There was lack of heating and air for two months, which was before the winter season and we got used to it so having the unit installed by All Year was timely. All Year Cooling and Heating looked like a respectable company from what I was reading online. I have had it for two weeks now and would definitely recommend.

Customer service at All Year Cooling and Heating is extremely good. They informed me before they came over, made sure I was happy with the arrangements and informed me what was going on. Now my house is cool and warm when needed and the fellow who installed it is really really super!

We had All Year install our unit two months ago. A neighbor of ours used them previously and according to my neighbor, they had a good representation so he recommended them to us. So far we have no questions or problems. The sales representatives are very nice people so I was very happy with them. They follow up in everything they've done and they did everything they said they were going to do. And that's a plus!

I've known All Year Cooling for a long time because of the neighbors. I've had my unit installed two weeks ago. The salesman was pleasant and cordial while the installation team were fine. We had an unfortunate experience about a bunch of black stuff that came out of the vents once but they turned it along, it lasted a couple of days. There are some things that need work running - other than that, it seems to be running satisfactorily. I would do business with them again.

My son-in-law got his air conditioning from All Year Cooling so he recommended them to us. I actually had three estimates for air conditioning and I chose them since theirs was the best so in December I got an air conditioning for my daughter and another one for myself. I had an excellent experience with All Year. They could not replace the unit for two days, not because it was holiday, but they were able to get it running. It was high humidity here but we were able to have a cool Christmas with air conditioning.

Our daughter had an air conditioner before - it was 20 years old. The heating went out so she used a little heater to keep her warm whenever it was cold. I was called last year by All Year Cooling and I talked to the owner. I chose them because of their price. I have two units from them: one in my mother-in-law's and one in my house. Those who installed the unit at my mother-in-law's were a bit sloppy. They did not do things they were expected to, and I definitely had to push them a little bit to fix it because there was a wall they needed to put the piping and electrical cord through. On the other hand, the installation crew who worked in my house were excellent.

The installation of the AC unit was clean and good. I have no problems with the technician. They called before coming. They came on time. It was all good. I think the only trouble we had is with the credit company because we haven't received our $100 refund, and it took almost a month for them to get it approved.

I liked the service representative who came out to do the installation very much. He was very professional, very helpful and very candid. He was well within the time frame indicated. He found there were a few things in the room where the installation was that involved for example our water heater that were problematic and he made a few adjustments to that as well to make sure it wasn't a problem while he was onsite. So he went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated that.

I was supposed to be getting a filter, and I have yet to receive the filter. But other than that everything was good. Installation was excellent. The temperature is easier to get cool with the new system installed about a month ago.

I had a good experience with All Year, except I have not got the cover for the front of my unit yet. It came without a cover, so the filter shows and it's very unsightly. I had asked and asked and asked, and it hasn't been followed up on. Everything was fine except they didn't finish up the end product that I needed.

A friend of mine from work had used All Year Cooling & heating before and he told me they were great. The installation team was great. They were quick and very professional. There was an issue with a city inspector who came back and asked for a permit. They said they had them requested but they didn’t have one. Our house is cooler and it’s very comfortable. The unit started leaking a little bit though and we called in for it to be checked. We had somebody come over and try to adjust it so it wouldn’t leak anymore, but it’s still leaking. I’m planning to call them today to see if they can come by and check it for good so it doesn’t leak anymore. Other than that, I'm terribly impressed of the turnaround time when they came and installed my unit and I am very happy with it.

We had a great experience with All Year Cooling and Heating. We got a whole new unit and they got it all in in just one day. That was after we had someone else come and fill what they probably knew was leaking backup with Freon and it lasted for just two days. Everything is great.

The sales representatives were just very good contacts. Good communication. Since using the unit, it’s easier to get the house cool up. My experience with All year Cooling has been pretty good. It took a long time to get it installed right, but someone is out here now installing it. They're finalizing the installation. It's been about two or three weeks since it started and hasn't been running because they had to take it out and re-install it, third time now. The installers are good, nice and kind and I get along good with the guys. However, some of them lack experience and are learning.

