Terrible experience!! Ordered a new shower. Shower showed on schedule but sliding doors were way too wide. Could barely get in the shower. They ordered us new ones. 2 months later…no doors. I sent emails and left messages but NO responses of course. Finally got email saying doors were in and they'd call and schedule install within 2 weeks. A month later I call my salesman. He finds the doors collecting dust in the warehouse and we finally get them. Then I ask “where's the no stick floor your salesman supposedly THREW IN?" No responses other than form letter which uses lots of words to say nothing.

Salesman was attentive to our needs and worked with us to ensure that all our needs were met. Installation was scheduled 3 months in advance and they kept us informed of any changes that would affect our start date. Bath Planet started our project on the day they scheduled and installer was her at 8 am to start. He finished up in 2 days and cleaned up all the mess that he had made. We will definitely use Bath Planet for our next project.

I signed an installation contract with Bath Planet Atlanta on 5/20. I was told by my sales representative, Jules, that it would take 11 weeks from the date of my 2nd measure, to deliver the materials for my install. My second measure was on May 25. The last week of July, I called the office for an update. I only got the voicemail so I left a message. On 8/8, I get a message from Nicole stating that the materials were expected to be delivered by 8/26, if not earlier. 8/26 would mark 13 weeks since my remeasure. 8/26 comes and goes without any updates. I finally call the office on 9/5 ( yesterday). Again, I get their voicemail. I ended up leaving 3 messages requesting an update and for Nia to call me back. I did not receive a callback.

Bath Planet promises are not to be trusted. This week we spent over four hours discussing our bathroom remodeling plans with a Bath Planet agent. We picked all the features and attachments we wanted. The agent quoted us a price. It was a little bit more than we were first wanting to pay. We told him we needed to think about it. He said he had several specials to lower the price. Even with the new price we still told him we needed to think about it. He said he wanted to call his manager and walked outside and when he came back he offered significant savings. The price at this point was nearly half of the original price. So we decided to take the deal and sign a contract. We gave a down payment of $4,500.

Do not let these people scam and con you into thinking you will have a beautiful new shower/tub. They will excite you with too good to be true products at an astronomical price. And God forbid if you decide to finance and are approved they will make you think you're agreeing to the loan terms and assigning the project to them, but won't tell you that you're actually authorizing for the lender to deposit the full cost of the estimated project into their bank account moments after you sign!

We hired BP to install a walk-in shower as part of a larger bathroom remodeling project in 11/2022 - completed in 3/23. Just the facts: Pros - we are pleased with the final shower product, but not pleased with the process at all. Cons - although BP was fully aware of the nature of our entire bathroom remodeling project, unbeknownst to us, they initially installed a shower in 11/23 without pulling a permit! Since we could not move forward with the rest of our project, the shower had to be pulled out and a new one ordered, which was not installed until 3/2023. However, the ‘new’(?) shower installed was soooo dirty, with smudge marks and boot marks on all three walls as if someone walked on the walls!

They called me, told me I could get a free estimate that would be good for 1yr. When the lady arrived I found it odd she didn't want to look at my bath room. We say at my kitchen table, and she was asking me what I wanted? I told her it would be easier for me to show her, so she finally agreed to look at my bathroom. Did her mold, moisture tests. Which pretty much passed. After watching videos of their company, etc. I told her I felt like I was at a job interview. She said she quoted me the lowest price ever on a bath and wall surround. I would ask how much certain things cost. She would say expensive. I signed the contract.

PLEASE READ. Possibly the WORST experience. Take the time to do your research on Bath Planet. Don’t be bamboozled by their salesperson, price, and false promises. This will not be a one day project and the crazy high amount of money will not ensure top quality product or a workmanlike experience, as we were told it would. I’ll try to make this succinct because there is so much.

We bought a remodel of removing the bathtub and putting a shower in. The product is really good but sometimes, the owner is not very people friendly. I had a bit of confrontation with him but overall, it got settled.

We bought a new home, and it had a bathtub in it. We wanted a walk-in shower so they tore the bathtub out and replaced it. Working with their reps was excellent and the installers did a wonderful job. The two young men who installed the shower and did all the work were excellent at what they did. They respected not only us, but our home as well. They were very nice. We love the new shower. We get a lot of compliments on it, so not only does it work fine, but it looks beautiful.

They did a good job installing our walk-in shower. I would recommend them.

I am providing a review of my experience with Bath Planet of Atlanta. I originally met with the Salesman on June 2, 2022, he was a super nice guy and gave me a good sales pitch. The thing that hooked us was the 2~3 day demo and install, turning our garden tub into a large shower and turning our old shower into a closet. Todd (salesman) said "no problem we do this all day every day". He did tell me that it took about 12 weeks to get materials and that there would be another 7~10 days to get the custom glass door. I signed the contract and that was the END of the positive experience with Bath Planet of Atlanta. I was told I would get a welcome email by the next day to tell me what to expect during the installation, to this day I have NEVER received that welcome email. Needless to say this company has the WORST communication, I had to initiate ALL of the correspondence with this company to keep it on track and to get any information.

The wrong shower head was installed in the shower. I have called to have it fixed for about eight weeks. All I get is being told someone will call me back. Have waited for days and no one calls. Need to get this fixed so the V.A. will help with the cost. Good sales pitch and installation group, but if you have a problem you are just out of luck.

I wasn't going to go with Bath Planet at first because Joe, the sales rep, was bouncing all around the place. He had an attitude. But the owner came down and talked to me, and then I spoke with the financial person, JP. All of them seemed to be transparent. I was also really impressed with the guys that came out to do the installation. The floor is vinyl, the shower, the tub. It's nice, but it's not the best. The door leading to the bathroom is also not straight. The contractor came out and we talked about how we could fix it. Hopefully, I'll be hearing back from them because I haven't authorized the funds for the bathroom until we're satisfied.

We were 18 days without a bathroom. There are four of us in the house. It's hot and we couldn't take a bath. I thought they were gonna change the whole bathroom but I found that they didn't even change the back of the door. I had to buy zinc and bath salt because they didn't put those things.

I went to the home show and after talking to the guys who were there, I felt a little comfortable with them. They explained what would happen and what would they do for me. I got a bathtub and a shower. The installation team cleaned up after themselves and the only problem that I may have now is the size tub that I have is not the size tub that I got back. By the time the reps put the tub in, there was nothing I could do.

I'm receiving calls daily from a Illinois number and don't live in Illinois. I'm on the do not call list but I'm still receiving calls daily. They have been reported numerous times to complaint department of do not call list government websites. I think this company takes advantage of seniors that don't know better as pricing given to my father at one time, just the bathtub alone cost over $10,000. If you were to price a bathtub at any hardware company they are about only $500. Making $9,500 profit over the original profit of the regular tub.

We bought two shower installations from Bath Planet. The quality of work was decent. We got them installed and we weren't super satisfied with them. We felt like they looked a little bit cheap. So, we kind of regretted going with the cheaper option. We wish that we had gone with regular tile instead of the bath inlay. What we didn't like was the limitations of materials that we could choose. Ultimately, we ended up having to have our installers come back several times to fix issues that we found with the shower installation. So, the installation process was a bit frustrating. I wouldn't recommend Bath Planet. It wasn't the quality of the material. It has nothing to do with the process or the people we've worked with. We just didn’t choose correctly for our house, unfortunately.

Bath Planet’s sales rep explained things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a touch higher than I was expecting but it wasn't out of the realm. And I liked their lifetime warranty. We had them do two jobs for us and after the first one, we were super satisfied with what they did and the lengths they went to make sure everything was exactly right. We liked them quite a bit. Both times, we had our master bathroom completely redone. The first time we did it was a major one. They took everything all the way down to the studs in the entire room and built it completely back up from scratch.

