There was a Bath Fitter ad in a Sunday supplement in the paper. I called them and the sales rep came out and explained the program and how it works. He told me what he had and what it cost and how to get it financed. It was easy enough sitting here at the kitchen table with a telephone. We had a complete shower stall installed about three months ago. They took out the bathtub and put the shower in. The installation guy was nice and efficient. He didn’t mind me watching what he was doing and put down the drop cloths from the front door all the way to the bathroom. It took him a day and a half to get it all fixed like it's supposed to be, then hauled away everything.

Called 800 number 3 times, no return call. Went to business address, 2pm on a Friday, no one there. Called number on door. 3 days later got a call from staff who exhibited an arrogant attitude and was angry because I complained about lack of calls. She suggested "maybe another company would be better." Had no interest in giving me information to make a decision with.What poor treatment.

We've known about Bath Fitter for a while and we talked to them when we saw their booth at a flea market. We vetted them then they came and did their presentation. We also looked around and had some other remodeling projects at home using Lowe's Department Store's services but we weren't happy so we tried Bath Fitter. In the end of June, Bath Fitter tore out a tub-shower combination and I had a stand-alone shower put in. The installation team was great, courteous and real professional. They did a great job in one day and it was an easy in and out. They also followed up but we haven't filled out some stuff they sent in the mail. Bath Fitter is well worth the investment.

I had a wonderful time talking to the Bath Fitter rep because he was nice. He worked for Bath Fitter for a long time, so he knew all about the company. I purchased a tub, shower and shelves from them two months ago. The installer who came knew what he was doing. He finished the job in one day and cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied with Bath Fitter. They do not just correct tubs, they change them. They take the tub out and make you a brand new tub. They'll also fix the problems that you may have had in your bathroom and then, put up new walls. I was very satisfied.

My husband had bypass surgery and we needed to convert to a walk-in shower. Bath Fitter was the only company that could do it immediately, so we went with them, and the sales rep was great. I called up one day and he arrived the next day, which was fantastic for us. He helped me out right along and we went over everything. The installer did a fantastic job and he was very neat and professional. The product is of good quality and we like it. It was a little expensive, but we had to have it done immediately and it happened that way, so we were satisfied. Bath Fitter was efficient and professional. It was a good experience and the job was done quickly.

We just saw Bath Fitter ads and I liked the idea that they had no seams or anything. We didn't shop around getting estimates from anybody but it looked like Bath Fitter had the best product with no cracks or any openings anywhere around the tub. It’s one solid piece so that was the best thing about that around the shower stone. A gentleman came to our house and he told us everything we wanted to know so we decided to go with Bath Fitter.

Bath Fitter took out a tub and put in a step-in shower four or five months ago. The representative was knowledgeable and the installer did a good job. It took him two or three days and he worked very hard. The job that they did looks good.

We’ve seen advertisements and we've been aware of Bath Fitter for so long. My brother used Bath Fitter and my wife interacted with the reps at various trade shows. My brother was very happy with them so we chose them as well. We got a tub around January and a closed shower last June. There were for two different bathrooms. Their sales rep was very professional. He did not make any outlandish claims and he seemed to be truthful about what they could do and couldn't do. He was friendly but yet appropriate. It was positive since we went ahead with Bath Fitter.

I am writing to let you know how incredibly pleased I am with your employees. I met with your salesman, Joe, who was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He thoroughly explained all of my options, was very patient and answered all of my questions. On installation day, September 23, 2017, I met Rodwell. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was friendly, prompt, courteous, and also patient with my questions.

They are totally professional, arrive on time, deliver desired product, make sure we were pleased with item(s) installed. The installer we had, Darrell, was excellent, completed the work in one day (totally removed the old tub/shower we had, installed walk-in shower to our satisfaction {9AM - 8:40PM}) They were prompt to rectify a small problem we noticed (temperature adjustment) and fixed it the day I called them!

My sister had Bath Fitter do her bathroom over 10 years ago. She had such good results with it and it still looks brand new. And every tub they've done that I've seen has been a wonderful work so I decided to go with them because we needed to have a bath work done. We had a very nice interview with Scott, our sales rep and he explained everything to us very well then we signed the contract. They called when they said they would, and set out the estimator for everything. Then they called back within the six-week period and set the installation date. The gentleman that came and did all the measurements was very nice and businesslike.

Bath Fitter has been around forever. I got a bath overlay a couple of months ago and I had an informative and comprehensive interaction with their representatives. He went through and showed us the options and he wasn't trying to sell us on something since we pretty much knew what we wanted. The installation team came and just installed it while I wasn't paying attention. It was good. It took a day and it was what they told us it would take and everything's great. It was overall an easy, professional and honest experience. We got what we asked for and were promised.

I found out I may have to move out of my house due to structural damage and asked for my money back. Nothing had been ordered yet. Bill a new sales manager, never followed up with me and then when I called him back he said he would call before 5 pm the following day. Bill called back at 4:59 pm. I never received my refund. He told me the regional manager was Mr. **. I am still trying to get my money back.

Everything they say about professionalism, mannerism, and cleanliness is so true!! I just recently had mine installed one month ago and haven't stop taking a bath since! Comfortable, water stays warmer longer and it's spacious!! Plus for my age it's very affordable (thank you Jesus for good credit)! Now my partner and I are getting his whole shower done cause of jealousy lol and my next room shower after that!!!

I had been investigating replacing the stall shower in the master bath. That thing kept popping up. I found Bath Fitter when I was at a garden show and they had a booth there. The sales representatives came to the house and did some measurements. We purchased the handicap stall shower in the master bath and the installers did some construction in that same room. We also replaced the bathtub in another bathroom in our house. It was a very good experience and we’ve been very pleased.

We had spoken with other contractors and we weren't happy with the responses that we’re getting as far as pricing, how it was going to work as well as the timeframe. We ended up getting Bath Fitter to do our walk-in shower about seven months ago, and they’ve done it well. We had a very comfortable experience with the sales rep as he was very nice and knowledgeable. The guy who did the installation was knowledgeable too. He spent one and a half day here with us and explained everything throughout the process. It's a little expensive but I understand that part. It's with very good quality, easy to clean, and the brochure they gave us at the end stated which product we have to use and everything was clear.

