I tried to sell my home and knew our bathroom was a problem. So, I decided to upgrade it. I bought a plastic thing to go over the top of the tile and three walls and hardware. I spent $4,000 to put three pieces of plastic up and some hardware. Ken the salesperson was good. Anybody who can talk to somebody into spending $4,000 when it's worth $2,000 is a hell of a salesman. The installation team's cleanup was fine. Overall, the job was a decent job.

We had your average, run-of-the-mill fiberglass tub/shower combo for 19 years. Due to health issues and knee replacements, it became apparent that we needed to ditch the old shower, and get a better one more equipped for ease of use. So we called Bath Fitters, and they designed a beautiful shower stall, equipped with a fold-up/down seat, 3 grab bars and gorgeous easy-slide glass doors. The pearl color perfectly matches our existing bathroom, too! Now hopefully we can stay in our home for many years to come, no matter what health issues we may encounter.

Bath Fitter's lifetime guarantee was good as well as the workmanship. I had seen the work in someone else’s home that had Bath Fitter and they were satisfied. So I had them take out the bathtub and put the shower in. The salesperson knew what he was talking about and the one guy who did the installation was excellent. However, I’m still not sold on their doors. I have the sliding glass doors and they’re a little wobbly. I was concerned with that so I called them and they sent a repairman here to look at the doors and he put a new stopper in but it didn’t change anything. He said that was how they were, though, and there wasn’t really anything we could do about that. Other than that, everything was good and I was satisfied. I would recommend them to people that could afford them.

We needed our bathroom remodeled and Bath Fitter was the cheapest at that time. We got the bathtub with the surround and I like it very much. Their sales rep was efficient and I had no problems with him. The installation guy was great. He did everything perfectly and let us know how to take care of the tub.

We were very impressed with the work and the workers as well as the materials and completed project.

We were having a water problem as far as one of the fixtures was causing a lot of moisture and I couldn’t seem to repair it myself. Bath Fitter has a good price and the financing works, so we went with them and got a shower and fixtures Their rep was very helpful and informative. There was a wall already glued in the shower area and some of the glue was on the bathtub that we were keeping and he really went out of his way to clean it up for us. We accomplished what we went out for with Bath Fitter and the moisture problem is gone, so we're really happy about that.

We adore our new shower & Elmer did a fantastic job. He did not apply the safety strips on the step he said he would. Otherwise the job has made our life so much easier. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing help with a tube or a shower makeover.

A month ago, we decided to have our bathroom remodeled and our plumber recommended Bath Fitter. I've had a good impression about them as they are not cheap but their work is very good. Bath Fitter installed a new bathroom for us and it's working beautifully. It's a standup shower with the walls remodeled and the door changed. We had tiles and they put this plastic covering over the tiles and then a new floor. The sales rep and the installation team were outstanding. They paid attention to every little detail and also explained things. We were very pleased with it. The price was high but, at least, we really got first-class installment and service.

We had been thinking about remodeling for a long time and decided to do the tub and the surrounds. The sales rep from Bath Fitter that first came was young and relatively new at the job. We liked him very much and hated to disappoint him but had to turn him down. Then another guy approached us again with a discounted price. Although it was still a lot more money for what they would be doing, we proceeded to get the total surround and a new tub over our old tub. Both sales reps were very good at what they did and were nice to work with.

I had a tub that was not a standard size and the piping wasn't good. I got a tub with a shower from Bath Fitter and it's exactly what we wanted. The sales rep came out, gave us an estimate, explained things to us and worked with us, then gave us data as to when everything will happen. If there was any disadvantage to the whole process, it was the amount of time from the time the salesperson came until the actual installation occurred, but I understand that that's part of the business, so that was fine. The installer came and did the job in two days and everything is working well.

I placed a service call on 8/8/2016 around 9:00 am. I was advised someone will be calling me back. Did not receive a callback. I call again on 8/9/2016 again 9:00 am. No callback. I call back at 4:00 pm to inquire. Ask to speak with manager and was told that's the person that should be calling me. I then ask to speak to someone else in charge and "Bob" advises he will not give me his number and hung up the phone.

The tech Tony came out and we found that the problem was caused by the bad paint job. Tony went above and beyond in double checking and verifying that everything was corrected and even tightened my shower head better then it was. He also verified an extra layer of caulking and also verified no leaks in the drain. Tony was a very courteous and professional. He really turned this around and I would give 5 stars now to Bath Fitters from the quick turn around and quality of work. Tony said I can call back anytime if I have any more issues and I know Bath Fitters will be there as they have been through all this.

We remodeled our dad's bathroom since the bottom was wearing off the tub and a couple of tile have fallen off the wall. The bathroom was an original from 1950. We asked Bath Fitter to do the job since they already did the one at our house. We told our dad what a great job the company did, he saw it as well and affirmed it. My dad needed assurance that the people that are going to be working are not going to leave a big mess to clean up. So I told him that the Bath Fitter installers would clean up when they're done. He won't even know they were here. The product we chose turned out great. My dad loves it and he tells everybody.

The shower head does not allow much water pressure to reach the person in the shower. Installer said we had plenty of water pressure but apparently the shower head does not let the pressure through. Looks like we will have to change shower heads.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. The initial process was simple--I described what I wanted, and Bath Fitter was able to accommodate my needs. The only minor problem I had was reaching someone by phone when I had a question between the initial order and finding out when the scheduled installation would be; I placed calls that were not returned. Once the work was done, though, it was done quickly and professionally. The staff worker even left me with a container of spray cleaner!

It took a little longer than we thought in getting scheduled, but once the jobs began, service was first rate. Both workers were professional and efficient in their work. One job took a day and the other a day and half just as promised. The bathrooms look fabulous. Thank you!

