From start to finish experience was great with everyone at Bathfitter. AJ the installer was professional and courteous. He answered all questions. Extremely happy with tub transition. This is our second time with Bathfitter and they do not disappoint,

The installers did not use moisture-resistant wallboard, the handrails have rusted out twice, and the caulking keeps peeling. The floor is constantly growing mold, and the caulking around the doors keeps getting moldy. This is with cleaning according to their directives. When the installers were putting in the floor they had to move the drain slightly to fit their mold. We live on a slab so they had to drill around the cement. They did not reseal the broken cement and now we have an extremely strong mold smell in the adjacent room. Since we didn't know where the smell originated, we had to remove that room's wall. The smell was coming from under the shower stall floor. Since Bath Fitter did not see water, they did not stand behind their product. This shower was installed in April 2022. We have hired another company to install another shower. I would never recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

This is our second walk in shower installation with Adam of Bath Fitter of Nashville. Adam is always professional, levelheaded, attentive, responsive to our questions and just does an excellent job ensuring complete satisfaction. As a company Bath Fitter honors their products lifetime warranty and will send a technician to repair any detail to the smallest degree until you as a customer are satisfied. My wife would find the smallest detail, contact Bath Fitter, and they sent Adam thank goodness and he exercised great patience and understanding in correcting that specific detail of my wife's. I highly recommend you use Bath Fitter for all your bathtub/shower remodels and ask for Adam if he's available. Good luck with that.

I am only commenting on my experience not the product. It's only been a couple months and for $7800.00 it better hold up a long time. The sales man ran my credit and said he never seen it come back so quickly. I have outstanding credit and chalked it up to that. We talked. He said it was 6 months same as cash. I called today to get the payoff and I'm paying interest 80.00 worth to be exact so this tub is now coming up on 8 grand. Is it worth it. Looking back no I don't think so. I should have read the paperwork but the sales man should have said the right terms. I'm not a happy customer and will remind people to read everything because it's buyers beware. Contract # **. I excluded my number to prove I'm a customer.

So far the product seems good and the installer was very competent BUT the appointment was booked for Feb 1 2023 and the installer arrived on time except for one thing no tub. The tub did not arrive till the next day so we were without our bathroom for 2 days, I texted the salesman Patrick and got no response, somebody dropped the ball on this sale. I'm very disappointed in this company.

We had one of our bathrooms shower remodeled by Bath Fitter. From start to finish, our experience was absolutely wonderful. We had the best ever experience of customer service with them. They would call and email promptly and regularly about all steps of the process. Their staff is courteous and experienced and very thorough. Their prices are extremely reasonable and affordable and they do not try to rip you off as many others in the market who just want to trap customers and make money. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who is looking for a satisfactory and affordable job well done. Thank you Bath Fitter team for a wonderful experience and peace of mind. One more thing to mention, we got a lifetime warranty on our shower by Bath Fitter.

We Are Young senior citizens who had a large bathtub removed and a walk-in shower put in. It all looks wonderful and the installer did a marvelous job. However the floor is very slick and that is not healthy for anyone, especially for senior citizens. We could use a bath mat but those slip as well. And calling the company it would cost over $300 to put a spray product on the floor. I think this is a great Injustice for their product and for their consumers. I know a sister had a great shower and wonderful floor installed by a local company. I think Bath Fitter is missing the boat with this. I gave them a good review at the time of install, but that was before I knew how slick the floor was.

Question regarding warranty because I don't want to touch problem if warranty will be broken. 1/2/2023 Called local office 2 times to three representatives. No call back. 1/3/2023 Chat 1- "would promptly contact local branch to contact me. NO Call. 1/3/2023 Chat 2- Given the "Escalation Line" to call. 1/4/2023 Called Escalation Line 2 times. Left a phone msg, my name and number both times. NO return call. 1/4/2023 Called and left message that I have NOT received a call from anyone from the local office or any office pertaining to replace or repair or warranty guides. This could be as simple as replacing the stem cartridge. Have not used this shower for 4 days. Is this acceptable?

The salesperson gave us a great description of the product and the install, and the installation was totally professional. And we are 100% satisfied. I watched the installation and was amazed how the technician disassembled the tub and the the tile surrounding. He ensured that the surface was clean and the plumbing was change to accommodate the installation of the base. The one piece walls ensure that there would be no leaks and the plumbing and hardware was installed and after 2 weeks there were no leaks at all. He recommended where to install the grab bar knowing that the person using it would fit them. After it was installed he showed me how to turn the water on and how to adjust the temperature. The cleanup was spotless, as well as the outside in the driveway. Thank you Bath Fitter for a fantastic experience.

