We bought our house about a year and a half ago and the bathroom was dated. The shower looked like a big old piece and was dangerous for our grandkids. Every time we would use the rugs, we would use the tape on the floor and our grandkids were still slipping and falling. When I tried to get in the shower one time because our master bathroom was being fixed, my first foot went in and I slipped, messing up my leg bad. So, my husband said, “No, this is it. Just go ahead and get something new.” We had a complete bath redo with Bath Fitter and they were amazing.

We could not be more pleased with our walk in shower. The installer was professional and did a fantastic job. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his workmanship. We would definitely refer anyone who needs improvements to their bathroom.

Our friends from Des Moines were really happy with their Bath Fitter. We had our tub for 25 years and was leaking when we stepped in to use the shower so we decided it was time to do something. We’re getting older and we wanted a walk-in shower. The first guy came and did the measurements and talked about what we wanted and how much it would be. He also said that somebody else will contact us and do the final measurements. We were happy with both of them. The parts were ordered and delivered after a month where another guy came and installed it. I couldn’t believe that he was done within a day. We were more than pleased. Bath Fitter knows what to do and they do it right.

We had issues with our bathtub where the lining was peeling off so it was time for an upgrade. I always wanted the security with the bars inside the tub by the shower and went with Bath Fitter. They put in the tub and the shower. The sales guy who came was very nice. Then the tech came and made sure that the measurement was correct. The installation team was very professional, very courteous, and very informative. When I had a leak after the installation, a different guy came back fairly fast and fixed it for me as it was under warranty. So far, the quality of the tub and the shower is okay.

From the beginning to the end everything was handled professionally and I now have 2 beautiful bathrooms. The installer keep the areas clean and arrived on time. He did a fantastic job with installation, explaining details, and reviewing paperwork. I would recommend Bath Fitter to friends and family.

I had the best tub done 12 years ago but since I’m disabled now, I cannot climb into it. I had to change it over to a shower and got Bath Fitter. I also had wainscoting around done too. I'm happy with Bath Fitter and their quality is wonderful but I paid too much money for it. And I’m a senior citizen with a fixed income so it did hurt my wallet very much. But I have a lifetime warranty on it and their rep was friendly, courteous and did a good job in getting them done. If I know anybody who needs something done, I will recommend Bath Fitter.

My dad had a tub installed over nine years ago and then he referred another one of his friends to Bath Fitter so I went with them too. I got the whole bathtub and shower wall or wall for the rental house about three or four months ago. It's good quality and reasonably-priced for what we were doing and it made the most sense to do instead of having to rip out a whole bathroom. The sales rep was a cool guy, knew what he was doing and wasn't pushy. He explained a lot and it helped with me knowing everything they did. My wife couldn't get over how precise and perfectionist the installer was. The tenants love the bathroom. I had the other bathroom ripped out at the same time, but I put one of the Lowe's standup shower surrounds in that. I'm happy with Bath Fitter and I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

My husband can remodel the rest of the bathroom but he didn't want to do the shower so we had Bath Fitter do it. It took them about two days to get it done. The installation team came in, did their work and cleaned up after themselves. So far, the remodel has been great and it was exactly what I would've wanted. I had a good experience with Bath Fitter.

We wanted our bathtub taken out and made into a shower. We live in a very rural area and at first, I wanted a tiled shower and we couldn’t find anyone around here to do it. So, when we saw Bath Fitter at a home show, we thought that was a way of getting a nice shower that was confined and moisture proof. It was expensive though. We made $8,000 for it. It sounds like we did the whole bathroom but it’s just the shower. But as far as the quality, appearance, and workmanship go, they're very good. We got a garden tub which is larger than a typical shower and took up to the ceiling. The man who put it in did a lot. He had to replace the walls and insulation. He was excellent. Our shower is very nice and I like it a lot.

Bath Fitter guaranteed that the remodel was going to be done right. The price killed us but we’re glad we did it because it’s great. We love the shower. We’re very happy with it and the one who installed it was super too. We’re 100% satisfied with every single thing and I would say to a friend to consider them.

Bath Fitter was down at a senior center with an exhibit and I talked to them there. I liked their product and went with them. The sales rep was very good. He went over everything that he was supposed to, however I was not interested in all those details. The presentation was too long. Nevertheless, I really liked the job they did. I got a tub cover, a wall cover, and a shower. The shower was connected to the tub.

In March 2017 I ordered my product, which looks marvelous, even though the plumber needs to come back to fix the water flow from the faucet. Ed ** was the representative I worked with for my product. During the month of May you advertised 0 Finance Charges. My Bath Fitter was not installed until May 19, however, I was told I was ineligible for 0 Finance Charges. I believe that's false and misleading advertising. I wouldn't complained if the product had been installed in my home, however, as soon as I began to ask about 0 Finance Charges miraculously I moved up on the list and my product was installed. I should be eligible for 0 Finance Charges because my product was not installed while you were advertising this rate.

Bath Fitter became a necessity. I had my knee replaced and I couldn't get into our bathtub or even go downstairs to take a shower. Then my daughter fell and broke her hip. I borrowed a chair that slides around and now we both need to use it to take a shower. It was then that we needed to fix our bathroom. We got a fold-down seat from Bath Fitter, and my wife and daughter are both very pleased with their ability to take a shower now. Their salesman did a good job and he sent an installer who was very good too. He was able to take care of everything like the plumbing, carpentry and the finish. It was done in a day and a half and he did good work. He did insulation and did all the things to make me happy. We have showed our bathroom to several people. Bath Fitter costs too much, but it's been outstanding with them overall.

I saw Bath Fitter on TV and went with them as we don't know how to fix anything. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There was another guy with him, and they were both professional. We had them do our tub and shower, as well as the grab bar and a shelf. The installer was very friendly and went straight to work. It took him about seven hours to complete the job, and I was surprised that they could come in and do it in one day. It was a pleasant and easy experience, and we would recommend them.

We were highly satisfied with our salesman, technician, installer & the job was very well done. We appreciated that they kept in touch with us through the whole process. We are enjoying our new tub & enclosure very much. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter.

My husband and I are ecstatic with our new tub/walls. It looks amazing and really brightens up the bathroom. It was discovered at the time of the install that we had mold due to the previous improperly installed walls. It is a huge relief having peace of mind knowing this will require a TON less maintenance and no more mold issues!

We wanted to replace our shower and bathtub and when the gentleman from Bath Fitter came to speak with us, he laid it all out and it was a good fit for us. We had two bathrooms remodeled, and purchased one tub and one shower The gentleman who came to the house was very professional. He did the measurements and he said there was a back order and things were taking time to get ordered so it was six weeks before we heard back from anybody but everything was good. The installation team scheduled two days for each redo and only took one for each. The installer was very professional, nice and explained everything. We were very happy and the experience was quick and painless.