I had moved into the house a couple of years back and was not happy with the existing tub. It was starting to show some signs of mold so I figured we'd get a new one. I chose to buy from Bath Fitter due to their quality and the fact that the sales person had a chat with us. The sales person was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and showed me samples. I got a tub-shower combination from them and so far, I'm very pleased. It has lived up to my expectations.

I had a seamless shower from Bath Fitter last May and it's wonderful. Their sales rep was great. He explained and showed us everything. The installer was also nice and he was really good with the dog. He also cleaned up the bathroom himself. Everything was just great. I'm really thrilled with my shower.

After so many years of having a terrible and unfit bathroom I finally decided to remodel my bathroom. Getting rid of the bathtub was my number 1 priority and of course the ceramic tiles and all. Decided to go with Bath Fitter as I've seen many of their displays and WOW I am so PLEASED with all, starting with the sales representative with his knowledge, courtesy, and friendly personality to the installer which was amazing, experienced, organized, and super friendly! My bathroom looks amazing and I LOVE it. Definitely recommend Bath Fitter. So far so good!!

We have an old house and we needed a bathtub that is nicer than what we had. Bath Fitter's price was within our range, so we got a bathtub from them. Their sales rep was great. He was super helpful and nice. Also, the installation guys were all fantastic. Our experience has been good from beginning to end.

The installer ** was very polite, explained everything very clearly, was careful not to make a mess. He did an excellent job of installation. I was disappointed that the tub liner was made incorrectly and was not installed the same day. That will be done on August 19.

I'm 80 and my husband is 85, and we decided we wanted to take our tub out and put in a walk-in shower. So, that’s what we’ve done and we've been very happy. The sales representative of Bath Fitter was very informative and gave us some good suggestions about their product. Then Bath Fitter came and put in the walk-in shower in June. I was also very happy with the installer who did the work in one day. He cleaned up all the debris from our tub that he broke up, and that was good. The product that we got from Bath Fitter has been great so far. The only thing is that we use grab bars because of our age and since we get soaked when we're in the shower, the grab bars are slippery for me.

We were impressed by professionalism in scheduling appointments - all were met. The installer, Rawlin, was very friendly, professional and great with dogs. He did an excellent installation. One of the best companies we've worked with.

Our bathroom was outdated and we decided to remodel with Bath Fitter because they have a good reputation. We purchased their tub two months ago and I'm very pleased. The sales rep didn't pressure me and the installation team answered all my questions.

My handicap situation made it very hard for me to climb into our bathtub. In fact, I hated taking a shower because it was so much work getting in and out. I would get in the shower and I had to put my hands on the walls to move around. Then, I’d have to sit down because I was shaking like a leaf. It was very hard, so it was time for our bathroom to be remodeled. We then got a hold of Bath Fitter, and Jeremy came out. He was here for a good couple of hours, showing us everything and what we would get. He was a very good salesman and wasn’t pushy.

Joseph, my patient is 93 and has trouble with balance and stepping. It's obvious then that his bathroom needed to be remodeled. I chose the walk-in shower from Bath Fitter for him. After the remodeling, Joseph could now get in and out of the tub extremely easier. The bathroom looks way better and bigger because of the way the shower was made. We've had tons of people that have come in and raved about it and wanted to know where we got it.

The complete sales, tech follow up, and installation were impeccably facilitated. Tom **, our rep, was cordial and quite low pressure with his presentation. Tom's low key approach prompted us to pursue the installation. Joe ** worked tirelessly to ensure all details were addressed during the installation. The complete experience was well worth our investment in our bathroom.

The product is no better than buying a liner from the large Hardware Stores and service is sloppy. Ours looked like crap, scratches easy, it's hard to clean between "fake grout line", the caulking doesn't last and you have to buy their "better" caulking so it will stick. You're their best friend until you have paid for everything - just the usual sales scheme. Save your money and either have a professional come or buy from the hardware store.

I have an old tub that was put in when our house was built in 1956. There's no way to take that tub out of the bathroom but Bath Fitter had the simplest solution on it without causing a whole lot more work -- putting a new tub over the tub. We purchased the tub and the wall liner through Bath Fitter three months ago, and my daughter and I like it. Their sales representative was really nice. He was very informative, nice and showed us everything we could choose from. He didn't try to push anything on us that we did not want. Also, the installation team was extremely friendly. They did a really good job, and cleaned up after themselves. I had a very satisfactory experience with Bath Fitter.

I adore my walk-in shower. Every time I look at it, I love it more! The whole experience was really a class act, from sales rep, to installation, to customer svc. reps when I had a problem. You just can't beat the warranty, and when I did have a issue, the technician came, timely, and solved whatever I needed. I am truly pleased, more like ecstatic, with my shower and seat! I can't thank Bath Fitter enough.

We were at the mall and when we saw the Bath Fitter exhibit, it looked like exactly what we needed. We replaced our bathtub with a large stand up shower and it's great. The sales representative was very cordial and we liked him a lot which was one of the reasons that we went with it, too. There was one man who installed it and he did a very good job. It took him about a day and a half. We were very pleased with Bath Fitter and every time we take a shower, we say, “I’m glad we had that done.”

We’ve been wanting to remodel our bathroom for a long time and we liked Bath Fitter's seamless shower walls. We got their standup shower and it's great. Their sales rep helped us all the way and gave us what we were looking for. The installation guy was very nice and professional, and cleaned up after himself very well. I got my mother a Bath Fitter shower because she was having a hard time getting in and out of the tub. Their sales rep helped me pick the whole thing. She’s very friendly and very accommodating. She told me everything that I needed to know. Then the installer came and he was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. Unfortunately, my mother passed away before it was finished, but it’s a nice shower and we all use it. It’s great. I got what I asked for. Everyone who sees the shower just loves it.

My experience with Bath Fitter was very fast and no mess at all. The guy who put it in was very nice, explained everything and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with him. I was also very satisfied with its quality.