We just had our tub/shower converted to a walk in shower by Bath Fitter and we are thrilled with the results. It is absolutely beautiful. Cody and Roman were at our home at 8:00 a.m. and done by 4:00 p.m. leaving the bathroom spotless. Everyone at Bath Fitter, from the show room staff, to Dave, who came for our consultation, to the installers were all professional, helpful and friendly. We have zero complaints from any of our encounters with staff or the outcome of the work they did on our new shower. We also love the fact that they offer a lifetime warranty on the entire shower and fixtures. That really sealed the deal on our decision to choose them over all of the other options. Thank you Bath Fitter for our beautiful new walk in shower. It is perfect.

I had two bathrooms done by Bath Fitter, one shower and one tub/shower. First there were scheduling issues, needed up taking more time off work than planned. Each installation was treated as a separate job even though it was one order. First installation was the tub/shower, they brought and installed shower doors instead of tub doors so the towel bars are at neck height. Also the back wall of the enclosure is noticeably bowed out. The shower installation seemed fine, except the shelf unit didn't fit so it wasn't installed, but I still got charged for it.

We had our new tub installed yesterday. It looks great and our installer Jay ** was professional and did a great job. He went over everything and left us clean. He made sure we had all the information we needed and went over everything.

I purchased an older home and really wanted to update the bathtub area for me and my kids, Bath Fitter is everything they say and more!! We are very pleased with the job done and the product itself. We had a new tub installed and shower walls - Amazing!! Definitely adds to the value of our home and is clean & easy to maintain. Our installer was WONDERFUL. :)

A few years ago, I made the HUGE mistake of having bath fitters put in a shower for me in the master bedroom. I paid over $7000.00 grand for this to be done! I am supposed to have a lifetime warranty for all the completed work that has been done! The caulking comes loose all the time; I had had to have these repaired countless times! At least 4 times over the past few years. Now today I call 10/31/2022 to yet again have the calking repaired. Now I'm being told that there is a cost for this! $250.00 for this repair to be completed. Where the HELL is the lifetime warranty? Not my fault or problem bath fitters is incompetent of doing quality repair and or remodeling work! This is completely WRONG! This is FALSE for bath fitters to offer a supposed lifetime warranty, then to back stab and not honor it! If I am forced to now pay for repairs caused by improper work, I DEMAND my money back! ALL OF IT! I have also taken legal action in this matter also! Kimber

Bath Fitter is using false advertising to sell this low-quality product. I am in Westchester County, NY Therefore, Long Island representatives worked on my shower. The salespersons came to my house and assured me that my shower installation was an easy job, and all work would be done in a day. They were quick to take my down payment and we agreed on a day to install.

I moved to a new house that needed a new bathtub/shower. I started the process with Bath Fitter approximately 1 year ago. First, they took my money and did not contact me for months until I called them myself. They mis-sized my tub/shower 3 times causing delay after delay. They finally came to install it and said there was a bad pipe (a cast iron pipe) and refused to finish unless I contacted a plumber. I did and they came the next day. The plumber (whose company I trust) said there was nothing wrong with the pipe. It was structurally sound and just needed to be cleaned. I called Bath Fitter that day. No callback.

Rafael installed a shower overlay in our downstairs bathroom. The shower looks brand new. He was in around 8:30 am and done before 2:00 pm. Fast, clean, and effective. The whole process from estimation, to setting up the appointment to completion was flawless.

Scotty and Austin was very professional & done an excellence job. They cleaned up as they went. When I ask a question, they answered it very professional and took the time to explain what they was doing. They arrive on time. They work till the job was finish, without taking their breaks. They done an excellence job explaining about the cleaning materials.

Initial contact was knowledgeable and thorough. She was very kind in taking off her shoes as she entered, and answered all my questions. The installation day was smooth. Kenedy explained what he was doing and why. He was fast, efficient, patient with my cats, and correct about how long it would take. He also told me he was from Washington, and that Bath Fitter had flown him in to help out with the flood of installations needed in San Diego. That amazed me that a company would do that.

