A couple of years ago, All Year Cooling and Heating called for an installation for a new unit and I had been getting emails from them. That's why I chose them this time. They had good ratings from the Better Business Bureau and the prices were somewhat better than the competition. The sales representative was nice and very helpful and explained everything to me. The installers did it well. They were very professional. They installed the units completely and didn't have to come back for anything. The only thing I had to get done extra was to put a UV light in the unit.

I called All Year Cooling and Heating to have our air conditioner fixed. They were very attentive and on top of things. I didn't have to interact with them that much really. They sent a guy out and they charged the unit for free. We had to find out what was wrong with it and we just told him to take care of it. I told them what I wanted and they put it in. The All Year installation team was very courteous and clean. Everything went fine. Our AC is working great. Satisfaction was good. The price was good and I had to have it done quick. Our experience was perfect.

We've used All Year Cooling and Heating before because of the cost so I purchased a new one two weeks ago. The sales rep knew what we want, I knew what I wanted and we discussed how it would be done. The installation team were fine, they were clean and polite. I had no problems with them and I'm satisfied with their service.

I've been using their service now for the last 3 years. 3 weeks ago I had a new thermostat installed. I sent emails to their salesperson and he was quick to respond, provide clarification and worked with me. The same thing with the installer who came to our house. He was very informative. He was able to answer all the questions that I have. Clarification he provided was very helpful. He even showed me how to use the thermostat. He also explained in detail the things or procedures and whatever processes they were going to follow that I wasn't sure about. Then I had another person come out to do the vent cleaning that Saturday, several days after, and same thing with him. I asked him questions. He was able to answer them. I had no problems, no issues. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I love All Year Cooling and Heating. I actually spoke with the owner. It was by accident because he just happened to be there and he answered the phone. He just went over how long he has been in business and I had told him I was going through a lot of financial things because I just got a divorce. He said, "I will take care of you as much as I can", and he honestly did. He was such a nice man. I had Randy's team do the installation and they were the best. They came the same day I called which I was very surprised about. They just were very, very kind and very professional. I've had the unit for two weeks. I did call one time because I thought it was making a funny noise but they were very nice in telling me that because I had a 14-year-old machine that the new one sounds different. So it wasn't anything at all. I would highly recommend them to come into my house again or anybody else's house that I know of.

All Year is good. It’s excellent, excellent service. I spoke to a couple of people where I worked, and then I called. I think I spoke with Ryan, and he came out and did the estimate. And I think it was like over two years and we just kept in contact. I told him when I got the cash money that I would do it cash. It took me maybe two years to get the amount of money I needed. And I paid cash for it and then I found out that my other house needed one. I ended up getting two units within two weeks. I chose All Year because of Ryan’s persistence. I had my new unit two months. I even recommended them before I got my unit. We called the owner, Mr. Smith, and he sent out his most experienced person and got it working. Mr. Smith was very accommodating, very nice individual, goes above and beyond. Our experience was awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure that they help you out expeditiously.

I first heard about All Year Cooling and Heating from homeadvisor.com. There were a couple of things that made me choose them over another company. One was their attention to service. I had a question about the estimate and wanted to book someone to replace my AC right away and I called on a Saturday and even though the sales rep that I was dealing with was out for the day, the weekend, someone else in the company picked up his message, called me back and booked a crew for Monday at a time that was incredibly convenient for both my wife and I. And then there was the price. They did a great job at a very competitive price. I've had my unit from them for about two weeks.

It was a great experience with All Year. I have no complaints about it. The guys who installed it were excellent. They were very neat and clean about everything and they answered all my questions. My only concern was the warranty as there are rumors that they are going into bankruptcy. I didn't know but Cory explained to me that it was all resolved. They are good.

I found All Year Cooling and Heating through an online search. It has probably been about a week and a half now since I've had the unit installed. The sales representative was very friendly and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on something. I felt like they actually cared about my needs. The installers were fantastic and answered any questions I had and they got right to work. The biggest thing for me was when I went on their website, it gives me the owner's phone number. I sent him a text message and within 5 minutes he had responded back. I thought that was really impressive as a business owner myself that the owner would actually get back to the customers and make sure they got everything they needed.

We needed a duct cleaning after All Year Cooling and Heating installed the unit. I called and they came out and did the duct cleaning and then they came back and did it again because it didn't quite work the first time. As a matter of fact, about an hour ago, I called and told them I needed somebody to come out and take a look because I didn't think the unit was cooling like it should. So that's scheduled for tomorrow. The installers that put the unit in were very professional and did a really good job. Everybody was very polite and they're very knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the service so far.

