I got a shower from Bath Fitter and I also had the handles installed. The sales rep and installation team that I worked with were both cool and outstanding. The installers were very neat and very professional.

My experience with Bath Fitter was great. Everything went very well. Bath Fitter had their list of references that they update every six months. I recognized a name and called a girl scout friend. Then, I found out from somebody else at church that they really liked Bath Fitter before they sold their house, and it increased the value of their house. We had a bathtub and a shower done. We had two bathrooms done.

I was at the Huntington Mall and there was someone there at the booth and I filled out a paper. And Bath Fitter called me the very next day and somebody showed up. There were three people I dealt with. The salesman came, he was fine and then, someone else came and talked to me. And then, the installer was very nice too. I was real pleased. I bought a walk-in shower. I had one-piece bath before, so they took it out and they fixed the walls so they could adhere the acrylic and install it to the walls. I was pleased with it all.

I knew that Bath Fitter was fast but I didn't know that it was so expensive. I had a tub and I had that taken out, and put in a stand-up shower. I started in May and they put it in by the end of July. The sales rep was great. He was a good salesman and he really explained everything and he convinced me even though I didn't wanna spend that much money. I felt like he knew everything. He showed me the product and other products like what other companies would use, and I was impressed with it.

I like Bath Fitter's baths better. The texture and stuff of the product they had impressed me the most. They installed a walk-in shower about five months ago and it was great. I’m crippled, but I can get in now and get a shower every day.

We got a tub and the surround from Bath Fitter and we liked that it was done in one day and we didn’t have to destroy our house. It worked out perfectly. The sales representative as well as the installation team were really good. We had somebody come back out and finish caulking it after I had the bathroom painted and I was impressed with his professionalism.

We got two bath stalls from Bath Fitter and their sales rep prepared us for everything. Two guys came for the installation. They came in different times. One came a little later, so I got to work with the one to start with. And then he went away and the other one came, and I got to finish up with the other guy on the other one. So, that was okay. It went well. But under the tub, it flexes a little bit and that worries me.

I called Bath Fitter and got a very nice rep. I knew what I wanted so there wasn't a whole lot to explain, but the rep explained the product details okay still. I got their shower. The installer was very good and polite. He explained things and got the work done in one day. I like my shower. It's of very good quality.

My hairdresser used Bath Fitter to do her bathroom. I saw it and it looked nice. So, we thought we would give it a try and the sales rep was very nice. We got the bathtub and the walls in the bathtub back in May and we love it. It’s very nice.

I've heard about Bath Fitter a long time ago. And then we were in need of remodeling and I'm too old to do it myself, and they were the next best thing. We had a complete install of a bathtub and shower. It took them two days to put it in. The guy that installed it, and all of them really, were very well-informed and did an excellent job.

I went to a home show and thought Bath Fitter would be a good company to use. I was satisfied with the round tub and the doors I got. It took about eight hours for them to install. And everything was fine.

On 6/15/19, Scott **, a salesman for Bath Fitter, came to my home to sell me a newly installed shower. During that time, I seriously and repeatedly specified how I wanted this work done while my son and I, and our German Shepherd guard dog, were on vacation, and Scott assured me that the shower could be installed in one day.

Two Installations. One was flawless, THE OTHER WAS TOTALLY BOTCHED. They failed to seal the drain and have not bothered to do anything about the damage to our home. I can just sense the mold growing!!! Didn't properly seal the handle in the shower either. Guys bragging how good they are, and I come to find my garage flooded. The neglect on an install is shameful.

Everything was installed correctly, and I'm very pleased with everything that got done. The Bath Fitter installers did very well. It was a two-day project, and everything was cleaned up and explained to me. And then I did the painting and all the light fixtures.

I've used Bath Fitter before. I own a house in Illinois where they redid a bathtub and unit for me. Recently, I got walls, plumbing & a shower rod from them. I liked their products and I really didn't look at any place else. But their salesman didn't follow up with anything. He made it sound like Bath Fitter was a family-type thing and they care about their customers. That was not really what sold me, but that was his promise. He said he'd stay in touch throughout the process but I didn't hear from him after the sale. I also noticed a couple nicks on the ceiling after the installation. I can touch that up with touch-up paint, though. Other than that, the installer did a great job. The bathroom looks very nice and I'm pretty much pleased with it.

We just had Bath Fitter take out our 20 years old tub and replace it with a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. These guys are amazing. If you call in for a remodel in Indiana ask for Matt ** for a in house consultation and once you are ready to buy and install yours ask for Jerry for install. I wish I could post photos. Jerry left our house clean and didn't leave anything behind. His workmanship was super. The people, the cost, the product and the install is far above anyone else. They did it all in 8 hours. I wish they offered Bedroom Fitter, Kitchen Fitter and Livingroom Fitter. Fantastic job team. Thank you.

Do not use this company unless you want to get a cheap product at a premium price that takes MONTHS to get installed. That whole installed in less than a day thing is a gimmick, not at all accurate they might actually get the work done in 8-12 hours but what they don't tell you even when you ask is that it takes them 60-90 days to actually show up. And even after that the product isn't usable. I am over 90 days on my shower remodel, and it's still not usable. I make calls to the company and they never return my calls. I am fairly convinced they got the sale, and then couldn't possibly care less after that. Terrible product, Terrible Service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bath Fitter came in and removed my old tub/shower unit and installed a new shower. The work took about 8 hours total and looks great. The price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. They are highly professional and do what they promise. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone. Quick and easy process all the way around.

Got a free quote to fit a tub, salesperson said he had to cover sidewalls, replace faucet, huge upsell job on his part, my small job was quoted at $3900. What a joke, when I said let's just fit the tub he said by code he couldn't and had the right to refuse to do it, I said, "Fine. I refuse to use your services." The house isn't even that old... Scam central... Avoid at all costs.

I got my tub surround about 13 yrs ago. Today I had Josh in to redo the caulking around the tub because it had come out. He was very pleasant, professional and skilled. I would also like to say that he was quite wonderful with my 6 y/o who can be quite the chatter-box. His multitasking skills were incredible. He answered all of her questions, without missing a beat of what he was doing. The job looks great! I must say, I didn't think that I would still be getting the same customer service 13 yrs after the initial install, but I am so impressed! I highly recommend this product and company to anyone who is looking to revamp their bathroom.

Bath Fitter's history made us go with them. Everything they do, they do right. I don’t care how much it costs. We were looking around to see who was gonna do the job, and who could do it right. They know tubs and how to interface them with your existing stuff. And they did a perfect job, too. The sales representative at Bath Fitters was kind, and we had a good and very comfortable interaction.

