I had started with another remodeling company but the service wasn’t exactly what I needed or expected. That's simply because I drove by it. Then I did a random Google search because Springfield, Illinois doesn’t have a ton of bathroom specialist and Bath Planet came up. I read a few of the reviews, decided to give them a call, and I had a fantastic experience.

BUYER BEWARE. Sold product very well. Took 4 months before install started, we had to tell contractors what we wanted. Then 3rd day of install Dan came to house to communicate with contractors what was suppose to go on. We were told it would be a 10 day install (no problem) but here we are on Day 15 (with no end in sight) and Dan calls @ 8:47 am to say he needs the contractor to change a hot water heater at Bath Planet (a rented building) but Contractor told us he replaced it last Thursday. You have been warned. Now the contractor is great and has done wonderful work. Should have just used him and not Bath Planet.

About a year and a half ago, Bath Planet was at the right place at the right time when they were at a home and garden show that was in Yuma. We were ready to have our bathroom redone, so we went ahead and got ahold of them. The sales reps were very informative and weren't pushy. We had the tub removed, a new walk-in shower put in, and the installation team was very good. I figured it'd take them all day but they were in and out within a total of about six hours. Bath Planet was very easy to work with and I would recommend them.

I did a bathroom remodel and Bath Planet did the wall paneling the way we wanted. We picked the bath tub and the shelving that we wanted, too. The second rep that I interacted with was very informative and gave us what we wanted. The installers were professional and very courteous. It took them three days to remodel the tub area. It was quick. Bath Planet gave us a great warranty and they did the work that we wanted them to do on a budget that we were looking to spend with. My experience has been very smooth and simple.

We have a walk-in tub from Bath Planet for more than a year now and it is functioning fine. The salesman who came to the house was very nice, polite, informative and seemed to know his product very well. He looked at the bathtub we were having taken out and did some measurements. He then passed the measurements on because the installation guys were prepared when they came. The installation team was also very polite and did a very good job since they have filled in the spaces with pieces of fiberglass and that worked just fine with the tub. But they scraped paint off a few places within in the house. So next time, I would make sure I had it in writing that they had to fix any paint that they chipped off the doorways.

We were at a business trade show in Concord and I liked the approach of the lady from Bath Planet. We had them remodel our bathroom and the installation team was wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I love the bathroom. And overall, it was a great experience with Bath Planet. They were personable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for someone to remodel a bathroom for me and I saw Bath Planet. They offered financing and so I went with them. It was a horrible experience. They started work in mid-January and finished early March of this year. Also, the sales representative promised something that the actual installers did not deliver. He fluffed it up and made it sound great.

Bath Planet was the third remodeling company I interviewed and they seemed to have a lot better product and friendlier people working for them. Their sales reps were knowledgeable. They asked me a lot of questions and answered all of mine. I’m a disabled vet and I needed easy access but we have a tub with very tall sides and I could barely get in it. I purchased a walk-in shower and Bath Planet gave me exactly what I needed. The installation team did a really good job. We laughed, joked and had a good time. Overall they are a great company, with great workmanship and good price for the product. Keep up the good work.

I liked Bath Planet's price and salesman who was good, polite, and honest. We had the tub taken out and a shower put in. The installation team did a good job and we enjoy the shower.

My mom and I got our bathrooms done by Bath Planet. We had them come do a bid for us and we bought the whole shower kit. The sales representative gave us some very good options. For my bathroom, the only problem I had was regarding some communication from the contractor, but they got that resolved. The product itself is beautiful and I love it. With my mom’s bathroom, the shower bottom was cracked. They tried to give us a different color. But we told them that it’s not what we agreed upon. They were in the middle of doing everything and they somehow got it special ordered so we could get the right color back in place. That had to do with the contractor and not with the product. They were able to solve it and it looks great.

I was very pleased with Bath Planet. I had my walk-in bathtub done through them. They cut a hole on the side of my bathtub and made it a walk through. We had very good interactions with their reps and although the installation team left a mess they more than made it right by me so I appreciate that -- beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend them.

We had our bathtub taken out and replaced with a shower by Bath Planet. We purchased from them in March. Their sales representative did a good job. Our interactions were all professional and we were comfortable with having them do the work. The installers were great as well. We were very pleased with their work. It was a very good experience overall.

The sales person from Bath Planet had a wonderful personality and he really believed in his company. He did what he could to work out a deal with us. It's been about a year since I made the purchase. I got the cover that goes over the tub, and then the surround backing and the top for the shower and a shower head. The salesman said that someone had purchased this but they changed their mind. So, I was getting a better deal since it was something that was left over and that they needed to sell. He's very knowledgeable, communicated well with us and the company. But, his writing was terrible cause the company could not even read what he had promised us.

I purchased a walk-in bathtub last year from Bath Planet. They came out and looked at it. Everything was great with the installation team and everything looks fine, as well.

I had Bath Planet remodel my tub, and the sales representative had an excellent presentation of different models. He also taught me how I could stay in my budget and still have something real nice. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly, and the installation crew was wonderful. My bathroom was remodeled in one day. It was very clean and they did a wonderful job. I love it. Additionally, right after they had left to re-install my bathtub and fixed it up, our son got into a roll-over accident and he used the handicapped railings that they put in, and I'm thankful for that. He couldn't have gotten in and out of the bath tub without them. Bath Planet has excellent customer service and great teamwork. They are very professional and I had an awesome experience with them.

Bath Planet was in the neighborhood and their rep came by. We sat down and went over the things that I was going to have done and she gave me a price. She told me that they should start on it in August and my first payment would be this February of 2017 at $158. They were supposed to be taking it out of my checking account from Founders but that didn't happen so they took a check. They didn't come until November. They said it would take them about three days but they had jackleg installers.

