We did one company at one house and one company at the other house, and our experience with Bath Planet was far superior. We purchased a bathtub/shower wall thing. We had to pick our colors and got to pick where the soap thing goes. The installation went really well. I liked the man. He was nice and did a great job. He was very clean as well. You wouldn’t have known he was in there working. I would totally recommend Bath Planet.

My mother needed to get something other than the regular bathtub that we have as she has problems walking. She saw the Bath Planet commercial one day and decided that it was what she wanted. The in-home sales representative was a very nice lady. The installer did a really good job as well. We got the shower so it's very easy to transport her from her walker into there. We have a chair and we got three security bars put in there too. She fell down and she's really afraid that she's gonna fall, so she's constantly grabbing onto things and those bars really help a lot. She really hated taking a shower until we got this so that helps too.

The sales lady had a good knowledge of the product. The contractors were good. The new bathroom area is nice and we also had a grab bar installed. I'd recommend them.

I had another company come out first and give me an estimate, and they were higher than a cat's back. I talked to a friend of mine and he said that he had a good experience with Bath Planet. So I called them and they came out and they were very professional and gave me an estimate that was over half of what this other outfit offered. So I signed up right then. The sales rep knew what she was talking about. She steered me in the right direction and we got it done. It was very positive experience. We got a new shower and the installer took only two days to put it in. It was absolutely 100% perfect as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't have asked for a better installation. They delivered a product on time and just as advertised, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We purchased a walk-in shower from Bath Planet to eliminate the bathtub shower. The rep had it laid out and then we went over it with what he wanted with the support bars in the corner. The installation team was very courteous and they were determined to do a good, clean job, the final caulking, etc. They were good and they cleaned up well. The quality of the construction looks good to me. The chrome fixtures and the shower head itself looks solid. My favorite feature is being able to step into it without stepping over a bathtub.

They were a bit cheaper and they were in the middle range. We liked them. The gentleman that put in the shower unit was absolutely wonderful. I am short and I have COPD. We asked him if he could come up with something that I didn’t have to reach so high to push the button for the shower unit. He told us that it was the only thing we got. They should come up with something else for littler people.

Nice product, but the value isn’t there once you start talking price, as you can have a shower tiled for less. Might as well be dealing with Home Depot’s vendor. Rich ** (supposedly “the boss”) came to our house on the night we set our appointment, clearly disinterested /preoccupied as he was there for a total of 5 -10 minutes. No samples, no literature, no nothing. We looked at the two bathrooms and he told us to go to their store in 12 Oaks Mall (we live in Lake Orion, not exactly convenient or why we scheduled an in home consultation), but with promises “to make a deal” because it was two baths, end of the month, he isn’t a sales guy so no commission, etc. We bite. My wife and I visit the store and have made some selections as we like the product and the lady at the store was very helpful.

From the salesman's visit I was convinced Bath Planet of Indianapolis was the right company to remodel the shower and tub. Once scheduled, the work date was happily moved forward by two weeks. The work crew were quite courteous and careful during demolition, installation and clean up (thanks again guys). The new remodel worked perfectly and during the follow up inspection "ALL" was given a "Well Done". I would highly recommend Bath Planet of Indianapolis.

I went online searching and the rep from Bath Planet called and asked if I was interested in getting one of those showers. They asked if they could send somebody out to talk to me and I said yes. The reps did great on explaining everything to us to where we fully understood it and they presented to us as to what we wanted. It went very well and I bought a walk-in about a month ago. It was a great experience with the installation team and they finished it about thirty minutes into the third day. They were very neat.

I reached out to Bath Planet for a project and my interactions with their rep and installation were good. When they came out and gave me the estimate, they told me what they had. So, I had the tub and the back wall around it, and they enlarged the door for me. I was pleased and I like my new bathroom!

The crew that came over from Detroit Bath Planet were excellent. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great guys to deal with. Not only did they address our warranty issue, but they greatly improved our Bath Planet system.

The finished product is really nice. The guy they sent out knew what he was doing, and he was very accommodating. They’re always a very good experience.

We searched online and we liked the style of Bath Planet and what they had to offer. Their sales rep was very helpful and he did a great job. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had the jetted tub put in for my wife and we paid $10,000. The installer came in and he was amazing. He took the wall out, redid the whole side of the bathroom and he did a beautiful job. It was sad though because it was done on the 18th of October and my wife died on the 19th, but she was able to use it at least once. Overall, I had an excellent experience and I’d recommend them to everybody.

My house was built in 1900s, it’s an old house. I just bought it a couple of years ago and I've been slowly taking room by room and doing things. When I went online for bath stuff, I was given a whole bunch of different companies and Bath Planet was the first one to call me back. The rep I spoke with set me up an appointment. I live way out in the country, in the boondocks, so somebody had to come a long way to come to me. The sales rep drove all the way and showed me their products. He was very nice. I purchased a shower from them and the installer had to pull a tub out and doors, and all kinds of stuff. When he wrapped the shower around the little partition wall that came out, it was really cool looking. The installer was very nice. He did a great job and he cleaned up. It’s so nice to have a new, nice, clean place to take a shower.

I was looking online for showers that could get my dad a handicapped shower so he could stay in the home. I got several bids and they were very, very close, but Bath Planet had the transferable warranty. We purchased in July, and it was installed by end of August. The installer was really nice and friendly. He cleaned up after himself very well. The only thing was that he forget a part, and he had to come back the next day, which was understandable. He was really great and I really liked him.

We had our tub replaced with a Bath Planet shower in just one day. They came in prepared. They removed the old tub, replaced the walls with new waterproof sheetrock, installed new plumbing fixtures and a shower door. It was all done in just one day. No mess, no fuss. The guys from the installer, Bathroom Pros, here in New Jersey really know what they are doing.

I was at a military stand down in Newport High School in July and Bath Planet had a representative there. He took my name and number. And then, a person came up, measured everything up, checked it all, and gave us a price. And it has been a month since I purchased from them. I wanted the tub taken out and a shower put in, so what they did was a tub type shower. The installer did a good job and finished it all up on the first day. He had to come back though. I like the shower. The only one thing that I didn't care for was the glass sliding door. I felt that for what I paid, it was a little on the cheap side. To my knowledge, they had two types of doors. They had one that you can open up or the slide type, and we selected the slider. It works fine but it seems to be thin and flimsy. Other than that, everything else was great. The shower itself, the walls that were put up, the drain, everything works perfectly.

I researched Bath Planet before contracting them to do the work on our bathroom, and from the reviews, expected a good experience. Unfortunately, our five-day project turned into an eight-week project. The workmen would arrive in the late morning without all the materials they needed, leave early afternoon, and we would be rescheduled two weeks out. For the most part, the workmen were inexperienced.

My initial consultation was good, but when they drop the price from 13,000 to 6900., almost half we should have went with another company. We signed the contract, and we paid cash for this project. I received an installation date. So I bought a new sink, toilets, flooring and paint,.. so once the shower was complete another contracting company was going to finish the remodeling. Bath Planet installation department call me and said they had to reschedule due to a back order.. no problem. We rescheduled, I cancel my vacation plans so I can get this work done. A week later the installation department called me again to reschedule, saying it's a longer back order date. At this point I am very upset...I had to reschedule the other contractors, I cancel my vacation, I bought materials to match the design I chose.

There was a local home improvement show where we found Bath Planet and also talked to one other company. The Bath Planet sales team was fine and they explained the product very well which caused us to buy from them. We made our purchase with them in May. We had a tub shower that was taken out and a straight shower put in with a glass sliding door and a toilet shower.

We wanted to do some things, and so, we set up a time for the guy from Bath Planet to come out, and everything went from there. The guy did a really good job on presenting and showing us what our options were. The installers were awesome. They did everything professionally. Before they even did anything in the house, they laid down things on the floor, all the way through the house, and did a great job with the whole thing. We did both bathrooms. One was just a shower and the other one was a shower-tub. My experience was very positive.

