Everything was good. We had one bathroom done several years ago by Bath Fitter and now we had the other bathroom done. Everybody was polite and got the information, sent somebody over, and they measured and told me what I was getting and if I wanted any extras. Everything was fine and the quality was very good. The guy that came over was excellent as well.

We purchased a tub to shower conversion and in 8 hours the old was gone and a great new shower was installed. The installation went great and their team was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone in need of their service, in fact my Mother in law who was skeptical is now interested after seeing how wonderful our new shower looks.

Bath Fitter's installer was neat, clean, and very respectable. Everything went smoothly with the installation. The sales rep was good too. My Bath Fitter is wonderful. Before, I had three nozzles and I could hardly turn the knob to get it just right. It would spin, because it was broken, to even turn the water on to get it hot. But it was a tub, and it was so high up that I almost fell a couple of times just getting out and in. I love Bath Fitter. I'd tell my friends that it's great. I’d even show them.

It went very well with Bath Fitter. I've seen it at the fair and I checked on the guy up there, set up an appointment and they came. The sales rep was good. The installation guy did a good a job too. I like him well. He had to do it in two days but that was okay. He came all the way from the other side of Charleston. He had to travel a long way to get to my house. He was a young guy and was like one of the family. What was done was my husband's shower and my husband seems to be enjoying it well. I was very pleased, just getting it paid off now and do the things and it will be good.

Everything is great. We love Bath Fitter. I always recommend them. I went with Re-Bath first instead of going with them, by mistake, and Re-Bath did a sorry job for me. With Bath Fitter now, the quality of work was very professional and well done. I’m well pleased with it. I got handles in there now that make it really accessible for me to get in and out. And also because of the MS, my coordination and balance, it really is important that I have some kind of way of having control over my body as far as moving. I’m well pleased with the sales representative too. He helped me out quite a bit. I called him several times and he was always beneficial.

I talked around with people that have used Bath Fitter in the past, and they said that they had good results. So, I thought I’d give them a shot instead of contacting a regular contractor. Their sales representative I dealt with was great. He had a good personality, was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I got a bath-shower combo, and my parents let the installers in. It was a two-day install and for the first day, the gentleman was there and was waiting for me to explain everything. The quality of work was great. Overall, my experience with Bath Fitter was easy.

I was pleased with Bath Fitter. I knew their price was gonna be high but I like the fact that they provide a lifetime warranty. They stay behind their products. Vince, the salesman who came out didn’t try and pressure me. He was very professional and knew his stuff. The guy who did the tub-to-shower conversion was decent as well. It worked out with him.

It's been 4 years since I had my bath enclosure done and believe me it looks like I just had it done. I can not tell you how pleased I have been. The workman were very polite and took great pains to please. I am more than satisfied. Thank you Bath Fitters for another year of pleasure.

This is Steve from Lake Odessa, I posted earlier about a hole in the wall from Bath Fitter, and not getting service or help on it. They did come yesterday (3-17-20) and fixed all outstanding issues. I am now very happy with the product, and their service.

Aaron was our installer and did a great job. Our tub was difficult to install but Aaron went over and above to figure it out. The whole process was simple and the quality is beyond our expectations. I have already recommended you to my sister-in-law!

Bath Fitter has done an excellent job. The reps were very professional and it was a very smooth transition. The installation team cleaned up and things were perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. The product is also good quality, and I like the guarantee on it. Everything is brand new. It looks so neat. It’s a transformation of my old shower that was built in the early 80’s. The new shower brightens up the whole bathroom. And I love the glass door.

I got Bath Fitter once before. I had a walk-in shower installed this time, and everything went fine.

Recently had a shower and fixture replacement done. I was very happy with the end result and the professionalism of the two Joes that did the installation. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had and did great work.

I heard Bath Fitter on TV and then I was asking around and found someone who has already used them. Soon after that, I called them up. The person who got me all set up and ready to go for installation was fantastic, and I enjoyed my interaction with him a lot. We bought the shower stall and I love its quality. The installer was helpful and great. Overall, the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and nice.

We just agreed to use Bath Fitter for our project. I will update when it is completed but our salesperson David ** was very personable, down to earth and represented the company very well with confidence and enthusiasm. He obviously has a passion for the business and did not stir us to more than what we were looking for. Add to this the reputation and value of the products they offer we are looking forward to our install.

I got a shower through Bath Fitter to get the job done expertly. Dealing with the sales rep has been perfect. There were no hassles. And the guy who did the installation was pretty professional. He knew what he had to do and knew how to do it. He did the job to my specifications, so I was very satisfied with the work that he did. I also like how clean the guys who did the work in my bathroom.

I liked the Bath Fitter product when I saw it at the state fair. I got the tub, the surround, and the shower doors. We put in the order in September and it was finished in December. The sales rep I dealt with did a great job. The installers were also good, and they cleaned up after themselves and took everything away with them. Overall, it was a good experience. The bathroom looks nice and white now.

We wanted the shower and the tub liner in our bath done in a way that would last. So we decided to get it professionally done through Bath Fitter. The people we worked with were all knowledgeable, personable and pleasant to talk with. During installation I got to talk to the guy and see a little bit, how it was done. Everything was done the way we expected.

I’ve had a job done in Virginia through Bath Fitter and in my second remodel with them, I purchased the shower enclosure. Everything went well with the installation. The installation guys were clean, polite and did a good job. Everything was good. Bath Fitter is a good company and they stand by their work. I have recommended them.

Job was done very well, fast, efficient, cleaned up afterwards. Approximately 7 hours. Pull the old tub. Install walk-in shower. Works great. Doors work well. No leak issues. Seamless. Also installed two accessories, one tower, one soap dish. Very nice job on caulking.

My mother-in-law moved into a home that had a bathroom done by Bath Fitter. I then looked at it and it seemed like a convenient way to go -- I also didn’t have my house tore up for a long time, which was the main thing. I got a tub and a tub enclosure from them. The sales agent was good, and his professionalism and knowledge of the product were above average. The installation went well, and I could not even tell anybody did anything. The installer was friendly and he cleaned up. He did everything he was supposed to do. It looks well and it is also little on the pricing side. Overall, I'm satisfied.

After being able to schedule my installation, I updated my review. We had a tub to shower conversion and also a tub replacement. Our installer, Darryl, was super friendly and the results are beautiful!

Just had mine installed today by Treavor And William and I have to say what a team these two guys are. They carried a conversation between each other while they worked and not one foul word was said. Highly skilled at what they do and didn't stop for lunch but grabbed a bite here and there from the van as they got tools and materials as they needed them. They truly take pride in the work they do. Drop cloths in place and booties on boots and left like they never came except I have a brand new bathroom shower / tub unit. It was worth every penny spent.

