Bath Fitter Reviews

Bath Fitter is expensive compared to other companies, but it wasn’t much of a mess and we like the quality of everything on it and the workmanship is good. We had them remove a tub shower and install a shower in with grab bars and shelving for soap and shampoo. The installer was a good kid, very conscientious and careful.

Bath Fitter was the only one that has a one whole unit. The units have seamless walls, so that was a better deal because we don't have time to be re-caulking things. All the plumbing in our bathroom was included. They gave the shower bars, a shower rod, and all the fixtures too. The bottom of the shower is wonderful, so I won't slip. I have problems and the installer put the bars in a good location.

We're very satisfied with Bath Fitter. I like the fact that the product was a custom-fit and it wasn't a shell put over an original. They were going to tear out and put in the new custom-built shower enclosure. Plus, they guarantee their work and there was a quick turnaround. The sales rep did a great job too. He explained everything, took good care of us and made the experience easy. The installer was also professional. He came in and took care of business. He asked if I had any questions, showed me what he was gonna do and did great work. It's a beautiful set-up and Bath Fitter does a nice job. I would tell others to definitely take a look at the company.

My sister had her bathroom put in by Bath Fitter and I saw how beautiful it looked. I really loved it and we decided that we were gonna do it for me and my husband. The sales rep was a really nice guy and he made me feel really comfortable and secure in what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and informed me what I needed to know. Then, the installer did an excellent job. They provided me with a beautiful shower and a tub. It really looks nice. Also, I have a shelf and two of the handrails. It looks excellent and it's great to get in the shower. I am extremely satisfied. Call Bath Fitter. You would be very pleased.

I was at a home show when I started looking at Bath Fitter and I liked that they could get things done quickly. They installed a bathtub for me and it went very well. The reps were professional and very friendly. The bathtub is very good and I love it.

I saw a Bath Fitter van in the neighborhood and it piqued my interest. I looked them up online and I knew they could go behind walls. If there was any kind of other conditions they had found, they'd be able to remediate it. A lot of people would start charging a whole bunch of stuff 'cause the condo is not super old, but it looked like they had gone back and then the piping had changed so I didn't know what we would be dealing with. The person who came out to the house was the manager. He was knowledgeable and was able to do the entire spiel. He was able to answer all the questions and there was no pressure to commit.

A neighbor down the street had some work done by Bath Fitter. I also noticed their company on TV and seen the options that I had as far as getting my own bathroom done, so I went with them. Their reps came in and did what they were supposed to do. The plumber raised the shower up higher and it made a big difference. It was much better than when it was kinda low from the jump. But the guy who came here had to leave twice to retrieve certain items. It was no big deal though and he caused no convenience. He explained to me that the truck he usually drives had a flat to it and at the time, he was driving somebody else’s truck. So, it was all agreeable that I could see why he had to go back if he didn’t have a certain piece that he needed to complete the job.

Remodeling with Bath Fitter was gonna be a quick process and we wanted someone who could really focus on the shower area, which was exactly what we needed. Also, their rep came to our home and talked to us about some of the options. We also talked price then my husband and I decided that that was the direction we wanted to go. We got a walk-in shower enclosure and when it was installed, the rep let us know what he'd be doing and what time it'd be done approximately. He stayed right on track, so the installation was very good. I would totally recommend Bath Fitter. They seemed like a great company and their reps were friendly. It also seemed like if we had any problems, it wouldn't be too difficult to get in touch with somebody to get the problem resolved.

I requested an in home estimate from Bath Fitter. My direct contact was always the office person Lori. On 10/2/18, a representative, Lisa came by, completed measurements and provided an estimate. The estimate was for 5,000.00 to install a tub & surround. At the time, I wasn't aware that the price was outrageously high for my very small bathroom. Lisa advised that I would need to pay $1,000.00 deposit. She stated that, If I changed my mind, I would have three days to cancel. We agreed that she would wait to hear from me before anything was ordered, because I was going to look into financing.

My mother recommended Bath Fitter. They got a flier in the mail and passed it along to me. I looked at other possibilities, but there aren't a whole lot of them and I recognized Bath Fitter's name. The rep did a standard salesman thing where he started in the middle, then went up high and then he let the customer make the decision, but there was no pushing or shoving. I made it clear from the outset that I was going to be making the decisions and we started out talking about doing the whole floor-walls, but settled on getting just a tub liner and a soap dish to cover up the hole that was in the wall.

Bath Fitter has a good reputation and I had them put a shower in over a bad shower. When I met with Gary, their sales rep, he described the whole remodel which was a great idea. He was very clear. He showed all the benefits then set me up and got me the financing. However, I saw white stuff coming in the drain and it seemed really strange to me. I had concerns afterward about that white stuff and I thought I would see a pipe when I look down the drain. I took pictures and sent it to Gary and he had somebody come out.

Tub cover was nice, and drain looked good. But when it came to trimming the sides it was a bunch of caulking, looked terrible. Talked to salesman about it twice and nothing was done. Was going to have them do more work for me, but not now.

We chose to work with Bath Fitter after seeing online that they had a good reputation and because of their guarantee. We went from a tub to a shower with them. I also liked the idea that they could be in and out in a day or two. We dealt with a very good sales rep. We had lots of questions for him at the time and he was forthcoming about them. Also, we had Cedric, the installer, who is an amazing guy. I was concerned because they weren’t done after one day. They also had the wrong base which was a left instead of a right. It took them overnight to get that. Cedric was here till 7:30 that night and he finished it up. Bless his heart! He's got the heart of a carpenter and that was really appreciated. So overall, it was a good experience. Everybody along the line followed through with what they said they were gonna do and that's always encouraging. Not everybody does that.

I had my old shower and tub taken out and replaced it with a shower. I just talked to the reps of Bath Fitter and they made an appointment to come out. One guy did the installation. He told me it was gonna take all day, so it took about eight hours to take this old bathtub out and put the shower in. It costs a little more than I thought it was going to, but we were satisfied with it. I would recommend Bath Fitter to a friend.

We got a shower from Bath Fitter and the rep showed us a couple of different samples. We picked out what we like, and it turned out really nice. He knew what he was talking about. The only thing that worried me was the cost. The price was just high. We could really remodel the whole bathroom for what we paid for a shower. The installer did well though. He was constantly moving. So he got it done quickly and professionally as he could. He also cleaned up after himself. I couldn't even tell he was here because everything was back like it was. Even outside, he cleaned all that up too. The quality of work was good as well.

I was really impressed when the Bath Fitter representative came and showed the different options. The warranty was an appealing factor to me and I was mostly happy with it. Then the shower-tub conversion about a month and a half ago went very well. I was more than satisfied with how it was.

I like the idea that Bath Fitter had no seams in the corners, that it was all one piece. So, I got the bottom thing, a shower thing and the walls, and we used our old closets. The sales rep, the installer and the overall quality of work were very good. It was a very good experience.

I liked the idea of a seamless product and had Bath Fitter install the tub surround. The surround's quality is great and I'm loving it. The price was a little high though. Other people have told me about two other companies where they ended up with the same type of product but a lot cheaper. It made me feel like I made a bad decision as far as price. I chalk that up to myself being a consumer. I was sold on the product and I did not really check on others. The secretary, the guy who gave the quote, the one who measured and the one who did the installation were very professional and great. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

I had been thinking about getting a Bath Fitter for some time and I just procrastinated and kept putting it off. And then, I called them and I got the bath update for the tub shower enclosure. The sales rep, Shaun, explained everything in detail and the gentleman that came out and took all the measurements explained everything he was doing. The installers were excellent. They worked non-stop, never took a break. The overall quality is good. It’s nice. I should have gotten it done a long time ago. Everybody that I spoke with - Earl, the warehouse manager. Dawn, the lead installer and his helper. The gentleman that came out and took the measurements. And Shaun, the rep - were all great. I would recommend them to anybody that needs a bath update. The work was fantastic. I’d recommend them to anybody.

