I needed a new air conditioner. The one that I had was 11 years old. Even though it was still working, I thought it was time to get a new one before it breaks down. All Year did the job well, and the price was in line with everyone else. Go ahead and use them.

All I have is praise for All Year Heating & Cooling Service. I had a problem with my air conditioner, and I wanted to get a new one. I spoke to the owner, and he was nice, understanding, and very knowledgeable. It took one day to get the process done and the second day to put it in. They were amazing.

My parents have been using All Year Cooling for 50 years. They used to be down the street from their house, so it's just a name you could trust. They just replaced the whole unit at my parent’s house a week ago. My unit worked but I just wanted a couple of things changed and they did a good job.

All Year Cooling and Heating has been good. They did their job, and they knew what they were doing. So, when my air conditioner broke, it was easy to get them to take care of it. They had it done in half a day. They did an excellent job.

I just looked online for air conditioning in my area, and saw an All Year Cooling truck coming and going once in a while. I decided to go with it after taking three quotes. Somebody came and make a quote. The salesman inspired me with confidence. We had to replace the top unit and the inside unit. It's just a small one bedroom apartment. So, everything was okay. It was done in one day, and services was completed and was good.

I thought All Year Cooling would be reliable, and they’re one of the few companies I know that offer financing, so I chose them. We had an issue with the initial setup. They were scheduled for a certain day to come and fix it, but then they showed up and weren’t prepared, so they ended up having to reschedule and gave me no reason for doing so. It was worse.

I heard about All Year Cooling through word of mouth. And because the AC was having issues and I needed to get it replaced, we called them and they came out the next day. Their responsiveness was very good, no complaints. It’s a good place to do business.

All Year responded and passed by the same day I contacted them at around 6 PM. I made the call at 11:00. They actually went to a property I own, and I heard it was good. The guy was super nice. And from talking to him on the phone, he answered all my questions. There was a leak in the AC, and it has something to do with the coil. They ended up replacing the coil. The overall process was good.

I want to share this review so that many people can get to know this AC company—and especially Joe **. From the very first moment I scheduled an appointment for a quote on a new air conditioning system for my home, All Year Cooling was committed to providing excellent customer service. On the day of the appointment, Joe came to inspect my house, and after his thorough evaluation, he took the time to explain every detail of what I would need. We talked for over an hour. Joe is one of those people who makes you feel like family. He was always attentive to my scheduling needs and, most importantly, made sure my family wouldn’t be left without AC at home.

The gentleman from All Year was excellent. He was punctual, told me when he was gonna get there, and once he got there, he went right to the system. He knew exactly what was wrong and troubleshooted it quickly. He immediately came up with options for me, I ended up replacing the entire system, and he gave me a good price on it. He actually beat a competitor by a grand. I've got two 4-ton units in my house, and every time I go after those things, it costs me anywhere from six to eight grand.

I've been dealing with All Year Cooling for a while. I've used them for a number of years for a couple of units. Then, I ordered a unit a few months ago and they worked with me. I got a little better discount and the unit is in great shape. They did what they had to do and that's the same as it was in the past, which is why we continue using the same company.

All Year appreciated my business. The owner was fabulous. He came to my house, which I was very impressed with, reassured me that he's a veteran, he takes care of his people, and promised he'd take care of me. He showed me the unit, gave me a fair price, and extended the warranty for me. I needed a permit, and he worked around me to get the town guy to come with the permit, and his guy to coordinate that at my convenience. So, I had a good experience, and I hope that it works for years to come.

All Year Cooling came out, replaced the unit, and did a fine job. They did what I asked them to, nothing more. Also, the pricing was great. I just wish their estimating process was more detailed. I requested a service estimate for 6 units, and they just sent back a number. There was no specifics on what was included in the service call and I've never seen a more generic, less detailed estimate for work in my entire professional career. They really dropped the ball there.

My experience with All Year Cooling has always been pleasant. I've been using them for over 20 years now. I've had multiple issues that they fixed. They've replaced the inside and outside units. They've rerun piping for me. They've done standard AC fixes. They're always extremely professional and they always go out of their way to try to get someone out as soon as possible. They also get the job done at a fair and reasonable price.

I've bought three air conditioners from All Year Cooling over the last 15 years. Once you're ready to go forward, they install it the next day. It happens so fast, it's scary. In the morning, their customer service is awful busy, though, and they spin you off into an answering service which is kind of annoying. But other than that, they get back to you pretty quickly.

I'm a recurrent customer with All Year Cooling. They do the job properly. They recently changed the unit completely. It's very good.

All Year Cooling was great. I was looking to get a new AC, and their responsiveness was very good.

So far, my experience with All Year Cooling is good. I got one phone call to make sure everything came out well. I was a previous customer, too. They had installed my previous AC 10 years ago. The response was quick. I like that they call back within an hour or so. The next day or the day after, they were at the house.

I wrote down my information through the internet and then I received a call from All Year Cooling 45 minutes later. We scheduled an appointment and it was very effective. They changed both air conditioning units, the one in the roof and the one inside my condo. My experience so far is great. The customer service was very good and I was very satisfied. The AC is working fine. The only thing is that we didn't pass the inspection because of some piece in the breakers. But it's not affecting me either. So, it's something that they need to change and then they need to schedule another inspection.

I do air conditioning work, so I know a few things and being an AC guy, I wanted to make sure that as an AC company, All Year Cooling did what they were supposed to. I went up on the roof of my condo and found that there was something pertaining to an air conditioning process that was supposed to be done, and I know it wasn't done. We pulled the permit, so someone will have to come back out with the inspector from Dade County. They have to rectify that situation. Besides that, my interactions with the reps have been good in general.

