We had the bathtub-shower combination restored in January through Bath Fitter after a coworker’s recommendation and they were phenomenal. Our kids were at home at the time sales rep came and it was complete chaos, but he was great. During the installation, I couldn't even tell they had been in my house or yard. I would recommend them.

As far as the installer, great worker, very personable. The cost is way too much for what it looks like I received; now I'm stuck with a bill that I could have gotten for 10 times less than what I am not stuck paying. As for the $100 "gift", to refer someone, (which I probably will not) this could benefit me better as a payment off of the bill. So now I'm truly stuck, just had surgery, so that's an additional bill, on top of the usual household bills. Not a happy camper right about now!

I decided to use Bath Fitter in my rental home. It was easy for me because I didn't want the renter to have to be there daily if I had used another source. Bath Fitter met with me twice in that home and then were there on installation day. It was fast and so far has been worth the money spent.

I've used Bath Fitter before and I like what they have. This is not my first time using them. I thank and appreciate the performance of the persons from Bath Fitter who made the nice presentation and did the final work.

I didn't know about any other remodeling company and have always known about Bath Fitter because their TV commercials are usually so cute. So, I had them take out my old bathtub for me and they built a completely new shower. They said it was the largest one they've ever done so, it's nice and spacious. It is a handicap shower and it's big enough for if I ever had to get a wheelchair or a really nice bath seat in there. The two fellows that came were pretty quick with installing the system. They said it would take a day and a morning, but it only took a day so I would recommend them.

In November of 2014, I had the tub and shower in my upstairs bathroom covered. In addition, I had the tile walls in the remainder of the bathroom covered with wainscoting. The job was completed in one and a half days and updated the bathroom from its original 1962 look to a much more modern appearance. The installer was friendly and on time. He did a very good job of getting the work done and cleaned up before he left. So far, I am very pleased with the outcome.

We purchased a home in which a Bath Fitter remodel had already been done. Soon after moving in, we started having issues with the bathroom. The Bath Fitter tub which was placed over the original tub does not fit properly so there is space between the two. When my husband and son stand in the tub it flexes down with their weight and has a bounce. The problem with this is that when the bottom goes down, it pulls away from the wall on the top edge. Water gets in where the wall and the tub meet because the caulk isn't flexible enough to be tugged on everyday. You can hear the water slosh between the two tubs.

From the sales through the installation we had a great experience with Bath Fitter and are super pleased with the finished product. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The sales presentation was informative and there was no pressure to purchase. Our appointments were always confirmed in advance by the front office. On installation day the installers were on time, the plumber first with the proper permits in hand. He went to work right away and timed the calling the inspector perfectly to get his work inspected by the county. The finish installer was there ready to go when the plumber completed to finish the installation. The installer was meticulous in his work and very friendly, even with us watching over his shoulder. We couldn't be more pleased.

Entire process from beginning to end was seamless, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. The product speaks for itself and is super easy to take care of just as promised. I would definitely recommend using them in future endeavors!

8 to 10 months ago Bath Fitter redid the shower in one of our bathrooms which just had a shower in it and in another bathroom that had a tub they took out the tub and installed a shower. The installer was fantastic. He fully supported the product and explained everything.

We are very happy that we decided to have our en suite shower replaced by Bath Fitter. It was a no brainer decision since they did a great job on the hall bathroom two years prior.

Let's be honest. This work could be done quite a bit cheaper, but it would also take a great deal more time. The work was completed on time and we have no real concerns about quality. Our chief complaints are that the used car salesman like tactics by the salesman are just plain silly. We were given the special 20% off deal, but we HAD to make a decision immediately. This was a lot of money for us to be spending. I almost put the brakes on the whole thing because of how off-putting the cheesy sales tactics were. Not to mention about two days after the salesman was at our house, we received a 20% off coupon from BATH FITTER in the mail. I guess that special deal the sales guy gave us was not so special, now was it? :-/

I went with Bath Fitter because I wanted to get a company that's been around for a while. In January of this year, I had my shower stall redone. It was in an originally old fashioned tile, which I was tired of cleaning, and needed regrouting. Really pretty bad shape. The installation turned out pretty good. They told me exactly what to expect and what not, however, the caulking on some of the panels might have to be recaulked. But the guy said that it's a lifetime guaranty.

The cost seems high until you actually see the whole remodeling process. Installers were knowledgeable, respectful, and neat. We were pleased with the final product. We even experienced pleasant customer service when we had to have a return visit just a month after installation for re-caulking after we remodeled the rest of the bathroom.

4 stars for the workmanship, 1 star for the after the sale salesperson! The surround is awesome and they went beyond to cover a rotten spot on the wall! Looks great! On the flip side, I don't appreciate the pushy hard sell I just got from someone wanting to look at my other bathroom. I shouldn't have to say "no thank you" more than once - much less feel I had to get pushy back.

We heard nothing for 6 weeks after our order, measurement and sizable down payment. We were against a deadline due to moving. So I called and got a runaround. Then later in the day magically there had been a change and all of a sudden they could come to install the next week. For the expense of the job, communication and deadlines should have been perfect.

From the salesman to the installer to the first shower was all a good experience. Sales guy was informative and knew his product well as did the installer. As a matter of fact the salesman and the installer were friends and mentioned each other to me. I liked that. I almost forgot about the measurement guy, who passed on the correct info to the installer. The installation took a full 8 hours but he left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. A good experience all around.

Gary was here by 9 am and started work immediately. He got a lot done that first day. By noon the next day he was done. The shower looked wonderful. He did a really good job. This was our second shower installed by Bath Fitter and we are thrilled with the results. I would recommend Bath Fitter to all our friends and relatives. Thank you so much.

Bath Fitter seemed to suit our needs best and had what we needed so we had them redo our master shower. The quality of work was great. It was a very easy process and the gentleman who installed it was professional and thorough. Everything went as planned.

Overall I am very pleased with my bathtub renovation. True to their word it was completed in 1 day. The tub does indeed hold the temperature of bathwater for a long time and it looks great. My only issue is that it isn't as easy to clean as they say with the only cleaner recommended. I would definitely use the company again.