So I just saw the Bath Fitter commercial on tv and how it says that the Bath Fitters are guaranteed for life. But that’s not true, Bath Fitter only guarantees it for the original owner. I bought my house last year in April and the Bath Fitter that is in the bathroom had water underneath it and basically falling apart and Bath Fitters wouldn’t help us or fix it because we aren’t the original owners and I believe they also said something about 6 months of warranty on it or something. That’s pretty unfair and due to this, I wouldn’t use your company for any other bathroom and wouldn’t recommend the company to anyone.

There were a couple of people in our area who had Bath Fitter in their units and they were well satisfied in the quality of work that was done. Somebody from where I work also had Bath Fitter come to their residence and do remodeling. So, we got Bath Fitter for a remodel and we purchased a stand up shower stall. The sales representative was very friendly, professional, and informative. He listened to what we had to say, answered the questions that we had, and was very presentable. Then, the installation took all day. The installer was a young man who was very friendly and to the point as far as doing his job. He did a good job which was what's important and I was completely satisfied. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

This house was built in the 50s and they had ceramic tile up so high all around the rest of the walls. I liked what Bath Fitter presented so I had it all covered. The sales rep was good and the installation team was excellent. They didn’t have a toilet paper holder at the time, they were out of stock. But they came back and put it in. The overall quality of the work was very good. It was well-worth the money.

We liked Bath Fitter's quality so we decided to use them. I purchased the entire shower where they removed the tub and they just put a shower in instead. The sales rep was very polite and very knowledgeable. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable too and very clean. There was hardly any cleanup at all and it looks perfect to me. Part of me wishes I never did it because now I wanna put it in my other house. It spoiled us a bit. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them.

The installer Jared arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and told us how long it was going to take. He asked us if we had any questions before he started. He covered the bathroom floor, vanity top and toilet so no damage would occur. He was very organized, professional and the job he did was excellent. He cleaned up so we had nothing to do but enjoy our new bathroom. We are very happy with the Bath Fitter product and the installer Jared.

I couldn’t get the full tub on the other company so I went with Bath Fitter instead. I got a full tub and wall and fixtures. The sales rep and the installer were fine. But the rep last time was a jerk. I'm 84 and I was 81 then but he gave me his private number that even his girlfriend didn’t have. It was ridiculous so I turned off right away. So far, I haven’t used the tub yet because I haven’t gotten a shower curtain yet. It looks very nice however, it’s very expensive and I don’t know if I would do it again. Nonetheless, I’m happy with the aesthetics and the rep that I dealt with was a very fine man.

We've used Bath Fitter before and we were happy with the durability of the product that we got from them, so we decided to use them again. Although we got that product numerous years ago, it held up well so the product’s good. Its price was a little high though. This time, we purchased a tub and a surround or enclosure. I like the sales rep that came to our home. He was very cordial, respectful, and not pushy. The installer was easy to get along with and he did a really nice job. He surely knew what he was doing. I would rate very highly the overall quality of the work that was done.

After we sat down with Bath Fitter and learned how thorough they were as far as the sheetrock, underlayment, floor, and the grab bars, we thought it was a really good value. Also, they could get it in a day. We purchased a walk-in shower for one bathroom, and a new tub for another. The sales rep was really helpful and very thorough. She was a good advocate for the product. The installers were excellent. Two of them came on one of the bathrooms, and one of the same guys came on the second one. They were courteous, careful, and answered all my questions.

I had a very pleasant experience with Bath Fitter's sales team. The sales lady was very informative and she answered all our questions. We were always able to get in contact with her if we had any concerns. We had Bath Fitter put in a walk-in shower and it has excellent quality. Also, the installation was amazing. I went to work that morning when the installers arrived and came home at noon, and they were done. You couldn’t tell that they had been there. There wasn’t a spec of dirt and there wasn’t anything out of place. The old tub had been torn out, a new shower was in, and caulking was all done. They did a fantastic job. People may initially shy away from what they hear for the price. But if they start looking at a contractor doing that work, there’s not gonna be a whole lot of difference in price and there’s gonna be a whole lot more time consumed. The convenience of having Bath Fitter makes it worth any difference in price.

We've had the shower re-caulked however it still continues to leak around the caulking. We are most disappointed in Bath Fitters and feel we have a real problem due to faulty workmanship! Bath Fitter did not stand behind their product!

We thought about redoing our bathroom and when we went to our mall, there was a little home show and it got us going with Bath Fitter. We heard good things about them and we had a good interaction with their sales rep. We purchased two of the corner pieces to put stuff on and I did not realize they were so small and narrow. I told the salesman when he called that we wish they were wider corner pieces so we could get more things in them as we usually have a lot of stuff to put in our bathtub. We also got the handlebar and slate look surround but our suction cups won’t stick for our loofas.

We decided to replace our bathtub with a walk-in shower. A Bath Fitter representative came to our house and clearly went over all the options available to us. It was an easy and fun process. Once precise measurements were made we were advised of a one month wait for installation... that was fine with us. Three weeks later they were back to install the shower! Two guys showed up and went to work right away. It took them all day but the end result was perfect! All their work is backed by a lifetime warranty which is a huge plus for us! We went through our state fair and Bath Fitter had a display there. I've heard about it for years and we looked at it again and thought about it. I did a lot of research and they have a good reputation. They also had a good warranty, and I was tired of regrouting my bathroom. One fellow came at about 9:00 in the morning and by 2:00, everything was wrapped up and ready to go. The day before the plumber and the inspector came in. One guy put the whole installation in (the bath, walls, and hardware) and it was great. I'd definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

We needed a shower stall installed and Bath Fitter seemed like a good fit. The installers kept all their commitments and the installation took one day. Everything was fine and the product was what we wanted.

I had a bath to shower conversion with Bath Fitter. I like the way their salesman laid it out for me. He was very thorough. And although the installation took more than a day, the installer worked very hard on it. Also, while the work was done well, I'm not too crazy about their finance company that their salesman hooked me up with. I already made two payments and they're saying they didn't receive it. I already called and instead, got an answering service. It's ridiculous. Still, I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Bath Fitter is the only company that I ever knew that does the over-the-tub. My neighbor had their bathroom done and they were happy with it. It was really nice and I liked it. We got the over-the-tub and the surround from Bath Fitter and Travis, the rep, was absolutely wonderful. He was a really good kid and he helped me. When he came to my house, the first thing he did was, he took his shoes off and put on slipper things. I thought that was cool and I was impressed. He was very nice and he looked clean-cut. He introduced himself and he explained everything. I felt like I knew him and I felt really comfortable with him. The installation team was great. The first guy that came in the morning was the plumbing guy and he was in and out in about an hour and then the other guy came in.

I talked to the Bath Fitter guy at the State Fair and I told him that I wanted to get my bathroom remodeled. After I talked to him, one of my buddies who was also at the fair said that he redid his bathroom a couple of years ago and he was happy with them. I should have had my bathroom done years ago but I didn’t have the money then and now I’m retired. Bath Fitter did the tub-over-tub and the surround for me. I'm really happy with the sales rep. He was very good and easy to work with overall. He explained everything and he did everything that they said they were gonna do. I’m really happy with the installation as well. One guy did the installation and he had a plumber who was great. The installer worked in the bathroom, but I didn’t even know that he was in there half of the time. He also went out and worked in the driveway bending the stuff. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anybody that needed their bathroom done.

The Bath Fitter sales rep came to my house and gave me the quote. He knew what he was talking about. I got the surround bath tub from them and the quality is good. The installer worked hard and long at it. The water is nicer than it was before they did this.

