This was our first Bath Fitter remodel. The salesman was very informative and straight to the point. He was very nice. He told us exactly what we needed to hear. The installer was just one guy. He explained everything that he was doing, he showed us and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He took the bathtub out and put in a walk-in shower because I’m ill and can’t step over a bathtub. He was done in six hours. It was wonderful! I would suggest it to anybody else.

We saw Bath Fitter’s booth in the mall. We bought a foreclosure so we didn’t want to use a pretty nasty looking tub. I’d rather we take the expense of pulling it out instead of just putting something over it. The sales rep was nice. He came to the house, was very professional and he showed us everything. All different styles we could have. The installer was very professional. He came in when they said. He showed us what he was doing. He asked us a few questions. They took a little longer on the mold. It only took about an extra week. Then they had it in a day and I’ve had no issues. It was a couple of months ago. I’d recommend them again. They called us every step of the way.

My wife actually just called in and found the phone book. We looked Bath Fitter up, called them and asked them to come out and give us some estimates. The salesmen were quite helpful and they were very thorough and listened to my wife’s suggestions. They did a fine job. The installation team was only one young man. But he did a fantastic job. He was very articulate about his work. The product turned out well. It’s only been about a month now and we were quite pleased with the result. It was quite helpful dealing with them and they were all pleasant.

I was looking online for a solution to my unsightly tub. Well, my home is 20 years old and probably within the next five or so years, I’d probably plan to sell my home. So I’m trying to take care of things that would be taken care of. I don’t want to have to do everything until the last moment. And now that my children are grown, I felt I could tackle that bathroom. That’s when I saw Bath Fitter. The sales rep came to my home at a time that was convenient so both my husband and I could be here. He answered all our questions. He had his cell phone number if we had any more questions. He was very accessible. The installer was very polite. He answered all our questions and he came on time. He was also very clean and I’m very fussy. I have to also say we had one problem after it was installed. There was unfortunately a leak. But as soon as we called, they came immediately to repair that. I’m very pleased with the way my tub now looks. It solved a big problem for me. And it was done very professionally. It was a very favorable experience.

I saw Bath Fitter in the mall years ago. I had a tub that need repainting of its deck so I got their service. It was just for a tub and was our first Bath Fitter remodel. It was done two months ago. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what we are looking for, explained the process, very good at the pricing, and everything was well laid out. On the installation, the guy did a great job. It was probably one of the hottest days of the year and he was sweating whatever off in that little room even with the air conditioning and the window open. He did a good job all the way through. I forgot how long it took him but it was right around the timeframe that they said it was going to take. And it was clean. When everything was completed, he cleaned up after himself. So nothing but good things to say about the installation. I would recommend them. They said what they were going to do and they did what they said.

A neighbor here had somebody do her bathroom for her and that's how I found out about Bath Fitter. I’m going to be 90 and to get in the shower at my age, I have to step over the damn tub to get in the shower. That’s quite a job to do so I called Bath Fitter. The young man answered all my question. He explained everything to us. We purchased a shower. They took the tub out. Installation was very good. It was very professional and they did it in the time they said they were going to do it. They were here in the afternoon and then they came in the morning the next day and that was it. So it was really like almost one day. They were also very clean. No dirt at all.

We were walking through and saw a display of Bath Fitter at the Stroud Mall in Stroudsburg, PA. My husband wanted to remodel our bathroom for the last year because he wanted all the handles getting in and out. We had a whirlpool tub which was very high and it was difficult for him to get in and out. He wasn’t comfortable anymore and wanted to get rid of that and something that he could just walk right in. So we got our shower in August. We called maybe six weeks before that but it was done around August 8. We didn’t look at any other remodeling company. We saw Bath Fitter and called the representative. He came and showed us the pictures in his catalog and just went with that one.

We purchased a shower from Bath Fitter over a month ago, but we really had the install a couple of weeks ago. We really only wanted a shower door. We had this card and I wanted to use it because we hadn’t used it. Where we live, I found out that Bath Fitter was the only one that we could use for that bath problem pretty much.

We have had a shower stall installed in our en-suite a few years ago. The base of the shower cracked along the wall. Bath Fitter replaced it but told us our warranty ran out so we had to pay. Once we paid, we were then told that we now have a lifetime warranty! Well, not too long after, the base cracked again in the same spot. This time Bath Fitter replaced the flooring under the stall as well as putting in a new stall. Not two years into the new stall and it has cracked again in the same spot! We have called into Bath Fitter to come and see the cracks and talk about replacing the stall. It has been 4 months and we have not heard from Bath Fitter. Each time we call we are told that someone will call us back and no one does! Very poor customer service and product quality!!

This company did a good job and delivered as expected until something went wrong. The first time I went to use my new tub, my downstairs neighbor was flooded. So, I had to stop showering altogether. Since it was a Sunday, I left messages with several people at this company stating that it was an emergency and I needed them to fix it first thing Monday. I had to take a vacation day to wait for them and they did not bother to show up until 4:00. They promised to fix it the next day - ANOTHER VACATION DAY to accommodate their poor work. That isn't the worst part. Jim, the "manager", decided in a feat of unbelievable misogyny to offer me "a nice dinner on him" and handed me a business card instead of crediting me for the two days and all of the damage they caused. Do not use this business.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter about a month ago. I decided it was time to remodel because I had three people that had slipped in the bathtub getting in and out, so I thought, “I need to do something here.” My sister referred me to them - she had one put in. The sales rep and the installation team were great. They were neat and clean, and were here on time and explained throughout the day what was going on. The whole experience with them was great. I would recommend it.

Our house is over 50 years old so we decided it’s time to remodel the bathroom. I heard about Bath Fitter through my grandparent. They’re having their bathroom done yesterday and today. They referred me to them. I made the purchase 3 weeks ago. We had a whole shower done. The sales rep, Trixie, was knowledgeable and very good. Braden from the installation team was very nice. He was able to explain everything and was very clean. It was a very nice experience overall. I really like it!! I would recommend them.

I first heard about Bath Fitter through an advertisement and I got the shower. The installation team was great. They took out a whirlpool and put a big shower. They were pretty quick and did it a day and a half. The sales rep even came back and did some double checking to make sure. He took pictures when he did it, and he came back and just embellished and took more pictures. And he came back after it’s completed to make sure I was satisfied. The experience was excellent and painless.

I wanted to get rid of one of those safety tubs that I had in the bathroom. That was my mother’s and it didn’t benefit us. It just wasn’t practical for us. In order to remove it, I wanted it done within a timely manner without so much restoration. Then I heard about Bath Fitter on the internet. I chose them because they’re advertising that they can do it usually in a day or two, the factor that I was looking for because I wanted a product that is able to be installed in a short length of time. And that’s what I wanted. Because I’ve done remodeling myself and it takes over a week to do it and it costs a lot more money.