We had another company do our other tub and fix it but they didn't do a very good job. Bath Fitter has lifetime warranty and thought we would give them a chance. Three months ago, we purchased a shower from them. We also have a big shelf in the back corner and an upgraded sliding doors. Bath Fitter's sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. The people that did the installation were very good too. They came in, got it done and cleaned up after themselves. And they showed us how things worked which was good. We also had the big corner thing for the soaps put in. But they did not talk to me about the height which is a little high for me especially when I put my leg up to shave it. I talked to Bath Fitter about it and they said to give it a chance and give them a callback. And if I couldn't adjust, they would come out.

Bath Fitter did a tub to shower conversion for me first at my mom's house eight years ago. It's what I was looking for at the one house that I am in and knew they would get in and do it in two days. My cousin was satisfied with his job too so I went with them. They excellently renewed the shower in my house and put a new one in including grab bars and seats two months ago. The sales rep was good but I didn't like the little high pressure to me that they were going to give me a discount but only if I sign that day. They didn't give you any time to think about it and it's a lot of money to spend. Another thing, I am a previous customer and on this job that they did at my house, I didn't get any benefit for a second time purchaser and it's quite an extensive undertaking. They should have thrown in a seat or shower or corner unit.

I had a lot of mold in both my downstairs shower and my upstairs bathroom, and it had been 28 years since I had them, so it was time to replace them. Bath Fitter was the first remodeling company I called and I liked the idea that they had a one-piece installation. But I did have some qualms about the price. I called one other company, but then I decided that if I tried to call other companies, the cost would be just about as much and it was not going to be a one-piece installation. So, it's the fact that Bath Fitter said they could get the job done in one day that I chose them, and they were able to do that.

I placed my order & gave them a post dated check, which they cashed early. When I called them about this, I found that the number was no longer in service. So I called & spoke to your corporate office last week. Rather than helping me, they forwarded my call to the area office that I was complaining about. I've left 2 messages for the supervisor/manager, but have not received a call back. My bathtub isn't even installed yet and I'm finding your customer service to be very unsatisfactory. I then read the Consumer Affairs Reviews and your lack of customer service seems to be an issue. My concern now is, what if I have a more serious problem that I need your company to address? I'm trying to decide what my next step will be and would like to hear what your company has to say about my concerns. Thank You.

Bath Fitter has a one day turnaround and we got them to do the tub surround and layover about 2 months ago. It was in our second home and we knew what we wanted to do so we basically needed to pick out the material for the wall and deal with it. I had a friend who used them a month or two before that and she said it was really easy. It was an easy decision for us. The sales rep's visit wasn't too long, and the installer was a gentleman who was on time, tidy and cleaned up after himself. Once he was done, he was out of there. The whole experience has been quick and the finished products were nice.

The Bath Fitter sales representative did a good job explaining everything. He went through the whole process of what and how things are going to happen and how much it will cost. The second guy came and did the measuring and also explained what was going to happen after that. He made sure everything was left as it was when he walked in.

We were in need of a new bath tub so we had a sales representative from Bath Fitter come over. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed out some things with our old tub which we knew and after we had talked to him and he showed us the different features of the tub. Because of him, we decided that’s where we would go. We had called a different place that was supposed to come out and we cancelled them because we were happy with the salesman from Bath Fitter. And the guy who installed it was very efficient. He was friendly and he knew what he was doing. He ended up taking our old tub out and when he put the new one in, he did it all in one day. When he left, except for a new bath tub, you wouldn’t have known that he was there. He really cleaned everything very nicely and did a really good job. We’ve had it for two months now and we really feel like we had a good fit for our house. I was very happy with everything.

Tub and shower - Service people were well trained and very respectful. Looks fantastic. No problems. Took one day. They left the house clean and took away all leftover material and trash. Highly recommend if your tile and tub are worn out and you need a remodel. Brightens up the entire bathroom. Our friends love it.

We were doing a complete remodel on one of our bathrooms and we liked the styles that they had and the quality of work so we decided to go with it and increase the resale value of the house if we ever sell it. We got a grab bar for the handicapped, the shower head with the hand shower attachment and one corner shelf unit. The sales rep checked everything out and then outlined what they would do and answered all our questions so it was good. The installers were very professional. The first thing they did was lay down walking tarps all through our house from where they came in up to the stairs to the bathroom. And they got it all done in one day. I went up a few times and they answered questions I had. They also let me watch a little bit. It was a very good service. The price is high but you get quality for it.

We wanted a walk-in shower and financing for it. Bath Fitter has the financing ability so we got it from them. We also got shelving, doors and ceiling. Everything was good with the sales rep, as well as with the installer who came when he was scheduled to. Bath Fitter was very professional and good with their work.

I can't say enough about how this company backs up their lifetime warranty. Their customer service is superb. I was dealing with the L.I. office who was so supportive and never questioned their responsibility when my 10 year+ shower floor needed to be replaced. You will not be sorry if you go with Bath Fitter. They have taken a lesson from Disney when it comes to customer service. Very satisfied customer.

I converted my tub into a shower. It has frameless doors and then I got the rack, hose, shampoo and grab bars. It's been two months since I made my purchase. I had an amazing experience all the way through. They followed through consistently from beginning to end. They were very punctual when they came out. Anything that they said, they were on it. They called me all throughout the process to let me know when the materials are going to be and what worked best for me for installation. When the installer came, he went above and beyond. He did everything to make sure that everything was just so. He was very thorough. He got it done in a day instead of two days and it was beautiful. If something goes wrong and I'm not satisfied with it, they'll come to tear it out and redo it. I like the fact that they have a lifetime warranty and they guarantee it and service after the sale. I am very pleased with Bath Fitter.

With Bath Fitter, I was guaranteed for life, so I went with them. It was a friendly interaction that I had with the sales rep. I bought a tub surround and a little shelf in January. There was a stretch between the time of the actual purchase and when they came out and interviewed and did some preliminary measurement. Other than the gap, it was wonderful. Installation went as scheduled in the beginning of April and they finished on time.

The entire process was perfect -- from sales to clean-up. The installer was amazing! I am 100% satisfied. I referred Charles ** of Westerville OH to Bath Fitters. He signed a contract and I'm awaiting my referral bonus. We'll contact you when we are ready to do some work (cover tub and do sink & commode if you do them) in the main bath.

My installer, Tyson, was spot on time. Neat, clean, pleasant to talk to. He took great care to put down a canvas runner to protect my carpet. During the 'demolition' he worked continually, with no break except for a drink. There were three slight changes that were needed, and he attended to them beautifully. Bath Fitter did not charge me for the change, since they were determined that I would be pleased with the finished project. I am VERY pleased with the results and recommend both the product and installer to everyone I talk to.

I wanted one of my bathrooms finished and my wife and I agreed together to get Bath Fitter. I had them come in and put in a wall and the stuff in my bathroom around my bathtub plus grab bar and soap dispenser. Then I put a shower head in and new knobs for the water. I'm pleased with the overall finished product. Their sales rep was good and crazy. The guy that came was all right too but he was a little bit late but that's all right because he had to come from Virginia to Carolina. He had to come in the sticks back here and there wasn't any GPS. Bath Fitter did a good job in the overall sales and doing the work and all.