Our walk-in shower is wonderful! The entire experience with Bath Fitter has been perfect. From the day Michael came to explain the process and to show us what is available to the day DeJuan walked out the door at the end of two very busy days, we were treated with respect and dignity. No question I asked was left unanswered. Everyone was very well prepared for their jobs and made us feel secure in the fact that we were getting the best service possible!

Our bathroom was about 40 years old, so we looked into remodeling it. We went with Bath Fitter because it was a one-day deal with them. The lady sales rep was very nice and pretty much answered the questions we had asked. Their installer was a really good guy who was very much in the know of what was going on with the work. It was a great experience with Bath Fitter.

Our bathroom really needed a remodel. Bath Fitter came, did their presentation and we liked it, so we went with them. The installer was awesome, very personable, friendly, and did a great job. Before I even knew he was done, he was all cleaned up. Everything went really well. They lived up to everything they presented to us and we haven’t had any issues, so I’m very happy.

A stain appeared on the back of my tub after ten years. I only used the cleaning products on the list they give you to maintain the warranty. They advised me to spray half bleach and water on the stain and let sit then rinse. It didn't work. They won't honor their warranty because they claim they have no proof I didn't use the wrong product. Also they claim they don't know what shampoo or soap I used, but they make no mention of using particular shampoos or soaps on their warranty sheet. I only paid the exorbitant price they charged because they offered the lifetime warranty.

The installer did a fantastic job. Love the new shower.

Bath Fitter came by after we called them and they told us what the situation of our bathroom was, as well as what they'd do. We were gonna get the remodeling done at some point anyway so we agreed to get Bath Fitter's services because of their price and promise. I bought a tub and the walls surrounding it. The sales person went through things, and since they don't offer a lot of stuff, it wasn't overwhelming. He was extremely accommodating. He even called back after it was all done just to make sure it was what we wanted and see if there's anything he can help with.

We are so glad to have had Bath Fitter install a walk-in shower. The installer was very prompt arriving on the day of scheduled installation. The shower was installed in 2 days, with nothing to clean up. The installer was very helpful in keeping the area clean by putting down a drop cloth over the area he would use through the house for the installation. This was a very good experience on the installation. Best we have every experienced. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter to all our friends. It's true - all they need is 2 days to install.

So pleased with my recent bathroom upgrade! My tub and shower, and hardware were the originals from 1977. Definitely outdated & ugly! Not anymore, beautiful big tub, one piece shower surround, & modern, stylish hardware. Install was fast and professional! I highly recommend Bath Fitters of Erie. Has been a stress free experience. The sales rep of Bath Fitter was pretty happy-go-lucky. He was a nice guy and informative. We took a liking of him and we just said that’s it. We decided just right then and there to go ahead with purchasing a whole new shower from them. We’re still looking at them to possibly do another project here at the house but not for another couple of months.

We had a leak we couldn't fix so we remodeled with Bath Fitter. We chose them for their price, quality, and for convenience. We got the standup shower from them and their sales rep did a real good job. He was very knowledgeable and he had samples and brochures with him. Everything is good quality. Nobody was home during the installation but we were told that they'd come in and about what they would do. They took two days to fix it, which was great because I had a lot to do.

I needed to remodel my bathroom and I went with Bath Fitter because they said they could do it in a couple of days which they did. They cleaned up really well and made sure everything was protected in my house when they were coming in and out. They did the tub thing and the whole wall in the bathroom. It was my first Bath Fitter remodel and I love it. It was a great experience.

We had an inspection on a rental property and we were told that we needed to remove the molds in the bathroom. We tried to do that, but there was rot, so we had Bath Fitter come in, and they did a wonderful job. They were quick, reasonable, and the tub, as well as the tub surround we got from them were good.

I am very happy with my new shower. It is large and very safe. The installation was done well and quickly. The sales person made several good suggestions, which turned out very well. I emailed Bath Fitter late one night at about 10:30, wanting to get information from them. And by 8:30 the next morning, I had a phone call and an appointment set up for that evening. The sales rep was very informative, knowledgeable and left a cellphone number in case we had any questions. They were very customer service-oriented, from the appointment, the payment, the measuring, the sales perspective and even the installation. I purchased the bathtub insert and the floor to ceiling wall and I love the quality. They were great.

I contacted Bath Fitter back in March 2016 about a bath tub liner in an upstairs bath, and redoing shower in Master bathroom. I eventually got a salesman out to the house in April only to inaccurately measure the shower project in which I am still trying to resolve today, July 2016. 3 months later and I am using a walk in shower with a shower curtain and plenty of towels to avoid flooding my bathroom! There has been one problem after another from scheduling to rescheduling (I have to take off work for each of these conflicts). Installer damaging wall and floor tile. The entire process has been a nightmare for my family and I, and when you call the office, they casually say it will be taken care of with no sense of urgency, yet my credit card has been charged in FULL!!! I do not recommend this company!

I had Bath Fitter do work in my house in Maryland when the company first started out advertising. I have another house in Delaware and it had a soak-in tub that I couldn't get in and out of. My neighbors had Bath Fitter down to look at doing their shower and I got them to come put a handicap shower for myself in this house too. The installer was great and he cleaned up after himself. He was polite and got all of it done except for a little bit. He had to come back on a Friday for about an hour to finish it up. When he left, the tools he brought in, he took right back out if he didn't need them. I made the purchase this past year and it's been wonderful. I'm very happy with everything and I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody.

My parent's house is original from 1963 and have never been done within. The tub and the tile in the bathroom were in good condition and I didn't want to go through the demolition of everything. I had Bath Fitter do the tub and surround. The sales rep was very nice, explained everything and showed me the book with all the different styles and colors that I can pick from. I bought the tub middle of April and they installed it sometime in May. The person who did the installation was lovely and did it all in one day. He did a great job and I'm very happy with it.

