I had one bathtub and one shower installed about 2 1/2 years ago by Bath Fitter. The bathtub and shower that we just put into our other house has been about maybe a month or two. I love it! Bath Fitter did an excellent job. Their sales rep is very knowledgeable, easy to contact and very professional while the installers explained and cleaned up everything. We didn't have to do anything. There was not a scrap left anywhere. We're very pleased with it! We've not had any problems with the other one we've had for 2 1/2 years. And Ron **, the one that installed it, you couldn't ask for a better installer. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Bath Fitter replaced my tub and shower sometime in the last two months and I like it so far. They seem to have a good follow-up. Jon, the rep, knows all about his product. He and the installer suggested ways to do it. They put their heads together and came up with the best way to do it and they did it well. If all the other people I dealt with were like them, this world would be a lot better.

My brother got tired of fixing the bathroom for me so he got me Bath Fitter. They did the pipes and new walls and the shower head. I love it! I especially like that you can set your hot water. The little knob in there turns the water to the temperature you want. I just hop in there and it's all nice and hot and warm. I don't have to adjust anything. The Bath Fitter people were very nice. I like them and the installer was a good caulker. He was quick and all by himself. I was impressed.

We had Bath Fitter refitted our second bathroom to make it a shower instead of a bathtub. They did a good job. The sales rep told me what he was doing before he did it and told me what needed to be done. And throughout the whole process, he said if I wanted to look in and if I had any questions to ask them and after that once he finished, he came in and taught me how to maintain the side of the showers and what chemicals to use and other than that. He did a very very good job. Bath Fitter does excellent work and hire the best qualified people to do the job.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter as they have a lifetime warranty. They were here on the dates they said they would be and did exactly what they said they would do. When I called, the receptionist was extremely polite and courteous and the sales representative was extremely thorough and polite, very businesslike and professional. The installer was super. He exceeded expectations. They were prompt. I watched them install it and it's extremely stronger and more durable than anything I could buy off a warehouse, at Lowe's or Home Depot. I would tell anybody that was interested or any future customer about my experience. It's refreshing to see that there's still some in the world that are what they say they are.

Bath Fitter did a great job for us. I used to hear the advertisement on radio. We talked to people and some people tried it and liked it so we went ahead and were rewarded for it. They put in a new shower in the basement. It's a beautiful work of art. A gentleman came out and we told him what we wanted and he said he recommended a carpenter to come in and make some operations and then when that was done, a lady came back and the guy came out and installed it. He was late coming in the morning because of the storm but once he came he stayed here to about 9 o'clock at night to finish it up. The people who came were knowledgeable, explained to us what was going on and were polite and clean and gentlemen.

We have a rental property and I asked our plumber about a problem we had there. He said he could do it but he said, "Maybe you want to talk to Bath Fitter." I went off on his recommendation. The tub area was done, a new bathtub and the whole area around it. It was some time last year in February. My granddaughter was moving into the townhouse and the tub needed some drastic work done on it so I had it put in just before she moved in. The sales representatives were very knowledgeable. The installation team had mats on the floor and didn't walk on my other carpeting at all, all the way up to the bathroom and they cleaned up. They were very neat, very careful coming in so they didn't mark any walls carrying stuff in. I was very pleased with the work they did. I didn't have to do anything behind them. I had my other two estimates come out and Bath Fitter came out and all the information that they gave me was very professional and informing - with pictures, their presentation and a sit down at the table, go to the book, that was my deciding factor.
I had it done before Thanksgiving, and I LOVE it! The two guys that installed it did a BEAUTIFUL job and they hardly made any mess at all. They had to take out a complete fiberglass tub and walls around. I was surprised that the least amount of dust and mass and then they were able to haul the whole tub out in one piece, so I was quite impressed. Now I had a friend that had two of her bathrooms done with it and she was really pleased with them also. :)

I've learned about Bath Fitter down in Elyria Mall, a midway mall. I've always wanted to have my bathroom remodeled, the tub taken out, 'cause I have a problem getting in and out. So Bath Fitter made it up so far from my shower, up so far from the floor that I can walk into it better. And I really, really, really like it. It's helped me a lot because otherwise it would be very hard for me to get in and out. I can't get in a tub because I could not get up if I got into a tub. I have a problem and I have MS so it's hard for me to do things sometimes. They really did a good job. So I can't say no more about it except I love it. It really helps me a lot. They did such a good job 'cause they didn't put it up too high and I can lift my foot and get into it better.
It's really been a blessing for me. And I don't mind getting in trying to clean up because we have another shower but the other shower is harder for me to get into, that's why we made up our mind to get one for the other bathroom so that way it's easier for me. And I appreciate it very much. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody because they do what you want them to do and they did what I wanted them to do and that was important to me, with my condition. It works really good.

