I called some other companies and heard about Bath Fitter from my dad. I liked Bath Fitter's lifetime guarantee so I got an Empress tub from them last June. The sales rep was very personable and the installation guy did a really good job and was very professional. However, the work was completed in about seven weeks which was a little longer than I thought it would take when I first ordered it. But overall it was a really good work.

We had the presentation from Bath Fitter in the summer and that’s when we set up everything to be done. Bruce was the salesperson who came out and did the presentation about the products that Bath Fitter offered and he was excellent. He was very congenial and it almost felt like he was a member of the family. The technician who came to do the installation worked within the timeframe we were told. I wasn’t there when the installations took place, but when I left we had the old bathroom, and when I came home, I came home to a new bathroom and it was beautiful.

I made a purchase from Bath Fitter two months ago. The sales rep came in and did an excellent job. He measured and so everything went great. It was the same with the installation. A guy came in and did a very thorough job. The thing is, I had to call them when the product came in and they didn’t call me. They were supposed to call me when the parts and the product came in and I waited and waited almost three additional weeks and that part was already in. That part could be improved.

I was very happy with the service from start to end. Salesman, Pat ** was very helpful and knowledgeable. Installer was friendly, helpful and did a beautiful job. Finished in 1 day. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The entire process went very smoothly from start to finish.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was fantastic! Every person with whom we interacted---the salesman, pre-installation man, those on the telephone, installer----every one of them was kind, professional, friendly and a joy! We are completely happy with the results, and thank you for the excellent service. As with anything, it would've been nice if the entire project had not been so pricey----but we feel the service and installation were very well-done, and are completely satisfied. Thank you!

My friend referred me to Bath Fitter. We saw Bath Fitter at one of the fairs and I purchased two different bathrooms from them. However, my friend never got her $100. We got the $100 for the first one as a referral and they claimed that her name wasn’t even on file and that they put it on file. They eventually sent her her money, but we had to kinda beg for it. Other than that, my experience with their reps has been good.

Bath Fitter was great. They were very fair and very nice people to work with and went out of their way. I like them. I got a bathtub with the wall enclosed and all new fixtures. They came in and brought in a booklet that I could look at to see whether I wanted a design in the walls. They showed me the fixtures, and how the tub would go over the top of my tub.

Well we had a pretty big project. After the first day the man went home, we developed a leak in the wall of the untouched bathroom. The man came right back and fixed the leak, no charge then finished the job. Excellent job.

My mom and my ex-husband told me about Bath Fitter and they both liked their bathtubs. My bathtub was installed last September and the installation was fine. The only thing I'd complain about is they told me that they would give my mother $100 for the referral, but she had it done 10 years ago and she moved down to Pennsylvania. They don’t have any record in Pennsylvania of her ever having had it and since she moved she threw away her receipts so she couldn’t prove it. I was a little ticked off that she didn’t get her money. Other than that, they did a good job.

We've been thinking about remodeling our bathroom but we haven't been able to do it yet. Then I saw Bath Fitter advertised somewhere. We got the tub from them and it's amazing. They put it in beginning of September and we had other issues we had to deal with before we let them come in the house. It just worked out and they were able to get it done in one day. Their staff seemed knowledgeable. The installation team were good and everything was cleaned up when they were done. I have recommended them and will recommend them again.

While I am grateful to have a working shower, outside of the material used to make the shower enclosure. The doors are unsafe, for that kind of money I thought the doors would be a lot sturdier. The glass is really thin and not support a grown-up's weight if they were to fall, and I was also under the impression the doors would be as tall as the enclosure.

I'd been thinking about remodeling my bathroom for quite a while and I had gotten from other companies a couple of prior estimates, which were high. I was looking for something a little more reasonable, and that’s what Bath Fitter gave me so I went with them. I purchased a shower and I like it. The installation went smoothly and quickly. Initially, I allowed two days for the installation but the installation guy was able to get it done in a single day.

We contacted Bath Fitter because of their reputation. We thought the price was extremely high, but because we thought they would do a great job, we accepted the price. It looks good but there are several issues that I am not pleased with. They put a gouge in the drywall outside the shower while taking the old drywall out and did not repair it. They also got white glue or plaster in the gray grout on our tile floor and did not clean it up, so now it has set. The bar on the outside shower door lines up behind our sink, so we can't hang a towel on it or use it. And the worst thing is that they advertise the floor is non-slip and it is not. We had to purchase a non-slip floor covering from somewhere else so that it will be safe. I voiced some of these concerns on the survey they left with us, but they never addressed them. Not pleased Bath Fitter!!

I went to a home show and heard about Bath Fitter. I knew they had a quality product and I talked to a couple of other people who had work done in their homes and they were more than satisfied. We got a shower stall from them back in April of this year but we delayed the installation of it until this September. The sales rep was a knowledgeable fellow and able to explain what was going to be done. The installer did what he said he would do, answered questions and explained what he wanted done. We had a little issue with a step into the shower and I asked that he make the step as little as possible. That wasn't discussed initially but the installer cooperated very much in getting that done. All went well and as planned.

My husband and I are very pleased with the results of the wonderful changes that Bath Fitter has made to our bathroom. It's a lot easier to manage the cleaning too! With a few added accessories and personal touches to the completed work, our new bathroom will be picture perfect.