Went to Market of Marion and saw the Bath Fitters display before, I came back this weekend to try and get some info on your product. When I got to your booth, there was an older gentleman named Fred. He was rude, gave me no attention and was eating while I was trying to get info. Also had his wife and another visitor in his booth and his wife kept butting in and interrupting. So I decided to go down and speak to a different bath installer at Fairbanks Construction... They were extremely helpful and I have decided to purchase my shower and sink through them. I have never been treated so rudely as I was by your company and rep. Just thought you should know that this rude man and his wife cost your company an $8,000.00 sale and you want to send him to a class to teach him manners and customer service abilities...

We knew someone who hired BathFitter and he had a very good experience with it so we just went with that. We also saw BathFitter’s advertising somewhere.

Once the sales person was back from vacation and reviewed the situation, he took care of everything. The results were better than we could have imagined. I believe had he not been away the situation would have been resolved much sooner. But once he was back he had the problem fixed and the results were better than what we had originally chosen and we were not charged anything more. We could not have been happier. A lesson learned for me was not to gripe too soon. If I had realized I could update my review I would have done it sooner. It was only when Consumer Affairs alerted me that my review was out there that I asked how could I update it. Everything was handled back in September of 2013.

I had thought about having my bathroom remodelled for a while when a Bath Fitter flyer came to the mail, so I just decided at that time to do it. I decided to go with them because I saw that they could do it in a couple of days. So about three weeks ago, I had a bathtub removed and a shower put in. The sales rep was okay and the installation team was great, and they were able to finish remodelling in two days. It was really great and I’m very pleased.

We needed to remodel the original bathroom to the house so we decided to go with Bath Fitter because my mother-in-law has used them. We purchased the shower from them and they came in first week in August. The sales rep came to our home and he was nice and knowledgeable. The installer was nice, too, but my problem with the installation was that they actually installed the wrong wall. That was not in the contract. And I don’t think that they took off as much as they should have for that error. I was pleased with the installer but I was displeased with the results because I didn’t get what I wanted.

We got a flyer about Bath Fitter in our morning newspaper. We had the walk-in shower and the handicapped commode, the high commode done. That was about two months ago. This was the first time we’ve done business with them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. The installation team did a real good job. It was only one man, but he did the work of about five or six! We didn’t even consider any other company for the job.

One of the tubs was broken. So we did that, and then we just decided to go ahead and do them all. We got a bathtub and a shower. This was our first purchase. The sales rep was super nice. He was really helpful. He knew exactly what he was talking about. His name is Steve, and Josh was the installer’s name and he answered all our questions and he took time to talk with me and show me what he was doing and I really liked him a lot. It has only been a couple of months.

Everything was wonderful. Bath Fitter did a wonderful job. We saw them at a festival uptown. They had set up a booth. We had our bathroom remodeled and we got the shower unit. That’s what we saw when we were at the location. We actually had just talked to a remodeling company that we know and we were getting the whole bathroom and we actually had them price it out in tiles, the shower unit. And we opted to go with what Bath Fitter had because it actually saved us money. They did a good job of installing it and we’re very happy with it. This was just in May or June. It was one gentleman who came and did the installation and he did a wonderful job. I was surprised he could do it on his own.

We saw an advertisement for Bath Fitter on some TV. We decided to remodel because it just needed to be redone. This is our first time to have a remodel with them. We had the acrylic put up on the walls, the tub and shower. This was all done in June. The sales representative and installation team were really nice. They were great. They were on time. They did the job in the amount of time they said they’d do it. It was just a great overall experience.

I called the company and received a quick response from a salesperson. She made an appointment with me and answered all my questions about the product. She also told me the time line for installation. She and the gentleman with her were very professional and knowledgeable. Later, the installer set the date for the installation, reminding me that the tub cannot be used for 24 hours. He completed the installation in a few hours and left the place clean. He left information with me and answered any questions I had. We are very happy with the product so far. We have enjoyed working with this considerate company.

We had Bath Fitter before, so we’re happy with them. This time, we had a shower installed. Everything went fine. They were very professional and what they said they were going to do, they did it all in one day. I rate them a 5.

I first heard about BathFitter through advertising. I had shower inserts installed. The experience with them went wonderful. They were really, really good people. I definitely recommend them. It was very pleasant.

My wife heard about Bath Fitter. We had the complete bathroom that was done back in the later part of the year. I don’t have any problems with it, and their people were fine. I would recommend it to a friend.

Well, when my husband was still alive, you see Bath Fitter commercials. I also had gone to I think the Home and Flower Show, saw the display and picked up a brochure. My husband’s health was getting bad and we were thinking about possibly doing the walk-in shower. But then, he passed away and so we didn’t do it. But then my mother moved in with me and she’s 88. I was thinking I only have one bathroom and I didn’t know how safe it was. So I was thinking for her safety and I’m getting older, too, I was going to call Bath Fitter. I had gone to a craft show and the guy was there. So I signed up for them to call me.

Well, I had some more family members come in and it started to get moldy and different things that were happening. I thought, “Well, I better do something.” I probably had seen advertisements at different times that they advertised. And so I thought, “Well, maybe that’s the way to go” because I had an old-tiled bathroom. The installer was fantastic. He was very good. And I’m very satisfied with it, very much so. I’ve already told people. I’ve shown them how nice it looks and everything. If anybody else wants them, yes, I would recommend it.

I heard about Bath Fitter through a friend of mine that usually does some work for me. I had my bathtub done a couple of months ago, about two or three months ago. That wasn’t very long. The experience went very well. I would recommend them. They did a wonderful job.

A girl I work with told me about Bath Fitter. She said they’re a little bit expensive but she did get the work that she wants. I had a tub. I had it taken out and a shower put in. I was surprised with the salesman when he said, “Yeah, they’ll come out and do it in a day.” And I said, “Yeah, sure, they will.” They came out and did it in a day. I was impressed the guy knew what the hell he was doing when he came out and put it in. It was good. I had a little problem 3 or 4 weeks after they installed it. I called them and they came out the next day and fixed it. No problem.

Bath Fitters is selling a product not a bathroom renovation. They want to wrap your bathroom in acrylic. They quoted me a price of $25,000 for 2 bathrooms. And that was not even a finished product. After they were done, I would still have to get a painter and an electrician to complete the job. I would not recommend to anyone. The person that came to my house was all about his commission. Buyer beware!

My first bathroom was done by Bath Fitter. We had seen it advertised and I think we got something in the mail. It had a discount coupon attached to it so we called to see how much it was. We thought that it was a little expensive but the guarantee sounded good so we thought we’d try it. My husband and I decided to go with them and we have been very pleased and it still looks like brand new. That’s why I decided to have my second bathroom done. It was great! They cleaned up well. I got what I was promised. I did recommend them to a friend.

We saw Bath Fitter at the mall and had them reline a new bathtub two months ago. Their sales rep was fine and courteous, and the installers cleaned up after themselves. Very good! I’d recommend them. I’d rate them high.

We talked about fixing the bathroom and my husband saw Bath Fitter at the mall and talked to them. They came and we talked with them. We had a new tub installed for him. Their people were very good. I would say we were happy with the tub and would recommend them.

