We had every intention of using you all assuming the product would work well with our bathroom at our rental property. Unfortunately you scheduled us twice, cancelled the first time, said we would be your priority for the 2nd appt and didn't even show the 2nd time. We did receive a call 30 minutes later than the appointment asking to reschedule AGAIN... Very disappointing after you were a recommendation from a friend.

We had our shower installed at the end of April. All went well and the salesperson was great. The person who installed the shower did some damage to the other side of the wall, the screws came through, which damaged the drywall as well as the paint in several places. We reported this problem right away, but no action has been taken despite several calls. They said they would deal with it, but nothing has happened so far. We got this work done with Bath Fitter because we didn’t want to deal with the hassle, but now it has become just that. Very unfortunate. The product is good; just hope nothing goes wrong during the install because the after sales is terrible.

I left a dissatisfied review several months ago and pretty much forgot about it. A representative left me a voicemail so I returned his call. He stated that he wanted me to be happy and took the time to discuss everything and offered to send someone to my house to fix the problem. The work was fixed quickly and I couldn't be happier. A big thanks to Jim and his employee. Very courteous and professional.

I liked Bath Fitter's product and price point. They did a shower with sliding glass doors and everything was great.

Bath Fitter has seamless walls where you didn’t have to have caulking at the corners and it was done usually in one day. I liked that. I checked other ones and there were a lot of other them out there. But all the ones I saw had the three-piece wall units. It looks nice at first but I didn’t wanna have caulking going down the corners. I did a whole tub replacement with Bath Fitter. Everything was excellent. The only thing was when the guy came out to measure for the second time, I left a message for him to call and give me 30 minutes. But he said he was already here and he didn’t mind waiting. I wasn’t there when he did the measurements but my wife was. She said he did an excellent job and was very nice.

Had our shower installed 4 months ago. There was a leak under the shower door so we called the Chattanooga office, a repairman came out and was there about ten minutes. He put some caulk on his finger and touched it up. The leak continued so we called again. The original installer came and worked on it for a while and fixed the leak. A month later another leak under the shower door (different place). We called and got another appointment 2 weeks out. That appointment was canceled by the office because they were "covered up".

We went to a home show in Watertown, South Dakota. Bath Fitter looked like they had a good product. They could do the work in a short period of time and the price seemed to be effective. I had them do the shower with the enclosure. This was in March or April. Their salespeople were thorough. The installers went above and beyond. They couldn't even get home the day they finished the work. We had an extreme blizzard and the interstates were shut down along with all the roads going back to their hometown in Tea, South Dakota. The installers worked under duress and they did an awesome job. The product looks to be very durable and long-lasting.

I’ve hired their Northbrook IL branch to replace my bathtub sliding door and bath fixtures. This was February 2019. I made a deposit of $1000 for a $5000 project that I hope to be done when my husband with dementia was staying at my condo. My intent to remodel the bathroom is for his safety. I live in Chicago and our owners association is requiring their plumber to get a permit. They claimed it takes forever to get the city permit. I have guests in June 28-30. I called their office every week to follow up, unfortunately there is no progress. I’m so frustrated and would like to demand a refund or to expedite the order. Can anyone help me with this problem? My patience is running out. I’m so dissatisfied with this delay. They should have known about this permit problem long before selling me their product. Antonette

We were at a home showdown at the Hy-Vee Hall and we figured we’d see how much it costs to get our bathroom redone ‘cause we had a burgundy tub with yellow surrounding walls. It was the original from 1950 and it was pretty hideous. So we figured we’d give Bath Fitter a shot. The customer service has been great. The older rep was a funny and nice guy and he reminded me of an old grandpa that likes to talk and have a good time. There were two installers who came out. One was in training and the other one did the install. They were really nice and professional. They got it clean and cleaned up their mess. They always said, "Yes, sir" and "No, sir" when I asked some questions.

My tub needed to be upgraded and Bath Fitter had some good promotions at the time that we checked into it. We got a walk-in shower from them and they also put in the shower doors. They did an awesome job. The installer was very nice and respectful. Also, the sales rep was very helpful when I was having a difficult time trying to get the inspectors out here. I missed the inspectors one day and they wouldn't talk to me. I left a voicemail with the Bath Fitter rep and he got right on it. Within 10 minutes, the inspectors were calling me back, rescheduling the inspection. All in all, the Bath Fitter walk-in shower is of very good quality and we're very pleased with it so far. I would recommend them.

Bath Fitter was the only one I saw that offered the switch from a tub to a shower, which is what we had. We signed up back in February and finally got the installation done in May. The reps were great and the installer did an excellent job.

We had a shower installed by Bath Fitter, and they came to the house for the initial sales and then followed up on that. The installers kept things cleaned up and did a real good job. The prices are still high on the products, but as far as the service, it was excellent.

I had Bath Fitter do a tub cover, a tub to ceiling backsplash and a shower door. For the installer, it was the first time putting in a door like I put in, and he had the doors backwards. The overlap went the wrong way, so the sales guy got me with their operations guy and they sent a different installer over here. He pulled all the caulk off and switched the door around and re-carpeted for me. He also changed the caulk color to match the wall instead of the caulk that went around the tub, and that fixed everything that I was concerned about.

Bath Fitter was affordable and their rep was really personable. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable trusting him, so it made my decision to go with them that much easier. I got the shower done about a month ago. I had the special door done and also the tower. The installation team was really efficient. I couldn't believe that they did it in a day and it was cleaned up. Everything was left like no one was ever there. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I originally gave a review for Bath Fitter with my satisfaction survey, PRIOR to using the shower. The shower looks gorgeous and it definitely was worth the cost. HOWEVER, after taking a shower my husband noticed water streaming out of the shower door, as well as water beading over the entire seal at the bottom of the door. It turns out there is a good amount of space where the bottom seal across the door does not touch the basin, or the corner of the shower door.

I had the existing bathtub/shower in my *small* bathroom upstairs replaced with a shower. By small, I mean it is by far not the size of a master bathroom. It has just enough room for the sink, toilet, and the shower. Think of it as the extra bathroom for the guests, but not as small as a half-bath... So to replace the tub/shower, they took out the existing bathtub and shower walls, and replaced with only a shower with new walls. Before I get into anything negative, I will say that the job was well done and the quality is very good. I mean really well done and it's beautiful, and I understand that there is a lifetime guarantee included. Definitely gets an A+ for workmanship, and I say this to be fair because there is a positive in this review... But onto the negative, as it has obviously overshadowed this positive.

installation techs Dave and John made my shower remodel a breeze. They were friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the work they did in my bathroom. They protected the rest of my house from getting dirty or damaged by covering any areas that may come in contact with the installation site.

We paid to have two bathrooms done, and with an expedited install time. After not hearing anything for almost a month I called the local office and spoke to Bridget, she then told me they were waiting on my shower base, and then when I started telling her how frustrated I was that there was never a call for an update, she called me back and acted like they did me a favor by finding the base that should have been in to be installed a week before that. Then I was told it would be a one day install, nope!! They came on a Friday and finished on a Saturday, after I explained I have five kids I need one working shower.

We did not see any other option like Bath Fitter. Our bathroom is tiny, and we were concerned about the whole process of tearing off the old bathtub and getting a new one fit in there, and with Bath Fitter we were able to get the bathtub and the surround that went on top of our old. The sales rep was very friendly. I have kids running around and he was very understanding and patient. And he really broke things down for us and kind of gave us our options. We love the final product. It looks a lot nicer than our old one. And it seems easy to clean. The only thing that we were misled by was we thought that it was gonna be 100% seamless where the bathtub meets the wall.

True to their word they provided a safe and usable conversion for my handicapped usage. Originally a built in angular seat was installed which did not work out for me. I kept sliding off! Bath Fitter redid the job and installed a flip seat mounted directly facing the shower head. No longer need to turn sideways to shower. Much safer now! Thanks!!

