All Year Cooling's owner was so nice. We had fantastic interactions with the sales reps. Everything was excellent. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were also able to answer all our questions. The installers showed up on time and they installed everything. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Ok, so I don't write very many reviews, but I felt that I need to this time so here goes. Long story short I had an A.C. company come out to do my yearly service and they said my Freon was low even though it was blowing cold. So I had them add and paid and they went on their way. 2 weeks later A.C. explodes. I found out that they put the wrong gas in the system and it caused a pressure build up, which caused the explosion of my AC System. I called ALL YEAR COOLING at 9:30 PM, left a message and figured I would hear next day, but got a call 2 mins later, talked to representative and he said I would have someone at my house at 10. Next morning 10 am, I get a call from the guard that AC is here. That's a great start.
They tell me what I need, undercut the 2 other bids I got by 750.00, and schedule for same day install. I cannot express how grateful I am for a company to be here in South Florida that can not only be trusted, but can back up what they do with excellent work, great people, great products, and the BEST... GREAT SERVICE. I highly recommend this company to anybody in need of any and all AC needs. They far surpassed my expectations. Thank you to ALL YEAR COOLING for being a standout and stand up company!

All Year Cooling did some checking up on my unit. Overall, it was very excellent. The tech showed what he was going to do and then he did what he had to do. He also told me what follow up I needed to do with the system. When I rescheduled the service, I called on another person for doing the same job at $25. But, All Year Cooling did a good job for the $49. It's better as far as the last service at the time.

I went to the Better Business Bureau and a couple of other sources. Amongst others, All Year Cooling appeared to be worth looking at. They respond quickly and have good communication while other providers called me three days later. One guy came out and he's very personable. He gave us the estimate and we signed up right away then they were here the next day to put it in. They subcontract their installations and we have the unit for probably a month now. The salesman was excellent and so was the installation team. When they left, it looked like nothing had happened. They were immaculate. I've always been cool but now I'm really cool since the unit was installed. Overall, they're responsive, professional, courteous and clean.

Our air conditioning unit was dying slowly in its five years of existence. Everything leaked so it was time to replace it. Five years ago, All Year Cooling responded to our request for a quote on a replacement AC unit. I also felt comfortable with the recommendations of people that had used them before. Both the brand that they carried at that time and the features that it had were some of the reasons I chose them. The air conditioning unit has higher efficiency since it has been installed and the dual compressor has reduced my electric costs considerably.
The people at All Year Cooling were also friendly, cooperative and they gave me the information I needed. They performed the installation as advertised and they stayed with me for six months to get it to work right because it was the newest version of the top of the line Trane dual compressor unit. Everyone was learning how to manage it while I was going through the experience with them. The installers were also very professional and did a fine job. The owner of All Year Cooling has been a man of his word, even though there were times I had to beat up on him to get what I needed. The company always came through and did what they promised. Overall, they've been reliable, honest and they live up to their commitment.

I liked the price that All Year was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit 'cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit.
All Year Cooling was very prompt and professional. And even after the gentleman left, someone tried to touch base about how good the rep who came over was or what the service was like, so I felt they followed through with it, too. I've heard of other air conditioning companies where the people hardly talk to you. But this guy was very informative about things that probably are now saving me money on my electric bill. Overall, it's been a pleasure dealing with All Year Cooling.

I looked All Year up on their website. Then I had Air Around the Clock and All Year come here to give me an estimate and All Year gave me a better estimate. However, we got a 4 Ton originally and then we went to a 3.5 Ton but it was the wrong size. I’m here 37 years. This is my third air-conditioner and I knew that they made a false adjustment. I explained to them that the carpenter ran across the ceiling with the wrong size. They made a forced attachment that came out, that’s why they thought the carpenter was right. They told me it didn’t matter but it did and they changed that. But then I had to pay an extra $500 because I was right.
We had the unit installed on April 4th, which was a bad day. One of my cats was having a seizure and my car was in the shop so I couldn't even bring her to the vet. Their installer, Patrick said he would take her, but then General Motors ran the car right back to me. Patrick and his crew were fantastic. I'd give them 100%. He said he’s gonna send the best people and evidently he did. They did everything excellent. However, they never changed my air handler and it was the first air handler ever put in this house.
I had two carriers put in besides the one that wasn’t in the house and the air handler should’ve been changed because it was the wrong one. Then they took everything out. They redid the work and did everything correct. I’ve seen a big difference in the house. It stays cold and shuts off during the day. The other one would run continuously anywhere from 12:30 to 8 o’clock at night. It would stay at 80 till I could get it down. This one I set it at 77 and it shuts on and off. It’s fantastic. I’m sure I’m gonna save a lot on my electric bill.
It's hot air rating is 17 SEER instead of 16. That alone, I could save $150. I can’t get lower than 13 SEER but 16 was what Air Around the Clock offered. Mostly air-conditioners was 16 but the York was 17 so that’s why I took the York. They really don’t get a good rating but he guaranteed me that they corrected their problems over the years and for the last 5 years there have been no problems with this one. Plus, I got two years instead of one-year warranty and I got 10 years on the parts so there's no problem.
The only problem I had with them is the company did not return call. I actually had to call Tom, the president. That was because I couldn’t use the air-conditioning since the duct that I had was a 12x30 and they didn’t bring the correct one. Plus it goes outside, not inside the unit. One of their employees told me that she ordered a duct that would ship in three to five weeks but I wasn’t gonna use the air-conditioning without a filter. Then I ordered the correct duct on Amazon and only went four days without an air conditioner.
Matt, one of the guys that looked at the duct work, said I had to get Tom to pay me $89.99. He also said that the duct I ordered saved the company a lot of money because it would have cost anywhere between $100-150 and it wouldn't have been here till five weeks. The rep had initially told me to call her if I have a problem so I called and left a message but she didn't call me back. So I got in touch with Tom and as soon as he heard about it, he sent me a check right away. That's the only problem I had. Other than that, it’s fantastic. Unit runs good.
I’m very pleased with Tom. He also gave me his own phone number. I really appreciate him doing that and although I don’t like calling him, I had to call him and text him twice. He texted me back to say he was on dispatch but he would get right back to me. Then the last time I used it, I told him what a great job they did and that everything is running great. Then he sent me back a text which I still have saved. It said, “Thanks for your compliments and we’re here to always help you and glad that you’re happy.”

5/31/17, Mario came to condo, gave quote, went to condo management office, etc. Advised him I was getting other quotes, they were $600 higher. 6/1/17, @ 11:17 a.m. Patrick, installer, arrived with partner. Installation completed by 3:00 p.m. Mario, Patrick & the second installer, as well as the office staff that contacted me, were very nice & professional. The first where I heard about All Year was through DonorsChoose. My fiancé is a teacher and she was doing a campaign. I donated to some of it and All Year covered the rest of it. Then they happen to do a friend's house. He liked them and I've switched to them myself. We had a couple of incidents where we knew it was time to replace the air-conditioner. Their sales representatives are always very attentive. Also, I text the owner when I need something and he's very thorough and gets back to me ASAP. I wasn't there when they installed. I just opened up my garage door, they went in and did their thing and I came home to a new air-conditioning unit. Since having the unit installed, it has brought my electric bill down. It's also nice to have a reliable unit. I use them for my property management company as well. All Year is a great company that does really good work. They're hands down amazing.

Someone that I was friends with use All Year Cooling and Heating and I chose them for their professionalism. They also arrived when they said they were going to and didn't push me into anything. They gave me information and they were very informative. I called to speak about the payment plan or how I could make a payment and I spoke to one of the owners who was very friendly. It was a very comfortable conversation and I didn't need it but they offered a payment plan and different ways to pay. The salesperson who came out and looked over everything was the same.
In my experience, unfortunately, when someone comes over, people bash other people's work done but they didn't. They were very honest with me and said that whatever they did last summer was done correctly. It's just that my unit was old. That was nice. They were very professional and courteous about the people who had come out prior to do some work. You don't see that very much.
Also, the new unit installed was fantastic. Our bill went down because we don't have an old air-conditioner trying to maintain the house. The nice thing was they called a week later to follow up and make sure everything was good. They're extremely trustworthy. They say they're a family company and they definitely are. You expect things to happen but the nice thing is that when they do, they're taking care of you. It's very expensive and I'm spending a lot of money but they understand that. I really believe that if something went wrong, they would have been on their toes, they would have come back and corrected it. They have an amazing service and friendly people.

I've used All Year almost 10 years ago for another property that I owned. Recently, I had an appointment within a day or two of me calling. The salesman was kind enough to have the unit installed. The two gentlemen that did the install were professional, friendly and timely. The only thing I want is to follow up the permit that was filed. I’m assuming they’ll send that to me. But the new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied. I would recommend them.