Overall, it was excellent with Bath Fitter. However, I'm not sure if the hot water faucet is working quite right. The Bath Fitter people need to call and come check it. There's not much of a range. If you start to turn the faucet on, the water will get hot, but for just a little while, then it starts to cool, and then the rest of it is so cold. This is the only other bath I squared away, and I don't know whether it's set in there right or not.

I had 2 bathrooms updated by Bath Fitter. They showed up when Scheduled. They were both professional and very courteous. It took them 1 day to install. Everything was perfect. I am very happy with the product and colors. The install went flawlessly. They went over care, cleaning and operation of the shower and bath. I had my bathrooms updated from the floor to the ceiling, and with the tub and shower, the bathrooms still didn't look updated. The bathrooms were 35 years old. I am the original owner. After the Bath Fitter equipment was installed, my bathrooms look new again. Thank You Bath Fitter.

At first, I was apprehensive about the overall cost of the project and the fact that it would take 8 - 10 weeks for the installation. The TV ads are somewhat misleading in the it is not a "next day installation". However, given the professional nature of all with whom I worked, the top quality materials used in the installation, and the actual results, I am comfortable with the overall cost and the time involved. I may have another bathroom redone and will call of Bath Fitter for a proposal. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

My mother's bathroom was the pits. She has mold in it and she thought nothing was wrong with it. We called Metropolitan Bath but they said she needed to call them and they couldn't talk to us. She has dementia and when she was in her lucid mind, she talked to Bath Fitter to do the job for her. They did a good job and I liked their approach, that it would only take one day. However, they're a little expensive. We used them only because we had to go with something that could take one day as my mother would interfere with their work. She would probably do something to hurt herself when no one was there, messing with stuff and being inquisitive.

When some repairs were done at my rental unit, the repairmen damaged the tub which was fiberglass. I had a guy come in and patch the fiberglass and then he painted it. When my tenants moved in, they said the paint was flaking off. Whatever they used to clean the tub was causing the paint to come off. And rather than calling the guy who did the repair, I said I'm gonna do this one time and do it right. Bath Fitter has a good reputation and I have their advertisement. So, I decided to give them a call. I had my tub/shower unit fixed by them. Their salespeople were very good and professional. The installation team did a great job, too. They were on time and they cleaned up after.

Happy with introduction to process and the actual installation worker allowed time for questions and friendly conversation. Very professional at same time with the comfort of feeling comfortable with a stranger in your house. Still painting have not used shower yet ... Can't wait.

I had my tub cover and surround done by Bath Fitter three months ago. Sales reps were friendly, courteous, gave good information. The installation team was fine too. They were very friendly and helpful. They broke a piece off my medicine chest, but they replaced it before they left. They went to the local hardware store down the road, got the piece that was needed and fixed it. So I had no complaints about that. Happy to deal with them.

I didn't want to tear the whole bathroom out so I went for a remodel. A lady in the neighborhood said that she had used Bath Fitter and I didn’t know of any other company that put a skin over like Bath Fitter does. Then I saw a kiosk in the mall in Coralville, and I picked up a card and sent it in. Their sales reps were pleasant and were concise about what the price was and what the products were. The installation was supposed to be done in a day but it took two days because the measurement was not correct. It was off one inch. The gentleman who did the install came back the next day and finished it up. It wasn’t an inconvenience to me though. My experience with Bath Fitter worked out very well. I enjoy the product.

I was getting a reverse mortgage and there were certain things in the house that needed to be taken care of before I got somebody in to do an appraisal. The bathroom was one of the things that really needed to be done. We had it remodeled thru Bath Fitter because I thought they would do a really good job even though they seemed to be on the expensive side. Their sales reps were very good. Everybody who I talked to was very nice. The installer was also very nice. We even talked about music and everything for a little while.

Bath & shower - Excellent work, pleasant people to deal with. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend. No hassles, no mess, quick installation, true professional workmanship. From start to finish I felt comfortable that I received the best product and service available on the market and trust me I did shop around.

The order was overdue the 8 wk delivery by 2 weeks, then it was bumped up a week due to an opening in the schedule. Made it tough to plan for but a quick install when it got here and a thorough clean up when completed. Love the new walk in shower. Needed one return service call. He called back next day at 9 and could be here in an hour, which luckily fit my schedule for the day. He was punctual, polite and it was a quick fix but again prior planning was a slight issue. All in all very pleased with the product.

My bathroom was looking really gross so I remodeled it with Bath Fitter. I like that they had a lifetime guarantee. Their sales reps were all great and professional, and I'm very impressed with the installation team. I can't believe that it got installed in one day. If I had done this on my own I would have had to call the plumber, a tiler, and the handyman. I would've had to call three or four people and coordinate all that. But I didn't have to do any of that and I'm not sure I knew how to. That's why I was really happy with how Bath Fitter handled it.

Shower doors are broken... the clips at the bottom. Service is difficult, no impossible to reach, and have called multiple times, and still no service. Very upset and angry. I have called the service number, it has hung up on me multiple times or has been busy. When I have gotten service I was told someone would come. Never heard back. This problem has been unsolved for months.

Our bathroom was old and my wife said we needed to update it. I usually do everything myself - I just buy the parts and install them myself. I was going to do that but then I figured to give Bath Fitters a chance and see how expensive they are and what I get for it. So they came in and were pretty steep compared to what I could have done by myself. But I realized it will be a good job and it would kickstart the project for me. So I talked to my wife and said to get it started with Bath Fitters and then I'll do all the rest of it myself.