Bath Fitter is right here in Wisconsin and they have a permanent address. I felt if I had a problem, there was someone there to answer. A lot of companies have an address out of state. I had a walk-in shower put in. The salesperson was polite. I didn't speak to him really long but I thought he had some good points. It was important to me that the work was done in one day which they did. The installer was very polite and he did a very good job. I probably drove him crazy because I checked in to see what he was doing. It was interesting to watch.

Very expensive. They charge a lot of money just because they have a one piece acrylic lining. Almost like 5000-6000 just to do the bath tub and bath tub walls and tap and shower head fixtures only. You can actually redo a whole bathroom including replacing whole bath tub and redoing the tiles and also the bathroom vanity and basin and floor for that money. Unwilling to come down on price and had to run a call past his Vice president who said they would not reduce by more than 20% of their over priced price. Their salesmen make 90K a year. No wonder they have to charge the customers more. This is strictly for the rich and the impatient. Anyone else, take your time. Don't be in a hurry. Find a contractor who can do this more economically.

I hired Bath Fitter to do a tub liner for me before any work was done on my bathroom. They said to put up the tile first, then the liner goes in and gets caulked to the tile. I was concerned about damage and was told by the estimator and office that in over 8 years they have not had any damage. The installer comes today and sure enough broke tile and said it has to be fixed before the tub can be installed. I called the office and spoke with the manager who said they cannot do the tub because they feel the tile will break again. She said the tub should go in before the tile which is the exact opposite of what they said before. Then she said the walls were bowed. When I said they were not she then said the tile is weak and it is a bad job. I said it was not. Then she said there isn't enough thinset which I had no idea how she came to that conclusion when the tile is on the wall - they cracked it but underneath was not showing.

In 2006 we chose Bath Fitter to re-do our bathtub. We had them tear out the old fiberglass tub and surround that the builder had installed and replace it with a new tub and surround. It held up great and we loved how the surround is seamless and goes all the way to the ceiling. It still looked like new and everything was fine until April 2019, we noticed a small crack at the back of the tub. It was only about 3 inches long and looked like a strand of hair.

Bath Fitter from Sandy, Utah came to do our tub replacement. We got a walk in shower/tub removal. Steve was our tech. He did an absolute wonderful job... very professional. Kept the carpets clean with runners during the whole install. We are very happy with our new shower and would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

I submitted an online request for information. Of course, they won't give you ANY information over the phone. So, I agreed to schedule a visit for a technician to come and give me an estimate. They wanted to know if my spouse or significant other would be there. That is none of their business and I told them so. They insisted that they needed both there to send someone out! WHAT?!?! I told them (a man) they would either be there to see me or they wouldn't. HE SAID THEY WOULDN'T! REALLY??? So, if I don't provide them with the information THEY want, they are willing to lose the business! How stupid is that? I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT PROBABLY WOULDN'T ASK A MAN THAT QUESTION! BESIDES, it's none of their business if I do or do not have a significant other or spouse.

I saw a display for Bath Fitter at a store and realized that I didn’t have to do the remodel myself if I hired them. So I decided to call them. I got a tub-shower combination for my daughter's bathroom and it's nice and clean. We got the plain old white white and it's really basic. The installer was great as well. One gentleman came out and he brought his son to come help carry some things when he was doing the deconstruction stuff, so he wouldn’t nick up the walls, steps or anything else. He asked ahead of time if it was okay and I agreed. When the boy came in, he helped carry out three pieces of stuff and I didn’t see him again.

Bath Fitter was our only option 'cause we couldn't remove our tub. They did the tub and enclosure, the plumbing, and the shower head. The installation was great. They were professional and courteous, and they cleaned up. We also enjoyed Justin, our sales rep. He very thoroughly explained all the details of the product.

We bought a walk-in shower and glass doors from Bath Fitter because we liked the way it was done. It was one piece and has a lifetime guarantee. The sales rep really seemed to know what he was doing. And as it was, the remodel turned out very nice. The installation team was very professional and very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job.

I'm very pleased with my Bath Fitter experience. When I talked with the gentleman that came down to explain the product to us, I liked what I saw and what I heard. It seemed like the product was topnotch. The guy that did the installation was fantastic. He did a shower install. I already had the shower and I just had them come in and take down the old tile wall and put up the new Bath Fitter piece. I also got the plumbing hardware to go with it. So far, everything's been fine. I got no complaints.

We used Bath Fitter before up in Central New York. We went back to them because of the quality of service, quality of product, friendliness, ease, the whole nine yards. We took out our old bathtub and put in a walk-in shower unit. The young man that came in and did it took a day and three-quarters to get it all done which is what we anticipated. He was very caring. I got a 90 plus year old mother living with us and he was very considerate about making sure things were out of her way when she walking around the house. We love our new shower. It couldn't have been any better. It was a fantastic experience with Bath Fitter.

We purchased the tub and shower combination, and also did a grab bar and one shelf. We had a great time with Bath Fitter. The information that they gave was accurate, and we enjoyed their presentation. They were cordial, kind and friendly. The installer did a fantastic job. He communicated with me with everything he needed to do. He called me ahead of time, and said what time he would be there. And he was there, and finished his work. He had everything done by the time I got off work. It looks very good and very clean. I love it.

I had a bathtub cover-up done by Bath Fitter and it looks nice when the installer was done. But it was awfully expensive. Also, I don't like the fact that my bathtub is closer to my toilet than I would like. It took up extra space and it crowds you on the toilet now. The installer should've moved the gooseneck for the shower head up higher. It is like you gotta be five foot tall to get underneath the shower head. Because of the shower head we bought, he had to go get a longer neck. That longer neck put it to where it was down farther and it's kinda inconvenient. But other than that, the experience was good and the guy that did it was good. All of Bath Fitter's people were really nice. Their quality of work seemed pretty good.

We purchased the bathtub from Bath Fitter. We had a fine experience with their sales rep and the installation team came and did their job. It’s a nice addition to our bathroom.

I needed a step-in shower because I'm handicapped. I went to a vendor fair and Bath Fitter was there. I've seen a lot of their work of some other people that I knew, and I knew that they did a good job and guaranteed their stuff. I've also seen in a picture of what I wanted right there so I told them that's what I wanted. That process was very easy. I called the number on the card the guy gave me then they sent a representative out and I filled out all the information. Two weeks later, they put the shower in. The installer did an amazing job too. He cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave any mess. It was great. It all went smooth and easy.

Bath Fitter did a great job and I have nothing but good to say about them. I went to a craft show of our American Legion, and there was a gentleman there and he handed me a card. So, I called and another gentleman came out. I had my son-in-law, and we asked questions and he answered them. The installers were great and worked continuously. They brought the pieces in and put it up so that it really looks nice. They came on Wednesday and came back Thursday to finish the job. They also put stuff down on my floor so they wouldn't track on it.

My husband and I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to others. The cost estimate was very accurate and the timeline to start and complete the project was wonderful. The staff who actually did the work were very professional, let us know when they would arrive, communicated problems to us, kept us informed of progress, and were very respectful.

My parents used Bath Fitter in both of their bathrooms and were thrilled with the results so when I was finally able to do my bathroom, I gave Bath Fitter a call. The salesman was helpful with ideas and staying in my budget, and I couldn't help but giggle any time I called with a question and Patty answered the phone, "how can I make you smile?"; she always did. The installer, Chris was professional and even with a trainee, the work went really fast. I had other work being done in the bathroom and Chris suggested he leave some of the trim unfinished and come back after the floor was replaced. It worked out great and I am so pleased with how clean and fresh everything looks. Great work!

Our basement bath was 30 years old so it was rather raunchy and everything was in pretty bad shape. The reviews on Bath Fitter and their quality seem very good. Plus, they were fast. I really wanted the entire unit to be put in within two days. Their sales rep was very nice. She came, sat with us and talked about the unit. Then we decided and she came back and did all of the initial measurements. Then, about a week later, someone came and did all of the exact measurements with machines and lasers. He was also very nice.