We got a shower from Bath Planet and added a shelf and a bar. The sales rep had to drive in from Spokane. First off, I asked the gal at the show if Bath Planet is a local company, and she said yes. And then, the guy comes in from Spokane and the installers came in from Woodburn. So, there’s nothing really local about this at all. I thought I was kinda lied to on that part. So, should there be a problem with it, then maybe somebody locally to take care of it, and right now, I kinda feel like that’s not the case, and if I had a problem, there isn’t anybody here to take care of it. The installers came in a half hour early and they seemed to had it done in a reasonable period of time. They were lacking parts and they had to go get some parts. The spout on the bathtub wasn’t exactly what it should be either. But everything is okay since the installation. So far, I haven't had any problem.

I was working in one of the home shows and found Bath Planet there. We got their shower with the glass door and they customized our order. The sales rep was good and the installers were wonderful. They did the work in about two days. Our shower is beautiful and I love it.

Bath Planet's price was the lowest and I purchased from them about two months ago. I got the walk-in tub and everything was easy. The sales rep did a good job and the installers did everything right. They arrived on time, did what they were supposed to, and I was very happy. I’m kinda disabled and the tub helps me have a nice bath. I love it.

Bath Planet did a shower stall for us. I liked their product, which is acrylic, which is supposed to be easier to clean, and I liked the look of it as well. The sales rep was very thorough and very professional and he wasn’t pushy, he just showed us what he had. There were two guys that did the installation and they were just super polite. They did everything and cleaned everything up. They did a fantastic job. It just changed the whole look of the bathroom and it really modernized everything, and it looks really great. The quality of the product is great as well and I like it.

I have a Bath Planet project (with Bath Planet of Richmond VA (aka AAPCO) of 2 baths and two entryway landings. They started first bath 2 weeks ago. It was left unfinished. I called installer who returned and finished some, but still not complete. Brought his wife to job and said they were planning to leave for holiday weekend after work.

The salesman from Bath Planet was very open and gave us all the information. He was willing to change the order as we went on and we appreciated that. We did the shower upstairs with the acrylic panels and then, we did downstairs in the lower bathroom. We also had new vanities put in and flooring. The installation was questionable to begin with. We were gonna change the upstairs bathroom from a tub/shower combination to just a shower, and the installers brought a tub. About halfway through the first day, I asked them if they knew that we were not gonna do a tub in the main bathroom. They looked at me and looked at each other and said that they would have to get back to me. So, they called the boss, and he drove up the shower stuff.

We liked what Bath Planet was able to do. We had a walk-in shower put in with doors. They didn’t seem to have any problem at all. They did it at the end of July. The installers were really good and very nice. They were very professional and didn’t leave any mess. We also had a very good experience with the sales representative, and the details of the product were explained very well.

Bath Planet was at our spring home and garden show at our fairgrounds where they were bringing all these various businesses in similar lines of work and we saw them. The interaction with the guy at the home show was good and he was very helpful. He explained everything and told us about the guarantees and what to expect. We got two new showers and all the tile. There were two guys during the installation and I had a couple of nice conversations with them. One of them had only been doing it for a year but the other guy was kinda in charge and a veteran. It was a good experience. After coming for three days, it was like they were part of the family. The quality of the showers have so far been good.

We bought an acrylic shower from Bath Planet. With Bath Planet, labor and everything are 100% guaranteed for life. My experience with their reps was very good. The installation team was pretty thorough and did a really good job, and they knew exactly what they were doing. They were pretty good. The new shower has improved the look of our bathroom quite a bit. It looks really nice and I'm pretty happy with it. I'd recommend them.

I was really happy with my experience with Bath Planet. The rep that helped me seemed like a nice person. I got a bathtub and the side wall, and they put up like a shelf next to it. The installation process took two days for the most of it. And then to get the shelving in, it took another six weeks because they had to order it. The installation team was wonderful. I really like them and they just did a wonderful job. The best thing about the bathroom is the tub. It’s so nice and big.

Been left after four days of work and then a long holiday weekend to no one showing up today to finish our bathroom walls, which then we still need vanity and toilet install after they get texture sprayed on walls. No answer back in a hour and a half on a phone call placed asking when can we expect work to finish and that we have been left without a toilet for a week now when salesman promised we would be left no longer than 3 days without a toilet? Feeling neglected and will be expecting a job to perfection if I have to wait!???

In April, I purchased a Bath Planet shower and it was installed in June. The shower is so expensive but it looks great. The three guys who came to install it were very professional and made sure that I wasn't bothered. Also, the reps seemed very personable and they knew what they were doing.

We needed more work done than just putting something over the top of the existing bathtub and Bath Planet had a good price and they seemed to do a little more in-depth than the other ones. Their reps were very courteous and it was great working with all of them. We had the bathtub, the wall liner and the floor installed this summer. They also put grab bars in. I like how it looks and we’re very happy with it. It was a very good experience and I’d recommend Bath Planet.

Bath Planet did a whole bath-shower combination installation thing and I went with them for the price. I got to pick the color, the style of the tub and the bars. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and his answers to my questions were very well explained. The installation team was awesome. They were very helpful and were able to answer my questions. They completed the job in the time that they told us they would. Even though they ran into something that wasn’t standard in my bathroom, they were able to fix it and kept the project moving. I like that the tub is brand new, nice, white and clean. It's also very easy to clean.

I was at a women's fair and saw a Bath Planet booth there. I like the fact that they could change the configuration of my bathroom, of the shower area. We had it installed in June and their crew was great. I love them. They put little booties on their shoes or took their shoes off when they came in. They also cleaned up really well after themselves. I went from what I call a rocket ship shower to one that's almost the size of a bathtub. The new bathroom is big and it has a tiny lift to get in and out. Overall, my experience with Bath Planet was fantastic.

We purchased the walk-in shower from Bath Planet. When the sales representative was here, he seemed to know what he was doing but whenever I called him to ask a question, he didn't have a clue as to what was going on. There wasn't much communication between the salesman and the workers. Also, I had dust all over my house after they did the installation. They did the cutting right there in the bathroom instead of in the garage. I offered that they use the plastic sheeting that I already had there but they didn't do it so there was dust everywhere. Although they cleaned up the floors, I had to dust the whole place. They also measured my vanity wrong and in the end, the company bought the vanity and I got a new one. But otherwise, the installers were good. They seemed knowledgeable enough and they were pleasant. We like the walk-in shower and I'm happy with my experience.

I had another company come out and give a bid, and then I had Bath Planet come out. I liked the way the bid was made and everything the rep said. He was very positive and upfront with everything, and he answered all of our questions. We had a whole bathroom gathered and redone, including the whole tub, shower, sink and toilet. The installation was awesome and it could not have gone any smoother at all. They were on time every time, and they explained everything. When I had questions, they would answer them. They asked me questions like, “How high do you want this hung?” It was smooth sailing all the way.

It was a good experience with Bath Planet. What it came down to was they had the product specific to what we wanted. We talked to another one and my husband was leaning that way. But we were not buying the salesperson, we were buying the product. Bath Planet showed us what they had available and we got a walk-in shower. They did a nice job. They’re very knowledgeable and very quick to respond. We did have one little issue though. There was a delay in getting the door. When they received the original door, it was broken or cracked so they had to order the door again but somebody in the office forgot to tell us that there was a delay. We had to call and find out what the problem was. But other than that, they were fine.

The sales rep from Bath Planet was very nice and informative. The installation team was very good too. They did a very neat job. My husband liked the people and the job they did. He's very happy with it. We got a stand-up shower, a tub and all the faucet stuff, and we got to pick what we wanted. My favorite thing is I get more privacy now ‘cause we didn't have a shower in there. It used to be just a tub.

There’s thousands and thousands of remodeling people. My wife went online and after talking and hearing the price, I figured that Bath Planet works. 1st of April the people from Bath Planet came out and my wife thought the guy was good-looking. We talked about details, and they did it professionally and damn quick. We got a step-in shower and the fixtures were great. It worked nice and it was better than what we had.