I have had my All Year Cooling unit for a couple of months and it's quieter than the other unit. It went fine with their sales rep. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt like they chose the best unit for me. Also, the installation team was fast. They were clean, very helpful and instructional.

I had a very bad experience with All Year Cooling. They brought me a dented, damaged air conditioner the first day. It must have been dropped. There were two men who came to install it and I was not satisfied with the way they installed it. It was so unprofessionally done, like a 5-year-old installed it. I complained to the company and I held back my check until they took care of it. Then finally, I got a brand new, undented unit. Two different men came in to install it and they did a very good job. But I got charged $45 extra because All Year had a nonpayment on their check so they bounced it back to me. It cost me $30 from my bank to put a stop payment so I ended up paying $75 extra on my bill. But I was satisfied after all the aggravation and fighting I had to do.

All Year is local for me. I've been using them for a long time. There were two things that really were important to me. First is the service. What I find about them, they're very honest and very prompt. Second is the price. They were always in line with the other people. They were usually, if not lower, the lowest.
As you get older, you rely on people and in my later years I find that it's very comforting to have somebody that you can believe and trust in. I have never had a problem with them telling me that they're going to do something and not do it or be there at a certain time and not be there, which is unusual today with some companies. I just need peace of mind basically and that's the only kind people that I'd be able to deal with. Tommy Smith had recommended a unit and that’s the one that was put in place. He told me, "Tom, this one will be more energy-efficient and you're going to be very pleased with it. You're going to get a payback on it." I've noticed when I put all my previous bills together, I saw about a $25 energy savings per month. It was more efficient. The unit that they took off had been running for 13 years and was really old but we're very pleased with this unit.
The way that they do things, the way that they follow-up on this installation and doing the permit and all, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Personally, a lot of times I think they totally went out of the way of doing things. It makes you feel more comfortable. I feel real good about the company. There are very few presidents and owners of companies like Tommy Smith or Tom Smith. They go back a long way and I find them very reliable.

Our old air conditioning unit broke down. We had already spent money on that air conditioner last year and it was going to be more money this year. So, since our neighbor had such a good experience with All Year Cooling, we decided it was time to go ahead and bite the bullet and put the new unit in. Also, at that time, All Year was running a special. It was a call out and the technician gave us a choice and said there would be no charge if we decided not to do the repair. They came in the next day and put the unit in. The installer was very good and knowledgeable about what had happened. He was a very kind person and I didn't feel any pressure. So, that helped because I back away if I'm pressured. It's a turnoff to me.
With the new unit, we are able to run the air conditioner at much higher temperatures and still achieve a very comfortable setting. Plus, it's going to be very efficient. I went from an 8-SEER to a 16-SEER so we will be seeing that reflected on our electric bill as well. It's going to be more than a few bucks because they charge you when the unit comes on and hits the circuit, and this ramps up. The only thing was the technician didn't leave a filter in the AC the day he left, after finishing late at night. I called the next day and spoke with the owner and he had someone come by and bring more filters. The problem was resolved and I've had no other issues so I've been very happy so far.

I've had my unit from All Year for about 4 days, and it's more quiet than my old unit which was 18 years old. The sales reps were very nice and the laborers who put it together were very polite and professional. However, it is too soon to tell if it will lower my electric bill.

My original air conditioner was put in in 1990 and it lasted 27 years. I knew I was going to have to replace it this time of the year rather than wait for the summer because I could only push it so far. It was on a Friday that I got an estimate, and I got a second estimate from Sears which was absolutely outrageous. So Saturday, I called up the salesman from All Year and I asked him, “Give me your best price. Can you arrange financing?” The purchase price was $3,240 and he offered me a three-year, interest-free at $90 a month.
I was very satisfied until it turned out that the program that they put me with had a minimum of $3,500. When I got my first statement, it showed that the purchase price was $3,500 rather than $3,240. I contacted the owner and they issued me a credit through the finance arm to bring it back down to $3,240. However, my payments instead of being $90 a month started out at a $123 a month. I made my first payment, and now I understand they based monthly minimum payment on 3.5% of the outstanding balance, so my next monthly payment is supposed to be somewhere around $115. In other words, the deal that I was supposed to get which was $3,240 at zero interest is deferred interest. I had to go back and forth with All Year. They never fully satisfied the fact that I have a contract with them, which says $3,240 at 0% interest.
I grew up in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning business, so I know what’s going on. The installation was done properly and the mechanics were excellent, so the work and the equipment that they provided was what I agreed to. The screw up was with regard to the payments and how that was handled. The owner of the company was not nice, while everybody that worked was nice.

We went with All Year Cooling due to their customer service, and we've been using our unit from them for 15 days now. Overall, All Year is an outstanding company, and I would highly recommend them to anybody. The salesman was good, and anyone can check the manager or the owner any time of the day, 7 days a week.

About seven years ago, I installed a complete air-condition unit in my home through All Year Cooling and I got a good service so I used them again. Now I had two units installed. My daughter dealt with the installer and the salesmen and they were very prompt in trying to help and trying to match the older prices that I had and given me something that I would be happy with. I had the owner calling me because I was trying to get a good price on the two units and it was good customer service. I've given the wrong credit card and he was able to change it. The service is very likable and I wish everybody was like that. I get good supply all the time and I even had the warranty with them.

In a nutshell, it was an excellent experience. All Year Cooling is a great company. They were excellent in aspects such as appointments and callbacks, and they call ahead of the appointment and let us know they’re coming. After the appointment, they call us to see how satisfied we were. I had issues and problems and they resolved them. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.

Our AC has been with us for 17 years and because we're Canadian and we're snowbirds, we're afraid it might stop during summer time. We knew we had to change it in the long run so we did this year. Some people in our building who had business with All Year Cooling told us to call for an estimate. We had some made by a few companies and they had good prices but we were afraid with All Year Cooling because of the not too many good reviews that we had read. Finally, at around Thanksgiving, we received an email that they had a promotion and they seem to have better reviews so we made an arrangement with them. So we're never without an AC and I would recommend them.

All Year Cooling came over, inspected and left a quote. I called them up and told them that the unit is on the roof of my building and I've had experiences with some minor leaks over the years. Our HOA warrantied the roof so they have a roofer that takes care of everything. The roofer suspected there is a problem with the mounting of the old AC unit and it's leaking there. So I said, “Well, how about if we coordinate where when the AC people come over and they look it up, the roofer comes and inspects and does any repairs if needed, and then they’d continue.”
All Year coordinated the whole thing and I didn't have to do anything after that. Their customer service was very good. The AC people put a lot of time in and they showed me pictures of all the work they had to do to ensure everything was sealed up correctly. They're very professional and nice to talk to. I was very happy with how the whole experience went, and the owner texted me and told me to call him if I have any issues.

We got ALL Year Cooling when the federal government had that plan about saving money on energy and that type of things. My husband researched it and they had good reviews, were willing to work with us and referenced to the different rebates that were being offered by the state and by the power company. So we were certainly glad that we did. They replaced our whole system for us and have always been excellent. When we purchased this, we purchased the preventive maintenance contracts and the extended warranty agreement. And when their service reps come out to do the annual preventive maintenance, if they suggested something, we did it.
The gentlemen that come out and do the service have been super. The last one who came out was very nice to work with, took his time and checked everything out. To my knowledge, he replaced a floatation device switch because we were having a problem where it was shutting off and we didn't know why. And it was because that floatation was backing up in there. I did an online survey highly recommending him. He was so polite, so courteous and explained things to us. We experienced the same thing from the ones who came prior to him when they come in. They do what should be done during those regular annual maintenance check ups.
When you get this service, you certainly appreciate it and you're going to be a customer. I've referred my best friend and she had her system installed with it by All Year Cooling. When you get good service and you feel like you get your money's worth, you do tend to give references. Even now after all this time, if somebody would ask me, I would definitely refer All Year Cooling. It makes our life a lot cooler and our bills were fine with that. So it all worked out great as far as I'm concerned. And certainly up to this point, everything has been very good. We've been very pleased with All Year Cooling.