The job was completed as ordered in the time frame estimated. The shower installed is a quality product which when finished looked great. The installer was clean and studios and when done very helpful with instructions. The job went as expected from start to finish.

We were very well pleased with all aspects of the Bath Fitter experience. From the first visit sales person, Brian **, the pre-installation Technician and especially the installer, Alex **. All professional people who did the highest quality work. To be honest the price was higher than I was expecting. However, having a lifetime guarantee, all installation work which included removal, all or any wood replacement, sheetrock, plumbing, plastering, caulking and clean up was definitely worth the cost. We are completely (and more than) satisfied. I have already advise a friend to call Bath Fitter when he said he was looking for a tub replacement. Great Job!

I could no longer get into the tub to shower because of my handicaps so we took the tub out and put in a walk-in shower. The interactions we had with the Bath Fitter sales rep were all very positive. He was very pleasant, he didn't hurry up and he explained everything fully to us. He was concerned that we had made the choices that we wanted so we were both very pleased with him. We both love the shower stall and being handicapped, I love the bench. I'd recommend them and we've even shown the bathroom to a few people.

Bath Fitter did our bathtub six years ago and I was satisfied. We wanted to update the shower in our bedroom so I called them. They replaced the shower stall and we got the door, the shelf and the bar. The glass is different. It's not on a strip on the bottom. Instead, it hung from the top. My husband said the door seems thin and it waves back and forth.

Our shower was terrible so we had Bath Fitter remodel our bathroom. They installed shower with ease at the end of August. The installer is a gentleman who was nice and efficient. He worked hard all day and got it done. It was overall a good experience.

The sales rep did a poor job of writing my order and when it was installed the wrong shower head/system was installed. I was told it would be replaced and I would not be charged but it has taken a month and it still hasn't been taken care of. Bath Fitter is too slow to install and wrong with the order and then too long to get the issues corrected. I am still waiting.

We were thinking about remodeling the bathroom in our house in Ohio and going with Bath Fitter seemed to be the easiest way to get the job done and make it all look nice and updated. They had their acts together and they knew exactly how to do the job. The salesman came and explained what they did. It sounded it would be a pretty good spiff floors to get the tub. When the salesman told me they’d get it done in one day, I thought how they were gonna do that. But their tech went right at it and he didn’t even take a day. He was there by 8:00 and was finished a little after 2:00, cleaned up after himself and showed us how everything worked and how to take care of it. It was an exceptional job. Bath Fitter did everything they said they were gonna do. I would recommend them.

I used the line from another unsatisfied customer. Do not use this company! They do not stand behind their products and they don't call you back in a timely manner when you have a problem. They don't use licensed plumbers and then claim they don't have to pay you to fix a problem their "installer" did. I had a tub installed in Dec. By February it leaked to the unit below. It was not installed properly. Bath Fitter in San Diego claims that they will not pay the full bill because they weren't given the opportunity to fix. Well, when there is only one bath room in a condo and your downstairs neighbors don't want to be inconvenienced, waiting a day or two to return the call is unacceptable and you HAVE to hire a licensed plumber to fix it. Heck no, I didn't want another one of their "unlicensed" installers fixing it anyway.

The tile in our bathroom was falling out and we contacted Bath Fitter because we had them do another house about eight years prior and I liked the job that was done. The sales representative was very polite, pleasant and prompt. We were happy. We did two bathrooms. We put a tub and shower in one bathroom and just a tub and a partial wall in another bathroom. The installers showed up when they said they would and took the amount of time they said it would take. They were very clean and got it done. It was what we expected and it was done to our satisfaction.

Our tub and shower were at least 50 years if not more. The tiles and grouting were impossible to clean. Our Bath Fitter installation has changed that completely. The work was completed in a very timely fashion and we are enjoying the results.

We are extremely happy with our Bath Fitter purchase. Our installer, Kingston was fabulous. He prepared the work area, worked diligently through both days of the install and all the work was completed in a highly professional manner. It looks great and we would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to those considering this service.

I am happy to have the new bathtub and surround. However I do wish the color could have matched better with the toilet and sink color. It is way too white and too plain. I really didn't get to pick anything that I might be more pleased with. The salesman seemed to do the choosing and told me what I wanted. When we first spoke with Walter he knew what we wanted but this man did not ask. I am sorry. My bathroom looks much cleaner though.

A girl I work with had dealt with Bath Fitter years ago and said she's happy with hers. I was debating whether to have the tub removed and put a new tub in or the Bath Fitter way. But the more I heard the commercial, the better I liked it. So I decided not to go and have the tub torn out. I had the tub and shower stall put in. It's beautiful and easy to clean. The only thing is I have to be careful about the cleaning products I use on it.

My son had his bath done and was very happy with Bath Fitter. He gets mildew and they come back and take care of it every time. Since my bathtub was in bad shape I had my bathroom remodelled by them. My husband and I are both seniors and he isn't able to do as much work. The sales rep seemed nice but was talkative. The company did what they said they were going to do. We're very pleased with the man who installed it. We felt he did a good job. After installation, they had a vacuum that took everything up. I was happy with Bath Fitter and haven't had any problems yet. It was a pleasant experience.

We heard about Bath Fitter at our local mall. A very nice gentleman came to talk to us and explained everything, and we liked the product. We did a shelf and the tub and shower combination. We also had the shower in our second bathroom. The rep that came and measured everything for both tubs, as well as the installer, were great.

