I was searching prices of air conditioners and I checked it online from the Better Business Bureau. There were other places that had a little bit lower prices but I decided to go with All Year. They had my unit installed September 4th. The sales representative that I talked to just explained the different types of air conditioners they sell and I was satisfied with what he was telling me. The installation team did a good job putting it in because they inspected it first. So that was good and I would recommend them.

The guys that did the work were really, really nice. They helped us move couches and things they didn't have to do when they were working. They put everything back and they cleaned up. The electricians were very efficient. I have a friend who is an electrical engineer. We sat there and watched those two guys do all the wiring and he says it's unbelievable. They know exactly what they're doing. Could not be happier.

All Year was good. I didn't have any issues. They were quick, clean and have really good prices.

I was looking to replace a new unit so I called several local vendors and All Year Cooling was the one that responded fairly quickly. The job they did was for a rental that I have and it's been about a month and a half since the unit got replaced. Most of my interactions with the reps were through the phone and it was very positive, extremely helpful, and they were looking to meet my needs as far as a landlord having to replace a unit. They were very accommodating. So far there's been no complaints and everything seems to be working as planned so overall, All Year was very pleasant and I had a very good experience.

I bought a unit from All Year Cooling and Heating about six years ago for my other house. Back then, I needed an AC unit, so I was doing a little research as far as who had the best bang for the buck. They gave me the best deal back so that's why I called them this time. Everybody, from the sales team all the way down to the guys who came out here were professional. Within a week of calling, we had the new unit in and everything was running. It wasn't back and forth, more problems or issues. It's a one-thing deal. You call them, they come out, they tell you what you need, you go for it, and they install it. I really was pleased with them.

It was a very good service provided by All Year. I was working on a second quote when I spoke to Tom, the owner, and I decided not to look for any more quotes because he gave me a real good deal. They installed it about a month and a half ago. I was here all day so I was out there a couple of times while they were installing and it went well. They had to extend the concrete slab because it wasn't big enough. They came and did it a few days later and never came back to take off the frame. So I had to take it off myself. That's maybe something that should be taken into account, inform the customer that you're not going to take it out and they have to take it out themselves. It was no big deal because I'm handy so I pulled it out myself but some people probably cannot even do something that simple. Since then, I haven't had to worry anymore about the unit breaking down and having to call a technician.

Everything went fine. I'd recommend All Year Cooling.

Overall experience with All Year Cooling was satisfactory. I thought they did good work but I never got my gift card. I was supposed to get a Walmart gift card or $50. That was the incentive that they gave me. Nevertheless, I would recommend them to a friend.

I got a reference to All Year Cooling and Heating from one of my colleagues at the office. I have had my unit for about two and a half months now. In Florida the heating doesn't pose a problem but the cooling with the old system was difficult because it was already very old and it wasn't the one that I purchased. It was somebody who obviously got it before I moved in. So it just came to a point where it was obsolete. It was time to change.

Price was the main reason I chose All Year Cooling & Heating. The unit installed is working much better, so it's reliable. We live in Florida that's why the unit is important. It's so difficult without it.

I am a huge fan of All Year Cooling. I recently had to install both the unit (on my roof) and Air Handler. They were extremely fair in price and due to the Air Handler being a pancake unit, they did an outstanding job without having to compromise my ceiling. The technicians took their time and were extremely helpful when any questions that arose. Their knowledge was most reassuring as it was my first experience replacing an Air Handler. I chose All Year because of the price. Interacting with their reps was very nice, very forthcoming with the information, good price - everything was laid upfront. The ones who installed the unit were very professional and very nice too. It was very good and we’re very satisfied.

It was a pleasurable experience with All Year. They put in an air conditioning unit, gave me a fair price, and so far no complaints. The two technicians were very good. I very rarely ever give a 5 out of 5, because everybody always has room to improve, but you guys are almost right at the top of the game.

I had 10 years air conditioner from All Year and then I got a new one about a week ago. The company took care of it very well. Every time I called, everybody is efficient, so I can’t say anything bad about it. Everything’s positive. I’m totally satisfied, so I would recommend it.