We went to a home show around February and the idea of getting our bathroom remodeled hit my wife. There were different places there and she chose Bath Fitter. We got a phone call then a sales guy came to our house. When I got the numbers, I thought their price for the shower was ridiculous and I could do the remodel myself. I almost fell out of my chair and I didn't want to do it, but the sales guy didn't pressure me. After we interacted with him, we decided we liked him and trusted that what he said was true. He also sold me on it even though I had more quotes before I got it by reminding me how much work it would require from me who's already busy.

I had Bath Fitter install the bathtub with the walls around and glass shower doors towards the end of July. The salesperson was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. We had the initial part done without the glass doors and then we decided to get the glass doors a couple of weeks later. Both of the mechanics that came out were excellent. They were very efficient and thorough, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. The quality of the products that we got was fine. It was a great experience all the way around.

Bath Fitter performed admirably in our house re shower and second bathtub makeover. They were extremely professional/timely and final product outcome is outstanding. They cleaned up completely every day [second bathroom was 2 day job]. The entire team from the salesman to the installers were easy to talk to/communicative/answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend Bath Fitter!!

I’ve heard about Bath Fitter before and decided to go with them because I liked what I was told and our salesperson was terrific. He explained the products in detail. So we had a walk-in shower put in and a bathtub taken out. The installer was very polite and informative. He was easy to talk to and explained the whole process when I had questions about what he was doing. They did a beautiful job and I could not be happier. I have shown this bathroom off to everybody who has come into my home.

I couldn't be more pleased with the shower remake that was completed yesterday. Tim arrived on time & got right to work. He explained everything thoroughly and created a beautiful shower for us. He took care to protect my floors, made sure everything was just as we'd requested, and was a pleasure to have in our home for the day. We had a bathroom remodeling project that we wanted done and I liked Bath Fitter's quality of service and that they're a one-stop shopping place. The gentleman came out and did a survey. He was very knowledgeable and detailed. He told us exactly what they were going to do and showed us an example of the product. At which point, he gave us the (very good) price estimate. We contracted with them right then and there. Their installation team was very efficient, professional, and the process of installing the tub surround went very smoothly. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they had quoted.

My shower tip was getting mold on it quickly and I was going to have to redo it. Bath Fitter had a one-piece design that should eliminate the mold issue and I like the guarantee on it. I purchased a shower head and a caddy from them. The gentleman who came went over the options and gave us the price and when they would be able to do it. And then a few weeks later, we had a guy come and do the measuring for everything. After that, they called and scheduled the installation which was going to take two days, but it was actually done in four and half hours. The installation guy did an excellent job. He was in and out and cleaned up everything. Although the price is fairly expensive, I couldn't ask for a more professional company from start to finish.

I recently had a new shower installed in my home and I am pleased with it. HOWEVER, I have received 2 billing statements from the bank used to finance the project and the outstanding balance shown is the cost for the entire project and not the price that it should be when I made a check for a deposit to start the job and was told that the deposit would be credited to the overall price. I have made several calls to Bath Fitter and the person who handles the payments was either on vacation, at lunch, or not in the office. I have left my name and number after each attempt with no callback from the person. I have also contacted Bath Fitter via their website to contact me on 2-3 separate occasions and they have yet to respond.

My brother is a contractor and he was in a booth at a home show I had been to. And he told me to go over and talk to Bath Fitter. And so I talked to them and we set up an appointment. My brother already talked to them and so he knew how they worked and he had just put a shower in a place. When the rep, Eric, came to my home and talked to me about putting in the shower and gave me prices, my brother came over by chance and he said that the cost was in the ballpark. I had them put in a plain shower with a suction cup. I've had it for two months now. I'm looking at hip surgery in the next four months so I needed the shower instead of a bathtub.

We bought a house with a beautiful new Bath Fitter. Unfortunately after a few uses water got in between the liner. Clearly was an installation issue, no holes or issues with maintenance as confirmed with Bath Fitter reps. This company will take ZERO responsibility for their product or service. Even if we pay $800 for them to remove water, there is no guarantee they won't break the liner (at zero cost to them) and even if they are successful in fixing it ("50/50") they will give no guarantee we won't call them back in a week with the same problem so we can give them more money. Buyers beware!!

I love my new shower. Everything works great. It is very easy to clean. I always squeegee it down after every shower and that helps to keep it clean. Jorden ** installed our shower and he always arrived on time. He has an excellent work ethic and was very professional. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends.

In my situation, Bath Fitter was convenient and I like their work that I saw from my neighbor. I’ve been hearing about Bath Fitter for a long time, too and when I talked to their salesperson, I thought they were reasonable. We went over everything and I got exactly what we talked about. I purchased a bathtub and the shower area from them. Their installation team was very courteous and genuine. They came in, went over the paperwork and told me exactly what they were going to do. So far, I am pleased with the quality of their work. They do excellent work and I’ve already recommended them to someone.

I am very happy with the work done here. I tell many about how nice it looks and the functionality is really on target. My only complaint is that it was way too pricey. I had just come into a little money and decided to pay the price. However, I don't think I have any friends that would ever pay that kind of money. And I would get mad if they got the same job for less money.

My parents had a Bath Fitter and I was referred by my brother for the remodel which was just redoing the walls and covering up the tub. My interactions with the reps were positive. I had an install tech at the house for me and everything was as clean and was completed that day.

My husband had done our bathtub before and it still has the corner pieces in it. Bath Fitter has one solid unit instead of pieces and we liked the fact that there was no joints. Also, our friend really liked what Bath Fitter did and then I looked up a lot of reviews online. My husband and I discussed it and we decided to go with them. We liked their warranty too. We got the shower walls with the shower head and grab bar and then the shelf tower that goes in the corner a couple of months back. I had a real good interaction with their sales rep. He stayed a little bit long and he was just trying to go over everything and do his job. But it was late and we had explained beforehand and then when he came, my husband was working 12 hour shift and he only had a certain window. He was very helpful though in picking out what would look best in our bathroom.

Bath Fitter came out and I liked everything about what they offered. After they did my bathroom, the total experience was great and I’d give them A’s all across the board. Everything was precise, ABCD, right down the line. We did the surround and there were two pieces in the bathroom, the bath stuff and all the new fixtures. Everything was fine from the salesman to the guy that came out and did the final measurements to the installer. The installation was awesome as well. I’m having new replacement windows done at my house and I knew under our warranty, Bath Fitter will do any work in that area. I called them and told them about it yesterday. They told me not to let the installers of the windows caulk the window inside the bathroom that they worked on. They said they'll be the one to come out and caulk it. Now I’m waiting on a call from them to set up a time to do that. So Bath Fitter's doing everything they said and more.