We purchased the shower, the shelves and the grab bar from Bath Fitter in May. The sales rep was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The installers were very good as well. They finished in one day. Quality is good except that we got a nail hole through our ceiling going into the basement which took a chunk of the plaster off.

A gentleman from Bath Fitter came around and talked to us. He went out of his way to help us and show us what he had. He was here for several hours, and he did a good job. We got a tub and a shower in one bathroom, and then we got a different shower in another bathroom. Two installers came and they were great. They were very informative. One of guys took one and a half days, and the other one took pretty much two days. But the handles on my shower door sticks out real far, and the door would only open so far.

Several years ago I Met a Re-Bath salesman. He came to my home, showed what they could do. Gave me a bid, I gave him a $700 Deposit. He said the crew would be out in 4 days. Nobody showed up. I called, got voicemail. A week later no return call. This went on 6 more weeks. Calls going to voicemail, no return calls. Finally 3 weeks later I got a check back for the $700 With no explanation. In Feb. 2018 I stopped at the Bath Fitter's showroom, met Rick ** “a great person”. He showed me around the beautiful showroom. I saw and got some great ideas of what I wanted. Rick scheduled a salesperson to come to my home. Steve came and showed some of the styles but was not sure if the hand shower I wanted would work, but I placed the order.

The gentleman from Bath Fitter that came out, Mark, sold us on Bath Fitter. The installer, Cedric, really wanted to do his best, and he did. He was very conscientious about his job and his work. And he was really great. My experience was very good. I love Bath Fitter.

My mom had some work done by Bath Fitter and it was a really nice work. And this was many years ago until I decided that it was time to do something, and Bath Fitter was the one. I like the quality of work that they did for me. I ended up buying the hot tub and shower. The interactions I had with the sales representative at Bath Fitter were great. He was very informative of the product, the people that he works for, and the company. And that was encouraging as well. And then, installation team knew what they were doing. They did their job, and it was job well done.

We got the handicap shower from Bath Fitter, with two handlebars and a seat that folds up. The bathtub was removed. Everybody loves it. Everybody thinks they're in a hotel when they come to our house. The installation team was very good and professional. I’m very happy with everything so far. Everything is nice. I love it. I’m very satisfied.

I am so VERY pleased with my experience using Bath Fitter. From beginning to end, employees were friendly, helpful and professional. The installer, Dan, an extremely personable man, was here from 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and worked without a break until the job was completed. He told me what might happen, what could happen and what would happen during the process. I am TOTALLY satisfied and pleasantly surprised with the final result.

I’m 110% satisfied with Bath Fitter. We were offered a discount if we were to sign up for their services and we got a new shower. The sales representative, James, was very nice as well. He came and explained everything, gave me my options and everything went well. The installer, Joe, was very professional and very on point. Everything was done perfect. I can’t say enough about the bathroom. I love it.

My wife made some inquiries about some other outfits that were advertising, and she talked to somebody that had Bath Fitter do theirs who said that we should get Bath Fitter. We ended up getting a shower with grab bars and shelves, and the sales rep had no bull and was not high-pressure. The installer was excellent as well. We’d recommend Bath Fitter. In fact, my wife already has to a couple people we know.

Your men came in at 8 o’clock and did a perfect job on the bathroom shower and tub looks better. Left at five. Excellent job. Plumbing work was done by them too and it excellent. Guaranteed for lifetime. Looks good as new better.

Very happy with our Bath Fitter tub & shower installation. It greatly enhanced our bathroom and is a joy to use. Overall, minus 2 "bumps" that were straightened out, the entire process was awesome and literally "seamless". Have expressed our satisfaction to, both, family and friends often.

We added bars, a type of showerhead and shelves to the shower that we bought from Bath Fitter. I like the shower. It is very roomy. It has met my expectations very well. And as far as the sales representative at Bath Fitter, they were very helpful. The installation team was one man, and a local plumber came to help briefly. He was very good.

I give installation and sales 5 stars, but what I did not know beforehand, was that you cannot control the flow of the water. (Cannot make the flow stronger or weaker.) These are water savers, so taking a shower is no longer as invigorating as I had before with a store-bought handheld shower head that was also water saver. So I'm a little disappointed that I cannot get more "force" and that I cannot turn the flow down to 1/2 way to save even more water, which is important when you have a well.

I liked that Bath Fitter could do the job in a day or two. So, I went with them and purchased a tub-shower combination, doors, and the whole nine yards. I did it a couple months ago and their salesman was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff and could tell by just looking at the bathtub which one it would be. It was, overall, a great experience. My new bathroom is nice and shiny. It’s clean and I like it.

Our next-door neighbor had his bathtub redone by Bath Fitter and at the time, we also needed some work done in our bathroom. It was outdated, so we decided to purchase a shower stall from Bath Fitter. The sales reps explained what it was and how they did it. The installers were really good, too. They were very polite and very clean. They cleaned their mess up, and were in and out within a day.

The installation was clean, well done and very good. Since we are two seniors using this shower when I was asked if I wanted a non-slip floor installed, I happily agreed and paid for it. After about 1 1/2 years of use I noticed a black ring forming on the floor surface. I called and was advised by the lady who answered the phone that it was not unusual and I should try several ways to clean it. None worked. She actually said that she had several kids using the shower and it also happened to her.

My wife told me about Bath Fitter and said that it was where we would be purchasing our remodel. So, we got a bathtub and a shower stall thing from them. We had a good experience with their reps and installers. Also, the installation was done in two days and it was done quickly.

We had another company and I didn’t like their work 100%. I heard about Bath Fitter from the TV, I liked the price and we had a shower replacement a few months ago. The sales rep was professional and informative, and I didn’t have any problems with the installation crew. They were very work-oriented and focused. They cleaned up after themselves and it was a good experience. The installation went great. Since the remodel, I like that the bathroom is roomier and they didn’t leave any gaps. The work was professionally done.

We went to a home show and we talked to Bath Fitter. They had an impressive looking product so, we went with them. The salesman came to the house and went through and priced everything. We told him what we wanted, he wrote it down, and then we signed a contract. They told us about how many weeks it would be before they would come to install it, which was pretty accurate.

Bath Fitter was the first one that came out, gave us a quote and looked at everything when we were having problems with our bathroom. We decided to go with them with their warranty and everything else. The rep was very professional. He explained everything to us, worked with us and got us approved very quickly. We were done in a short amount of time, and it was wonderful. The installation guy was great. He came in and did what he was supposed to do. He got it done in a timely fashion and cleaned everything up. He also explained everything to us. I’ve already recommended Bath Fitter to a couple of people.