My shower needed replacement. Two months ago, after talking to somebody about Bath Fitter, I liked their product, thought they were really good, and got a whole shower. Their sales team had answers to all my questions, and if they didn't, they'd find out for me. A representative also came by during the installation to make sure that everything was going well.

I searched online and looked at other alternatives, not necessarily in the same type of solution that Bath Fitter offers but other solutions such as replacing the tub. The cost and result that I could expect out of remodeling with Bath Fitter made a whole lot more sense. I got the tub and shower combo and a surround from them and the reps did what I expected.

I’ve heard about Bath Fitter and for years, primarily on TV. Some of my friends have used them in the past and they’re very happy. I had them build over my tub and my shower six weeks ago. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the exact samples of everything and it went very smoothly. The installation team was very courteous. They were quick and they cleaned up after themselves. The remodel is seamless but I am concerned about it being moved to not build-up.

We decided to use Bath Fitter because friends of ours were happy with them. The guy that came here to sell told us everything we asked him. We purchased a walk-in shower and they tore the old one out and put the new in it. The guy that was here was excellent. The remodelling took two days and it's been two months since I've made that purchase. The quality is good so far and nothing has fallen apart yet. We'd be happy if anybody asks us what's the quality and how it was done. They were more than helpful with everything they did.

I bought a new house and I wasn’t very impressed with the existing shower stall because it was crowded so I needed to remodel it. I saw Bath Fitter at a trade show and I signed up for an estimate. I liked idea of a lifetime warranty so that’s what drew me in. The sales rep was making a hard sell. He had to drive a good distance for over two hours to get to my location. He really wanted to sign me up right then and there. I wasn’t really prepared, but I went ahead and signed on with it anyway. He went over all the features and showed me the shower caddies and door options. I was okay with that but I didn’t need to know all the bells and whistles.

Removed old shower and put in a new one. It was shiny white. Easy to clean. Has 2 bars and 2 shelves. Shower head can be moved up and down on a slide or left above. It has 2 shower speeds. There are no seams and therefore will not leak. Very nice.

We told the sales rep that came to the house what we wanted to do, then he told us what it's going to be and how long it’s going to take. He lined it all up. He even told me they have a good lumber store in the coast where he lives so I went up there and bought a lot of lumber. I have an older home and I didn’t want to tear out the old cast-iron tub downstairs, so putting the tub over it was a great idea and it worked well for us.

Bath Fitter removed my old tub and enclosure and installed a spectacular new shower. They exceeded my high expectations in every aspect - people, process & product. The entire team and process was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I like the idea of a one-piece surround. I've had the shower surround from Bath Fitter for about two or three months now. The manager of the Cleveland office came out and made a call to one other person that had a Bath Fitter unit put in and they liked theirs. He pointed out a whole bunch of people in the area that had it done too. The installer didn't mind if I watch for a while and he sort of insisted I keep hands off because some of the stuff he was putting in can cut you if you handled it wrong, but he knew how to handle it and requested not to help him. He was on time and the bathroom was perfectly clean when he was done. I'm satisfied with what I got and everybody says it looks good. It was a satisfactory experience.

What was promised/advertised as a "one-day installation" turned into a three-week nightmare! First day of installation - NO SHOWER DOORS, promised within a few days. After a few days - possibly a week! After a week, I cancelled the doors for a "ready made" Bath Fitter door. Another delay of a week and half. When it finally arrived and installed not long enough to prevent shower spray from leaking over the bathroom floor! Asked for an adjustment to the final payment, with a paltry response. Local company manager unsympathetic, as well as regional manager. All the while this was my only shower which I could not use for 3 weeks!!! An EXTREMELY stressful and unsatisfactory experience.

On time, extremely friendly, very hard worker (America could use more like him). Used covers on the floor, and had very little cleanup. Can't believe the change. Ran through instructions before during and after, with both Paula and I. Very pleased with EVERY aspect of the job. If I did this right some pics of old (ugh) and new (WOW) are here.

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter! The salesman spent a lot of time with us, was able to give us a great deal with financing! The installer is excellent in what he does!!! We went from a tub/shower to just a shower and it is huge! Very easy to keep clean. We are so happy!!!

I’m very satisfied with Bath Fitter and I have recommended them. We saw them first at an outdoor show when we were at the civic center. We wanted to do something different—take our shower out of our master bedroom and replace it. My husband and I decided and had a good conversation about it. We’d get something that's going to last and perform like it should. We liked what we’ve seen with Bath Fitter and we’re okay with the price. We purchased from them around the end of March because we wanted to do it before I had surgery.

Bath Fitter has a warranty and gets everything done in one to two days which helped us decide to go with them. We've been already through the shopping around since my daughter has been through this a couple of years ago and we can't afford to be without a bathtub for a week or so. We bought from them a bathtub, shower enclosure, shower and the walk in shower about two months ago. Their sales representative seemed to be knowledgeable and helpful with the options. The installer gave me good information and he's very professional and polite about anything that you ask him he had the answer for. He did a really nice job. I'm satisfied with them.

Bathroom turned out beautiful as we expected and the installer was professional, courteous, friendly and completed the project in a timely fashion in spite of small installation problems which arose. We are extremely pleased and have already recommended your services to others.

The first one we had from Bath Fitter was a tub several years ago and until now it has been working fine. The second one was a shower we bought last March. In each time, we had new ones installed. Their rep was very good and he answered our questions. It was just one man that did the shower installation, and he worked very hard and he was very good! However, it took a long time to get the shower put in. I had to call the salesman and ask what was going on and why we hadn't gotten it after a couple of months. He got right on it and they put it in about a week later. Other than the length of time that it took for them to make it, we had a very good experience with them. They also called the same day I called them and then the salesman came right away. Everything else went fine.

I am well pleased with the outcome. Bathroom has a completely new look (Tub, Surround, and Wainscoating). Can't say enough about my installer Adam. He was very helpful and informative. I had checked my sister-in-laws before I ordered. She was well pleased also. Would recommend you to someone else.

Their product(s) are pretty good, however, their customer service is horrible. I need a few things done to my bath tub that they installed some time back. I ended up speaking with a lady named Beth from their office that serves Delaware County, PA. She called me from a 717 area code. Now before speaking to Beth, a different lady told me on May 18, 2017 that Monday, May 22, 2017 was open for scheduling an appointment for service. That day was bad for me (at first), then I called back the next morning and ended up speaking with Beth and was told that the 22 was not available, and that the 26th was. I explained to her that I was back to work on the 26th, and that I work Monday - Friday day work.

We've been hearing about Bath Fitter for years. There was a mall kiosk years ago, you see it on TV and read about it in magazines. We had the same cost from a private person who was going to re-do the tub but we liked the actual product from Bath Fitter versus just putting in another tub like we already had. So, we had a new tub put over the existing. Everybody that we have talked with on the phone versus the gentleman who came out and gave the introduction spiel along with everybody that we dealt with already was very nice, knowledgeable and they answered all of our questions. They were easy to get a hold of and stay in touch with.