We did some research on Bath Fitter and some other outfits. We thought Bath Fitter was the best opportunity for us to do what we needed to do with our bathroom and we also liked their lifetime guarantee so we went with them. Their sales reps were very friendly. They set an appointment and were punctual on their appointment time. They explained everything, sat about two hours with us, and went through the whole system. They sold us on the idea and we had them do our tub and tub surround back in June.

The recommendation for Bath Fitter came from my contractor. I trusted him so I gave it a shot. The salesperson was professional and very good at her job. She was a true salesperson. We had two bathrooms that we wished to renovate, at a total cost of $8,143. Bath Fitter was supposed to contact us within 8 weeks to schedule an appointment for the work to start. No one called me. After two months of waiting, I contacted them.

Bath Fitter did an amazing job updating my bathroom. Their installation team measured perfectly so the look is seamless and clean. The installer was thorough and careful; he was conscientious enough to leave the home with no mess at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to update their current bath.

We asked how much it would take to take the tub out and everything else. It's an older house so it would be easier just to go over the tub. The rep I spoke with from Bath Fitter did a real good job in explaining everything. The guy that did the remodeling was very professional and he cleaned up. He was probably one of their better guys. He did a bath tub reform over our previous bath tub and the shower as well. They're still working on the bathroom but the shower part is beautiful. We love the remodel. It's a lot better than what we had. The cost was a little high, but it was well worth it and I've recommended them to a lot of people.

I saw an ad for Bath Fitter in a magazine, and then I went online to check into it a little closer. My wife at the time was having a lot of problems with her feet and legs and I thought Bath Fitter might help. After I had inquired online about it, I got a phone call and didn’t realize that one of the salesmen was so close to us, about 50 miles away, and he asked if he could come and show us some information about it. Within a week, he came and did a very good presentation to us. The team notified us when they could install it. We were thinking about changing one of our other bathrooms which had been strictly a shower. They came and they took out an existing shower and installed the new shower in the same location.

Bath Fitter was at a local home and garden builder show and they had a representative there. I had checked out a couple of other bath remodeling companies, and even though Bath Fitter was not the cheapest, their work was good, so we purchased a one-piece shower unit from them a couple of months ago. I also got a grab bar and two shelves for shampoo, soap and other items.

I like the one-day-deal of Bath Fitter and the representative who presented himself was really good so I purchased the tub and the surround. They put the tub liner over our tub. Also the sales reps are very knowledgeable and anything you wanted to know they knew and they presented themselves well. The installation team was very good too. We asked questions and he explained everything to us. Everybody was very helpful. The tub was done in one day and I'm happy with it. We like their product. I'm really pleased with our new bathroom.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS and Nice Product!!! Thanks to a GREAT installer, CASEY who treated the bathroom like it was his own home!!! After dealing with a service rep. named Kenny, my issues felt better from that point on. I WILL be telling more people about BATH FITTER'S way of handling customers!!!

We had to work something out for what I needed and I called Bath Fitter to see what to do. Their sales rep explained the payment plans for the shower stalls and how things work such as how the installers do inspections and how they get the permits to have the job done. Then the guy from the install team came out and he was decent and pretty cool. I helped him carry the shower stalls up the steps because I didn’t want him to fall back down. He also explained everything. It was a very pleasant experience and from the salesman down to the guy that installed the shower stalls, everything was professional. We love them.

My wife wanted to get the bathroom and the shower redone, so we had Bath Fitter do the remodeling three months ago. We recently purchased the home and the first thing that my wife wanted to go was the little bench seat in the old shower because it made the shower feel small. So, we got rid of the little bench seat in there and opened the shower up so it's now a full-blown shower.

Bath Fitter had a booth on a show and they had a display. There was an older gentleman who gave us some information and we started our process from there. There were not too many other companies that would do what we wanted, other than a plumber, so we decided to go with them. Plus, we were won over by their reputation from what we hear on TV. In June, we had a whole new tub shower unit installed for our main bathroom and it's made a whole lot of difference. Our old tub shower unit, which was fiber glass, was the original in the house and it had seen its days.

The Bath Fitter's part was great! Love the bathtub and the installer did a fantastic job. The people who finance your bill stink. We were under the impression we had 30 days from the time you finished installing the tub to pay off the bill. HRAC says different. Instead of paying $6,094.00 we had to pay them $6,130.55 because they said we read the contract wrong. Said we didn't read the FINE PRINT! What a rip off they are!!

I was looking for different bathroom solutions and Bath Fitter was one of the ones that came up. A young man from them came out, spoke to us and I was very pleased with what they offered. What they offered and what we wanted worked the best for us. We've had other people here before and Bath Fitter's price was a little bit lower, but not a whole lot. They seemed to have a good reputation and they talked like they will stand behind their unit if something happened. Their guarantees are also very good. That's something that I look for when I'm spending that kind of money on something.

I was very happy with the price, and the installation was done over 2 days. The guy was very nice and I had no complaints with him other than the fact that my wall now has chips in the paint and they are not small or little dings, they are deep and we will now have to fix it. Other than that I love my new stand up shower. So easy to clean and the new glass door is perfect.

Their sales reps were knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. We got the shower and got rid of the tub that we shouldn't have to step over for easier access. The installer was knowledgeable and he didn't make a mess. He cleaned up behind himself and made sure the carpet was covered where he crossed over it. He also carried everything out right away, including the tiles. We're really happy with everything that went on and I’m satisfied with Bath Fitter.

On Monday I had my old bathtub taken out and a shower put in. Since I had used my friend's shower before, I knew that the non-slip surface would not work well for me. I asked the salesman what type of bath mats BF recommends. I was told any mat would do. The first time I used the shower without a mat, my shower chair slid and I almost fell. All the bath mats I have seen say NOT to use them on a textured surface. I am 70 years old with health issues and am trying to get my house ready for the future. Now I have a $6,000 shower that I'm afraid to use. I realize that I'm out of luck regarding this issue, but I hope that in the future BF will tell their salesmen to let disabled buyers know about these issues. It is sad because I do like the remodel. The installer was very courteous and helpful.