I truly want to thank Bath Fitter for the great job on my bath tub/shower. It look good and everyone say that "it like you have a new bathroom." I Love It!

I had a rental house down in South Carolina and up north and we suddenly had some plumbing issues. The word I got was the only solution to it was to take the tub out. It was my wife who actually saw the Bath fitter brochure in the mail and said, "Well, why don't we inquire with Bath Fitter?" We did. That certainly took care of the problem but that particular fix didn't work out. We had what was referred to as a floating tub. Bath Fitter sent another team in and they redid it. The second installation was fine. I thought that the first installation was fine too until it got a little squishy. When you stepped in the tub, you could feel there is water between the old tub and the new tub. They had the problem and it was a little bit of a setback but Bath Fitter had no problem with going back and redoing the job. I'm satisfied so much so that I had a second bathtub in that same house that I had them do as well.

Everything about Bath Fitter is satisfactory to my family.

Bath Fitter removed a handicap shower that was no longer needed and installed a new acrylic tub and enclosure. They did a wonderful job and it works perfectly. Our sales representative was very professional and friendly and our installer was equally friendly and did a beautiful job of installing exactly what we wanted. The job was rather expensive but worth it by looking at the finished product.

I got a bathtub and a shower from Bath Fitter. Had a good experience with their people. They've done quality work. Everything was good to go. I'd definitely recommend them.

We had our old tub and tub walls refitted by Bath Fitter in Jan 2015, and it looks wonderful. I was concerned that I was getting mold, but my installer said it was just built up dirt. He removed all the old walls, cleaned everything and put new walls in. He re-plumbed the old pipes and hid them in the wall (they were visible in the adjoining bedroom). Then he put in the new tub-liner. It is a vast improvement to our bathroom. We have since installed a new toilet and plan on putting in a new sink, medicine cabinet and lighting to upgrade the whole bathroom.

The sales person comes over - gets the measurements for the tub & shower. When they came to install everything, they put the shower walls up, then when it came time to put the shell over the tub it didn't fit! We had a cast iron tub and live in an older home, so they had to give me a whole new tub! Great! So they came back to install the tub & they had to redo the shower walls again!!

I like my new tub and so far have no problems with it. I was just quite disappointed when after spending $6000 for a simple tub and shower head, I could not have the shower head of choice. I had to take their selection. If I wanted a different shower head I had to pay over $100 more. I just thought that was taking advantage of the consumer.

I was happy with the product and thinking of getting my second bathroom done, BUT suddenly noticed a black mark in the corners of my shower. Called up Bath Fitter and they asked to send pictures. They confirmed it was mold and fixing charges are $190 for minimum two hrs + $95/hr (depending on hrs needed) + tax. Nobody had initially mentioned that mold could come and it would not be covered. Disappointed with the service provided by Bath Fitter service after spending $5, 915 in June 2012. I spoke to Wendy ** from Bath Fitter.

Can't say enough great things about your company!!! I should have had the work done years ago. Start to finish, a very professional job. The installer was neat & orderly while a pleasure to be around.

There were some good and bad things but the overall experience with Bath Fitter was good. Kevin, our sales rep did a good job of explaining the product to us but he was impossible to reach when we called. We had some important questions and that became very frustrating. But the person who installed the equipment was outstanding. I want to compliment him. He did some serious work for two days and he knew what he was doing. However, Jeff, the architect was a little awkward. He parked in an area we told him not to, and he totally ignored our plea. But the final product is what's important and it's great. I just like to ask about the metal fixtures of the shower head and the controls. Those seem to get spots on it easily, making it difficult to clean. Is somebody from the company able to help us with this? Other than that, everything was great.

The tub liner we had installed split after just a few years because it did not fit properly. Workers removed it a year ago and took new measurements several times; bringing in test liners. Nothing fit correctly. They never came back & phone calls to the Union County, NJ office have gone unanswered. The tub has been unusable now for more than 1 year. Family members have to help my daughter who is on disability with MS to the 2nd floor bathroom to shower. They damaged tiles but insisted they didn't and wanted photos of the bathroom before they did the initial work. Who has that? It looks like my next step is to contact an attorney.

Bath Fitter was excellent and I'm very happy with their work. They did our showers and the first guy that came out to the house was wonderful. He was an old gentleman and a great representative of the company.

I had my tub & wall surround done about a year ago and it still looks like new. Very easy to clean & I have had a lot of compliments. No regrets, Best thing I've ever had done. My daughter says it make her feel like she's in an upscale hotel bath.

I had my tub and walls redone. They did an excellent job. When a problem developed they came right out and fixed it. The job only took a day and they had to remove the cast iron tub. I have had my tub for over year and I love it. Everyone from the salesman to the installer were very professional. I do recommend this company.

We replaced a tub with a walk-in shower. We chose Bath Fitter to do it because we liked what they had to offer when we talked to them. The installation team was in and out and did their work.

From the first initial conversation with the sales representative to installation was explained clearly & everything was done exactly when promised. What a fabulous experience we had with Bath Fitter from start to finish!!! From the sales presentation (Steve **) to the installation, it was nothing but a pleasure. They listened to our needs, made suggestions, followed through during the process and sent us an amazing installer, Adam, who did a wonderful job. I chose Bath Fitter over another remodeling company because they were going to replace the whole tub and everything all in one day. But I did not ask for a whole bathroom remodel, just the tub. The installation went wonderful and I felt the quality of the work that was done was up to par.

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter one year ago. They came all the way from Tri-Cities to Walla Walla to give us an assessment of our problem (105-year old tub) and arranged install. We would highly recommend this service and our installer was amazing!

I am pleased with the results. The installers were well trained and professional. On the other hand I really feel I could have redone the entire bathroom for the amount I paid for 1 shower installation.

I went with Bath Fitter because of the lifetime warranty and the extensive work that they put in, aside from the recommendation from my co-worker. I went from a tub to a shower conversion in February. The sales representatives were all very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The installation team were also very nice and looked after themselves. They were very respectful of the house and animals in the house. It was expensive but quick, easy, and worth it!