Our bathroom was old. We got a new shower wall, tub, and faucet drain assembly from Bath Fitter. Everything went well with everybody. They were very professional and the gentleman who came to measure and put in the tub system did a great job. If somebody asked us, we would definitely recommend them.

When we realized that we needed to get our mother a walk-in shower, I went on the website for Bath Fitter. I saw their number and made the call. The sales representative was very good, very personable, knowledgeable and gave a very nice presentation. We enjoyed him. He was not high-pressured at all. The installation man told us that it could possibly take two days. So we took my mother to our house in Pennsylvania. Then they called and said it was already done in one day. But we didn't want to turn around and drive her back the very next day as she's 93 years old. My brother went up and saw it before we did. He called us and said it looks beautiful. When we walked in, it was spotless. We felt very comfortable with the whole process. They made it very easy for us and gave us choices. My mother is thrilled with it.

Their salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. He was willing to work deals with us. The installation team also did an excellent job. They were very clean and everything was done according to what they promised. The job was completed when they said it would be and everything was done for the price that was quoted. One of my tenants told me about Bath Fitter. I checked them out and was intrigued, so I followed up and called. I had one of the reps come and give me the sales pitch and explain everything that Bath Fitter was prepared to do - the product and the service - and I thought it was a good fit, so I commissioned to do the job. I got the tub, shower, doors, and some hardware. It was a pretty extensive job as it included the walls, from floor to ceiling, the new tub, and the replacement of some of the pipes behind the wall. I was there from start to finish, and the installation team’s work was exemplary.

From my parents' experience, I know that Bath Fitter stands behind their work and they have a lifetime warranty with their product. I had them out before but their rep was very pushy that's why I didn't go with them that time. But one seemed like a very good guy and was very informative. He wasn't aggressive and left it up to what I wanted to do. I highly recommend him to any of my friends. The installation team was fantastic. Something broke during the install but they went ahead and replaced it with a brand new product. Overall, it was a good product and I had a positive experience.

I’ve been promising my wife for bathroom remodeling for 10 years and this time we're going to do it so my wife looked up for Bath Fitter. We purchased it two months ago. They demoed an old tub and a walk-in shower, glass doors, the brushed bronze faucet and shower head. I was happy with the their product - the one piece and the quarter inch thickness of it and the amount of time to install it. We checked Sears too, but they wanted four to five days to do it but Bath Fitter gave me two days and their installer was done in a day and a half. I was really pleased with him. He showed up when he said he was going to, had everything cleaned up and I couldn’t be happier with it. I had zero dirt now by the bathroom. He even cleaned up after day one and he had all his stuff put away.

We are so happy with the work that Kyle did. Our bathroom looks great. He came on time and worked all day taking out the old cast iron tub and setting up for the new shower stall. On the second day he finished up. For one fellow he did a wonderful job. Left the area clean and beautiful. Thank you.

I had water leaking from my shower all the way to the basement, so I had to have something done. I thought going with Bath Fitter would be faster and it would not make too much of a mess because I had a tiled shower. I knew they would have to break out all the tiles and then it would be a lengthy, expensive project. So I thought they would work quickly and when they came so well-recommended, I decided to go with them. The sales rep was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had a book which was very helpful because it listed my area code who all had work done by Bath Fitter. There were several people in Marietta that I knew that had work done by them, and that helped me a great deal to make the decision. The only thing was that as my daughter recommended me, the rep told her he would see that she got a $100 bonus for the recommendation, and so far she hasn't gotten it.

When I started thinking about doing my bathroom, I stopped in Bath Fitter and asked them a question. They gave me a card and I called up and had an appointment set up. They sat down and showed me what they were going to do, and I like its ease and convenience. Knowing that it wouldn’t be dragged out and that it’d be done in a timely manner. I liked that it’s all one-piece, easy to clean up and there’s a lifetime warranty. Their sales rep was very good. Any question I asked, he had an answer for. He seemed to know what he was talking about. He knew the questions I was going to ask before I ever asked them.

Our bathroom really needed remodeling. The tile in our bathtub was pushed in and it was leaking into our downstairs closet. I had it duct taped for years. We got a shower installed by Bath Fitter in our downstairs bathroom. And then upstairs, we had our bathtub covered and then they took all the tiles off and put in a surround. It's beautiful and I love it. It's perfect. The installers were also both so kind and they got both things done in one day. The downstairs shower was supposed to take two days but the guy finished it in one day. It was very impressive. They really did a fantastic job. And they even gave us instructions on how to clean and care for it.

Everything was worn in our bathroom and it needed repairing. Bath Fitter seemed the best and simple way to go for me at the time, and my mother referred me to them. The sales rep was very professional. Everything went great, except that we settled the date so many times. I had a 10-week wait and I didn't agree with that. The installation tech was very courteous and did an excellent job. Bath Fitter couldn't have sent a better guy. However, my mother was told that she would get $100 for the referral but she hasn't received anything.

At first, Bath Fitter called us all the time. It was horrible. For years we told them that we weren't ready. But this year my husband went to the Air Show in Dayton and Bath Fitter was there. He talked to somebody to come out to the house and they did. The only thing he wasn't happy with is their reps pressured us. To get a discount, we had to sign up right away and give a check. He didn't really like that but we went ahead with it. We've had good vibes about Bath Fitter. Different people have said that it was a good company and that it does a good job. We had our bathtub taken out and then the walk-in shower put in with all the walls around in that area. The installers were very knowledgeable and did a wonderful. We were satisfied.