We had the bathtub covered and the surrounding tile because it was green. The salesman could have been more thorough because after I’ve made a deposit with Bath Fitter, I found another store that just happened to pop up in front of me that had a much larger selection of tiles, surround. I would have gone with them had I seen it first. The Bath Fitter tiles were very dated looking. It’s shiny and looks like an artificial tile although it certainly was an improvement over the original 40 years ago. Very few people use a high, shiny tile anymore. The only difference is they enlarged the tile. It’s a 10-inch tile with an attractive, narrow tile within it that looks like it had been inserted. But nevertheless, it still is acrylic looking. But the other organization had a tile on the wall that was variegated and flat finished and it looks more like the real tile that you could get in a tile company. That bothered me. To the point where I even considered calling and having my $700 deposit perhaps returned. I didn’t really want to do that.
And I have to call Bath Fitter because one part of the tub squeaks and they reminded me that’s what I need to do. I also noticed that there is some residue on the right angle between the tub side and the tile floor. It looks like I’m going to have to scrape that up. That’s not something I want to do at 75 years old but certainly, I can feel it is. That should have been meticulously addressed. But they did a good job and were courteous (they did the handrail for me). I would recommend Bath Fitter, but I would appreciate an extended wall tile product line in keeping up with competition especially right now.

We had Bath Fitter come in and do the walls of one of our bathrooms 2 years ago and we really liked the results, so we decided that instead of waiting until there was a problem with the tile in the second bathroom, we will go ahead and be proactive and have them do that one too. The Bath Fitter team was always very nice, very respectful of our home. They were great. When they came in to do the installation, they put down drop cloths the whole way, from the front door to the bathroom. It was very well done. Bath Fitter is a wonderful company! We had a very special circumstance. We had sunken tubs and had gotten some really high estimates from people that wanted to help us out and put regular tubs in there. Bath Fitter came in with a very elegant and very simple solution to the problem, and much cheaper. They are able to solve what I considered a major problem. It worked out real well. We had remodeled our other bathroom, our larger bathroom, ourselves so we knew what questions to ask. We knew we didn’t want to do it again ourselves.
From start of the installation until the finish, it took them about 6 hours at the most. One guy came first in the morning and did the electrical part. And then the other gentleman came and did the rest of it. And so it was just one guy doing the whole thing and he did a marvelous job! And the cleanup was done well. They draped the steps and everything. They met up to my expectations. It was just easy and didn’t take them that long to finish. They were very thorough and worked without chit chat or anything. On November 22, 2013 Rob **, your installer, came to our home to install our tub liner, tub surround and ceiling. This young man was a pleasure to have in our home, and his work ethics were a great representation of your company. If all of your installers are reflective of Rob, you are one lucky company. Rob was hard working. I don't think he ever took a break, and was conscientious to a fault about cleaning up after himself. His detail to his workmanship was the best I have seen in a long time.
We have both been in the customer service industry, and we always made sure our work was what we ourselves would do in our own home, and Rob treated us exactly like that. He did everything we would do if we were still working, and you can see it in his attention to the small details. These are the details that will make us recommend your company to anyone who is even thinking of having work done. I wanted to let you and Matt know that your installer did your company proud. If all of your other installers are like Rob, you are one very fortunate company. We are extremely pleased with the results of our installation and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. I had a wonderful experience with Bath Fitter. The reason I got my walk-in shower was I was fixing to have a complete knee replacement and when the man came to talk to me about it, I told him it was just about 2 weeks while I was going to the hospital. He said “Oh wonderful, I will just put on here that this medically needs to be done really quick.” So they came the next week. One man came and he put in my shower. It took him about a day and a half but it’s beautiful.
Then I went to have my knee replacement. When you have a knee replacement you cannot lift your leg above about 4 or 5 inches. So there is no way I can get into a tub. I was able to come home and sit on my little chair. The man fixed my tools and everything that I pulled up by in my little shelf so I can sit on my chair and reach them. I’ve been back from the hospital now 5 or 6 weeks and I’ve taken a shower every day especially when I use the hot water on my big scar… ooh, it’s good! I’m very pleased with it. Everything was wonderful!
I had one little follow up by the man that put it. It wasn’t drained very well. He came right out in about one hour and fixed that. So everything was good. I have no complaints whatsoever. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The Bath Fitter sales guy who sold it to us and came out was awesome. Apparently first time ever in their history of doing it they actually had a tub that leaked and it fell through my ceiling. I had an upstairs/downstairs house. The first time they called because we didn’t know it had a leak yet, I just praised them because they were awesome. The thing I’m disappointed about now is it just seems to have taken them a little longer to get back. They’ve always fixed it, but this time it was “We will return the call.” Well then I had to return the call. Then now they kept telling us the manager Matt would contact me. I’ve never heard from Matt. But I will say the positive is the sheetrock guy has contacted us. But nobody has called about this one leak yet. I thought “Well this is a lot of money. I’ve had one leak and now nobody’s even checking on me.”
I know this is an accident but they charged me the second time, but I was okay with that because we all make mistakes. But they didn’t refund it right away. We had to call the second time. It didn’t come out of my credit card for almost another whole week later and the lady said, “Oh I thought they did it. I thought Matt…” That’s what kind of upset me a little bit. Every bit of it and now you charge me again. If I think that it was your fault the tub leaked, I would’ve called back and said, “Ma’am I just want to make sure you got your credit.” And I never did get it. I finally have gotten it now but my husband had to make another phone call to get it a week later. But I don’t want to chase them down to make amends. They just need to do it. Then the sheetrock guy said, “I’ll be by this weekend to see how big of a job it is.” Guess what? He wasn’t by this weekend and my husband already took off Thursday and Friday hoping that’s when he’s going to fix it. We don’t know at this point whether he’s going to fix it Thursday or Friday.

