I had been planning to do my bathroom because my knees are bad and it was getting hard to step over in the tub to do the shower. I had talked to different other companies and their prices were outrageous but Bath Fitter gave me a good price so I had them put the shower in. Their sales rep was nice, wonderful and did a fantastic job. He went ahead and did what he needed to do. He had to cut my bathroom up in pieces, took it out so he told me it would be more than one day and it was finished in two days and it is beautiful. The installer was very professional and I'm very satisfied with the shower that I had put in. They are a wonderful company, they do good work and they do it on time as they say it. I would tell my friends to go ahead and have the job done. I will say that in the end, they will be rewarded with good service.

We’ve done all the work in our house and both of our sons-in-law are too busy, and I didn’t know if I wanted to hire a local contractor. I thought, “Well, what’s it going to hurt to call?” From Bath Fitter, we purchased a brand-new bathtub with new shower walls and glass doors. The sales reps were all excellent and answered our questions. We were concerned because our home was built in 1890 and our bathroom is tiny, and we weren’t sure the contractors would be able to get it in. Our first experience with the gal who came to the house spent all the time that we expected and answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable enough that we would go forward. And then the guy who came and measured said, “No problem.” The young gentleman that came and did all of the work was awesome although we felt bad for him because it took more time than what was estimated. But he was terrific.

We needed a renovation on a fiberglass tub that had a hole in it. A rep from Bath Fitter came out and gave us the estimate, showed us all the products in pamphlets, and took measurements. She also told us the options. The installer who came out was great. He tore out the fiberglass tub and then put in a new shower. He had some issues with the fitting and was able to resolve it. The whole time, he talked to us and kept everything neat, in and out. He was informative and friendly too. Since everything was custom-made, the project took four weeks to complete. Overall, Bath Fitter has great product and service, but it was a little pricey. But then, you're getting a lifetime guarantee and they'll come out and fix stuff which is nice to know you got that.

We liked Bath Fitter's product. They were at the home show we went to last spring. Their people were friendly. And we found out they were within an hour from us so we decided to use them. We took out a tub and put a shower insert in, and then we redid the shower in the master bathroom and the basement bathroom as well. It's just been done in the last month. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We liked what we saw and he took an interest in what we were trying to accomplish and helped us figure out what we did. The installation team was really good and they cleaned up. It was excellent.

We have a 100-year-old home and the shower that we had upstairs had a fiberglass shower and it was all one piece, and the floor was cracked. We knew that time to find another shower that would fit in there appropriately would be difficult because when we put that shower in, we had to take some windows out to get it to the second story. I had heard about Bath Fitter but didn’t know much about it so Mindy showed us everything and said this can be fit into any room and they can measure it. She was really good at getting it started and gave us a really good background on it. We decided on it because we have a very unusual shower stall. And then, another gentleman came out and measured it. We also wanted to move the showerhead and the plumbing from an outside wall to an inside wall just in case. They had to do some carpentry work because the old shower had a base that was unusual.

My sister-in-law had Bath Fitter in her house. When they came in and they spoke to us, we decided that was the way to go instead of anything else. The rep was very polite and he answered all our questions. We purchased a shower with a door and it has a seat in it. The young man who came to do the installation was amazing and he was excellent. He was neat and clean that you never knew anybody was in here that did any work. He got it all done in about two days. My overall experience with Bath Fitter was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

Last October 26th I purchased a walk in shower from Bath Fitter. My husband, who is handicapped, is in the hospital in Iowa City and that was an hour and a half away. My brother in law let the installers in and when I got home it was done. They came in, cleaned up, and got it working. It was perfect.

The original installation and look was great, but after the installation and frequent usage of the shower I began noticing thing that was not evident at installation: 1. Every time I step into the shower, the base flex and reminds me of how heavy I am with this sound that I presume is the drain sliding up and down the drain pipe. (Noisy) 2. The rubber slots that is suppose to hold the doors closed chooses when it wants to or doesn't want to hold one of the doors closed and opens about 2" while showering (wet floor).

Just wanted to give a shout out and a big KUDOS to Bath Fitter. Too many times in the service industry we hear a lot of negatives but, seldom get told when a good job is done. From Eric to Cory to the office staff this has been a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Such a drastic transformation in such little time and all handled so professionally. Would highly recommend this group to all my friends. Thank you!!!

All the Bath Fitter reviews I read were good as far as their product quality. I had them install a bathroom shower and tub enclosure. Their rep was awesome. He took the time to answer my questions and was very thorough in everything he went through. He was on time, which I loved. And I felt very comfortable with him. He measured and we went over different options. And then, I picked what I wanted. Their installers were great and thorough, too. They were professional, and there was not a spot in my bathroom when they left. Everything was picked up and cleaned. One of the guys had to come the next day to do one little piece.

When my daughter used Bath Fitter she raved about what a great job they did, how they stuck right with it and did what they had to do even beyond the call of duty. I went with them and I got a walk-in shower done the first of November. Their sales reps were wonderful. There were some little hiccups but they went overboard to fix everything. The installation took 10 hours and the installers were great and very considerate. They brought the bench that was just perfect for me. They measured one of my kitchen chairs that fit me right and decided on my bench size in the shower. I'm 76 and I love my walk-in shower and I would recommend it.

I had a good experience with Bath Fitter. The sales person and the technician were both polite and professional. This is for 17 years old son’s bathroom project. He’s been using the bath for a month. Very easy to take care and quality is good. So far, he loves this.

We've used Bath Fitter for years and for our third time with them, we had them install a new shower stall on a vacation property. It was old and ugly. The door was leaking and it had builder’s grade which had two funky seats on each side because the builder didn’t know which side he was going to put it in which was generic. It wasn’t a very big shower and it took up a lot of room. So, we had a new square seat in it which made more room. We also had a grab bar and one new rack to put our soaps and shampoo on. The sales consultant was a very nice and excellent guy. The installer who came out was very precise, meticulous, and he put tarps down the hallway to the bathroom. I looked for a quick watertight installation and I was not interested in glamour or glitz. We wanted a fast job and I didn’t want to clean grout in the tile. It was not cheaper than Britton but Bath Fitter had lower maintenance to clean.

The daughter of our friend had used Bath Fitter before. We got pictures from them of how it had turned out and we were impressed with the work and the time frame so when we were ready to do ours, we called Bath Fitter. We had a shower installed for my husband's bathroom and on Monday, they're changing my tub into a walk-in shower. We had also requested to have the bars installed.

My husband didn't want to tear out the whole bathroom tub so we had Bath Fitter do the tub and shower installation. The job sounded simple for them. The agent came and did a presentation, and he seemed really knowledgeable. It was hard to get a hold of them though. We had a couple of concerns we wanted to ask them about but I work during days so it was like we played phone tag quite a bit. We didn't want to do the whole thing until we had some questions answered. It took quite a while but eventually we got in touch with them.

Bath Fitter gave the best price estimate for a bathtub to a walk-in shower conversion project that we had. Also, their customer service representatives were right there whenever we needed them and they were very polite. Their installers were neat, didn’t make a mess and were very considerate. However, Bath Fitter took forever to get the installation going. It was a long wait to get it going as it took months for them to get their supply in. But the installers did the installation in two days, which was very nice. And they were so kind to my 89-year-old mother. My mother needed a handicap bathroom and we had already installed hand pulls and bars for her to get around and hold on to but when Bath Fitter took them down to do the installation, they informed me that they were not allowed to replace the hand bars in an area that they did not cover. My mother needed it but it had to go on the old wall.