I Googled All Year Cooling & Heating online and went by the ratings, saw that they have some good ratings, so I decided to hire them. The unit that I got from them, I've now had for 3 months. I had a really old AC before this one. When I ordered, the sales representatives that I talked to were really nice and helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and in terms of calling back, they're really on time. When they promise to call back, they'll call back and tell you what's going on and follow up with you.

I was somewhat leery about going with All Year because of their price. One charged me $4,500 and they came in at $2,800. I'm like, "What are they doing - selling me a bunch of junk?" But I did a bunch of research and decided to go with them and I'm very happy. It was a great experience. They came in, took out the old stuff, put the new stuff in 3 hours and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was substantially lower than everybody else's and they put in a good product.

I love the company, they did a real good job, and I'm very pleased with it. My experience with them was fantastic. The owner actually took the time out of his day to give me a call and check with me.

You don’t live in Miami without your AC going. My AC repairman is retiring and he doesn't do installations anymore. So he came and diagnosed my problem and recommended All Year Cooling & Heating highly to me. Overall, the company has been wonderful. The sales representatives were nice on the phone. It all starts with the people that have come to put it in. They were awesome. There were three of them; they were good and worked well together. They had a couple of glitches in the road and they solved all their problems timely. I was very impressed. It was a weekend, I believe, and the company sent them out right away.

I chose them because when I compared prices, they had the lowest price, had a high rating on the internet and the guy that came to look at my house was very knowledgeable. I purchased two units from them - one was two months ago in Coral Springs and another for my house 3 weeks ago. They were good and the experience was terrific. I've recommended them to friends.

I've been dealing with All Year for 30 years and I have my two houses, a condo and a house, installed with All Year. The installation team who came had an issue about the filter and the grill, so they called me up and said it was ready, and they called back and called somebody else, and then they got it figured out. Everything went pretty smoothly. It was a nice experience.

All Year Cooling & Heating put in the unit on the 15th of last month. My old unit had broken down and I had two people look at it and they told me to get a new one. The sales rep explained to me what needed to be done. Installers answered any questions I had and were great. I asked them to change the breaker on the AC. They couldn’t do it on the same day so they had to reschedule but I couldn't do it during the day because I’m working and they adjusted to my schedule. It was a good experience. When I called about a price about something, they lowered it. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I found out about All Year Cooling & Heating on the Internet. I happened to put in what size of air conditioner I wanted in Google and something came up that sent me 5 recommendations. All Year was the nicest, fastest and easiest to work with. The All Year sales rep that I spoke to, Corey, was very, very nice. He explained everything. It was just a pleasure to work with their people. I’ve recommended them to others already.

I have had my unit from All Year about a month now. The sales rep was really good, followed through. I was very pleased with the way they handled everything, no problems, smooth as silk. I would recommend them.

I got my unit from All Year on July 5th. They came over July 4th, which I thought was very nice, since it was a holiday, and they had installed on Saturday, July 5th. The sales representative was very nice and knowledgeable. The installation team told me what time they'd be and they were and what time they'd leave and they did. Anybody that I'd call back for any reason got back to me quickly, was helpful and courteous. It was a good experience. I know that I could count on the air conditioning to be on all the time. It's a very good unit. All Year Cooling & Heating is a reputable company and they kept their word.

We're happy with the unit installed by All Year so far. It was through our daughter that we had heard about them. My husband liked the way they did the AC. It took a long time to install because it's the whole unit, in and out but the installation team did a good job. I have to learn to adjust thermostat because I need to read it and sometimes I don't know how it works. It seems to be a good thermostat. If you feel uncomfortable or warm, then you check the temperature in the thermostat and adjust it. There was one thing. They were trying to sell us a warranty but I didn't buy that one. We just bought the filter.

I chose them because of the way they presented themselves. They were very professional, courteous, very informative, and overall, calling through other places, were able to help me explain in detail what I needed throughout the whole process to take care of my problem. Installation was excellent. I cannot say anything less. They were very knowledgeable.

We've known about All Year for years as our son used to play ball with their kids years ago so we know they've been around. We've lived here 35 years. We chose them because we just knew they were reputable. The representative explained things to us and there were no problems at all with the installation team. They were very efficient, seemed to know what they were doing and got the job done. They did have to stay late a few nights but that's because my husband said, "Go ahead and finish it up."