The cost was more than what we can afford right now but I told them I would keep them in mind for the future. I started getting phone calls from the local company 1-2 times per week to see if I had changed my mind but they finally stopped after I asked them to. Then I started getting phone calls from a Pennsylvania number asking to set up a home estimate. We had Bath Fitter do our shower 5 months ago. It was our first Bath Fitter remodel. We've been thinking about remodeling our bathroom for quite a while and had some problems with our shower. We didn't do too much research but figured it was going to be less expensive than putting in real tile. We spoke with the sales guy when we walked by them in the mall. He was pretty helpful and accommodating. The installation was fine. However I did feel what the sales guy did was a little confusing because the first time we discussed the price, we were talking about a certain set of options and it will be more to do something else or add this to that and then talk about another price.
It just seemed like the price is not really set on things. He just kept reworking it so it was within our budget. Like for example, one time he was talking about a certain price and having a glass door instead of sliding. He said it was going to cost more so we didn't include that in that price but then later when we were talking about another set of things, he said it would cost more to have the sliding or it would cost less to have the sliding door. Anyway, it was opposite what he was saying each time and I just felt like, I don't know if he negotiates, that determines his own commission or what. But overall the experience was okay.

We were having a lot of issues with the shower that we had leaking. I’m not really happy about that. When they originally came in, they did a wonderful job. It’s like $7000 for a shower and it was supposed to be a lifetime warranty. Right after they installed it, we called back and complained that when we step around the drainage, there’s a lot of creaking and cracking. They came back and the guy stuck up some kind of filler in there, silicone or something to stop it squeaking. And it helped a lot.
But now, all of that silicone that he put in there has worked its way out. So now we’re back to the squeak and then the creak whenever we’re in the shower. And I’m just not real happy with it. When you pay $7000 for a shower, and that’s all we did, you shouldn’t have to worry that something’s going to give. They assure us that it’s fine, it wouldn’t crack, it’s not going to leak. I’m a little annoyed with it.

We remodeled our bathroom because we were selling our house. We had the bathtub and shower area redone. Sales went pretty smooth. We knew what we wanted to do and knew that we needed to limit the funds as much as possible. So there wasn’t much of an opportunity to upsell us anything that we weren’t looking for.
There was a little bit of miscommunication with the organization as far as timing and when it would be installed, and we worked through all of that, and it was installed in a timely manner. And I’m just a little curious how the one-day installation ended up being something like 10 or 12 hours long. I didn’t really realize one day meant like the whole 24-hour day. But the gentleman was most pleasant and the end result was beautiful. I think he did well.

