I wish I could find the top quality of contractor I received from Bath Planet in all our home projects. From beginning to end our remodel was done professionally. The product (bathtub/shower, toilet and vanity) is first-rate. Very pleased with our new bathroom.

I'm disabled and I couldn't get in the tub. I liked the Bath Planet guy and the walk-in shower he showed me when he came out. Its installation went well but the linoleum outside the new shower buckled and there's a lump there. Also, I wish I would have known that Bath Planet has a walk-in bath with the shower in it. But I love the shower and I would recommend Bath Planet.

We got quotes from several different companies and we liked the product of Bath Planet. It’s a good product, and other people should look at it as an option. Bath Planet put a new surround in our basement bath and we had two shelvings. The sales representative's knowledge was adequate and the installation team was very professional and did a good job. I requested to make sure I knew what the condition behind the wall was, and the installer made sure that I could see that. It was also clean after the project was finished.

We looked at the displays at a home and garden show and I liked Bath Planet the best. We purchased the flushed one that came in with a laser-type outfit, and the rep was very good. He laid it out, measured, showed us the different coding that they did and how they did it. The installers came in and tore out the old one. It took two days ‘cause it got set up one day and then a tech came back and finished it off. They were very polite and clean. The product works nice and I'm happy with it.

We were shopping around for a walk-in tub and somebody recommended Bath Planet. They were right down the street from us and we liked the looks of their product. We purchased a SanSpa walk-in tub and we like it. My interaction with the sales rep had gone fairly well too, although I didn’t get a call back a couple times on concerns we had. Still, I was very comfortable working with them. I was even impressed with the installation. It went very well.

We bought a house and the bathroom was horrible. We knew the first thing we had to do after moving in was fix it. They had done some do-it-yourself renovation for a handicapped relative. It had raw cement on the bottom and it was just awful. It was a mildew pit. So Bath Planet came out. The interaction with the rep was great. He was professional and on time. He made good recommendations for an unusual kind of difficult setup. And when we asked him for his candid opinion, he wasn't afraid to recommend it. We don't live near town and he didn't mind driving out to our place. We also had no problem with scheduling the delivery. The workers were super clean and professional as well.

Bath Planet seemed to be fairly thorough. We had them replace our old shower, and the overall quality of our new shower is what we expected.

Bath Planet's rep was upfront, honest and frank. At the time, I had walk-in bathtubs. The guys who came had to remove the tub upstairs piece by piece where downstairs, they removed the whole thing in one shot. I'm just amazed on how they removed those hot tubs. The entire project was completed a lot sooner than I thought it would be. I thought they'd have to remove upstairs first or downstairs first. But they came with enough people that they removed both on the same day. Except in downstairs, they were able to remove the existing system in one piece, and upstairs, they had to take it apart and bring it downstairs to remove everything. And they removed both on my property, so the work was completed as was specified. They then installed the shower. I had a seat that they built and things they had to set up. I couldn't use it right away and I had to wait until it's set up, but they're both usable now.

I had Bath Planet remove a bathtub and install a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors March last year, then this May, they replaced the bathtub in my other bathroom with one of those Jetta bathtubs. Both projects took them two days to finish and I was very pleased with the outcome. Also, the people from this company were very nice and great to work with. The salesperson was not pushy and he gave me several choices to choose from. The workers were very accommodating too. They also cleaned up at the end of the day before they came back the next day, so all was good.

I needed a total shower remodel and my husband looked for a recommendation online and found Bath Planet. Their rep was a very nice person and he knew everything that we asked. However, he gave advice on the care of the shower afterwards that was not accurate. He told me to put Rain-X on it but when the people came in to install the shower, they said that it would void the warranty. So, I squeegee the shower down every time it's used and then once a week, I wash it down with Dawn dishwashing liquid as recommended in the instruction. There are no chemicals of any kind.

I called EZ Baths and told them what I had. They came over and gave me an estimate, and I told them to do it. They installed a Bath Planet handicapped-accessible walk-in shower, and the quality of work was excellent. Everybody was professional. I love my walk-in shower, and I would recommend it to anybody.

I drove by Bath Planet’s location every day. I went into their office and I talked to them. They explained everything to me in a nice way. I was able to look at some displays they had there and I liked all the displays. I used to have a bathtub in my bedroom. I already had that taken out and I purchased a new shower from them with all the accessories that went with it. They knew where it was going to be pumping out on which was close to my commode in the bathroom. So, I didn't want to have to worry about tripping over that. I had the door, to exit out of, changed to where I exit out of the other end of the bathtub. The sales rep was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. One installer came out and he knew what he was doing. He acted like he had a lot of experience and he did very well. The bathroom remodel was very high-quality and I had no problems at all.

I have the Neighborhood app on my tablet and there was a recommendation for Bath Planet on it. I also read about them specializing in handicap. The people we worked with were amazing. From the time that we went to the business itself, the salesperson was awesome and very sensitive to my husband's needs. He sat my husband down in a chair and talked to us about everything. We also looked at displays. Although he had an appointment with someone that day, he set the appointment back just to come to our home as soon as we left there because he saw that we needed the walk-in shower to be put in as soon as possible. He was with us 100% plus.

I Googled bathroom renovations on my computer and Bath Planet, Bath Fitter and a few others came up. The particular one that does Bath Planet here locally in the Vancouver, Washington area is Collins Renovations. They are affiliated with Bath Planet and they are the ones that does it locally. They were fairly highly rated as far as satisfaction and had good reviews. I made my purchase a couple of months and it was completed on September 12. I had them remove an antiquated garden tub that was in the house and renovate that area into a walk-in shower for myself and my wife.

Last April, I had Bath Planet put in the bathtub. They put in the backing, replaced some hardware and then out up a fan. The sales rep was very professional and I knew him personally, so he answered all my questions and did exactly what I wanted. The installers did a good job and they were on time. They cleaned up all their mess and they completed it the same day. In the future, I'll use Bath Planet again if there is a need.

My husband went to one of the home shows and we got some information there about Bath Planet. We had them come out and measure and they gave us some estimate and what we could do. I really liked the bathroom of the house we bought, but we took out the beautiful bathtub because it was hard for me to get in and out of that tub. It was one of those high bathtubs that you can sit and soak in. But then, we decided to put in a walk-in shower. Bath Planet moved the plumbing and they did everything that they needed to do. We did the doors and the plumbing, and it was a brand new bathroom. Bath Planet was great.

I was scanning the internet for a walk-in tub and I was looking for something in my area, and there was't any place that was available. The closest one was EZ Baths in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, so I called them. Then I did a little research through the Better Business Bureau and they had super good ratings. When they came, they had several different options with the Bath Planet tub, so I was able to choose what I wanted. The day that the techs came, there was a violent thunderstorm. I had a covered porch and they sat there, and the work never ceased. They continued working and as they promised, they completed the job within one day. They were all super nice. When they left, they washed everything off, cleaned it and asked if there was anything else that I would like to have done.

My wife had a stroke recently and I needed a walk-in shower for her. I purchased one from Bath Planet and the experience with their sales rep was excellent. He did not put pressure on me and he was very helpful in deciding what we needed and how to design it. The installation was absolutely exceptional. I have never dealt with a contractor that was more pleasant to work with. The workers were excellent craftsmen and they were very polite, neat and first class. The walk-in shower is very helpful and she’s enjoying it.

Bath Planet's material seems durable and it could be customized. And although there were some limitations, they were able to accommodate the large size. However, we had some hooks on the wall and those got thrown out in the installation. So now, we're out of hooks. This is kind of on us too but we didn't think they would do that. They were gonna try and find them but then they didn't. Then they were supposed to give us a check for the hooks about a month ago but that hasn't happened either. Otherwise, the installation went fine and I'd recommend Bath Planet.

