We had Bath Fitter scheduled for Aug. 8th for a shower install with custom doors at an added cost. We have had multiple issues that continue and the company has no urgency in resolving them. The installer left a mess. The shower valve handle fell off day two because it was never tightened down. He damaged the wall adjacent to the shower and never told my wife he had damaged the wall, just left expecting us to not notice I guess, and still manage to make it out of the house by 3:00pm without replacing any of the panels in our basement where he was looking for the water shut-off valve. He went ahead and installed shower doors even after my wife told him we had custom doors made and another company was supposed to be installing them.

One star is too many... I would give it a minus if I could. We had a Bath Fitter representative come to our house and give us a quote. We gave them a deposit check for $2400.00. This was at 8:30 at night. We called at 9:00 the next morning to cancel. (You have 3 days to cancel). Our check was deposited the very next morning and it was 10 days before the check was written from bath fitter. I told them that I expected interest on that money they should never have deposited. Neil agreed but not one cent of interest was paid to us for stealing our money for 13 days...

I liked the sales representative from Bath Fitter and the deal he presented was right. I bought a shower from them a month ago and it includes the shelves, special doors, seats and grab bars. The installation team was really great and everything was perfect. Overall, my experience with Bath Fitter was extraordinarily wonderful.

I purchased a tub liner and wainscot in the walls and all the way to the ceiling. I made an arrangement with Bath Fitter and signed up for them to check out how much it will cost. I’ve had them around for a while and they had a good reputation so I stayed with them. I also had one come out before who gave me a lot of phone calls at that time. I wanted to put a new tub because my tub was tearing apart and I’d rather dig a hole out to part the hinges and put our tub in. The installer was great and did a good job. Everything went well and smooth like it’s supposed to. I’ll recommend Bath Fitter.

We wanted the shower stall replaced. We had other contractors come in but their prices were out of range and their marketing technique was repulsive. We saw some good reviews about Bath Fitter and we went with them. The salesman didn't pressure us. He knows what he was doing and he explained all the options that we asked him about. He did not insult my intelligence like I don’t know what I’m talking about and don’t know what I want. He understood what we were asking for and he seemed to understand why we wanted it, the way we wanted it. We purchased their shower stall, base and the plumbing that went with it, and that worked out fine for us.

We decided to change our tub for a shower and wanted to get the job done quickly. Having a contractor do it and hearing our friends' nightmares, we were more drawn to their promise to do the work quickly. The service was quick, but the tub transition is much quicker. We were originally told it would be a 2 day job, but the reality, is that we did not have a shower for 4 days. Don't get me wrong, we are very happy with our shower and love it, but tub to shower conversions take longer and you should probably make sure you can have a shower while they are doing the work.

We talked to the Bath Fitter salesman and we thought it was something that we wanted. We were impressed with the whole set up and so we bought the walk-in shower. The sales representative came out here and he was very good. He made some recommendations and was very personable. We enjoyed having him. There was only one person that came to install and he was a young boy. He was nice, explained everything and did a fabulous job. My husband was with him most of the day and the installer couldn’t have done a better job. He said he’s one of the main people that do some of the jobs. Everything went well and he finished a lot earlier than they had initially said he would.

My husband and I were had our free consultation with a Bath Fitter sales rep. This is as far as our business got with them. The rep stayed at our home for 4 HOURS. We asked him to leave multiple times because we had an appointment with a different company that same day, in order to compare prices. Bath Fitter quoted us $10,000 just for a liner. The rep ignored our requests to leave and continued on with his sales pitch. After insulting our family we asked the rep to leave again, which then he finally did. Since then we have received 10 calls from Bath Fitter trying to resolve this. Bath Fitter please stop calling us, we have no interest in doing business with you.

The sales representative was a good guy. He was friendly, thorough and informative and answered all the questions. He made it easy to buy the bath tub. The installation team was on time, friendly and helpful as well. The bath tub works fine. It’s a pleasure to take a bath and shower in it.

I took a shot at Bath Fitter and purchased a tub with the surround and it was good. When we contacted them, a gentleman came down. He explained to us how everything works, what they’ll be doing, how they’ll clean up everything and how we’d be happy with it. He was a good and nice guy. Also, the gentleman that did the installation did a real good job and kept it clean. He cleaned up after himself and did a hell of a job caulking. Overall, they’re very courteous and they did the job quickly. I’m just happy with it.

What can I say? We had the best experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend Bath Fitters to everyone every day of the week and twice on Sunday!! The bathroom before and after is amazing! We can't believe it's the same room!!

Hello, I contacted Bath Fitter in early May. They came out to my measured for the tub. The tub arrived and did not fit, they measured again. The second tub arrived and did not fit. They sent a manager out to measure. The third tub arrived and did not fit. They measured a fourth time and apparently was going to order the correct tub this time. It's been over a week and I have not heard back from them as to when the fourth tub would arrive. I contacted Bath Fitter and they were not able to provide me with a current status of my tub and it would take them two days to research it. Needless to say our bathroom has been tore apart for over 3 months waiting for the tub to come in. On their third visit they brought me an extension rod and liner, the liner fits maybe 3/4 of the tub so this is basically useless. At this point I have lost all confidence in this company.

I only have positive experiences with Bath Fitter. I've always known about them but what sparked me to call them was the $600 off deal in the flyer that I saw. The savings was the biggest reason I got them. I have already done a complete bathroom remodel before and that was expensive. I wanted a time-sensitive cosmetic fix because I was planning on selling my home. I thought having a nice cosmetic update would be fast. I purchased the basic model of tub liner that goes all the way up to the ceiling three months ago.

I got crippled and couldn’t step into the big bathtub, so I wanted a walk-in shower. I called Bath Fitter and two guys came to the house, and they were nice. They measured and talked, and we bought the shower right then. Then one guy got the installation done in one and a half days. He cleaned up afterwards and that was very nice. The walk-in shower that we purchased from Bath Fitter in June has a grab bar and some shelves on it, and these are working fine. We’re really satisfied with it and we’re glad that’s the way we went.

The sales rep was clear, came in with a price and followed up. Then the guy who installed the shower stayed late so he could get it done, which was a big help because my husband's handicapped. I was glad that it happened right on time and the way I wanted it done. This was our first time with Bath Fitter and I would use them again.

We didn't need a tub anymore since we moved in and we wanted a walk-in shower. My wife also had medical problems so we got the walk-in shower she wanted. I called Bath Fitter and they gave me an estimate. Their sales reps did fine and everybody was great. They sent in one guy and it took him two days to take the tub out and put everything else. Overall my wife loves the shower and it's good for us.

Had to have grab bars added to our shower installed by Bath Fitter as my wife has become disabled and needed them. I could have gotten them installed at a much cheaper rate however I did not want to void any warranties with our current shower. I also included in this order a warranty issue with our shower door as the paint is flaking off of it and it is not that old. When the installer came he installed the bars and said someone would have to get in touch with me about the warranty work. That was not what I was told by customer service. Now into week 4 and emails in and still no response. I don't feel this is good customer service at all and I am completely displeased by the support I have gotten and now expect in the future.

