I just bought SAMSUNG tv recently. The viewings are very sharp and crisp. You can even hook up keyboard to SAMSUNG tv to type in your email address and password. SAMSUNG tv has almost all the trappings to be hooked up with internet and phone. The only problem I have with it is the closed captions are so tiny, even though, I enlarged the fonts, still tiny to read from a distance.

Ex. Wife gave it the me. Never failed yet. Sharp picture for a nonsmart tv. I will always look for this lasting brand on my next purchase. I’m buying a new one soon. A smart tv.. Don’t care for the apps.

I own a Samsung curved 65" - best TV I've ever owned, hands down redefines television. The television is user friendly. The display is off the chain a differently must have. It also will connect to your phone if it's a Samsung or any other Samsung items that you may own.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is that the remote we have doesn't work that well and isn't the one the TV shows when you go to connect it. The TV is a 55" smart tv and works very well otherwise.

Samsung tvs are a simple tv to use and present an excellent picture that is easy to use and make adjustments. I own a Samsung HD smart tv that is 5-6 years old and does a fine job of presenting a good sharp picture. I think Samsung has a sharp picture and is easily adjustable for varying conditions.

Products are extremely up to date. Never had a problem. Very well constructed. Samsung is my favorite out of all brands. The technology is outstanding. I think anyone should try brands and models to get the experience for yourself. Trust me you would not be disappointed.

It was hard to figure how to make TV become Cox Cable & press a certain button. THAT SHOULD NEVER BE TRICKY FOR THE CONSUMER. Thank you for the opportunity to view San Diego's Cox Cable. It is nice and I view movies.

Samsung Electronics has always been for me reliable, long lasting and great products. I've tried other brands and they do not last as much as Samsung. I have from TVs to washer and dryers and refrigerator. Plus cellphone.

The SUHD tv has the best picture for this type of tv. When I bought it it was rated as the best on the market. Still has the best for its age. I compared pictures for multiple TVs before I purchased and it won.

Great color, sharp picture, good sound. Overall quality of the picture is excellent - no pixelating. Like the overall look of the machine - would have preferred a center stand but the large one we got only has the legs on each end - personal preference.

Consistent quality. We own 5 such TV’s and each performs flawlessly. Prices are excellent for what you get. Probably the best picture among the competitors. We’ve had other brands over the years but none compares with Samsung.

For the last two televisions we have chosen Samsung and have not ben disappointed. Our latest is a smart tv that curves. The sound quality and the screen quality cannot be beat. Samsungs are durable and we don’t have to worry about replacing them unless we want to upgrade.

Samsung TVs have good pictures. This brand appears to last longer than some others. It is a reliable product. The cost is okay, not oops pricey. I would buy Samsung over and over again. I have purchased other Samsung products and found them to be very good also. Samsung TVs are quality made products.

Samsung TVs are reasonably priced; however they do not have the greatest reception and they don't last as long as some of the older models such as Panasonic and Toshiba! They are not built as well and the close caption is right in the middle of the screen.. So annoying.

A pop up screen will cover your display telling you about heating and cooling problem. Your remote control becomes useless and after awhile your tv goes off. I called the customer service to see if they can help fix the problem, the guy or technician wasn't professional and tried to sell me a service repair.

Very functional and useful! Nice color and sound! Very easy to access to the tv functions. Much better than the other brand tvs. What a nice Korean brand tv like their cell phones. You will not be disappointing with this Samsung tv. One more advice is ... "buy bigger one than you think".

We ONLY buy Samsung TVs and phones. They can link up. But, Samsung TVs have amazing detail and they come with their own apps. So, you don't need to buy fire TV or any other add on. They're definitely the best TVs out there.

I have purchased 2 Vizios, 1 Panasonic, 2 Samsung and 1 Emerson TV in the past 6 years for various rooms etc. Samsung has stood above all the others mentioned in picture quality, speakers built-in and overall functionality.

It has superior picture quality at a good price. The Smart TV aspect of it is great as well. It has four colors instead of three which makes the image sharper and brighter. I used to prefer RCA, but they are made in Mexico now.