I love my shower. And I cannot say enough about the installer. Very nice. Very informative and the cleanup and the presentation was amazing. I had to give him a big hug. I can't praise him enough. I would recommend Bath Fitter to all.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship that helped transform our bathroom into a thing of beauty. Our salesman, Dave **, was terrific, start to finish! Two small issues came up, but Dave fixed them in the least amount of time possible. We will definitely recommend Bath Fitter to family and friends!

I got a walk-in shower and went for Bath Fitter considering the warranty. If something goes wrong, they would come and fix everything at no cost for me. I could’ve gotten the power shower installed for less price, but I’m getting at that age that I don’t wanna have to fix it. The installation team was awesome and the guy was very particular with how things are done. I was very impressed with that. The shower was for our extra bathroom and we haven’t used it yet. Still, we got a nice shower there, and if we get any guests over, they would be able to use it.

My husband's sister had had Bath Fitter. They changed when her husband couldn’t climb in the tub, and they turned it to a shower. And she just couldn’t get over how well they were, and how good they did. And it was suggested that we do that here. We’re very happy with it. Everything was fantastic. The sales rep was very good. When he came, my son was with me, ‘cause we’re elderly, and the sales rep explained everything and showed us everything. So, we knew just exactly what was gonna be when he came. The installation team worked so quickly too. I thought it was gonna be a much longer process than it was. There’s nothing I can say derogatory about it at all. It’s the first experience I’ve ever had, and I was so well pleased with all of them. They just went about their job and cleaned up. It was great.

I was skeptical when reading some of the poor reviews, but the good reviews outweighed the bad ones. The initial consultation wasn't very impressive, but we had already decided at that point to go with the company. Once all the paperwork was done, and financing went through (they are quite expensive), everything went as they stated. We had the tub removed and replaced with a shower stall. The installer came the date they told us. He was awesome. Had everything installed and cleaned up by 3:00 pm. The only problem we encountered is the shower doors need a leveler which had to be ordered. We could still use the shower, but the doors were not very stable. It took 3 weeks for that to come in. It's still new so I can't comment on how keeping it clean is difficult as some reviews state, but I am using a cleaner that is recommended by the company. All in all, I would definitely recommend this company and would use them!!!

I checked all the other companies around and I felt like Bath Fitter had something better to offer. I also knew some people who has had Bath Fitter in to install and they were happy. We purchased two showers and we had the corner shelf and the handicap bars installed as well. I liked the design and the fact that the product had a lifetime warranty on it. So I didn’t have to do anything from that point on.

The tub at our house has been refinished two times, once prior to us buying the house and one we did ourselves, and it wouldn't last. My husband passed away and there's the chance that I'll be putting the house on the market. So, I went with Bath Fitter as my remodeling company since I liked their guarantee of one year to five years for having my tub area refinished. I purchased a tub from them as well as some hardware. Their rep was very kind and knowledgeable and the installer they sent was very professional. The refinishing took no more than two hours and since then, I've come to like not having paint chips floating in my bubble bath.

I liked Bath Fitter's shower, so I got it, and I also got shelves. Their sales rep was thorough, but I was more impressed with the installer. He was just one guy, and he did a very good job.

I needed somebody that was gonna do a solid job, and it looked like Bath Fitter would and knew what they were doing. I liked the presentation and thought it would fit what I needed. I got a tub and shower, a couple of grab bars and a couple of shelves. The customer service was good. They were very easy to deal with. The installer was super good, too. He worked and gave 1000%. I was very impressed with him. He was willing to do whatever he needed to do to make it right and make it work right. He discovered what seemed like a leak that was a result of the installation. He worked to try and figure that out. If he had been available to hire to do other things, I would've hired him.

I’ve been enjoying my Bath Fitter tub ever since we had it. We got it put in a day before Valentines and the installer was very good. He also cleaned up after himself. The sales rep was very nice as well and she explained everything to us. I would recommend Bath Fitter to a friend.

My sister and brother-in-law had used Bath Fitter and they were really happy with how their bathroom turned out. I also purchased from them a new tub in one bathroom and a new shower in another. The sales rep was very helpful giving me suggestions on different things, especially with the shelving. I was gonna go with something smaller, and just talking with him, I decided to go with a bigger shelf in both rooms. So, he was just a very helpful man. The installation team was very professional as well. They did the job. They were there to do the job and got it done. They weren’t there longer or less time than what they needed.

Anthony ** out of the Madison store installed our new shower. He protected our house from debris, and dust from the removal of our old shower and did an excellent job of installing our new shower. He cleaned up everything when finished and explained everything to us. Including instructions as to the proper things to use to clean our shower. The look is great, Anthony was very polite and worked non-stop from start to finish.

I’m very pleased with everything that was done by Bath Fitter. It was professionally done – beautiful results. I was originally planning on having a tub covered like they advertised on television, but it couldn't be done because I had a plastic tub, not a metal tub. So I had the tub replaced with a walk-in shower. I also had special doors and bars, which you can use to stabilize yourself in the shower itself, put in. There's also a caddy installed in one of the corners. The installation was very efficient. Two guys showed up that day and maybe it is a little bit extraordinary to actually have two people come but they did and in two different vehicles. The work was all done within one day. In fact, it was done a little bit ahead of schedule. They told me they would take the entire day and they finished a little bit early.

Bath Fitter did a job for my sister-in-law and brother-in-law across the street and they were pleased, so we decided to give them a shot. We got the pricing, liked it and we were well pleased with the job. One person did the job and he was excellent. He was here, did his job and stayed on it. Having been in the industry, I knew everything he was doing and he did it properly. I liked everything he did. The finished result is great. Everything was as I wanted it to be. So right from the very beginning, the individual that came and that went over the project, told us what it would be and gave us the estimate, his stuff was right on. Bath Fitter did a great job for us. We've had some of our neighbors here in Sea Isle come in and take a look at the work and I've given them excellent reviews.

My job reference no. is ** and **. I used BathFitters out of Orlando, FL (407) 855-0501. They remodeled my shower in April 2016. The shower door cost me $ 1,125 and has been leaking since its installation. They have made various attempts to stop the leak and have failed miserably. One kid installed a water deflector under the door backward, letting the water run onto the bathroom floor instead of into the shower. They hate to return calls. They don't show up for appointments. When they don't show up they also fail to call and tell you they can't make it.

I purchased walk in replacement shower because my wife can no longer stand in our old tub shower combo. I explained to Dan, the sales pitch man, that it was a priority to get it done relatively quick. I signed contract March 3, 2019, realizing it would have to be custom made. It is now May 1 and still not completed. But, as that is bad enough, I have to contact them to get any response. These are the issues: The installer arrived to install the walk in but did not have the shelf nor the correct seat. I called two days later to ensure the correct seat was on its way, as I am explaining the size was wrong a voice in the office shouted, "I’m not paying for another seat". That was the end of my pleasant conversation... As the size is handwritten on the contract (which, apparently, no one bothered to read).

I got a tub, shelves and towel rack from Bath Fitter. However, the installation was incorrect and it took a couple of weeks for them to rectify the initial installation because it was taken up all the way to the ceiling when it was supposed to be the height of the window. Now, the towel bar has already fallen off the wall. Furthermore, the person who was supposed to fix it yesterday didn't come at the specified time. So, we had to leave work.

Bath Fitter removed a one-piece shower and tub for me then replaced it with a walk-in shower. And I'm absolutely satisfied with how everything turned out. It took them a day and a half to do it. The guy who did the remodel was very efficient, quiet and did a good job. I was also very happy with the sales rep that came out here. The price point was good, too.

It was time to update my bath. The tile was coming down around the faucet. Based on the recommendations, I looked Bath Fitter up. I even looked at the reviews. I had also priced the work with a private contractor but it was a lot. Even Bath Fitter was a little bit more than I wanted to spend but the reason that I did it is because the salesman was no pressure. We did not feel obligated to utilize Bath Fitter at all. He did a great job. Sales was wonderful.

