We had to remodel the bathroom and wanted to refresh it so had Bath Fitter install the shower and bath about four months. Everything was great. It all went down perfectly. The installation guy was great. I'd recommend them, as a matter of fact I already have. I was very pleased with them and the product.

I'm an architect and did this Bath Fitter remodel for my sister-in-law where she needed to have the biggest bang for the buck and that certainly was the cheapest way of getting it remodeled. We did a shower surround and a tub surround. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and very thorough, a real salesman. He wanted to upsell us but we were looking to get it warm and dry and keeping it from leaking. It was only used 3 weeks a year so we didn't want to put big money into it. I let the installers in in the house in the morning and locked it up after they left.

Bath Fitter was excellent. They did it in one day and my mother's happy with it. They did an excellent work.

Bath Fitter called me within 24 hours and are sending someone out tomorrow. I will update soon.

I had a good experience with the sales rep from Bath Fitter. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. The installation team was also great. Ryan from Bath Fitter was great. He came in and did some things that he did not have to do but made sure that everything was fitted properly the second time they had to come back so it's been a good experience. I have recommended them and two of my neighbors have gone with them as well.

We had a real good experience with Bath Fitter. I saw what I liked from them and my wife liked it too and so we went with them. We got a tub enclosure, a tub, and a door last year. I watched the installation guy do his job and he was in and out and he did a nice job. Everything was fine from start to finish.

I liked their presentation and then working with me to get the price I wanted. They were wonderful to work with. Very professional, friendly, did the job excellently. They cleaned up their mess and laid tarps down so they wouldn’t get the floor dirty. I really couldn’t say enough about them, they were excellent. I really liked their product!

We are enjoying our shower very much. We've had it for about three months now. We purchased a new shower, corner caddy, the shower head, etc. from Bath Fitter as we've been wanting to get rid of our old bathtub for a long time. We had a good experience with them. The sales representative was very good and explained everything he was going to do. The installer was very clean. You wouldn't even know he was in there other than we have a new shower. I was very happy with what they did and they did it all in one day, within six hours.

Everything was super, all of them. We purchased a walk-in shower from them. We liked the unit we got at the time that's what we wanted. They're a little pricey but that's the way it is.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was wonderful. There was a defect in our existing tub so we had them install our bathtub-shower two months ago. I had them work on two bathrooms. The sales representative was good and the installer was excellent.

We just have one bathroom in our house, and we needed something that was done quickly so we chose the Bath Fitter. We purchased a tub and shelf from them last September. The sales representative was really positive. The person who installed was positive too. He was really nice and polite and got things in and out without making a huge mess. I'm happy with the way that it turned out and how quickly it was done.

He was very informative and helpful. The guy who installed did a great job. He was very nice and very professional. Jasmine, the girl from customer service was very nice and very helpful.

I got to where I couldn’t step over the tub anymore, so I got a shower. I got 5 or 6 bids and went with Bath Fitter. They did a good job except for one thing... they left one spot where water fills up and it won’t run out. I have to clean it up every time I take a bath.

I never had problems with the Bath Fitter. I purchased a shower conversion with the 3- or 4-inch lift from them about a year ago because I didn't like what I had. The sales representative answered everything but was pushy. I was a general contractor for 13 years. I didn't treat people that way and really didn't appreciate him doing it but just let it slide. Other than that, the Bath Fitter did well. They did everything they said they would do.

I liked the way Bath Fitter looked and had heard from several people that they do a good job. This is our first bathroom remodel and we got the bath installation with the side shelving. The guy who installed it and the guy who came were both great.

The guy from Bath Fitter was really a gentleman and nice. Their staff did a great job and we're very happy with it. It was a very, very, very good experience. He was on time, did a good clean job, cleaned up his mess, and very polite. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Stuff was getting old so I decided to remodel our bathroom. Interactions with sales rep were good, but I wasn't here when the installation team did it. Overall, I’d recommend Bath Fitter. It's all been really good. I enjoyed a lot.

My experience with the Bath Fitter was actually quite good. I first heard of them through a friend and chose them due to the one piece design and the time frame. I bought a shower stall from them last September. The salespersons were very cordial, informative and very easy to work with. I had the similar experience with the installer, he was very easy to work with. He worked very efficiently and did good work. Overall it was a good experience.

We needed a shower really bad because our old bath tub was about ready to conk out and getting rusty - it's steel. We made our purchase with Bath Fitter in August and they put it in in September. I got no complaints with the sales representative and the guy who did it was polite and kind. He explained everything and didn't rush the job. The only problem is that the warranty is awfully high. We've never seen any warranty so high on a shower, $4,000 and we can't understand why. I wish they could take it down because you never know how long you're going to live.

I purchased the walk-in shower about 4 or 5 months ago. The sales rep was absolutely professional. Just 1-2-3 in the way he laid the stuff on me. They're honest and forthright. There was only one guy who installed it and he came at exactly the time that he said he was going to be here. He was pleasant and professional. He answered my questions and I watched him do part of the job. He never stopped for a second until he had a quick sandwich at noon and then was right back at work until he got that job done. I can't find one complaint about that job he did.

We got an estimate a year or two before we had the actual work done. We had them come out and give us the estimate. The sales rep was awesome. But we couldn't afford to do it so we waited until we had money where we felt like we needed to move forward with it. Last February we finally got our new bathtub with the surround. I love the product. And I was happy with the initial experience with them and from that standpoint I would recommend them. However, what I purchased was supposed to be that if it needed re-caulking I could call and have that done. I was not happy with the follow-up while trying to get somebody back out here to do that.

Bath Fitter was great. I chose them because my brother had his bathroom done by them and it looked great. It was also time to remodel the bathroom because it's 22 years and I had won the shed tubs and I didn't like it anymore. The workers, the sales representative, are very polite, very informative, very nice, very clean. They are very good people. The ones who made the installation were great guys. I'm glad they cleaned up and did everything. My only issue with it is when the tub clogged up a month and a half ago, I called Bath Fitter because I didn't want to call regular plumber because of the tub. They came and they fixed it free of charge. They were very nice, very good people, good guys. Overall Bath Fitter is #1. The workers were all great. It's a good company.

I learned about the Bath Fitter at the fair that we went to. We chose them because of the price. I got a tub and surround that went along with it. It's just plain. The sales representatives were very nice at the fair and they gave me a coupon for $100 or $50. It's been a year and a half ago since I had them. The man that put it in was so efficient and fast. There was absolutely no mess left out. I had a big sauna tub in there. He took it out and we didn't think it was possible that they could do that all in one day and yet he did. It was wonderful.

I did research online and chose Bath Fitter because they had a 24 hour turnaround. This was December. We had one bathroom in our house and needed a quick turnaround for this remodel. The rep was here almost two hours showing me the different samples and talking about their product and what they could do in my bathroom. We were real impressed with what they can do. However, in my walk-in shower, the little center track that holds the glass doors and lets the glass doors slide back and forth, didn’t stick for some reason. Unfortunately, I was taking a shower and that whole panel of glass when I was sliding it jumped down, and I was able to catch it. Otherwise I could have been cut severely. So I called the company and told them. They were out within two days and fixed that and couldn’t apologize enough over that.

