hours from start to clean-up. This was July 21, 2021. Now that we've had exactly 2 months with our new bathroom enhancements and have had a chance to use them, and keep them sparkling clean, we can honestly say we love them! Have already recommended Bath Fitter to others and would use them again.

From Tamara our sales consultant to our installer and Julian who came to look at one small issue we had, all was top notch and 5 stars. Tamara took time to go over everything, she knew her product. It was not like the people who come and open a book and read all the information to you, she knows it through and through and that is a blessing. I had several companies give me a bid for this job and all the rest read me straight from the manual and that was not impressive. I want people who know the product and not have to flip through a book to answer a question. Install was done as promised 2 days and they were careful to be very clean. All I can say is I LOVE IT and I wish I would have done it years ago. I would recommend this to everyone.

My installation could not have gone smoother. The techs are courteous & professional. When I had questions, they answered without looking at me like I was an idiot. Phoned on Sept. 20 to report an issue that required a work order and workman to fix, called back on 23 and the person I spoke with, knew nothing about it. Communication is key, which tells me there was not a notation made on my Bath Fitter file.

We were very excited to hire Bath Fitter to replace our old bathtub, they seemed super nice and helpful. About a month or two before our expected installation date, my partner started having health problems and we were racked with medical bills and unfortunately could no longer afford the remodel. We were completely fine with them keeping our deposit money but the person we spoke to on the phone said that we would still owe over $2000 for canceling the installation, I explained how sorry we were and how we just could not afford it, especially with how much we were looking forward to the work being done, we were just devastated by the recent health issues.

Representative arrived to discuss possibilities. We discussed having a tub liner and I was told it could not be installed because of the existing tub surround being an issue for installation. I was told the install could be done as a package with the tub surround, however, I was not interested in a complete package from them. I was interested in the tub liner only. When learning this...the representative quickly exited without discussing a tub liner only. I would have put my own tub surround in afterwards. Total consultation was approximately 5 minutes. I'm very disappointed.

I have just had the best experience with Jim the installer who arrived 15 minutes early and didn't stop till he was done 7 hours later. He started on removing the loose tiles and then removing the cast iron tub. The plumber, Lou, came and installed new plumbing. The center drain was situated right over an old beam but he was able to notch it out and install the drain. Once he was done Jim proceeded to put plywood where the tile had been and shore up where the base goes. Once it was all up Jim had me check where I wanted the grab bar, shelf and towel rack, and hand held shower. Also the curtain rod. Because I got a little smaller shower than the tub was I had a space on the floor and he cut a scrap to fill in the gap and is now ready for a piece of flooring to match the rest. This part of the house is over 200 years old and not easy to work with. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much.