I never believed I could have three NEW bathrooms in just three days!!! Professional, prepared, thorough, clean and courteous without a doubt. What a pleasure to know, finally, money was truly well spent. Floor to ceiling!! The hardware is wonderful and even the safety bar we had installed for my mother is a perfect fit. My children are all about keeping the bathrooms as perfect as they found them now! Wish I had made the decision years ago!!!

Bath Fitter came to mind when I wanted to do our bathroom. I got the the tub and the free side wall two months ago. I absolutely loved everybody, the guy who came to do it, the guy who came to sell it and everybody on the phone. I also love the product. The price was steeper than I thought it would be, but it looks great and there was not one hiccup. I would totally recommend Bath Fitter.

It took several attempts to work through the company for the correct repairman/installer and call center office staff. Finally, I was able to get to the right person and make the final warranty repair appointment. The staff that I found were professionally cordial. The installer was very good, but not the neatest worker for my high standards. The warranty service department was difficult to access. Overall very good rating. This company has integrity from my experience with them, but several refining procedure can be implemented. Thank you.

We've been customers for a long time and we’ve had five Bath Fitter shower and tub. The quality and the professionalism was outstanding. When our new home where we're living now was being built, we said to not put anything in the bathroom. Bath Fitter came out and put in a three-walled glass, double shower in our bathroom. It is gorgeous. Our last purchase from them was the tub and the surround around for our rental property. The sales reps and the installation crew answered any questions we had and were outstanding on helping the customer. There are people living in our rental and the man is really tall so the shower head was moved up a little bit.

Bath Fitter had a booth out here at the Iowa State Fair during one of the shows. And I talked to one of their representatives there and decided to purchase a tub, shower surround, and glass doors. The rep was very professional and showed us all the options and told us how the process was going to work. And it was an easy process. One gentleman did the installation. He did a very nice job and cleaned up after himself and everything was perfectly left. And it was nice that it was done in one day, which was a big selling point. Also, the products are useful and look very sturdy. Everything’s just as it was advertised. It looks very nice and met our expectations. So, we’re looking forward to using it for a while.

We are totally satisfied with our Bath Fitter experience. Everyone involved in process was professional and courteous. Neat, clean technician installed unit. Every part fit perfectly. No surprises. Technician was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Left our house clean.

The Bath Fitter sales rep was very nice, easy going and he could always answer my questions. Also, the installers explained everything when they were done and they did everything including cleaning after themselves. I bought the tub and shower enclosure for my guests and now, my kids use it when they come and they seem to like it.

About three months ago, we had our first Bath Fitter remodel. We did a surround and a tub liner in one bathroom and just a surround in the other one. The sales rep we had was fine and the installation crews were excellent.

When I first saw Bath Fitter on a TV commercial, my mind was made up that I have got to put in a walk-in shower in the bathroom of the master bedroom. They did the work the first week of May and I am very satisfied with my purchase though I think they need to work on making the floor a little more slip-resistant. The sales representative was very thorough in explaining everything so it was fine. The install guy was polite and did the job in a day. Bath Fitter is a company that has a very good product and does very good work. They’re very professional, very detailed and very nice.

I purchased from Bath Fitter a bath-to-shower model, and the interaction I had with the salesperson was fine. They installed it at my mother's house and they cleaned up after themselves. It has given my mom more convenience.

Very disappointed??? First the installer showed an hour late, then he came with the wrong wall. He came back with some sort of a comprise and a courtesy shelve for the trouble. After he was almost done he realized they gave him the wrong door. He told me I needed to call someone named Donald who by the way was as rude as can be. He proceed to tell me that they were ordering the door in 5 days and when ever it came in they will call me.

New bathtub surround & tub - I highly recommend Bath Fitters. They do such a great job and I love how nice my bathroom is so if anyone is in need of a new bathroom go with Bath Fitters. And they do a great job of cleaning up when they complete the job.

I am very excited about my new tub and enclosure. I was also very surprised by your customer service. Whenever I called I always got a live person on the other end and also received phone calls to keep me updated on supplies ordered and when I could expect my installation. Very rare these days! Your company keeps their word. My installer showed up a little early, okay by me and was very professional and friendly. After he left, his cleanup was so good you would not have known he was here except that my bathroom had been updated, he was very good. Thank you for treating people like they are people. Great job!

Do not do business with Bath Fitter in Clearwater Florida! They have been to my house four times and it is now worse than when they started. They have installed, uninstalled, installed and uninstalled and Installed again and it still isn't right. It is actually much worse than when they started. My bathroom was scheduled to be completed on June 17. It is now August 11 and still not complete.

I went to a home and garden show in February and we were looking to do the bathroom. We were going to change the footprint of the room and we also thought it'd be easier to leave a 30-year old tub in place and cover it. That seemed like a good idea. The girls that we met at the Bath Fitter booth were very informative and helpful. They're very proactive like, "Let's get down there and we'll check it out. What appointment do you want?" So deciding on Bath Fitter was easy. I had also read reviews so I was happy with the company. I knew it was a reputable company.

Bath Fitter did our walls and tub inserts in June and we’re very happy with it. When we had our in-house quote, the guy was really knowledgeable and really sold the product on its good points. It’s very high quality and good workmanship. The installation team were very helpful and took care of everything.

Bath Fitter advertises all the time and I was impressed. I have a second bathroom that I wanted to fix that up because I have several serious health problems and it would help me with those. Also, it would be easier for me to keep up. Bath Fitter did our small bathroom with mainly a standup shower a couple of months ago. It had a bench in it so I can sit down if I have to. I have a bad back so it's easier that way and I'm enjoying it. I had a pleasant experience with the sales rep who came and went over it and I’d do it again if I had to. The young man who put it in was extremely helpful, polite and did an excellent job. The whole experience was very pleasant.

I was thinking of doing something with my bathroom, but taking out the bathtub and putting a whole new one in wasn't as feasible so Bath Fitter's product worked like a charm. In June, I got the smooth side, back surround and then we've got four shelves on it, one on each corner. They fitted the product over the current iron tub and put a nice new surround around it. It's seamless and I like that idea too. We had old plastic vinyl seam ones and we had problems with the caulk rusting. I also wanted something with a nice pocket for shampoos and I got it. The curved shower rod is the best for me, but we also had the new shower head, faucet and drain put in. Plus, we got a grab bar too. I'm well under my 50's and I'm looking forward to being old aged here.

I’ve also read the online reviews and they seemed to fit the bill for what we’re looking for so we purchased a shower-bathtub combo. Their sales rep was very helpful and friendly. On the other hand, their installation team was efficient and got the job done quickly. Overall, we’re very happy with Bath Fitter. It was a no-stress and no-strain experience for us. They’re competent and easy to deal with.

I'm an older person and I don't want to do housework. I liked that I didn't have to do a lot of scrubbing with Bath Fitter and so I purchased a tub from them. Their installation crew was knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves. Thus far, I love the tub. If I decide to have another remodel done in my home, I'll use Bath Fitter again. Their products are affordable and well-made. I'd recommend them to my friends.