I called Bath Planet and their guy came out and talked to me all about their system. I ended up having a total remodel through them. I had a handicap shower put in, all new floor covering, and a countertop covering. They also installed a high-rise toilet and a new sink for me. However, I didn’t get the floor covering that I wanted. I wanted a vinyl floor covering that was light in color and that was what I picked out when the salesman was here. I didn’t get a lot of things that I bought. They were supposed to install a shower bench, but I didn’t get that and I didn’t get any refund for it. I’m not unhappy with the situation, but their tactics were a little off-center.

Bath Planet did a good job. The first people I called had a lot of advertising. They were really pushy and I did not like them. So, I started doing research and Bath Planet's name came up. When I called, they were more professional, they didn't irritate the hell out of me, and I was pleased with what they did. My husband loved it, too. The installers took a regular bathtub, and they made it into a walk-in shower. My husband had a leg removed and we need to make sure that he could get in. There was no way he was gonna be able to hop all over a regular-sized tub. The installers cleaned up their stuff, but what they used spattered and sprayed. So, some of that could've been wiped down a little better. Other than that, they did the floors and did a good job. I had 10 minutes of something to do after they left, and that ain't half bad.

My wife and I had a very poor experience with this company, especially related to customer service and communication. We contracted with them at the beginning of June for a project that was to start on July 23rd. New shower and tub and new vanity. When July 23rd came, no one showed up at the house. There had been zero communication after a measurement appointment in June. I called to inquire when the project would start. The first time I called, I was told someone would call me back in five minutes. No one called me back that day. The next time I called, I was told that my materials were not in and that they would call me back when they were ready to schedule. No time frame given on how long this would take. I called again to inquire into the time frame, and was again told someone would call me back; again, this never happened.

I would recommend Bath Planet. They replaced a bathtub with a walk-in shower for us, and they did a good job. I went with them after I had them come over and heard their spiel. Although we had one issue, it wasn't really their fault and they handled it well. The wrong product came and they had to reorder it. So getting it installed took a little longer than we had planned. But they were really good about taking care of that for us. The installation team was very good too. They did the job in one day and we're satisfied with the quality of their work.

Bath Planet's sales rep was very explanatory and told me just what I needed to know. She knew what she was talking about. The installer was excellent and he worked with me. I wanted an outfit that would go down to the studs. I didn't want to have them come in and do some cosmetic cover-ups. Bath Planet installed a shower in my home and they took out the old.

We had Bath Planet tear out our old shower and install a new one. They have a good organization and we had a great experience with their representatives. The lady who came out was really good and the young fellow who did the installation was great as well. Our old plumbing was taken out and a totally new one was put in. The shower is really great and we really like it. It's spacious. There are no more tiles so it's easy to clean, which is something that the wife really likes. I also like that a stool was set up in the shower. I have a heart problem and I can sit down on that stool and take my shower. We'd recommend Bath Planet.

My mom needed a total remake of two bathrooms and they both consist of a whole tub and a shower with the new upgrade. It included removal, a walk-in tub and a regular 16-foot tub. It was almost a total gut in the tub area and everything else was existing, the face bowl, and the sink. She did an online search and once she reviewed the reviews and was pleased with the reviews, she decided to go with Bath Planet in August. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and was informative. The program manager contacted her from there and he stayed in contact with her, letting her know when the technicians would come in to do the work. She was pleased with the reps from the beginning to end. In fact, she would highly recommend Bath Planet to family and friends if they needed a remake of their bath and she has been very vocal about that. I would highly recommend them too.

We were doing a remodel of the bathroom and the people from Bath Planet put in a shower for us. We're in a 96 manufactured home, and it had a little 30x30 shower stall and then a garden tub. All the time that we've been here, we had only used our garden tub twice in 20 some odd years. Also, we had this little tiny shower that we can hardly even bend over to wash anything with. So, we had Bath Planet remove the garden tub and we put in a 60x43 shower with double heads. The installation went great and the two guys who came had it all completed in a day. They were professional and were diligent about getting the whole thing done. We like the work that they did and had a great experience with them.

The sales rep from Bath Planet was pretty good. He was very polite and very considerate to our needs. He was also very punctual and he did a very good job on our bathroom. The installers were very quick, very professional, and they just impressed me. The quality of the product was mostly what got us to get Bath Planet. The only thing is that I don't really get the pressure from the water that I should want it to.

One time, we asked Bath Planet to get a price on a walk-in tub. However, with our age, their rep recommended us not to get the walk-in bath because of the jets and all of those things that could bruise us if we got too close to them. Instead, he gave us a price on a walk-in shower. At the time, we had a shower but to put the new one in, we got it knocked out and extended the size of it.

I’m handicapped and I had a tub but I had to try to get my legs over that tub. Also, I had a knee replaced, and cut nerves in it, so I got a walk-in tub from Bath Planet which was perfect for me. The two guys who were here were very nice and resourceful. They had to take out and change a good bit but they got the installation done in a day’s time. I had a 24-hour waiting period for everything to dry and then I used the tub last night for the first time and everything worked great. Everything looks good and I’m well-satisfied.

We had a shower installed by Bath Planet and it was a good experience. Their reps were knowledgeable and the installer did an excellent job by himself. He went above and beyond doing what we needed.

Updated on 10/28/2018: Bath Planet did respond with the cookie cutter answer that they do everyone who complains about them, which is to call Angela at corporate. Well that gets you nowhere she just is a way for them to say they reached out. Since my review I have filed a complaint with the contractors license board, Better Business Bureau and the NBC I-team investigation team. My shower installs were scheduled to be done the first week of October and here we are late October and still not completed. They have since Returned the money they charged to my credit card even though the job was incomplete. After researching I found out that it was illegal for them to take the total amount when services were not complete and I don’t mean to satisfaction I mean not finished at all.

I got a shower from Bath Planet. I've been dealt with better sales reps but Craig was all right. I usually shake hands when I sign a contract but he left as soon as we signed the contract with them. Other than that, the installation went really well. There's a scratch on the upper part for the shower doors, but they didn't install it 'cause it was all scratched up. Then I went out and bought can lights for the bathroom but they weren't the right ones. They had the water-resistant bathroom light which was cool and they let me have those. They did a really good job on the installation, so I'm really happy with it. Having them come out was good 'cause I wanted to be home and they worked around our schedule really well which was great. So, everything was good.

Their reps were very helpful, upfront, friendly and nice. The crew was also efficient, quick, nice and good at explaining. They stayed a little bit past their working time, but they got the job done in one day. With the walk-in tub, I can soak in it and relax. I love one of the jets where it goes really strong, then soft and then strong. It makes my back feel so much better.

We were putting in a walk-in shower and we liked the presentation that Bath Planet gave us. It sounded like they have really good quality materials. The sales rep was also very personable and easy to talk to. But besides that, we didn't hear much from them at all. They did not correspond with us before they came to put in the shower, as far as checking in and making sure that the date was still a go. We had somebody call us afterwards though. He was looking to purchase something from Bath Planet and he wanted to come to our home. We really did not appreciate that part. Nonetheless, Bath Planet's installation team was great. The walk-in shower was replacing a garden tub in a mobile home and they had to customize the flooring because it was extra wide. The team came at 9 o'clock and it was done by 3 o'clock, all cleaned up.

The Bath Planet sales guy who came and pitched on the product did a much better job than another guy. He was much more thorough about the product and his price was a lot better. We got a tub to shower and there were no issues during installation. The product is nice and I like it. The experience was very good.

I got a quote from Bath Planet and it was the best. So, I decided to use them. I got a surround for a bathtub and their sales rep was pretty good. He knew the product. Their installer was also was all right and quick in trying to get it all done and get out of there. But I was supposed to have the product customized and when they installed, it was wrong and there was no customization on it. Plus, they didn't fix it and just deducted 500 bucks for all of it. Other than that, it's nicer to use my bathtub since everything was installed.

*Beware.* Unless you like flimsy, overpriced, haphazardly installed junk, I'd stay as far away from this company as possible. They'll tell you just about anything to get you to cut a deal but don't nearly deliver the quality and expertise they try to project. RUN!

