Called American Residential Warranty. For a plumber to replace water shut-off valves for washing machine... They sent a appliance repair person. He reviewed the work order and saw we requested a plumber... We recalled American Residential Warranty for the plumber. (Had to wait 2 more days). The plumber called half an hour before arriving at our location. He replaced the valves... was very polite and respectful. Did a excellent job.

This is the best company on the market. Fast, friendly and reliable. The rates are not too high and they cover a multitude of things in the home. Also the communication is also an A+++. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Our refrigerator broke and need to fix. Fixed once, broke again within two months and it should be covered and they are telling me now coverage is only up to $300 in repairs and do not want to pay it. Beware consumers, when something major repair comes, they do not want to pay for it. I am customer from last three years and very upset.

My microwave stop working. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion. Customer service was cordial and seemed genuinely concerned about my problem The technician was professional and efficient. I have never had a problem with service of any kind, and always received a follow up call

They had been taken money from my account for over 5 year. When it time to fix something they say it’s not cover. Got two technicians say my A/C Motor bad. They never replaced it. They are a scam. Check to see who is the number one warranty company before purchasing these people. They are not ranked.

Technician did a great job! Came up with a solution to repair a manufacturing defect. Machine runs great!! Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The appliance repaired had been previously repaired but the repair would only last for about 6 months and then break. Technician created a modified hose that did the trick.

ARW excellent service and definitely the bomb! They were fast and they fixed my microwave with no issues! Customer service was fast and respectful! They changed the part with zero issues. I appreciate them! I’m so happy I saw their commercial! No regrets with this purchase.

Great every time I need American Restidential Warranty. The company very notable in their business. Everytime I get the person to fix my house the people that ARW sent get the work fast and do all of and find the what is wrong.

Making a claim with ARW was a phone call away, and despite the age and heavy use of both appliances, they were covered and taken care of quickly. The customer service representatives were knowledgeable and courteous. The amount of money they approved for my claim is acceptable and appropriate. Having the policy with American Residential Warranty is like having a safety net. It's having a peace of mind.

I like the service. I just didn't like that it took a week for someone to come out to fix my oven. Other than that I am very well pleased with the service. I would recommend this to everyone and the repair man was very well efficient.

I am very happy with my choice of ARW. The repair people show up when they agree to do so and are very skilled and polite. The reps at ARW have been very helpful and compassionate. And on my latest repair, the built-in microwave was not repairable. I was surprised and delighted by the amount of the check to purchase a new one!

American Residential Warranty has been a great company. All my claims have been covered promptly and easily. My tenants definitely love the warranty, because they can get any appliance fixed without waiting on me to find a company and pay the actual expense of the item.

The manager who worked with me was fantastic. She troubleshooted my issue carefully and patiently. And then did everything in her capacity to make sure my issue was resolved. She was phenomenal. She called me regularly to keep me updated. I was so happy to have her in charge of my issue.

My dryer belk broken. I call. They made me appointment. They gave me a time and date. They was on time and repairmen was nice and fix it and try it out and it's working good. I appreciate the work he done.

The Lady I spoke I with was very nice and the service was great. When my washing machine broke down, they sent someone to take care of me. Even though they couldn’t fix the machine, they gave me a check for a new one. I really appreciate it.

I would tell a friend to use this. When it started there were problems but they fix everything. The guy who fix dryer was very nice. Made sure he did in a timely manner. I would use this insurance on long term.

I had great experience with ARW. My wash broke. A tech was sent out and ARW worked quickly to get me a replacement the same day. The Reps are very helpful with any issues. Quick response for replacements and repairs. Very happy with my warranty.

Our washing machine was not working properly, noisy, clothes not clean and clothes were constantly wrapped around the agitator. The repair person determined that was not repairable. The company that came out to fix our furnace was very professional. The owner called and arranged the appointment and he was very kind and made sure a technician was out to service my furnace with 24 hours of my call.

This company offers something you can't put a price on, peace of mind. Having a family of five active kids, it's hard to put back a rainy day fund, because let them tell it it's always raining. Gary and Bernardo were very knowledgeable. However a lot of time lapsed before our fridge was repaired due to collection of parts. Fridge is working now. Hopefully we will be in good shape for a long time. It's good to know that ARW is there if we need them for all of our appliance needs.