Samsung TV’s are the gold standard in TV’s if you ask me. I have 5 Samsung TV’s in my house, all HDTV’s, and 1 4K TV, the displays are brilliant, especially if you get some quality HDMI cables like Zeskit Cinema Plus cables, and the TV’s have great features included. I especially like the 4K TV model Nu7100, the picture is spectacular, coupled with the fact that you can use a high quality fiber optic cable for a sound at, or a 7.2 Dolby digital receiver and you are all set. It is worth noting that it definitely depends on how your programming is being displayed, when it’s displayed in full 1080p 120 hertz, you can capture the brilliance of the TV.

Great TV's. They have great parts in them and they seem to last a long time. I have had no problems with my sets at all. This is a very well maintained company that produces a top quality product. I will always buy one. My oldest one is @ 17 years old and works like a charm.

Good tv, but my husband is HOH and this tv will only hook up with one bluetooth device. Unable to use soundbar and Bluetooth headphones. Disappointed to say the least. It took a long time and several techs people to figure out.

Samsung is more than a name. They exude quality performance, visual excellence top to bottom in all their components. I would highly recommend. Resolution is great, pixels perform, 4k is stunning I plan on upgrading to 8k.

I'm not used to 4k but it's clear, volume level is good and I love the amount of different settings on the screen. It is easy to use and connect things to. The tv was heavier than what I thought so I'm not planning on mounting on wall. It took 2 people to carry the 75 inch screen.

When I turn the TV on, at times it says to press OK and other times it just turns on. Also, when I turn channels, the sound is different and I have to change the volume from channel to channel. Come on.

I currently have a 65" 4K Samsung Curve. This is the best investment I have ever made. I love that you can control the TV from your phone. I love that you can download every app on the TV itself. I love the simplicity of the remote. I love that I can even watch my cable through the app and not have a big cable box sitting under my TV. I love the speed. I love the simplicity of the TV. I LOVE MY TV. I would and do recommend to everyone.

The Samsung has great color, (picture), and it is sharp and never blurry! The features are very up to date and easy to manage. I always purchase a Samsung and have never been disappointed! In fact, my entire family purchases this brand. I also have a Samsung tablet with great features!

I purchased the Samsung Curve screen and within 6 months I had a line going across the screen horizontally. Samsung customer support was absolutely no help in trying to fix the issue. I used this as a second TV now and use an LG 65" screen as my primary. It's been almost 2 years now and no issues. LG is the better TV by far.

Delivery was fast, support always helped if I had a question, has a very nice picture. Hi this again if I was in a market for a new TV. I have recommend this brand to friends. I had one of them also purchased one and they are just as happy.

We bought this TV because it was recommended by Consumer Reports, and it had all the features we required. We have replaced the motherboard multiple times and we are still having problems with the closed captioning. Now the picture is going out on us. Wish I'd kept my 30 year old set.

Price is not overvalued. Sharp picture and good electrical usage. Automatic color balance is good. Most common features are present. Allow installation of common app with tv feature, only have 3 HDMI connections is bad.

I bought a Samsung TV 3 years ago on Black Friday. Not a smart TV. The TV has an ok menu, but could be easier to navigate. Remote is good. Would like the closed captioning text to be a little larger. For over 2 years already it has had problems about once every 6 weeks where it gets stuck and freezes up when on a channel that loses reception. I can usually eventually turn off the TV and back on to reset it, but once and a while I have to unplug it instead to reset it. It seems like it should not have ANY problems at all while under warranty. I did have extended warranty when the issue first developed but did not have easy access to a Best Buy for return as it was mailed to me. The TV also does not pick up the same channels as my other TV! Even though reception for these channels on the other TV is good. Annoying. Had hoped for a little better from Samsung. Paid a little more for this brand than a Vizio in hopes of it lasting longer before dying.

Samsung TV is the best because of quality, style, the color tone and being user friendly. The technology is durable to the point that I do not have to call for service for all my Samsung TV. I have 5 and they are over 10 years old and still look new. I have looking for an excuse to replace them but they are just like the first time I got them. I have decided to move to 4k and will get a bigger version very soon. Over the years I have used Toshiba, JVC and Sony but all lasted 5 years tops.

