We have a vacation rental home on a lake which we hired Bath Fitters from Huntsville, Alabama to install a new shower in. The first installation went well with a few minor fixes that needed to be done. In April of this year, a second installer was sent out to correct the issues. We recently installed a security camera at our home. The installer remained at our home from 8 a.m. and DECIDED HE WOULD SPEND THE NIGHT AT OUR HOME without any authorization from me, the home owner!!! I guess he decided he needed a vacation!! I contacted Bath Fitter the next morning to relay my complete disbelief that the installer spent the night at my vacation home. I spoke with the branch manager who was going to speak with the installer later that day and call me back. I have not spoken with the branch manager since the incident. We had to inventory our home, have cleaners re-clean before our next renters came and have the locks rekeyed.

Bathroom remodeling is all that Bath Fitter does so they probably get it right. I also researched some of the other companies, looked at the ratings that everybody had and talked to them a few times before I made the decision of going with Bath Fitter. I purchased a tub and surround and the sales reps were very helpful and nice. I was impressed with the gentleman who put my tub in. He was very personable and got the job done on time like he said he would. I’m satisfied with the installation and the product. I love it! I would recommend Bath Fitter to a friend.

Bath Fitter came and talked to us. I liked that the product is one piece. We made the purchase in May and the rep was great and knowledgeable. The installation team was very professional. They installed a bathtub and shower and we added grab bars and seating. The crew worked on it for two days. They did a very professional job and the cleanliness after the installation was very good. Bath Fitter accommodated us for what we wanted and the changes we wanted to make. They listened to what we wanted and provided that. I'd recommend them.

On 4/25/18 I had a tub to shower conversion installed. My shower has two scratches on the back wall. Due to the technician cutting the wall on driveway and stepping on it as he was cutting it. Thought it was a very odd thing for him to do. Did not know the ramifications until I stepped into the shower to inspect it. I called the warranty company and they said they would fix the problem. A few month later I got a call from sales representative Brian ** who was very rude to me. Not the same nice pitching selling representative that came to my house. Buyer beware he is not the person to talk to if you have a problem. He only cares about his sales pitch. Not sure why he called me anyway. The situation was already taken care of.

I had two baths redone by Bath Fitter about six weeks ago. We decided to use them because of the price. The sales reps were good, and the installation team was friendly. They also cleaned up and did a good job. I’m completely satisfied with the work done by Bath Fitter.

The first enclosure was scratched by the employee that installed it, he also put the shower doors on backward and the caulking was a mess. The fix to the scratched shower was a second enclosure that was glued over the first one, but then doors were found to be the wrong size (had to wait several weeks for the correct size) and again the caulking was a mess. The sales pitch is an enclosure is be installed in 1 to 2 days, it took months being I had to wait on the second employee to come to my home to fix the mess the first employee made and weeks waiting for the correct shower doors... I paid approximately 8,000.00.

We didn't want to go through the hassle of tearing up our bathroom when we needed it. My husband is on disability and we really needed the bathroom functioning. He can't make it down the basement steps where we have a shower, so we wanted to make that a shower access for him. We had the tub and we had a cast iron tub, which is what I like. I didn't want to get some inferior type of tub and not be happy with it. My daughter got a PVC one and they dropped a tool on it when they were installing it and put a hole in it. I wanted to keep my cast iron, so Bath Fitter formed the thermal around the existing tub, put the shower stall walls, and did the shower head for us.

About five months ago, we got a tub-shower combination from Bath Fitter. We went with them as their products are guaranteed for life. The rep handled everything great and the installation was perfect. The installer was real nice and knowledgeable, and did what he said he was gonna do by the time he said he was gonna do it. We’re just completely satisfied and I would recommend them.

The product appears satisfactory. The initial install was timely but we had a few problems along the way. The receptionist Lizette did not follow up phone messages when we had problems. The supervisor was to get back to me in two business days - have not heard from that person after two days. We have called and talked with a few different people can’t seem to resolve the problems. There seems to be some communication difficulties in addition to our problems. So our problems: 1) the installer broke our light fixture - Lizette told us to go ahead and get what we need to replace what was broken. We did but for some reason she thought light fixture meant light bulb. We have yet to determine if this will be covered because we can’t reach anyone. 2) We had the job scheduled one month ahead of friends coming to stay - the job is not done yet friends arrive tomorrow.

We have had our Bath Fitter bathroom since 2006. Recently, we have discovered water between our liner and the tub underneath. The Bath Fitter representative made a first visit to our home. He said that he tried to squeeze out what water he could and the rest would evaporate in 2 weeks. It’s two weeks later and the water is still there. He makes a return trip and repeats the process. We ask him and the customer service representative just where this water will evaporate to in a closed system. We get no reasonable answer from either. Finally we call Bath Fitter one more time. The representative states that if the silicone that they used fails, the warranty is void. I am trying to sell this house. I need answers, not excuses!

I often receive Bath Fitter pamphlets here in my home. I have been living at this address for almost 10 years now and only recently I started been worried about doing renovation in my bathrooms. I then went to Bath Fitter to make an appraisal, get prices, etc. Before contact the company, however, I read some reviews at the WEB and I was surprised when part of the complaints were for lack of completeness of the contact. People wrote in some reviews that they called the Bath Fitter technicians to evaluate the best solution and get prices, but something was missing and the budget had to be completed later. People complained that (after the first technician visit) no one else searched for them, that there was no continuity in the contacts. I noticed that in some cases reported people from the company, maybe managers, apologized on behalf of the company and promised to continue the contacts.

July 2017 Rick from Bath Fitter came to our home for a free estimate on a new tub/shower in our main bathroom. He was very good at explaining my options and how things worked. The only thing that bothered me was that he kept asking when my husband would be home and if we should wait for him. I felt he didn't think I was capable of making the decision and paying for the product myself. Other than that Rick was very nice and helpful. Mark installed the tub in August and did a wonderful job. He laid drop cloths to protect my carpet. He was professional, friendly and finished the job in one day. The whole process was smooth and pain free for me and my husband.

When we were in the estimate phase the salesperson led us to believe that we could buy our own custom door and that the Bath Fitter installer would "mostly likely" install it for a small additional fee (on the side I assumed). I thought that Steve was honestly trying to help us save some money. Install day comes around and Eric the installer was very nice and efficient at his job and tool the required 2 days to complete the retrofit. When done I asked if he would install the door which he looked at and to me he couldn't install it outside the deal but Steve (the original salesperson) would come on a Saturday and install it himself.

Tub to shower conversion - We were very pleased with the installation and the professionalism of the installer. He was careful and courteous. He showed up on time. We would definitely have Bath Fitter do any other bathroom remodel we might need and would recommend them to others.

We met a rep from Bath Fitter at a fair and he said that he had one installed and showed us pictures and it was really nice. So we had a new bathtub/shower unit put in. The installer, Adam, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product.

I was down at the Quakertown Farmers Market here in Pennsylvania and I heard of Bath Fitter so I figured I would them a shot.xcI kept my own bathtub but I bought the ceiling and the whole tub surround. I started this project with them in March and the sales rep who explained it was very detailed and very professional. I understood everything that he said and then he gave me time to think about what my decision would be without any pressure. The installation guy did the work fairly good. However, when he set that whole unit of the hot and cold water in the bathtub, it didn't have a white seal that was like a glue type of material. So when the water drips down, it goes right through the hole of the bathtub piece. It’s my expense but it would be nice if that unit had a seal. Nevertheless, I would recommend Bath Fitter to a friend.

We saw Bath Fitter at a trade show in Decatur, Illinois and we liked the style of their bathroom remodel, so we went with them. We purchased the tub cover and surround, and the shower. We also got the shelves in the corner. The sales rep was really polite and the installer was super nice too. We’re a hundred percent pleased and satisfied with what we got.