Our old unit was 17 years old. It's way overdue and I decided to take care of it. And I'm glad I got one with All Year Cooling & Heating. They were absolutely phenomenal. I pretty much got the same unit but the difference with them and the others is the service. They came on time and have a department that handles the permitting process. Full permits are so difficult to get. All Year keeps their customers informed and up to speed. Others show up, do the work and disappear, and I can't get a hold of them. Then they don't want to deal with the permitting process because they feel it cost them money and they got to come back. But All Year Cooling & Heating stuck with me through the whole process. They didn't disappear, stayed on it and I really appreciated that. They did a beautiful job and I have passed their name around.
The lady who got it all set up stuck with me to the end and it was really well done. She gave me the financing process where I didn't have to pay any interest, I paid it gradually, and that was really nice. Then I worked with another rep who handled the permitting department with me and she stuck with me to the end also. There was some corrections that needed to be made and she took care of it. They were both fantastic. The new unit is great, it works very good and is very efficient. That 16 SEER is also a nice thing.

I had my old unit fixed six months ago. All Year kept sending me these offers that were real good, for big discounts for the winter if I wanted to replace my central AC. Then my unit iced up a week ago and I told my wife to just get a new unit and then we won’t have to worry about the old unit breaking down anymore. All Year Heating and Cooling has been in business for over three decades while other companies come and go. They are the best company in AC I’ve dealt with in the last 40 years. They were courteous and professional. Gave us a great deal and were a pleasure to deal with. I’ve had so many other AC companies that advertised and they’d come out and try to rip me off.

All Year did a good job installing our new unit two weeks ago. The installation team worked for seven hours. The lead guy was knowledgeable and I was very impressed with him. I have never heard of All Year Cooling before. With the little research I’ve done I thought they were a commercial operation, doing apartments and condos in Southern Florida, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I didn’t realize that they were in my location. So then, I did more research and found out that they were bigger than I anticipated and they have service trucks all over and that helped a lot. I was impressed with Joe, their salesman. He did a good job in his presentation. I got the feeling that they were good people. I also liked that I was able to communicate with the President Tommy Smith.

I did not learn until too late that All-Year Cooling, despite the length of time they've been in our area, is in fact an extremely disreputable company to deal with. Multiple sources, again, AFTER the fact. My cities inspector came out and failed them on everything about the install, which they came out and only partially corrected. Then over the past few years it was easier to get my own a\c repair people out than to deal with this crooked company, even while unit was under warranty. Will definitely NEVER recommend to anyone. Live and learn!

I had a heating and cooling company put in a new system a year ago. They were great on the install, but as far as issues that happened afterwards with repairs, they weren't very good. So I was trying to find a new company to use. My hairdresser who had used All Year at his property recommended them. He contacted them for me and they came out that same day. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. They gave me the details and their fair market price. They came when they said they were going to come and told me what they were going to do. They solved the issue that I was having with drips from the unit, cleaned up really well and followed up with courtesy calls to see if everything was okay. My neighbor across the street, when he saw their trucks, said he had used them for years and highly recommended them.
I was very happy with their service. I've used other air conditioning companies in the past and they always give me a runaround or send somebody out that doesn't seem to know what they're doing. The prices are also pretty steep and they're unreliable.

All Year Cooling & Heating was great overall. It was an exceptional and phenomenal experience with them. The unit that I got from them was installed in a residence, but it is for my job. The installation team were fine. They just upgraded a unit recently to a new one, and they were great and prompt. I've requested that All Year put in a note in our account that we prefer Greg to be sent out whenever we have any issues because he was so great. Since the unit was installed, it's really kicking. It's newer and works really well. All Year has excellent customer service and obviously that shows from their leadership, whoever their boss is, since everything always goes down from the boss. However the bosses are and however they treat their employees, that's how their employees are going to be.

I wanted to upgrade my air condition. I just retired and I'm upgrading some appliances in the house. I got All Year Cooling and Heating on Google and they were ready to come out the same day to give me an estimate. The sales rep was very professional, nice, and wanted to make sure that I got the AC, and that everything went through for me to get it. Then 2 installation guys came and they were good. They've taken out the old one, put in the new one, and didn't leave anything dirty. It was very clean and I'm thankful for that. There are no complaints.
However, I noticed that my old unit got much colder. But it could just be all in my mind since it has only been a couple of days since the install. I like that I got approved for in-house financing which was a lot as well as the fact that they text me to make sure that everything is well also. I'm glad I decided to get the AC and it's been an excellent, excellent, excellent experience. Non-regrettable at all. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had a new unit installed but the condo board didn't like the unit that was installed and ended up in this big war with them that lasted a year. They went to state arbitration that I ended up putting in three different air conditioners. When it was over, it cost me thousands of dollars. It affected my life and my PTSD relapsed. Since I had an ongoing battle with the city, I wanted to use a local company that had dealt with the city before so I used All Year Cooling, and they repaired the unit last month.
I had three teams come to my home to fix my unit. I thought the first guy who came out was going to fix the unit but he was just there to look at it and give a quote that I thought was done. They sent the second team out, the welders. All they could do was put in the compressor. And then they sent the third team out, the tech guy, that knew how to wire stuff up and so he finished wiring it. From a lay person's standpoint they wouldn't have known the difference but I'm an engineer, so I know that they sent a little too many crews out. Nonetheless, it all got done in the end and that's all I care about. From the crews at the store that tear the equipment apart to the guys that came out to do work, everybody was great. As far as I know, everything is done. I'm just waiting for one callback from the city to make sure all of the appropriate paperwork was filed. So as long as that's done, I'll be happy.
It's nicer to have central air in South Florida, but I already put in a temporary central air system from this little South Florida AC company. They're there to make a dollar and they do. With all of this stuff with the city, they've had to do a lot of extra work. Overall, my experience was good and easy. They took care of everything and I didn't have to lift a finger, so that was nice.

My existing unit was old, everyone in my community replaced theirs, and All Year Cooling got a very good recommendation from my neighbor. Every single representative I dealt with was excellent. I've had my unit for a month already, and I would recommend them highly to anyone that asks. They were professional and courteous. They arrived when they were supposed to, did everything they said they would, and went out of their way for the customer, which is so rare now. I've never dealt with a company that was this great. I wanted to get an air conditioner. I had one that worked, but it was 10 years old and I wanted to upgrade it. So I looked online and called several companies. But what the sales rep from All Year mentioned wasn't what they did. The salesman told me they would go up on the ceiling which made me decide to get All Year because he said they’ll make sure that all the vents are in good working condition. But when they came out to install it the installer said that they don’t go up there. Either it was false or the salesman didn't have enough information regarding it. I was disappointed because of that.
Then they called about the second guy who does the cleaning of the air duct ceiling. He did not do a good job at all and did not want to go back up in there. I was not happy with him. I called their office and the lady that worked there was extremely helpful. I really liked her. She said she would send someone out and she did. The guy who cleaned the air duct ceiling turned out to be better the second time he had to come back and redo the ducts. They eventually did everything but I would not use them again.

The coil of my old unit went out the day before the hurricane and the service guys didn't come right away. They only came out on a Friday and said it needed a new coil. I told them to order it then but I didn't hear from them so I suffered through the whole weekend and my situation was suicidal. I called them on Monday and they said the new coil would cost $1,200. Then they tried to sell me a new unit. Somebody could have repaired it but it wouldn't have been cost-effective. I figured I needed a new one but wanted to get different prices.
I called five companies and All Year Cooling was the fourth and I liked the guy I talked to. The differences between units and the cost were discussed. Their comparative pricing was good as well and I was given a discount although they probably give it to everybody. But I got a good feeling about it so I went with them. And I was impressed with All Year Cooling. It's a professional company. Their follow-up is good but they have been trying to sell me an extended warranty which I already turned down once. They've called me three times about it and I told them that I just spent $3,650 and can't afford another $600. It takes years for these things to break and my unit took 10 years to do so. That's the only thing I didn't like. But with the All Year unit, I feel more confident that things are not gonna go wrong any minute. Their product seems to be working great.

My old air conditioner was dripping and not performing up to par. My friend told me he had used All Year Cooling before and he was happy with them. I, likewise, had an absolutely fantastic experience with the company. Their salesman was very easy to talk to. When he gave me a price, I explained to him that I had spoken earlier to their top marketing guy who had given me an estimate on what the price would be. The salesman then worked with me and stuck to the original marketing price that was given. On top of that, I forgot to show them my military card so I spoke to the owner, Thomas Smith, who was very receptive that I had a military background. He then gave me an additional $100 off which was very nice.
My interaction with the installer was wonderful. He showed me everything and how it works. He even installed an additional PVC area where I could put bleach in on a month-to-month basis, and showed me where to take the filter out and how to have it cleaned. The airconditioner was strapped down on the roof for hurricane purposes and a new thermostat was put in as well. All Year Cooling did everything I asked so I'm very happy. Now, I could leave the air conditioner at some temperature which would still support the apartment whereas before I had to really put it down to get any kind of coldness.