We lived in Georgia and our next-door neighbor used Bath Fitter. They were very happy and we saw how well the work got done. When we came up here and we started thinking of the idea of a remodel, Bath Fitter first came to mind. Their rep was a good listener, very friendly, had good suggestions, and worked very well with us. We had a tub and shower combination and it was 10 weeks before we had it installed. One gentleman came for the installation and he was very good and very nice. We had some trouble with the plumbing and the first thing we noticed with the remodel is that the plumbing worked again. We got more than we expected and we are very satisfied. We would recommend Bath Fitter.

Bath Fitter put a whole new shower in and the installation went real good. They got it done in one day. But we got a couple of things we’re not very happy with. We want somebody to come back and talk to us about it. The guy put a safety bar on the side of it and when you take a shower, there’s rusty water that comes out from underneath them. We also don’t like the shower head. I’m 6’7” and my wife's 5’3”. It’s permanently fixed and we can’t turn it. Other than that, we’re loving our new shower. It’s 100% better than what we had. We’ll recommend it. I think it was awfully high-priced but everything is good.

We want to thank you for a great job! We were so distraught after a major plumbing emergency which left all four floors of our home a mess. Matt, the repairman was both courteous and professional and he restored our beautiful bathroom to its original Bath Fitter quality. We really appreciate all of your help in scheduling and completing the repair in such a timely and efficient manner.

No one does the wraparound thing but the minimal caulking other than Bath Fitter, and that’s kinda what we wanted so we went with them. The warranty was also there, and I think that’s a good resale value too. The finished product was great. It’s just that it’s really expensive so we had to wait to actually get it on our schedule. We signed the contract and everything and then put a thousand dollars down, and all of a sudden it was an emergency situation.

WARNING! Do not do business with Bath Fitter. In our opinion this company is deceptive and unethical. We had a salesman here to sell us a new shower. This is not a big shower and the cost was excessive. The cost was $6800. We cancelled the next morning, but Bath Fitter processed a “loan” anyway. It turned out to be a credit card. It immediately went on our credit report. We got a tiler to do our shower for half the cost and the shower will be retired. We could not get the loan because of Bath Fitters erroneously processing the card on a cancelled order. The salesman was not upfront with any of the things we needed to hear. Bath Fitter did nothing. THEY ARE A SHAM!!!!

Bath Fitter went over our old tub and we also got a shower. The sales rep was good. My wife pretty much knew what she wanted, and he explained it also. The installation team was real thorough as well. They did everything fine. I just thought it’s way too much money, $6,000, for what they did.

Bath Fitter has been around a while and so I got a tub from them. My experience with the sales rep was good. He explained things well. The installation went very good, too. It took one day to get it installed. The quality of work that they did and the product were very good.

The Bath Fitter sales rep was pretty nice although he kinda pressured a little bit on I had to make the decision that day. But I was ready for it, anyway, and that was the only part I didn't like about him. The installation guys were cool. They ended up with two of them and they were gonna take a day and a half to do it. The two of them showed up and they got it done in one day. I liked both those guys that were here. I have a shower installed and the shower itself is nice but the shower head unit they put in there has knocked my water pressure right down to zip and none. It has some kind of conservative head in it and I'm not sure how to take it apart to get rid of what's making it do that.

Bath Fitter is local. The gentleman that came out was very nice and we liked the bid he gave us, so we went with them. And we liked the product that he showed us. So far, my son says the final product's good. It looks very nice. The installation was done by a one-man crew in one day. My wife really enjoyed dealing with the young man that came and did it, and he was very professional in how he came in and laid down mats to get in and out of the house and brought the product in. He cleaned up wonderfully. My wife couldn’t have been happier. So, that made me very happy. I recommend Bath Fitter. It was a good experience.

One of my family members had Bath Fitter before. It lasts long. If I maintain it well, I can have it forever. I bought a shower type and bathtub. Their rep was professional and the installer was a great guy. My wife is handicapped and my major concern was the handlebar. He had it at the right place, and it was very well done. Don’t consider Bath Fitter. Just get it.

A great experience! I have a older home and from doing past work on it I knew we would run into bumps, they handled it well and had a very minimum delay. They were also respectful of my property and called me over whenever there was a question or problem in order to keep me informed and get my input -- and it still only took one day. I love the finish product that I have.

Susquehanna RV was having an RV show up at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds. I went up there, was browsing around, and saw that Bath Fitter had a stand set up. I started talking to them and one thing led to the next. The next thing I knew, they were coming down and installing a new walk-in shower for me. The installation team was awesome. I give everybody a 5-star rating. I love my walk-in shower too. It's got a nice shower door on it.

My husband and I met Bath Fitter at a home show in Greensboro. We invited them to come to our home and discuss replacing our bathtub with a shower. They were punctual and very professional. The sales person did not rush us and explained everything thoroughly. It took 2 days to complete the shower placement, but it was well worth it. The person who came was very professional and cleaned up everything. The work area was spotless when he left. My husband and I have had the shower for several months now and are still very pleased. Also, it is easy to clean!

I tried to repair the tub myself but it wasn't working out. The paint enamel kept chipping on it. We had some work done years ago by Bath Fitter and we went with them again. The sales rep was nice and considerate. He made what they were going to do real understandable. The installation went well too. The guy came in, did his job, and he was out. He didn't take too much time. I looked at the tub when the remodel finished and it looked nice to me. The tenant hasn't complained about it so that's a good thing. I'd recommend Bath Fitter.

I’m getting old and I could hardly get in and out of the tub anymore. My neighbor had a Bath Fitter product put in for her house and I thought that was pretty neat. I got Bath Fitter's number from her representative and the sales rep was very nice though he was constantly busy. They put in a shower in one day and they were really good. They didn’t take a lot of time. The price was really high but my experience with Bath Fitter is terrific.

I liked the advertisement of Bath Fitter that I saw on television, and I did a shower and replaced the bath tub about a month ago. The interaction with the sales rep was cordial and the installation team was very prompt. They did the job within one whole day and I’m very pleased with everything.

I’m a big guy so I needed a big shower. Bath Fitter completely tore out the old bathtub and everything. They had the shower done and it's beautiful. Everybody just can’t get over it. There is more room. The installation team was real nice and the sales rep was great. He was real helpful and got us exactly what we wanted. I liked the price, too. The only thing is I need that extra safety bar put in. Sometimes you gotta sit in there and use it first to feel where you might need one. I called and told the lady that I didn't think we needed one but now, I think I do.

In May I had a sales consult to replace my old fiberglass tub. Initially I wanted a tub to shower conversion but the salesman indicated that there would be a gap between my floor tile and the tub because the shower base would not be the exact size as the tub. He recommended that I replace the old garden tub with a new garden tub. I agreed since I did not want to replace floor tile.