I had two types of installers and all of them were very, very good, knowledgeable, and found out the problem that we've been having for years. When their sales rep first came here, he was on time and was very knowledgeable about the unit, and then the owner, Tom, was real good to deal with. They gave me good price and I’d recommend them to anybody. As a matter of fact, I sent a text to the guy who I listen in the afternoon, the Big Boy Show, and I sent a thank-you for sending me on to them. I've had the unit for two weeks now and still running well. Everything has been very good. The sales and the service were very very pleasant. The installers picked up after themselves and were real cool.

We had a great experience with All Year. We had called other people and got ripped off, they actually came and took a sledge hammer to the air conditioning unit and ripped out the computerized programming and charged us $49. Then they told us we needed a new unit. And that's when Bill said, "No, this isn't right. Something is wrong." The computer indicator only said "routine maintenance needed". Anyway, Tom Sr. spent a great deal of time with Bill on telling him about the kind of unit we needed to replace the one we had. There were a total of four people out here.

I got the first unit from All Year Cooling in West Palm Beach, where I am right now, and about two or three weeks later, I had a property in Fort Lauderdale that stopped working. I called them and had the second one put in, so that in itself is testimony to my belief in the company. They showed up earlier than they said they would, which was great, and they did a good job. They didn't take any breaks when they got here, they just worked until it was done.

The price point and financing offered by All Year Cooling and Heating were the main deciding factors for choosing them. The sales representatives were good and knowledgeable. The installers were prompt, cordial and good. It was overall a really good experience.

I love my AC from All Year Cooling and Heating. They went above and beyond and it was the best experience ever. The gentlemen that came and helped me were the nicest people. When I met them, they were very cordial. They introduced themselves, shook my hand, eye contact and that's my biggest thing... If someone shakes my hand and doesn't look at me then I don't trust them. The most nicest thing about it was I left my house trusting them and had no problem with them (Who leaves their house with two people that you don't know? Especially in the state of Florida.) And they were great, I was so taken aback. I was on my patio and they had the crane out here. I was watching them do it. It was just like done instantly. Plus they cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. I'm also very very very happy about my closet where they put it in.

I recommend All Year highly. I dealt with a lot of air conditioning people... and from my ability to know what they were doing, they were very good. They were in and out pretty fast. The airconditioning guy was very neat, very professional and very pleasant. I enjoyed him listening to music while he was working, moving his head back and forth. He's a great, happy guy.

I didn't come to any issue on our rental property and didn't complaint from the tenant. The installation team was awesome. The good thing about them is they were very quick. We got financing. Because I’m a woman, everybody seems to want to take advantage of me, but not so with All Year. I had seen their advertisement online and when I called to inquire, they were consistent. What was advertised online was what they were actually offering. When they came out here, it was the same. With everybody else, everything changed.

At first, we were insured with CAC something. It's an insurance for all the appliances. So the guy came over and he said I need a new air conditioning. A friend of mine is always on the internet. He said, "Go to the internet." So I went to the internet and I found All Year Cooling that way. Kelly, a young fellow, came over. We spoke with him and he was able to do better than the price that we had. And then he had made some kind of an error. He thought it was a 3.0 ton air conditioner and it was a 3-1/2. He was leaving and had already given us a price, so he continued on and gave us the same price that he did because of his error. When the fellows came over, I went to play golf so I was really a little nervous about leaving my wife here. He assured me everything is going to be fine and everything was fine. It was a great experience with this All Year.

I purchased a complete system a couple of years ago and had some issues with it recently. I contact Tommy at All Year and he went above and beyond my expectations to resolve my issues... Quickly! You don’t see that commitment from companies too often these days. Normally they take your money and run! All Year Cooling has them all beat!

I had had All Year Cooling & Heating put in the air conditioner that I needed to replace about 10 years ago. They're excellent in almost every respect. The only drawback that I have with them when they installed it, they told me they were going to give me a 12-month guarantee. Anything that would happen within the 12 months, they would replace it. Then they told me that if I wanted to buy a guarantee for 10 years, that I could, but I would have to do it immediately and it would start right now. So that would mean that the 12 months guarantee that they had given me would be included in the 10 year guarantee. I thought that was unfair because in effect they gave me something that they took back. I would recommend them. I just think they need to take a second look at their guarantee program.