The sales representative seemed to know more about what he was doing, did not run the expected tests. There's a document that he did not do. But other than that, he seemed like a nice guy. Well, here's the fun part. They didn't pass code and three weeks later, it still doesn't. And they still haven't fixed it yet. The people doing the installation barely spoke English and were on their phones the entire installation. But the unit itself looks nice and I can't say that the installation was bad, but it did fail code five ways.

I went online and looked for AC companies so that I could get quotes and All Year was one of the companies that came up. I'm currently unemployed and my husband is self-employed so we had limited income. The gentleman came out and gave me the quote. The financing was very attractive plus they were the lowest bid. So I talked it over with my husband and we called and they were nice. They followed up quickly and offered me other services, but I took whatever services I could afford and they followed up with an email.

I had no problems with All Year. The guys have answered the phone pretty quickly and sent someone out and it has been great. It was fast, easy and painless.

I had All Year Cooling & Heating install the unit about three weeks ago as they had done work for me in the past and also because of the price of the product. There was a leak and I was concerned about leaving for a vacation with the leaking unit. Someone came out, took a look at the product and gave me what they thought we could do. There were two options: One was to replace the draining pan, and the other was to replace the whole unit. I made my decision and let them do their thing. There were three guys and they were all really nice. I've recommended All Year to somebody since then.

Yesterday our a/c went out, and today I got a referral from a friend for All Year Cooling. Calling them was the best decision I have ever made in a long time. Since most of us depend on reviews to choose contractors, I feel that by writing this review I will be able to help others. I must say I was very impressed with the service received by Service Technician Mr. Steve **. He explained what he was doing and was done in a good time. And most importantly, the price was right. No gimmicks, no up-selling. I would recommend this company 100% to anyone who is considering getting work done on their air conditioning system. From now on I will be calling All Year Cooling for my a/c servicing needs.

We had our A/C unit installed by All Year Cooling and Heating 4-5 weeks ago. They weren't the only company we looked at but ended up choosing to go with them -- Price had something to do with it but also the knowledge of the unit actually being put in versus what others (we did 4 or 5 companies) were giving us as information didn't seem to be quite as correct. Corey, their sales rep, was great. I had no problems whatsoever.

I have two units in my home and one went out, so I had been doing my research on that. I was searching all over the internet and had been priced by a bunch of people. All Year Cooling & Heating didn't convince me I didn't need something. They told me, "This is what you want." I told them I did all my homework and this is what I'm looking to do. They didn't beat around the bush. They just told me honestly where I needed to be, and it was a good experience.

All Year Cooling and Heating had lots of good recommendations and a good record that I could see on the internet and there's a Better Business Bureau report on there so I had them come by to see what I thought. My wife was there for the installation. I had talked to her a bunch of times when they were there. They did a very, very good job, a high quality job for what they were there to do. They seemed to her they were there on a mission. The air conditioning is cooler. In a way I was thinking that it would run less often but that doesn't seem to be the case. We'll see when the bill comes if there's a difference there - there should be.

We had a fantastic experience with All Year. My brother-in-law had an installation done by them and he referred us to them. We had them come out along with a couple of companies and we got quotes from several companies. All Year came back with the best price and also we were the happiest with the person that they sent out to give us the quote. W'e've got dual unit so we have one unit for the bedroom at the house and a larger unit for the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room.

I'm having trouble getting a filter for my new unit. And I called them twice and told them about it. They said I could get the filter at Lowe's, so I went, but Lowe's said they don't carry that filter in stock and I had to special order it. Now the filter is not coming for two to three weeks. It's really been a hassle with this AC and the filter. The other AC that I purchased with them I had no problem getting the filter; I just went to Home Depot and got the filter. I've been calling, going to Lowe's, Home Depot, and it's been such a hassle.

The other ones are a little more pricey so I went with All Year. The sales representative I dealt with was fine. I spoke to him over the phone. The installation team that took care of my 20 year old unit was good; they were friendly.

There are two jobs I did with All Year Cooling. I did one three summers ago. Then I bought another unit from them for my second home and they just did it last month. Their sales rep was very good and professional. He was very open to my suggestions. Their installation did an excellent, excellent, excellent work. Since I had All Year my bill went down a lot. My experience with them is very pain-free. They were very professional and very informative.

