The Best Customer Service Awards goes to Mr. **. ** was calling to follow up with me on a totally different issue. Once I explain my situation to him, he sprung into action and researched my issue. He resolved an issue that I had for over a month less than 24 hours.

    I had a emergercy situation that needed attention on a Sunday which result to me calling a emergercy plumber not affiliated with American Residential Warranty because they did not have anyone available. Overall the customer service I received was great and they stood by their word to reimburse me for the work done that I had to come out the pocket with.

    I received a new washer because my old washer could not be repaired. I LOVE my new washer. It is larger and more efficient than the old washer. Working with American Residential Warranty has been great. I am very satisfied and always tell my friends about this company. I have recommended this company to several of my friends. Thank you again for great service.

    Filed claim 07-12-17 and was completed on 09-18-17. ARW ended up replacing dishwasher, I had a black top of the line Kenmore, and it was replaced with a White PGE cheap plastic looking noisy, single wheel instead of dual double. I was told when I put my complaint in I would receive a call from management and I am still waiting. I am canceling service with ARW. I would not recommend.

    I was having some problems with my work orders. Chloe was getting off for the day. She promised to get in touch with me, first thing in the morning and she did. I was having one of them days when everything wants to break down. When you planned for your family to coming down. Chloe was very polite and listened to my problems.     Electrical work on the washer/dryer was professionally done. The technician went to work as soon as he arrived. I was very impressed with the technician. He only accepted cash, which we don't always have. We do not keep cash around the house. This was handled. This is the only thing, which is not a big thing. Again, very professional work.

    Filed an emergency furnace claim. NOT ONE CALL BACK! Although I waited 2-3 days which was an emergency due to a gas smell in garage NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK! The automated service gave me the runaround when I tried canceling policy. I will not pay another dime to this company! It is a scam!?

    My a/c made a metal rattling noise one evening and a tech close by my city came out but it was late afternoon. It happened to be the blower wheel (wore out). He did not have one on his truck (the size I needed). He had a job the next morning (an emergency) but after that job he went to the maker of my a/c warehouse and picked up the wheel and came back. He was very efficient and kind. It went smooth considering it was tremendously hot for two nights. Everything works great now!

    I have been with American Residential Warranty for several years, and I have had excellent service with them. They are quick to find a repairman to fix my problems. As advertised, I pay a small service fee, and the work is completed. I've had two occasions when my appliances could not be repaired, and ARW replaced the appliances. I recently signed up for their Home Security system, and have not needed it yet, but feel confident knowing it's there.

    Alexia - Her customer service was on point. She understood my frustration and my pain. She continue to check on me every day until my problem was resolved. I really did appropriate her customer service skills. She deserves some day's off for putting up with me being so mad, she really calmed me downed and helped me out.

    We have had American Residential for 4 years. We had issues with a dryer and the technician "fixed" it only to have other parts fall out. Between ARW and the technician nothing was done and we ended up just buying a new dryer with no claims to ARW. August 23rd it was determined that the Water Heater would have to be replaced. I received an agreement number and was told in 7 to 10 days I would receive $450.00 toward the replacement of the Water Heater. 5 Phone calls and 6 weeks later I still have not received any payment and have been told twice for two weeks that it would be sent express mail and I would receive it on Monday, Aug 25th and then again last Thurs. to expect it Oct. 2, 2017. I have been put on hold almost every time while they look into it but no one has an explanation as to why the check wasn't sent the 1st 10 days as promised.

    HVAC was not working properly. Called ARW and the hold time was less than one minute. The representative matched me with a company in my area and I was able to make an appointment the very next day. ARW contacted me several days later to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. Extremely satisfied!

    The cables that operate the garage door came unraveled and therefore unable to raise door. The repair company (5-Star) made immediate repairs. When they arrived the individual immediately knew what to do without hesitation, very knowledgeable in this type repair. Also checked others aspects of the opener.

    The service was great and everything was completed that needed to be done. The issue was count and the experience that we had with the worker was quite enjoyable with laughs and jokes. The worker was right on the job and did not take a long time completing the task.

    Our dryer wasn't drying the clothes in a timely manner. So contacted American Residential Warranty for service, the technician was an awesome person. Very professional and kind, he found the problem with the dryer. It was a bird in the vent. Thank you for the great service.

    Frigidaire: Fix everything works good and the washer. Yes I will tell a friend they did everything fast and did what they say they are going to do and work with you on your payment. They do not let you down. The people are good to work with the plans are good.