We've used All Year Cooling & Heating since the 14th of January and so far, it's okay. Their reps are knowledgeable and explain everything. The installation team who installed the unit tells us what they were going to do and cleans everything up afterwards. It was a pretty good experience dealing with All Year.

We had a really great experience with All Year Cooling and Heating. The only thing that is pending with them now is the installation. They told me that it usually needs two weeks. They just called me for the installation but everything is really moving without any problem. We signed the contract and we got it financed.

A few months ago during the middle of summer my A/C stop working. I called several A/C companies to get quotes. One of those companies was All Year Cooling, his rep. was very professional and knowledgeable. AYC beat all quotes and I decided to go with them, but I didn't have the money with me yet. I had sold some of my stocks which was going to take a few days to get my money. AYC rep. said, "Don't worry, let's get your A/C unit installed and you pay me when you get your check." I was very impress with their Honesty, Dedication and professionalism. Will Highly recommend All Year Cooling, not only to my family members, but to my friends too.

I saw All Year Cooling and Heating's ad in the newspaper. And then I saw the name, Tom Smith, and that had to be my college roommate. I know the air condition that I had at the condo was like 30 years old so I called them on a Sunday and they answered. I met the guy up there in my place and he went through the things. I thought the price was reasonable and they said they'll come by either Monday or Tuesday. I was surprised at responding on a Sunday. I was surprised at how quickly they did the job. Either they're really good or they don't have any work. I was not there with the installation team at all. They just went ahead and put it in. I've got somebody up there, a friend of mine, and he's using it now. I'm most happy.

I decided to contact All Year Cooling because I saw the advertisement in the newspaper and then a couple of neighbors had them replace their systems and they were happy with everything. I'm the president of our homeowners association and the units we bought went into our clubhouse. Everything was very good. I was very pleased.

We do property management and All Year has done a couple of jobs for us. We did everything by email. Again, this is not for my private home. I sent out for estimates and they sent me one over. I emailed them back. They sent me the contract. I signed it. We sent it back. Their guys came out and installed it and that was it so I don't have a lot of personal interaction with a lot of the vendors. My experience with them was great.

I was doing the search through the FTL website and All Year was one of the companies that were on the main page. They called me after I put my information and my number on one of the websites I searched and left me a message. I called them and got an estimate with them. I like this company. I talked to them and their response was quick. The person that helped me was very helpful and professional. Also one of the things I like is they offered me a better/longer warranty included. And since I closed the deal they sent me a card from the owner of the company letting me know if there's anything I need help with and that was very nice.

With All Year, you were able to meet up the price and so far everything else with the installation and the permit were very professional. Everything was perfect. They all were. They're the best I've found.

I had service done by All Year a number of years ago. And they came with some good numbers. I wasn’t even concerned about the pricing; I was concerned about the response which was immediate and also the reliability of the company. The installed unit met my expectations absolutely. I wasn’t here but I called my brother to come down and watch the installation (my mom is 93 so she wouldn’t really know what was going on). There were two great installers that came. My brother told me that those guys were on the ball. They did a nice job. In fact, just recently, after about 2 weeks after I had my unit installed, he called All Year and they had to come up to his house and replaced his entire unit. We’re good, loyal people. We’re an All Year family! :) So between his properties and our house and my neighbor that moved in next door, I turned All Year on to him. He was totally excited, and I wound up getting my $100 reward and put that towards my 10-year plan.

My brother used All Year - that’s how I heard about them. We’ve had our unit for about 2 weeks and we have noticed a difference - it’s night and day! I was very happy with everything. The installation was fine. They came in and knocked it out. They did what they told me they were going to do. I chose them because I’ve just had other experiences with other people that I didn’t find to meet my expectations. All Year did a great job!

I had my unit installed about 6 weeks ago. I needed a new AC and then somebody recommended All Year so I called them. It was my first time using All Year. The particular reason why I chose them over their competitors was because of the attitude of some of the others and the price. My interactions with the sales representative and the installation team were fine. They were wonderful. They were efficient, funny and cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience. They put in 2 units in 1 day.

I first heard about All Year from a good friend of mine across the street. He had his air conditioning put in. He had a very good experience as well as I. The salesman and installers couldn’t have been any better than they were. I had just gotten back from New York and evidently the air conditioning must have been hit by lightning or blew out. It was on a Saturday and they came over and installed it on Saturday. Then I had asked them if they could put in an air cleaner, and I spoke to the owner who is very, very nice. He said he would see what he could do because the parts houses closed down after 12 but he seemed to have gotten one.