I would have selected no stars if possible. When speaking with our sales person I specifically asked how Bath Fitter handled issues with customers. He said, "Easy - the customer is always right." We put down a $4,000 deposit and then uncovered significant mold and structural issues, with wood rot continuing into the subfloor under our bedroom. The contract stated work wasn't supposed to start until January, 2023. Our salesman said December 2022. The sales manager, upon requesting our deposit back, said our material is already built and he needed to keep the FULL deposit to cover their losses. A billion dollar company. I have severe respiratory issues and this company is comfortable leaving mold in my home. We were also not informed they would not do any of the repair work. Three words describe this company. Liars, scammers, and cheaters. Shame on you.

Mike and John did an excellent job of installing our new shower. They arrived on time, they explained what was going to happen, and went right to work. They were very professional and polite and they finished the job in 1 day. They made sure to clean up any mess they may have made before leaving.

The installer was on time and explained what he was doing. He was neat, organized, quiet, and unobtrusive. He was very competent. He completed the work within the time he promised. The finished product is beautiful. My husband and I love it. In fact we want him to come back and do some work around our bathtub. Overall we give him an A+ for workmanship.

Adam showed up right at 7:30, was extremely professional in both installation and customer service. I was impressed with the other installer too, Marshall, he went right to work when he got here and together they knocked it out of the park.

Christi, my rep and Jeff my installer were very good. Thank you both. I had similar work in another bath done many years ago by a competitor and had warranty issues 3 times. They told me the only solution was to replace the complete tub, not just the liner. I paid for the new tub, they covered the labor and to this day I feel they did not honor their warranty as stated. I won't name the company but I think they changed their name to avoid some early warranty issues???? Who knows???

I want to personally thank Vince from Bath Fitter for responding so quickly to my complaint. The service man came out today 11/9/22 and fixed what I needed in the shower. He lowered my hand held shower so I could easily reach it and installed a grab bar for my safety. I have back issues and this helps tremendously. Thank you Vince and Bath Fitter for listening to my situation, you're the best.

Luke was the best. He seemed to love his job. and I would use him again and he was always smiling. Very nice guy, I like him and he liked us, he also drives well. He was on time with a clean truck and it was newer.

Holly, Wayne, Brad, and Andrew were wonderful to work with! They were attentive and made sure that I was completely happy with my shower. I would 100% recommend them to my friends! There was no pressure when Wayne came to my house. He just described what they could do for what cost. Brad did the instillation and Andrew did the fine-tuning. I love my new shower!

Installer arrived on time and finished in 1 day, after doing job alone. Installer explained installation step by step and left working area clean upon completion. Installer then went step by step in explaining how to care for new bath install.

The installers were polite, very efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and my shower is beautiful! I cannot believe I got to have a brand new shower in just one day! This new shower will give me more independence and now I don’t have to go downstairs to take a shower. I will recommend Bath Fitter to all my friends and family.

Our small bathroom was cramped with an undersized bathtub shower combo that was barely 17 inches wide inside and very difficult to move around in with glass doors attached. With Bath Fitter we upgraded to a full walk in shower almost double the floor space in the same area. Our bathroom is so much brighter and feels roomier. Bath Fitter definitely brought us into the current decade.

It would have been nice for the first installer to let me know about the nozzle/lever in the back of the shower head to know how it worked. Before calling the office to have another installer come out for no reason.

Very helpful in picking products. Great quality installation! Gave great suggestions and clarified details before doing any work. Fully satisfied with all aspects of service. Would highly recommend them. There were no issues during any step in the process, from initial consultation through final clean up.

We got several quotes. Bath Fitter said they could do it in a day. They gave us a window in which they were to arrive which they met, they put plastic down as to not get my carpet dirty, they removed the old tub, and replaced it with a beautiful roomy shower! I am so pleased.

Our bathtub was replaced by Bath Fitter. Their work was excellent. We have really enjoyed our new tub. The Bath Fitter team was at our home at 8 a.m. Our old tub was removed and the new tub install before 1 p.m. They left the area where the tub had been removed and replace almost like that they had never been there. Both my wife and I were so well pleased with their professional approach to the project and would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone that needed to have a remodel to their home.

STEPHEN ** was EXCELLENT!!!! I cannot tell you how many renovation companies we have worked with and thus far has been the best ..WHY? .. they do what they say they are going to do. You get what you pay for!! Definitely recommend.

The work was done promptly, on time and in a very orderly manner. I am very satisfied with the work done. There is only one 'little annoyance, there is a bit of water in my basement if I use the shower as a fixed shower. I wonder if it is the overflow shield which is a bit off to the side hence the cause of this problem.