We purchased tub surround walls last December from Bath Planet and it had to be a custom fit to the walls in the bathtub. The sales rep was helpful, good and definitely sold us on the product. Moreover, the installer was here on time and did his job. He wasn’t talkative and didn’t get distracted plus he got it done well and earlier than I had expected.

They've done a number of jobs on my house over the years and we went out to their warehouse and we saw that they do these bathroom remodeling. So we hired them to do it. We got a big shower within the same area where the bathtub was. Their representatives are very informative. They tell you what they’re going to do and they do it and it gets done. The installation team did the job in one day. Of course, we couldn’t use the shower that day but in 24 hours we were using it. We like our bathroom and we’re very pleased with the product and the installation.

A year ago, we went with the other guys but they’re too pushy, gave us exorbitant prices and that was too much. A year later, we saw Bath Planet’s great reviews and decided to go with them. We got the whole thing - walls, bath tub, shower and the bar on the side of the wall that helps you get up. Ours is an older house so it’s a smaller tub so, they special ordered a smaller tub for us. They did everything they could. The rep gave us a price that was almost half of what the other guys did a year before. It was amazing. And then when they came, they put new pipes in the walls. We lived here since 1986 and every time we use the bath tub, the pipes clang together. They were put too close and they make clanging noises which is awful. And Bath Planet reput copper piping in there. I think they told us but we didn’t think about it and we don’t have the clanging any more.

We heard about Bath Planet last year at the state fair and we also visited their crew at a home show in St. Paul. They are genuine and the nicest people to work with. They explained everything really well and we felt very confident with them. The sales representative was very helpful in explaining what the whole process would be from the time I placed the order to how long it would take and what the product would be when it was delivered and installed. The installers called five days before they were ready to install. It was actually sooner than they had estimated. They made sure somebody would be here and to answer any questions we had about the process. We knew when they were going to come and they were here exactly on time.

Bath Planet got good reviews. I like the fact that it was complete and it's a single installation that was preformed. I was really looking for something that would not leak because I've had the bathroom re-tiled and the custom shower has been done several times and every single time, something would happen with it and it would leak. I was really interested in getting something secure, and it has been with Bath Planet and I had a very good experience. Even though it was expensive, they had a better price than some other people. Their product was also good and their man came to work on time.

We were looking into getting our shower re-tiled and went with Bath Planet because of the warranty. We got the whole shower from them. The sales rep came over and showed us a sample. He was knowledgeable and professional. The installation team was on time and cleaned after themselves. Overall, the experience was very good.

My sister called Bath Planet and had a guy come out. We talked to him and he showed us everything he had. We were having my big garden tub taken out and a humongous shower to go down the complete wall. We didn't want sections where it could leak and we decided Bath Planet could do it. They had a good guarantee on it and the quality of the material was good. There was also a small shower in that bathroom and we wanted it removed and have a closet put in there for storage.

We're very pleased with Bath Planet. We chose to have their services because they had the type of shower needed for handicapped. We made our purchase three months ago, the shower and all the hardware. We now enjoy it very much. The sales rep described the product accurately. The installation team was excellent, they cleaned up. It only took them a few days to finish the installation.

I'm a dual-role parent and it would be an inconvenience to have my bathroom down for a while. So, with Bath Planet’s estimated timeline from start to finish, I chose them over others. A couple months ago I purchased a shower, tub combo from them. It was a granite-looking, back splash-type thing. They had pictures and samples so I was able to see what it looks like before it was all installed.

Before the holidays last year, maybe 10 months ago, I had a new shower installed. I got it from Bath Planet after some guy showed me a brochure. Then someone came to the house and told me what they had. I picked the options I wanted and it was done to what I like. It was all good. He was paramilitary and so was I. We connected and had a good talk.

We were looking at walk-in bathtubs and there were some good reviews of Bath Planet, which was the main reason we decided to buy from them. We live quite a ways out of Spokane and the rep came to the house and took a lot of time in explaining everything. We bought the tile and the tub and the installation team showed us what they were doing and how to work everything. The quality is great and the tub is really helpful to my husband’s poor, achy back. That’s the reason we got it and that’s working out nicely. However, the tub takes so long to fill because our water pressure isn’t the best and we have a well. Also, when I tried to use the tub after my husband, there was no hot water left. We didn’t realize that it took as much water as it did so we got a new 105 gallon water tank. Other than that, everything was great.

My wife liked the fact that Bath Planet has a seamless concept so we got them to install an acrylic shower. It took them two weeks because they broke some glass and it took a long time to put another one. In the middle of my process, Bath Planet fired somebody which delayed the process a little bit but other than that, it was fine. The installers were good people. However, the caulk they used must have been old because it is all turning black and has peeled away around the base. So we need to get the caulking fixed.

We bought a house and the floor was rotted. The shower was leaking water into the floor and underneath the house. We tried Bath Fitters first but they couldn’t come out as soon as we needed them and so we called Bath Planet and they promised us they’d be here the first of December. So when we moved in, we didn't have a shower and we didn’t get it until February. And that was very disheartening. We wished we had gotten it done with Bath Fitters. It would’ve been a week later than what we were promised with Bath Planet.

I was searching on the web for a product and Bath Planet was the only one to put their telephone number on their website, which I deeply appreciated. Everybody else told me to send an email with my address, my phone number, my stuff and they'd contact me. I got to talk to a live buddy before I signed up to have a salesman come out and give me an estimate and further information.

Bath Planet had a really good sales guy. But a few weeks later, he wasn’t with the company anymore and they wouldn’t really tell me why. Then we met with the second person for a follow-up and he was good too. We got a tub with a shower fixture in it, two new grab bars, a tub surround, a new tile flooring, new fixtures in the shower, the bathtub fixture, a shelf in the tub area and molding along on the bottom of the bathroom.