A friend of mine used Bath Fitter before and they had good service and she was happy with that. She said that there was a lifetime warranty too. I didn't want to be around other contractors that keep lying and don't give the rate that they promised so I just called Bath Fitter. I got a basic shower from them a little more than two months ago. Joel was my salesperson and he was nice and very knowledgeable. The installer was on time and very good as well. We were glad that we had the shower done with Bath Fitter. They had good people, from the salesman, customer service and the people being needed to do the work. I'm pleased with everything and thank bath Fitter for it. But one thing I'm concerned is the drain. I see that there's kind of a black thing that has build up in the drain and it's not mold. I tried to clean it but I couldn't clean it out.

We got a shower surround through Bath Fitter. A young man took care of it and did an excellent job. He knew the business well so he'd be around doing this for sometime. He told us that it's gonna be a little bit more expensive but we're getting a better product and I said, "Well, it's fine. I understand. I'll pay a little bit more for better product." And that's what we did.

My friend had their bathroom done by Bath Fitter and her mom had put in a product from Bath Fitter, and they recommended this company to us. They told us how much they enjoyed the products that they got and how nice Bath Fitter was about putting these in. The sales rep of Bath Fitter was a wonderful man. He was very aware of things and did not push us with anything. He explained everything about their products, what we might want or need, and gave us information about what we can use to clean the shower. I was very impressed with the information that he told me on how they were going to work with our old plumbing to upgrade it and bring it up to the standards of today’s times, so we went with them six months ago.

We had a tub and shower installed. We have had to call them out 3 times now, and I just found another crack. This is unbelievable, the money you pay and this happens. When you call they only work certain days and hours for repairs, so my husband or I have to take off work to have them come out.

I took a chance on Bath Fitter and got their tub with two grab bars for me and my wife. The sales rep came in February and told me how much it would cost and what warranty was there. When the installation team arrived, it went good as well and one guy stayed and spent all day. The tub is good but the floor of the tub is slippery. A few times I wanted to get out of the tub and I could have slipped if I wasn’t holding on. The same thing happened to my wife, too. They did a good job but it was a little bit too pricey. Still, others should have them come out, talk and give them a try.

I have had several contractors in my home. This gentleman Darral who completed this project all by himself was so professional. He worked hard and cleaned up after himself. It took him, again, by himself approximately 8 hr. I was very impressed at this worker and finished product. I also like it has a lifetime guarantee. Hope I never have to use the guarantee.

We knew we needed a Bath Fitter after we saw it on tv. Six months ago, we called them on the phone and their sales reps came out. They're very polite, nice and informative. We bought a shower and the installers were excellent. They also put the seats and normal grab bars in there. I’m in construction myself and I wouldn’t have thought they were workers. The guys were very professional, clean, and did a great job. My experience was great and very pleasurable

We had Bath Fitter scheduled for Aug. 8th for a shower install with custom doors at an added cost. We have had multiple issues that continue and the company has no urgency in resolving them. The installer left a mess. The shower valve handle fell off day two because it was never tightened down. He damaged the wall adjacent to the shower and never told my wife he had damaged the wall, just left expecting us to not notice I guess, and still manage to make it out of the house by 3:00pm without replacing any of the panels in our basement where he was looking for the water shut-off valve. He went ahead and installed shower doors even after my wife told him we had custom doors made and another company was supposed to be installing them.

One star is too many... I would give it a minus if I could. We had a Bath Fitter representative come to our house and give us a quote. We gave them a deposit check for $2400.00. This was at 8:30 at night. We called at 9:00 the next morning to cancel. (You have 3 days to cancel). Our check was deposited the very next morning and it was 10 days before the check was written from bath fitter. I told them that I expected interest on that money they should never have deposited. Neil agreed but not one cent of interest was paid to us for stealing our money for 13 days...

I liked the sales representative from Bath Fitter and the deal he presented was right. I bought a shower from them a month ago and it includes the shelves, special doors, seats and grab bars. The installation team was really great and everything was perfect. Overall, my experience with Bath Fitter was extraordinarily wonderful.

I purchased a tub liner and wainscot in the walls and all the way to the ceiling. I made an arrangement with Bath Fitter and signed up for them to check out how much it will cost. I’ve had them around for a while and they had a good reputation so I stayed with them. I also had one come out before who gave me a lot of phone calls at that time. I wanted to put a new tub because my tub was tearing apart and I’d rather dig a hole out to part the hinges and put our tub in. The installer was great and did a good job. Everything went well and smooth like it’s supposed to. I’ll recommend Bath Fitter.

We wanted the shower stall replaced. We had other contractors come in but their prices were out of range and their marketing technique was repulsive. We saw some good reviews about Bath Fitter and we went with them. The salesman didn't pressure us. He knows what he was doing and he explained all the options that we asked him about. He did not insult my intelligence like I don’t know what I’m talking about and don’t know what I want. He understood what we were asking for and he seemed to understand why we wanted it, the way we wanted it. We purchased their shower stall, base and the plumbing that went with it, and that worked out fine for us.

We decided to change our tub for a shower and wanted to get the job done quickly. Having a contractor do it and hearing our friends' nightmares, we were more drawn to their promise to do the work quickly. The service was quick, but the tub transition is much quicker. We were originally told it would be a 2 day job, but the reality, is that we did not have a shower for 4 days. Don't get me wrong, we are very happy with our shower and love it, but tub to shower conversions take longer and you should probably make sure you can have a shower while they are doing the work.

We talked to the Bath Fitter salesman and we thought it was something that we wanted. We were impressed with the whole set up and so we bought the walk-in shower. The sales representative came out here and he was very good. He made some recommendations and was very personable. We enjoyed having him. There was only one person that came to install and he was a young boy. He was nice, explained everything and did a fabulous job. My husband was with him most of the day and the installer couldn’t have done a better job. He said he’s one of the main people that do some of the jobs. Everything went well and he finished a lot earlier than they had initially said he would.

My husband and I were had our free consultation with a Bath Fitter sales rep. This is as far as our business got with them. The rep stayed at our home for 4 HOURS. We asked him to leave multiple times because we had an appointment with a different company that same day, in order to compare prices. Bath Fitter quoted us $10,000 just for a liner. The rep ignored our requests to leave and continued on with his sales pitch. After insulting our family we asked the rep to leave again, which then he finally did. Since then we have received 10 calls from Bath Fitter trying to resolve this. Bath Fitter please stop calling us, we have no interest in doing business with you.

