    1 am a customer over 10 years. I am very disappointed with the installation and service received for one of my air conditioner (split unit). 2 years ago had some insulation issues. Was fixed after some visits. Now it stopped cooling. The technician came out just glanced at the unit. It's old. It will cost over $2,000 to repair. It is better to replace. Unity Trying to sell me a new unit. What a "scam technician". I email the company no reply. No reply.

    The AC warranty and insurance I purchased with you (10 years) have four more years remaining, and you are not fulfilling the agreement. Not only is it terrible customer service for me to have to call constantly and not be able to immediately speak to an agent, but I also have to leave a voicemail so you can return my call if you feel like it. Terrible customer service for scheduling visits and not honoring them, and not even the slightest courtesy or professionalism for calling to inform me of your cancellation. Terrible customer service for making me miss work days and not showing up for the scheduled appointment.

    Review Title: Beware of Warranty Misrepresentation – Learn from My Experience. I want to warn anyone considering using All Year Cooling or purchasing an extended labor warranty from them. My family and I had an AC unit installed at our home in less than six months they replaced it. They never followed through with purchasing my warranty through York. When we signed the contract, we purchased an extended labor warranty that was clearly stated as a manufacturer’s warranty — giving us 10 years of parts and labor coverage. This was one of the main reasons we agreed to go with them. It was even written on our original sales contract.

    Later on, when I tried to get my warranty documents, I noticed the warranty dates didn’t match what I purchased. After bringing this up multiple times (and being ignored for months), I finally got an answer — they admitted the warranty was their own warranty, not the manufacturer’s. They never purchased the actual 10-year manufacturer labor warranty from York/Johnson Controls, meaning I am now stuck without the coverage I paid for.

    After I got them to agree to buy the manufacturers warranty, it was too late. The manufacturer has confirmed that it’s too late to issue me the proper warranty because the purchase window has passed — all because the installation company failed to do their part. I’ve gone from the installation company to district managers at York, and I’m still getting nowhere. In my opinion, this is deceptive and unfair, and I fear other customers may be going through the same thing without even knowing it. Please double-check everything you are promised in writing and confirm directly with the manufacturer before signing anything.

    I had a new unit installed 15 months ago. It's summer and the unit is experiencing problems. I call and need to leave a message because no one is available in person. Their message says they'll get back in an hour. Several hours later, no response. When they finally do call back, their same day service is extended to four days later.

    Had an appointment with All Year Cooling. They no call no showed on me. I called to verify my appointment and they said they didn’t have one. Very unreliable. I also had previously purchased a maintenance contract. I asked about this and they told me that I needed to call to schedule maintenance. 2 service calls for 500. I’d have to say that they are not the company to call for your AC needs. Unreliable.

    I had a guy from All Year Cooling come out about a month ago to fix my AC because the unit wasn’t giving any cooling at all. It was just blowing regular air. He did a repair on the broken unit and got it working again. The only issue I had was that he was supposed to come in the morning, but he didn’t show up until late in the afternoon. It took him six hours to come. But he did fix it and I was very happy.

    He also told me that I’d probably need to replace the unit since it’s older, and they sent me an estimate. I thought the estimate was fair. I haven’t replaced it yet because it’s a lot of money, and for now it’s working.

    The system that I had in my house is from when I built the house. It was 20 years old at that time. I wanted to get a new one. All Year sent out a salesman, and Omar was excellent and very nice. Everything went very simple and easy. They sized it all up. The new system was the same size to what I had, and they put it all in. It took all day. They took the old one out and although the new one was on its way from Coral Springs, Florida, it took a little time. But they had everything all ready for the new one when it arrived here. Then they put it in and hooked it all up, and it was working fine. The quality is very good so far.

    I called them back a couple times because I really didn't understand the thermostat, and the representatives did a good job. Someone came right out and explained it all to me, and everything's working fine so far. I was happy with the price too. I knew what I had to pay, and I was very comfortable with it. I would recommend All Year. They did an excellent job, so I was very happy.

    My parents have been using All Year Cooling for 50 years. They used to be down the street from their house, so it's just a name you could trust. They just replaced the whole unit at my parent’s house a week ago. My unit worked but I just wanted a couple of things changed and they did a good job.

    We had a little screw up, but things were fixed and everything turned out well in the end. They left a part that they weren't supposed to, so it seized the system. It was over Thanksgiving, and the house was 90 degrees, cooking turkey and they sent a guy out the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so it was a three-day wait. But they get someone to you as fast as possible.

    But one thing I liked about them is they kept me up to date, kept me in the loop of what was going on. I wasn’t just waiting around, I knew what was going on, which was nice.

    I just looked online for air conditioning in my area, and saw an All Year Cooling truck coming and going once in a while. I decided to go with it after taking three quotes. Somebody came and make a quote. The salesman inspired me with confidence. We had to replace the top unit and the inside unit. It's just a small one bedroom apartment. So, everything was okay. It was done in one day, and services was completed and was good.

    The only problem is when the guy left with the defective unit, we have a new concrete resurfacing in the steps and in front of the door, and they massacred everything. I took pictures and sent it to the office. They really scratched all the new surfacing of our steps and is really ruined. So, we need a quote. I've been here since January. And the person who's taking care of it is sick. So, I don't know what's been going on.

    Everything else was perfect. Once I had the permit they came to check and everything is fine.

    I thought All Year Cooling would be reliable, and they’re one of the few companies I know that offer financing, so I chose them. We had an issue with the initial setup. They were scheduled for a certain day to come and fix it, but then they showed up and weren’t prepared, so they ended up having to reschedule and gave me no reason for doing so. It was worse.

    They finally fixed it, but they left the ceilings undone and had to come back again. So that was a little inconvenient. In the end, they were able to get the issue fixed, but it just took a while. The representative tried as much as he could to make it better. I wasn’t trying to throw Michael under the bus. But I feel there’s a disconnect between what he can do versus what the company can do. I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor, and I requested someone to call me, but I never got a call back. I’ve been a property manager for many years, and I’ve never had this happen. We ended up just having to deal with it.

And from talking to him on the phone, he answered all my questions. There was a leak in the AC, and it has something to do with the coil. They ended up replacing the coil.     The gentleman from All Year was excellent. He was punctual, told me when he was gonna get there, and once he got there, he went right to the system. He knew exactly what was wrong and troubleshooted it quickly. He immediately came up with options for me, I ended up replacing the entire system, and he gave me a good price on it. He actually beat a competitor by a grand. I've got two 4-ton units in my house, and every time I go after those things, it costs me anywhere from six to eight grand.

    With the installers, their communication was off and they didn't wanna do certain things that I was told they would do, so that was a bit of a strike. They were supposed to replace a small section of the duct. It was a short run of flex that went from the machine to a spare bathroom that was within 10 feet of where they were. And they told me that they didn’t do ductwork, although inside their van there was all kinds of ductwork. But I wasn't gonna argue with them. If I wanted to replace it, I would just do it myself, so I wasn't overly worried about it.

    Follow up and response has been good. I had some smell coming off the condenser, and they came out right away and assured me it’s because it’s a new system and it wasn't an issue.

    All Year Cooling came out, replaced the unit, and did a fine job. They did what I asked them to, nothing more. Also, the pricing was great. I just wish their estimating process was more detailed. I requested a service estimate for 6 units, and they just sent back a number. There was no specifics on what was included in the service call and I've never seen a more generic, less detailed estimate for work in my entire professional career. They really dropped the ball there.