All Year has been great and their service was excellent. Everything was performed quite into the estimate regarding the deadlines and the installation. The technicians who came here to do the services were of high quality and very experienced. I'm very satisfied with the air condition unit. I would recommend All Year.

All Year Cooling was very thorough in their assessment of the problem. They were very fair in the way they quoted for the repair works and the overall workmanship was great. I was very pleased with the whole thing. I had a look at a number of companies in my area and All Year Cooling was by far the best.

My son and his girlfriend use the All Year Cooling and Heating system. They told me they were happy with theirs, so I called All Year's service. The old system that I had was 13 years old so I knew it was time to buy another one and it will be tough to do without it. I chose All Year, number one, because of the price. It helped me save $4000. I've had my system for about a month now.

I had a great experience with All Year. My wife was sick and it was very hot. She got off the bed and the guy came over at 10 o'clock at night and fixed it. He had to go through the attic and he finished until midnight. I don't think anybody else would do that. It was excellent. I'd recommend them to a friend.

The experience with All Year so far is good. It’s still not completed. I had looked them up online for Trane air conditioning companies because I wanted a Trane. I requested them to contact me and they contacted me right away. And they were here within 24 hours. They actually gave me an estimate within 24 hours online with approximately what I wanted. And then after that, I had several estimates. And for what I wanted, they gave me the best price and the best service because they were quick on everything.

A neighbor of mine told me about All Year Cooling and Heating and we decided to have them because of their price. The sales representative was pleasant. I just had a phone conversation with him and he followed up the same day and we got a site visit the following day. The installation team was in and out pretty quickly. Everything was fine.

I did have an air unit before I had All Year installed, but my girls are going off the wall because it was not an efficient unit. It was a much older unit, almost 14 years old, and was constantly going on and off, so I knew I had to replace it. Then, I heard about All Year Cooling and Heating on the radio station that they advertise on. I was very much inclined to go with them because I read about their excellent record for over four years and their financing package was attractive. The salesman that they sent up, Kelly **, presented himself very good and didn’t try to oversell the company or oversell me with the unit that I didn’t need. He was very good in appearance, very neat and clean person. I was satisfied with his presentation.

I love All Year. I simply love it. My husband was here for the installation of the product, the setting up, the programming of the digital. I just came home to enjoying the cool air. Ever since I've been home, I just simply love the AC. It's quiet. It goes on and off and I don't even know it. I just feel it and it feels good. I'm happy with the way the house feels.

Thanks for the professional treatment in replacing my sister's AC system. The estimator came next day and installation was done by the weekend. You are the most honest and efficient AC company I have ever dealt with. I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

All Year Cooling & Heating was willing to work with me as far as finances were concerned. I had a unit, but it was pretty much on its last leg so I had them install a new unit and the difference was night and day. The guy came out to basically give me an estimate and he was very knowledgeable of the product and what I needed and how long it would take and the whole gamut. He was very nice and we were able to work out a finance deal and I was pleased with everything that happened.

Two years ago, I stayed in my other house. I replaced my AC unit and did it with All Year Cooling, the same company. So I decided to do it again because the service last time was great. Everything with All Year was good. The sales reps was knowledgeable was friendly. When the installation team came to install the unit, they explained everything. They did everything right on time. So the only thing that they didn't do was they installed the UV light but they didn't hook it up. So I had to call All Year Cooling again and they sent another technician to hook it up. But before they left, they did clean everything.

I was there on vacation when I discovered that the heating and cooling unit was broken. I called another vendor that came and he gave me an estimate that was $3,000 higher than All Year and I almost got really suckered into that. He gave me a $5,000 estimate and I almost got hooked. And then, the real estate agent that handles my home said “No, don’t use them. We use All Year and his estimate will be far lower", and he came in at $2,900 so like I saved a great deal of money. I’m very happy with the job. They were excellent, very neat and professional.

