My sister-in-law had her bathroom done about 5 years ago, and when Bath Fitter sent me a little flyer in the paper I decided to give them a call to have my bathroom done by them as well. I was fully impressed with the salesman coz of the way he presented himself and jokingly asked him to send me the best one they had and I think he did. The installer was very professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We had a real problem with the shower. We couldn't get it clean and we needed to have some work done on it, so instead of tearing out the tile, we decided to look at some other alternatives. The reviews that we’ve seen locally for Bath Fitter were good, and after meeting with the sales rep we decided to let them do the work on our shower.

Great experience from time sales to install. Our tub was 56 years old and walls were uneven and all grout/caulk was bad and starting to leak. I was told install would be 8-10 weeks, it was 4!! They will work with you on the time if they can, in our case someone canceled. Very pleased with job and best part, everything they touched is under lifetime warranty! A little pricey but well worth the money (very high quality). I would recommend. Worth every penny.

We were excited about the new bathtub Reno. The staff was very friendly. It was an expensive tub so we expect the work to be great! However, that was not the case! We were told to wait until the next morn to use the shower, which we waited until the evening to use it instead. Oh goodness. After the first shower, we noticed instantly water dripping sounds. Thought we were just paranoid. The next morning, there came the water dripping to our living room from the ceiling!! We are very upset!!! We called the office and will need to wait until tomorrow to "possibly" get it looked at. I think this kind of service and product we got was unacceptable considering the amount it cost! I hope there is some kind of compensation or else those company will never be recommended to our friends or people we know!!!!

I've used Bath Fitter twice and it's both been fine. Both times our tubs were just too old so we decided to have them work on them. Because they did such a good job the first time seven years ago, we decided to choose them again in our other house that we bought. We purchased the bath tub, the walls, all the hardware, and the closets. The first time, we also got shower doors. We also got shelves and a soap dish. Bath Fitter was great. I'd use them again if I need to. And I did talk about using them again 'cause I have a second bathroom in the house that they just did a couple of months ago. Eventually, when I save some pennies, I may do the second bathroom as well.

I didn't like the tile that was in the bathroom when we moved in so we had them remodel our bathroom. We got the shower insert, not the tub but just the walls. We decided to use Bath Fitter because of their lifetime guarantee for everything. The sales representative was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. The installer was also very friendly and very nice. He did a great job.

The drain was leaking so I called the Bath Fitter and they set everything up and put a new tub right over the old one and fixed them in so it wasn't leaking anymore. The sales representative was good. He was real thorough. The installers were very neat and clean.

downstairs bathroom remodeled as I want to prepare for the future should I become incapacitated that I can't climb the stairs. Even though I had the bathroom there before, the tub's surround needed to be redone. Steve, the sales representative, was good while the installer was very efficient and courteous, and got it done. I'd recommend Bath Fitter to anybody.

There was some dire need to remodel our bathroom so we contacted Bath Fitter for a walk-in shower. We chose them because they have good reputation. Their salesman was good, very to the point and not pushy. The one who installed was very, very good too. He went about his business and let us know what he was doing. We left him alone for the better part of the day, and he was done. He was out the same night. We're happy with the whole deal and have already recommended Bath Fitter.

We were very pleased with the work that Bath Fitters did for us. Their employees arrived on time and made every effort to accommodate our schedule. The work was done in a timely manner and the clean-up was thorough. The new shower stall is beautifully done. The only issue we have with this company is their relentless marketing. We felt bombarded by their requests for additional business from us. We have no more bathrooms to do!

We noticed that the grout in the bathroom was starting to deteriorate and thought about remodeling it. But we didn’t want to go through a mess of carrying it out. Then, we saw Bath Fitter’s little kiosk at Treasure Coast Mall and got interested in a type of design that is one complete piece on the walls, which would eliminate future grout problems. Also, it looked like tile so that it wasn’t just a sheet of plastic.

Your employees were efficient, polite, and very helpful. Bruce **, our agent, was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He made us feel comfortable about the deal we were getting, easy to talk to, and helped us with any concerns we had. Mark **, he did a great job in one day putting in our tub and wall, he explained what he was going to do then explained what he had done. Didn't make a mess and cleaned up everything. Our experience with Bath Fitter was very positive. They stand by their work. I know that if I have an issue, they'll come back and help me out. We had them do our upstairs bathroom and liked the work because they had some issues and they came back in and fixed it at no charge. So we decided to have them do the shower stall in the downstairs bathroom. Everything was great and very professional with the sales representative. Installation was perfect. They arrived when they said they were going to be there and gave us a good estimate of time in how long they'd be there. It was flawless.

My cousin called me about how great Bath Fitter was. Shortly after that I decided to redo the bathroom. I've changed from a tub to a standup shower about 3 or 4 months ago. My experience with them was very positive. Jerry was a very good salesman. He explained everything. The installation guy was very good, too. Very clean, very considerate, very careful not to damage anything else. Everyone was very friendly, very helpful, answered any questions I had. It was a very nice experience. There was no problem.

I was very happy with my experience with Bath Fitter. The installation was great. The product is good. It was a little pricey, but it was worth it. I have sold my house this week so now somebody else owns my Bath Fitter bathroom, which was beautiful. It has helped me sold my house.

I purchased a bathtub and shower doors from Bath Fitter. I liked the way that it was seamless with no caulking. The sales rep was great and the installer was very clean. It was a great experience.

Our bathroom was real shabby, so it was time for remodeling. We purchased the tub and the enclosure around it from Bath Fitter. My mother-in-law also had them a few years ago. Their sales rep was very nice. He's very pleasant. He worked till we got finished. He was here about 7 or 8 hours because he had a little problem with the line because it was on level with the walls but everything went fine. It was a very good experience.

I like the bathroom done by Bath Fitter except that the toilet bowl seat doesn't fit somehow. But other than that, I like the material, the looks of it and the quality. It was installed very well. The sales representative was great and the installation was done by one guy. He did an extraordinary good job.

We are having a tub/shower replacement and a full shower replacement done in our bathrooms. Aaron and Tyler were very professional and have the shower done. It is beautiful!!! He did a great job not to damage the rest of the walls, so no extra work needed. I am so pleased and look forward to them finishing the other bathroom. Will recommend them to friends and family.

I got the shower walls and a tub liner and new faucets from Bath Fitter. Their sales rep was fine, very professional, and polite. I was just comfortable with him. The installation guy was fine. He was good. I was watching him. He knew what he was doing. I was totally satisfied.