The people at Bath Planet are super nice, at first. They came and installed the shower in one day, and the shower is great. The installers were very professional and cleaned up. The problem came when they were done. They had chipped two of our tile up against the tub, but didn't inform us of the damage. They proceeded to caulk over the top of the broken tile, so now they cannot be replaced. Then, oddly, they were adamant on hanging our shower curtain. We now feel like this was a way to distract our eyes away from the damage. If we had known of the damage, I could have patched the tile before they caulked. Now, their customer service refuses to fix the tile, to pay for fixing the tile, and is not interested in rectifying the situation at all.

We needed an affordable solution for replacing our old, well-water-stained, broken, jet tub that was in the house when we purchased it, and the tile surrounding it which was beginning to lose grout, have mold issues, and in general was just not an attractive color/style. We got quotes from a few similar bath/shower remodel companies and Bath Planet was the most affordable with the most style/design choice options for the price.

Our new bathroom is great. Bath Planet was the best. They’re the ones that helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. They showed me exactly what I needed. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They did exactly what I asked. They put in everything I requested. I couldn't ask for anything better.

They damaged my Floor during installation. Tried contacting the salesman Alex who said not his responsibility. Tried contacting the installer Brian with response. Tried contacting customer service with no response. This was a lot of money to end up with a damaged floor. Also a lot of money to be blown off and ignored. Makes me concerned about the warranty.

I needed a good handicapped shower and Bath Planet was able to meet the wishes that I wanted. I liked what they had and that they customized it and they gave me a really nice quality shower. Their reps were great. Mitch did a great job. There was some miscommunication and things had to be redone, but the guy took over and made sure they were done. They gave me better than what I had signed up for and they were willing to look at anything needed. Bill did a lot of the installation and he had some hassles but he had a real good attitude. I like the way that they worked with me to get something that I would be happy with.

The sales rep from Bath Planet was very nice. The reps came and measured, and we talked about finishes, designs and colors. They wanted to make sure that the flooring and the walls matched compatibly and that the tub was what I wanted. They were very careful to make sure that I got what I wanted in that bathroom instead of suggesting. They opted me to tell them what I envisioned and it came out well. We're very pleased with it. The quality is very good. I didn't quite get the countertops I wanted but when it was over, I realized that it was my fault, not theirs. I had not been clear about that.

I inquired about what a ballpark cost might be to remodel a bathroom. I know it can be a competitor of theirs however I just wanted a ballpark'. Not an exact amount. I said that on their online form too. They call you on the phone and the rep asks you a lot of questions (how old is the house, any work previously done) which is fine. They need to visit your residence to give look at the project to provide a quote. However, they ask that all principals (owner of the residence) be in attendance when they come to your house to look over the project. This is a high-pressure sales tactic done as they do not want to leave your residence without a signed contract. This way you cannot say "Oh, I need to ask my and get their opinion." The actual work appears to be subcontracted out. I could go to a big box hardware store, purchase everything I need and pick a name from the contractor bulletin board just as well. Be careful out there.

The first contact was 11/2021, I called several times that they had not forgotten (ok holidays, weather). Well January still no product, have not forgot. We finally got an installation date February 17th & 18th. Made arrangements for me to be away. When returning 19th husband advised that the wrong sized was order and the floor pan could not fit. My husband and I are seniors, we thought we had made a wise decision, because of my knees not able to lift leg. We called and could not give us an answer as to when it would get here, they did put a rush.

Worst installation job ever. Bath Planet installer came in on Saturday February 12, 2022 to install our shower enclosure taking out old tub, putting up new shower surround, base doors, and hardware. 1. WORSE caulking job I ever seen. Caulk goes anywhere from even to 1" not to say on shower glass doors, wooden window frame, on the ceiling, floor. Inside trim of doors, cracked old tile outside the new surround, parts do not match up evenly. Then to top it off water leaked into basement. Called company on Monday 2/14/22 asking to speak to Sales manager. Told that I had to go through installation manager, told the lady I wanted to speak to both manager and to come to my home and see the lousy job they did,

I had two bathtub and shower replacements done by Bath Planet in the Dallas area. I was very disappointed at the quality of the workmanship and materials. For example, the caulking was thick, very sloppy and did not match. The tub spout was plastic instead of chrome. I spent about $18,000 for Bath Planet to do this work. I am now going to have to go back and replace the caulking and hardware myself. I was also concerned that all of the copper plumbing was removed and replaced with some kind of plastic tubing. I raised all of these concerns to the installer and company representative but no action was taken to resolve the issues. I deeply regret using this company.

We have had 2 contracts for walk in showers. One 4/2021 and one 11/2021 because we moved. First contract had some issues but the second totally unacceptable. Mismatched grab bar (doesn't even match the color in the contract). Grab bar crooked. Shower handle protrudes too far because they put a 2x4 behind it. Ryan (installer) cut a 14X8 inch hold in the floor so the drain area is weak, making it unsafe. Jimmy caulked a 2x4 under it trying to hold it up, not acceptable. Used clear silicone without cleaning off the drain plate or edge of shower door and now looks like crap. We had people working on cement in the basement. No response from Chris after 3 emails and when he finally did respond, didn't follow up as he said. This cost us over $20,000 with both of them. Go elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

Signed contract 9/16/21. Didn't hear from them until I contacted BBB of Atlanta. Asked for refund, was refused. They still have my money, I don't want them near my property, not to be trusted. The Owner Daniel ** informed me my bank would refund my money. How does he know that. Probably had prior experiences.

Do not go to this company to get a bathroom shower install no contact with you and not very good customer service and they want a very large "deposit" for their product upfront to build, went to their Novi Mall store front, set appt, they sent a rep out from Grand Rapids, July 20,2021, did a contract gave him a very large deposit, he said probably not until Mid November, we call today just before Christmas, our rep is no longer with the company, and we needed to call on the other side of the state that was of course much closer to us in the first place... by the Novi Mall store, still no dates as to when we could expect any type of date... Not sure why we need to call as the customer, and this is not very good business taking so much money if you cannot get your product, would like very much to speak with the owner about this.

I requested for a quote to upgrade my bathrooms and break some walls to open the space and add a closet. They showed up on time, very professional and considerate. Gave me the quote in couple weeks. The project was on-time, on-budget, meticulous and came out beautifully. I can't say enough good things about working with Bath Planet team. I will definitely be using them again for my next project without hesitation.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not vet their contractors. They just hire them, give them a big bonus and send them out to Botch consumers' bathrooms. I asked to be let out of my contract when they didn't have enough installers. I was told that couldn't happen. Now I am stuck with the ugliest shower.

My husband and I signed a contract and paid a down payment in March to take out our tub and replace it with a shower. We were told and it states in our contract that the work would begin in 8-10 weeks. A couple of weeks before the work should have started, I received a call from Derek stating that “due to production delays” our work would be delayed about 4 additional weeks. Ok fine. Well now we are at almost double what we were originally told. We never hear anything unless we initiate the contact, and even then sometimes may or may not get a return call. It always “two more weeks”. I think it may be time to cancel and find a new contractor.

After our tub to shower conversion we had one small issue to resolve with the company….3 months ago. Despite weekly, then daily, phone calls and a few emails to try to resolve this issue, we have not heard back even once. Now we have another issue that we’d like to schedule someone to fix but we do not hold out ANY HOPE of getting anywhere with this company. If you’re considering Bath Planet for your remodel, the price will lure you in but the follow up will make you want to tear your hair out.