I went to get Bath Fitter based on our neighbor's recommendation. We had our shower completely redone and had a seat installed in that. The sales representative was very nice. He explained everything to us and also answered all our question. The installation guy also explained everything that he was doing and gave us directions how to use everything. So we had a good experience. We're happy with Bath Fitter. They were very helpful in helping us make decisions about things.

Bath Fitter took out our old fiberglass bathtub and replaced it with a shower stall. It took about two months for them to install it and they were excellent. They also had professional representation. Gene, who is one of the installers, answered a couple of questions for me and he seemed like he was going about his work very efficiently. Bath Fitter's product is excellent, the installation and the installer were excellently done. Although it's kind of pricey, we're extremely happy and satisfied.

Bath Fitter is an established company while these other companies are just starting to pick it up as a sideline. I'd rather go with the experienced company and technicians because I was bit by a siding company who wasn't able to install my windows properly and I ended up having another company come in. Hence, I went with Bath Fitter for their reputation.

We are very pleased with our new tub and tile surround that was put in by Bath Fitter. The entire experience was well-orchestrated and professionally done. I would definitely recommend them. From the time that we first set up the appt., until the job was completed, Bath Fitter kept us informed of the progress. They were always on time. We couldn't be more pleased.

The sales associates was on time with his presentation material as expected. I made it clear upfront that he was the first of a few quotes I would be getting. Throughout the presentation I made this clear several times so there would be no hurt feelings at the end, which there was. Towards the end he has upset that I was not going to make the purchase that evening. The quote was for close to $7,000 with 10% off if I ordered that night he said. In the beginning of the presentation he said all customers pay the same price if they get the same items. What he should have said is all customers that order the same day of the presentation pay the same price.

We contacted Bath Fitter Winnipeg, Manitoba to renovate our seasonal bathtub. We mentioned we experienced 'shifting' in our residence. We were strongly recommended to discuss this with their consultant since shifting was not covered with their warranty (no mention of this on their invoice/brochure... one sentence in an email). We discussed this with the consultant. We provided examples of the severity of shifting. We delayed authorization of the installation until he further discussed our concern with another employee of Bath Fitter. We received a phone call assuring us that the one-piece unit would be suitable for our residence. We used the bathtub for 2 months and then closed-up our seasonal residence. Seven months after installation, there were several cracks where the wall/bathtub had separated.

We were quite pleased with the ease of ordering and the courtesy of the installer. All of the details were handled professionally and the work was finished when expected. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to upgrade their existing bathtub.

I looked at other companies but Bath Fitter was the best, and I had a fabulous experience. From the guy that I talked to at the home and flower show to the guy that came here and signed me up. They were awesome. They answered all my questions and explained everything beautifully. During installation, one guy came. I watched him all day long and he did a marvelous job and explained everything he was doing. I definitely like their product -- the tub and the surround, the best. Bath Fitter was great to work with and I would recommend the company highly. I have told a few people about it.

I saw Bath Fitter at a vendor show. They had a display there and I liked what I saw. Also, a person at church had it done with Bath Fitter and she said that she would highly recommend them. I don't like being pressured into anything but the sales rep was a very nice and honest person and I could tell he was genuine. He actually had a love for the Lord. I could tell that he was a Christian. I liked his sincerity and if he says this is a good product, then I'm gonna go have a go with it. And if he says this is the best price he can give me then I know that it is. He was basically one of the reasons that I went ahead and purchased 'cause I don't purchase anything on the first night of anything. I got the tub and shower.

We purchased a tub and the whole surround thing from Bath Fitter a couple of months ago and it went well with the sales representative. The installation guy was finishing up when I got home from work so it was perfect. I'm very happy with the tub and it looks great.

I had an old tub that had been reglazed and repainted, but the paint was coming off. I saw a TV commercial for Bath Fitter, and it looked like the thing that I needed done. So, I purchased the tub a couple of weeks ago, and everyone from sales was very pleasant. They were on time, and if they were going to come earlier, they would call ahead and check to see if it was okay. They explained everything, too. The installer was also very good. He did it all by himself. The day he came, our power had gone out at 4 o'clock in the morning and he said, that it was not a problem, and that he has everything he needs. He was interesting and impressive. Bath Fitter is a great product, and I love it. I wanted the non-slip finish on the tub and I got it. So, I don't have to deal with those rubber mats anymore, and I'm very happy about that. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

I had a great experience with all of this and the install. The guy that did my install, Joshua **, was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He did a great job in explaining when he was finished. I would recommend your company to others.

We were shopping at a fair when somebody gave us a Bath Fitter card and my husband talked to the person there. They had someone come to the house and do the quote for the job. We made the purchase for the tub in October and didn't get it put in until January this year. There was only one installation guy and he was nice and very good at cleaning up after himself. The cost was a little bit higher than what we wanted but the tub is turning out to be very nice so we're happy with it.

I had to have the tile replaced and get a new bathtub. I have seen Bath Fitter's work and it is very nice so I thought that it was the best way to have the whole thing remodeled. I got in touch with them and bought the tub, shower and the walls. It was all very good and smooth from start to finish. Everything was perfect.

My husband suggested Bath Fitter and we went with it. We had the conversation with the sales rep and she was fantastic. I like the product. However, the price was more than I thought we were going to do. But there had been a crack in the bottom of the old tub and we had no idea what was going to be under that, and if it's going to be an issue that could cause a lot more cost to fix. So, when Bath Fitter said that it was going to be $5000, that was it. We knew that it was all in, and it was not going past that. Plus, it could have racked up a couple more thousand dollars to fix the old tub depending on what was underneath it. It didn’t matter what was underneath, that was the answer for us. Everything went well and we are happy. Except for the faucet's no-scald temperature. My husband has taken it off quite a few times to turn up the notch just to get back to the temperature we like but sometimes it's still really isn't as warm as we would like it to be. Nevertheless, I'd recommend them.

Bath Fitter had the speed in getting things done and seemed to be decent in quality. We had them replace our tub completely and upgrade our curtain rod to a bowed one. Their sales reps were very knowledgeable and friendly and so was the installer. He was right on it and did a very good job. I'm very satisfied with their service.

We were highly satisfied with our installer and Bath Fitters. Rich did a fabulous job with our shower install. All work was done in a timely manner. Clean up was all done by Rich and ready for us to use in 24 hours. Love that we decided to go with Bath Fitters and would recommend them to friends and family.

We recently contracted with Bath Fitter to re-do our existing shower stall which was tiled. The usual long term problems of mold and mildew in spite of regular cleanings. Our Bath Fitter show stall was everything - and more - that the representative told us it would be. It was absolutely beautiful and our Master Plumber's attention to finish detailing was incredible. So amazingly finished and absolutely low maintenance. My husband has remarked several times since the installation about how much he loves (we both do!) our new shower. We highly recommend Bath Fitter based on our recent experience.