This was a rental property that I had. I had a tub liner put in. Also the toilet and the pedestal sink were replaced a couple of months ago, 2 or 3 months ago. It all went fine. Everything was done as I was told it would be. Everything was great. The only thing that I didn’t like about Bath Fitter was that I thought it was a little more expensive than it should have been but I needed it done in a rush so I wasn’t trying to shop around too much. The other thing was that the tub liner was white but the toilet and the pedestal sink were not as white as the tub liner so it doesn’t really match. Those are the only two things that I really was not entirely happy with.

A couple of years before we had a man come here. We had seen an advertisement. I think it was in the mall. They came in and gave us an estimate. I think we just had a number that we called. We had the bath tub installed in January. Their people were fine. If I would need it done, I’d have them again. I think maybe my husband might recommend it to somebody.

I have two houses. I have one that I’ve moved out and one that I had. I have Bath Fitter since the first house. It must have been 4 or 5 years ago. I went back and got Bath Fitter in the second house last year. They’re very fine people. I would recommend them.

Had a great experience with Bath Fitter. I think it was kind of like in the middle of June when we had the installation done. There was a tub liner put in, I guess splash arts, something like wainscoting that comes up maybe four or five feet, new fixtures like shelves for shampoo and whatnot, conditioner, etc. Nothing too crazy. They came in and they got it done as quickly as they could and it seems like they did an excellent job. So no complaints really. It was good. In fact, just coincidentally, my 9-year-old niece, her friend from school’s dad happened to be the guy who installed it.

I saw Bath Fitter in the mall so I got a card. I had the tub and enclosure and the shower door done. It hadn’t been a year yet, sometime last winter. Had a very good experience doing business with them. It was great!

We used Bath Fitter to convert our modular tub-shower into a shower. We first checked the store in Knoxville and talked to David ** who was extremely helpful and arranged for a representative to call on us. Sales representative Jim ** called on us the following week. He was very knowledgeable and very precise in his measurements. He was very patient in answering our questions; also, he did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing. He helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. Jim spent about two hours with us. Sixteen days later Randy ** arrived at our home at 8:20 AM for our installation (he left at 6:00 PM). He removed our modular unit and installed our new shower in a fine professional manner. He answered all of our questions and explained the use and care of our new shower. Randy cleaned up so well that one could not tell a complete renovation had taken place.

I’ve heard about Bath Fitter on TV a lot and everything. And then my wife has Alzheimer’s and she had back surgery, hip replacement and everything, so took the tub out, put a big walk-in shower. She couldn’t get in and out of the tub and it seemed like the right thing to do. It worked out real good and it really helped my wife’s condition and everything else, so we’re satisfied with it. I didn’t have a problem with Bath Fitter. I’d recommend them.

We had the whole wall and tub done by Bath Fitter I think in February. It was great!! Very good experience. I have no complaints.

I heard about Bath Fitter on TV, the commercial. And the walls of my bath were deteriorating then, so I decided to remodel. It must have been six or eight months ago when I had my bathroom remodeled. Everything went fine. They were all very good, from the sales rep to the installation team.

Initially, we were very skeptical about using Bath Fitter systems and we went to see the product at their showroom. Much to our surprise, the product looked great and the quality was much better than we expected. Our experience with all of the Bath Fitter staff was excellent, from sales to installation. Every timeframe that was promised was met and always with a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. The installation took one day and we're very happy with the result. We recommend it highly. Not only does it look great, but we saved 50% on the project!!

I heard about Bath Fitter years ago, probably through word of mouth. I needed the tile replaced in my bathroom. And while I was doing it, I thought I might as well go ahead and get the tub to match. Once I got the tub and the tile in which I totally love, the toilet didn’t match so I had to get a new toilet too.

We were walking through the mall and Bath Fitter has been up there in the center of the mall. We’ve always looked at them and I said something to my husband because our bathtub was cracked and we were going to have to replace it. So we decided to try it. I knew the salesman so that went well except we don’t like the price so I don’t think I would recommend it. The price is so expensive but it’s nice. I mean, it’s really nice! And the guy that did the installation was very nice, very efficient. They took the bathtub out and put a shower in. It was done within the year.

My bathroom was leaking and I saw Bath Fitter on television. Had a fine experience working with the sales representative and the installers who came here less than six months ago. Very satisfactory.

We needed some remodeling done and I saw an ad in the paper on Bath Fitter, and I decided to go with them. I later realized that I made a mistake actually. I could’ve gotten it cheaper at another place. My experience with the sales representative and the installation team went well. But I would never recommend it. I paid, there’s way too much maintenance. I’m very disappointed.

My bathroom was old so I decided to remodel. I first saw Bath Fitter at a mall, during the holidays. They had a little display. I had a walk-in shower. It's not a tub, just a shower stall. I had an overlay. They basically put an insert into it. My interactions with the sales representative and the installers went very well. The experience was very easy. I would recommend them.

My husband is blind. I had to have a walk-in shower. And a friend of ours had one, had a Bath Fitter and solid tub in her house. The sales group was fine. The installation was okay but we had problems, meaning I had to have a plumber up the next day because by jarring, they removed everything and the pipes and then, I guess, the drain pipes got clogged. And then I bought a new shower rod, put it up, and it would not stay up. So they came up and I had to buy a shower rod from Bath Fitter, put it up. And I couldn’t get any flow out of the main showerhead. And they took that off and said that it was sediment and things like that. Everything worked fine before Bath Fitter. I don’t know if it was just the jarring of the pipes and everything but I had to have that done. And it was just kind of a pain for a while. I would give them a 3.

We had a whole new shower put in. The sales representative and the installation people were fine and very helpful. The shower is gorgeous and having it only be a mess for one day was wonderful. As long as it holds up to my hard water like they say it will, I will be eternally grateful.

We had no problem with Bath Fitter. We had a great experience with them. We had the wall surround. I didn’t have any issues. It all went smoothly.

The bathroom was 28 years old and the bath was too high for me to step over, and it was dangerous. And Bath Fitter had an advertisement in Southern Living and I saw the advertisement and I phoned them up. Actually, it probably was an ad in the Jacksonville Magazine. The experience was very good. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, made sure he had all the measurements correct, and the guy who fitted it was wonderful. He appeared at 9:00 and they were out by 4:00 as they’ve guaranteed. They took all their muck with them and did a superb job.

Bath Fitter did a great job and it was just what I expected. They all did a fine job… Actually it was better than I expected! I give them a 5.

My mom had gotten sick and she hired some guy who was supposed to be like a contractor, someone who would get to come and remove the garden tub and put in a full shower because she couldn’t climb the tub anymore. He didn’t do quite well. He did such a crappy job. I work in a full-time job so we just decided to go to BJ's one day and they have all this stuff setup there and said, “Here's our showroom. Take a look.” I was like, “Yes, I’ll go take a look at it.” That was a big mistake. It must have been $7,000.