MI have rental properties and one steel bathtub was rusting and another cast iron bathtub was badly stained. We also had a fiberglass one that we had tried to recover and the stuff we used to refinish it cracked after about two years, so I needed to get new bathtubs. Bath Fitter seemed to be efficient and showed up on time. They replaced two of the bathtubs and put a liner in the cast iron tub. I had two different installers. One guy did two bathrooms and another guy did the other. They seemed to know what they were doing and everything seems to be fine.

I bought a house and the bathroom needed remodelling. I had talked to somebody about it but he didn’t give me enough information or didn’t do what he said he was gonna do as far as a quote. I was still mulling it over when I saw the ad of Bath Fitter. I called them and they got a sales guy out the same day. He was extremely nice, pleasant, and very informative. The installer was also very polite and he kept right at working at it and was very neat. I liked the product and I just knew it was gonna be a good way to go. I'm pleased with Bath Fitter.

We had Bath Fitter come and do an estimate for the installation of a shower. We had an upstairs bathroom that never had a tub, but I wanted to convert it into a shower. Bath Fitter's estimate was good for us and it was what we could afford. The sales rep came over, did the estimate, and explained what was needed to be done. He was very nice. We had worked on where to install a shower and the installer just put in a tub over the previous bathtub, and did the shower there. The installer did all the work in one day. This was completed last December and the quality was very good. Overall, it was a great experience and we're thankful to have the work done.

I contacted Bath Fitter-San Diego to have my master bathroom remodeled from a tub/shower to a roll in shower flush with the floor for easy access utilizing a roll in shower chair. Eila was my first contact and seemed nice and acknowledged right away my need for my master bath tub/shower conversion needs. Barbara in sales contacted me and I described to her my needs as well. She confirmed she could accommodate my needs for the master bath tub/shower conversion. The estimated cost was roughly $7K. I thought this was high but she said the master bath would need additional work on the plumbing and jack hammering would be necessary for the existing tub to be taken out to get the floor flush for a roll in.

My mom’s parents have used Bath Fitter. My bathroom needed some work done and I was referred them. We got the walk-in shower and the installation went great. I don’t have any issues with anybody that we spoke to from Bath Fitter. We’re having some difficulty cleaning the glass door though and have not found a product that gets it clean. We just tried out one final thing this weekend, it didn’t work and we'll be calling Bath Fitter about it

We were very pleased with the new tub and subway tile surrounding the tub. We worried about plumbing issues since our house is old but everything went smoothly and what they thought would be 2-day (or at least a day and 1/2 job) turned into a single day. Looks great!

From the sales presentation to the installation, the service was excellent and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone. The finished bathroom looks great.

Bath Fitter was out there when my mom and I went off to the expo center and I liked what I saw. Everybody was really nice. The installers did really well. The shower has come in real handy with my puppies because they like to get out there when they get all muddy. I love it. I was really pleased and I'm happy with everything.

I recently got my bathroom done and I love it. Everything that was promised was done. Customer service awesome. The young man that installed our tub did an awesome job in the time frame that was given & very professional. So glad we called Bath Fitter. Would definitely recommend to my friends & family. Worth every cent.

From beginning to finish, Bath Fitter was amazing. I am a teacher and my boyfriend works long hours. Every step of the way they worked with our schedules to visit our home, do the measurements and complete the work. The shower looks AMAZING and gives my whole bathroom a facelift. I would absolutely recommend them for this type of work.

Our bathroom was still decorated in the 50's style with mint green tiles and was yucky, and our other shower in another bathroom was falling apart, so it was time to remodel. We visited with some other remodeling companies and left our names, but Bath Fitter was the only one that contacted us, and they came out and their product looked good, so we went with them.

We were having some problems with the ceramic tile popping out. It was old so we thought we needed to replace it. We wanted to make sure it was something we were only going to have to do once, so we went with Bath Fitter. The sales rep came to our house, gave us a quote and went over and showed us everything. He was very nice and knowledgeable. The guy who did our install ran into some trouble. The measurements were a little bit off. They had planned on it being a day but ended up having to come back but that was fine with us because he did a really great job. We were very pleased with it. He cleaned up real well after himself. When he had to come back the next day, he was very apologetic because we only have one bathroom. He felt bad but we understood and he did the best he could.

We had 2 bathrooms done by Bath Fitter and we are very satisfied. They were very professional and respectful. It is not cheap, but the work and the results we got were terrific! The fact that it is guaranteed for life is amazing! We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who is ready to update their bathroom without the mess (and cost) of tearing out the existing one.

I just moved out of a big mansion into this little house, as my last home and I'm getting old and got tired of stepping over a bathtub, so I needed to do something and switched to a shower. I went with Bath Fitter as it was recommended to me by my daughter and somebody who has one told me they're pleased with it, in which I am too. The sales representative was very helpful and the installation guy was very good. I would only make one change that I wanted to do and the installation guy didn't seem to want to do it. He recommended that the safety grips/bars to be put vertically and I would've preferred it horizontally as I think it's safer, but it was working okay.

One of the house we own is a 1965 house and the bathroom was still in the original condition from when the house was bought. It needed some remodeling and we already had the other bathrooms done a couple of years ago with Bath Fitter. Their sales reps were very helpful that's why we keep coming back. The installers were very good at describing everything and cleaned up terrifically. They're in and out very easily. We don't like something that we're going to be toiling up for a long time getting done and then cleaning it up afterwards.

I am writing this review because the whole thing was done in a caring and listening and helpful way. I now have a beautiful bathtub/surround which I desperately needed. The yuck was removed and all new siding put in, and then a beautiful surface. It's so wonderful to have had this done! And my expert was Luke, and he cleaned up everything and left it just beautiful and much safer too.

installation. The material used is easy to clean and beautiful to look at. We are happy to have chosen Bath Fitter twice, and would recommend them to anyone we encounter in the future who is looking for a refreshing bath/shower makeover.