My husband and I had a 1940's bathroom, you know the one with the "pink" tile from floor to ceiling. We pondered many options and Bath Fitter (even though were the more expensive route) just made more sense. The Salesman was very accommodating. In fact came over and thoroughly covered everything from about 5 pm and he finally left around 10 pm, but we had no secrets and he was on target with everything. Represented the company very well. We had to wait a bit for the installation but it was worth it. We ordered and paid for a little extra so our installation actually took two days instead of 1, but again all worth it.

I have friends who had used Bath Fitter and I've heard that they put out a good product. We went on the reputation and purchased a tub from them. We were a little bit limited because we were only doing the tub and there was a window in the way. So we needed to have a specific type and the representatives were always very helpful. For the installation, one person came out and his attitude was good but it didn't go as smoothly. He chipped the grab bar then the top of the tub had a tiny chip in it too. But the company rectified it all. The tub is also a very good product and it looks good. You can tell it's a new tub, but you can barely tell that it wasn't just there. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

The first place I heard of Bath Fitter was down at Fort Myers, Florida. An older lady down there had them to do one of her tubs and then I talked to another person that's in the St. Louis area this spring and they liked Bath Fitter. The company was advertising on television and I had picked up their number and called them. I've had good results remodeling with them. I purchased the bathtub and the smooth wall rather than the brick-looking wall. The installation was excellent. It's very well-organized. The plumber let a little water drip down to come down from the ceiling tile, but I had KILZ on that and that took care of that so it wasn't any big deal.

We are very happy with our shower stall installation. It's made a huge difference in the appearance of our bathroom. Best of all it looks fantastic and is so easy to clean. The installation went smoothly and was quick. Our installer really took the time to explain the process and answer any questions. Highly recommend.

I approached Bath Fitter seeking a new bathtub and shower. In every way, Bath Fitter surpassed my expectations. From the beginning of the process to the end, the people I dealt with were professional competent and knowledgeable. From the original consultation through the process of doing the exact measurements to the installation, Bath Fitter met the need. The quality of the product I purchased is excellent. Although I do admit, the final cost was a bit higher than expected I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. It is apparent to me that quality does cost a bit more but quality also last longer and looks better. Again, I could not be more satisfied with Bath Fitter. I recommend this company to anyone seeking a new bathroom.

I got something in the mail from Bath Fitter and I called them. I also called Re-Bath but I was more impressed with Bath Fitter. The price was a little bit better but the customer service was way better. Whoever owned the house before me had painted the tub. The paint was peeling and it was atrocious, so I had the new tub fit over it, the liner, and then I also had the walls around it done. The lady on the phone had to reschedule an appointment one time and she was super nice. The guy who came to the house to give me the prices was very good and the guy who did the work was fabulous. I’m very happy with the quality and I would recommend Bath Fitter. It’s not cheap but it’s worth the money and it’s a good investment.

Bath Fitter was more local, so I tried them. They took out the old bathtub and the plumbing, and they also replaced the showerheads. We talked to the sales rep and he was very nice and helpful. I asked him questions and he told us everything. The installer also did a good job. He wasn't sloppy and he cleaned up his mess. I love the finished product.

I was researching on the internet on a fast way of bathroom remodeling where the older-house bathtub wouldn’t have to be torn out and I found Bath Fitter. The salesman was awesome. When he came out, he gave me the options and the prices of the expensive stuff and the least expensive one, and he told me what I could and couldn’t do. I looked up the reviews and although Bath Fitter is very expensive compared to other bathroom remodeling companies, their reviews were better and they had a very good system where the job could be done in a day.

I needed something done quickly and Bath Fitter said they could do it fast so I chose them. The sales rep that I dealt with before the installation was very informative. He knew what he was talking about and he helped answer all my questions. Then my mom, who was there for the installation, said that the installer was wonderful. She mentioned several times that I had to call to let the company know that and I did. Bath Fitter did the shell of the tub, the walls, and the ceiling. I’m very satisfied with the finished product. When I used Bath Fitter, it was a very easy process and it worked out well.

I got a couple of quotes and I had three different companies come out including Bath Fitter. I also ask people around work and someone actually had Bath Fitter. I ended up going with Bath Fitter and I got a new tub liner and then the backing on the wall to the ceiling. The sales rep was very personable and knowledgeable. I asked some questions about his competitors. He knew the answers and he was honest. The installer was wonderful. He did a great job, but he did leave quite a mess with the caulks on the floor, the carpeting and in the walls. They only had one person come out and it was a full 10-hour day where he didn’t even get to go to lunch. It’s a lot of work for one person. I suggest they have a second person as part of the installation in case there are issues and to put a little more emphasis on clean-up. Nevertheless, their prices are good. I would tell my friends that Bath Fitter is a good quality product.

I went with Bath Fitter to put in a new bathtub. Their sales rep was tough on what he wanted to do with the price, but he was all right. The guy that put the tub in did an above-average job. He was easy-going and he worked with me. But after I had it done with them, I would've probably been better off going with the other company because I would’ve gotten a lot more for my money. Aside from a new bathtub, I could have also gotten a new vanity replaced and the plumbing done for $300 more. Also, I didn't like the caulking deal which they would have to come back and do it every six months so I gotta always call them back to re-caulk.

I had Bath Fitter two times. 10 years ago, we bought a bathtub and just about a year ago, we had a walk-in shower put in for my husband. They did an excellent job. Our interactions with their reps were excellent. They were very nice people and they were not pushy. They came to the house, went over everything with me and made sure I was satisfied. The installation team was very nice and very efficient. They did a beautiful work and they backed their work up, too. If you have anything wrong, you can call them and they’ll come right back out. Price wise, it was good. I was happy with Bath Fitter and I’d recommend them to anybody. It is the best and you can’t go wrong with it.

We had a large shower base and the three sides done by Bath Fitter. It was done about three weeks ago and we're very satisfied. Their salesman was very straightforward and yet it wasn't like trying to push anything on us. He just presented the information in a very informative way and gave us all our options and then left the decision up to us. We liked that. Then it was just one man who came and did the installation. He was very personable, quick, and tidy. The only thing that we were unaware of is we had thought that the three little shelves in the corner was gonna go up near the shower head, and it ended up being in the end of the shower. We just assumed that was the way that the product would end up as what was shown to us. Nevertheless, we've already shown to a number of people the results and we are very pleased with it.

Our rep tried to make sure that I got what I wanted. The guy who did the installation was awesome too. He got everything done super-quick. I'm very satisfied with my Bath Fitter products. Working with Bath Fitter was pricey but it was worth not having to do it myself. This was one of the first things where we had somebody do start to finish for us and it was worth every penny.

I liked Bath FItter's product and how it worked so I asked them to come out and give me an estimate. The sales agent who came here and gave me the estimate was thorough. He was right to the point and I enjoyed speaking with him. I was satisfied with their estimate and we had them do the remodel. A young man did all the installation all by himself. He was a fantastic craftsman. Everything was absolutely perfect when he was finished. We were extremely satisfied with what was done. They have put in a new bathtub and the surrounding thing on it. We also had new fixtures and a new shower. It's better than I ever thought it would be. My wife and I loves it. If anyone's gonna have their bathroom done, I would tell them to check Bath Fitter because they are that good.

We got Bath Fitter a couple of months ago. We saw them when we were walking through the mall in Springfield. We went down, looked and their reps were nice, answered our questions and treated us decently. We tried to remodel once and the guy at the company we tried was a real jerk. We were really putting them out, asking them questions, and we said we were not doing business with them.

I got a shower and all the accessories from Bath Fitter. They were not more than the local contractor that my brother used for his bathroom remodeling. They were within $200 and they did it all at once and it was complete. Their sales reps were very good. The installers were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Bath Fitter’s products are good and I recommend them.