I did a complete remodel of my shower back in January and Bath Planet gave me a good deal on the project. They also customized my bathroom. I met with the sales representative who was professional and knowledgeable. He also explained the products in detail. For the installation, the team came on time and also cleaned up before they left. Everything went fine and they finished within the set timeframe. It was a good experience with Bath Planet. We were satisfied.

Bath Planet had done something for us before and we knew it was a good company. The sales rep knew what the details were and helped us figure that out. We did a sink, redid our shower and got a medicine cabinet. We had a shower that was built in the 70s, so they rebuilt and customized. They took out the tile and put in a non-standard size. They also matched paint for me to do some touch up because they took an old medicine cabinet away from the wall. Everything fit and we were very pleased. There was one thing that got left off, but they did that when we called them about it. They were professional and timely and it was quality work.

About a month and a half ago, I had Bath Planet redo my bathroom. There was a good friend of mine who works for the company and that's the reason I chose them. The sales rep was good and I'm satisfied with every bit of it. Bath Planet did everything exactly as I wanted. From the day I met with the salesman till the day they completed, everything was 100%.

Bath Planet has done a fine job with my walk-in shower. The sales rep came and showed me a booklet of the colors available. He gave me a price and I accepted it. On the other hand, I'd have probably gone a little different way. I thought that the walls would be piece by piece ceramic tile but it was only a piece of board with plastic on it and was just formulated board. By the time they got into it, I wasn't about to change. Also, the cost was very high with that kind of material. I paid over $6,000 and it should have been like $3,000 or $4,000. If it was done with tile and everything, I can understand it. They would spend a lot of time prepping the wall and putting tile on it. But they simply slapped it up with glue and put some supports in the back. For $6,000, I should have gotten a little better. They got me good. But I'm not very dissatisfied. They only need to explain it a little bit better that they're putting boards up not regular tiles.

We contracted the work outside and the contractors decided that they were going to use Bath Planet material. We had the old tub taken out. The bathroom's relatively small and big enough for pool shower, glass and a bigger vanity that was put in. We also had a toilet put in but I bought the toilet. I had them do the floor too and it was close to $13,000. The sales people talk about how they're going to do it but they don't come out and do it. They have somebody else do it. They were pushy and one sales guy was really arrogant. They have a commercial and my wife said that the guy in that commercial was the sales guy and he was rude. On the other hand, the installation guys were great. They were two of the nicest guys. My wife said that they did a good job and stayed on the whole nine yards.

I like the quality of the materials Bath Planet was using. We had a whole bathroom remodeled. They replaced the bathtub and tub walls. We also purchased new cabinets, a new sink, and they installed everything. The sales representative was really charming and he knew what he was talking about. And the installation team was very courteous. They cleaned up and I had nothing but praise for them. It was a good experience.

I've been in business for 27 years myself and the way it was presented to me, the way not only the contractor, but the sales people and the inspectors were my kind of people made me choose Bath Planet. Also, if people want a reasonable price for a great product, then that would be the way to go. The original person that I talked to at Walmart explained well. When the actual sales person came out, he had all the different products and different little items that will go along with it. They installed a walk-in seamless. Even though it was wide, it was still a beautiful piece of material. We also had a shelf and a couple of things that wasn't on the list and that we didn't want.

The services Blue Planet offered if I bought the tub and the surround and the service to get the rest of the room ready for me to finish off were wonderful. The man who came out to see us for our appointment was also wonderful. He was very charming and not in a smarmy way. He was very genuine. I liked him. We had the bath tub and the surround installed. Then, I had the floor installed and they had everything out. They also installed the sink and toilet because we were getting the tub and everything else. They had a contractor who could do those other things for us.

We’ve worked with Hometown on several different things and their recommendation was high for Bath Planet so we went with it. We had the shower re-done a year ago which included the inside of the shower, the floor and the fixtures for the shower head. Bath Planet came in, measured it, made it off-site and then brought it in. The installation team came at 7:30 as agreed and they were done by 3:30 in the afternoon. They found that there was an issue with our floor after they took the other unit out. So, they fixed that as well before they put the new product in. And we’re very satisfied with the way it came out. They were very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves and it was a great experience. They stood by exactly what they said and went above and beyond.

We had a bath converted into a shower about 2 months ago and used Bath Planet for it. They came out, took some measurements, had a triple check on the measurements to verify before they actually put the order in for the product itself and then notified me when they had it at hand so we can schedule an install. The sales rep was very polite, professional, and opened the floor for starter’s questions or concerns of any other sort. He did a follow up as well and was very understanding and well attended as far as what our needs were and what we were looking to get out of it. The installation team was also very professional and polite. And they brought the question up to our attention immediately when they came across certain items. I would highly recommend Bath Planet over anybody else locally and if I ever had any other upcoming projects that will involve them to be out then I would certainly look at them first to get the ball rolling.

I like the products that Bath Planet has and the way it was presented. The girls that were there selling the product were very helpful, friendly and they worked with us fully. I like them so I decided to go with that. We redid our old shower stall and made it larger. The installer was extremely talented and he did a phenomenal job. I'm very happy. They were very professional and followed through with everything they said that was the way I expected. They were also upfront and honest with and about everything. The only problem I have right now is I have a leak and I don’t know if it comes from the toilet that I had done or if it’s from the shower. I have to cut the hole in the ceiling and the closet down on the main floor to find out what’s the problem. I’m not sure what’s going on but it was a pleasant experience with Bath Planet.

We went through Hometown Contractor but they sent out Bath Planet. I had a bath tub and the walls installed. The installation took a couple of days and it went fine. They worked about five hours during the first day and they came back and finished it the second day. The installation team was good and they knew what they were doing. They were also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They put down a blanket all the way from the front door to the bathroom and have done good on that. They've done everything I wanted done. They had put up safety rails too. However, it has been four months and nobody has called to see if we like it. Not a word. It did upset me but if they want any more business, they should be doing a follow up call.

