It was Bath Fitter's price and product that led me to choose them over another remodeling company. I would recommend them to other people.

I had two bathrooms done & I love them so much. I feel like I have a new home. They are so easy to clean after each shower & stay so shiny. I would recommend Bath Fitter to everyone.

I purchased a Bath Fitter tub many years ago in my old home. I loved it. It held up beautifully and the man that put it in was so nice and helpful. He carefully went over all the dos and donts, and was so kind we wrote a letter in regards to our experience. I posted the flyer he gave me with the names of all their sanctioned cleaning products. That tub held up for 10 years and still going no problems! Loved it. Transformed a dated bathroom into a clean modern looking tub.

About a year ago, I purchased the tub and shower surround from Bath Fitter. I had problems with the adhesive around the tubs. It was sticking because they didn’t put a primer on it, but they came back and fixed the problem and so far, so good.

I contracted Bath Fitter's services in 2006 in order to have my bathroom redone. I was happy with it when they did it. They covered the bathtub along with the walls and new glass shower doors. Over the years I have had some big issues with the product. Firstly, between the doors is EXTREMELY hard to clean. I have had fungus and mold problems. My bathroom is properly ventilated and I have used the proper cleaning products, yet because of these hard to clean spaces I have had discoloration and unpleasant looking areas in the corners and between the doors. This year the paint began to peel of the top of the door frame for no apparent reason.

The installer that did the work at my house, John **, did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything that Bath Fitter did was very good. The two men that came out and did the work couldn't have done better. They were professional and answered every silly question I asked them without laughing. It was an overall fantastic and wonderful experience.

We had a standard tub replaced with a Bath Fitter shower in October 2015. Everything from our online experience with their site through actual installation was a pleasure. Our visit to the showroom provided lots of information about the products and options and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The visit for the estimate was done on time, as scheduled, and we were again provided with lots of details about the process and what to expect. The day of the installation was amazing. Our two man crew arrived at 07:25 and was gone at noon! The removal of our old tub and the installation of the shower was beautifully done and all the while our hardwood floors and staircases were protected with great care. The crew clean-up left my home just as they found it when they arrived. What a great experience!

I was pleased with Bath Fitter.

I purchased from them one of those corner showers and I had asked for the frosted glass but they brought me clear glass. I didn't want to postpone it for another week or two because they said it would take a while to do the frosted glass, so I asked them instead to discount me for sending me the clear one and they discounted me $100. And they put shelves in the corner.

I have already posted to my facebook page my recommendation and my sincere feelings of the experience with Bath Fitters. I am more than happy with the outcome. I am thrilled. When the tech came to do the measurements, two friends were at the house. They have copies of the contact information that I gave them. I have had several houseguest since the unit was installed and they could not believe the change. One of the guest are in the middle of upgrading their kitchen and the bathrooms (three) are next on the list. They received the information from me as well.

The people from Bath Fitter came to my house and I liked their presentation as far as the hardware. They gave me three options and I ended up purchasing the walk-in shower. Their installation team was very good and I like the quality of their work.

We are so happy for the final project. We had our upstairs shower which was ceramic tile replaced. They had to also replace the rotted floor. The finished product is beautiful. Installer was wonderful to work with and he certainly knew his stuff. He lined the entrance from downstairs up to the bathroom with plastic so the dirt was minimal. I wish we would have done this with our downstairs bathroom when we updated. Great job to Bath Fitter and I would highly recommend this company.

We have had two great experiences with Bath Fitters. The first was a wall surround and the second was a tub and wall surround replacement. They were in and out in a very timely manner. A plus for us as we only needed one day off work and in one day, our bathroom was back in working order. They are very careful to protect everything from the entry door to the bathroom, floors were covered and pictures removed from walls so as not to be knocked down. They also came back after the first remodel to fix a leaky tub faucet, also done in a timely manner. Everyone we dealt with, from the salesmen, the one who measured and assessed the work to be done, to the actual person who did the job has been very friendly, helpful and punctual. Highly recommend them to do the job well and stand behind their service!

As a general rule I am satisfied with the complete Bath Fitter bathroom with the exception of all of the caulking. It fades in color and does not stay on nowhere like it was warranted to do. It causes the entire job to look cheap and the problem is it was not cheap. The workers represented Bath Fitters in a great way.

Wonderful experience. Project completed in one day as advertised. Product easy to care for and looks great. Would recommend to anyone looking for this type of product.

I made my purchase with Bath Fitter four months ago. Their sales rep and installation team were very good. I'd recommend them.

The problem was taken care of right away and it was on our end the PVC drain pipe was loaded with hair, it happen on the same day that the new tub was put in. The plumber did a great job!

My wife went online looking for somebody to get two really yucky, 30-year-old baths redone and she found Bath Fitter. We've also looked at those in Home Depot for what they have in store but my wife like the quality of Bath Fitter. We had to work with their installers a bit because I was doing the remodeling. I had to get the walls in place and they were cooperative and did pretty good at that. The only thing is they were too expensive, but they did a good work, so that's nice. Bath Fitters forgot to bill me for about six months though but later on, they came back and re-established it. We did have one problem with the faucet but they fixed it really well, which I thought was excellent of them.

Took longer than expected but done in two days.