Our tub surround was done approximately 6 - 7 yrs ago and we were very pleased with the product and service. Recently a tenant of ours accidentally scrubbed through one of the corner shelves. I called Bathfitters right away. They looked me up, ordered me a new shelf and were here within a few weeks at a very reasonable price. Thanks Bathfitters!

The gentleman who took out our old tub & installed the new tub/shower was fantastic. I believe his name was Tannen. This is the second time we have used Bathfitters. I love the fact that I had a new tub/shower in 1 1/2 days. Tannen did a great job cleaning up and talked to us about how to clean the new tub/shower.

Everything from my initial phone call, to my in home estimate meeting with Tim, to the installation by Juan was excellent. The office girls and everyone that I have dealt with have been very helpful, everything was explained thoroughly. Done in one day, and everything was perfectly cleaned up at the end of the process. Couldn't be happier with the installation. The installer Chemo was fantastic. Explained what he was going to do. Took his time to make sure everything fit perfectly. He paid attention to every detail. Was professional and I highly recommend him.

We had a total rip out including subfloor replacement. Entire install took about 7 hours and it is so gorgeous! Looked at other companies' offerings and Bath Fitter's was the nicest material, best pricing, etc. Also was able to install within our timeframe unlike their competitors.

Bath Fitter did a wonderful job replacing a aging tub with a beautiful new walk-in shower. The install was expertly done and the result is beautiful. We would recommend them to absolutely anyone. It's amazing that this work could be done in just one day, what a difference it has made.

Couldn't believe how easy it was. The demo guy arrived at 7 am and by 8:15 the old shower gone. By 3:30 our beautiful shower was installed. No mess, no fuss...perfect!!! I highly recommend them. If I knew it was that easy I would have changed the shower years ago.

We contracted this company to remove a tub and add a walk in shower. The professional installer was excellent. He was very detailed of the work he was doing. During the last two weeks, (we have called at least 5-6 times) for someone to call back for a concern that we have. No response. This lack of service is unacceptable and we want this issue resolved.

Please think twice before hiring Bath Fitter for your bathtub project. I had a liner done in my bathtub on August 18th and now, September 19 (it started 2 weeks after and is getting worse every day since) my liner is a bubble at the bottom of the tub. I called them to have this fixed as soon as I noticed and they gave me a date. That date came and went and they never bothered calling me to give me a heads up BUT… they did call me the following day to apologize for not calling me the day before. They gave me another date for repair but… they didn’t show up again and didn’t call.

Anthony turned our tub into a shower and it's beautiful! He was meticulous and very aware we were installing for my aged mother so he raised the seat to be a little higher for her and installed 2 grab bars and discussed with me where he felt the placement was best. Very pleased! Thank you, Anthony!

From the sales rep to the installer, our whole experience was excellent! Robert ** was thorough and very personable throughout the whole quote process and we felt confident that we had found the right company to update our shower stalls. The installer, Mikhail arrived on time (both days), was polite and got right to work after laying mats down to cover our carpets and flooring. He was clear and concise in his communication on the details of the installation as he proceeded. He was very knowledgeable. The job was done on time and (even ahead of our expectations). I had my bathroom remodeled by this company (Bath Fitter) in 2016. I am supposed to have a "Lifetime" warranty. I say "Supposed To" because I have been waiting for this company to come to touch up some areas in my shower which have become discolored with a mold-like appearance in the shower. It has been there for about 1 year, and I have been trying to clean and resolve on my own, but to no avail.

I love my new shower. It turned out much better than I could have imagined. I would recommend this remodel to anyone. Steve and Chris did the job in one day. I have two more showers that I'm thinking of doing the same.

The two employees were courteous and friendly, focused on their job. One last final wipe down would have been good only because at different angles, there were a couple of areas missed. Overall an awesome job. I am 100% satisfied.

This is now the 2nd time our tub has gotten water under the surround that was installed and now it completely separate from the tub itself. When I called the first time this happened I was informed that the "lifetime warranty" doesn't cover me since we have just bought this house and the warranty cannot transfer from the original homeowner to ourselves??? Are you kidding me, finally after going back and forth they agreed to come out and fix the issue as a one time courtesy, so now that this happened again I guess we are ** outta luck! I have always cleaned the tub per their instructions but the grout is always coming off so I guess we will contact the BBB next.