We're in an older townhome and our bathroom was one of the things that we wanted to update. I was looking for different patterns that I wanted in the bathroom on the internet, and I looked at Bath Fitter. I saw what I wanted with them and called them. I purchased the insert around the tub, and the quality is good. The installation guy was pleasant to talk to, and he came in and worked efficiently. Everything went really well. We're satisfied.

Salesman came to my house in May 2016 and as of this date of 07/07/16 we have not gotten phone about the install. I have called the salesman and each time I am told he will take of it, but still nothing. I just hope the install goes better than the service up front. They have my money and I would not recommend this company. Customer service is terrible...

We have an apartment in DC and it had a very small bathroom with a shower stall that was thrown into it. It was a wall that was put up with a curtain. That was the one feature we did not like at all. It was dark because of the wall and we wanted something to brighten it up and make it look as if it had more space. My husband looked online and found Bath Fitter. We called them up and had a representative come out while we were there. He answered all the questions we had and let us talk it over and decide exactly what we wanted. Everything he showed us looked good to us and sounded like it was easy to clean so we went ahead and ordered it. Things went smoothly.

Our bathroom had leaks everywhere so we were forced to remodel it. We did the tub and shower in two locations and Bath Fitter's installers were excellent. I had no difficulty talking to them. They did all the work very quickly and timely, identified an issue that we have to get fixed before we could have the basement taken care of, and it was all professionally done. We didn't mind talking to the guy who came out and talked to us about it and sold the contract, although he omitted a couple of important things on the work order contract. The necessity to put a sealing into both locations was left out and he didn't discuss it with the installers.

I've had neighbors that had work done by Bath Fitter and they gave me a good referral. They said they do good work and that's what I wanted. I got a whole new unit from them and they were all good. They came out and measured everything, double checked it, and then installed it. Everything went well and everything's doing good. I'm happy with what was done.

Our salesman, Jeff **, was very persuasive with us. We would liked to have had a chance to talk this over before agreeing to a contract when such a large amount of money is being considered. We had another company give us an estimate but liked the Bath Fitter product much better. We are very happy with our new bathroom--so much that I don't even close the shower curtain so we can look at the results. It is bright and clean and refreshing. I also would like to have had an itemized statement of what we purchased. I asked for this but did not receive anything. All in all the experience was very pleasant and was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly from the initial salesman to the installer. Ready to answer questions and asked me to confirm placement before making final attachments, like shelf, safety bar, soap dish, and curtain rod. To top off this pleasant experience, I was provided a new shower curtain, special cleanser, and scrubber, to start me on my way to enjoying my new bath. I was very satisfied.

Our tub had a crack in it for a good period of time and we had spoken to other people and they said it couldn’t be fixed. The Bath Fitter gentleman giving the demonstration at a sporting show down at Mohegan Sun said they can fix it so we set up an appointment. We're out in the country, at Sullivan County, and the sales rep came and was here for four hours explaining everything and helped us out. We were a little shocked when she gave us the price because it's rather high end but we're pleased with the tub. So far, it solved our problem. The company has followed up and were concerned about everything that we needed.

I went over to his house to check out the job and it was nothing short of beautiful after all those years. This is not a cheaply made product, but a thick covering which will last forever. They absolutely guarantee all their work and will come back if you are not pleased with something. They are clean, neat and clean up after themselves. I love Bath Fitter. It's the second one I got and if I'm not mistaken, the same person put them in the first one. I remember him telling me he was new on the job. It was a coincidence but when I saw his name on the ticket, I thought that was such an odd name. It was Julian ** and he was very very nice and polite. When he did it the first time, he came early in the morning and worked super late. I told him he can come back tomorrow but he said no. He worked until 9 PM. He took his time and did a great job. Five years later at a different house, he did it and he was super quick. He came in the morning and was done at 2:30 PM. I'm like, "Are you serious? Wow, you got good!" It wasn't even funny. It was awesome. He was great and I was very pleased. I put pictures on my phone of the new tub and the old tub. I showed it off to everybody because I waited for years to get it.

The installer, Wyatt **, did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone thinking of updating their bathroom.

We went to a car show in Toledo and Bath Fitter had a booth there. We looked at everything and we called them along with several other companies. Bath Fitter came out and gave us an estimate and they seemed like the one we wanted to go with. There was only one man who came for the installation of the walk-in shower and it took him two days because he had to tear out the old and get everything ready to put in the new. He was very polite and very clean. Everything went according to plan. We love our walk-in shower and we had bars put on for safety. It is really nice. We got the marbled look which I like and I painted the bathroom a pale lavender and it is pretty.

I had looked into Bath Fitter for another house that we owned a number of years ago and my sister used them on her tub about 10 years ago and it’s held up very well. When she got it, it was a very straightforward design. And now, they got a lot more options which add a lot more to the product thing than I had seen in hers. We also went to a home show up in the King of Prussia area to look at a couple of options for a couple of projects we were doing. We saw their exhibit and the fact that it was seamless and it’s one-piece was important to us.

I bought two bath systems from Bath Fitter. They failed to show up when scheduled. When they did show up they installed the first system with a few issues regarding shower rod placement. The second system didn't fit. They reordered a new system (without remeasuring) and the second system came in and it didn't fit. At the same time as that debacle the ceiling from the first system detached and was sagging into the shower. When contacting the local office they can only provide excuses for why it will take so long to come look at the problem. Fast forward a month and a half the ceiling has again detached and is again sagging into the shower and again no joy from the local Bath Fitter folks. For the price I paid I have received nothing but problems. At nearly $5,000 one would expect a better end result. Service after the sale in nearly nonexistent.

We had remodeled our house and the people that did it had painted or done something on the tile and the bathtub. It started to peel off and looked awful, so we had to do something. My wife knew people who had done their bathroom with Bath Fitter and were very happy with the result, so that's a big endorsement for me to go ahead and use them. We got a tub and the guy who installed it was very good, knowledgeable and a great asset for the company. We bickered back and forth with the sales rep about the price though, but we're satisfied and very happy.