I’ve done everything with Bath Fitter. I just got through putting down some bars in my shower and putting my floor down in the shower. I just moved here and I just came from South Carolina and they put me two showers down, walk-in showers. Put my tub out. Everything went good. I would recommend them. They’ve done an excellent job and the guys were good.

I had seen Bath Fitter on TV and my bathroom was old. This was my first Bath Fitter remodel. I made my purchase two or three months ago. The experience was all right. I rate them a five.

Where would you not hear about Bath Fitter? They’re all over the place. I had a tub/shower replaced with a full shower. I'm very happy with it. They did very well.

I’d give Bath Fitter a 5. The experience was good. This is not my personal home but as far as I know they’re working well.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied from the first meeting with the sales rep to the final installation. Everyone was on time and extremely helpful. We were told by the sales rep it would take 4-6 weeks for installation and we were notified after 3 weeks Bath Fitter was ready to install. The plumber arrived prior to installer, on time, worked fast and was gone in 30 minutes or so. Shortly thereafter the installer, Dominick, arrived. We were very satisfied with Dominick; he worked all day to do an expert job. It's showroom quality for sure! I would recommend Bath Fitter to everyone. From start to finish... excellent!

I had fallen and broke my hip and I was having problems getting in the tub. So we had off the bat doing this and my neighbor had done it by so I just decided it was time to get it done and I really like it. I had the tub taken out and a high walk-in shower put in. Bath Fitter just came all the way quick and had it done. I really like it and my wife likes it.

My husband and I absolutely love our new Bathroom. We live in Columbia, South Carolina. The entire process has been such a pleasure. We saw an ad on TV and decided to give Bath Fitter a call. The lady I spoke with was very nice and recommend that we go see the showroom for ourselves. We were greeted at the door by a very nice young man who answered all our questions and showed us around very patiently. While we were there we set up a time for the estimator to come to our home. After purchase we were called within a couple weeks to schedule our installation. Mr. Don came to our home and treated it like it was his own while he was working. He covered up all areas and left no mess what so ever. Since then we have received a call just checking on us and how we are enjoying our shower. I can not recommend Bath Fitter enough. Everyone was very polite and professional. We have showed all our guest our new shower, and hope to one day have our second Bathroom done by them also.

I had Bath Fitter install their bath unit. Though the job was done well, they did not deliver one of the fixtures as promised on delivery day. Several calls were made to re-schedule, to install a much needed handle for an 86 year old army vet., but they are always too busy to get it done. Mind you, they were paid in full for the services, and have yet to have the job done. Needless to say, I will not be giving them out as a reference if you want the job done completely on the specified date. To me they did not live up to the terms of the contract.

I had Bath Fitter put that thing in there and sold that condo immediately. I've never used it. I didn't have any experience with them. But I tell you it looked great and I'm sure it was fine, so I give them a 5.

I decided to renovate my bathroom and was debating between going through the traditional renovation process or trying something different like Bath Fitter. After asking for several estimates from different contractors I called Bath Fitter. They were there on time and the sales representative was very professional and he was able to answer all my questions. He offered a faster and simpler renovation process (3 days total). I decided to go with Bath Fitter. It was the best decision ever. Everything went as planned and my bathroom was done in three days. Very professional team. I am really enjoying my new shower. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

I had seen Bath Fitter's advertisements in magazines and heard about them for a long time. And we had a shower that had been re-colored and they don't last very long and had some really bad spots on the tile and we just decided to instead of having it re-colored again, to just go and have the shower replaced with Bath Fitter. It was our first remodel with them and everything went fine. I have no complaints about it at all. We needed a new look in there that was going to be permanent and easy to take care of. And we were pleased with the overall product.

I just went to a home show and I saw Bath Fitter down there and I liked it pretty well. I had a new shower put in. I had a tub and I couldn't get in it thoroughly and so they took it out and put a new shower in. It's been about two months, I guess, a month and a half. Sales rep and installation team were fine. They were real good and I like it very well. It looks good and they did a fine job and didn't make a mess or anything.

Several months ago I called Home Depot and I talked to a man who was there and he said they can go out and do this but he said that especially he had had Bath Fitter do his and he was real pleased with it. So I just went ahead and called Bath Fitter. I got just the bath. They took out the short bathtub I had and put in a new bathtub. My bathtub was rusting out and I put newer parts now and put in a shower. I didn't have a shower. I put down a deposit and in April they came and did it. It was April about 26th or 27th, somewhere in the end of that week. The sales guy was fine. No problems at all. As for the installation, only one man came. He said they only send one person. It's just a small bathroom and he did fine, and he cleaned everything up. There wasn't a shred of anything around.

We've got an old house that was built in 1978. The bath tub in it was heavy, big and ugly. We had it painted one time. I had it painted like gray but then the paint starts coming off. So now we got to do something. We were afraid. We didn't know how we're going to get that tub out and get the new stuff in. The Bath Fitter guy came and told us, 'We'll do that.' So they got it out. They fit in the new shower and we love it! It was great. The installation people were nice guys. They did a really good job. It was a wonderful experience.

To make a long story short. I called 11/12 regarding a crack in my tub. I was not able to locate my original paper work at that time. When the service guy came out he told me that unfortunately the Lifetime Warranty had started shortly after I had gotten my tub. I asked him to please call his Manager and see if there was anything they could do since the time frame was so close. He said that my tub could not be fixed but they would replace it and not charge me the labor. The estimate was $1,500. I said I could not afford, so he did nothing.

I made my remodel to refit my second bathroom so that it would be more accessible to my mom who was coming to visit and is handicapped. I had a regular tub/shower arrangement and I wanted a walk-in shower arrangement. I had heard that they did bathrooms at the rectory and I asked them who they used and someone who found out for me says they had used Bath Fitters. So that's how I came to call Bath Fitter to begin with. It was right about the first of May. Interaction with the sales rep went very well. The team was one guy and he was great and a little frustrated with waiting on the inspection folks to come to the city of Greensboro so that they can move past the first bit and finish. He's used to finishing everything in one day and it didn't work out that way because we sat around waiting for this inspection guy to show up.

I heard about Bath Fitter through ads on TV and also I went to a fair. They were at a fair type thing. The reason I remodeled was because I hated my tile bathroom. I had my shower enclosure and wall redone with their product. It was in, I believe, March or April. It's my first Bath Fitter remodel. Their installation and their product were absolutely what I wanted. I have a custom shower and it's really strange. You would almost have to see it to understand it but there's a lot of inside corners and outside corners. What they told me that they could do with it was really what sold the product more than anything. I would recommend them. It is a great product and the sales and installation people were very, very helpful.

I had just a tub. That was installed in early May. The sales rep was very good. I'm not sure that everything went perfectly with the installation. It's an old house from maybe the 1940s and it doesn't have particularly level floors and straight walls and stuff like that. So I was a little concerned about the meeting places where the tub would meet the floor and so on and I was kind of assured that ''Oh, this uses this wonderful cock and you'll never have anymore leakage.'' Because I have had leaking from the upstairs apartment to the downstairs apartment and that was what I was trying to solve.