Bath Planet was at the home and garden show and I like the looks of their products. Their salesman came over to the house and his level of expertise was good. We had to call a couple of times as we had some questions. We then got a shower and a shower door from them which came with shelves and a bench. The guy who did the installation was very good. However, he ended up installing the wrong doors which we got to like. But then the next day, they said that they have to remove those doors and put the doors on that we ordered. I called their sales rep and he talked to their company boss. They said they couldn’t exchange them, so we had to go with what we ordered. They didn’t seem to wanna help too much.

We needed a shower enclosure and a shower door, and my cousin referred Bath Planet. Everything was great with the sales rep and the installation team. The clean up after the installation was absolutely perfect.

We had our shower redone by Bath Planet in Tempe, Arizona in 2014. The job was well done and we were happy with it. At the time of service I was told we had a lifetime warranty including the glass. Now in 2018, the shower door is pulling off its hinges. There has been NO abuse to this door. It also opens into a wall so it cannot be overextended when opened.

Bath Planet had a very beautiful store room and the saleslady was super nice and made me feel comfortable. I had them install a tub, a toilet, a vanity and a medicine cabinet. When they were quoting me, everything was more money. We took one of our highest estimates and when I was asking the salesperson, he said they could do it. I thought there would be employees but I could tell they were contractors. I told them that they put our light fixture in so close to the cabinet that I can't even change the light bulbs. And they shrugged their shoulders. Then they asked me if my salesperson even used a measuring tape. So that was like a fight between those guys. When I told them to move it up, they started talking in another language and they were purposely trying to butt me out of the conversation, saying that they couldn't fix it. So now, it's facing up towards the ceiling and I don't really love it, but I can't afford to ever fix it again.

I saw an article on Bath Planet and I signed up for it a year ago, but they were so busy that we never got around to doing it. I tried them again this year and they came out, and the men that worked here were wonderful. I had never seen people work so fast. They were running in and out and they were doing such a good job. They seemed to know everything that was necessary to do. They even left a name with me so that I could contact them afterwards if I had any problems, which was very good.

Bath Planet was able to schedule an emergency installation for us. They did a tub to shower conversion and it went very well. The installers were very polite, and they did a very good job of cleaning up after everything. All in all, I was very pleased with the installation and the speed they were able to do it with.

Contacted Bath Planet in February. A saleswomen came to my house and showed us Kohler products. We needed the bathroom done quickly as my children were moving in. The saleswoman said she could get it done. I signed a contract that gave a finish date that would have been the end of March. February nothing had been done and product was on back order.

Bath Planet was in Clipper Magazine and they caught my eye. They've put in the shower for my son and daughter-in-law upstairs and they love it. Now, they want a new floor and other things in there, so Bath Planet is gonna do some more works. Their sales rep was awesome. The installation team was really great too. They did what they had to do, took the time and made sure that everything was what my son and daughter-in-law wanted. They also cleaned up after themselves. It's been an awesome experience with this company and I would highly recommend them.

I had Bath Planet install a custom, floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower. Their quality, cost and professionalism made me choose them. They're the benchmark for the industry to follow. Anybody who doesn't use this organization would be doing themselves an injustice. Likewise, their installers are the benchmark for the world to follow. Their ability to communicate and implement was seamless, and they were absolutely aboveboard in cleanliness. If people would allow Bath Planet to visit their homes and speak to them about their process and what they offer, they would be convinced that this is the bathroom company that they should do business with.

I liked Bath Planet's material and I love my shower but I’m wondering why mine was so expensive. My bathroom was not that big. The sales rep was kinda in a hurry. When he came out, he's like “Okay. How much can you pay?” Right then, I didn’t have a chance to think about it and he told me if he had to come back out, he had to charge me a fee. When the installers finished, it looked funny, and I said, “Oh, they didn’t put up my shelf.” The rep called me and I asked, “Didn’t I order some shelves?” But on the paper, it didn’t show. The rep told me he didn’t write it down. I had to pay about $8,300 and the rep said he’ll send his worker back out and I had to pay an extra $200 for the shelf to go inside the shower. He also said that he had to order the material for the shelf. $200 just to put a shelf and my son said, “I could do that.” But then, I didn’t want my son to do it.

It's been three weeks since I've had my walk-in shower from Bath Planet installed. I live in Bloomington, Indiana and there isn't anybody around that does remodelling like they do. They customized my walk-in shower, measured it, and fixed a spot on the floor. They were excellent. The guy who did it was extremely professional. He would have gotten it done the first day if we hadn’t had a rainstorm which meant his equipment was all outside and plugged into electricity. He also never left a mess. He cleaned up everything. We were extremely pleased with Bath Planet.

We had a complete bathroom remodel from Bath Planet after the experience we had with a couple of other companies and the recommendation of a person we know that the job they did and the price were good. So, they took out a bathtub, made it into just a shower, and changed out everything. They worked for 4 and a half days, with one day spent waiting for the plumbing inspector, and I now have a new sink, toilet, vanity, and floor.

Installation was good until we started using shower and shower base started squeaking loudly. When they came to address the issue they said that shower drain was rubbing against a floor joist. Ultimately they are saying this is a structural problem and not theirs. If this is true why did they not notice this or notify us when they made initial inspection?

The experience was nice but once I and my wife started taking showers here come the leaks. First, they came unprepared, didn't have my shower glass cut, every leak were just caulked not fixed. Then the leaks started from my ceiling, they come out to fix and this has been an ongoing problem since. I paid $10,000 for this hoping for a great bathroom and I've been pissed since I received this product. When It's time to get in touch with someone and the product has been paid for that's another story. My ceiling is leaking onto my couch and now my window frame is turning colors. I made the wrong call on this product and won't do this again!

We liked the approach of Bath Planet and their explanation and the type of product that they had versus what we were getting done. Their sales rep was very courteous and listened to what we were talking about. He was very cooperative as well when working with the deal. The installation team was a party of one and the gentleman who did it put in a new bath shower fixture in our bathroom for us. He also put in a new base, sliding glass doors and re-upgraded a builder's type unit that was with our house when we bought it. He was very knowledgeable and neat. He made sure everything fit properly and didn't seem perturbed when he gets interrupted. Also, he finished up a little earlier than the time he thought he wood because everything fell together really well. So far, the quality of the work done has been good. Bath Planet's quote was accurate and they did a great job.

We purchased a walk-in shower from Bath Planet and everybody there was very nice. There was one installer and he was excellent. He stayed on the job and was busy all the time. I have had double hip replacements so I could hardly get in and out of the bathtub. I couldn’t put my legs up high enough because of my hips. The walk-in shower makes it so much easier. It’s really beautiful and it makes the bathroom look bigger because the bathtub isn’t there. It looks like the wall goes on forever now. I’d call again if I had to.

During January of 2017, Bath Planet tore out our old 1-piece tub/shower unit and replaced with a new shower only (no tub). It looked great and worked well EXCEPT for one issue: when moving around in the shower, the floor is SO noisy, creaking and squeaking like an old house. Our previous tub/shower was silent. Several months after the install I did call Bath Planet's customer service manager to explain the situation and I was told that Bath Planet can't be responsible for the noisy floor. My thought is how can they not be responsible? They installed it and their salesman promised this wonderful shower replacement and never said anything like "Oh by the way, the new shower floor may be very noisy unlike your old bath/shower that we are going to remove". I wasn't happy about the customer service manager's response but there didn't seem like much I could do at the time. So I let it go.

Bath Planet gave me a better deal, and I had them put a new tub and shower in. The sales representative I dealt with worked really well with me. I couldn't give him a yes or a no answer right at that very day, but he said I could call him the next day and the price would still be okay. The installation went good. The guy who came out seemed good, but he hooked my hot and cold water up backwards. It's not a problem after I realized that I just have to do the opposite of what I normally do, but if somebody else comes in the home, then they're gonna have the same surprise because it's very obvious which way you're supposed to go with it. There's a little snowflake on one side and a little sunshine on the other side, and you have to do the opposite to get your hot and cold water.