My daughter arranged for Bath Fitter and we’re happy. She was the one who handled it and the experience was fine.

My wife saw Bath Fitter on TV and liked it. We called and the guy came out and told us all about it. We got two showers with the glass sliding doors and the walls covered. We got different handles put on the walls of the shower and everything was really neat. They've done really well. The guy that came out and took care of it did a good job and he didn't waste any time doing it.

I went with another remodeling company originally nine years ago and it was never done correctly so we had a major mold problem and decided to do it for a second time with Bath Fitter. This is our first Bath Fitter remodel. The sales rep was good. But the interactions I had with the installation team were not so good. They tried to tell us that we had to fix the wall, that was never discussed prior and they tried to do some things to get us to pay for them. I ended up calling the salesman and told him to come to my house and he did, and remedied the problem. But I didn’t appreciate the installers at all. Another thing that the installer did that I was unhappy about is that I have my daughter’s bedroom right next to the bathroom and when he started to use some standing, he didn’t shut the bedroom doors. That would have been a very easy thing to shut the door so that the sun wouldn’t get into the room and I had to tell him to do that and he got annoyed with me. He was less than what I would have wanted.

I've had my first Bath Fitter remodel about eight or ten months ago. I chose them over another remodeling company because of their price mainly. Everyone at Bath Fitter was very friendly, nice. They were great. The installation team was just one kid and he did the whole thing in less than a day. I recommend Bath Fitter.

I did a bathroom remodel in December of last year. I went with Bath Fitter because of their quickness of finishing the job within a day. Had them install the bathtub and wall units. Our experience with them has been great. At first I honestly was not sure if I wanted to go through with it because of the price. Sales guy actually came out three times and told me, "I don't want to pressure you. Think about it." Went through different options. He was a great representative. The installer was also very professional. He was clean, made sure whatever he did he picked up, left my home clean, and I was very satisfied.

We were looking for some remodeling to be done on our bathroom and my son-in-law said that he knew somebody who knew somebody who had them do something. That's why we called Bath Fitter. They did the shower and the bath tub. We're very pleased. The sales representative at Bath Fitter explained what they were going to do and how much it would cost. It was very informative. Nothing came up that we weren't expecting. The installation people were very polite, very nice. We have a group home and we have three handicapped ladies upstairs where the bathroom they remodeled was located. A lot of times we get people in here and they kind of ignore them or are rude to them. But they were really nice with the ladies. We have given their names to other people that have been thinking about remodeling their bathroom.

We got quotes from three different people and Bath Fitter's was the best one so we chose that them. They redid our bathroom shower and took out our tub. The sales representative and the installation guy were nice. The installer was way overbooked. Bath Fitter schedules these guys way too tight for what they have to do, which was a little bit weird but he got it all done.

I first heard about Bath Fitter through a state fair exhibit or the Illinois State Fair. This is my first Bath Fitter remodel. It was an old surround tub shower. It was a shower that was in an oblong type do. It's very small and quaint and we needed to have it enlarged. We made it in September. It was in middle August and then delivered in September. Sales rep was very good. He told me what all they do and he answered all the questions I asked him and told us how long it takes for the guy to do it, roughly 5 to 6 hours which exactly what happened. One did all the installation. The guy told me he'd be here between 10 and 10:30. He was here at 8:30, done by 1:15, out the door by 1:30. He was very clean. There was no dust, no nothing. He was very efficient. Overall, I’d recommend Bath Fitter.

I have been in the customer service for over 40 years and feel that Bath Fitters more than deserves for me to update my original star-rating of their company.

I had a very nice experience with Bath Fitters. I chose them because of their reputation. I purchased a huge custom made shower from them during the spring. The sales representative was very nice, personable, thorough, articulate and came back with information.

We got a shower from Bath Fitter. We have the bath tub replaced too. They came to the house, showed us the product, and took measurements to see whether or not what we had was capable of their product fitted in there, which it was. It was the salesperson who came into the house and looked in what we had and what I had in mind and then showed us their product.

We heard about Bath Fitter a long time ago and just knew that when the time came that we were going to fix our bathroom. Their sales representative was great. The person we first met gave us the information and we signed up with her. Then somebody called us, came out and did all the measures. The installation guy was great. He did everything and explained it to my husband. It was a good experience and we were very happy with the whole thing.

I have used them 6 or 7 times already and I'm extremely happy. Sales rep Darren is phenomenal. Installers have all been really good so far.

We went to a home show and that was the first time I had been introduced to Bath Fitter. I was really impressed with the looks of their product and because my 88 yo mother lives with me and I needed something that I could actually rely on with the handicap bars, etc. I chose to go with them for our bathroom remodel.

We decided to purchase a complete shower install from Bath Fitter because it was less money. We wanted our shower done but didn’t want the whole bathroom torn apart. The guy that installed it did a really good job although it took longer than what we were thinking because when they first made it in Tennessee, after the initial salesman came and took the measurements, it was done incorrectly. So it got pushed back quite a while because they had to send it back to Tennessee and have them redo it.

Bath Fitter did a tremendous job. Someone on the internet recommended me to call Bath Fitter. Their head salesman came out and showed me some samples. They did a tremendous job but our contractor that put in the shower totally messed up. So they had to rip out all the old stuff and they put in all the way down to almost the bottom. Then they had rebuild it. The guy that made a presentation said, "Russel, this is on me." The last technician came out to put in the seat and he did an excellent job. We were really impressed by him.

I had a sales rep out from Bath fitters on Nov 14th. They could see the water damage on the walls in the bathroom and down to the main level. I was advised they will work on the bathroom only fine. After a bit of worry on my part due to low income finances. I parted with a $500.00 deposit. I was told I had 5 days to review and or change my mind. Two days later Nov 16th I get a call to advise that they could come the next day (17th) to install. I said no as I had to work and I had it planned as per my work order that I needed the week of Nov 25th as I was on vacation.

Bath Fitter went over the top in terms of service when there was a problem after the installation. I don't know if I can say anything better about them. They're just a great organization. They gave me a good price. Everybody that I was in contact with including the woman on the phone was very professional and it was a very smooth experience.

I really like Bath Fitter. I've already had them do my bathroom in Ohio. They did a good job.

My experience with Bath Fitter was both professional and efficient. Everyone (Sales, Factory measurements, Installer) arrived on time and completed their task. The actual installation was estimated to take 1 1/2 to 2 days to complete and the job was completed in one day. We had a medical need to complete this job ASAP and Bath Fitter worked with us to accomplish the job. We now have a beautiful, custom made shower that measures up to all my expectations.

I chose Bath Fitter because of the price. It's been a year that we had them do a complete shower and tub. The sales representative was very upfront and great. The man who came to install did the whole thing in a day. He made a lot of noise but did a good job. I'm happy with it. It was a great experience and I didn't have any problems at all.

My husband and son went over to an expedition at a college and Bath Fitter was part of it. We had them remodel our bathroom because it was in bad shape. We knew we had to have it fixed. 14 or 15 years ago, our daughter lived in this area and that's what she did with her bathroom. Overall, our experience was very great.