It was this past summer when I decided to contact Bath Fitter. I’ve heard about it from time to time. When I was out at the mall, I would see them. But then a neighbor up the street had it and she was well pleased with it and told me and that prompted me to go ahead and do it.
They were all excellent. I was so surprised when the one that installed it said, “You can’t use your bathroom from 9 o’clock until 3 o'clock because I’ll be done by 3 o'clock.” And I said, “Okay. Don’t worry. I’ve got another bathroom in the basement.” Actually, he was gone just a few minutes after 3:00 which I was really surprised because most people will tell you and then it takes longer. I’m well pleased with it. I tell my friends, “I know I paid too much for it but I’m satisfied.”
Everything is just fine. I’m very happy and would definitely recommend them!

I needed to get the bathroom done quickly as we only have one. I knew I could do painting, toilet, vanity and floor myself in a day but what to do about the dated bath tub and old surround? The plumbers I called wanted almost $900 just to replace and upgrade the shower/tub fixtures and pipes. If a contractor were to do everything including replace the shower/tub then $8,000-$10,000 was quoted and no facilities for 7-13 days. I was told Bath Fitter was expensive. Not so much.
We went to a show room to see the products and the home visit for the sale and measuring was over in less than an hour. The appointment was for two weeks and the installer arrived on time. The job was done and cleaned up in a day and we have been using it for three weeks. The installer was excellent and the finishes were better than I remember from the show room. I did the rest of the room on another day and we were only without water for two hours. I am totally impressed with the finished product, an easily cleanable seamless surround and tub with classic design. I couldn't have done it better myself, nor did I have to.

Our bathtub was repaired this morning, thanks to Bathfitter. It looks like new and I am completely satisfied.
Original Review: Oct. 30, 2013
We loved our Bath Fitter tub until we had problems with the caulking around the tub. Less than 2 1/2 years of wear our $4,000 investment has turned into a nightmare. We tried our own home repair and suddenly we were getting water in between the tub and the liner. On Tuesday I called for help as there was a big water bubble between the tubs. I was told they would send someone the following Thursday, a full eight days after my call. I asked if it was safe to use the shower and was assured it was okay. After my shower on Wednesday I called to see if we could get faster service as I felt our tub was unsafe. Once again I was told next Thursday. It wobbles when you stand on it and you must hold tight to the grab bar. Very poor service for such a well regarded company. Hope nothing happens before "next Thursday".... I would never, never recommend this company as a solution to bathroom problems.

So then we went ahead and had it done. It’s been a couple of years ago that they put the tub and the surrounding and we noticed that there were some cracks in the corner of the tub. I called them and they were here the next day, looked at it and came in and put a new surround on top of the old one, no questions asked. It’s been great. We have a neighbor, too, that we had found out that they had gotten something from them about five or six years ago and we talked to them about it a little bit. And she was happy with her stuff. And then when the representative came to talk to us, we were impressed with him. We got a tub with a shower. We had to get the smaller tub because of the way the bathroom was built before. They had to do a little addition. On the left side, there is a sink and then a closet. And because of the way the closet was built into the other tub, they had to put a little addition onto the closet and we had to get a smaller tub. But my husband just said to me a few days ago, “Why does it seem like it’s easier to take a bath than it used to be?” And I don’t know whether it’s because we didn’t get a shower door.
We got a shower curtain this time and we really like it that way, much better than the shower door because it’s just so much easier to keep clean. And after a while, shower doors get cloudy looking after a while and we had more cleaning to do and so forth. Of course, like everything, it seemed like, “Oh, that’s awful expensive.” If you want it, you get it. If you don’t, you don’t. It all went very well. It worked out fine.