My mother had recent hip replacement surgery among a few other problems related to an accident. I researched, found All Year who sent someone next day, gave an estimate and put in our new unit same day! They are saints! Love the unit! Love the service the team that came out gave us!

Daily life is easier because we have aircon now. The sales representatives from All Year are good, very attentive and answer questions straight away. I was promised 3 years warranty because it is just usually for two years. I don't know if the sales representative already changed it and put it in writing. I asked them to send it to me that the warranty for service will be 3 years instead of 2. I haven't received anything in writing about it. The one I signed was 2 years and I don't know if they will do that 3 years. I just need a written confirmation that the warranty will be 3 years. Aside from that, everything's fine. The installation team was good too.

My experience with All Year Cooling and Heating was fantastic. It's nice to have somebody out there that can take care of you anytime in Florida. I found them on the internet when my AC broke on a Saturday morning and I was looking for places that would be able to repair it. I bought my unit from All Year some time at the end of September, beginning of October. Interactions with the sales representatives at All Year were all favorable. Basically, they explained to me the different options that I had with purchasing a unit. Everything was very nice. The installation team arrived, more or less, at the time they said they would be there, were pretty quick in installing, picked up after themselves, and left everything like how they found it. Their sales rep offered a quick response, he offered me upgrades on things, on the warranty and the thermostat and the air filter. The installation guys were right on time, they were quick and they cleaned up good. All Year is a much better air conditioner than the one I had before. They did what they said they were gonna do. When I called other companies, they were supposed to give me quotes and nobody ever called me back. They came out and looked and nobody ever called me back. But the owner of All Year was in contact with me. Overall, excellent service.

The equipment is working well. The only thing that I don't like with the service is after I bought the equipment, they started giving me more options and stuff and insurance. I don't like that. I prefer to hear everything in advance. But other than that, the guys who installed the equipment were great. I've already recommended it to a friend, and I will do it again. It's good enough.

I came home from work at 5 pm and noticed it was 79 deg. I am very technical due to my line of work, I could not do the repair. It was dark and I had no parts. I checked Google and Bing for the most star rating. The only one that had 5 stars was All Year Cooling! I emailed them at 10 pm. They called back within 5 min. I told them what happened, they said they can send a tech out between 11 am and 3 pm. I said the problem with that is my mom was in ICU and I was time deprived. She said we will call you in the morning at 7:30 am. They called and bumped my appointment up to 8am.

A month and a half ago, we decided to have a unit installed from All Year Cooling & Heating because my wife has allergies and it was quite a big part of our everyday life. The guys that installed the unit were very professional, helpful, and explained everything that they were doing. The whole process was very good. Now it feels completely refreshing when I walk through the front door. And my electric bill has already dropped $130. It's very nice to have someone from the company call me to make sure everything was still okay, if we're happy and if there were any issues. It was just very pleasant that I've already recommended it to two or three of my friends. They're excellent.

I chose All Year primarily because of the claim of excellent service. We just had an older unit replaced, and the new unit was more efficient. Before having the unit installed, it was awful and really bad. It's 100 degrees out here in Florida. The sales rep came out, gave us an estimate. He was excellent, gave me all the information that I needed but did not push in any way and just waited to hear from me. The installation team was excellent as well. They came, did the job, and they did it quickly, efficiently, and then they cleaned up afterwards. Also, they conducted an inspection and when it was about ready to be done, they sent a supervisor out to make sure that everything was gonna be fine just prior to inspection, which was the day of the inspection. He came out first, looked at everything, saw everything was fine, and the inspection was done an hour later. So they were very efficient and very thorough.