Hi, While I'm angry with what transpired, I am satisfied with the manner in which the situation was finally resolved. I'd like to add that it was not just miscommunication and delays that caused the problems but ineptness. I have been told that even after measuring for the blind three times and seeing it over a half dozen times, the wrong blind was ordered!! This is a person who should be not be a supervisor or quite frankly, should have a job.

Our first bathroom remodel with Bath Fitter was great. I had them install a walk-in shower three months ago. I liked the materials that they used and I'm well pleased with it. Their sales representatives were first class. They told me what I want to know and they were real good to work with. I would recommend them to my friends.

We had some mildew around the shower area so we got Bath Fitter to do it about six months ago. We chose them because we had heard a lot of good things about them. Their sales representatives were very courteous and very informative. The installation team just did everything real thorough. They're very nice to deal with and very clean. They keep cleaning up after themselves and taking care of what had to be done.

April of 2014 we had Bath Fitter of Albuquerque come and check out our 2 bathrooms we wanted remodeled. Set everything up and at the time some prep work was needed to be done, when the installer showed up (June 2014) I expected that the additional work was going to be done that day, guess what. We were told the other work should have been scheduled earlier and done before the installer showed (strike one). Even if the prep work had been done, the wrong tub and wrong shower pan had been ordered, plus there was damage to one of the walls that had not been found until that morning (strike two).

Me and my wife are too old to climb over the tub so we decided to call Bath Fitter to remodel our bathroom. We had them install the walk-in shower one or two months ago. They did great.

I have an older home and the tub was starting to look a little aged, so that's what made me decide to remodel through Bath Fitter. I chose them because I know that it's a well-known company. I just knew I wanted to get it done. I got the tub and the shower from them back in April. Their sales representative was very pleasant and smooth. They did measure incorrectly though; that was one of the issues and so I did end up getting a new ceiling. And it was quite a job for the poor kid who did the remodeling because it's an older home, so it was quite messy.

I never rate something right away. I always use it for a while then formulate a opinion. I'm very unhappy with the product. The tub is very hard to clean. All the cleaning agents they recommend to use doesn't seem to work. I have a active family - the tub and shower are always in use. I use the cleaning products but the tub looks dingy. I used Magic Eraser which is not on the list of products that seems to clean it some but not 100%. I'll be honest. If I had the money, I would rip this all out and go back to my old tub. Now I'm stuck with this.

Well it started when product was first installed it was damaged and instead of it being replaced they slapped another wall over the wall that was up... Shower side support finish comes off and has to be replaced a lot... The last time it was replaced we waited for an appointment for over a month and when they finally came out to replace shower side support the color was different and the caulking job was awful... The manager who installed notice the color was different and said nothing about it and when my husband called him to let him know he said yes he realized it but it was five years old and that's what they have now and he also said it really isn't covered over five years and we were told lifetime warranty... I wish I had never had Bath Fitters come out and do my bathroom. Really can not wait to rip this product out of my bathroom and have it redone by real professionals.

I remodeled the front bathroom, a two-fold bath, which is the common bathroom. I put in new commode, new sink. I had shower doors in the front bathroom but I took them out and I filled them, all the little holes, and went back to the shower curtain assembly and just repainted everything. The wife, she came in and remodeled a lot of things, redecorated, so that was like a million bucks. When we came to the master bath, same thing. It was a shower-tub one-piece enclosure and the shower doors and everything else. But we decided, “Look, if we’re gonna do anything, let’s get it done right and shop around."

The experience with Bath Fitter was the best - from the time that we met the sales rep to the time that we met the installer and the follow-up. We went with them because of the fact that they didn't have to do any more caulking, the ease of cleaning the surfaces, and everything as detailed at the interview with the sales rep was the very thing that he said it would be. I had it done in January and had no complaints and no holes. It's awesome. It was an install over the bathtub. We did get wainscot for the bathroom too, so that was part of the whole installation. We had a great conversation going back and forth with the sales representative, something that not a lot of people like to do, but we both could trust each other and contact each other without harassing each other. The installer was very polite and from the time that he walked in the door to the time that he left, it was everything that they had described at the outset of the signing of the contract. He laid things out on the floor, cleaned up before he left and let you know what was going to happen before the next day. He was done in two days, which amazed us. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Great experience. Only wish you offered more remodeling, we need a new bathroom floor to go with new shower.

We had a good experience with Bath Fitter. We wanted a safer shower because we're getting older and we figured it was time. We saw them advertised in a local mall and put our name in there and they came and talked to us. We purchased a walk-in shower with glass doors and the bar to hang onto and the corner shelving. The sales representative was very informative, very polite and nice. The installation team worked really good and steady and was pleasant. We're satisfied so far.

I had a leak in the shower in my rental property and was too far away to do the work myself so I had to hire somebody to do it. I heard about Bath Fitter through commercials and decided to try them. I got the wall liners and had them sealed to the tub. Dealing with the sales representative went very well and my experience with the installation team as far as I know was good.

He came back to fix something that got loose and they have kept to their word that all repairs are guaranteed; anything wrong is replaced. So far they've been great.

We had a bathtub done, and a bathtub replaced with a shower. It took a total of three days. The gentleman did all of the work alone. I was so pleased with the process and outcome. He did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional! My only concern is the cost, but considering the work he did, the time it took him to do it, and the warranty, it is a great investment in our 46 year old home.

We recently had a tub/shower removed and a shower replacement installed by Bath Fitters. The entire process took only 8 hours. The installer was very professional as was all the people at Bath Fitters that called to keep us informed of the status of our order. Our bathrooms were becoming awful so we decided to remodel. We had a tub and shower downstairs and a shower upstairs done by Bath Fitter. There was someone in the house who needed a sit-down bath because they were sick, and they passed away, and after that, I redid the bathroom and had Bath Fitter come out again and put the tub in. All that took place within a year or two. The sales representative was very good ant the installation team was very, very efficient. They knew what they were doing. They were here a day and maybe half a day and that was it. Bath Fitter was efficient, professional, and fairly economical.

About 7 years ago, I had Bath Fitter put in a tub. They replaced a walk-in shower with one of their tubs. When they were done, everything looked nice until we went to remodel the floor. We tore up the tile that was there and found termite damage. The installers had installed the tub of boards that had termite damage to the point that they needed replaced. They did not say one word about this - just put tub in anyway. They had to come out and remove tub so that we could get floors fixed. Now we have had problems with shower rod coming loose all the time. We have fixed it back several time ourselves but would not stay - just had them out to house and they replaced it but we are still have problems with the tub and walls.