The shell that installed over our shower looks good. The product is nice. But our installation experience was terrible. The installer didn't have any respect for the fact that his worksite is our HOME. There was lots of damages done. We contacted Bath Fitter and they said they would reimburse us for the damages, and we're still waiting for the check. No one ever answers the phone when we call to resolve this and no one returns the voicemails we have left. I wouldn't hire again.

We would not recommend this company to anyone. It's been almost three months and they have made 5 separate attempts to "make things right". We have already paid for 3500 dollars (50% down) for a shower we still can't use.

I could not of been more pleased with the job that was done at my house. The men were there from 8am-3pm and finished the job beautifully. I cannot wait to take a nice bath in my new tub. I have hated our bathroom for 12 years and now love it. I am so excited to finish the floors and remaining walls this month.

Updated on 02/19/2024: Have been dealing with the Winnipeg office for 5 years trying to get my tub liner replaced as it has a crack. They did send someone out to take pictures a couple of years ago. At one point was told my liner is in Winnipeg and they-would call in a week and set up appt time. Never happened. I have called several times and even called head office. Answer is always the same - “we’ll get back to you.“ Never happens. We were happy with initial install but getting warranty work is terrible. As a consumer I’m really tired of having to battle to get this company to stand behind their claim of lifetime warranty. I see that every evening on the TV ad. Would not recommend this company.

We hired Bath Fitters in Centerville, Ohio August 2018 to refit our decaying bath tub and shower. The representative came to our home with a very thorough presentation and never once pressured us to sign on the dotted line, really appreciated his professional approach. Installation was scheduled in a timely manner with updates on our order status regularly. The installer was very respectful of our home and did an outstanding job by completing the installation within one day. Very pleased with the service we received from everyone involved in the process.

We are very pleased with our new shower. The installation was done promptly and the installer was very professional and very informative. Everyone we spoke with has been great. We were able to get interest free financing which made it easier to get the upgrade to our bathroom.

I have a nice tile wall and I wanted to keep them. Home Depot would not do just a bath. But Bath Fitter was willing to just install the bathtub for me. Their reps were great. It was a really busy time of this year, so they didn't waste my time. They came out, were right to the point and very easy to deal with. They were only there for a day, and when I got home, the house was clean. It was very professional. The tub blended nicely with the features that are already there. It doesn't look like it's a liner, it looks like it was a nice upscale bathtub.

I've purchased a shower from Bath Fitter within the last 90 days and it's been great. Everybody has been great too.

Now I know way more about plumbing than I need to. We had a bath/shower install which seemed to go well. The installers were very professional, or so it seemed. The unit must sit for 24 hours before using, so it was a couple days later when I took my first shower that I discovered that no water would drain from the tub. Thank goodness I had not filled up the tub. A call to your service dept promised a repairman in 10 days. After hollering, I got a repairman in 7 days. So here was the problem. Your drains are “pop up drains”. My old drain was a “plunger type”. Apparently the installer did not remove the 2” x 3/4” brass plunger and left it in my pipes which totally blocked the drain. REALLY. A simple Best Practice would be to run the water before leaving the job. Surely you can do better.

My son had Bath Fitter to fix their bathroom down in Florida several years ago and then I’d see it on TV every now and then. I got the walk-in shower from them. There’s the shelf in there that came with it, too. The installation went great. It was only one guy. He was here long, but there was some other stuff going on in the house but he was able to walk around that too, and he did a good job. I like the final look of the shower very much. It’s just what I needed, so I'm really happy with it.

Bath Fitter had the one-piece thing that covers the bathtub that my wife and I wanted, so we went with them. The installer was cool, and if we went to Bath Fitter again, I would definitely want him as my installer again. We had the shelves added in. The quality of the build cannot get any better than this. I like the walls, tub, and curved shower curtain rod. Everything is good for us. Bath Fitter was wonderful, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to install it.

I have a window in my shower and we caulk it three times a year. We've tried different caulks that weren't supposed to show mold and mildew and it still did. I got so sick of it so I called a couple of places. Then, I decided to go with Bath Fitter. Also, one of my friends had Bath Fitter about 15 years ago and she said her bathroom still looks brand new.

Lifetime warranty not as advertised. Do not if the foot drain plug breaks due to low quality product use a universal foot plug that slides into the hole. It voids the warranty supposedly, also do not schedule an appointment to expect not once. But twice to schedule service. To wait around first time 2 hours beyond appointment time. And second time no show at all and not even scheduled to show up. To finally after over a week of issue get not the guy you were suppose to meet but another tech instead. To be told you owe them $80. After they cost you 6 hours of your own time at $45 an hour to call and tell you you owe them.. Dont order with these people.. I've got a plumber at Pluming Paramedics and they do the best work and dont overcharge for poor service and actually show up on time...

My experience with Bath Fitter was not one that I would want anyone to experience. I wrote a review directly to Bath Fitters and then reached out with a call but no one ever bothered to get back to me. I had an acrylic tub put over an old tub when the previous one no longer functioned. My appt was rescheduled for another day- I think so that someone from corporate could tag along. They came at dinner time and spent over an hour asking me questions about my husband, my mortgage, and sitting on my couch (covered in copious amounts of cologne) without asking if that was okay.

The Bath Fitter rep was telling me that they could put in a brand-new bathtub, but I told him that I was not looking for a tub over a tub. I wanna get rid of the old tub. He told me that they have brand-new tubs. I then asked him if they were the stainless steel with the enamel on them. He replied no, and that they were acrylic. I said that was good and that was even better.

Since there wasn't that much space, 36X36, in a 53 year old house had a few obstacles which he overcame nicely. After 2 long days his accomplishments were amazing. Whenever I checked, I tried not to be a pest, he was always pleasant, and we felt lucky to have someone with so many skills. The finished project is way beyond expectations. He can work in our house any time we have this kind of project.

Bath Fitter's sales rep was a really nice guy. He was very informative, helpful and he explained the process easily. We got a tub and shower combo from them and their tech came. He did his thing and though there were some issues, he was able to fix them. Everything has been really good since then.

Looks great & function function well. Technician very professional and sale person very professional and patient. Very knowledgeable of the products. So far only negative I had to wait 3 months for installation and I wanted a larger rain shower head.

My husband and I love the the bathtub. It's so nice compared to our other one. It's easy to clean. We're happy with everyone we've dealt with. Everyone has been so nice. The installer did an amazing job. He kept everything clean and he cleaned up. He went over everything on how to clean it. Very happy with Bath Fitter!