The sales representative was a good guy. He was friendly, thorough and informative and answered all the questions. He made it easy to buy the bath tub. The installation team was on time, friendly and helpful as well. The bath tub works fine. It’s a pleasure to take a bath and shower in it.

I took a shot at Bath Fitter and purchased a tub with the surround and it was good. When we contacted them, a gentleman came down. He explained to us how everything works, what they’ll be doing, how they’ll clean up everything and how we’d be happy with it. He was a good and nice guy. Also, the gentleman that did the installation did a real good job and kept it clean. He cleaned up after himself and did a hell of a job caulking. Overall, they’re very courteous and they did the job quickly. I’m just happy with it.

What can I say? We had the best experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend Bath Fitters to everyone every day of the week and twice on Sunday!! The bathroom before and after is amazing! We can't believe it's the same room!!

Hello, I contacted Bath Fitter in early May. They came out to my measured for the tub. The tub arrived and did not fit, they measured again. The second tub arrived and did not fit. They sent a manager out to measure. The third tub arrived and did not fit. They measured a fourth time and apparently was going to order the correct tub this time. It's been over a week and I have not heard back from them as to when the fourth tub would arrive. I contacted Bath Fitter and they were not able to provide me with a current status of my tub and it would take them two days to research it. Needless to say our bathroom has been tore apart for over 3 months waiting for the tub to come in. On their third visit they brought me an extension rod and liner, the liner fits maybe 3/4 of the tub so this is basically useless. At this point I have lost all confidence in this company.

I only have positive experiences with Bath Fitter. I've always known about them but what sparked me to call them was the $600 off deal in the flyer that I saw. The savings was the biggest reason I got them. I have already done a complete bathroom remodel before and that was expensive. I wanted a time-sensitive cosmetic fix because I was planning on selling my home. I thought having a nice cosmetic update would be fast. I purchased the basic model of tub liner that goes all the way up to the ceiling three months ago.

I got crippled and couldn’t step into the big bathtub, so I wanted a walk-in shower. I called Bath Fitter and two guys came to the house, and they were nice. They measured and talked, and we bought the shower right then. Then one guy got the installation done in one and a half days. He cleaned up afterwards and that was very nice. The walk-in shower that we purchased from Bath Fitter in June has a grab bar and some shelves on it, and these are working fine. We’re really satisfied with it and we’re glad that’s the way we went.

The sales rep was clear, came in with a price and followed up. Then the guy who installed the shower stayed late so he could get it done, which was a big help because my husband's handicapped. I was glad that it happened right on time and the way I wanted it done. This was our first time with Bath Fitter and I would use them again.

We didn't need a tub anymore since we moved in and we wanted a walk-in shower. My wife also had medical problems so we got the walk-in shower she wanted. I called Bath Fitter and they gave me an estimate. Their sales reps did fine and everybody was great. They sent in one guy and it took him two days to take the tub out and put everything else. Overall my wife loves the shower and it's good for us.

Had to have grab bars added to our shower installed by Bath Fitter as my wife has become disabled and needed them. I could have gotten them installed at a much cheaper rate however I did not want to void any warranties with our current shower. I also included in this order a warranty issue with our shower door as the paint is flaking off of it and it is not that old. When the installer came he installed the bars and said someone would have to get in touch with me about the warranty work. That was not what I was told by customer service. Now into week 4 and emails in and still no response. I don't feel this is good customer service at all and I am completely displeased by the support I have gotten and now expect in the future.

I never believed I could have three NEW bathrooms in just three days!!! Professional, prepared, thorough, clean and courteous without a doubt. What a pleasure to know, finally, money was truly well spent. Floor to ceiling!! The hardware is wonderful and even the safety bar we had installed for my mother is a perfect fit. My children are all about keeping the bathrooms as perfect as they found them now! Wish I had made the decision years ago!!!

Bath Fitter came to mind when I wanted to do our bathroom. I got the the tub and the free side wall two months ago. I absolutely loved everybody, the guy who came to do it, the guy who came to sell it and everybody on the phone. I also love the product. The price was steeper than I thought it would be, but it looks great and there was not one hiccup. I would totally recommend Bath Fitter.

It took several attempts to work through the company for the correct repairman/installer and call center office staff. Finally, I was able to get to the right person and make the final warranty repair appointment. The staff that I found were professionally cordial. The installer was very good, but not the neatest worker for my high standards. The warranty service department was difficult to access. Overall very good rating. This company has integrity from my experience with them, but several refining procedure can be implemented. Thank you.

We've been customers for a long time and we’ve had five Bath Fitter shower and tub. The quality and the professionalism was outstanding. When our new home where we're living now was being built, we said to not put anything in the bathroom. Bath Fitter came out and put in a three-walled glass, double shower in our bathroom. It is gorgeous. Our last purchase from them was the tub and the surround around for our rental property. The sales reps and the installation crew answered any questions we had and were outstanding on helping the customer. There are people living in our rental and the man is really tall so the shower head was moved up a little bit.

Bath Fitter had a booth out here at the Iowa State Fair during one of the shows. And I talked to one of their representatives there and decided to purchase a tub, shower surround, and glass doors. The rep was very professional and showed us all the options and told us how the process was going to work. And it was an easy process. One gentleman did the installation. He did a very nice job and cleaned up after himself and everything was perfectly left. And it was nice that it was done in one day, which was a big selling point. Also, the products are useful and look very sturdy. Everything’s just as it was advertised. It looks very nice and met our expectations. So, we’re looking forward to using it for a while.

The Bath Fitter sales rep was very nice, easy going and he could always answer my questions. Also, the installers explained everything when they were done and they did everything including cleaning after themselves. I bought the tub and shower enclosure for my guests and now, my kids use it when they come and they seem to like it.

About three months ago, we had our first Bath Fitter remodel. We did a surround and a tub liner in one bathroom and just a surround in the other one. The sales rep we had was fine and the installation crews were excellent.

When I first saw Bath Fitter on a TV commercial, my mind was made up that I have got to put in a walk-in shower in the bathroom of the master bedroom. They did the work the first week of May and I am very satisfied with my purchase though I think they need to work on making the floor a little more slip-resistant. The sales representative was very thorough in explaining everything so it was fine. The install guy was polite and did the job in a day. Bath Fitter is a company that has a very good product and does very good work. They’re very professional, very detailed and very nice.