Initial visit: Bath Fitter, N Charleston, could not find the address despite it being 10 mins from their office. Visit 2: Bath Fitter unable to install liner. Visit 3: After waiting for 25 mins I drove to the Bath Fitter office and was told they were "Going to call me." I went to property next day to check installation and found very amateur caulking. Visit 4: Bath Fitter rep agreed to pay for caulk replacement. Visit 5: Found leak under vanity (damp paper towel left there - Bath Fitter had to remove vanity to fit tub liner). Visit 6: Bath Fitter repaired leak in vanity. Final Resolution: Bath Fitter agreed to an "adjustment" of the outstanding balance.

The salesperson was great, the measurement person, then the one person installer did a fantastic job. Once I finish the rest of the bathroom they will come back to finish the caulking where I'm installing tile on the floor. My wife and I love it. Wish I would have taken a before and after photo. Highly recommend it to all.

No complaints about the sales person, who is actually very nice. BUT the person who picked up the phone should at least CHECK with your colleagues before telling me to KEEP WAITING for NOBODY!

We called Bath Fitters last Tuesday to make an appointment to have our tub re-caulked and a new shower rod installed. Our guy, Jeff, called us before noon on Wednesday. He came to fix us up on Friday! Great service! Our tub and enclosure looks brand new. Thanks for the great job Jeff and Bath Fitters!

We purchased the house and thought that the bathroom was losing its color so we were finding a way to get that done. Bath Fitter seemed like a good product and we decided to go with them for remodeling because of their cost and how they stand behind their equipment. Their rep was perfect. He explained everything well and did the measurements. There was no pressure. The installer was also good. He came then he explained everything that was going to happen. And the time that he said he was going to be finished, he was finished. He was here all weekend and did everything according to the plan. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to a friend. We've had a new shower tub installation by Bath Fitter about two months ago. We went with them because of the quickness in which the installation was done. The installation team told us exactly what they were going to do and got the installation done within the time frame that they said that they were going to, and cleaned up. Overall, they have been helpful, very professional, and executed everything that they said they were going to.

I needed to remodel my bathroom and I got Bath Fitter's shower with the glass doors, handicap bars, all the seat and other stuff. I've seen their advertisement, heard about them at a sportsman show up in Oaks, Pennsylvania, and they’ve been around for a long time, so they must be good. Their sales representatives and mechanics were very good too. They did a great job and solved all the problems we had with our old house that was built in 1878. That wasn’t easy. The installers were really great and fantastic, and I even called their office to tell them that. It has been 60 days now since we made the purchase, and our experience, overall, was very good.

I inquired about Bath Fitter at a trade show and they sent out a friendly person to look over our needs. We decided to have Bath Fitter install a new tub/shower and it was completed in much less time than they estimated and at a very reasonable cost compared to a whole new tub and shower. It's been years that we've known Bath Fitter. They had a little station up at our local mall and every time we drove by, I said, "Well, that's interesting." I'm a deliberating person. So, finally, we walked by and they got the information. They came and made the appointment to come out to the house. Bath Fitter's sales professional was wonderful. He went through all the material types and why they use this and why they did that, and was very informative. I'm usually a question person who always ask "why" and "what happens if" and he explained everything upfront. Then the first guy came in and did all the measuring for the tub. He explained and reiterated everything the salesman had said and I was very comfortable the whole while. I usually get very nervous with a big item but I was reassured all the way. Then the installer made the appointment, showed up on time and was also wonderful.

We had an acrylic tub replacement and walls done, and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. We had three estimates and Bath Fitter was the best deal.

On June 13 2016 we had a bath tub and walls installed by Bath Fitter and the installer was Josh. He called before he arrived and on time. We are extremely pleased with his work. He put down a runner to protect our carpet and asked where we wanted the safety bars installed. He was very professional and cleaned up and even washed the window in our bathroom. I would certainly refer family and friends to Bath Fitter.

When we were looking to redo the bathrooms, we looked at Bath Fitter and got a tub unit and a shower unit from them. One of the bathrooms was a new tub, and it was a complete rebuild. The Bath Fitter sales guy was great. He was a typical promise-the-world sales guy. The installation guy was nice, he knew what he was doing, and he was very respectful of our house. The quality of work was very good, and it was finished quicker than anticipated.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was very informative and painless. We had gone to a home show in Allentown and met up with them. They're the first one that we had talked with and we decided at that moment that's what we had wanted to do. The installation was seamless and only took a day and everything seemed to go along okay. The installer explained everything to me and I was happy with his work. However, we have not used that tub and shower since that bathroom's still in the process of having a new floor. We intend to use that until the whole thing's complete.

I was contacted by the new manager, Jimmy ** and he came to my home with a tester tub cover which fit perfectly. We scheduled an appointment for installation and it has been completed and I am happy. It was a shame I had to go through all the problems and was initially told they didn't have a mold to fit my tub but Jimmy did come through for me and I am now very happy with the product.

We had one bathroom with a shower and a tub with a shower done by Bath Fitter and it looks very good. Installers were efficient, neat and they wore something on their shoes so they wouldn’t bring the mud in. However, they forgot one ring around the light. We’ve been calling them and they'll come tomorrow to put that in. Other than that, everything was fine and they did a good job.

Bath Fitter's price for the shower liner was a little better than the others. However, I was promised by the salesman that I would get a warranty card in the mail and I've never gotten one. I don't like being told something and not happen. We're also trying to sell our house and I would like to have that warranty card to show for.