I wish I was one of the many "happy/satisfied" customers. Bath Fitter's saleslady Barbara ** arrived Friday 8/28 on time. She performed very well as a "salesperson"... complementing me, speaking quickly, not answering specific questions directly and "rushing" through the entire presentation. I assume this was due to the fact it was Friday, 5:15 PM and she had mentioned she had a very long day. After 1 hour of "sales pitch", she made us watch a video while she calculated numbers. She came up with a total of $7759, but said if I "purchased now" I would receive a 10% discount of $869. The final price was $6890 for a single bathtub to shower conversion. I wasn't feeling very well, recovering from minor surgery a day before and wanted to get her out, so I agreed to the contract. "After the fact", doing some research, this price seems to be excessively high.

Bath Fitter was very good. The workers who came were clean about everything, they were very precise and they got the job done in the time they said they would. Overall, I love the bathroom.

Your salesman Scott explained very clearly my options of getting a tub liner or going with a complete bathroom makeover. Not pressuring me to make my own decision on which to choose. John the installer was very knowledgeable at fitting everything in place. He was very neat and clean with his work even with the cleanup after the job was completed.

Bath Fitter already did our tub in the shower area, so we had them do the rest of the walls and the ceiling to finish the job. Their sales representative was very good, and the installation team cleaned up and left no mess, unlike some people that come and go. Our bathroom never looked better.

Very happy with the installation. Easy to clean and easy to get into. Love the one dial temperature control and the shut off on the shower head to save water. Hand holds are great and so are the shelves. The fold down seat is also so handy. Glad we did it.

The installer completed all task, was very considerate of my home and cleaned after he was through for the day. He kept me informed throughout the day of all issues. I am very pleased with my bathroom, I wish they would do full bathroom remodeling. I did not have to pay for the entertainment, the installer had his small radio and sang all day. He was a very good singer. It put me in a great mood, I even turned my radio on.

I've had a good experience with Bath Fitter. They're expensive but they did a good job. Their sales representative and installation team were all great. I got no complaints with anyone. I'll definitely recommend the company and in fact, I referred them to my boss.

Bath Fitter is local and they had a good reputation. We got the bathtub retrofit 3 months ago and they were good. If we have another chance, we'd probably use them to remodel our bathroom.

For the most part a positive experience. The sales pitch is too long and winded but it's a dance you have to endure. We were updated on a regular basis as to when our walk in shower would be installed. The installer was always on time and worked diligently for 2 days until it was complete. Absolutely no clean up was necessary on our part. I do feel that after spending that kind of money on a redo a follow up call would have been nice. Our walk in shower is wonderful!

This is my third Bath Fitter remodel. Each time, I have been completely amazed at what a wonderful job each representative completes. Always professional and conscientious in their work. Leave the bathrooms looking clean and wonderful. My first one was completed over 10 years ago and still looks like new today. Nice people to work with.

We live in a manufactured home, and decided to get rid of that horrible "garden tub" that comes standard, and replace it with a large shower. We think it was one of the best ideas we've ever had. The men who installed the shower for us were polite and careful workers. They did a beautiful job, showed us all the features of our shower, and cleaned up the work area, good as new. In and out in one day, and we've not had one problem.

About four months ago, I had a walk-in done by Bath Fitter as I don't like a tub at all. Their sales rep was knowledgeable and the guys who did the installation in my home were very good too. It's a good product and I don't have any complaints.

We absolutely love our new Bath Fitter shower. Our old tub needed to be replaced and we decided to turn it into a shower instead. It did take a little over 3 days to complete but I believe that was due to parts being ordered. It looks great and is so easy to clean.

Bath Fitter did a tub to shower remodel in our house a month ago and they were excellent. The sales rep was very good and the installer was perfect. He took his time and did it in a day. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

We had a new shower installed December 22nd and 23rd 2014 and still have not received satisfaction. The installer was late both days without the courtesy of a phone call. The installer poked a hole in our hallway ceiling, as well as the bathroom ceiling. They cut our woodwork too short and did a poor job with the shower trim trying to accommodate for it (of course, we did not notice these things immediately). We did not use the shower for 5 days because the installer said that is how long the caulking takes to dry completely. The seat and grab bars are slippery when wet, which is dangerous post surgery. The salesman made a joke about my mishap from the slippery surface after surgery. The seat is installed too high, is too slippery, and takes up too much space in the shower. It is useless. I talked to the salesman, store manager, and the franchise owner. They showed no care or concern. There was no apology.

My experience with Bath Fitter was wonderful except we don't have any pressure. They've been very good when I called with the problem. They sent a really wonderful plumber and he changed the charger. I'll have to call them again though since that didn't work. But overall, they were helpful and wonderful to work with. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

We are very happy with our new shower that replaced a tub.

Bath Fitter has refused to honor their warranty because the hair conditioner we use has alcohol in it. It is not stated anywhere including the warranty or any brochure that alcohol cracks the bath/shower. The warranty only gives what products to use when you clean it and we followed those instructions precisely. The shower base is now cracking underneath our feet. Now we have to pay thousands of dollars, again, to fix it. For this much money we could of totally renovated the bathroom the first time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would suggest looking elsewhere when redoing your bathroom. Why would they make a shower out of something that can be destroyed by the very thing it's used for? And why wouldn't they warn you of this before you buy it?

I was pleased with the entire process. I appreciated the calls from home office advising us of the progress and date of our install. Once we got the call that everything was made, the installation was the next week. Everyone we had contact with was so nice.

I found out about Bath Fitter on the TV. I heard it and I just called. I needed the tub turned into a shower so I could put a medical chair in there. My interactions with the sales rep went great. The only thing that I had a problem with was the guy that came to install. He was real nice but when he hung my shower curtain, I wasn't in there. And my shower curtain gets a little bit too low now. It hits the floor down there. But I don't need it to be fixed, I'll deal with it. I'd still recommend Bath Fitter to my friends.