Quite simply it is the best TV I have ever owned. Both picture quality and sound are excellent. Very satisfied customer. I have had the displeasure of TV problems in the past and they always happen at the most inconvenient time. That can be very frustrating to say the least. With my SAMSUNG I have had zero concerns, everything operates as expected and gives many hours of pleasure.

Purchase this TV that two years ago at Christmas. Highly recommend. Picture is beautiful. Only thing I'd recommend is getting ready to change the remote because it's known to go out. Other than that no issues. Excellent quality.

I love my TV. It has a really clear picture from all angles. The sound quality is good. I really like the flat screen because it does not take up a lot of room. I recommended to our local arts guild to buy one like it and they did. They are also happy with their purchase.

Deciding not to move my existing TV from NM to the West Coast, one of the first things I had to do was purchase a new one. This was over 8 years ago and my Samsung looks and performs as if I just took it out of the carton!! It is an HD Smart flatscreen, 32" LED. It required only minimal assembly (put the stand on) and was extremely easy to hook up, and as a single female - that was a blessing! The color is still true...I have not had a single "hiccup" with it (defined as "problem"). I've considered retiring it and buying one a bit larger and interactive....but have decided not to until this one belches fire and smoke!

We have several Samsung televisions, their ages range from 2-8 years. All still work great, with excellent pictures. We don't use the smart TV functions very often, since we don't have unlimited internet. We have used them a few times to access NetFlix, the remote can get a little overwhelming. It would be nice if you could rearrange the order of the scroll so the options you use come up first. Samsung makes a great television, wouldn't recommend for appliances though.

I had purchased a imported Samsung 4kuhd smart tv 43 inch dated June 2017 made in Egypt model no UA43ku7000k. But on August 2019 nearly about 2 years. The Samsung TV screen picture start blurring .When technician was called he said the panel need to be replaced. Cost of replacing panel is 60% Cost of tv. The Samsung repair center quoted a cost of repairing 25000/- for replacing a TV panel. This shows the quality of Samsung product. We invest a huge amount to purchase a 4k tv and life is about nearly 2 years.

I bought a 52'' Samsung QLED 6 2160P Smart TV in 2017 at Best Buy in Annapolis, MD for over $2000. 1.5 years later, the TV takes over 1 hour to turn on (black screen) and these days, spontaneously turns off and then comes back on. I've had much cheaper TV's for longer and for much cheaper that works perfectly well after longer. I'm out of the warranty period. I liked the TV a lot when it was working well. I'm underwhelmed by the issues now.

I’ve purchased a few Samsung TVs and have been a proponent up until now. I purchased a Samsung Smart TV about 6 months ago and I am so disappointed! I have to “reboot” the tv every two days by unplugging it and plugging it back in so that I can use my programs to stream tv. I have two other TVs in my home that we stream from and none of them have this issue so it’s not my WiFi. What an inconvenience and disappointment

I purchased an open box 80 inch Samsung from Best Buy for over $6,000. They said it was reported to have a small speck but they could not find so I thought it was a great purchase. After using for a month it showed a small spider web in the LCD where that speck was reported so I called Samsung’s repair tech and payed the $100 dollar service fee. They blamed me with damaging the screen. If so there would be markings on screen from being hit, but the damage was inside the screen on the LCD due to that speck, the exact same place Best Buy knew about. And Samsung will not fix this issue but gave me a bill to pay of 3,000 dollars to fix 6,000 for a damaged Samsung and they won’t fix the speck that resulted in a small 4/4 spider in the 80 inch lcd.

I have had this tv and the 43" version of it a few weeks and they randomly lose connection to the extent that you have to unplug them and plug them back in to work. I tried with tech support for over an hour and he keeps telling me to disable 5Ghz wireless, for a tv's that is hardwired to my router and having the same problem. I have 4 new Samsung's and all 4 of them have the problem, 1 hardwired, 1 within 5 ft to router, 1 within 3 ft to a hardwired extender, and only 1 where range could be an issue, but that tv isn't used very often. I have always loved Samsung but this experience has made me rethink my brand loyalty.