My All Year Cooling and Heating was pretty good, actually. The guys that did the installations were great. Corry, the salesperson, was awesome, too. He accommodated my needs and I'm very happy. The quote was pretty simple. The price actually was the lowest. When I asked him for an additional year of warranty because one of the quotes was giving me that, he was like, "No problem." The work they do is great. The two guys that went to do the installation were there right on time and they finished within three hours. They gave me instructions on what to do with the thermostat and everything else. Everything seems to be working as expected and I couldn't be happier. Overall, they were great and were punctual. I would definitely recommend them.

My overall experience with All Year was great! My renters really dealt with them more than me. I didn't go over there, but they said everything was fine. They called and followed up and asked me if everything went well so I had no complaints.

I went with All Year Cooling and Heating based on the pricing as well as the overall feeling from the representative when I spoke to them about my needs. It's been about 15 days. Interactions with them have been pretty good. Follow through has been nice. They seem to be very attentive to the customer's needs. Overall, it was very professional. The installers were very nice and it was very insightful. They answered all questions we had. Everything has been great so far with respect to All Year and the product has been great so we couldn't be more happier.

I took All Year based on the recommendation of a friend. I thought it was cheaper but it wasn't. It was right there with all the others. The sales representative was very nice. Everything was fine and they did what they said they did. The only difference was that the man came an hour early to pick up the check. That was the only thing that I found a little inconsiderate but it worked out okay.

All Year is good about calling and being courteous and I was happy with the work that they did and the price they gave. I thought they were going to get all the work done in one night. I had taken off. They came at 10 o’clock to install everything and by 9:30 at night, they still had some things that they were going to come back to do. They were supposed to come back to do a circuit breaker. I rescheduled for 3:30 on another day. They called me and told me they were running late and then at around 7:30, they called me to tell me the guy would be at my house around 9:00 to 9:15. I had to cancel because it was way too late.

I called for many, many companies but they made me crazy. I even had some people who came to my house that were just pushing people for everything and very little information. The last company I called was All Year Cooling and they were amazing. The gentleman I talked to was amazing; he gave me full information and he did not push me for anything. They were very nice, like someone who really cares about me. It was a wonderful experience. So I had my unit installed about two weeks ago.

I had my unit from All Year for two weeks. Sales representative was professional, showed up on time, thorough, explained everything, looked everything over, brought everything up without being pushy in any way. I thought he was good. All year installation team went about their work, did a good job, cleaned up after themselves, weren't particularly needy. I was going to give them a little tip but they left without me knowing that they were leaving. They were kind of quiet. But they were good and everything worked fine, they did everything they were supposed to do.

The sales representatives were very cooperative, very efficient and answered all the questions that I had, and they came in with the best price. Also, the installation team was very good. One guy was working upstairs and one guy was working down here. They were very good at what they do. Its a very, very good experience.

All Year Cooling and Heating is incredible, the best company ever I have dealt with. I liked the price and service over the phone and the follow-up. I did three units for my rentals. The first one I installed with them was about 6 months ago. I have been dealing with the owner directly and the negotiation with the owner, the follow-up with the different divisions such as collections and warranty have been great. It's a great company with honest, straightforward and great service. They have the best price. It was an outstanding experience.

I choose All Year Cooling And Heating because they don't charge any service fee. My neighbor introduced it to me and it's very good. I like the thermostat, I set it at 79 and it’s cool and comfortable.

I would definitely recommend them to anybody who tells me that they need an air-conditioner because I was very satisfied with their professionalism. We went with All Year Cooling and Heating when we were looking to get our AC fixed. We looked at their finance options and their warranty was pretty good. They contacted me a couple of times and it's been great working with them. As soon as we signed up on the deal, they came out pretty quickly, got us going. It's been pretty good. The installation team was great. They showed up on time and worked hard all day. They installed two units for us and cleaned up when they were done. No problems there either. It's been great to have a new AC unit in the house. Nothing bad to report. It was hassle free and we got what we wanted.

I called and asked the All Year Cooling and Heating guys to do the free estimate and they drove from another county to come and do the free estimate for me. So that's why I decided to stick with them. I've had my unit installed from All Year and it's been almost a month. The customer service was great which is something I'm big on. They really understand my need and called me back when they were supposed to so it was good.

