I do not recommend this company. I've had a few claims that I've had to call in for and I am now looking to cancel and find another company. When you call in with a claim they solicit your service fee before even dispatching your claim to a company. On one occasion, of course my $55 service fee was taken when I placed the call for my claim. I was given an appt. for a company to come out to fix the issue (2 days later), then on that day, no one called or showed up. When I called ARW, the rep act as if they had nothing to do with it. I had to make a few attempts to call the company and schedule another appt. ARW didn't care because they had my money already. Eventually the company did come out to fix the issue.

Every time that my husband and I had to call in for a claim we have always been treated with the greatest care, patience and very professional. Our claims have always been handled very quickly and with the greatest concern.

American Residential Warranty is an awesome plan to have. I was having problems with my air conditioning unit in which American Residential located a provider in the area where I live and they sent someone out to my home within 2 days after notified American Residential of my issue with my unit.

Service plumbing inspection and installed disposal in a professional manner. All work was completed in a timely manner. I was very impressed with their timeliness and knowledge of work to be performed. I would recommend a friend and family member for their services.

Water heater went out Friday, called company. Was informed 2 business days which will make it by close of business today. Did mention there's a company & gave phone number so they could contact. 1 time they called and with all the fraud going around and businesses calling the person deleted the call. I in the meanwhile called and spoke to the company who I've done work before. Told him the company would call back. Have they? No. I don't want to pay out of my pocket since I am on a limited income and am a disabled veteran, then too how much does a New water heater cost plus installation? I'd prefer the American Residential Warranty pay for it.

I really would recommend American Residential Warranty Company to anyone I know who is need of this type of service for their home. As a matter of fact, I have recommended them to my family and friends already. I chose them due to the fact that my brother was already a client and was quite happy with them so it was a no-brained for me to give them a try and have been very happy I have done so.

I have all my whole home covered. Great customer service. Every time I had an issue with my outside waterline it was repaired with no problem. Wish they had more service providers to choose from. It would make the response time a little faster.

I had to have a plumber on the weekend and I called in a claim, but had to call someone myself because it was the weekend. I had to pay out of pocket and they reimbursed my money. Satisfied with the service.

The vendor arrived as scheduled, assessed the problem and repaired it quickly. I highly recommend this company. If you are ever in need of a reliable home warranty, this is it. This was not the first time I had to rely on my home warranty and as always they came through.

I purchase the Platinum Premier policy in May from American Residential Warranty. So far, I have filed two claims and both have been terrible experiences. When I reported the first claim, they told me the issue I was having would be covered under my policy. After two week of waiting on American Residential to approve the claim, they rejected it and said it was not covered. I still had to pay the $55 deductible and wait two weeks to find out it wasn't covered. I had called the company numerous times during the two week period to get status updates. Each time I called, I would wait on hold and then they would tell me they are researching the issue and would call back. They never called back.

Working with your company has been a wonderful experience when I have had to use your services, I would highly recommend you to everyone, when I call I always get a rep. who is kind and very helpful. Plus the service men they send out do great work.

American Residential Warranty was able to schedule a same day appointment. The technician came out however; it took several days to get work order approved due to weekend, The service was completed with no out of pocket expense. The technician was friendly, professional and most knowledgeable about my air conditioner.

Open call on Saturday. Plumber didn’t call back to Wednesday. Wasn’t too happy with that. Water was backing up in my basement. Something was clogging the pipes. I was told unable to locate a plumber in my area but when he came on Wednesday he was very professional and corrected the problem.

I called American Residential Warranty regarding a plumbing issue at my rental property. The representative took the information regarding my claim and paired me with a service provider. I was contacted within a few hours and my problem was resolved within the next business day.

The company was very helpful. Besides the parts wait everything was fine. The microwave has been fixed. I had to call a couple of times to find out what was the wait but was just part that no one told me they were coming to me.

Our heater stopped working and we called and they came out the same day to fix or heater. Luckily it was something minor, but I'm the middle is winter that was really important to have same day service. So for that they get 5 stars.