The tub has been in there for a long time and it had glass doors on it which I hated. They kept coming off the track and it was a three piece surround and there's mold around the surround and stuff. So I thought it was time to remodel my bathroom. I went with Bath Fitter because of their lifetime warranty and if there's any problems with any part of the tub including the spigot and the plumbing, it's guaranteed for life.

I had some difficulty with keeping the caulking in the tub and didn't really like the way that looked and the way the caulking was so decided to have it remodeled. We were at the farmer's market and Bath Fitter had a stand. There was this sign with a demo bathroom there. They gave us a card and they stopped by to give us a free estimate. We purchased the tub from Bath Fitter about four months ago for our first bathroom remodel. The sales rep and installation team were great and it was one of the best experiences that I've ever had so far. I had one of my young cousins stay with me last week. They were redoing their house in Maryland, and I surprised them. I took them up and showed them the bathtub, and they couldn't believe it, because they saw it the way it was before. They said they had the spray stuff done on two of their tubs and it wasn't working very well, so they were very impressed with it and the material that it was on.

We had heard about Bath Fitter at a home show in Pottstown and that it was really good company. We got two products from Bath Fitter. One year and a half ago we had a bathtub and shower put in to replace our old one and then we had just a shower put in a few months ago.

Wyatt and his helper arrived on time and finished in one day. Everything was explained before work was done and after completed. No mess!! We love the look of our new tub/shower. It's only been a week and still looking good. We have well water with rust so ask me in a year if I'm still happy - so far, so good though - highly recommend.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was great. Our house is 36 years old. I wanted to change the bathroom color, and there were some scratches on the bottom of it. I had them put in a tub and a stand up shower in April. I chose them to do the job because I thought it would be easier. It was my first Bath Fitter remodel. Everybody that we worked with was great.

I've seen the Bath Fitter commercials on TV. Also they had a little setup at one of our festivals here, in a town that I live in, and that's where we really got to talking to somebody about the company and we finally decided to let them remodel our bathroom. The sales representative came and explained to us what they would do, and then told us how much it was going to cost and everything. We ended up purchasing the wall surround, the tub covering and fixtures. I was not here on the day of the installation. My husband was, but from what I heard, the experience was fairly good.

Our old tub and tiles were beyond touching up and were difficult to even keep clean. The new wall coverings, fixtures and tub are great looking. My only question is that no sealant was placed around the faucet where it comes out of the tub and no sealant around the water control fixture where it comes out of the wall. I don't know if that might lead to water leaking into the wall at that point or is there something behind those fixtures that I can't see that seals out water?

My kids had some issues with the ceramic tile in the wall section of my pre-existing tub. The pre-existing tub was probably 40 years old. So it was either have it redone in the manner in which they offered or have it reglazed. I expected the price to be more than it was. It was still a substantial amount, but for the quality and the warranty, overall, it was worth investing in. The only thing was, when I asked about the cost to have an additional panel made up to do the sealing of the shower area, if the price was more reasonable, I'd probably would have opted to have that done also. But it wasn't really necessary because the tile and grout in that area worked just fine. It was $700 or something for an additional panel and I felt that it was too expensive - it wasn't worth adding to the job.

Our bathroom (originally installed in 1938) was in need of a makeover. We checked with private contractors and found the price to be excessive. We called Bath Fitters who had a rep come out within one day. The process was seamless. The quality of the product as well as the service provided before, during and after installation, was commendable.

He was very professional, had all the information for us, called us back promptly and did a good job. The one guy who installed the tub and shower surrounding was very neat and did a great job. It was very easy, taken care of and done properly and quick. They came when they said they were going to come. It was a good experience. I would recommend them.

We had some friends who have had some work with Bath Fitter. We purchased the surround for bath tub. The sales representative explained everything and all went well. The installer was fine too. They did what they said in a short amount of time and I was very pleased with the work done.

It's my first Bath Fitter remodel. I heard about Bath Fitter because a gentleman that I work with had used it and he was telling us all about it. It's only been months now, maybe this first of the year, that I purchased a tub and everything was covered to the ceiling. It's in a guest bathroom. The tub was starting to get little cracks in it and because it was a new home I wanted to get a new one.

We've stopped and seen Bath Fitter at an advertisement at Shady Maple, at a grocery store. We saw a couple of things and liked it, and talked to some of them and decided to go with it. We knew it was time to remodel our bathroom as we tried having the tile and the tub painted, and it didn't hold up. So we wanted to do something more permanent, plus we wanted to improve the plumbing.

This was our first Bath Fitter remodel (we had gotten our tub sprayed and it was all peeling off so it needed to be repaired). The sales representative was a good guy. He had been an installer before, so he knew the process. And he was able to explain the process to my wife and I, what was going to happen, and gave us some options about some things, and helped us make some decisions about some issues with our tiles and stuff like that. Somebody else may not have been able to help us with it. But he knew how the product was going to get installed so he was able to help us with that.

I invited Bath Fitter to my home of which case I booked their services and gave them a check. There was going to be an 8-week wait and I ended up not being able to wait so within the week of booking it, I tried to cancel. They said no problem and I talked to both the rep and customer service. They said they would return my check but they cashed it instead with no warning. When I call about having my money returned (over $1500 I might add), I was told they were sorry and would fast track the return within 10 business days as it was their error. 10 days later, I was informed by the same people and rudely I might add that this was a corporation and now I am to wait 4 to 6 weeks. This is not a small amount of money and it was a company error but I was told that it was pretty much my problem and that's the best they can do. I was happy to be using them as I'd heard good things but I'm glad in the end I didn't as I saw the company's true colors when they make a mistake.

We purchased a new shower from Bath Fitter as part of a remodel. Sales representative was very good. They told me it was going to take two days but they finished it in one and the gentleman that did the work did a super excellent job.

We were in the mall looking to put a new insert and a new tub insert and my wife said, "Why don't we go up and take a look at Bath Fitter." They had this little thing out there that had a bathtub and a bath wall. I said, "Gee, it looks pretty good." We were going to have somebody from Home Depot come out and give us a quote on doing it, and I had to wait over a week for that. So I called Bath Fitter and they said, "How about Thursday at about 2:00?" At 2:00 on Thursday, the guy was here. The young fellow really, really, really knew his stuff, as far as being able to sell the product. One of the things that really got me is that it's a lifetime warranty - that's everything: the faucets, any of the caulk... Lifetime, they'd come out and fix it and it wouldn't cost me another dime. And they said they would get it done in one day. I said, "Okay. How many people you got doing it?" They said, "One." I said, "Well, I'll believe that when I see it."