Just love my bathroom now. The installer Dylan performed MAGIC. The white surround makes my room look so much larger. As an Airbnb host, I've gotten great reviews because of this terrific room. I can easily clean everything between guests, where I used to have to make time to scrub my old tub.

I had a cast iron tub and years ago I took it out and put it back in because the floor needed to be repaired. This time, taking that tub out was more than I wanted to do. The only option was to find some way to cover it and the only one I knew that did that was Bath Fitter because I had seen their commercial. I called, talked to them and the price seemed to be pretty reasonable for what you get. John, from Bath Fitter, was terrific. He worked fast and did quality work. He did the original installation in late July, then we found out that there was another piece that I wanted for the covering of the ceiling so we added that on. He came back on the 6th of August and did that. Then I refinished the rest of the bathroom myself. The tub installation was just plain awesome.

Someone from Bath Fitter went to my gym. I figured if I knew someone who works at Bath Fitter, I could judge what they were like. Everything turned out good. We got a walk-in shower and I have recommended Bath Fitter to some of my friends.

Dave has experience with RV's and knew what was needed to fix the problem that we had with the surround that was replaced with a new one. Robert ** came to the house where we kept our RV and installed a new surround after replacing the old one. He did an excellent installation and cleaned up the mess and hauled the old one away. He is also a very nice person and my husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism he displayed. Thanks Bath Fitter for the great job we received.

When we went to Home Depot, we saw the Bath Fitter display. They gave me a card and I called Bath Fitter. When the rep came, he showed the samples and explained which ones were the most popular. We want safety and we’re not into glamour that much and so, he recommended the slip-resistance grip bars. He mentioned that everything that was put in is an industrial quality and that mattered to us too. He also explained how high we could go with the shower unit. He did a great job and we ended up getting the clear glass shower doors, the plain white, smooth shower inside, and the single shelf to hold supplies. We were happy with that. However, the cost choked me and because we’re retired and on fixed income, we didn’t get the 20% discount. So, in a sense, we’re paying interest every month but at least, the shower is in now. It was expensive but I was happy to have the job completed in one day and have it very clean.

I was at the beginning of a bathroom remodeling and thought that I would start with Bath Fitter and see what they have to offer. I ended up getting a shower/tub enclosure, a tub and new faucets. I also had the shower head moved up six inches and a dome put in in the shower area. The Bath Fitter rep was nice and great to work with and I was so pleased with the installation. My installer’s name was Joe and he was great. He cleaned up after himself and it was wonderful. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody. In fact, I have and I would have Bath Fitter again either next year or the following year because I’m going to have my other bathroom redone and they’d be the first ones I'd contact to see what we can come up with.

We tried other remodeling companies but they wanted to remodel the whole bathroom which we didn’t want to. When we called Bath Fitter, they got us an appointment right away and the guys were convenient as far as the payment and how fast they were. Also, it was really true so it was a good choice. The sales rep was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very thorough and he applied for the credit card right away and gave us the information. He guided us a little bit with the products and showed us samples of the material. He also had pictures so it was very nice. We changed the whole bathtub and the installers were fast and good. Bath Fitter is a bit pricey but it is worth it and I recommend them. There is a lifetime guarantee on the product, so whenever there is a problem with it, they will come and fix it.

I just wanted a ballpark quote for a bathroom repair in a rental property. Just a ball park which included wall panels, and bathtub. All standard sizes. Wouldn't even give me a price range, so I said. "I guess you don't want my business." Not interested in making a trip to the property if it's too high.

I have a house that was built in 1937, so we still have the ugly tiles. There was toffee cream and then some other tile, and one bathroom still has the clawfoot tub. I had quotes from Re-Bath but they would have taken me about six weeks out in terms of the work. I chose Bath Fitter for their availability. They would be able to get me in relatively early and according to my timeline. Also, I had used Bath Fitter when my mother was living. They redid her tub for her bathroom.

The Bath Fitter sales rep that came out and talked to us was pleasant. I liked him. He was very knowledgeable and he answered everything. Then, the guy that came out and installed everything was very professional, personable and nice, too. We did the walk-in shower in one room and a tub in the other about a month ago. He did great. I love the unit, but I’m having buyer’s remorse because it cost so much. It’s very expensive and I’m too embarrassed to even tell anybody I paid what I paid -- I wouldn’t refer them because of the cost. Still, I would tell my friends that Bath Fitter is awesome. Everything was good.

I have worked with Bath Fitter all the time and I see that they’re doing a good job. So I called and the man who came here looked around and said they were gonna charge me for the job. I told him to go ahead. The installer was a nice person who did well. He put a tub over the tub and then he covered the tub and just walled everything up. Although we're really happy with it, the sliding door collects some water that we have to wipe out with a towel. Other than that, Bath Fitter is really good. I would tell friends to go ahead and do it.

I thought Bath Fitter was the way to go considering my mother used them at her house. Excellent quality, easy to clean, and guaranteed. Boy was I wrong. I am a new customer to them. The sales person responded almost immediately to give us a quote and start the paperwork. Sales rep was as expected; great. However if you have any family emergencies, totaled vehicle, injured family member, catastrophic events occur in your life prepare to be neglected and ignored when asking to postpone or cancel the remodel.

I have a bathroom that has the stick tile and we needed a bathtub. The old tub was in that bathroom since 1951 and the porcelain was wearing off. We had to rip the bathroom apart to get the tub out because the rest of the bathroom was in good shape. And Bath Fitter was the answer. A gentleman came out and measured it all up. He was super and he knew what he was talking about. We talked about the price and it was right, so that was what I did. The guy that installed it was excellent too and it took him about seven hours. He was very polite and he cleaned up well that one wouldn’t even know he was in there. He did a professional job. The new tub is great and it looks like it belongs there, and I love it. There are other companies out there, but I would highly recommend Bath Fitter in a second. I would even let other people look at my tub.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was smooth from Debra the sales consultant and all the way through the install with Martin who was great. They removed a wall to make the closet shower more open, replaced the plumbing and gave us a more modern shower. Our bathroom actually looks larger than it did. Martin was very professional and friendly had everything done within 24 hrs. He hauled away all the old debris and left no mess. We were left information on how to care for our shower. We would definitely use Bath Fitter again and recommend them to family and friends.

Bath Fitter has a great product and good people to work with. But it's expensive. You've gotta wanna spend that kind of money. In my case, I liked the looks of Bath Fitter and the work was gonna be done in one day instead of torn up for several days. So that was my decision maker in going with them. I talked to a couple of different Bath Fitter representatives here and in their showroom. They were very knowledgeable and I had all good experiences with them. I had one shower done and the installer did a good job. He took out the five-foot shower I had to begin with and put the new one in. He was very friendly too.

I was helping my mother-in-law with converting her bath tub into a shower area. We did the tub surround through Bath Fitter and we had some work done in our building at the office. We had Gary as our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable. We've had numerous interactions with their installation team but there was only one time that we were really not satisfied with who was sent out and it was corrected. We've had a very good experience with Bath Fitter overall and I would recommend them.

We needed to have some bathroom remodeling done and after I had a conversation with the salesman, Bath Fitter seemed to be a good fit. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and he did a good presentation. We had them redo a tub and shower surround in a rental unit. I went to see the finished product and it looked very nice and well done. It was a good experience and I would definitely do that again. In this situation, we had a nice, rental home that definitely needed to have the bathroom redone, but we couldn't have our tenant be without a bathroom for a week. Bath Fitter is a good route to go and a good alternative if you need to have something done quickly.

We were able to see the product of Bath Fitter locally and we liked their price and the convenience of getting the work done quickly. The sales rep was informative and he knew what he was talking about. We also felt good about what he was presenting. We purchased a shower and a tub shower. The installation process went very well, although I still am waiting for them to come back to me on one issue. The shower door doesn’t appear to be long enough and they are to get back to me on that, but they never have. However, all in all, they’re good. I would like to hear back from someone who’ll repair the door, but we’re very pleased with the product overall and what they did and how they did it. I would recommend them.