I had Bath Fitters come out to handle an estimate a few years back and was not interested in their product or prices. Since then I have received numerous calls a month and at all times of the day. I finally answered today and the rep was very rude and pushy. He would not allow me to speak nor did he appreciate me stating I was not interested. He continued to state that a rep was going to my house and it would not take long. After going in circles with him and him getting even more rude, I told him I was not interested and have a good day. He basically got snippy with me and hung up. I am glad that I did not use this company and hope they stop harassing me.

We had two bathrooms done by Bath Fitter. We purchased the shower installment and a bathroom tub. The price was right and the sales representatives have all been pleasant. The installation team is very good. They were efficient, fast and critiqued everything very well. My experience with them is fantastic and thorough. We’re very satisfied.

My parents had their bathroom done by Bath Fitter a few years back. I was so satisfied with what they had gotten that I called them. My bathroom was thirty years old and had an ugly color. I purchased the tub surround and all the tile that goes up the tub. The representatives were good and the installation team was excellent. I’m very satisfied. Their product is great.

I had a Bath Fitter over my porcelain tub and later used a drain cleaner chemical which melted and yellowed it around the drain. Now the tub looks dirty all the time and there is nothing I can do. Lifetime warranty doesn't help as apparently it was in the fine print not to use drain cleaner. It would be a better investment to get a new tub.

I'm getting older and wasn't using the tub. I was climbing over to get into the shower and have one bad leg, so it was time to have a walk-in shower. I purchased the walk-in shower with the sliding doors from Bath Fitter. The sales representative was very thorough and did a great job. However, I had somebody come back two days later and say, "Well, he told you that you could have a shower curtain, and you can't." So we had to add the doors. That was a little disconcerting but it was a necessary change as the curtains would have been in the toilet. It wouldn't stay up on the wall because it would slide down. I could handle that.

Well I got an estimate about October 10th, decided it was a good idea and my small bathroom really needed something. After almost a month of waiting they came on November 6th for the install. Install took all day and didn't get completed because the tub liner and tub was off balance. So it ended up needing a custom door runner which was fine, it just could take a week or more. Well it's been a week and still no door, and also I'm experiencing a small leak with the plumbing they did which is creating damage if ran. Called about both topics today and was told I'll need to wait 24 hours for an answer with my shower door. And up to 72 hours for a technician to come out and fix the leak. I was referred to Bath Fitter for my home, but honestly I'm not very satisfied. It was very costly for the size of my bath and took more than 1 day.

We were very happy with Bath Fitter. We had friends also that did it around the same time we did and they were very happy with the service. The tub that we had was dingy and we wanted to upgrade so we purchased the round tub from Bath Fitter. We were fine with their sales rep. The installation guys were great. They were very careful, came in and made sure nothing got wrecked or ruined. It's a little pricey but we were very satisfied.

Twice we've had an absolutely, excellent experience with Bath Fitter. It was the best thing we’ve ever done. We have recommended them to numerous people and they’ve gone ahead with installing the same unit.

I had a very good experience with Bath Fitter. The only problem is I got to contact them because where the wall meets the tub, where the grout is there, it's getting moldy. Other than that, I'm more than pleased. I definitely would recommend them to anybody.

I chose Bath Fitter to remodel our bathroom because they were here before and I liked their work. I purchased the tub last May. Sales reps were very nice, cordial and professional. The installation team was very nice.

We had one of those acrylic walls in our shower but there was constantly molds along the grout. I just couldn't stand the mold, and I didn't like having to constantly buy the shower caddy, and also didn't like the shower curtain any longer so I decided to have a remodel on my bathroom. I purchased the tub and shower combo, the shelving, and shower doors from Bath Fitter. That was back in May. The sales representative were very good and the installation team were excellent. I didn't have a problem with anybody. They were all very professional and informative. I absolutely love it. I definitely tell people about it who are considering remodeling. It was an excellent experience.

We liked Bath Fitter. They did both of our bathrooms and they did an excellent job. They were good and that's why we went with them. I recommended them to friends.

I like what the guy from Bath Fitter did. It's a fantastic job. But there's only one thing; I thought at that time, even though there's a lifetime warranty on it, that the price was steep, and he didn't give me enough time to look around because he told me if I didn't take it that night, I couldn't get that discount they were going to give. Other than that, my wife and I both like it.

I needed to have my bathtub remodeled and liked the idea that Bath Fitter could take the old bathtub out and put the new one in, in a day. The sales representative is very good. He explained everything. The installation team was good as well. I talked to them a few times and had no problem with them. They did what they were supposed to do and it looks nice. It was an excellent experience.

I decided to remodel my bathroom because it was old and dingy and disgusting, and I had to do something. I wanted to get rid of the tile and the grout. Now, I not only have the tub unit from Bath Fitter but I have the wainscoting as well. We chose them because the value for what they were giving us was good, and also there are no seams in it and there’s no grout - it’s like a one unit, both in the tub and on the wall. I knew I was never going to worry about grout again. Their sales rep was great. He explained everything and why Bath Fitter was a better value although it is pricey too. They offered a lifetime warranty so I could call someone to service me. That’s another thing: service after the sale, you don't get that with a regular contractor.

So far I am not impressed with Bath Fitters. All I can say is THINK it through before you sign. I did not appreciate some of what my pre installer said to me. The whole process has left me very skeptical about the finished project. Make sure you are aware of the 3 day policy to get your deposit back. I know people who are happy with the product but the price is outrageous. Unfortunately, I am locked into this. Suffering from a bad case of "buyers regret". I look forward to updating this when the job is done.

Summer of this year I had my bathroom remodeled by Bath Fitter. I purchased the tub and walk-in shower. It was a good experience.

I had heard about Bath Fitter before but I knew it's quite expensive, so I stayed away from it. Last spring, I decided to try it because I had a situation where it's best that the remodeling be done in one day. I purchased the tub and the walls. My interactions with the sales representative were good, but I was more impressed with the installer. We had a window, and Bath Fitter wouldn't guarantee around it. The installer did a nice trim around it and made it watertight. He did a good job. Bath Fitter is an excellent product. It's expensive, but the installers got everything done in one day and did a good job.

I was at the Wyoming Valley Mall and spoke to a gentleman from Bath Fitter named John. He sold us on it because he was very kind and answered the questions that we had. The salesman came to the house, sat down and went over everything with us and answered every question. He was excellent. And it was in no time. We got immediate response. Then the person was scheduled and came and did it, and we're very satisfied with it. We got the combination tub and shower. I had a window over the bathtub and I didn't want to lose that and they worked with it. Everything was taken care of. The man that was here explained fully about the care of the tub, so I wrote it all down and put that up in the bathroom closet; later I'm gonna frame it. The bathroom is so beautiful. I feel so good! I wish we had a couple more thousands so we could have the wall done.

Bath Fitter came in, clean and always very respectful and did a very nice job. It's a little expensive though. Also, the initial consultation was way too long. That's one of my biggest complaints. The guy was here four hours, it was ridiculous and very painful. And we were actually repeat customers; we had done two bathrooms with Bath Fitter. We were so sick of him. But the people who did the installation are great. The people who come and do the work have always been very good.