I want to say that I have enjoyed my enclosed shower stall from Bath Planet. The materials used have held up nicely since being installed in 2017. I do have a problem which I predicted as I watched the installation. But I was assured by the installer that it would not happen. Here's the catch. Bath Planet makes you hire your own plumber to set the base of the shower and do the necessary drain plumbing.

Bath Planet had some nice looking products and my daughter had a real bad experience with Bath Fitter so we decided not to go that way. I’ve been looking to do the bathroom for a while and Bath Planet had some really good ideas and I liked what they presented. They also said they could do another bathroom at the same time. I purchased some kind of flooring for my one bathroom. In the other bathroom, I did the shower unit, the shower door and the shower fixtures. They were able to take up the shower head higher than the 5’5” that it was. They put it up to a height that I needed which is very nice. I had them put in a grab bar too for safety’s sake. I also had them put in the taller shower doors. It was their idea to put in the taller shower doors which really stops the splattering which is really nice. They also did this acrylic surround.

Bath Planet's reps seemed to have a complete knowledge of the whole process and seemed to have the background that I thought was appropriate. I went with them and had an excellent experience with their rep. Their installers took out the bathtub at my daughter's house and put in a shower. Thus far, she has been enjoying it. She likes the whole thing of not stepping over the bathtub. Also, the shower head is an energy-saving shower head so her water bill has gone down.

I saw Bath Planet at the county fair and I hired them for a remodel. Their sales and installation reps were very good. They worked on the wall then they took the tub out and put a walk-in shower in. They finished it about three months ago.

I had Bath Planet take the tub out and put a new shower in from ceiling to floor. The sale rep was awesome and very professional. The installation team was in and out. And they did everything as best as they could. They had a small area to work in and they made it look really nice. Plus, they cleaned up and took stuff away. I have a tiny old house and there’s a window in the middle of the shower. Instead of just having a solid wall across the backside of the shower, they had to go in and frame around the window with the materials and make it look really good and cool. I can open the windows and still look outside. I love the job they did.

We wanted a walk-in shower and Bath Planet's crew did a good job. Everything was nice and clean. If anybody asked me who to go to, I would recommend Bath Planet to do it. If I needed another one done, I would definitely use them again as well. The sales rep did an awesome job too. He answered all of our questions.

I researched three different places and interviewed them. And as far as my needs were concerned, Bath Planet was the one that came in best for me. I found them on Angie’s List and I made my purchase right at the end of January. I got the waterproof system that they have for their wet area and they did all the measurements right there. I did two bathrooms and they both look very good. I’m also glad I got both of the upgrades.

I needed help to remodel one of my bathrooms. Bath Planet was the first to offer so I went with them. The Bath Planet representative was very friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing. Everything the rep said came about and he was able to get me credit in the whole thing. I looked at the catalog they offered and I picked the product that I wanted. Bath Planet ordered the material and had it installed in a couple of days. I bought a tub from them and they re-did the entire tub and the wall surrounding it. The installers did a great job. They finished the majority of the job in one day and they came back the next day and finished it. They cleaned up after themselves too. I'd recommend Bath Planet very strongly.

I bought a shower a couple of months ago from Bath Planet and they did whatever I wanted. I had two pole bars added and the final product is fine. It took two days to install and they did good. I like that the new bathroom works.

I was having another vendor give me an estimate, and someone knocked at my door and handed me a flier that had Bath Planet on it. The sales rep was pleasant. The personality and the seem-to-care attitude were more important to me and I decided to go with them. In the master bedroom, there was only a shower. We had that turned into a bath and shower. In our other restroom, there was a bath and shower, and we went to just a shower. They just finished our second bathroom last week. It took them a total of ten days to finish the installation. The final product is okay and I’m glad we did what we did to each bathroom. The installers were great and they were hard workers. They were very accommodating, personable and seemed to like to work.. They were willing to interact on their own with us, and we interacted with them.

We had some work done on our bathroom and the guy who came over here and fixed recommended Bath Planet. We got a bathroom rebuilt with a new shower using Bath Planet and their representatives were very professional. They helped me select something that made sense and they were right on top with everything. However, the first guy who came out here and who was supposed to be in charge of the project didn’t make the right measurement. Because of that, we couldn’t get the right bath thing out and the stalling caused us too much time. Also, his men were sloppy and they destroyed a part of the flooring.

We wanted the handicap shower and with Bath Planet, I liked the ramp part of going into it. We knew what we were looking for and their rep just told us what they offered. She was good and I like the work that was done in the shower. The quality was good and the installer cleaned up after himself. We're happy with the shower right now. I'd recommend Bath Planet.

The reps at Bath Planet were great. I knew what I was looking for but they were helpful in giving different options. We had the new shower put in a few weeks ago and the installation was excellent. The team did a great job and finished in two days.

I couldn't lift my leg over the tub to get into the shower. I also have a tendency to break my foot and have broken it eight times in two years. It's easier not to have to climb over the tub. A shower works better. I had Bath Planet install my shower and it works just fine. The step up is only four inches while the tub is 12 inches. However, I thought its price was unbelievably high. I should have made the time to go out and get other bids.

We saw Bath Planet at a home product show, and my husband signed up for them to come take a look and give an estimate. The sales rep was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We mostly knew what we wanted but he showed us the materials that he had. We got a bathtub and the surrounding walls in February. Everything turned out good. The installers did it in the time that they said that they would be done and the quality of work was very good. There was one little screw that was missing but as soon as we called and told them about it, they came and repaired it.

I received a call one day from a young lady and told me what they did, and wanted to know if I would be interested. I said I would be interested in having my bathtub converted into a walk-in shower. I wasn’t interested in the walk-in tub. Then Frank came out and called on me and took me through the whole procedure. And after he talked to his boss, then we agreed on a price, and kinda went from there. Frank didn’t leave anything unnoticed and he gave the best deal he possibly could. Everything from him right on through the two young men that put it in was first class all the way.

I found Bath Planet a couple of years ago when I was looking for someone to do a fast, inexpensive full bathroom remodel before selling my home. They did a shower enclosure and doors. They also put in new toilets as well as flooring. Then, we had them come back again to the new house. Their rep, Craig, was amazing. I worked with him on the two projects and he was super responsive. He got back to me very quickly and professionally. There were a few snarls with scheduling the second crew but we got it all worked out. I’m still super happy with the finished product and intend to use them at least once more to finish up the new house. There are still a couple more bathroom touches to be done and once I get my tax return and bonus this year, I’m gonna come back for a third round. I recommend Bath Planet to everyone.

The sales rep did a very good job. I first heard about Bath Planet at a home show, and I got fixated right off of it. I like the design and how they do it, and I purchased a shower from them. We were able to work things out very well, and everything went as planned. The installation went very well too. They were very professional. I’ve shown people pictures of the job, and I told them how good Bath Planet is and how people can get ahold of them.

After looking at the sample and agreeing to have the work done, which looked nice, but after installing I found out the shower was opposite of the sample. After talking to the dealer, they refused to correct it...said I should have asked for new plumbing work. So now I paying for a project, I'm not happy with.

We had Bath Planet replace a fiberglass shower enclosure with their system and I'm really happy with it. Their reps came to my home twice and we discussed what we needed. They gave me an estimate then I told them I would think about it. I asked for some local reviews, which they subsequently provided. Then based on their price and reviews, I decided that I would go with them, so they came back to my house and wrote up a formal proposal. After that, they got the installation done in less than one day.

We had a tub and shower installed through Bath Planet, and we're very satisfied with the work that they have done. We like the looks of the product and the presentation that was put on there, as well as The Good Housekeeping seal. We were able to pick out everything that we wanted and also had the grab bars. Their reps answered all of our questions really well, too. The installation was a whole day thing and we were also very pleased with the experience.