I saw the work that Bath Fitter did at my parents’ house. My dad is very particular and he was incredibly happy with the job and what they did was nice. I was able to finally have my long-overdue bathroom done by Bath Fitter as well where they installed a shower. I made my purchase in June and the sales rep was great. She was very patient and showed me everything that I needed to see. She also answered all my questions and it was excellent. The gentleman who did the installation was very professional and did a great job. He told me everything that needed to be done. He was quick and clean, and the shower looks great. It was a 100% great experience with Bath Fitter and I would recommend them again.

I highly recommend Bath Fitter! My 50 plus year old tub/shower started to leak into the wall thru the grout on the tile wall soaking the sheetrock behind, I was getting quotes to repair thru contractors and they were in excess of $10,000! So I called Bath Fitter and Mike **, sales consultant for Bath Fitter promptly came to my house, assessed the situation, explained the whole process. They would remove the walls, repair the damage, replace the plumbing, and install tub and surround right over my existing tub all in one day! I was skeptical, my fear was it would look like a "cheap fix" but in fact it looks like a million bucks, the installer and plumber arrived at my house at the exact time I was told and by the end of the day had a new tub and walls! The installer Milo was very professional and super respectful of my property, laying down drop clothes on my carpet where they had to walk, etc. When they left everything was perfect!

I spent over $3,600.00 to have a new bathtub and shower professionally installed and it wasn't. The hot and cold water supply to the supply valve were incorrectly installed. When I turn the handle to cold water side of the indicator I get hot water and vice versa. This is a safety issue. I contacted Bath Fitter and they refused to correct this mistake. It is an issue of lack of attention to details. It has happened before according to office representative. I was to I have to live with this mistake.

It's been four months since Bath Fitter did the tub and its surrounding area in my bathroom. I was pleased with everything, and everyone, from the salesman to the person who did the installation, was professional. Overall, Bath Fitter did a perfect job. Everyone who has seen what they did think it's marvelous. In fact, a few had said that they might get Bath Fitter to do theirs too.

My parents were inquiring that a small bathroom in their home have a makeover. A lady from Bath Fitter traveled to their home on a Friday, talked with them about the process, then had them sign papers and pay $1000 for the downpayment of a total cost of $6000. After the woman left, they had some tragic things happen that is preventing them from moving forward with the "makeover"! My father called the next week to cancel the "potential" bathroom makeover, Bath Fitter then informed them that they would not be getting the $1000 back! At no time did the woman from Bath Fitter inform them that they would not be receiving their money back. It was undisclosed.

Ahhh... Husband just called and said Bath Fitter will not do anything about our frozen pipes. It just happens they said. August of 2017 - we spent hard earned money to have our tub and shower re-done. At the time the installer insulated the wall (west wall) where our water pipes run up from the basement. He assured us we would have no problem with the water freezing anymore. (Which is one of the reasons we wanted to have this done. If you do it you do it right... RIGHT!!) December 30 2017 - the water froze in the wall. At that time we just turned the water off to that shower/bath... Waited for spring. I didn't want anyone tracking in the winter time, since we had another bathroom we could use.

On the 1st of May, we had Bath Fitter replace the tub with a shower. I liked our Bath Fitter salesman, Matt. He was very personable. However, I felt that the installation guy was rushed. When we signed up, they said that it might take a day and a half but the guy was on a time frame. I thought he was overextended. There was a hole in my ceiling and it happened when the old tub was taken out. There was also a small hole in the tile on my bathroom floor which I’m sure was all part of one person working very diligently to get a day and a half job done in a day. Other than that, we were impressed with the one-piece wall unit. We wouldn't have to worry about mildew. The only thing is that it's hard to clean between where the doors overlap which was like two inches. If they could improve the doors so they don’t overlap then that would be a good thing.

I've had an excellent experience with Bath Fitter. I was in one of the home and garden shows and remodelers’ shows at the State Fairgrounds in Columbus and I had heard about Bath Fitter on commercials before, so I looked at their product. There wasn’t a lot of high pressure and I liked the product that they were selling and also the choices that I had. The sales rep who I worked with was professional. He had experience with the product and had information about the products and with the choices that we were making.

Our bathtub, shower and that whole area were very old and starting to fall. We thought it needed a new look and it seemed like Bath Fitter was the right product. The sales rep did well and he explained everything. He saw what we had and told me that he could definitely help me out. Also, the installer came exactly when he was supposed to and did a good job. He was thorough and wasn’t goofing off most of the time. It took him eight hours to do everything which was exactly what they said. In the end, the work done was exactly what we expected. We went through what we ordered and got what we ordered. They came when they said they would and ended up with the cost as much as they said they would. It was a good experience.

I got in touch with Bath Fitter and talked to Rachel, the sales rep. She was very patient and gave me more information than any of the other companies when I had questions. There were some things that I didn’t quite understand, so I asked her a couple of times and she had no problem answering them. Everyone that I came in contact with from the beginning to the end of the job was wonderful, patient and answered any questions. The gentleman that did the installation never made a mess and cleaned up everything. There was no residue anywhere, not even a footprint of anything. The bathroom is very small, so it was hard not to make a mess in it because he didn’t have a lot of space to move. You wouldn’t know that he had been in there other than seeing a new shower. I love the shower and every time I go in there, I smile.

There were two different guys who did the installation and I spoke with them. They both answered my questions and were very helpful. But there was a problem with the caulking and I got frustrated trying to get a hold of Bath Fitter. So I’m gonna call the sales rep instead. He was very responsive when I dealt with him and I know the issue would get taken care of. Bath Fitter's back office may need a little more work but as long as they’ve got salespeople who are responsive and know how to get to the right person, there's really not much of an issue.

I had Bath Fitter replace my shower stall in 2004 and was told I had lifetime warranty. In 2007 I had to have the base replaced because it cracked along the bottom and we had water running through the wall into the laundry room whenever someone took a shower. When I called I was told that they stopped the lifetime warranty in 2004 and that I didn't qualify. After some arguing they said "Oh I'm sorry we made a mistake and you just made it into the lifetime warranty." So after 2 more months of arguing it was finally replaced.

My mom and dad had one of their other baths done by Bath Fitter. So we called again and this time, we had a walk-in shower installed. That included the walls, the plumbing, the drain and the doors. Our experience with the sales rep was very good and that was the reason we bought from them. On the installation, the team kept us informed and cleaned up very well. The shower turned out to be fantastic. Bath Fitter did a very good job and should be commended for it.

Hi, so to start Bath Fitter was hired by my landlord "Chartwell Holdings" for their "Rockingham Village Apartments". The installer "Jason" showed up and seemed energetic to say the least, he was chatty throughout the install and continuously complained about the building. He first decided that the 3 handle valve that I had should be replaced so he quickly cut it out and started installing the new single handle valve. He didn't measure his depth though and after sweating valve he left to get the shower surround ready, came back up and found that he had cut it too short by about 2 inches. Then rather than go get another one and try again he insisted on fudging the top with patches... "seamless one piece? NOT!" So then he brought it out further into the room than the old shower walls by a couple inches instead of trimming it closer to what was there. He said it had been a bad week 'cause he kept screwing up all week.

I had always heard good things about Bath Fitter and, indeed, I had a very good experience with them. I got them to remove a very old Bath Fitter over an even older tub, and change it over to a shower. I opted for them since they were able to do it the quickest and at a very good price, slightly lower than my best regular contractors. I had the remodel done around April and it's beautiful. The installer took out the tub, realigned where things had to be with the faucets and put in the new shower stall and the door. I was told it was gonna take two days but he did it in one day.