Since I wrote my last review I was contacted by the company's President, Charlie **. Mr. ** kindly reviewed the series of events that led to Bath Planet's failure to refund my deposit. Sadly, the representative I referred to was having some problems and failed to process paper work. Given Mr. ** explanation and his offer to immediately refund the money, I was willing to retract my complaint. But, Mr. ** went one step further and gave me another offer that I accepted. While I was truly upset with the delay in my refund, I understand that life happens and a company cannot always reign an employee in if the company is not aware of problems. This problem is resolved to my satisfaction as I am now waiting for deposit of my downpayment and looking forward to an installation by Bath Planet. If the company performs to the standard that Charlie ** resolved this problem, I know I will love this shower.

Bath Planet is a great company and they have the best price. We went to a home show in Steubenville, Ohio where we first learned about them and then we made a purchase in April for their acrylic wainscoting, a new tub, holders, a new floor and a new exhaust fan in the ceiling. We had a black, ceramic tile in our bathroom and we didn’t want the method of somebody tearing them out and redoing the wall. Bath Planet came up with the idea of putting acrylic right over the top of the ceramic and it worked.

Bath Planet got some good reviews, so we decided to work with them. We had them convert a bathtub to a walk-in shower. We called them then they set up an appointment. They sent out a sales rep that explained the procedures and process and wrote up the contract. We signed it, and then just about to the exact day that he said it would be ready, they called us and scheduled the installation. And they installed it. They had said it would be a one day, plus maybe a little bit more on a second day, and that was what it was. And it was great. They came in, did it and got it cleaned up. It all went real well. And we were happy with what they did for us. You could get it less expensive, but I don't think by a significant amount.

I did an internet search for bathroom renovations and I liked the products of Bath Planet. The testimonies were also a pretty important reason why we went with them. I got a tub and a shower insert from them and I really like it. I'm happy with the quality of the workmanship and the quality of the products. The installers didn't leave a mess too. They were polite and were good communicators. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding about my financing, but the owner came out to my house to get me to sign the papers. So I didn't have to do anything to go out of my way to fix the problem they made. It was a good experience. So far, I'm happy, everything's working. If others have the money, this is a good place to go with. They do good quality work. But it's not gonna be a budget installation.

We had an excellent experience with Bath Planet as well as with their representatives and installation crew. And we would highly recommend them. We saw them at a home show in Salem and about a week after that, we bought from them a shower stall.

I've seen Bath Planet at the builders' show in Eugene and their quality of the workmanship made me purchase a bathroom remodel from them about a month ago. The sales representative was Bobby and he was a very conscientious and good salesman. The installation team was very good and they were one of the best that I've ever hired to do work. I got the shower and tub unit installed and I am very satisfied. My experience with Bath Planet has been the best of the ones I've had.

Everything went fine with Bath Planet. We found them at the home show and seemed like when we signed up, it was seven weeks before they came to do the work. We couldn't understand why it took so much time from the time we signed up till they came and put it in. So, with the other bathroom, they did it right away. It worked out okay in the end. We had them take a bathtub out and had a shower stall put in. But we were a little disappointed with the representative. We wanted to have the shower doors, and he kinda talked us out of it, getting the glass doors. We put up the shower curtain and didn't go with the glass doors. But even though we didn't connect in that one part, we were very happy with everyone at Bath Planet including the salesman. Everybody was very nice and the installation team did great.

When we had hired Bath Planet our salesman told us it would be a one day installation. The install took three days. After we tried to use it, the drain wasn’t installed properly and it flooded my top floor and ruined my ceiling. The contractor didn’t use a plumbing license. In my town a permit is required for all construction projects along with an inspection. The contractor didn’t obtain a permit or get an inspection by the city. They lied to the city inspector and told them they didn’t take the walls down to the studs but I had pictures of it. They also never installed an access panel until the city inspector got involved. I had to have my carpet ripped up and the tack strips exposed for about ten days while my little children ran around the house.

We have a daughter whose disabled and both of our bathrooms have tubs. I was lifting her in and out of the tub to bathe her. So we just needed something so that she could get in and out independently. The Bath Planet sales rep was very informative and he wanted to make it work for us. He didn’t make us feel like we had to make a decision that day. He was very professional and he knew the equipment. He also knew what their competitors are providing and why Bath Planet products were better.

I went to the fairgrounds and Bath Planet was having an outdoor or interior decorator expo. I liked how what they had on display looked. And Bobby, the man that did the job, did awesome. He was right on with all the measurements and I didn’t have screw-ups with him. He got me the right stuff that he ordered. He didn’t have to—“Oh, sorry. We’re out of this.” I had two bathrooms and I had an old fiberglass shower on one of them. They took that one out and put me in a nice shower tub, fiberglass, and it got way more room in there.

We remodeled our shower and got a new one from Bath Planet. We dealt with Craig from sales and he was good. And the installation went fine.

Overall very disappointed in this purchase. Install setup took a long time. They have screwed up a piece in our bathroom 2 times and now have told me it will be more than 3 weeks since they can come back to install it. I feel the materials and overall install isn't really as good as the salesperson...

We were doing online searches trying to find a company that could do a shower installation. We sent an email through Bath Planet’s website and they contacted us in order to set up a quote and walk through what their options were. They sent someone out and we had discussions with them with their catalogs. They looked at the area that we were discussing and we went through some of the options of the things that we were looking for. All the quoting and everything was a single day process.

I tried another company and a man came out and told me the price. I told him to call me back but he never did. He decided on the spot that I couldn't afford his price. So I went to Bath Planet and I worked with John. And he was one fantastic man. The installers were fantastic as well, and they weren't a kick in the butt.

When we were out at the home show at the Fairgrounds, we were looking to redo our shower. Bath Fitter and Bath Planet were both there so we talked to both and then set-up an appointment. Bath Planet's sales representatives were very friendly and courteous, and they explained everything very well. But when the installation team first started, they brought all the wall stuff in and laid it against my refrigerator and my stove in the kitchen. I was like, “Okay, I haven’t had breakfast yet.” I asked the workman if they would come and move that so I could use my kitchen, which they very nicely did.

I went to the Iowa Home Show at Des Moines where I got to know about Bath Planet. I like the idea that they would come in and check everything out and replace. The sales representative was very good and a real nice guy. He knew everything that was going on. Then the installation team was wonderful to interact with. They took out the old tub and all the bath fixtures and replaced. We also did the walls with the acrylic. My house is real old and it had a regular window. And then they took out that window and replaced it with a much smaller one. However, it's been about three weeks, but it's not quite done yet as there's a little bit of siding that still needs to be done. Other than that, everything was seriously very good and I was somewhat surprised. Although I did a little dusting, they cleaned up everything. It was a very pleasant experience and I'd honestly tell others to get a bid from them.

3-year horrible experience from start to finish. Keep in mind that BP are owned individually, so if one BP goes out of business the other BP's will be very reluctant to help you. Which is what happened to us. It started with a new shower install with the Kent location which a total nightmare and improper install that we were unaware of. After 3 years we put our house on the market and wanted to get a fresh caulking job, come to find out the Kent location went out of business so another location came out to see what needed to be done. They immediately said what a horrible job the other BP did and this shower would never pass inspection when we list the house.

We went on a Home Show in Des Moines. We were hunting with Bath Planet's competitors and then we had them come to the house. I got to meet the owner of the company and he seemed very real and sincere. As for the other groups we dealt with, all we dealt with was the salesman. And the pricing was something we're looking at and they came in at a lot better figure than what the other two did.

I recently posted a negative review on Bath Planet. Representatives from BP responded quickly and came to our home to rectify & explain all our concerns. It appears that some of our negative reviews were unjustified given our lack of knowledge of shower installations. This experience with BP's reps coming to our home, their explanations of our shower install, and their deep concern to customer satisfaction has compelled us to have BP do more work for us. With this said, I do recommend BP and apologize for my earlier review.