I have been talking to them about getting my air conditioning repaired for three days, each time I call I get a different person with the same lie about getting someone out. They claim to be trying to find a service provider in the area, why they don’t have providers where they sell contracts is beyond me. After dealing with customer service and reading the reviews I’m convinced I’ve been ripped off. If you’re thinking about buying service from them don’t.

Purchased their plan on 4-26-19, was told it won't be effective til 5-16-19, in June was contacted by their sales department asking if I was interested in upgrading to their 3 in one bundle, I said yes and gave them the money. I was told by the agent the 30 day requirement would be waived as I was paying today and my 3 in one bundle would be effectively immediately. Fast forward, fridge breaks down and they will only pay based on original coverage. They offered me $300, after complaining several times, they agreed to send $200 more. So five hundred for a new fridge, on TV they advertise, we repair it or replace it...NOT TRUE. I didn't have a fridge for three weeks, and lost approx $400 in frozen and other foods. They saw I don't have coverage for that! Even though the sales rep SAID I was covered.

I purchased this warranty based on the review. But I am so disappointed with this company. Looks it is trying to get all of my money. I paid the full year at once time. And I claimed one service with my water heater pipe leaky. And then after one month, I called to get another service with water heater, no hot water. They set an appointment for me for the next four days. But on the appointment day, nobody showed up until I called, they told me they made a big mistake to send a different state company to me. Then they said they would make another appointment in two days. They did not care whether we had hot water use at all. Then they also told me that since I can only use $300 to fix the water heater, with the first $295 fixing the pipe, I only have $5 to use for the next time.

Fridge. Part was replaced in less than 5 minutes. Tech was very knowledgable. Have had previous techs that were not as polite or professional. Very impressed with the service. Will continue to use the service if we need service again, thank you.

We have had two washing machine, one refrigerator and one gas stove repair since switching to ARW from American Home Shield. The first washing machine repair was a nightmare to schedule and secure but it was under a recently replaced claims handler. Since the switch to AIG claims, the system is much more reliable, the service techs are better qualified and the process is much smoother. The first washing machine was incorrectly done and, within three months, the repair failed flooding the basement. I was unhappy that I had to pay another deductible to repair work improperly done by ARW’s tech on the first call.

Needed a service Call for refrigerator. Was very satisfied With the representative who took our call for a service call. They were very proficient and fast to get someone out to the house for a service call. Was very pleased with the encounter.

Air Conditioner was not working, called American Residential Warranty and was given a claim number, they gave me contact number of a local Air Conditioner company located in my area, I made a call and spoke to the repairman himself and made an appointment. The day of the appointment the Repairman came to my home and was able to repair AC with out issues. Thanks.

Initially rated low because they couldn't find me in the system and told me to contact corporate on Monday. Found great customer service through their Facebook page that facilitated contacting corporate, submitting claim, and getting the problem fixed fast. They even waived the service fee. Now a happy customer.

The best WARRANTY company I've ever had. When I call they answer. And all the reps deal In a professional manner. I would recommend this home warranty company to everyone who owns and can afford. Speaking of affordability. This is a low well price contract I purchased. So if you are in need of a reliable prompt professional warranty CV company. Buy this one.

I have had AHW for 3 years and have been so happy! Easy, Friendly and service as expected and in a timely manner. No hassle, no hustle. I make one call and within 24-72 hours, I am taken care of and back as normal. Extremely satisfied!

Over the last 15 years, we have had to use this service for our washer, hot water tank and stove. The customer service reps are friendly and helpful and the repairmen prompt and knowledgeable. We highly recommend and will continue being satisfied customers.

We have had to use the American Residential Warranty services twice thus far. Both times they have been phenomenal to use. No issues and they fulfilled their part promptly and to our complete satisfaction. The most recent one being that our microwave failed and the parts were too expensive since the unit was about 15 years old. So we got a brand new microwave and ARW paid for it.

I had a great experience with ARW. This is my first year with them and I am very satisfied. If a contractor fix something in your home and it stops working within that month, ARW will make sure the contractor returns without paying another fee. I am totally satisfied!