We needed a new heat pump and I called them up and got an online quote from them - it was pretty reasonable. The salesperson as well as the guy I talked to on the phone and the installer were knowledgeable. I’m satisfied with the heat pump install and with the price. One of the things that was included in the purchase was that they would do two duct cleanings - one right after the install and another one. The guy who came out was a very nice, personable guy. I really liked him but what he didn’t tell me is that when he took down one of the vents to get into the air duct, he chipped the popcorn ceiling around the edge of it and I have to hire somebody now to fix that. Other than that, they were terrific. They took the old unit away and made sure that it was clean. I would definitely refer any friends to them. They were great to deal with.

So far it’s pretty good. Everything is inspected, passed. It was all fine. I had a little trouble getting the filter that I ordered from All Year Cooling just a few weeks to fit in but they sent a guy out and he figured it out and worked it out fine. So everything’s okay. I would recommend them. They do a pretty good work and the sales rep was a very nice, young man.

About 6 or 7 years ago, the unit was fine in the house. We just wanted to save a little with a new unit with no Freon or whatever. So I looked in the yellow pages, All Year Cooling. The first salesman that came to my door, I asked for a three-ton unit and they wind up putting a 2-1/2 ton unit. He says it’s about the tubing, but that’s neither here or there. I’ve had it in now for at least five years. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Kevin and he’s great. My air conditioner went in my condo and store. I called and they gave me a great price in air conditioners. I’ve since been using him every time.

A friend referred me to All Year Cooling. Price was the main factor why I decided to go with them. The sales representative was knowledgeable, explained the products to me and was awesome. The installers were knowledgeable too and I was home when they came in. Everything was good. Customer service has been great. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience. And I have zero complaints. I’ve already referred three people. Two of them have the units installed already.

I heard about All Year Cooling and Heating from a friend. I decided to get a new unit because my unit is broken. The new one is working correctly. They were very professional and helpful and I had no problem.

All Year did a job for me about a year ago and I was happy with that. Then we needed some service done at one of the properties so I recommended them. As far as the service goes at the job, everything’s fine. Interactions with the sales representative and the installation team went well. I’m a licensed mechanical contractor. I’m currently now a big GC. I had been the CO for quite a while but I have since grown. Because this was my personal home, I have to take care of it myself so I was looking for my local suppliers. And a couple of them that I dealt with didn’t have really what I was looking for and when I finally got hold of All Year, it was smooth sailing. They had what I wanted and were able to give it to me, and it was a good price.

So far everything has been very good. I’ve been All Year Cooling and Heating’s customer for two and a half years. I would recommend them to a friend.

The experience with All Year was fine and very good. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They arrived when they were supposed to and did the work. What do I know about restoring an air conditioner, right? But it is working fine and they cleaned up after themselves. I’m very satisfied. I would recommend them.

Even though my unit in West Palm Beach was not broken, it was old that I anticipated it needing replacement. I got estimates from various companies and All Year Cooling was one of them. It was the price that was given to me that made me go with them. It was the way the contract was handled, the follow-up and the service that was provided on the installation that I was satisfied with. They were very considerate in their installation. They did a good job as far as I was concerned. I don’t have any complaints about All Year Cooling at this time.

I do a radio show. So I asked my Twitter followers and my Facebook friends if they had this issue before and who they called. And All Year Cooling came up, so I called them because of the referrals from my Facebook and Twitter followers. It’s been months now that I’ve had the unit. Everybody from the sales rep to the installation team was exceptional. They actually listened to what your issue is, took care of it and were great at walking us through the whole process. And they were real fast because at 1 o’clock, I made the call and by 11 o'clock at night, I had a unit installed, so within 10 hours. It was an amazing turnaround!

All Year Cooling was referred to me by my neighbor. Basically, that was the reason I chose them. I think it’s been two months already. The sales representative was very good. He was always on time and answered the phone quick or my emails. He was very professional. He was very good. Installation people were nice too. They came and I told them, “Just be careful with the sprinklers on the lawn” and they took the time to cover the sprinklers with a bucket, which I thought was very, very considerate. They were very communicative. They were good. I always look for customer service, so I would say excellent customer service from the whole team.