I did put a retraction on the Consumer Affairs site at the end of October. Bath Fitter made good on my problem and it has been completely resolved. Thank you!

I purchased a tub from Bath Fitter about eight months ago and everything about it was excellent. The men who came and did the installation were wonderful.

From start to finish this was a very pleasant experience. Donna in the showroom explained the product & procedures very well. The sales rep was helpful & patient during the decision process. The break down/installer was polite & mindful of our home. He worked hard & put in a long day. A Perfect Team! We are extremely happy with our new shower & have already recommended Bath Fitter to our friends.

This is my second Bath Fitter project. The first time was a tub to shower conversion. The second time was the tub-shower replacement four months ago. The sales representative I spoke with was knowledgeable. I already knew what I wanted so he didn't have to really work. The guy that installed it was very informative and helpful and I had another wonderful experience with Bath Fitter. I have referred them to a friend.

I had Bath Fitter cover up my shower tub. I already had a shower tub but wanted it new. I had no issues with their sales representatives and the guy that installed it was very nice.

My husband is 75 and I'm 74 and we decided we wanted to make it easier on ourselves. It's a pain in a butt every time you turn around to do the caulking. I like Bath Fitter. They guarantee the work and the bathroom is fabulous and a lot easier to clean. I just use Windex and it's sparkly. Everybody says that they really like it. They did a super job and it's almost a year now. One of their crew was wonderful. He was as clean as can be, went about and did his work, never stopped and was done in one day. I just recommended somebody and they got theirs from a bath to a shower because older people have trouble climbing over tubs. If I would have known about this years ago, I would have had it done.

We like Bath Fitter, it worked well for us. It was a positive experience dealing with their sales representative when we purchased the tub shower. Also, the installation team that came were efficient.

Bath Fitters advised us one issue and sent a tech for other two issues under warranty.

I am from Pennsylvania and we moved down here to Florida. Back when we were up there, we were at a flea market and somebody had a little trailer that had Bath Fitter inside. We said if we get down to Florida and we have to do something like that with the bathrooms depending on what condition they're like, this might be an option. So we got prices on what it might cost for a regular small bathroom.

We used Bath Fitter to replace our 30-year-old tub-shower (fiberglass) with a shower-only unit (step in, with grab bar and with both rain shower head and hand-held head). Installation was incredibly fast and perfect! Installer arrived at about 8:30 am, spread out all materials for the job on our living room floor (on a large tarp). And then proceeded to remove the old unit and put in the new base, sheet-tile walls (one-piece) and plumbed all, then installed sliding glass doors. He was completely done by 4pm. And we LOVE our Bath Fitter unit and highly recommend them.

I am quite pleased WITH THIS product.

I bought a shower from Bath Fitter and their salesman was a nice person. Their installer was very nice too, but he was overworked. He did the installation all by himself. They were reasonable, honest and they did a good job.

The process from start to finish was incredible. From the time our salesperson met with us to the final installation, we were very impressed. And the product warranty is fantastic. Cleaning my shower is not a drudgery anymore! We love it.

About 9-10 years ago we contracted a local Bath Fitter's company to install a tub and surround. We needed quick and we did get that. We also liked the lifetime warranty. We have needed to call the office a few times over the years to re-caulk some parts and have had no problems getting service until about two weeks ago. I noticed that there were cracks on one of the corners of the tub. We called for a repair/replacement and after a short period of time were able to schedule someone to come out. The service manager greeted my wife and the first question was, "what do you clean the tub with?" She mentioned she used "Scrubbing Bubbles" and was told this was not on the "approved cleaning product list" (although the install person said it was OK at the time of install).

I wanted remodelling to be done fast, so I chose Bath Fitter and bought from them a shower. The guys that did installation were perfect. However, they had to check for a leak which left me with a $1,300 ceiling to fix.

We got Bath Fitter to renovate one of our bathrooms eight years ago and decided to let them do the second bathroom in our house a few months ago. We're very pleased with the material we got and the fact that they have a guarantee because in the original job they did for us eight years ago, there were a couple of minor things that happened and they immediately came down and repaired the bathroom. So we were very happy with the work they originally did and equally happy with the work they did recently - with the material, service, and workmanship.

We were very pleased with Bath Fitter. Our regular bath, and over bath and shower combination were installed in the end of August. They have an excellent installation team and everything was on time. It is exactly as promised.

I had a very good experience w/ Bath Fitter. Everything went perfectly. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, on time as scheduled. My shower was installed in one day and looks beautiful! A few days later I called about a tiny leak around the shower head and they were right back out to tighten things up. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with the installation of our Bathtub. The installer arrived when he said he would and installed our tub in a most professional way. He cleaned up after and removed all trash from our House. I would recommend Bath Fitter to all who would ask.

The young man from Bath Fitter was a very sweet guy. He came alone, and I asked him, "Are you going to do it all?" He said "Yes, no problem", and he did. However, he did crack my wall all the way to the bottom. It was a scratch. Also, he was using a black glue-like material, and he left a black mark on my white door. I took some kind of white paint and I tried to cover that black stain myself. But the scratch is still there and I can do nothing about it because I have wallpaper and the wallpaper has a big mark on it. I never complained because I thought I don’t want to get this guy in trouble and it’s not a big damage. Nonetheless, he did a nice job, and I love my Bath Fitter bathtub.