I work a lot of the Home and Garden Shows part-time for a friend and got to know the people at Bath Fitter there. Knowing the product from talking to people at the show was one thing, but after doing my investigation, a lifetime warranty counts a lot more for somebody who's been in business for 50 years than for somebody who's been in business for six years. I also talked to a couple of other people that had Bath Fitter and had some problems that was taken care of quickly and efficiently. So we had Bath Fitter tear our old tub and shower out and put in a walk-in shower stall. My wife was having trouble with getting into the tub and the walk-in shower will make it easier for her. The technician was phenomenal and cleaned up everything. He was very polite and efficient. It was a two-day job and he did everything the way he should have done it.

We had a tub to shower conversion done. Our installer was professional and friendly. The job was done well and was done in a day and a half! We were able to use the shower 24 hours later. Having a quality job that could be completed quickly was important to us. Pleased with shower. Now, we feel like we are showering in a hotel!

Bath Fitter did the tub, shower and redid the walls in my 60 square feet bathroom. Their sales reps seemed to be very helpful but the price was way too high for what I got. Also, if they're gonna come and do bathrooms, they need to be able to do its electricity if I need anything changed there as well. If I got somebody to do a bathroom then they have to stop, and the work ends up being not taken care of. Besides those, I was still satisfied with what Bath Fitter did overall.

I purchased a tub overlay, the surround shower and a wall with shelves and grab bars from Bath Fitter. I used them because of their lifetime warranty, beautiful product, and seamless installation. They had a pre-installation guy who came in, measured my bathroom and then double checked the measurements. I waited until my order was constructed and Bath Fitter installed it. Their installer did a wonderful job and cleaned it up so nice for me. I love the overall quality of their product. Using it is like being on a vacation. I highly recommend Bath Fitter. I was treated courteously and their installation was timely.

I had my whole bath done by Bath Fitter. Their sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation guy was very good and even shut off the register so no dust would go in it. I've tried to get hold of the person in charge because I'm not happy with the fixtures and water pressure. I really felt the fixtures were kind of cheap. I was expecting more as I paid $5000 for the job and the water flow just doesn't seem as strong.

Bath Fitter cashed my check of $1080.00 on April 4th 2017. Today is May 8th 2017 and we still have no bathroom. My check did not bounce and they have not provided their product in return. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I purchased a walk-in shower from Bath Fitter. They put it in the middle of April and the process took about a month. The installation team came right on time, worked really hard and completed it. It was everything I expected it would be and I’m very happy.

We only have one bathroom for five people and we needed to have the remodel done quickly, which was like in a day. So, we had Bath Fitter do the tub and shower kit. Their sales rep was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. The guy who came out to install was organized and very surprisingly clean for somebody who’s putting in a bathroom. Bath Fitter definitely did exactly what they say. They’re quick and were done in one day just like they advertise. It’s also as beautiful as they advertise, and I'm very satisfied.

I called Bath Fitter for an estimate and they came out and did a thorough analysis. The estimate was free, so I wasn’t committed. I was impressed with the quality of the product and decided to go with it. I also looked at some other options at Home Depot. They have a horrible service, and what I saw from Bath Fitter was nicer than anything else. I asked for the quote before January then they installed the tub-shower combination and the cover by the beginning of March. They said the installation was going to take a couple of hours but they finished it faster than they said it was going to take. They also put down a canvas cover for my floor which went fine. Overall Bath Fitter is pricey but the quality is worth it.

I went to a trade show and I had a Bath Fitter salesman call me. The house that I own is in a run down section of town so it was good of him to even come. He was very professional and informative, and he did a good job in the sale. The cost is fair. I purchased a tub and surround, and I was really happy with the follow-up calls keeping me aware of where my progress was. And then the installer came and did a great job. He was very professional too. I'm a contractor and I can’t imagine anybody doing a better job.

We talked to two sales people from Bath Fitter. We saw our first guy at the Quakertown Market. He was a retired guy and he gave us a coupon for a discount. And then when we made the phone call, we got Joe. He's very nice and knowledgeable. He came to the house and took some measurements and explained the product. We only had the money for the walls and we did it in February. We didn't want to go into debt over it.

Bath Fitter had their product at a flea market I went to and I said that we’ll have them come in and take a look and see what they could do. The sales rep was wonderful and did a great job and the installation went well. They had to make some adjustments on the fly with some of the older piping, which was fine. They got that done and it's been very nice. We put their product over the old tub and walls. It’s nice and they did a really good job putting it in. I'm very satisfied.

I needed a shower that was a shower. Living in a Colonial styled home, a bathroom window was installed halfway over the bathtub when the house was built. It had a circular shower curtain rod which allowed the curtain to sort of suck in against you when showering. The window and shower curtain issue made me go look for Bath Fitter. Best choice made. The salesperson told me they could have someone come in and remove/cover the window and then put up a wall that I would need for the shower wall facing the shower head and drain. It was determined to be a three-day job and the folks Bath Fitter had come out were accommodating to remove the toilet during their work period and reset it before going home.

I bought the whole shebang from Bath Fitter. I got the tub, all the walls, the shelf, new fittings, and new pipes behind the wall. It's been six weeks since I had it installed, and the installation team was excellent. Kyle from the installation team looked in our bathroom. There were some tricky angles and arches where the tub was going to go, and he was all over it. He took incredible measurements and then came back out when it was ready. I asked him how he was going to get around it, and he had a brilliant plan, which came out perfect. The only thing is that Bath Fitter is a little pricey. They also stand by their work with a lifetime guarantee but it's not transferable if I sell the house. I was hoping that it would be a selling point, and that It would make the offer on the house a little bit better if they would carry that warranty.

I'd seen Bath Fitter's commercials and also worked part time in a mall where they have a kiosk. Since I knew of them, I then contacted them directly. The big thing for me was the turnaround. I didn’t have the time to wait and wanted it done well and quickly so when they came, we met and talked about everything. I looked at my options and Bath Fitter was the best one for me. I had them install a tub. It functions great. The installation guy, Joe, did an awesome job and I’m really happy with everything.

A gentleman from Bath Fitter, Jim, came to our house, did a demonstration, and gave us some information. We sat down and had a meeting at our kitchen table. He was very friendly and personable. He has lived in the area for quite some time and owns some properties in the area. He mentioned that most of the people that work for Bath Fitter have worked there for many years and it's a good company to work for. They take care of their people. He said that all the products they make or use are made in America or in Canada, and there was one place in Canada that made the products. He also said that the installation, from start to finish, would most likely take one day.

Bath Fitter had a display down at our local grocery store. We started talking, got the information and went from there. The sales representative was very friendly and did not pressure us. We got the bath tub and wall insert. The installation team was very nice and friendly. They respected our house and belongings and put down cloths. The whole experience was great and we love the bath tub. Everything was perfect. We’re going to redo our other bathroom someday.

We got a shower from Bath Fitter installed about a month and a half ago. Frank, the sales rep, was a nice guy, very courteous, helpful, and had done exactly what we wanted and that’s what we got. There's only one guy who did all the installation job and he put it in a day and a half. He was very reliable. The next thing I know was I'm taking a shower with my shower installed. I like it very much and I would recommend Bath Fitter to a friend.