Well, one of my friends got her tub done and I think she did hers about three years ago. I waited until I really needed to do mine. He was really nice and he gave me a price. He did a great job. And because he's done such a good job, when we went back to North Carolina, I had like a seat put in and it's a full shower. I had a seat put in so it's nice to be able to wash your feet, have a place for them. I like the idea that they form everything right outside and that's AMAZING! Both of the remodel has been this year.

Actually, we were at the air show last year in Winston and they had a booth out there. And whatever day it was, my wife was talking to him and picked up a card and told him we were interested in redoing our kids' bathrooms. Then we forgot about it for a while, and then we had a small leak under the house that was connected to the bathtub. So we figured that we need to go ahead and get it done. We still have the business card on the refrigerator and we called them up.

Nobody called to confirm installation. I took it upon myself to check since I requested time off from work. On the day of the installation, the installer called at 9am to say that he's picking up the shipment from Canada. I sincerely doubt that. I am sure a company does not sit and wait for a tub to be delivered on the day of the delivery. Since it's a standard size and gets cut around and fit/shaped on the premises. Installer put up some fuss over the old popcorn ceiling I had in the bathroom, but after a quick call to the company and my "take it all back" approach, I was able to clear the old ceiling in 5 mins, since it was nothing but dust anyway and came down with a swipe. In all fairness, the installer and his assistant were courteous after the initial bump and were very apologetic the entire day. They were clean, efficient, respectful of my home and could not be nicer or more professional for which I gave them a very generous gratuity.

Well, I had had an experience with another company, and I called them out and they showed me what they had to offer. And then I did a survey with Bath Fitters by way of BJ's. One of the associates down at BJ's had some information for Bath Fitters to come by. So then we engaged in a conversation with Bath Fitters, talked about the various bathrooms, and the most comfortable fit for us for perhaps the next five or six years was the work that we got done.

Well, we've wanted to remodel and I guess we've seen ads. Then we saw the booth and talked to the people about a year ago in a home show in Greensboro. They were nice people and we pretty much knew after we figured out what they could do. The salesman came by at 5 o'clock on Good Friday and he was willing to meet us then. He did that and we told him what we wanted. He started doing sales pitch and we told him, 'Don't worry about it. Here's what we want.' And so it took him no time at all when he got a price that we mutually agreed upon. And I mean it took all of maybe an hour at the most. It was quick and easy and they took the money upfront, so we were all happy.

A nice job was done. The bath/shower area is wonderful compared to what it was before. I will be honest and admit it is very expensive, but if they stand behind their work, then we'll be satisfied.

Estimate and sales service was great - professional and clear. Installer was nice, professional, neat and timely. There are only 2 problems. Color (ivory marble) was not the same as the sample brought to house. Actual install of that was much deeper in color (very yellowish) which made me change the color for the last/3rd bathroom (clash problem). The install of the first bathroom at the section by the faucets began to bow out (convex in appearance) shortly after the install. The installer came back promptly to fix (by "bracing") but within 2 days, it bowed out again; He came back yesterday (re-glue and re-brace - I think; I wasn't home, my son was) and we will see how that turns out/works. I hope it does!

They are top-rate and first class and I have already recommended it to friends of mine.

I got a tub liner from Bath Fitter because ripping out the tub and replacing it was not an option. I bought my house in 2010, and the prior owner had replaced the bathroom tiles around the tub and the tile floor, so those were (and still are) in great condition. However, he did not replace the cast iron tub that has probably been in this house since the 50’s. The tub started getting rust stains, and then the finish started peeling off. I got the tub refinished (total waste of money because that lasted about a month before chipping away).

We decided to remodel. We bought a home that had this crappy looking bathtub in it that we wouldn't be using. There was a home show and we went and talked to a bunch of different installers and we liked the product that Bath Fitter had in there. We saw that Bath Fitter did a tub to shower conversion. They came and looked it all over and said the conversion could be done so we decided to do it and the guy that came in to do it did a remarkable job. That was six to eight weeks ago. It was very good. We had no problems at all.

What impressed me the most was the tub surround, the shower surround where the surround has no seams and nothing. That really was what prompted us to go ahead and do it. There has been no problem so far. It's not hard to maintain or anything. I could not ask for better service and the team that put it in. I highly recommend him. He was very clean. He's the kind of contractor or a person you would need to do some of this work if you ever had to hire someone.

I had been considering bathtub removal with replacement of walk-in shower for a couple of years. Spoke to a home remodeler, who was totally resistant to the idea due to the bathroom window he did not want to deal with. At an RV show, I saw a Bath Fitter booth with models and arranged for in-home visit, and bid with no obligation. I liked the estimator's no pressure approach. I liked having choices of colors, textures, fixtures with real samples available. I liked receiving the actual price estimate immediately. I liked having the option to cancel if I changed my mind.

We had Bath Fitter install a walk-in shower a year and a half ago. I had a new replacement so we thought that it would be more convenient, and as we get older, much more convenient, so we decided to do that. My interaction with them was wonderful. The sales representative seemed knowledgeable and answered my questions. And on the day of the installation, the installers cleaned up. They did everything we asked. They were very, very helpful. And I would refer them anytime. And they have come back since to put in a rain shower head. It's an awesome experience!

Bath Fitter ripped me off. The salesman told me that they would replace my old galvanized pipes, but somehow forgot to mention it in the contract. I signed it and didn't notice he conveniently left it out. The plumber put in the new bathtub faucet and added the copper fittings to the old rusted galvanized pipe. I couldn't believe my eyes: $3,700 for the job, and I didn't even get new copper pipes. I called the salesman and he denied the whole thing. The manager wouldn't return my call. Maybe the Better Business Bureau will get a more honest explanation. Moral of the story: read every line of the contract and get them to explain how they plan to handle your old pipes.

I wanted to remodel because we bought this house since 1986 (that's a good reason to remodel the bath). So we hired Bath Fitter to install a shower (6 weeks ago) and they were very professional. We're done in one day. In and out clean. No problem.

I met Bath Fitter at a trade show in 2008 and was very impressed with their product. My bathroom surround was really bad and I have no idea what the prior owner tried to do to the ceiling above the tub. Bath Fitter came to my rescue and what a difference, it still looks Brand New. I normally never take the time to post reviews on website but felt obligated in this circumstance. The true test of an organization is how they treat you when things don't go as planned. I am pleased to report that Bath Fitter treated me like I was their only customer when we ran into some problems. They ended up sending over three additional installers to handle the unforeseen issues and complete my job on time. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and we love it, already recommended to family and friends.

We had a basement shower that really was not a real shower, i.e. concrete, exposed pipes, cold, ugly. In one day, Bath Fitter came in and turned it into the best shower in the house! My husband and I are now saving for the one upstairs. Well done!