We just bought the house not too long ago and the bathtub was in pretty bad shape so we decided to have Bath Fitter come over. We chose them because of their reputation and their overall warranty, and the good things in their ratings. I did a lot of research online on the different companies. We were very pleased with the price they negotiated with us. The salesman was very understanding and knew that the price was a little too high for us. Then someone called us from Bath Fitter and said they'd work with us and they sent him back out and renegotiated some of the stuff and was able to get down to what's more affordable for us. We got a regular bathtub, and they had to do the walls. The one who did the installation was very friendly. We watched him and he was very sociable, very nice and very professional. We had an excellent experience with Bath Fitter.

It's been a very positive experience with Bath Fitter. They've been very good about doing repairs that were required. Whenever we needed re-caulking, they've been right there to do that free of charge, so we've been very satisfied with them. We've had Bath Fitter shower for years and we were pleased with the shower in our master bedroom. We thought we wanted it remodeled and we liked what we saw in terms of how quick Bath Fitter would do it and how well they did it. Our two sons, as they got older preferred the shower, so we contacted Bath Fitter to have that done to their bathroom as well.

We had the guy from Bath Fitter come out, inspect and he let us know how bad our bathrooms were - our bathtub, our wall and things like that. I got their services because they said they'd get it done in one day, and so we purchased tubs and showers. We had two bathrooms done about six months ago. In the one bath, the shower is leaking a little bit. The installation team was very nice, very informative, cooperative and careful not to get the house dirty. They were very professional about their work and got the job done in a timely manner. They explained to us how to care for the bath afterwards.

I called Bath Fitter already and they're coming out just to look at it. There are molds underneath the caulking. So far, our experience with Bath Fitter has been fine.

We were at the mall and the guy was sharing out his flyers. My husband stopped because he was in the process of redoing our kids' bathroom. We had one of those tubs that we had redone. They did the whole thing over around June. The sales representative was great. He was precise and his estimates were really great. The installation team was pretty much good with time, cleanliness and with everything. They were perfect. We recommended them to my sister-in-law who had a bathroom done when she saw ours. Her experience wasn't that great but ours is something we can't complain about. Everything worked out well. Even though we've only had it for months, I use what they recommended and I have no problems with my bath. It worked out the way we expected.

We've lived in our house for 47 years and we had never had anything done to the bathroom so it was time to remodel it. We purchased the tub and walls in behind the tub. We were impressed with the overall installation, and the bath piece up behind the bathtub was all one piece. Our son and daughter-in-law had had another company do theirs and theirs hasn't held up so well.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was excellent from the very first phone call. I really couldn't have asked for anything better. We didn't make our decision right away after the salesman showed us the product but later on that day he suggested we could meet halfway. He was very personable. I've already recommended Bath Fitter to my friends.

I'm 70 years old and the bath has been there 20 years so we thought it was time for remodel. We chose Bath Fitter because it was fast and they didn't have to rip everything out. What they've put in is so easy to clean. Usually you get scum and everything, and this one wipes right off. And the one thing I really, really like about that is the floor, it is soft and slip-proof. It just feels good to stand on. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody. I'm very, very happy with them.

So when we started to do a little renovating, we decided to have Bath Fitter do an entire tub assembly with the fittings and the whole bit. The young man that came in, he did it that morning. They were very outstanding and very systematic. When they tell me they're going to do something, they did it, and I think that's big. Bath Fitter could give us what we couldn't get in a retail store. They were customized. I purchased a walk-in shower. We replaced our tub recently during the early part of this year. The sales representative we dealt with came through with everything he said he would. The installation team was very thorough. They did it in one day. It was a fantastic experience.

The installer was very professional. He explained everything to us, walked us through the process, showed us pictures and gave us info. The most important thing is that they didn't come here and try to give me some scam. The guy came in, got to work and did exactly what he said he was going to do in the time set he was going to do it.

I didn't want the gray tub I had. I wanted a white tub and I just needed the tub done because I could do the rest myself. Bath Fitters is a great company. So far, I'm pleased. I haven't had any problems with the product. They're a little pricey but I guess if you want something, you gotta pay for it. Their salesperson was very knowledgeable, explained the product, took the time and was very detail oriented. The young man who did the installation was very clean, professional, quiet, mind his business, got the work done and that was good. So overall it was a very good experience. They did quality work with professional behavior in a short amount of time.

I met with Eric ** from the South NJ Bath Fitter Franchise and signed papers for a renovation on my 91 year old mother's 1906 home to do a bathtub to shower conversion. Her health deteriorated significantly after the contract was signed and past the 3 day right to cancel time period. I attempted to work with Eric, who was easy to contact but did nothing to help me and **, the regional sales manager to cancel this project. The project was stopped but the 10% deposit I placed was kept by the company. They stated the costs they incurred in dealing with me were significant and they were not willing to do a partial refund or transfer the deposit in any amount to a project I will be doing in the San Francisco area.

Overall our experience with Bath Fitter was very good. They did a very nice job. The guys were very nice and very efficient.

We wanted to take the tub out and put in a shower so we got in touch with Bath Fitter. I liked the idea that they could do it in a couple of days. It was a one-man job and he did everything in two days, so it was pretty outstanding. I'm very satisfied with the mechanic who installed the shower stall - very polite and very neat, didn't cause any mess and did everything in a very workmanlike nature. What was promised was delivered. Everything was fine. I don't have any complaints. I've also been told that there's a lifetime guarantee.

We were overjoyed to get this new tub from Bath Fitter. It fits over the old one and the shower so well with the rest of the bathroom. You couldn't tell that it is new. Everything is excellent.

My bathroom had a lot of stain in the tub and it had some cracks on the sidewall around the tub. I saw the work Bath Fitter had done on this other person in town so I decided to remodel mine with them. The sales representative that I spoke to was thorough and gave me good indication of what to expect and timeframe and all that. He did a good job. The installation team that arrived at my home was very efficient, cleaned up well, told me how long it would be, and worked well. With the tub, covering and enclosure that I purchased with them, it looks very good.

Bath Fitter covered the whole bathtub and they did the walls. They took me in a jacuzzi. It was small and too deep to get into it but I liked it. I also love the shower -- love how big is. The only thing I don’t like is it's slippery. We almost fell on the shower a couple of different times. I thought the way they say they put stuff in here that nobody needs a mat. Other than that, I would recommend them to people.

Sales representative explained the product very well. He was very good and I liked the price. The installers did a good job too and was out of there in time. I had them put in a new tub and the wall. Excellent product. I like how everything cleans out.

I saw Bath Fitter on TV and went to your website and checked it out. The house was 50 years old, but there was cast iron tub that my mom couldn’t get in and out of it anymore. So, out of necessity, I said I’d better replace the shower in there with a walk-in type shower. Sales representatives were very good. They showed up on time. There were two of them, one was learning the process. They went over to try some bath and colors, and all the options and explained it very well, and told me it was a pretty quick job, and covered the cost. I understood everything well. I do like that it was fast. Obviously, price is always a concern, but it was very little mess, no fuss. They were in one day tearing out, the next day they came in and put it in. That was great.

I just moved in to my home and wanted to do a bathroom remodel. I had Bath Fitter install the whole shower. I wanted to have it so the doors could open out, but the guy at Bath Fitter said it wouldn't be the best idea. Everything turned out great. I like my shower. There's just one thing. When the guy came to install it, he did a great job but left silicon on my floor in my bathroom, and I have tiles. So what happens with silicon on the floor is that it looks like the floor is dirty and it's really tough to get it off. But overall, it was a good experience and everything was great.