I wanted something that could be done in a timely fashion so I went with Bath Fitter. The sales rep that came out here, Dave, was very good and thorough. He laid everything out specifically. I had a tub-shower combo in one of the bathrooms and then a shower in the other bathroom. There was also a shelving unit put into the shower. Josh was the first installer and he was very good. I would consider him a totally professional individual. It took me and my husband five minutes to clean up a little dust here and there and that was it. Also, I had a budget and it stayed within the budget. I was very happy. But I need to have them contact me about the little putty I can't get off the door.

With Bath Fitter, the process was good and their price was right and better than other remodeling companies. Also, we liked the presentation of the sales rep. So, we went with Bath Fitter and we purchased a tub, a shower, and a couple of shelves. We previously got an estimate from Bath Fitter in 2017 and the rep was fine, but we weren’t ready to commit at that time. Then we called again this year and and we were ready to go. We decided that doing the bathroom remodel was fine. The rep came first for the bath and the shower in one bathroom. Then we invited her back because we wanted another estimate for the shower in our master’s bathroom. Her presentation was great, but the estimate just to cover the shower instead of replacing it was way too high and we were very dissatisfied.

BUY THIS PRODUCT! I NOW HAVE A SHOWER AND TUB BETTER THAN THE GYMS!!! Our cast iron tub was in great shape we wanted to keep it. Except the enamel was failing, and mold was growing. To be honest I showered at the gym bc I was afraid of damaging our bathroom further. Our finances saving were short after a few years in Iraq, a newborn and a 9 year long cancer battle. Fixing this was out of the question.

Rick ** was very professional. He checked everything thoroughly with us for our choices and what we needed done. He answered all of our questions. We recommend him to everyone. Jorge and Eric did an awesome job with the installation of our new shower. They removed our old tub and made sure everything was up to code and done correctly. Jorge walked us thru every detail that he performed so that we understood what was done. We recommend them to everyone as well to perform this job. We are very pleased with Bath Fitter and recommend them to anyone considering getting their bathrooms done.

Bath Fitter was the only company doing bathroom remodels that I knew and I thought they would be the least hassle and the quickest way to replace my shower and tub. I purchased a shower and a tub from them at the end of March and these were installed in April. My interactions with the sales rep as well as with the installers were excellent. The installers were in and out in one day. It was a good experience I had with Bath Fitter. Everything was as they said it would be and I have no complaints.

Bath Fitter did my other bathroom six years ago and it had a tub with the shower. And then last month, I had them do the shower in the master bathroom. The bath and the shower are beautiful. The installer is a very nice guy and he's good-looking too. He did a tremendous job and he did not leave a mess. I live in a double-wide trailer and the shower has been in here for over 20 years. The guy also told me the stuff to use and from white, it turned brown, and then white again. I can wipe it down and it’s a lifetime guarantee. The people at Bath Fitter were the most pleasant and wonderful people that I spoke with. They broke it down for me and if I had any question, they were there to answer.

We have found Bath Fitter to be a reliable and trustworthy company that lives up to their promise. Five years ago we had our shower unit installed. The shower walls cleaned beautifully and always looked new. Unfortunately, a leak developed. That is the bad news. The good news is that Bath Fitter responded immediately to our call and kept true to their promise to back their product with a limited lifetime warranty. We worked through this process with Bryan and found that he and the company were ready and willing to support their product without hassle or stress on our part. Without hesitation, I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who is contemplating doing a neat, quick remodel to their bathroom.

We got the tub liner from Bath Fitter and it’s wonderful. The demo was very informative. Just based on how long we’ve been wanting to get something done, the timing was perfect as far as from demo to the actual install. The installation team was wonderful and professional too. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They did really awesome.

My husband really likes the bathtub of Bath Fitter, including the materials the bathtub and shower are made out of. We also had two shelves put in the shower. They finished up the second week of May. They had to do a little bit of plumbing work because I wanted some things to switch around from what we originally had. I wasn’t here when they were doing the installation but my husband took off work and he said that they got stuff done right away. My husband got a few questions and the person who installed it seemed very knowledgeable.

We had an old tub with an odd shape. It was cast iron and it wasn't gonna go anywhere, so we had few options for it. We had Bath Fitter convert it into a shower and tub. Working with the sales rep was a positive experience. He was helpful and answered all our questions. The installer was friendly. He was in and out in a day. He knew his stuff and he got the installation done right. So, we were happy with the remodel.

I would like to follow up and change my previous review from one to FIVE STARS! The Branch Manager, Paul, reached out and completely changed my view on the company. He ensured me that communication was of high importance to him and that he would be reviewing this with his staff to ensure someone else does not fall through the cracks. Thank-you so much!

Bath Fitter was the first one who we talked to. I like the sales rep and what she had to say. The product was the no seams so the water won’t leak through any wall seepage. And she did a good job, knowing the ins and outs of what it could and would do for us and protect us from. Our remodel project turned out exactly as we expected. The installation was quick. The guy had it scheduled for a day and a half and he was done within a day prior to the time he anticipated. He was there by 8 o’clock and he was done by 4 o’clock and didn’t have to come back the next day. I have already recommended them. In fact, I had the first person down the street who was looking to redo their basement come in and look at the product and just showed them what we did.

I got a whole unit from Bath Fitter three months ago. I’m satisfied but there were some hiccups such as the tub being so slippery. Even though it has the grooves in it, it’s not good. I have to find a mat and they don’t sell too many of those mats without the suction cups. There’s not a whole lot out there to look for. Also, I noticed the water sits there for days if I don’t wipe it up. Other than that, the sales rep was professional and the installer was a pleasant person. It took him about seven hours to complete the installation by himself and he cleaned up afterwards. Bath Fitter has a good price and is something to invest in. I would highly recommend it.

Water pools in the corners of the tub rim and due to that the silicone is peeling off after only 9 months. Cracks in a corner where wall covering was bent too sharply upon installation. Ill-fitting finishing border and gaps that haven't been filled. Tried sending 2 emails and a warranty claim and I haven't heard anything back yet. Not worth the over $3000 I spent.

I love Bath Fitter! I have an old steel tub that I couldn't get rid of and my area in my bathroom wasn't big enough to get rid of all that. I also had a bunch of tile that I didn't want with plaster walls and behind the plaster was this wire meshing, so it was impossible to take the tile out to put new tile in. I loved the idea that Bath Fitter's work was guaranteed for life. And they were nice and everything that they advertised.

Bath Fitter's rep, Angela, came out and I signed the contract with her. They put a new bathtub over the old one in January, which was about three months after I put the down payment. The wait time was a little longer than I expected, but once they started the installation, it was finished that same day. Also, everyone was very professional and I had a very good experience. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

A friend of mine told me about Bath Fitter and then I researched it. The salesman, Mike, was good and it seemed like he was giving me a good deal but after I made the decision and signed the paperwork, I was kind of disappointed in myself because I could have gotten things a lot cheaper. I got the tub, shower and plumbing done in two bathrooms. I own a duplex so I got the top and the bottom bathrooms redone. I didn’t like the installer that much. He didn’t keep me abreast. I basically stayed in my bedroom and then the installer from upstairs came down and my installer told the other installer that they don’t know who did the measurements but they were all screwed up. So my bathroom got bigger seams than regular.

Bath Fitter had a booth at the Vermillion Farm Show. They sounded like they were going to take care of everything and we didn’t have to do anything. So, they came out, took our shower-bathtub unit out and put a new shower in. The representative was excellent throughout the process and then 2 guys came for the installation. There was a main guy and a trainee and they were both very well-mannered. They knew what they were doing and were very clean too. The only thing is, there's a hand railing to hold on to in case one needs to and it’s really slippery. They should put ribs in it for a person to get a good handhold onto it. Other than that, Bath Fitter is a little costly, but the final product is great.