We bought a house and wanted to do something but we didn’t want to take out all the tile. With Bath Fitter, there was the option of tearing out a bathroom or just retrofitting it. They could put stuff right over and that was a lot easier. We called them and they said they would send a salesman out. We talked with the salesman and it was painless. He gave us our options and showed us everything. He was excellent. He even called me right after everything was done to make sure everything was all right.

We had a walk-in shower put in. The sales rep was knowledgeable of everything when he came to the house to look and see what we needed to have done. There was only one guy who did the installation all in one day and he was very good about his work. He got in and got out. Bath Fitter is a great company to work with. Check them out and get the work done.

We bought a tub enclosure from Bath Fitter a month and a half ago and we like the warranty on it and the way it was built. I had a wonderful dealing with their sales agent and the gentleman who came to install knew what he was doing. We were very happy with our experience and we would highly recommend them.

We had a shower installed by Bath Fitter a month ago and everything they did was perfect. We were really impressed. Everyone that we talked with were wonderful and they knew everything about the process. The installer got everything done right and although they said he may have to come back the next day, he finished it all in one day. We really enjoyed the experience and I would tell others interested to go with Bath Fitter.

A new shower surround was the only remodeling I wanted to be done with a new tub and Bath Fitter was able to complete the project in one day. I was satisfied with everything the sales reps did. Bath Fitter did a great job and I'm happy with what they did. It was a little spendy but it was worth it since I didn't want the hassle of tearing apart the bathroom.

Bath Fitter is a national company and a man who works with me was very pleased when he used them before. The Bath Fitter sales rep came by and talked to us for two hours. He was very personable and explained everything very well. We had them install a walk-in tub with some grab bars. The installer was very good, professional, clean, and tidy. It's been a month since the installation and we are very pleased with the price and the work. Everything was pleasant and straightforward. I had a very good experience.

Call placed for an initial estimate, got run through the ringer about who owns the property, after waiting an hour without anyone showing up for an appointment. I called back. Was told the company was trying to reach me to confirm the homeowner. Unreal, I just wanted an appointment, who are you? Homeland security???

Bath Fitter is a reputable company. They're not just small time. They also offered a quick install and I checked them at the website of ConsumerAffairs before I made my purchase. Bath Fitter's entire service was excellent. Their sales reps were friendly, very nice and very knowledgeable. I had the wall liner and tub over with the grab bars and all the fittings. It was just one person that did all the work and the installation was done quickly. It took about six hours altogether and he got the job done very efficiently. Bath Fitter did what they said they were going to do and we're very pleased with the product. The only drawback was taking a long time to get the materials ordered. Then, we had to wait a few weeks to get the install done.

Had the complete tub and wall installed in 2005. In 2016 the glue on the tub floor was not adhering. Bath Fitter replaced the complete install again due to faulty glue. A year and a few months after the second install the silicone grout is becoming undone from the strip around the wall on the unit. I was told this is not covered, only a year warranty on this issue. They would come out to fix it for a charge of $110. I advised them I will buy the silicone from Lowe’s ($3.98) and fix it myself. Not completely happy with their product. Thought twice about having another shower done by them, my decision "NO".

Bath Fitter installed two shower facilities for me two months ago and what sold me was the lifetime warranty which is one of the most important factors. The rep seemed knowledgeable as well. He gave us their sales pitch and we went with it. The installer was also fast and efficient. He got everything done and it seems like it's working out.

We had Bath Fitter remove our old fiberglass tubs and showers and replace them with new ones. I went with them because of the one-and-a-half to two days installation turnaround and because they had better ratings than other providers. Downstairs, they installed grip wall for the entrance and the other addition for the tub and shower, which was something that would help my wife who had breast cancer. Then, upstairs, they took out the tub and installed a shower stall which had an optional handheld showerhead added to the regular shower head. I got the grip bar on the back wall for both the bathrooms. I picked a corner dual shelf for the downstairs bathroom because it had other places to set things, then for the shower upstairs I got four shelves. Their sales rep was very informative and non-pushy. He was straight-forward, was not a hard sell and laid it out for me.

I did a review on December 19, 2017 concerning the makeover of my bathroom, as I was very unsatisfied with the quality of work done by my local Bath Fitter Store. After my review was read, the manager and owner contacted me by phone, we scheduled an appointment for them to inspect the bathroom and a plan was designed by them to correct all issues with the bathroom. As of today, February 28, 2018, all of the issues have been corrected by my local Bath Fitter Store. I applaud the two technicians, manager and owner who corrected all issues. Thank you Bath Fitter.

I contacted Bath Fitter because of the one day installation and the sales rep was very good and knowledgeable. He gave me the price and it was reasonable. I told him to go ahead and I gave him a down payment of half the price, so that I can give him the other half when it was finished and he kept to that. My experience with Bath Fitter was excellent. They were very courteous and an awful lot of professionalism was shown.

We bought a tub from Bath Fitter since theirs would go over what we had. We also had friends that had it and they liked it. Bath Fitter's rep was efficient and did well. However, when he made our bill, he subtracted it wrong and we had to get it straightened out. The tub is working great, though. I'd tell friends about our experience, and if they'd like to come and look at the tub, we'd let them.

We've seen the Bath Fitter booth in the exhibition hall at the Iowa State Fair. We looked at some of their stuff and talked to a few people that had them do estimates. Nobody had them done since they were extremely pricey. But I still decided to buy from them due to the amount of time it takes for them to do the work, and the finished product, as well as the way it looked as far as its quality. They did a good job and it looked amazing. When they sat down and talked to me, they gave me all of their insurances, guarantees and by the time we finally made our mind to do it, we were sold on the fact that they would do a good job.

I've had a plumber come out for my shower but it needed to be different tradesmen to come in and complete the job at different times and I had to buy the shower unit. They told me what to buy but it was all kind of disjointed. It would have saved me a thousand or two bucks but I didn’t know if it was going to be worth it in the end. They didn’t really show me any improvements to the unit other than replacing it. I called out another place that was a good outfit down in Akron. I didn’t dream it would cost that much. They gave me a quote of about $9,000 and it kind of blew me away. Then I found out Bath Fitter. Initially, I pictured Bath Fitter as a place that I just rewrap my shower, put the existing one and it would save me a lot of money, but it turned out they needed to replace the shower anyway. However, it was less than that other quote and they could do it all in one shot.

Bath Fitter's deal was good on what they were going to do and that they were going to do it in one day. The sales rep's presentation was a little bit long but it was good. He was an older guy and he told us everything. He showed us all the different things that they had. The installer came about 8:00 and was gone by 6:00. He explained everything he did and he was very polite. He didn’t even take a break. He worked great on through and cleaned up everything. Overall, they did an excellent job. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anybody. They need to talk to Bath Fitter and see what they have and what they can offer them and how quickly they can do it.

We could not have been more pleased with our installation. The installers were very professional, polite and treated our house with the utmost care. And the person who came to help us decide which installation would be best for us could not have been more helpful. I felt more like he was a friend. I would recommend this to anyone who is not happy with their bath tub or shower. We LOVE it.