We were very pleased with Bath Fitter. I love the tub, and the man who put it in was wonderful, gracious and kind. I just wish the price was lower. 7,000 and some dollars was quite a lot of money. Other than that, we’re very happy.

I called Bath Fitter and a woman I spoke with made arrangements and picked a date for me. Their rep came and we were convinced that getting set up with them to get a tub was the right thing to do. Their installation team was very good. They were pleasant, very clean and knowledgeable. Since getting my tub, I've been happy to have the handrail to hold on to.

Bath Fitter put in a tub for me before and this last time, they changed it into a shower. They did everything right and everybody there is cool. The shower has been an awesome purchase. My wife loves it too.

We’ve had a bad experience with another contractor and we figured we’d just go to somebody who was in the business and knew what they were doing. We got a tub and wall surround from Bath Fitter. The sales representative was good. He knew his stuff and explained everything. He was really nice and friendly. Then the installer came in, explained what he was gonna do, got right to work and had it in in no time. It was wonderful. Everything went really smooth and we were happy with the end result.

We liked what we’ve seen in different places so we got Bath Fitter to come down and they showed us what they had. The representative knew quite a bit. If we asked him something, he more or less answered. We got a built-in shower and the boy that came down really did the work. He cleaned up after himself and we were pleased with him too. My husband said he did a good job. He would be coming back one other time because we are putting everything brand-new in that bathroom. He had to put the molding that goes down on both sides after the walls are put on so that it would meet with the shower.

I like my experience with Bath Fitter very much. They did a really nice job. However, when you call and ask them to come out, you do not know ahead of time that you’re expected to make the purchase that day. I wanted time to think it over and I did not want to make the purchase that particular day, but I was told that if I didn’t, the sale the rep was promoting would no longer be in effect.

My very positive experience with BATH FITTER, began with their Sales Representative, Jim **. He arrived on time, and gave an organized, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, but "no pressure" presentation of the options offered by BATH FITTER. He provided ample photos and actual product for me to examine and make an informed decision. After the sale, Jim was readily available by phone & text for me, when I had further questions and requests to add to my initial order. My very positive experience with BATH FITTER continued with the professional, rapid, installation in 7 hours - converting my tub to a shower - and finally enjoying my beautiful new shower. Jim ** honest, sincere professionalism began this very easy, enjoyable journey to my wonderful new shower from BATH FITTER.

I had been looking at another company, but once Bath Fitter came out and explained, I found that they had a better product. The rep was really good and he was here for over an hour. I got a tub and shower installed and the guy did a nice job. He was really professional and he cleaned up behind himself. I have the pure white and I’m pleased with it. I like the way it was installed. And I’m thinking about giving them another call to get another rack.

My sister had used Bath Fitter so I went with them, and I had a good experience. I've had my shower tub for over a month now and I love it.

I live in a seniors apt. (reg. housing). In Feb/18 Bath fitters installed a full shower in my apt. The flooring did not seal and after numerous calls to b.f. and reg housing no repair. I have kept all records of calls and e-mails. Never a response. Crap work.

We purchased a shower from Bath Fitter and the rep whom I worked with was absolutely great. We really liked her. I also got the white subway tile from them and had the ceiling done. It’s a small master bath and I think it makes our room look bigger and brighter. The product is of excellent quality and everything is absolutely top-notch. We are very happy with the whole process. I love our Bath Fitter.

I had this system installed before 2005 (apparently after 2005 it is lifetime guaranteed). Maybe 6 mos after I had to call them back out because the wall surround pulled away from the walls causing a bulge in the material. The guy put these "glue blocks" behind it but it never really adhered. A guest in my home that was using that bathroom just said to me... "Your wall is bowed." Since I do not use that bathroom much I had not noticed. So I called and wanted them to come out to fix the issue that I had already had to have them fix. Well, it will cost me 125.00 for labor for them to come out and fix their poor workmanship. I am disgusted. I will never suggest anyone go to these people.

We got a tub with walls from Bath Fitter. The installation man was excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything to my husband and I. He went into detail about everything and we were very impressed by it. Thus far, we've been using the tub every day and we love it. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bath Fitter to anybody. They did a wonderful job for us.

Our bathroom looks wonderful! Owie installed our bathtub and shower and was very efficient and careful to leave my home clean. The installation was quick and looks wonderful! I will recommend anyone to use them! Love how fast it was!

I got some tub and shower from Bath Fitter, and I like the way it looks. Their installation team also did good.

I'm happy with Bath Fitter. I have 10 houses and like my bathrooms to look nice. I've used them three times and there could be another one. I like that they finish the work on the same day or a little bit the second day, depending on how big the project is. Most of my properties have two bathrooms and it's nice to get it done and over with and no one's coming in. They did a good job selling it and they did what they said they were gonna do.

I used Angie’s List to find Bath Fitter which looked like a good outfit. I got a walk-in shower for a remodel and I had a hand shower and a bar installed. The installation guy did an excellent job and it went very well. It’s a good shower that's very easy to use.

I can't get them to quit calling me. Have called them to remove me from their potential customers list. They have called 48 times in 2 months. Was told it was the policy to call 3x daily. Don't call them unless you are sure you are doing business with them.

We had the tub covered and the walls done. Everything was great with their customer service. The installation took just one day, and my wife and I both liked the look of it when it was done.

We got bathroom surround a couple of months ago and it's clean. The rep was fine and so was the installation. They're worth the time and effort.

I moved my dad and I had to take care of him, and he needed a shower that's safer. I went with Bath Fitter since I had the bathroom done a couple of times and I didn't wanna go through a routine clean-up. There's also the lifetime warranty on mold. I got a huge walk-in shower with a glass door and a bench, and I had a grab bar put on. It's clean and it's easier to clean than tiles. The sales agent was a really good guy. Price is a little high though, as I could've had the whole bathroom done for that price. But the installation only took two days. There was one guy and he did it nice, quick and clean.

Bath Fitter could custom-fit my shower without having to knock down a wall. And it was put in in a day. I don’t have another shower or tub, so that was convenient and worth it. The installer was here at 9 o’clock in the morning and done by 5 o’clock. They were very professional. I like the shelf that I purchased and the shaving little step. I wish I would’ve gotten a different shower head, but that’s okay. It’s very easy to clean.

I purchased the tub from Bath Fitter about six months ago. The sales reps I've talked with knew what they were doing. The installation took about a day. The team came in and did a good job. My daughter uses it and I like that it’s clean.

My father-in-law had a regular bathroom with a tub. It was a climb-in tub which he can’t do anymore. So, we needed a walk-in kinda thing. So that’s what Bath Fitter put in, They also put in a set and rails, so he can hold on in different places because he can’t lift his arms very high. Now, they have the doors, instead of the curtain to fall in and out of. We’re very satisfied with it. From the sales fella right on through to the installation team doing it, they got it done in ample time, and they were very accommodating.