Very professional, very speedy, satisfying company. I love the fact that when you have a issue they immediately contact service department locally close to you and there are times where you can get same-day service. My central heat and air went out. I made to call pay my deductible of $55 and then hours I got a phone call from a service company close to me and schedule an appointment to come out within 24 hours. I had my central heat prepared and I was very happy.

Been living for days without a functioning water heater. Now it is the weekend, and cannot get anything done till Monday. This is our first claim, and after paying hundreds of dollars to this company, we still have nothing to show for our money. First and last claim with them. So done.

Anytime I've ever needed them to do anything for me it's been done with good quality, workmanship and reputable businesses. I am completely satisfied with the service I get from this warranty company. From inside the house to many things covered outside as well.

Very please with the customer service I have received from American Residential Warranty. This is something my mother got and had me pay and now I see why. They help you until they can get the issue resolved. Had a hiccup once but overall very satisfied.

Need my microwave above my Store repair. Words can not explain how pleased I'm with the quality of services I received from American Residential Warranty. If you need a great warranty plan look nowhere else. American Residential Warranty can and will take care of them.

They came right out and fixed it. It turned out that it really didn't need fixing just a little adjusting. But they got it working for me again and I was glad. The repairman took the right burner out and cleaned the space that it was connecting to and then he put it back and it came on. He told me that there was some build up of grease that interfered with the connection of the burner but he cleared it out pretty good and it started working.

Prompt and courteous. Fixed the problem quickly. I was notified by the repair company who was coming and at what time. They also sent pic of person. The whole service call was done in orderly manner. There were no problems. It all went well.

Best customer service. Fixed our equipment on time. Was able to find a local service contractor to get our electronic items fixed. Will highly recommend this service to friends and family members. Satisfied with service. Will contact company if other issues arise with electronics.

Very helpful in identifying dryer problem. And also providing necessary advice to make sure I get the best use out of it moving forward. For example the dryer vent should be periodically checked to make sure it is not getting clogged, that would prevent the dryer from working too hard, pushing out the heat.

I switched from another company because the quality and customer service was poor. Since joining ARW, I have prompt service and the quality of the contractors is spectacular. I would recommend ARW to anyone who asks! Thank you ARW for the quality work you provide.

Oh My furnace went out. What a headache right?? Wrong. We called American Residential Warranty. They scheduled a repair tech. Sent him out and got us back in the heat. Any future problems we will be sure to call American Residential Warranty.

I've had this service since 2015, and I've had two requests for assistance. Both times the problem was solved, & services was good. If and when I know of anybody who needs this service I would recommend American Residential Warranty.

My central air unit broke down after I had just given birth to a newborn. I called them and they were able to have someone contact me about the repairs within the week. The man that came to my home to do the work was extremely friendly and professional.

Garage door - When I called the Operator was very delightful and easy to follow. She indicated to me that they would take care of my situation immediately. And indeed they did. The repair person showed up the next day and repaired my garage door. It is working Excellent. I will recommend to my family and clients your Company. Thank you for an excellent completed job... Fix washer, had some kind of code the tech came and found the problem. Then he repaired the machine. The technician was courteous, clean. He knew the machine and how to fix it. He did an excellent job and a very short amount of time. Thank you.

The contractor came out as soon as possible. I had an appointment and they came on time. They fixed what was needed, but I had to wait on the part to come in. When the part came in, I was called for them to make an appointment for them to come by and finish. Hands down to American Residential and their contractors. I had used three companies and they are the best one.

When my washer broke all I had to do was make one phone call to American Residential warranty and they took care of everything. I did not have to do anything else. I am so pleased with American Residential warranty and how fast my washer was fixed.

This is a company with awesome customer service. They are polite and expedient service. I don't really think I could ask for much more from them. The best thing is the inexpensive co payment. With timely service as well as very experienced techs to serve.

Fix dish washer - The guy introduced himself at the door. Came in looked at the problem and started to work on it diligently. Very knowledgeable in what he knew how to do. It didn’t take him long at all. I’ve used American Residential Warranty a few other times. I received good service every time.

American Residential Warranty did an outstanding job repairing my dishwasher. The company they recommended was on time, and very professional. I would like to have the same company repair all related items. I do recommend American Residential Warranty to all.