We utilized Bath Fitter to remodel our bathrooms. We were very impressed by the quality of service we received. The lady who answered the phone (Patty) was friendly, upbeat and made me feel at ease. The service provided by Kris, Joel, Darren, Alex and Chris was superb. Our bathrooms were remodeled and look fantastic. The follow up care and maintenance service is incredible. All you have to do is make a call, and they will take care of your problems even 2 years after installation of their products. We will recommend Bath fitter without any hesitation to all.

My install was May 17, 2018. When the installers left I was quite pleased until I sat on my toilet. The toilet rocked and I called the company to ask what happened. They stated they did nothing with my toilet but my subfloor was rotted. They sent pictures, but I pointed out I was at home during the entire install and questioned why they would not show this to me. They did admit that I should have been informed. They installed over a rotted subfloor without informing me. They took no responsibility even though my toilet no longer sat flush with my floor. This was not a problem before the install.

We had the main bath done five years ago by Bath Fitter. Then we ran into them at the home show in New York, so we went with them again and purchased a shower unit two weeks ago. They were very overpriced. But their sales rep was good and their installation team was great. They explained and showed what they were going to do and we left them alone. They knew what they were doing.

We’re really enjoying having Bath Fitter. Their rep was very knowledgeable. He, in explaining it all, answered some questions that we thought we had so we really didn’t even have that many questions when he got through with explaining it. He also looked to be sure that we could put it in where we wanted it. Plus he didn’t try to oversell stuff. He knew we just wanted a plain shower and that was basically what he gave us. Also the people that installed the shower were fabulous. The installation was very smooth. The guy came when he said he would, finished up and he was very pleasant. We’re very satisfied with Bath Fitter.

I have lived and owned my home for 10 years now. I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I can say they fooled me. I am generally a person who saves money, but I do my research and when it involves my home, family, or child, I do not always allow cost to sway my decision. That being said, this appeared to be the best option for what I wanted completed taking into account time, price, reviews, and comparing their product to 4-5 other companies. I can say I made the WRONG decision this time.

I have had my Bath Fitter tub and walls for over 2 weeks. I am extremely pleased and wish I had purchased it months ago. Every Bath Fitter person I dealt with was prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to family and friends.

We went to one of the business expos in Wilmington, talked to a Bath Fitter rep, and we decided to have an estimate. We're getting close to 70 and it was hard getting in and out of a real bathtub now at our age. We wanted something that was easier in getting in and out of so we wouldn’t have any accidents. And we chose a bathtub with a small lift on it. Brad, the kid that came in for the installation, was really nice. The installation would have only been one day except that the plumber they hired was late and then he took his time. Brad was upset because he wanted to do things and couldn’t do anything until the plumber got done. So, he apologized to us and said that the installation would be finished the following day, which he was here bright and early. Brad did his job in a very professional way and we were really, really pleased with the end-product.

I had another bathroom shower done. I used Bath Fitter in the past and I went with them again based on the prior satisfaction that I had with them. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness and the professionalism of their work. I take that all into account when I hire somebody. I also had the same good experience with their sales rep. I'm definitely impressed with Bath Fitter. And because I’ve used them twice, my word of mouth to other people was their best PR.

I have a plumber friend who has done work for Bath Fitter. We discussed doing a project in my bathroom and he thought that the best way was to go with them. I had them cover a tub and the walls. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was done well but I had thought about putting a grab bar in afterwards. When I get in the tub itself and try to get up it’s not all that easy anymore. And the only thing that bothered me was that quote for the grab bar. They are out of their mind for the amount of money they want for that. Other than that, I’ve recommended them to a couple of people.

I must sincerely apologize for my posting was with the incorrect company. It was a direct competitor that was using high pressure tactics. Bathfitter had nothing to do with this issue and we will be using them for the remodel. Unfortunately my mother confused the 2 companies and it was found when she sent me copies of the quote. Again i apologize and bath fitter was handled professionally

People that we knew used Bath Fitter and we got a couple of recommendations. So I knew they did good work. We got a surround in the tub and it’s great. It's easy to clean. Plus the sales rep was really informative and he wasn’t trying to push us towards anything. And when the installation team came in, they cleaned everything up. We had to call them back a couple of times because of the caulking and they came back without a problem. It was a good experience all the way around.

We needed to get the bath tub done right away and Bath Fitter was available and worked out best for the timeframe. We got the one grab bar and the regular handheld shower. I did it for my mother-in-law and she said she loves it. She likes where the hand controls are, the shower, etc. She’s very happy with being able to get in and out of it. My interaction with their sales rep went very well. Everybody was very polite and informative. And their installers cleaned up after themselves.

I made a Google search and saw that Bath Fitter was the closest to me. They could come out quickly so I got the whole shower tub combo from them. The sales rep who came to the home was great. He had some samples for us to look at and he walked us through the bolts and the process. I have a two-year-old who's in everything. So, if anyone could talk me through our chaos, then I’m okay. The installation went fine. The only person who came to do it was professional and he walked me through what he was gonna do and when he was done, he cleaned up after himself. He did a nice job.

I wanted the tub refurbished. I'd seen Bath Fitter on TV, and then I saw them at the state fair. The sales rep was very informative and answered our questions. The installation team was very good as well. They did their job and left in one day. We were very pleased. They did what we wanted and I'd recommend them.

Bottom line do not do business with Bath Fitter. On January 19, 2018 a contract was signed to remodel two bathrooms. Installation was scheduled and completed on the date promised. However, that was when my problems began. The installation was incomplete, the corner soap holder was "not available" at the time of installation which we were told after the installer said he was done and the wrong hardware was used rather than the ones we had selected and paid extra to install. After 8 weeks and numerous phone calls and being told the check was coming, we finally were sent a refund for the extra hardware cost, and still no corner soap dish.

Bath Fitter did a remodel for me and it was wonderful. The tenants like it a lot too. I went with Bath Fitter since they looked like they did a good job and it was in my price bracket. Bath Fitter did a new sub-floor, made the new tub and then the walls going around the tub. The job went right on schedule, which took about a day and a half. The guy that installed it was professional as well as the salesperson that came here.

I walked by Bath Fitter's display in a mall and I liked what I saw. I had my shower redone through them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and nice to us. The installation team was also very good. I’m very happy with the job and with the product.

They got back to me right away and fixed the main problem and are personally fixing all my damage. Couldn't be happier with the response. Kudos to this company for owning the issue and not stopping till it's made right.

We had our shower done seven years ago. But we knew we were going to be getting older and we wanted to be able to have something that we could get in and out of without having to deal with a bathtub. The people we dealt with worked with us very well and were very accommodating. We had walls done and it was just one guy came out and did it. We were impressed with how fast he had gotten it done. They measured twice and that was very nice and comforting. We were totally happy with Bath Fitter, with the product and the warranty on it. The appearance of our bathroom has changed immensely and it’s easy to clean. We love Bath Fitter and would recommend them.

My experience with Bath Fitter was very good. We were really happy with it. We've heard about them a lot through the years. But we saw them at a home show one time and we wanted to have our shower done so we stopped and asked some questions, and the rep set us up. The first rep that came went over with what I wanted and how much the shower was gonna be. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. I was very comfortable with him. He was great and I really liked him. And then, the next one that came went to look at the shower and made sure the measurements were right. He was businesslike. He went in and did his thing, thanked us and left a little brochure.