We are pretty satisfied with our new shower. However when it was installed, the worked cut one of our electrical lines and we had to call in an electrician to fix it which wasn't an easy job. So it cost us more money to have it corrected which we weren't happy about. There was an inspector who came and spoke to us about it but nothing was done to reciprocate our loss. Also, when the fiberglass tub was removed, not enough caution was used and there was fiberglass all over the place. A week later I was in the hospital bleeding from my lungs. Although we couldn't prove that the fiberglass caused it, there was a probability because I was coughing so much after the tub was removed. So even though we love our shower, the installer was not careful and expected to receive some payback for our troubles.

We converted from a tub to a shower because my husband had an accident and then was sick, so last February we had our bathroom remodeled by Bath Fitter to be easier for him. The quality of the work they did was great. There was one gentleman who did the installation and he was exceptional and very sleek. The sales representative was very professional and really worked with us, trying to figure out which one we wanted. He did find out for us the exact product we needed.

I had other estimates. Bath Fitter's was higher but the quality seems to be a lot better so I ended up with them doing the shower conversion last December. All went very well.

This company who I wrote a review on earlier this week when after canceling the install scheduled July 9 due to a family conflict with 86 yr old mother, the company refused to give back our $1500 deposit. 3 days later, perhaps with encouragement from Home Depot, they contacted us and indicated they would return our entire deposit! A pleasant shock but it's only fair to update their reaction. It was appreciated.

I like Bath Fitter. I've had good results with them. I had my bath redone about six or eight months ago. The sales representatives seem knowledgeable of the product and the installation team that came to our home were efficient and clean. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We had a bathtub with shower installation done by Bath Fitter in the early spring. We went with them since they seemed to be a reliable company, and the salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We just trusted him. I was very pleased with the installation. The installer did it in one day and there was no mess. He cleaned everything up. I was amazed that he got it done as fast as he did. They said one day installation but this is an old house and you always run into problems. But he was very, very good. The salesperson and the installer were fabulous. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

A lady that works for the same company I do, but in a different office, had used Bath Fitter years ago. Last fall, I had a new stand-up shower installed by them. My interaction with the sales representative and installation was very good. However, they advertise all the time that everything's done in one day but it does really take two days. I'm fine with that but they shouldn't be advertising that way.

This is my 2nd & 3rd showers; because I liked my 1st one so well. Had a lower bid- but- they needed at least 3 days. Bath Fitter did each 1 in a day! I would recommend them to anyone. Salesman & installer were very easy to work with.

Bath Fitter had our first bathroom done. We liked their product and the warranty. The last time, we got a new shower installed and then a new bathtub liner. The guy that came out was wonderful. The second time wasn't the same person, but they were both really good and very nice guys.

I'm happy with the product but it was expensive. I should have looked around. I could have probably got it cheaper somewhere else, but as what I've said I’m happy with it. I made the purchase six months ago and the quality is up to what I expected. I didn't feel pressured by the sales representative. The installation was good. He did a real good job. I was happy. I had one problem with it and they came and looked at it. They said it came with a lifetime warranty as long as I'm still here in the house. The finished product was really beautiful. I really have a beautiful shower.

From the time I contacted Bath Fitter, until the tub to shower conversion was done, we were treated by such professional people. We love our new shower. It has made our bathroom look like a completely new room. They deserve 100 stars. Great work.

It's been six months since we did the remodelling. We got a tub shower from Bath Fitter because of its price and the lifetime warranty on it. Everybody in their team was very professional and very efficient.

We went to our local Home & Garden Show, talked with sales rep. from Bath Fitter, like the product and signed to have him come review our tub in our home. He came out, we signed a contract April 4th and was told by the sale rep. installation would be around June 1. Come June 1 office calls and stated they will need to push installation back due to an installer being injured. First date she had was in July around the 10th. After explaining to her, we are putting our house on the market and just was waiting to have the liner installed to finish paperwork for this. She all of a sudden could accommodate me and had June 25th available for install.

I'm so glad that we ordered from Bath Fitters. I love the shower stall and I hated the tub. This is so easy to keep clean. The installer was great, he cleaned up after he was done with the installation and explained everything that we had to do to keep it looking great. It really makes a difference in my bathroom.

My parents have Bath Fitter, which I got to use when I was there with them, so I also used them to install my shower. The person that came in was real knowledgeable and the installation was neatly done. Would recommend them.

We had work done on our bathroom five months ago and I have zero complaints about the quality. The guy who did the installation was awesome and he explained everything he was doing. It was the second time that we've used Bath Fitter. We have used them 18 years ago when we owned an older house that needed a nasty fit for redoing the bathroom. Everybody wanted to rip it down to the studs and start over, but we couldn't really afford that then. Things worked out so well with them that time that we wanted to do something similar this time. After all, we liked their products, and what they were doing.

My husband and I recently had two bathrooms replaced by Bath Fitter. One was a bathtub piece and the master bath had a separate tub and shower. From the initial estimate, the experience was excellent. There was never pressure and they lived up to all expectations. The actual service was excellent. We had a tub taken out and had a walk in shower installed. **, was the installer and did such a great job. He was really a hard worker. Cleaned up at night so we could use the bathroom. Was very courteous. Made sure every thing was where we wanted it. A great representative for Bath Fitter. It's beautiful, everything we thought it would be!!!

I have knee replacements and it's hard for me to get in and out of the bathtub so I decided it was time to remodel the bathroom with Bath Fitter. Their sales representative was very knowledgeable. He came out to the house and told us exactly what it would look like. The installation guy was very efficient and got it all done in one day, I couldn't ask for anything better. Upper tier pricing which should get you in return is quality product, quality workmanship, quality of installation was second to none. Have never been more satisfied with an installation project. Quality of workmanship, professionalism was second to none!