I’m handicapped and needed the accessibility to get in and out. Bath Fitter met all the requirements and have the lifetime warranty. Their sales representative helped me fill out the forms, and he was great. I purchased a walk-in shower which came with a free glass door. We also got shelves and grab bars. It was installed about a month ago and the installer was super nice and very professional. We let him in before we left for my doctor's appointment and he was here by himself. We made it back just as he was getting ready to leave. I feel like I paid too much but the lifetime warranty makes up for it.

We needed to work on my dad's bathtubs in two different houses so I called my cousin's husband who is a master plumber. He said that his wife had Bath Fitter come to their house. He was satisfied and decided to go with them and that's what I did, too. The rep was very professional and the installation guy went over and above to get the job done correctly. I’m very happy with Bath Fitter, they were everything they said they were going to be. Jay was a nice guy and he got the job done in one day, which is remarkable. Joe **, the representative, was excellent. He showed us everything and did a great job of coming in and assessing the job. I had it changed from a bathtub to a shower with their assistance because they guided me to what would be the best for me since I'm handicapped. They told me the tub was going to be a couple of inches higher. I showed them how I got in and out. He said, "No, I can't recommend the tub to you." We thought that we'd keep the tub for resale value, but it was more convenient and safer for me to do it this way. And they were right. I'm glad I did that.

Two issues: While installing a shower system a pipe was damaged and water leaked to the floor and ceiling below causing damage. I was told to get two bids for repair and submit them and that the lowest bid would be paid. I submitted them, had the repair done and NEVER received reimbursement. I have written letter, called and they have never returned my calls. The second issue is the caulk in the shower is peeling and I called to report it and they said someone would call me. That never happened. We are very disappointed with the lack of response and lack of integrity with this company.

I got a price from another company and it was a few dollars cheaper than Bath Fitter’s. I was debating which one to choose and my decision was leaning towards the other company but then I met with Bath Fitter’s sales representative and decided to go with them. I felt comfortable with him and he seemed knowledgeable. He was all good. I ordered a tub-shower combination and gave a deposit around December and it was installed about three months ago. The installation guy was very nice to deal with and he was a really top of the line person. Everything went very easy and smooth.

We tried to use Bath Fitter a couple of years ago. We saw them again, and we said we'll try it again. Our bathtub was tilting a lot, so we needed to do something right away. About three and a half weeks, we bought a product for the tub. The sales representatives at Bath Fitter explained everything to us and the installation team was wonderful. They were very courteous and respectful. I was satisfied with the experience and the service.

Salesman was just AWFUL... He kept going on and on about why I should choose Bath Fitter. When I find you just ask them, "Can you please give me an estimate?" He started getting all disgusted, offered me some 10% coupon but then when I said I wasn't making a decision today he took the coupon back. I finally asked him to leave. I had to ask him to leave three times before he finally did which he said, "Thanks for wasting my Saturday." Then on top of all of that he leaves my back door open and my fenced-in backyard gate so my dogs can get out. He did it on purpose because he was mad. This man should be fired and I would never do business with a company that hires people that act like this.

This is a public service announcement. If you are planning a bathroom or shower renovation, under no circumstances should you use Bath Fitter. Their Lifetime Warranty is a joke and not worth the paper it's printed on. I have just been through a nightmare situation with them, and it's still not over. 12 years ago, we had a Bath Fitter shower installed in our upstairs bathroom. It came with a Lifetime Warranty. Recently, it began to leak through the ceiling and into the downstairs bathroom. We found a crack in the base of the Bath Fitter and I notified them. They asked me for pictures which I provided. They then asked me to complete a form telling them what cleaners we use. The form also specified that they would fix it at no charge one time only. I crossed that out as this is a lifetime warranty, not a one-time warranty. I told them which cleaner we use, which was also on their approved cleaners list.

I came across an actual display of Bath Fitter in the little indoor mart in our town. I’ve also heard they have a good reputation and that’s when I started asking questions. Their rep there, who’s an elderly gentleman, was very nice. When Bath Fitter came and did the sit-down when we were deciding, they had a book of neighbors in our area that had used Bath Fitter and we’re allowed to call them. We recognized a lot of the names and one was a friend, so that was a plus. Joe, who came to our house, was wonderful and I also don’t have complaints with Chris the installer. We purchased a tub-shower and they did a one-time installation and it was very clean. They are a little pricey but they do a quality job and they get it done. It was a positive experience all the way around.

I have had a fantastic experience working with Bath Fitter in Auburn New Hampshire. The staff is detail orientated, very focused on customer needs and wants and great about explaining different options. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

My son got something from Bath Fitter and I went along with him to get a shower. It took Bath Fitter about a month before they got back to us. The sales representative was very nice and the installation guy that came was friendly. It took him about a day to put the product in and my son helped him. He was working mostly by himself and he did a good job. I have some rails in there and I like the shower.

My son recommended Bath Fitter since he had experienced them when they had to do a bathroom for him. I purchased a tub with handlebars and I've been using it for three weeks now. The interactions with the representatives and the installers were all fine. They did clean up after themselves and they were just excellent to work with. Everything worked out well.

I got a regular bathtub and shower from Bath Fitter. The installer did a pretty good job but it should've looked a whole lot professional for the price I paid. Everything wasn't perfectly sealed at the seams in the shower head. Other than that, everything is fine.

The salesperson, Janice, was so sweet & personable that we just fell in love with her as a friend. Then we received our shower/shower tub & I'm playing show & tell at our condo building showing off our new showers. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Bath Fitter's sales rep was wonderful. He showed me lots of pictures and we were talking about many things. He and my husband had some similar likes and it was a good conversation. He was also fine with all my crazy animals running around the house. He was very respectful, funny, friendly and he wasn’t stuffy. Also, I was planning on doing financing, but the salesman said that when he entered my information, it looked like I had an account at one time with Comenity. He said that even though it was closed out, I was a person in good standing with Comenity, so he said they could offer me some kind of financing through that company if I was interested. So, I was able to actually work with Comenity, extend the payment and have a lower interest rate. I didn’t even know it was an option but I was very pleased with that.

My install of shower was scheduled for 2 days. Bad weather was expected. The installer stated, "I will complete in 1 day to ensure your family can have access." He did an outstanding job. - Nicholas **. A one man team. It looks great.

I needed my bathtub refinished and I heard that Bath Fitter has a good reputation. I was at BJ’s and Bath Fitter had a guy who was standing in a booth and he told me all about them. He did a little model and showed me how it all worked. I liked everything so I went with it. The guy who came to size the tub made sure they got the right stuff when they came, which was easy and painless. Then the guy who came to do the actual work was amazing. He came at 7:00, went to work, didn’t stop for lunch until the service was through, and left around 3:00. I was amazed that he was done so quickly. I was happy with what he has done and it looks exactly the way that I wanted to. It was speedy and I could tell they’ve done this many times. They made everything look easy. The price wasn’t bad either.