Garbage disposals did not work and sink was stopped up. 1st plumber in stopped sink. Next plumber came to install new garbage disposal. There was a mix up about who was to pick up the disposal from Lowe's. That problem was resolved in a timely manner and the equipment was installed.

My experience with this company has been outstanding. I have nothing negative to say and as of a matter of fact... They assisted me even after the technician was finish the work. I am please to have them as my alternative support in case my appliances failed.

The premiums and deductibles were lower than my previous plan. The response time was a short wait when calling in and the customer service representative was courteous. The workers were friendly and worked in a timely manner. The best part with your plan was I didn't have to fill out paperwork. I recommended ARW to my sister-in-law.

No repair service at this time but my contact with Customer service (principally Mr. JR) was about getting a policy set up and billing procedures. He was very thorough in explaining things to me. Would recommend to my business colleagues or others.

The heat unit went out and I contacted America warranty, paid the initial fee, then they sent out Superior Facility Service. They are excellent and totally professional. The contact time was also excellent. I would highly recommend this company for service anytime. The service technician was very polite and honest in explaining to me what had happen.

After I self cleaned my oven it would not work. I called American Residential Warranty. I got prompt service. They came the next day. He told me he would call ahead and he did. It was fixed and the service man cleaned everything up and I was back to baking that day. I had another Company a few years back, but was not satisfied as I had to wait, and the man never cleaned up his mess. I would recommend American Residential Warranty to everyone. I called in to have someone come out to look at my refrigerator, and the customer service rep was very nice and was able to have someone come out the next day. They have very fast service and they were able to resolve the issue when they came to my house.

Contacted ARW customer service to report a malfunctioning garage door. Received very friendly professional and courteous help. Also spoke with claims department who was able to quickly provide resolution with repairs approved. A technician came out and resolved the problem. Excellent service.

I called ARW to fix my front loading washer. The plastic rim around the tub became twisted and ripped. The repair person called immediately and asked for a picture of the damage. I sent it to them and they ordered the part immediately and it came quickly. They repaired it within a few days and works like new. I would highly recommend this company.

Called them for my garage door opener. About ten minutes later, they sent me an email confirming order for a new garage door opener. No hassle. No gimmicks! Even when there was issue with the installation 3 months later, they help fixed it!

I have no long wait when calling in for a problem to be fix. When the company they recommend comes out, they do their job professionally. All I pay is my fee for coming out and I do not have to put out extra money. The company that comes out does their work right the first time which last for years.

Service worker was friendly & worked to check and eliminate problem. Order replacement for defective parts. I feel that age of the appliance should have been given more consideration. A replacement would have been more appropriate because this was the second call on fridge.

They came out twice to look at different problems and they corrected the water heater problem. I was not charged for the second visit after explaining the situation. Their customer service was friendly and courteous. Then I called them to submit another claim and that is currently be worked on.

Our dryer stopped drying. I put in a request to the home warranty and they set someone to come out and fix it. They were very professional, courteous and fast at getting my dryer back up and running. I would highly recommend friends and family to the warranty and repair company.

Owner serviced my repair, he came to my home the same day of the call in and was back the next morning to replace the board. 15 minutes and I was up running again. My experience was super and I am glad that I signed up with this company. And would definitely recommend to another person.

The stove repair was made in a timely manner. The repairman was on time and very courteous. He worked in an extremely tight area, but managed to overcome that obstacle. He wore protective booties, careful not to track outside weather conditions inside. His appearance was professional. Overall, this was an extremely pleasant experience.

After submitting my claim, I had to wait to hear from the outside contractor that was supposed to come work on the A/C unit. They never called. The next day they worked hard to find a replacement after third party never contacted me.

The repairman was very efficient by trying to fix my problems and try to order the replacement board but Couldn’t get a board replacement, so you all send me a check to replace the microwave, so this was my first experience with this company.

Great experience! One of my major concerns when dealing with home service representatives is that he or she is on time and presents themselves in a professional manner. My mechanic was all that and more. He diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and accurately and provided me with a detailed invoice.

My tenants have not called me so I assume all is well. I have no complaints and no problems that have not be resolved to my knowledge.

We have been very happy with the service we received from ARW. Our microwave started working inconsistently. We called the company which sent a technician who discovered that it was not repairable. The company then sent us the insured amount which allowed us to purchase a replacement.