Home Town Restyling recommended Bath Planet. The sales person at Home Town Restyling was great. He only showed us things that we could afford and worked with us with financing and was good about showing us a variety of products. I purchased a whole new bathroom which included a shower, a vanity, over-the-toilet cabinets and mirror. The installation team was very professional. They took care of everything and cleaned up. It was done quickly. They even liked my dogs. My experience has been terrific.

My wife looked through the catalogs, found the items she wanted, and we bought a shower liner with the faucets and the shower heads. I felt Bath Planet was a little on the expensive side but my wife was happy with it so that’s what counts. The sales reps and the installer were very pleasant. I spoke with the installer and showed him where certain things were as far as plumbing is concerned and he did a nice job.

We had seen Bath Planet at the home show a few years back here locally. We were really impressed with the product when we saw it down at the home show and we were familiar with their local company here. We didn't have any hands on experience with them prior to that but we do know that they have a good reputation. We had a bath and a large shower stall from them. The sales rep was out and looked it over and gave us our estimate. He was a pleasant enough individual. I'm not always pleased with onsite salespeople but I know he was fine.

My husband and I are wanting to sell the house in the next couple of years, so we are preparing for that. Bath Planet is a local business around here, and we like working with local businesses. Their sales reps came to our house, they showed us the options, we said okay, and everything went fine. They definitely drove home on the value of the warranty and such. Our shower had been pretty much falling out of the wall so we had them do the bathtub shower. We kept things very simple and since we were just updating some things to try to prepare the house to sell, there wasn’t a whole lot of customization. We had them put a corner shelf in and had the color of the hardware match the existing one in the bathroom. The installation people were very pleasant. They were in and out in two days, answered all of our questions, and cleaned up very well afterwards. Overall, they did a great job.

Bath Planet came out and we liked what they were selling. The sales representative gave a good presentation as well. Bath Planet gave us a good price and we felt comfortable with them. We then decided to go with them and got a shower enclosure and a vanity tub. The installation team who installed the products did a very nice job and they were done in the day they promised.

I got a $1,000 Groupon and used it with Bath Planet. The workers were very nice but they had to come back because they put in a terrible shower head and had to replace it. It was the most expensive bathroom ever. I had somebody else come in afterwards, and he would have done it for a lot less money.

I was at the Timonium Home and Garden show and somebody was selling a similar product but Bath Planet had the guarantee and that’s what I really wanted. We got a new tub, the surround and the floor. They also did some installation for me. I bought the vanity tops somewhere, but they installed it and also got someone for the floor. The salesman was like any other salesman but I was really happy. Joe, the dude that was in-charge of our job was super. The other kid that was working with him was really good too. They were very accommodating and that’s what I liked. Whatever I'd ask them, they would do for me. It was a big job and they were here for three days.

We used a place out of Cedar Rapids called Home Town Restyling to have a new shower put in close to a year ago and they got Bath Planet to do the actual bathroom. We had our tub taken out and we put in a very large walk-in shower. We picked from what they had and added what we wanted. The only thing that I dislike about it is the flooring which is wet acrylic. It is very slippery and I'm afraid to fall. I contacted them and they said to clean it with vinegar but that doesn't seem to last long and it gets slippery again.

My decision to remodel my bathrooms took several years and I shopped this to death. I did quite a bit of searching in my area and had two or three other people come out for showers and other people come out for tile. The Bath Planet franchise in Maryland is terrific. I met the owner once and he's a great guy. Their sales staff were good too. One sales rep that I dealt with was Larry and he was very friendly, outgoing and personable. He was also flexible on coming at times that were available to me. He spoke well and wanted to make sure that I ended up with a product that I would be happy with. These people are the nicest and they did anything to make me happy.

I've never seen or heard of Bath Planet. There was a gentleman who came to my house and asked me some questions. He told me how much I had to put down and how much I had to pay a month and he explained it all to me. When he got finished, I was satisfied. So, he got in touch with Bath Planet and they called me and asked me what day would be a good day for them to come. The sales representative was friendly and nice. I said, "You just come here, come on. I ain't gonna be here on Friday, but otherwise, I'll be here." And he said, "Oh, okay." So, Monday they came and they started to work. Two men came here and told me who they were. I invited them in and they said, "We understand you want a new tub. Well, we better get to work. It's a damn good day." I said, "Go ahead." So, they took the old tub out and put the new one in and I'm enjoying it.

We did a general contractor search for bath remodels and Bath Planet was one of the few specialized contractors for full bathroom remodels that we had available to us in this area. We purchased a shower surround but they remodeled the entire bathroom. They did very well as far as the meeting our original design and what we were looking for in a design but we had difficulties getting the process all finished up.

I wanted a maintenance-free kind of bathroom. So, I chose Bath Planet because of the stuff that they say, how easy things was able to be cleaned. But, I found out that it was really not the way the salesperson said it was. He said, "All you need is some vinegar and water to clean it." But, that didn't clean. My shower glass doors were the hardest things to keep clean in the world because water splashes are always on it and he said that I wouldn't have water splashes on them. That part was not true. There are always water splashes on the shower door. He even gave me another one and there were still water splashes on it. I like the bathroom but I don't like thinking I wouldn't have to clean it as much as I do, but I do.

We used Bath Planet through Home Town Restyling last year and it was a good experience. The installation team was very professional and did awesome work. I was very impressed and the quality of the work done was very good.

I had a very pleasant experience with Bath Planet. The contractor I had told me about them. I purchased a shower last summer and I also had a crown molding put up of it and configure glass shower doors for me because it was an odd size. Their sales representative was informative, great and down to earth and had a sense of humor. That's one requirement I have with anybody I deal with. They have to have a sense of humor. The installation team was wonderful and very down to earth as well. Maybe it's an Iowa thing. But they were easy to get along with and they were concerned about cleanliness and so I said, "Don't worry about it, I'll get it." They said, "No, no, no. It's our job."