I've had my unit from All Year Cooling and Heating for less than a month. Before having the unit installed, all it did was cause me stress, worry about people not having air conditioning. It’s a rental property. The sales representatives did an excellent job of trying to make sure we were satisfied. I was actually surprised because they did the whole install. It took them over a week to call me, to bill me for the whole situation, so it was good. The managers would call and make sure I was happy. But the last thing they did was come here to bill me. That’s what took the longest - for them to charge me. Since having my unit installed, my tenants don’t call me anymore to tell me that their air conditioning isn’t working. I was very satisfied with the service that they provided to me. They are professionals that get the job done.

We went almost a week without A/C before we made the decision of who should put the A/C unit in and it was tough, it was hot, it was sticky. I had four different companies come out and give me estimates and there were only two that really cared about having my business and they were the best but we ended up choosing All Year Cooling. They installed the unit less than a month ago. I love these guys. They knew exactly what they were doing. My friend that referred me to them said the exact same thing. I had no problem with them. I just didn't like the fact that after they did the installation, I kept getting phone calls about this blue light / UV light and then with the warranty which should have been upfront prior to the warranty being added at the back. Instead of letting me know in advance they call me after the system was installed to tell me it's at a certain price and they only offered it to me for a certain amount of time. Didn't give me enough time to get the warranty on the system. I did not like that.

This is the second air conditioner I’ve had put in with All Year as I own a couple of properties. They're very efficient putting the units in but I had three or four different visits after that. They had to go out and fill up the Freon so I had a little difficulty, but I'm glad that they found the problem and they were very cooperative the whole time.

They had my unit installed September 4th. The sales representative that I talked to just explained the different types of air conditioners they sell and I was satisfied with what he was telling me. The installation team did a good job putting it in because they inspected it first. So that was good and I would recommend them.

The guys that did the work were really, really nice. They helped us move couches and things they didn't have to do when they were working. They put everything back and they cleaned up. The electricians were very efficient. I have a friend who is an electrical engineer. We sat there and watched those two guys do all the wiring and he says it's unbelievable. They know exactly what they're doing. Could not be happier.

I was looking to replace a new unit so I called several local vendors and All Year Cooling was the one that responded fairly quickly. The job they did was for a rental that I have and it's been about a month and a half since the unit got replaced. Most of my interactions with the reps were through the phone and it was very positive, extremely helpful, and they were looking to meet my needs as far as a landlord having to replace a unit. They were very accommodating. So far there's been no complaints and everything seems to be working as planned so overall, All Year was very pleasant and I had a very good experience.

I bought a unit from All Year Cooling and Heating about six years ago for my other house. Back then, I needed an AC unit, so I was doing a little research as far as who had the best bang for the buck. They gave me the best deal back so that's why I called them this time. Everybody, from the sales team all the way down to the guys who came out here were professional. Within a week of calling, we had the new unit in and everything was running. It wasn't back and forth, more problems or issues. It's a one-thing deal. You call them, they come out, they tell you what you need, you go for it, and they install it. I really was pleased with them.

It was a very good service provided by All Year. I was working on a second quote when I spoke to Tom, the owner, and I decided not to look for any more quotes because he gave me a real good deal. They installed it about a month and a half ago. I was here all day so I was out there a couple of times while they were installing and it went well. They had to extend the concrete slab because it wasn't big enough. They came and did it a few days later and never came back to take off the frame. So I had to take it off myself. That's maybe something that should be taken into account, inform the customer that you're not going to take it out and they have to take it out themselves. It was no big deal because I'm handy so I pulled it out myself but some people probably cannot even do something that simple. Since then, I haven't had to worry anymore about the unit breaking down and having to call a technician.

Overall experience with All Year Cooling was satisfactory. I thought they did good work but I never got my gift card. I was supposed to get a Walmart gift card or $50. That was the incentive that they gave me. Nevertheless, I would recommend them to a friend.