We purchased a condo last year and the air conditioner went out, and we contacted All Year Cooling. They were fast, efficient and fairly priced. They really did an excellent job. They were very clean and it worked fine. And the one thing I did like about them was they gave an option for financing. We had done a lot to the condo and we really didn’t have the money. We didn’t expect that expense. And they had a credit card with no interest for a year.

My air conditioner was acting up last fall, but then I kept it going and then it finally pooped out. All Year Cooling kept calling and asked me how I was doing and if I was ready to do it so I went with them because they were the most interested among five different companies I got estimates from. The installation guy came on a Saturday and it was drizzling yet he didn’t stop working. He went right to work and they tore the old unit out. They made a bigger slab, put the new unit in and had to make a line to hook it up to the unit. He did a perfect job and it looks good. I would recommend All Year.

Having an AC is a must for me more than heating, and I started having little issues with my other unit. It was 10 years old already, so it was time to replace it. A representative from All Year Cooling came out, gave me the quote, then the credit application. He was super. He explained to me in detail, exactly what was going to be done, why it was being done, how long it was going to take, and kept me abreast the whole step of the way. As we moved from room to room, he explained to me what was happening. In one area he could not really get to, he explained to me why. He was perfect, and it was beautiful customer service. I have no complaints whatsoever. He was very professional, and I couldn't have asked for better. The two guys that installed the unit were awesome too.
When I called All Year Cooling, it was discovered that my house wasn't insulated properly, and that was the reason half of my house would get cold and the other half wouldn't. But after they came out and did everything that they needed to do, my house felt like the North Pole. Now, I have to constantly adjust the thermostat. The quality of air that I'm receiving now in my house is 100% what I had been looking for. However, I had to call the office right away because my house was hot and I couldn't understand when I just had a new unit put in. The company sent someone back right away, and we found that it had something to do with the thermostat.
The guy that they sent out was the worst of the worst. I immediately called back to report him. I spoke with the manager and told them to never send that guy to my house or to anybody else's house. He was very rude and unhelpful. I couldn't even believe that he worked for All Year Cooling, in comparison to all the other interactions that I had with all the other folks at the company. He didn't come in prepared like the other person that they sent out. That other guy came prepared with his tools and checked things. But other than that, everybody was awesome. The service was great, my unit is great, and it's running fine down to the person that called to offer me a service plan. He was awesome too. He explained the product to me and how it would benefit me in the long run. It's an extended warranty plan in the event that something goes wrong with the unit, and I agreed to purchase that. I've already recommended All Year Cooling to a friend of mine.

When I was buying a new unit, I checked out a few companies and chose All Year Heating and Cooling. The new unit caused me to spend less on electricity. I had an older unit that wasn't working well and it used more energy. I also took advantage of their offer of eight or nine years of service and parts for around $350 and that has worked out well.
There's one gentleman who works in the office who has helped me on various occasions. However, there were a couple of things that I was annoyed with. At one point, they thought that I should change my filter to a permanent one that I had to wash out. I did that and it cost $100. I used that for a couple of years and recently, when I had a problem, the man who looked at that filter said that I can't use that anymore and that it's not good for the unit. So that was pretty nasty. At another point, I paid for an annual check of my unit and the person who checked it out said that he saw mold in my unit and suggested that I spend $600 to fix that problem. I declined and had somebody else look at it and he said I didn't have any mold problem. But in general, the people that they send know what they're doing and most of them seemed to be honest.

I live in South Florida. During the summer, we had no AC so it was very terrible. It was about 95 degrees and my house was so hot. All Year Cooling was able to do the service fast and they had a better price. It's been about two months that I had my unit from them. The guy who came and gave me the estimate to the crew who came and worked on the house were fantastic. The AC they installed is running fantastically and is keeping the house cool. There have been no issues or complaints.

One of my friends who used All Year Cooling said they were very reliable so I had them come up. I compared prices and was very pleased so I purchased a unit from them. I have it for three years now. I also took out a service contract but when I called and asked to have someone check the service, they informed me I was only entitled to one service call the first year that I bought it, which was certainly not what they had explained to me. So, I was very disappointed in that. I have lots of neighbors with contracts from different companies that have a courtesy call once a year to check their unit. I was shocked this was not part of my deal, especially since I took out an extended warranty. I have been very annoyed that I have to pay for somebody to come out and check it. Nevertheless, the service man that I had for this service was excellent.

Several people came out and gave me estimates and All Year Cooling was the only one who recommended some other air conditioner places to check with which was very nice of them. They never said a bad word about other companies, too. I've been using my air conditioning unit from them for about three weeks now and it's been fabulous. Their sales reps were very corrigible, friendly, nice, and very helpful with questions. One of them also explained the three different types of ACs. If I had the same air conditioner from somebody else cheaper, the All Year reps worked with me with the prices. It was really great. The installers were also efficient, fast, and they explained everything. They cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess in the backyard. I was impressed with their work and I appreciate each and every one of their staff. Since the installation of the unit, the air comes out so much better than ever before and I'm hoping that the electric bill goes down too.

All Year Cooling is exceptional. I purchased the original air conditioner from them in 2008. I am very impressed with the professionalism of their young rep. He examined everything and he was familiar with where it was and what he was doing and indicated that the cleaning could have possibly worked, but the machine is older and probably would need replacing. So he gave me an estimate at that particular time, too, which saves his time and my time in the future. He was absolutely wonderful. However, I do own another company that I have a person there who does a lot of work around the company and he owned an air conditioning company before he retired and he could do the cleaning for me so I had the cleaning done by him. If I'm interested in purchasing a new machine, I would definitely call All Year Cooling back again.

I had an old central air conditioner on the flat roof of my townhouse. It stopped working and they replaced it with a new one. The new air conditioner was reasonably priced and works great. The replaced it in November 2015 and I am writing this review in July 2016. The air conditioner still works great. The air conditioner has a 10-year guarantee (given by the air conditioner manufacturer [Trane]).
I look back on this interaction with All Year Cooling as a very positive experience. An impressive crane on a large truck was brought in to replace the old with the new air conditioner on the roof. The truck then disappeared and two of them, who clearly knew what they were doing, worked diligently for over three hours fixing up the new air conditioner. This is what impressed me. Installation was included with the cost of the air conditioner, so I was not paying for their time. They could have done a second rate job and just stayed up there for a fraction of that time. I would not have known.
However, not only did the air conditioner immediately work fine but now still months later it works as excellently as it did on the day they installed it. They took the trouble to do a proper job of installing it even though it was a time consuming task to do properly. They did it properly. Air conditioning is such an important thing in South Florida. I had a very positive experience with All Year Cooling. I am happy to recommend them.

What can I say about All Year Cooling and Tommy Smith, its owner? I have been using them for years, as has my entire family. Tommy always puts the customer first, whatever it takes. As an example my AC unit had begun rusting after several years in the humid Florida air. Most companies would just call it normal conditions, and run. Not Tommy. He called the manufacturer and went to bat for me. A few weeks later I learned that All Year Cooling was able to convince the manufacturer to replace my unit at minimal cost. There are few if any companies that would have taken the time or even cared. Most in fact, would try to sell you a new unit. Again that's not the way Tommy works if you need a new AC he'll tell you. If all it needs is a repair, he'll tell you that too.
The techs are all knowledgeable, and come to you with a smile and can do attitude. That comes from the top down. The day after my install, the AC stopped. I called All Year Cooling and they had someone over to my home within one hour. Fortunately, it turned out to be simply a blown fuse, but the tech knew exactly where to look, diagnosed and fixed the problem in minutes. A year or two ago, I wanted some maintenance on my AC. I wanted a coil cleaning so I had two quotes for it. A gentleman from All Year Cooling came out and told me I can’t clean the coils. I need a whole new coil and it’s going to cost 800 bucks. So I thanked the guy and sent him on his way. Then the owner of the company sent an email to my wife to follow up. I said that they sold me something that I didn't need or want. He responded and apologized then sent somebody out to do the coil cleaning for free. So when it came time to replace the AC, I figured I’d give them another shot to earn my business.
The kid that turned out for the sales was clear and he called in to the owner for the price. My AC is on my roof and it’s not a straightforward installation job. The installers were good and careful, and they worked safely, which was my main concern being up on the roof. I had another quote from another company where they’re saying they needed this ridiculous five-story crane to get the AC up on my roof, but All Year came out and had the equipment lift that was appropriate. That’s what made their pricing cheaper than their competitors. It's the common sense approach which I appreciate. I was hesitant to call All Year again after last year, but they met all my expectations and I’m very happy with the quality of work that they did.