The installer was polite, friendly and very neat. He answered questions asked and some BEFORE they were asked! I enjoyed Scott ** and Crissy. They were professional and thorough, answered questions, made conversation. The installation was a wonderful experience but having it to use every day is the best treat I have given myself.

Bath Fitter need to go back to the drawing table to make the chair and pan installed more safe. My husband, Michael who is very handicap had a hard time on chair, few times almost slipped from the chair. Bath Fitter need to make the chair with some non-slip materials because after using conditioner for hair, it was slippery for him.

The installer took great care to keep everything clean. He was very efficient and explained what he was doing. He also made sure we thought through decisions ie. which way the shower door should open. The project was completed on time, and the end result is beautiful.

We had a tub replaced with a walk-in shower upstairs, and a small walk-in shower installed downstairs. Brock worked alone on the bathtub removal and shower installation. That amazed us!! He did an outstanding job! We are totally pleased with our new shower! Then a few weeks later, after my husband did some work swapping our stack washer/dryer with the shower space, Brock came back to work on the installation of the downstairs shower. Jeremy came after he finished a job to help him. They did a great job. Another things we appreciate about BathFitter is the salesman, Jon **, used to install, so he REALLY knew what he was talking about. We had another company come and give us a price just on the upstairs shower. We were able to get both of ours done for about the same price, and there are things we like about BathFitter's showers better! We would definitely recommend BathFitter!

Polite. Cleaned up after job was done. Came on time. Easy to make an appointment with. Shower hardware was not a great quality and looks cheap. My shower curtain now hangs lower than it was and almost hits the floor but being screwed in I am not going to ask to have it fixed. Made a mistake in the shower, It has a wave in it but did bring it to my attention. I thought I was paying for the seamless walls and not having to deal with grout. When I said that to the installer he said, "Don't worry. Just call us when you need any done."

Val was my installer. He arrived on time and left after I was happy with the work. All cleaned up and with little disturbance. I would recommend him with no hesitation. Installers were friendly, polite, and efficient. They obviously knew their trade and proceeded accordingly. The cleaned up after themselves, and stayed to share information, and to answer any and all question that we had. All in all, it was a very easy project. We would highly recommend this company. And the best thing, the cost was reasonable.

I am in my 70's and want to stay in my home as long as possible. Changing my bathtub to a walk in shower was one way. Not knowing what to expect, I was very anxious about doing it. I talked to my sons and they said it was a great idea. So I met with Michael and his associate and I signed a contract. I had to wait 4 months to get it done. Along came Patrick. He was a no nonsense person coming to a job he just wanted to do. So I pretty much left him to do it.

I thought the salesperson and installer were great! Job well done. Thanks to the scheduler for being flexible and allows me to reschedule a few times. The salesperson took the time to explain everything. The installer was efficient and tidy and the tub looks great. Overall a great experience.

We recently had a new shower installed by Bath Fitter. We are incredibly impressed with the quality of the product, along with the excellent installation process. The installer was very professional the entire time he was in our home. There was a minor issue with the corner shower caddy. The issue was resolved immediately. We can't say enough good about this company and the experience we had with them.

I am very pleased with my new shower. I liked that all 3 components were timed exactly, the demolition, plumber and the installer. Everyone took care that the floors were covered and my new shower was beautifully installed and clean. The installer answered all my questions about cleaning my new shower.

This was a Big job! The removal went perfectly and cleanup was completed. The installation was bigger than usual but you would think Chris did this size every day. Chris did such an amazing job and he did it alone. He stayed until the plumbing was completed and it was a long day for him. The doors had to be custom made because of the size. Only took 2 weeks! We were amazed. Now it’s James turn to install the doors. IT’S COMPLETELY DONE!! And beautiful. Doug designed it, Chris installed it, James hung the doors, the finishing touch. I have a 100 year old bathtub that we use for our two little ones. After finding out that the surface contained LEAD (who knew?!) I was very concerned for their safety. The epoxy coating that had been previously applied to cover it had failed three times in 18 months! I had two quotes for removal and replacement, but at a cost of 14K+, I couldn't afford it. After calling Bath Fitter, I was BLOWN AWAY at their customer service. Art was fantastic not only with my dogs, but he truly cares about his customer and his product. He helped me select the best replacement for my tub and explained that, once installed, it would contain the lead safely, and I could once again use my bathtub to safely bathe my babies. Everything was installed and it looks like it was always a part of our historic house. I cannot be more pleased with the outcome. And SO affordable!