I'm an appraiser and I have gone into different houses that have Bath Fitter products. I also put one in a rental house about three years ago and I liked it. So when my tub in my house cracked and I had to have another one, I brought Bath Fitter back in. But when the first salesperson came in, I almost didn't go with Bath Fitter because the sales pitch was too long. Their product sells itself so they don't have to have their salespeople come in and give a three hour representation. That was way too long and they would wear people out on the sales pitch. That was for the rental house and by the time the salesperson was there three hours, I was like, "Oh my gosh, do I really want this?" I had to be rude and told him to wrap it up soon. But that was the only thing I didn't really like about Bath Fitter.

I tried to spray my tub and shower area to seal them but it chipped out. I wasn't going to go with Bath Fitter because the lady across the street had a tub installed a few years ago and it was all soggy and it's mushy under there and I didn't want that but Bath Fitter had a rep come out and talk to us. He was great and explained everything to us. He's also a funny guy and we got along great. He guaranteed us that that wasn't their outfit and that doesn't happen so we went with it. They put a tub in with wrap arounds but the only thing is that I have to go for some kind of coat for the water temperature. I'd like to get that turned up because it's too chilly for us. However, it's great and I love it.

I have always wanted a full shower, and now I have a great looking one! The price was very fair, and the work was exceptional (2 days!). A. G. left the place cleaner than it was when he arrived. I have been showing my new shower to anyone who wants to see it. :-) Thank you!

Everyone we had contact with was professional and willing to go the extra mile. From the initial scheduling to the installation we felt we made the right choice for us. Professional install and clean. The tub over is perfect and LOOKS beautiful. Makes it look like a brand new bathroom.

We were getting ready to sell our house and we needed to redo the bathroom. My wife and I were going to do it since we've done everything ourselves, but we have a one-bedroom house and I didn't want to spend a week without a bathroom. Bath Fitter offered the convenience of getting it done in one day. I leave for work, I come home, and it's done. The sales rep who came out was wonderful. We sat, had coffee and talked for four hours. He was a really personable person and we enjoyed our time. Plus, he was very down-to-earth. We did the bath over the plastic acrylic and over the bathtub, then we got the shower surround, all the hardware and shelving in the corners. I took the day off when the installer came. He was a very nice, young man. He was courteous and he went about business professionally. He was done before the eight hours and finished in the early afternoon. Also, their customer service was great.

I called a few places and I was going to have them come out and estimate, but I thought about Bath Fitter first, and the more their sales rep talked, the more I liked their product. And I decided to purchase a shower from them. The sales rep was great. She was very informative and she showed me exactly what they’re doing. The installers were very good as well. They installed the shower for me and they took the tub right out because I am disabled and so now I have a walk-in shower. I still have to have somebody here when I shower anyway because I have a muscle disease in my legs. But the shower is great. It’s so much better and much easier. If somebody wants to get a walk-in shower, I’d give them Bath Fitter's number. They're wonderful.

Bath Fitter is not going to be the cheapest solution to remodeling your bathroom. Although, I have learned that the cheapest solution tends to be the most expensive eventually. The finished product and lifetime warranty will be worth it. Very friendly service all around from the schedulers, reps and installers. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I like Bath Fitter a lot. It was the best improvement over what I had. I wanted something that was guaranteed for life because I know fiberglass wears out really fast. Bath Fitter happened to be at the Portage County Fair when I was there. I put my name on the form and they called back right away. I didn’t even think to look out for others. There’s a bunch out there but I just went with Bath Fitter because more people talk about them than anything else.

My brother lives in Alabama and his ex-girlfriend used Bath Fitter. My brother said they really did a beautiful job and he was really impressed of what they did. That’s how I got keyed on to contacting them and checking them out. My bathroom had some tile in it and had some mildew that I had tried to get cleaned up. I couldn’t get it clean and I know that there were some spaces between my tile that the grout had come out and I was afraid I would get moisture behind the wall. I figured to get something done and I was exactly right. There was a down low towards the tub and it rotted behind it.

The installation was very professional and was done in an expedient manner. Installers were very polite and helpful. I would recommend Bath Fitter to friends and relatives. My husband had hip surgery and our one requirement was that the shower be installed before that time and it was.

Bath Fitter came down within a week after we had first contacted them. They took the measurements and came back a couple of weeks later and double checked the measurements. They thought that one measurement was off so they came back a third time, and they contacted me a couple of times telling me the progress. We didn’t hear anything from them for quite a while, then we ran across the salesman in Sioux Falls one Saturday. We told him that we were getting antsy to get our bathroom done, and he told us it shouldn’t take that long. He contacted someone on Monday and I was contacted Wednesday. They were there on Saturday and did the job.

I purchased a house and I was trying to flip. I was doing a remodel construction, and I had a whole brand new shower done by Bath Fitter. I liked the ease of going with them and the lifetime warranty was the other selling point for me. The sales rep was a super cool dude. He was not pressuring at all and he answered all of my questions.

We are totally happy with what we got from Bath Fitter. We got a fit-over on the tub, the walls and the door, and all the plumbing replaced. I also had the safety bar put in because we’re elderly. Everybody was wonderful and we were not pressured. We were given options and we were told what each one of these options were and how long they lasted. Though it was pricey and we paid $6633, we got what we paid for. And the door which was $1000 was a big thing. We could’ve went to Lowe’s and bought it there but we went the whole nine yards.

We ran into Bath Fitter at Southern Park Mall and the gentleman who was there gave us some material. We looked things over and talked to him, and we decided to call. We liked the lifetime guarantee and the one-day job. We got a built-in shower and the gentleman who came was very good, neat and precise with what he did. When he came the first day, he made the comment that he may need some time on another day and that was fine with us. He ended up taking a day and a half to do the job, but everything worked out fine and we’re very happy with it. We wanted to make the way our bathroom was situated a little bit bigger and the original person we talked to said it could be done, but it wasn’t exactly done that way. We ended up losing four to five inches because the base was not made at that size. Other than that, everything was done very nicely. The shower cleans nicely and we’ve showed it to our friends.

The reason for the review is... BEWARE. I paid the salesman, Chris ** a cash deposit that he failed to write on my receipt. I don't know if it was on accident or purpose. I talked to the secretary previously about his error, they failed to even ask him. I purchased this fabulous deal because they told me it was such a great deal. They needed to be paid up-front because it was such a great deal and they needed the money.

I had an awesome experience with Bath Fitter. They were the only ones who showed up for an estimate after a neighbor recommended them and I contacted three places. They remodeled my bathroom and put a shower in July. The installer was excellent. He went through everything, did all the measurements, explained what would happen, and it was great. He was meticulous. He was so clean you’d never know he was there. He was completely incredible.

When I’ve had people in the house before, I feel like I’m being pushed a little bit but I did not feel that way with the Bath Fitter representative at all. He told us that he had been a contractor and he answered all the questions that we had. He was very knowledgeable and we quite enjoyed the experience. Afterwards, one man came out for the day to put a shelf and a tub cover in and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He worked for seven hours and he left when he finished. He cleaned up after himself as well and it was as clean as when he came in. I was absolutely amazed.

I got an initial estimate from the local Bath Fitter franchise but hesitated on going through with the install due to the price. I did, finally, go through with it as I so didn't like my previous shower. The price was actually pretty affordable and less expensive than other similar services. The installation went fairly well and was completed in one day. The installer did do a little damage to my door jam (see photo) which he didn't acknowledge and I didn't notice until after he had gone. I'm pleased for the most part with the shower. It's held up remarkably well (I've had it over two years). I'm not pleased with the floor of the shower, however (see photo) as it causes water to collect and stain. I thought BF design was all about not having any opportunities for water to collect.

