    I was searching prices of air conditioners and I checked it online from the Better Business Bureau. There were other places that had a little bit lower prices but I decided to go with All Year. They had my unit installed September 4th. The sales representative that I talked to just explained the different types of air conditioners they sell and I was satisfied with what he was telling me. The installation team did a good job putting it in because they inspected it first. So that was good and I would recommend them.

    The guys that did the work were really, really nice. They helped us move couches and things they didn't have to do when they were working. They put everything back and they cleaned up. The electricians were very efficient. I have a friend who is an electrical engineer. We sat there and watched those two guys do all the wiring and he says it's unbelievable. They know exactly what they're doing. Could not be happier.

    I was looking to replace a new unit so I called several local vendors and All Year Cooling was the one that responded fairly quickly. The job they did was for a rental that I have and it's been about a month and a half since the unit got replaced. Most of my interactions with the reps were through the phone and it was very positive, extremely helpful, and they were looking to meet my needs as far as a landlord having to replace a unit. They were very accommodating. So far there's been no complaints and everything seems to be working as planned so overall, All Year was very pleasant and I had a very good experience.

    I bought a unit from All Year Cooling and Heating about six years ago for my other house. Back then, I needed an AC unit, so I was doing a little research as far as who had the best bang for the buck. They gave me the best deal back so that's why I called them this time. Everybody, from the sales team all the way down to the guys who came out here were professional. Within a week of calling, we had the new unit in and everything was running. It wasn't back and forth, more problems or issues. It's a one-thing deal. You call them, they come out, they tell you what you need, you go for it, and they install it. I really was pleased with them.

    It was a very good service provided by All Year. I was working on a second quote when I spoke to Tom, the owner, and I decided not to look for any more quotes because he gave me a real good deal. They installed it about a month and a half ago. I was here all day so I was out there a couple of times while they were installing and it went well. They had to extend the concrete slab because it wasn't big enough. They came and did it a few days later and never came back to take off the frame. So I had to take it off myself. That's maybe something that should be taken into account, inform the customer that you're not going to take it out and they have to take it out themselves. It was no big deal because I'm handy so I pulled it out myself but some people probably cannot even do something that simple. Since then, I haven't had to worry anymore about the unit breaking down and having to call a technician.

    I got a reference to All Year Cooling and Heating from one of my colleagues at the office. I have had my unit for about two and a half months now. In Florida the heating doesn't pose a problem but the cooling with the old system was difficult because it was already very old and it wasn't the one that I purchased. It was somebody who obviously got it before I moved in. So it just came to a point where it was obsolete. It was time to change.

    The All Year sales representative was very courteous, very prompt, very efficient and they're very much on top of their work. I would've liked to have had a little more input in the beginning when they first came and decided that this is what they're going to quote for me. I wasn't decided on that particular model and so I was taken aback a little bit and I decided not to move on it for a while. I actually got other quotes in between and then I decided to ask them to quote the model I chose and they gave me that quote. I was fairly happy with it and then we just went forward from there.

    The installation team was perfect. They were absolutely wonderful. The only thing that wasn't nice to me was afterwards I got a call from their salesperson who wanted me to get extended warranty and he put kind of a heavy pressure on me to make a decision and I asked him to send me what goes with the warranty and he wouldn't send it to me. He just wanted my credit card number and I said 'No, I'm not giving you my credit card number before I know what I'm buying.' Overall, they're a very, very good company but I thought that pushing the warranty and not providing the information - I mean nobody buys things unless they know what they're paying for. That was the only negative. Otherwise, I would recommend them again to anybody.

    I am a huge fan of All Year Cooling. I recently had to install both the unit (on my roof) and Air Handler.     I Googled All Year Cooling & Heating online and went by the ratings, saw that they have some good ratings, so I decided to hire them. The unit that I got from them, I've now had for 3 months. I had a really old AC before this one. When I ordered, the sales representatives that I talked to were really nice and helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and in terms of calling back, they're really on time. When they promise to call back, they'll call back and tell you what's going on and follow up with you.