Explained to Bath Fitter that I wanted to get a bathtub resealed, refitted and have a bathroom surround system installed as a Christmas gift for my wife. I explained that I wanted it to be a surprise for my wife, but Bath Fitter refused to give a free estimate unless both my wife and myself were present for their hard sales pitch. I had a marketing class in college and this is a sales method deployed by unscrupulous contractors. Whatever happened to the customer comes first?

Updated on 02/21/2020: I spoke with Anne at the Bath Fitter office in Pelham on Jan. 24 AGAIN to request information promised me in Nov. 2019. Again, she was very (overly) courteous and stated that since I had "contacted corporate", she thought the issue was settled. I informed her that I still had not received the material she had promised to send me on several occasions. She stated that she would send them to me that day and asked if I wanted them by email or regular mail. I told her that either way was fine by me and to do what was easiest for her. She again stated that she would get that info out to me that day. As of today, Feb.21, I STILL have not heard from Bath Fitter re: this issue! I feel that my request is not particularly burdensome and have been told numerous times that it would be no problem, apparently IT IS! I would really like some assistance with this matter as it is apparent that Anne is NOT going to keep her word!

We looked at several and Bath Fitter came in and they shot us a price. The guy that did the evaluation for us was very good. So we made an on-the-spot decisions to go with Bath Fitter. There was a little bit of sticker shock, but we also knew that there was a sticker shock with the others. WE got a walk-in shower with a low entry. There were also shelves, seat, two grab bars, the showerhead and a handheld showerhead. It's a bigger area for showering and it's deeper. I like the accessibility. We got a white color, and so it's quite light. It's what we wanted. The installation went very well. It was all done by one guy in two days, but that was expected because there was a tear-out. It was a remodel for the install. We're extremely happy with the whole thing and the product.

The replacement of the tub by putting one over rather than tearing out made me go with Bath Fitter. The salesperson and the installer were both great. It was kind of expensive, but it’s not a competitive market.

I went to a wellness fair and the person there from Bath Fitter was very nice. He explained everything and that Bath Fitter was very professional, and the price was affordable. And then, it didn't take long for someone to call me. The salesman that came over to my house was very nice and very informative. He showed me pictures of everything. I hope everything that he was showing me was true. But it took a long time to get the tub because it didn't come in right. It was cracked or the right color didn't come in. That was the only downfall. But when the serviceman came out to put it in, he was really good. He told me what he was doing and I didn't realize that my shower and tub was that bad. It took him a day and a half to install it.

We were at a home show here in Beckley and we saw Bath Fitter. When they called us after the home show, we weren't ready to consider, financially, and I asked them to call back in June. And they called and came on out, and given the company's reputation we felt it was the right choice. Everybody from the first visit to the follow-up phone calls we received, to the installer, were absolutely spectacular.

I ran into a Bath Fitter sales agent at a Cascades Humane Society Paws in the Park back in June. He was very professional. He went over all the features and what the options were. I knew we wanted some work done and I knew they were capable of doing it. We got a step-in shower in August and we got a couple of grab bars added. The installation went very well. The installer was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He cleaned up nicely and was very efficient. I would recommend Bath Fitter.

We got a bathtub installed and we had two grab bars put in. The sales representative was great. She was very professional but friendly. The installer started at 11 AM and he didn't get done until almost 10 that night. He had a lot to do. He put in a bathtub, he covered the old bathtub, and then he had to put up the walls and the plumbing, the spicket and the shower. He sang while he worked, and he had a beautiful voice. And every now and then, he would ask if anybody needed to use the bathroom because I don't have my one bathroom. It was awesome. I love that my bathroom is clean. Before, my bathroom was disgusting. But now, when you walk in there, it looks inviting. The whole experience was great.

We already had one of their units, and we worked with the same big, older gentleman when we purchased again from them. He was really great to work with. But we had some issues with the installation process and getting the correct parts. It took three weeks to get the stuff in, which we knew it was gonna take a while. When it came in, it was another couple of weeks before they got us scheduled to do the install. On the day they went to come do the install, they realized that it was the wrong stuff. It was the wrong color. But they didn’t call us to tell us that that was what happened. It was just nobody showed up. So there was a lack of communication on that part from their end. But once we realized what happened, they were really good. We had to reorder and reschedule again. And it was another three to four weeks. So the installation took over two months.

The rep that I dealt with was very knowledgeable. And then a fellow came here to install the tub and he worked all day long.

I know a property manager and he said that Bath Fitter does a great job so I purchased the bathtub and shower surround from them some time last summer. I had a second hose thing put in, a towel rack and grab bars. The sales rep was very personable and well informed. One individual came out to install it and it went great. I thought it was gonna take two days, but he did it in one. He was polite and friendly, and he did an excellent job. I like fact that everything works better and it looks nice.

I liked how Bath Fitter had a good reputation for quality work. They were a little more expensive but I felt comfortable with the work that I was gonna receive. I purchased a shower from them and the rep whom I worked with was a really straightforward, stand-up kind of guy. He was very amicable and very easy to talk to about the project.

It’s been going on for a while, my shower sprung a leak upstairs. Had them out to see the damage. Floors bubbled up, walls are open black mold and I can’t even get them to do anything. The general manager come out. He tried to come with stories about how it could have happened offered to have a leak detection company come out on his dime. 3 months later still nothing. I put Bath Fitter in another house I had about eight years ago. I purchased from them again and I had a very good interaction with their rep. And in both places, I did a full shower. The installation was excellent. This one went all the way to the ceiling and I mentioned to the gentleman that I wish I’d have done that at the others. And he called his boss, and they came down and extended my shower surround without charging me. I’d recommend them to anybody I can think of. I find it an excellent deal. A lot of people tell me, “Well, it’s awful expensive.” And I say, “Wait till you have to make eight trips to the hardware store looking for something.”

I was gonna do the bathroom myself but I said it's best to let a professional do it. I’ve known about Bath Fitter for a while and I got both the tub and shower from them. Everything was excellent during the installation and Bath Fitter did a wonderful job. I was very pleased.

I always heard Bath Fitter's advertisements of, "Oh, we put a bathtub right over." I didn't really think that I was going to have the option to get it because I didn't have a tub. I only had a shower. So, as I was passing through a flea market in New Jersey, I was admiring a tub that was on display. I said, "I don't have a tub." The person said, "They could do the other work too." I would've never known that because the commercials always say put a tub on a tub. So, this guy gave me a card and I gave him my cellphone number just to say, "Okay. Let's see if they would call." And they did. And then, I had a representative come to my home and I liked her. She was extremely thorough, so we signed up.