I do not recommend this company. I signed up for a new shower, a new bathtub, & a bath & shower combo. 1st they set appt to do all 3 in one day. They failed to finish, said be back Tomorow, did not show up said be there next week. They installed shower rod way to low & I said so to installer who replied too late now. Then they failed to return again. When they did come back they installed a shower head on my bathtub that was not suppose to have a shower head. They said, "Be back Tomorow to rip out & reinstall." No show. No call.

We had used Kitchen Saver to redo our kitchen about a little over a year ago and we knew that Kitchen Saver and Bath Fitter were affiliated somehow. After seeing the display about Bath Fitter and talking with the salesperson at the vendor fair, we decided to get an estimate and we liked what we heard. Somebody came to the house, made the sales pitch, and spent time asking us questions. I appreciated the fact that he gave my husband and I the chance to talk. And then, he was very clear about what the next steps in the process would be and things took place the way that he said they would.

I declined their offer to even come to my home after speaking with some twit who called to set an appointment. That was 9 days ago and since then I get 3-4 calls a day from them just I suppose to harass me. They are a despicable bunch. Don't call them or fill out the online form.

My husband saw Bath Fitter’s commercials on TV and he talked to one of his friends who had it done. We bought the tub and the shower in April and it was good dealing with the sales rep. He explained everything to us on how everything worked. My husband was home with the installation team and by the time I got home, they were finishing up. They cleaned up everything and my husband said it went over smoothly. The guy from Bath Fitter showed me how to operate everything and told me what to use on the tub and what not and when to clean it up.

We really love Bath Fitter. We got a shower with a seat and the experience is seamless. The sales representatives were wonderful, very thorough and very professional. And the young man that installed it was also very professional. He's only 27 years old and you would think he had done it all his life. He was really thorough, made sure he didn’t drop a bunch of stuff and very conscientious. He cleaned up after himself real well, explained stuff to us and we were really happy. Then they had the plumber come out and everything's wonderful. He didn't complain at all.

I had Bath Fitter come in and they talked to me. They had a promotion going on, I thought it was good at that time and I could afford it so I chose them. They did my bathtub, the walls in the bath area and they also put my faucets on. The sales rep was great and he did a good job. He was concerned like a person that cares and he wanted to make sure it was right. I was talking about my walls and I told him I wish they could do my walls and he said they could. I was impressed by the work and I liked it. So, I told him I have to pay a bill off and then I’m going to have him come back and do it because he showed interest in what he was doing. I recommend them to people but I try to get it to somebody who could pay for it. Also, I would show friends my bathroom and that would speak for it all.

Five months ago, we got a shower and a tub. And then we got just a shower done recently. We've looked at other companies and Bath Fitter seemed like the best one so we went with them. My interactions with their sales rep had been good and the guy who did the installation was excellent. He did a perfect job. I had a fantastic Bath Fitter experience.

Martin came at 8:30 am and was finished by 3:30 pm. He did a fabulous job and cleaned up well. He found the leak we knew we had and fixed it. We now have a beautiful tub with no worries! He placed the bars and soap dishes exactly where we wanted them. He was pleasant and friendly. Thank you very much.

We were looking into remodeling our bath. A nice young man in a kiosk in the mall up Sioux Falls introduced us to Bath Fitter. We purchased from them three months ago and we got a bath with the surround wall and then two end pieces, which is a curtain rod. The young man who did the installation was clean and he picked the bath himself. He was very courteous, very nice, and tolerative with me sticking my head in and watching him work. And he took time out of his work to answer questions. It was very nice of him. We love our new bathroom from Bath Fitter. We still have some more room to do but it’s halfway there and it makes us very happy. We’ve already told folks about our experience with bath tub and we highly recommended Bath Fitter.

We worked with another company on our other bathroom and we were happy with that company too. But that bathroom needed a total redo and they did the cabinets, the sink and everything. What we needed to do now in this bit of bathroom was basically the tub and Bath Fitter doesn’t do a whole bathroom. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and the tech came out the first day, got the old tub out and did all the prep work. On the second day, he came back and he had cut one piece short. And he’s coming from a place that's close to three hours drive away. So we told him he could just not do it all the way to the ceiling. But he said no. He said the job needs to be done right and so he did that.

I’ve known about Bath Fitter for years and about six months ago, I got a tub from them. Their representatives were super professional. The installation took about four hours, and the installer was great and I really liked him. Overall the quality of the tub is good.

I got the shower with the two shower heads and the stool from Bath Fitter. We were gonna go with one of these about five years ago but we didn’t have that kind of money at that time. When my husband passed away, I took some of my money and had it installed. The sales rep was kind, generous, and very friendly. The installation went great and the installers cleaned up after themselves until they finished the job. Bath Fitter has been awesome and if there’s any way that you want the walk-in tub or the shower to be, they can do it. They do a great job. I have showed my shower to my friends and they all think it’s beautiful and I was well pleased. If I ever had another bathroom, Bath Fitter will be the ones that would put the plumbing in.

When we first got the tub the experience was very good. They came out did install and it was beautiful. After a period of time a small defect and crack showed up in bottom of tub. I contacted and sent pictures and was told a new tub was scheduled to be install within a few weeks. This was Nov. 14, 2017. Then after scheduled they decided they need someone to come out and look at the crack before replacing. We were notified of this on Dec. 22 2017 after they supposedly had a tub scheduled to replace. Branch manager finally came out January 12, 2018 and said they would replace no problem. So we get promised to install on February 2018.

Bath Fitter does a great a job, they're reasonable price-wise and they exceed expectations every time. After talking with the salesperson, it seemed that they were on the up-and-up and very professional about it. He gave us timeframes which were met, and the work schedule was met and exceeded as well. We had the surround shower put in and the installer was very professional and had a sense of humor at the same time. So I was very happy with everything. The product is phenomenal and it's a night and day difference from what we had.

I was looking at the TV ads and at first, I liked the idea about how you could custom mold the shell over the top of the tub. Then I got to thinking that I wish I can just rip the tub out and put in a whole new shower unit so I made inquiries. Bath Fitter had a salesman stop by and talk to me. I liked what he had to say and the products they use so we hired them to do it. We signed the contract in November and it was put in in January. They took out my old bathtub unit and shower surround, and put in a new shower with a diverter valve for a handheld shower and a new drip pan. We also got the Basco shower doors and we just love it. I like the seamless construction of the shower surround and the lifetime guarantee against leaks. It was very well-done and since it’s acrylic, it doesn’t take up much space as the old shower surround so I gained a good 3 inches in my bathroom.

I went on the internet, looked Bath Fitter up and looked at reviews. It looked like exactly what I wanted. I liked their website, what it said and the fact that they've done a lot of bathrooms. I found out that they were experienced and reliable so I gave them a call. The sales representative was a good guy. Our interaction was straightforward and upfront. And the person who came to do the installation was very skilled. He really knew what he was doing. It was not a trivial job. It was an old house and it looked horrible before. It looks great now.

We had a good experience with Bath Fitter and we're happy with them. We were gonna do the tub overlay, but when their reps looked at it they said that our tub is in really good shape. So, we had a shower installed above the existing tub. The installer who came out did a good job and cleaned up everything. He also had an apprentice with him that day. I tried to keep my distance but I was keeping a close eye on everything. Overall, I would recommend them. The price was a bit on the high side but you get what you pay for.

The sales rep at Bath Fitter was good. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We got a molded background shower and the installer was very good too. He was here and then left again when he had some tools that he had to get and it took about nine hours for him to finish. The work done was very nice and was better than I expected. I'd tell others to try Bath Fitter out.