This is the 3rd time we have used Bath Fitter. We have had a new shower installed twice in different homes and had a bathtub cover put in once. Every time the crew has been courteous, efficient and have always cleaned everything up when they're done. The showers have always turned out perfect and we were truly amazed with the bathtub. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone wanting to upgrade or just repair or replace what they have. Their prices are comparable to anyone else's and in most cases less than others. Also they have the greatest guarantees of all. Needless to say we would never use anyone else.

Not good so far, had to come back the second time and still waiting for Manager to come out. So far not happy with this at all. From the sale it went ok, when installed seemed to go ok. The 2nd day we had problems. Had out again. Tub not level, door on shower not sliding good.

My installer was very courteous and made sure he cleaned any mess that he had made. They said it would take two days for the install and that is what they took. I am very satisfied with my stand up shower.

I am completely satisfied with the product and installation of my new walk-in shower. Evan was very knowledgeable and skilled at the work he performed. He explained what he was doing, how to care for the shower and did a thorough cleanup. I have peace of mind now when I shower.

We are thrilled with our new bath tub fitter! We also got the subway tiles, the rain shower head, and the rounded shower curtain rod. We feel like we have a whole new bathroom and I am so happy I can take baths again! The installer was AMAZING and it went very smoothly. He cleaned up after himself and took our old tub for disposal. Updated on 08/08/2022: We ordered a shower and enclosure in March 2022. It has been postponed or not completed 2 times because they ordered the wrong parts in the first case and did not have the parts in in the second case. This is now August and still no shower. We asked for a refund on the money we put down $2000.00. And they are trying to give something else. This was not our fault and we went out of our way to have it installed. Don't deal with them.

I received an apology call from the company on August 9th. The call went well and ended to my satisfaction.

I couldn't be happier with my new shower to replace an existing tub/shower combo. My installer, Chris, did an excellent, professional job. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of protecting my floors. The transformation has opened up my small bathroom and will be so much easier to maintain. Thank you, Chris! Was very happy with the installation of the handicap shower. They did a great job. Anthony had the shower in and made sure everything was done right. Would have him to do another one anytime. They were very good at cleaning up after the job was done.

First let me say that the my installer was terrific! His name was Brett and he worked hard to finish. The job looks beautiful. I waited at least 3 months to get this job done which I was aware of when I signed contract. No problem.. However I was told that 2 men would come and take 1 day, Instead I got 1 man for 2 days. Not a big deal but salesmen need to be honest about these types of things. He also told me shower had lifetime warranty. Well yes and no. Read the fine print. If it wasn't for Brett M being super neat and amicable this review would have been worse.

We are very very pleased with our new handicap shower. Ben and Joe, the two installers were very polite and answered all our questions, and took the time to explain things to us older generation folks. They did an excellent job, and it was all done in one day, which included ripping out the old tub, replacing the walls, and floor, and all new plumbing for drain and water faucets. It was a lot of hard work, but it was done and not a speck of dust left. They cleaned up and took all the old rip out with them when they left. The plumber was great, he was in and done his part and gone in no time. I would recommend Bath Fitter as the BEST.

What should have taken 6 hours turned into a 3 month disappointment. We've been at a loss getting our Bathroom Finished. With little response from our local office, no updates, no return calls nothing.

Had both bathrooms done. Both look 100 times better than what they did before. Installer was very thorough and pleasant. My neighbours were also impressed at the new look. This is the second time I have used BathFitter and would not hesitate in hiring them again.

The salesperson, installers and office staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The installers cleaned up all the mess and left the bathrooms spotless. Still waiting for glass to complete shower enclosure, but so far very happy with the updates.

In Dec 2021 I signed my contract for a shower remodel. Here it is July 2022 and I'm still waiting for it to be finished. I wasted so much time calling the company. What a waste of time. I get a very solicitous response with no action.

The entire experience was great. They placed mats down on the floor to prevent damage to the floor. The 2 men removed and installed the tub and shower quickly and with quality work. They were finished by mid afternoon and cleaned up their mess.

The drain holes are very large. I told the installer and I wrote it in a previous survey. I am not happy with that at all. Everything else is perfect. I asked in my previous survey if it could be changed out. Never heard anything from you.