Everything with Bath Fitter went to perfection. I have become handicapped and trying to get in and out of a bathtub was just not real safe and I fell too many times. So we got the walk-in shower with a seat. The sales representative was great. He left his number if we needed anything and called to check on how things are going. So it was really good. There was no problem during the installation. I wouldn't even have known they were here if they make a little noise. They were so nice and so kind and we just love it. They did a great job. All the neighbors have been over to see it, and I was like, "You should get one. Tell them we told you about it."

We saw the Bath Fitter commercials on TV and going back a number of years we saw one of their trucks parked in front of one of our neighbors houses and we were in the market to have something done to our bathroom so we contacted them. That was many years ago. Since then we've used them five times. They came in and did one. Then we did the downstairs. That's two. Then they put in the tank of water here for us that was three. Then they did the upstairs bathroom, that was four and we just redid the upstairs bathroom. So that's five.

The Bath Fitter product was good and everything worked. There haven't been any issues with the water leaking. However, I was frustrated with their sales rep. My dad had a stroke and we initially talked to the salesman about a year ago. He came back in January for us to talk about it but Mom and Dad were not ready to do anything then and my dad was at a rehab facility. When it got closer to the time for him to be home, we called the salesman back and he was about an hour and a half away. I actually just spoke to a person who made appointments and he said that he could be there in about an hour or so. I leave my work to go meet the salesman and he has none of the paperwork from the previous measurements. We had to do everything again. Had he had called me before he came, I would have known to go to my house to get the paperwork and meet him at my parents’ home. It was very frustrating and he was not apologetic at all. It took him almost 2 hours to do it wasting my time.

We had a slight problem with Bath Fitter. We had a leak but they came back right away. We still haven't finished the bathroom because I want to make sure the leak is well taken care of on the floor but other than that, there was no problem.

It's the second time we had used Bath Fitter. We had another bathroom done several years before. This most recent time, we had a fiberglass tub enclosure replaced with a new one. We already knew the sales rep from the first time and it was all a good process. I knew who he was and going through what we wanted to do and get done and that sort of thing, so it all worked really well. One installer came to our house and he did a great job. He was friendly, efficient and got it on and got it done. It amazes me how much was done in a day and he basically did it all himself and it was to our satisfaction and we're now using it.

We decided that it was time to remodel our bathroom because the home is old. It was built in the 70s and the bathtub was in sad shape. It was starting to rust and it was either replace the bathtub, which is quite expensive, or modernize the whole bathtub, the walls and so forth and so on. We got special doors, sliders. The tile lookalike goes higher than the normal tiles. They did it in a couple of different forms and it looks very nice. It's got a handle in the far right hand corner. It's got a place for shampoo and soap and so forth.

Our bathroom wasn't looking very nice so we needed to change it. We didn't want to tear the bathroom apart so we thought Bath Fitter was the best way to go. It was my wife that had found out about them. The conversations with the sales reps were good. They were very informative and answered all our questions. The installer came and went right to work. I was present. I asked him if he needed any water or anything. He was fine and continued working and completed the job. It was great. If I had to, which I don't think I have to, I would go back to them again. We're satisfied with the service and everything worked out fine.

I had gotten a Bath Fitter flyer in the mail. The bathroom was 45 years old with the original tile and I wanted to remodel it. The salesperson came to the house and showed me the pictures and we liked it. We did a bathtub enclosure and a shower. We had a very pleasant installer and he was very good. It was an excellent experience.

We had used Bath Fitter before in our master bathroom and so we called them again for a job that needed to be done - a bathtub and the wall wrap. When I called to set up the appointment, they of course had all our information in their computer and the person on the phone said, "Oh, well, the salesman that came to your house is still with us. We can have him come again." So he did come. The salesman that came to the house was the same one that came to our house several years ago.

Bath Fitter was not a good experience for me. The job was done properly and all that but with what you pay for, it looks very cheap. I'm not thrilled with it but I got to live with it now because I put the money into it. My experience with the sales representative was very bad. He promised all kinds of things that he couldn't provide. And when the little guy got here to install it, he said, "Oh, no, you don't get that, Oh, no, that doesn't happen." I was not a real happy camper. I had to have glass put around the top part of it and the glass door. She said she wanted to build a relationship with a new glass company so I had made an appointment with them.

I love the new shower with bench done by Bath Fitter. It's the best thing I've ever done to my house since I bought my house. I went to a home improvement show and Bath Fitter had a display there and I talked with the lady there. I had talked with others because I had been looking about redoing my tub into a shower and I decided Bath Fitter would best fit my needs. The sales representative was wonderful. She knew what she was talking about and could answer all my questions. The installer was outstanding. He was very, very professional and he knew what he was doing. And I thoroughly enjoyed having him here in my house. He was great and cleaned up after himself. Anytime anybody wants to come and see my Bath Fitter bathroom, they are welcome to come because it's very professional and very well done.

We had the tub, the walls and the ceiling done by Bath Fitter. They were recommended to us by a friend who was in the plumbing industry. The sales representative came to our house just once. It definitely felt like it was a step-by-step selling process but he was a nice guy. He was doing his job. The installer was nice as well, and quick. There was some stuff on like the wooden floor outside of the bathroom I noticed, like little particles but nothing like overwhelmingly bad. However, we definitely are walking away with it feeling like it maybe overpriced even though we talked the price down. Maybe we should have shopped around for better prices because it was just very expensive. Our water makes a whistling noise when it comes out.

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody because I was thoroughly pleased. They cleaned up. I had no problem. I loved it. They worked with me and it was perfect.

Four years ago we had a bath install. Very happy and the staff were friendly and professional. SPOILER ALERT. We keep that tub clean but are starting to have mold growing around the caulking. BUT WAIT, the floor of the tub is popping up. It started at the back of the tub as a creaking, now the floor pops up wherever you step. Will it crack? Think twice folks, you get fooled when it's brand new.

We went to a home show in Charlotte and Bath Fitter had a display there. They explained what they did and it looked good so we went with it. We had one of them big garden tubs and we went with just a deeper, soaking tub that took up a lot less room. And they took out the tile in the shower and put the shower things up that they do, and we got glass doors. The sales representative's name was Sam. He was really good and thorough. He gave us an estimate and the final tally was about that. There wasn't any more money. He explained it quite well. Two guys came to do the install and they were pretty good. They worked well together. It took them two days and it worked out quite well too. They did the plumbing and the valves.