I got a walk-in tub from Bath Planet and they did a great job with the remodel that they did. I'd recommend them.

About a year and a half ago, we had a problem with our shower floor leaking. So I called Bath Planet and one other company, but then we decided on Bath Planet because we got a better offer as far as the product, what they were planning to do and the price difference were concerned. They had to remove everything and all the tiles around the shower and then put a new lining, faucet, flooring and door. The installer did a fantastic job. He was very polite and he cleaned up after himself. We were pleased with the whole installation and they did a fabulous job. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I got a walk-in tub from Bath Planet a year ago, and the only problem I'm having with it is the water doesn't go out the drain and it's not the way I'd like it to be. Each time I take a bath in the tub, I have to kick the water out, and I paid much for that tub. Bath Planet knew that the floor wasn't level and assured me that they would level the floor before they installed the tub, but they didn't. They came out once to adjust the tub and the water is still not draining. Other than that, the reps were helpful and courteous and I was real pleased with the tub.

We were flooded back in August which is why we had to replace our bathrooms around. We had to strip it all out and we had to gut our house and do a lot of things all over again. It was an emergency because we had to have a shower. We were dealing with some sick stuff, we had to live at our house and we had to be able to shower. It was a bad state and it was terrible. It's something I hope I never have to do again. We did the worst plan in the world to find something. I got on the internet and I found a shop that was close to my house. I looked up Bath Planet and that's where I found EZ Baths of Louisiana and I called them. We did the tub surround and we kept our own fixtures that survived the flood.

A friend of ours, who we had known from church before, had started the Bath Planet business here. Their sales rep came to the house and walked us through really easy. She gave us the options and asked us questions about what we were looking to do. We had a walk-in shower put in in place of a tub and we also had the floor changed. The installation team that came was good and finished in the time they told us they would. They were very nice, friendly, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. It was pleasant experience and I’ve got done what we needed to get done.

We went out to Home Town Restyling and talked to them about some upgrades to our bathroom. I saw Bath Planet's display unit and fell in love with it. We got all the low corner thing to put shampoo and have it fit in our shower stall. We also have the safety bars, which we use as towel racks or for bath mats. the installation went very well. They set a time, and held to that. They cleaned up everyday. It was wonderful. We're very satisfied with Bath Planet.

I got a walk-in shower and the remodel was completed four months ago. My interactions with their sales rep went fine. He showed everything and made sure it was good. Also, their installation team seemed pretty good. However, the only problem I had was when they put the sheetrock back on wrong. I wanted the flood outlets from the store down so I didn't have any sheetrock up, and when you put sheetrock onto a stud, you're only supposed to go halfway so you can start the sheetrock on the other half. I figured they would have known something like that but it was not big a deal. Other than that, I'm pleased with Bath Planet.

Bath Planet had the best price over the other remodeling companies. We bought a shower that went all the way to the ceiling from them. They came out and gave me a quote, and they did well. The installation guys came in, did what they needed to do and got out of the way. I’m happy with my overall experience.

I searched on the web and looked for places that did bathrooms and went with Bath Planet because of the cost and the initial timeline that the company provided. It was for replacing a tub with a shower and Bath Planet sized it and had to figure out what I wanted and how it would set. But I had frustrating interactions with their reps. They kept promising that they'd give me a call and that I didn't have to wait but I'd wait an extra couple of days from when they told me and then I have to call them up and hope they would respond. It took two to three calls on my part to get any kind of feedback from them. So it took a lot of time.

I wanted my bathtub replaced with a full-sized shower and that's what Bath Planet do. Every other company that I contacted didn't do that and they have to gut/rehab the entire bathroom which was gonna cost $20,000. The sales rep from Bath Planet set up the appointment and then she came out to the house with one of their technicians to do the measuring. Then we had a little meeting that lasted about half an hour. They also had a few different tiles to choose from and we picked one and had it installed. David, the guy that did the installation, came on time and he was very polite, professional, and efficient. He did a very good job. Overall, they did everything they said they were gonna do and it cost how much they said it was gonna cost.

When the sales rep had come out, we had sustained some damage from the floods in Louisiana. It’s a hundred-year-old home. I had a veritable lake beneath the house, which I was unaware of for almost a month. The water accumulated in our house, unbeknownst to me. The hardwood floors started buckling and the vinyl in my wife’s bathroom developed some black splotches, which we were told was black mold. We also found that in my bathroom, a second bath in the house, the moisture levels were extremely high as well. So we took the flooring up in my bathroom as well and actually had more extensive damage in my bathroom than in the front bathrooms. Some of the plywood had started to delaminate, and it was very wet and moldy around the shower area.

We purchased from Bath Planet two single showers, a tub, a Jacuzzi tub without the jets, the glass doors to go on the shower in one of the bathrooms and the plastic stuff that they put away on the shower. The bathtubs look like marble, but they're not. The sales representative at Bath Planet was nice and the installation team was very good and worked hard. I would recommend them only if they lower their prices.

We had shower remodeling and Bath Planet was to take the old shower and put the new shower in. After they put all these in, I found that it was really too expensive. It was over $6,000. They hung the shower curtain rod in the wrong spot and they didn’t put any caulking on the bottom part under the shower head. Also, they put panels three or four times because they kept putting the wrong holes in the wrong places. They didn’t line it up the first time until we finally just had enough of them.

There is no design quality control oversight from the contract process to the job supervisor initiating the job. I had discussed the design with the manager that had come out originally and had discussed different colors of subway tile, but ultimately I wanted white. When the tub was delivered and installed, the tile was white, but the tub was a "biscuit" color. They refused to correct the mistake. Instead they told me that I could have it refinished by another contractor or they could rip it out and redo it, but I would be responsible for paying for it (additional cost, not covered in contract). They also brought a non-employ (sub-contractor) into my house because she was the 'girlfriend' of the married employee.