We ordered a tub to walk-in shower conversion. The sales manager gave us an informative, no pressure consultation at our residence. The final sales price was not cheap, however, we considered the value for the project in the fact that the technicians would transform our shower in less than one workday and we would not have to deal with local contractors who would take days or weeks to complete a similar job. The scheduling process was easy and flexible to our calendar. The two technicians arrived before their scheduled time and were on the job exactly as promised by 8am, and they had two hours travel time. They tore out the old tub and shower enclosure, installed new green board and plumbing, and had the job completed by noon.

We are extremely pleased with our "new" bathroom. From the fist meeting and deciding on what we wanted and needed. The installation was done on time (actually before date given for installation!). Our installer was professional, polite and very informative! To the "old people" problem - Tyler came out and was very nice and showed us how to adjust our showerhead! We have already told many people of our experience and told them to contact Bath Fitter!

BathFitter took an older bathroom with a tub and shower that was showing its age and made it look beautiful again. We choose the marble look with the doors. It has really elevated our bathroom and we know it’s going to continue to look modern and new for a long time. We love that it was all done in one day.

Excellent experience from obtaining the quote to the cleanup after installation. We really appreciated our salesman not starting with an inflated price and then showing what our “real price” was. Great product for the money and I would highly recommend using Bath Fitter.

I was very excited to have this shower done and the tub taken out. It was way more expensive than it should have been, but my kids encouraged me to go for it anyway. I should have been asked how high/low the seat should be...it ended up 3 inches too high for me, my feet hardly touched the floor of the shower. I had to ask them to lower it, thus there's holes that had to be caulked (and this shower cost me $9,000???) The shower doors wouldn't stay open, would close so fast I didn't have time to get in! That was fixed, and to my approval. When the worker lowered the seat for me, I mentioned the shower head was hard for me to reach. He told me I should l should have had the opportunity to have the kind of head that was operated by the faucet...didn't have that opportunity, either.

I called Bathfitter and got through to the office in West Palm Beach and am I ever glad. I had a very good salesman Raul who helped me. Julian came, did a great job, Bob came up with concrete and helped, then the next day Steve came up and did a fantastic job. If you live in the TV Viewing are, you here one Commercial; I love my Attorney, Well I can honestly tell you; I love my Shower! I can honestly say I never gave a perfect 10 in a feedback, but as far as I am concerned, these folks were great and deserved a 11! Thanks. Guys!

Salesman quoted one price, when I finally got the work done 3 months later it was a different cost. Damage was done to the ceiling in the shower that they was supposed to fix. I ended up fixing it myself. On top of all that I had to ask twice for them to send me an invoice

We had a Whirlpool bathtubs. Two of the Bathfitter team showed up promptly at 8:00 am. Reviewed what we needed done. Put tarps down on my carpeting and proceeded with the install. They finished at 2:00 pm after totally cleaning up and reviewed the process with me. Very professional and competent.

Their service is somewhat expensive but totally worth it. The technician was extremely competent and when he left, you wouldn’t know he was there except for my new shower, which I love.

The Bath Fitter team has made our bathroom remodel the easiest home project to date. From the inhome consultation to installation day. We even got moved up the install list after a cancelation. It only took 7 hours and our bathroom looks like new.

Installation and installer were both great. The only issue was that it took many more weeks to install than expected but that was due to Covid, delivery issues and lack of employees. Joe was excellent and explained everything. He installed everything in one day and came back the next morning to make sure he had grouted everything he should

After getting five estimates I went with Bath Fitter. The salesman did a good presentation. I waited twelve weeks before I was contacted telling me they were ready to install my shower. I was told they would only need to use my garage if it was raining. It wasn’t, but they wanted to use it anyway. My bike was stolen! When I told the company about it they insisted the installer had taken a picture before he left and the bike was there. No picture was ever produced, and there was no talk about reimbursement. It was extremely disturbing. I had that bike for over twenty years, and it was still in good shape. The shower is wonderful. I had special doors installed due to the size, which made the install about four days. Other companies say the install takes one day! I am satisfied with the shower, but the customer service, not so much.

I had an old cast iron tub I wanted replaced with a walk-in shower only. The man that gave me the estimate was very knowledgeable and courteous. His estimate held true. The men that came in were neat professional and did an excellent job including clean up. They were done in less than 7 hours! I am very satisfied with both the shower and price! I just had both of my bathrooms remodeled for shower stalls. The installations went very well. I was very impressed by the way that the shower looks in the main hallway, not to mention the shower stall off of the master bedroom's bathroom. I am also very impressed with the way that the water is pressurized in the showerhead. Where I now live, there is lower water pressure than where I was living previously in Charleston County. It seems as though the water pressure is increased in my showerhead. My daughter says the same thing about her shower as well, that the pressure seems to be greater coming out than it was in the old showerhead. .