I got 2 bathrooms from Bath Fitter 4 or 5 years ago. That was 2 showers. I also have the shower head and a couple of hand grips. They took the tub out and smashed it up and took it out and put the shower surround in. That was 5 years ago. We had it done because we got sick of climbing in and climbing out of the tub. I'm 75 so I was probably 70 at the time. It's a good thing I did because 3 weeks ago I got out of the hospital after a 7 months' stay. It's absolutely been helpful having the shower instead.

I had my tub covered and I had a cover for all the tubs about 2 months ago. I chose Bath Fitter because I thought they did a good job on my sister's that she had a couple of years ago. And I'd say they did a great job with mine too. The guy who installed was just very nice and I've not given him enough compliments. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

We purchased the walk-in shower. It has got a seat in it too. It was back in I think around March. The reason why we put the walk-in shower is because my wife has arthritis real bad and she was having trouble getting in and out of the tub so we decided to tear the tub out for a walk-in shower which she loves. My experience with Bath Fitter... so far so good. We went to a home show and they were there. It's time to get rid of the old one, so we got a tub and a shower and wall surround about 2 and a half weeks ago. The installation was a long time period. They came in in the morning, and they left at probably 8 o'clock at night. They cleaned ok, but I think they could've done a little bit better. When they cut the other one to get it out of there, they kinda left it all over the place. It was fine 'cause we finished cleaning the rest of it. Overall, it was a different experience, very different.

About a month ago, we hired Bath Fitter to install a walk-in shower, and they did everything at the top. They have great reputation and they take care of business if anything goes wrong. They did an excellent job and I'd recommend them to the highest.

I'm completely satisfied with Bath Fitter. Last May we took the tub out and put in the shower with the seat plus sliding doors. We had this done as my wife was having trouble stepping over the tub (about a year and a half ago she had a complete knee operation). We wanted something safer than that.

And then my daughter came at the same time and we talked, 'Oh, let's not put off,' for we're putting off a long time, and said, 'let's call them and see.' Since I called, the man said he would be available in the evening, which was a good thing because usually it said in a week's time or so, maybe I'll call somebody else. He came and we got things moving. We had no problems with the installation. It was eventful and it was a pleasant encounter.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter about six weeks ago. The salesperson was good. He answered all my questions and was helpful also and we're enjoying the shower. They did an excellent job. They worked with me and made sure I was happy. It's a large shower and it's working really well.

My husband is recovering from surgery. I knew we had to have our shower redone anyway and it was just one of those things that we kept putting off. And then when my husband had the emergency surgery, I knew that he needed to have a place to sit down and all that, so I went ahead. Now the reason I chose Bath Fitter is because a few years ago they did my bathroom with the tub overlay and the surround. So I knew that they do quality work and I believe they also did one for the people across the street which is how we knew that it was a good product. And I've been very happy with my bath tub.

We were getting ready to sell our house and the tiles cracked. We had some leakage that was getting into the wall there. It was time to do something and I just keep my eye on it. We chose Bath Fitter because they would do the walls. I don't know if other comes to do that. Also, they have their own people working so I didn't go any further with some contractors.

I heard about Bath Fitter at a festival. We have had a mixture of both tubs and showers done. The first one was a year ago this coming August. The other two, within the last 3 months. We had them done because ours was 30 years old. The salesman was awesome. He was great. All of the installers were good. Thing 1 and thing 2 were great. Thing 3 wasn't as good, but he still did the job. He came back and did what he was supposed to do. They look great. They're exactly what I wanted. Bath Fitter did an excellent job! Above and beyond what I expected!

I made an appointment two weeks ago. Bath Fitter picked the day and time (1PM on May 23). On that day, I received a courtesy call at 8:15AM confirming the appointment. That was nice. So I took off to run errands until 1PM. However, when I returned at noon, I found two voicemails (the first at 9:30) canceling the appointment because of an emergency. I adjusted my time today, to include canceling a lunch date, for this appointment. This is definitely not a positive way to begin a business relationship. If a company can't keep the initial appointment, what's to be expected later on? I'm not impressed and won't do business with this company to avoid future aggravations. I may be picky, but I expect topnotch service from beginning to end when you're dealing in thousands of dollars. Sorry Bath Fitter, I gave you a chance and you blew it.

I was getting ready to paint and just decided to put in a new tub while we're getting ready to remodel probably like a month ago or so, so we did that. I thought it was good. Everything went well. We have one little experience where they had ordered the wrong tub, but other than that everything was good. I didn't have any problems.

We decided to replace our bath tub because it was like 20 years old. My husband said he didn't have the time, he really didn't know what to expect and how to take the bathtub that we had out. Then we happened to be on a fair and Bath Fitter had a display set up. We talked to the guy and got his number. The man came out and just demonstrated it and showed us what we were going to get and how it worked. Then we went by to the showroom in Charlotte and looked at the bath we want. It was like set up. That's when we decided on it.

About three to four weeks ago, we installed a tub and shower enclosure. We just saw Bath Fitter in commercials and stuff like that. My dad had got it done before he passed away, and he was happy that's why we decided to go with Bath Fitter. Actually, they were more expensive than everybody else, but we decided to go with them.

Our old shower stall was leaking and that was the sign that it is time to remodel. It was along the first week of April when I purchased the shower stall. My wife and I both dealt with the salesperson and he's a typical sales guy. He was fine other than the fact that he mismeasured and he ordered the wrong sides enclosure, which put our installation off about a week. But then it all got made right. Bath Fitter did order the right size. They did come back. They did install it and we're happy with the product.

We were in BJ's and Bath Fitter was there. They had a model there so it was what we saw and thought, 'Well, we'll try this' because we just had a shower, and we wanted a tub and shower in our master bath. Then the salesman that came to us was very knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed. We had the tub installed about a month ago, and the installer got it done in one day. It was a good experience. We didn't have any issues and it was beautiful, so no problems. It's the easiest thing I've done. It was wonderful.

Bath Fitter converted a tub to a shower about a year or nine months ago. I have heard about them on the TV and stuff. Without going for the contractor or redoing the whole thing, I thought it would be slightly cheaper to do the Bath Fitter. It was still expensive, but I guess just convenience.

My tub was old and I had to replace it. I was to either go with a new shower or a new tub. I wanted somebody that specializes in doing remodels for bathrooms and not just a carpenter of all trades. Since Bath Fitter came recommended by my sister-in-law, who had her bathroom done by Bath Fitter a few years ago, I decided to order a new tub from them sometime in February, around Valentine's day.

I had a little bit of a funny experience. I live in an older house and I had a cast iron tub (not one of the clawfooted ones but one of the flatter ones in a 1950/1940 house). I did three estimates with three different companies, basically the same thing. Lowe's is one of them. Home Depot is one of them. Then there was funny company and then Bath Fitter. Bath Fitter sits in $2,000 less than all these other companies. We're talking about Home Depot and Lowe's, and the product was much better. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and showed me different options from what I was thinking.

My mother and stepfather are living with me, and because of aging, they couldn't get their legs over the edge of the bath tub. We've been wanting to take the factory out of our bathroom and put something else in there, but we weren't having any luck with the stuff that was needed to do just that. One time, we just happen to be watching TV and the ad for Bath Fitter. We went to their webpage, went over everything, and sent them an email for consultation. We did that Friday or Saturday night, and by Monday night, we already had an appointment.