A friend told me about All Year. The experience went well. They were courteous and they were quick. They did what they had to do. They were great. I would recommend them.

I found All Year Cooling online and it was actually the first choice when you’re looking for an air conditioner when I did a search because our air conditioner broke down. And then I got really close to Tom. Basically, he helped me out majorly and everything’s fine. They have great customer service. No problems. Everything was installed correctly and always, help was there. I would recommend them.

I’ve had a couple of places I’ve done air conditioning work. I own several properties. The All Year in South Florida was excellent. I’ve used them on three jobs and I haven’t had any problems. They’ve been very efficient. Their prices have been great. Great experience. I’d definitely recommend them.

All Year installed a new unit last Monday. They were recommended to me by a friend. The experience was really wonderful. The guys were courteous. They had nice manners. I find everything about them really, really nice. Good customer service. I would recommend them anytime.

All Year’s salespeople were very nice and they responded to any questions that I had very promptly. I thought they were excellent upfront. So in that respect, I didn’t have any complaints at all. They were very good. I had some concerns with the install. Obviously, I don’t know anything about the units or the install. So I might have had very good installers but I didn’t think that the customer service skills of the installers were the greatest. So I wasn’t very happy with them and that experience. They weren’t very friendly. When they were working, I had it upstairs, so one was working outside with a compressor and one was working upstairs with a hammer. As the guy, by himself, is trying to take the stuff down the stairs and as he’s going on his way down, he scratches my door, my stair carpet is getting dirty, all those kinds of things. And when I kind of brought it up to their attention, they became even more unfriendly. So that experience wasn’t very good. It doesn’t mean that they didn’t do a good job installing but like I said, that part could have been better.

All Year did my air conditioning about 10 years ago. I recommended it then to my girlfriend and All Year installed the new unit a week and a half to 2 weeks ago. It was terrific. They were very communicative, always letting me know what was going on, and very pleasant. These guys at All Year are pretty smart. I forgot the owner’s name. Peter or something like that. He’s sharp.

I was doing an online search and the gentleman contacted me by phone. We sent an email back and forth. I needed this system, the whole unit. Actually, I’ve been with Service America for a long time and I also tried the other guys but with the AC, I did not have any luck. And when I saw the thing that All Year offer and the service and everything, it’s totally different than anybody else. I think this is the best service I got and the product I got is very good, too. Actually, I’m in Chicago and my home’s in Florida. They informed me about what’s going on and everything. I’m going to spread the word with everybody.

All Year’s sales rep and installers were excellent. Fast-time responding/service and economical. We will definitely recommend them.

About three weeks ago I had a unit replaced by All Year. They were referred to me by a neighbor who’s known them for quite a while. I was out of town so I wasn’t there during installation, but they did what they said they were going to do.

Working with All Year was a positive experience. Comfortable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I Googled and I called a couple of places but I like All Year the best. I forgot the owner’s name now but he actually had his personal cell phone number on there to call. When I called, I realized that I have a friend that works there and that just probably did help seal the deal. So it worked out good. The installation team was very polite. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were great. I thought it was pretty easy and they were very good communicating. They checked it out to make sure that their work was good.

My overall experience with All Year was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend them to a friend.

I heard All Year through a friend who has a contract with them. They like the service. Then at one point, my AC broke. I ended up eventually just getting a new one. I had it serviced, it worked. I’m very happy. They were all nice to deal with coming in to the home and they knew what they were talking about, and I was happy with the service. It’s now been a month. It was a good experience.

I don’t remember how I first heard about All Year. I may have done a Google search and just looked and went out but then I have friends who had used them and gave me a high recommendation. I purchased a new unit. They actually installed it approximately two months ago. Sales representative and installation team were terrific. It was fine. They all did a good job. Everybody was good, pleasant and professional.

My fuse was having some trouble and I saw All Year online. They were the first one to show us and they provided the estimates. They came in. They gave me speedy service and they were upfront with all the information so I went with them. They were all very good. I actually had a leak that same day after they installed it and they sent somebody over and emergency at 10 o’clock at night to try and fix it immediately and they stayed until it got fixed. They are great. Great service!

I heard about All Year through a referral, Word-of-mouth. I’ve had my unit probably about 2 months. They were good. They were all extremely responsive and they acted very quickly. Basically, it was a decision I was going to have to make and I was working on it proactively and then the system sort of broke down before I actually ordered a new one. So that next thing you know, I was like, “All right, we need to expedite and they were extremely willing and able to do that so it made a big difference.” They submitted a competitive bid so my decision was price-driven. I would recommend them. I would say they can do operation and they work very quickly under pressure, and they were pretty buttoned up and thorough.