I intended to do a lot of the work on my bathroom myself, but once I had a consultation with Bath Fitter, I thought that going with them is a more economical way. I wasn’t up to it, the demo and then tiling, whereas Bath Fitter’s was done in a day. The rep that I did the consultation with was very professional and thorough. We did two bathrooms, and I got tubs put in and showers redone. I had one bathroom done one week, and then two weeks later, the same guy came out and did the other one. And I like how the bathrooms look. I’ve been using them for a couple of months now, and they're fine.

Our interaction with Bath Fitter's sales rep was awesome and the installation also went well. The installer was very knowledgeable and nice, and got the job done in two days. We’re very pleased with it.

We’ve used Re-Bath before and when my son and his wife used Bath Fitter, we liked what they had done. So, we called them and I had a good interaction with their sales rep. I purchased the tub and shower insert thing, and I like it really well. The installation was surprisingly quick and we were pleased with it. However, the little cup that holds the curved shower rod into the wall came loose and was hard to get back on. But it’s okay right now. It just needed to be pushed on and we did it ourselves. But if it falls off completely, of course I will call Bath Fitter. Because when my son and his wife's tub was buckling, they did come and fix that.

We saw a setup by Bath Fitter out in the mall at Forsyth. We liked the idea that the surround was all in one. It wasn’t separate pieces. We purchased from them one where it covered our old tub, and the surround was clear to the ceiling. The sales rep was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. There was one guy for the installation and he left everything clean and did a great job.

From the reviews we read online, they're a great company and so we gave them a call. They came out and it worked out very well. We had a fantastic interaction with the sales rep and it couldn't have been any better. Then we had an even better interaction with the installer. He was a very enjoyable guy, he was extremely knowledgeable, and he explained everything to us. The installation time frame was just as he described. He had to come back the next day and finish up the caulking on it. Other than that, everything was done in one day. We got a tub with a shower enclosure, and we're very happy with it.

We bought a house to fix up and rent in Ocean View, Delaware, which is close to the ocean. The water here is 90% iron and 10% water. So, the tub looked like a dinosaur's teeth. It was yellow and brown. We had to replace it, so we had a contractor come and look and gave us a price, and it was good. And then we said, "Let's do what Bath Fitter says." So, we called Bath Fitter and they gave us a price that was a bit higher, but they promised us that they'd fix any walls behind that were bad that they couldn't see. And the contractor didn't promise that. He said it would be more if there was problems. The Bath Fitter salesman came and he had a bit of a pitch, but he did a good job.

We got a little bit confused on a couple of talking points when Bath Fitter's salesman came around, but it was all right overall. He said the job would be done in a day only if they do it on a Saturday. We chose to have a weekday installation, so then it took two days, which was fine. And it worked out.

We had done a bathroom remodel on our main bathroom but it didn’t work out. We didn’t get it finished properly and didn’t get our money returned. So, we were trying to go with a larger, reputable company that we knew would complete the job. Our neighbor did an installation with Bath Fitter and when we did, the customer service was excellent. The gentleman who came out and initially talked to us was wonderful. We had a tornado while he was here, so he had to come and hunker down in our basement with us and trying to ride it out. So, he was great. Even the guys who came to install were fantastic. The wait time was a little long but we knew that going into it because everything is custom-made. It was six weeks before the stuff came in but once it did, it took them two days to complete the job. We're very satisfied and we love it. It looks great and it’s very functional.

We purchased a tub, cover and surround from Bath Fitter in August, and they put it in a month ago. We like it. Their sales rep was very friendly and informative. He told us what we wanted to know and it worked out well. The installer was very efficient and he knew what he was doing. He didn’t take long to do it and he cleaned up. It was all good.

I got a walk-in, handicapped shower from Bath Fitter in August. The installer was very neat, didn't make anything dirty, took it all out the back door, put it in bags, and took it out the front door. They said it would be a two-day job and it was. Everything went smoothly with Bath Fitter and I love the shower.

Bath Fitter installed our shower and it was done very well. It was about a two-day process that was quiet and efficient. We're thrilled with the workmanship and the great quality product. I like the seamless three sides of the shower stall and the clean lines. It's very easy to wipe down, squeegee every day and very low maintenance. We really appreciated the efforts our sales agent made and the very high results.

My brother-in-law had their bathroom done with Bath Fitter. The company had a reputation and they seemed like they had the whole thing covered by being the manufacturer. We have a farmer’s market type of thing with a bunch of vendors, and there was a Bath Fitter display in there, and the guy I talked to there was very helpful. When he actually came out and sold it to me, he was excellent. At first, I was thinking about doing a Kohler type of deal. So, I had somebody come out and give me an estimate on that, too. But it was more of a therapeutic type of thing and that wasn’t what I wanted. So, that was why I went back to Bath Fitter. I had the tub removed and a shower put in. The guy who did it was fantastic. The other fellow that came out was the one who did the fine-tuning measurement and he was very personable, too.

My friends were really pleased with Bath Fitter so I tried them. They took out a tub and put in a shower, and the installer did the job nicely. We're really pleased with the shower. We've been in this house for about 30 years, and the other shower didn't have a seat in it. At 80 some years old, I've been a little unsteady on my own, so getting a shower with a seat really helps me to be able to take a shower.

When we decided to have tub to shower conversion, we didn’t know who we were gonna get. So, we went to a home show in Voorhees. There were six or seven companies that do shower work and tub work, and we did go to two of them. We knew the representative who works for one them, but we felt that the money that we would pay for Bath Fitter, based on their reputation and guarantees, would be worth it for us in the long run. We did not wanna spend a lesser amount of money, have the work done, and then have to worry about it. Somebody told me that they had a good experience with Bath Fitter, so I called the company and once their salesman came out, I was pleased with the price. Their installer did a complete tear out and then installed our enclosed shower, which he did in one day. The installer, Dali, was very good, professional and courteous. Our bathroom looks perfect and I like the access. Cleaning it is very easy too. My wife and I are both senior citizens, and she has no trouble cleaning it.

Bath Fitter's salesperson was really informative, especially with their product. He went through everything they were going to do even before I decided to have their product in there. We ended up getting a tub and shower, and the installation went great. The guys did things that other plumbers typically would not do, like the installation of an outside wall. I love the floor to ceiling design, plus, it's guaranteed for life. Not too many people will have that kind of warranty.