Having worked with a lot of salesmen, I would rate them very, very highly. The installation team was prompt, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves. I saw Bath Fitter at a community fair and they had a representative there that showed their product. We signed up with them because of the time for getting it done. I purchased one shower insert and had them install a tub and an insert for the other bathroom. It was all done in one day. It was just the perfect fit for my family. The sales representative was very helpful and helped me choose the right thing. The installation team was very good. They installed a good product. Everybody from the beginning to end was very helpful and efficient at their job.

Bath Fitter did a fabulous job. I'd give them an A+. I had heard of them but also saw a kiosk in the mall. I also did some investigating and what they did and their products and their good customer service just seemed to be a good fit. We didn't like the way the builder had done the shower area and one bathroom area in our 4 bathroom house and just wanted to re-do it. We were considering selling the house in maybe three years and retiring elsewhere but we thought it would perk up the bathroom. We did a whole shower system in the master bedroom and the tiles and doors done on the second bathroom. The sales representative was very personable and knowledgeable about the competition and products, and good at planning. The installers were fantastic. They were masters. Bath Fitters might not be everybody's answer but it definitely worked for us. They were meticulous and professional. I want people to know they did a good job because they did.

My bathroom was leaking into my back space so I contacted Bath Fitter around 8 months ago. We purchased the bathtub liner and then the walls, like a wall liner. Our experience with their sales rep was very positive. The installation guy did a fantastic job.

On 9/2/2014 we had our bathtub and shower refitted by Bath Fitter at cost of around $5200. The installer did an outstanding job, performed professionally and cleaned up completely. We informed him of our satisfaction with him. However, there has been no opportunity to express this to his company - we have heard from no one. No - "how does it look? ", "are you pleased? " - nothing. I have an additional shower that needs updating and live in a older condo community that has probably 50 bathrooms that could use work, but I can't suggest Bath Fitter based on your consumer concern. I guess business is fine.

Shower installed without pressure or cold water... only tepid on the cold knob. This was fine before install and now told that it was likely our "plumbing line" and would need to pay for a plumber to do the fix. Ripped out vanity/sink, medicine cabinet and light bar and then come to find the medicine cabinet and light bar was not made with same color wood so without this for an additional 4 weeks. Once they came to put up last pieces, found the light bar to be antique brass and all other fixtures were brushed nickel. I was told this was the only way the light bar came. Customer service was deplorable and no one wanted to admit fault.... simple human error. Yes, the error on Bath Fitter who continued to lay blame with customer. Will never, ever recommend to anyone even though the actual product is nice. What a scam...... a bathroom next day. Ha.

I walked in through our mall for about 3 years just being curious about what Bath Fitter was about until one day curiosity killed the cat and we actually stopped to talk to them. All of them were very good. They were very courteous and everything that they said that they would do they did.

We’re retired now so we decided to remodel our bathroom. We purchased a bathtub. Bath Fitter was good. I first heard about it on television. The sales representatives were alright, and the installation guy was good. I would recommend them. But they did come out a couple of weeks ago again.

My experience with Bath Fitter was okay. It's too expensive but a good product. We had a leak and converted to a shower. I'm a better salesperson than their sales rep. This lady was not a salesperson. We wanted to finalize the deal and it was like pulling teeth when she found out that we couldn't meet her at 5 o'clock. It was like she doesn't work after 5. When you're a salesperson, you go any time of the day to make a deal, it doesn't matter. She was so focused on being taught this is what you do, this is how you do it - you go by the book. We have to go to this next thing before we can do this. It doesn't work that way.

Bath Fitter was fine. I was happy with the work that was done. I’m happy with the shower. But I was not happy with was the salesman. He was fine as far as the sales has been, but at the end of the sale he kind of blew it. He made a statement, and I wrote this up, that when I handed him the check for the deposit he said, “This check’s not gonna bounce, is it?” I kinda found that was insulting. You just don’t give out those kind of negative comments to people when they’re ready to sign a six thousand plus contract.

We've been looking at Bath Fitter for a while because we live in a senior community and they advertise in our newspaper. We also see them at all the home shows. They're at many affairs that go in here in West Palm Beach area. They have a booth. And then, their office is nearby so we decided that we're gonna do the bathroom and decided that we would let them do it. We purchased the tub and shower. They did it in August an it was a one day thing. It looks beautiful and that was good. We were very happy with it. I like the non-slip tub and the non-slip flooring that they have, and the fixture. Everything is nice. We would definitely recommend it to someone. They're a good company, from the sales representative to the people at the office and the technician.

My father in-law came to live with us. He’s 92 and could not get in and out of the bathtub. So, we knew we needed to put in a shower that he could just walk into, to help him to be able to get in and out of the tub and shower. It was back in June when I got my remodel done. Sales representative was very pleasant. I called to see if we could set up an appointment and they were able to come the very same day. So, I was really impressed with that. He explained things really well. Our budget was tight. The first quote he gave us was out of our budget but he worked with us and helped us get it down where it’s more manageable for us.

We went with Bath Fitter because we’ve seen their TV advertisements, as well as their display at the flea market up in Rogers, Ohio. Our interactions with the sales representative were good. The installation team also did a good job.

We got a new bath and shower installed by Bath Fitter. We got shelves in both of them and had the frameless doors on the shower. They were very good. I had no problem. They explained everything to me. We went through everything, me and my wife picked out what we wanted and color and options. The installation team was great. My wife's bathroom was done in a day, and basically so was mine. It was pretty good. The only thing that happened in the shower, one of the doors, the towel bar came loose and I called them and the guy came back out and fixed it. One of the screws had to be adjusted and he had that in about five minutes and nothing happened ever since. I have no complaints.

Our old shower enclosure looked terrible, so I decided it was time to remodel the bathroom. We ran into Bath Fitter on our way out of TJ’s, one of the local discount department stores. There was a representative at their kiosk. Our talks with him were fine. He really knew what he was doing. We purchased a new shower enclosure. We got the walls covered all the way up to the ceiling and got a new tub and showerhead, as well. As for the installation team, I had a couple of questions and they answered them right away. I mostly just left them alone so they could get the job done. It got done faster than I thought it was going to get done. They predicted 8 hours, and it took a little less than 6 hours. They also left everything clean.

The salesman was very thorough, presented what the options were, explained why it was so expensive, and gave us a pretty good estimate of when the fellow would be coming in to finalize the measurements (and he showed up when the salesman said he would). Our bathroom was not only out of date but the condition of the tub and the surrounding walls was pretty bad. So we got a new tub and the wall coverings to go around the tub area, all the way up to the ceiling. No grab bars, but there is a corner deal that can hold soap bars and bottle of shampoos. The gentleman who did it was very workmanlike and pretty thorough. It took him a long time, he was here most of the day. There was a place in the basement where he had to do some work associated with the bathtub drain that had some stuff left on the floor that had fallen from the basement ceiling, but it was easily cleaned up, no big deal.

A friend of ours had some work done by Bath Fitter. We decided to have them remodel our bathroom last July because it was pink and molding. They did the bath cover and the surround on the walls. We also had them install a shelf in the corner. The installation guy was wonderful. He worked hard and did the job right. He represents the company well.