The Bath Fitter experience was excellent. It went really good.

I'm getting a little old in age now and having trouble stepping in and out of the tub. I fell a couple of times so it was time to take the tub out and put in a walk-in shower. My daughter saw the Bath Fitter ad in the newspaper or magazine and we called. The lady from Bath Fitter that came by and talked to me was very cordial and very nice. She explained everything in detail which made me happy. They sent one man and he took care of the whole thing and he was very knowledgeable, very polite, and did a terrific job. It was a very good experience.

It was past time to remodel and our shower area was all falling apart. I heard Bath Fitter was very good so I got them a month ago. The sales representative I got to talk to was fine, very courteous, very nice and very knowledgeable. The contractor was also excellent, nice fellow, very pleasant and very professional.

I have to say this is a CONTRITE company! I have received more sincere apologies than I expected. Best of all, our installer was here bright and early and is doing an amazing job, especially considering he's dealing with an old house with zero even angles. His supervisor came by to see how things were going and give me a lovely gift. Totally unnecessary, but very much appreciated. All is looking good and I'm anticipating a wonderful final project. These are nice people to deal with, even when having to deal with an angry lady! If there are any problems with the new tub, I'm sure I can get them resolved with no issues.

The sales rep was very good. They told me just what they would do and what to expect. I had no problem with them and with the one who installed it. I decided to go with Bath Fitter since one of my friends, a couple in the neighborhood, had used them and they were very satisfied. I’ve been thinking about remodeling since I moved in four years ago because the tub was always a problem and I wanted to make it a shower. One man came and did everything. I can’t say enough about him. It was the cleanest construction I’ve ever had in my home. The man was absolutely careful about everything. He was careful about putting his tools in the hall so he didn’t mark the woodwork or the walls. He was just great. Bath Fitter was a little more expensive than I had thought but the results are excellent. I’m angry with myself that I didn’t do it sooner and everyone that comes thinks it looks very professionally done.

I had a tub installed at my apartment by Bath Fitter. I didn't even bother looking for another remodeling company because Bath Fitter is very well known. I see them on TV and in magazines. The sales representative was very nice and so was the guy that put the tub in. I had no complaints whatsoever and they did a fantastic job. The tub looks beautiful. We haven’t used it yet because I’m trying to rent my apartment; it’s still open.

He’s very professional, did exactly what he said he would, in and out in a day and a half, and did the job well. He was a great craftsman. Bath Fitter is a very professional group. They do high-quality work which exactly met my needs.

About ten years ago, I redid everything in the main bathroom. Now when I was getting ready to redo this bathroom, I couldn’t get the contractor to give me a price on doing it. I had picked out my colors and my design and I needed my shower so I called Bath Fitter. I didn’t want a walk-in, I just wanted a shower. The rep was going to charge me 9 grand for the shower, and I felt that was too much. But I guess I misunderstood about all the equipment I was getting, so now I think it’s good.

So, we went to their showroom to see whether we wanted to do the remodeling with them or just use a plumber to do the re-tile. Everything went well with the sales representative and I made them go ahead and do it. I bought a 5-foot shower. The installers were very nice and did a good job.

We also decided to have our bathroom remodeled since my mother is aging and I may have to bring her to live here and I wanted a walk-in shower that she wouldn't have to climb into. Bath Fitter's sales rep came, he did his demonstration, he measured everything, we agreed on everything. He did come back. He was in the area, after they had installed it to check to make sure that everything was good, and it looked good and everything else. We were very pleased with the installation team too. It’s just a little pricey.

I got a shower from Bath Fitter. I needed one because I had a leaky one. Their sales rep was fine. The installation team was very nice and very knowledgeable. They took their time and whatever needed to be done, they did it. My experience with Bath Fitter was easy and good.

I purchased a bathtub from Bath Fitter about two months ago. Sales representative was very good. She was very courteous. She sent me a ‘thank you’ note which is very unusual for doing business in Florida. I already recommended Bath Fitter. My experience with them was very good.

I purchased a Bath Fitter complete shower from a tub over shower. It looked very nice and seemed ok at first. After a while it started to have problems. The worst was when one of the shower doors exploded for no apparent reason. Bath Fitters had no explanation for what happened. No one was in the shower at the time but I was standing at the bathroom sink area and believe me, I was scared to death. They replaced the door. I have had cracks at the joint areas. I have had the grab bar replaced because the "gold" color faded to dull steel. That is still not fixed right because they used some kind of chemical to stick the new grab bar on the wall and it corroded the metal and I had some kind of blue material running down the wall for weeks. The doors have become stuck twice. The handheld shower wand cracked open and sprayed water all over my bathroom. They take at least a week to repair anything. And why should there be so many repairs in the first place?? I have a warranty otherwise I would have hired a lawyer by now. Even so if things continue in this manner I am going to hire an attorney and sue them.

We chose Bath Fitter because their product was the bed. We had them place a standing shower, wall and ceiling. The installer was good. He said he made a rookie mistake, but came back and fixed it. Not a problem. I didn't even know about it. Still it was a good experience.

I had seen the Bath Fitter ads on TV. I was impressed with the work they did and I chose to go with them. I got the tub insert, the surround and the fixtures done. I had no problems with the sales representative. He was very friendly and outgoing and very polite. Installation was just one fellow. He was here about six hours and he was all done. He put mats down on the floors. He was very pleasant. The experience was awesome. I would definitely do it again. In fact, when I do my bathroom downstairs, I would probably give them a call.

My tub upstairs had a crack and I had seen Bath Fitter on TV. I went to a couple of other providers and my wife was more satisfied with the appearance of their tub and the walls. And in discussing what they were going to do, it seemed like a pretty good deal. Our old tub was ripped out, the new tub put in, and we had them redo the walls all the way up to the ceiling. They came here and did what they had to do. It was done clean in about six hours and was ready to go. And it was beautiful.

And then I wanted to make sure I had two bars installed so that, again, being proactive for my later years, and also figuring that that would help the value of the house should I ever have to put it up for sale. So I contacted Bath Fitter. It was one of the wise decisions that I made for my future.

So, I purchased the overlay tub and had that done January this year. The sales representative was very informative. The man who did the installation was professional. The only problem I had is after he left and I really went in there and looked at it, the caulking was a little bit too high up. It didn’t look as professional as I was expecting it to be. So we did it, so I’m happy with it now.

That was our first bathroom remodel, about four months ago. Having somebody from Bath Fitter come in and renovate my home was a very pleasant experience. Usually that’s a big hassle. The sales representative was very pleasant and very knowledgeable, and the installation team was very good. They were courteous and knowledgeable. We’re going to have them do another bathroom, as well.