We liked what we've heard about Bath Fitter and the costs involved. Plus, they did quality work. We had the bathtub and shower set up, and it's very nice. It certainly beats what we replaced, which was a fiberglass tub. All of their people, from the installer to the salesperson, were quality people. We’re very satisfied and we have recommended them.

A buddy of mine had a tub or a shower installed by Bath Fitter and he recommended them to me. I purchased a shower a month ago, had it put in and had a great experience. The plumbers were very courteous and did an outstanding job. They tore out the shower, installed the new one and cleaned up. The shower looks good.

I was at a township fair and Bath Fitter was there. I need my bathroom fixed, so I signed up and they contacted me. From the start, I liked my salesman. He was good. They did the shower in my master bedroom in July this year and the installer was great. He worked from the moment he came and he hardly even took a break. He took a 15-minute break once and came back. He did a great job and it wasn't time-consuming. He got out here at 7:00 and he left at 4:30. He had to remove stuff and it's a small space but he put it up in one day. He said he's been working there for at least 10 years, so I'm glad the company sent me somebody that really knew what he was doing. I love the shower stall. I wished I could've gotten both bathrooms fixed but I can't afford it.

We called Bath Fitter and they came out. Their guy talked to us and measured. Then, they came and had a second measurement. They said it might be about three months out. Also, their sales rep was super polite. He had to come from Iowa as the local guy had gotten sick. He had a two-hour drive and he was here until 9:00. He really explained stuff and we didn’t feel rushed. Plus, I liked the warranty that they offered. We got the tub, the surround area and the dome ceiling. We also got two grab bars and four shelves in the corner. We had a straight shower curtain rod because our bathroom’s really tiny.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter two months ago and there was a handrail put in with it. Their sales representative was good. The installer was also good but he was a little late because he got lost.

I got some quotes from some different companies and I thought that Bath Fitter's product would be the best for the price. I got a shower and I had a good interaction with the rep. The installation team did their thing and I stayed out of their way. They were quick, answered a few questions I had, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I'm happy.

I know people that have had Bath Fitter work on their bathrooms and they look nice. We bought a shower tub from them and we like it a lot. Everybody was great. The sales guy was nice and the installers were very professional. We're very happy with the result and we still are. The tub still looks really good.

Our house is old and the tub was put in here in 1938. It was showing its wear so I had Bath Fitter put a tub over it. Their installers came in, did their job and I was impressed with their work. The service I received was very good and we're very happy with them.

We kept our old tub and we put a new shower surround and the installation was great. Bath Fitter sent just one man out and he knew what he was doing. It was a long day and it took 10 to 12 hours, but it got done. There were two or three other guys that showed up to see how he was getting along. He worked hard and they didn't leave any mess. But I've got a beauty ring that goes around the shower pipe that comes out of the wall, and they didn't do anything to secure that. It's about an inch off from the wall right now, and I don't think that should be my responsibility. It’s just a small item that doesn't keep anything from working but if somebody was coming in to look it over, they probably wouldn't like that. Bath Fitter should call me and see how I'm liking it.

I had a garden tub and I wanted a shower, so they put a shower in the foot part of the garden tub. It's a nice big shower. It has the bars and the nice doors. I purchased the shower in August and it was put in in late September. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, helpful and worked with me to fit my schedule. I was impressed with the workmanship and the teamwork of the people who put the product in. I'm very happy with the product I received. I would recommend it to friends if they wanted a shower that was all contained, easy to maintain and guaranteed for life.

I have received different fliers in the mail circulars that come through in the mail. I started researching and Bath Fitter had several ones. They were local and I was able to go to their showroom, look at the material and speak to someone without them coming to me and making me the pressure. They wanted their products to be sold but they weren't pushy. I wasn't really able to make a complete decision at the times, so I told them to give me some time and they didn't bother me until I called. They were helpful. I use the product I got from them everyday and I'm satisfied with it completely. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was awesome! From the initial visit from the salesman to the inspection and measurements visit to the actual installation, the entire process was very professional and all the employees we dealt with were very courteous and kind. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone planning on a bathroom remodel.

Bath Fitter have the seamless bathtubs. The sales rep showed us the product, confirmed what we wanted and explained the differences between them and their competitors. He got some measurements and a week or two later official measurements were done. A month later we got the product wrapped out and the shower. The installers covered the floors and they were very professional and got the job done. One day for each they were done. The caulking messed up on one of them and they came back and fixed it with no questions asked. Bath Fitter is a good company and I've recommended them to a friend.

We love our new shower, and the professionalism of the installers. We had two bathtubs and showers installed by Bath Fitter in our previous home. When we moved to a new home, we weren't satisfied with the shower, so we called Bath Fitter again.

We used Bath Fitter years ago when we lived in Bumpass, Virginia and now we’re a return customer. We recently got a shower stall from them and dealt with two of their reps. There was one who came out and did the survey and then we had another guy that came out and verified the information. They were fine, on time and didn't take a lot of time to do what they had to do. I was perfectly happy with them. Bath Fitter did a nice job and I’d use them again if I had another bathroom to do.

We had Bath Fitter do our shower back in the 90s. Everything was warrantied for life. We called for a new base once, and it was fixed free; we called for a very loose door another time, and it was fixed free. Recently, we called about the loose door again. It was then that we found out that the original franchisee had sold out, and had taken all of his records with him. The new franchisee knew nothing about this. There was no proof of warranty, we had stored the records from 20 years ago somewhere (who knows where??), and the company located in Canada, never kept track of their sales from the 90s (Can you believe this?). We have been left in the lurch by this unscrupulous company. Your warranty is only honored as long as your local Bath Fitter franchisee stays in business. After that you are on your own.

I had an excellent experience with Bath Fitter. We went to a trade show in Pittsburgh and had a good conversation with their man there. We liked the product and liked that it could be done quickly. Their price was reasonable too. When their sales representative came to my house, he was very thorough in explaining everything. So I purchased a tub with a shower and wall coverings for around the bathroom.

A little over a year, we chose Bath Fitter because its one piece and the guarantee of the work. It would have been just the wall insert with a window because I put a glass block window in and I didn't want to handle the fitting myself after that. The sales rep was great. I knew him from another relation prior, so that worked out really nicely. And then the installer, Cris, was just top-notch. I saw him still working while he's eating a sandwich and I found that pretty impressive that he just kept working at it, working at it, and everything turned out great. Their team was super nice, friendly, accommodating, and nothing but good. I have a second bathroom and I plan on having them back for that.

We set up a booth at a vendor event and Bath Fitter had a booth next to ours. I started asking the lady from the Bath Fitter booth and I got a lot of information from her. Bath Fitter has good products and references. They don’t have holes or punctures and their acrylic really stands the test of time. They also have everything done within a day. I purchased a regular tub with surround and a subway type pattern. The sales representatives knew what they were doing and were very informative. We made their job easy because we were already sold on the product before we even had them come in. They were very knowledgeable, knew exactly what we needed and worked with us on getting a couple of things.

Bath Fitter is everything that it advertises to be. The installation creates a much better bathroom to the eye... And, as silly as it may seem, it is a pleasure to shower in a new Bath Fitter unit. I can recommend Bath Fitter to any and everyone with confidence that I am telling the truth about its quality.

I knew someone that used Bath Fitter and when I used them too, I had a very good experience. Their selection was great and all their salespersons were prompt and very informative. They took their time and answered all my questions and I had a lot. I purchased the bathtub from them and had them do the wall. The installer was wonderful and he did the installation correctly and on time, so I was very pleased. Since the bathtub and wall were expensive, I hope they will hold up. Still, I'm very satisfied with Bath Fitter and I’ve recommended them.