We had both of our bathrooms redone by Bath Fitter. We took the five-foot fiberglass tub that was there and removed it and put a five-foot shower with very nice shower doors on them. I build custom homes for a living and I was impressed. And when they showed up to do the work, there were two different installers. One in the first floor, and the other guy on the second floor and we were very pleased with what they’re going to do and what they ended up doing. They also cleaned up and did everything properly.

We had our bathtub reglazed a few years ago and it was chipping, peeling and cracking. It was in need of a repair desperately. Bath Fitter's the most recognizable name and a gentleman I work with used another company many years ago and they weren’t pleased with the results. The sales rep was excellent and very thorough. He was very laid back and honest about everything, which was encouraging. The installer was very thorough in his explanation of what he would be doing before he got started, and that was helpful. The sales rep and the installer both were very detail-oriented. From start to finish, the process was easy and smooth. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of service of the staff. They were very courteous and knowledgeable of what they’re offering and providing. They seemed to genuinely want to assist their customers and to provide a great product for them.

I was considering selling my house so I had my bathroom remodeled. I did a lot of research on reviews and there were a lot of good reviews for Bath Fitter. I really liked that they could guarantee they'd be in and out in a day because I only have one bathroom in my house and I couldn't afford to have it torn up for a long time. The sales rep came over to the house to present the products that they have and provide me with an opportunity to figure out what I wanted and get the quote together. The guy that did the installation was amazing, very professional, and conscientious. I had them remove the tub and got a walk-in shower with a surround glass shower door and some accessories for it. He did a more thorough job doing cleanup than I would have even expected. He checked with me on all the different questions about where to place the hand rails that I wanted. Everything that Bath Fitter did was amazing.

My wife really likes the bathrooms to be very nice and clean. We've put in sections and pieces in there that have seams with molds. But she got tired of it and told me that she wanted to get Bath Fitter. We did the walk-in shower and really love it because the pattern we chose came long enough that they would go all the way up to the ceiling and have no seams at all. They also made our little bathroom window waterproof by framing it all out. We installed some handrails and put in the shower head and sprayer as well. We also got the corner piece for the shelving and then we elected to do the seat. It's like in an extra bedroom but in the future, it might be ours when we get older and move downstairs since it would be harder to go up and down the steps and even harder to get into bathtubs.

Our bathroom was starting to get mold, it was in a cracked and rough state. The remodeling of Bath Fitter was a good work, I'm satisfied with my new bathroom. Plus, working with the sales rep and the installation team was good. We're happy with our experience and have no complaints.

We previously had Bath Fitter and they covered our existing tub. We had a leaking faucet and they came and repaired that the next day, at no charge. I'm looking forward to stuff like that so I went with them again. My tub's now slightly lower so I don't have to step up into it. The sales rep was superior, and the delivery team went above and beyond from what we're used to. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody and they are top quality.

My bathroom was definitely old so it was time to get a new look. A friend recommended Bath Fitter, and I got a new bathtub, sliding door, shower head, and fixtures from them in August. One of the selling points of going with them was the time that it took to install. It was a day and a half, which was great, whereas other estimates that I got from other contractors would’ve been for several days. It was very easy to work with them - from the sales guy to have an appointment scheduled, to the contractors to have them come and do the installation. They had people telling me what was going to happen along the way.

Our bathroom was beat up, so it was time for us to do a remodel. We had the whole thing done by Bath Fitter a month ago, including the shower and its surround, the bathtub and all the fixtures that went with it. They were a little expensive, but we had no problems in terms of how easy it was done and how easy it was to take care of. They took everything out and put everything in there. Their sales rep gave me a lot of detail on what we're up against, and the guy that came out to install it was excellent. He even cleaned up after himself. Overall, they were very professional and everything was straight up.

I can't even give my experience a rating. This is still an ongoing problem. My solution at this point is to have the unit pulled and a refund of my thousands of dollars sent for the most unprofessional experience ever. I will discourage anyone thinking of using this company. Gave it one star because it would allow me to submit without a rating. My true rating is -0.

I've lived in the house for almost 30 years and there had been a couple of times when I had to patch the tub, so I felt it was time to get a new one. It seemed like a good idea to put a tub over the one that I had and I thought Bath Fitter could do that. Unfortunately, they couldn't do it with the fiberglass tub that I had. That was disappointing. I wished they had said that before they were already in the house to do the work. So they had to take out the walls that surrounded the tub and what was underneath it for support, put in the replacement for the walls, then put the tub and the fixtures in. But the work got more expensive and cost almost $6,000. It was not what I expected, so I had it on a monthly payment plan until I pay it off. But the sales rep and the installation people were very nice and polite. They even cleaned up all the way down the hallway and the stairs since the bathtub is on the top floor.

We were so satisfied with the first tub installation that Bath Fitter did almost four years ago, so we also had them do our second bathroom a little over a month ago. We had an entire tub and surround put in. We talked to their salesman, Donny, for both times and he was very thorough, personable and kind. It was like we’d known him for 30 years. An agent of Bath Fitter had set up at a supermarket where I shopped. I stopped and talked to her because we were on the market for a walk-in shower. I'm 91 and my wife is 76 and it is time to make something easier there in getting in and out of. The agent made an appointment for a rep to come to our house. I got an all glass shower and we are so happy with it. The reps were all very nice. My wife had some requisites that she wanted to ask about and they filled them. They did a good job. I had one guy come out before but I couldn’t do it so they helped get me a lower rate. And then, I had them back out and agreed to the terms. Installed in Jan., Sept. called because water between tub and their tub. Tried to fix. Week later water back. Service tech trusted faucet to try to remove. Couldn't remove. He sealed drain told me to not run water for 4 hours. 5 hours later turn on water and sprayed all over and caused water in bedroom. They broke pipe in wall causing water in bedroom. I need help getting this fixed properly. Please call.