    When the installation team showed up, they called me and told me the old unit is all that's to be replaced. They provided a great customer service. It's really hard to find such customer service in South Florida. They were giving me the right prices, offered me financing option for my AC and I just did the application and everything else over the phone. I didn't have to come to their office.     We're happy with the unit installed by All Year so far. It was through our daughter that we had heard about them. My husband liked the way they did the AC. It took a long time to install because it's the whole unit, in and out but the installation team did a good job. I have to learn to adjust thermostat because I need to read it and sometimes I don't know how it works. It seems to be a good thermostat. If you feel uncomfortable or warm, then you check the temperature in the thermostat and adjust it. There was one thing. They were trying to sell us a warranty but I didn't buy that one. We just bought the filter.

    The sales representative seemed to know more about what he was doing, did not run the expected tests. There's a document that he did not do. But other than that, he seemed like a nice guy. Well, here's the fun part. They didn't pass code and three weeks later, it still doesn't. And they still haven't fixed it yet. The people doing the installation barely spoke English and were on their phones the entire installation. But the unit itself looks nice and I can't say that the installation was bad, but it did fail code five ways.

    Am I mad at them? No, the unit seems to work okay. But the experience with the people so far, would I recommend their people? Probably not. And they showed up in a van that was all smashed up; that looked disturbing. The drains failed in two places, it wasn't mounted correctly outside, and I'm still waiting for all of that to get fixed. I don't mean to be negative about them. I think the unit was mounted well, but the inside part is the scary part. That's the part where they can really do damage. There were two things that did not pass code when they started.

    I went online and looked for AC companies so that I could get quotes and All Year was one of the companies that came up. I'm currently unemployed and my husband is self-employed so we had limited income. The gentleman came out and gave me the quote. The financing was very attractive plus they were the lowest bid. So I talked it over with my husband and we called and they were nice. They followed up quickly and offered me other services, but I took whatever services I could afford and they followed up with an email.

    The installation went okay. It’s been 2-3 weeks ago. They came in and got right to work. Before installing the new unit, with all the rain and everything, it’s very humid and it was hard to get anything done. It just made me lethargic. Now I feel more comfortable. I know that with a new unit, it should be okay for a while and the settings are nice. We set it in a certain temperature and it's good to know that the air is being cleaned with the UV light installed in the system. It was an excellent experience and it turned out to be great.

    I had All Year Cooling & Heating install the unit about three weeks ago as they had done work for me in the past and also because of the price of the product. There was a leak and I was concerned about leaving for a vacation with the leaking unit. Someone came out, took a look at the product and gave me what they thought we could do. There were two options: One was to replace the draining pan, and the other was to replace the whole unit. I made my decision and let them do their thing.     We had our A/C unit installed by All Year Cooling and Heating 4-5 weeks ago. They weren't the only company we looked at but ended up choosing to go with them -- Price had something to do with it but also the knowledge of the unit actually being put in versus what others (we did 4 or 5 companies) were giving us as information didn't seem to be quite as correct. Corey, their sales rep, was great. I had no problems whatsoever.

    I was not there the day of the installation. My wife did take care of that and she said they were very professional. They took care of everything. They took care of all their things, cleaned up.     I have two units in my home and one went out, so I had been doing my research on that. I was searching all over the internet and had been priced by a bunch of people. All Year Cooling & Heating didn't convince me I didn't need something. They told me, "This is what you want." I told them I did all my homework and this is what I'm looking to do. They didn't beat around the bush. They just told me honestly where I needed to be, and it was a good experience.

    They were there when they said they would be. The guys worked really hard. It was pouring down rain and they just put it all together. They did great work and they cleaned up after themselves. I'm really happy. I got a follow-up call to see how I felt about everything. They told me if I had any questions to call them anytime and they'd take care of it for me. They were very nice.

    My house is getting cooler, but I've also been doing a lot of other renovations, so I don't know which ones are more effective but I definitely know I'm better off.

    All Year Cooling and Heating had lots of good recommendations and a good record that I could see on the internet and there's a Better Business Bureau report on there so I had them come by to see what I thought. My wife was there for the installation. I had talked to her a bunch of times when they were there. They did a very, very good job, a high quality job for what they were there to do. They seemed to her they were there on a mission. The air conditioning is cooler. In a way I was thinking that it would run less often but that doesn't seem to be the case. We'll see when the bill comes if there's a difference there - there should be.

    We had a fantastic experience with All Year. My brother-in-law had an installation done by them and he referred us to them. We had them come out along with a couple of companies and we got quotes from several companies. All Year came back with the best price and also we were the happiest with the person that they sent out to give us the quote. W'e've got dual unit so we have one unit for the bedroom at the house and a larger unit for the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room.