It was my local plumber who told me about Bath Fitter as I needed the work done expediently. I like the idea that they were in and out within a day. So I spoke with their sales rep and we hit it off good. He’s a good guy and we got along like old friends. In the end, I got a tub and a surround shower from them. I also got another shower, which means I had two bathrooms done by Bath Fitter. The installation team was very, very organized, polite and the conversation flowed nicely. I had to work so I didn't stand over and watched them do their job but I'm very happy that it didn’t get dragged on for months on end. What they did was absolutely phenomenal. I deliver the mail in Bucyrus and I've shown a lot of people pictures of before and after my bathroom. The speed of things being done was amazing. They did exactly what they told me they were going to do and I'm so happy. The shower and the bathtub all turned out perfectly.

We went to a home show in Westminster and there was a gentleman there with a Bath Fitter product. I said it was nice but I had a clawfoot tub. Then he said they can do that. The fact that he had the product, and because of his attitude, presence, presentation of the product, as well as the succession of people who came to the house, it was a no-brainer to go with them.

We were at a home show and stopped by Bath Fitter for information. We heard from word of mouth that everybody seems to enjoy the quality of the workmanship. And indeed, it was money well spent. We got them to install the shower a couple of months ago and we're very happy with the job. We had an excellent experience with the sales rep and everything also went very smooth with the installation. It was a very good investment and we had an excellent experience overall.

I was walking down the Apple Blossom Mall in Winchester, Virginia and saw Bath Fitter. I spoke to one of the reps on the mall and the interaction was very pleasant. I told my husband and my daughter that I want a new bathtub and they did it as a birthday present for me last May. The guy who installed it was very, very nice. He was great, very professional, and installed it in one day the way they said they would. I got the soap dishes and stuff in the corners of it and I love my new tub. It is so clean and I love the smoothness and it's so pretty and white. Bath Fitter has a very good team and I‘d use them again.

Bath Fitter is an excellent company and I like their pricing. I had them take out the tub that was there and replaced it with a shower. There are not too many people that do specific bathrooms. They got the other retrofits and that's not what I was looking for. I like the stuff I saw at Bath Fitter's show and I decided to go with them. The sales rep showed up and he had all the information I needed. He answered all the questions that I had about what I wanted and any options and discounts that were available. And at the end of the half-hour, I signed the paper. And then the installer did a great job doing the installation. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. I've been happier with it.

I’m an engineer and I heard about Bath Fitter through the plumbing inspector in Illinois many years ago. I liked their warranty and that they kind of came up with the process in the industry, so they’re the industry leader. I got them to help me with a tub and enclosure around the tub, including the ceiling. Everything seems to be pretty solid and successful. The salesperson did a great job and dealing with him had been very positive. Then the installation team was very helpful and very good.

Bath Fitter does the remodel themselves and they're responsible for their work. It’s not subcontracted out to everybody. I had them do complete remodeling with the acrylic tub and surround. Their sales rep was excellent. He answered every question and sold his product well. Also, their installation team was wonderful. So far, it's a perfect job in a nice time frame. The product is beautiful. I would definitely go there again.

Bath Fitter had a one piece and I called their sales rep which was fine. Then, they came as soon as they could. They were real pros and the guys really knew what they were doing. There are no seams in the walls and now, it seemed we have it down. It is now at the tub level or the shower base. But when my wife steps into the shower, she hears this noise. I was downstairs and the sound was squishing and excruciating coming through the ceiling. We think that it's the pipe moving against the subfloor and they're coming back to take a look at it.

When Bath Fitter came out, we were impressed with the product and we decided to go ahead and do it. Everybody treated us wonderfully and we did the tub and shower enclosure about three months ago. My one minor complaint is that the caulking they used can't be painted but so far as the workmanship, they did a beautiful job. The installer was a wonderful representative for the company. He was very polite, he cleaned up and did everything by the book. The only problem he had was me wanting to say something. I'm a retired carpenter and I love watching stuff like that so I had a hard time staying out of his way. He very kindly and professionally told me to get out of his hair, and he did a marvelous job with what he had to work with.

After almost two months back and forth with Bath Fitters doing little to nothing to correct a faulty tub, they told us today that they would not cover the work (after saying they would) under the Life Time Warranty, as our tubs were installed in November 2003. At no time during our many conversations had this been made clear. They surprised me with "If it wasn't installed in 2004 it's not covered".

I used Bath Fitter at my other house so when I moved into my new home, I used them again. The sales rep was very nice and when I moved in, the gentlemen had already put the tub liner in and I had the walls done. The installers took care of everything. But I told the gentlemen who measured for me that I didn't want the wall to come out as far as he brought it, and he said he would fix it, but he didn't. So he just messed up my future plans. But the quality of their work is very nice.

We were fixing up and redoing our bathroom and wanted to update our tub and shower walls. We decided to get an estimate from Bath Fitter compared to doing it ourselves, and after meeting with the sales guy, we decided to go ahead. We could not be happier. Although a bit pricey, it looks fantastic. The entire process was simple and smooth. We were never felt pressured to buy or get anything, and the sales guy (Anthony) was extremely kind. He showed us everything, gave us plenty of options based on what we were looking for, then got it ordered. He told us it would be about two to three weeks...

My husband and I had David into the house first time before we started to reno the bathroom. Second time to take measurements and order, and pay. Two men came to install shower day one. Next day one of the men came in to install shower doors. We waited more the 24 hours before the shower was use and tested out. It looked beautiful, but outside the door we were very disappointed! The shower door leaked at the door hinge and bottom of glass. We left multiple messages trying to have someone back to fix it. Finally after messages back and forth, my husband was told it would be a month wait before someone could come.

BathFitters replaced the shower door that was hitting the wall, sprayed grit coating on the floor to address the issue with sliding into the drain, and assured me that the grit coating is covered under the warranty.

Bath Fitter was at a sales fair in the town where we live and we bought a shower. They installed it in May and overall, it all went along fine.

I bought a tub insert from Bath Fitter as I didn't want to have to take the tile out of the bathroom. The sales representative Heather was great, informative and pleasant to work with. Her level of knowledge was very good. The installation guy did a fantastic job and kept everything clean. He did some things that I didn't think were possible. I have radiant heat in there and he had to work around one of those registers and I'd never know he had to do it.

Years ago we had BATH FITTER install a new shower pan over the existing because it leaked. Worked well & all was fine until earlier this year when it developed a crack. I called & yes it was under warranty & was quickly ordered. Several weeks after waiting for it to come in I found I had to wait several more weeks before someone could make it out to install. After it was installed I showered and found it leaked VERY BADLY. The sweep had been left off. Many phone calls later someone came out to "fix" it. He moved the door higher, but did not reattach the sweep??!

My brother-in-law had his bathroom done about a year ago. I went over, saw it and fell in love with it, so we decided to go with Bath Fitters. They say it's good forever, so that's another sell right there. I was at a home show and Bath Fitters was there so I talked to somebody there. The salesperson was very friendly and professional and we were happy with him. He and the installation team were excellent. The installers made everything go smoothly and we're really good with everything so far.

I had a new tub install today and was very impressed. They exceeded my expectations by far. It was worth every penny. The installer was very professional and pleasant. Our bathroom looks like a showroom now. The installer cleaned up the mess and explained to us how to work everything before he left. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to my family and friends.