A few years back, my neighbor used Bath Fitter and they were happy with it. I liked the job that Bath Fitter did, so I went with them when I had an existing tub relined, plumbing for new faucets and a glass door for the shower. The sales reps were fine and did an excellent job in making a very good estimate. They took an awful, long time, but then I realized that they had to take so many measurements to make the pieces fit properly. The installer was great, very courteous, clean, and friendly, did a professional job, and cleaned up after himself constantly as he was working.

It's "better" with Bath Fitter. Yeah right. It needs to be big like a pool, because I slipped and fell! You can tell who's not happy here. A senior like me should get good service too, the man who installed mine said I was way too "picky''. Thanks Bath Fitter.

About 2 months ago, we got Bath Fitter to remove a regular bathtub and put in a shower in its place. The interactions we had with the salesman who did the estimate was very good and the installation team that set up the shower did a very good job.

My entire Bath Fitter experience was MOST gratifying! My sales agent Mr. K. ** was very professional and honest. He explained to me the whole process in renovating my bathroom. Mr. ** the technician that took measurements with the laser technology was impressive. I had a major concern at one of the corners of the old tub that leaked. He assured me that I will not have that concern no longer. The installer Mr. ** was most impressing. He arrived at my home at the agreed time and the completion time was met as well. I was expecting a team of at least two people. He completed the FULL restoration of my NEW bathroom. The results, 'OUTSTANDING' to the max! I took before and after pictures of the bathroom area. I am very pleased of the work that was performed at my home. To all of you at Bath Fitter, thank you so very much for a project well done! Jesus is Lord!!!

Everything was excellent with Bath Fitter. My sister told me about them and I had a bathtub shower done. I have no complaints at all.

The shower exceeded our expectations. Completed in less than 2 days and no mess left behind. No mess and a beautiful shower in less than 2 days, who could ask for a better performance. The price was also the lowest from all other of our estimates.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter. The sales representative was a very thorough, professional and nice person. The team that came to do the installation for me was the same. Today I had to have them come back and fix the handicap bar in the shower that had come loose. I don't know if the adhesive wasn't good but they mentioned that there was quite enough there and it had come loose. Other than that, I really like it.

The whole process was so professional - starting with the salesman who came to the house, the gentleman who measured and finally the installer. It has to be the first time in our lives that we were 100% satisfied and had no complaints. My only regret is that we didn't do this years ago. It is now such a pleasure to clean the bathroom. I would highly recommend your company to everyone. We had such a great experience. Love my bathroom!

After receiving our complaint, Bath Fitter sent back our original installer to rehang the shade in the window. The job is now complete, and it looks beautiful. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

We had remodeled the house when we moved into it but the bathtub looked horrible. It was expensive having the tub glazed but it did not last long. I had a birth of a grandson and I didn't want him bathing and in a tub where its part glazed and part chipped and could scratch himself. So we decided to go with Bath Fitter. We were very pleased with the whole procedure. The sales representative was very good and knowledgeable. They came to my house at any time and could come up around our schedule which was helpful. I love our new bathroom.

This is the second time I've used Bath Fitter. Steve, the sales rep, from Bath Fitter was very good. Their installation team that came and installed the bath were great too. They cleaned everything up and it was done quickly. Bath Fitter did a good job. It was my daughter's bathroom and she's happy with it. I would recommend it to a friend.

I went with Bath Fitter to remodel my bathroom because it was falling apart. Only one guy came to install it and he was good. The bathtubs aren’t draining like it should but other than that it’s okay.

When I first had this done, everything was wonderful and perfect. One week later I noticed a drip coming from my bathtub faucet. I called and they said they sent someone out to fix it. Well it's not fixed. The same evening I went up to take my bath and still the drip was there. I called back again. They said they would send someone else out to fix it, but not after a woman from Bath Fitter spoke to me on the phone and tried to tell me that if the drip is lasting under 20 mins. that is normal. Well she must be on drugs, because there is nothing normal about a $9000.00 drip. It didn't drip before and I will not have it dripping now. Very angry.

We purchased a tub from Bath Fitter three months ago and chose them because of the cost and the design. They came to our house, we went through and made our selection. My wife was here for the installation and the feedback she gave me was very positive. It was good work completed on time and executed as described.

The salesman was very professional and likable when he came out to give an estimate. Told us the installer would arrive around 9 a.m. The first day (Monday) of a promised 2 day install (written on the estimate) the installer finally showed at 10:30 a.m. He left for the day at 1:30 p.m, with openings in the walls and floor to the crawlspace. The second day (Tuesday) he left for the day at 2:30 without completing the job. Stating he would have to return another day to finish the job.

I had my walls and bathtub in my home done by Bath Fitter. The quality has been good. Their sales representative there at Bath Fitter was also nice and the installation was fine. It was wonderful. I’ll recommend them to a friend.

Bath Fitter did our entire bathroom. The sales representative came over several times and took measurements. The installation team worked on our toilet and then replaced my $400-toilet with a $80-unit from Home Depot and then didn’t say anything. He told us it’s partly broken. Once they installed the toilet, it rocked and I had to see it myself. The actual installer of the tub was awesome. The installation time took double than what we were first told, but he was nice enough to follow up the installer. The final installer was extremely courteous, very professional, personable, and he may be the most experienced than everyone else. Now that they don’t do the rusty installs, I’d recommend them.

Our experience with Bath Fitter has been fine except that they never came back to replace the round thing in the middle of the bathtub. They just put chrome or nickel and we've never really talked to a person about that except for emails and calls. Other than that, I love it and the shower is awesome. Even my grandson likes it! I put it in over at the beach condo but wish I could have it in my house. The installation team was great. They cleaned their mess up and everything worked out good.