Then it was first class folks who came out about a month ago and installed the two showers, cleaned up, left, and they didn't have to come back. That's what I appreciated. I've already recommended Bath Fitter to anybody who needs that type of service. It's just very pleasant.

We've bought a house and it had a tub. We wanted to have a shower that we didn't have to step up in, so we contacted Bath Fitter. I had used them before. I had a grandaunt that had a house and bathroom that needed redoing and this time I didn't know anybody, and I know what I had heard was all good so we had them do it. The installers came a month ago, but I didn't actually get to see them; my husband was here when all that went on and it looked very good. It's quick and easy and nice work.

We've been in the house for 35 years and we had a bathtub but decided to replace it. I had a good friend that had used Bath Fitter and he was satisfied that's why we chose them. We've also seen some ads in the paper. We went to Lutherville location and looked at the display and picked out what we wanted. The salesperson happened to live probably 6 or 8 miles from us. She was very good and so we decided we'd go that route. We made the deal, he came and measured. And the installer (a young man by the name of Brad) came and put in a walk in shower 3 or 4 weeks ago. It took approximately 3 days to do it and we were satisfied with the installation. Everything went according to schedule. The people we dealt with were very good and so far so good. It's a satisfactory experience.

A house in the neighborhood had a Bath Fitter sign behind us and then my wife had seen it on TV on the news, and there you go, then she called. We just decided we wanted to get a shower because at our age it's getting hard to get in and out of the tub, and then we'd redone the other bathroom with a tub. It's been a couple of months now since we had that done. As far as the installer, he was this young man who was very nice, did a very good job and so far we've been very well satisfied. It was pretty neat to see it getting done and we're very happy with it.

We bought a shower enclosure about three months ago. I had no problems with the installation person. I do have a problem though with the salesperson; he lied to me but I did not make an issue of it. It was supposed to be a seamless assembly and it's not seamless. They had to put a seam all away around the top and the sides. So it really was false advertisement, at least an hour application it was. They were supposed to be the best in the industry that's why we went with them. I'm very disappointed with the sales staff but very happy with the quality of the installation.

We knew some folks who had used Bath Fitter in the past and once the salesman came to us, we were very pleased with him and certainly were pleased with all of the work they did for us. They took out the tub and put in a shower the end of March this year. The installers cleaned up after themselves. We've had nothing to do. It's great. We love it.

We were out Christmas shopping in Hanes mall in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bath Fitter had a tub sitting out there. We talked to the guy and he said, 'I tell you what, we'll call you in January.' Then they called and set up an appointment. The guy's name escaped me but he was very nice, very informative and I was pleased with the presentation and everything.

Terrible experience. I will not do business with this company! No one showed up for appointment and no one contacted us. Good luck.

We had a bathtub and shower replaced by Bath Fitters. The initial experience was good; however, they installed the wrong molding on the shower door 2 times over the past 2 months whereby the shower still leaks. We have tried several times to contact them to correct this problem with no response. During the second attempt to fix the problem, the installer told us that he mentioned to the salesperson that the molding was not the correct molding to use for our particular shower door. However, they installed it anyway.

We had a tub replaced with a shower about 2 months ago. Everything they did was superb. We're very satisfied with it.

Last January we had a tub put in and the whole bathroom done by Bath Fitter. They covered the ceramic tile that was on the walls and then they surrounded the tub all the way up to the ceiling and new sliding doors and everything. We'd been in our house almost 45 years and we wanted to have a new tub, because we had the ceramic tile with the caulking and I just didn't like the way it was looking anymore. We were pleased with the price and so we decided to go with them.

Beware - if it sounds too good to be true, it absolutely is not, good that is! In the past month, we had a reputable plumber and carpenter tear out Bath Fitter’s product that had leaked causing mildew and rot. We found there was no lip on the tub to prevent leaking down all areas of the tub insert. We found that in order to hold the side walls, a thin piece of plywood had been attached to the studs and then double-sided sticky tape was used to adhere the shower walls to this piece of plywood. Consequently, once the tape became damp, it no longer held anything so the walls became loose.

We went to a show and of the two we saw at that place, we like Bath Fitter better. We've been planning it for a while. We got a shower from them about 30 days ago. They salesperson and the installer were both good. The installation guy was especially good. Actually, he did a little bit different than we had planned on. The way he did was better than the original plan. It was a very good experience.

I heard about Bath Fitter when I went to a seminar in Greenville and I talked to them and they called me back. The salesperson talked to me about it and showed me all these stuff and told me what they were going to do. Then last night the man came and put the shower in in one day and he didn't take long to do it. He answered all of my questions and cleaned up properly when they were finished. Well, I enjoy my bath tub and there wasn't much of a problem.

I have done all the other upgrades in my house and I had already checked into doing different things in the bathroom, but they easily would have taken my bathroom out of commission for a while because I only have one bathroom. I looked into sealing the bathtub and they weren't able to do that because of how close the cabinet was to it. I had a pink tile on there. It was so like 1935. Then I went to a Pet Expo in February. There was a saleswoman there that was very helpful and offered me coupon so I started thinking about it. I had a bid on it before but I thought it was closer to Bath Fitter. I had both of them do a bid probably ten years ago but just because I got the coupons and saw the finished product, it was just time in my life to do it.

I'm old and it just made me nervous everytime I try to get in the tub and out. I couldn't sit in the tub anyway. I might as well do it so that when I get in the wheelchair whoever has to push me in there, that will be that large. So I had the shower put in. We are still pleased with it. We learned about them when we went to the showroom. We had had someone else out and then we were impressed with Bath Fitter's product. The people that we dealt within the office were very upront and very nice and very polite. The gentleman that installed the Bath Fitter, James, was right upront, did a wonderful job, tried to please us. Everything went well. I have recommended it to several people. Very good quality.

I had a very positive experience all around right from the salesman through to the installer and follow up service. I had a shower put in, just coming on to a month. I went to a home and patio show and there were a couple of outfits presenting what I wanted, then I chose Bath Fitter. They are trustworthy, efficient, and extremely professional.

Bath Fitter came and put in a shower with a seat in it 'cause I'm handicapped, and I've got glass doors to hold on to. I just got it and started using it last week. I like it very much. It's really nice. They made the bathroom look bigger. It's just what I needed for a long time. One man came 2 days and worked on it. He was real good and left it nice and clean when he got through, worked real hard getting it fixed up.

My tub shower was a little old so I decided to contact Bath Fitter to have a new shower installed. The process went fast. It was really easy to do. Ordering was easy and the guy that came to install it was very pleasant. He cleaned everything up. He answered the few questions we had. We had some cleaning questions - how to take care of it - he answered all those and gave us information about what cleaners and things to use. It's a very good experience. When it's time to do the other bathroom, we'll probably go to Bath Fitter again.