I called American Residential Warranty prior to a holiday, they came out imed. Found the oven not Heating up, was told by the Heavenly Cool LLC that he needed to order the part to correct the problem. The issue with my furnace was quick and easy. The response time for my claim was the same day (within hours). The repair guy was very knowledgeable. With a few questions for me and observation of the unit, he quickly diagnosed the problem (blown fuse). He replaced it and went further to make sure there weren't any additional problems. He was very efficient!! The problem was solved in less than 30mins. I'm warm again!!! Customer Service was outstanding!

Quick to respond to claim. We had a good plumbing company take care of the issue, very efficient. Claims department takes care of paperwork for reimbursement promptly and with no issues. Used to like putting claims online, but I guess giving the information to the representative makes it faster for them to resolve the issue.

When we called, our refrigerator had stopped cooling; only a spare refrigerator and upright freezer spared our contents. A quick call to ARW scheduled a repair service; 2 days later, he arrived and quickly resolved the issue. The refrigerator was working within an hour. The job was clean, efficient, the service provider professional, friendly, and fully equipped to do the service. We could not be happier with the work, and could not be happier with American Residential Warranty for performing the service!

Great warranty company, quick response and easy to change time schedule. The folks at customer service were very helpful. The service was done on time and the service technician made it as schedule after part arrived. I give it a 5 out of 5.

Our dryer needed repair. The problem was that the timer was not turning and the heat produced by the heating elements was not enough. The appliance repair person was unable to fix it. The company sent me a check for $320.00 toward the purchasing of a new dryer.

The second repairman that came out was courteous, knowledgeable, and detailed in his repair of the refrigerator. There has been no problems with the refrigerator since the last appointment. We are very pleased with his work and American Residential Warranty.

I've only had bad experience with the American Residential Warranty for almost three years we have an agreement with them. First of all, their pool of providers needs serious revision. Last time they've sent someone with very negative online reputation to my house, the guy took the deductible, went to buy a part and never came back. He would give me appointments but never show up for them. The reaction of American Residential Warranty is very, very passive and submissive. I'm now left with a disassembled dryer, no tech to repair it and no payout for me to buy a new one (which is supposed to be the case, according to the contract).

My refrigerator went out the day before Christmas Eve. The repair service that American Residential used was not able to see me before the holiday only to find out after I paid the deductible, so I had to find a repair service that could see me immediately. Needless to say, my refrigerator was repaired before the holiday. I had to speak with 5 different operators and 1 1/2 on the phone before I received the confirmation that my email was received with my receipts to get a refund for the service that I paid for.

My washing machine had stopped working or the weekend, the belt had fell off. I called America Residential Warranty, and they sent someone out on Monday, they didn't have the part with them, so they went and got the part from a local store.

So far, I've gotten my MacBook Pro fixed as well an my ice-maker. Great Service. I called, then paid my deposit over the phone and a contractor called me (for the ice-maker) - I shipped the MacBook off (free postage) and then got the laptop back in less than two weeks!

Filed a claim and contractor came to my home on December 17th for my stovetop. I have not seen or heard from the contractor since Astros Appliance. Called American Residential Warranty, who my service fee was paid to and they said they can’t do anything because parts have been ordered. It has been a month without the ability to cook and they can’t help me. UNACCEPTABLE!!! In all fairness, I’ve been a customer of ARW for some time and this is the worst experience ever.

Very good experience. Punctual and efficient. Had part on truck when arrived. Serviceman was very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable about our dryer and courteous... Would recommend American Residential Warranty to anyone based on current experience. Dryer is running great now.

Fridge repair - This company was great, fast and reliable, they have great deals an discounts. I look forward to keeping this company in my home and family. The repair guy was open an honest. This company also offer new equipment and furnishings for the home.

My husband submitted a claim yesterday at 7 am regarding our hot water heater leaking and no hot water. The rep advised him the system needed to update and to call back at 2 pm. At 1 pm he called back and the next rep asked him about the make and model again. Placed him on hold for 3 minutes to return and say the system needs to update and to call back. I called back around 1:30 pm because I did not understand what needs to update if they found the account. I was told by another rep an error was inputted with the make and model therefore another company needs to update the system before they can dispatch a technician.

Your tech arrived on time he was polite and pleasant. He then checked the Dryer and found the problem. He was very efficient. He was able to complete the job at a reasonable time and explain to me what the problem was. I would recommend your company anytime to my family or friends.

I called Residential Warranty when I had problems with my refrigerator. They set up the appointment and the man came as he was supposed to on time. Had it fixed in no time. All I had to do was to pay the $55 to get everything set up. Glad I had the warranty.