Air conditioning - Great Service. The service tech called introduce himself and let me know the approximate time he would arrive. He also call to let me know he would be early in enough time in case I was away from home. Very professional and fixed the problem.

Washing Machine Repair - This was our first claim but I was very pleased with the responsiveness and customer service. The service call was exceptional and everything was fixed in one appointment. The technician was polite, personable and professional. We were able to file the claim and schedule the service quickly. Our washing machine is working fine now.

We recommend American Residential Warranty to all our family and friends. The operators are polite and have a quick response to our needs. Would not want to buy a home without having American Residential Warranty. Great Great Great Great Company.

Repaired microwave stove. Good job but 4 weeks was too long to wait for repairs. I was told that someone will come and make repairs more quickly but it is what it is. Thanks for the good job that was did.

Washer & dryer were both broken, With the help American Residential Warranty we were back up & running in a week. The technician that came out was super helpful & was very professional. He always called to give us a heads up that he was on his way 30 minutes prior to his arrival time.

This is my second service request and my second unpleasant review with this home warranty company. I really hate that I thought the grass was greener with this company. As far as this issue. I called in a claim for an air condition not cooling my home. They scheduled a repair person immediately which was fabulous! I was pleased. The repairman came out looked and found the issue and left. Didnt say a word. I went to look for him. He was gone but I had a missed call from American Residential leaving me a very pleasant message stating my air conditioning coils had a leak and that was not a covered repair, so I have to find someone to fix it. Wait what????

My microwave started smoking and not heating. A technician came, diagnosed the problem and discovered it could not be repaired because no replacement part could be found. He reported his findings to ARW. After a few days passed and no from anyone, I called the company and they immediately sent me a check to cover a new one.

I've had good experiences with this company whenever I've called them about filing a claim. They've sent out qualified techs that have been customer service friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. My experience with this company has been a pleasant one.

Heating system was not working and I called the warranty company and they came out and fixed the problem. I am trying to get my daughter to get this company to get her home with the warranty also my co workers here at Jefferson Davis high school to join but best of all this service man was courteous and kind. I enjoy having been able to get the warranty company. Thanks for all you do.

Great customer service and value for the price. Much better than other home warranty companies I have dealt with. I am very pleased with the service I get and will not go back to the others I've had in the past.

Dissatisfied, lied to and disappointed are just a few words to describe my experience with American Residential Warranty. When I purchased my plan I spoke to a Sales Manager who stated more than once that I would have air duct cleaning in my plan. That’s how he got me to purchase the plan. (Called was made January 23 or 24) I would have hoped that the employees hired on especially to be a member of management would know how and what the plans entailed. That was the first lie that at the time did not know was occurring to me. Let’s fast forward to my first service call made on May 3. The representative scheduled me for my AC call for Monday 6th from 5pm to 9pm.

I had an issue with my washer. The customer service helped me and were very professional. It wasn't able to be fixed so I was credited and able to purchase a new washer. It was delivered and installed by Lowe's.

Great customer service. Highly satisfied with technician and the ease of getting an appointment. Value wise, I felt like I am getting what I am paying for, and coverage wise I was happy with my experience. I do recommend this company.

I have not had to use them yet, but my friend recommended them to me and he has used their services and is very happy. I have spoken to the people at this company and they very friendly and helpful. I would and have told many of my friends about American Residential.

If you live in the Council Bluffs Iowa area do not take out this insurance! It is fraud. They do not have a workforce in this area that will provide service to customers. Offers a limited liability payout then send less than they say are sending. This is a scam. I am currently filing complaints with the Iowa attorney general. If you are a customer in the CB Iowa area please contact the Iowa attorney General. I plan on pushing for a group law suit.

I have had several home warranty companies that I have dealt with and American Residential is the best by far. Great customer service, very professional and quick to respond to my claims. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home warranty.

With being a customer of American Residential Warranty I've had problems with my unit. I called. They took care of everything. Within three working days they had someone come out to check my unit, found out I need a new one and within days the professional people came in and took care of the problem. My unit is working great. If you're thinking about buying a new home or buying an old home make sure you take care of your appliances. American Residential Warranty took care of me.