Overall, we're very pleased with Bath Planet. What we wanted was out of our budget, and then they came and with what they suggested it got within our budget. It worked. Their salesman John was reactive and there was an old lady in the office who was able to get us the people that had to be out here. We're getting older and they cut the tub out so we could walk in the tub. That made it much easier for us. We don't have to step over the side of the tub to get in. They made one sink into a two-sink and it made it a whole lot nicer. And then in the kitchen, they did a backsplash for us. That improved the whole appearance of the kitchen, the bathroom, and the tub. They did a good job. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I would recommend them.

Bath Planet did the renovation to our bathroom. The sales rep showed us some pictures but we regret not seeing the showroom to have a better idea of what our options were. Their installation team was very friendly and competent. My husband said that he was positively impressed with the workmanship and how they quickly got the job done. They did a good job and we’re happy with the toilet. The toilet cabinet matches the vanity, all that’s beautiful. However, we weren't able to customize it as much as we had hoped. When we first placed the order, we realized that we didn’t wanna pay extra to have to have a tub enclosure with the soap dish already modeled into it. So, we were able to get it for less to have a soap dish that was glued onto it.

It was a year ago back in November when we had our bathroom remodeled and Bath Planet was the product they used for the bathtub/shower combo, new toilet, vanity and floor. We called Home Town Restyling, they came out and did the estimate and we had them do it. We were able to choose what we wanted in there.There was one guy, Quentin, who was in charge of the project and then two other guys who came out and redid everything. They were fine, friendly and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and I didn't have any complaints about them. The only thing was they forgot to tell us to remove stuff off the other side of the wall which fell off the shelf and broke when they were carrying stuff out and hit the wall hard. They didn't apologize for it and there were some they couldn't fix. But we're happy with the bathroom and I like the way it looks. I would recommend them.

Bath Planet offered a price that seemed very reasonable, I couldn’t say no. Their reps seemed very honest and trustworthy, too, which makes a difference for me no matter what I’m paying. I've used them twice already and I’m very happy with them. My first purchase over a year ago was for the upper bathrooms, a complete remodel and the other one a partial. I met with the owner, Mike, and we went over color schemes. He was actually out at the house to look at things, then we picked out the selection, and then he got the contractors to do what they needed to do.

We were getting rid of my mom's tub for safety reasons and I started looking at things last October. I got two estimates from remodeling companies and Bath Planet was lower. So, I went with them and I purchased a lower walk-in shower which was installed before Christmas. We had the shelves and the finishing and they used some of the existing pieces that we had. Their sales rep and installation team were very nice. We had a little issue with the shower though. It didn’t get caulked around the trim real well and it flooded the neighbor below. I called about it and they said they would have to send a plumber. They didn’t think they'd be able to send one for several days and I wasn’t really happy with that. Nevertheless, they sent the guy and fixed it.

Friends in a core group told be about Bath Planet. They brought out brochures and pictures and I visited their establishment in Highway 100. I started in October with a shower from them and then I continued again the second time to finish the project. The young man that did the work was absolutely exceptional. He was most considerate and questioned if this is what was satisfactory to get done and where or how I would like to complete this. He always put me in consideration of steps as he went along. All in all, I'm very satisfied and I would recommend them.

It was two years ago when I had my shower done by Bath Planet. The sales representative was fine. He showed me the different choices of the shower wall and helped me see what color went with what. I picked from what they had and they helped me put things together. I'm enjoying my new bathtub. It turned out great and it works a lot better than it used to.

We were thinking of having our tub done and we had other companies come in and give us prices. Bath Planet's price was the same as everybody else’s but it was just a tub with the other places while with Bath Planet, we also got floor, a toilet, and a vanity. The sales rep explained everything. We have a toilet in our downstairs bathroom and I told him we liked that one because it was taller so he showed us the one they had that was also a taller one. He also showed us the samples of the floor that he had so we ended up going to the store and picking out a different one that we liked better.

We went from a tub to a shower stall with Bath Planet one year ago. I had a positive feeling about the company. One person came in and did everything unaided. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Still, the valve that takes the stationary shower head to the shower head that's on the hose is not that easy to work. It's too stiff but I'm completely satisfied with the remodel and I would recommend them.

I made a purchase of a retrofitted bathtub from Bath Planet almost a year ago. Their sales rep came to our home and it went very well with him. He was very knowledgeable and professional. During the installation, their team was very quick, clean and efficient. They did more than I expected and it turned out phenomenally. We had a really oddly shaped room and it worked out well. They were able to make a smaller bathtub and enclosure for an undersized bathtub. What they were able to do and the timeframe they were able to do it were perfect. Overall, the people from Bath Planet were courteous and my experience with them was satisfactory.

Three years ago, Bath Planet remodeled the whole bathroom for us. They did the counters, bathtub and put a shower in the bathroom upstairs and it was nice. The installation team was very good. We were very happy with the insulators and the workmanship too.

I went with Bath Planet's quotes and was able to customize my order. I purchased a bath tub, tile, curtain rod and shower heads. I was happy with my sales rep. He would listen to all our needs, presented good options and worked with me.

The fellow that did the installation was great about cleaning up and we're real happy about the way it turned out. We had to go back to the place initially because we wanted to have a shower put in there ‘cause my wife was worried about stepping over the bathtub but then we realized that’s the only full bath in the house and there won't be a bathtub and if we sold the house, you really want to have a bath for kids. We talked to a guy at the store and he changed the setup for us and everything worked out very nice. They had an issue when they had to pick up the pieces from Illinois and when they got back to Wisconsin, one of them was cracked so it put a little bit of a delay in having it done.

