I have been a customer for a couple of years. They've always been excellent. Service and financing. Great staff. Lately however I've not been able to reach anyone. Get answering service. Can't get anyone to respond. What's going on?

1 am a customer over 10 years. I am very disappointed with the installation and service received for one of my air conditioner (split unit). 2 years ago had some insulation issues. Was fixed after some visits. Now it stopped cooling. The technician came out just glanced at the unit. It's old. It will cost over $2,000 to repair. It is better to replace. Unity Trying to sell me a new unit. What a "scam technician". I email the company no reply. No reply.

The AC warranty and insurance I purchased with you (10 years) have four more years remaining, and you are not fulfilling the agreement. Not only is it terrible customer service for me to have to call constantly and not be able to immediately speak to an agent, but I also have to leave a voicemail so you can return my call if you feel like it. Terrible customer service for scheduling visits and not honoring them, and not even the slightest courtesy or professionalism for calling to inform me of your cancellation. Terrible customer service for making me miss work days and not showing up for the scheduled appointment.

Review Title: Beware of Warranty Misrepresentation – Learn from My Experience. I want to warn anyone considering using All Year Cooling or purchasing an extended labor warranty from them. My family and I had an AC unit installed at our home in less than six months they replaced it. They never followed through with purchasing my warranty through York. When we signed the contract, we purchased an extended labor warranty that was clearly stated as a manufacturer’s warranty — giving us 10 years of parts and labor coverage. This was one of the main reasons we agreed to go with them. It was even written on our original sales contract.

I had a new unit installed 15 months ago. It's summer and the unit is experiencing problems. I call and need to leave a message because no one is available in person. Their message says they'll get back in an hour. Several hours later, no response. When they finally do call back, their same day service is extended to four days later.

I had excellent customer service from All Year Cooling. The installer that they sent, Steve, was amazing. He was knowledgeable and absolutely a gentleman. I have recommended them and told people to ask for him.

I needed a new AC unit and one of the companies recommended was All Year Cooling. The experience with them was good and the process was easy, and they kept coming out as needed. I still have an issue to address and I’ll reach out to them, but they were very responsive.

I've been dealing with All Year Cooling for 15 years, and I’m satisfied with both the company and their service.

Had an appointment with All Year Cooling. They no call no showed on me. I called to verify my appointment and they said they didn’t have one. Very unreliable. I also had previously purchased a maintenance contract. I asked about this and they told me that I needed to call to schedule maintenance. 2 service calls for 500. I’d have to say that they are not the company to call for your AC needs. Unreliable.

All Year Cooling is an Excellent Company. They installed our unit 7 years ago with an extended warranty and they have provided absolutely excellent service throughout the years. I recommend All Year Cooling to everyone I know. Thank You All Year Cooling for providing the Best Service!!!

I had a guy from All Year Cooling come out about a month ago to fix my AC because the unit wasn’t giving any cooling at all. It was just blowing regular air. He did a repair on the broken unit and got it working again. The only issue I had was that he was supposed to come in the morning, but he didn’t show up until late in the afternoon. It took him six hours to come. But he did fix it and I was very happy.

This was the third air conditioning system I’ve bought from All Year Cooling. I haven't had any problems with them, so I got them again when I needed new air conditioning. They came out, gave me a price, I said “Okay,” and they put it in. I got a fair price and good service.

All Year Cooling was good. My grandfather used them for years and was very happy with their service. I needed my air conditioner fixed and they had good responsiveness. They got me credit in a day and I bought a new air conditioner. They're a good company to do business with.

The system that I had in my house is from when I built the house. It was 20 years old at that time. I wanted to get a new one. All Year sent out a salesman, and Omar was excellent and very nice. Everything went very simple and easy. They sized it all up. The new system was the same size to what I had, and they put it all in. It took all day. They took the old one out and although the new one was on its way from Coral Springs, Florida, it took a little time. But they had everything all ready for the new one when it arrived here. Then they put it in and hooked it all up, and it was working fine. The quality is very good so far.

Everything is excellent, and the machine is working very well. The salesman was very good, and all the service tools were fantastic. When I went to investigate about the machine that All Year was going to install, I went to the website. The technicians were very good and professional as well. Everything was good and on time.