We met a couple from Rhode Island when we were on a tour and they had such glowing things to say about Bath Fitter. We've been wanting to do remodeling for a long time because my husband was going to have surgery and we needed Bath Fitter to be able to get in and out of the tub without lifting his foot up. We also wanted to be able to walk into a shower. So, we called and had a person come and look and gave us an estimate. The rep was good and very detailed and explained everything. We were impressed, from the salesperson to the person who came and did the measuring and to the person who did the installation. Everything was a pleasant experience.

I got a conversion from a bathtub to a shower from Bath Fitter. It accumulates a lot of soap and a moldy residual but I'm dealing with it and I'm very happy with my choice. In everything I do I like to have a guarantee, and their guarantee is something that I really enjoy because about a week after, I had a problem with the shower itself. The water was running a little cold so I called the tech and he responded immediately and came back and fixed it for me.

We saw Bath Fitter at an exhibit at our mall and their sales rep ended up coming in and sitting in and presenting us with the information. I like the fact that Bath Fitter would not take out everything, just going over the existing. The rep gave us the cost and all went well. The installation also went well because we had the guy who came and did the measurements. We had the same guy who installed both the tub and shower. There was some touch up that was needed on the second one and they were able to fix it. I was very impressed with how the process went and how it all seemed to fit in.

Although satisfied with work (2 showers week of 16 Oct 2017). Had to call for a frame leak and fit problem on the stand-alone shower job. Leak fixed 24 Oct with frame fit (gap) noted for follow up. Called 9 Nov to inquire on frame gap and told a response by COB on 10 Oct. Still waiting a response as I write this - see frame gap photos attached.

We had Bath Fitter replace our shower through a realtor friend’s recommendation six months ago, and we are very pleased with it. The sales reps, as well as the installers were all very polite and very helpful. Plus, I did not feel uncomfortable around them. They gave us a date they would do the job and they were able to commit to a timeframe and a price and got the job done. We were happy with them. Everything's been great, and we'd use them again.

I used Bath Fitter to do my mom’s house for a tile enclosure last month. The price was right and it served our purpose for something simple but functional for the resale of the house. Plus, their scheduler was very warm and proficient. My husband met the installer and he was great, too. It was a timely and pleasant experience overall.

I was walking through the mall and I saw a display by Bath Fitter. I like the way it looked so we decided to go with them. We ended up purchasing a tub and a walk-in shower a couple of months ago. I really like it and it was a good decision because it’s holding up very well. Also, their reps took their time and explained their product and they were very polite and wanted to make sure that we were very pleased. The installation process went very smoothly. It was a couple of days, on both units, and they did a very good job. However, I wasn’t too happy with the walk-in shower. I couldn’t make up my mind, whether just a roll-in or a little step-up and walk-in, but they were very willing to please and they came back and redid the step-in part for me free of charge. They have been very professional and I have been very pleased. I would recommend them.

I was in the park and saw the Bath Fitter truck going around and I said, “Well, I’m going to try them.” And I was very pleased with the rep. He was very helpful and wasn’t pushy at all. The contractor that I had was also excellent. He put his paper down during installation and I had no mess in my house. I had nothing to clean up once he’s finished. We thought it was going to take 2 days for him to do it, but he did it all in one. I had my tub put in three months ago and I love it. I love the two handles put in it, one on the side of the tub, and then one as I’m getting in the tub. But I really don’t have to use my handles cause as I turn around in the tub, I can get up much easier than I could out of my other tub. I’ve been pleased with everything with it so far. And it’s been a showcase for people coming in and looking at it. I’ve had several friends come in and look at it, and they like it. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anybody.

We listened to Bath Fitter’s advertisement and it met our needs. My dad’s 89 and we liked the safety features of the tub, as well as their warranty. We like the flooring in it and the grab bars and that they could customize where the grab bars, the shampoo and soap holders would be. My dad had a fiberglass shower so they had to replace the entire shower unit. We made the purchase in August and it’s really doing well, so far. Bath Fitter sent someone out to measure and the installer was very professional. The gentleman that came to the house did a lot of follow up work. These people were all very informative and they were very thorough in explaining what we have to do to maintain their guarantee. Everything was done ahead of schedule and the cleanup was excellent.

I looked at other people who did custom bathrooms, but I didn't feel like talking to them. I was going to go to another person who wanted to put tiles in my bathroom. I didn't want more tiles. I wanted a one whole piece. The guy from Bath Fitter gave me one big piece, one wall that will make life simple, and everything works so far. He also gave me a reasonable amount. They have a good payment plan for me for $128 a month. The installation was great. When he was finished, he cleaned up his mess. He made it look like everything is brand new. My wife and I are happy with the bathtub they gave me. Bath Fitter was good, the way I wanted them to be. I'm satisfied and I will recommend them.

My brother in Canada had Bath Fitter in his home and we always see the advertisement in the air so when we decided to change up our bathroom, we picked Bath Fitter, too. The guys from Bath Fitter came and told us the price, took measurements and it was done in a timely manner. The only time we had an interaction with the sales rep was when he sketched up the plan. He was knowledgeable and he showed the pros and cons of what the change would do to our house and to our safety because I also had to put in a safety bar. We put our down payment then we paid the rest.

We love the new shower, had about a month now. Would suggest the C curved rod over the straight rod, otherwise, it's awesome. The gentleman ran into several issues, working in the rain to replacement of equipment that stopped working and still did it all in one day!! He was great and professional. Thank you!!

We have a Bath Fitter tub in our bathroom and it has major problems, either with the adhesive, seals, installation, or all three. There seems to be water collected between our original tub and the liner and when you stand in the tub for a shower, it's like walking on a Waterbed. Unsafe, unpleasant, and unhappy.

I bought a bathtub two years ago and then we turned around and got another one this year. The first one I got gave me a good experience. I fell in love with the way the people at Bath Fitter handle themselves, the way the tub was made and the work they’ve done. The team that came over was very professional on both tubs. They did exactly what we asked. The overall texture of the tub looks more professional when I clean it, not a lot of scrub in it. The look of the first tub was beautiful that it made me get another one. So far, everything’s working good. Overall, the evaluation of the Bath Fitter name is highly praised. They did an outstanding performance.

Installers were great. They cleaned up as they went. We asked salesman about how slippery was the shower floor. He assured us the indentations in the floor was not allow slipping. NOT! Both my husband and I are unable to stand comfortably in the shower. We went out and bought a mat for the floor.

Bath Fitter did a tremendous job. They knew what they were doing. They were neat and cleaned up at the end. It took almost a full day to complete but well worth it. Extremely happy with my new bathroom. Very happy with my shower doors. I don’t like shower curtains. Shower doors are so much better and they are better looking. I highly recommend Bath Fitter to everybody.

We were renovating an 85-year old house and we decided that we wanted to keep the bathtubs, one of which was an original claw foot from 1932. I did all the other work in the bathrooms and all the work in the house myself but I didn’t feel capable of redoing the bathtubs. So we investigated companies that came out but their experience wasn’t that good with it. We found out that Bath Fitter’s complete acrylic liner will hold up a little better and when they said that they could do a claw foot tub too, we said okay. Their sales rep was good. He knew the product, had samples and we liked it. When we saw the thickness of the liner, that made a big difference for us too because it was not flimsy and he had us sold.