I purchased a 55 inch curved Samsung TV for $1400.00 3 years ago. About 6 months ago a white spot appeared in the middle of screen. I called Samsung support and was told it was a display panel/ board. It would cost 1000.00 for the replacement part. Of course the TV was past the warranty period. Samsung refused to help remedy the situation. My son has a 55 Sanyo Tv that cost 500.00 that is over 5 years old and he played video games on all day and night. That TV is works better than the Samsung. The Samsung now has a couple of white spots on it. I really liked the TV when it was working properly. I will never again purchase any Samsung product because they do not stand behind there products.

I have a 13 year-old 40 inch Samsung LCD tv that, despite having to make several repairs to, has, overall, been a really good set. The picture quality, still today, rivals new LCDs. The color quality is spot on and it still has a rich, deep picture that is just as good as the day it was purchased. What really sets it apart for me is that, without any previous electronic experience, I was able to repair 2 problems that arose over the years as parts wore out. Based on my experience with this brand, I highly recommend Samsung LCDs to anyone on the fence thinking about buying one.

Hi, We purchased SAMSUNG Smart TV Model No- PNL LED 49 Samsung UA49M5570 from Kalyan Kings Electronics Khadakpada, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421301, Bill No. **, Invoice - ** dated 06.04.2019. We are facing regular problems with the performance of the TV. I have purchased this TV on the occasion of Gudi Padwa on 6th of April 2019 and I got delivery on 9th April.

I love the quality of image. The software is less than intuitive, and a curved screen is really a gimmick with no advantages in a home. It merely limits the viewing angle and reduces the choices to more expensive hanging devices.

I purchased Samsung TV model UN50MU6300. Comes with a year warranty. I purchased in March 2018, by June 2019 the picture started jumping. It’s only been a little over a year with normal TV viewing, no video game system was ever hooked to it, nor was it ever moved except from the store to home.. Now it sits in a corner unusable until I can pay to have it fixed.... it’s a rotten shame! I’ll never own another Samsung TV...

I love my Samsung television and have had zero problems in the six years that I have owned it. I did my research on Consumer Affairs and it really paid off. The picture is great, easy setup and the cost was below $400.

I’ve had my 55” flat screen for quite a few years. We recently bought another 50” for another room. Both are smart tvs and picture & quality are wonderful… so was the price! I looked at other brands in BJ's but why ruin a good thing? I’ve been very satisfied.

I really enjoy Samsung brand tv. They are always great on the price range and the quality. They always try to stay updated on their products. They are good on keep their software updated. So I want to say I recommend them to everyone.

Dear all, as far of my experience please don't purchase Samsung Smart TV which is worst product, poor quality material. This company selling products in discount rate and earning income while changing the spares. I have purchased Samsung 49 inch Smart TV last 6 months ago but with in short period screen got damaged and customer service center says 22k for changing the panel which is very high cost compare to other brand products. So never buy Samsung brand TV because this company earning income in spares.

We purchased a Beautiful 65 In. 4K curved tv for $1000 right after Black Friday 11/26/16. Well two days ago 06/04/2019 it developed a purple spot in the upper right corner and today just developed another in the top middle. My stupidity for not buying an extended warranty since our last tv was a cheapo brand from Walmart and lasted 8 years. I am assuming from all of the reviews here and online that this will get worse and eventually die out. I am saddened that this tv lasted less then three years and will never Purchase another Samsung tv. Feeling pretty duped.

This Samsung TV is less than 15 months old and Samsung won't honor the warranty. You can see from the image that the damage is internal and the tv cycles on and off showing the crack on the upper left hand corner. When the TV is off there is nothing on the screen and smooth. We been on the phone with them many times, sent pictures with the TV on and off so they can see it's a internal problem. They say that since it's a physical damage which is not they will not do anything. The tv one day just would not turn on. You can review online the complaints that people are addressing with the defective units purchased within a day that are refused of warranty repair. People are filing class actions lawsuits against Samsung left and right. This will be my last Samsung product for sure. I feel sorry for the people that have to deal with Samsung!

I have a 55 inch that’s lasted almost 10 yrs and been moved and rehung a dozen times. It’s now beginning to have a noise when I turn it on (white noise) that tells me it’s on the brink but it’s been good as it’s left on 24/7 and moved a dozen times. It’s a good one!