I’ve seen Bath Fitter from a friend that had something done. I like the product. It keeps clean nice and easy. I used them before for restoring a rental house that I had and I did the bath above it. I had another duplex that needed a bath tub, so I called them back because I wanted the same type of deal and I did have it. I liked it. Plus, the quality is a step above other remodeling companies. I did the tub five years ago and I did another tub last May. I'll use them again on that duplex next time when it’s available.

We had Bath Fitter do our tub and master bath shower in May. I like the way they took everything out. They would not cover up and it's guaranteed. The rep was on time, very professional and made the right suggestions. He let us make our own decisions but he guided us in the correct way. The installer was fantastic too. I had a very old poodle who barks at anything. I told him about it and at the end of the installation, he said, “I think Danny and I became friends.” So, that definitely means a lot. A week after the installation, we had a leak in the master bath shower head and it was a pinhole. They came out the same day when I called and replaced it. And when I came home, the only way I knew they were there is that my bathroom shines. There was no dirt and you wouldn't know they were there.

Sitting down with the sales guy when he came to the house, I decided to go with Bath Fitter. But we didn't get the actual work done for several weeks later because of our travel schedule. I’m pretty finicky about stuff and the guy was fantastic. He was able to pull somebody out-of-the-blue and they worked around our schedule.

I heard about Bath Fitter in a television ad. I then went online and purchased from them. It certainly helped that they have a lifetime guarantee and then the sales rep made a good impression, too. It was a good decision.

I looked at Bath Fitter to get a base-point. They got a good cost and after talking to the representative, choosing them seemed like the right thing to do. I got a complete tub and shower about three months ago and the sales rep was great. He was a very down-to-earth kind of guy. I really liked the products and the fact that their service seemed to be all-inclusive. I also liked the warranty. Then the guy who came for the installation knew what he needed to do. He kept to himself, was quick and efficient. The remodeling wasn't cheap but I feel like I got my money's worth. Plus, Bath Fitter's reps were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and professional. All around, it's a great experience.

When I contracted Bath Fitter to do my bathroom I was told that everything was taken care of by Bath Fitter. Why did I have to go to the building dept. and arrange for a inspection and then wait the next day for the inspector to come and inspect Bath Fitter work? I assume that my time is not as valuable as yours? Please inform me how you feel about this.

Bath Fitter came out with the necessary products and showed us what we could choose from, they measured where everything would go and explained how it would go. It was installed in one day, and did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the end result.

From sales presentation to installation, great service. The installer stayed late to finish up in one day. Since my husband is handicapped that was important for us. We did not have to relocate for the night and could use the bath immediately.

I wanted the bathroom unit replaced. A guy from Bath Fitter came over, gave me a price and I signed the contract. I purchased the bathtub-shower unit. The installation team came and they were great. They installed i and cleaned up after themselves.

I contacted Bath Fitter and within a week the salesman called me and I had my appointment for a quote. I decided to update my choices and got exactly what I have always wanted in a bath tub/shower. The plumber was here a short time and the installer came and was very thorough and even used a vacuum to clean up after he installed. I took my first bath and I thought I died and went to heaven. My shower is so nice and I love all my details like the textured handle bar on the side and the corner unit is very convenient. Yes, it was not inexpensive, but the workmanship and 100% guarantee sold me on this wonderful product. Everyone involved was professional and got things done, when I wanted it. I recommend this company to all my friends.

Your crew did an outstanding job on the new bathroom. The technician was awesome. Required about 12 hours but he stayed with it until it was completed. Can not tell you how happy we were with the final product. WE were encouraged to have Bathfitter come back out to the home to address the other bathroom which was outfitted with a shower enclosure about 10 years earlier. NOW that shower unit looks just like it was installed yesterday! Fantastic company!

Bath Fitter was over at the state fairgrounds and the lady that ran the booth was very friendly, easy to get along with, and she got us interested in the tub. She gave us some literature and we look over things and decided that Bath Fitter offered what we wanted to do in our bathroom. Their sales rep came to the house and then offered us some options and we told him what we wanted. He was really good, and we got our bath tub redone.

I’m becoming more and more incapacitated. I still have a chair stepping over the side of the tub after three years because I crashed in the tub one day and I badly damaged my feet. So I had to remodel my bathroom. Bath Fitter has a good reputation. And I love the fact that I don’t have a wood frame around my window anymore that I have to keep painted and wiped off. The moisture doesn’t get through the paint. It looks so finished and clean and neat.

We needed a new shower in our bathroom. When we went to the home show, Bath Fitter was there and they sounded reasonable. We chose them for the convenience. Their sales rep was nice and we got along with him very well. We had a good rapport with the installer too. He was very thorough. He also told us everything that he was doing. Bath Fitter is easy to work with and we were very pleased with the completed job.

Bath Fitter is a good investment. I wanted the install that could give me the zero caulk and lifetime warranty leaks, among other things. I sat down with the salesman over a year ago and because of the illnesses in the family, I postponed the project for an additional six to eight months, and the span of Bath Fitter's scheduling salespeople or whoever was involved gave me no hard time. My mother ended up having blood cancer and getting that install was the least of my concern, so Bath Fitter put it out three months at a time and we touched base. The rep who did the scheduling stayed in touch and the installer was very experienced.

Bath Fitter was the right company for me because they would do what I want. I bought a tub a couple of months ago and I was happy with the work that they did. From the time I ordered until the time they came it took nine weeks. The interaction with the sales rep was good. Everything went well and I'd recommend them.

I was at a fair in Walkersville and I saw Bath Fitter’s booth. At first, I didn't think that they did the kind of liners for the type of tub I had, 'cause I had a claw foot cast iron cast iron tub. I didn't really think much of it until I was talking to one of the guys and he took the time to talk to me about the house and told them how old it was. I was initially planning on just doing the painting of the inside of the tub until the salesman who came out to the house informed me that the paint is only temporary and how the lead paints from the tub can get into the water. I have kids in the house and I didn't want that for them. And so they told me that once I put this liner, I wouldn't have to worry about any more stuff. It is very good and it's a lot easier to walk on. It is more comfortable on our feet, so that was unexpected plus there.

We like Bath Fitter's seamless wall so we had a shower redone with them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable but I had to send the first installer out of my house. When he pulled up in my driveway, my front door was open. We walked up to the door and he stood there and looked at me. He never greeted me and introduced himself until I asked who he was.

We had a bathroom problem that we needed to be fixed so we called Bath Fitter. The sales rep was a little pushy but we came to a deal with him. He first quoted us a really high price which we couldn’t do but we talked some more and he came down to where we felt we could afford to do. Then, it took about five or six weeks for a guy to come out. We purchased a one-piece thing that they put in. It's the shower part and we have a curtain up there. It’s nice and it’s what we needed for where it was at. The guy that came was very good and didn’t mess around. He had to fix the floor first and then the next day, he had a young man with him who was sort of in training. They did their thing and it was done. It was a good experience overall.

Very timely, very clean installation, very friendly installer who was eager to share all aspects of the installation. Would have preferred brass fittings for the shower but we chose the brushed fixtures. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing a new bathroom!