My husband Chad and I went with Bath Planet back in April. My husband had talked with a rep, Chris W. about doing drywall, a bathtub/shower combo, and tiling the floor. He was told verbally that this would be in the contract. The agreed upon pricing was 9500. Well, when he signed the contract, it was actually for a bathtub/shower install and tile install (we buy the tile) only. He didn't read what the rep, Chris, had written. He just trusted that what he wrote down was what they had talked about.

Too many problems. Not satisfied. Don't waste your money. Very disturbing they don't get back to you. They came back several times and still not satisfied. Very disrespectful. Installation very sloppy.

Do yourself a favor and get a trusted general contractor to install a shower for you the right way: HardieBacker board + a waterproofing membrane like Schluter's KERDI, and get onyx or similar panels installed for a smooth grout-free shower. Even if the surface isn't 100% water proof, the membrane sure as heck is. With this product you'll wait 6 months for this flimsy plastic to be installed, which is only sturdy if it is perfectly bonded to the drywall underneath. With my luck you'll get the B-crew that screws everything up resulting in plastic panels popping off the wall, along with the usual incompetent mistakes like plumbing leaks. The only real water proofing is the plastic and the caulk at the corners, which even with plastic strips behind the corners, this is nothing close to a water proof membrane installed on cement backer board. Given you'll pay 5-10k for this, you can do so much better for your money.

We called Bath Planet's rep and things worked out well. The only thing that took long was to get the product. Once we signed paper, it was 12 weeks to the week that they were there to install it. They did a bathroom remodel for us. The installers were there at 8 o'clock in the morning and they were out at 1:30. They took the old bathroom and tub out and replaced my pipe. They cut the pipe halfway and put the showerhead on that. They also reinstalled the walls they had put in.

Somebody from Bath Planet called us and it happened to be the right time. We kind of appreciate the initiative for the call and they gave us what we wanted for the price we wanted. The installation was great. The workers were very respectful of social distance, mask and cleanliness. They were very expedient too. They were done in a day and a half and the workmanship was great. My only complaint was that I did want a white tub. That was one of the changes that we had made. It's not white but it still looks good in there so it's fine. We're happy with the end product. I like the size. It was the biggest one that we could get in our space and everything looks so clean and nice. We also got a handle to hang onto getting in and out of the tub because we're getting close to 70. We had one of the little shelves where you can put soap added and a cubbyhole. It was an excellent experience. It was satisfying and enjoyable.

Originally, Bath Planet had someone schedule my appointment, but then he canceled. His mom was sick in the hospital and he never got back to me, so I was going to go to some other company. But then, they called to follow up and I told them the situation. They said, “We'll give you a really nice discount as an apology for his handling of your project.” So, I gave them another chance. They did the tub and they redid the wall behind it. The installation was good. But I noticed that they scuffed up my doorframe and a little on the walls. There also might be some putty or caulking residue still left on it. That was a little bit of a bummer. I wish that they would have cleaned up some of the scuffs that they left in my bathroom. But they did a good job overall. The quality is very good too. It's holding up so far and the tub is very sturdy.

We wanted a new shower and a new bathtub put in our main bathroom. I went in to find out who was available to do that work locally. Bath Planet's name come up with good ratings that's why I went with them. The people from Miller Home Renovations doing the work were great. They were clean and quiet. They took away all of the debris. It was a good experience for us. However, the materials used was not up to the standard that had been sold. We're very unhappy with the job because of that. The materials they used reduced our water flow to a substandard level. My wife cannot draw her bathwater and get it to where she likes it before the water gets cold. I was told that the faucet going to the bathtub was only for one and a half gallons per minute. That's also substandard. Also, we don't have a shower connected in any way with that bathtub. The water faucet putting the water into the tub has a shutoff valve on the top for a shower so we should've not had that.

Purchasing from Bath Planet went well. We knew that we wanted to get it and the rep was trying to go through his spiel and sell his product. We wanted him to get down to the nuts and bolts of it. He wasn't quite comfortable with doing that but we finally convinced him to do it. We didn't care about the product but we just wanted to see what the end results were gonna be. My mother-in-law is 84 years old and we wanted to convert her bathroom that's off her bedroom to be easy for her. She loves it. It's very easy for her to use and very pleasurable, which was why we did it. The installers did a good job. The only thing that was a little perplexing was when it came to installing the safety bars. They asked where I wanted them. Maybe it was something that you need to customize but Bath Planet should have a standardized thing on where you put them and how you put them in.

I liked the Bath Planet salesperson that was sent out. We went through samples and textures and he was able to give us exactly what we wanted. He was very informative and able to answer all of our questions and helped negotiate a price that we were willing to pay. We paid about $1,000 more than we wanted because we really liked him. The installation team put in a tub and shower and they were in and out in about six hours. I really like the work that was done. I like that it looks way better than the old, dingy unit that we used to have. It's easier to clean. The most important thing to me is my wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life.

The first company I looked at told me that they couldn't change the drain. Bath Planet came in and said they could do everything including upgrading the plumbing and the wall. We were able to go through all the samples and make good choice. I had a knee replacement and a hip replacement. It was awful hard for me to crawl over the bathtub to take the shower and I hardly ever use the bathtub. I had it taken out and Bath Planet put in a shower.

My wife said everything went okay. We had to call Bath Planet back because there was a bit of caulking that was left out on the outside steam, so they had to come and fill that in. The only thing I don't like is the showerhead. The showerhead they put on doesn't have as much water pressure as it used to have. I would have chosen a different showerhead or one with the regular shower and then one on a hose. Other than that, we're pleased with it. The cost was comparable to the work.

The representatives at Bath Planet were very nice people. Everything was great. The product looks great and the installers did a great job.

I made my purchase with Bath Planet in August. I had to call and bug them in October 'cause I hadn't heard a word out of them about a date for installation. It was in late October that my walk-in shower was installed. Their installation team was great. They replaced my bathtub with a walk-in shower. I have carpet in my bathroom so the shower they installed had a couple of inches less depth than what the bathtub had. So, there were a couple of inches of bare floor between the carpet and the new shower. The installers put in a cheap piece of wood. I'm not happy with that and I need something waterproof there. The owner said he would take care of it but he hasn't and I haven't heard a word.

I went to the Better Business Bureau and asked for bathroom remodels. I got three quotes. We thought Bath Planet would be a good way to go and a lot of the reason was Tyler. He was really nice when he came out. I liked him and his demeanor. He wasn't high-pressure and he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. He asked me exactly what I wanted, how much money I have to spend, and told me he could do it for me. He explained everything about the product to us. He told us that they stand behind everything and that they were local. They have a place at the Park Plaza.

I'm 74 and I needed more of a shower situation than a tub. I have a place where I go to church and my friend, Kelly, had Bath Planet do two projects in their home. I went with her recommendation and I had them come out and give me a bid. The installation went fine and the product is excellent. It has great building materials and it’s all made in the USA which is what I was looking for. All that kind of stuff, I'm happy with. Bath Planet did a good job for Kelly and for me.

We had our master bath remodeled and we were happy with the work Bath Planet did. So, when we had our guest’s bath remodeled this time, we called them back. The rep was very good. But we were surprised to hear from the workers when they were here that he was fired. We asked about him because he was so nice. We had them install a tub with handles. They took out the old tub and there was tile around it. They removed the tile and put up new sheetrock. We picked up a medicine chest and a new light, and they also installed those for us.

I wanted a walk-in shower. I had several people come and give me estimates, and Bath Planet was one of them that I called. They took the old bathtub out and put in the walk-in shower. I got it in the summer but it took three months to get it. Other than that, the rep was good and the installers were very good. I'm very happy. I like the walk-in shower a lot. I would let friends come in and look at it.