American Residential Warranty gave me the help I needed when I needed them. Every thing was right on Time when I needed them. When my stove went out day before Thanksgiving I called ARW and they had someone out the same day. Love this company.

My only negative is the response with the department getting the correct person, and locating business to do the work, the company responding to you doesn’t always do work in my area, then I have come back to you, they don’t!

I highly suggest that you do not get mixed up with this company. The vendors are incompetent, and you will spend hours on the phone with little or no resolution. The wait time for parts and approval can take up a week. Trying to cancel your contract is next to impossible. The employees are bullies, and when you stand up to them, they hang up on you.

Fixed ice maker and did a great job. Very efficient and professional. Thank you. Great help to people without a lot of income. Would have cost a small fortune without this contract. Would refer to anyone who can’t afford to put a lot of money out at one time.

After I filled out an online request this company called me back with my area code, not a 800 number. I told them that I didn't want to do business with them. The next day they called me over ten times, each time I ask them not to call me. They woke me up two hours earlier than the time I get up. After eight days I called and once again told them to place me on a do not call list.

My experience with American Residential has been great so far. When speaking to customer service they were very helpful and made sure I understood what packages were great to have. Also when I needed a repair done customer was very helpful.

I'm a current warranty owner and I have horrible experience with the claims. They will pacify you, lie to you and try to get you off their back with all empty promises. Every time I call back they do not have any records of the previous claim information they promised to work on and start the process all over again and end with empty promises. The worst and horrible company ever if I can put it mildly. Lies and deception is their game if you want to play. Be warned...

I would recommend to a friend, the service people was very nice. Went they call you, what day are going to be at home and what time. If not make pick a day you're at home. They will be out the day you pick.

Fixed heating thermostat. Technician was very professional and did work at a timely fashion. Thank you again for your service. Technician came on time. He had to leave to get the equipment that he needed. It did not take technician very long to get an approval to get the job completed. Technician was very efficient, courteous and polite. When we needed the dryer fixed we called ARW and they had a technician come out and fix the dryer. It needed a heating element. The man that did the work on the dryer was very courteous and the dryer works good now. We would recommend ARW.

During the week of Thanksgiving we had a water leak from the pipe leading from the meter to the house. The claim was covered 100% and the service received was superb. Everyone was pleasant and went the extra mile. We have recommended American Residential to family and friends. We are so thankful.

They came in and fix my central air in a reasonable timeframe. I will recommend them to a family and friends. They have a lot of different types of warranty you can get for your home. And the price are very good.

Ice Maker Repair - The repair process was extremely easy. The service technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and followed through with their work. There was a small issue with parts availability, but American Residential Warranty had the parts shipped directly to me for the technicians to install at a later date. Even with that, there were no problems.

I have had one experience using my warranty and the service was great. Would highly recommend to others. Technician seemed to be highly qualified and knew exactly what he was doing. Was in and out in a flash. They called in advance and told me what time to expect technician and he was on schedule.

Repair person greeted us and we explained what happened. He knew how to fix the refrigerator ice maker problem, proceeded to do so and then make sure all was ok. He was pleasant and professional. This was the first time we used your service.

Refrigerator. The service guy was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. He did a great job. The problem with the refrigerator it was freezing all the food that was in the refrigerator part. He came and told us the problem. He had to order the part. He came back and fixed it. He told us if the icemaker was not working to call back and icemaker still not working so will call back and get that taken care.

My wife called on Friday to make a claim and was told someone will be out to on Wednesday the 2nd of January between 8am and 12 pm. When no called or came my wife called the company that was coming out and they have no records of our claim. Plus they said they don’t even service American Residential. I can’t get in touch with anyone from American Residential because I am just left on hold. I paid all this money for a service that I can’t even use due to the fact I can’t seem to get an answer from anyone. This has been my worse purchase of any product.

First I paid the $55 service fee and was told that I was only given $350 to replace the water heater which was about 1/3 of what it cost so I had to fork over an additional $950. That just DOESN'T seem right!! AND THERE'S WATER IN MY DUCTWORK AND CRAWL SPACE THAT THE PLUMBER DIDN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE (should have discovered when inspecting damaged/leaking water heater, which I pointed out to him, to no avail!). It would have been cheaper to have bought heater, paid plumber to install and saved a ton of money. These **' folks should be sued for false advertising. Sooo... before giving this company your hard earned money and your business, ya might wanna check out the competition because you can bet that I'm going to "aggressively" do that. Unhappy Insured Client.