I got a reference to All Year Cooling and Heating from one of my colleagues at the office. I have had my unit for about two and a half months now. In Florida the heating doesn't pose a problem but the cooling with the old system was difficult because it was already very old and it wasn't the one that I purchased. It was somebody who obviously got it before I moved in. So it just came to a point where it was obsolete. It was time to change.

I am a huge fan of All Year Cooling. I recently had to install both the unit (on my roof) and Air Handler. They were extremely fair in price and due to the Air Handler being a pancake unit, they did an outstanding job without having to compromise my ceiling. I had 10 years air conditioner from All Year and then I got a new one about a week ago. The company took care of it very well. Every time I called, everybody is efficient, so I can’t say anything bad about it. Everything’s positive. I’m totally satisfied, so I would recommend it.

I Googled All Year Cooling & Heating online and went by the ratings, saw that they have some good ratings, so I decided to hire them. The unit that I got from them, I've now had for 3 months. I had a really old AC before this one. When I ordered, the sales representatives that I talked to were really nice and helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, and in terms of calling back, they're really on time. When they promise to call back, they'll call back and tell you what's going on and follow up with you.

I was somewhat leery about going with All Year because of their price. One charged me $4,500 and they came in at $2,800. I'm like, "What are they doing - selling me a bunch of junk?" But I did a bunch of research and decided to go with them and I'm very happy. It was a great experience. They came in, took out the old stuff, put the new stuff in 3 hours and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was substantially lower than everybody else's and they put in a good product.

You don’t live in Miami without your AC going. My AC repairman is retiring and he doesn't do installations anymore. So he came and diagnosed my problem and recommended All Year Cooling & Heating highly to me. Overall, the company has been wonderful. The sales representatives were nice on the phone. It all starts with the people that have come to put it in. They were awesome. There were three of them; they were good and worked well together. They had a couple of glitches in the road and they solved all their problems timely. I was very impressed. It was a weekend, I believe, and the company sent them out right away.

I chose them because when I compared prices, they had the lowest price, had a high rating on the internet and the guy that came to look at my house was very knowledgeable. I purchased two units from them - one was two months ago in Coral Springs and another for my house 3 weeks ago. They were good and the experience was terrific. I've recommended them to friends.

I've been dealing with All Year for 30 years and I have my two houses, a condo and a house, installed with All Year. The installation team who came had an issue about the filter and the grill, so they called me up and said it was ready, and they called back and called somebody else, and then they got it figured out. Everything went pretty smoothly. It was a nice experience.

All Year Cooling & Heating put in the unit on the 15th of last month. My old unit had broken down and I had two people look at it and they told me to get a new one. The sales rep explained to me what needed to be done. Installers answered any questions I had and were great. I asked them to change the breaker on the AC. They couldn’t do it on the same day so they had to reschedule but I couldn't do it during the day because I’m working and they adjusted to my schedule. It was a good experience. When I called about a price about something, they lowered it. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I got my unit from All Year on July 5th. They came over July 4th, which I thought was very nice, since it was a holiday, and they had installed on Saturday, July 5th. We're happy with the unit installed by All Year so far. It was through our daughter that we had heard about them. My husband liked the way they did the AC. It took a long time to install because it's the whole unit, in and out but the installation team did a good job. I have to learn to adjust thermostat because I need to read it and sometimes I don't know how it works. It seems to be a good thermostat. If you feel uncomfortable or warm, then you check the temperature in the thermostat and adjust it. There was one thing. They were trying to sell us a warranty but I didn't buy that one. We just bought the filter.

They were very professional, courteous, very informative, and overall, calling through other places, were able to help me explain in detail what I needed throughout the whole process to take care of my problem. Installation was excellent. I cannot say anything less. They were very knowledgeable.

We've known about All Year for years as our son used to play ball with their kids years ago so we know they've been around. We've lived here 35 years. We chose them because we just knew they were reputable. The representative explained things to us and there were no problems at all with the installation team. They were very efficient, seemed to know what they were doing and got the job done. They did have to stay late a few nights but that's because my husband said, "Go ahead and finish it up."