They claim that they will solve the problem within 24 hrs. But it takes weeks to solve the issues. When you call them with any claims, they will say someone will get in touch 36/48 hours. But we have to call them after a week because no one bothers to call and tells us details. But they charge as soon we call them for claims.

The work was completed on time and accurately. The came the same day and did the job. The technician was very professional. I am satisfied. I am happy to be on the program and will be able and willing to recommend friends and relatives or the program.

Garbage disposal Was repair in less than a week. They took the information that it was not working, got a brand new one, came and installed it and it did not cost me anything. Very easy customer service. Was very friendly, excellent service.

My bathroom sink was broken and American Residential Warranty fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The technician was a person with a lot of experience. He was kind and very knowledgeable. I was very please with his service. Thank you very much American Residential Warranty.

They were prompt good customer service. They cut me a check for my furnace. I did not have to call them. I have dealt will other home warranty companies. They are good at responding. I also had an issue with my ceiling fan. They call to see was I satisfied.

Hard to believe, but this company is the best. When something happened at my house I just call them. I do my copayment and American Residential Warranty do the rest. They have contact with companies at my area, they scheduled the appointment and I just wait for that come and fix it.

They have a fast turn around time with someone coming out and getting the item fixed. Great customer service each and every time I call in. If the product cannot be fixed they will still have a solution to the problem.

My experience with the microwave has not been the best. But through it all the team at Residential Warranty and the claims department as well as corporate worked hard talking back and forth to get the right answers to get the problem resolved. I was informed thru crume installations that it will be installed Friday April 26th. Hopefully....

Prompt service when I called close to the weekend. They checked the voltage and wire condition also in my 50 year old house to make sure they were in good condition. Had a choice of several service companies, which was a plus also.

Dryer belt broke, and I call ARW. They came out in a timely manner and the service person example what he was doing, very professional. Would recommend to friends and family members. It was easy to get in contact with customer service.

All in one washer and dryer unit. My deductible is reasonable. I can call American Residential and they will have the assigned provider schedule with me within one day tops!. The provider will coming out and determine if they can fix it or if it is beyond repair. American Residential will make a decision and if it need replacing then will settle you claim within a day or two. Love it!

Very on time and responsive to calls. I think the only important matter is you need to be aware of the deductibles and how the insurance premium and deductible combination works best for your home. Overall, in the last three years I had a very satisfactory experience with the company.

Garbage disposal repleaced. Service was completed in a timely manner. Repair service showed up at designated time for appointment, calls were answered and completed. Services was friendly and helped with all issues. Copays were taken from accounts designated. No problems were encountered.

Great experience with heater repair technician. He had all parts required for the repair on his truck. Very professional and even waited for me to get new filters and changed them for me for units that did not need repair.

We recently bought a house and with the joy of a new house came issues one after another. Thankfully we had American Residential Warranty by our side. We had our heater serviced, replaced garbage disposer and so on... They've always been so quick with having someone come and fix issues. Highly recommend.

I've used American Residential Warranty for years and have filed numerous claims, all of which were handled promptly and professionally. Repairs were performed be companies acting as authorized repair companies for American Residential, and by other companies chosen by me. When using your own repair company, you have to pay the bill and then you are reimbursed by American Residential. I have never had an issue with any of the claims I've filed.

My dryer was not working. They came and took the whole dryer apart. They installed a new heating unit and put the dryer back together. They also checked the outside duct and cleaned it. They gave me some tips to maintain the dryer works for a long time.

Great experience with company so far to care of my problem in a timely manner. Great customer service, very pleasant and concerned to help take care of my problem as soon as possible was good experience. Would recommend this company to others, which I have done.

When my garbage disposal broke, American Water Resources assisted me throughout the process. Customer service was great! In no time, my situation was resolved. In an emergency, you can rely on ARW to be prompt, professional & courteous. If you're thinking about a home warranty look no further. This low monthly expense is a must have!.