The sales person from Bath Planet was very good and knowledgeable. He told us what they would do and when they came out, they did what they promised and it turned out beautiful. They did an excellent job delivering the product. We got a shower wherein they had to take a wall out then put a glass in and they did an awesome job.

I purchased the bathroom with the shower at Bath Planet. The floor needed replacement and they installed the shower. They told us the cost and what they were gonna do to replace. The project took 5 days to complete and the installation was good. The quality of the bathtub is just what we wanted. They did a good job and we’re satisfied with what they did.

We found Bath Planet at a home show and we liked what we saw. We had a very nice salesperson who explained everything and we liked him. We got the shower tub. The installers were very nice and cleaned up their mess. We were pleased.

They refused to recontact me. They're refusing to complete the job and are claiming that the job was complete even though there are sharp edges around the pony wall that are dangers and the shower head extension was the wrong color. I'm extremely disappointed that they have not contacted me. I've tried several times to phone them. They admitted that the parts that they said were the wrong type and color and even noted that the part that they should have sent was on in the contract that was never sent.

I had an urgent issue that I needed to get resolved in my new home. I did an internet search, and after talking to several companies, I was really drawn in with the longevity of Bath Planet as a company, the lifetime guarantee on it and the workmanship. We did two bathrooms. And we did one towards the end of 2017 and one in January 2018. We didn't have a bathtub so we did the shower, the walls, the ceiling, floor pan and new plumbing. It was a shower replacement. They customized to fit my space and then I could choose from a variety of options from their materials that I selected from.

I purchased the shower and the glass window from Bath Planet in January. They installed pretty fast and I'm happy with the quality. However, I was disappointed a little bit with the guy that installed the glass window part. But that’s a subcontractor guy. It was good as far as the product. We enjoy it.

We had a couple of people come but the rep from Bath Planet's presentation spoke to us a little bit better. It just sounded like the quality of the product might be a little better than the other company. However the guy didn’t replace the old toilet so we suffered from toilet leaks and sink leaks for a couple of weeks afterward. But they’ve come out, replaced the product, and cleared up the leaks. They were responsive about that. Also, they put in the soap dishes at the wrong end. That isn’t the way we decided to have them. And I’m semi-invalid so I couldn’t reach them. Then they said that they would put another set on the other side and we’re still waiting for it after all this time. We’re hoping it’s going to come through because I really like the soap dish since I have to sit on a stool to bathe. Overall their work looks good. We’d recommend them.

Several months ago, a salesman who came to see us convinced us that Bath Planet was a superior quality product. So, we went with their company. Since then, everything has been fine. However, there was a customer service episode that was not great. I've gone over the details of everything that we needed in the shower with the salesman, Craig. One of the main features we needed was a detachable hose and shower head. It was specifically for my child who is handicapped and can't move. He sits on a bath chair and has to be showered with a hose detachment. However, when everything was finished, we ended up with a stationary shower head. I called the salesman to ask about that and he was very aggressive and rude. He was trying to tell me that was what we ordered and agreed upon and that all the stuff matched a quote from Bath Planet.

We purchased a walk-in shower from Blue Planet in the last three months. We have already worked with the parent company before, Miller Home Renovations, and we were very happy with the work that we had them with their company. They had what we wanted. Their sales representative, however, was not their strongest point. While he was very informational, in some ways, he seemed a little pushy to me. We had already made up our mind that this was what we wanted to do, and I don’t think he was the best sales representative I’ve ever had come to my home. Nevertheless, the installation team was exceptional. They ran into some problems with our plumbing -- it didn’t match what they had, but they took care of it. It just went very, very well. It took them longer than they expected which was not their fault. They were right there, kept everything clean and tidy, and were just were very polite.

I first found out about Bath Planet through a Google search for shower renovations, and the actual remodeler Miller Renovations came out and sold themselves pretty well. I purchased a shower in December and they installed in February. We had some odd dimensions and I wanted to incorporate a window, and they were able to do that. However, there's a couple of minor things that I'm not sure how I feel about yet. The bench ended up being put in an awkward spot. Also, some of the fixtures don't seem sturdy, and I don't know if it's just because it's an acrylic shower. But the installers were nice, clean and as quiet as possible.

We did a lot of travel last year and on one of the trips back from somewhere we went to the home show early October. And they came by in November and I remember getting a call from a guy. He said they can squeeze us into the schedule and I go, "Don't worry about squeezing us in because we're not on a deadline." They were trying to do things before the year ends and get the customers happy.

After waiting for almost two months for them to come do our shower, and three weeks to install it, we got a shower that I can hardly move, and doesn’t even cover the space that the previous shower covered. The purpose of having the new shower installed was to have a bigger shower. Now we have one that we can hardly move in. Besides that, it’s a cheap piece of plastics with flimsy doors, that look cheap. They don’t want to take any responsibility for not noticing that the person they were building a shower for is 6 foot 2 inches and 250 lbs. It seem that a person selling the product, and says he’s been doing it for 10 Years would know better, or not be considered a professional. I know in my business, I have to be responsible enough to notice that you can’t put 250 lbs in a 100 lb box. Now we have an unusable shower and are out $7k.

Bath Planet completely remodeled our bathroom. They took out the old bathtub and shower, and they remodeled it with an upgraded shower. It's wonderful. We love it. The guys were so professional and nice. They showed up when they said they were gonna show up. They estimated the hours to do the job and it was done exactly when they told us. They were super conscious of being clean and neat. They kept their tools over to the side and down the hall, so people could still pass. They had to shatter the old iron tub in there and everything was cleaned up, and they hauled it away. When it started raining, they were conscious of laying down a protection on the carpet. We were just so happy with their work. Also, they made us aware that we could call them if there was any concerns. I would highly recommend Bath Planet. We have three other bathrooms, and we're hoping to use them again.

The Bath Planet sales rep brought a book and he showed us our different options. There were quite a few options and we were having trouble making a decision but he was able to tell us what other people have done. I liked the choices that we had and it seemed like the product and the work was gonna be better than some of the other remodeling companies we saw. It was more solid and not as flimsy to us. And the sales rep was really helpful in helping us make a decision. They gave us a good price, especially because we were having two bathrooms done at the same time. He told us right up front what the total cost would be and when we were done there were no surprises.

We had been talking about starting some remodeling in our bathroom. Bath Planet did a pretty good job of explaining the process of what they would do in that. Bobby came over, had the samples, went through the process, and how they would work. He stepped us through and asked us what we wanted to use and any other options. He did a good job. We got a shower and since we’re older, we had a grab bar put in right away, customized the shelves in the shower, and picked out the doors and stuff that we wanted.

We were looking for a company that could get our bathroom remodel done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. We had Bath Planet remodel two bathrooms late last year, the week after Christmas. I had the tubs removed and I had the shower pans, shower surrounds, new plumbing, and new faucets put in. The sales guy was there at the beginning, but I never talked to him again after we made the deal. The installer was phenomenal. He was an excellent guy and I'd recommend him to anybody that I deal with. Everything works perfectly and I've put my own shower door in. I'd tell people that the quality of Bath Planet's bathroom remodel is fantastic and it looks wonderful when it's done. But it's expensive, so be ready for the cost. Nonetheless, it was a good experience that I had with Bath Planet and I appreciate it.

We had our new shower installed by Bath Planet last January. It was a shower with a bench. The sales rep was fine, he talked to us, we agreed on what I wanted and we bought it. However, he said it was a one-day install but it was actually a two-day because of where I live. And that would have been nice to know. But the installation team was good.

Salesperson was very informed with a wonderful gift of gab that led me to believe that I was making a wonderful decision to go with SHO-PRO. Half of the money for the job was given to the salesperson and I was told that a gentleman would call shortly to come and make exact measurements of the shower area. I am handicapped and was told that I would be put at the top of the list and a rush to completion would be at hand. Measurements took place almost a week later and no idea of a completion date! I have called SHO-PRO and HomeBase and Bath Planet and was told that their products are made to order, so nothing resolved! I feel taken advantage of. I was called by the measurement gentleman and told that they wanted to make sure that what I ordered was what they will install. I hope that I have been very wrong about this whole ordeal!!