The heating unit we have was old and I wanted to replace it in February rather than have it go down in July or August. When I spoke to John who is one of the owners of All Year, I was impressed that he was very responsive, answered all my questions, emails, and he called me. He also gave me a good price. So I just decided that I was gonna use them. The installers were also very nice. I was worried about our floors because I have laminates, but they covered the floors and got the job done. After they left, I felt like the unit was noisier than what I would have liked. I called and someone came out and they adjusted the fan speed and the air handler and then it wasn’t too noisy anymore. Since having the unit installed, my electric bill is fine.

Our room was warm and uncomfortable because there is no way to get circulation of air at all, and there are no windows. Somebody from All Year Cooling came out to give the estimate, and then the owner of the company was the one who spoke to my husband several times. My husband was very pleased from the very beginning with the whole process. The experience was very smooth and pleasant. All Year Cooling had to come back and make a correction, but they did it in a very timely fashion.

All Year Cooling is the best company I've ever worked with. I use them twice a year to service. My old air conditioner was fairly decent, but we didn't know we had a problem until they opened it up and saw the inside. They told me that I needed a new air conditioner, and they showed us why and what, and my husband agreed. So we got a new one because we were having a lot of people stay in our house. We had a 12-C, and now we have a 16-C which makes a big difference. It keeps my house frozen, and we have no problem with it at all. I am very impressed and satisfied with All Year. They're very honest too, and that's why I bought from them. Otherwise, I would have gotten the estimate from somebody else.

The guys I spoke to from All Year seemed like genuine people. Their installation team was great, professional, courteous, and gave me what I needed. The new unit is a fantastic system. Our new All Year unit was installed last week, and since we had it, our day-to-day life has been a lot cooler. The installation team did what they were supposed to do and they did a fair job. The unit seems to be working functionally fine at the moment. They are on time, professional, and have good customer service. I'm happy so far.

The house I bought has an existing air conditioning system that was installed and serviced by All Year. I assumed the service contract and have had it for a year now. They've been out a couple of times for some maintenance and the two service guys that came out were great.

All Year was better than I ever expected, and I love them to death. They are honest and punctual, and they didn't sell me what I didn't need. I checked with so many other companies, and it's not cheap to buy this kind of equipment, but the reason why I went with them was because their customer service standards are way above what anybody should expect in this area.
From the moment we called them at night, the answering service had the call patched over to the owner. From the owner, it went to the people that needed to follow up and follow through with us. They were non-stop in making sure we were okay. They let us know that the technicians was on their way out and what time they were going to be here. The technicians were on top of everything and they cleaned up after themselves. The crane guy came to help out the two technicians in putting the machine all the way to the fourth floor. At the end of the day, I felt that I ended up paying a lot less than I should have because of the amount of work they did.
They were able to finance, without interest, four payments of 200 bucks for me to be able to do the purchase. So, I was able to put part of it on a credit card, and the other on post-dated checks. Then, they explained to us how it would work, if we were to expect anything. They also gave us the option to go through them for the maintenance and any service call in case something happens to the machine. Sure enough, my Nest at home went out and they came to fix it. It had nothing to do with the actual AC unit but they come over immediately. I'm extremely happy.

The All Year Cooling installation team was perfect. The only problem is that they gave me the size of the filter we need except the unit came with a permanent filter. Nonetheless, I'd recommend them to anybody.

I like All Year so far. A friend of mine used them several years ago and was very satisfied with them. My unit was working fine and I had no lack of heating and air cooling but I thought it’s time to change. So I had a new unit installed and have had it for about two weeks now. The installation team was very good, got the job done, and did nice work even though they worked under difficult conditions. It was pouring outside all day long and they got soaking wet. They didn’t clean up too well but the installation looks beautiful. The sales manager Jeremy has been very nice and very helpful. I’d like to commend him to the company.

Last summer, my air conditioner started acting up. I took a list of air conditioner contractors and had them come out and give me some bids. But then my air conditioner kept working, so I waited until it finally went kapooey. In the meantime, All Year Cooling had given me a fairly decent price and kept in touch with me. They kept sending me cards, promotions, and advertisements. So I decided they had a good reputation and I checked them out, I bought it, they came, and put it in. They had the most professional installation person I have ever encountered. The gentleman did miss a leak, but he eventually got the air conditioner going.

I used All Year Cooling five years ago and then we used them again this year. Sales representatives had been very professional and very accommodating. They stick to their word. If we have an issue, they make sure that it's fixed and it's done right. And follow-up is excellent. Their installation team were very knowledgeable and respectful. One can't get better with All Year Cooling. When these fantastic people came out, they checked the system. We decided to go with a new one and they worked out a good price and payment plan for me. There was a situation wherein the lines that go from one part of the air conditioner to the other went a bit bad. They were out here all the time trying to figure it out and went above and beyond. I've recommended them to friends and they've already called them.

My parents had a system replaced and All Year did it for them three years ago. So when we had some cooling issues, my parents suggested that I give them a call. It began on Christmas Eve. I saw on the paperwork's cover letter written by the president that he was available any time of the day or evening, even on holidays. And so I sent him an e-mail and within a half hour, he replied. And then within an hour, I had a phone call from a representative from the company saying that they would send somebody the day after Christmas. And so they came out on the 26th. So I was very impressed with how quickly they responded. Since they got out here and and did the job, everything is working well now.

All Year is superb. absolutely wonderful. I'm a volunteer with Insight, the organization across the street from them and they are wonderful to our agency. They share our parking lot and they do a lot of stuff over there. So when I had air conditioning problems, I had four or five people come out, they gave me the best price and I went over that same day. I signed the papers, asked them to come on Thursday and they did. Now when I turn the air on, air comes out.
They had a lot of problems because my air conditioning was over 30 years old and the old ducts didn't go the same direction as their ducts, so they had to put a new concrete slab in. They didn't get there until about 6:00 and didn't leave until about 1:32 in the morning, but came back the next day to finish up and gave me all kinds of wonderful bonuses like service for three years. All Year's personnel have been so cooperative, very helpful, nice and just perfect. I'm very thrilled with them and the effects of their work. I have also recommended them to other people.

The people from All Year were the only ones that would come over the same day I called them. I needed to get my new unit installed as soon as possible and they were able to come over. They were very quick and efficient. I talked to one of their guys who worked out a deal with me because I had just gone through a bankruptcy and my credit wasn't good. I'm perfectly satisfied with the work they have been doing up to now.

We installed our new AC unit in June of 2011 with All Year Cooling. When purchasing our new unit, we extended the labor warranty to 10 years and made sure that our contract clearly stated this. Our system faulted first on September 22, 2015 (only 4 1/2 years after a new system was purchased) whereby a technician was sent to our residence. To no avail because only 2 weeks later on October 7, 2015, our system was not working properly again. This time a technician was sent and he informed us that there was a leak that could have been fixed when we made our initial service call 2 weeks ago. But it had now gotten worse and he would have to come back the next day because it was time consuming work and he could not do it without light. My husband and I called All Year Cooling extremely upset as this was the second time we would be sleeping at 86 degrees inside our home.
The gentleman who called us back apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would give us a free maintenance service the next day. And an additional free maintenance service in the future. All of this was explained to both technicians including the fact that we were covered under our extended warranty and showed them our contract. Both times we were handed an invoice saying $0.00 amount was due. I never heard back from the company but I did receive a call saying that I had to pay $395.00 because I did not have an extended warranty. I spoke to representative and explained all of this to her and she told me to look for an "Agreement for Extended Warranty". I proceeded to explain to her that we did not have one but our contract clearly stated we paid additional for the extended service (and the contract DOES NOT state any additional documents are needed for an extended warranty to be valid). She never responded.
I sent an email again to her and copied their contact email address as well. A gentleman by the name of Tommy responded saying he would call me on Monday. I never heard back. Today I received a bill for $395.00. At this point, I am very sorry but this has just been an ordeal for us. We chose All Year Cooling for its reviews and recommendations (which I have also extended to my neighbors and friends... until now) but now realize that for All Year, it was about making a sale.

15 years ago, I had All Year Heating and Cooling put the air conditioning in the house I used to live in and that I'm renting out now. Everybody I came in contact with were professional and very polite. The sales rep was excellent and the installation team was good. I would recommend them to anybody because they do excellent work. If they tell you they are coming out, they will do it. I'm going to call them because the AC in the house I'm renting out is old and has completely went out. They have to upgrade it and get a whole new unit.