My experience with All Year Cooling was good. The guy that came by, Joe, was very attentive, knew how to answer all my questions. Gave me a better price than anybody else in the area that I had already talked to. They came in within the next day. They were already there installing and I had the AC up and running the next day. I recommended my boss use them because I had to reuse them at my house. They put in a new AC system at my house and a new AC system at my job site.

All Year Cooling and Heating came out quickly and gave me a free estimate really fast. I had called various companies and there was some confusion. Somebody got mixed up and another one of their guy came again the next day. That was on a Saturday. As we were talking, he said they could come in on Monday. I told him I couldn't on Monday because I work during the week. He said they could install it Sunday, which was a plus for me. They also answered all my questions. The two people that came to install did a good job. It took them about 5 hours. They had to go back to the office because they wanted to pick something else up. It was a cement slab. My old air conditioner was a little bit smaller and they needed something for that. They were polite and I was satisfied. I'd recommend All Year Cooling and Heating to somebody else.

All Year Cooling was a recommendation from somebody else who'd used them before. I needed a new AC and air duct system, and their price was good. I also call and ask them for things and customer service has been responsive. They told me one more person needed to come and follow up on something. While I'm not 100% finished with the process, so far, everything's been good, so I would recommend them.

All Year Cooling was referred by my sister-in-law and I used them for two different projects. I had the AC and the ducts done at my house. The whole thing was replaced. Then, I had an AC unit replaced at my business. The responsiveness was excellent and the techs did a great job of communicating and keeping me informed throughout the process. The rep does some tech work also, but in this particular case, he was doing the sales side of it. He was fantastic. Everyone we were in contact with, from the installers and even the woman who would call me to remind me people were coming, was very professional,

All Year Cooling came to fix the AC. Everything went well.

My AC is old and something was wrong with it. I kept topping it up with Freon and it would work for a month, then it starts freezing up again. I have a friend who got her AC done here by All Year and she recommended me. They were very nice when I called them about the AC and their guy, James, came out here. He looked at my AC, checked what the problem was and told me what I needed. From there, we went on into purchasing an AC and the installation was very good. So far, everything is working. The AC is running and it's cooling.

I had used All Year Cooling & Heating in my previous home. They were out the next day, and my problem was resolved swiftly. I hoped for a repair, but it ended up being a costly repair so I opted for a replacement. The techs explained the whole thing to me. They were very knowledgeable. I sat with them. They took out the pieces and explained what had gone wrong, so I felt confident that they were not trying to swindle me.

I have already emailed manager a week ago, they have not addressed the issues, I'm still waiting. I'm emailing regarding a new York AC installation that started on October 28th. I've been an All Year customer for many years and chose your company to install a new AC because I've had consistently good experiences with your company in the past. Therefore, I was shocked at how disastrous our installation went, not only in terms of the poor workmanship, but also the lack of professionalism with which I was treated by the installers. The installers were rude and made it very uncomfortable for me to ask questions. I asked about the plenum because it didn't look right to me, but the installer only got irritated saying "I'm going to glue it all back together" and "what do you want me to do?" Whenever I attempted to ask a question, I was met with annoyance and repeatedly told to "trust them."

Not only did Tom and his crew come asap they best quotes we were given by trusted company we previously used by thousands of $$$. The installers were professional, efficient and reliable! Definitely call All Year Cooling before you install AC in south Florida and I’m sure you will be as impressed as we were! My new company for HVAC maintenance as well moving forward. Thanks again!

It would take me five pages to explain how this company went up above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. They did more than I could’ve ever imagined or hope for. They will be my go to A/C Company for as long as I live in Florida, I want to thank the entire staff For their dedication and hard work to solve an issue that looked unsolvable. Thank you again.

The tech were good but one of them were very disrespectful at the end of the job, he need to be taught to have a little more patience it will go a long way. He change my mind from referring two of my friends to have your company replaced their A/C.

This is the second AC we buy from All Year Cooling. The first AC was purchased 16 years ago, and it broke down last Thursday. I called the office on Thursday morning, and at around noon, Joe **, a sales consultant, arrived at my house. The purchase of the new AC was easy, pleasant, and informative. I cannot recommend Joe ** enough. The new AC was installed the following day, Friday. What a relief! We were without AC for only one day. The installation was done without a hitch. I cannot say I am surprised. I have always received the best of service from All Year Cooling. The owner is the best.

We have been struggling with a leak for weeks that a previous plumber did not fix. These guys were so professional and worked diligently to fix the issue. Their number is now saved as the only plumber we will be needing (although I hope we don't ;) ). 10/10 great service with great attention to detail.

My AC went Thursday and ALL YEAR COOLING sent a Tech out and OMAR showed me why it needed to be replaced. He gave me a breakdown of costs and the offers, which I accepted. The install went without a hitch, even though the pouring rain on the roof. They had drop cloths down and cleaned up after themselves so nicely. They were a polite as can be. My house was cooling down well even before they left.

Easy process from the beginning. Amjad the technician was perfect and transparent. Told you what needed to be done and got it done. Patrick the installer went above and beyond to make the AC units fit and work efficient, cleaned up after the work was done, which is a big plus. 0% made the payment easy and affordable.

My AC was going out and it was in the middle of Summer. I have a toddler and my elderly mom so I absolutely could not risk waiting to get my AC done. I called several AC companies for quotes including All Year Cooling and spoke to Edgar Sanchez. I explained my situation and that we are first time homebuyers who have had lots of recent expenses and was looking for a quote to clean my vents and change my AC unit completely. Edgar was very informative and pleasant. He kindly informed me that financing is available. He provided excellent customer service. I got a quote and shopped around some more and, ultimately, we chose All Year Cooling. And truthfully, Edgar was the main reason I chose this company. My interaction with him felt genuine and he provided insight that I did not have when it comes to the process of getting my AC done. All Year Cooling had the best value for the price.