A friend of my sister has had their bathroom redone with Bath Planet and we were very impressed with the finished product, and she knew that we were looking at redoing our bathroom. I was in the process of getting quotes and I gave Bath Planet a try, and they came in way more competitive than any of the other contractors in the area we looked at for what we wanted. Our house was built in the '50s and it had ugly pink tile on every possible surface it could, a pink tub, and a pink toilet. It was an ugly bathroom and it wasn't working. Also, in the last year, I've had joint issues. So, climbing in and out of the bathtub to take a shower was getting hard. So, we had the bathtub taken out and a shower pan and a shower enclosure put in. We had the acrylic board put over the tile, and we had them put in a new toilet, new vanity, new medicine cabinet and new flooring.

Bath Planet by Carl's, Freehold, NJ: 11/29/17 - Great saleslady promised 3 days bath remodeling project completion (complete by December 31st 2017), high quality workmanship and materials. - Project completed 3/16/18. January 2017 - Wrong shower base ordered by company. Company offered me 500$ so that they could install wrong base. I rejected. Wrong measurements for base as per sub-contractor Anthony. After this 2 incidences, I requested for building and plumbing permits to be obtained. I wanted the company not to move forward with project, but demolition had been done and owner Paul stated that everything would go smoothly from here on. Wrong toilet color installed, then fixed.

Bath Planet did exactly what we wanted. They started the work about six to eight weeks from the time we signed the contract but it was as they said it would be because they had to get the materials. The sales rep we dealt with was business-like, friendly, and efficient. Everything was also fine with their installation crew.

I rent rooms out and have to do things quickly which is why I went the kind of service that was offered by Bath Planet. If I'd had any choice I would have hired a local plumber and had it cost a quarter as much and pay three times as long. The product I originally chose was a new bathtub, new plumbing underneath, new tiles, fixtures and handle bars for the safety of my residents and also because of a heavy mold problems.

Several years ago we got a walk in shower installed. The salesman was a sweet talker and we were told it would be done In one day. Two at the most. Yea right. Try 2 months. I put in at least 2 complaints with the home office. Never got back with me until I just complained again. I got mold build in my silicone, rust coming from the grab bar, a bumper part fell off the shower door.

I was at a home show. I liked Bath Planet when I talked to the folks there and everything about them was okay. Their sales rep was a nice enough guy, was a big booster for Bath Planet, had good information, everything that I needed to know. The installers were great as well. They did the entire job in a day. It was amazing. They pulled out my old bathtub, reinstalled a new one and put a surround around it. They also had to take out a cabinet and put in a wall behind the tub. Their service was good and they were professional. I was satisfied with the money that I spent for what I got as well. I had a very positive experience with Bath Planet.

We were at a home show and we were handed the flyer on Bath Planet. When we talked to their reps, they told us what they could do and how they would do it. When their installation team came out to do the bathroom remodel, they seemed very knowledgeable. They were pleasant men and their work was excellent. In the end, they did everything as represented and they did it well, so we were very pleased.

We had Bath Planet do our bathroom remodel two months ago. We had the tub replaced and new shower walls and fixtures put in. The sales rep and everybody else at Bath Planet were great. The installers were very polite. They were a little late in getting here, but that was okay. It took them a day and a half to do the job and they cleaned up their mess. They did a great job and we love it. I'd tell friends to come and look at our stuff and contact Bath Planet for an estimate. I've recommended Bath Planet to several people already.

I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone. We had a bath tub taken out and a shower stall installed by them. The sales rep was great. He came and was here about an hour and a half. He went through everything and had samples. The installers were great and clean too. They were fast and got the job done. I was very pleased.

We got the whole shower from Bath Planet about a month ago. I had a handrail customized for me and we went in for a walk-in shower. Their reps were friendly and easy-going. The installation team was fine too. They installed it within a day and a half. Bath Planet did an awesome job and they were reasonable.

Years ago, we had the spare bathroom done with Bath Fitters and we were really unhappy with them all the way around. We decided to go with Bath Planet because of our experience and they were way better than Bath Fitters. We purchased a walk-in shower from Bath Planet two months ago and we customized the shelf and the fee. Their sales rep was wonderful. He was honest, upfront and with a good personality. The installation team was awesome. They kept my husband up to date on everything they did. Overall, they did a good work and it was a smooth experience.

I was tired of my tub, so I got one from Bath Planet, and I am pleased with them. I’ve had the tub for three months now, and it has a fine quality. However, I wish that the glass was better because our water is somewhat hard, and there are still spots, and I don’t know how to get rid of them. It was a couple of days in, and I thought that it was supposed to be resistant to that kind of stuff, but I still see it. But their representatives have been fine, and anytime there was a problem, like we had at the beginning, I’m sure that they will come out and help me if I was to call them now.

I looked at two remodeling companies, Bath Planet and Bath Fitter, and Bath Fitter got bad reviews. Bath Planet's sales representative was good and he showed me the options. And I bought a shower and shower surround from Bath Planet. The installation was okay but I find the bottom of the unit slippery even though it's like bumpity and there are ridges. I used to have just a fiberglass unit and it wasn't slippery. I'm not really happy with the whole unit from Bath Planet.

We had Bath Planet install a walk-in shower last November. They were expensive but we were happy with the end-product. They were also able to put in the shelves and stuff that we wanted. Their installers were good, very friendly, and they cleaned up everything when they left. My experience with them was all positive. A couple of months later, there were some problems with the caulking. We called and they came in a couple of days and fixed it so, that was great. We had somebody lined up before but they kept pushing it off and a year later, nothing was done. So, we appreciated that Bath Planet did what they said they were going to do. We also appreciate knowing that if something goes wrong, they’re going to come back and fix it.

I was at a home show, and Bath planet was there. They are using Home Town Restyling, so they are lucky. I also had Home Town Restyling do other things at my home, so I had them do my remodeling as well. The installers did a fantastic job. I love the quality of the products they installed, and everything is holding up very well.

We wanted to get away from the bathtub and my husband and I wanted a walk-in shower. We discussed the possibility. We have a wonderful space here and there is no problem in making it a nice, large shower and so he went through all the routine of everything on what could be done. And we just looked at different shower pieces and it was very enjoyable and very nice. I purchased our Bath Planet before Christmas and I’m enjoying it.

I had Bath Planet remove my shower-tub combo and put in a walk-in shower. I was able to pick where I wanted the shelf and the bench, and also the showerhead and design of the acrylic that I wanted. When the salesman came to the house, he was very nice, very respectful and very knowledgeable. Then the installers were quicker than they thought they were going to be. They even cleaned areas that they didn’t mess up. It took them less than a day and they did an excellent job. And I've recommended Bath Planet.

We saw Blue Planet at the state fair and we liked the product. We purchased in late September where they did a shower enclosure. We had an old cast-iron tub that needed to be removed, and we had a seat put in and three shelves. The sales rep was very nice and thorough. The installation team was also good, and they finished it on time and cleaned mostly after.

We went to a fair in Eugene and the two gals who did the presentation for Bath Planet didn't pressure us. They just showed what they could do and they didn't have any cost there until the salesman came out. The salesman made a mistake on the contract, but he rectified it immediately. So they were honest people to deal with. We had Bath Planet do a remodel for the shower. It was a tub to a walk-in shower. We put in glass doors, and we upgraded the showerhead. It was really expensive, but they did an excellent job. Their workmanship was outstanding and their materials were very good. The installers were in and out. And it was just a one-day job. They were very neat and tidy. They also cleaned up outside, and they were really meticulous. They were nice and polite guys.

Bath Planet was offered through our local retailer. We purchased a full tub and surround from them, and the installation was done well. And so far, we're very satisfied.