One of us is handicapped, so we have been thinking about having a walk-in shower. When I went to a friend's house, I saw that he had one installed in his house for his handicapped mother and I fell in love with it. Also, since we're getting older, it would be easier to take a shower than it is in a bathtub. So, we decided that it is time to remodel our bathroom and go with Bath Fitter. And we were so pleased with the quality of the remodel. We can't believe how convenient it is, how easy it is to shower. There's nothing to maintenance on it - just keep it clean which is nothing. It's wonderful and it gives the appearance of a real nice upgrade.

We continually upgrade our house and remodeling our bathroom was the next thing on our list. So, I researched in the market and found Bath Fitter. Their products and services are high quality and well-priced. Also, they were fast and efficient. Their sales rep is excellent, very thorough and helpful. He did a great job. The installation team also did a fantastic job and the quality is very good. I was impressed by the door seals. The way they fit is great. I like the hot water valve, which is a specialty valve and the quality of the material seems great. We've had it some months now and it's been really good. We're very pleased with it. The only thing is the caulking. It's a real lightweight caulking and just simply wiping it with water pulls it off. So I'm going to end up re-caulking it myself.

This is the second time we have used Bath Fitter, and we are glad. Bath Fitter gave us a moderately high price to do the job, but we knew they were worth it, and they were able to deliver in the very short time frame we needed. We are thankful and appreciative of the excellent service and workmanship.

We've wanted to redo our bathroom and we didn't know who to use. So we picked up three brochures from the fair that they had here. One of them we didn't care too much about and the other one has a sales representative who was pushy. So I just said "Let's go with Bath Fitter." Their sales rep came over and he was just the best. We have been researching and we already decided that we wanted to go with Bath Fitter.

It was great. It was delivered on time and installed in the amount of time that they said it would be. Everything went as scheduled, and it looks pretty nice. I'll probably use Bath Fitter again for another bathroom for myself. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time we've had Bath Fitters come in, as we moved into a new home a year ago. When we have been thinking about remodeling our bathroom, we looked at several remodeling companies. I went with Bath Fitter because I really liked the salesman. He was excellent, respectful and professional. He knew that he wasn't the first person that we had interviewed for the remodel, but he presented us the advantages of his product, without giving us the disadvantages of others. He was low-keyed and not pushy. We enjoyed talking to him. The gentleman who did the installation was also good. He managed to work on what we had in our old house and finish the job in just two and a half days. It was remarkable! I also liked the idea that the other acrylic bathtub were looking at would not have leaks. I like their people and their products. I've recommended them to a lot of people.

They did my other bathroom before so I also got them to do the other one so that they match. And I like them both. I show it to a lot of people that I redid my whole place and Bath Fitter did it. Everybody likes it so I figured it worked well. The sales guy that I talked to was pretty much to the point and he was very, very good. He knew what I wanted and he showed me the best way to get it. He was very, very professional. And the guy they sent out here to do the work was also really good. He got right to it and knocked it out. I had a problem with the other one and he fixed that and informed me too. Everything was good and I have no problems with it. I'd recommend Bath Fitter to a friend and to everyone.

The caulking was cracking so it was time to remodel the bathroom. I probably should have gotten a second estimate because Bath Fitter was kind of pricey. But I've seen the commercials and when the guy from Bath Fitter came in and we talked, I didn't think I needed to get anyone else, so I got them. I made my purchase from them about February. I like the quality of the remodel they did. I'm happy with it. My interaction with their sales representative was okay. I did tell a couple of people that I was happy with the job they did and it looked very nice. The installer did a fabulous job. I liked the way it looked when he finished.

Great job done by Bath Fitters, Niagara Falls. We love our new bathroom and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

I have used Bath Fitter twice now. They do good work. The sales representative explained everything and since I had experienced them before, I knew some of the ropes already.

2 shower installations - Both bathrooms are beautifully done by a highly skilled technician. A wall removed and one built in a different part of the bathroom quickly and well done.

Installer arrived 7:30 in the morning and left when the entire job was completed at 7:30 in the evening. He was professional and extremely skilled. I am still amazed at how efficiently he worked. I am very pleased with the quality of the entire product. Two of my neighbors recommended Bath Fitters to me based on their shower and bath installations. It has been a most satisfying experience from the initial phone call to the company, the visit from the salesman, the gentleman who takes all of the measurements, and finally the installer who was the icing on the cake! Thank You - Bath Fitters for giving more than you promised, it is a rarity in today's world.

We purchased a bathtub and a shower from Bath Fitter since our bathroom needed to be remodeled. It was all good. However, the problem was the framing around the shower. They had a tough time getting parts for it which took them about a month and a half. I wasn't really pleased with how long it took but the manager of the store here kept getting on the suppliers and would keep me updated. Their sales and installation staff were excellent as well.

I've needed my bathroom remodeled for a long time so I bought a shower stall from Bath Fitter. I like the product but aside from that, their rep gave us a good sales experience - he was very nice, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. The installation was done by just one hard-working, professional man. He was nice but he did not stop and talk, he was all business. He even cleaned up for us.

Nice young man as installer. HOWEVER, the shower in the master bath does not have a solid piece behind the step-over into the shower. My floor man could not lay my new floor. The shower was not caulked properly. The curtain rod is loose as is several other items. ALSO, on both bathrooms the installer caused the nails to pop out of the wall on the other side of the shower and said, "Your painter can take care of that." He tore my vinyl and said, "Well, you are getting a new floor anyway." He caused a corner of the wall to split and he said, "Your painter can take of that." We had not intended to paint or replace the floors for another few months. TOO, our toilet has been out of that bathroom for 5 days!!!

I didn't like the look of our bathroom before so we had Bath Fitters remodel it. Everybody that came out that we talked to was professional, let us know what's going on, and did a really good job. It was a good experience.