I’m tired of cleaning all the mold so I thought it was time to remodel my bathroom. I bought a Bath Fitter walk-in shower which had no caulking on its wrap-around wall. I had a tub to shower conversion. Don't get me wrong, the installation was fabulous. I can't say that for my salesman. I didn't get shower doors because I wanted to use different shower curtains to change up the colors in the bathroom. I got a 3 inch shower base. Had I known it was too low and water would get on the floor every time we showered. I would have been more inclined to get a 6 inch base.

I purchased a Tub, Walls, Faucet and Glass enclosure from Bath Fitter. One the sales person seem very nice but never gave me a breakdown on what I purchased even though he did show me the time of ordering. So when I had a question about pricing I didn't have anything. Then after getting product installed and I was actually very happy with it, some of the corking wasn't completed. I didn't notice right away but I sent 2 emails to Customer Service... And till today NO one has contacted me at all. I guess they have NO PRIDE or care if their Customers are Satisfied with the PRODUCT. The Installer was very informative and efficient but the Quality of work is Questionable. Be careful and make sure if you deal with this Bath Fitter you get an itemized bill and that you look over ALL of the work done.

We tried to call Re-Bath and nobody would answer the phone. So we called Bath Fitter, they answered the phone and they said they would be right out the next day. The salesman that came to our home was very nice, professional and answered all our questions. He explained everything, showed us the book and different products. We purchased the bathtub and the surround shower walls. And he told us normally they're ready in six weeks. If we weren't ready, we could just tell them and they could fit it in whenever we were ready.

We had to keep caulking around the tub, and it was falling apart and drying out. It was horrible so it was time to remodel it. When the Bath Fitter salesman came out to talk to us, he was very knowledgeable and good. Then when the gentleman came out to do the installation, everything went like clockwork. Everybody that I talked to was fantastic. They took out our tub and put in a low side shower for us with the sliding doors. The whole process was very easy. The shower leaks a little bit between the sliding glass doors and the base, but other than that, we’ve been satisfied.

The two guys there were both very friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on and how the company worked, and I thought it was a good deal. They gave me ideas I haven't thought about like covering the window or not. The guy that came out to take the last measurement mentioned about having two showerheads, something I could remove and one that is stationary. It sounded like a good idea but when I called the sales rep back to talk about it, he said that I've got an all-in-one showerhead.

With the bathroom setup I had, I had to remove the surround top and walls and take part of the hall wall out to change my tub out. Rather than go to that much trouble and expense, I used Bath Fitter. I recently had a tub/shower and 2 shower stalls refitted by Capital Bath Fitter. The final products were excellent and completed at a very fair cost. However, two of the three different installers were difficult to work with. In 2 of the installations, a detail specialist (Matt **) came to my home to correct a problem left by the installers. The schedule coordinator "Autumn **" was a pleasure to work with. The time from contract signing with the sales representative to installation "8-10 weeks" seemed to be excessive, but that was clearly stated in the contract.

The sales reps were very polite and informational. Everything is working out great and I'm loving my tub and shower. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

A friend of my daughter told me about Bath Fitter. She was happy with it so I went with them and had their shower and the tub. There was one guy who came for the installation and he was nice. There's a rubber band tied around the head of the shower though, and I don't understand why it's there. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase so far.

My bathtub was installed on a slant and water pools in the corner and therefore, the sliding glass doors gravitate towards the slant. I have booked off work and had to re-book a medical test to accommodate Bath Fitters scheduling totaling 4 days wasted, so far. To date, they have canceled on me 3 times and the repair has still not been done. The install happened 4 months ago!! I'm fed up with the loss of income and the inconvenience of re-booking my medical test.

The only thing I don't like is being given an extra deal and told that if I don't make that decision that night, I don't get that deal. It almost made me say no. Other than that, it was an almost perfect experience.

I was extremely happy with the whole process except it did seem to take a lot of time from contract to installation. I was impressed with the Bath Fitter guy that gave the initial talk. When he came to give an estimate, he said that it could be custom-fitted for that in one piece. We felt that it might be the only thing that would work, so we got the shower that was fitted with the existing cement shower. It's working well. They did a good job. The sales rep and the installer were very thorough and professional with everything. In addition, the installers cleaned up after themselves, and they gave me everything I needed to know to take care of it.

I liked the way they had their little display items so they could show us what it looked like and their sales reps answered all of our questions. In fact, it's cheaper than the bathtub. Plus, I had everything cleaned out. The guy just came in and installed it. He didn’t do the finishing caulking on it because we're not done in the downstairs bathroom. So I feel like there should have been some price breaks for that.

The sales guy from Bath Fitter was very helpful, and the guy that did the installation worked his butt off and got it all done in a day. Everything was good except the caulk around the tub. They over-caulked a bit on the tub instead of around the floor and I feel they could've been a little neater on there. It's a little bit worn out on the bottom but it's a nice tub and I’m happy with it.