We hired the Wilmington, N.C. branch to replace 1 standard shower (May 28-29) and one shower/tub combo (May 30-31). This has been a horrible experience not only with quality of product, lack of professionalism during installation, but with the Area Development Manager ‘attempting’ to resolve concerns/issues as well. We had just invested major $$$ getting Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring in our house. On both different installations the floor got cut/damaged while the installers were cutting the quarter round/molding. On one of them (shower/tub combo) there was a HUGE one inch long visible cut in the floor. The next major issue was the cut and the scuffs on/in the tub. How did this get shipped this way and make it through all of the checks and inspections that it supposedly goes through? Next, the trim/molding. There was a piece of trim that was obviously damaged/stained and should have never been used.

Our experience with Bath Fitter is great. We called and made an appointment for them to come out and talk to us. We had one bathroom converted from a tub to a shower only, and we had just a tub over in the second bathroom and the walls. We liked the guarantee. Also, the rep we dealt with was very professional and knew what was going on. The installation team was good. And the installation took two and a half days. They spent half a day to know the process tearing the one bathroom out because they were changing the tub. They tore it all out and then they put one in the second day. They got done over that day. And then the third day, they did the tub over. Everything is good. The installation's good and looks nice. I enjoy my walk-in shower.

We had Re-Bath on a number of different properties we owned. But then they weren’t very receptive to what they were supposed to be doing. So, we decided to go with Bath Fitter and it’s been a good experience. We’ve had them twice before. We did the tub this time. We did a shower the last time and we did a tub before that. Their installation team does very well.

I purchased a wall surround and new fittings from Bath Fitter, and everything was fine with the sales rep. He was very good. He explained everything and everything went fine. The contractors that came out to do the installation were fine, too. They did a good job. I’m waiting for them to come back and do one little thing yet, but the finished products so far look good.

I like Bath Fitter's one-step and lifetime guarantee thing. I purchased a shower from them. I dealt with Todd, and he explained everything well. The installation team was good. I just let them in the house, and I was gone for the day. When I came home, they were just finishing up. I like my new shower. Everything’s on the normal and everything’s new. Bath Fitter is good.

I had a relic tub/shower removed and a relic shower removed. I was told the crew would be there at 10:00 a.m. however the plumber showed at 7:00 a.m. Later in the week - after the install - I received a voicemail from Patty (I think) stating the crew would arrive increments starting at 7:00 a.m. So, I blame my cell carrier for that. Personally, I had just got out of bed just minutes before and was ok with it.

My son had a good experience with Bath Fitter and I also like their advertisements. I ended up buying the tub insert and the up the wall, and the fixtures that went with it. The rep I dealt with was wonderful. He listened well and explained everything to my satisfaction. The installation was fine. It would have taken a day but the tub part didn't fit properly, so the installer had to send back for another part. And it took a couple of weeks before he came back out. But now that I have everything installed, it's very fine. I'm very pleased with it. It works well.

The Owner of this location was very helpful in resolving this issue to our satisfaction. He took plenty of time to listen to us (even called while on vacation) and was as upset as we were. We were very impressed by his concern, understanding and professionalism. Things do happen from time to time and you have to give people the opportunity to fix them. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Our bathroom looks beautiful and Rob S is a great installer. Give them a try and tell them that we referred you! You won't be sorry!

I called Bath Fitter and did a negotiation and told them to come out. Bath Fitter's reps and the installers were good. I purchased a good quality bathtub. It’s nice getting a new, nice and clean tub. Bath Fitter did a great job.

Bath Fitter is very good. We purchased the shower and I really like it. I like the feature for hanging on to the bars. The master plumber smoked a lot. He would go out but I could smell it when he came in. But the interaction with him was good. The other guy was very good too.

Steven ** of Bath Fitter here in southern Utah did an wonderful job installing my new shower. It looks fantastic, and is high quality. It looks absolutely beautiful and gave me so much more room in my shower! I appreciate the great customer service that this company has also.

This company took my deposit and won't return any calls. Called my local branch three times and the corporate office twice without anyone calling back. This company is a complete scam. I called my sales person and she doesn't work there anyone. Please don't do business with this company. Contacting my state attorney general today to file a complainant.

Everything that was discussed, everything that was promised was delivered without compromise, exceptionally professional, very clean, and left no mess...NONE! We definitely feel upgraded. After attending a Home Show and considering multiple companies to complete the project, we are very happy with our decision to go with Bath Fitter. We recommend them over anyone else to our friends.

I was pleased from start to finish. The salesman, Tony, was wonderful to work with. He was upfront, knew his stuff and was personable. I don’t like when companies try to hide pricing, which is what he did not do. The installer was courteous and careful, doing a wonderful job. The tub that was given to him was wrong, so he ran to get the correct one, which was a relief. The finished product is well done and couldn’t be happier. One thing I wish they had done was told me to take a before and after photo. That would be a great thing to have when I show people how great it looks from what it did before.

We called Bath Fitter up to get a price and the salesman who came out explained to us how everything would be set up, how everything would look, how it would be designed and how the warranty worked. We were pretty sold on that. It was very informative. They also told us what to do and what not to do. Then they scheduled an appointment for the installation. They came out and got it done. It was pretty quick and everything was good with them. We got the tub with the surrounding walls and we love it.

I would like to start by expressing my admiration for the product and the installation. I am however displeased with the space. I admit to having made a misinformed decision opting for this "roll-in" shower replacing our bathtub. Others must take these things into consideration when deciding to install a "Roll-in" shower.

The house is about 40 years old and everything was wearing out. It needed to be fixed. Bath Fitter was the only remodeling company that I had heard of, other than just absolutely devastating the bathroom and we didn't wanna be six weeks without a bathroom. The sales representative was very informative. He explained our options, what was available and what wasn’t, and he went over it very carefully with us.

Bath Fitter was a recommendation from a friend. We did the bathtub with them and it was an excellent experience. They’re very courteous. The guy came in and professionally did what he needed to do in one day. I like the whole bathroom shower kit that they put in. It has a great quality. I was completely satisfied.

I did two showers with Bath Fitter. One is a walk-in and the other is a shower-tub combination, but I didn't do the tub. I made that purchase about two months ago. Their people were all very good and polite. They were on time, they did what they said they were going to do, and they did the work very quickly. I was highly impressed. I like my showers very much and I would use Bath Fitter again.

I had a wonderful experience with Bath Fitter. I had tried a contractor, but they were unresponsive and they didn’t show up. So, I decided to go through a more professional company. Bath Fitter did an extra total install. They had to put in a drain, put in the shower. Their sales reps were professional and they had everything together and explained everything consistently. The installation team was also very professional and they were on time. I understood exactly what they were gonna do and the timeframe too. The products are wonderful. It’s really good and I am very impressed with the quality. Bath Fitter did a very good job and I’m very happy with them and I would recommend them.