While attending my dad's funeral this past weekend I visited my senior-aged aunt's home. She had asked me back a couple of months ago to price the cost of tub paint for her tub. I questioned her because I remember her being excited about getting Bath Fitter. She went on to say that the procedure never seal and there was rust forming around the seal areas. She had called Bath Fitter and someone was sent but it still did not seal not to include the rust. What type of lifetime guarantee is that? What is she to do at this point? Not to say someone call her to get her opinion of the service and would she recommend their business? Please advise. She was unable to find her paperwork before I left Goldsboro NC. I will continue to talk with her. However I did not want to press her to find the paperwork right at that time. My dad was her last living sibling.

My wife is in the hospital and she needed to have a bathtub the way I put in a new shower so we decided to remodel our bathroom. The sales rep from Bath Fitter was very good. The installation team did it all in one day and it was a really good job. There's only one thing. We got the parts and I didn't know where to put the bars and we changed from my first plan but we're getting along.

We had Bath Fitter put in a new bathtub and wall for us. The sales representative knew everything about the design for the walls, the tub and the plumbing as he covered it from top to bottom. The installation went smooth and it was fantastic. The only thing the installer had to redo was the glass enclosure for the doors. They measured them too big so they didn't have enough ventilation at the top and had to reorder that and put that in about couple weeks later. Other than that we were very pleased with the product.

We moved into the house and we didn't like the bathroom we had that it appeared to be leaky. So we contacted Bath Fitter because we liked the acrylic material of their product. The rep I spoke with was pretty straightforward, personable and professional. They sent out the guys and they were quick, neat and professional up to the end. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them.

Our bathroom didn't have a shower so we hired Bath Fitter to install a shower stall but we kept our tub. The sales rep was very good and the installation guys were fine and cleaned up their mess. It was an excellent experience.

I was wanting to work with a local plumber because I've been with him for years but he was so booked up so I thought I'd feel Bath Fitter out and see what happen. After that, a rep called me and we set up the time. I've been real pleased with the work and anybody that has seen it thought it was outstanding. Although I thought it was kind of pricey, I was impressed after watching the installation and I decided that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was because if I went the other route, I'd probably end up with three different people and that would have been pretty pricey.

This was my second bathroom upgrade/install with Bath Fitter. The sales rep ** was very delightful and both the pre-install and the installation technicians were on time on the dates promised. The finished product looks wonderful and I am truly enjoying my new bathtub. I am very pleased with the work done and will recommend Bath Fitter to family and friends.

We went to a craft type thing and we were able to talk to a Bath Fitters representative there. They said the closest Bath Fitters would call us and we made arrangements for them to come out. We made the purchase from them late 2014. We wanted the installation done fast and they've done it in one day. They were real good and very neat so I have no complaints whatsoever. It was a little expensive but they've done a good job. I'd recommend them.

The Bath Fitter guy was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He set the appointment up for me and sent someone to come out to the house and everything was pretty straightforward. We also had a good experience with the installation guy. He done everything very professionally. When he left, everything was very clean and neat. And now, I love our bathroom. I absolutely love our new shower. We haven't done anything for a while as upgrade in the house, and every time I go in there, it makes me smile and I feel like I was in a hotel - in the Times Square. I feel so clean, fresh and no more stinky, nasty grout. It was a life changer.

We were visiting BJs to get some things up there and they had one on display. I talked to the lady up there and I was interested - I liked what it looked like and what the lady told me about the company and how they stand behind their product. So we ended up buying the tall shower which is around 5 times the length of the tub. We also needed special doors, shelves, two handles, and two rails as finishing touches. It was our first remodeling work to be done by Bath Fitters.

I'm somewhat disabled. I walk around with a cane. I had a regular bathtub before and it was getting to be a chore getting in and out of it. That's why I decided to change to a semi walk-in shower. I've heard about Bath Fitter before and I thought their reputation was pretty sound. So I bought from them in December of last year. I found their sales rep to be pretty nice, and I got along pretty well with the person that came in to do the installation. They were professional from beginning to end and know what they were doing.

We were having issues with some of the plumbing in the bathroom because the fixtures were getting old, so we decided it was time to remodel our bathroom. Dealing with ** from Bath Fitter was terrific and the one who did the inspection was easy to work with and responsive. Installation crew had some minor issues getting equipment into the space that they needed to go, but we survived. All in all great service, pleasant interactions.

Their representative came, did the job, and left - all in one day. I had the shower installed, and it's really very good, I like it. Bath Fitter was very good. I don't have any complaints at all.

We love our walk-in shower. It's just wonderful. Bath Fitter had what we wanted and explained everything and told us what the price was, how long it would take and what they needed to do. They also told us what we needed to do to have it ready for them. The people who put it in were great, too. I'd recommend it to anybody.

We went to a home show and visited the Bath Fitter booth and one of their competitors, Re-Bath. Bath Fitters was very quick to call and schedule an appointment, Re-Bath was a little longer. When the salesman from Bath Fitter came out he was very good and we decided to go with them, that was our mistake. He said that price was only good that night, 10% discount coupon from the home show. Our mistake, listening to him the price was only good that night. We should have let Re Bath come out also.

I got a walk-in shower from Bath Fitter. The guy that installed it and took off the old plastic tub was a darling and the sales representative was terrific. He came by and estimated everything. They were absolutely fantastic. I rave about it to everybody.

We got a whole new shower/bath combo and toilet. The sales team was pretty good. They came out, did an estimate for us and we just went with it. They sold us a nice showerhead but it ended up low where our pipe was so they should have thought of that, but it's not a big deal. I liked them, they were great. My husband said they did the job pretty fast. I know they come in a week before and then they finished it up all in one day. We were able to use it so it was fine. It's pricey but it was good and was worth it.

Numerous calls to keep me updated on installation date. Installer showed up on time and did an excellent job. Left the bathroom in a tidy manner.

I had Bath Fitter install a bathtub/shower combination and the person installing the unit didn't seal the tub to the drain properly. For two months while I took a shower the people below me could see water bubbling on the stud inside the wall. The first time I took a bath and drained the tub, the seal gave way and the water landed on their ceiling, producing a dip and water started coming out.

The installers did a great job. Both bathrooms look amazing. We are very pleased with our choices and how everything turned out.