I liked the timeframe through which Bath Fitter could complete our remodel. I purchased a shower stall from to replace a bathtub shower unit. Everyone I interacted with there was very knowledgeable, very customer-focused and had options if there was something that I wasn’t happy with. Their installers were very neat and clean. They really worked until the job was complete. Additionally, they did shelves and safety hand bars for me. If they needed any question answered, they would come and get me before they went any further with the install. I definitely recommend them.

I had a couple of estimates and I liked Bath Fitter's pricing and being done in two days. We got a new shower installment and the sales rep was very helpful. He was easy to talk to. I wanted the installation to take one day, but it took two days. But that was fine. They had a lot to do. They knew what they were doing and they worked as hard as they could getting it done. I really like the new shower. It's bright, clean, and easy to get in and out of.

We've seen Bath Fitter at a home show and we thought that they were really good. We also had a friend that had Bath Fitter do their job so we went with them as well. They took our old bathtub out and put in a shower for us. It was an excellent experience. That time, we had a problem with a shower door that wouldn't stay shut. We called and their techs were here again and fixed it in a short time. We were well-pleased with the politeness of the two workers that came here and the neatness. On top of that, we are really pleased with the shower.

I received a postcard in the mail about Bath Fitter. I thought it would be fast to transact with them and that their products are reasonably priced. But their sales rep wasn't really very clear on things from start to finish and I was a little bit surprised once everything was all put together versus what was originally represented as what the cost was gonna be. But I was presuming the quality, so I went with them. Also, the bathroom really needed at least the shower fixed because it was almost non-operational the way it was before.

Our old bathtub had a couple of cracks and we wanted to get it fixed before it got to be too bad. So, we purchased the bathtub shower combo from Bath Fitter and had a shelf and safety bar installed. Their rep was very friendly and very informative and was able to answer all of the questions that we had. Their installation crew was very friendly too. The installation took 24 hours and it was great. Now we like how our new bathroom is easy to clean.

This is rental property with one bathroom. The installer was very accommodating to my renters. Finished the job in one day. The renters are very pleased and so am I! The job number was ** and the technician's name was Ed **. Ed deserves a pat on the back!

I needed a bathroom installation one time and decided to go through Bath Fitter. I purchased a shower install from them and their installation team just fine taking a couple of days to get it done. They left everything all clean. Overall, Bath Fitter was professional and timely. I’ve recommended them to several friends.

The installation of this was a nightmare. At the end of day one, the installer had managed to tear out the old tub and do some plumbing work. He informed us that the 60-inch tub we ordered would not fit and that he did not have the right materials to finish the job. He called and got another person to come on Saturday to finish the job. Another installer showed up Saturday. (We had to cancel our weekend plans.) He worked all day and was able to get the 60-inch tub to fit. When he finished, the curtain rod was wobbly and he could not get it stable. He said he would come by the next Saturday to fix it. (Once again cancel Saturday plans.)

We had Bath Fitter take out a tub and put in a walk-in shower, and we liked that it was done in a timely fashion. We didn't wanna have to have the bathroom torn up for months at a time. They had the installation done in two days, and the contractors that came out were excellent. We should've gotten the doors at the same time, which we didn't, but we've got them scheduled to come back and put on the shower doors. Somebody is coming on the 17th of this month to double check all the sizes and measurements.

Zack and Jay were very good about installing our new shower. It was a lot of work removing the tub and not wrecking anything in the house. Zack and Jay explained things to us as the job progressed. So far we are very happy with the installation.

I am so pleased with my walk in shower. The guest/small bathroom had an old tub no one used. Upon moving in with my daughter I needed to be able to use this bathroom and couldn't climb in & out the tub. My salesman Terry explained all the features available, showed me photos & spent a lot of time answering all my questions. He never made me feel rushed to complete the purchase. On the day of installation, the installer Henrik was prompt and explained how everything worked and was very knowledgeable. He was very careful to make sure he was didn't scratch or hang up my newly painted walls. Love this product and the folks I worked with on this update.

We needed a tub replaced. We worked with Bath Fitter and everybody there was very nice. The gentleman from the installation team was very nice as well and did a great job. Installation went really well and thus far, we've been liking our new tub. It even has a lifetime warranty with it.

From start to finish we are very happy with our experience with Bath Fitter of Salt Lake City. The installer Steve was professional and polite with an extreme attention to detail and respect for us and our home. The shower was a complete custom fit and every item was installed with quality and craftsmanship. We were concerned with the price, at first, but feel we received our money's worth and then some. If we had it to do over again we would call Bath Fitter.

My friend told me about Bath Fitter and the quality of the work of this bathroom remodeling company that I saw in his house had me working with them as well. I purchased a bathtub shower overlay with the ceiling concave roof part. It was excellent dealing with the reps. They were very knowledgeable and I was very pleased. When the guys came out to do the installation, they were timely and cleaned up very well. I like that my wife is happy with our new bathroom. She noticed, though, that some of the nickel-plated finishes were starting to tarnish and she was gonna call Bath Fitter to see what is warrantied and what we need to do about that. Other than that, our experience was very pleasurable and it was what the consumer wanted. Nothing was pressured.

We had a tub in before that Bath Fitter put in way back over 10 years ago, then we decided to also put the shower in. We like Bath Fitter's product and the interaction that we’ve had with the sales reps at Bath Fitter was really good. They were personable. The guy that came in and did the installation was spot-on and was a very personable guy, too. He explained and answered any questions that we had.

Got our shower installed today. Was told 4 hours, took 7. But kid installing was nice. No biggie. Only thing I dont like as of 4 hours post install, it wasn't measured right and HOLY THICK SEAMS! Wasn't expecting it to stick out about a inch or so. Not a fan of that.

We had a bath done by Bath Fitter about 20 years ago when they first were in business. We decided it was time for a makeover and they did a tub surround. The reps were good, although I was unhappy with a couple of things -- things that I thought should have been included but were not. It was a communication thing. Our salesperson was fairly new and had not been working very long, but he was a good gentleman and he did a fine job. He was a little green, though. I was a little disappointed with the install. It was supposed to be a one-day thing, but it took two days and it seemed to take an awfully long time. However, I was satisfied in the end.

Bath Fitter had a booth at a business expo at the Civic Center last May. I went to them and I felt good about the salesman who came to talk to us. He answered my questions and worked things out with me. I was comfortable with him so I didn’t even look further. Their team tore out an old tub in the bathroom and then put in a shower. They also tore out the sliding doors and put in new ones. They were really good about cleaning up and showing us how things worked afterward. I stayed out of their way for the most part but they were pleasant guys to work with. We have another bathroom and I’m giving some thought to having them do it as well.

I liked the salesman of Bath Fitter and his presentation, so we went with them. He was knowledgeable about his product and he made a good presentation of what he had. Although he never denigrated the other products that we looked at, he seemed to be convinced that what he had was good and why it was good. We got a new shower installed. When the installers came out, they were quiet and very respectful. We're enjoying our newly installed shower.

I saw a Bath Fitter commercial on TV and there was a gal in the mall who gave me a nice coupon. We wanna get rid of our pink tub and made a switch there. I liked their lifetime guarantee and the rep was very thorough in his presentation. My wife didn’t want any handrails and didn’t want the soap things they stick in the corners. So, he made other offers to get different things. We were able to change to an antique bronze or oil-rubbed bronze and with no additional cost. He sweetened up the package nicely and the interaction went well.

Bath Fitter's people were top notch and they were good people. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They did a great job. I liked the installers a lot. Getting in and out of the tub was trouble and they took my 4 x 4 garden tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. They followed up, told me about their warranty, and said that if I ever needed anything, they'd come back. Later, we bought a door, they came back and installed it. The products they put in are excellent.