We had a silver tongue salesman that would not take no for an answer. Told him over and over that we thought the price was too high and we needed to think about it, he would not leave until we signed up.

We were remodeling our house and we really had bad water that stains everything. I began looking for something that didn't stain as easily. Then Bath Fitter came out and said they would give us information about it. Their product might be a little costly, but it just seemed to work. So we purchased a shower tub and a bathtub shower through them.

I was living in Savannah. When I came home to Iowa, we had an old bathtub when this house was built back in the 60's and our bathroom hadn't changed any. I'm a shower person, and I talked to my mother about the bathroom since she owns the house, and I started looking around. I went online and got Bath Fitter's number. The seamless portion of it made us decide to go with them. There was this one piece that goes in, and you have very little seams around where the water would be collected, whereas on some of the other ones, they've got a caulk. Bath Fitter could do it in a day or two and that caught my eye too. Also, I told a friend about Bath Fitter, he said his parents had gone with them and never had a problem ever since they had it put in, and that was in the 80’s. My sister also has a good experience with Bath Fitter.

My old tub looked so bad and discolored and I never could get it as clean as I wanted it so I got a new one from Bath Fitter. I got the tub about a month ago and I’m pretty happy with it. Bath Fitter put a new tub over the tub. Now, it looks so much better and cleaner. It was too expensive but I like the product and you pay for what you get. The sales rep at Bath Fitter was good. He was knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. He explained everything, what to expect, and when to expect the installation. The installation went good. The installer wasn't here too long. He cleaned up after he finished and went over everything about how to clean it. He finished on time. The people at Bath Fitter were very professional and willing to please. They also answered questions. I had a good experience with them and I'd use them again for other projects.

I liked Bath Fitter's national reputation and their salesman. I talked to them in April at the home show in Harrisonburg and their sales representatives came to the house to measure. I purchased a shower stall, which they installed over the summer. The installation was straightforward, and the installer knew what he was doing and got it done. It could've been a little less expensive, though.

We saw a Bath Fitter representative at a county fair in Iowa. And we wanted to do something with the spare bathroom, so we thought if they get in and out in a day, then it's good. The sales representative came out to the house, and he was prompt and had all the information needed to facilitate the sale and it went really smooth. We bought a walk-in shower. I gave the installer a code to the garage door, and I told him nobody would be home till 8 o'clock. When we got home, it was all done. He called me a couple of times just to ask a couple of easy questions. But other than that, the installation went perfectly. Bath Fitter is not the cheapest, but they're very professional and they did exactly what they said they'd do.

We had two bathrooms done by Bath Fitter, both the bath and shower along with just the shower for another room. They seem to be able to solve our issue the first time. Their sales associate and the installer were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were here when they said they were going to be. They’re timely and efficient. It's been a month since they did the installation and so far, so good. It was a very positive experience.

I wanted an easy install that would be professional, would look nice and I didn’t want to go through several different contractors. I wanted a shower and a good plumbing as well and I want it all in one piece. When I contacted Bath Fitter, the rep came out to the house and he was very polite and he was no-nonsense. The installation team consisted of one person and he was courteous and very efficient. He did both bathrooms in two days which was fantastic. He put in long hours because he wanted to get out of our space as soon as possible to not inconvenience us. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after the install. Everything is beautiful. My experience with Bath Fitter was reasonable and professional. I’m very satisfied and I would recommend it to anyone else.

We've already had Bath Fitter remodel the downstairs shower a couple of years ago and we're really happy with that, so we got the upstairs done as well. We liked the longevity and the lifetime warranty they provided. However, I have a small concern with the floor in our shower upstairs. It was installed about a month ago and it flexes a little when I step on it in certain spots so I’m hoping that’s okay.

I purchased a bathtub and surrounding wall through Bath Fitter six months ago and everybody there was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they got done ahead of time. They did our piping and whatever that was needed to be done and everything was great. The new tub and wall are really nice and I love them. It was perfect.

We had a bathtub installed by Bath Fitter and the salesman suggested that we go with the shower unit and that’s what we did. We liked the idea of someone coming in and then getting it done in one day. Everybody that we had contact with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I needed a new bath to be fitted so we decided to go with Bath Fitter as we had seen the ads saying "installed in 1 day." Complete LIE! It took 3 full days!! We did have a lovely man come and fit the bath named James and he was very professional and nice. However after he left we noticed that we did not have hot water anymore. I have lived in my house for 3 years and always had hot water with no issues. I called Bath Fitter and left numerous messages and no call backs, I even called again yesterday and spoke with a man named William and he said someone would call me back yesterday and no one did!

My mother had a Bath Fitter and when I got my whole tub redone, I got a tub-shower combo from Bath Fitter. It was installed six weeks ago and I'm loving it. Bath Fitter's reps treated me well and their installation team was great. I enjoy Bath Fitter and I'm satisfied overall.

This summer, we got a bathtub from Bath Fitter to replace the bathtub in one of our bathrooms and we got a walk-in shower to replace the bathtub in another bathroom. Their sales representative was very good and their installation team was nice. Unfortunately, we’ve had some issues with ours. When our walk-in shower got installed, after it was all done, our hot and cold water in the sink and toilet were backward and it’s been tricky to access the pipe, but they redid that behind the new shower they put in. They came back and got it sort of fixed, but it’s not leaving our bathroom looking the way we want it to look. They’re working to get it all corrected. So, that’s why we wanted to go with a company like them that we knew is going to be here so that if we'll have a problem, we would have someone we could call in. With the bathroom that’s finished, things got very well, better than it was anticipated.

I used Bath Fitter before and this is my second time using them. I didn’t want my bathroom messed up with the new tub and since Bath Fitter covered the tub some years ago, I wanted that done again. I had good interaction with the sales representative who came, sat and stayed about an hour, explained to me what I needed to do and how I needed to do it and answered all the questions we had. Everybody seemed very nice. They did the work and it was a very good experience. The installer came in when I was expecting him to come. He told me what he’s going to do and for how long. He also called me sometimes during the installation to ask me different questions about where I wanted things placed and how I wanted it. He cleaned up after himself well and he was very personable.

Bath Fitter Omaha did a fitting/install for my upstairs bathtub with shower this summer (2017). Installation took 1 day as promised. I did not notice any issues until the following day & immediately called them. The tub was not sealed properly & was leaking (luckily my laundry room is below the tub & has a floor drain so there was no water damage). Shower shelves were not caulked at the top, there were large gaps in the caulking all around the unit & there was a 2-3 gouge in the tub unit. Since the drain had to be fixed separately from the cosmetic issues, there were 2 additional visits to my home (apart from install), which I wouldn't have minded; however, I seemed to be forgotten about regularly. I had to call every other week until the final visit because customer service rep, Kellie, never got back to me when promised. I will say that customer service rep, Shauna, & sales rep, Kristi, were always prompt with responses & a joy to work with.

Not having to demolish our whole bathroom in remodeling it made us decide on going with Bath Fitter. We had them install a bathtub and a shower stall for us a month ago. The sales reps were very personable and responsive. They understood what I needed and our experience with them was all very good. The installers were pleasant, professional, and very efficient. The work was all done in one day and the quality of the work was perfect. Then they cleaned up, just as Terminix advertised. Bath Fitter was excellent in every way.