When my mother was ill, we had Bath Fitter put a shower stall into her house. We were very satisfied with the work that they did. We recently got ours and we were very satisfied. The sales representative who came was terrific. He was polite, courteous and very professional. My husband used to do contracting work and he conversed with him and it was very good. It was the same with the installation team.

Bath Fitter did great in their remodeling. We came from Boston and my son-in-law had used Bath Fitter services there and now here. One guy did it and he did a wonderful job with good quality output. I couldn't get any better.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was good. Everything was done well and the job came out to be what we've asked for and what we're hoping for. I don't have any negative feelings towards it.

Bath Fitter did not have to destroy my bathroom, and they were in and out in one day. The installation guy definitely had my bathroom taken over, and he even had to lift stuff all the way up my stairs. He did a nice job. However, we had to have them come back because there was a small leak in the glass door; there was a kind of a gap. It's one thing with these doors - you have to make sure they're closed or you are going to get water. So, he came back right away and fixed it.

Their bid was professional but they were not prompt in delivering the service (2 mos delay). As we were in a rush to get our house up for sale, we did not get competitive bids. Our mistake! The contract was $5800 for tub and surround tiling with shower. The installation was in one day and was fine; the quality of acrylic tub and tiling seems ok but the shower and tub fixtures are of Low quality (Delta, but el cheapo!). Also the installer did not test for leaks in my presence (I was doing yard work). Also, the warranty does NOT pass to subsequent home owner... not good as we will be selling in 6 mos. Overall I have the feeling that I was gouged.

Andrew and the other employees were professional and courteous. The guys made me feel more like a family member as oppose to a customer, especially Andrew. I know that I made the correct decision in selecting Bath Fitter for the renovation of our bathroom!

I knew I needed to remodel my bathroom so I took a chance with Bath Fitter. The installation team came in professionally, did what they needed to do and cleaned up after themselves. The quality of my new bathroom is very good. It's been a little while and so far, everything worked out well - I have no complaints yet. I would recommend Bath Fitter to a friend.

We had Bath Fitter build our new tub, shower and wall. Their sales representatives were all extremely nice and the fellow that installed it couldn't have been nicer that he let us watch what he was doing. They were very professional and they were a joy to work with. I'd definitely recommend them.

My parents needed to replace their tub in the 2nd bathroom of their manufactured home. They got a quote from Bath Fitter for $4800.00 less a senior citizen's discount of $500.00. So the bid was for $4300.00. My parents are retired and don't have a whole lot of money so they couldn't use Bath Fitter. THANK GOODNESS they found some guys that did it for $1500.00! And they got exactly what they wanted. Bath Fitter is way overpriced and robbing people blind. BEWARE!!!

We had a new house and the bathroom wasn't done the way we wanted so we had Bath Fitter do it as we were finding the best. However, the salesperson could've been more informed about stuff because he said our job was going to be a one day job and it was actually a two-day job. He then lied to us about the shower glass. I told him I wanted the scum-free, heavy-duty glass and he said it's not what they got since they only have a scum-free, polished glass. I was about ready to put this off, but the installation guy was excellent.

Our bathroom for 18 years was getting old, I want to remodel it but I don’t want to go through the tile mildew. The sales representative from Bath Fitter was good, he was able to answer all of my questions. The installation guy that came to our house for a day and did one bathroom and the other one the next day. He was also very good and cleaned up after himself.

I am very happy with the walls and tub. But the hardware, ie. the drain, the showerhead, etc. is always spotty looking and I even have soft water. I have e-mailed the company twice in the last 3 or 4 days with no response. I also have some caulk coming up around the drain... no response. They were so great about saying that the customer's happiness is so important. I am not so sure...

Bath Fitter has been fine from start to finish. Their installation team did a great job and I've got nothing but good things to say. They alerted us to a possible termite problem and put work on hold for a little while so we could get that taken care of. Needless to say, the new bathroom looks good.

I was concerned with using a service and product that I knew nothing. The salesman assured me that I would not need to worry. Fortunately everything from cradle to grave turned out just fine. I write this because the planning of my Bath Fitter shower replacement and customer service began excellent until the project lacked to have a timely start date. However, the Bath Fitter manager made mountains move and ordered my shower and had it installed to meet my schedule. My new shower is beautiful and I do recommend Bath Fitters as an excellent shower replacement.

I love our shower from Bath Fitter, it's terrific. They put up a great shower door and the walls are a pleasure - they're easy to keep clean. Also, the tub is non-slip - I couldn't slip even if I tried. The surface and the softness in the tub are unbelievable.

Chris was our installer. That day we had a problem turning off the water from the street. After the borough turned off the water and a plumber installed a new water valve, about 2 and 1/2 hours later Chris was able to start work. He took his time to make sure all was plumb and everything lined up right. He didn't worry about getting out at 5 pm and was here until the job was done and all was cleaned up. The materials were top notch and look GREAT! I would tell you that if you are thinking about Bath Fitter, DO IT!

I had rust in the tub for quite a while. I tried to get rid of it with every product known to man and nothing seemed to work so I remodeled our bathroom with Bath Fitter. I like that they didn't have to take anything off. They just put the cover of the tub over so it was much quicker, much cleaner, no mess, no fuss. And it took them a very short time to get everything done. I'm very happy with the quality and I haven't had a problem. The installers were very polite, too. They were also very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was fine and I've recommended Bath Fitter to others.

The next day of this review the company called came in and corrected the issue.

Our first experience with Bath Fitter was when they updated my mother-in-law's bathroom. We were so pleased with it that we also had them redo our bathroom in our home because the shower had never been finished. And then when my mother passed away, we were getting her house ready to sell so we also had them come and redo the bathroom so that it would be more updated. We love Bath Fitter!