I was very impressed with All Year Cooling because they did an excellent job. I was concerned about what kind of air conditioner to get. The president was able to be communicated with and he sent me all the information I needed. They went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable with everything and I showed up on time. They were there until 7 o'clock at night making sure that everything was cleaned up afterward. We first heard about All Year Cooling and Heating from our neighbors. One of them had his fan went out after a year. He said he called them on the service and they came right up and took care of him, so we went with them for that reason. It was a rough go at first because they had put the unit in backwards because he said it came out of the box that way. The trouble was we were seniors. We were there from early in the morning and they didn't get done till almost 9 o'clock at night, but the guy who did it was extremely kind and everything. They were very respectful and all.
The first guy was Rick and we loved him. He was a doll. We have a condo, too, up in Sebastian, and we were going to call them back again for that when we got ready. Then the two guys came. The one who did all the work in the attic was charming. The unit is nice and quiet and runs beautifully so far. I'm hoping the company stands by their service policy. So far, my neighbors like them. I'm just hoping the future will be good with the company. If it is so, I'll use them again.

I'm one of those guys that doesn't wait for the air conditioners to croak before I call out of desperation. I called and had it replaced before it broke. The air handler is in the attic of my house which is a bad place to put it. It was a very difficult installation and the guys from All Year were back here many times to make it right. They've always stood behind their work. So I like them. My air conditioner screwed up 8 months ago. Some folks were sent up here that knew what they were doing and it works right again so I'm happy.
The sales representatives were always courteous, always friendly. The guys that fixed my major problem, I never called him to have him replace the popcorn ceiling because it's all stained from all the leaks. A year later, I had occasion to call to recommend them to one of my neighbors again and the guy no longer worked there. So I think that he did a pretty good turnover of personnel there. I've always had good experiences with all of them.

Last year we had All Year Cooling come and install our air conditioner which we did because they were referred to us by Harris ** who uses all year cooling for his air conditioning jobs. We also purchased the service contract which seems to be useful only if you can plan on the air conditioner malfunctioning Monday thru Friday which we were just informed as our air conditioner has malfunctioned and I was told by the gentlemen who returned our phone call that if they came on the weekend we would have to pay $149 but if they came on Monday it would be free.
Meanwhile the air conditioner will leak water all weekend until Monday morning which is when someone will come to look at the air conditioner. The Service contract is totally useless. I will advise anyone who asks that they should go elsewhere for the air conditioner needs. The response from this company is definitely not in favor of its clients. Let us hope that the leak does not increase over the weekend as I will hold them responsible for any damage.

I called All Year Cooling Monday morning about putting in a new system and got a brand new A/C unit (inside/out). They put in my home before 6pm that day. Their prices and customer service are unbelievable. My brother has been a customer for last 5 year and never had an issue. So it was a no brainer when my A/C unit broke down who to call.

Third maintenance call on a condo air conditioner RUUD not running. Competency of maintenance men sent, random: from effective to "ho hum". A maintenance man arrives, fiddles around, writes a report and he is NOT the man who shows up the next day to follow through. Today's man was shocked that yesterday's man never even took off the main plate to investigate and his diagnosis was considered faulty.
Because I am 82, hearing impaired and the other owner, 57, a semi invalid under a doctor's care, it was requested that a telephone call in the morning was unnecessary for an appointment between 2 pm and 6 pm and was an unwelcomed intrusion. The wake up call came at 7:30 am to confirm our availability seven hours away. Apparently if any time was going to be wasted, it would not be their technicians. Next call if the air conditioner defaults: Help Me Howard, an elected Public Defender of Broward County with a television audience of millions.

I needed to replace the AC system in our home. Usually, I call a well known company in South Florida but I felt their customer care was lacking recently so I wanted to try a new company. Glad I found All Year Cooling. First of all, you can't find a better company if you are looking for AC installation or service. And, when we weren't happy with our new AC, I called the owner directly. He actually gives out his number. You don't see that every day. He told me he would make sure that he would stay in touch with us until we were happy with the way the new AC was working. He wasn't kidding. After several service calls they tweaked our system until it was running great. That's important.
Anybody can install an AC system. The most important thing is to make sure it's running correctly. The technicians were on the ball, showed up when they said they would and were friendly. I can't say enough about the customer care. They even call you to let you know they are on their way to your home. I can't recommend them enough. If you need a new AC or just need a repair call All Year Cooling. If you ever have an issue it's great to know you can actually speak to the owner. He actually answers the phone AND he's a nice guy. This might sound like an advertisement but my wife and I are just happy customers.

I selected this company because their website said they would provide a free estimate when I was looking for a second opinion on a previous quote. They are also rated well on Angie's List. However, my experience was horrible. I am an attorney but I work from home; I should also mention that I am a female (this become relevant later in the review). I was here alone to greet the maintenance tech when he arrived and things started out ok. I was relieved because he quoted me $350 to fix my a/c where the previous company had quoted $1000. I authorized him to change the capacitor which is what he told me would fix the unit. Then, once the work was completed, he told me that additional repairs "may be needed further down the line." This is when my husband pulled up and things got weird. He made the comment "oh good, your boss is home."
I'm not overly sensitive so I blew it off. But from that point further he would only speak with my husband and made several sexist remarks. At one point, right in front of me, said to my husband "I'm glad you're here to make the decisions." My husband, who much more mellow than I am, was even taken aback and told him I was perfectly capable of doing that myself. At that point I asked him why the a/c that was "fixed" 30 minutes before was not cooling the 2 rooms (we have 3 units in our house) it was supposed to cool (I had set the air to 60 and the thermostat had not budged from 85) and he said our brand new thermostat was broken.
Long story short, he tried to charge me for the original $350 "fix" and then tell me it would be an additional $1500 to fix the a/c so it actually worked. I called the office and they said they'd put the original part back into the a/c and not charge for the work. However, they called me a few minutes after he left and tried to demand that I pay for Freon that he never received authorization to install. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company. Especially if you subscribe to this century's notion that woman and men are equal.

All Year did a very good job. We had a few problems the last time they were here, but they took care of it the same day. That was my third day without air and I live in South Florida. It was 92 degrees in my house with the fans going and I don't think I could have taken another night. When we ran into this problem at 7 o'clock at night, I emailed them and I let them know what was going on. I thought I better get a motel somewhere because I'm not staying in there and I'll never hear from them until tomorrow morning.
Five minutes later, I got an email back and says that he is looking into my situation. Twenty minutes later, he was on the phone with me and says that they're sending a man out right now to my house to get my air on with the correct part. They sent a wrong part out then they sent the correct part, but the correct new part didn't work either. They had to send the third part and I was shocked because I didn't think they would have a third part because they had such hard a time getting the second part. He got it from somewhere and again at 10 o'clock at night, they're out there, took them about 10 minutes to put it in and I had air conditioning. I don't know of another company that would stay at it, but they did. To me, they went beyond the call of duty and I'm very pleased. I would highly recommend them and they undoubtedly stand behind their service.

Great service when you buy and don't expect any service after: unit is 6 months old and of course under warranty. I placed a service call at 11 am. Called numerous time during the day for an ETA and got the usual run around: "he is in your area and should be there shortly". Tech shows up at 9:30 PM and tells me that he is from Miami (45 miles away from my location) and he just received a service call. Since the unit is brand new and has all bells and whistle, pop the cover, fault code is right there: Capacitor and starter relay are shot. Easy fix but the Tech showed up without any spare parts. "Well Sir, there is nothing I can do, no AC for you tonight and I will inform the office about the problem." Nice, 91F tonight in the sunshine State.

I've had my unit from All Year for about three years and I've been in contact every year with their representative because I've had problems with the unit ever since I bought it. They work with me in terms of getting it repaired. The coil has been replaced twice and just last month, the blower motor went out. And rather than charging me full price, they charged me the cost to get it replaced which is still kind of unacceptable. At that point, I just took what I was given.

So my next door neighbor made a recommendation for All Year. He had looked at 12 or 13 companies and chose All Year Cooling, and he had a great experience. I called and they made an appointment from the office. A guy came out from my area. He lives in my city and he was great, very personable, and I told him I had already received an offer. I didn't tell him how much. I've dealt with the company for seven years and they wanted me to get a new air conditioning unit. He just told me exactly what needed to happen, what size would work, how it would work, and what the company would do. The follow up and the customer service was excellent.