Although it has been a few years since I had Bath Fitter give me a quote, I feel inclined to write about my experience. They do not tell you in the advertisement that they do not install over fiberglass tubs. They wanted to rip out my entire bath/shower and install a brand new one for over $7,000. Also, because I would not commit on the day they came, they would not honor my coupon. Then, they hassled me by calling back 3 times and wanted to come again and give me another chance for them to say the same thing.

I first saw Bath Fitter from an ad on television, and then I talked to an individual that was in the finance association that I belong to that they did work for him. After talking to him, I decided to have somebody come out and talk to us about redoing my mother's bathroom and make it easier for her to get in the shower and hoping it would be best that they didn't have a walk-in bathtub, that we figured with her chair, she'd be okay with the route that we took. And the fact that the corners weren't gonna be caulked and everything was gonna be seamless, we thought it'd be a better way to go.

I had three things done by Bath Fitter. Two in Hoboken, one in DC. Bath Fitter had the molds for this one very unusual bathtub, so I went with it. And it’s made all the difference in the world. My experience with their reps went very well. The ones that I dealt with in Hoboken and in DC were wonderful men and very helpful, too. The installation team was very good as well. I’m 100% pleased. I would use them again. I’ve recommended them to people and I couldn’t be happier.

I liked Bath Fitter's warranty. I bought a tub and shower, and the quality is good. Everything was all good as long as you were purchasing. But after the purchase, they seemed cold. I had a concern and never received an answer. It was about he way the spigot was situated. Instead of straight up, it was to the side. But when I saw the commercial, I noticed that that’s the way it’s supposed to be. I got my answer from the TV commercial. But the installation was perfect. The guy was very nice.

We had the shower installed years ago by Bath Fitter and we decided this year to have a glass door put on. They've been excellent when we had the actual shower installed. It was always kind of a spring to the shower floor in our original shower, and normally, they just do it right over top of the existing shower. But when the technician came out and he felt that spring like we did, he recommended taking that out completely and having a whole new one. They also gave us an idea. I have two bars installed and I have a seat. The built-in seat would've taken up a lot of room in the shower. Because the shower was small and I said it looked like the seat was gonna be big, he said they could always put one that they bolt against the wall that we can fold up. It was same price either way. That really opens up the shower and I just put it down when I'm in the shower.

Every person I dealt with at Bath Fitter Utah was exceptional. I scheduled the consultation with Shelby (sp?) and she was very helpful. Tyson came to our house and spent over two hours talking to us, gave me the answers to all my questions, educated us on the shower install process and was even willing to breakdown the total estimate so I could see how he came up with the final number. I never felt like he was a salesman, but rather a friend. They were about three months out on installation but then were able to move the install up about three weeks. I wish we would have gotten a new shower 10 years ago (I noticed water under the base coming up through the drain about mid April).

We’re very satisfied overall with the services that we received from Bath Fitter from start to finish - with the salesman, the installer and everything afterwards. They came and gave an estimate. They were reasonable and we liked the product. Their salesperson was professional and he did a good job. We had a good experience with Bath Fitter and I would recommend them to a friend.

Somebody recommended Bath Fitter to me. In May, I purchased their shower and I am enjoying it very much. The salesman was very good and knowledgeable. The installers were very good too.

We had a walk in shower installed to replace an old tub shower. The workman showed up on time and began working right away. He even had to repair something that had gone wrong with the drain pipe into the building. He wouldn't have had to do that, but it guaranteed the finished job would be correct. Overall, they did a great job.

We were familiar with Bath Fitter from my mother-in-law and saw some of the job that they did with her and so, we were thinking about going with them. We were a little surprised when we had a three-and-a-half-hour meeting when the sales rep came. He was long-winded but he did good. I bought a bathtub and we didn’t have any issue with anything that the installation team did. We had some stuff in the bathroom and some counters that he put in a box, and he kinda left that but he cleaned up everything else. We have an older bathroom and we didn't remodel the whole thing but we were thinking about eventually doing the floor. They said that we could call them up if we had the floor done, and they would reseal around the tub after the floor had been put in. I have used the tub only once but the rest of my family uses it more and I like it better than what we had, because we had a cracked tub that wasn't good.

We were ready to do something in our bath and Bath Fitter was the first we called. I liked what I saw in the commercials and I read reviews. I had a good feeling about them, so we went with them. We got a new bathtub, surround, the shower head, and the Moen fixtures. We had a great experience with Bath Fitter. Their sales representative was very informative, not pushy, and answered all of our questions. I had a bunch of them. Then once we had the work done, it was very accurate with everything he said. So, we were very comfortable with him and he was very pleasant to work with.

During a very difficult financial time (toxic mold destroyed our home - had to go through remediation, getting rid of most of our belongings, renovating the entire house, etc...) we were at the mercy of contractors to quickly renovate our home, including the bathroom. Unfortunately, given our situation we did not have time to shop around and wait on numerous quotes and estimates. Because it was during a busy season as well, most contractors were not able to start for a few months, so we had to piece together different companies and contractors to do smaller jobs.

We had water trapped between the old tub and the new Bath Fitter tub. This is the second time this has happened in about 10 years. The first time, I called Bath Fitter and had a service technician come out the same day. He repaired the problem within 1 hour. The problem came back again. I called Bath Fitter again and had to make an appointment with a manager to come out and look at the problem before they would send out a repairman. This appointment took over a week.

I know the name Bath Fitter because it’s popular, and then I came to find out the people that live underneath me got Bath Fitter and they had it confirmed, that it worked out really well for them. So, I just went with it. They had a shower done. It was like fiberglass, so they had to remove the whole thing. It was just a plain wall and the lowest model we could possibly get.

Bath Fitter did our second bathroom. Their rep came out and he was topnotch. He explained everything to us. There were outstanding things. They can get it done in one day, and it's guaranteed for life, and it's transferable if we sell the house. So far, we're very satisfied. We converted one bathtub to a shower and put handrails in because my husband was having hip surgery. We redid the bathtub in the hall bathroom and put bars in there because my daughter needs bars. And it just works out perfectly. The guy that installed was very good.

I had to get a few quotes because VA paid for most of my project due to my disability. I chose Bath Fitter because they had better material. They were very professional and very clean. We were really satisfied with the end product. The shower is very nice and very maintenance-free.

The sales guy that I talked to made a lot of promises and explained how they were gonna keep them. And when the installers came out, it went exactly as he said. They were very professional and they cleaned everything up. We had a stand-up shower, and had it all replaced. We also got new fixtures. It turned out great. We love it. It is solo maintenance and that’s the biggest reason we went with it. They advertise it that way, and it is very easy to clean up.