I met a representative from Bath Planet at a home show in Pontiac, Michigan 8 days ago and scheduled an appointment for today. No one showed up. When I called to find out what was going on, the rep told me that they couldn't confirm the appointment with me and left me a voicemail informing me that the appointment was cancelled. I received no such voicemail. I cleared my schedule, returned home and waited for almost an hour. That's when I called Bath Planet to ask if anyone was coming and found out that they had cancelled the appointment. They could have texted me the cancellation notice. Beware of these folks.

We've seen Bath Planet at a home and garden show, and started a project with them last fall. I had a shower done through them. They had a little difficulty during the installation because my house is built on concrete, but other than that, it was fine. It took them a couple of hours but that wasn't very long at all. It was a great experience overall and everything works well.

We had Bath Planet do our bathroom shower just before Christmas and they did a really good job. Our overall experience with them was positive. We looked them up online, they showed us the product, we liked it, and we got it. The representatives we dealt with were very respectful, nice and they made sure that everything was covered. The installation was then done in a day and we were completely satisfied with the work that was done.

I would recommend getting an in-town contractor, I've had real difficulties getting this contractor to come do their final inspection. I have some issues (curtain rod is set too high and water gets all over floor and I can't get the shower head to work correctly) and I planned to discuss these problems during the final inspection. I've called at least 7 times and no one ever gets back with me. The gentlemen that came and installed the unit got here late (they got lost) and didn't finish until 10 pm. Then I was too tired to really try things out. The gentlemen were professional and polite, but a guarantee isn't very useful if I can't get any response.

We were at a home and garden show at the fairgrounds in Salem and just stumbled across Bath Planet. My wife liked the way the shower was designed. It was what we were looking for without per se, looking for something. We’ve been talking about remodeling but nothing definite. The salesperson who was there was very friendly, cordial, wasn’t pushy and answered questions. It was a good experience on that initial meeting and it was very professional. We told the guy who did the in-home initial that we didn’t wanna waste a lot of time and to tell us the nuts and bolts. He was very good that way. He gave us the information and everything he told us happened, which was another big plus.

Our grandparents had their bathtub taken out and a shower put in so nobody had to lift their leg together into the bathtub to take a shower, and they loved it. They gave us the Bath Planet business card and we used them when we signed the contract to have this bath done. It took a little longer to get it installed to the time we put our deposit down. We thought we'd have it in before Thanksgiving and it wasn’t until December 10th that we got it in. It's a vast improvement and a larger footprint than the standup shower area is. Since there are still just two doors, the door openings are wider than our old one. And by using the PEX piping and the valving they hooked up, it probably cut the time in half from when we turn the shower on until we have hot water because of the larger volumes of flow.

I looked at people that did bathtub to shower conversion and the people from Bath Planet were the only ones who could come out and give me a quote in the time that I needed it done. Their reps were great. I made the purchase November of last year and they did a custom walk-in shower for me. I live in a tiny house and the bathtub is six feet long. The space was separated in two so that I could have a stand-up washer dryer in one half of the space and then shower on the other half. The project took two days. The people from Bath Planet put the shower in and left the place clean. The place is great. They left it in better shape than when they walked in. The shower is beautiful and very solid. I’m very happy with my experience with Bath Planet.

Been reaching out to Bath Planet to fix the DOOR LATCH as it does not STAY SHUT & already had 3 FLOODS in my bathroom & they always tell me we are the ONLY ones who has this problem, but after doing research, I find other customers had the same problem! So I reached out to them to fix the problem & they always give me "You are the only ones with this problem". Excuse, I'm getting tired of calling & emailing them to fix this problem, I'm ready to ask them to take this walk-in tub & get my money back! Hopefully they will fix this problem so I can NOT worry of ANY FLOODING as it's already destroyed my rugs & baseboards! Now we are afraid of using the walk-in tub! So it seems that we have wasted $14,900 for nothing!!!

My shower looks worse than a cheap motel room. The shower pan is butchered and does not even touch the ground, one wall is nice and solid, the other is soft. They cut through my closet to fix a water leak, never painted it. The trim looks like crap as they didn't even use the neat end of it. There is even trim on the outside of the glass filled with caulking. There is a middle piece that doesn't even touch both sides and is filled with caulking, so much for seamless anything. Ever hear of false advertisement? The outside nice rounded edges were butchered and then had to put a straight piece to cover up the damage caused by the installer, Jacob and his girlfriend, which doesn't even sit nice on the pan, it hangs over the shower pan, the top of one side has a huge gap that it was filled in with caulking and looks like crap. the glass on the end side is defective.

Updated on 03/04/2019: So the Bath Planet folks are here re-installing the doors which were put on backwards. Hopefully all will be well. Product was supposed to be completed before Christmas, it's March. Make your own decisions.

Bath Planet would guarantee everything for the life of my house. Also, I'm asthmatic and they said their products can be cleaned using vinegar water or Dawn Dish Soap instead of a chemical cleaner. So, I decided to hire them to put in a new shower install for me. There was a shower shell in there and they removed that. Then they removed all the drywall and put everything new in there. They were very good and personable people. Now I don’t have to use chemicals in my house. During the installation, we had a issue with another piece of drywall that was put up there that their first installation guy didn’t know about. But when I called the salesman, he got it all taken care of. The installers had to come back and redo some of my stucco on my shower ceiling, but they did a awesome job. Plus, the area was clean when they were finished.

We decided on the product that would accommodate our needs in our mobile home. They measure twice before placing the order. Very professional, they cleaned up as they went along. When they returned we needed an extra handicap hand bar. They didn't hesitate to accommodate us. I would highly recommend Bath Planet to all my friends.

We needed to redo the shower and when the friendly Bath Planet rep came to show us the product, we liked it. I also liked that they do all their work and that they would guarantee it. I was told that the installers were good and they were able to complete the installation in two days. However, they didn’t inform my girlfriend that there was going to be a lot of dust. She could’ve put a towel under the door or got everything out of the bathroom and off the counters. It would have been a lot easier to clean. Also, the caulk on one of the shelves looks like it’s cracked.

I liked what I had read and seen of Bath Planet. They were reasonable then it was very good dealing with them too. They called and communicated, and everything they said, they did. The individuals who came out, especially the one who actually did the installation, made the difference. In fact, I'm gonna have another bathroom done up and because of the work he did, I probably won’t even get an estimate. I would just go ahead and pick Bath Planet. The guy was great. He was honest and very professional. From what I’ve seen and from talking to him, he did a really good job. I was really impressed. In terms of his work, you can't ask for any better. Three of my neighbors have already come over and I showed them the work that was done.

The Bath Planet sales representative that I talked to was very friendly and amazing. It was a very fun experience. I was able to pick out the type of fixtures that I wanted. I wanted more of a nickel-plated and then I also wanted four shelves. The installation team were kind and courteous. They interacted and joked around with my husband. They were quick and clean. They took the old tub and tile out, and put in the new tub, surround and fixtures. The remodel has excellent quality.

We had a tub to shower conversion. It was something that we wanted to do, and within the confines of our budget, Bath Planet was the best way we could find to go. I like the single panel concept. Didn't really do the grout thing anymore, so in that regard, I like the product. I got a sufficient amount of time with their reps, and I've got my questions answered as I asked them, so it was a satisfactory experience. The installation team was a good crew as well. They worked pretty efficiently, pretty clean and provided a lot of information as they were going along. As I stood over them, they answered my questions too.

We had our shower replaced by Bath Planet. Someone that lived in my building had recommended them. I had a pleasant experience with their reps. They were not too pushy, not too aggressive, but always a little bit more persistent than I was, so it kept the process moving. The installation team was good as well. They were very transparent and very realistic with timeframes and giving me updates. Bath Planet did a good job. It was timely and they did exactly what they told me they were gonna do.