Last year Bath Fitter put a new tub in my first bathroom - and did an excellent job. AND it's easy to clean! This year they did the master bath, which is a shower stall. Rick ** was the rep both times and James ** was the installer both times - they were so good. I specifically asked for them. Mr. ** worked in a windowless room on two of the hottest days of the summer with no A/C (my unit went out and was not repaired until a week later) and he never complained - just did a great job. I highly recommend both men - just wish they did sinks!

I needed a bathroom remodeling. Normally, I do my own construction work but I didn't feel like doing that whole tearing out, and rebuilding. I'm not even aware of anyone else that does what Bath Fitter are doing. When I saw the samples at the mall, I was surprised on how sturdy they were because I always thought it would be like something flimsy. Everything was positive. It took about eight hours to remodel my bathroom, and the installer was very efficient, very polite, and cleaned up everything.

We're both out of our 70 and the remodeling of the bathroom was done for safety reasons. The tub was taken out and we got the shower with the handheld spray as well as the one that comes out of the wall; it has glass doors and it's white. The Bath Fitter salesperson was very knowledgeable, willing to ask questions, and accommodating. Plus, the person who came to install was also very willing to explain everything he was going to do step by step. He was tenacious. He started the job, stuck with it, and cleaned up so that nobody would ever have known that he was here. The experience was amazingly pleasant.

I had a leak in my bathroom so I decided to remodel it. I like the Bath Fitter products that I saw at the mall so I ended up purchasing my new bathtub from them. They kept everything very clean. They were very courteous and they did everything nice and quick and cleaned up after themselves.

They have been to our house 4 times. They told us that they would only do our tub if we purchase the surround also. We have real tile in beautiful condition. Why would I cover that? They called us 6 times and gave us better pricing and finally we told them unless they could just do the tub to stop calling. Then they told us that if our tile was in good shape they could do just the tub. They sent somebody out to look at it & he told us the technician would have to check it. 2 weeks later he came out with temporary liners & he said no problem. He said they would call us when the liner was ready to put in. Today they called us and told us they can't do it but will do if we get the walls done too. They only want more money. My friends told me not to trust them. Now I know why. I would never use them.

I tried to sell my home and knew our bathroom was a problem. So, I decided to upgrade it. I bought a plastic thing to go over the top of the tile and three walls and hardware. I spent $4,000 to put three pieces of plastic up and some hardware. Ken the salesperson was good. Anybody who can talk to somebody into spending $4,000 when it's worth $2,000 is a hell of a salesman. The installation team's cleanup was fine. Overall, the job was a decent job.

We had your average, run-of-the-mill fiberglass tub/shower combo for 19 years. Due to health issues and knee replacements, it became apparent that we needed to ditch the old shower, and get a better one more equipped for ease of use. So we called Bath Fitters, and they designed a beautiful shower stall, equipped with a fold-up/down seat, 3 grab bars and gorgeous easy-slide glass doors. The pearl color perfectly matches our existing bathroom, too! Now hopefully we can stay in our home for many years to come, no matter what health issues we may encounter.

Bath Fitter's lifetime guarantee was good as well as the workmanship. I had seen the work in someone else’s home that had Bath Fitter and they were satisfied. So I had them take out the bathtub and put the shower in. The salesperson knew what he was talking about and the one guy who did the installation was excellent. However, I’m still not sold on their doors. I have the sliding glass doors and they’re a little wobbly. I was concerned with that so I called them and they sent a repairman here to look at the doors and he put a new stopper in but it didn’t change anything. He said that was how they were, though, and there wasn’t really anything we could do about that. Other than that, everything was good and I was satisfied. I would recommend them to people that could afford them.

We needed our bathroom remodeled and Bath Fitter was the cheapest at that time. We got the bathtub with the surround and I like it very much. Their sales rep was efficient and I had no problems with him. The installation guy was great. He did everything perfectly and let us know how to take care of the tub.

We were having a water problem as far as one of the fixtures was causing a lot of moisture and I couldn’t seem to repair it myself. Bath Fitter has a good price and the financing works, so we went with them and got a shower and fixtures Their rep was very helpful and informative. There was a wall already glued in the shower area and some of the glue was on the bathtub that we were keeping and he really went out of his way to clean it up for us. We accomplished what we went out for with Bath Fitter and the moisture problem is gone, so we're really happy about that.

We adore our new shower & Elmer did a fantastic job. He did not apply the safety strips on the step he said he would. Otherwise the job has made our life so much easier. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing help with a tube or a shower makeover.

A month ago, we decided to have our bathroom remodeled and our plumber recommended Bath Fitter. I've had a good impression about them as they are not cheap but their work is very good. Bath Fitter installed a new bathroom for us and it's working beautifully. It's a standup shower with the walls remodeled and the door changed. We had tiles and they put this plastic covering over the tiles and then a new floor. The sales rep and the installation team were outstanding. They paid attention to every little detail and also explained things. We were very pleased with it. The price was high but, at least, we really got first-class installment and service.

We had been thinking about remodeling for a long time and decided to do the tub and the surrounds. The sales rep from Bath Fitter that first came was young and relatively new at the job. We liked him very much and hated to disappoint him but had to turn him down. Then another guy approached us again with a discounted price. Although it was still a lot more money for what they would be doing, we proceeded to get the total surround and a new tub over our old tub. Both sales reps were very good at what they did and were nice to work with.