I called to submit claim for AC one week ago. AIG did good job placing request with Kirkland. I looked them up on line and they had a 5 star rating. The tech Matt and his partner Josh came out the next day. They added refrigerant and determined leak with evaporator coil. They took their time did not rush and explained the details to me when I asked questions regarding my AC unit. Thank you Matt, thank you Josh. thank you Ms ** who answered the phone at Kirkland and a shout out to Paul ** with the AIG claims team. Thank you for making this experience stress free.

Great service. Would recommend to all my friends. It's worry free and there is no hassle. They gave me great recommendations. The only issue I had was the amount of claims on plumbing issues but other than that I am very happy with it.

My experience with ARW has been a good one. This company strives for a good customer experience. I love how prompt the service is and the companies that they use. The only issue I have is sometimes there are items not covered that you don't assume and would be helpful if the customer service was a little more thorough during the claim process to tell you specifics before you pay the trade fee. Otherwise great company.

Broken washing machine. Quick service and good customer service. The representative were friendly and provided prompt service. I liked the follow up call after the service was performed at my home. This company is reachable and available 24/7. You speak with a person each time and not an automated system. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Service was excellent. Didn't take long for someone to come out to do the job on my dryer. The serviceman was very polite. He explained everything he was doing. The job did not take long. American Warranty is a company that I would recommend to family and friends.

The service was great. I call I believe on a Tuesday. And they gave me a service date for Saturday and the service person was on time to service the item. I love the service. I will tell other about the service.

I was thankful the portion I got from ARW to replace water heater but the company that rate sent advised new water heater and my out of pocket was going to be 1400 dollars so I called another company and they replaced the valve and not the entire heater 325 dollars.

I have been with AHW for over a year now. The first claim I filed things went smoothly and quickly. No issues. They replaced my appliance with no hassle. The second claim I filed took about two months to handle and was very stressful but that was due to the company assigned to my claim. AHW checked several times on the status of the claim and called the company several times to expedite the matter. The issue was with the service company not AHW. I would recommend them to anyone.

Works with my schedule for getting the necessary repairs done in a timely fashion. Prompt, courteous service. Ensures everything is in working condition prior to leaving job. Easy to work with. As frustrating as repairs can be it is a necessary evil as a home owner.

My hot water heater stopped heating water. Called for service and the next day a technician showed up. He said the thermostat needed to be replaced. Within 15 minutes he was completed the work. He was fast, professional, and friendly.

My microwave would not heat. They contracted a company and all went well with the repair. They included the parts, labor, and had it up and going in no time without replacing the whole unit. Very pleased and happy about the whole experience.

Washer repair. Service request placed, company made appointment and arrived to fix problem. The repairman was nice and thorough. The problem was accessed and fixed, I was very happy. I was worried I would have to go to the laundry mat but the company took action immediately.

When I called in after having trouble with my stove ARW responded with no problem. They were so great. I stared recommended people to join. It's well worth it. The monthly payments are affordable especially when repairs can be so costly. Get it and you won't regret it!

My Heating system stop working upstairs and when contacted your company they process the claim and had someone out to the home in hours on that Sunday. Your services has been excellent since we joined the company services. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Low cost with excellent customer Service and easy access to whomever you want to use to repair your items in your home. I very glad we saw your ad on the ESPN channel. Couldn't believe this was so true of the things covered in the package deal.

I love this service. When something goes wrong with something in your house all you have to do is call and they will take care of whatever is broken don’t know what I would have done without this service.

Company is excellent. Am glad we have you in our corner. If you would of not came in TV l would have not known about y'all. We had a bad pipe break and American warranty saved us we the 50. Deductible. l was so happy because l would have been out of a lot of money.

I have made a couple of claims with them and each time I have been totally satisfied! One of the claims I had to call back and they did a follow up and fixed the issue, great investment!! One of the items wasn't even a 2 years old (Samsung) amazing they don't make them like they used to...

I had a great experience. Unfortunately the repairman couldn't fix my refrigerator, so I had to get a new fridge. And the new fridge is perfect. The new fridge is way better than the last one. I was able to get one that comes with an ice maker.

The refrigerator was freezing everything, and the oven was not working on the stove. I called American Residential and they got in touch with a appliance company who sent someone out to look at the problem which they took care of. Now my stove and refrigerator is working.