We got one of the shower installations. The Bath Planet reps were very helpful. Also, the crew was fast and communicative. My ceiling in the bathroom was a little low so they cut the glass door and refit it. They were all great.

What Bath Planet was saying sounded better than the others and they got an easier transition. I got the shower/tub combo. The sales rep came the first day. He was a nice fellow. The interaction was just like a good friend I had. It was just smooth and easy. It was a good company during the pandemic. If you want somebody to do it exactly the way you want it or dream of, Bath Planet can do it.

It was Bath Planet's lifetime warranty that sold me. I got a shower back in September. The sales rep was very professional and very informative. He brought things that I could look at, showed me different things that I can visually see and he laid out all of my options for me. He did really good as far as explaining everything. I was asked how many shelves I wanted and I got to choose where I wanted my shelves and how I wanted the little grip bar.

The sales guy was very knowledgeable with his product, so that was good. The installation team did a good job. They also hired an electrician as part of their job. The actual work of the electrician was good, but he was very careless of the property itself. He was working in the electrical panel out in the garage and he scratched the floor. So some paint was lifted off the floor because he was not careful enough. I didn't like that at all. But that was not on Bath Planet, because they did a good job and they were very careful.

Bath Planet did an incredible job for me. It was an excellent experience. I found them at a flea market in Amity, Arkansas. They had a little booth set up there. We just retired to Arkansas. We're restoring this house in the mountains and we just came across their booth and told them we were ready to do something. They made an appointment for somebody to come out. He was very professional. The only complaint I would have is that it took a long time to get somebody out here. But with COVID, I understand that. And they did everything in one day. They took a bathtub out and put a shower in. The installers got here about 9 o'clock in the morning, and they were out of here by 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I recommended Bath Planet to my neighbor, and she pulled the trigger yesterday. So, in eight weeks, they're putting a bathtub in her bathroom.

Bath Planet was the first one I found which made me go with them. I bought a whole shower unit and a bathtub and the guy who came out for the installation was wonderful, patient and gave me all my options. Dealing with them was great and the bathroom looks good. The only thing is, I called them after they did the installation and asked them to make a change but they never called me back even though they said they would get back to me. So, I'm not 100% happy.

Bath Planet installed the bathtub three weeks ago. It was customized. The shower doors and shelving were customized too. The installation was great. They were super friendly. They took everything out from the old shower and put in the new one. They were clean and left it looking great. I would definitely recommend them.

We were at a home show here in our county and Bath Planet had an exhibit. I spoke with them a few years ago but we made the purchase a month ago. We got a bathtub and the surrounding area in our front bathroom and a step-in shower in the en suite bathroom. The installation was disruptive but that’s normal and it went fairly smoothly.

We needed a strong, durable shower for my dad and dealing with the sales rep from Bath Planet was good. He asked all the questions that we wanted to be answered. He gave us lots of information on the shower and what it was made out of. When the installers came, I showed them where the bathroom was and they went to work. The installation seemed like it only took a couple of hours. It was fast and the quality was good. I like the design of the walk-in and it looks more spacious. I would highly recommend Bath Planet to other people. They are a good company to work with and they stand by their products. They are willing to work with customers to find the best shower equipped for them.

Bath Planet installed a shower. We have the seat installed and grab handles too. We had a little bit of issues because once the guy came out and talked to us, we didn't hear anything. We didn't know what was going on. We had to call them and asked if there was an update. There was quite a long delay and we were always the ones that had to contact them asking if we were gonna schedule an appointment. But the guy that did the installation was fantastic. It's very expensive but the final product looks beautiful. My wife would like a couple shelves more than were originally agreed on but we don't know how to do it.

Bath Planet came up and showed what they had, and that was why we decided with it. We liked the plan they had, so we went with it. Their reps were very professional. They came in and were done within five hours. We got a shower and the quality is very good. It's for my wife. She's had two strokes. It's working out really well for her. It's got a seat in the shower and it's got a lower shower that she can sit down and shower or she can stand up and shower.

After slipping in the shower and cutting my back on the sharp edge left of the seat that was installed I have come to the conclusion that Bath Planet's products are not safe. The shower pan gets so slippery it's like standing on a sheet of ice. Part of the reason I went with Bath Planet and the shower I did is that the salesman and the installer both said how the safety of my 94-year-old grandmother was of the utmost importance. I cannot in good conscience allow her to use this shower now. I would recommend anyone looking for a new walk-in shower to look elsewhere.

I've had different estimates but Bath Planet's looked like a nice product so I went with them. I was surprised that the sales rep took samples out on the same day when the decision wasn't made yet. It took quite a while before they came. I didn't realize it was gonna be that long. But when they came, they got it all done that day. They were nice. They lined the floor and seemed to know what they were doing. They did a good job with the shower area. I had the tub removed. I had it converted over to a shower and it turned out nice.

The installation took 2 days but so worth it. They removed the garden tub and installed the new shower. The guys were wonderful. The company should be proud!! I know I am so very pleased in the quality of materials and the workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

Bath Planet has been very good to us. We've had to call them a couple times. There were issues with the water being on the floor just last week, and Jim came. Ken sent him. He did a good job, and there's no water now. The little rings that hold the grab bars on the wall kept coming off. A gentleman came, and he fixed those and glued them down. They put caulking, but it's still like a glue. But we are very pleased, and it's beautiful. I try very hard using a squeegee and the spray to keep it nice.

Bath Planet picked out the door that I wanted and put in the shower. The people that installed it were very good and nice, and I don't have any complaints. It was a good experience. They did everything they said they were gonna do and I was happy with the results.

Bath Planet was the first one that came out and we signed up with them. Everything went excellent. The sales rep was very good and I had no problem at all. The people who came for the installation did a beautiful job, and they were nice and wonderful people to deal with. They came early, worked late and cleaned up after themselves. The walk- in shower is beautiful. It fits like it belongs there.

Bath Planet called me and their reps talked really nicely on the phone. They told me about their services and said that they could send someone out to help. The rep who came out explained everything to me. He said that if I had any questions, I could ask them. He told me about their financing options and showed me their products. When their installer came, he worked professionally. He showed up on time and left on time. He knew what he was doing but when it came to things he needed my opinion on, he asked me questions. The job took some time but I was impressed by what he did. I recommend Bath Planet to others if they have the budget.

I submitted the contract with the Bath Planet sales rep in June and they started the process 11 weeks after the initial meeting. I only have one bathroom and they told me that they would have it all done in one day. That didn't happen. They came back the second day and finished. However, it was a long ordeal. There were seven or eight visits before it was finally done. It was a mess.

I got a shower and bathtub replacement from Bath Planet. It was an acrylic insert thing that they custom made. They were very quick. I didn't expect them to do it all in one day but they had it finished from beginning to end. They were very professional. I was very happy with them, overall.

They removed an old tub and shower combo in my bathroom and put in a Bath Planet shower. Everything went really smooth. The people that I worked with were good on scheduling. The salesman was good and the team that came out to do the install was great. They had everything done in two days including some other work. They redid my floor and added the shower. They did a nice job. They were clean, helpful and friendly. If any acquaintances wanted to get a shower replaced, I would definitely give them the information for the contractor that I used.

Bath Planet was the one company that followed through and got ahold of me. The rep was good. He knew what he was talking about. I got a walk-in shower and they did a great job. They got it done quickly. They told me it was gonna be probably two days but they did it in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. We had a clawfoot tub in there which the wife was having trouble getting in and out of. I was also having trouble getting in and out after I had a stroke. The walk-in shower made it where we can get in and out and take a shower.