We had the overlay of the tub from the walls, all the way up to the ceiling done by Bath Fitter. They removed all the tile that was put in back in the 70s, put in a new shower head and some type of valve that controls hot and cold water so when the toilet flushes, it won’t send a rush of cold water to the faucet. The person that did the installation was great. He was in-and-out in a matter of hours. Then the representative came by and went over the general aspect of the contract. We signed it, gave them a certified check for the deposit, and it was done. They did this about a month ago and the timeframe that it took the job was absolutely great. Plus, they said it was a certified lifetime warranty. They kept telling me that I could call them if I'd have issues and they would come back out. And I've had no issues, so far.

I was working on remodeling an old double wide. All the fixtures were weird sizes and you couldn't just go and buy a 54-inch tub. We had Bath Fitter do the tub with the liner a month ago. It's way too expensive and not everybody can pull that kind of cash out for a tub. But our experience with them was awesome. Their reps were fine and the installer did a good job. I opened the door up to let him in, and I went to work. It was fast.

I'm getting older. And I wanted to get rid of the bath tub because I didn't wanna have to stop over a tub. So I had Bath Fitter put in a full shower. I've had it for three months now. Everyone, from the people at the home show, right down to the installer and its cleanup, were wonderful. The installation took two days. It was a cast iron tub and it took a while to get it out. We went to the home show in Manitowoc and talked to someone. I liked that the Bath Fitter walk-in shower was a one-piece unit that was gonna be going in. I also liked their warranty afterwards which goes to the next person who buys the house. Also, they were gonna come back and do the work for us if something goes wrong. The sales rep was very nice, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He showed us what was going on and what we should expect. I was very happy with him. We purchased the walk-in shower and I was very happy with their time frame. They called us back within a week and then we only had to wait two to three weeks out before they came and installed it. Ralph came to install it and the plumber came in and cleaned everything up and finished the work. Everything was done and we're very happy with them.

We had every intention of using you all assuming the product would work well with our bathroom at our rental property. Unfortunately you scheduled us twice, cancelled the first time, said we would be your priority for the 2nd appt and didn't even show the 2nd time. We did receive a call 30 minutes later than the appointment asking to reschedule AGAIN... Very disappointing after you were a recommendation from a friend.

We had our shower installed at the end of April. All went well and the salesperson was great. The person who installed the shower did some damage to the other side of the wall, the screws came through, which damaged the drywall as well as the paint in several places. We reported this problem right away, but no action has been taken despite several calls. They said they would deal with it, but nothing has happened so far. We got this work done with Bath Fitter because we didn’t want to deal with the hassle, but now it has become just that. Very unfortunate. The product is good; just hope nothing goes wrong during the install because the after sales is terrible.

I left a dissatisfied review several months ago and pretty much forgot about it. A representative left me a voicemail so I returned his call. He stated that he wanted me to be happy and took the time to discuss everything and offered to send someone to my house to fix the problem. The work was fixed quickly and I couldn't be happier. I liked Bath Fitter's product and price point. They did a shower with sliding glass doors and everything was great.

Bath Fitter has seamless walls where you didn’t have to have caulking at the corners and it was done usually in one day. I liked that. I checked other ones and there were a lot of other them out there. But all the ones I saw had the three-piece wall units. It looks nice at first but I didn’t wanna have caulking going down the corners. I did a whole tub replacement with Bath Fitter. Everything was excellent. The only thing was when the guy came out to measure for the second time, I left a message for him to call and give me 30 minutes. But he said he was already here and he didn’t mind waiting. I wasn’t there when he did the measurements but my wife was. She said he did an excellent job and was very nice.

Had our shower installed 4 months ago. There was a leak under the shower door so we called the Chattanooga office, a repairman came out and was there about ten minutes. He put some caulk on his finger and touched it up. The leak continued so we called again. The original installer came and worked on it for a while and fixed the leak. A month later another leak under the shower door (different place). We called and got another appointment 2 weeks out. That appointment was canceled by the office because they were "covered up".

We went to a home show in Watertown, South Dakota. Bath Fitter looked like they had a good product. They could do the work in a short period of time and the price seemed to be effective. I had them do the shower with the enclosure. This was in March or April. Their salespeople were thorough. The installers went above and beyond. They couldn't even get home the day they finished the work. We had an extreme blizzard and the interstates were shut down along with all the roads going back to their hometown in Tea, South Dakota. The installers worked under duress and they did an awesome job. The product looks to be very durable and long-lasting.

I’ve hired their Northbrook IL branch to replace my bathtub sliding door and bath fixtures. This was February 2019. I made a deposit of $1000 for a $5000 project that I hope to be done when my husband with dementia was staying at my condo. My intent to remodel the bathroom is for his safety. I live in Chicago and our owners association is requiring their plumber to get a permit. They claimed it takes forever to get the city permit. I have guests in June 28-30. I called their office every week to follow up, unfortunately there is no progress. I’m so frustrated and would like to demand a refund or to expedite the order. Can anyone help me with this problem? My patience is running out. I’m so dissatisfied with this delay. They should have known about this permit problem long before selling me their product. Antonette

We were at a home showdown at the Hy-Vee Hall and we figured we’d see how much it costs to get our bathroom redone ‘cause we had a burgundy tub with yellow surrounding walls. It was the original from 1950 and it was pretty hideous. So we figured we’d give Bath Fitter a shot. The customer service has been great. The older rep was a funny and nice guy and he reminded me of an old grandpa that likes to talk and have a good time. There were two installers who came out. One was in training and the other one did the install. They were really nice and professional. They got it clean and cleaned up their mess. They always said, "Yes, sir" and "No, sir" when I asked some questions.

My tub needed to be upgraded and Bath Fitter had some good promotions at the time that we checked into it. We got a walk-in shower from them and they also put in the shower doors. They did an awesome job. The installer was very nice and respectful. Also, the sales rep was very helpful when I was having a difficult time trying to get the inspectors out here. I missed the inspectors one day and they wouldn't talk to me. I left a voicemail with the Bath Fitter rep and he got right on it. Within 10 minutes, the inspectors were calling me back, rescheduling the inspection. All in all, the Bath Fitter walk-in shower is of very good quality and we're very pleased with it so far. I would recommend them.

Bath Fitter was the only one I saw that offered the switch from a tub to a shower, which is what we had. We signed up back in February and finally got the installation done in May. The reps were great and the installer did an excellent job.

We had a shower installed by Bath Fitter, and they came to the house for the initial sales and then followed up on that. The installers kept things cleaned up and did a real good job. The prices are still high on the products, but as far as the service, it was excellent.