I was in the process of remodeling my two bathrooms and I was taking the tub and the shower out which I was concerned about. I got Bath Fitter to do it and their rep told me it would take 8 to 10 weeks. I said it was fine as long as it was done before Christmas, and it wasn't. We went back and forth trying to get something done. In January, they called to set up an appointment for February, so I threw a fit. As far as I’m concerned, that was a breach of contract. I wanted them to give me my money back. I went through waiting and waiting and not hearing anything until I made calls. I got a hold of the manager who got the ball rolling and picked two of his best guys to come here and do the installation on a Friday. They also knocked 200 off each one of my bathrooms, which was not enough after the stress I had to go through to get the two bathrooms done. I’m not happy with Bath Fitter and I would not recommend it.

My husband fell in the shower and cracked the wall, so I needed that replaced. I asked a couple of plumbers in the area that did certain things for me but there was no guarantee on what they were doing, so I would rather go with a reputable company. I told Bath Fitter what I wanted and they put in the shower last November. The reps were excellent. When the guys came that morning, they went right to work. They cut the water off, and told me that it was gonna be off for a few minutes, and then they commenced to doing their job. They told me it would probably be all day. They were upstairs, I was downstairs, and I heard them coming and going. When they were finished, they let me know.

Positives: Tub and shower look great! Tech did a fantastic job! Negatives: Poor communications with the office and scheduling team. Appt. was set up 2 weeks in advance and I was told on several occasions that the project would take 1 day. Set it up for a Friday and they called mid day Wednesday and told me that they needed to come the following day, Thursday because it might take more than 1 day. Heard different versions about what was going on from everyone I talked to. Set it up for Thursday morning to accommodate them. Then received a call Thursday morning confirming it for Friday morning. Tech did show up on Thursday. After the job was completed I talked to the branch manager and his attitude was that the job was done and it looked great and that was all that mattered.

Our tub, the liner on the tub, and the walls where the tub area was were replaced by Bath Fitter. Their installers did the job in the third week of February and the installation was great. It took them the whole day, from morning till late evening, which was perfect. Everything had been wonderful.

Bath Fitter did our bathroom. Their installation crew came in early in the morning and did what they had to do. They replaced the tub, seals and everything. They were very neat and careful with what they were doing. They took their time, made sure the bathroom look nice and they explained what they were doing. It took them 12 hours to finish the job. The problem with what they did is the sealing. They said it's a no-seam seal but I can still see the seam. It has picked up dirt sometimes and I have it to keep it clean.

I had a shower that was already like a fiberglass. I got it from a local place that sells a lot of different building equipments and it was working pretty good, but then my caulking, no matter what I did, got orange, and it cracked. It was getting pretty bad, so we decided to change. With Bath Fitter the shower seemed to have less chance of leaking. We had the shower installed the 25th of March. We were gone for the whole week and somebody else in our house was using that. All of a sudden, I saw a trickle coming out from the corner where it should have been attached to the wall. I'm not too sure whether or not the person actually had the shower head turned a little bit more on that way anyway or not, but I just thought I better have it checked out. My guess was either that or they were in the seam but with just a little bit of a pinhole.

I got a shower done through Bath Fitter and it's very nice. I chose them for their pricing and style. They could also get the installation done in one day.

I was looking for bathtub fixing things and I googled Bath Fitter. I had bought a house and it had an old cast iron pink tub that was in excellent shape. I did not want to remove it because that would ruin all the tiles around it and I wanted to be able to keep that. I liked the idea of keeping the old-fashioned tub as it holds the heat better and it is deeper and longer. So, I decided that Bath Fitter was the right bathroom remodeling company for me. Right from the first contact with the guy that came out up to the guy that did the installation, all of the reps that I worked with at Bath Fitter were excellent.

We did this in December and they said it was gonna be a couple of months. They would call me when it was gonna be due. A couple of months went by and nobody called so I called Bath Fitter and asked them when they were gonna do it. It turned out to be longer than what I expected. But that was fine. They told me one of their installers had gotten hurt and they could not get to me until the end of the month.

I had Bath Fitter in the house four years ago. Recently, they put a shower in and covered the tub. Their rep was very professional-like. He started doing just one thing and he was polite too. The installation and remodeling took 20 hours and I couldn't even tell the installer was in the house. I'm really pleased with the quality of everything.

Bath Fitter told me they could get a job done in one day. I liked that they gave me a set price and I didn’t have to worry about anything coming up. I had them do a new shower over the old one. Their guys were pretty good. They got in, cleaned up and got the job done in about a day and a half which was fine with me. I was expecting the best quality because Bath Fitter was costlier than some other places and I am pleased with everything I got. It's nice and I just love the shower.

I got the information about Bath Fitter at my local mall. I called them and everything worked out the way they said it would. They were right on schedule. A one-man crew showed up and he got it all done in one day. He took out a five-foot bathtub and installed a five-foot shower. The remodel was for my dad. He was 96 years old, but unfortunately, he passed away a couple of weeks ago and he didn't get to use it much. But I am pleased with the work. It's beautiful.

First Elise the representative assured me that would have a drain catcher that was built in my tub. I expressed to her about my concerns of a stopped up drain, I told her that I haven't had a stopped up drain in over ten years, because I use a mesh strainer that catches everything. She then assured me that she get something for the installer to place in drain. He did not. I asked him if he needed it. He said no. I then call Elise while the installer was here and told her what the installer said, she then said that it goes over the top over the drain. It doesn't.

I’ve seen a couple of Bath Fitter TV commercials and we talked to their representatives at a couple of different home shows. They would do what wanted to do, so we went with them. The reps took a tub out and put a shower stall in. They got here at 9:00 and were done by 5:00. They were friendly because they didn’t mind that I was looking at them. They told me different times to come in and see what they were doing. With a few minor problems, it went together really good. Everybody that has used the shower so far likes it. They don’t have to go downstairs. I would tell my friends to go with the company and ask for Chris. He was in charge of ours and he was a very friendly and professional person. Bath Fitter was a little expensive but it’s got a good guarantee with it.

We’ve been shopping around, and price wise, Bath Fitter was the best fit for us. Their people installed a tub for us and the experience with that was alright. We just sat around and they did all the work. They were professional and there was no mess afterward. It was all cleaned up. Overall, the quality of the Bath Fitter tub looks good.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with Bath Fitter. Ron was our sales representative and he explained the pricing and what we should expect very clearly. He was friendly as well as professional. We were not ready when Bath Fitter was ready for our install, there was no problem, they worked around our schedule. When Joe and Luis came for the install, they were great. They explained what they would be doing and answered all our questions. When the job was finished all I could say was WOW!!! My bathroom looks brand new. Even my husband who was skeptical was amazed. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

My landlord had Bath Fitter install my bathtub and shower. Their people were very good. The guys who came to work as well as the guys who came to do the initial assessment and the technician who came to fix the bathroom were perfect. Plus, the installation went very well and the final product has been very good. The experience was definitely perfect. I didn’t wanna remodel but I set it aside when I got the money. Everything looked good and turned out like Bath Fitter said it would. So, I’m enjoying it. The reps were very friendly and they were able to answer the questions that I had. They also let me know the outcome. I saw Bath Fitter at an outdoor fair-type event, so I talked to them. They were able to come quickly and then I didn’t pursue anything else. The sales representatives who came out were all very professional. They guided me through their products to help me make my decision. I purchased the shower surround for my bathroom. The fixtures for the shower came with it, as well as the tub covering and the curtain rod, and the rep even threw in a shower curtain. The installer was very professional and told me everything he was doing at the time. He was very quick and he was done before 2:00. I'm 100% satisfied with my bathroom now that the work has been completed.

I called Bath Fitter to request an in home estimate for a tub/shower remodel. I requested an appointment during the week because I work from home. They told me they could come at 6:30 pm because they’d prefer to meet with both my husband and myself. I told them I had small children and 6:30 pm was in the middle of bed/bath time and would not work and again said I’d like an appointment during the day when my kids were not home. They then proceeded to tell me that they would not make an appointment with just me that they wanted my husband there as well for “decision making and financing purposes.”