We needed an AC unit replaced when the compressor died on our existing AC. I had talked to several different companies (many highly regarded on Yelp, etc.) in a compressed time frame--but I wasn't entirely comfortable with what I was being told. So I expanded my search from my general area and I found All Year Cooling, which looked promising--but they were headquartered 90 minutes from me. All Year Cooling's website had the unit I was looking for--and they listed the price upfront, right on the website! I defy you to find another AC company who puts that information up front--anyone who has ever had to replace an AC unit (as I have on several occasions) knows this is a game of half-truths and misdirection.
On a whim, I texted the owner (Tommy Smith) very early in the morning to see if they might be able to help us. His response was immediate and a few hours later, his tech was at my house. Tommy honored the pricing on his website (which was $2,000 less than I had been quoted by others), and he stayed involved with the installation of our new unit every step of the way. Tommy Smith and All Year Cooling far exceeded our expectations at every step of this process. We feel very fortunate to have found this company.

All Year Cooling is currently working on something for me like checking my duct systems, which is something that’s out of the ordinary for an air conditioning company to do. That stands out the most. I can call them at anytime, and if by some chance they’re not there, they call me right back and we've been able to do what we needed to do. The owner's involved and his workers did a great job. I called and the sales rep I talked to actually answered everything and he was very good. It's the same with the installation team. This is now the second air conditioner I installed with them, with the first one for my father-in-law. After they installed it, I just came back to life. I live in Jersey but my air conditioning unit in Florida had broken so I needed someone to exchange or repair it. I did a bunch of internet searches and called over 5 or 6 companies but the only one that actually called back and followed through was All Year Cooling. It's almost like I had to beg somebody to go and look at my unit or to exchange it, and to quote me a price. It’s almost like doing business was painful.
A lot of the people, even in the same county -- which is not that big, it's only a 20 mile drive -- would not even go. And those who would go, even Sears which is a national retailer, was such a pain to deal with. The only people who went out of their way to do business was All Year. They were great and professional, and they took care of everything perfectly,
The purchase was basically done online, and then we did it on the phone. Their sales reps reached out to me and made an appointment. They took their time, went over there, measured everything, and gave me a price which I found to be fair. So we proceeded from there. I had to call them back to pay them. It's almost like they trusted me that much. They would know that I'm going to pay because I made a point to call them about 10 times. I don't like owing any bills so I take care of these quickly. When we were talking on the phone, their sales rep was a very helpful individual, very knowledgeable with the product, and friendly, to the point that whatever job I need done in Florida, I'm going to use them.

After the sale was done, we had tons of follow-up, which shows that they do that for all customers. When we got our unit put in last December, my electric bill drastically dropped. All year's price, coupled with a friend's recommendation, convinced me to avail of one of their units. Their sales representative was pretty thorough and very professional; he basically took a look at everything that I was requiring in order to get the job done. The installation team was excellent - very friendly, thorough, quick, and exacting with what they were doing - I know this since I used to do it also as a part-time job. They just messed up a little bit on the top end because they didn't install the right box up there (the electrical box), but the owner assured me that there would be somebody coming out on Monday to take care of it and that's exactly what happened. Right now they still haven't completed the process related to electrical permit and approval - I'm still waiting for it to be complete - but I'm generally satisfied.

I was searching for a swirl fan air conditioner and all companies said that they don't make them anymore, even All Year Cooling. I went on the internet and found one in Ohio. I called ** from All Year Cooling to have them install it. The installation team was marvelous. They did everything right, except when they swiped my thermometer. I called ** right away and he sent me a replacement, but not as high quality one that I had but working. That’s how we became very good friends. In fact, I’ve sold them to another friend of mine.

I chose All Year Cooling because of their reputation. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and their advertisement that I'd read in the paper was true. I just had the unit put in a week ago. The sales representative is the owner of the company and I had a lot of conversations with him. This is the best company out there in the marketplace and their sales reps are the greatest you can ever meet. They are very honest in all the pricing and don’t require any down payment. The guys that installed the unit were all professionals and knew what they’re doing. They had done everything in a timely manner and didn’t leave any junk behind them. When the door wasn’t shutting up with the unit in place, they sent a carpenter and installed a brand new door. They do the job, you pay the bills and everything's perfect. Here in South Florida, you can’t talk like this about too many companies, but this is one of them.

I was fine with the service from All Year Cooling. I was just annoyed with the floor. The guys were polite and nice but the only problem I have is I got this new expensive ceramic tiles down in here and they were scratched. The guys must have done it by putting the tool down on this floor (I know because I've done it before). The floor is real sturdy, no problem when you drop something, but sometimes you put a metal tool down and it rubs or scrapes it and it takes the finish off. Maybe the guys didn't see what they did or didn't mention it. Apart from that, All Year is very good and everything was really great. I was happy with their work.

We're still working on the installation right now and they received the order needed for the unit so someone was in today to install. I've known All Year Cooling for a long time because of the neighbors. I've had my unit installed two weeks ago. The salesman was pleasant and cordial while the installation team were fine. We had an unfortunate experience about a bunch of black stuff that came out of the vents once but they turned it along, it lasted a couple of days. There are some things that need work running - other than that, it seems to be running satisfactorily. I would do business with them again.

Our daughter had an air conditioner before - it was 20 years old. The heating went out so she used a little heater to keep her warm whenever it was cold. I was called last year by All Year Cooling and I talked to the owner. I chose them because of their price. I have two units from them: one in my mother-in-law's and one in my house. Those who installed the unit at my mother-in-law's were a bit sloppy. They did not do things they were expected to, and I definitely had to push them a little bit to fix it because there was a wall they needed to put the piping and electrical cord through. On the other hand, the installation crew who worked in my house were excellent.

My experience with All Year Cooling was excellent. I went with them based on the recommendation of friends. I'm definitely going to recommend them also to somebody else because I had no problems with them and any question we had, they answered it. They were all pleasant. The installation of the AC unit was clean and good. I have no problems with the technician. They called before coming. They came on time. It was all good. I think the only trouble we had is with the credit company because we haven't received our $100 refund, and it took almost a month for them to get it approved.

I liked the service representative who came out to do the installation very much. He was very professional, very helpful and very candid. He was well within the time frame indicated. He found there were a few things in the room where the installation was that involved for example our water heater that were problematic and he made a few adjustments to that as well to make sure it wasn't a problem while he was onsite. So he went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated that.

I had a good experience with All Year, except I have not got the cover for the front of my unit yet. It came without a cover, so the filter shows and it's very unsightly. I had asked and asked and asked, and it hasn't been followed up on. Everything was fine except they didn't finish up the end product that I needed.

A friend of mine from work had used All Year Cooling & heating before and he told me they were great. The installation team was great. They were quick and very professional. There was an issue with a city inspector who came back and asked for a permit. They said they had them requested but they didn’t have one. Our house is cooler and it’s very comfortable. The unit started leaking a little bit though and we called in for it to be checked. We had somebody come over and try to adjust it so it wouldn’t leak anymore, but it’s still leaking. I’m planning to call them today to see if they can come by and check it for good so it doesn’t leak anymore. Other than that, I'm terribly impressed of the turnaround time when they came and installed my unit and I am very happy with it.

I made contact with quite a few companies and the personal communication I had with the All Year Cooling owner, Tom Smith Sr., was very good so I decided to go with them. The sales representatives were just very good contacts. Good communication. Since using the unit, it’s easier to get the house cool up. I was very impressed with the owner’s willingness to answer all my questions and work with me on the deal and I was very satisfied with them. I would recommend them again.

My experience with All year Cooling has been pretty good. It took a long time to get it installed right, but someone is out here now installing it. They're finalizing the installation. It's been about two or three weeks since it started and hasn't been running because they had to take it out and re-install it, third time now. The installers are good, nice and kind and I get along good with the guys. However, some of them lack experience and are learning.

My mother had recent hip replacement surgery among a few other problems related to an accident. When our air conditioner was no longer cooling our mobile, we had just arrived home from an extensive amount of time 300 miles away. Strange town, rehabilitation, a bad situation. She was full of anxiety/confusion. Called in another comp who filled up Freon and stop leak. Lasted one day. I first heard about All Year Cooling and Heating online and they were a local place. I chose them because they were able to do the work quickly and they had a very comparable price. I have them for about two months now. Before the installation, our air conditioner was about twenty years old. It was expensive and not overly efficient. After the installation it's much cooler and my roof's not leaking. Their representatives were all very pleasant and very quick. They were very efficient and I appreciate all the work they did. I was expecting probably a four or five day lead time but they were out there the next day.

I first heard about All Year online and chose them because of the reviews. I've had them for a month now. My previous unit is not working so we got a new one. Daily life is easier because we have aircon now. The sales representatives from All Year are good, very attentive and answer questions straight away. I was promised 3 years warranty because it is just usually for two years. I don't know if the sales representative already changed it and put it in writing. I asked them to send it to me that the warranty for service will be 3 years instead of 2. I haven't received anything in writing about it. The one I signed was 2 years and I don't know if they will do that 3 years. I just need a written confirmation that the warranty will be 3 years. Aside from that, everything's fine. The installation team was good too.