Bath Fitter had a booth at a flea market and they had samples of their products there. We looked at other bathroom remodeling companies and their home products, and Bath Fitter seemed to be the best money-wise and they had the best product, so we decided to go with them. We got a shower from Bath Fitter in July this year and we had very good interactions with the sales rep. The installation worked out well too. They were very precise about how long the installation would take. The installer was very competent and knowledgeable in what he was doing, and the cleanup was fabulous. We've been using the shower and I've been feeling good about it so far. All in all, our experience with Bath Fitter was great.

Bath Fitter did a good job when my neighbor had them redo their bathroom. So, I called Bath Fitter and I initially purchased a tub surround from them a couple of months ago. The installation of the tub surround went great and it was done sooner than I expected. My previous one was old and it looked moldy, although it really wasn't so. Bath Fitter’s tub surround has been good so far and I love it, and a lot of people like it too. I was able to keep it clean pretty well. After I had the walls done, I decided to also do the bathtub. They are putting in the new tub today and the installation of the tub is going well. In general, the Bath Fitter people were hardworking and very nice, and I had very good interactions with the sales rep who was informative.

Bath Fitter came out and their sales reps sold the shower to me. They were nice people, they had what I wanted, and I was happy with it. The installers came in, they did their job, and left. I was happy with the whole experience.

We’ve heard about Bath Fitter for many years and it got to a time that we needed to use their services, and I talked with one of their reps at the local mall. The quality of their work and their presence in the marketplace made us decide that Bath Fitter was the right company for us. We also had a couple of friends over time who were very satisfied with them. In addition, we knew about the company from watching the TV ads and by talking to the Bath Fitter regional guy who came to the office. He was very professional, detailed and informative, and he knew his job. All of these, along with the rep at the local mall, were favorable.

Our complaint is about the horrible treatment we received from the Bath Fitter franchise of Southwest Florida, a company called Jetliner, located at 14261 Jetport Loop West, Suite 8, Fort Myers, FL 33913. On October 9, 2017 this company installed a Bath Fitter tub liner in our property in Sarasota, Florida. We were present when the technician did the installation.

I found Bath Fitter in either Christiana or Concord mall out in the middle of the aisle. I have had another bathroom done by a company who theoretically specializes in it, and instead of taking a week to ten days like they said it would, it wound up taking six weeks. I wasn’t very happy because they kept dragging the people off to do something else so when I saw Bath Fitter’s, it looked very nice and clean, and installation could happen in a reasonable period of time. I took a chance on Bath Fitter. The sales reps came out and they looked at it and they told me what they could do and what it would cost. Everything was clear and there wasn’t any shilly-shallying so I said okay. They showed me various things and color combinations, so that end of the bathroom matched the rest of the bathroom perfectly.

We wanted to remodel a shower and we knew there were two companies in the area that did remodeling work so we checked out both of them. We called an 800 number and then Bath Fitter called back and their sales rep came and showed us how their product worked, what the installation would involve and then gave us an estimate. The estimate was what we thought it would be. We had them put in an insert and then we got some shelves and grab bars and the new doors recently. The installation guys were very professional and extremely skilled in what they were doing and they did a beautiful job.

We wanted to straighten up our old and drab place a little bit and purchased a tub from Bath Fitter. Their sales reps were knowledgeable. Their installers were nice and they didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I asked in everything that they did. They put in shelves and a grab bar and the installation was done in one day. I’m extremely satisfied.

Bath Fitter's product was phenomenal and their salesman was outstanding. He talked to us for two and a half hours, and he knew what he was talking about. It has been three months now since we had Bath Fitter turn our tub into a shower. We also got the shelves, the seat, and the handrail. I'm very happy and we absolutely love the product. It was quite expensive but it was worth it.

The salesman told us they would repair the wall before placing their paneling on which was an additional 400$. They didn't! They covered up water damage and black mold. It's not seamless. Matter of fact there are are two seams. The window molding doesn't reach the end of the ledge leaving a 1 in. water trough for water to lay in. That's not even mentioning the unrepaired hole in the wall of the neighboring bedroom.

Our new walk-in-shower, with details suited to handicap access, was installed just a couple of weeks ago, and it was done well. The Bath Fitter was the neatest worker on a big in-house project that we have ever had. The shower fits well into the bathroom and into our lives. We appreciate the Bath Fitter process and the product.

I talked to a few people that were doing some remodeling in our home. If I want it done, I want it done right so, I called Bath Fitter. The sales rep explained everything. Then, we got the tub, grab bars and the shelves. The installer did an excellent job and it took him about 10 hours to finish the installation. I'm very happy with it and my wife is very satisfied. I would recommend anyone who's looking to have a bathroom remodel to give them a call.

So we had Bath Fitter come out and talk to us about our bathroom and we decided that we were going to go ahead and do it. So we scheduled the appointment and on that day I fell asleep and didn't hear the door. 2 hours later they finally got a hold of me and the installer came back out to my house to do my bathroom. His name is Tyson. He is the best employee I think Bath Fitter has. He is so nice and he does absolutely spectacular work. He cleans up his mess, he make sure that everything is in line and he deserves a raise. He does a lot to make sure that the customers are happy. I number one will be raving about this for a long time. Thank you Tyson for all the work you put into this, you made my bathroom beautiful!

We received quotes from a few companies before we determined which company to go with. Bath Fitter's price was a little better than the other ones and I like that they have a lifetime warranty so we went with them. Their sales rep was very nice, knowledgeable in the products and walked us through everything. We had a tub removed and a shower put in. The installer was also nice and got the job done in two days. There was a quick hitch with the inspection from the township, but they immediately came back down and corrected it, so it was good. So far, it's been an enjoyable experience. They were quick, helpful, and the product was installed well.

We had our old tub that we needed to replace. We didn't have a shower. We liked what Bath Fitter had and that they could come and install it in a day and a half. We also liked the salesman. He was great and explained everything really well. The installers were wonderful, very considerate, cleaned everything up and did a great job. We got the shower and a shelf installed. We have a weird bathroom but they were able to figure it out and they built a wall. We didn't have to mess around going to several different people. Everybody that we talked to was fantastic and made it really easy. The shower is really neat. My husband has a bad back and he can't bend over. Now, he has his walk-in shower with the control's right there, so he loves it. I was at an affair and I walked by another Bath Fitter's guy. I said to him that I got Bath Fitter and he said not to forget the lifetime warranty.

I'm happy with my experience with Bath Fitter. I spoke to one of their employees at BJ's store. Then I decided to have someone come out to house and talk to me. I like the way they presented their information and I didn't feel any pressure from anybody I talked to. They gave me information, answered my question, and left me to decide what I needed to do. I made my purchase in May of this year. My bathroom had a tub and I still have that so they enclosed that and finished the other walls. That was what I had done.

Love your Bath Fitter product. We have had at least half a dozen installed in our older apartment building. I think the time between ordering and paying deposit and the install should be quicker. At times we have had to wait 9 weeks or longer for installation. So even though it gets installed in one day, often painting and renovations are long finished and tenants have already moved in.

I was extremely pleased with the bathtub that Bath Fitter's installed in my bathroom. The workers were totally professional, they came on time, they cleaned everything up after they were finished and there was little or no inconvenience to me while they were working. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is considering changing out their bathtub. It was all done in one day.

The installer was excellent and he cleaning up behind his self and did it in one day and now I am enjoying my new tub. Love it. It has added a new look to my bathroom. All my friends love it. It was a lot of money but it is worth it. For anyone that can afford one I would say get one and enjoy it.