I have not been with them a year and thus far service is slow turn around for getting in touch with dispatchers to approve items to be fixed or replaced. The customer service representative seem to have no clue as to what is going on with your claim and they seem to have, "I could care less about your problem" attitude. I live in Michigan and have been without heat for three days.

Had to replace door sensor. Did a quick and quality job. They were heard on time and took every effort to fix the problem. I would recommend any of my friends to try this service as they are very professional.

I am very happy with ARW. I put in a claim on my dishwasher and ARW called that day to get a repairer at my house. When I was told that the dishwasher was unfixable ARW called the next day and arranged to get a new one. I would definitely refer ARW to anybody who wants your home items protected.

Service was ok. I put in a claim and got my washer fixed the same week. I also put in a claim to get my AC fixed. I put in a claim for my AC but it was the weekend so it would take a while to get someone out to look at it. They allowed me to find someone on my own to fix it the same day and they approved it and paid them.

Service call for dryer - Our call was handled promptly. The contractor arrived on time and fixed the appliance; The unit was not drying clothes, taking too long, the repairman cleaned the vent and checked all the belts, he ran and tested the unit, was very patient and respectful. We were also contacted about the service by ARS. VERY HAPPY TO GIVE A GOOD REVIEW.

I have a failing water heater in my home. They said it was a pre existing problem even though this problem just started occurring. So after a $80 service fee, 3 days of waiting and a lot of headache and we are back at square one. This warranty is a scam. Don't look at all the high star reviews they have to be fake. Customer service is rude and not helpful as well. Save your money and steer clear of this company.

The wait time was extremely long when calling. Otherwise, representatives were excellent. Were very polite and helpful. Returned calls in a prompt and timely matter. Pleasant and kind voice to be. Took time to listen and ask questions to keep conversation flowing. Connected to appropriate departments.

Wash machine - The repair was prompt and inform me about everything he was doing and how long it would take. And they also let me know how long it will take to get the part back and inform me when the part came in. I really appreciate that.

My hot water heater "exploded" on a Saturday. Six days later I'm still told a provider in my area can't be found. Reimbursement will only be $300. Several times I was told "If we can't fix it we'll replace it." That doesn't even begin to replace a hot water heater and then there's installation expense. Is it even legal to sell something you "don't have"? Not at all impressed this time.

My microwave oven door latch broke. I filed my claim and in minimal time I had an appointment for a service call. The tech was on time friendly and was able to repair the microwave oven. This warranty saved me hundreds in replacement cost. As an owner of a new house I would recommend getting a homeowner's warranty before the builder's warranty runs out.

Did not receive full costs of replacement, apparently due to age of system. I had originally understood I was to receive full replacement reimbursement. Later experiences have been satisfactory, including washing machine replacement and icemaker replacement in refrigerator. I received a new washing machine; however, it was not the quality of my original machine. The company has been prompt in responding to my calls for service.

Everyone is so very friendly and continues to work on all issues until the problem is resolved. For example I never follow up with my electric issue but the staff continues to call my cell phone and reminded me that this issue need to be resolved.

The experience of getting a service contractor was smooth and easy! The customer service agent was professional and courteous. The service contractor was prompt, knowledgeable and professional! He was able to quickly pinpoint my refrigerator’s problem and fix it. He even gave me pointers on how to avoid the problem again!

Updated on 11/03/2018: Alexia contacted me today to rectify the situation. She said unfortunately the company is still in the process of notifying their customers there was a change in contract bylaws in which the deductible is paid upfront. That’s because they get your money give you an appointment in which is BOGUS!!! The service company said they don’t have any appointments for a week being the 13th of November instead of 7th.

I have in the past have had good response from the company, but now it seems my area where I live has been Red Line. The company does not service my MidWest City where I live. I do not appreciate getting a call from their dept, stating they will solve the problem with my hot water heater, and in reality the company cannot. I pay the fee each month and now they ask for the ded of $55 to be paid upfront which I have done. I would like someone in Corp office to assist with this problem.

I've used their services three times refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer. They answer the phone in a timely manner. And have recommended a qualified technician that has resolved the problem. The repairman has arrived probably and has reasonable product knowledge.

My first time using them was to repair my fridge and they were able to sooner than originally scheduled. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. I have recommended them to friends and family and will definitely use them again. Customer Service is professional and very helpful.