We bought this tv 5 years ago because of the good reviews. However, I see now the same tv getting poor reviews. I hate to dump this tv. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? The tv has dark shadows all the time.

I and my family have always been fans of Samsung product. However, I purchased a #Samsung #QLED 49" TV and a few hours after installation, yellow dots and line distortion appeared. On the next day, the inner screen started the cracked and had worsened whenever the TV was on. Samsung had declined to replace the TV since panel damage is not covered in the warranty. I will not recommend my friend or family to buy Samsung TV anymore.

I own a 55 inch Roku TV. Which in my opinion is freaking amazing! I get so many of my favorite apps and even apps I never knew of plus free cord cutting cable. I bought my daughter a 32 inch Samsung smart TV which I gotta admit isn't as smart as the Roku TV. I can't get certain apps on the Samsung TV like the Roku TV provides. I feel from my experience the Roku TV is unlimited with experience. I gotta get Philo or Boomerang app on the Samsung TV like Roku gives you. I actually had to purchase Roku stick to play into the Samsung TV to convert it into a Roku TV. That's really sad I had to take those actions. So what? It all boils down to my point. ROKU TVs are far more advanced than Samsung smart TVs. The name smart TV is misleading. It should be renamed Samsung dumb TV. I will never purchase another Samsung TV. If you keep on this path Samsung you will lose customer to your competitors.

Samsung 60” TV fails after 18 months (no picture). Called Samsung and the foreign call center was not helpful. TV out of warranty so the repair is on my dime. They don’t even have an authorized repair centers near me. TV has sound, but no picture. Used a flashlight to see if I could see an image, and I did. Problem might be a bad power supply circuit board (10% chance), at a cost of $60. The most likely problem is a burnt out LED light on the backlight strips (if one fails, the entire backlights quits working. The cost to disassemble and replace the LED backlight strips is over $300, through a local TV repair guy. Needless to say I will no long purchase Samsung products again. For a $500 TV to last only 18 months is unacceptable, and the poor customer support only adds insult to injury. Beware and be informed... This is a widespread problem from my research, so steer clear of Samsung!

This Samsung smart tv was extremely easy to set up and be connected to streaming services online. It was a bit more expensive than some other brands, but the picture quality and expected longevity make it worth the extra money.

and can't be removed. Samsung customer service, just says it's been made a default app and therefore can't be removed, but were otherwise unable to help. Basically Samsung turned my TV into a popup ad without my consent and refused to result the issue.

The first 4k I've owned and do not have 4k service but it makes the HD pictures come across with indescribable clarity. I bought this tor a second TV and wish I'd bought a larger size and for my main TV viewing.

All devices in my house connect fairly quickly to very quickly. However, the newer model Samsung 50" TV with the SmartHub wireless connection takes 5 to 10 minutes to connect. I've called tech support multiple times and they can't offer a solution without sending a technician. They answer the phone very quickly for such a large company. However, they just want to get you off the phone once they find out what the problem is. I guess rather than waste any more time on them, I'll just buy a Roku and skip the SmartHub. I won't be buying any more Samsung products.

After spending right at $3000.00 and owning our Samsung 65 inch curve screen TV a little over a year a black line developed vertically through the middle of the screen. After extensive discussion with the tech folks that had trouble communicating in English they told me I had to call a repairman and pay for it. I went online and other folks have also had this problem and there were a couple of suggestion for a fix but neither worked for me.

OK, my TV was made in 2010, a 49 inch. At about 7 years old the picture started fluttering. At first it was every now and then, then it got more frequent, and I was purely aggravated. So I typed in the model # and the word fluttering, and several websites popped up telling me to cut a specific resistor wire. Well, I was about to trash the thing, and thought I'd give this snip a try. My son was appalled, but it was going in the trash anyway, I had nothing to lose. Well, it worked! I have no idea what it was connected to, but my TV has worked perfectly for the last 2 years. I think besides this, Samsung is a great TV. The picture and sound are excellent.