I got a walk-in shower and a shower tub combination from Bath Fitter. I got referred to them through a friend who was really pleased with the install. The sales rep told me everything I needed to know and the installation was fine. I asked what would happen if I've got a major leak and the installer said they would be there hopefully that day or the next day, no later. I trust the installer. He did an excellent work and he did all the install on both bathrooms in four days. But when my commodes wasn't working properly, it took them longer than I thought than usual for them to get out to take care of it. That was a little over a week getting them out here to get this fixed. The first time, it was almost three weeks. But I had one working toilet and I'm the only one here, so I could give them some slack on that.

There’s somebody in the mall that displays Bath Fitter product and we approached them. They were fine. The cost of the tub and shower is a little high though, but the product looks good. We have no complaints about its appearance and the way it’s holding up and operating. If anything happens to it, they have guaranteed it for life. Only one person installed it and he did it in three days. Doing something like that takes time, and you can’t rush somebody. The guy was professional, took his time and did a good job.

This really was one of my most pleasant and exciting experiences ever. My bathtub area was in dire need of a makeover. I don't remember the of the gentleman who came and gave me the estimate, but he was great. I called the office a couple of times and they were also great. The day came when the install was scheduled and I checked to see what time they were coming and was told the guy who was installing was just finishing loading up and would be on his way. Mark **, who did the installation was fantastic!!!! He was polite, informative, clean, courteous and pretty darn quick. He stayed late to complete the project and in some cases really went the extra mile. I was very impressed and am so happy with the work and the finished product!!! My tub was real bad, and I couldn’t find any place that could really do what I wanted. Bath Fitter put a whole tub in, and then they put some appliance up there. I wanted all of that. It took them two days and the bathtub's quality is fine. I haven’t had any problems. I wash it every day, and I have had problems with what I clean it with. So, right now, I have something which I put in the water and it dissolves. It starts coming off and I wipe it off.

I was referred by a relative to Bath Fitter, and since they have the best reputation, I went with them even though others were much cheaper and more appealing. I had a tub put in and the walls done over the summer, and everything was wonderful.

We used Bath Fitter's product to upgrade our shower wall and floor tiles. They lay an acrylic plastic sheets over the existing tiles, without demolitions, and mold it into shape to fit the spaces. All the openings are sealed tight between acrylic plastic sheet and the tiles. Well after a few years, our shower floor becomes detached from the floor tiles, and is trapping water in between. The seal must have been broken and water has leaked inside the void space. We are concerned with potential mold issues in the near future. Their product is supposed to have a lifetime warranty, however, when We called to inform them of our problem, no one has returned my phone call. It's been a while now. We have also texted the Sales Representative - Lisa, but she did not respond either.

We love our new walk-in shower. Bath Fitter had to take out a tub and shower to put that in, and the installation went great. Our sales rep was also very helpful. When we remodel the second bathroom, we're gonna give them a call.

For me, Bath Fitter was the right company to go with because of the lifetime guarantee. One guy installed the tub-shower combo and he was really good. He was in there all day just by himself. He spoke to me when it was all said and done. The salesperson was also good.

I’ve had some remodeling done before and I didn’t wanna have to do it again. I’d like to have it done right so I went to Bath Fitter. I got the double door shower. The project got completed in August. I was comfortable with the sales rep There was no pressure and he explained the product. And then he just came out and had somebody do a first measurement. Everybody else did what they were supposed to do.

Mark from Bath Fitter came and explained things to us. After hearing him, we then thought a Bath Fitter remodel would probably be the best and we purchased a surround shower. Then on the first time that the installation team came, they had brought the wrong color, so they had to go back. I was hopeful that it wouldn't take another 4 weeks and fortunately, they had one like it in Peoria, which is about an hour and 20 minutes from our place. So, the installation guy left here, went back to the factory, and someone from Peoria had brought it to him, and they recut or did whatever they had to do with it. While he was able to install it that day, what supposedly was a 3 or 4 hours work turned into an all-day event. I had other plans for that day and so I had to cancel them because of the time and the delay. Still, we actually got the work done in that same day so it worked out. And they did a great job too.

I would like to share my story about Bath Fitter in the hopes that it will discourage any more homeowners from trusting this company in their home. My tub surround needed replacement warranty work for cracks in the corner and silicone patched screw holes, which were from the original install and were peeling off. I arranged for someone to be at my home for the install appointment because I work full time, and could not be home during the day. The first installer called me to verify the placement of the shower curtain rod (which was installed in the wrong place originally a few years ago).

The installer showed up two hours late on first day. Then during removal of old shower unit ran a saw through the hallway wall. I pointed it out to them but they never fixed it. Also not even a month in and the caulking job is coming loose already. I can't really give a good review

I purchased a tub and shower from Bath Fitter and the sales rep I dealt with was good. I went with them as they would take less time to come for the installation. If I had chosen somebody else, then we would have to wait a week. Other companies would have to come on many days, but Bath Fitter would just take one day. Then during the installation, I did not have a problem and it was quick and clean. The guy was quite good too. I was pleased with the outcome performed by Bath Fitter and I would recommend them.

I went to a home show here in Sioux City and Bath Fitter was there. I got a card from them and I filled it out, then they came out for a visit in my home and talked to me. The salesperson was very good, nice, respectable, and informative, and he did a marvelous job. I purchased the shower stall or the shower walls around my existing tub. 'Cause my tub is still good, I didn't need to replace it. So, they just did the walls for me and around my bathroom window without having to remove my bathroom window, and I like that idea. Then, they did an excellent job as far as installation and cleanup. The guy went ahead and put everything down, cleaned up after himself, and then finished within that same day. I'm most impressed with the professionalism in working with Bath Fitter. Even more, I'm totally satisfied and I love the overall product.

Bath Fitter has a display in a mall, which I looked at, and my sister had them put a work in, too. A fellow did a sales visit for me and he went over how they would do the work and the products they would use. He also had samples of what they use. It was convincing and so I went with them for a shower enclosure. It had taken 2 days to do the job and the fellows did a good job of what they had to work with. They talked to us and they were very friendly and relatively knowledgeable. The job was done on the 1st of September and I’m well pleased with it. We liked the finished product very well. It’s very nice and easy to clean. And if someone is really interested, we would show them the finished product and see what they thought.

A BJ's booth was advertising Bath Fitter and we called them up. We had an excellent experience with their sales rep and we ended purchasing a tub and a shower from them. The installation was excellent as well and the techs were professional and timely. They also cleaned up after themselves and when I had a little leak, the guy fixed that. I feel great about the quality of their products and my mother loves the renovation. I did it for her.