Bath Fitter was the only company that was actually doing what I wanted and needed. I got a tub over tub from them a month and a half ago. It's my first Bath Fitter remodel and I'm very content with it. I felt very comfortable with their sales rep who was very informative and took his time to explain all the details. Also, the guy who put the tub in treated my home very well like it's his own home. He cleaned up and there wasn't any trash or debris left. I felt very comfortable with them that when my mother and I had lunch, I also treated all of them to lunch. If there’s anyone that I know who needs a tub, I would talk to them about doing it, let them see mine and show them how impressed I was.

We’re completely satisfied with Bath Fitter. We’ve dealt with them about six years ago when we didn’t want to have to take the bathtub and everything out. Bath Fitter wouldn’t have to completely gut the bathroom and they could fix what was there. So, we had at that time had the old bathtub painted and had the shower surround and the wall hanging put on. Bath Fitter seemed like an easy way for us to get what we need done. They also have a lifetime guarantee. Their product has to be a really good one in order for them to have a lifetime warranty on it. This time, we went ahead and did the shower over the bathtub with them. The young gentleman who came down here did a professional job. It's been a great experience with Bath Fitter and I’d recommend them.

Installer and entire experience positive - all received high marks from us. I wish we had been informed about the 24 month same as cash promotion you've been running all month - it would have been nice to be given that option since our install was completed not too long before the promo started.

The builders didn't do a good job on the shower upstairs in the master bedroom and I always had problems with it. I didn't like it so I wanted to cover it after all these years. Plus, I'm selling the house anyway. However, I didn't want to tear the whole shower down and I wanted to get it done in two days. I went on the internet and I picked Bath Fitter out because they were in the area where I was.

Two months ago, we had Bath Fitter put in a shower and shelving in our half bath. Had a really good interaction with their sales representative. However, he was misleading at first. We had designed the remodel and had everything approved for financing. We got it ready to go but we had to push back on the installation date because my wife had a surgery. Then, the rep notified me that I had to get it installed immediately, but he never discussed with me initially that the financing system has went out. So we lost the financing and that finance company was horrible. We had to go to another and with the finances acting up as the primary part, they messed that up. He knew what he was talking about. He knew what to say and what not to say and what he did not say got us caught up. Our experience with Bath Fitter had been challenging so I would tell others to be careful.

In a word our experience was wonderful. We absolutely love our new tub and surround. The installer was excellent and spent a lot of time fixing the mistakes of the people who previously installed a tub and surround. He explained everything he was doing and why and did an amazing job. We could not be happier.

I was at BJ's one day and I was able to see what Bath Fitter was made of, the durability. So even though it's a little bit expensive, it's gonna last me a lifetime so it's worth it. I got the regular bath tub that also has a shower for my second bathroom. It has the backsplash that goes almost all the way up to my ceiling and it brings the shower pole. It looks very nice and I love it. Their sales rep came over and took some measurements. Then he explained everything about it. He was very informative and helpful. Then the installer who came out was polite and a good clean worker.

We went to a local home show and they had several of these outfits out. So, we decided to call in a salesman from each one. We like the Bath Fitter salesman the best and thought he had the best product and a good price, so we decided to go ahead with him. He seemed to be the most honest in his approach. He originally quoted me a price, but it was too high for me. So he worked with me and we got the price down to what I felt was a reasonable level. Then the installers who came out were very nice guys. They called me, scheduled the appointment, then the guys came early that morning. They ripped off the old one and put in a new one, and they were all done by late afternoon. They did everything they said they were going to do on a schedule and then they put all the old stuff away. We had the bath tub replaced with a complete walk-in shower and it's very beautiful.

Our plumbing is as old as our house, which was built on 1951, so we suspected we might have some plumbing problems. Bath Fitter is the only company that claimed that they will be able to take care of a problem on the spot without calling an extra plumber. They also ensured us that if there was a plumbing problem behind the wall, there wasn't going to be an additional payment. It turns out that we didn't have any problems in plumbing but they still put in new fixture controls.

The salesman that came to my house and told me about Bath Fitter was good. He sold me on it and I didn’t even talk to any other company. Dealing with him was excellent. I purchased a shower tub with a grab bar and a shelf in March and they put it on in May. It was very expensive but I was willing to pay the money for it. It’s going to be there for the rest of my life so that’s okay. Overall, it's been a very good experience.

We purchased a tub and a backsplash from Bath Fitter and the quality is very good. But I thought it was a little expensive compared to what other people had. The sales representative came quickly and was thorough. We understood what we were getting when he left. One guy did the installation and he was very efficient. He cleaned up very well after himself. It was good to have it all done in one day.

We liked the tub and the way it wasn't so plain was the main reason we chose Bath Fitter. We purchased a tub and a shower in February but they didn't get everything done until May. The sales rep did an excellent job. He came and sat down at the table with us. He measured for the shower and the tub and then it was more than a month before he was able to make ends meet to come and put the shower and the tub in.

We like what Bath Fitter did. Also, I like it because it has a lifetime warranty. Their rep was knowledgeable and knew the products. After purchasing from them, it took them about a month before they could come back and put it in. We had the tub taken out and had the shower put in. Then, we had the three-tier shelf and we had the glass doors. I like the installers and the quality of the bathroom. I'd recommend them.

Although built in the '50s, our house is rather up to date, except for the master bath and the bath in the hallway. The bathrooms were tiled from ceiling to floor. The tile on the walls of the surrounding were pink, blue, black and white and we have a pink cast iron bathtub in the master bath, which we couldn't take out. When we went to an event in Wheeling and saw a Bath Fitter kiosk, we looked into them, got the information and decided that we wanted to have our bathrooms done. We had the master bath and the game room bathroom put in. My husband took all of the tile off the walls and we had to have a plasterer come in, because in those days, the tile was meant to stay there until the house came down. We bought our house about a year and a half ago and the bathroom was dated. The shower looked like a big old piece and was dangerous for our grandkids. Every time we would use the rugs, we would use the tape on the floor and our grandkids were still slipping and falling. Our friends from Des Moines were really happy with their Bath Fitter. We had our tub for 25 years and was leaking when we stepped in to use the shower so we decided it was time to do something. We’re getting older and we wanted a walk-in shower. The first guy came and did the measurements and talked about what we wanted and how much it would be. He also said that somebody else will contact us and do the final measurements. We were happy with both of them. The parts were ordered and delivered after a month where another guy came and installed it. I couldn’t believe that he was done within a day. We were more than pleased. We had issues with our bathtub where the lining was peeling off so it was time for an upgrade. I always wanted the security with the bars inside the tub by the shower and went with Bath Fitter. They put in the tub and the shower. The sales guy who came was very nice. Then the tech came and made sure that the measurement was correct. The installation team was very professional, very courteous, and very informative. When I had a leak after the installation, a different guy came back fairly fast and fixed it for me as it was under warranty. So far, the quality of the tub and the shower is okay.

I had the best tub done 12 years ago but since I’m disabled now, I cannot climb into it. I had to change it over to a shower and got Bath Fitter. I also had wainscoting around done too. I'm happy with Bath Fitter and their quality is wonderful but I paid too much money for it. And I’m a senior citizen with a fixed income so it did hurt my wallet very much. But I have a lifetime warranty on it and their rep was friendly, courteous and did a good job in getting them done. If I know anybody who needs something done, I will recommend Bath Fitter.