Bath Fitter was recommended by a friend and I had them replace the bathtub, the wall, and the shower unit. My interactions with the reps were fine. They came, gave an estimate and then after five weeks, they came back. They knew what they were talking about. And the men they sent did the job in one day. They were very particular and careful about the house and bringing things in and out. Also, they cleaned up their mess and they took all the trash with them.

Our old bathroom needed some dusting up and Bath Fitter’s product really fits. They put an overlay over the tub and ripped out the existing vinyl sides around, and put a new one. The products were installed in April and it was a painless process. There was one person for the installation who was in and out in six hours and he was very clean. We talked to him and he has installed over 2,000. Bath Fitter’s customer service was great. They kept us informed on everything. Their salesman knew his stuff but he was a little pushy. We had a 15% off thing, and he said we got to sign up that day or it would cost us more. I don’t like making decisions like that. They can improve on that, but that aside, I’ve had a good experience with Bath Fitter.

Don't believe the lifetime guarantee - We called Bath Fitters because we had a water leak in our tub and needed immediate assistance. Water had pooled between the tub lining and the tub and the entire lining was buckling out. We have been calling two days asking for help in getting a technician and we have been getting nowhere. Our initial installation was in November 2002. We had no problems until December 2012 but at that time Bath Fitter was very responsive in sending a technician to remove the excess water pooled beneath the lining. So no complaint there.

I got an email saying that Bath Fitter was having a sale. I had heard about them a lot. They had a lifetime guarantee for everything. I was interested so I called and someone came out. He was really nice, very well-informed and not pushy, and I liked him a lot. I was happy with what he showed me and so I wanted to go with Bath Fitter. Also, our interaction was relaxing. The installer was very good as well. He worked really hard and he was done in two days. I was impressed with him. I had a bathtub in the bathroom with a shower but the tub was taken out and all I have is just a shower with the massage now. I got the shelf in the corner, too. The shower is great and I love it.

From the very first phone call to set up an estimate visit, to the final install visit, I was given the utmost respect and superior customer service. The installation was flawless excellence and my totally remodeled master shower is so beautiful, I just stand and look at it in awe. I am a returning customer and highly recommend this company for all your bathroom renovations.

This is my long term review of our experience with Bath Fitter. We initially had our Bath Fitter bathtub installed in 2003. Everything went smoothly with the installation, however we later noticed some minor flaws in the way the bathtub seams lined up with the wall. We promptly brought this up with Bath Fitter considering the price we paid and were advised that the installation technician was let go due to similar complaints from other customers. After 8 years or so, we noticed that water had accumulated between the old and new bathtubs. We immediately notified Bath Fitter and the issue was repaired at no charge.

My wife had Bath Fitter in Morrisville years ago and she sang her praises. Three months ago, I bought a shower from them and also, a shelf in the corner. The sales rep came out, explained everything and he was very cordial. The installers were very professional, answered all my questions and installed the shower in one day. Bath Fitter's product is great. This was my first experience with them and it was everything I wanted to be.

I purchased a shower and I did go up and look at it before the installer left. But I only discovered later that night that the bathroom was filthy. There were layers of wood dust all over the bathroom. The installer had tried to cover things when he was here but it didn't do anywhere near enough good. There was wood dust on everything including my toothbrush, my shampoo and my soap. I had to clean every single item and it took six hours to clean all the mess. They had told me to empty everything out of my shower before the man came to do the installation. But the situation could have been so easily avoided if they had told me to clear everything out of the bathroom. Then all I would have had to do was wipe down the countertop. It would have been vastly easier. Actually, Bath Fitter should have done that anyway. It shouldn't have been for me to clean up.

I really liked everything about Bath Fitter except for their price. I paid almost $8,000 just for a shower, but I'm satisfied with the work they did and their reps were very polite too.

I, unfortunately, have had a terrible experience with Bath Fitter since the first day of installation. I thought the entire process was going to be painless and simple, but it has been a nonstop source of aggravation. After our small shower was converted into a Bath Fitter shower, we noted water coming through the wall of the adjacent room whenever the shower was used. Making matters worse, the installer had not bothered centering the water handle/fixture. When Bath Fitter came to examine the leak, they discovered that the installer had not fully welded the pipe in the wall and that's what was causing our leak.

Bath Fitter's rep was excellent. He explained everything to us, what we had to spend right down to the penny, what they would actually do, and how long it would take. We had a one-piece tub with shower enclosure and it was cracked in the bottom. Bath Fitter couldn’t do the tub over thing so we did a complete remodel and had a whole new tub and enclosure shower put in.

I heard decent things years back from other people about Bath Fitter so, the name wasn’t new and I haven’t heard anything bad about them so I thought it was a safe move. They tore out the existing 45-year old bathtub as well as the tile walls that I put in about 40 years ago and replaced it with a full-sized shower. They also did new plumbing. The rep knew the product well and had answers to all our questions. The installation was fabulous and the installers were on time. They did the job in about a third the amount of time that I thought it would take. They were done by 2:30 in the afternoon and considering that they had to demolish and remove a cast iron tub, that was pretty good time. Everything went according to schedule and it has worked out very well. It was an enjoyable experience and we were very pleased. People should give it a shot and I have no problem recommending them to a friend.

3rd time for repairs in 13 years. First tub walls and ceiling fell in a week. Came right out and fixed it. Then the tub lifted, same. About 10 years into it the tub was an issue again and they replaced it and in replacing it chipped the wall. Didn't notice right away- I am not mad at it, it is what it is and covered by warranty. However, customer service, field training and overall ethics of the branch I am dealing with is questionable.

We only have one bathroom in our house and we knew that we couldn’t be without it for more than a day. I've put a remodel off for a while and decided to call Bath Fitter to knock it out. The guy who came was great. He set up, told us exactly what we needed, and presented everything very well. The installation took less than a full day and timing-wise, they did well.

We wanted something very quick and easy for my wife when she goes in and cleans, and also for the kids, and everything was great with Bath Fitter. I've heard about them over the years many times and it's one of the things we've been going over. It has been a little over a month since they finished the bathroom and they did everything right. The installer got everything on each time and cleaned up after himself.

We talked to Bath Fitter after finding their booth at a home and garden show. At the time, we were thinking of doing some remodeling so we set up an initial consultation and the whole process was really easy. Everybody was very friendly and efficient the whole way through. They worked with us on scheduling and we were able to pick the day that worked best for us. We really liked the way their product looked too. It was a little more expensive than we thought it was gonna be, but considering getting it all done in one day versus a week, we went for the efficiency and the quality rather than the price. We had them remove a bathtub and put in a double-sized shower with sliding doors. They also put in the walls, the doors and then hooked up the plumbing.

Excellent service provided from Debbie and Josh. I was provided expert advice and consideration from my bid all the way through the process. Install was updated twice as a precaution for my health and safety. A1 + would recommend to anyone. I have sent a referral to a friend looking for a remodel. Thanks again.

I saw the ads of Bath Fitter on TV and my building superintendent recommended them. I had a shower put in and all the workmen were very good. A number of people in our building has used Bath Fitter and I would recommend them.

We looked at doing our bathroom ourselves, but we didn’t really have the skills for it. We got Bath Fitter, so we didn’t have to worry about it. The salesman was great to work with. I had a couple of questions prior to getting the installation and fitting and he was able to help out very quickly. We had a great experience with him. In addition, the installer was very helpful and I was amazed that one guy could do it. However, I called their customer service once and there was a miscommunication on the manager’s part and they didn’t show up one day for the fitting, but they fixed it right away. The guy came on a day he didn’t even work. Other than that, everything was done right the first time. We got a full replacement. We got the doors, the sliding glass doors, and the corner caddy. They look easy to clean and I haven’t had any problems with them.