Updated on 12/04/2018: Had an issue with my electricity in my home. No lights in several time, called American Residential for service. They sent a technician out after some time and my home in danger of catching fire, after several attempts and calling the tech finally sent his diagnostic to the company after claiming they never got it, did not get a response for about two weeks with the issue being as serious as it was, only to be told they would only offer me a payout of 300.00, and the cost to fix the issue was 1,100 dollars, and was later told that it was because my home was over 10 years old. This was not in the contract when I first purchased the plan but they made every excuse not to pay the claim. Don't be fooled and pour a lot of your hard earned money into this company. You won't get the help, and don't be fooled by the good reviews. Those are the only ones they publish.

They ate very helpful and I am happy that I am using Amercian Residential Warranty especially when certain things in the house is expensive to get fix. I pay a fee every month and pay low fee for them to fix whatever I need fix.

The technician was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained that we were low on freon. He acted professionally. When it leaks out, refilling to a specific level is required. He chose to refill it. My son was home that day and described the whole exchange as very good service. Thanks.

The time inspection delivery was very Timely and efficient, I had no problems afterwards. I am very thankful and grateful for making the experience stress free. I would gladly recommend American Appliance to my friends and family. Please keep doing oh well very good job.

American Residential Warranty is good for homeowners. For the most part, the company has been good to work with and resolve my claims. They have replaced things like my microwave, washing machine and plumbing issues. I would recommend American Residential Warranty.

Very satisfied with warranty so far, good experience with technician that did an exceptional job with the repair. I hope you would cover more items, such as my sewer system is. I wish your company would do 1 preventive maintenance inspection on all items covered under the warranty.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I contracted with this company in Nov 2017. Never made a claim. Made a claim a few weeks ago (Oct 2018) and they couldn't even find anyone in the area to service the home. Finally found someone weeks later. Finally got the problem diagnosed; however, then they would NOT cover a plumbing issue, saying I needed to have purchased the deluxe package, which was never even offered at the time of contracting.

Call to report problems. Have to wait 45 mins to hour. After FINALLY talking to agent somehow you get disconnected so have to start over. They have NO problem taking payments. My garage will not open and I keep getting the run-around saying claim Dept would call me but it's been 3 days and STILL NO call and now it's the weekend. IF they call it will be 6 days of waiting. What am I suppose to do? They say they would MAIL the Liftmaster to me after claim Dept will call so it's NOT 24hr service cause still waiting.

My experience with American Residential Warranty has been awesome! They went above and beyond to resolve my dryer issue. They basically replaced my older non-working dryer with a new dryer. My blower wheel on my old dryer was on back order for over a month. This really was an inconvenience to me and my family. The Replacement Department stepped and sent me a new dryer for the inconvenience.

While I was canning great juice the disposal in the kitchen went out. Call American Warranty to file a claim. Very easy to do and within 72 hours a plumber was out installing the new disposal. I have used this service mostly in my kitchen is appliances tend to go out and break.

They have help me replace my hot water heater and ceiling fan with no complications. Because they located a licensed repairman for me each time, this lowered my stress level of trying to locate someone on my own.

10/11/18 Called to file a claim for my leaking air conditioner. I paid them $55.00 fee over the phone. 10/12/18 called to see if job had been assigned. Was told paperwork was never sent over to the department that assigned jobs. Was transferred to this department and was told they didn’t have anyone servicing air conditioner in Tampa and that company in Ft. Lauderdale would be assigned. They gave me phone number and I called them (Best Servicers) and they said they didn’t work in Tampa. Called back AR and lady put me on hold while she called to verify with Best Servicers did not cover Tampa – she came back and told me she found someone in Tampa “Mel’s Appliances”. I told her it didn’t sound like they did air conditioning. She assured me they did.

Time-consuming at time it takes a while to find someone {a technician} to service the product. Hope now that there is a company (TNT} local won't have to wait so long for service. They are always so pleasant and will always explain the problems. Happy with the tech.

Microwave went out one afternoon during supper. The next day I called the warranty company, told them what happened to the microwave and I had a repairman at my home within the week. No problem with the microwave since that time.

My experience with them was pretty good. The person that they sent out had to order a part for my refrigerator which I thought was amazing because I didn’t think my refrigerator was worth repairing but he came back with the part and they also sent him back to fix the icemaker.