My dad had a tub installed over nine years ago and then he referred another one of his friends to Bath Fitter so I went with them too. I got the whole bathtub and shower wall or wall for the rental house about three or four months ago. It's good quality and reasonably-priced for what we were doing and it made the most sense to do instead of having to rip out a whole bathroom. The sales rep was a cool guy, knew what he was doing and wasn't pushy. He explained a lot and it helped with me knowing everything they did. My wife couldn't get over how precise and perfectionist the installer was. The tenants love the bathroom. I had the other bathroom ripped out at the same time, but I put one of the Lowe's standup shower surrounds in that. I'm happy with Bath Fitter and I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

We wanted our bathtub taken out and made into a shower. We live in a very rural area and at first, I wanted a tiled shower and we couldn’t find anyone around here to do it. So, when we saw Bath Fitter at a home show, we thought that was a way of getting a nice shower that was confined and moisture proof. It was expensive though. We made $8,000 for it. It sounds like we did the whole bathroom but it’s just the shower. But as far as the quality, appearance, and workmanship go, they're very good. We got a garden tub which is larger than a typical shower and took up to the ceiling. The man who put it in did a lot. He had to replace the walls and insulation. He was excellent. Our shower is very nice and I like it a lot.

Bath Fitter guaranteed that the remodel was going to be done right. The price killed us but we’re glad we did it because it’s great. We love the shower. We’re very happy with it and the one who installed it was super too. We’re 100% satisfied with every single thing and I would say to a friend to consider them.

Bath Fitter was down at a senior center with an exhibit and I talked to them there. I liked their product and went with them. The sales rep was very good. He went over everything that he was supposed to, however I was not interested in all those details. The presentation was too long. Nevertheless, I really liked the job they did. I got a tub cover, a wall cover, and a shower. The shower was connected to the tub.

In March 2017 I ordered my product, which looks marvelous, even though the plumber needs to come back to fix the water flow from the faucet. Ed ** was the representative I worked with for my product. During the month of May you advertised 0 Finance Charges. My Bath Fitter was not installed until May 19, however, I was told I was ineligible for 0 Finance Charges. I believe that's false and misleading advertising. I wouldn't complained if the product had been installed in my home, however, as soon as I began to ask about 0 Finance Charges miraculously I moved up on the list and my product was installed. I should be eligible for 0 Finance Charges because my product was not installed while you were advertising this rate.

Bath Fitter became a necessity. I had my knee replaced and I couldn't get into our bathtub or even go downstairs to take a shower. Then my daughter fell and broke her hip. I borrowed a chair that slides around and now we both need to use it to take a shower. It was then that we needed to fix our bathroom. We got a fold-down seat from Bath Fitter, and my wife and daughter are both very pleased with their ability to take a shower now. Their salesman did a good job and he sent an installer who was very good too. He was able to take care of everything like the plumbing, carpentry and the finish. It was done in a day and a half and he did good work. He did insulation and did all the things to make me happy. We have showed our bathroom to several people. Bath Fitter costs too much, but it's been outstanding with them overall.

My husband and I are ecstatic with our new tub/walls. It looks amazing and really brightens up the bathroom. It was discovered at the time of the install that we had mold due to the previous improperly installed walls. We wanted to replace our shower and bathtub and when the gentleman from Bath Fitter came to speak with us, he laid it all out and it was a good fit for us. We had two bathrooms remodeled, and purchased one tub and one shower The gentleman who came to the house was very professional. He did the measurements and he said there was a back order and things were taking time to get ordered so it was six weeks before we heard back from anybody but everything was good. The installation team scheduled two days for each redo and only took one for each. The installer was very professional, nice and explained everything. We were very happy and the experience was quick and painless.

We had another company do our other tub and fix it but they didn't do a very good job. Bath Fitter has lifetime warranty and thought we would give them a chance. Three months ago, we purchased a shower from them. We also have a big shelf in the back corner and an upgraded sliding doors. Bath Fitter's sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable. The people that did the installation were very good too. They came in, got it done and cleaned up after themselves. And they showed us how things worked which was good. We also had the big corner thing for the soaps put in. But they did not talk to me about the height which is a little high for me especially when I put my leg up to shave it. I talked to Bath Fitter about it and they said to give it a chance and give them a callback. And if I couldn't adjust, they would come out.

Bath Fitter did a tub to shower conversion for me first at my mom's house eight years ago. It's what I was looking for at the one house that I am in and knew they would get in and do it in two days. My cousin was satisfied with his job too so I went with them. They excellently renewed the shower in my house and put a new one in including grab bars and seats two months ago. The sales rep was good but I didn't like the little high pressure to me that they were going to give me a discount but only if I sign that day. They didn't give you any time to think about it and it's a lot of money to spend. Another thing, I am a previous customer and on this job that they did at my house, I didn't get any benefit for a second time purchaser and it's quite an extensive undertaking. They should have thrown in a seat or shower or corner unit.

I had a lot of mold in both my downstairs shower and my upstairs bathroom, and it had been 28 years since I had them, so it was time to replace them. Bath Fitter was the first remodeling company I called and I liked the idea that they had a one-piece installation. But I did have some qualms about the price. I called one other company, but then I decided that if I tried to call other companies, the cost would be just about as much and it was not going to be a one-piece installation. So, it's the fact that Bath Fitter said they could get the job done in one day that I chose them, and they were able to do that.

I placed my order & gave them a post dated check, which they cashed early. When I called them about this, I found that the number was no longer in service. So I called & spoke to your corporate office last week. Rather than helping me, they forwarded my call to the area office that I was complaining about. I've left 2 messages for the supervisor/manager, but have not received a call back. My bathtub isn't even installed yet and I'm finding your customer service to be very unsatisfactory. I then read the Consumer Affairs Reviews and your lack of customer service seems to be an issue. My concern now is, what if I have a more serious problem that I need your company to address? I'm trying to decide what my next step will be and would like to hear what your company has to say about my concerns. Thank You.

The Bath Fitter sales representative did a good job explaining everything. He went through the whole process of what and how things are going to happen and how much it will cost. The second guy came and did the measuring and also explained what was going to happen after that. He made sure everything was left as it was when he walked in.

Bath Fitter has a one day turnaround and we got them to do the tub surround and layover about 2 months ago. It was in our second home and we knew what we wanted to do so we basically needed to pick out the material for the wall and deal with it. I had a friend who used them a month or two before that and she said it was really easy. It was an easy decision for us. The sales rep's visit wasn't too long, and the installer was a gentleman who was on time, tidy and cleaned up after himself. Once he was done, he was out of there. The whole experience has been quick and the finished products were nice.

We were in need of a new bath tub so we had a sales representative from Bath Fitter come over. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed out some things with our old tub which we knew and after we had talked to him and he showed us the different features of the tub. Because of him, we decided that’s where we would go. We had called a different place that was supposed to come out and we cancelled them because we were happy with the salesman from Bath Fitter. And the guy who installed it was very efficient. He was friendly and he knew what he was doing. He ended up taking our old tub out and when he put the new one in, he did it all in one day. When he left, except for a new bath tub, you wouldn’t have known that he was there. He really cleaned everything very nicely and did a really good job. We’ve had it for two months now and we really feel like we had a good fit for our house. I was very happy with everything.