    Professional, nice and got the job done. Due to bad weather state of emergency on my initial repair date we had to cancel which was handled in a very professional way because he was willing to still come out in bad weather. Next day he was on time and took care of my issue in no time. Thanks.

    On Aug 2, 2017, I contacted ARW to inform them of my inoperable refrigerator (Maytag Model # MF12568AES). I was given the name of 2 different repair companies. Capitol City Maint. and Very good Appliance both of which had previously informed ARW that they were no longer servicing in my area. I had to wait over the weekend to contact ARW to get the name of a repair company in my area.

    After about a week of waiting, I contacted ARW to get another repair company out to fix my refrigerator. ARW called to inform me that Sears would be out on Aug 16. Sears called to inform me that they did not have availability on Aug 16 and that they would be out on Aug 31. On Aug 31, after looking at the refrigerator, Sears notified me that they would have to order a part.

    On Sept 14, I called ARW to get an update on the status and was told that Sears could not fix the refrigerator and I would be sent a check for $460.00 for a refrigerator that cost me over $1,800.00. When asked why wasn't the refrigerator being replaced as stated in the contract, the representative could not explain. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was placed on hold for over 25 minutes before hanging up. No one ever contacted me from ARW about the refrigerator not being replace and the refund check being sent. I was told that once the refund was approved, there was nothing I could do about reversing the decision. I have been without a refrigerator since Aug 3 yet I'm paying for a residential warranty.

    The plumber called before arriving to state he was en route. He arrived in time. He replaced my broken garbage disposal, showed me the part and what the issue was. He was very friendly and worked very quickly. The area was left clean and tidy when he left.

    I have had an account with American Residential Warranty for almost 2 years. I required their services this past month. It took a couple of phone calls to the find one of the companies they are affiliated with to come by my house. My old washer was not spinning or draining water from my clothes. The Mechanic gave me an estimate for $900 to fix, which I opted out to purchase a new one. I then spoke to customer service of American Residential warranty, (after the report was given by the mechanic on his phone) who informed me a sum of $274 will be send to me by check. I waited for 2 whole weeks to call and be told my claim was denied.

    No courtesy mail /email or call to inform me of above information, I had to call to find out.

    Is that how we treat customers you want to keep? I have requested to discussed above situation and another issue with a manager or supervisor but been placed on hold for more than 30mins. (I am on hold as I'm writing this review). I will not recommend them to anyone I know friends and family. Their service is horrible and no respect for customers. They appear nice on the phone initially but how can you placed someone on hold to connect them 40 mins and counting. Lastly, had a technician come in of 8/26/17 to service my broken air condition. I am yet to receive a report or resolution. After 2 calls I am told they are still waiting for report from someone they've contracted to work on their behalf. I am done with them, bad services in my books.

    A/C then Dryer Repair: Thankful for home warranty to minimize home maintenance costs. American Home Warranty responds well to calls when we have concerns. Used for three years now and recommend them to others. I am unable to do repairs myself and neither is my disabled husband.

    Washer machine would not complete cycle. The repairman was courteous, on time and skillful. Once the problem was discovered, the technician did his magic. The machine is working again. Now I have peace of mind. I would recommend your services. Great job!

    I needed badly fixing my AC unit. It was on July, the hottest month of the year in Las Vegas. First company related to the company insurance could come only the next day. The Insurance company was able enough to give me second choice which worked right away to my satisfactory. Thank you, American Residential Warranty. You "saved me"' that day.

    I submitted claim a few weeks ago regarding my WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER, & FRIDGE. During the 1st phone call that I received from 1 of your agents, I was told that my WASHER would be replaced with a new washer that was comparable to what I already have. I made a follow-up phone call on Thursday, 8/31/17 and was told that my washer was not going to be replaced at all, but instead I would receive a check for $200.00. As you know $200.00 is not enough for anyone to purchase a new washer. I am very disappointed.

    After making my monthly payments for close to a year towards the highest or 1 of the highest plans that you have to offer, and now to find out that I would only receive $200.00 when I was first told a replacement would take place is very discouraging. I would like to request: A replacement for my washer, that is comparable to my current washer. Or the dollar amount that will allow me to purchase a washer that is comparable to what I currently have. Thanking you in advance for your consideration concerning this matter.

    The gentleman that came out took his time and made sure he explained everything that needed to be done. He was very courteous & on time. My experience was such that I told my daughter about ya'll. I am very satisfied with the service and the lady I talked to on the phone to get the work order number started. I know when I need help with a product that needs working on, I can count on quick courteous service.