Less than 2 yrs after purchasing a 65" Samsung 4K LED TV and outside the warranty period reflectors started falling off the LED's causing white spots on the screen. I currently have 5 such spots on the screen. I loved the TV and great picture but for the cost of the set I feel is unacceptable and a design flaw and should be covered by the manufacturer but it's not.

Purchased a Samsung HD 4K 55 inch Smart TV. The TV had a good picture while it lasted! The problem is that it only lasted two years and 2 months from purchase date. The TV had a shadow in the middle of the screen for several months, then one night it made noises and the screen went black and quit working. It would costs over two hundred dollars for a service call, so we decided to purchase another 55" Vizio TV. I can't believe the Samsung TV only lasted 2 years and 2 months. So we decided to go back to the brand (Vizio) we had before we bought that Samsung. We are still using are older Vizio 42" TV in another room of our house. We bought a 55" Vizio. Thank you Vizio for having a good product.

Purchased a Samsung HD 4K 55 inch Smart TV model UN55KS800F. The TV had a good picture while it lasted. The problem is that it only lasted two years from purchase date. The issue I encountered was when turning on the TV only vertical lines appeared across the entire screen. The issue that I encountered was a bad screen or panel.

I have my Samsung TV 3 years or more ago and it is truly good excellent picture and size, very good quality. I have not failed at any time is a very durable brand. I think it is an excellent choice.. I love it.

I purchased Samsung Led HD TV with 240 motions for $950.00 rating. There is no problem and excellent color, sounds and quality picture. It still run great since I had own this TV since April 2012 passed 7 years old. Energy Star saver!!

I purchased a UN50KU6300FXZA TV about a year and a half ago. I know how Samsung works and my year and a half TV was obsolete as soon as I purchased it. Parts are NLA almost as soon as the product is released. Currently, my TV continuously reboots and everything I have tried to "fix" the issue has not worked. It is garbage at this point and such a shame that this company creates a "throw away" product or products. Save your time and effort. If you are experiencing the same issue, chuck it up to a lesson learned and buy a TV from a company that has customer support and reliability. Stay away from LG as well. You will run into the same frustrating experiences. Good luck. Lesson learned.

I purchased a 58 inch Samsung tv and the extended warranty. The TV's power board failed and was fixed under warranty. 180 days later the power board failed again. The repair shop showed me 60 Samsung power boards all of which failed. He said he was making quite a bit of money fixing Samsung power boards. Samsung refuses to acknowledge that they have crummy power boards and they only warranty their repairs for 90 days. Bottom line - don't purchase a Samsung tv ever.

I am unable to upgrade to Craves HBO/Movies as my 2013 TV is too old!! Very disappointing as there is nothing wrong with my TV except for this...very surprised to say the least. Does anyone else have this problem?

My TV has had many parts repaired - to date I'll say 4 at least, is still under warranty, the unit will get a full overlook by another company this coming week. Now this repairman who keeps coming out from the place I bought the TV from with my extended war. continues to tell me my TV is okay, sure it is. Is a TV with just a meat thermometer taped to the side reading 106* okay? I ask when I'm running my a/c year round, "Is this TV okay?" I ask, "Hummm maybe." I'm no repairman as he told me as well, the cable man as well who said this is way too hot 'cause he's got this same TV as well. Maybe I've got a lemon, ya just keep on tell the customer it's fine. Now should his unit plus all in that building burn down because of this tv catching fire do we contact that repairman then to ask him, "Is this tv okay?"

I enjoy watching the 36 inch screen Samsung television that I have in my bedroom. I am able to watch so many different shows, movies or documentaries. I have had this particular TV for several years, and have not had any technical issues. Great television!

Samsung offers great value for the every day consumer. We only experienced one technical issue (it was user error btw) with our TV and Samsung support was great in getting us back up and running. The TV is easy set up and doesn't require a technician. Although, if you're setting up to a surround sound system like we we did, get all the help you can. Samsung TVs are great performance TVs and the sound quality by itself is amazing.