Tub and shower - Service people were well trained and very respectful. Looks fantastic. No problems. Took one day. They left the house clean and took away all leftover material and trash. Highly recommend if your tile and tub are worn out and you need a remodel. Brightens up the entire bathroom. Our friends love it.

We wanted a walk-in shower and financing for it. Bath Fitter has the financing ability so we got it from them. We also got shelving, doors and ceiling. Everything was good with the sales rep, as well as with the installer who came when he was scheduled to. Bath Fitter was very professional and good with their work.

We were doing a complete remodel on one of our bathrooms and we liked the styles that they had and the quality of work so we decided to go with it and increase the resale value of the house if we ever sell it. We got a grab bar for the handicapped, the shower head with the hand shower attachment and one corner shelf unit. The sales rep checked everything out and then outlined what they would do and answered all our questions so it was good. The installers were very professional. The first thing they did was lay down walking tarps all through our house from where they came in up to the stairs to the bathroom. And they got it all done in one day. I went up a few times and they answered questions I had. They also let me watch a little bit. It was a very good service. The price is high but you get quality for it.

I can't say enough about how this company backs up their lifetime warranty. Their customer service is superb. I was dealing with the L.I. office who was so supportive and never questioned their responsibility when my 10 year+ shower floor needed to be replaced. You will not be sorry if you go with Bath Fitter. They have taken a lesson from Disney when it comes to customer service. Very satisfied customer.

I converted my tub into a shower. It has frameless doors and then I got the rack, hose, shampoo and grab bars. It's been two months since I made my purchase. I had an amazing experience all the way through. They followed through consistently from beginning to end. They were very punctual when they came out. Anything that they said, they were on it. They called me all throughout the process to let me know when the materials are going to be and what worked best for me for installation. When the installer came, he went above and beyond. He did everything to make sure that everything was just so. He was very thorough. He got it done in a day instead of two days and it was beautiful. If something goes wrong and I'm not satisfied with it, they'll come to tear it out and redo it. I like the fact that they have a lifetime warranty and they guarantee it and service after the sale. I am very pleased with Bath Fitter.

With Bath Fitter, I was guaranteed for life, so I went with them. It was a friendly interaction that I had with the sales rep. I bought a tub surround and a little shelf in January. There was a stretch between the time of the actual purchase and when they came out and interviewed and did some preliminary measurement. Other than the gap, it was wonderful. Installation went as scheduled in the beginning of April and they finished on time.

My installer, Tyson, was spot on time. Neat, clean, pleasant to talk to. He took great care to put down a canvas runner to protect my carpet. During the 'demolition' he worked continually, with no break except for a drink. There were three slight changes that were needed, and he attended to them beautifully. Bath Fitter did not charge me for the change, since they were determined that I would be pleased with the finished project. I am VERY pleased with the results and recommend both the product and installer to everyone I talk to.

I wanted one of my bathrooms finished and my wife and I agreed together to get Bath Fitter. I had them come in and put in a wall and the stuff in my bathroom around my bathtub plus grab bar and soap dispenser. Then I put a shower head in and new knobs for the water. I'm pleased with the overall finished product. Their sales rep was good and crazy. The guy that came was all right too but he was a little bit late but that's all right because he had to come from Virginia to Carolina. He had to come in the sticks back here and there wasn't any GPS. Bath Fitter did a good job in the overall sales and doing the work and all.

My shower needed replacement. Two months ago, after talking to somebody about Bath Fitter, I liked their product, thought they were really good, and got a whole shower. Their sales team had answers to all my questions, and if they didn't, they'd find out for me. A representative also came by during the installation to make sure that everything was going well.

I searched online and looked at other alternatives, not necessarily in the same type of solution that Bath Fitter offers but other solutions such as replacing the tub. The cost and result that I could expect out of remodeling with Bath Fitter made a whole lot more sense. I got the tub and shower combo and a surround from them and the reps did what I expected.

I’ve heard about Bath Fitter and for years, primarily on TV. Some of my friends have used them in the past and they’re very happy. I had them build over my tub and my shower six weeks ago. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the exact samples of everything and it went very smoothly. The installation team was very courteous. They were quick and they cleaned up after themselves. The remodel is seamless but I am concerned about it being moved to not build-up.

We decided to use Bath Fitter because friends of ours were happy with them. The guy that came here to sell told us everything we asked him. We purchased a walk-in shower and they tore the old one out and put the new in it. The guy that was here was excellent. The remodelling took two days and it's been two months since I've made that purchase. The quality is good so far and nothing has fallen apart yet. We'd be happy if anybody asks us what's the quality and how it was done. They were more than helpful with everything they did.

I bought a new house and I wasn’t very impressed with the existing shower stall because it was crowded so I needed to remodel it. I saw Bath Fitter at a trade show and I signed up for an estimate. I liked idea of a lifetime warranty so that’s what drew me in. The sales rep was making a hard sell. He had to drive a good distance for over two hours to get to my location. He really wanted to sign me up right then and there. I wasn’t really prepared, but I went ahead and signed on with it anyway. He went over all the features and showed me the shower caddies and door options. I was okay with that but I didn’t need to know all the bells and whistles.

Removed old shower and put in a new one. It was shiny white. Easy to clean. Has 2 bars and 2 shelves. Shower head can be moved up and down on a slide or left above. It has 2 shower speeds. There are no seams and therefore will not leak. Very nice.

We told the sales rep that came to the house what we wanted to do, then he told us what it's going to be and how long it’s going to take. He lined it all up. He even told me they have a good lumber store in the coast where he lives so I went up there and bought a lot of lumber. I have an older home and I didn’t want to tear out the old cast-iron tub downstairs, so putting the tub over it was a great idea and it worked well for us.

Bath Fitter removed my old tub and enclosure and installed a spectacular new shower. They exceeded my high expectations in every aspect - people, process & product. The entire team and process was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I like the idea of a one-piece surround. I've had the shower surround from Bath Fitter for about two or three months now. The manager of the Cleveland office came out and made a call to one other person that had a Bath Fitter unit put in and they liked theirs. He pointed out a whole bunch of people in the area that had it done too. The installer didn't mind if I watch for a while and he sort of insisted I keep hands off because some of the stuff he was putting in can cut you if you handled it wrong, but he knew how to handle it and requested not to help him. He was on time and the bathroom was perfectly clean when he was done. I'm satisfied with what I got and everybody says it looks good. It was a satisfactory experience.

What was promised/advertised as a "one-day installation" turned into a three-week nightmare! First day of installation - NO SHOWER DOORS, promised within a few days. After a few days - possibly a week! After a week, I cancelled the doors for a "ready made" Bath Fitter door. Another delay of a week and half. When it finally arrived and installed not long enough to prevent shower spray from leaking over the bathroom floor! Asked for an adjustment to the final payment, with a paltry response. Local company manager unsympathetic, as well as regional manager. All the while this was my only shower which I could not use for 3 weeks!!! An EXTREMELY stressful and unsatisfactory experience.

On time, extremely friendly, very hard worker (America could use more like him). Used covers on the floor, and had very little cleanup. Can't believe the change. We had a great experience with Bath Fitter! The salesman spent a lot of time with us, was able to give us a great deal with financing! The installer is excellent in what he does!!! We went from a tub/shower to just a shower and it is huge! Very easy to keep clean. We are so happy!!!