The sales representative seemed to know more about what he was doing, did not run the expected tests. There's a document that he did not do. But other than that, he seemed like a nice guy. Well, here's the fun part. They didn't pass code and three weeks later, it still doesn't. And they still haven't fixed it yet. The people doing the installation barely spoke English and were on their phones the entire installation. But the unit itself looks nice and I can't say that the installation was bad, but it did fail code five ways.

I went online and looked for AC companies so that I could get quotes and All Year was one of the companies that came up. I'm currently unemployed and my husband is self-employed so we had limited income. The gentleman came out and gave me the quote. The financing was very attractive plus they were the lowest bid. So I talked it over with my husband and we called and they were nice. They followed up quickly and offered me other services, but I took whatever services I could afford and they followed up with an email.

I had All Year Cooling & Heating install the unit about three weeks ago as they had done work for me in the past and also because of the price of the product. There was a leak and I was concerned about leaving for a vacation with the leaking unit. Someone came out, took a look at the product and gave me what they thought we could do. There were two options: One was to replace the draining pan, and the other was to replace the whole unit. I made my decision and let them do their thing. We had our A/C unit installed by All Year Cooling and Heating 4-5 weeks ago. They weren't the only company we looked at but ended up choosing to go with them -- Price had something to do with it but also the knowledge of the unit actually being put in versus what others (we did 4 or 5 companies) were giving us as information didn't seem to be quite as correct. Corey, their sales rep, was great. I had no problems whatsoever.

My wife was there for the installation. I had talked to her a bunch of times when they were there. They did a very, very good job, a high quality job for what they were there to do. They seemed to her they were there on a mission. The air conditioning is cooler. In a way I was thinking that it would run less often but that doesn't seem to be the case. We'll see when the bill comes if there's a difference there - there should be.

We had a fantastic experience with All Year. My brother-in-law had an installation done by them and he referred us to them. We had them come out along with a couple of companies and we got quotes from several companies. All Year came back with the best price and also we were the happiest with the person that they sent out to give us the quote. W'e've got dual unit so we have one unit for the bedroom at the house and a larger unit for the living room, dining room, kitchen and family room.

I'm having trouble getting a filter for my new unit. And I called them twice and told them about it. They said I could get the filter at Lowe's, so I went, but Lowe's said they don't carry that filter in stock and I had to special order it. Now the filter is not coming for two to three weeks. It's really been a hassle with this AC and the filter. The other AC that I purchased with them I had no problem getting the filter; I just went to Home Depot and got the filter. I've been calling, going to Lowe's, Home Depot, and it's been such a hassle.

The other ones are a little more pricey so I went with All Year. The sales representative I dealt with was fine. I spoke to him over the phone. The installation team that took care of my 20 year old unit was good; they were friendly.

There are two jobs I did with All Year Cooling. I did one three summers ago. Then I bought another unit from them for my second home and they just did it last month. Their sales rep was very good and professional. He was very open to my suggestions. Their installation did an excellent, excellent, excellent work. Since I had All Year my bill went down a lot. My experience with them is very pain-free. They were very professional and very informative.

I had a great experience with All Year. My wife was sick and it was very hot. She got off the bed and the guy came over at 10 o'clock at night and fixed it. And then after that, I had several estimates. And for what I wanted, they gave me the best price and the best service because they were quick on everything.

I did have an air unit before I had All Year installed, but my girls are going off the wall because it was not an efficient unit. It was a much older unit, almost 14 years old, and was constantly going on and off, so I knew I had to replace it. I love All Year. I simply love it. My husband was here for the installation of the product, the setting up, the programming of the digital. I just came home to enjoying the cool air. I had a unit, but it was pretty much on its last leg so I had them install a new unit and the difference was night and day. The guy came out to basically give me an estimate and he was very knowledgeable of the product and what I needed and how long it would take and the whole gamut. He was very nice and we were able to work out a finance deal and I was pleased with everything that happened.