The concept is great - reasonable price, fast completion. The "look" is plastic but you can dress it up with nice floor tile and make it alright. So why am I so disappointed? It's because every time we asked them a question, they gave us a kind, courteous, knowledgeable answer that turned out to be completely misleading. They told us with certainty that we could tile over existing floor tile, and when we tried, no one would touch the job! The worst was the day they came to install the tub and shower wall. Several people at Bath Fitters told us we could install crown molding in advance and still have the Bath Fitter wall go floor to ceiling. The man came to install the Bath Fitter wall and said "no way!"
Now we're stuck with 3/4th BF wall and the rest we have to paint which is the look we definitely did not want. Two weeks later after we told them they could not use us for recommendation, they offered to have their guy come in and rip out our molding and try to fix the wall. But I am concerned that if they leave a mess, they already have my money, and if there is one thing this experience has taught me it is that I can count on them to mislead me. Like I said, it's a great concept. Why they have to be so unprofessional is really a shame. I have a second bathroom that needs to be redone and there is no way I would give BF any more of my money.

I think the quality of the product they put in is very good. I like that. July was when we started, but we were gone for three weeks. We had the shower ripped out. We’ve got a thermo heater so now we’re having doors put in. It isn’t completely finished yet because we’re waiting for the shower doors now.
The sales rep was able to answer questions and professional. Installation was done well. We had one delay because we wanted to have the window enclosed and they did not since they were sort of boxed in. There was something that was mis-measured, which I think was not good. We had two windows in it and we didn’t want to lose it. Sometimes, they go over and we didn’t want to do that because the bathroom’s not that big. In fairness to them, too, we initially couldn’t decide. I thought, “I don’t like the doors that much. You’ve had them in five houses.” And then I asked about a type of shower curtains. We said at one point that we were going to put a shower curtain in and then we didn’t put the doors they ordered.
Right now, I’m waiting because they’re supposed to put the doors in last week and they didn’t. The guy who would install the door got busy, and he said he’d call me but he hasn’t called yet. But overall, I think everything else was fine.

They just have some kind of craft board up there for the ceramics in the bathtub and I’m like if we use that at all, that’s never going to hold up. We’re pleased with the service. The installation was clean and efficient. I’d say they were very concerned and very up to date and very well trained.

Actually two friends of mine had something done by Bath Fitter and recommended them. I got my tub done in one bathroom and my shower done in the other. They were here at the end of July. The installation team was absolutely clean and efficient. They were very meticulous in their job. They did extra work for me by putting in vanities and sink tops at the same time. They did a beautiful job and I was happy with everything they did.

I think I just found Bath Fitter through the Yellow Pages on the phone book and I might as well call them. My bathroom was getting older. I got a shower. The installation team was clean and efficient. They were real helpful and respectful. I couldn’t ask for anybody to do it better. I’m very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

A month ago we decided it’s time to remodel the bathroom and install a shower. We were going to do it ourselves then we thought maybe we’d better not. We don’t know that much about it. We saw a Bath Fitter advertisement or something so I thought we’ll have a Bath Fitter rep come in and tell us about it anyway. He might give us some ideas on what to do and how to do it. So we kind of just used him as a guinea pig, I guess, and try to do it ourselves. And then we decided it’s a little bigger job than we wanted to do. So we just went ahead and hired him. But I tore out the bathroom myself to save a little money. So we put him on hold for I think three weeks after we made the purchase. We told him we were ready and so they scheduled it for the following week. He came over and did it and he did great.
Bath Fitter did a wonderful job. In fact, it was a little bit of an unusual job because it was bigger than what they expected when they got here. But he suggested, “Let’s make it a little bigger. As long as it’s bigger, I think we can stretch it out another four inches.” I said, “That would be great.” So he was one man and he did all the work and I thought he did fantastic! A beautiful job after he got through! I couldn’t believe it! Very knowledgeable and they did a great job, well experienced, and answered every question, didn’t mind me asking, didn’t ask me, “Get the hell out of here and let me do my job.” I’d recommend Bath Fitter to anybody. FANTASTIC is probably the best word I could come up with what they’ve done.

We’ve used Bath Fitter before. They’ve always got those flyers for the $500 off. I purchased the bathtub and shower liner or surround from them a couple of months ago. The installer team was efficient and clean. I do find that their sales reps are a little bit hard-sell people. Having dealt with them both in a different place and here, their salespeople are really aggressive. But overall, we like the products. It’s what we expected. Their installation people here was better than the previous one. Management made sure we were happy, so that was great!!