I purchased a brand new Samsung 55" Frame TV from the Samsung Website using Samsung credit. The TV arrived missing parts and defective. TV turns on, nothing on the screen. Spent three hours on the phone being transferred back and forth between tech support and billing. Tech support can't help with warranty because the TV is 3 hours old, Billing will only issue me a return label. I waited 10 days for the TV to arrive. Now I have to personally remove it from the wall, package it all back up, call and wait 24 hours for a return label, schlep it in my tiny car to FedEx, wait two weeks for a refund, then purchase another one at a higher price (got it when it was on discount). No customer service whatsoever. I seriously regret purchasing this TV and even worse opening a credit line with Samsung.

Have a 55” Samsung Smart TV for the last 5 years and like it so much. I’m having a new Samsung 65” UHD installed today. Crisp clear picture. Great sound quality. I’ve never had a problem. The best of the best, just wanted to update to a larger screen and UHD.

I've had my Samsung smart 4k tv for about 2 years. So far, no problems. It has great picture of course even in a lighter room. The tv menu (on screen) and remote can be a bit cumbersome until you get the "hang" of them. I would recommend this brand to any family member.

Brand that is sold at Best Buy by Samsung reps that are clueless on their products, provide you with incorrect information and they refer you to Samsung a company that never returns emails or calls. I will recommend to do all the research on the item you are interested and not depends on their representatives.

We have had this TV for more than 5 yrs and it has been a very good quality TV. We have not had any major problems or any breakdown of TV. It has good quality color and sound. I would purchase a Samsung TV again and would recommend it to others.

I'm overall very pleased with the price, quality & longevity of my Samsung products. I've been a faithful customer of Samsung for almost 2 decades & the products only get better w/ little to no recalls. I appreciate that in a day & time where the name/integrity of a product is questionable Samsung always comes through.

The TV is good in many respects and the sun in the afternoon does not affect the picture but and it is a big "but", 2 of the 4 HDMI inputs failed and if any more go I will be forced to replace the unit. The other good thing is that it has a tuner which enabled me to temporarily divert the input from the Tivo and the Amp.

I bought this television used, from Craigslist. At the time it was just past the current model year. The television was in mint condition with a perfect picture and still to this day the tv works great and has been reliable. It is my first Samsung and I am overly impressed.

Not real happy about apps and advertisements that can not be removed or controlled. Will never buy a Sumsung product again. Ever. Same with the Roku but that is a different story but very much related.

SAMSUNG products are great. Good quality products and good quality components also and very good looking, easy to use and very friendly. For the case of SAMSUNG TV sets just say that are very useful, very good image quality, good interfaces (HDMI, VGA, USB, etc). Screen sizes are fine too, having several sizes, including curved ones. Amazing TV sets, recommend to everyone.

I have owned many TVs and will only buy Samsung or LG for now on. I have four Samsung TVs and one LG. They have the quality and picture I want.

We have a 55" Samsung "smart" HD TV for the past 3 years and have absolutely no complaints about it. We don't have a very large living room, but the 55" fits the size of our room perfectly from all angles. Picture is clear, and sound is perfect with no need for any type of volume amplifier or sound bar. Smart purchase on our part.

For the price, I find the Samsung to be reputable and of high quality. I currently have a 60 smart television that has been the envy of friends. I've had a number of Samsung products that have been dependable, long lasting and of high quality performance.

I have 2 Samsung 32” TV in 2 different bedrooms. One is LED while the other is smart and LED. I purchase both of them about 5 years ago. The regular LED is in the master bedroom and is equipped with an Amazon Firestick; it is used on a daily basis and it performing wonderfully. The Smart LED is in the guest bedroom and although not use as frequently is performing very well. Both have clear pictures and have been very reliable.

My main complaint with my television is that they don’t include a user's manual with it and the television is too complicated to take full advantage of. Otherwise I’m happy with the picture quality and durability.

Bought new uhd800D 65". Later realized the following: 1. Has no headphone port like earlier model. 2. Had no means to delete apps not wanted. 3. No dual screen capability. 4. Unable to set up local tv without their (TV plus). 5. Unable to use existing components without buying new adapters to interface. HDMI connectors or USB connectors.

Colors are accurate. Clarity of image, especially with moving images. Streams well. When seen in a showroom, the Samsung looked better, more realistic than others in the same price range.