I was looking for the best fit and cost to remodel my bathroom since it was already outdated. Bath Fitter had a one day installation so I went with them and purchased a tub-shower combination. Their sales rep were all good as well as their installation team. They were knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and were easy to work with.

Bath Fitters did my upstairs bath in 2013 and did an wonderful job. The worker was **. I just had the downstairs bath done and requested that ** do the job. This was the original bath and was 60 yrs old. I had the bath/shower done and he also did wainscoting on all of the walls. Once again he did a great job and a great clean-up.

The wainscoting that was installed looks great and really brightened up my bathroom. It's just as easy to clean as my shower that Bath Fitter put in a few years back.

I purchased the Bath Fitter to cover our old outdated blue tub and was happy with it at first. However, in a short time the tub began to look dirty and stained even though I cleaned it several times a week with the recommended cleaner. For what we paid - several $1,000 it should have stayed looking new and white longer than a year. I called to make a service order (since there's supposed to be a lifetime guarantee) and the man who came out to look at it was a total jerk - accusing me and my husband of never cleaning it. I didn't appreciate his unprofessional and hateful tone and he certainly did nothing to help. We basically wasted all that money for nothing. Best advice - just get a new tub.

Tub to shower conversion - From start to finish, each employee was knowledgeable and courteous and explained the whole process to us. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner and we were kept informed throughout. Very pleased with the whole experience.

My shower was very old and disgusting and it needed to be remodeled. I spoke to a couple of people who were very pleased with Bath Fitter so I thought they were a reputable company. Eventually, I got a shower enclosure and the door from them after talking to their very courteous and personable sales rep. He worked with me and tried to get me the best deal that he could. Likewise, the installation man was very professional and nice but it surprised me that it took a day and a half for the installation, whereas they always advertise one day. I think he might have been able to get it done in one day but he was on the phone whenever he was outside. Nevertheless, I am extremely satisfied with Bath Fitter.

I have just had my second bathroom completed. The experience was the same as the first. Everyone that I have dealt with have been extremely helpful, professional and experienced. My bathrooms look beautiful. I have nothing but praise for Bath fitters.

Bath Fitter had a lot of obstacles to overcome like an uneven floor, and the previous shower door wouldn't close properly. But all that works great now so I'm a happy camper.

Let me just start by saying we are completely dissatisfied with this product and service. At first, our sales rep **, was very helpful and sold us a product we really thought we would be happy with. We liked the financing plan as well as the thought that our bathtub/shower would be FINISHED in one day (this was told to us many times throughout the sales pitch). Well, the day had come to have our bathtub installed. Our contact at the San Diego office told us our team of installers would arrive between 8-9. Well, he didn't show up until 9:30. He or a representative should've called and said there was a delay and they would be there in about 30 minutes because of... I had told my work I would be in a little after 9 because I had Bath Fitter coming to my house and when I told them it would be closer to 10 now, they were pissed.

Bath Fitter was easier to work with than other remodeling companies. The sales rep was informative and the installation team of one good as well.

We had a very pleasant experience from the salesman to the installer. Everyone was pleasant, accommodating, and professional. Everyone was on-time. The installer was very respectful of our household. He was very clean and no debris was left behind. His workmanship was outstanding. The bathroom is beautiful, and the fixtures were Grade A also.

We liked what we saw so we ended up buying the bathtub insert with the shower two months ago. We had a very good installer as well. He went through a lot of stuff with me, told me what he was doing and was very personable. We're very pleased with the work that was done and the final product really surpassed our expectations. Had this remodel done about 2 years ago. So far 3 times I have called to get someone out to redo the Caulking. The last guy came out said that the bathtub was cut wrong and that he didn't have enough caulk to fill in but did what he could but the caulk is peeling up again so I called again. My roommate gets off work and is home by 4:15 and a tech needs to be at the after that, I was told that service calls cannot be done after 3 pm. I told him that because this was the 4th time I am calling about this issue that Bath Fitter should be accommodating me because of this unfixed issue. I am supposed to get a phone call tomorrow but I somehow don't think I will. I want to get my other Bathroom done but if I can't get this issue resolved then I will look elsewhere for it. I want to know if this is going to be an ongoing problem, what can be done??

From the first representative all the way to the installer our experience was so great. Everything was explained to us and the job was complete just as they said. We couldn't be happier with Bath Fitter. Def. tell all our friends about our new tub and where they can get one.

We had a good experience. I just wish they did more than just the bathtub because I was hoping to get the bathroom done and I had to hire someone else to do that. So that part was disappointing. The job itself, as far as the bathtub itself and the shower, was gorgeous. I like their material... I love the design. It's been very nice as far as the texture it's in.

Bath Fitter did a nice upgrade for our bathroom in January. We decided to have our bathroom remodeled because the tub and tile we had were about 50 years old and they were in sorry shape. We purchased the tub, the movable hand-held shower head and the wall was imprinted with square tiles like. Their sales guy was good and pretty knowledgeable. He looked at the old tub that was there and pretty much knew exactly which one it was right away. He has been doing this for a few years so he knew what he was talking about. Their installer came on time and everything was installed properly. It took him about 10 or 11 hours to get it in because he was on his own. Everything was cleaned up when he left. He didn't leave a mess.

I certainly would recommend Bath Fitter. We absolutely love the shower. We purchased it from Bath Fitter and they did the remodel before Christmas when the kids came, so it hasn't been a year. We had the bathtub taken out and replaced with the shower. We didn't have a door put in but we had a seat put in it. We had the things put in both corners to set things on because we had put a lot of crap in our shower.

We purchased a shower and a glass door from Bath Fitter last year. Their sales representatives were all very helpful. Their installer was excellent -- he cleaned up after himself and was knowledgeable. It was very good. We had a little bit of water running out of the grab bar. They came right out and put another one in, and they said if it was still doing the same thing, they'll come back and put a new one in. So I have nothing bad to say about them. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

The bathroom in the lower level that we remodeled was the basement and the basement had been there since 1969 so it was time to update and we contacted Bath Fitter. The sales rep who came here was great. She gave us ideas, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were very friendly too and they let us know about what time they'd be at home because it was a different guy that came for the pre-installation. They were wonderful and it's a beautiful product that they put in. It looks great and we're very pleased.