The whole process was smooth. From the initial call to MN Bath Fitter to the consult and finally installation day. Our old shower controls were losing function and our 49 year old tub and tile work were stained and hard to clean. The drywall behind the fixtures and tile had gotten wet and was crumbling. The installer cut and replaced all defective drywall, replaced the valve and installed all new chrome Moen shower fixtures. We couldn't believe how nice the finished product was. It's been around six weeks and it still looks new. We're looking forward to years and years of enjoyment.

Bath Fitter told us what they were gonna do so we decided that was gonna be better than what somebody else would do. We purchased a whole bathtub and the surround, and the shelf came with it, the curved shower curtain bar, and all the fixtures with the extra spray handles. We had a complication with the bathtub though because they couldn’t find it in their inventory, so they had to remove the bathtub.

Bath Fitter has a good advertisement to get people to listen to the product. When I had a problem that I wanted fixed, I gave Bath Fitter a jingle, they came right away and looked things over and worked it out with us. I bought a tub and the surround. The sales rep was nice and he did great. And the installers who put the tub in did a good job. A trainee and an experienced guy worked on it together around the house. They were both very congenial and I felt comfortable leaving them there. When the job was finished, everything was great and the renter was extremely happy. It’s a good product and I’ve told some other people as well. A gentleman who has a bunch of rental houses came and looked at the tub and he was quite impressed with Bath Fitter's work and the product.

Bath Fitter is a well-known company and the price was reasonable. I still received a sales pitch from the sales rep even though I was ready to sign the papers. It was great and he wasn't pushy. We had our bathtub redone and the installation was great. Our home was built in 1824 and it was extremely old, so a lot of the plumbing was almost 100. The installer came in and he tore apart the wood in our shower and he made it look like it didn’t even exist. He did the installation in two full days and did a great job. He had a lot of attention to detail and really made sure it was a job well-done before he got out of here. I'd recommend Bath Fitter to anybody.

We purchased the surround, just a shower and a base and then the double-headed faucets. And it was a good experience overall. Bath Fitter responded to our request quickly and they were gonna accomplish what we needed. The sales representatives listened to our request, handled things very well and were knowledgeable. The installation team did well too.

We talked to somebody from Bath Fitter down in Des Moines at a home show. We had a bathtub with no shower, and we now have a tub shower. I liked that they were able to do the surround and cover the tub, and then I could still have my window in the bathroom. The sales rep was very professional and he did a nice job. Also, the young man that came and installed was outstanding. His name is Josh and we really liked him. He was all by himself and did a good job. We're very happy with the end product.

We needed a whole new bath and the whole bathtub needed to be redone. But we had a cast-iron tub and we didn’t want that ripped out. We knew that Bath Fitter would do a fitting over top of that so I went with them. We ended up getting the whole wall surround in the shower, the chrome fixtures and the tub insert. The sales reps were really professional. They explained everything to us, like how things were gonna work. They brought in different samples to let us see and feel the texture of the tub. It was really nice.

Our installer was Jorge, he explained every step to us to the complete installation, Answered all questions we had. The bathtub was installed in one day and how to care and clean it was explained by Jorge and a booklet was also given to us. If any of my friends or relatives ask about my tub I would recommend Bath Fitter. Thank you.

We had seen Bath Fitter at the mall and on TV. Also, my husband saw them on the computer. We liked it from what we had seen. We bought our tub and the walls to our ceiling from them. They came pretty soon after that and talked to us about it. It was probably a month or so until they put it in and all of those who came were very nice -- the sales representative, the man who came and did the measurement and the installer. We were very pleased with all of them. Overall, we really liked our experience with Bath Fitter and they were very helpful.

I saw some of the work that Bath Fitter had displayed at a home show and it interested me, so I asked a few questions and it went from there. In May, we took out our tub and purchased a walk-in shower from them. Bath Fitter’s reps were very helpful and they explained everything. Also, the installers were very courteous. They answered any questions that I asked and we got to watch the whole process. They were quick and they were in and out of here within the day. We only have a one-bathroom home so our bathroom wasn’t held up for a week. They did an excellent job. I’d highly recommend Bath Fitter for the quality of the material. We’re very satisfied.

The sales gentleman was nice at first; did suggest the standard products to lower the cost for us, which I appreciated. But he was extremely blunt and rude once we decided we did not want to make a decision that day. And he used the word "okay" in his sales pitch so many times I thought it would drive me crazy. (I later found out that's often a sales thing to get the customer to more readily say okay to the sale. Did nothing but irritate me.)

Purchased 2 Bath Fitter products - one is cracked and the other was cracked when they installed it - seems everywhere. The most used one, a shower stall, the floor cracked just this week. Not covered by warranty because of the year it was purchased. Two advertisements say, "clean bathroom renovations that last a lifetime" and the other says "all our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty". Oh, not so fast...if you purchased it in 2003 that does not cover you - "Sorry. You're out of luck." In addition, it got mold, mildew and was not maintenance free - taken from their advertisement. So buyer beware.

One time, we went to an RV show and I talked to someone there and I signed up with Bath Fitter. We wanted something that looked relatively easy to do but pretty when they were done. Price-wise, the Bath Fitter tub fit our budget at the time. Also, I wanted something easy and quick and I didn’t wanna spend a lot of time ripping the whole bathroom apart. So we made the purchase.

When I went up to a home show, I saw Bath Fitter as one of the first exhibits. Their advertising was about redoing bathtubs but I noticed that they also had a display of a shower. They should have a few more ads that say they do showers, too. Then, I inquired and they said that a salesman would get in touch with me as they didn’t answer a lot of questions at the home show. So, a salesman came over, measured things, and we talked about it. He gave me a quote and he said that he took off a certain amount with the offer he made for me. I told him that I needed a few days to think it over because it was a lot of money. Then, he walked out the door and I thought it was rather unfair to say that I could take advantage of the discount until he walked out the door.

We had a bathtub put in by Bath Fitter. The tub now has discoloration and is peeling. We contacted the installer and he said it wasn't covered by the warranty. Would like to talk to someone that can repair or replace and honor the warranty.

SUB PAR 100%. First of all, it took 2 months for them to get out here after we paid the deposit. Now... They put the wrong doors in my shower. They told me there would be handles on each side. There are not handles on each side. There's a handle on one side and a small metal loop on the other side which my hands cant do. What will you do about this?

I’ve seen Bath Fitter's products at the mall. I needed them and I purchased a tub and a shower from them. The installer jumped right in and got the work done. He was very friendly and he did a good job. But he had to cut a hole in the bathroom wall to get the tub in. Then he got his foot in the tub and knocked a hole in the other wall into the bedroom next door. They were gonna fix that, but I called them back and told them not to worry about it because I've got a bunch of work to do in that room anyway and I decided that I’d just try to fix it myself. I’d recommend Bath Fitter.

I had Bath Fitter install a shower for me. The guy who did it made it look too easy and I could tell that he has been doing for it a while. The shower was finished about five months ago and everything was great. The old tiles are gone and I'm not showering in the ‘80s anymore. Everything turned out to be fantastic.

I ordered a shower installation (no bath tub), and a surround behind the toilet. The job was scheduled for the middle of May. This was new construction. The salesman was aware of that from the beginning, and was actually in the house to take measurements. The first time the Bath Fitter crew showed up, they did nothing, because there was no electricity inside the house. Power was available from the pole, but the crew didn't have an extension cord, so we had to reschedule. The next time they showed up, they installed the shower, minus the soap dish and shelf. The installer said he didn't enough acrylic material to do the surround behind the toilet. He went back to the shop to see if they had any more in stock. They didn't, so he had to order some.

We purchased a shower-tub combo from Bath Fitter. Everyone from their company was very professional and courteous. Their installation team explained everything in detail and we knew exactly what we were getting. Also, the results came out exactly how they told us. Since the installation, we've been loving the product. Overall, we had an awesome experience with Bath Fitter and would highly recommend them. What we bought was a little pricey, but it was well worth it for me. We got what we asked for and it was done in a very timely manner.