We were looking to get an adequate AC unit and the work done quickly, and All Year Cooling did both for a fair price. They were courteous and did a good job.

I needed a new air conditioner. The one that I had was 11 years old. Even though it was still working, I thought it was time to get a new one before it breaks down. All Year did the job well, and the price was in line with everyone else. Go ahead and use them.

All I have is praise for All Year Heating & Cooling Service. I had a problem with my air conditioner, and I wanted to get a new one. I spoke to the owner, and he was nice, understanding, and very knowledgeable. It took one day to get the process done and the second day to put it in. They were amazing.

My parents have been using All Year Cooling for 50 years. They used to be down the street from their house, so it's just a name you could trust. They just replaced the whole unit at my parent’s house a week ago. My unit worked but I just wanted a couple of things changed and they did a good job.

All Year Cooling and Heating has been good. They did their job, and they knew what they were doing. So, when my air conditioner broke, it was easy to get them to take care of it. They had it done in half a day. They did an excellent job.

I just looked online for air conditioning in my area, and saw an All Year Cooling truck coming and going once in a while. I decided to go with it after taking three quotes. Somebody came and make a quote. The salesman inspired me with confidence. We had to replace the top unit and the inside unit. It's just a small one bedroom apartment. So, everything was okay. It was done in one day, and services was completed and was good.

I thought All Year Cooling would be reliable, and they’re one of the few companies I know that offer financing, so I chose them. We had an issue with the initial setup. They were scheduled for a certain day to come and fix it, but then they showed up and weren’t prepared, so they ended up having to reschedule and gave me no reason for doing so. It was worse.

I heard about All Year Cooling through word of mouth. And because the AC was having issues and I needed to get it replaced, we called them and they came out the next day. Their responsiveness was very good, no complaints. It’s a good place to do business.

All Year responded and passed by the same day I contacted them at around 6 PM. I made the call at 11:00. They actually went to a property I own, and I heard it was good. The guy was super nice. And from talking to him on the phone, he answered all my questions. There was a leak in the AC, and it has something to do with the coil. They ended up replacing the coil. The overall process was good.

I want to share this review so that many people can get to know this AC company—and especially Joe **. From the very first moment I scheduled an appointment for a quote on a new air conditioning system for my home, All Year Cooling was committed to providing excellent customer service. On the day of the appointment, Joe came to inspect my house, and after his thorough evaluation, he took the time to explain every detail of what I would need. We talked for over an hour. Joe is one of those people who makes you feel like family. He was always attentive to my scheduling needs and, most importantly, made sure my family wouldn’t be left without AC at home.

The gentleman from All Year was excellent. He was punctual, told me when he was gonna get there, and once he got there, he went right to the system. He knew exactly what was wrong and troubleshooted it quickly. He immediately came up with options for me, I ended up replacing the entire system, and he gave me a good price on it. He actually beat a competitor by a grand. I've got two 4-ton units in my house, and every time I go after those things, it costs me anywhere from six to eight grand.

I've been dealing with All Year Cooling for a while. I've used them for a number of years for a couple of units. Then, I ordered a unit a few months ago and they worked with me. I got a little better discount and the unit is in great shape. They did what they had to do and that's the same as it was in the past, which is why we continue using the same company.

All Year appreciated my business. The owner was fabulous. He came to my house, which I was very impressed with, reassured me that he's a veteran, he takes care of his people, and promised he'd take care of me. He showed me the unit, gave me a fair price, and extended the warranty for me. I needed a permit, and he worked around me to get the town guy to come with the permit, and his guy to coordinate that at my convenience. So, I had a good experience, and I hope that it works for years to come.

All Year Cooling came out, replaced the unit, and did a fine job. They did what I asked them to, nothing more. Also, the pricing was great. I just wish their estimating process was more detailed. I requested a service estimate for 6 units, and they just sent back a number. There was no specifics on what was included in the service call and I've never seen a more generic, less detailed estimate for work in my entire professional career. They really dropped the ball there.

My experience with All Year Cooling has always been pleasant. I've been using them for over 20 years now. I've had multiple issues that they fixed. They've replaced the inside and outside units. They've rerun piping for me. They've done standard AC fixes. They're always extremely professional and they always go out of their way to try to get someone out as soon as possible. They also get the job done at a fair and reasonable price.