We had Bath Fitters in Mount Lake Terrace, WA (425 712-8286) install a walk in shower for us during a remodel. After their completion we did additional work (texture, paint, paneling, molding, trim, etc.). When we installed the shower curtain we realized Bath Fitters had installed the shower curtain rod too high and it would not contain the water inside of the shower when in use. Additionally, Bath Fitters promises a referral gift of $50 to anyone who refers a client to them but never followed up on this.

We decided to have our bathroom remodel by Bath Fitter because my husband had an accident at work - he had a really bad fall, flat on his back, he was so hot and dirty and in pain. It was so hard to get him in the bathtub so we decided to get a walk-in-shower. We also got the handrails, grab bars, and one shelf from Bath Fitter. I love our bathroom. The only problem I did have with it was I had to get a bath mat put in, because when I shampoo my hair and use conditioner, I just felt like it might be a little bit too slippery. I didn't have to do that but that's just for myself.

I had a tub that was rusting out around the drain. It’s a rental unit, a place that I rent out. So I needed a tub and contacted Bath Fitter because it's cheaper to put their product in than tear the whole tub out. I sat down with their sales rep for maybe 10-15 mins. She discussed the cost of it and showed me what they were going to do. I had no problem with her. She was nice. Then they came and installed the unit but I didn't see it for probably a month, maybe more than that. Now early September was the first time I saw the job and I was satisfied with it. So I called the Bath Fitter company down here and told them I’m satisfied and they did a pretty good job.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with BATH FITTER here in Erie, PA. Everyone from the front office personnel, to the sales staff, to the installers were professional, personable, and dedicated to making sure I had the best remodeling experience possible. I have remodeled three homes over the past three years and they have done all six bathrooms. They are dependable and arrive as scheduled, they are masters at their craft, and it is amazing how they can provide such quality work with such a quick installation. I won't go anywhere else!

I purchased a new home. It is about 15 years old and the stall shower was very, very tired looking and I didn't like it, so I wanted to get something better looking. So I ended up settling on Bath Fitter. I purchased the stall shower kit from Bath Fitter and have them installed it. The sales representative was knowledgeable and answered my questions, and I was very pleased. He was able to show me options and so forth so he knew his product. The installation team kept me informed of what was going on and one thing I was concerned about was whether he might find any damage under the existing stall shower because of maybe water leakage over time or anything. So when he got the old one out, he went over it with me and showed me that everything was good. It didn't have any damage that would have to be addressed. He also made sure to clean up after himself. So overall, that was a good experience.

We've been in the house for a while now and remodeling the bathroom was the last thing we had to do in the house. So we decided to go with Bath Fitters. We purchased a new shower and stall, and the tub liner last July. We're very satisfied with their work. With no hard pressure, the sales rep just talked to me, gave us our options and we had a really good rapport with him. The bathroom looked really really nice after the work. The installer did a really nice job. I'd recommend them to anybody who needs a bathroom done.

We had Bath Fitter install a whole shower unit and a couple of shelves. They did a good job. The install guy came in, did some measurements, and reassured me everything was going to be taken care of. When I came back, it was a hundred percent done. It was perfect. I would use them again. I knew that they're a company that would solve the need for a quick fit, inexpensive bathtub.

The sales representative came out to the house, measured and gave me a quote and I said okay. We had them install the shower cover for the walk-in shower. We also got a shelf. The installation guy was very, very nice and cleaned up after himself. He did a good job. My experience with them was very pleasant.

We were very pleased with our first Bath Fitter remodel. We needed some improvement on our bathroom and so we had them install a tub and a surround. We also had some finishing touches done including the grab bar and the corner soap or shampoo holder. The rep was very thorough, showed us all our options of what we could pick, the texture, or the different features of all the items, and he explained everything very well. The install guy got it all done in a day. He was very pleasant and we were very impressed with his work. When he installed the tub lining, we had had like a small crack in our tile floor. It was just an individual piece of tile. However he did it and improved the look of the floor against the tub and he was very meticulous and very thorough in all his work.

Our house was built around 1950s so we thought of remodeling the bathroom. We got the wainscoting, tub, shower, grab bars and shower case. The sales representative that I talked to was really friendly. Same thing with the installation guy. He finished the job relatively quick.

Before Bath Fitter, we used another company and we had a problem. The franchise went out of business so we were out what we paid them. So, we discovered Bath Fitter and it's an excellent job. They came with good credentials. I checked them out. We got the shower from them. My husband is handicapped, so we had the handicapped bars installed and it turned out very well. We're well satisfied, and much better than the first time we went through this with the other company.

I had my bathroom remodeled because the tub and the shower were old and it was dangerous for me. I had vertigo issues and I needed something modern with handles and stuff. I spoke with Bath Fitter and one other company but I didn't like the attitude of the other company. When I called Bath Fitter, they just talked about their own product and they didn't try and denigrate any other company. They said, “It’s all basically similar, we basically all do the same thing. We just stand behind our products.” I liked the integrity of the way Bath Fitter represented themselves. So I purchased a walk-in shower with safety rails and a seat. Bath Fitter did an excellent job. They sold me the best products they had, they didn't push me to do anything beyond what I wanted and made good recommendations to save me money. It was very professional all the way around. It was a really good experience and it didn't take a lot of time and it was neat and didn't leave my house a wreck.

We did two bathrooms with Bath Fitter. We did the tub and the shower in the other bathroom and we had the shower grab bar on both bathrooms. Their sales rep was very, very friendly and during the conversation, there were several coincidences about him and my husband. They were both in the navy, they worked for the same company back in the early 80s at the same time, things like that. So it was a nice experience.

About 3 months ago, I had Bath Fitter do our bath surround, along with the towel bars, grab bar and the shelf. The sales representatives were great and the installation team was simply excellent. I'd recommend them to anybody. They're excellent people to deal with.

This is the third time I have submitted a review/complaint about my bath fitters experience - I have called on my other problems - - now I will show the problem - I have had problems with the walls or inserts flexing and seam splitting - the remedy was to put silicon on it and leave - now I will complain about the original issue and the new ones with photos to show the problems and the sad repair of the problems - I had debated contacting my attorney but have held off... One last try pics to follow.

So I did a bath to shower conversion with Bath Fitter. When I called them, the sales representative was very nice and explained everything. And the technicians were also very helpful and very efficient. Although, their office isn't so efficient. We never got a bill from them and then we got a phone call from a finance company that we owed the money. They had an inexact address and so the bills kept coming back to them but instead of calling me to tell me that, they turned it over to an agency which did not make me happy.

We first learned about Bath Fitter at a local country market - they have a stand there. We did a little research then. We chose Bath Fitter to remodel our bathroom because they promised to put it in a day and they absolutely did. We purchased the tub, tub enclosure with the shower in it. They had it done either in July or August and it was our first Bath Fitter remodel. The sales representative was a very nice guy. It was the same thing for the installation team. It was just one guy. He came to install and did a fabulous job. Bath Fitter made a project that I was thinking would be difficult into something very simple and streamlined. It was a great experience and I’ve told everybody I know about it.