They came over and looked and they gave us a good deal and everybody at the entire company from the installers to the president of the company has been absolutely awesome to us. They are nice, polite, courteous, just all around very, very good. I had a lot of questions that they answered with a smile. They did their work. They cleaned up after themselves. I cant say it enough. They were great. One kind of sour note but its not their fault, the coil they installed are defective so they had to come and replace them. But everything that they did and everyone that I've talked to at All Year has been fabulous. They are the best AC company we've dealt with since we've been here for 10 years.

I discovered a small flood in my spare room about 2am & went on the web & after searching I found AYC & was amazed at all the positive feedback. I even wondered if they had a big family & all the relatives wrote in. Well, that was so far from the truth. I left a brief message as to my problem & was going to call in the morning. They called me before I had a chance to. I was told that someone would be out between 12 & 3pm that day. The office called me at 11:50am & I was told that the technician was on his way. Ten (10) minutes later, he arrived & by 12:15pm my a/c problem was fixed. Then they called me later that day to see how everything was. I am still in shock with their fantastic service & follow up. I had just gone thru a very bad experience with a fencing company & this was such a relief. Thank you for being you.

A couple of years ago, All Year Cooling and Heating called for an installation for a new unit and I had been getting emails from them. That's why I chose them this time. They had good ratings from the Better Business Bureau and the prices were somewhat better than the competition. The sales representative was nice and very helpful and explained everything to me. The installers did it well. They were very professional. They installed the units completely and didn't have to come back for anything. The only thing I had to get done extra was to put a UV light in the unit.

I called All Year Cooling and Heating to have our air conditioner fixed. They were very attentive and on top of things. I didn't have to interact with them that much really. They sent a guy out and they charged the unit for free. We had to find out what was wrong with it and we just told him to take care of it. I told them what I wanted and they put it in. The All Year installation team was very courteous and clean. Everything went fine. Our AC is working great. Satisfaction was good. The price was good and I had to have it done quick. Our experience was perfect.

We've used All Year Cooling and Heating before because of the cost so I purchased a new one two weeks ago. The sales rep knew what we want, I knew what I wanted and we discussed how it would be done. The installation team were fine, they were clean and polite. I had no problems with them and I'm satisfied with their service.

I've been using their service now for the last 3 years. 3 weeks ago I had a new thermostat installed. I sent emails to their salesperson and he was quick to respond, provide clarification and worked with me. The same thing with the installer who came to our house. He was very informative. He was able to answer all the questions that I have. Clarification he provided was very helpful. He even showed me how to use the thermostat. He also explained in detail the things or procedures and whatever processes they were going to follow that I wasn't sure about. Then I had another person come out to do the vent cleaning that Saturday, several days after, and same thing with him. I asked him questions. He was able to answer them. I had no problems, no issues. Overall, it was a very good experience.

He just went over how long he has been in business and I had told him I was going through a lot of financial things because I just got a divorce. He said, "I will take care of you as much as I can", and he honestly did. He was such a nice man. I had Randy's team do the installation and they were the best. They came the same day I called which I was very surprised about. They just were very, very kind and very professional. I've had the unit for two weeks. I did call one time because I thought it was making a funny noise but they were very nice in telling me that because I had a 14-year-old machine that the new one sounds different. So it wasn't anything at all. I would highly recommend them to come into my house again or anybody else's house that I know of.

All Year is good. It’s excellent, excellent service. I spoke to a couple of people where I worked, and then I called. I think I spoke with Ryan, and he came out and did the estimate. And I think it was like over two years and we just kept in contact. I told him when I got the cash money that I would do it cash. It took me maybe two years to get the amount of money I needed. And I paid cash for it and then I found out that my other house needed one. I ended up getting two units within two weeks. I chose All Year because of Ryan’s persistence. I had my new unit two months. I even recommended them before I got my unit. We called the owner, Mr. Smith, and he sent out his most experienced person and got it working. Mr. Smith was very accommodating, very nice individual, goes above and beyond. Our experience was awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure that they help you out expeditiously.

I had a question about the estimate and wanted to book someone to replace my AC right away and I called on a Saturday and even though the sales rep that I was dealing with was out for the day, the weekend, someone else in the company picked up his message, called me back and booked a crew for Monday at a time that was incredibly convenient for both my wife and I. And then there was the price. They did a great job at a very competitive price. I've had my unit from them for about two weeks.