I’m very satisfied with Bath Fitter and I have recommended them. We saw them first at an outdoor show when we were at the civic center. We wanted to do something different—take our shower out of our master bedroom and replace it. My husband and I decided and had a good conversation about it. We’d get something that's going to last and perform like it should. We liked what we’ve seen with Bath Fitter and we’re okay with the price. We purchased from them around the end of March because we wanted to do it before I had surgery.

Bath Fitter has a warranty and gets everything done in one to two days which helped us decide to go with them. We've been already through the shopping around since my daughter has been through this a couple of years ago and we can't afford to be without a bathtub for a week or so. We bought from them a bathtub, shower enclosure, shower and the walk in shower about two months ago. Their sales representative seemed to be knowledgeable and helpful with the options. The installer gave me good information and he's very professional and polite about anything that you ask him he had the answer for. He did a really nice job. I'm satisfied with them.

The first one we had from Bath Fitter was a tub several years ago and until now it has been working fine. The second one was a shower we bought last March. In each time, we had new ones installed. Their rep was very good and he answered our questions. It was just one man that did the shower installation, and he worked very hard and he was very good! However, it took a long time to get the shower put in. I had to call the salesman and ask what was going on and why we hadn't gotten it after a couple of months. He got right on it and they put it in about a week later. Other than the length of time that it took for them to make it, we had a very good experience with them. They also called the same day I called them and then the salesman came right away. Everything else went fine.

I am well pleased with the outcome. Bathroom has a completely new look (Tub, Surround, and Wainscoating). Can't say enough about my installer Adam. He was very helpful and informative. I had checked my sister-in-laws before I ordered. She was well pleased also. Would recommend you to someone else.

Their product(s) are pretty good, however, their customer service is horrible. I need a few things done to my bath tub that they installed some time back. I ended up speaking with a lady named Beth from their office that serves Delaware County, PA. She called me from a 717 area code. Now before speaking to Beth, a different lady told me on May 18, 2017 that Monday, May 22, 2017 was open for scheduling an appointment for service. That day was bad for me (at first), then I called back the next morning and ended up speaking with Beth and was told that the 22 was not available, and that the 26th was. I explained to her that I was back to work on the 26th, and that I work Monday - Friday day work.

We've been hearing about Bath Fitter for years. There was a mall kiosk years ago, you see it on TV and read about it in magazines. We had the same cost from a private person who was going to re-do the tub but we liked the actual product from Bath Fitter versus just putting in another tub like we already had. So, we had a new tub put over the existing. Everybody that we have talked with on the phone versus the gentleman who came out and gave the introduction spiel along with everybody that we dealt with already was very nice, knowledgeable and they answered all of our questions. They were easy to get a hold of and stay in touch with.

I went to get Bath Fitter based on our neighbor's recommendation. We had our shower completely redone and had a seat installed in that. The sales representative was very nice. He explained everything to us and also answered all our question. The installation guy also explained everything that he was doing and gave us directions how to use everything. So we had a good experience. We're happy with Bath Fitter. They were very helpful in helping us make decisions about things.

Bath Fitter took out our old fiberglass bathtub and replaced it with a shower stall. It took about two months for them to install it and they were excellent. They also had professional representation. Gene, who is one of the installers, answered a couple of questions for me and he seemed like he was going about his work very efficiently. Bath Fitter's product is excellent, the installation and the installer were excellently done. Although it's kind of pricey, we're extremely happy and satisfied.

Bath Fitter is an established company while these other companies are just starting to pick it up as a sideline. I'd rather go with the experienced company and technicians because I was bit by a siding company who wasn't able to install my windows properly and I ended up having another company come in. Hence, I went with Bath Fitter for their reputation.

We are very pleased with our new tub and tile surround that was put in by Bath Fitter. The entire experience was well-orchestrated and professionally done. I would definitely recommend them. From the time that we first set up the appt., until the job was completed, Bath Fitter kept us informed of the progress. They were always on time. We couldn't be more pleased.

The sales associates was on time with his presentation material as expected. I made it clear upfront that he was the first of a few quotes I would be getting. Throughout the presentation I made this clear several times so there would be no hurt feelings at the end, which there was. Towards the end he has upset that I was not going to make the purchase that evening. The quote was for close to $7,000 with 10% off if I ordered that night he said. In the beginning of the presentation he said all customers pay the same price if they get the same items. What he should have said is all customers that order the same day of the presentation pay the same price.

We contacted Bath Fitter Winnipeg, Manitoba to renovate our seasonal bathtub. We mentioned we experienced 'shifting' in our residence. We were strongly recommended to discuss this with their consultant since shifting was not covered with their warranty (no mention of this on their invoice/brochure... one sentence in an email). We discussed this with the consultant. We provided examples of the severity of shifting. We delayed authorization of the installation until he further discussed our concern with another employee of Bath Fitter. We received a phone call assuring us that the one-piece unit would be suitable for our residence. We used the bathtub for 2 months and then closed-up our seasonal residence. Seven months after installation, there were several cracks where the wall/bathtub had separated.

We were quite pleased with the ease of ordering and the courtesy of the installer. All of the details were handled professionally and the work was finished when expected. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to upgrade their existing bathtub.

I looked at other companies but Bath Fitter was the best, and I had a fabulous experience. From the guy that I talked to at the home and flower show to the guy that came here and signed me up. They were awesome. They answered all my questions and explained everything beautifully. During installation, one guy came. I watched him all day long and he did a marvelous job and explained everything he was doing. I definitely like their product -- the tub and the surround, the best. Bath Fitter was great to work with and I would recommend the company highly. I have told a few people about it.

I saw Bath Fitter at a vendor show. They had a display there and I liked what I saw. Also, a person at church had it done with Bath Fitter and she said that she would highly recommend them. I don't like being pressured into anything but the sales rep was a very nice and honest person and I could tell he was genuine. He actually had a love for the Lord. I could tell that he was a Christian. I liked his sincerity and if he says this is a good product, then I'm gonna go have a go with it. And if he says this is the best price he can give me then I know that it is. He was basically one of the reasons that I went ahead and purchased 'cause I don't purchase anything on the first night of anything. I got the tub and shower.

We purchased a tub and the whole surround thing from Bath Fitter a couple of months ago and it went well with the sales representative. The installation guy was finishing up when I got home from work so it was perfect. I'm very happy with the tub and it looks great.

I had an old tub that had been reglazed and repainted, but the paint was coming off. I saw a TV commercial for Bath Fitter, and it looked like the thing that I needed done. So, I purchased the tub a couple of weeks ago, and everyone from sales was very pleasant. They were on time, and if they were going to come earlier, they would call ahead and check to see if it was okay. They explained everything, too. The installer was also very good. He did it all by himself. The day he came, our power had gone out at 4 o'clock in the morning and he said, that it was not a problem, and that he has everything he needs. He was interesting and impressive. Bath Fitter is a great product, and I love it. I wanted the non-slip finish on the tub and I got it. So, I don't have to deal with those rubber mats anymore, and I'm very happy about that. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

I had a great experience with all of this and the install. The guy that did my install, Joshua **, was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He did a great job in explaining when he was finished. I would recommend your company to others.