I had a bath fitter tub installed 3 years ago. I still love my tub, however, we are away 5 months out of the year and this year when we came back, we started having problems with the hot water. When you start the shower, you have hot water for about one minute, then it gets cold and we have to wait for the furnace to kick on before we start getting hot water again. This never happens with the kitchen or bath sinks, only the shower. Is this a bath fitter problem?

I chose Bath Fitter because I thought it would be faster and simpler to do, and it was. They did it in 6 hours. Their sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered many questions that I have. The installation guys were very courteous. Very clean and took care of everything. I have recommended them to friends.

Our shower stall was poorly installed by a DIY'er before we moved into the house. The floor of the shower didn't slope down to the drain, so the water didn't drain properly and eventually the shower floor leaked into the basement. We called a remodeling company that we trusted and had used before, but they did not seem interested in the job. After coming out to look at the shower they never called back with an estimate, even after we contacted them again - perhaps they had "bigger fish to fry". We saw an ad for Bath Fitters and gave them a call. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate.

We contracted for a walk in shower as well as a new toilet and new water shut off valve. The shower was done and is absolutely fabulous. We LOVE it. The rep who measured for the new toilet made an error and the plumber was unable to do the work the day he was scheduled here. He attempted to contact his supervisor and the supervisor didn't answer the call and didn't return the call. The supervisor still has not attempted to contact us to complete the work that was begun one week ago today. We gave a deposit for more than 50% of the work when we signed the contract in July and will happily pay the outstanding balance as soon as the work is done. Coworkers, relatives and Facebook friends all knew we were working with Bath Fitters. Everyone has asked how we like our new bathroom and we have had to tell everyone the shower is great, the workers were professional. But the job is not done and no one seems to want to call to finish it.

At a fair, I filled out a consumer interest in Bath Fitters - I am interested in remodeling at some time. BF followed up, and the hard sell from this salesman was disgusting. The conversation was as follows: "Why couldn't I see them tomorrow?" Coming out next week is inconvenient for them because they will be in my neighborhood tomorrow. I told the guy he was turning me off with his pushiness, but he kept on plowing through. I WILL NEVER USE THIS OUTFIT. I can only imagine what I would have to go through had I let them in my house. They would not have left without a signed contract. Beware dealing with them. This is an old school hard sell, disregarding the customers needs.

I had an excellent experience with Bath Fitter. Everything was done and cleaned. I didn't have to do anything. I recommend them.

My husband and I wanted to remodel our bathroom a long time but he passed away. So then I decided I'm going to get it done and in January got rid of the bathtub and made a big shower out of it.

My son uses Bath Fitter all the time. It's very nice and he likes it very much. And my daughter is the one that had our bathroom done because she comes visiting and she has a very beautiful place while I have an old house. So she wanted that bathroom more up to date and now it's very nice and we enjoy it. The gentleman that came explained all about it and he was excellent. And the fellow that installed it was very, very good. I would recommend Bath Fitter. It's very good and it really made a difference.

I don't think Bath Fitter is as durable as what we thought it was going to be. It’s tantamount to a Hollywood set. Maybe in the long run it will be better than the fiberglass that we had or the ceramic that we probably would have installed. They put up these tub surround walls and everything else using like a glue pack in order to make everything level - they use a level and they'll shorten it up a little bit more. It’s probably not as durable. It might be in the long run, but probably not as durable as ceramic tile. But they gave us what we wanted. We wanted in and out fast, and it was two days installation each. But for that you pay probably twice as much as you would pay otherwise. They'll keep coming back and they'll keep fixing whatever problem you have, and that’s all covered by the double amount that is charged.

Bath Fitter did the bathtub and the shower for us and our experience with them has been pretty good. We did have to call them a couple of times because we had a problem in the shower but then I’ve not had any problems since.

We already had them five years ago. They were wonderful and we were totally satisfied. And I would do it again in a heartbeat, if we had a need. This last work they did was actually for my mother because she fell in the tub, so we decided to take it out. I'm very, very happy. I'd be happy to tell people how good Bath Fitter was.

After owning our home for 20 years and hating the 2nd upstairs bathroom with a hideous pink scalloped tub from the beginning, we had a Bath Fitter salesperson come in to give us a quote to remove the tub and create a walk-in shower. Loved all of the options and felt the price was appropriate based on the quality of the product, so we placed the order and 6 weeks later the work was scheduled and completed over 2 half days. The installer was very professional and took great care to protect the hallway and stairway carpeting as he was hauling out pieces of the old tub and walls on day #1. On day #2 he installed the new shower and we are thrilled. There was a small leak near the bottom of the glass shower door but a call to Bath Fitter's office and the original installer came back out and applied more caulk and no more leaks. We love the produce so much we plan to have our master bathroom shower re-done in a couple of months. What more can I say?

From my first contact with a sales representative at a local shopping mall to the installation of the tub liner and walls, I had contact very pleasant representatives every step of the way. All question were answered to my satisfaction, every step of the process was explained in full detail and they were never in a rush to complete the process. Each person had a sense of humor and made you feel very comfortable in their presence. I am very pleased and satisfied with the Bath Fitter product and the installation was very professional. Would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

I had a shower pan and wall surround installed 3 years ago by Bath Fitters. There is now a leak and I called for service under the no charge warranty which is supposed to last as long as I own the house. I was informed that there is a $95 charge for them to come out to look at it. This charge applies whether the problem ends up being with their unit and installation or whether it is another issue. I could understand the charge if it turns out to be other than their unit, but feel that it is very deceiving if it is an issue with their unit. Would not do business with them again.

I got the full tub enclosure and all the walls of the bathroom from Bath Fitter. Everything was done as promised and everyone was great, from the salesman to the installers. I had zero problems with anything and they made it a painless experience.

The new walk in shower we received in place of the useless garden tub is wonderful. Our installer ** was great! It is so much nicer than our small shower stall we had before. We converted it into a linen closet and now we have the bathroom we have wanted for a long time! Thanks Bath Fitter! The Prices are kinda steep but they are worth it in the long run. Lifetime warranty makes it worth it.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter. Got it at a good price. The guy who put it in was wonderful. It was amazing because he did it all by himself. I had no problem at all.

Last year, I came down with cancer and experienced not being able to get a bath like I needed to. I have a small shower and wanted one that was big enough to be able to put a chair in it so I could sit on it. So I purchased a whole shower from Bath Fitter. They did a real good job and I'm real pleased with it. It was a good experience. The sales representative was very, very nice and thorough. He explained everything step-by-step. The installer was very good and nice.

We needed to redo our bathtub six or seven months ago. The gentleman that came when we initially wanted to do it was very, very nice. He explained everything and gave us all our choices and whatever what was done. The installer was great. He kept it clean. It was nice. It looks great and I really like it. I'd do it again.

Tub/drain leaking water on bathroom floor. In August I met with Salesman Jerrod. I explained problem and he sold me a tub for $2,500+, but I would have to have a Plumber fix the drain and he never mentioned that they would leave me with no tile above the tub. The Plumber said he needed to remove the tub to fix the drain. Bath Fitter's price to remove the tub was less than the Plumber so when Samantha, a coordinator from B F, called me I asked her if they could remove the tub one day and install on another so I could have the Plumber work on the drain. She said yes and would called me the next day. She never called me, so I waited one more day and called her. She was too busy to call me is what she said. She finally got a man to come out and remove the tub and that's when he told me that he would be leaving me without any tile for 1 to 1 1/2 feet above the tub. He said he was afraid that the salesman didn't mention the tile problem and that he thought they could fix the drain and give us a nice wall around the tub too. He left without removing the tub.