We could not be more pleased with our Bath Fitter experience. We had our old bathtub, surround, and fixtures replaced with shiny new ones! Tony was great, he showed up on time and worked tirelessly to complete the job in one day which completely exceeded our expectations. Now every time anyone in our house takes a shower we cannot believe how nice and relaxing the experience is. One of the best parts about the whole experience was how kind, considerate, clean, and accommodating Tony ** was throughout the day.

I talked to a Bath Fitter representative at an event that I worked and he was nice. Also, I liked the product and the sales person that came out. We had two bathrooms done and the latest one was just a month ago, and we were very pleased with the installer and his work.

I had Bath Fitter install our shower surround last fall. The sales rep answered all my questions. The installation guy was very knowledgeable and personable, and he was able to get things taken care of in short order. It was a very positive experience overall.

The people are either incompetent or inept or both. One Year Ago - I paid a $1000 for a shower door to enhance the look of the bathroom. It has leaked water onto the bathroom floor since it was installed. They have been out 3 times to fix the situation and each time it has gotten worse. The second "installer" placed a "water dam" in backwards that funneled water under the door and onto the bathroom floor. A manager came out before the last installer. Whoopee!!!

Bath Fitter was very good. We’re happy with the installation. We had a quick one day job. Everything with the tub worked out and the quality was really good.

After emptying buckets of water out of our basement for almost five years I've finally decided to share our Bath Fitter experience. Bath Fitter installed a stand-up shower, tub, and surround in our existing shower about 5 years ago. I accepted paying the relatively high cost to have our shower replaced by Bath Fitter because I sincerely believed that I would have several years of worry-free usage. My first doubts occurred when I stepped into the shower stall. What had been a firm, solid floor in the shower for nearly 50 years was replaced with a substandard shower tub that buckled with every step. When I viewed the floor/drain underneath from the basement with my child moving in the shower, the drain pipes moved excessively. The feeling the tub provided during use was as if I was showering in a cheap travel trailer from the nineteen-seventies.

The Installer arrived on time on the day of the install. He was very friendly, very professional, and completed a very professional install. He even cleaned up afterward and left the bathroom the way he found it... I'm very pleased, and will definitely recommend them to others!!!

My mother is a senior in her 80's. We decided it was time to install a tubless shower at her house for her safety. She only has the one bath. We signed and paid a deposit the day they came to measure. They arrived a few weeks later to install. The tub was removed and when they tried to install the new shower, it didn't fit, they measured incorrectly. They ordered another shower and called one week later to say it was back ordered, we may have to wait another two possible three weeks. It has been one hour since they called to advise us and I have yet to hear from management, the secretary is the only one I've spoken with, management has never even called to apologize for the inconvenience. She has been without a means to shower for 12 days. We regret this decision more than anyone can imagine, I recommended this due to the fact of the one day install.

We used Bath Fitter about four years ago, and got them to do another bathroom last February. They came out, described what they do and showed us what options we have and then we chose. And then they came back, took measurements and waited for the product to be manufactured. Then they came out again and installed the tub. The cost seems high. But with a lifetime warranty, it's reasonable. They were very good and professional. I would recommend it.

I had Bath Fitter redo the tub, the surround, and the sliding doors. I could do it myself but I was gonna have to buy a fiberglass two piece unit. And the time involved and the lack of having another bathroom was the biggest concern. We went with Bath Fitter because of the quick turnaround. We had a person come out and then there was another guy who came out and did measurements. They had to wait as they were ordering materials and had to have everything before they came to do the remodel. It took them about 2 months, but we knew it all upfront and there was no problem. We ordered the sliding door and that was extending the wait.

Ordering was easy. Was a long time until installation & very little info. Mike worked very hard & did an excellent job. He was very on time and cleaned everything up nicely. He explained everything about cleaning & caring for the product. I like it.

We had an estimate from Bath Fitter about six years ago and purchased a tub and walls two or three months ago. We also got a shelf and a towel bar as finishing touches. The sales rep was fine and we didn't have any concerns. Also, the installer did a very good job and was very clean. They took care of business and explained everything. Everything went well and it's been good so far. It was a pleasant and knowledgeable experience.

11 weeks to get 3 walls replaced. May 5th will be the next available time because they are busy. What about people that have bought and paid for the product, very bad experience. This is the 3rd time it has to be repaired.

Bath Fitter fit the needs I had with needing an old tub covered. They were prompt when I first contacted them over the internet. They were prompt with a reply and prompt in everything else. The sales representative was terrific. He was my kind of guy. He understood where I was coming from and was just a good 'ol boy. I appreciated that the detailer was curt and to the point. The installer was very efficient and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. He cleaned up, which was unusual for a man. I just would suggest Bath Fitter to everyone and have suggested it to other folks that are contemplating possibly.

All aspects of the job were done professionally. The sales people were great to talk to, installers knew their jobs, and all phone chats were done right. The things that impressed the most were the neatness of the technicians, the knowledge of our salesman, and the visit to the Philadelphia convention center for the sales display. We could not be happier.

What started out as a nightmare quickly was resolved better than we could have ever expected. We could not be happier with our bathroom remodel and the bath chair we now have will serve us for many years, even if my father or husband were to go in a wheelchair which is a high possibility.

Bath Fitter did a job for me about almost 10 years ago and I was satisfied with that. That’s why I used them this time and purchased a stall shower. I’m a little bit handicapped so what they did helped me out a lot. I put a fold-up chair in there so it worked out well. And then the sales rep was very thorough and answered all the questions. He was friendly but not pushy so I liked that. It’s expensive but Bath Fitter does a good job and I liked everything about my experience with them.

I was at an outdoor show in Bloomsburg where there was a display for Bath Fitter. I talked to the gentleman there and he was quite knowledgeable. I opted for an agent to come out and things went from there. I had a shower installed and the installer was personable, he explained things and cleaned up after himself. It was a nice experience. The shower is pricey but other than that, they did a nice job. The product is good and it's warranted and guaranteed.

We wanted to get a really good quality vinyl shower stall and we had looked at some of the things from Home Depot and some of the home remodeling places. The quality of the presentation we got from Bath Fitter's representative seemed really good. The sales rep was very friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. The price was real sticker shock. It was very expensive but they offered a discount as we signed up that day. We asked for some references and they gave us some. We called somebody while the guy was there but we decided to take it on trust and went with them. I had left them the opening and we had plumbing done, so it was ready to go. They came in, measured it and did the backer board. They did the installation for a day and a half. It turned out to be a very professional and good experience.

I had a good experience with Bath Fitter. I did a search on the work they’ve been doing and they have a lifetime warranty, that’s why I had them for a remodel. It was my first Bath Fitter remodel and I purchase the white tub with one shelf. Their installation team was also great. They changed all the plumbing in the back. Also, when the installer came in, he took out all of the debris with nothing left to get out.

We had a great installer. The job was excellent and beautiful. This was our second bathroom done by Bath Fitters. Very happy with the results. The original person who came and gave us the estimate was very thorough. We had no questions that were not answered completely.