Bath Fitter did a great job. Installer did it very fast and stayed until he finished at 9 o'clock at night. It looks very good and they finished clean. I'd recommend Bath Fitter to anyone. I'm very happy and surprised too.

I am very happy with the service and resolution of my situation with Bath Fitter. They went above and beyond my expectations to make things right.

It was several years back that I used Bath Fitter for the first time in the shower. And then on the second go-round, I redid another bathroom and just automatically picked up the phone and called them. Both times that we've used them were super success. I've got no complaints. In the first job, some of the glue on the floor had started turning loose and I'd walk on it. So I thought, figuring that they would just repair somehow or another and the guy just instantly fixed it. He said "Well I'm here. Let me just go ahead and fix it." He put a new floor on top of the old floor, nailed it down and glued it good. I have been so pleased with them. I recommend them highly to everybody.

All went well with installation. The only problem is height of shower base. My mother can barely stand or lift her legs without assistance and stepping in and out has remained a challenge. I also wish I had the shower head/handle placed lower. The installer did ask me if I wanted it repositioned but I unfortunately I said no.

I had a great experience with Bath Fitter. One morning I just made up my mind to remodel our bathroom and then had Bath Fitter do the work four or five months ago. Their rep was pleasant and did a great job. He explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and was out of here before I was done with my days' work. Now, everybody that uses our remodeled bathroom loves it.

Out bathtub was getting in bad shape and was time for it to be remodeled so we decided to purchase from Bath Fitter sometime in February. So far, the quality of our new bathtub has been great. We are happy with our experience with Bath Fitter.

I decided it was time to remodel my bathroom because my tub did not look good enough to have company use it. The installation team from Bath Fitter was very pleasant, nice, efficient, and neat. They did a good job and I'm very pleased.

I was looking for a bath surround that’s high quality and there were only three candidates I could find that would have the kind of service. I tried to Google the service, the product, and the price, and I decided to go with Bath Fitter. They beat out one of them on the quality of their product - it looked thicker. The other one was the opposite as they do custom made and I didn’t have the time to wait for them. But everybody was almost about the same price range. Bath Fitter was a bit on the higher end as they have a warranty and a name that they stand behind their product so that I trusted a little more.

Very good experience with total process. Beautiful finished installation. Installer was superb. Rick **. Only one thing needed addressed. I was not notified as to when inspector would be at my home, so I was not home. All was taken care of through Health Dept. Manager, Todd **. I was told Bath Fitter was to call me to setup date and time. All ok now, and passed.

I found Bath Fitter to be excellent and I've had a very good experience with them. They were professional, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. They're terrific and I'd recommend them to anyone.

We went to one of the other bath fitter companies because we had done business with them before and it was a nightmare. So we cancelled and then we started looking. Our home is about 40 years old and it did have one of the sleeves in the bathtub already. It was falling apart so it needed to be redone. It's an old cast iron tub and it so expensive to have it removed. We needed a more economical alternative and a new tub had to be put in. We are really happy with the quality of the new tub from Bath Fitter. The guy that came out was professional and really nice. He was quick and knew what he was doing. He did a very neat job. I have no complaints at all.

I decided to have Bath Fitter do our bathroom remodeling because of the difference in cost compared to other companies. I had it done 9 months ago. The installer came in and did his job, and it was a great experience overall.

A leak in my bathroom made me to decide to remodel it. I tried another remodeling company about ten years ago and their system had to be pulled out with my latest leak, so I went with Bath Fitter. The installer was great - he was polite, friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. I also feel that the work quality is very good. I have nothing but good things to say about Bath Fitters.

I'm remodeling the whole house and when I got to the bathroom, I chose Bath Fitter because their presentation at the home show was very good and I liked what I saw. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. He answered all the questions I had. The installer who came was very good. He came in the morning and left in the afternoon, just like the ad in the TV says. He was very nice and friendly. I asked him questions and he had answers. The remodel is excellent. No complaints at all.

My husband needed to have the tub changed to a shower and remodeling the bathroom was the most convenient way to get it done rather than spending weeks picking out tile and having tile people come in. Bath Fitter's sales rep was courteous and professional and our interaction went very smoothly. On the other hand, the installation person was amazing. He was by himself and he took the cast iron tub out and didn't damage the floor around it. He put everything back together and explained everything to me and was out of here by 3 o'clock in the afternoon. However, I would check other avenues before I would do it again because I thought they're very pricey unless I need to do it in a hurry. But so far, the quality of the remodel has been good.

We were already in the idea of doing something about our shower because we noticed the more work we did, the harder we had to clean it. When we saw Bath Fitter's advertisement in the newspaper, we decided to call. A representative came out and explained and showed us pictures of the beautiful work that they do. They sent one man out to do the job. He was a very pleasant man and did a good job putting it all together. Any space that he used, he cleaned it all up nicely back and we were very happy with that. I love the beautiful shower and my wife fell in love with it right from the first day. She loves how she could get in there. And the helpful hands that they gave us to make it easier to keep it clean and what products to use were really good. They went out of their way to make sure that we were going to be happy, and we are.

If your choice in remodeling is a bath/shower wall insert I can absolutely positively recommend Bath Fitter. The people, product and warranty are wonderful.

Disappointed is about the only thing I can say. The salesman came out and was on time. After we told him what we wanted, he went over what Bath Fitters would do. He implied that there would be a licensed plumber do the work. He also said that due to the work that would be done it would take two days. He did advise if we did not sign up that day that he could not give us a discount.