Bath Fitter was excellent all the way around. They were prompt and kept to the schedule.

It was time to remodel the bathroom so when I saw Bath Fitters at a home show, I called them. I purchased a tub enclosure and they had it installed last March or May. The installation went fine. The only issue that I have is that I really need to call them and have them come out and tighten some stuff up. And also I get too many calls from them.

The gentleman who came out and delivered his spiel on the benefits of getting Bath Fitter installation was very nice, very polite, got to the point, and made the sale with us. The gentleman who came out and installed was equally as nice. He explained what he was doing and how he would do it. He cleaned up.

We are so glad Bath Fitter was able to remodel our 25 year old, framed in, blue tile shower. The materials are very high quality and the installation was flawless. I would like to thank Jeffery ** for taking extra time with us in selecting color and options and also Dennis ** (Technician) for suggesting the shower seat change (flip down) and the quality of the whole project. If I had known what I know now, we would have had this done years ago.

My house is pretty old and it was built in the 60s. We're getting older and we thought we needed just a shower. We’ve seen Bath Fitter’s television ads and decided to get them for our bathroom renovation. They took the tub out and put a shower in. That was in March of this year. And anytime you got to do remodeling you would think that you're going to run into some problems but there were no problems whatsoever with Bath Fitter. The sales rep we talked to was very nice and business-like. He answered all the questions we asked. Only one installer came, and he worked all day long. He came in the morning, went to work, and by late afternoon, he was through and we had a new shower. He didn't have to come back and we were real pleased with that.

I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone because from the salesperson to the phone contact person to the installer, the level of professionalism was unbeatable. This is my second time buying a product (first a tub and now a shower) and I am pleased with both. The look of both is sleek, clean looking, and functional. Kevin (the installer) was very thorough in keeping us aware of what he was doing during the installation process as well as the dos and don'ts of using the shower. Overall I would give your company an eleven on a scale of 1-10.

Our 42 year old tub and shower (including the ceiling) were covered and look brand new. Tim did a remarkable job. He completed everything in the time he predicted, answered all of our questions, explained the 'care and feeding' of the new installation and cleaned everything up so the bathroom was in spotless condition. We've been using this for about a month and wouldn't change a thing.

I decided to remodel the bathroom because I’m thinking the bathtub’s been in the house since it was built and at some point, it got stained. Porcelain was stained when we moved in. My house was built in 1890. I have an old Victorian and the bathroom was my mother's bathroom. It had a tub with a step on the side of the tub and I decided it was time for a shower. I'm a realtor and had seen some of Bath Fitter's work in some houses and I like their work so I purchased the stand-up shower from them with the shelves and glass door. Everybody was very nice. The salesman was good. The guy that came and put it in was good and I was pleased with it.

The bathroom we had needed to be revamped. I was having trouble trying to keep the tub looking good and we had wallpaper that was peeling and there were some mold on the wallpaper. I live in South Carolina. It stays humid here all the time. I constantly have problems with mold and the grout. So early this year we decided to have Bath Fitter remove the tub for us and put in a walk-in, two-door shower.

I'd stick with Bath Fitter because they're good. We had the walls and the tub done. The original tiles around the shower and stuff are falling off. I kept trying to put them back on but they just kept falling back off. So it was time to have it more professionally done. We're pleased with what we purchased. Their sales rep was very pleasant and nice. The guys explained everything that was going on. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The installer arrived on time, worked efficiently for about 3 hours, checked everything, cleaned up the floor covers, and went over everything with us before he left. We trust this company and know that if anything goes wrong, they will respond and take care of the problem.

I heard about Bath Fitter from a neighbor. I kept thinking about it and when I finally saw it advertised in the paper a few times, I called and made an appointment. I've been in the same condo for 20 years, and the shower really needed updating. I purchased the built-in seat and a big caddy. I'm an elderly lady so I really needed those two things, with new grab bars too. The sales rep was lovely and she kept calling me keeping heads-up. The plumber was great, he didn't take long at all and the installer was wonderful, very knowledgeable - knew what he was doing. I was very happy with it. I've had a lot of elderly people come and look at it and they really think it looks like a spa. It's so pretty. I've done my bathroom all in yellow and blue. It really looks nice and everybody loves it. It's very inviting.

We had a really good experience with Bath Fitter and everything turned out just as what we expect or even better. What they worked on was not really a bathroom to begin with. It was supposed to be a bathroom when the house was built but it was being used as a closet, and had been for some time. It had no plumbing but it had a window and you don't have windows in closets. And we had another bath which is fully functional. But what we decided was we may need a walk-in shower. So I had them come out and measure to see if this closet would work. And they did.

When the salesman came to our house, we were told that a tub put over our old steel tub would fit like a glove because they had at least 2,000 plus molds. It did not fit because it moves all around the sides of the tub when you are standing in the shower. The manager told us it was normal for it to move??? No, the salesman did not say that, he said it would fit perfect. The material we were shown that the tub and surround would be like was not the same material that was used and it is very thin and low quality material. The shelves that they installed were even worse. You can take your fingers and push them and feel them move. We were very upset with the whole experience and we wanted the whole thing taken out of the house as it is a disgrace and lowers the value of it. They would not do anything about it. The salesman tried to bribe us by offering a lower price if we kept it. Please do not get this company to do anything!! There are better quality tubs and surrounds at well known home improvement centers for an eight of the cost.

My bathroom is 30 years old and it looked horrible so I wanted to have it remodel the simpler way. I didn't want to tear down all the tiles coz I've already done tiling the floor and I know what a mess that makes. I like the thought of everything going over the tub. The sales representative was very informative and sold the product very well. She knew her stuff. I was very impressed with the delivery team with how they were on time. The guy that took out the plumbing was in and out within an hour, and then the guy who was to do the install came right at the time he was supposed to come and literally did a perfection of a job. They cleaned up. It took quite a long time to do and I was shocked that it would take that long, but the product itself proved that it was gonna be a worthwhile investment. I purchased the tub with the shower wall and the little thing to put in the corner for the soap and shampoo and I got a safety rail for anyone that wants to hold on to it. I'm very impressed with it, and all my friends like it too.

I purchased a liner for the tub from Bath Fitter due to a potential selling of my condo within the next couple of years. The sales representative, Joe, was good at mapping out all the things, and where to cut calls, where to make some things up. He gave me different choices. My wife was here when they installed and she seemed very pleased. It was a smooth and easy transaction. It was a good experience and a pleasure to do business with them.

I chose Bath Fitter to do the work on my bathroom because of the commercial that I saw where they did it over what you already have instead of all the extra stuff. The tub was a little expensive and was a little more than I thought it would be, but it was worth the money. The one that sold it to me and the one that put it in, both of them they get A+. They both were great.

My sister-in-law had her bathroom done about 5 years ago, and when Bath Fitter sent me a little flyer in the paper I decided to give them a call to have my bathroom done by them as well. I was fully impressed with the salesman coz of the way he presented himself and jokingly asked him to send me the best one they had and I think he did. The installer was very professional.