Bath Fitter had a nice reputation of doing good work and that's what we were looking for. We've actually had been a pretty good experience with them, they did some good work. The last installment they did a few months ago had little complications to it but nevertheless, it's working now. Their sales rep was nice and he presented himself well. The installation team was also excellent, didn't make a mess, and cleaned up - generally did a great job.

The sales rep was really nice and so was the installer. He cleaned up after himself really well and it was quick. I was very happy because it was two or three days before Christmas and I was nervous that I was gonna have a wrecked house at Christmas time but it didn't end up like that.

We purchased a tub surround and a shower for our first bathroom remodel with Bath Fitter. It was a very good experience as they were very prompt and finished the job very quickly. I just let the installation team do their thing and there were no issues with either bathroom so I would recommend them.

We had to take the tubs out and decided to put in Bath Fitter. We made that purchase maybe ten years ago. I was disappointed when something happened to the shower knobs. In order to do the job, you had to break the wall, and that wall cost me almost $500. I don't think that's fair. I thought it was a permanent thing. And now when they put it up, they put all the mechanisms on the outside of the shower, which should have been in the first place. It cost me a lot of money that I couldn't afford, but I had to do it. There's a fault there that they should correct. When I bought it, it was behind the sheet that they gave you, the sheet that they interlock. And it cost me a fortune. Maybe they can reimburse me. That doesn't come with the contract but they don't warn you either.

Ordered my new walk-in shower from sales guy **. I am also in sales and really enjoyed working with **. The shower took almost 10 weeks to install. I found that unacceptable and heard excuses about getting the permit from the town. Finally dealt with an inside employee with British accent. I believe her name was ** and she immediately scheduled my install. The plumber arrived on time the first day. He was polite, neat, clean, and in and out fast. On day two the installer arrived on time, was friendly, kept me informed throughout the install, consulted me first before installing the safety grab bars, and cleaned up perfect. I had Bath Fitter do a bathtub for me in CT several years ago and was just as happy back then. That is why I hired them when I moved to Florida. Good company to deal with, successful business model.

I am very happy with my experience with the Bath Fitter. They are very professional and they back up what they say they will do. My bathtub redo is great and will last forever.

The installer had to remove my sink and when he put the sink back, he didn't put it back properly. The sink came tumbling off the wall. So I called the representative that came out and took the measurement and the payment, and informed him of what was going on and then they sent someone out to fix it. However they made me feel like they were annoyed, like I was bothering them to give me a call and let me know when the guy is coming. Because I was headed out of town actually when they sent someone over.

It is amazing what can happen to your bathroom within a day's time. Our technician was quick, quiet, courteous, and did a great job.

When we remodeled our whole shower, I chose Bath Fitter to work on it because it was a one-stop shop. With them, I didn't have to get a plumber and get someone else to cut down the walls because I wanted to change the electricity. They did everything at once. The sales representative was really good. He just came to our house and looked at it. Then he sat down with us and talked to us about the options, what we would choose and then the pricing. It was really expensive but the end product is great and I love it.

My father needed a grab bar installed in his shower, the landlord insisted Bath Fitter install it since they had done the shower insert. It was $200 for one single bar to be installed. Installation was about 5 minutes. Don't feel that it was worth $200 for the one bar.

The walk in shower with seat is so bright and clean and I feel so safe with grab bars. Also, my sister who had MS will be able shower when she visits.

We tried Bath Fitter to see if it works. We purchased a bathtub from them last December, and everything was good with the sales representatives and installation team. They were professionals. I like their work and I was very satisfied. I would recommend them.

We were made to believe that we would be financed on a DEFERRED 18 month contract. Received first bill from Synchrony Bank with a 9.9% finance fee. Called Bath Fitter regarding their mistake or their sales lady's mistake and we were put on a 2 year payoff plan. Called Bath Fitter about this mistake and have not been able to get any satisfaction about this mistake. Have called credit company and been referred back and forth between Bath Fitter an Synchrony Bank with no answers to problem, meanwhile my credit has a bad mark. Now in process of lawsuit with both.

The Royal Prestige salesman doing the demonstration was terrific to begin with and he did give us samples that he had cooked with different pots and things that he had there available. But I was impressed with the way he cooked the chicken breast with no oil using the electric skillet. There were different things that he cooked and I think he cooked two or three things in the electric skillet at one time. It really and truly was good. The other items from Royal were probably just as good but are expensive but I love the electric skillet that I got. Absolutely Recommended!

This is an update to my previous posting about a problem with the shower head provided by Bath Fitter and their response to my complaint. Since that time, and as a direct result of my posting on Consumer Affairs, they have fully resolved my complaint by reimbursing me for the cost of a replacement shower head of my choice. Therefore, I have revised my star rating 4.

We were very satisfied with the sales rep and the installer. I have been waiting on a phone call about how we liked our new shower. I only have one problem that I am not happy about. The holder that is attached to the wall for the hand sprayer does not fit. With very little effort, the hand sprayer falls out of its holder and I'm concerned when it hits the bottom of the tub. I would appreciate it if you would call me sometime about the problem. Thank you.

My experience with my first Bath Fitter purchase has been wonderful and I'm totally satisfied. Show dogs is what I do, and every so often, a Bath Fitter vendor would be at the dog show. I kept thinking, "What is he doing here?" And then years later, I needed Bath Fitter. Because we've been in this house now for about 15 years and it was tiled and there was mildew, and I just couldn't stand it anymore, that's why we did our purchase and also had our shower replaced. The salesperson came to the house and went through everything. There were some minor dollar changes, but they called right away and went through all of that and I didn't have a single problem at all.

Bath Fitter did a good job. Their people were prompt, courteous and left the bathroom clean.