We needed to upgrade our shower because the wall was caving in and we thought maybe Bath Fitters could help. I was not impressed with the sales representative. He made a great pitch. However, when the actual installer came, we found out the reality of it. The sales rep that came out said, "Oh, there might be some water damage behind it. Don't worry, the Bath Fitters will come and they will take care of all of the water damage and everything." We thought, "Okay. That's great. Let's go ahead and do it." So, when the actual installer came, he told us that unless it is pertaining to them fitting in the product, they do not take care of any of the water damage.

I honestly would not recommend Bath Fitter to anyone. I have had the worst experience from the start. My wife and I had a bathtub/surround installed. We initially thought it was a great job. Looks can be deceiving. They say installed in a day but you cannot use the tub for 24 hours for obvious reasons. The installer took 10 hours to install (Friday) so we could not use the tub until Saturday night. Then during the week, we typically take showers.

From start to finish, our experience with Bath Fitter was second to none. The replacement was very expensive, but worth every penny, as our shower was replaced in one day with no mess. You would never know that the installer had even been here. He did an amazing job and we are so pleased with the beautiful results.

The bathroom hadn't been remodeled since the '70s and it definitely needed remodeling. Bath Fitter was the only one we entertained any ideas of using and we were pleased with their lifetime guarantee. The installation team was polite and knew exactly what they were doing and answered all our questions. They didn't make a mess and even if they did make, they cleaned up. It was a hard bathroom for them to work on but they were very quick and very pleasant about it all. They've all been very professional and we like the results.

While Bath Fitter did come and fix what they messed up in the first place. They also reimbursed me for lost rent during the extra week it took to fix the problem. I still wouldn't recommend them or use their service again. They still oversold the job and didn't do everything that was promised by the sales team.

First off, the measurements were taken wrong. We were told that the wall would extend the the ceiling. It did not. Next, scratch on wall, installer had to get new wall. So finally at 10:20 pm, I was told door does not fit, another has to be ordered. Was given a shower curtain. New door will be in in another 4 - 5 weeks. I paid 7k for the fact this would be done in one day. I asked for compensation. I was fed a line that the door needed was a extra 2k but they would eat that cost. Not happy at all. I have two other bathrooms to do, and I will not use Bath Fitter again.

Our installation was a delightful, stress free experience. We expected to have something go "sideways" but were amazed by an extremely professional and friendly installer (Jamaal) who answered all our questions and eliminated any concerns. The unit itself is beautiful and adds a fresh, clean aura to a bathroom that we have enjoyed for over thirty-five years. Should have done it sooner!!!

Following a visit to our local Home Show and a visit from a Bath Fitter sales person we contracted for a replacement shower from Bath Fitter. Work was to take two days and the installers arrived, as scheduled on 5/4/16. Day one was mostly demolition and prep work and installation of the shower pan and plumbing. So far so good. Day two saw the installation liner and fixtures including the glass door. I inspected after the liner went in and, while the joint between the wall and pan was tight at the back wall, both side walls showed gaps of about 1/4". In addition exterior trim work showed similar gaps. The installer said the gaps were "within their tolerance" and proceeded to fill all the gaps with clear silicone. When the installers finished I told them of my dissatisfaction with the work and withheld payment of the contract balance.

I got a tub with the shower head from Bath Fitter. I went with them because people that I've talked to that had remodeling done from Bath Fitter said it was good. All their reps were very knowledgeable. The guy that came to my house was very polite, professional and expedient. Didn’t take a whole lot of time to get the answers I needed. It was a very pleasant experience.

I live in a trailer and it’s too hard to get the bathtub out to put a new one in. I've seen on TV how Bath Fitter just goes right over so I went with them. That’s what they did and it worked out wonderful. Everything was good with my experience with them. The day they were supposed to come in to install, the guy got sick. They called me and said he was coming the next morning. They sent two guys the following day so that they could still get it done ‘cause it was supposed to be originally a two-day deal. The two guys were very good and got everything done in one day.

Even though Bath Fitter were higher in price by a few hundred dollars, their guarantee and work made the difference. We bought a stand-up shower stall from them and they put in an added lip at the bottom. It looks great. Their installation team was courteous and were out in about eight hours. Bath Fitter has been very professional and did exactly what they were going to do, which is what I’m looking for.

I had a bathroom done by Bath Fitter years ago. Everybody from the sales reps to the installation team was nice. The guy who did installation cleaned up as he went along. However, I wanted to buy a corner rack but I don’t know why they all refused to sell me one.

I did my first bathroom with Bath Fitter four years ago. And again, I had them do our bath on the wall about two months ago. I had the same sales rep in those two occasions, and he’s very outgoing and nice. I'm very satisfied with them.

After much back and forth and the home office getting involved - this has been resolved to our satisfaction. There is still a note on our file with Sunshine Bath in case an issue with the glass appears in the future. The initial Bathfitters product is highly recommended - just make sure to check out their local representatives for reliability.

The lady at the Bath Fitter Memorial weekend booth gave me the 10% discount - "for the whole job". And the salesman showed up at 6:30 - as scheduled. I told him at the start that I don't make decisions quickly. He agreed that he does not expect me to do so. But he lied. For the coming THREE AND A HALF HOURS he kept selling me the greatness of the product - and avoided answering my questions which were: when, how and mostly how much.

The pre-installation appointments were kept in a timely way. The installation was professionally done. I am very satisfied with the product. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone seeking a bathroom update.

We were unable to get our bathtub clean anymore, so we remodeled it with Bath Fitter. We chose them because of their price and several friends of ours had used them and were very happy. Their sales reps answered a number of questions. One came out to the house and answered more questions before they came in and did the measurement and the remodel. I was very impressed with the man they sent to our home. Normally, when you have 40-year-old plumbing, you tend to hear some bad words being thrown about. There was none of that. The man came in, explained what he was going to do, got to work, stayed at the job the entire time, and cleaned up after himself. Everything went very smoothly for me.

I am responding to the resolution of my issue with Bathfitters again, I did it yesterday and it seems it did not work.