I chose All Year because they’ve done work for me in the past. I have 3 air conditioning units and they're slowly all done. Everything was good. They showed up when they were supposed to and they did what they were supposed to do.

I moved into a 10-year old house which had a 10-year old AC which was at the end of its life and I needed to change. So I looked up on Google and I used engines list as well. I called a lot of people over. And all the people came over and made images and presentations. Now they gave me All Year Cooling. Supposedly he gave me on the contract a pretty decent service, after-field service offer in return.

I was getting quotes from different AC companies and just was having issues as far as finding someone who was credible and reputable, and a co-worker of mine told me to give them a call.

I have an air handler that I bought from All Year and they put it in. They were very good, very professional. They were great to me. I had no problems at all. They didn't need anything to clean up - they took everything away as they said. I’ve used All Year before. This is not the first time I’ve used them so this is nothing new. When I first called them… that was a lucky shot. You don't get a lucky shot every time you deal with people. Also I like the way the president, once you use them, he'll send you a letter thanking you for using his company.

I personally have known Tom, the owner, for many years. I might be a little bit prejudiced, I don’t know, but I have known and been using All Year for years and all has been very well. I know there were some issues a few years ago, bankruptcy or something. They were fighting bankruptcy but I’ve always been satisfied with their products and their service. My experience with their installation and sales team was excellent - the service and the attention and I had no trouble getting in touch with them. Had my most recent unit from them last month and it went very well.

The air conditioning wasn’t working very good so I called All Year. Actually, surprisingly, I saw a fire for them. After I saw the fire, I realized that I’d done business with All Year Cooling before in my condominium. I’ve had pretty good results and service with them at my condo previously so I did give them a shot. The guy that came in here and gave me the price on it seemed a little bit more honest and more reliable. The installers did a good job. They came very professional and got stuff done. I definitely would recommend them.

One of my neighbors actually used All Year’s service and said that they’re half decent and I called up. They weren’t the cheapest, they weren’t the most expensive, but when their salesman came over, he didn’t freak me out. The installation people were great. This company is professional and friendly.

I had an excellent service from this company, specially when you deal with the owner, Mr. Thomas Smith. When you contact him by email in less than one minute you get a reply from him complying with your request. Mr. Smith is a very pleasant person and very helpful. Every time I contacted him he sends me a technician right away and after receiving the service he always asked if we are satisfied. I will highly recommend this company to whomever needs an air conditioning.

I found All Year Cooling on the website surfing. I asked the question, I used A-S-K-S. And then get information and the result. I programmed in best AC company, reputable and honest in West Palm Beach and that’s what they came up. The experience was exceptionally great, though we haven’t gotten any information from the bank as to what our payments are going to be, when our payments are due or anything like that yet.

Well, I’ve been doing business with All Year Cooling for about 35 years. I always get service pretty quick, and I’m always getting a pretty good deal. For my recent service, I had two air conditioning installed. It went very good. I’ve always been very pleased with the work they’re doing. If anybody asks me if they need any work done, I always tell them to call All Year.

I had a brand unit installed 11 months ago. Since that time I have had 4 service calls on this unit. The unit has been misdiagnosed three of the four times. The unit completed froze up, and the coils were replaced. Since that time my thermostat has been running non-stop, and it is set on 78 degrees constantly. My electric bill has increased 60.00 in three months. While the service has been diligent in coming out, I'm not so sure that it was all worth it.

A friend of mine referred All Year to me. The experience, from the sales rep to installation, went great. No issues at all. I’ve actually referred them for a couple of different jobs. They are easy and reliable. The relationship and the pricing, the combination of the quality of work that they do, the warranty and so on and so forth are the reasons why I chose them.

I looked them up on the internet. I searched on the internet and I got 6 companies to come out and give me a quote. All Year not only were very professional, but were very competitive. The thing that surprised me the most was that besides hearing the competitive price, I told the salesperson that they got to have to wait a few days because I had sold some of my stocks and it was going to take a few days to get the money. He told me, 'Don't worry about money.' He said, 'Let's get you air now and whenever you get the check in, call me and I'll pick that up.' That impressed me a lot and the next day as he promised, the workers came in. That was close to about 3 weeks ago. They installed the unit and tested it. They showed me how to operate it and in everything that they did, they left the place clean. I have nothing to say but excellent things about them.