We have a mobile home - an old one. My father, who just recently passed in December, had contracted Agent Orange so we had to remodel the bathroom for him to be able to get in and out. And the other bathroom was just getting too small for our household. The bathrooms have been there since we bought the house. My father had been working around and he had to shop around. One of the bathrooms was actually to be done through the VA, and Bath Fitter had the best pricing and the best estimate. They came within what we wanted because the VA would do one bathroom, but nobody would do the second bathroom. They were the first one to say they can do both bathrooms, where the charge for the VA for the one bathroom had to be good. Then Bath Fitter gave my father an excellent deal. He got two bathrooms done for less than $5000.

I contracted Bath Fitter to remodel a tub. It has been in the house for 40 years and it was pink. I also got shelves. I decided to go with Bath Fitter because they were the best solution for what I did. I didn't want to change the tub. I want to use the same tub that was there and they supplied that. I had a friend that did the same thing earlier. So, they said it was good. I did it and I got $50 for volunteering my information. They were all very professional. The installers came and did their job. Everything was great and they were clean. I enjoyed their company. They did everything excellent.

We were already having a lot of issues in our bathroom so we decided it was time to remodel. Trying to keep the tiles clean was difficult and there was a leak in between the grouting; the water was leaking to the basement. The sales team that came to my house was fantastic and the gentleman that came to install it was a complete professional. He answered any questions I had. They were very thorough and easy to work with. Fineliness to everything.

We've been thinking of remodeling for quite some time now. We noticed that a crack was starting on our original tub, which was put in when the house was built back in the 70's. It was also starting to form pits in a couple of places and our walls were also caving in. Apparently, there was water leakage behind it and there was no way of getting in to see what was wrong. About a year and a half ago, I purchased a shower from them along with a soap dispenser. It was a great experience. I ordered it and it was done in one day. I was very happy with it. I'd give it 100%. Excellent.

I got a Bath Fitter flyer in the mail and thought that they were interesting. They were guaranteeing me a tub that would last more than the years I lived in my home. My own tub had a crack in it since it's pretty old so I figured it needed to be replaced. Bath Fitter explained everything to me, and I thought they were a qualified place to get a good tub from. So about 4 or 5 months ago, just right after Christmas, I purchased a tub and shower combination from them. I didn't get any other finishing touches except the shelves that came built-in with it. The guy that came over to install it was very neat and did the work in the time I was told it would be done - in a day. He had a problem that concerned him a little but he figured it out. He was also telling me what he would do before doing it. It was an excellent experience, and it was good for me. I would recommend them to anybody.

We found that it would be less expensive than tile. And my mother-in-law had done Bath Fitter and she was very happy with it. So like a month ago, we had them install a corner shower and the corner shelves. It's something that we'd wanted to do for a long time and we were finally able to do it. And it looks great. They were very nice and answered all the questions we had. The installer was very nice and everything was very quick and easy, so we were very happy with that.

I filled out an online request to be contacted, which they did that evening. I gave the man all my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Wonderful! But then, he passed me onto someone else to confirm the appointment and that man insisted that my husband be present. Bath Fitter has lost me as a prospective customer. I will be making the choice of style and material. I will be paying the bill (cash). My husband does not have to be involved nor does he want to be. He is agreeable to whatever I select. For Pete's sake, I have purchased a car without my husband being involved. This is merely a tub liner. Bath Fitter better learn to respect women and learn to work with them. I'm boycotting Bath Fitter. Please join me.

We ordered a shower stall. The rep measured the old one several times before putting in the order. We were told 4-6 weeks before we would have it in. 8 weeks later, we received a call to schedule install. 4 weeks later, the new shower stall was installed. We had completely removed the old stall and the entire bathroom was renovated so the new stall had nothing in the room so that the work people could easily install. We used the new stall and looking at it, you didn't realize that the stall was much smaller than the old one. If you bent over, the door flew open.

Product is expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. We have been using the shower for several months now. It's so easy to clean, no "soft" spots in the floor. The chrome fixtures are obviously quality. This has been a lifetime investment - so pleased.

We are really enjoying our walk-in shower. I only met two of the Bath Fitters' employees, the sales representative and the installer, and both were terrific. They were professional but personable. Everything was explained clearly, including what to expect. The installation went smoothly, even though we were replacing a very old bath tub, wall tile and drain problems. The installer took extreme care when transporting the material (upstairs) and wasted no time transforming the old outdated bathroom into a convenient and visually pleasing place. I would certainly recommend Bath Fitters. It was worth the cost!

It's been two or three months now since Bath Fitter installed a tub with a shower in it and the surround that goes on the wall, plus a corner shelf unit. My wife said our old bathroom was ugly, and it was. It was very stained no matter what we did (an atomic bomb when you got that thing). Anyway, it was time.

I submitted an online request to be contacted. Someone called twice but did not leave a message, so I phoned them back. After giving all of my information, I was transferred to someone else to confirm the appointment. In reality, it was another attempt to make certain my husband would be available for the appointment. Bath Fitter canceled the appointment when I said he would not be there. Too bad because it so happens I make 100% of the money and 100% of the financial decisions in the family. I don't need their special financing package and I was ready to get it done! It's clear they are only interested in the sale, not the customer. We wouldn't have a new HVAC unit, water heater, garage door, etc. if other companies treated me the same way!

We moved in this house this year. This house was built in 1960 and it still had the original bathtub. It was never really a shower, so we wanted to convert it to a bathtub/shower combo. Also, it was pink, which my husband hates. So we were thinking of either painting it, but then there was no wall - there was just wallpaper... They were out of this world! It was very good.

So we signed up to have a salesperson come out and give us the old sales pitch; this was in August. He came out and gave us the dog and pony show which was fine. We found that we could replace our 1960s tub that when you used the shower, the tub faucet still poured out water. It was supposed to be a two-day process. On the first day, a plumber came and replaced the old faucets and any piping that needed to be replaced and put up the new wall board which went very well and was done in just a few hours.

When stuff get where you can't clean it, you need to do something about it and you do the best you can. We're both getting older and we both need something convenient. So, sometime in February, we had Bath Fitter put in two showers for us. We had considered Jacuzzi Walk-In (in a magazine), but then we decided to go with Bath Fitter because we've seen so many commercials on it locally, in our local television.

I have a huge Jacuzzi that I can't seem to get the jets cleaned properly, and I eventually got tired of messing with it. When I saw an advertisement from Bath Fitter, I decided to call them and was impressed with what they showed me in terms of their track record in fixing bathroom problems. I ended up ordering a tub from them about a month ago. Ordering was a fairly easy process, and I was able to pick the materials I wanted and needed. The installer that came to my house (I think his name was Jeffrey) was very nice. He was accommodating and answered any questions I had. He worked hard and made sure everything was done as I wanted. He also made sure that everything was clean before he left. I was very pleased and could not ask for more. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We initially had some work done on the shower so all the old tiles were busted open in order to get the fixtures out. There was no way we could have matched the old tiles so it seemed like a great option to fit everything with what Bath Fitter would do for us.