Bath Fitter was a very easy and painless way to fix an ugly problem in the bathroom. Our bathtub was kind of gross but the tile wasn't. When I saw Bath Fitter, I thought, "Now, I can fix that problem." I chose Bath Fitter because they said they could put the bathtub in and retain the tile surround that I already had without damaging it or having to rip it out or cover it. I had it done for already a couple of months at least.

I couldn't be more pleased. They did both sides of my duplex and in spite of the issues they found in our rental, they went above and beyond to get the job done right. It delayed completion on the rental side, but I was kept informed of the problems, progress and expected completion date. The bathroom on our side of the property is absolutely beautiful. The crew arrived when they said they would, protected our carpets, cleaned up everything when they were done and made sure I was happy with the outcome before they left the site. They aren't the least expensive, but the insert will obviously last longer than a DIY fiberglass unit and looks 100 times better than anything I've seen. I can recommend Bath Fitter with a completely clear conscience.

When we decided to do something about the bathroom, we called and set up an appointment. I had an appointment with several other companies but I decided to go with Bath Fitter because I liked the presentation and the product looked like it was top grade. What they had to offer is what we like, so we purchased the tub liner and also the liner over the tub. We had it done a couple of months ago.

My experience dealing with Bath Fitter was terrible and I would strongly recommend anyone wanting a quality experience to look elsewhere. Our sales rep was completely unprofessional and our dealings with him were like something you would expect from a shady used car salesman. (Not to mention the fact that after leaving our house, he went dumpster-diving in our neighborhood! LOL) The product he sold us was not the product we received. When the installer came to do the work, he realized AFTER he ripped out what we had, that our replacement was much smaller and had to build out our walls with 2x4s to get it to fit. We ended up with a downgrade from what we had originally! I made multiple phone calls to both the corporate and local offices to complain, and over the course of about 3 weeks spoke with a total of 6 different people (including one of the VPs) - who promised he would get back to me within 3 days. Of course, that never happened either. The only thing they managed to do quickly and accurately was send us our bill. HA! This company is a joke.

I've had an excellent experience with Bath Fitter. I felt that they were very professional. I basically knew what I wanted and they didn't try to push anything else on me. They gave me all my options and I felt very comfortable with the salesperson. It looks very nice.

The bathroom needed a fix and we had been looking at different companies. A neighbor and a couple of different people recommended Bath Fitter. The product that we saw for the surround of the bathroom, over there at Bath Fitter, was much superior than what we had been looking at. So, we purchased it two or three months ago.

My bathroom was leaking and we had Bath Fitter do the remodel. A guy from the company showed me everything and I liked the way it looked. It was a little expensive but well worth it. We bought a shower and tub. We checked the tub out and just put a shower. It goes all the way across the bathroom. The sales representative was a very nice guy and very knowledgeable about his product. The installation guy was the best. The day he came in, he walked in the front door and he put his shoes off. He put paper on the floor; it was clean and spotless when he left. They’re a good company to do business with. They have good products and we’re very happy.

We had to get rid of our bathtub and put in a new shower stall because my wife was handicapped. It has been installed a couple of months ago. The crew at Bath Fitter was pretty good. They cleaned up after themselves and they weren't dirty. If I needed another one, I'd call them up again.

I had some relatives that had some work done by Bath Fitter and I thought about getting them, too. Our house was built in 1960 and so we decided to have it remodeled for the first time. Bath Fitter was quick, easy, and I really liked what I saw with my other family members in their bathroom. We got tubs around and the roof/ceiling, and then the fixtures last March. The sales representative was good. It’s just kind of a quick and easy thing. The installation guy was really good; he was quick, cleaned up his mess, he was really knowledgeable. So far, I love the product; it was good.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was very satisfactory. The young man who came here was very, very nice and seemed to be quite skilled at what he did. He got things done quickly, and so far, everything is perfect. I was also very surprised when the manager phoned me a week or so later to ask if everything was fine and if I was satisfied, so obviously they care about satisfying their customers.

We had our shower redone by Bath Fitter and you couldn't find better people to deal with than Bath Fitters. We had seen them on TV and we wanted to go and take a look. We took a look there first before we made a decision and we liked what we saw. They were very nice. When the guy went in and got started to do his work, he found out that the floor was rotting out and he couldn't replace on this. So we immediately contact somebody, have them come in and rebuild the wood underneath.

I was choosing between Bath Fitter and another company. I know they were a little bit higher in price than the other one, but the way they explained some of the things, it worked then, and that might have been why I went with Bath Fitter. Because they didn’t leave a lot of things in the bathroom.

I got arthritis in my knees so bad, I couldn’t climb over in my tub so I went and got me a Bath Fitters shower. The sales representatives that came to my house made sure they didn't bring dirt in and they did really good. They were excellent.

We purchased a new bathtub and the tub enclosure from Bath Fitter about a month and a half ago. The sales reps came over one morning and explained everything they were going to do. On the day of the installation, I was at work in the morning. I only got home in the afternoon and they were here. And everything seemed to be okay. The service was good and they were great.

Then, I decided it was time to remodel. I purchased the whole installation from Bath Fitter, the one-piece wall-- it’s not one piece but it appears that way, with the bathtub that sits over the other bathtub.

I’m displeased with the way things went down with them. The installing team did a beautiful job, but during the installment my commode was loosened from the base and there was a whole puncture in the wall behind the door. I called and I filed a complaint. I was displeased with the representative that they sent out. He was kind, but I explained to him what happened. It was my intention to buy a new commode, but at that particular time, I was not going to purchase one. But after the base was broken on it to the extent that it was getting one-sided, I called and I didn’t get any answer from Bath Fitter so I went ahead and purchased it. When the rep came out and he observed it, he said he could not understand how this could happen. I said, I was going to purchase me a commode. I explained to him, I didn’t take pictures to let them see what was the outcome of the result of the installation.

We first heard about Bath Filter from a home show, and we thought that we'd give it a try. We purchased the shower enclosure about 2 months ago, since one of our neighbors also have the same product. The sales representative who came to our home was very good and very helpful. The installation guy was polite, very nice and did a good job. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have some work done for their shower.

I had a terrible experience from the beginning with Bath Fitter in Roseville, MN. I made arrangements to do a simple thing as to receive a bid for the bathroom modification I needed to make it wheelchair accessible. I was scheduled with someone who called and asked for clarification on what his instructions were for, how to get into my building which were clear to begin with. It was "come to the main doors (either of them), use the security box, enter the code provided, and it would ring to my cell phone." I would then come and let "Marc" in. I agreed though since he seemed to need extra help to wait in the parking lot with my dog.