All Year put the unit in I think on June 11th. We were just doing research on prices. We had gotten some bids last year and didn't have the money to do the job. I found them I think online. Nobody recommended them. I just called for an extra bid and they came in with the best bid. Everything was great. The salesperson, the guy I talked to, was Corey, and he was wonderful to work with and they got it put in within just a couple of days. The only hitch there was at all was that the truck with the air conditioner in it broke down. So the guy was there with the crane and the guys were there waiting for the air conditioner. It took like maybe 4 hours. Actually, the crane guy had to go pick up the air conditioner.

I have had my unit for a month now. A friend of mine referred All Year to me, and all went good. From the sales rep to the installation team, they all provided quality service.

First of all, we've used All Year Cooling for over 20 years. Yes, probably close to or less than 1981 since we took the house over. So that's 30 years. Of course, we needed a new air conditioning immediately just about. The only negative I have is previously they've always installed Rheem and obviously we're in a panic situation here when we came back to the house and then I've seen no air whatsoever. It was a hot weekend and I just gave them a go ahead to install an air conditioner. I never verified whether it's going to be a Rheem or not and it wasn't. It's a Ruud. So I have no knowledge about that brand. I don't know if it's as good as Rheem or better than Rheem. When I say that, we've had from them over the 30 years at least 2 other air conditioning units and they were both Rheems. So that was a negative.

We googled air conditioning companies online and they were one of the first ones we saw. My boss talked to the owner on the phone and he really liked him and they sent somebody out the same day. They were very professional, very prompt and very accommodating. Everybody was great. We've used All Year for several years now.

I called my realtor to find out if they recommend anyone and it happens to be that a member of the family did his homework, his research. (I had found a realtor and many times he deals with people like All Year Cooling, so I assumed that it's coming from a realtor that I had known for over 20 years and that the family member did the homework). I tried to find out if there's a company or whatever and then I took it. I have another proposal that's similar, a little bit higher but similar. But I decided to go with this company because I thought it's a serious company.

We just had our All Year Heating and Cooling unit for less than a month, probably three weeks. I found them online and decided to contact them. The sales rep and installation team were nice, very courteous, and professional. I would definitely make a referral.

I live here in the condominium and I take care of quite a few of the apartments for those people out of town. I think it's been about three or four years now I started using All Year Heating and Cooling. They've always done good so we just always called them back when a unit has a problem.

All Year Heating and Cooling was personally recommended to me by one of my friends who has had some work done in their house, and they were happy with them. The installation team was very accommodating, easy to deal with and responsive. They said they were going to be there, and they came when they said they were going to be there. I'd definitely recommend them.

I decided to contact All Year Heating and Cooling because someone else in our family had used them and was very satisfied. I've had my unit for about a month now. The sales and installation people were very nice, very friendly. I only have nice things to say about them - efficient, timely and organized. I would definitely recommend them.

I saw an All Year ad on the Internet and my AC was broken so I gave them a call. It was a brand new condo. I just moved into it so I had to replace the whole unit that was there previously though I didn't have one really. Everything was just quick and speedy. I called them I think on Thursday and I had the new unit in by Monday. My unit wasn't ready and they weren't supposed to call me until Tuesday but someone who was getting it on Tuesday, they gave me theirs and then put theirs on Tuesday with the units that weren't ready on Tuesday. They made sure I got the unit when I was supposed to. I chose them as there was no fee for them to come and look at the unit. Some of them actually charge $160 just to come up here.

Actually I was in the county trying to find someone and I can't remember which state she's at but as I got close, I reached out I guess to local vendors as options. All Year called back very promptly. That was Saturday. They called and came out very promptly on the same day. They came with a great price. The installation team was very nice and very quick and got the job done much faster than I thought they would. He was very helpful answering the few questions I had while he was there on site. It was very pleasurable. It was a very good experience.

I just saw All Year on the White Pages looking up on the computer and they did a job for us in one of the properties that I managed. They were very prompt and we decided to use them again. We were able to also look at it price-wise and it was a good price and we were glad about that. So far my experience with them has been really good. The last property they had done was excellent. With the air conditioning unit shortly after installation, we began to experience some problems and something wasn't acting quite right. I called them immediately. They came out and fixed it.