My parents have trouble standing and I initiated a bathroom remodeling for them with Bath Planet. I looked at reviews and they were good. Their salesman was perfect. He was listening to what we needed. My parents have all these kinds of bars in their house because they are in their 80s and he knew what to do. Bath Planet made a nice bathroom for my parents and they did everything right. My parents loved it and my dad said it was well worth it. Bath Planet made me happy and I would recommend it.

We’re satisfied with our bath remodel with Bath Planet. We like the idea of the different patterns that we used in the shower. The sales representative was very helpful and he went over everything with us very nicely. I stayed in complete contact with him up until the unit was put in. We took our tub out and we put a shower in and shower doors. The plumber that came in did an excellent job. And the people that put in the actual shower walls and the shower door were excellent. I’m very satisfied with the final product. I would recommend Bath Planet.

I like Bath Planet and their price, and the sales representative I worked with was good. The installation team was great and the installation of my walk-in shower took a couple days as they told me. I like the final product, and the part where I walk in is my favorite feature.

I got a shower with a trough and a bathtub from Bath Planet. They sent a special personnel to measure and go to specifics as far as colors and what we wanted. The installation team then came on time, did great work and also left on time. They were very polite and they protected the environment. I did two bathrooms, so the remodel took me three days, and the final product looks good. I also like the material that they use. It's easy to maintain. It was a good experience all in all.

Bath Planet's rep was very knowledgeable and convinced us. We were shown a bunch of samples and we picked from the samples. The installers were very good. They arrived early and did a great job start to finish. They got here 8:00 and left at 4:30. I'm very satisfied with the experience. We had a shower installed with the backing and the shower doors. It was a complete shower installation. We also had two soap dishes put in for the shampoo and soap. The quality of the materials are excellent and I like them. I like the way the tiles are. They are nice and gonna be easy to clean.

VERY UNSATISFIED. They started work on 11-12-18 and now it the middle of January 2019 and they have nothing but excuses why they cannot finish our shower or fix the damage they caused putting in our shower. Yesterday was the last straw for us. Again the boss' son Josh shows up unprepared and moody. We asked was he still planning on addressing the ceiling that they damaged and we were told it wasn't his job. WELL WHOSE JOB IS IT JOSH? We hired your company, didn't we? And then he says that the damage was all pre-existing!!! Wow. I cannot believe the attitude and runaround we are getting from the company.

We bought a walk-in shower from Bath Planet and it was put up in a day and a half. It was a run-of-the-mill product. We didn't put anything extra in there. The sales rep I worked with was a nice guy and the installers were not only nice, they were good looking as well. We have no problems with the final product at all.

Take lots of pictures and double check your quoted contract. Material and workmanship was not as quoted. Since July 2018 they have refused to repair damaged molding and mistakes made by the installers. Have sent pictures to CEO with no response. Sent pictures and talked to sale representative of Reliant Capital with no response. Now sending pictures and letter to Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Breach of contract.

Very satisfied with the overall outcome of the transition from a bathtub to a walk-in shower. Because of family members disabilities, it was very difficult for them to get in and out of the original bathtub safely. The initial visit by the sales representative was very understanding of our needs. He was very knowledgeable regarding the available products that would be involved and the product specifications. He took the initial measurements and product requirements. Several days later the project supervisor returned to double check measurements and to confirm the materials we wanted. Because there were certain requirements the main shower pan had to be ordered. BathPlanet was very good about keeping us updated on the order status. Once the items arrived they worked around our schedule to install the new shower. Again we could not be happier with the final results.

Updated on 01/02/2019: This is regarding the Bath to Shower conversion calamity. After numerous tries to get this resolved and just getting the brushed under the rug response from you since September 20, 2018. Unless we receive the full refund of $7,500.00 within 14 working days, since the work performed is not acceptable nor was it done correctly, and we do not trust you to do any future work (you broke the contract), we will be forced to contact various news media and seek legal assistance.

I was familiar with some of Bath Planet's work through relatives. After getting estimates, they were the most practical remodeling company and I had them make my bathroom. It was a good old bathroom so they put in a walk-in shower, a Toto toilet, Kohler plumbing features and the vanity. The installation crew did a very good job. I couldn’t ask for better people to install. I downsized my window and this guy named Mike was out there. I had some old siding up and he fitted it in there and it was fabulous. They gutted it out on Monday and by Saturday, we could take a shower. We had to wait for a little closet type thing but it was nothing inconvenient. I was very happy with my experience with Bath Planet.

My experience with Bath Planet was excellent. I was treated extremely well all the way around. I started the purchase in June and they remodeled my entire bathroom by the end of September. I replaced the toilet, had the tub taken out, the tile taken off and I had them put in a new walk-in shower, toilet, flooring, countertop, sink and faucet. They painted the whole room and fixed the electrical outlet for me. The people I worked with were excellent. They were very kind, considerate, thoughtful, patient, extremely polite and not pushy. They explained everything and they took an awful lot of measurements in my bathroom. They sat down and they explained everything to me. When I told them something, they all stopped and listened to what I was saying. I couldn’t ask for a better company to have my bathroom remodeled. I'm extremely happy with everybody that worked in my home and worked with me with this project.

The installation team was awesome.

My wife decided to get a walk-in shower from Bath Planet but it was too much for too little. The price was high, but it was my wife’s bath and she wanted it done, so we did it her way. The installation was simple. They tore out the old tub and they installed these pre-shaped panels. The installers were nice and professional. They were in and they were gone. The job turned out well, but the tub's material was below par. It’s engineered material, which I don’t like too much. Bath Planet is a good company to go with though.

I purchased one of Bath Planet's larger corner units last June. It is surround floor to ceiling with a 6-foot base. The sales representative I had was awesome and very informative about the product. There were a couple of companies that I bid on, but I liked the rep's personability so I chose him. And although Bath Planet's price was a little higher, I went with them because they were a lot easier to deal with than everybody else. The installation team was great, as well. They were Johnny-on-the-spot and they kept everything clean. It was a good experience.

We needed a shower remodel and the other companies were pretty much were talking about bath. So, we went with Bath Planet. They fixed the shower, and did the shelving and grab bar. Their salesman was great, professional, easy to deal with, and he knew what we wanted. We also had a good experience with the guy that installed the products. He was fast and professional. He cleaned up after himself, too. Bath Planet all around did what we wanted and they did a nice job. We're very satisfied and happy with the outcome. But now, some caulking is coming loose inside the shower, so we need to call Bath Planet and have that fixed again.

We had a bad experience with Bath Fitter. I don’t like their materials over Bath Planet's and although what they did for us was fine, they completely messed over my daughter’s house and really gave them a bad time. So I wouldn’t exactly give another job. I needed a second shower done and when we saw Bath Planet, we decided to try them. And we were very happy with what happened. The saleslady was very pleasant. When she started bringing all her stuff out, I was totally amazed. She brought one thing out but then she said that wasn't all and that she would have more on the next schedule that she is out. On the next schedule, she brought so many. With Bath Fitter, I really didn’t have as many different products.

Bath Planet do walk-in tubs and their rep is very helpful. I purchased the SanSpa walk-in tub with all the features last May and the installation went well. The installers were able to answer all of my questions and were friendly. It was done in two days and they cleaned up after themselves. I’m very satisfied with my tub.

I had a tub shower but I didn't use it anymore because I had my knees and both hips replaced. Getting in and out of the tub was no longer an option so I needed a shower. Bath Planet had a good deal and their rep was very nice. The installer was very professional and it did not take him very long. When I went in and looked a couple of times, he explained what he was doing. The quality of the work is very good. I am satisfied with the shower and their people but I do not like the shower head. I have been complaining about it for the last six months and finally, they sent me a new one but it's worse than the one I had. I am not happy with how long it is taking me to get the shower head issue resolved. I spent $7000 on a shower and I have to go out and spend another 50 for a shower head. I’m tired of dealing with Bath Planet.

Bath Planet had a display down here at one of the stores. They were available, so I bought from them. I got a walk-in tub and my experience went very well. They were very kind and courteous, and they got it installed fast. Everything was done correctly and I would recommend them.