We decided to remodel the bathroom and replace the shower. Our bathroom was getting a little older and the door wasn’t working at all. The sliding door was falling off the track all the time. I couldn’t do anything with it. So I figured I’d get it redone. And the shower isn’t working good, things like that. I saw Bath Fitter in the Yellow Pages or on the newspaper and called them. The sales rep was pretty knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The guy that put it in did a good job.
However, I got two problems with it. It’s a small shower and the doors, they overlap about four and a half inches. But I don’t have much room when you open it. I got to turn sideways to slide into the place. And I have called up about it and they said they were going to check into it but nothing ever happened so far. That was about a month ago. And I’m trying to take this door out and put a smaller one in or one without an overlap like that, maybe get a couple more inches in there. That and also, the switch on top of the shower that switches the shower over to the handheld shower, that’s way up on the top and it’s about six and a half feet up in the air. My wife can’t even reach it.
They said they could probably take care of that. They’d just bring the thing. But nobody ever got back to me on that. There’s only two items I have in here; otherwise, everything’s good on it. The job is always good. It’s just that those two items are something I didn’t anticipate, the narrow opening to get in and out of there and also the reaching of that switch up there. Other than that, it was a very good experience.
I’d say in a house like mine, it’s 20 years old, if I was going to have the shower changed or something like that, I would have them do it because it’s a neat job, insulated properly, the workmanship is fantastic, and all good quality equipment in it. And I’ve been in maintenance and so forth so I know a good job.

I needed to remodel my bathroom and Bath Fitter had the best price and time that it was going to take. I had it done in the end of June. They did everything very well and very quickly. They did what they said they were going to do. They did it very quickly and efficiently. There’s only one thing that I was surprised at. It’s just that I thought it would have a little more pizazz than it does. It’s really pretty plain Jane, pretty vanilla. Overall, the experience with BathFitter was fine.

My husband has home therapy and the therapist that was working here said that she had been in homes where they had theirs done by BathFitter. And she just always thought that it was real good. And then when we had the man come out here to talk to us and he was telling us about the hospitals that they were doing, I kind of thought, “Well, if it’s good enough for hospitals, it’s good enough for us.”
So we had them install a shower about a month ago. It was only one man. My husband was a builder. And so he retired and he kept saying, “I can’t do it in one day.” And then when I look and here’s one man, we knew he couldn’t do it in one day, but he did do it in one day. It was very good. The only thing that upset me with them, my husband has some problems and the first time he was in it and we have someone that comes and bathes him and he slip down. And I was under the impression that you wouldn’t have that worry. That was one of the things I hated. You had to put down in your tub, and I didn’t want no more of that. And so then after that happened with him and I called BathFitter, they told me that it was like 340 some dollars for them to come back out here and fix it where it would be slide proof and you’d have to have it done every so many years, and that just kind of upset me. They said they’d never had that problem but a couple of times.
Nevertheless, the man that put it in, I would give him the best rating possible. He could not have been better than what he was. And he picked up everything, cleaned everything, was friendly, and did a very good job. He was tough. Everything was as good as it could be. As far as the look of it, it’s beautiful. And them saying about doing it for hospitals was a plus to me. If they were doing that, the hospital had to consider them pretty good.

We decided to do a bathroom remodel for my mother a couple of months ago. It was to change the bathtub into a shower where it’s easier to walk in. So we just looked at different ads and stuff in the paper or in the flyers, things like that and found Bath Fitter. The sales and install teams were very professional and we were pretty happy with them. Bath Fitter met our expectations of the product.

I got in touch with Bath Fitter a month ago when I decided it was time to remodel the bathroom and I just like it to be installed in a day. We had a rough spot in the tub that we couldn’t replace anymore so we had to take it out. The salesman is awesome. The installer did a great job. I’m not sure if I’m 100% satisfied. The only problem is it came out shorter than it was supposed to be size-wise which I’m not really thrilled with. And some of the parts, the poles on the sliding doors are rusting already. We’ve only had it for three weeks or so. But we live at the beach and so that was one of my concerns.
Also, I don’t like the fact that I’ve got a nickel showerhead and everything. I had no idea. I thought I was getting like a brushed silver. I didn’t know it was going to be nickel. I’m a little disappointed with that. It would be nicer to have more options for the showerhead. And actually, that’s why I’m probably not going to proceed with the other bathroom as I’m not really sure with that showerhead and everything. It wasn’t the only choice that we have. But once it was installed, there’s not much you can do about it.