Bath Planet was contracted to do a "complete renovation" of our bathroom. Upon inspection of the contract I found they were not going to replace a wooden window in the shower area. They were going to build around it. I contacted Bath Planet and the Rep. came back and agreed to replace the window as the original window was in poor shape. When the contractor showed up to start the demolition, I pointed out that the contract also stated "No Paint" even though the wording above said "tub, walls, floor, vanity, mis". The contractor ran his hand over the east wall of our bathroom and said "we can take care of this". The contractor told me what primer to buy and also what type of paint to buy. He also stated " he had a tub of mud " he could use not to worry. After the demolition I began asking when they would paint. He said "after the wet area is complete". So I waited until then.

Bath Planet seemed to do what we wanted to do in a time frame that was workable for us when we had a chance to have a talk with them. We’d had some problems with other remodelers around the fact that they didn’t or couldn’t meet time frames. We made the purchase about a month ago now and Bath Planet replaced the tub, wall surrounds, floor that holds the new sink, and the vent fan. I also requested for some hold bars as I’m almost 80. We had several contacts with the representative. We went and picked some colors together, and then he met us a couple of times to pick materials. He has good knowledge for their product and he may have disagreed with us or in everything we did since we had a couple of ideas that he thought were strange but he did it our way.

Installation of a roll in shower - The installer did an excellent job. Every piece was of good quality and the job was done within a few days. I was very pleased with the end result and would recommend Bath Planet to everyone.

We went to Home Town and we liked the display. When Home Town came out and went through what they were going to do, we decided we wanted Bath Planet. I was happy with the sales representatives that I had. They showed up on time and explained everything. And the price was in the ballpark I was looking. The old bath tub was taken out and then they put in the walk-in shower, the surround, the corner pieces for shampoo, and new shower head, shower valves and body. They said the installation would be two days and they made it. Everything was perfect when they were done. It's a good product and I'd recommend Bath Planet.

I needed my bathroom done and I wanted a shower instead of a tub. I called Bath Planet and the guy came out and looked around. He told me what it would cost and explained everything to me. And then four weeks later, they called and came out. They had to take the tub out and then put the shower in. I got a safety bar installed and I also wanted seating but he recommended against it. The installers were very nice and they did everything really good. The guy who came to put the drain was real good too. The whole job just took about two days. They did an excellent job.

Bath Planet has quality products, good pricing, and great service. We were at a home show where they had a nice display, and we had them come out and present all the details, which seemed like a good deal. The sales representative did a really good job at telling me what was going to happen, explaining the different costs and the timelines, and keeping in touch with me when they were going to start and what was happening. He had a lot of knowledge about their product. And when he didn’t know, he would reach out to someone else. The installation guys did a great job as well. They got right in and got started and the installation was done before I knew it. We had them do a shower installation. And we had them customize the way it opens. It wasn’t the traditional way. I had a fabulous experience, and I would definitely choose them again and choose the product again.

Bath Planet had the reputation and long term standing behind their work than when I go with the old Lowe's route and be stuck with what I get. The sales rep was really nice and he answered all of our questions very thoroughly. We loved knowing exactly what's going to happen. I'm not big on salesman but he was a good one. We upgraded our master bath and put in a new shower and sink. The installers were very respectful of everything, and they kept everything clean. They were a good crew and they cleaned it all up in the end. The only downfall to Bath Planet is that they're super expensive. But they do quality work and they stand behind everything. We would recommend them to other people.

Bath Planet did another bathroom for us before, and they did a good job and we just gave them a job to do. Three months ago, they tore up the old shower and the floor, put in a new ceiling in, the floor, shower and the cabinets. I used to know their sales rep and he was very knowledgeable about it. He knows what he's selling. We had a great time with their installation team too and they did a great job. It took them a week and they cleaned up every day. Bath Planet is a great company to work with. They do exactly what they say they're going to do and they pretty much did it and done it on time. I'd recommend them. They've done about three other jobs. I said to people I recommend, "They do a good job. You go pick out what you want and you go from there. And they'll get it done."

The installation team from Bath Planet was absolutely excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever. They're really concerned and very congenial, and they exactly knew what they were doing. When they got here, they started tearing stuff apart. And they were done installing my whole tub and complete shower within two days. They also cleaned up after themselves. I've tried calling Bath Planet to give the guy some credit. His helper was just as good as he was. In addition, their sales representative was fantastic. She was a very nice and knowledgeable lady. Overall, I just wish Bath Planet would get out there and advertise how great their installers are.

We heard about Bath Planet through Home Town Restyling. We have had a very good experience with some prior work that Home Town had done for us so we went with Bath Planet. We trust our sales rep. He's worked with us on all the work that we've discussed and projects we've looked at. And he's done a great job with explaining the products and the process. Last summer, Bath Planet did two bathrooms for us in one shot. We took out a tub and put in a walk-in shower, and replaced the commodes, the cabinets, both the lavatories, counters and all the hardware. The installation team did a wonderful work. Both the men were excellent craftsmen and they were very mindful of not being disruptive of our lifestyle, but getting their work done. I'd be glad to recommend them to anybody. We love the end result and it was a very good process. We've had a very good experience with Bath Planet.

After contacting Angela at the corporate office the local contractor for Bath Planet here in Southern California responded to my emails. I was able to have the contractor pull the permit and then pass inspection with the city (after the fact). All I'm waiting on now is the check for reimbursement for my permit fee from the contractor. I am very pleased with the assistance provided by the corporate office on getting the job fully and legally completed. This makes me much more likely to consider Bath Planet for future home improvement. I am giving 4 stars since this took too much time to resolve satisfactorily. The final product is very nice though!

My wife wanted to remodel our bathroom and people recommended Bath Planet to us. We went and looked at fixtures that we felt we wanted and that was how we got our fixtures. Then they just came, did their job, and left. They were polite too. They did everything they could and they did a good job. Bath Planet is very good and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We purchased a whole shower system with Bath Planet. My wife was handicapped and she needed a lower tub so they put in a new one there. The reps came to the house and we talked about my concern. It was very painless. The person who installed the shower system was very friendly and polite and it all went well. Bath Planet was terrific. They made the whole thing very simple and easy to do. I was impressed by their efficiency and they finished things quicker than anticipated. I’m glad I went with them.

GreenSky got me in to use Bath Planet to put a tub in, both companies will not honor the warranty. So I am stuck with a defective tub ~ but I still got honor of paying for it. They do not care. They all got their money and I am no one to them.

I was looking for somebody local and not as normally advertised. The rep from Bath Planet was knowledgeable and had his routine down pat. He had his materials to show and took his time. The installers installed right before Christmas then they came back and finished it the last week of December. They were courteous and respectful of the house. They came on time and made sure they put protective things down on the floors. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house the same way it was before they got there. They’re actually coming back to finish up some trims that they hadn’t done. But the bathroom looks fantastic and the quality is very good. The cost was what is was quoted and reasonable. It was comparable to other places but the customer service was far and beyond a normal company. I would recommend Bath Planet.

I've lived in the house for 14 years and I’d always wanted a new shower. I knew of another company but I wasn't too impressed when they came out. We went to a state fair here in Oregon and Bobby, the guy from Bath Planet at the booth, was awesome and very personable. The owner called to let me know when they were coming out, which I thought was awesome, too. They came out a couple of months later and did the bid. I always appreciate when sales people come to the house and they don’t try to give you a spiel. Bobby was a super nice guy and prompt. He came when he said he was going to be, he was completely prepared, had a presentation set up on his iPad and had every sample. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. He wasn’t in a rush which I liked. I’ve had a lot of sales folks come out and I felt like I was trying to accommodate them, versus them trying to accommodate me.

I was doing a web search and I looked at some information. And then, last year, we went to a home show and Bath Planet was there. I compared their product to some other stuff and it seemed like a good one. When we finally got around to deciding to do it, they were very nice and helpful. We got a tub and the walls that go with it. The installers were very nice and helpful. The only real complaint I have is the caulking underneath the faucet for the tub doesn't look right. Even so, I like the product. It looks great. They were here for a really long day because they were having a few little problems. But other than that, the bit of caulking area that I'd like to have checked, the guys were wonderful. They did a good job. I counted on them doing their job and hopefully, everything is correct. I've already recommended Bath Planet to a couple of people.