We saw Bath Fitter at the Farmers Market, Smithfield’s and we liked the options that were presented to us by the representative and the financing available made it possible. Their reps were very nice and informative, they kept us updated on the process and I appreciated that. We got new bath and shower inserts for both of our bathrooms from them. We’ve had our most recent one for about six months and the other one for about a year. We love the overall quality of work.

I've seen Bath Fitter advertised for years. And they were the first people I thought of to call when I got into the house and looked at the tub. My experience with them was excellent from start to finish. We ended up getting the walk-in shower and I was impressed with the gentleman who came and did all the work by himself. He ripped the old one out and he put the new one in. He worked quickly and he was neat and courteous. Purchasing a Bath Fitter was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I purchased the tub and the shower surround from Bath Fitter back in October and the sales rep was nice and very informative. He let us know what was gonna happen and explained everything. There was only one guy who did the installation and he did a really good job. I’m taking this house up to sell and I’ve been working on it part-time. I’ve been away and it’s now probably two or three weeks away from being put on the market, so the tub hasn’t even been used but I’m hoping that there are no leaks and no problems. It was a little overpriced and it was more than what I was expecting to pay. I had in mind that it was gonna cost between $3,000 to $3,500, but I was told it was $5,100. I needed the job done and I didn’t know anyone else that did it so I said okay. Still, I was pleasantly surprised with how it looked afterward. I was also pleased with them doing it in one day and I’d recommend them.

The owner of the company, as mentioned, called me the day after I expressed my displeasure at being told I would be charged $850 to repair the sagging walls. This was on Friday. He told me the lady I spoke with was mistaken about the warranty and took full ownership of the issue and had a gentleman out today, Monday, to re-adhere the walls and ceiling. I was telephoned this morning and given advance notice. Gino showed up on time, was professional, and did the job. So, my experience with the Oklahoma City franchisee of Bathfitter went from great to poor to great again. The caveat to all parties simply is that, if you're a homeowner and contract with them, make sure you review and have in possession any warranties for workmanship and product life. And if you're the company, make sure the customer has said paperwork. To you, John, the owner. Thank you for your help

I didn't have that much downtime and with Bath Fitter, it would be a quick installation. Also, they were running a special at the time. There was a quick response when I started to inquire. Then, a guy came out to give us a quote and was very clear on what the scheduling would be and what the product would be like. One guy came to do the installation and it was very good as well. He took out our bath and converted it to a walk-in shower with a sliding door. And it was all perfectly clean. I'm thankful for the good service. I had a great experience with them and I would strongly recommend them.

I installed a Bath Fitter tub & enclosure with glass doors...right after the installation the shower doors had a chip on it, I called and they came out and said they would have to replace the whole door and I passed on that because it was just completed but I said if more chips happen, I will replace. Well now there are more chips and there's some bubbling and chipping on the top side of the tub! I called service and they said the shower doors can be replaced for free but I would have to pay $350/hr for labor and it could take 2-3 hours! What? Then I asked about the bubbling and the said if that's the silicone, that's not covered either! So people beware, the lifetime warranty is a farce!!! These units are quite expensive to put in and if you think they will last a lifetime because of their warranty, don’t believe it!

I was looking at other remodeling companies but Bath Fitter was going to take less time to install and the price was more reasonable for the work being done. Also, they don’t disrupt your life for an extended period of time, it’s convenient and easy to do. The rep was personable, attentive and concerned with what my needs were. The appointment was made well enough in advance so that our family could make the adjustments we needed to make. And luckily for us, we have two bathrooms and we were all able to use one bathroom without screaming at each other. Only one person did most of the installation. I was concerned because it started raining, but they came anyway. The installer's supervisor came with him and once they started, he went over again what he would be doing and the installer got to work.

I have been using my shower now for 10 days and unfortunately I am less than satisfied. Firstly the material that was placed was not as hard and sturdy as the material described in the consultant's album. It is a soft plastic material that can easily bend and possibly break. I was placing my foot at the lower edge of the shower and it gave way allowing water to seep into the walls. We waited a week after installation to let everything set before use. Also the installer asked my husband to step into the shower immediately after installing it and I had told my husband later the main customer service advised against it, so why would the installer have him do that? Additionally the shower doors do not stay closed.

I liked Bath Fitter since they would come and do everything all at one time. We didn't have to have one person in to break down the wall or whatever. They would do everything, and it would be done within 24 hours. The rep came and brought everything to show us the accessories and different models of the wall he has to get. Very thorough, much helpful, described the accessories, and helped me decide what I want and what I didn't want. He's very helpful. An installer came early that morning and did the tub and shower. I felt sorry for him since I could tell he didn't feel good. But he did an excellent job and finished everything from the time he started. I'm very pleased with the bathroom. Everyone that comes and looks at it is so impressed. Someone asked me "On a scale of 1 to a100, a 100 being excellent, how satisfied are you?" And I said "Oh a 100% for sure."

My wife passed away, I was here by myself and I didn't like stepping over that old tub so I thought about getting one of those step-in tubs. I knew Re-Bath and Bath Fitter but I didn't know one from the other. So when I decided to call, I just called back to that and Bath Fitter came out and asked me what I got. They came and installed on the 2nd of February. The rep was a nice young man, very professional and he did his job. He also cleaned up everything when he left. The bathroom has good quality but it cost too much. $10,000 for a shower was not cheap but it’s paid for and I ain’t had any problem about it. I would tell friends to call Bath Fitter and get them to put a step in shower in for them.

They talk BIG but the service is very poor. Great sales pitch, action and customer service POOR. The work in our house started in November of 2017 and not yet completed. We have made several attempts to get the issue resolved, even left a message to the VP in Montreal, No one cares. My suggestion to future customers 'DO NOT GO WITH THEIR BIG TALK AND SALES PITCH.'

I was looking for a whole bathroom remodel but with my son moving in as quickly as he did, I knew that the tub and shower area really needed work done because we had mold up at the top. He’s a grown man and he works at the landscaping, and he stinks. I got the shower and tub done by Bath Fitter, and it was the top piece that goes on top of the ceiling. It was cheaper than a couple of other places. In addition, their salesman was very nice and showed me how the discount worked. I figured that I could pay $1900 at the beginning, and then the rest upon completion.

I like the fact that Bath Fitter could be installed in one day so I purchased a tub and a surround from them. My interaction with their sales rep was fine and my installation experience was fine too. However, we ran into some problems and I had someone else fix it because I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for months, and they only called me back yesterday. I’m waiting to see if they will take care of the plumbing problem and they’re supposed to call me any time today.

We had several bathroom companies come in and I liked Bath Fitter best and their people better. We got a tub from them on Christmas and we had a smooth dealing with their salesperson. We had one guy here who did the installation and he was really good. We are happy with the product. If a friend asks me about Bath Fitter, I'd tell him to look at it.

Our entire shower needed to be replaced. We had a crack there and we didn't know if there was mold. We spoke with the rep with Bath Fitter and he explained to us that if there's anything that needs to be done, Bath Fitter would do whatever work needs to be done to complete the installation. They would take care of it as opposed to saying, "Okay. Well, you guys have to get this fixed before we could complete the installation or what have you." We figured if we were to go through someone like Home Depot, we may end up having to deal with more than one contractor and we didn't want that possibility. The sales rep was nice, very professional, and answered all of our questions. The sit down was pretty lengthy, but overall, it was a good experience.

I saw Bath Fitter on a TV commercial and I just went and decided to go with them. The sales rep came to the house to do the paperwork and he explained it all. I got the whole tub and the entire shower but it took too long before it was installed. We did the paperwork in November and he said it was going to be done the week before Christmas but we didn’t hear from anybody. There was no communication as far as the installation was concerned. We got a call from a 1-800 number to set up the installation date but they didn’t do the job until January so, it was a long process. I’m disappointed with that and if I had known it was going to take that long, I would not have gone with Bath Fitter. Also, we dropped a shampoo bottle and there was a scratch on it. I thought that wouldn’t happen. But the installer was good. He was a very nice guy and he did the job.