This was the worst experience. The first tub installed was off level by 2". They cut through the wall into the bedroom and cut wires in the wall. Leaving the cut wires in the wall. Then they came to remove all the work done previously, while installing it they broke three floor tiles and ripped a towel bar off the wall leaving a gaping hole. When finished the shower head was 1-1/2" off center and not in line with the rest of the fixtures on the wall. Now they want to come back a third time to try and remedy the situation meaning taking out the tub again and putting in a bigger tub to try and cover the broken tiles and fix the plumbing. I told them I cannot give them a third chance to do something which should have been correctly done the first time. They now refuse to pay for the damages or refund our deposit.

We had a tub to shower conversion by Bath Fitter and we like it very much. The quality is very good and I haven't found anything that I don't like about it so far. Before we purchased, we did some online research on people's experiences. We felt comfortable from the start, so we just went with Bath Fitter and did not get another quote. Jamie, our sales rep, was very concerned that we get what we wanted, and we did. That was an excellent experience. Then, the installation person was very professional. We didn't run into any issues during the installation and it actually got done faster than we had expected. Now, everything is going very well.

I checked into Bath Fitter and they are number one nationwide and with lifetime guarantees. I got a shower conversion about two months ago and my interaction with the sales representative was great. He has 100% level of knowledge and professionalism. Then during the installation, the guy was here for 10 and a half hours. I thought that they should had another guy with him, but he handled it great. I haven't had an issue yet with the final product and so it was a 100% great experience. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter again.

I was at a mall and Bath Fitter had a booth at the mall, and I was thinking about doing something so I went over there and talked to the guy that was over there and then he set me up an appointment. Bath Fitter's reps are all nice, and they came fairly quick. We sat and talked for a long time, and decided what we were gonna do and went ahead and did it. Everything's wonderful. We took our tub out and got just a stand-alone shower and some grab bar. We're getting older. The quality of our new shower is fine. I liked my other shower head better though. So, I probably will be switching that up because the other one has a bigger shower head. Other than that, we really like it.

I was walking through Peddler's Village, and then they had the setup there for Bath Fitter. I heard about Bath Fitter for a long time, so I said let me hear what this lady has to say about it. She said so many people like Bath Fitter, and told me all the good qualities about it, which they do have a lot of good qualities. She also gave me a 10% and said it was up to me but since I was interested in redoing my bathroom, why wouldn't I give it shot. So I called and their rep came out and told me all about it and I went from there.

Bath Fitter installed a new shower in our master bathroom over 4 years ago and it has stood the test of time. In one long day they replaced the original, clunky fiberglass shower stall that had come with our house when it was built 27 years before. We were 100% satisfied with the quality of materials and workmanship at the time of the Bath Fitter installation, and we remain so today.

Everything went good with Bath Fitter. We got the stand-up shower and I love it. But after I found out the full price of it, I was kinda sorry that we got it. We probably could have gotten two of these for that price. The price is astronomical. And when the rep was here, he did everything about what we were going to get before he gave any kind of price thing. It started out terribly high. It was 10,000 and then, he kept coming down a little bit at a time and it came to 9,000. The installer did pretty good except he gouged the back wall. Apparently, he put a pipe up against it. I went over that and over it, and it never comes off and then, I finally felt it. It's a dig, and it's right where when you're sitting on the toilet, the light shines on it. But I'm sure it was something that just happened. Other than that, I don't have any gripes. But I would not recommend Bath Fitter. If you got money and you want it done fast, Bath Fitter does a beautiful job.

Installer was on time, he took most of the day to remove and install my new shower stall, a great product with a lifetime warranty. Even though it is the same size as the previous shower stall, it feels like I have more room. The caddy holds all of my soap and shampoo and is in the perfect place in the stall. Consider it an investment in your home.

I love everything about my Bath Fitter's shower, but the water pressure. I had excellent pressure before BF installation and now my pressure is WAY less. I understand it has to do with epa regulation, but it sure makes the shower less enjoyable. Just saying...

I've used Bath Fitter for the third time and I purchased a bathtub. When I was there during installation, the guy was very courteous and seem to care about keeping the rest of the house clean. The only problem I had was I could not get a hold of the permitters. I've tried and tried but the bathtub has not been checked. I started calling and leaving messages right after they were done, so it's probably been about four months already. I've even told someone from Bath Fitters and they said that they would get word that it was never checked for permit. Then I even told someone up there who doesn't install them that this was happening and he just said, "Okay." I don't know if that matters or not, but anyway, the final product is wonderful. The bathtub is clean and new.

We had Bath Fitter do another project for us for a rental home. We used them again in our own home. Their rep was very good. We're waiting for the workman to come to finish the project. They were here yesterday. We were very pleased with the first job they did.

I did some cost comparisons before I decided to use Bath Fitter to install a walk-in shower as an upgrade from a bath tub. The salesperson who helped me explained in detail all the products that he had and we also had a very good interaction. Then, the installation went very smooth and very easy. When I needed to disturb the installer, he was very professional and accommodating since I only have one bathroom. He was very neat and tidy as well. Because of what it was that day, they needed a second day for installation, but the time frame has met my expectations overall. And so far, I am satisfied with the shower.

Everything was better than anticipated in our Bath Fitter experience. In the very beginning, the sales rep who came out was very cordial, easy to talk with, good to explain the entire process, and just a very nice gentleman. He not overpowering nor a pressure type salesman. And the communication between the company and the next gentleman who came out to take the actual measurements was the same as he was also very pleasant. Then, each individual who came to the house called ahead before they got here, so we knew exactly when they were coming and who they were, and showed credentials and verified ID before they came in. They were very professional and not overbearing that, “I am the Bath Fitter and here’s what you're gonna do,” type thing. So, it was a very easy process.

I'm in a wheelchair now and I needed to have a roll-in shower. I knew how fast Bath Fitter worked and I didn't need the job to be done in a couple of weeks. So, I went with them. Their tech, Cameron, only took two days and and he was a good mechanic. He was very pleasant and a nice person. He was really particular on what he was doing and we enjoyed him. Also, the roll-in shower is really pretty and it all fits up good. I really needed it and it does a good job.

My mom had used Bath Fitter and she was happy with them. So, I also got them do the shower walls and surround as the walls were getting bad on my rental. The interaction during purchase and installation experience were really good, and the lady who was there during installation was really with the nice guy. However, I was told that they will send my mom $50 for the referral as well as another $50 to me but we both never got them. Other than that, everything seems to be good and I’m gonna have Bath Fitter do the tub too later on.