Bath Planet put our shower in and they did what I wanted to do. I like them. The guy didn’t make a big mess and he did a good job on it too. My stepson had one put in too and I heard about them from him.

Every single person (the salespeople and the installers) was great. They were so clean and polite. I had an old fiberglass tub that was chipping and cracking and one of the reasons we went with Bath Planet was that the install was guaranteed. They’d get it all done in two days. In our house, some people work night shift, and some work day shift, so I needed the construction done fast. I also wanted acrylic because I live in the northwest and mold is a big issue. The replacement is gorgeous. It's amazing and I love it so much.

The Bath Planet salesperson was thorough and got everything handled quickly. He quoted my wife a price and he was courteous, worked well with her and got her what she wanted. The installer was good as well. The guy made sure we were happy. He cleaned up after himself and kept everything clean.

Everything was perfect with Bath Planet. They were very informative and they did a fantastic job. We had fungus growing all over our shower, and we decided to have some remodeling done. Now, our new bathroom is clean.

Our experience with Bath Planet was excellent. They answered all my questions. They were very thorough and that made me and my husband comfortable with it. The sales rep was a great guy. He was very knowledgeable. He works for them for a long time. We purchased the surrounded whole shower. The installation was wonderful. I had two groups. One did the upstairs, two people and two people did the downstairs. The people upstairs were not the best, but the ones downstairs were excellent. The people upstairs were lacking in communication. They weren’t on top of things as the two guys downstairs. But I would recommend them. I know that all employees aren’t the best all the time, but the other crew was excellent and took care of me. I also love the product. The cooling is the easiest thing for the shower.

I went with Bath Planet for the price and they replaced my old tub with a walk-in shower. The person who did the sale did very careful measurements. He maintained a professional distance but was very friendly and approachable. Then they sent another person in to confirm the measurements and they ordered it made to fit the space I have. It was perfect. I picked my shelves and decided where things went. It was wonderful. Instead of a two-day installation, they managed to get it done in one day. The two installers were delightful, particularly the lead man. But both of them were great. They were quick and quiet. I work from home and I was in my office. I had no massive noise problems when they were deconstructing the original bathtub and surround. I barely knew they were here all day. They also put up with my dog who thinks everybody comes here to play with her.

We remodeled three bathrooms and I got the shower and the tub from Bath Planet. I like the shower. The contractor who did it was wonderful. He did a good job.

I purchased a complete shower enclosure from Bath Planet with the removal of the bathtub that was there. The sales rep was very good. Since I used to be in sales, if I didn't appreciate the approach or what was being presented to me, I would have stopped it immediately and have them pack. So they met my expectations. There was a delay of one day in installation. But they got everything completed in one day. The contractors were presentable, polite, cordial, did their job and did it well. The final product was exactly what I wanted. The only thing that has proven to not be perfect was one of the shelves that they glued into the corner, one side of it is loose. But it was a good experience overall.

We had three showers installed, one bath and showers. The shelves were customized in the bathroom downstairs. We had a seat installed and the showerheads. Bath Planet was efficient. There were two gentlemen that worked. They came in and they tore everything down that they had to. Then they took all the garbage away and put the new one in. It took two days on the one and two days on the other two. I was amazed how quickly they worked. They did their job. They cleaned up everything. We were really pleased. Also, the sales rep was able to answer all our questions. He knew what he was doing. He could answer everything and even give us more information. In fact, we're having him do a screened-in porch addition on the back and we just started that process.

Bath Planet was local and they were very easy to do business with. When their rep was at our place, we didn't know what we wanted. We changed what we picked as we went along. Bath Planet's reps made every change and everything went fine. We bought showers for both of our bathroom and we got the whole thing with a seat. The installation took a couple of days and the techs had to do some customizing on the back bathroom. This company went above and beyond for us. I love the final product and its functionality.

I saw an ad and called the rep up and had him come out and give me some quote. He sounded pretty thorough and pretty good. I got a bathtub enclosure. They took out our old tub and enclosure and then put a new one in and the surrounding fixtures. They put everything back the way it was. They told me the installation was gonna take a day but it took them two days because they didn't have all the materials. They forgot some at the shop. They had to come back again and correct their work. But we're completely satisfied with them. They've come back a couple times after that to fix the faucet that wasn’t right.

Shane was good but we got a problem. There's dirty-looking water running out the weep holes down in the pan. He looked at it when he was here to put the shower door in. He was supposed to come back in a couple of weeks to see what they're gonna do about it because I'm not gonna have it unless they're gonna fix it. There's a bad discoloration in the caulk too. The caulk looks real yellow and we got a light gray shower unit. It looks like it needs cleaning, but I’ve cleaned it. So we're sorta not pleased right now because that's a lot of money. We've already paid two payments.

I couldn't get in and out of the tub and my husband is pretty feeble. We needed a walk-in tub. Bath Planet was the less expensive option. I talked to Craig and he was great. Any friend of Craig is a friend of mine. He also wore a mask when he was here. The tub is beautiful. I should've put another shelf in there but it went fine. The installation was so fast. They were here by about 9:00 and done by 3:00. They worked their asses off. So I made them a sandwich and a pop. I'd have them again.

They had a salesman come over and we redesigned our bathroom. The installers did a great job. I was real happy with the install.

They were very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what I wanted. The installers came on time and finished in one day, which was great. Everything went smoothly. Customer service was really good. It was a very easy experience. It exceeded expectations.

I was in rehab for four months and I am paralyzed. So before I came home from rehab, my husband knew we had to do something because I could not get in the tub or the shower. He found Bath Planet and they put in my shower. We love it.

The knowledge level of the sales reps was really good. They were able to answer all the questions that we had. My wife was pretty picky too so they were able to help with that. Then the installation team used safety precautions. They had masks on when they were in the house and they cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight issue at first. There was a lot of dust due to the fan. It was really hot in the house 'cause we didn't have AC and it was a small little confined bathroom. But they were able to clean it up. They were extremely professional. Even after they had some equipment stolen from my front yard. I'm extremely happy with the product. It works well and it's extremely easy to clean.

We liked the friendliness and knowledge of Bath Planet's rep. He listened to what we wanted and gave us a product we could enjoy. We liked Bath Planet's price as well. I hired them to do my bath and also to come to my mother's to sand floors. The installers, Braxton and Rolando were friendly and gracious. They didn't my my 101 questions and they were very professional and funny. I've recommended Bath Planet to our friends.

A friend told us about Bath Planet. We talked to them and the salesman was nice. We purchased a walk-in bathtub and shower from them and some guy came and showed us the material they were gonna use and what they were gonna do. The installers had to order some panels that they didn't have at our location and the installation process took a week. Also, the floors seem like they're not really firm. Still, the final product came out really nice.

We're thrilled to have our walk-in shower from Bath Planet. It has about a three-inch lip, a nickel head and a handheld separate valve. It's pretty standard. My daughter is mentally and physically handicapped. She fell and broke her leg so the main thing I like about our walk-in shower is the convenience and the access. We also appreciate the workmanship and quality. Everybody from Bath Planet was awesome. The installers were perfectly professional. I had tall ceilings and they went up above the trim and made a nice finish to it. It's beautiful. It just could not have been better.

Bath Planet did really well. I had two salespeople come out because we were dealing with the state of Arkansas and one came out. They gave us our estimate. Then we waited for the state for six months. Then they had to send somebody out to bring Bath Planet their appraisal. The delay wasn't on the end of Bath Planet. It was all due to the state of Arkansas.