We have seen Bath Planet at the Oregon State Fair where they had a booth with a lot of other people. They had models of what they do and have got a quarter displays that show their different bathroom materials, colors, shapes, and designs. They were putting all the display out to let people know that they exist and this is what they do. We ended up purchasing a tub shower, a combination for the main bathroom. And then, in the master bathroom, we went with their biggest shower stall unit that they make. We purchased this quite back in August. We filled out the paperwork with them at the Oregon State Fair and have somebody come out. It was the 1st of October that the gentleman came, took a look, measured up and then told us the available sizes, colors, and patterns. We placed the order and it took four weeks for them to get the whole system put together and install it here.

Our shower cracked so we had to find somebody and started calling around some of the different local areas. We found Bath Planet and they could do the job in one or no more than two days. The sales rep was very good and we got the acrylic. The parts had to be ordered and as soon as they came, the installation team set up a date. The installers did a good job when they came in. They cleaned up well and we love the quality of the job. It was something we wouldn't have wanted to do, but we had to do it, so we're very satisfied.

Our experience with Bath Planet was not good. I like the product and what they install but they are too overpriced for the work and the product that they're giving. My bathroom is huge and has a new toilet inside that has a separate door separating the shower. I got a shower put in, so they tore down the wall and put the wall back up for the shower, and then put a strip in the room like they have done. I'm paying $16,000 for just that. That's the price of the floors I'm trying to put in my house throughout the whole upstairs and down. They didn't refurnish my whole bathroom and there was no renovation.

We purchased a bathtub from Bath Planet about two months ago. My wife found them at a fair where they had a booth. She called them, they came out and we talked to them. Their sales guy was very good. He was knowledgeable about the products and what was going on. He walked us through what would happen too. If I had any concerns, he’d tell me. Also, when I gave him a call, he got right back with me.

We had a couple of bad experiences with other salesmen when I tried to work on the bathroom. A couple of years ago, I didn't get along with the guy from Bath Fitters at all. This time, we went to Home Depot and tried to get them to come do it but they would never call me. I happened to be walking through the mall in Westminster and I've seen Bath Planet's displays sitting down there so I got the phone number off of that and called. I was very satisfied with Bath Planet's salesman. He came up on a Saturday and talked to us, and he was very nice and professional.

Bath Planet had what I wanted to do for our bath remodel and they service the area that I live in. I gave them my information and they contacted us right on time. They came out in the latter part of September. We purchased it the first day and met with the sales rep. The price was good. They honored the state fair special pricing and did everything they could to get us the best possible installation at the lowest possible price for what we wanted. It was really great.

We looked at Bath Planet and some other brands at a fair. They were just the best fit for us. Our bathtub was super duper small, so we took the bathtub out and turned it into a big shower. Bob was our installer, and he was a young kid but he was very good. He was very careful in what he was doing. He laid the carpet down and made sure that the cat and dog didn't get out when he had to carry something big through the door. He was all around a pleasant young man. He knew what he was doing and we're really happy with him. We have a friend and their house was screwed by the contractors and we told them to contact Bath Planet.

The Bath Planet product is wonderful and we had a great experience. Home Town Restyling had the product on display and we liked the fact that it is not pieced together. It is all in one piece so it would be easy to clean and less long to clean up between caulking. The sales team was wonderful too. They made it easy to pay and get it done. The sales rep was very nice and easy to talk with. He wasn't forceful in sales at all. We went back about three times and then changed our minds but they were very good. The installers were awesome as well. They did the job in a day and a half which was faster than we thought it would be and it was done very well. We were happy about that. We have told people about the product and to go check it out.

I saw Bath Planet on an Oregon Fair and I liked the looks of their product. I purchased a shower enclosure from them. The shower is fine but the people, I don’t care for. I told them to put something in the bath and they call me three days later to say that it wasn’t in the bath and that it’ll be another $450. So, I told them to fly as I don’t play that game. I just had the rest of what I had already started paying for installed. Also, I don’t like the bank that they went with because even a payment on it cost me $10 over the phone. I won’t have anything else done by Bath Planet.

I looked at four other companies and had three other sales representatives come to our home. What Bath Planet won me over the most was the explanation of the installation and the materials. The materials were better than the other companies and the installation, instead of like a one-day rush, it was two days which makes sense. They had to take my existing tub out because it had rusted. So, it was a little bit more complicated than just putting the shower. And they had to remove the existing tub and the wall to make sure there was no mold. They actually had to take the wall down, down to the studs. And then, instead of having the bath put back in, I had a shower stall put in. So, for them doing it two days, that was a selling point for me.

We went to the 4H Fair and there was a guy there from Bath Planet. I like what he showed me and I liked the presentation that he gave me. We had a whole bathroom remodeled by Bath Planet and their installation team was wonderful. I love it. I would recommend them to anyone.

My son does construction work and he said Bath Planet had a good name. I called and made an appointment. He showed me pictures of what was available so I had a good eye view of the selections. I told him I absolutely did not want a tub. I wanted a replacement, so we didn’t even look at the tubs and looked at the different collections and what I picked out. He let me pick out the tile or the backboards, the floor, the grab bars and the closets. He also let me choose where I wanted them. He gave me a horrible price but I took it. We purchased a shower from them and got our bathtub replaced. I’m not a shower person, but I had it put in because of my husband’s mental problems and he wouldn’t take a bath.

Update, Since original review Bath Planet has work with me to resolve this issue. I am pleased that they were able to honor my request of what I was expecting to be done.

Bath Planet did the floors in three of my bathrooms. They also did a bathroom upstairs that I've been dying to use over the last three years. I finally got the chance to save the money up and do it. When I saw the quality of the material that Bath Planet was using for my bathroom, it made sense. And the price was reasonable too. I spoke to an enthusiastic rep and in two days, he came out and gave me a quote. The guys that did the work were very personable and I really liked them. They were one of the better ones that I ran into. I love the work they did and I like to do the bath.

Four months ago, I had Bath Planet do my bathroom and flooring. I like their price and their work is excellent. Installation was a one-day thing and their crew was very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to other customers.

Bath Planet did our shower. I liked their sales pitch and the materials that would be used. They had different colors and different things for us to look at and we made our choice. Bob, the sales rep, was a very personable, very friendly and answered all of our questions. He came more than once because they had to tell us that one of the colors that we wanted wasn’t available. On the other hand, I was a little disappointed because I ordered a couple of things and the installers talked us out of having them installed and they left an edge right next to where the shower was in the floor that we had to finish up. Also, they put the shower handles up and down instead of across or vertically. Other than that, they did a good job with the installation. Bath Planet is a good product and it was worth it.

We had a bathtub and had been thinking about putting a shower in so we called Bath Planet. The sales rep showed us different pictures and she was very nice. We bought a shower, a seat and glass doors, plus I went and ordered a marble top for the sink and Bath Planet put that in for me. The installation team was good. They put stuff in around the carpet so it wouldn’t get dirty. They put all the junk into bags and took it out. Everything was fine.

The Bath Planet salesman did a good job and the product looked right. It all seemed fairly simple and the warranty was pretty much the package. It seemed right -- the financing and the program that came along with it. It's been a couple of months since we remodeled our bathroom and the sales rep was prepared and had everything to show us. Our interaction went smooth and the installation team from Bath Planet did a really nice job. They were professional and took care of it. Everything went as smooth as it could be and Bath Planet did a great job, and we are more than satisfied.

I met with Bath Planet's rep and then I talked to somebody from another company. The quality of Bath Planet's product really stood out, and their representative was great. He went through everything. Moreover, he had samples of the actual tub and what it’s made of. That was the seller since it was very significantly different than the other tubs I've seen. It had a much higher quality. And he helped me through the entire process. It was very well done as well as easily.