I had Bath Fitter do a tub cover, a tub to ceiling backsplash and a shower door. For the installer, it was the first time putting in a door like I put in, and he had the doors backwards. The overlap went the wrong way, so the sales guy got me with their operations guy and they sent a different installer over here. He pulled all the caulk off and switched the door around and re-carpeted for me. He also changed the caulk color to match the wall instead of the caulk that went around the tub, and that fixed everything that I was concerned about.

Bath Fitter was affordable and their rep was really personable. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable trusting him, so it made my decision to go with them that much easier. I got the shower done about a month ago. I had the special door done and also the tower. The installation team was really efficient. I couldn't believe that they did it in a day and it was cleaned up. Everything was left like no one was ever there. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I originally gave a review for Bath Fitter with my satisfaction survey, PRIOR to using the shower. The shower looks gorgeous and it definitely was worth the cost. HOWEVER, after taking a shower my husband noticed water streaming out of the shower door, as well as water beading over the entire seal at the bottom of the door. It turns out there is a good amount of space where the bottom seal across the door does not touch the basin, or the corner of the shower door.

I had the existing bathtub/shower in my *small* bathroom upstairs replaced with a shower. By small, I mean it is by far not the size of a master bathroom. It has just enough room for the sink, toilet, and the shower. Think of it as the extra bathroom for the guests, but not as small as a half-bath... So to replace the tub/shower, they took out the existing bathtub and shower walls, and replaced with only a shower with new walls. Before I get into anything negative, I will say that the job was well done and the quality is very good. I mean really well done and it's beautiful, and I understand that there is a lifetime guarantee included. Definitely gets an A+ for workmanship, and I say this to be fair because there is a positive in this review... But onto the negative, as it has obviously overshadowed this positive.

installation techs Dave and John made my shower remodel a breeze. They were friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the work they did in my bathroom. They protected the rest of my house from getting dirty or damaged by covering any areas that may come in contact with the installation site.

We paid to have two bathrooms done, and with an expedited install time. After not hearing anything for almost a month I called the local office and spoke to Bridget, she then told me they were waiting on my shower base, and then when I started telling her how frustrated I was that there was never a call for an update, she called me back and acted like they did me a favor by finding the base that should have been in to be installed a week before that. Then I was told it would be a one day install, nope!! They came on a Friday and finished on a Saturday, after I explained I have five kids I need one working shower.

We did not see any other option like Bath Fitter. Our bathroom is tiny, and we were concerned about the whole process of tearing off the old bathtub and getting a new one fit in there, and with Bath Fitter we were able to get the bathtub and the surround that went on top of our old. The sales rep was very friendly. I have kids running around and he was very understanding and patient. And he really broke things down for us and kind of gave us our options. We love the final product. It looks a lot nicer than our old one. And it seems easy to clean. The only thing that we were misled by was we thought that it was gonna be 100% seamless where the bathtub meets the wall.

True to their word they provided a safe and usable conversion for my handicapped usage. Originally a built in angular seat was installed which did not work out for me. I kept sliding off! Bath Fitter redid the job and installed a flip seat mounted directly facing the shower head. No longer need to turn sideways to shower. Much safer now! Thanks!!

Bath Fitter is right here in Wisconsin and they have a permanent address. I felt if I had a problem, there was someone there to answer. A lot of companies have an address out of state. I had a walk-in shower put in. The salesperson was polite. I didn't speak to him really long but I thought he had some good points. It was important to me that the work was done in one day which they did. The installer was very polite and he did a very good job. I probably drove him crazy because I checked in to see what he was doing. It was interesting to watch.

Very expensive. They charge a lot of money just because they have a one piece acrylic lining. Almost like 5000-6000 just to do the bath tub and bath tub walls and tap and shower head fixtures only. You can actually redo a whole bathroom including replacing whole bath tub and redoing the tiles and also the bathroom vanity and basin and floor for that money. Unwilling to come down on price and had to run a call past his Vice president who said they would not reduce by more than 20% of their over priced price. Their salesmen make 90K a year. No wonder they have to charge the customers more. This is strictly for the rich and the impatient. Anyone else, take your time. Don't be in a hurry. Find a contractor who can do this more economically.

I hired Bath Fitter to do a tub liner for me before any work was done on my bathroom. They said to put up the tile first, then the liner goes in and gets caulked to the tile. I was concerned about damage and was told by the estimator and office that in over 8 years they have not had any damage. The installer comes today and sure enough broke tile and said it has to be fixed before the tub can be installed. I called the office and spoke with the manager who said they cannot do the tub because they feel the tile will break again. She said the tub should go in before the tile which is the exact opposite of what they said before. Then she said the walls were bowed. When I said they were not she then said the tile is weak and it is a bad job. I said it was not. Then she said there isn't enough thinset which I had no idea how she came to that conclusion when the tile is on the wall - they cracked it but underneath was not showing.

In 2006 we chose Bath Fitter to re-do our bathtub. We had them tear out the old fiberglass tub and surround that the builder had installed and replace it with a new tub and surround. It held up great and we loved how the surround is seamless and goes all the way to the ceiling. It still looked like new and everything was fine until April 2019, we noticed a small crack at the back of the tub. It was only about 3 inches long and looked like a strand of hair.

Bath Fitter from Sandy, Utah came to do our tub replacement. We got a walk in shower/tub removal. Steve was our tech. He did an absolute wonderful job... very professional. Kept the carpets clean with runners during the whole install. We are very happy with our new shower and would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

I submitted an online request for information. Of course, they won't give you ANY information over the phone. So, I agreed to schedule a visit for a technician to come and give me an estimate. They wanted to know if my spouse or significant other would be there. That is none of their business and I told them so. They insisted that they needed both there to send someone out! WHAT?!?! I told them (a man) they would either be there to see me or they wouldn't. HE SAID THEY WOULDN'T! REALLY??? So, if I don't provide them with the information THEY want, they are willing to lose the business! How stupid is that? I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT PROBABLY WOULDN'T ASK A MAN THAT QUESTION! BESIDES, it's none of their business if I do or do not have a significant other or spouse.

I saw a display for Bath Fitter at a store and realized that I didn’t have to do the remodel myself if I hired them. So I decided to call them. I got a tub-shower combination for my daughter's bathroom and it's nice and clean. We got the plain old white white and it's really basic. The installer was great as well. One gentleman came out and he brought his son to come help carry some things when he was doing the deconstruction stuff, so he wouldn’t nick up the walls, steps or anything else. He asked ahead of time if it was okay and I agreed. When the boy came in, he helped carry out three pieces of stuff and I didn’t see him again.