I went online, checked around, and looked at the different bathroom remodeling companies. Bath Fitter's lifetime warranty was good so I decided that they were the right company to go with. I already knew exactly what I was looking for and it was excellent dealing with the sales representative during my purchase. The people who came in consisted first of the plumber and then someone that put the shower in for me. They were all around good and put something down on the floor when they brought their things in. They took my tub out and put the shower in. They also came with fixtures for inside the shower and things like grab bars, seats and shelves, and I got to pick the type of door. They did a good job. Together with the sales rep, the Bath Fitter people were all very respectful, easy to talk to, and answered any questions that I had. I’m very pleased with the experience.

I’ve seen Bath Fitter on TV, but we saw them as well at one of the home shows with programs where we had been, so we got serious and we decided to purchase from them because we heard good things about them. The installers were pretty good and professional when they came over. The product that we purchased is a little pricey, but we got what we paid for and it has good quality and installation so we’re not complaining. Our experience with Bath Fitter has been okay and we've had no problems. Our satisfaction with the overall installation and look of the product that we chose was good.

We got a new system from BathFitter - a bathtub with a shower. It looks really good. I originally thought that they could just put it right over my existing tub and that it wouldn’t be such a mess. But they said they couldn't do that but the salesperson who came to our house convinced us. I lost a wall, but the remodel went fine. The installers were polite. They went right to work and got it done in a day.

Jeff was the installer who arrived on time. He was extremely careful to put down protective sheets on floors and amazingly did not bump any walls doing the install in a small bathroom. He was in and out within 5 hours. He removed old tub and shower doors and installed new tub, doors. faucets and shower walls in that time, Jeff cleaned up after himself and hauled away old material. I have never been so impressed by service before. Friendly professional and efficient. As we have only one bathroom a one day install was the best for our situation. I absolutely love the final result.

The products that I purchased from Bath Fitter were the shower and the overlay for the tub. They kept my original tub, but we did that and the whole shower unit. The whole thing was great. Ray, the lady sales rep that came out, was wonderful from start to finish. The installers were very professional and nice. They explained everything and did a completely awesome job. It was mainly the TV ads of Bath Fitter that got us to call them. We needed to get our bathroom done and we had done research on bathroom remodeling companies. But our bathroom is in use, so we didn’t have a space of time where we could get it done. We needed it done in a day and that was really the reason that we went with Bath Fitter. We would have done it differently if we had more time. The sales representative was also one of the reasons that we purchased from them. He was excellent and explained some details. We got the tub surround for our bathroom, along with the new plumbing that comes with it, as well as a double soap holder and a soap dish. Someone came over and measured our bathroom, and that was fine. Then the guy that did the installation was very polite and neat. He was very pleasant and kept us informed. Bath Fitter did a great job.

I used Bath Fitter when I lived in Maryland and they did such a nice job. So, we went with them again at this house and the experience was excellent. They did two bathroom tubs and they did a very nice job. It took them three days and the quality was very good. I’m completely satisfied.

Jason showed up right on time, discussed with us what the job would involve and got to work. He was very friendly and worked throughout the day, he was also so neat. Cleaned up any and all mess. You had no idea at the end of the day someone had been working in our house. This is our second time using Bath Fitter and we have been pleased both times.

Bill came by our house to explain the benefits of BF and how they could help us achieve our dream. While the overall cost was high, it is well worth it. Jason arrived early and asked if it was okay for him to start. We showed him the bathroom to be serviced and he was all set. Jason was by himself and said it wouldn't be a problem taking the tub out. We expected him to haul the tub out whole. After some loud noises we saw him carrying out the tub that he cut in half. I looked in about halfway through and was surprised at how busy and thorough he was. After he had the walls up and fixtures, he asked us where we wanted the grab bars placed. He took measurements off my wife and transferred it to the walls.

I purchased a tub from Bath Fitter. So far, the overall look of the remodel is great and the quality is good. The installers were really good and the Bath Fitter people were very nice.

Bath Fitter has a lot of commercials and I’ve seen them in a couple of home shows. I liked the turnaround time of how quickly they could complete the project. It was a rental and we had to get it done. We made the phone call and I had a gentleman call me back. He met with us, explained all the options, showed the different finishes, explained the materials that would be used and how the whole project would be done. We decided to go forward with it. The sales guy did some preliminary measurements. He had all the products with him. Then, a second group came in. They did the more precise or second checking of measurements. We ordered the product type we wanted, the finish and all that kind of stuff. This was a complete floor to ceiling install of the bathtub and surround and we needed the quickest turnaround possible. We heard that Bath Fitter could do it in a day and the guy guaranteed it would get done in a day.

Bath Fitter took off the old siding that goes around the bathtub and covered up the bathtub because there was mold growing in there. I do daycare, so I could not watch them all the time but they told me what they were doing. But when I had a chance, I also checked up what they were doing in my bathroom upstairs. Overall, the remodel is good.

We got showers and bathtub from Bath Fitter and the sales representative was good and knowledgeable. The installation team was great too. They're fast workers and my overall satisfaction with the remodel is A+. Bath Fitter did a good job.

I used Bath Fitter 20 years ago and I liked what they did then. So, I bought a new shower stall from them again and the sales guy gave me nice business. I was pleased. The man who did the installation also did a great job and nice clean-up. I recommended Bath Fitter to four or five people already and if anybody asks, I’d recommend it again.

We removed an old bath and surround all joined together that was all chipped when we moved into the house, and we replaced it with a shower and a glass door. Bath Fitter is less expensive and we used them. We had an incredibly thorough conversation with the gentleman concerned who gave us the deal. The installation was done by one gentleman and he was fantastic. He was in and out in no time at all. There was also no inconvenience at all. I'm pleased with my experience and I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

Just recently had a Bath Fitter tub, wainscoting and accessories installed. I must say that I was impressed with all Bath Fitter representatives that came to my home. Mr. **'s manners, professionalism and presentation was great. Mr. ** who came to remeasure to remeasure apparently got the numbers right because everything seems to fit perfectly. Edgar **., the installer must be the best installer in the company. He was very professional & pleasant. He seemed to take proud in the work that he performs and pay very close attention to detail. The only reason I gave Bath Fitter 4 stars is because I had to ask for an itemized invoice to be sent so I could actually see what I was paying for. The prices should be on the original contract.

I examined samples of the product that Bath Fitter used. They guaranteed that their product was a back buy, and decided that I would give that a try because it was a lot less expensive than tearing walls out of my bathroom to replace my tub. I purchased a bathtub and had good interactions with their sales team. However, we argued as they gave me a price. I looked at them and asked if they were out of their minds. Still, Bath Fitter can bring it to a reasonable price when pushed to. The day the installer came to do the installation was tremendous. He was phenomenal, neat, clean, organized and did some of the best caulking seams I've ever seen. I'm very pleased with the final product. It's a good product and it's very easy to clean.

We had the sales rep Jon come out and sell us on the tub removal and large shower install. The installation date was scheduled. The technician who performed the installation was extremely polite and personable. After he finished on the 2nd day it was late and he had to hurry and leave for an appointment. Upon review of the project there were several issues. Where the tech had cut the door top rail there are shards of metal, the outer shower door will not shut due to a piece of plastic that was not removed, the shower surround was not cut square, the caulk job is at best horrible. My expectations is that for spending just over $8000 the finished product should be far better. I have left 2 messages of Jon, neither of which has been returned. Extremely disappointed with this provider.

We bought the tub and the shower, the shower head and the walls from Bath Fitter. It was a great experience working with their rep. Whenever I left a message or anything, he would get right back to me and it’s just efficient. Installation took the whole day. They guys that did it were knowledgeable, and they did a really nice job.