I saw the exhibit that Bath Planet had on display at Ace Hardware in Cheney and I got the information from them. I liked the salesman that came out. He was very good and very knowledgeable. I had Bath Planet put the shower in. They were done here one day and looking at the materials, I don’t see how it should cost $6,500. I don't see the value in a one-day project like that and with the materials that they used. I thought it was really expensive, and I would never do it again. Still, I was pleased with Bath Planet. The installation team was a one-man person, and his workmanship was very good, and he seemed very knowledgeable and very experienced. And like the salesman, the installer was very competent and very efficient as well.

Bath Planet had a solid tub instead of tile. It was a drop-in-one-piece and I liked that. So, I got the regular tub with the side from them and the rep who helped me was great. He answered all my questions. The installation also went really well and the quality of the work was excellent. So far, everything has been really good. I also had some people asking about the tub and I told them where I got it. With Bath Planet, you really get quality for your money.

I had the walls around the bathtub redone by Bath Planet and then they put in a new bathtub. Their rep was very nice and informative about the product. The installer was a very nice guy, too. It took him about two days to finish the job because it took him quite a bit to put the trim around the two corner windows where the bathtub is. He said he’d never done one like that before because the windows are so close together, but he figured it out and got it done. They look really nice and I really enjoy it.

Bath Planet sold me a walk-in tub and I like the fact that the door on their bathtub opened out and not in. The reps were all very nice. They told me what to expect, and that’s what happened. The installers took my old tub out, put new the tub in and left everything clean and the way it should be. They were very nice and did the job all in one day. Bath Planet was a good place and I had a good experience. I’m happy with my new tub.

I've been wanting a new bathtub. I did research and the choice was between Bath Planet and Bath Fitter. In speaking with Bath Planet, they advised me that they don’t just cover my tub and that they do a full replacement too. Since my house is old, they’re gonna look at the piping. They did a full check of everything. I would rather spend the money on doing that than just covering up if there’s any water damage so I ended up going with them.

When we wanted to put a new bath, we did some research online and found three companies. I had two quotes from two different companies, but Bath Planet had everything in one piece. Their approach was different and I like their technology better. The sales rep came to our house and everything was perfect. He was very good. I had a new bathtub and a new enclosure put in and the installer was very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He was perfect. I’m glad I got the installation done and I was very satisfied. Bath Planet did a good job and they were very professional. I would recommend them.

We did one bathroom in June of 2018 and we were so happy with Bath Planet that we had them come back a couple of months later and do a second bathroom. We wanted a complete and new install and the sales rep was great. He came out, spent the time with us, and explained and showed us all our options. It was an easy process for us, and we appreciated that. The installers were awesome too. The first day of the first bathroom, Bath Planet sent out one guy and he figured it was gonna be a two-man job and they had a second guy there quickly after that. They removed the tub, put in a walk-in shower and covered the wall. In the second bathroom, they replaced our small bathtub with a bigger bathtub and did the surround. They did an excellent job from start to finish and it was spotless.

I enjoyed the consultation person who came out to consult with us and give us ideas on our bathroom. She was personable and down to earth, and I liked Bath Planet's service! They took out a deep garden tub and put in an extra-large walk-in shower. The installation went well. I thought the installer was gonna have problems, but he came in, took out the old tub and disposed of all that stuff. Then, he replumbed, rebuilt and reinforced and we are very pleased with the work. I even offered to clean up and he insisted on doing it himself. It was awesome. I recommend Bath Planet every chance I get. If you have a bathroom remodeling, you need to get a hold of these people first.

We like Bath Planet and chose them for remodeling our bathroom, the tub surround, and the tub. Their reps were very kind and explained everything very well. The installation experience was the best of all. Their installers did a very good job. They came back the second day and had a little bit more work than they’ve had. We're very satisfied with Bath Planet and if a friend would ask me about them, I'd tell them to go for it.

I didn’t wanna just put new over old and Bath Planet could completely tear out the old bath and put the new in. The sales rep was very helpful. She explained what they would do and how long it would take. She has been doing it for quite a few years and seemed to be very knowledgeable for the most part. We got a whole new tub, shower and walls, and we were able to customize where to put the shelves and what grab bars to use. One guy did the installation and it took him two days. He did okay and cleaned up everything. Bath Planet was very professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. It was a little expensive, but the quality of their work was very good.

I liked the styles offered by Bath Planet as well as what they could do. So, I had them remove an existing tub and put in a shower for me. The installation thereafter was pretty fast. Everything happened in a day. We are very satisfied with Bath Planet. It was a great experience overall.

We had an old-fashioned cast iron tub. We also had a shower, but it was getting difficult to lift our legs over the tub to get into the shower. So, we looked around and called different places and decided on Bath Planet. We also checked with the Better Business Bureau. We called Bath Planet and they set up an appointment to come. Their rep came and he had a brochure which he showed us. He talked about it and measured the bathroom several times ‘cause it’s really small. It took a while for him to get it, but it wasn’t excessive. He got it all ready and it was in the time limit he told us. The installation process took two days. The people from Bath Planet took out the tub and put in a brand-new shower with handicap bars and they made it really nice. The quality of the work done was nice as well. The finished product was hard to get used to because before, I had the tub to lean on. Now, I don’t have that anymore but things have worked out.

The Bath Planet rep took the time to talk to me and answer my questions and there was nothing she didn't answer. She even offered things I didn't know I should be asking. She was awesome and even after the sales call, I called her a couple more times, and she was very receptive. Plus, the installer who came was very cordial, professional, and clean. He was very good and it's sad that after my installation, something occurred and he had to go into another line of work. He removed our tub and put in a shower, some corner shelving and some handicap bars. So far, I'm very satisfied.

I didn’t believe that anybody could take the old bathtub out and put a new one in one day, but Bath Planet's ad seemed straightforward and that was part of it. They said that they had a good housekeeping seal and they talked about the warranty, the quality of work and everything. We called them to have the guys come out and Jake was really great, Jake did a fantastic job of getting all the information from us. And then Curtis, the installer, who came down from Spokane, got here at 8:00 am. He tore into the bathtub, and he was done with everything by 7:00 PM. He was really polite and courteous. I watched the workmanship as he did it and the spring that they put into the shower. He did a great job and the people we dealt with were really wonderful.

Bath Planet had a good salesman who was very informative about their time schedule. Also, they offered a good product for a good price. I had them take out a tub and put in a shower enclosure for me. Their installers were in and out in one day and cleaned up very well. I'm very satisfied with the finished product.

The Bath Planet reps were very good and very thorough. I was very pleased with their presentation. We purchased the pan and shower stall, and Bath Planet did a beautiful job. We couldn't be any happier. We are very pleased with the work and the product. It is easier to step in of a shower stall than it is over the tub to get a shower. I had an installer here that really knew what he was doing. He took accurate measurements. He had his own gauges and storey poles and all the tools he needed set up right outside our door. When he was done, he picked everything up and cleaned up everything. He did an excellent job and we couldn't be any more pleased. I'd recommend Bath Planet highly.

Bath Planet's salesman showed up on time, made arrangements for us and took the time to listen to what we wanted. He was very easy to work with. We couldn’t afford granite and really liked the samples that we had of photographs of river rock. We knew it was acrylic but it looked really nice. The installer was a nice and fabulous guy. He told me what he was gonna do and I hung out. He was a really hard worker and got things done in two days just like he said he would. He had to chop up the huge bathtub with the jets and got that all out by himself. And then, he cleaned up after himself really nicely, which we appreciated ‘cause deconstruction is a mess. He also was really careful to explain to us what not to touch ‘cause they had to dry and how to clean it.

I did some research and found out that Bath Planet is a little more local. I had used one of the other companies before and I wasn’t happy with that. And so, I called and talked to the people at Bath Planet on the phone at length, and they were wonderful. They proved to be exactly what I thought they were gonna be. The salesman and my husband got along way too well, so he probably spent way more time than he wanted to. He was very helpful, knew the product and had some good suggestions. Even if they went against what I wanted, he was right. He was perfect. The people from Bath Planet tore out our tiles and shower completely, down to the two-by-fours. They put in the ceiling, the walls, the pan and all new plumbing, and then shelving was an added feature.