Bath Fitter was our only option 'cause we couldn't remove our tub. They did the tub and enclosure, the plumbing, and the shower head. The installation was great. They were professional and courteous, and they cleaned up. We also enjoyed Justin, our sales rep. He very thoroughly explained all the details of the product.

I'm very pleased with my Bath Fitter experience. When I talked with the gentleman that came down to explain the product to us, I liked what I saw and what I heard. It seemed like the product was topnotch. The guy that did the installation was fantastic. He did a shower install. I already had the shower and I just had them come in and take down the old tile wall and put up the new Bath Fitter piece. I also got the plumbing hardware to go with it. So far, everything's been fine. I got no complaints.

We used Bath Fitter before up in Central New York. We went back to them because of the quality of service, quality of product, friendliness, ease, the whole nine yards. We took out our old bathtub and put in a walk-in shower unit. The young man that came in and did it took a day and three-quarters to get it all done which is what we anticipated. He was very caring. I got a 90 plus year old mother living with us and he was very considerate about making sure things were out of her way when she walking around the house. We love our new shower. We purchased the tub and shower combination, and also did a grab bar and one shelf. We had a great time with Bath Fitter. The information that they gave was accurate, and we enjoyed their presentation. They were cordial, kind and friendly. The installer did a fantastic job. He communicated with me with everything he needed to do. He called me ahead of time, and said what time he would be there. And he was there, and finished his work. He had everything done by the time I got off work. It looks very good and very clean. I love it.

I had a bathtub cover-up done by Bath Fitter and it looks nice when the installer was done. But it was awfully expensive. Also, I don't like the fact that my bathtub is closer to my toilet than I would like. It took up extra space and it crowds you on the toilet now. The installer should've moved the gooseneck for the shower head up higher. It is like you gotta be five foot tall to get underneath the shower head. Because of the shower head we bought, he had to go get a longer neck. That longer neck put it to where it was down farther and it's kinda inconvenient. But other than that, the experience was good and the guy that did it was good. All of Bath Fitter's people were really nice. Their quality of work seemed pretty good.

We purchased the bathtub from Bath Fitter. We had a fine experience with their sales rep and the installation team came and did their job. It’s a nice addition to our bathroom.

I needed a step-in shower because I'm handicapped. I went to a vendor fair and Bath Fitter was there. I've seen a lot of their work of some other people that I knew, and I knew that they did a good job and guaranteed their stuff. I've also seen in a picture of what I wanted right there so I told them that's what I wanted. That process was very easy. I called the number on the card the guy gave me then they sent a representative out and I filled out all the information. Two weeks later, they put the shower in. The installer did an amazing job too. He cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave any mess. It was great. It all went smooth and easy.

Bath Fitter did a great job and I have nothing but good to say about them. I went to a craft show of our American Legion, and there was a gentleman there and he handed me a card. So, I called and another gentleman came out. I had my son-in-law, and we asked questions and he answered them. The installers were great and worked continuously. They brought the pieces in and put it up so that it really looks nice. They came on Wednesday and came back Thursday to finish the job. They also put stuff down on my floor so they wouldn't track on it.

My husband and I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to others. The cost estimate was very accurate and the timeline to start and complete the project was wonderful. The staff who actually did the work were very professional, let us know when they would arrive, communicated problems to us, kept us informed of progress, and were very respectful.

My parents used Bath Fitter in both of their bathrooms and were thrilled with the results so when I was finally able to do my bathroom, I gave Bath Fitter a call. The salesman was helpful with ideas and staying in my budget, and I couldn't help but giggle any time I called with a question and Patty answered the phone, "how can I make you smile?"; she always did. The installer, Chris was professional and even with a trainee, the work went really fast. I had other work being done in the bathroom and Chris suggested he leave some of the trim unfinished and come back after the floor was replaced. It worked out great and I am so pleased with how clean and fresh everything looks. Great work!

Our basement bath was 30 years old so it was rather raunchy and everything was in pretty bad shape. The reviews on Bath Fitter and their quality seem very good. Plus, they were fast. I really wanted the entire unit to be put in within two days. Their sales rep was very nice. She came, sat with us and talked about the unit. Then we decided and she came back and did all of the initial measurements. Then, about a week later, someone came and did all of the exact measurements with machines and lasers. He was also very nice.

I love my shower. And I cannot say enough about the installer. Very nice. Very informative and the cleanup and the presentation was amazing. I had to give him a big hug. I can't praise him enough. I would recommend Bath Fitter to all.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship that helped transform our bathroom into a thing of beauty. Our salesman, Dave **, was terrific, start to finish! Two small issues came up, but Dave fixed them in the least amount of time possible. We will definitely recommend Bath Fitter to family and friends!

My husband's sister had had Bath Fitter. They changed when her husband couldn’t climb in the tub, and they turned it to a shower. And she just couldn’t get over how well they were, and how good they did. And it was suggested that we do that here. We’re very happy with it. Everything was fantastic. The sales rep was very good. When he came, my son was with me, ‘cause we’re elderly, and the sales rep explained everything and showed us everything. So, we knew just exactly what was gonna be when he came. The installation team worked so quickly too. I thought it was gonna be a much longer process than it was. There’s nothing I can say derogatory about it at all. It’s the first experience I’ve ever had, and I was so well pleased with all of them. They just went about their job and cleaned up. It was great.

I got a walk-in shower and went for Bath Fitter considering the warranty. If something goes wrong, they would come and fix everything at no cost for me. I could’ve gotten the power shower installed for less price, but I’m getting at that age that I don’t wanna have to fix it. The installation team was awesome and the guy was very particular with how things are done. I was very impressed with that. The shower was for our extra bathroom and we haven’t used it yet. Still, we got a nice shower there, and if we get any guests over, they would be able to use it.

I was skeptical when reading some of the poor reviews, but the good reviews outweighed the bad ones. The initial consultation wasn't very impressive, but we had already decided at that point to go with the company. Once all the paperwork was done, and financing went through (they are quite expensive), everything went as they stated. We had the tub removed and replaced with a shower stall. The installer came the date they told us. He was awesome. Had everything installed and cleaned up by 3:00 pm. The only problem we encountered is the shower doors need a leveler which had to be ordered. We could still use the shower, but the doors were not very stable. It took 3 weeks for that to come in. It's still new so I can't comment on how keeping it clean is difficult as some reviews state, but I am using a cleaner that is recommended by the company. All in all, I would definitely recommend this company and would use them!!!

I checked all the other companies around and I felt like Bath Fitter had something better to offer. I also knew some people who has had Bath Fitter in to install and they were happy. We purchased two showers and we had the corner shelf and the handicap bars installed as well. I liked the design and the fact that the product had a lifetime warranty on it. So I didn’t have to do anything from that point on.