Josh was very responsible, tidy, and polite. He cleaned as he went and was very happy to answer any questions I had, even if they were dumb ones. The job was perfect in every way from the salesperson Rick **, the office help when I rescheduled a couple of times and then Josh who installed the tub. The whole experience was wonderful. I needed something done with my bathtub and some friends have had Bath Fitter and they recommended them. The sales rep was very good. He was very honest that he wouldn't say things that I didn't really need. Also, he wasn't pushy selling additional items so I was very pleased with that. I got the walk-in shower installed January 10th. The installers were very thorough. It was supposed to take two days, but there was a blizzard forecast for the next day. They came early and by 3 o'clock, they had it all done. I'm very pleased that I did it with Bath Fitter. It was a little on the expensive side, but it was worth it and I enjoy it very much. I'd suggest my friends to contact them and have a representative talk with them.

We purchased a tub enclosure right before Thanksgiving and Bath Fitter did a nice job. Their advertisement works well and we chose them for the guarantee. The sales representative came and told us how much it would cost. He did a pretty good job. The thing though was that once he left, we couldn't get him back. We couldn't call him and there was not an easy access to that salesperson. That aside, I like the person who installed our product. He was a good guy and we're pleased with our product.

Mark encountered some unanticipated problems and took it all in stride. He didn't quit until it was done. He answered our questions thoroughly and we now have an amazing looking shower done in one day. Customer service from the receptionist, salesman and installer was polite and friendly. We are very pleased with the results.

Our friends had their bathroom done by Bath Fitter and they told us they had a very good experience when we asked them about it. We didn't want to replace our cast iron bathtub and we only wanted to get the overlay. We talked about maybe getting it painted like some people do, but we found out that was not the way to go when we researched it. We wanted to have a new tub and so we purchased from Bath Fitter. The sales rep was very upfront yet very helpful and polite. No punch was pulled and we didn’t feel like he was snowing us. Then the installation was excellent. The only thing that I’m disappointed upon is that we referred a friend and we gave the name of our friend as a referral when we went ahead with them. Our friend was supposed to get something but she never did. Other than that, we were very pleased with Bath Fitter.

This was our first experience with the Bath Fitter installers in our home. Our master shower was in dire need of repair due to the crack in the floor and the poor look of the old tiles. We canvassed around the home shows for an installer and had three businesses give us estimates for the shower replacements. We were very impressed with the Bath Fitter representative, Deborah **, and the information she provided. We selected the Bath Fitter to do the install on April 26. Josh began the install at about 10:00 am and reviewed with us the install plans for accuracy. He then prepared the work area with drop cloths and necessary protection to keep the dust from tracking. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process of removing the old tiles, drain, and reinstalling a complete new shower with the doors. He completed the job within about six hours. It was a second home at the beach and I knew no other contractors so I thought I'd get an estimate from Bath Fitter. I was happy and pleased with the company and the sales rep that I dealt with down here in Maryland, so I went with them. The interaction I had with the sales rep was helpful and nice. We had the tub removed and Bath Fitter put in a walk-in shower, and we also had them install a grab bar and some shelves. The installer came in, did his job, and left. It was a day and a half job and and he did a really good job. He was courteous and he put floor mats down so the carpet wouldn’t get messed up. I know some other people that have a place down the shore and I told them that if they need any bathroom work, I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter because, when you’re from out of town, you don’t know which contractor to go with. I was pleased with the workmanship of Bath Fitter.

And then there was a show at the Logan county fair ground and I talked to one of their reps there. So, I got them to install a shower about six months ago and the installation was good. The guy came and did everything he needed to do and put the amount of time he told me it was gonna take. He made us happy, and things were really good with the sales rep, too.

A guy at work used Bath Fitter and we heard good things about them so we didn’t even look into another remodeling company. We had the shower-tub combination installed and we got the handles back in November. The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable and we liked him. He had pamphlets and he answered all our questions. The installers were good and were in and out in about six hours. It was a very good experience and I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody.

Other companies we've looked at were much more expensive so we chose to buy from Bath Fitter. We've purchased a shower system from them. Also, one of the things was the walls. They were higher and it was seamless in the corner, so they shouldn't leak. We have talked with their representative and they're good. The installation was done by one of their contractors who did a very good job.

We knew we had to do something and we knew that Bath Fitter did it since we recognized their name. They came out, measured and gave us an estimate and we got a walk-in-shower from them seven months ago. Everybody we dealt with from the salesman to the workers were very professional, courteous, and respectful. So far, we love our shower. It was a little pricey but we had the money. We wanted quality and that’s what we got. So with that caveat, some people may wanna go a little cheaper, but for what we bought and the interactions we had, I would recommend Bath Fitter.

I saw Bath Fitter's displays at various places like the fair and I liked the way it looked. I thought the price was a little high but we went with them anyway. The interactions I had with their reps were wonderful. The installer was great too. It was one guy but he was done within a day and he did a fabulous job. He took out my old shower stall, which was a ceramic tile within the bottom, and he put in a two-piece unit, bottom and walls.

I am in the contract phase of purchasing a new home. The loan type for the home purchase is Construction Remodel loan. My lender requested that I get quotes for the work I want done so the loan can be completed. I called the JAX location and told my story, and the representative told me Bathfitter is a licensed and bonded company and they can only deal with the homeowner. I told her this is a quote for completing the loan and when I take possession I will use them. She said they cant help... LOL, I will never use this company.

We got a tub with a shower head from Bath Fitter. The sales rep was nice and the installation went good. The first guy hurt his hand and so we had another guy come in the next day, but both of them were fine. I had to get a permit and I didn't get it, but evidently, Bath Fitters got it. The salesman could have said something about the permit. I didn't know anything about it and a couple months later, I'm getting a letter saying they need to inspect the tub. And then, I got inspected.

We wanted a tub that directly fit the area and Bath Fitter was supposed to get it done two days max. They also had a lot of good reviews so they seemed to be the right company for us. The sales reps came out to the house, took measurements, they went through our options and we got a price quote. It was also nice to have it in and out and be done with it so we had the tub-shower combo, corner shelves and hand bar installed at the end of January. The installation team was super friendly and they got to our home when they said they were gonna get there. They also cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. The remodel is great and we love it.

I’m a second-time customer of Bath Fitter. This time, I bought a bathtub insert, wall surround and new shower. The interactions with the rep were excellent. The installers did an excellent job as well. I was remodeling the bathroom and I didn’t wanna screw with the tub enclosure again. They came and took care of it and it’s a beautiful-looking product.

I liked the one-piece, seamless stall from Bath Fitter and when I talked to their salesman, he was really nice and knowledgeable. The installation was all done and good after one time. Their team was great and the leader Wyett was on point, got right down to business and was out of there in four hours. The cleanliness was better than what they left it as. Overall, it was a positive experience. Bath Fitter is a little bit more expensive than the other people that I asked, but it was well worth every penny.

The marketing department was able to get hold of customer service and I got a call back, and they sent someone out who replaced the rusty parts

I've been attempting to get a referral incentive sent to the friend who referred me to Bath Fitters since January. Although I told the salesman who came to our home a minimum of two times that a friend at work had work done and was very happy with it, the salesman never mentioned a referral incentive. I only found out about it after reading the paperwork. I called the company in January and gave them all the information regarding the referral and was told that if a check didn't arrive to my friend 30 days after installation, I should call back to make sure the request didn't get overlooked. On March 14, well after the 30 days, I called again and was told someone would get back with me. It was several days later when Bob called and said he would have to get with his manager to get this done.