I purchased a shower stall from Bath Fitter and the quality is excellent. The installers were great workers and they cleaned up after themselves. It was an excellent experience.

Bath Fitter looked like a reputable company. Their sales rep was very personable and the gentleman who came to do the final measuring explained everything. They were fairly straightforward with the process of installing the bathtub too. Their installer explained everything to me and cleaned up after. We also had a soap dish holder and two corner shelves and doors put in. It looks beautiful. They did a wonderful job and met our expectations. If we ever decide to do our other bath, we’ll probably call Bath Fitter.

I’m a real estate investor, and when I renovate a price of property, I need everything done on time. Bath Fitter usually get the installation done in one day, so I went with them. I also look at longevity, and their products hold up good. They've also done more than one project for me. I was happy with the first installation that's why I called them again. Even if I've used them before, their rep still told me all the incidentals. They came and were really good. I did a shower, so they took the old tub out and they put a shower base in it, and the walls around. They also put all new faucets. They replaced all the plumbing, which is a big thing for me. I have one coming up next year too and I'll call them again. I recommend them to friends of mine who are also investors because they look for the same set-up.

Bath Fitter sales reps were very cordial and explained everything. When the person came to our house to go over the contract, tell us what we would be receiving for our money and when they would do it and how they would do it, they were very good and professional. One man came to do the installation. He was very courteous. He did his job and cleaned everything up. Everything went accordingly, and we didn’t have any problems with it. We were all pleased.

We had a bath put in at our house in July by Bath Fitter. They had done an installation at my parent’s beach house a few years back. We made up our minds that they were the right choice after we saw their reputation and saw an actual finish product of what they had done. The gentleman who came out was very informative, walked us through all the steps and pulled out all the samples. He took his time to explain everything to us which was a big thing for me. I did my due diligence on what's out there and I don't just need a sales guy coming, and trying to sell a product. But he wasn’t trying to pull any rollover my eyes and such a time, they informed us about Bath Fitter and their products.

Discouraging sales rep. We signed up for a free home estimate with a 10% off if we chose Bath Fitter. We told them we were quite away from Wichita, but the gal at the fair said it would be no problem. The sales rep called the day before the appointment and said they really don't like to travel out our way, so he quoted me a completely unreasonable amount without seeing either of our bathrooms. I guess to me, if you are going to say you will come to our house then call the day before and act like we are an inconvenience, maybe you shouldn't be at the fair offering "free estimates".

I am having a problem with the faucet in the shower installed by Bath Fitter. I called them and was told there would be a $75.00 service fee on a product I was promised to be "lifetime warranty." Very upset with this company. When I have my second bathroom done it WILL NOT be with Bath Fitter!!!

The Bath Fitter sales reps were awesome. My husband talked to their installation team and they were very nice. They were all very professional. Everything was excellent and I would recommend them to anybody.

Going with Bath Fitter meant the tub was done in a day. The process was easy. I purchased the famous wall and tub liners three or four months ago and their sales rep was knowledgeable. Then, the installation was quick and the finished product was a lot nicer than what I had.

Our neighbor used Bath Fitter and her bathroom was absolutely beautiful. We liked its seamless walls and how it went all the way up to the ceiling. When we asked her when she had it done, she said it was 10 years ago but it looked like it had been done recently. Bath Fitter also had a lifetime warranty and that’s a huge factor for us. We purchased from them a tub with the subway tiles. The sales rep was great, came on time and was very informative. After we signed the contract, I changed from all subway tiles to a new decorative one because I bumped into a friend from years ago and she just had her tub done by Bath Fitter. She let me see it and I loved the new pattern so I made that switch and another switch. The rep was very helpful and got back to me.

I was very happy with my experience with Bath Fitter. I’ve seen their commercials but I also checked them out on the internet to make sure before I get them to do the remodel about six months ago. I did a little research on Better Business Bureau and also had some prices done up and Bath Fitter was about right in the middle. They were excellent people and personality has a lot to do with my decision too.

This morning Rebecca called to apologize for not calling and advised she would get the issue resolved. Within four hours, Tom, a senior technician with Bath Fitter, was at our home and completely resolved the issue.

I had a new shower install years ago (2013). I had no complaints until I began to get mold, leaking in my shower door, and break down of some of the parts. Bath Fitter actually took out the shower and installed a new one to my surprise because the original was not installed correctly. Yet, the silicon deteriorates quickly so I'm wondering if it is pure silicon or a mix that doesn't hold up. Two, I called and now am put through to a scheduler who requests photos -- I sent them -- but now a week and no callback.

There was a Bath Fitter ad in a Sunday supplement in the paper. I called them and the sales rep came out and explained the program and how it works. He told me what he had and what it cost and how to get it financed. It was easy enough sitting here at the kitchen table with a telephone. We had a complete shower stall installed about three months ago. They took out the bathtub and put the shower in. The installation guy was nice and efficient. He didn’t mind me watching what he was doing and put down the drop cloths from the front door all the way to the bathroom. It took him a day and a half to get it all fixed like it's supposed to be, then hauled away everything.

Called 800 number 3 times, no return call. Went to business address, 2pm on a Friday, no one there. Called number on door. 3 days later got a call from staff who exhibited an arrogant attitude and was angry because I complained about lack of calls. She suggested "maybe another company would be better." Had no interest in giving me information to make a decision with.What poor treatment.

We've known about Bath Fitter for a while and we talked to them when we saw their booth at a flea market. We vetted them then they came and did their presentation. We also looked around and had some other remodeling projects at home using Lowe's Department Store's services but we weren't happy so we tried Bath Fitter. In the end of June, Bath Fitter tore out a tub-shower combination and I had a stand-alone shower put in. The installation team was great, courteous and real professional. They did a great job in one day and it was an easy in and out. They also followed up but we haven't filled out some stuff they sent in the mail. Bath Fitter is well worth the investment.

I was very satisfied with Bath Fitter. They do not just correct tubs, they change them. They take the tub out and make you a brand new tub. They'll also fix the problems that you may have had in your bathroom and then, put up new walls. I was very satisfied.

My husband had bypass surgery and we needed to convert to a walk-in shower. Bath Fitter was the only company that could do it immediately, so we went with them, and the sales rep was great. I called up one day and he arrived the next day, which was fantastic for us. He helped me out right along and we went over everything. The installer did a fantastic job and he was very neat and professional. The product is of good quality and we like it. It was a little expensive, but we had to have it done immediately and it happened that way, so we were satisfied. Bath Fitter was efficient and professional. It was a good experience and the job was done quickly.

We just saw Bath Fitter ads and I liked the idea that they had no seams or anything. We didn't shop around getting estimates from anybody but it looked like Bath Fitter had the best product with no cracks or any openings anywhere around the tub. It’s one solid piece so that was the best thing about that around the shower stone. A gentleman came to our house and he told us everything we wanted to know so we decided to go with Bath Fitter.

Bath Fitter took out a tub and put in a step-in shower four or five months ago. The representative was knowledgeable and the installer did a good job. It took him two or three days and he worked very hard. The job that they did looks good.

We’ve seen advertisements and we've been aware of Bath Fitter for so long. My brother used Bath Fitter and my wife interacted with the reps at various trade shows. My brother was very happy with them so we chose them as well. We got a tub around January and a closed shower last June. There were for two different bathrooms. Their sales rep was very professional. He did not make any outlandish claims and he seemed to be truthful about what they could do and couldn't do. He was friendly but yet appropriate. It was positive since we went ahead with Bath Fitter.