The salesperson of Bath Planet was fine. He knew his product. We got a walk-in shower. The two guys who put it in was very efficient. They knew what they were doing. We’re very happy with it and we showed it to several people. The young man that turned the water off the outside, he accidentally broke the valve. I called the manager and he sent a plumber right out, and they fixed it the same day without charge. Honesty and integrity anymore are hard to find, but I was very impressed by them.

My wife was in the hospital and my children and I were trying to figure out what we would have to get it where she'd get up and down the stairs and in and out of the shower. The gentleman that came from Hot Springs did a great job, was very courteous, and nice. Anything I wanted to ask him, he'd be more than happy to tell me about. It took him almost three days to install taking the old one out and putting the new in. Under the old tub, there was a three-inch drain that came up and turn back in the wall and therefore, he had to build a wall out to compensate for that. We thought it might be a little quicker, being he had to do that and all, we lived with it. I got a shower with two glass doors and about a three and a half-inch lip step over. Everything went well.

We're getting on the older side and we've put up with our old bathroom for about 25 years. So we decided that it was time for a remodel. We needed more storage space so I designed the bathroom the way my wife could have the max amount of storage space. Then we interviewed Bath Planet because they would give us the shower system that we wanted. Their rep answered all of my questions and I was satisfied with his answers. So I got exactly what we wanted.

Bath Planet was probably 100% overpriced and I was not happy with the expense but their reps were very professional and industrious. I used another company and did my other bathroom equally well for about 50% of what Bath Planet charged or the quote that I had. But I was very happy with the installation team.

My husband and I are getting old and getting out of the tub was difficult. We bought a bathtub from Bath Planet and we like it. The installers were quick.

Bath Planet removed a spa tub and put in a walk-in shower with sliding glass barn doors. It's a beautiful job. I love it. I have no complaints at all. There were three installers. They did their thing and I just stayed in another room. They would give me a progress report when they left the first day and what they were going to do the next day.

The bathroom was old. It was the original product and it needed to be replaced. We contacted Bath Planet a year earlier and we liked their consistency without being bothersome. Every once in a while, they would call and check in because they knew that we weren’t quite ready at that time. We hadn’t looked around that much but we liked what we saw enough to be confident in the price that it would be worth it.

The salesman of Bath Planet came and showed us all the products. We did a shower. We took the bathtub out and put in a new shower. We love it. The quality is amazing. It's really easy to clean. We've had lots of compliments on it. The installers were great. I was amazed that they could take your old shower or your old bathtub and shower in two days. My daughter and her fiancé took them almost two months to remodel their bathroom. So, yay for two days.

Everything went great with our experience with Bath Planet. We were researching different companies to have our bathroom redone and they were one of the ones that came highly recommended on the internet. We also liked that they said that they could redo the bathroom pretty quickly. We didn't have any issues with their sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. We were happy. The installers were great too. They had to take an extra day. One of the workers got injured on the first day. So, they had to take him to the emergency room, but clearly, we're not gonna hold that against them. We were very happy about the outcome of the product. It was a bathtub shower combo. They redid the walls and put in a new tub. They did a great job.

I was mostly interested in someone that could do a one-day job. We only have one bathroom and I have a disabled mom and we should have the shower. We got a 3-inch threshold shower from Bath Planet. The installers were very careful in preventing any dust from coming into the house. They had face masks. They put paper on the floor to protect the floor and they closed the door while they were working in the bathroom. Unless I ask them a question, they would answer but they just focused on their job. I'm mostly satisfied. It was just when they put one of the side panels, it looked crooked on the wall. They came out and said it had to do with the structural frame of my house because it's pretty old. I don't know if that’s so because I didn't have that problem with my previous bathtub, but they said they couldn't do anything about it, so I just let it go.

Bought my own tub and had it installed by Bath Planet. Every picture of every company that sold this tub pictured it with a side coming straight down from the edge of the tub. Bath Planet added extra inches onto the side of the tub which made it impossible to get in or out. Ken **, the owner, said he didn't know why they had done that and then would not take my calls. I showered at the gym but in March when the gym closed had to have another company install a tub. Gave Bath Planet $20K last fall then had to spend another $20K in March to have another company give me a tub where I could shower.

My shower and the stall are split off and I have a really old shower. It used to have a bathtub and there were little bitty tiles there. It was gross looking and it wouldn't clean up. I wanted that replaced. I made an appointment with Bath Planet and their reps made an appointment with me. They came by and I liked what they had. I signed up and their crew did a really good job. The price was a little high but I was happy with the work they did.

I needed to upgrade a bathroom in the worst of all ways. This was a 1986 bathroom. The guy from Bath Planet came out, did an estimate and got back with me. When they came out, there were two other fellas. They gave me an estimate that I shut down. I told them we were not doing that. That was way too much money which I didn't have. So they worked a deal and we made it one bathroom instead of two bathrooms. They were able to take care of that at a very reasonable price. It was like 18 months, same as cash, loan at a very high interest rate. But I didn’t pay any interest because I’ve already paid off the loan several months ago.

I got a demolition of my old bathroom through Bath Planet. I got a new shower, wall surround, floor and walls through them as well. The installation went okay but the work was more than what the installer was used to. Also, some of the work they did is coming undone already. The screws in the shelves they put in are coming loose and the paint is coming off. The sink has become unplugged as well which flooded my bathroom. I had to fix that issue myself.

Bath Planet gave me a better quote than the other companies and their sales rep was pleasant. The crew did the installation on a Friday. They did what they had to do and I am well-pleased with it. They came in and demolished the old and put in the new. They cleaned up everything and I didn't have to do anything. It's a big difference. If people haven't experienced Bath Planet, they ought to experience it. It's a great feeling. Most of my family members that I show it to love it and they wanna get theirs done, but their finances right now is not up to par.

The price from Bath Planet was very good as opposed to others. They also said that they would be able to take care of everything. I spoke to another company, and they were saying that if we had water damage or if there was anything that they would have to do pre-install, they might not be able to do it. But Bath Planet said over the phone that they could usually handle a lot. Plus they said that they could get it done in about two days or just under, which was exactly how it happened. We also spoke to a third company and they came out to our house. They did a whole estimation and it was way too expensive. When I mentioned this to Bath Planet, they said that they knew exactly about them. They'd do okay work but they'd be very expensive and there were a lot of people who came to them who had also seen them. So after hearing that, I knew that Bath Planet was gonna be a perfect fit.

I got a letter in the mail and found out about Bath Planet. They offered financing and when I got the surround tub, my interaction with the sales rep was good. The installation went well too. The guy did it in two days and it was excellent. The best feature I like about my bath is the neatness of it, the modern look that I have.

The sales reps were a little pushy. When I tried to get them to move on, they hesitated and continued to show me stuff I didn't want. I knew what I wanted and I wanted them to show me. Still, when I did an inquiry, Bath Planet answered me. Nobody else did. I got a bathtub and the installation was good. It took two days because the cement had to dry. They did everything, so it was easy. It was effortless on my part. Now, the bathtub seems sturdy in place. Also, even though it's plastic, you don't notice it.

I needed the bathroom done in a short amount of time so I went with Bath Planet. It was perfect for me. The sales rep was great and the installation crew was amazing. The installation took two days. The hall that they did sucked. They tried to lay tiles where they took the bathtub out and that didn't work out well but I put a carpet over it and it's fine. Other than that, I like the space. I had a tub where it was and it's a huge walk-in shower now. The purchase was two years ago and they were supposed to follow up a year later. Someone was supposed to come over here and take after pictures and that never happened. But it was a great experience.