I'm happy with Bath Fitters. So far, I haven't had any real issues. Just some questions, which they took care of. But I'm really happy with the product. One thing I'd like to say, a lot of times the questions about quality in that is a little bit too soon. Sometimes, I think it takes a little longer to see how things work out and what happens, adjustments and things happen. But they call you right after it's finished to get a lot of things, questions answered about how well things were done when it was just put in. So I'm a little reluctant to really just sign off on everything right away. Sometime it takes 90 days or something, and then call me back and see if I'm having issues and you need to come out for something, but all that's done within the first two or three weeks. And of course everything is still drying up and it's still fresh.

I had that handicap shower put in and Bath Fitters are the ones that did walk-in showers. I had a problem with the tub, it turns pink and we have to scrub it a lot. They did a great job.

I've heard of Bath Fitter because I know they overlay the bathroom, overlay a tub and the surrounding area and I don't know of another company that does that. And I did not want to incur the price for the time of pulling out a tub so I chose them over anyone else. It was 2 months ago when I had my tub and the wall surrounding the tub covered. The experience was great. The guy answered all my questions. Everything went well and it was excellent.

Everything worked out great with Bath Fitter. I have an old house and just wanted to update the bath. The sales representatives were extremely nice. They went above and beyond what we asked them. They answered our questions, and came up with a good price, and we're happy with them. The installers were super nice. They cleaned up the house very well. They put down tarps that were very heavy and there was absolutely no mess when they left. They took everything with them that they didn't need, and left it in great order. It was a pleasant and wonderful experience.

We purchased from Bath Fitter the acrylic, whole pack: bathtub, shower, roof, tops and everything. My daughter picked out everything herself with dates and sales rep. All I did was pay. My 13 year old daughter is very happy with Bath Fitter. Dave, the sales rep, was very good considering he was dealing with a 13 year old. They went through the book to look and check the different options and came up with what my daughter wanted. My daughter had a perfect interaction with their sales rep. The guys who installed them were also excellent. There were two of them, and they did a perfect job. It was a more complicated job than our upstairs that Bath Fitter also worked on before.

Everything went real well. It was a great experience. I'm very happy with it. I'd recommend them.

In Oct of last year I had a tub liner installed - Good job. But I was told that in order to install the tub I needed to buy a soap dish so that the tub would fit in. I've called the salesperson that sold me the tub and he said he was sorry, gave me the number to call for reimbursement of funds. I called and as of yet I haven't heard anything back from your company. I've called the NH BBB to Inquire on my options of retrieving my money. A few minutes ago I received a follow up call to see if I had resolved this matter. They told me to try one more time and this is it. By the way your company name as of yet has not been given to the BBB. I just want someone to respond by sometime today before I go public.

Hopefully this will take care of any issues.

I chose Bath Fitter because it was a VA thing for my father to make it handicapped-accessible. So I went on that and the people who've used them before. However, I'm disappointed on one thing about it. They told me they were going to have a higher toilet for my father and they didn't. Their tallest toilet was 17 inches high, which doesn't help him because he's old. He's 91 and feeble. Also, it seemed a little pricey. We got a shower and a toilet for $6,800. But other than that, the job was fine. It's done, it's good. I can't complain. The sales representatives were all very good. They were very polite and got back to me in a timely fashion. It was just the toilet height. I’m disappointed, it was big. And now we have to buy another toilet.

From beginning to end was a breeze!! The guy who came to measure it up was courteous and informative. The install was done in two days and have been enjoying it for well over two months now with no problems at all. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and the lifetime guarantee is awesome!! You really do get what you pay for!!

The guy really did a wonderful job. He did a perfect job of the bathtub, and the grab bars and towel bars. We have a really nice bathroom that we put in about 5 years ago down stairs on our ground floor with all new fixtures, all new floors, all new tile, all new everything. It's just amazing to us. And when we show it to everybody they just think it's great.

We were so delighted to have our shower remodeled by BathFitters, and it looked really great once installed. But over time, we noticed the appearance of mold throughout the perimeter and top of the entire shower. Also, glue is pulling away from areas through out the shower which now has openings causing water to escape. Please help!

I decided to go with them mainly because they covered everything. The price was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. I needed a sink replaced and the bathroom too and they did everything.

I have used Bath Fitters over the last 10 years. I've owned three different homes and each home, I've done my bathroom. I had the bath surround about two months ago. I have had nothing but success with them. I love their products. I find that they're very professional when they come into your home. I wasn't going to change now.

I sent e-mails and left several voicemail messages with the local Bath Fitter to inform them of the shower leak and water damage. It's unfortunate that I had to write a public review to get Bath Fitter to respond to my situation. But immediately after posting this review, their local office contacted me. It still took several months to get my issue resolved, so I can't give Bath Fitter a higher rating. But they eventually replaced the shower (hopefully no more leaks) and I am now putting my bathroom back together.

Bath Fitter has done two bathrooms for me about 8-9 years ago so I just stayed with them 'cause I was satisfied with their work. They re-did a shower for me this time because it was falling apart. The sales rep was very courteous and informative and helpful in suggesting the right kind of stuff that we needed, and offering the best price. It was one person that did it and he was on time. He was fast and he said he'd be finished in about half a day and he was finished in about that time. I didn't have any problems with the work that he did. The service was good and so is the product.

I chose Bath Fitter to do the remodel because they've been around a long time. When I bought the house a few years ago, there was some mold behind the shower and the bathroom was an original shower so I had the shower replaced around Christmas time. The sales representative called to keep me informed of the scheduling date which was really good. One guy did the installation and he did an awesome job. He had to prep the wall first after he got the shower out. He cut a piece of it out and put a new sheetrock in because it was damaged by water. Then he came back and installed the new one. It was a great experience.

I've had my first Bath Fitter remodel a year ago for an investment property I own. With tenants in there, I didn't want it to take more than one day so the one day was a big selling point for me. I had them install a tub because I was told by their salesperson that that would solve the problem of water leaking upstairs onto the downstairs on the tenant's bedroom. So one year ago, we did that but that did not solve the problem. One year later, they put in the tub surround and that did solve the problem. While I was quite happy with the tub surround installation and procedure, I think it was a hit and miss experience because I spent twice as much as I had originally planned to spend when I thought that the tub was going to solve the problem as indicated by the original sales professional.