There was a problem in relation to my first appointment for an estimate. After driving from my home in Pennsylvania to the rental in Maryland (** Hawthorne Rd. Middle River) where the work was to be done, I received a call that the person who was to do the estimate needed to reschedule. This was a nearly two-hour drive so needless to say I was not pleased. Other than that I was pleased with the estimate and the work that was done.

I will recommend Bath Fitter to everybody. The sales rep and the installers were great and did a wonderful job. It’s the best thing I ever have done in my life. The experience was excellent.

My bathtub has been floating for over a year. I'm just waiting for it to fall to our basement. The Valparaiso Indiana store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. Their Facebook reviews are horrible and apparently I'm not the only one with this issue. Initially when we placed our order the sales person was great and very helpful and friendly. We received the install only for not even a couple of months later had to have several areas redone. And yes we waited the full time frame to use the shower after the install.

Our house is approximately 40 years old. It was the original tub and there were starting to be a few chips at its bottom, so we were looking to update. Most of the time, we like to do things ourselves if we can, but it's a small bathroom and we knew that we couldn't do it ourselves without taking out walls, and we didn't want to do that. We heard about Bath Fitter through a friend. They had Bath Fitter come in and install a new shower in their home. We took a look at what they had done in our friend's bathroom, and we were very pleased with it, so Bath Fitter looked like a good option for us. Last fall, we had a bathtub with a shower put in. Then we also had a safety bar and a corner shelf with three shelves put in.

Also, the installation guy was on point, serious, and direct with what he was doing. Yesterday, my wife was getting into the shower. When she turned the faucet on and off for a hot water, there's a thump in the line. I can hear it all the way up the wall coming out of her bathroom into the bedroom. The plumbing runs up so something is not secured right there. Aside from that, remodeling our bathroom made a great difference and we're satisfied.

One of the reasons I went with them is due to the superb and excellent sales representative. He went through his spiel and answered adequately any questions that I had. I also had a good rapport with the installation manager. He pointed out some of the things that the salesman didn't. Both installation manager and salesman explained and defined the whole situation-- all the warranties, guaranties, and everything else with it. The guy who did the installation was a workaholic. I couldn't even get him to take a break for a glass of ice tea. He said, "No. That's all right. I got to keep working". They did an excellent job in two days, so I can hardly argue about that.

I was having problems and knew it was time to remodel my bathroom. Then I liked Bath Fitter's commercial and everything they said. They did the lining, the tub surround and the whole thing. The reps were wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly and a great bunch of people. Also, the installer was fast, did everything he was supposed to do and I was very satisfied with his work.

We have a 90-year-old house and had a new shower enclosure and tub insert installed. The shower wall had a slanted ceiling and Bath Fitter custom made the enclosure and everything fit great. Our installer was a true professional and made sure that we were 100% satisfied when the job was complete. The unit that was in our house which was built in 1964 was more like a hot tub than it was a tub/shower and the drain was whole messed up - it was functioning but was not pretty. So I had a friend that did some work on one of the other bathrooms and he gave us an estimate on doing that bathroom for what we wanted done. He even recommended that we call Bath Fitter and get them to give us an estimate on doing the job, but we knew my friend's price would be a lot more than what the company's would be, so we purchased the shower pan from Bath Fitter.

When we remodeled our bathroom we had limited options because we live on a boat. Bath Fitter was the only one that offered an acrylic shower that wouldn't break or crack. There was no caulk involved, no hard surface that could be a problem. Our sales rep was really nice. He came to the boat and explained everything to us. We felt well-informed. He didn't understand some of the details about a boat and the odd things about construction around a boat. But the installer who came to do the shower was able to compensate beautifully. He was really impressive because he was able to see some things that the salesman didn't see. We have a nice product and we're really happy with it.

From start to finish, the process went exactly as described, and then some. Our installer was terrific, patient and sincerely wanted to make sure we had a great experience. And we did. The follow up after the installation was excellent too. Our bathroom looks great, cost us far less than going the traditional route and we undoubtedly improved the value of our home. My expectations were managed effectively because these guys walk like they talk. My wife and I will use them again.

Bath Fitter is great. The sales rep showed us what he had, and we picked out what we wanted and ordered the shower and bathtub. One guy did all the installation by himself. He did exactly what he had to do in one day, which was surprising since he had to tear out one shower and put another one in. It all worked out fine.

I had a giant hole in my bathroom wall so I decided to get the services of Bath Fitter. Everything went well. The only concerns I have is that they ripped a part of my wall and one of my tiles that have a trim along the floor of the rest of the area of the bathroom. Also, the tile along the shower is starting to pull up because they disconnected it from the wall. It’s not too bad but they put tears in the dry wall next to the shower where they started along the edge where they glued the shower part in. Then there’s a big old gash on the bottom of the wall, a foot underneath that. Then they put the nozzle that comes with the shower, but I already had a shower hose that I was going to put back in there. Nevertheless, everything’s where it’s supposed to be and the shower looks great.

This spring we attended a Home and Garden Trade Show in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. We had been thinking of updating/replacing our tub surround and saw Bath Fitter's booth and went to talk to them. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy like some. We took the booklets he gave us home and began the process of checking the company out online. We decided to give the office in Regina a call. They came and measured our bathtub and in a matter of about an hour or so, we decided on fixtures, tub surround, shower rod and corner shelves, even a grab bar!!! About 6 weeks later we had our new look.

We liked what Bath Fitter was offering so we got a shower from them. The installers did it quickly and in a timely manner. That was good. I'd recommend Bath Fitter to a friend.

I contacted Bath Fitter a few weeks ago, was called within minutes to schedule consultation. We had our consultation, decided to move forward and were prepared to make down payment. Our credit is not good but the salesman stated after we were denied from the initial lender that there were other places to try, that we "needed" to have this done & he would get back with us. We've never heard back. I wouldn't get the product now if we could get financed. Very unprofessional.