    It had a little bit of an impact, not really significant since we had the other air conditioner for night and we had ceiling fans in the rest of the house to keep us cool. But now easier to use the rest of the house. We don't have to rely on the ceiling fans as much. We had a strange experience because it turned out that our second air condition unit was actually tied to the first unit and so when they replaced the first unit, it actually caused the second unit to start failing but All Year Cooling came out and looked at the problem and fixed it for us with no additional charge.

    I'm having trouble getting a filter for my new unit. And I called them twice and told them about it. They said I could get the filter at Lowe's, so I went, but Lowe's said they don't carry that filter in stock and I had to special order it. Now the filter is not coming for two to three weeks. It's really been a hassle with this AC and the filter. The other AC that I purchased with them I had no problem getting the filter; I just went to Home Depot and got the filter. I've been calling, going to Lowe's, Home Depot, and it's been such a hassle.

    The unit is only a month old and I still don't have a filter. I wish they had told me that it was going to be a problem. Otherwise, the sales rep and the installation team were very nice. They were very professional, they didn't make a big mess, they did what they had to do, and they left. Also, I thought it was very nice the way the owner gave me the financing that I wanted. All Year has my first AC unit and I felt if I'm gonna service and maintain them, it's easier if I have two units by the same people. And I was happy with the second unit. I didn't have this aggravation with the filter.

    Also the reason I chose them for this second time, I did have a problem with the first unit, and they came and they corrected it and sent whatever parts to the manufacturer with no problem at all and no charge to me, so I thought that was important. Before having our AC unit installed, you could imagine Miami Florida was very uncomfortable. But I had the two units, so I slept downstairs. The old one is going on its second or third year, and the new one has only been like a month. So now there's better room temperature.

    The only problem I have is the aggravation I'm having from not being able to get a filter; that seems to be a big deal. I never thought it could be so hard to get a filter, which concerns me because with a clean filter, your unit lasts longer. There's a lot of positive things about them. They come and service the unit, they're very pleasant and they do what they have to do. I would definitely recommend them.

    The experience with All Year so far is good. It’s still not completed. I had looked them up online for Trane air conditioning companies because I wanted a Trane. I requested them to contact me and they contacted me right away. And they were here within 24 hours. They actually gave me an estimate within 24 hours online with approximately what I wanted. And then after that, I had several estimates. And for what I wanted, they gave me the best price and the best service because they were quick on everything.

    Whenever I had a question, I emailed them and they emailed back. It’s been less than a month.     A neighbor of mine told me about All Year Cooling and Heating and we decided to have them because of their price. The sales representative was pleasant.     The only thing negative maybe is just that they didn't really inform me as to what they were doing. They just did it.     I did have an air unit before I had All Year installed, but my girls are going off the wall because it was not an efficient unit. It was a much older unit, almost 14 years old, and was constantly going on and off, so I knew I had to replace it. Then, I heard about All Year Cooling and Heating on the radio station that they advertise on. I was very much inclined to go with them because I read about their excellent record for over four years and their financing package was attractive. The salesman that they sent up, Kelly **, presented himself very good and didn’t try to oversell the company or oversell me with the unit that I didn’t need. He was very good in appearance, very neat and clean person. I was satisfied with his presentation.

    The three fellows in the team that came to install the unit were right on time. They knew exactly what they needed to do-- came in and saw the circuit breaker and turned it up so there would be no problems, checked that it was big enough to handle the unit, and then went about their ways. They were very pleasant and any questions that I had or concerns, they answered. They were very neat in what they did when they left here. Outside, it was immaculate. The unit they put in was a Ruud. It was a very excellent unit. Instead of having to have this thing at around 72 or lower, we can set this at 75 to 77 and the house stays cool. It was put in on June 8, so it’s just about a little over a week.

    So, the whole experience with their installation and their sales staff has been excellent. They had called me back about buying an extended warranty. They explained everything that would help me but unfortunately, it was a little bit too much financially for me to pay at that time. But again, there was no hard sell. They said “Thank you. If you ever need us to pick it up, give us a call.” I didn’t make a bad decision. They were excellent to deal with.