I picked Bath Planet because it seemed that it was the right company and I liked the designs that they had. It was a great experience except it wasn't like the thing that they promised me. I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and I need somewhere to sit down. In the contract, it was supposed to have a built-in stool in the corner. I asked the people that installed it what happened to the bench and the guy said there was no bench that was supposed to be in it. I told him that he better contact the salesman. He came over and he discussed the thing. They went and got a little wooden bench, which is okay. Other than that, the installers were very neat and they cleaned up everything. The work was done beautifully and I love it. The bathroom area is beautiful. It's convenient for my daughter and me to get in and out of the shower.

Bath Planet did a nice job. They did my shower and the floor in 4 days. I'm very happy with it. It's easy to clean and it looks nice. I like what they did and I have no complaints about anything or anybody.

I needed to have my bathroom done. I planned on doing it myself but I was busy. My daughter told me about Bath Planet and they showed up at the right time. They were coming into our area and running some kind of promotion. The sales rep was personable. They came and whenever we decided that I was gonna do it, they pulled out all of the colors with the background. I was able to lay them side by side, take pictures and say which were the ones that went together.

I've been looking at Bath Planet way before my husband passed. I was to do it about a year ago but I didn't have the money. I was stuck because my husband got real sick. I went on to get it done after he passed. I had to go get it done. The sales rep at Bath Planet was good. Two came out for the installation and it took them no time. It was done in less than a day and the quality of work was good. They did the wall surround and tub. I like everything about it mainly the headrest and the armrest on the tub and the color. It’s so relaxing and I love it. It’s the best thing. My daughter loves it too. They won’t even let me in their bathroom now. They go in there and relax their head.

We went to the showroom of Bath Planet and the salesperson that we saw was detailed. For the installation, two guys came in and worked fast. They were done in two days. They completed before the projected day, so that was good. Plus, they were clean and they weren’t in the way at all. We had to make a lot of adjustments because we bought some of the parts as far as the vanity and some of the flooring, so they were able to be flexible at adjusting everything. The quality is great. The one that they did is a shared bathroom but the clean-up is easier because it’s not porous and we just use vinegar and soap. Everything comes off easily. It’s a lot better than the build-up from regular tile and grout. It was a good experience with Bath Planet and we were most happy with how fast everything was done. We had a consultation, had them come and give us a quote, get everything done quickly and perfectly. Everything about it came out just right.

The acrylic shower from Bath Planet looked pretty good. Their sales rep was excellent. It took them three days to install it but everything went good. They made it fit the space that I had. My glass door doesn't hang exactly true. I didn’t notice it until after everything was done. But it’s not too much. Overall, I'm satisfied and I’ve already recommended Bath Planet to my daughter and I’ve had a couple of friends look at it too.

I decided to work with Bath Planet because of their presentation. I made my purchase of a walk-in shower back in December and it was fine with the sales rep. Then, during installation, they ran into some problems they hadn't anticipated. We had a large root in one of the drains and they got it out of there. It was fine. They were on time and got the job done. Everything was good.

We remodeled a shower that had a leak and used Bath Planet. The sales rep was super great. They were outstanding during every bit of the process from the very beginning to the very end. I wasn’t even there to meet the guy. I had somebody else meet him and they just made it work. They worked with me all the way through the process. Moreover, their price was extremely competitive. The installation was professionally done and it looked magnificent.

Did a complete Master bath remodel. The company was easy to deal with and the installer Dennis was a gem. His knowledge of what he was doing as well as his attention to our wants was fantastic. Great Job.

My old tub had an emblem of a manufacturer on the side. Bath Planet was a dealer of that company's products so I sent an appointment to have somebody from there come to my house. The reps who came gave me the same kind of pricing I had researched online and gave me a limited time offer. I went with them and the installation was as a two-day job which was how it was explained to me at the onset. The person who came to do it was very professional and explained everything to me.

The Bath Planet girls were really good and fast. The guys that came here had their manners and knew their work. That's about all you can ask out of a company. The outer corner because one was not enough if you got more than a couple in the house. It's not even enough for more than one. My daughter lives with me and I wanted a shelf for her. They were busy and we had to wait for a little while for them to come out to get that in for us. They treated me nicely. The shelf didn't go in right and they had to come back. But they were right out the second time. Other than that, my shower was nice. Everybody that looks at it says it's beautiful. I'm 83 and my right leg for some reason doesn't wanna come up going to the tub. Now, I get to step in nice and easy. I would go back and use Bath Planet again.

Everything went smoothly with Bath Planet. The sales reps were pretty knowledgeable. There was an older guy who brought a guy he was training and they answered all our questions. We were comfortable going with them. Their prices were right around 5,000 a piece and didn’t feel like meeting another person. He was in the ballpark of what we were gonna spend, which was why we went with them. The guy was here for two and a half days and did a great job.

Bath Planet's customer service was good. Their salesman came by first and evaluated the setting, and then he gave us an estimate. Only thing we were concerned about is he failed to notify us that we could get a pan that matched the rest of the shower. Initially, it was just going to be a solid white pan, but I found out later through the Bath Planet website that we could get a matching pan for an additional fee. So, I called the company who was doing the installation and worked out a deal with them where we could get the matching pan. But I was sorry that the salesman failed to mention that to us at the time. But as far as the installation, it all was fine. They did a good job. We also had one of the doors on the shower that would open on its own a couple of inches while you are taking a shower due to maybe not being level. They sent their guys back and got it rectified. It still wants to open about a quarter of an inch now, but we are okay.

Everything went very smoothly, but the total cost was outrageous. This walk-in tub comes with a lot of bells and whistles, but I really just wanted a nice soaker tub. Wasn't able to get anything cheaper, so I caved. Installation took only 2.5 days and went smoothly. Their customer service was exceptional at every level. I've had it now for about 6 wks. And have made it mine, so-to-speak. The jets, the spa bubbles and different colored water (via colored lights inside the tub) makes for a relaxing and soothing experience. I'm very pleased with my lovely tub and the surrounding area.

Bath Planet's rep had everything I wanted. I went with them for a walk-in shower and had a brand-new shower put in. I also got new handles and an extra tall glass door which is beautiful. Their techs only took half a day to do it even though there was all kinds of mold and they had to put new Sheetrock up. Now, my shower is gorgeous. When I went in, I started to cry because it was so beautiful. I have never had a shower this pretty before. They also put a bench in it which is really nice.

We went to a home show thinking that we wanted to get the bathroom remodeled and we were looking for a place that had barn rail shower doors. We liked Bath Planet's and made the purchase last February. The sales guy was nice enough, but he damaged my property when he was here doing something and left it. And he knew it, I’m sure. I found out when they were doing the job that he got fired from the company.

I've had a wonderful experience with Bath Planet. We were at a craft's fair and some place gave me a brochure. So I called them for a bid and did a search and found two other places to call for bids. And the fellow from Bath Planet was a really friendly and nice guy. He gave us a super bid and beat out everybody else. And then their installer was fantastic. He did a super job. And I'd recommend them to anybody. It was before Corona virus so it wasn't a problem having a person in and out. He did the job in two days, left everything clean, explained what he was doing and when he would do what and everything. We're very pleased.

Before Corona hit we had our last home and garden show in Portland, Oregon. The local franchise holder of Bath Planet has a great salesperson, Craig. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain the product much better than the other company that we had out to get a separate bid. I appreciate what he did. The product is also better. We replaced the fiberglass shower tub, 1994 model and then the other one was a walk-in shower, same model but without the bathtub.

Bath Planet did a good job. We saw the ad in the paper and they had a little discount. They came in and showed us the little video and went over everything. And it was what we were looking for, and was able to have a payment plan that we could pay off in 24 months, and we went with that. The people that came in to do the job were very good. The first tub that they received had the door in the wrong way, so there was a little delay on that. But, other than that, everything else moved along good. Overall, everything was fine.