I saw Bath Fitter at the fairs years ago and I remembered them when I wanted to redo my bathroom. I had them install the grab bar, soap dish, and corner shelving. Their reps were wonderful and the installer did a great job. I kind of expected to go in there and do a little cleanup but I didn't have to. Also, I'm really pleased with what I've got because I like to take a bath every once in a while and it's nice to have a bath where the water stays hot. I have the old cast iron tub and with the system that they put over it, I still have hot water a half hour after I'm in there.

I do daycare and I can’t have my bathroom unavailable, so I wanted something to be done in one or two days. I was at a craft show and Bath Fitter had a little booth there, and talking with the Bath Fitter sales rep went fine. They put the bathtub in and the installation was fine, but I wasn’t happy with the plumber. They had to get into my closet and so I told them to let me get my clothes out of there first. They said that it was okay and that they would just work around it. But they threw shavings all over my clothes and I wasn’t happy about that. Other than that, the tub people were very nice and they accommodated around my daycare since I still had daycare that day. Everything is going good so far.

I saw Bath Fitter at a home and garden show and I liked the idea that it was just a one or two-day installation. My interaction with their rep was good. The installation team did a really good job and they cleaned up after themselves. I didn’t have cash then and it would have been great if on the final invoice there was a tip area where I could tip the installers.

I have never provided a review for any previous service or product before but we contracted Bath Fitter from Oshawa Ontario to provide a bright fresh new look to our existing ensuite shower and bathtub surround. The installer was extremely courteous and polite but caused some damage to the bathtub which was not scheduled to receive any treatment. I attempted to repair and touch up the damage but was unsuccessful and so I contacted Shelley in the Oshawa office.

My shower was in a bad shape, and getting it done seemed like the best thing to do. I was in BJ's in the Wholesale Club, and they offered me a coupon. And when I got the coupon, Bath Fitter called me and their rep came out. I got the shower, shower head, and the floor shelves. And I had a wonderful experience with their rep. He was really nice and came out in good time. During the time period when we were doing the matters when he would do the contract and pick up the money for my services, my mother passed. And he came with flowers, which I thought was really nice. I wanna get my tub done, and I had gotten a coupon, but nobody ever called me the second time. Other than that, Bath Fitter was a wise choice.

We told the Bath Fitter guy who came out and talked to us what we wanted and he explained everything. And then, we decided that’s what we wanted and we got the walk-in shower. The installation team seemed to have done a good job. The lifetime warranty is a big plus because one of the doors came off the track and they came right out and fixed it. I really like Bath Fitter's walk-in shower and we’d probably do it again if we ever have a different house.

We got a new Bath Fitter bathtub cover approx a year ago. Due to door clearance we ordered a straight curtain rod. The installer started to install a curved one but we insisted on straight. Because he had already drilled for the curved one the curtain rod is set back too far and the curtain does not hang straight. It's a relatively small thing but it was poorly done and anyone we've talked to says they will go check it out and that's the last we hear from them.

My experience with Bath Fitter in Oklahoma. We signed contract and got a tub insert and walls put in our main bathroom the end of Oct and first of Nov 2015. Everything was good with no problems. Fast forward to March 2018 when we noticed a crack on the top and side of the tub. I called and they sent someone out couple of days later. He said he didn't see anything that would have cause it or that it was something that was our fault. I asked when they would fix it and he told us that it would be scheduled by the office as he didn't do the ordering of the parts. The next day Bath Fitter came up on the caller id and I thought, “Wow they are prompt.” The person on the phone informed me that it was not covered on their so-called lifetime warranty that it had been determined from pictures to have been caused by us, probably from work done in the bathroom flooring and ceiling.

When I made an appointment with Bath Fitter, their sales rep came in and told me all about what I could get. It was good and they made me a deal so I took it and purchased a tub from them that was installed in January. The installers were very informative and everything worked really well. Although we have the wrong bathtub, it worked fine. I was gonna get the ones with the armrest in there and that's not what I got but I didn't want to wait for it to come in. The bathtub was more for appearance and for selling later than anything else. I would recommend Bath Fitter to a friend but price-wise, it is high-end so I have to be careful about who I recommend it to because a lot of people can't afford it.

I heard some good stuff about Bath Fitter. Through the years, I'd look and say that they are awesome. They come in and redo everything. I got their shower and the bathtub and with the 4-tiers. And they put those right before Thanksgiving. From the salesman all the way down to the guy who put it in, they were awesome. Any questions I had, they answered. The installer was so polite. He was at the house doing the installation for about six hours and the job he did was 110%. It's all one piece and it's beautiful. I'm so picky on that and I do exactly what they ask me to. I wipe it down and I would tell my 20-year-old daughter that when she's done, she needs to wipe it down too. Everything was excellent. We got a second bathroom and I'm going to do that one with Bath Fitter, too. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter. It was painless, they did exactly what I expected them to do and they put out a good product. They did my wife's parents' bathroom and we got them because they specialize in baths. The sales rep laid it all out for us, including the price and what to expect. We got a full bath and they replaced everything. My wife said everything about the installation was perfect. If you're looking for a place that does baths and specializes in baths with plumbing and everything, they take care of everything. They even moved my shower head up because I'm tall.

We liked the aspect of doing it in one day. It was very enticing because nobody has time for a big mess in their house so we purchased the shower from Bath Fitter. But, we had a little rough start. We were told one thing and then somebody was supposed to come but the tech wasn't able to come. However, there was this rep who came and answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease on some of the concerns we had. It was quite a bit more than we thought it was going to be. But, in the course of a month, all of our questions with the lifetime warranty, doing it in one day and looking as good as it does, were answered.

We just had Bath Fitter at our home. The salesman was great, no problems with the installer. He arrived at 10 and was all done by 5pm, work looked great. The whole family was happy with it. Our problem was with the office and the billing practices. My wife gave her visa for the deposit. Without advising us they took the remaining 3k from her visa. I called the office and they said yes we can reverse it if I bring in several post dated checks. We don't use checks and would cost more $ to get some from the bank. I actually wanted the 3k on a different card (lower interest), it's too late now. Most companies send an invoice in mail or phone call. I thought the salesman said we can make payments? Billing could have been handled much better IMO.

I was at the Valley West Mall and Bath Fitter had a stand there. I liked the looks of what they had there and when they came to talk to me about it, we liked what they said. I got the bath, the bath tub and the shower. The rep was very informative and he explained what he was doing. They were on time during the installation and they completed the job in a day. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very clean working. We are gonna repaper our bathroom and the customer service rep told me to call them and they would come back and caulk it once we're done.

Bath Fitter installed our bath tub, the surround, one-handle faucet, shower head, the shower curtain, and then they did two grab bars. The installers were prompt and very courteous. They were also very helpful, because I’m blind and I asked questions and they answered them. When I couldn’t understand something, they showed me. And they cleaned up their mess. They were here for about eight hours and everything was done good.

Tub/Wall/Fixture installation - I was very satisfied with my experience with Bath Fitter from the begin to the end. They were absolutely wonderful to do business with, I could not have asked for a better company. They followed through on everything that they promised to do, from scheduling to installation. I would recommend Bath Fitter to everyone.

Our tub was leaking into the floor and off the wall. It also had all kinds of seams on it. It was always getting mildew marks and dust is hard to clean. I went to a craft fair in town and Bath Fitter had a table there, and I made a purchase from them in January. Their price was high, but other than that, the installer did well. He came in, worked away and finished up the next day. So, that was quick. Everything went fine so far with Bath Fitter and I have talked to other people about them.