Updated on 05/01/2019: After spending all day on phone trying to reach someone to add features to my account, no one took ownership, kept getting transferred. Worst customer service, tried to cancel and they kept stalling. After threatening agent they finally cancelled my account. Run from this company, dishonest and horrible service.

Our hot water heater went bad after 14yrs. Called ARW to assess the hot water heater and our options. ARW had someone out to look at the hot water heater within 48hrs. Once it was confirmed the hot water heater needed to be replaced then ARW sent us a check to replace the system.

When I needed toilet repair, I contacted American Residential Warranty (ARW) customer service for a plumber. The plumber fixed the running water toilet and save me a money on the water bill. I am happy with ARW customer service and will recommend family and friend get a free quote from ARW.

My Refrigerator wasn’t working properly. I made that call to American Residential Warranty, I paid the $55 deductible. They set up my appointment. They came out the next couple of days. I haven’t had a problem since. It was just as easy as that.

The customer service is wonderful. They were fast and helpful locating the part. I am so happy I made the switch to a company that value me as a real customer. You worked fast to resolve the issues, so I did not to call back.

I had a warranty for years. I finally cancelled a year and a half ago. The reason. The final straw was multiple calls to fix my air conditioning through several heat waves. They charged me the same deductible multiple times because after weeks of waiting for repairs they kept saying the problem was different. It wasn’t different. The AC was not working and they never got it repaired correctly for three times. Finally I got it fixed. Took months $500 in my deductible.

We are completely satisfied with our refrigerator repair. The technician was very courteous, professional, and respectful. For just the service call fee, our expensive refrigerator was repaired and is working great again just as bought it. We are very glad we found ARW!

I"ve only used you this one time, but my washing machine was clawing all over the place. He came out rather soon and needed to order the parts, waited about 2 weeks, he came back and finished the job and it hasn't crawled since. (It's a Tromm LG steam washer. The drawer on the bottom.) He was also a nice man.

They came and fixed my refrigerator. I didn't have to buy. A new one. I think that is great. They was nice about all my questions and I had a lot of question. They had to order the new parts for it. The service was great from both people that came out. They were both gentlemen.

My air conditioner began making a loud noise and then started blowing hot air. I knew it was going to be expensive and I dreaded the whole experience. I called in and everything went so easily. I provided the name of the manufacturer and some other basic information about what the problem was. Within 2 days, a specialist arrived at my home and repaired it. I was at first going back and forth with trying to get authorization. As this was my first time using my warranty That was a bit confusing. After a day of back and forth getting authorization. The service person was extremely kind clean and kept his appointment time. He called ahead to let me know he was outside. Very professional.

I had to wait for the Parts to be ordered, but other than that the Service was very good. The Technicians was very Experienced in what they were doing, they talked to you so you can understand what they were saying, they did good Professional work in a timely manner, and Cleaned up their work space, that's what I call good Service.

The representative answer all questions asked and was very courteous. The scheduled appointment date was in 2 days. The only problem I had was I requested 8-12 and the servicemen had appointment for 12-5. However everything was corrected prior to his arrival.

The dryer stop working. Called ARW and they were very fast and responsive. They did the appointment right there and the technician came the day and time that was scheduled. From calling to report the problem to the scheduling and the repair, service provided was excellent!

Called American Residential Warranty. For a plumber to replace water shut-off valves for washing machine... They sent a appliance repair person. He reviewed the work order and saw we requested a plumber... We recalled American Residential Warranty for the plumber. (Had to wait 2 more days). The plumber called half an hour before arriving at our location. He replaced the valves... was very polite and respectful. Did a excellent job.

Our refrigerator broke and need to fix. Fixed once, broke again within two months and it should be covered and they are telling me now coverage is only up to $300 in repairs and do not want to pay it. Beware consumers, when something major repair comes, they do not want to pay for it. I am customer from last three years and very upset.

They had been taken money from my account for over 5 year. When it time to fix something they say it’s not cover. Got two technicians say my A/C Motor bad. They never replaced it. They are a scam. Check to see who is the number one warranty company before purchasing these people. They are not ranked.