I had a unit, but it was pretty much on its last leg so I had them install a new unit and the difference was night and day. The guy came out to basically give me an estimate and he was very knowledgeable of the product and what I needed and how long it would take and the whole gamut. He was very nice and we were able to work out a finance deal and I was pleased with everything that happened.

    It took them about three hours to install it. They could have gotten it quicker, but it wasn't their fault. It was a platform that the unit had to sit on and they didn't have that so they had to go back to another city to purchase one. But the installation was great. They were very knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing once they got it, everything was fine. They took my old unit with them. They were very cooperative and they did a great job. The unit is working excellent. As a matter of fact, I have to keep turning it down. It gets so cold in here. But I'm waiting for one thing and it's to see what the utility is going to be like.     Two years ago, I stayed in my other house. I replaced my AC unit and did it with All Year Cooling, the same company. So I decided to do it again because the service last time was great. Everything with All Year was good. The sales reps was knowledgeable was friendly. When the installation team came to install the unit, they explained everything. They did everything right on time. So the only thing that they didn't do was they installed the UV light but they didn't hook it up. So I had to call All Year Cooling again and they sent another technician to hook it up. But before they left, they did clean everything.

    Another thing that I can complain is the day that they did the duct cleaning, they left one of the duct things that they say you cannot lose. So after a day, it fell to the ground and it damaged one of my laminate wood. But the rest, everything's fine. I was happy with the service and everything. The reason I changed that unit is because I bought a house and the AC unit was kind of off and I told the technician to do the coil cleaning and he recommended me to replace it because they got to put some Freon. The unit was looking for Freon. So he recommended to do it but I just did it right away. I just moved into the house when I did it.

    Now, everything is good. If I got to do it again, I'd probably call All Year Cooling. I've been happy with the service and everything. Once I called them for an estimate,

    they sent me a technician right away. They solved it right away so it was good. I will recommend it to a friend even if some minor things happened like the UV light that they didn't hook up and the ceiling fan that was kind of loose but I don't care. It wasn't a big deal. I can survive without it. So overall, everything was good.

    All Year is good about calling and being courteous and I was happy with the work that they did and the price they gave. I thought they were going to get all the work done in one night. I had taken off. They came at 10 o’clock to install everything and by 9:30 at night, they still had some things that they were going to come back to do. They were supposed to come back to do a circuit breaker. I rescheduled for 3:30 on another day. They called me and told me they were running late and then at around 7:30, they called me to tell me the guy would be at my house around 9:00 to 9:15. I had to cancel because it was way too late.

    I rescheduled for between 4:00 and 7:00 today. They called to ask for a 1 o’clock appointment which is not possible as I work. That’s why I had a 4 o’clock appointment and they said they would put e till later. Now, they called to say that the gentleman is hopefully going to be at my house between 7:00 and 7:30 instead of 4:00 and 7:00. My only concern is that for whatever reason, their gentlemen have a hard time getting to your house before it’s late at night. But the people I've dealt with have been very courteous and very friendly. Even the guys who came in to install were very nice. I just would love to have them be able to show up at my house when they say they’re going to show up. It’s very inconvenient but they've been nice about it and that helps make up for it.

    I first heard about All Year Cooling and Heating online. The main deciding factor in choosing them over a different company is speedy response and competitive pricing.     We went with All Year Cooling and Heating when we were looking to get our AC fixed. We looked at their finance options and their warranty was pretty good.     I called and asked the All Year Cooling and Heating guys to do the free estimate and they drove from another county to come and do the free estimate for me. So that's why I decided to stick with them. I've had my unit installed from All Year and it's been almost a month. The customer service was great which is something I'm big on. They really understand my need and called me back when they were supposed to so it was good.

    The installation team came out and was pretty clean. They had to take one stuff out and they came out for that day. They cleaned every mess they had on the floor and left the place clean. It was a good experience. Actually, I didn't really interact with them 'cause when they come, I just got home or I was in the middle of my sleep. So the whole time they probably were doing stuff outside, I was inside sleeping. I felt like All Year has the best price out there and also a good customer service. I would recommend All Year to somebody.