I had no idea the price of a tub liner would cost more than carpeting my entire house! Sales rep at the mall refused to give me a ballpark figure when I inquired. He was more interested in getting me to sign that card. Another sales rep came to the house and measured the tub for a liner gave us a price of $9746!!! I called Bath Planet and the same liner, same everything was $3000 less. Bath Fitter is ridiculously overpriced. There must be some high salaries to pay in that place to warrant such a high cost!

We had been thinking for a while about doing our remodel with Bath Fitter. I knew of a couple of friends that had it had some bids that were really outrageous. So, we decided to let Bath Fitter do an estimate for us. At that point, we have done enough to realize that we didn't want to put a tub and we were just gonna go with the shower. Also we were not going to upgrade as much as countertops. Bath Fitter was very cooperative, reasonable and nice. We decided to go on with it and the installation was very quick. The installers cleaned up amazingly and there was really no indication they've been there. I was a little concerned about how things will turn out because we weren't getting new flooring, and it all turned out amazing.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of my experience with Bath Fitter. I had an install done in January, and while the final product is great and I am very pleased with the bath/shower, I am extremely disappointed with the damage that was done to my home in the process. I bought the house in June of 2017 and had just finished replacing all the trim throughout the home and painting the doors. The installer was in a huge hurry and took chunks out of multiple door trim and poked a hole in the vinyl flooring. There are scratches on two doors.

We used Bath Fitter mainly because we wanted something that didn't have any clamps and that's seamless because they're glass. The installer did very well. He had to do it all and go up to three flight of upstairs. I like that if somebody else uses water, it doesn't affect the shower. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

We've heard good things about Bath Fitter. The service guy and the installer were both great. Everything was done on the day it was scheduled. The installation process was a lot smoother than I thought it would be, and the installers cleaned up. They didn't make any mess. What Bath Fitter tells you and what they present you when they come for the first time is exactly how it works and we like it.

One of our neighbors had a repairman doing some work over there and it was one of Bath Fitter’s men. I went over and talked with him. I looked at the product and decided we wanted it. We had a cover for our tub and shower with glass doors put in around September of last year. And the people were fantastic. They were very personable and friendly. I felt like we knew them right before they left. The normal rep couldn’t make it so the supervisor had come in and done the job. He knew what he was doing and he was a quality salesman. The installation went very smoothly as well. We referred one of our neighbors and he also had a Bath Fitter product installed last week.

We called Bath Fitter and talked to them about having a bathtub and shower installed and we were drawn to the price. I thought it was pretty much a one day service and we thought we’d give it a try. Bath Fitter's sales rep was good. He came in and looked at the situation. We sat down and talked about the needs and what we needed to do, including what he could do for us, and everything was good. I felt pretty confident that he was giving me the true load on. The installation happened three months ago and everything that he said would take place, the workers did that.

I'm super happy with my Bath Fitter tub. My other tub was cracked and so, it was leaking through the floor. My toilet and the sink are fine but other places wouldn't do just the bathtub. I've gone to bath remodelers to do the whole bathroom and it was outrageous. And to do the bathtub, it was still more than I expected but it was cheaper than the whole bathroom. Bath Fitter's rep came to the house and we went through everything. He was professional. The guy who came and did the measurements was great and we talked about everything and he was in and out at in a good amount of time. And then the installer was great as well. And he was working by himself but he did a great job and kept me apprised. He pulled the bathtub out and put a whole new one. Everything was clean when he left and it took him a day and a half to do the installation. Overall, it's a good experience and I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody.

We had a wonderful experience with the workers that came and put our new tub in, fast work, and nice workers. We even had some cake with them when they were done because it was my birthday, all around a good experience. I would recommend them for your bathroom renovation needs.

I liked the Bath Fitter rep that I talked to. He didn't try to sell me this and that. There was no pressure and he listened to what I wanted and what I asked. He did very well. And then, the person who did the installation was really nice and he did a really good job as well. He covered up the bathtub because I had a new one put in, but it turned out to be a really terrible bathtub. I wanted something on the bottom so that I wouldn't have to put a mat in it so I could walk and not slip. And they had sticky bristles on the bottom of it and it works very well. But it gets very dirty and it's hard to clean, and the only thing that I could clean it with is a bristle pad. The dirt would come off but I could always still lightly see it. Nobody told me what's gonna show and that it's hard to clean. And I wasn't thinking about it at the time because it didn't really show up then.

Said no fumes, I asked the salesman several times as I have COPD. Had to leave during the installation and the product leaked so had to leave a second time. They damaged my bifold doors, the door jam, scratched my floor and left splatters of silicone on everything after the repair. The product itself is full of scratches. Not what I would expect after spending almost $6,000 for a very small shower. After being leaned against my toilet was leaking and had to call a plumber.

I have had a new shower from Bath Fitter for five months now. We had gone to a country fair and they had a booth there and we got information from that. The gentleman who came in to give us a quote and to look at our site was wonderful. But I had a little incident on Facebook with somebody who was making a derogatory anti-gay remark and when I looked to see where he works, he works at Bath Fitter. Being that I'm in a relationship with my spouse for 30 years, I was upset so I called Bath Fitter and the CEO from this district called me back and was very apologetic.

We had it installed around 17 years ago and for the first few years it was great. It's now chipping and discoloring. We were given a 25 year guarantee and it didn't quite make it. It was a temporary fix. In the process of ripping everything out and getting a new real tub. I guess nothing is forever.

My brother had a bath done by Bath Fitter and we liked their tub. Nine months ago, we had them do two bathrooms. One had a shower installed and the other had a tub-shower combination and commode. We had a very helpful and straightforward salesperson who did a good job. He went to inspect and then we had a couple of questions afterward and he responded to them.

We had 2 bathtubs installed by Bath Fitters. The installation was quick and painless. The cost was high but it has a lifetime warranty so I thought it would be worth it. Unfortunately we are limited to what products we can use to clean the tubs. They recommended vinegar. I started with just that but I would scrub forever and soap scum just clings to these tubs. I am now trying vinegar with dish soap which is highly recommended by landlords who have to clean a tub after months of not being cleaned and I am still scrubbing for almost half an hour on each tub to get the scum off. I am doing this every week. I have a lifetime of this ahead of me.

We knew exactly what we wanted to do with our bathroom and we wanted somebody who was going to do it right and give us a lifetime warranty. Then we saw Bath Fitter's advertisement on television and they were perfect for we wanted to do. We called them and that went nice and smooth. They set us up with an appointment with a gentleman and we told them what day and time we were going to be available.

We had the tub relined - but not the tile walls. It was difficult to find a company that would install just the tub liner. Installation was very quick and the installer totally cleaned up the bathroom. We're very pleased with the result.

A Bath Fitter television ad where they were offering $600 off if you responded within a certain amount of time got me thinking about them. And I chose them because I liked the fact that I'm never going to have to replace any caulk again. The salesperson came right to the house and showed us and told us everything. It was very helpful. After he left, my wife and I got to talking about it and we changed our mind about a couple of things. We contacted Bath Fitter and they were more than happy to change our order for us to what we really wanted.

I had Bath Fitter line my tub and put in new shower doors on 02/02/2018. They did an excellent job. It looks really good. In a couple of weeks I noticed that the nonslip surface was turning blue. I called the office in Copiague NY and told the fellow who answered what happened and he said I must have used an unauthorized product to clean it because he never heard of something like this happening. His voice was very condescending. I had spoken nicely to him so that was not called for. I told him it was only a couple of weeks old and that I keep it very clean by wiping the walls with a soft cloth after each shower.

I've used Bath Fitter for two bathrooms and found them very efficient, and they do a great job. Very neat and pleasant to deal with and I am very pleased with the result. The salesman was excellent and the installer good and fast - he worked from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. without a break!