I do not recommend Bath Fitter at all. My experience with them has been horrible. The man that came to my house was extremely rude and said some very explicit things in front of me. Today we had a white tub fitter installed over our 1960s blue tub. It looks fantastic! It has truly updated our bathroom. Anthony was our installer. He did a great job, making sure it was done correctly, and that we were pleased. I would recommend the services of Bath Fitter from our visit for an estimation to the installation by Anthony.

In 2016 we decided to replace the master bathtub with a shower only and replaced 2nd bathroom bathtub. It was the best decision I could have ever made. 6 years now and I still have no regrets in the decision.

We went to the showroom and selected our product design. The person that came to our home was rushed and did not do measurements at that time. We decided on a date 2 months from that time. I called a couple of times to request measurement before install but was put off by the salesperson with an attitude. The salesperson did come a few days before scheduled install with little notice. The install was what we expected and it looked better than it did. UNTIL we took a shower 24 hours later. Water pooled on the tub rim, filled the door track and flooded the floor.

We are pleased with the remodel and were happy with our installer Levi **. The work was done on time and in a professional manner and the bathroom looks great. We had wanted to remodel our bathroom for many years and are glad that we finally committed to having the work done.

This is the third time an appmt was scheduled for a shower door installation and for the third time no one showed up or called. So disappointed with their customer service, I keep calling them and they do not seem to care.

Bath Fitters was great, tub/shower look beautiful. Nice sales rep and the guy who installed it was very fast and professional; However… they forgot to send a part for the shower curtain rod and said it would come in soon. It’s been a week now and we still have not been able to use our shower. I sent the below message to the customer service department three days ago and never received a response, I guess it’s all fine if they don’t have to return for anything. Think my next step is to go to the BBB, which seems silly for such easy fixes. Sent to customer service 5/18/22:

They didn't show-up for the first consult and I called repeatedly to reschedule. Now they haven't confirmed the second appointment that I made and I cannot get ahold of anyone. Their phone literally just rings forever and nobody ever answers. I don't know if they are a scam but they are totally unprofessional.

Had bath fitters install new tub and new walls, ceiling on Tuesday. Luke was very professional and informative, and they did a great job with the install and clean up, and all done in one day. (They even put up with the dog wanting to assist). We love our new bath and we will definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to remodel! Thanks again Luke!

We have a walk in shower from Bath Fitter and we are not the owners that put the shower in, we are the second owners, the situation is, is that the shower handle is broken and Bath Fitter said that they won't be able to replace it even though they say it is a lifetime warranty even though we got the door put back on the roller one time and no problems, but Bath Fitters says that the lifetime warranty is not transferable. THEY DON'T TELL YOU TELL, so you basically have to put the shower in and live in the home forever to get any warranty, awful service.

My experience with Bath Fitter was excellent, the installation was set up by Habitat for Humanity, I can not say enough about the installer (Chad). This man knew exactly how to do it and did it right, a perfect install, would highly recommend him to do the work if you are considering having a walk-in shower installed, every piece fit like a glove and he did his best to make it perfect which is the way it turned out.

HOME OWNERS BEWARE!! These guys delayed us for months and months and had a guy come out to measure. He said we would be responsible for replacing the flooring. When we disagreed with it, we were told we were past our 2 day refund window. Here we are out 1875.00. No return calls. The Johnson City, TN manager was very rude. They still have our $1875.00 and never responded to the BBB. No work was ever done on our house!! I hope someone enjoyed our money that they pocketed but I will make sure that others know not to fall for the ** like we did. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Tim and Tristan were very awesome. They remove the old tub. And replaced it with a nice walk in shower. Tim explained how everything worked. Cleaned up When they were all done. They were on time. And answered all my questions.

Doug installed the bath in about 3 hours. He ran thru instructions quickly and left the shower curtain for us to install. He forgot and left some "Goof Off" which is a residue cleaner he used. The salesman left some red tinted glasses behind. The job looked good overall except for debris left on the floor in the bathroom, hallway and stairs. We haven't tried the shower/bath yet-it was installed on 3/29/22. We will tomorrow. It looks good and is an improvement.