I needed to have work done in my bathroom. I looked up Bath Planet on the internet and I went with them because of their availability. Also, they could finish the job in one session. I had a basic white surround done with a new shower and I had the plumbing redone because of the new shower fixtures. They completed the installation in less than a day and it was a good experience. The new bathroom remodel was too expensive but is very nice and I love it.

We went to a home show and we were trying to choose which remodeler we wanted, which was Bath Planet. They had the best quality or the best prices of the others. We told the sales rep what we wanted and what we needed. She was here before the date. I had to call her the next day because medical issues came up and she worked with us that way too. Then, the installer came. He took out the old tub, put the new shower system in, and cleaned up. He did the job in the garage and then he carried things to the bathroom. He was polite and he just did his job. He did a fine job too. He didn't track in the house or anything. He laid stuff down on the floor to walk on. It's beautiful.

Bath Planet took out my bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. For three months, they did the whole bath redo, not like Bath Fitter where they just put down stuff over the existing. I like the finished product from Bath Planet. It’s wonderful and it's an open shower with a shelf for the shampoo. The rep that I worked with was very nice, and he came in then showed me a mirage of things, suggesting what would be good. Bath Planet has really nice stuff. I went with the rep's suggestions, and they were great. A fantastic guy named Matt then did the installation and came back a couple of times. They cut one of the things small, but they were back the next day to fix it. They’ve been really open and very communicative. And so, everything is great.

My wife was coming home from the nursing home and she is wheelchair-bound. I had to put in a shower for her and it should be wheelchair accessible. I went over to Bath Planet, talked to the salesman, and he had me sold right off. The installers took out the bathtub and they put in a shower where the bathtub was, and it's really nice. I really like it. It has one of the heads that you can take off. They also put in two handles. One handle to get in the shower, and then the other one is where your shower chair is, where you can hang on to the handle on the wall. It works really good. It's a really nice shower now. However, I never get the bill on time. But that's okay. We work around it.

I love my shower from Bath Planet! They did an entire shower remodel where the installer took out the old one and put in a new one. I had a skinny one, and I didn't have enough room in there. And I got lots of room now. The installer was very congenial. He did an awful lot of running in and out of the house. So, he could use a helper but he was very nice to visit with. The only thing is if somebody asks for something different, Bath Planet should be able to take care of that. I wanted a little square niche in the wall of my shower, and all I could get was a little shelf. Still, the quality of the work that was done was very good. I'm very pleased with it. If you can afford it, get it.

I ran into Bath Planet at the Northern Idaho Fair. I compared their products to others and the other models didn't look very good. Bath Planet seemed to have a better product. The sales representative was nice and he seemed knowledgeable. He said they would be filling a contract including a drop-dead date. They did not print the contract in front of me and they emailed it later. It just said rush request. We had a drop-dead date of August 5th and they didn't put it in until the 11th. But they did their best to get us hooked to that as they could and other than that, it was perfect.

I liked to be able to look at my remodeling project rather than just see it on a pamphlet or on TV. I liked the looks of remodeling through Bath Planet so I went with them. In one bathroom, I had them put in a new shower stall, new doors and a new glass front. I also had them install a railing as well as corner things to hold soap dishes there. In the other bathroom, I had them put in a new tub, a shower, walls, glass doors and slider doors.

I needed a bathroom one time and I saw that Bath Planet was more of a bath specialist than anything else. I went with them for my remodel and worked with their sales rep, Bob. He answered all my questions and got everything set up. Thereafter, the installation went well. We had an old tub taken out and a new shower put in plus handrails for me cause I’m getting old. Also, since we had another bathroom, we had a different shower door installed there. However, they did not order the second door and when they had to bring that door out later, it opened the wrong way. So, they had to take it back and get another order. Nevertheless, I knew these things happen, so there was no problem. Overall, I'm satisfied with Bath Planet's quality of work.

I wish I could find the top quality of contractor I received from Bath Planet in all our home projects. From beginning to end our remodel was done professionally. The product (bathtub/shower, toilet and vanity) is first-rate. Very pleased with our new bathroom.

I'm disabled and I couldn't get in the tub. I liked the Bath Planet guy and the walk-in shower he showed me when he came out. Its installation went well but the linoleum outside the new shower buckled and there's a lump there. Also, I wish I would have known that Bath Planet has a walk-in bath with the shower in it. But I love the shower and I would recommend Bath Planet.

We got quotes from several different companies and we liked the product of Bath Planet. It’s a good product, and other people should look at it as an option. Bath Planet put a new surround in our basement bath and we had two shelvings. The sales representative's knowledge was adequate and the installation team was very professional and did a good job. I requested to make sure I knew what the condition behind the wall was, and the installer made sure that I could see that. It was also clean after the project was finished.

We looked at the displays at a home and garden show and I liked Bath Planet the best. We purchased the flushed one that came in with a laser-type outfit, and the rep was very good. He laid it out, measured, showed us the different coding that they did and how they did it. The installers came in and tore out the old one. It took two days ‘cause it got set up one day and then a tech came back and finished it off. They were very polite and clean. The product works nice and I'm happy with it.

We were shopping around for a walk-in tub and somebody recommended Bath Planet. They were right down the street from us and we liked the looks of their product. We purchased a SanSpa walk-in tub and we like it. My interaction with the sales rep had gone fairly well too, although I didn’t get a call back a couple times on concerns we had. Still, I was very comfortable working with them. I was even impressed with the installation. It went very well.

We bought a house and the bathroom was horrible. We knew the first thing we had to do after moving in was fix it. They had done some do-it-yourself renovation for a handicapped relative. It had raw cement on the bottom and it was just awful. It was a mildew pit. So Bath Planet came out. The interaction with the rep was great. He was professional and on time. He made good recommendations for an unusual kind of difficult setup. And when we asked him for his candid opinion, he wasn't afraid to recommend it. We don't live near town and he didn't mind driving out to our place. We also had no problem with scheduling the delivery. The workers were super clean and professional as well.

Bath Planet seemed to be fairly thorough. We had them replace our old shower, and the overall quality of our new shower is what we expected.

Bath Planet's rep was upfront, honest and frank. At the time, I had walk-in bathtubs. The guys who came had to remove the tub upstairs piece by piece where downstairs, they removed the whole thing in one shot. I'm just amazed on how they removed those hot tubs. The entire project was completed a lot sooner than I thought it would be. I thought they'd have to remove upstairs first or downstairs first. But they came with enough people that they removed both on the same day. Except in downstairs, they were able to remove the existing system in one piece, and upstairs, they had to take it apart and bring it downstairs to remove everything. And they removed both on my property, so the work was completed as was specified. They then installed the shower. I had a seat that they built and things they had to set up. I couldn't use it right away and I had to wait until it's set up, but they're both usable now.

I had Bath Planet remove a bathtub and install a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors March last year, then this May, they replaced the bathtub in my other bathroom with one of those Jetta bathtubs. Both projects took them two days to finish and I was very pleased with the outcome. Also, the people from this company were very nice and great to work with. The salesperson was not pushy and he gave me several choices to choose from. The workers were very accommodating too. They also cleaned up at the end of the day before they came back the next day, so all was good.

I needed a total shower remodel and my husband looked for a recommendation online and found Bath Planet. Their rep was a very nice person and he knew everything that we asked. However, he gave advice on the care of the shower afterwards that was not accurate. He told me to put Rain-X on it but when the people came in to install the shower, they said that it would void the warranty. So, I squeegee the shower down every time it's used and then once a week, I wash it down with Dawn dishwashing liquid as recommended in the instruction. There are no chemicals of any kind.