I had a tub that was not a standard size and the piping wasn't good. I got a tub with a shower from Bath Fitter and it's exactly what we wanted. The sales rep came out, gave us an estimate, explained things to us and worked with us, then gave us data as to when everything will happen. If there was any disadvantage to the whole process, it was the amount of time from the time the salesperson came until the actual installation occurred, but I understand that that's part of the business, so that was fine. The installer came and did the job in two days and everything is working well.

I placed a service call on 8/8/2016 around 9:00 am. I was advised someone will be calling me back. Did not receive a callback. I call again on 8/9/2016 again 9:00 am. No callback. I call back at 4:00 pm to inquire. Ask to speak with manager and was told that's the person that should be calling me. I then ask to speak to someone else in charge and "Bob" advises he will not give me his number and hung up the phone.

The tech Tony came out and we found that the problem was caused by the bad paint job. Tony went above and beyond in double checking and verifying that everything was corrected and even tightened my shower head better then it was. He also verified an extra layer of caulking and also verified no leaks in the drain. Tony was a very courteous and professional. He really turned this around and I would give 5 stars now to Bath Fitters from the quick turn around and quality of work. Tony said I can call back anytime if I have any more issues and I know Bath Fitters will be there as they have been through all this.

We remodeled our dad's bathroom since the bottom was wearing off the tub and a couple of tile have fallen off the wall. The bathroom was an original from 1950. We asked Bath Fitter to do the job since they already did the one at our house. We told our dad what a great job the company did, he saw it as well and affirmed it. My dad needed assurance that the people that are going to be working are not going to leave a big mess to clean up. So I told him that the Bath Fitter installers would clean up when they're done. He won't even know they were here. The product we chose turned out great. My dad loves it and he tells everybody.

The shower head does not allow much water pressure to reach the person in the shower. Installer said we had plenty of water pressure but apparently the shower head does not let the pressure through. Looks like we will have to change shower heads.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. The initial process was simple--I described what I wanted, and Bath Fitter was able to accommodate my needs. The only minor problem I had was reaching someone by phone when I had a question between the initial order and finding out when the scheduled installation would be; I placed calls that were not returned. Once the work was done, though, it was done quickly and professionally. The staff worker even left me with a container of spray cleaner!

It took a little longer than we thought in getting scheduled, but once the jobs began, service was first rate. Both workers were professional and efficient in their work. One job took a day and the other a day and half just as promised. The bathrooms look fabulous. Thank you!

The installer ** was very polite, explained everything very clearly, was careful not to make a mess. He did an excellent job of installation. I was disappointed that the tub liner was made incorrectly and was not installed the same day. That will be done on August 19.

I'm 80 and my husband is 85, and we decided we wanted to take our tub out and put in a walk-in shower. So, that’s what we’ve done and we've been very happy. The sales representative of Bath Fitter was very informative and gave us some good suggestions about their product. Then Bath Fitter came and put in the walk-in shower in June. I was also very happy with the installer who did the work in one day. He cleaned up all the debris from our tub that he broke up, and that was good. The product that we got from Bath Fitter has been great so far. The only thing is that we use grab bars because of our age and since we get soaked when we're in the shower, the grab bars are slippery for me.

The product is no better than buying a liner from the large Hardware Stores and service is sloppy. Ours looked like crap, scratches easy, it's hard to clean between "fake grout line", the caulking doesn't last and you have to buy their "better" caulking so it will stick. You're their best friend until you have paid for everything - just the usual sales scheme. Save your money and either have a professional come or buy from the hardware store.

I have an old tub that was put in when our house was built in 1956. There's no way to take that tub out of the bathroom but Bath Fitter had the simplest solution on it without causing a whole lot more work -- putting a new tub over the tub. We purchased the tub and the wall liner through Bath Fitter three months ago, and my daughter and I like it. Their sales representative was really nice. He was very informative, nice and showed us everything we could choose from. He didn't try to push anything on us that we did not want. Also, the installation team was extremely friendly. They did a really good job, and cleaned up after themselves. I had a very satisfactory experience with Bath Fitter.

I adore my walk-in shower. Every time I look at it, I love it more! The whole experience was really a class act, from sales rep, to installation, to customer svc. reps when I had a problem. We were at the mall and when we saw the Bath Fitter exhibit, it looked like exactly what we needed. We replaced our bathtub with a large stand up shower and it's great. A stain appeared on the back of my tub after ten years. I only used the cleaning products on the list they give you to maintain the warranty. They advised me to spray half bleach and water on the stain and let sit then rinse. It didn't work. They won't honor their warranty because they claim they have no proof I didn't use the wrong product. Also they claim they don't know what shampoo or soap I used, but they make no mention of using particular shampoos or soaps on their warranty sheet. I only paid the exorbitant price they charged because they offered the lifetime warranty.

The sales person went through things, and since they don't offer a lot of stuff, it wasn't overwhelming. He was extremely accommodating. He even called back after it was all done just to make sure it was what we wanted and see if there's anything he can help with.

The shower was installed in 2 days, with nothing to clean up. The installer was very helpful in keeping the area clean by putting down a drop cloth over the area he would use through the house for the installation. This was a very good experience on the installation. Best we have every experienced. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter to all our friends. It's true - all they need is 2 days to install.

The sales rep of Bath Fitter was pretty happy-go-lucky. He was a nice guy and informative. We took a liking of him and we just said that’s it. We decided just right then and there to go ahead with purchasing a whole new shower from them. We’re still looking at them to possibly do another project here at the house but not for another couple of months.