Bath Fitter renovated our bathroom some 14 years ago. Recently we had the bathroom walls and floors redone with ceramic tile. The Bath Fitter trim strips needed to be redone to align with the new tile. They came out and replaced the trim strips to look as if it were the original installation. Outstanding workmanship by the installer Geoff and excellent company service. To top it off there was no charge! We highly recommend Bath Fitter for your bathroom renovation needs. BTW, the renovation looks as good as new some 14 years later.

The repair person arrived by 5:20 p.m. - the latest time promised and made repairs efficiently and politely. The new shower head holder hopefully is a stronger plastic, and he replaced the old shower hose for something much more flexible. It took a long time getting someone here, but the job was well done.

I bought a house a few years back which had a tub in the main bathroom in the hallway. The previous owner painted that tub and the surroundings was still the original 1970's style. It worked when I bought the place but then the paint wasn't done properly so it started chipping away and is now looking like crap. So, instead of doing a whole tear out like what I did to a couple of rooms, I got Bath Fitter to see what they could do for me. Their sales guy was good and very helpful. I ended up getting a few of the upgrades because I didn't want to do plain Jane. I waited 10 weeks until the installer came in and had it done. They did a great job and they were nice.

I was at a craft show and Bath Fitter had a booth there. Since they were the only one I knew of, I went with them for my remodeling project. They completely replaced the standup shower and a separate one they did was to put a cover on the new bathtub. The remodel was done in January and they did a very nice job. I would recommend them.

We had our shower walls, faucet & shower head installed by Bath Fitters. They were very professional from the start of working with the salesman who helped us determine exactly what service we needed and could afford. The installer was awesome as well. He got to our house on time and quickly performed his job. It was fast and he cleaned up after himself when it was finished. Our shower/tub looks great and we are thinking about doing our downstairs shower as well! Thank you, Bath Fitters!

Bath Fitter did 2 projects for us, a shower replacement and a tub replacement. One was done on Monday and Tuesday, and the other one was done on Thursday and Friday. We had some conflicts with the sales guy as far as trying to find a good date, but it went well after that. They did a really good job explaining the product in detail. The installer was very professional, exceptional, very likable guy, explained everything, made sure he had everything covered in all areas getting to the bathroom and made sure that we were kept up-to-date on any updates that he had. It's been finished a little over a month ago and it's been fine and very good quality.

I had a catastrophe at my house when I went away. My hot water tank burst and I ended with mold all throughout the house. My tiles were good but my bathroom needed some help. So when I saw Bath Fitter in the mall, wherein they had a booth there, I talked to a nice lady and I told her to send somebody out and she did. They had to take all the tile that I had in the bathroom out and I was freaking out about that. I thought it was a temporary thing so I misunderstood and then down the road, I get my whole bathroom redone.

I saw Bath Fitter at a Flea Market in Columbus, New Jersey. I just called them and I was happy with what they had to say. They were honest, they showed me everything and we came to an agreement for our tub and walls remodeling. Their installation team was great. I was completely satisfied all in all.

First I would say the installer did a good job with what he had to work with. The tub and shower surround was replaced. The salesman apparently measured the tub 2 inches less than was needed. The installer showed me I needed a 34in. tub, not a 32in one. He called the office to see if they could get one out. They told him they don't make one in that size. He had to build the back wall out so the wrong tub would fit. I have tongue and groove on the walls that the old tub had a lip on it then screwed to the studs. The walls were built out so they could glue their cheap walls to them.

I just had my bathroom re-done by Bath Fitters. They did a great job. Everyone I had contact with, from the lady who answered my initial call, to Lou the sales rep, to Wally the plumber, and the two assistant plumbers who did most of the work, Dali and Wally the assistant plumber, were friendly and thoroughly professional. The first day, one person installed the bathtub. The second day, two workers were able to put wainscoting on the other three walls. Obviously, these two were well-trained, had the right equipment, and took pride in their work. I am absolutely satisfied.

I had someone come out and give me an estimate on a new tub. I knew the estimate was kind of high but was ok with it due to the convenience. A few days later the salesperson came back to my home uninvited and I was watching my 12 month old child. Keep in mind I work two jobs, have a pregnant wife and a small child to support currently. I signed the document quickly as he said it was just a minor addition to the job. The next day I looked at the change order and it basically explained that they would have to break my ceramic shelf (1 of 2) and replace it with a smaller plastic shelf with some type of sheathing to hide the damage to the underlying tile. I called the sales rep the next day and cancelled the job.

I purchased the tub and surround from Bath Fitter and the representative there was very good and helpful. The installation guy was very good too. Everything was great and I'm so happy with my experience with them.

I'd seen Bath Fitter's TV commercial. It was my first Bath Fitter remodel and I made the purchase in February. It was straightforward and the options were laid out. It was pretty. I really liked how quick everything was done. He did it in a matter of eight hours so I was very impressed with it. Also, I don't have to worry about the whole tub being torn out and a whole new tub being placed. It was convenient.

We were very limited on the amount of time that we had to do the renovation because it's a rental property, and Bath Fitter was the best fit. They did it at the first week in February and I had a great experience during the sales process. Adam was very thorough. Plus the installation team was absolutely fantastic. Overall I had a very good experience. I would certainly use them again if I need to or I would refer them to someone else.

Our work was to have our old tub/shower removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, so this was a little more involved than a simple tub replacement. Overall, everything went smoothly. The people (salesman, inspector, installer) were nice and professional. All our questions were answered at every step of the way. The only thing that I wish was that more communication was done between the inspection and scheduling the installation. We were getting worried that we had been forgotten. The only glitch was that after first day (demolition and base installation), the walls/back had a problem that required my installer to have the part replaced. This caused a 1 day delay. Overall, we are very happy with the result, though.

I had a very old tub which was not regulation size, so it couldn't be easily taken out. I got Bath Fitter to fit a tub and they accommodated special measurements. My interactions with the sales representative were fine. The installation team said they'd have it done in a day and they did and stayed until it was done. It was cleaned up and well installed and I was very happy with it.

A gentleman had a Bath Fitter display inside our local mall. I happened to see it, I stopped and talked to him, and I was told it can be done in less than two days. The sales guy at the mall was real nice. He explained everything, gave me a little paperwork on the product, said someone would call me to schedule an appointment, and they did. A district guy came over and met with us, did all the measurements, did us the whole sales pitch, and prepared us for the sticker shock. We got a standup shower with no tub and it was installed in January. My husband was home with the installer for the two days because it happened to be his two days off. I also interacted with him and he was a real nice guy, seemed very knowledgeable, and showed me what he was doing. We left him alone and wasn't there to bug him and he did a good job.

When I called for a representative from Bath Fitter to come and give me adjustments one of the major factors for my decision to go with them is lifetime warranty. They have great warranty. It's still expensive for my blood, but lifetime warranty makes me feel comfortable. Moreover, the representative was a very friendly, and a very explanatory person. I really liked the way everybody talks and the way they treat me, including the guy who did the install and measurements. I'm very satisfied.