I had back surgery and couldn’t get in and out of the deep tub I had before. I didn’t know I was gonna be down where I couldn’t get in the tub so I bought a walk-in tub from Bath Planet. It has the spa sprayers and foot sprayer so I can walk in, sit down and just lay back. I couldn’t get to go to the whirlpool every day, so this is wonderful for me. With this one, I soak my knees and feet and then let that out, and then lay back, take it easy and take a long bath. The sales reps were on time and I met the guy who called and asked questions. They were finishing on a job then they came to me within two days. They were very thorough. Overall I am very thrilled with my tub and I highly recommend it.

We had somebody else come in here but they were ultra expensive. They also told us that because we're veterans, we can get $5,000 off. It was a lot of baloney. My neighbor up the street has a tub from Bath Planet and that’s how we called the Bath Planet people in Baton Rouge. Their sales guy came and explained the whole situation to us. He measured everything and showed us what we could purchase.

Bath Planet looked all right to me so I purchased a walk-in shower from them. The sales reps knew what they were doing and they were very courteous. The only thing I don’t like is my showerhead, but it was a very good experience overall.

Bath Planet did our bathroom floor and put in a shower and toilet. So far, we're having trouble with the shower and toilet. I called Bath Planet this week to send somebody out here to rectify the problem. They said they'd come when they're available, but I haven't had a return call yet as to when they're coming.

They did a total remodel of a handicapped bathroom and bathtub and I'm 100% satisfied with it. It's really pretty and well made. It has hand-held bars on the side of it so I can get in and out without slipping. It has the showerhead and the shower wand so I can use either one. I'm impressed with it.

We're enjoying our walk-in shower from Bath Planet. We purchased it about a year ago. Their representatives were very pleasant and courteous. There was only one guy who did the installation and he did everything.

I learned about EZ Baths because the owner comes to substitute the pastor at our church. Their customer service was great. They cleaned up after themselves. Also, they were very polite and they did a wonderful job.

I live in an older home and the bathroom was from 1958 so, nothing really fits in there. Bath Planet was able to make the shower stall to the size that I needed. The sales rep helped me pick something out and David, the installer, came exactly at the time he said he'd come and told me how long he'd be here. After he left, I had a little problem with the faucet dripping but he came back and fixed it. I love the stall's color and it's big. They did a very nice job in installing it. When I saw what they were using, I was shocked and it came out very beautiful.

I'd recommend Bath Planet to a friend. I purchased a bathtub, countertop, and sink from them in July last year. They gave us reasonable proposals and gave us what we wanted. The sales rep and installation team did a good job. The Delta Faucet that we got is already rusty though.

It was a great experience using EZ Baths for our tub to shower conversion six months ago. Their reps were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic work.

With Bath Planet, we didn't have to go and get this from one party and that from another because they did the complete job. We were able to go in and pick out what we wanted which was the whole package, and they had quite a few selections. Their sales rep was very good and thorough. He had great knowledge and did a follow-up to see if we were happy. The installer was also fantastic and very pleasant to have in our home. The installation went pretty smoothly and was done on time. Our experience was pleasant as well. It was not a very stressful situation to go through.

My sister used Bath Planet so I decided to try them. They came in and did everything and we like it. We put it a new big shower for our master bath. At the front, we pulled out this old tub and we put in a new walk-in tub and shower. It's really nice, it looks good, all fresh and new. The people that did the install were very nice. We talked with them daily until they finished. They were very respectful and easy going. They cleaned up well after themselves and we didn't have to do anything but watch. We're happy and satisfied and have not experienced any problems.

I saw the ad for Bath Fitters. I called them and they asked me for my husband's name but there is no husband involved in this purchase. I went ahead and made arrangements for their representative to come out. They called me back and said, "You are not the owner of the house." They would put a contractor's lien against your house in case you don't pay or in case there is a problem. When they called me back to reschedule, I said, "I will never do business with you." Whereas when Bath Planet came out, I gave them half the price of the installation. So if I have defaulted, they were already paid for all their materials plus some. The other thing I like about Bath Planet is that it is a local company in the Jacksonville area.

I went with Bath Planet because I wanted my walk-in shower to look similar to what they did for my friend. The sales rep showed me numerous samples that had been previously done so that I can make an educated choice on what I wanted to do. It was a smaller bathroom so they had to custom-fit both the doors as well as a ceiling panel in order to make it fit correctly and make it work with the decor. The installation team kept me in the loop at all times, maintained a clean working environment, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves when they took off. They always communicated to me and let me know the progress - where we were, where we were going, and any suggestions they had to make the job better. I have discussed Bath Planet with many of my friends, and I would highly recommend them if anybody needs a remodeling project.

The work was done in two phases. First phase was finished in November and the second phase was finished in December. Bath Planet responded to what I wanted. One of the things they did to customize my order specifically was in my master bathroom. It wasn't something we discussed when we initially sat down and decide what we're gonna do in the master bath. But when they started working it and I looked at it, I decided to install a granite trim in the process and they were able to do that and it came out real well.

Our experience with Bath Planet was fine. I looked them up online and then I purchased a walk-in shower from them about two months ago. Their crew was really good and very neat.

It's been seven months since I purchased a new tile and shower in the bath from Bath Planet. It was just a standard installation but I had a great experience with them. Their reps were very pleasantly knowledgeable.

I went to the Jacksonville, Florida Autumn Home and Garden Show. I had them come in to show me what they could do and what they could do was more of what I wanted. So, I got a shower surround and glass enclosure for the existing shower. However, they led me to believe during the contract discussion that they installed the glass in-house which they did not. It was just subcontracted out and the individual that they subcontracted with could not be available in a reasonable amount of time. They should have been straight upfront that they can guarantee when to install the bath surround but they have no control over when the glass can be installed. I ended up insisting on refund for the glass installation and went with a totally separate company. Nevertheless, when I brought up the issue, they were very prompt in giving me the refund.