I purchased from Bath Fitter a bath-to-shower model, and the interaction I had with the salesperson was fine. They installed it at my mother's house and they cleaned up after themselves. It has given my mom more convenience.

Very disappointed??? First the installer showed an hour late, then he came with the wrong wall. He came back with some sort of a comprise and a courtesy shelve for the trouble. After he was almost done he realized they gave him the wrong door. He told me I needed to call someone named Donald who by the way was as rude as can be. He proceed to tell me that they were ordering the door in 5 days and when ever it came in they will call me.

New bathtub surround & tub - I highly recommend Bath Fitters. They do such a great job and I love how nice my bathroom is so if anyone is in need of a new bathroom go with Bath Fitters. And they do a great job of cleaning up when they complete the job.

I am very excited about my new tub and enclosure. I was also very surprised by your customer service. Whenever I called I always got a live person on the other end and also received phone calls to keep me updated on supplies ordered and when I could expect my installation. Very rare these days! Your company keeps their word. My installer showed up a little early, okay by me and was very professional and friendly. After he left, his cleanup was so good you would not have known he was here except that my bathroom had been updated, he was very good. Thank you for treating people like they are people. Great job!

Do not do business with Bath Fitter in Clearwater Florida! They have been to my house four times and it is now worse than when they started. They have installed, uninstalled, installed and uninstalled and Installed again and it still isn't right. It is actually much worse than when they started. My bathroom was scheduled to be completed on June 17. It is now August 11 and still not complete.

I went to a home and garden show in February and we were looking to do the bathroom. We were going to change the footprint of the room and we also thought it'd be easier to leave a 30-year old tub in place and cover it. That seemed like a good idea. The girls that we met at the Bath Fitter booth were very informative and helpful. They're very proactive like, "Let's get down there and we'll check it out. What appointment do you want?" So deciding on Bath Fitter was easy. I had also read reviews so I was happy with the company. I knew it was a reputable company.

Bath Fitter did our walls and tub inserts in June and we’re very happy with it. When we had our in-house quote, the guy was really knowledgeable and really sold the product on its good points. It’s very high quality and good workmanship. The installation team were very helpful and took care of everything.

I was thinking of doing something with my bathroom, but taking out the bathtub and putting a whole new one in wasn't as feasible so Bath Fitter's product worked like a charm. In June, I got the smooth side, back surround and then we've got four shelves on it, one on each corner. They fitted the product over the current iron tub and put a nice new surround around it. It's seamless and I like that idea too. We had old plastic vinyl seam ones and we had problems with the caulk rusting. I also wanted something with a nice pocket for shampoos and I got it. The curved shower rod is the best for me, but we also had the new shower head, faucet and drain put in. Plus, we got a grab bar too. I'm well under my 50's and I'm looking forward to being old aged here.

Bath Fitter advertises all the time and I was impressed. I have a second bathroom that I wanted to fix that up because I have several serious health problems and it would help me with those. Also, it would be easier for me to keep up. Bath Fitter did our small bathroom with mainly a standup shower a couple of months ago. It had a bench in it so I can sit down if I have to. I have a bad back so it's easier that way and I'm enjoying it. I had a pleasant experience with the sales rep who came and went over it and I’d do it again if I had to. I was walking down the Apple Blossom Mall in Winchester, Virginia and saw Bath Fitter. I spoke to one of the reps on the mall and the interaction was very pleasant. I told my husband and my daughter that I want a new bathtub and they did it as a birthday present for me last May. The guy who installed it was very, very nice. I’m an engineer and I heard about Bath Fitter through the plumbing inspector in Illinois many years ago. I liked their warranty and that they kind of came up with the process in the industry, so they’re the industry leader. I got them to help me with a tub and enclosure around the tub, including the ceiling. Everything seems to be pretty solid and successful. The salesperson did a great job and dealing with him had been very positive. Then the installation team was very helpful and very good.

Bath Fitter is an excellent company and I like their pricing. I had them take out the tub that was there and replaced it with a shower. There are not too many people that do specific bathrooms. They got the other retrofits and that's not what I was looking for. I like the stuff I saw at Bath Fitter's show and I decided to go with them. The sales rep showed up and he had all the information I needed. He answered all the questions that I had about what I wanted and any options and discounts that were available. And at the end of the half-hour, I signed the paper. And then the installer did a great job doing the installation. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. I've been happier with it.

Bath Fitter does the remodel themselves and they're responsible for their work. It’s not subcontracted out to everybody. I had them do complete remodeling with the acrylic tub and surround. Their sales rep was excellent. He answered every question and sold his product well. Also, their installation team was wonderful. So far, it's a perfect job in a nice time frame. The product is beautiful. I would definitely go there again.

Bath Fitter had a one piece and I called their sales rep which was fine. Then, they came as soon as they could. They were real pros and the guys really knew what they were doing. There are no seams in the walls and now, it seemed we have it down. It is now at the tub level or the shower base. But when my wife steps into the shower, she hears this noise. I was downstairs and the sound was squishing and excruciating coming through the ceiling. We think that it's the pipe moving against the subfloor and they're coming back to take a look at it.

When Bath Fitter came out, we were impressed with the product and we decided to go ahead and do it. Everybody treated us wonderfully and we did the tub and shower enclosure about three months ago. My one minor complaint is that the caulking they used can't be painted but so far as the workmanship, they did a beautiful job. The installer was a wonderful representative for the company. He was very polite, he cleaned up and did everything by the book. The only problem he had was me wanting to say something. I'm a retired carpenter and I love watching stuff like that so I had a hard time staying out of his way. After almost two months back and forth with Bath Fitters doing little to nothing to correct a faulty tub, they told us today that they would not cover the work (after saying they would) under the Life Time Warranty, as our tubs were installed in November 2003. At no time during our many conversations had this been made clear. They surprised me with "If it wasn't installed in 2004 it's not covered".

My husband and I had David into the house first time before we started to reno the bathroom. Second time to take measurements and order, and pay. Two men came to install shower day one. Next day one of the men came in to install shower doors. We waited more the 24 hours before the shower was use and tested out. It looked beautiful, but outside the door we were very disappointed! The shower door leaked at the door hinge and bottom of glass. We left multiple messages trying to have someone back to fix it. Finally after messages back and forth, my husband was told it would be a month wait before someone could come.