They came over and looked and they gave us a good deal and everybody at the entire company from the installers to the president of the company has been absolutely awesome to us.     I discovered a small flood in my spare room about 2am & went on the web & after searching I found AYC & was amazed at all the positive feedback.     A couple of years ago, All Year Cooling and Heating called for an installation for a new unit and I had been getting emails from them. That's why I chose them this time. They had good ratings from the Better Business Bureau and the prices were somewhat better than the competition. The sales representative was nice and very helpful and explained everything to me. The installers did it well. They were very professional. They installed the units completely and didn't have to come back for anything. The only thing I had to get done extra was to put a UV light in the unit.

    My only complaint about the company, was for them to get somebody to put the UV light it in. Other than that, I had a very good experience with them. The installation team was very clean. They cleaned up everything and didn't leave any mess. All Year is very professional, dependable and does good work.

He just went over how long he has been in business and I had told him I was going through a lot of financial things because I just got a divorce. He said, "I will take care of you as much as I can", and he honestly did. He was such a nice man. I had Randy's team do the installation and they were the best. They came the same day I called which I was very surprised about. They just were very, very kind and very professional. I've had the unit for two weeks. And I think it was like over two years and we just kept in contact. I told him when I got the cash money that I would do it cash. It took me maybe two years to get the amount of money I needed.     I first heard about All Year Cooling and Heating from homeadvisor.com. There were a couple of things that made me choose them over another company. One was their attention to service. I had a question about the estimate and wanted to book someone to replace my AC right away and I called on a Saturday and even though the sales rep that I was dealing with was out for the day, the weekend, someone else in the company picked up his message, called me back and booked a crew for Monday at a time that was incredibly convenient for both my wife and I. And then there was the price. They did a great job at a very competitive price. I've had my unit from them for about two weeks.

    The sales rep was very attentive. He listened to all my questions. He answered all my questions without making me feel like I was an idiot. Always gave everything I had to deal with his utmost attention and importance. Always responded to phone calls and emails promptly. So it was a great experience actually.

    The installation team showed up exactly on time. They didn't goof around. They got right down to business and they were incredibly professional. They were very neat too when they left, they didn't break anything and they cleaned up after themselves completely. They also removed all the old equipment so there is nothing left in my dumpster and there is no thrash or sharp tools or nails around which was also very good. They finished in an incredibly timely fashion. Like they showed up at 4 and they left at 7 and they didn't leave because it was time. They left because they were done with the job.

    I knew that they had to punch a couple of holes in the closet wall to find the drip line and they had it removed and I told the sales rep, “Listen, don't worry about it. I can attach that myself. I'll save a few bucks.” Even though it was written on the form to not attach it because the home owner will attach, he'll repair the walls. They went ahead and did it anyway and I'm not talking about putting some tape over it or pouring a little bit of mud in the hole. They really put something in there, clipped it, mudded it, and finished it. It looked fine. I don't have to do any stuff to it. They were very professional and they were fast and they didn't leave a mess.

    I've read some online reviews of some places where the guy showed up reeking of dope or they use foul language or they were snooping around. These guys were incredible professionals and I also remember they probably came from two or three other jobs that day. My job didn't start until 4 in the afternoon so it was very nice to work with them. The experience was satisfying. It was for lack of a better word relaxing like there was no stress involved.

    We had a great experience with All Year. We had called other people and got ripped off, they actually came and took a sledge hammer to the air conditioning unit and ripped out the computerized programming and charged us $49. Then they told us we needed a new unit. And that's when Bill said, "No, this isn't right. Something is wrong." The computer indicator only said "routine maintenance needed". Anyway, Tom Sr. spent a great deal of time with Bill on telling him about the kind of unit we needed to replace the one we had. There were a total of four people out here.

    The day that they installed it, they came with a crane and it was magnificent to watch it and to see how the fellas interacted with the crane operator. But everything went very smoothly. We were very pleased. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. It was just super. In fact, Bill sent Tom Sr. who's the owner of the company a Thank You note and said how nice Blair and the other fellows were and how knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to show us how to work the thermostat thing and the computer controls. They went out of their way. They came more than once and at a time that was good for us.

    I got the first unit from All Year Cooling in West Palm Beach, where I am right now, and about two or three weeks later, I had a property in Fort Lauderdale that stopped working. They didn't take any breaks when they got here, they just worked until it was done.