Bath Fitter came out a few years ago and gave me an estimate. At that time, I couldn’t do it so I called them again when I was ready to do it. They sold me the bathtub liner in the wall and installed it in May. The sales rep I dealt with was fine. The initial consultation was a little lengthy, but he was quite pleasant. The installer was very professional. I was comfortable enough that I went to work that day and he called me when he was done. The work he did was excellent. Everything was perfectly cleaned up and everything was fine. I’m very happy with the product and I’m enjoying it so far. Give Bath Fitter a call and use them. For the value, you should consider it on a short list. It's very comparable and the quality is definitely there.

The contractors that I’ve dealt with around here in our area weren't very good. So, we decided that we would give Bath Fitter a call to see how much it would cost. We purchased a shower and they gave me an extra shower attachment as a gift. The shower cost $6,400 but it was well worth it. It is durable and wonderful. The process of the installation was flawless. I am so used to people coming in here and doing work and messing up everything and my life with contractors has been a nightmare. Until I got Bath Fitter, they came in here, put a cloth down from the door entry all the way down the hallway into the entire bathroom. They covered the entire floor that they were walking on. Also, their personalities were wonderful and they explained things as they were going along.

I had Bath Fitter before and I like them so well. This time, I purchased a bathtub cover from them. The sales guy was super nice. Also, the person who measured and the other person who installed were very good. It was all good. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone and I would use them again if I needed to.

When we moved into this house about 10 or so years ago. We looked at two companies to do the shower and tub area. One was Bath Fitter and the reason we chose them was because the initial Bath Fitter employee said the tub was already their product and had a lifetime warranty. So we went with Bath Fitter and that is where the problems started. The initial install was measured wrong and the installer continued with the work and tried to hide the mistakes with caulking. After numerous attempts to contact the company installers were sent and they just re-caulked the area. Again numerous phone calls and was told I was not contacting service. I was doing what I was told to do.

I was at a mall and I saw Bath Fitter's display. I talked to them and they sent a salesman out to talk to me. He detailed everything and explained my options to me. It was a very good interaction and I felt like it was what I needed to do. I ended up purchasing a walk-in shower and the installation team did wonderful. They tore the old bathtub out and put the shower in. They did a good job and everything that went on was professional. But I kinda feel like the tub was a little bit pricey.

They had this small sample tub made from the same material at the show so we had seen what kind of tub we were gonna get. After that, we had a couple of other companies come out but they were a lot more expensive so we went with Bath Fitter.

We had our tub shower conversion a few years ago and have always been very satisfied. The only repair that we have needed is to replace leaky tub faucet. We called Bath Fitter and they came and repaired it as part of the Lifetime Guarantee. The faucet is leaking again, I called Bath Fitter and was rudely told that there would be a $75.00 per hour service call. I inquired as to why and was told that has always been their policy. When I questioned why I hadn't been charged in the past - I was told "you should have been." How is a $75.00 charge a Lifetime Warranty? I wrote a letter to the Rochester, New York Office and have had no response. This is very poor customer service.

My husband became disabled and we were looking for a shower to replace our old bathtub. We liked the quality of Bath Fitter's products, that it was seamless, and that they would be able to install it within one day. So, we went with them. Their reps were knowledgeable and our interactions with them were really good. At first, they said we'd get the shower in seven or eight weeks and we were concerned. My husband's condition was getting worse so they moved the date up. They worked us in and we had it within three weeks. The installation team was really good and nice. It was raining and they used the garage to work in. They took the bathtub out and replaced it with a walk-in shower. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves. We have it on a payment plan and it helped us. We're really happy with Bath Fitter and we would recommend them.

We liked the good advertising about Bath Fitter that we’ve seen on television. And talking to their rep, we found out that we did not need a tub over tub design. They had other tub designs, stand-alones, and that’s what really helped us to make our decision to purchase from them. And then, the installers did an excellent job. They put booties on. They had a little rug to walk on, so they didn’t track through. They also cleaned up very nicely afterward. There were some mistakes in the original measurement, and we ended up with a shower rather than a tub. We actually got both for the same price as what they quoted us for just the tub. But it was their error and they were very gracious about absorbing the cost for that. We love our Bath Fitter shower and tub.

Six weeks ago, we purchased a tub and a shower at Bath Fitter. They have better products than what we had before. They seem clean and the people who installed them did a good job.

The main reason I went with Bath Fitter was they have a lifetime guarantee. I had my bathtub taken out and a full shower put in. Their team was very nice. They talked to me when they came downstairs and were very friendly. Also, they cleaned up after themselves really well. They even wiped the stairs down before they left and I was very pleasantly surprised. I like the product. The one thing I think would’ve been better is if the shelves were a little bigger and deeper so that I can put more on it. Other than that, I’d highly recommend Bath Fitter.

We had our bathroom redone on 7/11/2018. The installer, Yuniesky, was fantastic. We are so pleased with his work and how our bathroom came out. He installed our new vanity for us too. Although the job was supposed to be done in one day, they could not get 2 people to come out to our house so he had to work alone. It took him 2 days instead of 1 but he was so nice and helpful it was ok that he had to come back the next day. He was very accommodating to the fact that we have a 4 month old, and did his best to work his loud banging or sawing around her napping. The work is seamless and worth every penny. I highly recommend using Bath Fitter to redo your bathroom and to ask for Yuniesky if you are in the South Florida area!

The Bath Fitter sales rep that we talked to was very thorough and very persuasive. He did a hard sell and said we'd get a 10% discount if we did it that day. We did and they sent an installer who did a good job. We had the bathtub taken out and a shower was put in. We have the shelving, a hold bar put in place and I wanted to use a curtain instead of a door. In the beginning, the shower was very slippery and Mike didn't tell us about that. They said they would come back and put a finish on the floor of the shower that would roughen up a bit. They sent a sample for that, but I haven't had a contact since then.

We got a bathtub, a shower and a glass door from Bath Fitter a couple of months ago and the installation went fine. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable, plus they cleaned up after themselves. The products' quality is great too.

When the installation team came, they were nice and professional. And although it took some time to get their guys to install it, the outcome looks great. Overall, they have done a good job and they should continue doing what they're doing the way they're doing it. While Bath Fitter is expensive, the final product is okay.

I bought the surround for the bathtub and the shower stuff at Bath Fitter since they have good quality materials and it's all around worth it. Also, the materials are gonna last a long time. The installers were very professional and were very nice as well. I recommended Bath Fitter to a friend and she’s having a whole shower put in.

There was a Bath Fitter ad in a flyer in the paper and I called the number and set up an appointment. I didn’t have a clue about what it was and I’m the kind of person who can’t picture something real good. The salesman explained it, had samples and showed me. He also had a lot of pictures. He then showed all the names in the area and I recognized a name of someone I knew. I called them the next day and they told me to come on over and take a look at it because they loved it too. I went over, and when I saw what theirs looked like, it was pretty so that sold me on it too. I had a tub and a shower installed and it goes right through the ceiling and goes over the tub. I bought it in May and they had a perfect day for installing it. They could test what they had to do outside. The product is great and I can’t complain. I brought a couple of friends over and showed it to them and they thought it really looked nice.

We called Bath Fitter and asked them to come and give us a quotation. The first sales rep who came over was nice, and we really appreciated everything he told us. Then, the second sales rep who come later was also nice and very courteous. We bought from Bath Fitter two or three months ago and we were very impressed with their professionalism. We had them remodel our shower surround and replace the plumbing fixtures. The installation team was in through the process with us, and they told us what was going on and what was to be expected. We were very pleased with Bath Fitter's service from start to finish.