I had an old tub taken out and a shower installed less than a month ago. Although it looks very nice, I am still waiting for someone to fix the shower wall. The installer cut a hole for the light switch within the shower enclosure. I know this is NOT within code! I told them that an easy solution would have been to turn the light switch around and put it on the wall outside the bathroom. His answer was "we are not electricians". How can a company work with electricity in a bathroom and not know the codes. This is a big problem!!!!!! Someone has already been back because my plumbing was not put in up to code and they also needed a permit which they had to get later. It really bothers me that I am paying over $7000 for a shower that is just not right and someone could get shocked!!

Have had nothing but problems....Installed about 10 yrs ago now wished I didn't waste my money. Have had mold growing on the chalking since day one. No matter if I clean the tub and shower everyday or not, have given up. Now my shower leaks destroyed the ceiling below and shower floor has cracked. Called the plumber and to find out both shower in the master bath and tub in the other bathroom were NOT installed correctly, and the only way to correct the problem is to replace bath fitters garbage they installed, which cost me a pretty penny. Don't waste your money on this trash like I did.

We decided to go with them because they have a good reputation and I had just read about them off and on for a few years. Their sales rep came out, showed the product, measured the bathroom and scheduled the work to be done a few days later. We were very satisfied with the work of their installation team.

We started our hunt for a new shower by visiting your showroom and were very impressed by the displays and the young lady that served us, Alyssa, who was very friendly and helpful. We had picked out our colour, pattern for the walls and shower heads while talking to Alyssa. We booked an appointment with a sales consultant and had one within a few days with Scott. He was very helpful and went through every avenue as far as styles, etc. Scott had an installation appointment set to our surprise for only two weeks. Scott did a super job measuring, as was noted by the installer Brandon, as all the premade material fit so well. When Brandon showed up, he did a magnificent job tearing out the old bathtub which was a complete unit, so it was not easy.

After the install - the floor was very slippery and retains water. The shower does not drain properly. My spouse notified the bath fitters here in Columbia SC with no response to the problem - not bad for a life time maintenance free shower.

I liked their product and the fact that it was made in the U.S. Every time I call, the rep constantly calls me back right away and the problem is fixed. The installation guy they sent was friendly and he kept the area very clean. I've already recommended them to several people.

He stayed the whole time to finish and he made sure that I was there to see the finished product because I went out for a while. Bath Fitter was quick, reliable and everything looks great.

My husband has cancer and he goes to the VA for all his treatment. Up there, they had told us we could apply to get our bathroom remodeled for a walk-in shower because it was getting hard for him to climb in and out of the tub shower. We had seen Bath Fitter at the fair and when I talked to Jason, he just seemed so nice. He said that they did it for the VA so I figured we could trust him to know what he was doing and not short change us. He explained everything and their quality of work and product seemed so much better. We liked the installer. He was very good too about explaining what he had to do. He had to move the drain pipe because we had a garden tub so our drain was like over by the wall and he had to put it in the center. He told us about that and showed us after he had done it. It was very good. We love it and it is very helpful for Jack.

My bathtub started cracking. I've tried patching it but it wouldn't hold. Only other company I've ever saw was doing it was Lee & Cates. They're similar but they didn't have anything at the fair showing their product and Bath Fitter did. So we went with them. This was our first Bath Fitter remodel. I had the walk in shower and I did purchase the whole thing. The only problem I had was getting back with the sales person. I called them and they were supposed to call me and they didn't. I had to follow-up on that but we came through. The installation team did an excellent job. When they took out my whole bath tub, put the shower, the walk-in the shower with the doors, I had a space between my towel and my new bath tub. The contractor took a piece, put down their work just like it's part of the tub. I'm well pleased so I'd recommend them.

I’m so impressed with my bathroom. My husband had remodeled it in 1989 and had used enamel board. The enamel was starting to peel off and it just looked ugly. And my husband had since passed away and I knew I couldn't do that kind of thing myself and I went to who I thought I could really trust and that would be this company. I've been aware of Bath Fitter for years through advertisements in magazines and newspaper and so on. And I've heard good things about them as well. My experience was bang on. They've been in business for 25 years. A tried and true sort of thing.

I didn't like the stains caused from the iron deposit, so we put an overlay over the tub that was in there last summer. We didn't check out a different company because I felt like Bath Fitter was very reputable. That was our first purchase with them. The gentleman that I worked with was very nice. I happen to like the way they handled things. I like the way it looks. Everything is fine.

My wife heard about Bath Fitter through her coworker. My wife was the one who got it going about a year ago, in August, when we needed to replace our tub and shower area. We thought Bath Fitter was the best thing going so we went into their shop. Everything went smoothly with their sales representative... everything was good... everything went well. The installers were quick and efficient. It was done right the first time.

I got the surround walls in the bathroom March last year and they did a fantastic job! I had a tile in my bathroom that I absolutely hated so I talked to some people but they were dragging their feet, that they didn't really want to do it and that they didn't know anything about the product that would work. Bath Fitter on the other hand was here on time and they said they would do it in a timely manner and they did. It was my first time to remodel with them. The sales representative was very good. He explained everything and he was very nice to work with. This was the same thing with the installation team. They did a very good job and they cleaned up very well.

It’s been 19 years so a year ago we decided it was time to remodel our bathroom. I had nothing but a shower, so I got the tub and insert around the walls. Their sales representative was great and was very explicit. He explained everything and everything was exactly the way he said it was going to be. As for the installation team, he kept everything nice and clean and was in and out in a day. It was a very good experience. We were very happy with everything. They also took our Wells Fargo home project card which helped out a lot.

I had Bath Fitter install a walk-in shower last year. I like their lifetime warranty, single installation, no seams to worry about, and the colors. Everything was professional and everyone was courteous. The sales rep came at the appointed time and showed me what the products were. It was our choice. The installers were very professional. They were on time, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves, and left with a working product. It's a good product.

The summer of 2013 the paint blistered on the bottom door rail. We paid over four thousand for this. Were told it had lifetime warranty on work that was done and the material was covered also. Started calling in the late summer of 2013. We talked to a Lady and was told, she would set up time for the repair person to call and come and do the repair. No one ever called. Started calling again the first of 04/14 when we returned to the coast. Was told, "your rep would come 5/2/14." Waited all day and no one showed up. Called Bath Fitters again 5/2 and again on 5/3. No one called me back. Still getting the same run around. I hope whoever reads this thinks twice before going with this Bath Fitter out of Wilmington, North Carolina.