I found All Year Cooling and Heating through an online search. It has probably been about a week and a half now since I've had the unit installed. The sales representative was very friendly and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on something. I felt like they actually cared about my needs. The installers were fantastic and answered any questions I had and they got right to work. The biggest thing for me was when I went on their website, it gives me the owner's phone number. I sent him a text message and within 5 minutes he had responded back. I thought that was really impressive as a business owner myself that the owner would actually get back to the customers and make sure they got everything they needed.

We needed a duct cleaning after All Year Cooling and Heating installed the unit. I called and they came out and did the duct cleaning and then they came back and did it again because it didn't quite work the first time. As a matter of fact, about an hour ago, I called and told them I needed somebody to come out and take a look because I didn't think the unit was cooling like it should. So that's scheduled for tomorrow. The installers that put the unit in were very professional and did a really good job. Everybody was very polite and they're very knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service so far.

We had called other people and got ripped off, they actually came and took a sledge hammer to the air conditioning unit and ripped out the computerized programming and charged us $49. Then they told us we needed a new unit. And that's when Bill said, "No, this isn't right. Something is wrong." The computer indicator only said "routine maintenance needed". Anyway, Tom Sr. spent a great deal of time with Bill on telling him about the kind of unit we needed to replace the one we had. There were a total of four people out here.

I got the first unit from All Year Cooling in West Palm Beach, where I am right now, and about two or three weeks later, I had a property in Fort Lauderdale that stopped working. I called them and had the second one put in, so that in itself is testimony to my belief in the company. They showed up earlier than they said they would, which was great, and they did a good job. They didn't take any breaks when they got here, they just worked until it was done.

I love my AC from All Year Cooling and Heating. They went above and beyond and it was the best experience ever. The gentlemen that came and helped me were the nicest people. When I met them, they were very cordial. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, eye contact and that's my biggest thing... If someone shakes my hand and doesn't look at me then I don't trust them. The most nicest thing about it was I left my house trusting them and had no problem with them (Who leaves their house with two people that you don't know? Especially in the state of Florida.) And they were great, I was so taken aback. I was on my patio and they had the crane out here. I was watching them do it. It was just like done instantly. At first, we were insured with CAC something. It's an insurance for all the appliances. So the guy came over and he said I need a new air conditioning. A friend of mine is always on the internet. He said, "Go to the internet." So I went to the internet and I found All Year Cooling that way. Kelly, a young fellow, came over. We spoke with him and he was able to do better than the price that we had. And then he had made some kind of an error. He thought it was a 3.0 ton air conditioner and it was a 3-1/2. He was leaving and had already given us a price, so he continued on and gave us the same price that he did because of his error. When the fellows came over, I went to play golf so I was really a little nervous about leaving my wife here. He assured me everything is going to be fine and everything was fine. It was a great experience with this All Year.

I purchased a complete system a couple of years ago and had some issues with it recently. I contact Tommy at All Year and he went above and beyond my expectations to resolve my issues... Quickly! You don’t see that commitment from companies too often these days. Normally they take your money and run! All Year Cooling has them all beat!

I had had All Year Cooling & Heating put in the air conditioner that I needed to replace about 10 years ago. They're excellent in almost every respect. The only drawback that I have with them when they installed it, they told me they were going to give me a 12-month guarantee. Anything that would happen within the 12 months, they would replace it. Then they told me that if I wanted to buy a guarantee for 10 years, that I could, but I would have to do it immediately and it would start right now. So that would mean that the 12 months guarantee that they had given me would be included in the 10 year guarantee. I thought that was unfair because in effect they gave me something that they took back. I would recommend them. I just think they need to take a second look at their guarantee program.

I know the air condition that I had at the condo was like 30 years old so I called them on a Sunday and they answered. I met the guy up there in my place and he went through the things. I thought the price was reasonable and they said they'll come by either Monday or Tuesday. I was surprised at responding on a Sunday. I was surprised at how quickly they did the job. Either they're really good or they don't have any work. I was not there with the installation team at all. They just went ahead and put it in. I've got somebody up there, a friend of mine, and he's using it now. I'm most happy.