We purchased from Bath Fitter back in February. We had a cover placed over our tub and a cover placed over our tiling in the bathroom area. It’s beautiful and we love it. It’s so easy to clean. The sales rep was a lot of fun and I was impressed that he can come in, bring me samples and show me what I was looking at and what I was buying. He was really good at showing me and making sure that I understood how they were gonna place things on the wall. It was as if he had done it himself because he knew the whole process. It was nice to see somebody that could come in and explain everything. The guys that did the install were great. There was no mess. Those people came in, did what they had to do, showed me everything afterward and just asked if I had any questions. Bath Fitter has good people.

My big soaker tub was high to get into and I wanted to get a shower. In February, I got one with the bottom like a dimple-type thing from Bath Fitter and its installation was good. The installer gave me all the information that I needed to know. Mine is one of those where I can take the shower head off though and he put it in the same faucet the old one was in and I can't really reach it. It's too high. Still, I love the shower. I like that I could get into it easily. I would recommend Bath Fitter highly.

I used Bath Fitter about five years ago for a tub. They came in one day and they were out the next. I liked the work and it was a simple thing to do two projects in a row, both this time and last time. Also, my experience in dealing with their sales reps was excellent both times. It was short and sweet. The installation was very nice too. The installers and plumbers were awesome. I am a lady with particular things. I tried to see what was going on and each time, they were very nice to me and they showed me what I asked them. They gave me no lip, no grief, no faces, nothing like that. It was a nice relationship. The final products were awesome too and I’m loving them. I am very excited about my new tub surround.

Bath Fitter's quote was half of what Tundraland had and on February 21st, we purchased a tub and a surround. For the installation, a plumber came in first. He wasn’t very personable. He was here for a bit and then, he just left and didn’t say anything. We didn’t even know he was gone. Then, another guy came in to put the tub in and he was very good. On the other side of our tub where there is a little open area for the cabinets, the plumber put the spigots for the water to come out. When he screwed it in, a screw came out on the other side of the wall. He just left and I don’t know if he realized that he did it but he just bolted. We weren’t too happy about that but my husband was able to cut the screw off, re-putty the wall and repaint it. However, the installers should come back and do that themselves.

James ** was the installation technician. He got here early and spend some time setting up before he started. He was polite and super professional. He did not stop working the entire day and was very meticulous about his work. The end result was amazing and above and beyond my expectations. After he was done he gave us a summary of the product and the services available to us if anything happen. I was very satisfy with the quality of the service and most of all with the quality of the product.

I had a serious problem in the property that had been affected by other people living there for 10 years and I needed to do something. I didn’t know where to begin, so I explored other options and Bath Fitter was the one that seemed to have the solution. I had three showers ripped out and replaced in the past three months and last month was the end of the third one. Dealing with their sales rep was wonderful. Working with the installers was extraordinarily easy too. They were thorough, interactive and educational. There was an incident that absolutely would not have ever been known that it was gonna come up and we worked on it together and solved it. Everything about them was remarkable and I love them.

I had a bathtub with a shower that was installed outside of the wall and I wanted to clean it up a little bit. We re-plumbed it back inside the wall and put the Bath Fitter fitting but I kept my tub, which may have been a mistake but I did it and it worked out fine. The project was a little bit too expensive but the Bath Fitter service was great. When they said they were gonna do it, they did it. It was done very promptly and the guy who did it was great. The guy who managed it for me was great as well and he even did a couple of things more for me. I've recommended Bath Fitter to some of my friends.

Disappointing that Bath Fitter advertises LIFETIME WARRANTY - When that's not actually the case! My corner shelf has cracked, I called to get a replacement only to be told at first that my warranty was only for 5 yrs since I had the installation done in 2004, a new company took over and in 2005 it became a Lifetime warranty, so I no longer had a warranty! So it would be a $95.00 charge. However, I happen to have my warranty card "LIFETIME WARRANTY" WHICH MEANS LIFETIME. NOT 5 YRS! Then I was told the charge would then be $45, since I have to pay for travel and labour, even though there should be no charge at all under the warranty.

Michael, installer, did not finish in the one day. Three days later another installer came to finish the job. He ran the water but the drain was plugged. He called office but no response, he said that everyone went home at 2pm on Fridays. He went out and purchased a bottle of Drano and poured 1/2 down the drain. He instructed me to wait an hour then run some hot water and pour rest of Drano down drain. Still not cleared.

I wanted to change the color of my tub. I made my purchase with Bath Fitter about two months ago and it was my first time doing a remodel with them. The salesperson tried to be pushy, and he threatened me that if I didn't buy that day, he wasn't gonna come back out ever again. I didn't like that. The installation guy, on the other hand, was very nice and I liked him. The workmanship was perfect and I have absolutely no complaints. I like that the white tub matches the other white features. I originally had a turquoise toilet, a turquoise sink and a turquoise tub, and I got sick of the whole retro. But I like the old subway tiles, so I changed the toilet and the sink to white.

We bought an insert to cover our claw footed old tub. It was well and quickly installed and looked great for a a few months. Then it began to get dark yellow stains. More and more came and couldn't be cleaned off. Bath Fitter sent someone who was no help, had no idea what caused the problem or could be done about it. He said he'd check around and get back to us. We never heard from him or anyone else from Bath Fitter again. Now the new insert is as ugly (in a different way) as the 150 year old porcelain tub. Trying to find out if I paint over it, or do something else to have a decent looking tub! I'd appreciate any advice anyone can give. Pots.

I realize we had our Bath Fitter tub install in 2005 but it has a Lifetime Warranty. I called Bath Fitter because there are 3 yellow streaks on the side of the tub. They first quoted me a price of $470. But brought it down to $450. So much for Lifetime Warranty!!!

My daughter heard about Bath Fitter on TV and she said it looked like a good deal and that we should call there and see. The rep came out, talked to us and made it sound good. He showed us what my husband needed for therapy work. We had a tub before and my husband was very sick at that time, and he couldn’t step over the tub. Bath Fitter has railings on everything and no step, just about six or eight inches to walk in. The rep was very polite and he answered the questions that we had. My husband asked him and decided to go along with it because that was what he needed, and it all turned out good.

The upstairs bathroom was old, ugly and needed to be updated. I had a bathtub and wanted to take that out and put a shower, which Bath Fitter did the first time for our downstairs bathroom. They're expensive, but they did good work. When I went to them, I knew what I wanted and the interactions with their reps were very business-like, friendly and nice. The installation of the products was great, and the team that did it was neat. They were also done quickly.

My suggestion is when the installer is installing your bathroom tub or shower watch them the whole time they are doing the installation. Do not leave the room and follow them step-by-step and have them verify with you everything before they do anything to confirm this is the way you want the shower or tub. The bathroom installer had to remove part of the ledge on the shower entrance due to water damage. He complete the finished ledge but he did not build it high enough to hold the shower curtain in to retain the water into the shower floor. He didn't check with me first to confirm how high it should be, and just showed me the finished result.

Some tiles in our bathroom was starting to deteriorate and leak. I didn’t know what I was gonna do but then I saw Bath Fitter and the two came together. The sales representative, Steve, was very good. We were on the fence but he guided us through our hesitation. He was very good at explaining the value of the product and the warranties. The one-piece construction was a huge selling point for us too. The product wasn’t three pieces put together in a U-shape. It was one piece. After Steve was done explaining everything, it seemed like a no-brainer.

While your sales people and workmen are very nice people, there seems to be no one who oversees the entire project to troubleshoot problem areas. Therefore I ended up with a shower that was WAY too big for the small bathroom, a concern I expressed in the very beginning. I cannot and will not recommend your company.

Our remodelers name was Mark **. Mark was on time, polite, courteous and professional. Mark worked tirelessly throughout the day with no breaks working to make our bathroom the one from our dreams. Mark cleaned up after the job was complete so that we could barely notice anyone had set foot in our master bedroom, the only evidence was the amazing bathtub and shower that now sits where the hole in our bathroom used to be! Mark had a path through the back hallway and through the garage to his work truck. I noticed after he left that he also took the time to sweep the garage! Luckily I had already bought him dinner to show my thanks because of the impression he made on us. On top of all of that, the Bath Fitter product is amazing. Now the best shower I've ever been in is mine. Ask for Mark **.