    I love my AC from All Year Cooling and Heating. They went above and beyond and it was the best experience ever. The gentlemen that came and helped me were the nicest people. When I met them, they were very cordial. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, eye contact and that's my biggest thing... If someone shakes my hand and doesn't look at me then I don't trust them. The most nicest thing about it was I left my house trusting them and had no problem with them (Who leaves their house with two people that you don't know? Especially in the state of Florida.) Because I’m a woman, everybody seems to want to take advantage of me, but not so with All Year. I had seen their advertisement online and when I called to inquire, they were consistent. What was advertised online was what they were actually offering. When they came out here, it was the same. With everybody else, everything changed.

    They were very knowledgeable and professional. The installers called me to tell me they were on their way. They gave me an estimated time frame on when they were going to arrive. When they got here, they took everything out the truck, showed me the boxes and the part and told me the estimated time to do the job. When I went upstairs, to my surprise, the gentleman had the broom and he was cleaning up after himself. They were very polite and cordial and I had such a good experience that when it came time for me to call in and pay the actual $3,400, I was actually laughing and having a great time, where I should be crying to put that on my debit card. It was a pleasure dealing with them that I sent them an email telling them that because of how I was handled, I don’t think I would go to another AC company for my AC needs again and I would be a repeat customer.

    At first, we were insured with CAC something. It's an insurance for all the appliances. So the guy came over and he said I need a new air conditioning. A friend of mine is always on the internet. He said, "Go to the internet." So I went to the internet and I found All Year Cooling that way. Kelly, a young fellow, came over. We spoke with him and he was able to do better than the price that we had. And then he had made some kind of an error. He thought it was a 3.0 ton air conditioner and it was a 3-1/2. He was leaving and had already given us a price, so he continued on and gave us the same price that he did because of his error. When the fellows came over, I went to play golf so I was really a little nervous about leaving my wife here. He assured me everything is going to be fine and everything was fine. It was a great experience with this All Year.

    I'm very happy with them so I'm going to continue on with them as far as the repair is concerned. I already have recommended them with a fellow downstairs. His air conditioners probably around the same time as mine, around 14 to 15 years. He's very interested in having it done by the same company.

    I had had All Year Cooling & Heating put in the air conditioner that I needed to replace about 10 years ago. They're excellent in almost every respect. The only drawback that I have with them when they installed it, they told me they were going to give me a 12-month guarantee. Anything that would happen within the 12 months, they would replace it. Then they told me that if I wanted to buy a guarantee for 10 years, that I could, but I would have to do it immediately and it would start right now. So that would mean that the 12 months guarantee that they had given me would be included in the 10 year guarantee. I thought that was unfair because in effect they gave me something that they took back. I would recommend them. I just think they need to take a second look at their guarantee program.

    I had service done by All Year a number of years ago. And they came with some good numbers. I wasn’t even concerned about the pricing; I was concerned about the response which was immediate and also the reliability of the company. The installed unit met my expectations absolutely. I wasn’t here but I called my brother to come down and watch the installation (my mom is 93 so she wouldn’t really know what was going on). There were two great installers that came. My brother told me that those guys were on the ball. They did a nice job. In fact, just recently, after about 2 weeks after I had my unit installed, he called All Year and they had to come up to his house and replaced his entire unit. We’re good, loyal people. We’re an All Year family! :) So between his properties and our house and my neighbor that moved in next door, I turned All Year on to him. He was totally excited, and I wound up getting my $100 reward and put that towards my 10-year plan.

    The experience with All Year is brilliant! I’ve been doing business with them for quite some time and would absolutely refer them to anyone.     I first heard about All Year from a good friend of mine across the street. He had his air conditioning put in. He had a very good experience as well as I. The salesman and installers couldn’t have been any better than they were. I had just gotten back from New York and evidently the air conditioning must have been hit by lightning or blew out. It was on a Saturday and they came over and installed it on Saturday. Then I had asked them if they could put in an air cleaner, and I spoke to the owner who is very, very nice. He said he would see what he could do because the parts houses closed down after 12 but he seemed to have gotten one.

    They installed it and so far, so good. The only problem I have was I should’ve had the vent system cleaned because when they put the new one in, it blew harder and of course, it clogged up the registers so they had to come to clean that out. Considering everything, I would do business with them again.