I first heard about Bath Fitter at home and garden shows. It's the first time I've worked with them. I actually started with another company doing the same thing in another bathroom but they no longer offer the service that I needed. And it turned out that Bath Fitter was the only one that would do this, so I went with them. I purchased the tub liner six months ago and the sales representative who I talked to was courteous and knowledgeable. He came in and told me all these terms and everything I needed to know. I told him exactly what I wanted and what I expected and it was a pretty cut-and-dry visit. The installation team was fine too and they did a great job. Bath Fitter has been very respectful of my home and did a really good job cleaning up. I would recommend them. It was an excellent experience.

Bath Fitters were great. They came in and did an excellent job. The tub looks great and everything was perfect when they left. You would not have known they were in the house except for the beautiful tub in my bathroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great looking bathroom.

Bath Fitter installed their product in two of my 3 bathrooms in 2005. Although I was satisfied overall with the work completed at the time of completion, where they failed to meet their "lifetime" guarantee has cost me dearly, convinced me to shy away from overlaying of replacement tubs and spend the extra money removing their work. Five times in 10 years I called Bath Fitter regarding a crack in the upstairs shower, the problem has yet to be repaired, not a major problem but an inconvenience. However, when I called about the leaking and mold build-up around the bathtub they were quick to clean and re-putty the first floor bathtub, by the way the complaint about the crack in the upstairs shower was on the same work order. It was at a reasonable cost.

We decided to get a new look for the tub and shower area because it’s old and we're happy that we didn't have to do it ourselves.

Used Bath Fitter recently, my advice to you is run don't walk away from this company. The installer & his helper were not in the uniforms that show you on their brochure. The lead worker could hardly speak English. What was supposed to be done in one day took weeks. Showed up knowing they had not brought doors to shower. Laid their equipment on our master bed while doing work. Paid 7000 for inferior work. Saved 3000 on 2nd bathroom by going to Lowe's.

Bath Fitter did a good job. We are pleased with the work and being able to use it the way they did it.

We purchased the bathtub with the enclosure from Bath Fitter in September last year. The installation guy told us what he was going to do. He was here for one day and came the next morning to finish up. He was great to get along with and very pleasant. It was a great experience.

They were very professional and cleaned up perfectly. They put down sheets so that things wouldn’t get dusty. It was terrific. I thanked the man from the local Bath Fitter franchise and told him that they were great.

We thought we needed to do something for the bathroom so we decided to get Bath Fitter for the remodeling. They put a shower and a bathtub in since it was just a shower before, and ** really wanted to have a way to soak in the tub. The sales representative was great, really enjoyed him. And the installer was really wonderful and really, really efficient and competent. We really are pleased.

Bath Fitter was close by our place in Bay Shore so we got them for jobs we needed done. We availed of their services first for our bath and a year later, we had them come back for another job. I had my whole bathtub area redone by Bath Fitter around October or November. My bathroom had a lot of mold that I just couldn't take care of and I'm looking to resell my house soon, so I needed to have something. But the main reason I wanted my bathroom done was that my wife had a total hip replacement surgery and we needed to have the bathroom updated with the support mechanism that comes with handles which we did not have. So, I went to the National Coliseum, they had a trade show out there over the summer and I interacted with a lot of the home improvement companies and one of them told me that the best place would be Bath Fitter.

Bath Fitter was wonderful. It wasn't cheap but they did a tremendous job and they did it on time. There was no issue at all. They were very good and it was very satisfactory. I'd highly recommend them.

I didn't have a problem with the installation. The guy was very good, professional and knew what he was doing. However, when I reported what happened to my tub to Bath Fitter’s customer service it frustrated me right away. The way they asked questions sounded like everything was my fault and they were blaming me that the tub cracked. When I first called and report this, I didn't get a response right away. Then they said that somebody would call me. Nobody did, so I called again and they gave me a person’s name. I contacted that person and that second person, a female, that responded was very good. She took care of it and everything went smooth after that.

Had a great experience with "BATH FITTER." The lady in their booth at the home show was very nice, salesman that came to our home was friendly and helpful. The tech that came to measure for an accurate fit was very personable, quick and seemed like an all-round nice guy. The installer did an excellent job. Left the bathroom clean and took all the old moldy stuff with him! Yeah!! Thank you. Actually the install date was sooner than we expected. Good for us!! Yes, I would recommend "BATH FITTER." The pictures the salesman showed us of before/after was exactly like my bath turned out. Can't ask for better than that.

My experience with Bath Fitter was okay but I have some quality problems. The first tub they put in cracked. And the second one, there's water sloshing around under the tub. So I got to get them back over there. I'd still give them a high rating because their service is good. Every time I have problems, they've been right back.

My sister in-law used Bath Fitter in Connecticut. They seemed really nice so I asked them to call me. The rep who came at our house was very nice. He mentioned everything, showed me samples, talked about financing, and answered all my questions. I asked them to convert my bathtub into a stall shower. The installers were great. They worked all day and said I could take a bath or a shower the next day. And, they cleaned up. Everything was spotless when they were done. I was very impressed that it just took one day and everything turned out wonderful. I'm glad I made such a good choice. I recommended them to a couple of my friends

We purchased the tub and wall overlay from Bath Fitter. The work started in November but we got into some problems and it didn't get completed until February 11. Initially we were told a permit wasn't needed, but later we were told that it was needed. Then we had some issues with the work that was done, and they had to come back out. Most of the problems stemmed from the permit, because work was done, but because a wall was closed up, the wall had to be reopened, and then we had to go through the process of dealing with the township for the permit. The problem was partly due to the people from Bath Fitters insisting on closing the wall up because they said, "Oh, we can't leave you without the tub." But then the problem was also partly because the town never got back to us regarding the fact that we needed a permit.

Bath Fitter's reps presented what they had and we liked it - they were very friendly and knowledgeable. So we asked them to put in a new tub and a surround and the fittings for the tub and shower. The installation team was very accommodating and good. They got some work done and are really professional.

Bath Fitter, in general, was excellent and their people are nice. I would totally recommend them.

Lots of paperwork and appointments/phone calls, but in the end I'm very pleased with the results. Thank you!