BathFitters replaced the shower door that was hitting the wall, sprayed grit coating on the floor to address the issue with sliding into the drain, and assured me that the grit coating is covered under the warranty.

I bought a tub insert from Bath Fitter as I didn't want to have to take the tile out of the bathroom. The sales representative Heather was great, informative and pleasant to work with. Her level of knowledge was very good. The installation guy did a fantastic job and kept everything clean. He did some things that I didn't think were possible. I have radiant heat in there and he had to work around one of those registers and I'd never know he had to do it.

Years ago we had BATH FITTER install a new shower pan over the existing because it leaked. Worked well & all was fine until earlier this year when it developed a crack. I called & yes it was under warranty & was quickly ordered. Several weeks after waiting for it to come in I found I had to wait several more weeks before someone could make it out to install. After it was installed I showered and found it leaked VERY BADLY. The sweep had been left off. Many phone calls later someone came out to "fix" it. He moved the door higher, but did not reattach the sweep??!

I’ve seen Bath Fitter from a friend that had something done. I like the product. It keeps clean nice and easy. I used them before for restoring a rental house that I had and I did the bath above it. I had another duplex that needed a bath tub, so I called them back because I wanted the same type of deal and I did have it. I liked it. Plus, the quality is a step above other remodeling companies. I did the tub five years ago and I did another tub last May. I'll use them again on that duplex next time when it’s available.

We had Bath Fitter do our tub and master bath shower in May. I like the way they took everything out. They would not cover up and it's guaranteed. The rep was on time, very professional and made the right suggestions. He let us make our own decisions but he guided us in the correct way. The installer was fantastic too. I had a very old poodle who barks at anything. I told him about it and at the end of the installation, he said, “I think Danny and I became friends.” So, that definitely means a lot. A week after the installation, we had a leak in the master bath shower head and it was a pinhole. They came out the same day when I called and replaced it. And when I came home, the only way I knew they were there is that my bathroom shines. There was no dirt and you wouldn't know they were there.

When I contracted Bath Fitter to do my bathroom I was told that everything was taken care of by Bath Fitter. Why did I have to go to the building dept. and arrange for a inspection and then wait the next day for the inspector to come and inspect Bath Fitter work? I assume that my time is not as valuable as yours? Please inform me how you feel about this.

Your crew did an outstanding job on the new bathroom. The technician was awesome. Required about 12 hours but he stayed with it until it was completed. Can not tell you how happy we were with the final product. WE were encouraged to have Bathfitter come back out to the home to address the other bathroom which was outfitted with a shower enclosure about 10 years earlier. NOW that shower unit looks just like it was installed yesterday! Fantastic company!

Bath Fitter was over at the state fairgrounds and the lady that ran the booth was very friendly, easy to get along with, and she got us interested in the tub. She gave us some literature and we look over things and decided that Bath Fitter offered what we wanted to do in our bathroom. Their sales rep came to the house and then offered us some options and we told him what we wanted. He was really good, and we got our bath tub redone.

I’m becoming more and more incapacitated. I still have a chair stepping over the side of the tub after three years because I crashed in the tub one day and I badly damaged my feet. So I had to remodel my bathroom. Bath Fitter has a good reputation. And I love the fact that I don’t have a wood frame around my window anymore that I have to keep painted and wiped off. The moisture doesn’t get through the paint. It looks so finished and clean and neat.

Bath Fitter is a good investment. I wanted the install that could give me the zero caulk and lifetime warranty leaks, among other things. I sat down with the salesman over a year ago and because of the illnesses in the family, I postponed the project for an additional six to eight months, and the span of Bath Fitter's scheduling salespeople or whoever was involved gave me no hard time. My mother ended up having blood cancer and getting that install was the least of my concern, so Bath Fitter put it out three months at a time and we touched base. The rep who did the scheduling stayed in touch and the installer was very experienced.

Bath Fitter was the right company for me because they would do what I want. I bought a tub a couple of months ago and I was happy with the work that they did. From the time I ordered until the time they came it took nine weeks. The interaction with the sales rep was good. Everything went well and I'd recommend them.

I was at a fair in Walkersville and I saw Bath Fitter’s booth. At first, I didn't think that they did the kind of liners for the type of tub I had, 'cause I had a claw foot cast iron cast iron tub. I didn't really think much of it until I was talking to one of the guys and he took the time to talk to me about the house and told them how old it was. I was initially planning on just doing the painting of the inside of the tub until the salesman who came out to the house informed me that the paint is only temporary and how the lead paints from the tub can get into the water. I have kids in the house and I didn't want that for them. And so they told me that once I put this liner, I wouldn't have to worry about any more stuff. It is very good and it's a lot easier to walk on. It is more comfortable on our feet, so that was unexpected plus there.

We like Bath Fitter's seamless wall so we had a shower redone with them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable but I had to send the first installer out of my house. When he pulled up in my driveway, my front door was open. We walked up to the door and he stood there and looked at me. He never greeted me and introduced himself until I asked who he was.

We had a bathroom problem that we needed to be fixed so we called Bath Fitter. The sales rep was a little pushy but we came to a deal with him. He first quoted us a really high price which we couldn’t do but we talked some more and he came down to where we felt we could afford to do. Then, it took about five or six weeks for a guy to come out. We purchased a one-piece thing that they put in. It's the shower part and we have a curtain up there. It’s nice and it’s what we needed for where it was at. The guy that came was very good and didn’t mess around. He had to fix the floor first and then the next day, he had a young man with him who was sort of in training. They did their thing and it was done. It was a good experience overall.

Very timely, very clean installation, very friendly installer who was eager to share all aspects of the installation. Would have preferred brass fittings for the shower but we chose the brushed fixtures. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing a new bathroom!

Bath Fitter was the only company that was actually doing what I wanted and needed. I got a tub over tub from them a month and a half ago. It's my first Bath Fitter remodel and I'm very content with it. I felt very comfortable with their sales rep who was very informative and took his time to explain all the details. Also, the guy who put the tub in treated my home very well like it's his own home. He cleaned up and there wasn't any trash or debris left. I felt very comfortable with them that when my mother and I had lunch, I also treated all of them to lunch. If there’s anyone that I know who needs a tub, I would talk to them about doing it, let them see mine and show them how impressed I was.