    We needed a new heat pump and I called them up and got an online quote from them - it was pretty reasonable. The salesperson as well as the guy I talked to on the phone and the installer were knowledgeable. I’m satisfied with the heat pump install and with the price. One of the things that was included in the purchase was that they would do two duct cleanings - one right after the install and another one. The guy who came out was a very nice, personable guy. I really liked him but what he didn’t tell me is that when he took down one of the vents to get into the air duct, he chipped the popcorn ceiling around the edge of it and I have to hire somebody now to fix that. Other than that, they were terrific. They took the old unit away and made sure that it was clean. I would definitely refer any friends to them. They were great to deal with.

    About 6 or 7 years ago, the unit was fine in the house. We just wanted to save a little with a new unit with no Freon or whatever. So I looked in the yellow pages, All Year Cooling. The first salesman that came to my door, I asked for a three-ton unit and they wind up putting a 2-1/2 ton unit. He says it’s about the tubing, but that’s neither here or there. I’ve had it in now for at least five years. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Kevin and he’s great. My air conditioner went in my condo and store. I called and they gave me a great price in air conditioners. I’ve since been using him every time.

    I own about five or six places. My air conditioner went in a different condo that I have rented out. I called Kevin and he was very nice about it, gave me a fair price and they put in the unit. I have another condo next and when that air conditioner goes over the next couple of years, I’ll call them again and get another air conditioner put in. I will not go to anybody else but that company. The servicemen that came out were polite, nice, friendly and very cheerful. You ask and they answer you. I always give them a tip also to buy them lunch or whatever. The best experience I’ve ever had!

    All Year did a job for me about a year ago and I was happy with that. Then we needed some service done at one of the properties so I recommended them. As far as the service goes at the job, everything’s fine. Interactions with the sales representative and the installation team went well. The installation team got there when they said they would and finished the job in a timely fashion and swiftly. I would definitely keep referring them to friends.

    But as far as the referral fee thing, they seem to be dragging their feet on that. They told me early in September that they don't send checks until early October, at the beginning of each month. And then the beginning of the month of October, I called them on the 10th and they said they’d be sending it out in a couple of weeks, and it’s been a couple of weeks. The month’s almost over and I still haven’t received payment for that, which if they advertised that they do that, they should do it. So I’m going to be calling them shortly to find out what’s going on.

    I’m a licensed mechanical contractor. I’m currently now a big GC. I had been the CO for quite a while but I have since grown. Because this was my personal home, I have to take care of it myself so I was looking for my local suppliers. So I was too far south to get back in time to get it taken care of, so it didn’t work out. But then when I went there the next day to pick it up, apparently, my unit was accidentally sent out some place else. So Kevin, the sales rep (I guess it was an honest mistake), managed to turn it around and have it at my house within the next hour after I found out, after driving all the way up here. So he got it to me to rectify the problem. Now, I call that good business. It’s one thing to be able to do what the original thing is but to make a good thing come out of the bad, that’s when I’m impressed. I’ve actually invited him to bid on a lot of my big work. It was a wonderful experience.

    All Year’s salespeople were very nice and they responded to any questions that I had very promptly. I thought they were excellent upfront. So in that respect, I didn’t have any complaints at all. They were very good. I had some concerns with the install. Obviously, I don’t know anything about the units or the install. So I might have had very good installers but I didn’t think that the customer service skills of the installers were the greatest. So I wasn’t very happy with them and that experience. They weren’t very friendly. When they were working, I had it upstairs, so one was working outside with a compressor and one was working upstairs with a hammer. As the guy, by himself, is trying to take the stuff down the stairs and as he’s going on his way down, he scratches my door, my stair carpet is getting dirty, all those kinds of things. And when I kind of brought it up to their attention, they became even more unfriendly. So that experience wasn’t very good. It doesn’t mean that they didn’t do a good job installing but like I said, that part could have been better.

    I Googled and I called a couple of places but I like All Year the best. I forgot the owner’s name now but he actually had his personal cell phone number on there to call. When I called, I realized that I have a friend that works there and that just probably did help seal the deal. So it worked out good. The installation team was very polite. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were great. I thought it was pretty easy and they were very good communicating. They checked it out to make sure that their work was good.

    I heard All Year through a friend who has a contract with them. They like the service. Then at one point, my AC broke. I ended up eventually just getting a new one. I had it serviced, it worked. I’m very happy. They were all nice to deal with coming in to the home and they knew what they were talking about, and I was happy with the service. It’s now been a month. It was a good experience.