I got the subway tile acrylic shower stall from Bath Planet. I had issues with their salesman. They came in with just the regular. And when I called him, he was pretty nasty. And then, when I called the company replaced it for free-of-charge to make me happy. I didn't know that the company was just going to redo it, free-of-charge and I waited for four days because I was pretty upset. And then, when I called them, they were ordering the material. And then, came in, and I love it. There's no grout. It's easy to clean. I like that the spray arm is on the magnet. They put in a grab bar for me. They put in a couple of shelves that are never coming out. They also put in a step so I can shave my legs without leaning all the way down. They also put in the extension rod for the shower curtain. It was done in two days but it would have been done in a day if the right material was brought. They did everything. The floor is a waterproof vinyl plank, and they didn't charge me to take out the toilet. They were wonderful.

The product that they were advertising was really nice. We were trying to switch from a tub to a shower because my parents are elderly. We called them and then the salesman came in and showed us his product and gave us a price. We waited a few days because we thought we would look at something else and then my dad decided that Bath Planet was what he wanted. So we called them back and then they put the product on order, and then came in and installed it. Everything was supposed to be done in about a month but because of the COVID, it ended up being about a month and a half. But it wasn't far off schedule at all. They did a real good job. Everything was nice. They were very friendly. Everything went well.

I had my master bathroom remodeled with Bath Planet in Temecula California. I had tub taken out to put in a double shower. It looks very nice except the side where the door is it's very high and when you take a shower the water runs all over floor, not acceptable after all the money I paid. When I call they don't hardly answer and nobody call you back. When someone finally came out the problem wasn't fixed so I've been calling again. It's been couple of weeks now still can't take shower... It seems like they don't like to help after you pay all your money, not good customer service.

We had a contractor from Bath Planet work at a different house and we liked the result of the previous shower installation. We went with the same contractor again and had similar results this time around. It was difficult because of the virus situation. We initially had a cancellation and we had to wait a little while until it got rescheduled again. But it worked out pretty well with the salesperson that came over to show us samples, give us estimates, and take measurements. It was a positive to be able to go to a showroom to be able to see model showers that were there and what it might look like.

I looked through Bath Planet through HomeAdvisor. They came and did a consultation and we liked what they said. Everything was great. They got it done in two days. They actually moved up the date to get it done. I had to wait a little bit for the part to come in but other than that, once they got it in, they got it in fast. We love the bath. It works great. It looks so much nicer. We’re completely happy with it. It was a little on the pricey side but it was a bathroom remodel and they got it done in a relatively fast amount of time. Also, it was completely customizable. I'm totally cool with Bath Planet. I’ve recommended them to several other people.

The shower was all chipped up and needed to be replaced. The first time they came out was to do the measurements. We wanted the shower to open a certain direction and we wanted specific things. A couple of weeks later they came out to install the new shower unit. But they failed to put caulking in certain areas. I had to call them back to come back out, and the guy told me that I was not looking at the right area. I told him that I know a little bit about construction, so he shouldn't tell me what I was seeing. So they come back out and there was caulking missing exactly where I said. It was on the bottom of the floor where we could not use the shower because the water goes underneath and it gets into the subfloor. This was the third time they came out.

Our house was 22 years old and had a fiberglass shower. It wouldn’t get cleaned. It had the seats that came into the footprints so that the shower was tight. We wanted to do a remodel when we moved in six years ago but decided to put that on hold until now. We had a salesman from Bath Planet and he was very nice. He was very understanding and wasn’t really pushy. But it turned out that he didn’t seem to really know all the ins and outs of ordering the parts. When it came to doing the installation, what we thought we were getting was not what they brought. There was a little communication discord between us and the salesman. But they worked with us and we got what we thought we were getting.

Our house is from the '30s and the regular bathtub in here was all worn out. We decided to wait to get something good when we got our bathroom done. I saw Bath Planet in an ad that came through the mail then I saw their display at the Clark County Fair and they had it also at the Cowlitz County Fair. I thought they did a beautiful job and there was another one we were thinking of, a competitor, but I heard from recommendations that the owner of the place had a good reputation. We went with Bath Planet and I'm so glad we did because I'm really happy with it. I have a little disability so I need to have something put in and that helped me out good. There's also a big difference from before and it's such a transformation. The guy did an excellent job and we're pleased with how it came out.

It was time to take a remodel on because what we had was a contractor’s grade, and that was garbage. I just needed a new one. I wanted something that was substantial and I wanted a glass door that didn’t stain and that didn't have all the watermarks every single time you take a shower. I wanted something with easy maintenance.

They showed up during the coronavirus after cancelling and rescheduling, then promising us they would use masks, etc. The guy who showed up didn’t even know anything about it. It took them longer than they said. To make a long story short, the bathroom wasn’t completed. The floor is warped, the inside shower walls were left undone. The toilet is brand new but it runs. Now this morning we found a leak from the shower into the bedroom closet next door, now mold is growing! We have tried to get them out here but all they say is to take pictures and send them. Pictures aren’t going to even show what our complaint is. They never stopped to see if everything was done right. We have not seen or heard from anyone! We paid over 14,000 just for the shower. It was so unprofessional in all ways! Please do not and I repeat do not hire these guys!

The guy who came in to do the consultation for Bath Planet did an awesome presentation. The product was pricey but it was well worth the price. I did my purchase a few months ago and got some work done in the bathrooms. I did the wet part. For my front bathroom, it was the walk-in shower with the doors. And for the other bathroom, it was the tub and the walls. I did that for the front bathroom too.

I live below Kingman, Arizona, in a place called Golden Valley, and aside from Bath Planet, all the other options couldn’t support us here. I wanted an entire bathroom completed. It had Moose mirrors and when I moved in, there was a little bit of damage to the drywall. I explained the whole thing to the rep. He said, “I really can’t do that.” I asked if they could paint it. He said that people get mad about them painting. All I ended up with was my bathtub and the fixture around the bathtub, which was put in pretty well. But they were were not interested. The job was always kinda pushed aside. I would not go to Bath Planet again because I couldn’t get everything I needed. If you wanted them for one specific thing, like getting the tub or toilet removed, that’s what they’re okay at. The bad part is that I’m 100% disabled and I was really looking forward to somebody doing the remodel. I was disappointed with it since.

We were in the middle of a remodel and were specifically looking for what we were gonna do with our bathroom. We went to a home show, saw the Bath Planet display and talked to the gal there. The display was very beautiful. The gal did a good job explaining that it had the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, and that they used the local people to build it. So, we asked them out, and we were off and running.

Bath Planet had a display set up over at Kensington Park. We were walking in the park and I stopped to talk to the guys because I had been looking to refinish a shower. The sales rep came out, showed us the products, and we talked about what we could do. He was very knowledgeable. He knew his job and was very good.

I picked a different company before but the person on the phone was a little too aggressive, so I went with Bath Planet because they were better on the phone. The sales rep came in the house, explained what he had, and answered all my questions. He told me what was gonna happen and that was what happened, so everything he told me was the truth. They installed the shower and the guys were good but they were in a big rush because it was on a Friday. They left some of their tools here so I had to call back the main office for them to come and pick up the tools.

We've been thinking about doing our bathroom for quite some time and of all places, Bath Planet had a stand with the display set up at a golf show. I got talking to the guy, and I liked the product, so I made an appointment. They came out and the salesman we had, Craig, was a knowledgeable guy. We decided to go with them. It was a product that had a lifetime warranty, and it was aesthetically pleasingly, and the upkeep is easy too.