We worked with Bath Planet before and we had a really good experience. We did another customized full bathroom remodel with them in September and they were very good. They came to our house and went through everything with us. They were very informative and delivered as promised. We would recommend Bath Planet to our friends.

We had a shower and a walk-in tub done by Bath Planet about two years ago. Then we moved and had them do a walk-in shower and a toilet for us in the second house. They had to really customize to make things work. We’re in a concrete basement so they had to elevate and put stairs in. We love what they did. They’re really good - they listen and do what the customer wants. They had a new type of marble-looking stuff but everybody thought it was marble and were impressed.

Bath Planet definitely had plenty of options for what we were able to do. They were all extremely helpful, friendly and happy to be there. The installers were also very helpful in terms of what they were going to be doing. They made it very easy to turn it into their work with everything else I had to do and I’m more than happy with it.

The tub in my son's bathroom was messed up, broken, nasty, falling apart, and crapping out, and it had to be replaced. But I didn't want another tub. Instead, I wanted a shower with a walk-in seating area, so it would be easy to get in and out of. I knew I had to have the work done in the bathroom, but I wasn't quite sure how I was going to do it and who was going to do it. I went to one of those home shows at the Fairgrounds, walked around, looked at everything, and came across the booth of Bath Planet. I talked to the rep and he answered all my questions really well, and I said, "These are the guys to go with because they seem to know what they're doing."

I had a guy from Bath Planet that came out and showed us different kind of stuff that we needed. We ended up doing the eight foot shower. It took the installer two days to complete the project. My husband said that the installer also helped him a little bit with different things. Overall, we were satisfied with Bath Planet.

The price was close, and I really liked the lady from Bath Planet that came out and how she represented everything. The young lady was a person one would love to be friends with.

Bath Planet came in and measured everything for a bathroom remodel, and then they told me what I needed. We looked at some samples and I chose what I liked. They told me about a timeline to get it done and they followed it. They then remodeled my bathroom, put in a new commode, bath tub, walls and sink. I was really pleased with the whole job. It's also a plus that they were backed up by good housekeeping. I went back and forth looking what they were doing and they cleaned the bathroom well; they didn't really make a mess or anything. They were very clean with the job.

I called Bath Planet and the man came out and showed me some samples. I had my bathroom done and I'm completely thrilled with the remodel that they did. It's exactly what I wanted and it's kind of like a dream come true. In fact, if I have to do it over again I'd do it the same way. I got it in the first of June and I had to wait as they ordered the stuff and got it up here. But it just took two days to completely finish it. They took my bath tub out, put in a big shower, a new countertop and new walls. I was also real pleased with the personnel I worked with. They were very courteous and did a superb job. They were absolutely marvelous and cleaned up after themselves. It wasn't the mess I had expected but it was a real good experience.

Nine months ago, we went with Bath Planet rather than another remodeling company because they were local, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were very helpful. They covered everything with us and we made our choices. We bought a walk-in shower from them and we're enjoying it. We love it. The installer would ask us what we wanted. He noted everything such as where we wanted the handles and shelves. He was a very nice, clean man. We were very satisfied with our experience.

So far everything's been working fine with Bath Planet. They came and did my shower. We showed them what we want for the walls, the ceiling, the bottom, and the kind of doors we wanted and they put it in. It took a couple of days but everything went fine. Their sales rep was real nice and their installer was good too. He was having a little problem with my shower line so we fixed it together and then he went ahead and put it in. We really enjoy it and I was very pleased.

Bath Planet was excellent. We got the acrylic bathroom shower and the walls. They put in the shower, the shower doors, the shower closet, and then they put the acrylic on the wall. Then they reattached my mirror and a new lightning. Then I had a granite countertop put in and tile floor, not the floor that came with whatever they had. Their sales rep was very positive. It was a good experience with him, the workers and the guy who scheduled it. The granite countertop was my bane but they did everything I could’ve asked for. They reattached that toilet for me and that wasn’t even anything I requested. That was something they did. However, we had weird patterns so I dry down the shower every day and squeegee it, but I’m thinking the floor's going to get yellow.

Bath Planet has the available colors and different selections. A couple of other ones we went to were restricted. We purchased the traditional tub enclosure from them and a floor shower. Their sales rep was pleasant and the installer was fine. Since there were two projects, he got it done in two days’ time rather than the one-day time. It was a pleasant experience. They were dependable.

We called Bath Planet and they came out to talk to us. All the people they sent out were nice and we liked what they had to say. They listened to us on what we wanted to do and done to the house. The sales representative brought out what he thought would fit our needs and he was professional. So, we hired them and purchased the walk-in tub.

Bath Planet came one year trying to get me into it. The next year, they came back over and I told them to get the price down a little bit. Their sales reps were really nice. My interactions with the workers were wonderful too. They got everything installed in one day then came back a second day to do some touchups. The only problem we have is with the bedroom door when they had to take it off and the frame, they didn’t align it correctly when they put it back, so now the door doesn’t latch.

Greg, our salesman from Bath Planet and We liked the product that our salesman, Greg, showed us. We then had a contractor come in and move our sink to where our shower was and put our shower where our sink was, so it was a pretty big deal. Bath Planet did the shower part of it and we loved it. It came out better than what I expected and our installer, Jake, did a great job.

We were at the county fair and I noticed Bath Planet because we had such an unusually shaped shower with a really small door to get in and there was a wall that shouldn’t have been there. Nobody else would touch it because it was awkward-sized. So when their rep came out to do an estimate, he said they can remove the wall etc. We thought about it and finally purchased it. We were put on the schedule and it was a fair time frame. They did a great job and it dressed up the bathroom so much.