We decided to remodel the bathroom when it started to leak uncontrollably, the flex seal didn't exactly work with it. We chose Bath Fitter because their price was good enough. I recorded the whole thing when the installation team came with stop-time footage and stop-motion pictures. They were knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after themselves but had to come back in different times to make a couple other adjustments. Now our bathroom's easy to clean and the quality's okay. I was overall satisfied.

Several months ago, we had a shower stall installed by Bath Fitter because my wife and I couldn't get up and down in the bath tub. The sales representative and installation team were good. However, we were a little disappointed that the sales representative never returned our calls when we asked about some other things.

We've been putting off the remodeling of our bathroom for a long time. About a year ago, we saw Bath Fitter and it was due to their reputation that we went with them. We purchased a shower. Their sales and installation team were all good. It took them more than a day to install the shower but they had to do a lot of work. I will recommend them.

The first installed tub spider cracked on us, around the drain. The second installed tub was crooked, causing puddling. This third installed tub has stained beyond repair. I am being blamed for this. I am told my soaking products have stained the tub finish. I was sold on the tub because it was supposed to hold the water heat much longer, making for a nicer, longer soak. I was never cautioned not to use any certain soaking product. Now, I am told they will not honor another install after fixing this problem. None of this has been my fault.

The lady I've been helping out decided to remodel her bathroom because she's not steady on her feet at times and we were afraid for her when she tries to climb over into a bathtub. Her son and daughter talked her into getting something different and so last October, she bought a big shower with a chair and a circling curtain rod (she didn't want a door) from Bath Fitter. It's easy for her to get in now and she's really satisfied with it. Even I would like to have one. I'd recommend Bath Fitters.

A lady in our condo complex had Bath Fitter work on her bathroom. I looked at her bathroom, she told me about her experience, so I decided to get mine remodeled about four months ago. I purchased a shower and had our tub taken out. Their people were all really professional, they walked us through everything and the guy that did the installation was really good. I moved into a 1940 house that the previous owner had painted the tub and the tile, and I tried stripping the paint and putting it back to the original. It was an old cast iron tub, and it was crappy. Since I liked how Bath Fitter worked with my parents, so I decided time to get Bath Fitter in here. The sales representative answered all the questions I had and was very accommodating. They fit me in as soon as they could because they knew it was horrible where I tried stripping the paint. The guy from the installation team showed me different things when he was taking the old tub out, cleaned up after himself. It was a very good experience. They were just very nice and very clean, they worked well.

I decided to have Bath Fitter install a shower in my bathroom. It seemed like a very convenient option, this was currently my only working shower in the house so it was a huge plus to have it installed in one day. The consultation went great, the sales associate was very friendly and answered all questions we had about the bathroom, so we said "let's do it!" It all went downhill from here. We had the Bath Fitter scheduled. The day of the installation I get a phone call saying the company sent them the wrong size and they are going to have to reorder and it would be a few days. Luckily I had a family member sitting at the house that day so it wasn't a huge inconvenience that they canceled that same day they were supposed to come out.

I’m in my 70’s, and recently moved to Delaware from Connecticut. I bought a small condo and it has two bathrooms but the master bath had to have a step-in shower instead of a tub because it’s difficult for me to get into a tub. It was more of a need rather than just remodeling so it looks nice. My daughter called another company, but said they did not do things above the ground floor. So we called Bath Fitter, and everything was all set. The very nice young man that came to install the shower was picky about everything that he did. He had everything all covered up, and when he was done, you couldn’t tell that he had done anything. Obviously there was the nice new shower, but there were no residues or smell. It was wonderful, and at first, I didn’t want to get into it because it was so nice and white and bright and clean, and didn’t want to get soap suds on it. I'm happy with their work, and so far I haven’t had any problems with it.

We purchased the bath for the main bathroom and another from Bath Fitter. One was just a shower and the other was a shower and a tub. This was our first Bath Fitter remodel and their team who installed it explained everything so that was sufficient.

We had already remodeled the bathroom but wasn’t happy with the tub and the shower. But we had Bath Fitter do it again when their salesman came by the house and explained to us what they do and how they do it. He had little models and pictures of what they did and he showed us how it looked. We also talked to the installer before and after the job. Both the salesman and the installer were very experienced. They knew what they were talking about so we were pleased with them.

I recently bought the tub with the shower from Bath Fitter. I also got one in my master bath couple of years ago. Their sales rep was really nice and the man that came to the house to install did a good job. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

The first thing I like about Bath Fitter is that the gentleman that came to my house explained everything how it was going to be and that's the way it was done. There was also no changes in the charges and I liked everything he did. He said they would be done in one day and it was done in one day. It was my first Bath Fitter remodel and they were good. The only thing is that the cover that they put over the tub, the bottom part is beginning to come off but everything else was working fine and the water's running real good.

The employees were professional. The old tub was removed and the new shower stall were installed within several days. The installation was done with accuracy. No messes were left behind. The new shower stall looks great!

I purchased a shower stall from Bath Fitter and it was a wonderful experience all in all. The installer did a great job.

I had my shower re-walled with the acrylic lining. It looked nice up until about a couple of months ago when the trim on it popped loose from the main wall. I paid close to $3,000 to have that work done by Bath Fitter and although my overall experience was good, it was a little disappointing to see the seam pop loose like that.

The bathroom that Bath Fitter installed for me before still looks new. It's been a reliable product and it was an efficient install. That made me go back to them for a larger bathroom.