I called EZ Baths and told them what I had. They came over and gave me an estimate, and I told them to do it. They installed a Bath Planet handicapped-accessible walk-in shower, and the quality of work was excellent. Everybody was professional. I love my walk-in shower, and I would recommend it to anybody.

I drove by Bath Planet’s location every day. I went into their office and I talked to them. They explained everything to me in a nice way. I was able to look at some displays they had there and I liked all the displays. I used to have a bathtub in my bedroom. I already had that taken out and I purchased a new shower from them with all the accessories that went with it. They knew where it was going to be pumping out on which was close to my commode in the bathroom. So, I didn't want to have to worry about tripping over that. I had the door, to exit out of, changed to where I exit out of the other end of the bathtub. The sales rep was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. One installer came out and he knew what he was doing. He acted like he had a lot of experience and he did very well. The bathroom remodel was very high-quality and I had no problems at all.

I have the Neighborhood app on my tablet and there was a recommendation for Bath Planet on it. I also read about them specializing in handicap. The people we worked with were amazing. From the time that we went to the business itself, the salesperson was awesome and very sensitive to my husband's needs. He sat my husband down in a chair and talked to us about everything. We also looked at displays. Although he had an appointment with someone that day, he set the appointment back just to come to our home as soon as we left there because he saw that we needed the walk-in shower to be put in as soon as possible. He was with us 100% plus.

I Googled bathroom renovations on my computer and Bath Planet, Bath Fitter and a few others came up. The particular one that does Bath Planet here locally in the Vancouver, Washington area is Collins Renovations. They are affiliated with Bath Planet and they are the ones that does it locally. They were fairly highly rated as far as satisfaction and had good reviews. I made my purchase a couple of months and it was completed on September 12. I had them remove an antiquated garden tub that was in the house and renovate that area into a walk-in shower for myself and my wife.

Last April, I had Bath Planet put in the bathtub. They put in the backing, replaced some hardware and then out up a fan. The sales rep was very professional and I knew him personally, so he answered all my questions and did exactly what I wanted. The installers did a good job and they were on time. They cleaned up all their mess and they completed it the same day. In the future, I'll use Bath Planet again if there is a need.

My husband went to one of the home shows and we got some information there about Bath Planet. We had them come out and measure and they gave us some estimate and what we could do. I really liked the bathroom of the house we bought, but we took out the beautiful bathtub because it was hard for me to get in and out of that tub. It was one of those high bathtubs that you can sit and soak in. But then, we decided to put in a walk-in shower. Bath Planet moved the plumbing and they did everything that they needed to do. We did the doors and the plumbing, and it was a brand new bathroom. Bath Planet was great.

My wife had a stroke recently and I needed a walk-in shower for her. I purchased one from Bath Planet and the experience with their sales rep was excellent. He did not put pressure on me and he was very helpful in deciding what we needed and how to design it. The installation was absolutely exceptional. I have never dealt with a contractor that was more pleasant to work with. The workers were excellent craftsmen and they were very polite, neat and first class. The walk-in shower is very helpful and she’s enjoying it.

I was scanning the internet for a walk-in tub and I was looking for something in my area, and there was't any place that was available. The closest one was EZ Baths in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, so I called them. Then I did a little research through the Better Business Bureau and they had super good ratings. When they came, they had several different options with the Bath Planet tub, so I was able to choose what I wanted. The day that the techs came, there was a violent thunderstorm. I had a covered porch and they sat there, and the work never ceased. They continued working and as they promised, they completed the job within one day. They were all super nice. When they left, they washed everything off, cleaned it and asked if there was anything else that I would like to have done.

Bath Planet's material seems durable and it could be customized. And although there were some limitations, they were able to accommodate the large size. However, we had some hooks on the wall and those got thrown out in the installation. So now, we're out of hooks. This is kind of on us too but we didn't think they would do that. They were gonna try and find them but then they didn't. Then they were supposed to give us a check for the hooks about a month ago but that hasn't happened either. Otherwise, the installation went fine and I'd recommend Bath Planet.

I called Bath Planet and their guy came out and talked to me all about their system. I ended up having a total remodel through them. I had a handicap shower put in, all new floor covering, and a countertop covering. They also installed a high-rise toilet and a new sink for me. However, I didn’t get the floor covering that I wanted. I wanted a vinyl floor covering that was light in color and that was what I picked out when the salesman was here. I didn’t get a lot of things that I bought. They were supposed to install a shower bench, but I didn’t get that and I didn’t get any refund for it. I’m not unhappy with the situation, but their tactics were a little off-center.

Bath Planet did a good job. The first people I called had a lot of advertising. They were really pushy and I did not like them. So, I started doing research and Bath Planet's name came up. When I called, they were more professional, they didn't irritate the hell out of me, and I was pleased with what they did. My husband loved it, too. The installers took a regular bathtub, and they made it into a walk-in shower. My husband had a leg removed and we need to make sure that he could get in. There was no way he was gonna be able to hop all over a regular-sized tub. The installers cleaned up their stuff, but what they used spattered and sprayed. So, some of that could've been wiped down a little better. Other than that, they did the floors and did a good job. I had 10 minutes of something to do after they left, and that ain't half bad.

My wife and I had a very poor experience with this company, especially related to customer service and communication. We contracted with them at the beginning of June for a project that was to start on July 23rd. New shower and tub and new vanity. When July 23rd came, no one showed up at the house. There had been zero communication after a measurement appointment in June. I called to inquire when the project would start. The first time I called, I was told someone would call me back in five minutes. No one called me back that day. The next time I called, I was told that my materials were not in and that they would call me back when they were ready to schedule. No time frame given on how long this would take. I called again to inquire into the time frame, and was again told someone would call me back; again, this never happened.

I would recommend Bath Planet. They replaced a bathtub with a walk-in shower for us, and they did a good job. I went with them after I had them come over and heard their spiel. Although we had one issue, it wasn't really their fault and they handled it well. The wrong product came and they had to reorder it. So getting it installed took a little longer than we had planned. But they were really good about taking care of that for us. The installation team was very good too. They did the job in one day and we're satisfied with the quality of their work.

Bath Planet's sales rep was very explanatory and told me just what I needed to know. She knew what she was talking about. The installer was excellent and he worked with me. I wanted an outfit that would go down to the studs. I didn't want to have them come in and do some cosmetic cover-ups. Bath Planet installed a shower in my home and they took out the old.

We had Bath Planet tear out our old shower and install a new one. They have a good organization and we had a great experience with their representatives. The lady who came out was really good and the young fellow who did the installation was great as well. Our old plumbing was taken out and a totally new one was put in. The shower is really great and we really like it. It's spacious. There are no more tiles so it's easy to clean, which is something that the wife really likes. I also like that a stool was set up in the shower. I have a heart problem and I can sit down on that stool and take my shower. We'd recommend Bath Planet.

My mom needed a total remake of two bathrooms and they both consist of a whole tub and a shower with the new upgrade. It included removal, a walk-in tub and a regular 16-foot tub. It was almost a total gut in the tub area and everything else was existing, the face bowl, and the sink. She did an online search and once she reviewed the reviews and was pleased with the reviews, she decided to go with Bath Planet in August. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and was informative. The program manager contacted her from there and he stayed in contact with her, letting her know when the technicians would come in to do the work. She was pleased with the reps from the beginning to end. In fact, she would highly recommend Bath Planet to family and friends if they needed a remake of their bath and she has been very vocal about that. I would highly recommend them too.

We were doing a remodel of the bathroom and the people from Bath Planet put in a shower for us. We're in a 96 manufactured home, and it had a little 30x30 shower stall and then a garden tub. All the time that we've been here, we had only used our garden tub twice in 20 some odd years. Also, we had this little tiny shower that we can hardly even bend over to wash anything with. So, we had Bath Planet remove the garden tub and we put in a 60x43 shower with double heads. The installation went great and the two guys who came had it all completed in a day. They were professional and were diligent about getting the whole thing done. We like the work that they did and had a great experience with them.