My experience with All Year Cooling and Heating was fantastic. It's nice to have somebody out there that can take care of you anytime in Florida. I found them on the internet when my AC broke on a Saturday morning and I was looking for places that would be able to repair it. I bought my unit from All Year some time at the end of September, beginning of October. Interactions with the sales representatives at All Year were all favorable. Basically, they explained to me the different options that I had with purchasing a unit. Everything was very nice. The installation team arrived, more or less, at the time they said they would be there, were pretty quick in installing, picked up after themselves, and left everything like how they found it. It was very, very nice. And the unit was nice and cool; I have no complaints.

I chose All-Year because of the quick call-back time and they were very polite on the phone. Before its installation, it was a problem - with no air. Their sales rep offered a quick response, he offered me upgrades on things, on the warranty and the thermostat and the air filter. The installation guys were right on time, they were quick and they cleaned up good. All Year is a much better air conditioner than the one I had before. They did what they said they were gonna do. When I called other companies, they were supposed to give me quotes and nobody ever called me back. They came out and looked and nobody ever called me back. But the owner of All Year was in contact with me. Overall, excellent service.

The equipment is working well. The only thing that I don't like with the service is after I bought the equipment, they started giving me more options and stuff and insurance. I don't like that. I prefer to hear everything in advance. But other than that, the guys who installed the equipment were great. I've already recommended it to a friend, and I will do it again. It's good enough.

The estimator gave me his estimate fairly quickly and it was an excellent price right away. The installers worked quickly and were very courteous. They were professional, very responsive even on the weekends, and they got the job done. The unit they installed is more efficient, our house feels better. I'd recommend All Year Cooling. I needed a new air conditioner so I went to compare prices. I looked up the number of one company, and somehow got All Year's number. It turns out that the price was right. I talked to the boss and everything else fell into place. The most important thing was the price and I used the old units as the price benchmark. The salesperson's was a little bit higher than I was expecting but the boss called me 30 minutes later and we had a nice chat. He agreed to my terms. We were on the same wavelength, so I decided to do business with him. The installation team was terrific. Not only were they good, they were better than good. They knew exactly what they were doing, did their job in an orderly manner and efficiently. They were clean, neat and much better than the guys that did the first air conditioner. It was an excellent experience.

I went with All Year because they gave me a very competitive price, and my brother said that they had great service. The heating unit I had previously was very good and strong, but I needed to replace it because it wasn't very energy-efficient. The installation team was amazing. They did an incredible job. It was a little longer than I thought it was going to be, but was worth the effort. The work that they did was ideal and the unit was perfectly installed. The owner is obviously very diligent and contacts people directly and I like that he's directly interacting with the consumers. I'm very satisfied. I would recommend them for sure.

I came home from work at 5 pm and noticed it was 79 deg. I am very technical due to my line of work, I could not do the repair. It was dark and I had no parts. I checked Google and Bing for the most star rating. The only one that had 5 stars was All Year Cooling! I emailed them at 10 pm. They called back within 5 min. I told them what happened, they said they can send a tech out between 11 am and 3 pm. I said the problem with that is my mom was in ICU and I was time deprived. She said we will call you in the morning at 7:30 am. They called and bumped my appointment up to 8am.
At am, Bill the service tech who was one of the most experienced people I knew being that my dad also an a/c tech but is retired and the nicest down to earth person came and explained everything. He called his boss and we made a fantastic deal. I did not even flinch. They drove from Ft. Lauderdale to my home. They said 12 pm. The truck came down my block 11:59. Wow, the 2 installers Donald was a father and son team! Nice as they can be, very respectable and clean. Had the complete system with heat pump installed in a few hours.
I had the company call me to make sure ever thing was OK. I said yes they installed a UV system also and I got the 10-year contract also at a great price this is the best place and people that I have dealt with in Florida. I am so happy I called them and also recommend them to a coworker that also is going to have a complete system. Also I want to say thanks All Year Cooling for a great job. Great people and all that you done! P.S. the employees that came had nothing but good things to say about the company. They love the bosses and people they work with. That also means a lot. A month and a half ago, we decided to have a unit installed from All Year Cooling & Heating because my wife has allergies and it was quite a big part of our everyday life. The guys that installed the unit were very professional, helpful, and explained everything that they were doing. The whole process was very good. Now it feels completely refreshing when I walk through the front door. And my electric bill has already dropped $130. It's very nice to have someone from the company call me to make sure everything was still okay, if we're happy and if there were any issues. It was just very pleasant that I've already recommended it to two or three of my friends. They're excellent.

I chose All Year primarily because of the claim of excellent service. We just had an older unit replaced, and the new unit was more efficient. Before having the unit installed, it was awful and really bad. It's 100 degrees out here in Florida. The sales rep came out, gave us an estimate. He was excellent, gave me all the information that I needed but did not push in any way and just waited to hear from me. The installation team was excellent as well. They came, did the job, and they did it quickly, efficiently, and then they cleaned up afterwards. Also, they conducted an inspection and when it was about ready to be done, they sent a supervisor out to make sure that everything was gonna be fine just prior to inspection, which was the day of the inspection. He came out first, looked at everything, saw everything was fine, and the inspection was done an hour later. So they were very efficient and very thorough.

I found out about All Year Cooling & Heating through emails I received. I went with them because of the overall experience I had with them. I liked what they had to say. I had a good experience with them on the phone and a good experience when they came in. Before the unit was installed it was an inconvenience because we had a smaller unit and it hasn’t given us the right throughput. I’ve had our unit from All Year for about a month. Since then I have better sleep, more refreshed in the morning – good benefits.
Overall, they provided me with good service. I felt I could trust their people and I was happy to talk with the owner of the company when he was working with me, so that was very useful as well. It wasn’t just a representative; it was him speaking to me and helping me on my case. We came out to win-win. All Year is a great provider for air conditioning needs. All Year Cooling is great. A few years ago, I shopped around for an AC on my townhouse and they had the best price so I used them. When I bought my new house, I just called them. I've had my unit from All Year Cooling and Heating for less than a month. Before having the unit installed, all it did was cause me stress, worry about people not having air conditioning. It’s a rental property. The sales representatives did an excellent job of trying to make sure we were satisfied. I was actually surprised because they did the whole install. It took them over a week to call me, to bill me for the whole situation, so it was good. The managers would call and make sure I was happy. But the last thing they did was come here to bill me. That’s what took the longest - for them to charge me. Since having my unit installed, my tenants don’t call me anymore to tell me that their air conditioning isn’t working. I was very satisfied with the service that they provided to me. They are professionals that get the job done.

We went almost a week without A/C before we made the decision of who should put the A/C unit in and it was tough, it was hot, it was sticky. I had four different companies come out and give me estimates and there were only two that really cared about having my business and they were the best but we ended up choosing All Year Cooling. They installed the unit less than a month ago. I love these guys. They knew exactly what they were doing. My friend that referred me to them said the exact same thing. He said, “You’re not going to worry about this at all. The people will get there and you’re going to be impressed.” And he was absolutely correct.
The gentleman who came by the house was very personable. I think he was the owner. He looked at everything, measured everything, asked me a lot of questions, came up with a unit that had a much higher SEER rating than any of the other companies were even thinking about giving me. He knew all the discounts, state and federal. Later on he suggested taking out the warranty for labor and it gives me a good feeling knowing that in nine months I'll be on a fixed income, I'll be retired, and I won't have a problem with the air conditioner simply because if something happens to it I'm covered in both parts and labor. They also suggested that I get the ultraviolet, the blue light. When they took out my old unit they found a little bit of mold up there where the unit met the ceiling, so I think that was a good thing that I do have that and that will knock down anything, carcinogens or whatever may be living in my ducts.
I'd recommend All Year. In fact I already spoke with two people that are looking for air and I told them about how I was treated and how good the company was.

I had no problem with them. I just didn't like the fact that after they did the installation, I kept getting phone calls about this blue light / UV light and then with the warranty which should have been upfront prior to the warranty being added at the back. Instead of letting me know in advance they call me after the system was installed to tell me it's at a certain price and they only offered it to me for a certain amount of time. Didn't give me enough time to get the warranty on the system. I did not like that.

This is the second air conditioner I’ve had put in with All Year as I own a couple of properties. They're very efficient putting the units in but I had three or four different visits after that. They had to go out and fill up the Freon so I had a little difficulty, but I'm glad that they found the problem and they were very cooperative the whole time.