We bought from Bath Fitter a shower with a full wall surrounding and then we had a tub with a wall put in a bathroom. We knew our bathroom had to be done well and be able to be maintained easily especially with kids in the house. We heard about Bath Fitter from our friends who had a couple bathrooms done by them. They seem to be the easier option than doing our bathroom on our own. And indeed, the installation was awesome. The contractors were professionals. We had a lot of contractors into the last year, with problems and other things, and the Bath Fitter contractors just knocked it out of the park.

I was to meet the estimator at a rental property and when I approached from the corner, one house away, I could already smell the very offensive cigar smoke. He had parked on the sidewalk blocking both a very highly used sidewalk and bike lane on a major street. When I approached the car, the smoke was overwhelming. He made some comment about waiting, (I was 18 minutes early) and there was a car in the drive so there wasn't any place to park. Well, the block is only 5 houses long and plenty of parking on either side street or across the street on the side street. There was no way I was going to talk to, stand by or let someone smelling so offensively in any property of mine nor trust someone so unprofessional making such poor decisions with a job. I left. Yes, I should have taken photos but I am a half a generation away from that being my first thought. Still angry!

They're very quick and cleaned up very thoroughly. Maybe caused us saving.

I got Bath Fitter's lowering shower. I chose them over the other companies because of their price. Their sales representatives were nice and answered all the questions I have. The installer that came in got all the work done in one day. He did a good job.

I went to Johnson City to look at their display and was impressed. I looked at other remodeling companies and theirs wasn't as good a product so we chose Bath Fitter. We made our purchase last October. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. He called and followed up, and I can't say anything negative about him. The people who came to install the tub and the shower were very professional, took care of everything and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. A lot better in terms of quality than what I had before and much nicer setup. I would recommend them to anybody. I showed their work to somebody yesterday as a matter of fact.

My bathroom shower had not been upgraded since our house was built in the 1970's. I had talked to a couple of my neighbors who had Bath Fitters install showers in their homes and had nothing but great things to say. We scheduled an appointment with a sales rep who was very professional and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Bath Fitters is not a cheap investment but then neither is your home. We have been extremely happy with our installation and have had many friends and family tour our bathroom just to see how it turned out. The Bath Fitters warranty was the final selling point for me. If you are thinking about a shower renovation, you owe it to yourself to see what they have to offer...

Besides being pleasant, the sales rep of Bath Fitter was very thorough in trying to explain everything about the company. Also, I don't know what the standards are for the company, but from what I see, the installer did a fantastic job.

I looked at what Bath Fitter had and we liked it. We bought a shower, and the sales representative who came explained everything to us. The installer also explained what he was going to do before he started. They tore the tub and we got the step-in shower. There was about a 4 or 5-inch step so we won't have to step way in real high. We were satisfied and happy with it, and would recommend Bath Fitter.

It wasn't a good experience with Bath Fitter because when they put the bottom part of the tub, the water wouldn't stay in it. They came back out and put another one and had to put it over that one. And the door was leaking when you get a shower. They came out three times to fix that and they didn't completely fix it, my son was able to do so. I talked to them and they told us that they'd give us half the money back but no guarantee with it. They did refund almost half of our money back, the cost to put it in. When I started calling them about the problem, there's a couple of other things that didn't work right with it. And they told us when they were gonna put it in that it would be one complete wrap around with no seams on the inside of the shower stall. It has two seams in it where they said that the piece that they had to go in the shower stall didn't go all the way around.

We were very pleased with Bath Fitter. The only negative experience that we had was with the salesperson who came and did the pitch. He originally told us that we could get it done before Christmas and that there shouldn't be any problem because they slowed down. They didn't get it in until the end of January so we were a little disgusted with the time frame but it wasn't a deal-breaker. Once they actually got here, everything was fine. Their installation people were clean and polite, and they seemed very professional. But I would say that they should have a better communication between the salesperson and the installation people.

I had a tub removed and Bath Fitter Shower installed on 6/2/14 in Jacksonville, FL. Kind of pricey ($5,300) but I am satisfied with the look of the shower and the easy maintenance. A year later and it looks like new. My only criticism would be that the shower floor is too slippery by my standards. I did have safety bars installed which do help but the shower floor would be the only thing I feel could be improved upon. Thank you.

My parent's bathtub is old and my mom would like to get a new bathtub so I decided to call Bath Fitter for the job. The salesman came on time and I showed him the problem with the current bathtub. I pointed at the caulking and told him that we hate this caulking and he said with the new tub, we will not have the caulking because it will come in one piece. As soon as we heard one piece and no caulking, we were sold.

The lifetime warranty was a biggie and the guy that put it in seemed to know what he was doing pretty well. I watched him and I'm kind of a contractor myself. Clean, neat, does the job.

Then the guy came, measured and did the sale. They were all incredible - we didn't even consider anyone else after they came, did the measurements and costing. Their sales rep was one of the most polished and informative people I've ever dealt with. I told him what I was looking for and then he formatted everything to fit our needs. He also made a couple of suggestions. We went with his recommendations and were thrilled. He laid it out, presented it and wasn't pushy. Also, the guy from the installation team did a great job. We ordered an enclosure from Bath Fitters last year. It was delivered 2 weeks early which was great. The installer was professional and finished in 1 day. He left everything spotless and we love the work that was done. The price is a little high as compared to others, but with the lifetime guarantee it is worth it.

I had a plug further down the drain line and I told the salesman about it. He just said they're not supposed to do that much plumbing work but he told me to buy some stuff and he'll tell me what to do. Then instead of him instructing me, he just did it. It was a little rough but we got through it.