We’re completely satisfied with Bath Fitter. We’ve dealt with them about six years ago when we didn’t want to have to take the bathtub and everything out. Bath Fitter wouldn’t have to completely gut the bathroom and they could fix what was there. So, we had at that time had the old bathtub painted and had the shower surround and the wall hanging put on. Bath Fitter seemed like an easy way for us to get what we need done. They also have a lifetime guarantee. Their product has to be a really good one in order for them to have a lifetime warranty on it. This time, we went ahead and did the shower over the bathtub with them. The young gentleman who came down here did a professional job. It's been a great experience with Bath Fitter and I’d recommend them.

Installer and entire experience positive - all received high marks from us. I wish we had been informed about the 24 month same as cash promotion you've been running all month - it would have been nice to be given that option since our install was completed not too long before the promo started.

The builders didn't do a good job on the shower upstairs in the master bedroom and I always had problems with it. I didn't like it so I wanted to cover it after all these years. Plus, I'm selling the house anyway. However, I didn't want to tear the whole shower down and I wanted to get it done in two days. I went on the internet and I picked Bath Fitter out because they were in the area where I was.

From my initial call to Bath Fitter until the installer left, I was very favorably impressed. Throughout I was treated professionally with every facet fully explained. While I found the price daunting, I'm glad I went forward because the new tub is gorgeous. It is a perfect fit and really improved the whole room. I'm happy to recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Two months ago, we had Bath Fitter put in a shower and shelving in our half bath. Had a really good interaction with their sales representative. However, he was misleading at first. We had designed the remodel and had everything approved for financing. We got it ready to go but we had to push back on the installation date because my wife had a surgery. Then, the rep notified me that I had to get it installed immediately, but he never discussed with me initially that the financing system has went out. So we lost the financing and that finance company was horrible. We had to go to another and with the finances acting up as the primary part, they messed that up. He knew what he was talking about. He knew what to say and what not to say and what he did not say got us caught up. Our experience with Bath Fitter had been challenging so I would tell others to be careful.

In a word our experience was wonderful. We absolutely love our new tub and surround. The installer was excellent and spent a lot of time fixing the mistakes of the people who previously installed a tub and surround. He explained everything he was doing and why and did an amazing job. We could not be happier.

I was at BJ's one day and I was able to see what Bath Fitter was made of, the durability. So even though it's a little bit expensive, it's gonna last me a lifetime so it's worth it. I got the regular bath tub that also has a shower for my second bathroom. It has the backsplash that goes almost all the way up to my ceiling and it brings the shower pole. It looks very nice and I love it. Their sales rep came over and took some measurements. Then he explained everything about it. He was very informative and helpful. Then the installer who came out was polite and a good clean worker.

We went to a local home show and they had several of these outfits out. So, we decided to call in a salesman from each one. We like the Bath Fitter salesman the best and thought he had the best product and a good price, so we decided to go ahead with him. He seemed to be the most honest in his approach. He originally quoted me a price, but it was too high for me. So he worked with me and we got the price down to what I felt was a reasonable level. Then the installers who came out were very nice guys. They called me, scheduled the appointment, then the guys came early that morning. They ripped off the old one and put in a new one, and they were all done by late afternoon. They did everything they said they were going to do on a schedule and then they put all the old stuff away. We had the bath tub replaced with a complete walk-in shower and it's very beautiful.

Our plumbing is as old as our house, which was built on 1951, so we suspected we might have some plumbing problems. Bath Fitter is the only company that claimed that they will be able to take care of a problem on the spot without calling an extra plumber. They also ensured us that if there was a plumbing problem behind the wall, there wasn't going to be an additional payment. It turns out that we didn't have any problems in plumbing but they still put in new fixture controls.

The salesman that came to my house and told me about Bath Fitter was good. He sold me on it and I didn’t even talk to any other company. Dealing with him was excellent. I purchased a shower tub with a grab bar and a shelf in March and they put it on in May. It was very expensive but I was willing to pay the money for it. It’s going to be there for the rest of my life so that’s okay. Overall, it's been a very good experience.

Our project (new bath and new shower) went very well. Kevin ** was the tech on both jobs. His attention to detail on both projects was excellent. We could not ask for a better experience and we will definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who is in need of a first class upgrade.

We purchased a tub and a backsplash from Bath Fitter and the quality is very good. But I thought it was a little expensive compared to what other people had. The sales representative came quickly and was thorough. We understood what we were getting when he left. One guy did the installation and he was very efficient. He cleaned up very well after himself. It was good to have it all done in one day.

We liked the tub and the way it wasn't so plain was the main reason we chose Bath Fitter. We purchased a tub and a shower in February but they didn't get everything done until May. The sales rep did an excellent job. He came and sat down at the table with us. He measured for the shower and the tub and then it was more than a month before he was able to make ends meet to come and put the shower and the tub in.

After purchasing from them, it took them about a month before they could come back and put it in. We had the tub taken out and had the shower put in. Then, we had the three-tier shelf and we had the glass doors. I like the installers and the quality of the bathroom. I'd recommend them.

Although built in the '50s, our house is rather up to date, except for the master bath and the bath in the hallway. The bathrooms were tiled from ceiling to floor. The tile on the walls of the surrounding were pink, blue, black and white and we have a pink cast iron bathtub in the master bath, which we couldn't take out. When we went to an event in Wheeling and saw a Bath Fitter kiosk, we looked into them, got the information and decided that we wanted to have our bathrooms done. We had the master bath and the game room bathroom put in. My husband took all of the tile off the walls and we had to have a plasterer come in, because in those days, the tile was meant to stay there until the house came down. When Bath Fitter came in, they covered all the tile inside the bathtub area, did the bathtub and the ceiling and it came out beautifully.

I saw Bath Fitter advertised on television. I checked them out and they came out to show me what they offer. Everything sounded good. Their sales representative was very complete and thorough too. He showed us pictures and we went from that. Their installers were wonderful workers as well. They tore out the old shower and put the new one in. They worked without a break and cleaned up perfectly after they finished. We were very pleased with their work. The shower looks good and it works fine. Excellent! If any of my friends are considering bath remodeling done, I’ll have them check out Bath Fitter.

From the first phone contact for an appointment for a consultation to the finished installation I was impressed with politeness, courtesy and concern for my request. Everyone was intent to please me.