I had an appointment made for the morning, they were to come between 8-10 am. I get a call at 11 they are running late (no problem), they come around 1 and state they "can knock it out by 4". After they left we noticed the drain area was not built up and very weak if you stepped around the area, we were told it was fine so we had to fix it ourselves. Then chalking came off around the tub within months, we did not follow up immediately, which we should have but since we had a lifetime warranty it wasn't a huge priority and we used tape for the seal. We had them come in today and were told it is not part of their "lifetime warranty" and that they would have to charge us another $150 to fix their job. I called the company and specifically asked, "What is covered under our lifetime warranty?" They laughed and said not much. I am so exasperated with dealing with this company. Essentially we paid over $2k for a $600 enclosure.

I had a shower liner and tub liner installed. The tech cut the holes too big. A 3" tub spout would not cover the hole. They agreed to come out and fix it. 1 month later they sent 2 techs out. They cut the holes for the hardware perfectly. However, they cut too short below the window and did a botched up patch job. They did not remove original liner from the walls but simply but a 2nd liner on top. The walls are spongy feeling and I've lost a lot of my tub space in the corners. I can't even sit a solo cup in the corner. The end caps they put in place are crooked with a 2" gap that they filled in with caulk. They have avoided all contact as of now. I have filed a dispute and filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau as well. My next step is small claims court. Be very cautious when using this company. I could have hired another contractor and installed tile for what I paid. Horrible installation. I will warn everyone of this company.

I live in a mobile home and they won’t even contact me. I’ve tried 3 times. I’ve even asked them to tell me they don’t do mobile homes-no reply. That’s how you know they’re too big for their breaches. Your loss, Bath Fitter.

I have had my tub/shower for nearly one year and I am pleased to say that the installation was quick (one day) and professionally performed. I had one small issue which was corrected immediately and I was very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who is looking for a great looking professional make over.

Had two baths (tubs and shower walls replaced) in our home. Great product and the two baths were completed in one day for each. Incurred problems with the master shower wall material and shower curtain bar mounting brackets. Still has not been corrected or replaced since being completed 3 weeks ago. Frustrated with the lack of concern in getting the wall material replaced in a timely manner. Workmanship in the second bath was not as good as the first one we had done. We went with the full tub replacement rather than the tub over tub. We originally ordered tub over tub however the measurements were done incorrectly and the tubs would not fit properly over the existing tubs. Did not want to experience the same problem when reordering so, went with the full tub concept.

We had our "one time free replacement" installed in Oct. 2019 and had found that the policy of Bath Fitter is to make us responsible for the crack in the liner. When the installer came in after waiting over 5 months for the replacement he shows me a form that I was told to sign or they would not install the replacement. I called the office and the woman (Carol) said that I had to sign this form or they would not do the work. I posted a picture of the form here that basically reads that we are responsible for the defect and the cleaner that we used although it was a recommended cleaner. Another picture I posted has the damaged piece of the liner after it was removed from the tub. So I signed the form in order to get the work done and the man installed the new liner.

After I talked to Bath Fitter and found out about the lifetime guarantee, it was a no-brainer. I did one bathroom with them three months ago and I just signed up for another bathroom with them. I was redoing my bathrooms to make them safer for when I get older and the sales rep had some good suggestions and I was very, very pleased. The installation guy was fantastic. He came here at 9:30 in the morning and he was done by 3:30. It was simply beautiful, and I have requested him to do my other bathroom.

Bath Fitter came and we talked and I liked what they said and we did it. We purchased a walk-in shower and we are very satisfied with it. Everyone who had anything to do with Bath Fitter and me, from the salesperson to the installation guy, was excellent.

I had seen Bath Fitter at a home show, and I liked what I saw. I was quite satisfied with the representatives that came and discussed my options. They seemed very efficient. I was very impressed with the contractor. He was very efficient, too. He knew what he was doing and he was finished in less time than what they had expected. I am satisfied with the shower.

I like Bath Fitter's guarantee and the way the walk-in shower was built. Iit’s built out that’s gonna last a while, and it’s super easy to clean. It doesn’t get all funky. The sales rep was excellent. He explained everything, and he didn’t leave anything out. I was very happy. A guy came out and measured everything. It took him three months to come, but they have to build it and make it to fit your bathroom, and the right size. Bath Fitter made sure they got everything measured right, so when they bring it in, it fits right in there. They have to trim the edges a little bit, but it goes right in.

The sales people that I talked to were very helpful and friendly. And Bath Fitter sounded like a good deal. I got the walk-in shower a couple of months ago. The rep explained the details of the walk-in shower very, very well. The installers did a very good job and they cleaned up. I didn’t have a shower before, so it’s great. It’s nice and handy.

Bath Fitter had a man come over and he went over everything with me. I got their shower but not the walk-in one. It’s just the side. Everything went well with their salesperson and the installers were okay. They came over around 8:30 and they were gone by supper time. I was very satisfied and I would recommend Bath Fitter.

While it took longer than I expected, when Bath Fitter came to my home, the work was performed exactly as planned. The installer was professional and pleasant. I am very pleased with my purchase. I hope that in the future, Bath Fitter is able to bring their work to finish sooner and close the gap from purchase to delivery.

Bath Fitter called the day before the install to remind us that the plumber would be at our house at 7 AM. He was here at 7 AM and got to work removing the old fixtures and installing the new valves assemblies. Just as he finished the upstairs around 8 AM, the tub removal gentlemen showed up and proceeded to remove to bathtub. Just as he finished about 9 AM, so was the plumber, the shower installer showed up along with the plumbing code inspector. The installer got to work installing a new floor base and installed the new shower floor, the plumber finished connecting the shower base. The installer made all the necessary measurements and proceeded to fill in the wall as needed. Once done, he went to make the wall panel. Laid out and cut to size, made the two walls and window cut out. He placed the wall in place and it fit like a glove. He then proceed with the window framing and then the trim.

Bath Fitter did our bathroom 10 years ago. I used them again when I wanted my other bathroom done in one day. This time, we ended up having them tear the tub out and we had a full shower put in. Everything was pretty well standard with what we picked out. The sales rep was really good. He showed us all the different colors that we could get the wall in and the designs. I wanted the marble look because I wanted it to go with the counters that we were putting in. We tore out the whole bathroom and we had it all done before they put in the shower. All they did was put in the shower and they caulked all around where the tub met the floor. It came out very nicely and I'm very happy with it. I like that the shower is big.

I am very concerned about other people going through what I have with Bathfitter, Burnaby, BC location. Rob from Bathfitter came to my home at the end of April this year. The cost of everything I chose came to just over $5000. I paid a deposit of $769 for my one day install to take place. Eventually it was scheduled for June 3, 2019. They never called to confirm the install date. I had to call myself to make sure they were still coming. Rob had told me the water needed to be shut off all day. Apparently it was only required for the morning. Ada, the employee in the shop, advised she had dropped the ball and was supposed to call me to confirm the install.