Two years ago, I stayed in my other house. I replaced my AC unit and did it with All Year Cooling, the same company. So I decided to do it again because the service last time was great. Everything with All Year was good. The sales reps was knowledgeable was friendly. When the installation team came to install the unit, they explained everything. They did everything right on time. So the only thing that they didn't do was they installed the UV light but they didn't hook it up. So I had to call All Year Cooling again and they sent another technician to hook it up. But before they left, they did clean everything.

I was there on vacation when I discovered that the heating and cooling unit was broken. I called another vendor that came and he gave me an estimate that was $3,000 higher than All Year and I almost got really suckered into that. He gave me a $5,000 estimate and I almost got hooked. And then, the real estate agent that handles my home said “No, don’t use them. We use All Year and his estimate will be far lower", and he came in at $2,900 so like I saved a great deal of money. I’m very happy with the job. They were excellent, very neat and professional.

My All Year Cooling and Heating was pretty good, actually. The guys that did the installations were great. Corry, the salesperson, was awesome, too. He accommodated my needs and I'm very happy. The quote was pretty simple. The price actually was the lowest. When I asked him for an additional year of warranty because one of the quotes was giving me that, he was like, "No problem." The work they do is great. The two guys that went to do the installation were there right on time and they finished within three hours. They gave me instructions on what to do with the thermostat and everything else. Everything seems to be working as expected and I couldn't be happier. Overall, they were great and were punctual. I would definitely recommend them.

Interactions with them have been pretty good. Follow through has been nice. They seem to be very attentive to the customer's needs. Overall, it was very professional. The installers were very nice and it was very insightful. They answered all questions we had. Everything has been great so far with respect to All Year and the product has been great so we couldn't be more happier.

I took All Year based on the recommendation of a friend. I thought it was cheaper but it wasn't. It was right there with all the others. The sales representative was very nice. Everything was fine and they did what they said they did. The only difference was that the man came an hour early to pick up the check. That was the only thing that I found a little inconsiderate but it worked out okay.

All Year is good about calling and being courteous and I was happy with the work that they did and the price they gave. I thought they were going to get all the work done in one night. I had taken off. They came at 10 o’clock to install everything and by 9:30 at night, they still had some things that they were going to come back to do. They were supposed to come back to do a circuit breaker. I rescheduled for 3:30 on another day. They called me and told me they were running late and then at around 7:30, they called me to tell me the guy would be at my house around 9:00 to 9:15. I had to cancel because it was way too late.

The first one I installed with them was about 6 months ago. I have been dealing with the owner directly and the negotiation with the owner, the follow-up with the different divisions such as collections and warranty have been great. We went with All Year Cooling and Heating when we were looking to get our AC fixed. We looked at their finance options and their warranty was pretty good. They contacted me a couple of times and it's been great working with them. As soon as we signed up on the deal, they came out pretty quickly, got us going. It's been pretty good. The installation team was great. They showed up on time and worked hard all day. They installed two units for us and cleaned up when they were done. No problems there either. It's been great to have a new AC unit in the house. Nothing bad to report. It was hassle free and we got what we wanted.

I discovered a small flood in my spare room about 2am & went on the web & after searching I found AYC & was amazed at all the positive feedback. I even wondered if they had a big family & all the relatives wrote in. Well, that was so far from the truth. I left a brief message as to my problem & was going to call in the morning. They called me before I had a chance to. I was told that someone would be out between 12 & 3pm that day. The office called me at 11:50am & I was told that the technician was on his way. Ten (10) minutes later, he arrived & by 12:15pm my a/c problem was fixed. Then they called me later that day to see how everything was. I am still in shock with their fantastic service & follow up. I had just gone thru a very bad experience with a fencing company & this was such a relief. Thank you for being you.