I saw Bath Fitter through a TV ad and a friend of mine had done a project with them. I had a tub and an enclosure installed. They came, put the bath in and it was fine. They did it all in one day and I love the finished product. My favorite feature is the curtain rod that curves out which gives me more room in the shower.

When we were in Mason City, Iowa, a bathroom remodeling company had a set-up in the mall and that gave me the idea of wanting to redo my bathroom. So then when Bath Fitter sent me a thing in the mail, I decided to give them a try since they can do all the work in one day. The sales rep who came and talked to me about the remodeling was very good, friendly and pleasant, and easy to talk to. She made us feel at home and acted like she was at home herself. We purchased the tub surround, the bathtub, and the fixtures that came with it in September. The quality of the tub is very good and nice. Every time I step into it, I feel like I'm in one of those motels. When you first see it, it's like, “Wow, is that my bathroom?” Bath Fitter does really good work and the end results are great. It feels like home.

Bath Fitter is an excellent company. I had work done by them 10 years ago. I had a good experience the first time, and when I wanted to have something else done, I went right to them. I'm gonna have more work done by them and they're gonna give me a big discount. They’ve done the surrounding in one apartment and they did a tub in the other. And now, they just went back and did the surround around the tub. And then, I'm gonna have them come in and do something else.

They advertised that it takes one day to install but took two days and major damage to our home. The installer poked a hole on our new painted wall and caused a major water leak from bathroom to downstairs kitchen. After spent nearly $5000, it turned out to be a disaster experience. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mark was our installer. He was very professional and had everything done in a timely manner. It looked very nice and made the bathroom look so much nicer. He was very clean and cleaned up the area after finishing. I am not sure who was helping him, but he was also very good.

I wanted to keep my tub and that was not always an option with the other companies and so, I picked Bath Fitter. My interactions with their reps were great. Everything was done on time and the way they said it would be.

We are a property management company and we've been using Bath Fitter for about 10 years. We use them in a wholesaling way to install the liners. This week, we had a project with them and had them do a tub insert. The installation usually takes about three or four hours and we have no complaints on their work quality. Also, our interactions with their customer service have all been positive.

My installers did a great job but my shower did not cover the width of the tub. When they were done I had 5" to 6" that my bare floor was showing, The installer informed not to worry that they would fix the gap. The same material they put on the walls they buy on the floor so I have to make sure I have a bathmat rug there or you slip getting out of the shower. I had to go out and buy a new shower rod (they broke the one that was up there). Also I was to get a non-slip bath mat to go inside the shower so you don't slip, well I have been waiting 3 months now and get one excuse after another. When you pay over $8000 for it you should get what you pay for.

Yes, our shower looks a lot better than it did, however I do have a few complaints. We just got the shower and new walls installed. Not a new tub. First, the guy who gave us an estimate made it sound like we would be getting a new drain and overflow along with the new shower handles and head. Well, that didn't happen and they said that wasn't included. Second, the ceiling was left with two big scratches that are very noticeable as well as a big scratch on the sink. Third, the bathtub was left very dirty after he left. I feel like with the professional work we PAID for, they should have the courtesy of cleaning up a little better. Fourth, they said it would be done in half a day and it took 11.5 hours instead of 5. Bath Fitter claims to have 100 satisfaction guaranteed but when I called to complain, they were not willing to help out with anything. We will not be using Bath Fitter again.

The Bath Fitter installers were all good. They were in and out in a day, and everything was fine. I got the one-piece surround for a rental property, and I'm impressed with the fact that there's not gonna be any caulk seams. I’m happy with Bath Fitter.

I used Bath Fitter on a previous bathroom so I knew about them. I like their product and I had them put in a tub liner. I didn't want the full enclosure. I had one before and it needed some service. I like the service so I went ahead and got another one. But the process was interesting. The first guy came out and told me that the tiles were not good enough for them to put the liner in. They would tear off the tile and they'll put in our tub liner. I said I was not interested in tub liners so that didn't work. He didn't follow up through all of that once I said I wasn't interested in tub enclosure. The first guy shouldn't have been so insistent on trying to sell me the tub enclosure. I told him that if the tiles were bad, I would replace them. It was an apartment that I rent out, and it was vacant so there really was no emergency about this thing.

Everything was good from purchase to finish with Bath Fitter. I was remodeling, and because of their price, I went with them. Their installers were professional. They cleaned up everything after they completed the job. I've had Bath Fitter for about seven months now and so far, I love it.

I've known about Bath Fitter for a long time and I've heard that their reputation is really good, so I decided that they were the right bathroom remodel company to go with. I purchased the shower and the tub from them. Everything was good with the rep and my dealings with him were excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were very professional, clean, efficient, and very good. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter.

The ads on TV were what drew me to using Bath Fitter versus another bathroom remodel company. I'm happy with the way their products are. The bathtub and the enclosures that I purchased from them are beautiful. But I have covers over my radiators and I've had water heat, and the covers do not fit. I had somebody come and look them over. At first, the rep wasn’t very helpful. He asked what was wrong with the covers. I said they didn’t fit and when I would have to take the covers off to clean and vacuum my radiators every few months, I was afraid that I was gonna scratch the tub. But he couldn't see anything wrong with the covers and he said that we would have to call. I asked if the problem was gonna be fixed and he said that somebody would call me. But that was the last that I heard from them. Nobody ever called me and I haven't heard anything from anybody.

One of my neighbors had work done by Bath Fitter and he highly recommended them. They did a wall enclosure and put a new tub in for me and I was very satisfied. Everything was done the first time and they did everything very well. The whole project took about four hours. The salesman and the installer were very good.

I had my tub done first by Bath Fitter because they were the cheapest one at that time, and now, I had them do the bathroom wall over the tub. Tony, the man that first came out that I talked to, lied to me twice, but the rest of the reps were nice. Everything about the installation guy's service was good, and the job was finished on the same day.

Updated on 03/24/2019: If you read my earlier review, you are aware that customer service is incompetent. I said I used every product on the list that was safe to clean the Bath Fitter. The response was try every product on the list. And it was marked as in process of being resolved. I am here again to state that not a thing has been resolved. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I told you, you only have yourself to blame if you disregard me.

Bath Fitter did a good job in putting a liner in my bathtub. The reps we dealt with were fine. The liner looks nice and if it stays that way, we’ll be happy. It was a good experience and we were glad we had it done.

Bath Fitter did some work for me years ago. This time, my shower was shot and since they were here before, I thought of using them the second time. I purchased a whole new shower. The sales rep who helped me was very nice. He explained everything very well. The installer was also wonderful. He worked his butt off and seemed to go way beyond what he maybe had to do to make things right. He was here from 8 o'clock in the morning to 8 o'clock at night and he did the whole job by himself. I like the new shower. I would go with Bath Fitter again.

Bath Fitter is a great company and I’ll hire them again. I know that. I've also referred them to everybody I can. We initially looked into the reviews and Bath Fitter seemed to be the best. We called them and got a surround in our tub. Other than being really nice and helpful, the representatives were great people to work with. And we had a really good experience on the installation with them.

Richard and Lisa at Kingston Bath Fitter were AMAZING! They worked within my budget and managed to work within my quick timeframe. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to update their bathroom. The whole process from purchase to installation took about 2 weeks! Courteous and professional - 5 stars.

Everybody else other than Bath Fitter would be in my house so long and I don't have that kind of time so I got them. I got a shower unit through them with four-tiered tower and the product is good. The only thing I have to say is that I do clean it every week, but the silicone that they use, there is like some little black spots that I can't remove. I don't know if it's mold or what. But they're not getting any bigger. I just don't know why it doesn't come out even with Tilex bleach.