In the past 10 years, I have owned Samsung, LG, and Sony televisions. My Samsung outlasted and outperformed the others. When it is time to replace my television, I will only shop Samsung products. Quality is superb and price is reasonable given the quality of the product.

We have tried other brands of TVs but return to Samsung because of the user menu features and consistent way the menus work. The life span seems great also as we have 2 that are 10 years old and work perfectly. The remote controls are set up logically and batteries last practically forever. Our newest Samsung TV is absolutely amazing with its 4K resolution and 240 motion rate in addition to the automatic adjustments to the lighting conditions.

Our TV is smarter than the owners but is user friendly, so easy to correct any wrong entries. The color and sound are both awesome.

I bought this set in 2013 during a Black Friday sale (UN55F8000BF). It came fully loaded; camera; voice and gesture capable; PIP +. From the onset, the picture was spectacular! I've experienced absolutely no problems to date. In mid 2018, Samsung updated the set, which took some time to complete. When the picture came back on, I immediately noticed a much better picture. The detail; color; resolution; black levels, were all better. I decided to visit the local Fry's store to take a look at some of the 4K sets available to decide if I needed to upgrade. There was no substantial noticeable differences that I could detect. I've had to tell friends and family that it's not a 4K set, because of the outstanding picture quality.

Previously owned a Sony Bravia and enjoyed a great 11 years with the Sony. We sought out numerous reviews before making a final decision to purchase a Premium UHD Samsung 4K TV. Purchased in the Christmas season and received a two hundred dollar discount, which made this an exceptional bargain. Love the picture and appearance of this 65” model.

I have a 60in Samsung plasma TV I bought new in September of 2012. Super great picture. Excellent product. Also have Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone. Love its ease of use and looks. There's nothing else for me to say except buy Samsung!

Samsung gives you good value for your money. There are more expensive more, more high tech TV’s out there but I don't believe it's worth the extra money. I have own Samsung's TV's for the last 12 years and my next one will be a Samsung.

Always been very satisfied with the overall performance of my three Samsung TV'S. My first 52 inches still going strong. Sharp picture that can be manually adjusted in many ways. I have not had any issues.

I love my Sanyo 32" TV. I am not very good with technology and had trouble getting it to work with my ROKU when I first took it out of the box, but got help from ROKU. It is the perfect size for my family room and I got it at a great price as a Black Friday special in 2017. I have had no trouble with it and use it several hours each day.

The new Samsung QLED's look very good when viewed from straight on, at eye level. At other angles though the blacks get ghosting that is totally unacceptable. It looks almost like static behind the black.

I own a Samsung Q8F. TV is great but there is room for improvements especially when it comes to the applications. Most of them do not work as intended. Also tv has issues with HDMI connections. Other devices turn on when tv is turned on. Other than that tv is great.

I use a smaller, 32' because it fits my space in the living room. I have noted that TVs over the past 20 years have increased in quality of viewing but do not last anywhere near as long as the TVs of the '70s and '80s did.

We actually own three flat panel, large screen units. They all have been excellent. No problems whatsoever. The oldest unit is a thirty-two inch model. We’ve had it for well over ten years and the quality is still outstanding.

The Samsung is an amazing tv. I have a Samsung that is 12 years old and is still in "new like" condition. Then I just purchased another Samsung for my bedroom that is awesome. It has a soundbar that produces remarkable sound. Beautiful ❤️ music.

Samsung is very innovative and superb equality. Because of that, my appliance, cellphone and just about everything made by them, I have. I would have no hesitations in telling someone as, what quality and that is engineered in all of their products.

Two Samsung LED TVs of different sizes and models, both had failed power boards in the first year. Luckily they were still under warranty and after a week of no TV they were repaired. I think my next purchase won't be a Samsung.

Samsung is by far the best TV I’ve ever had. I have at least half dozen over the last 2 years but none come in the program with Samsung. I have a 65" and 50”. Their breathtaking screens are amazing. I get compliments all the time for the good picture.

We bought our Samsung QLED TV used, paid about 1/3 of new cost and it has performed flawlessly for almost a year now. Would buy this same brand of TV again, although we have had other Samsung appliances that were pure junk.

For years only had Samsung (returned a Vizio which had good picture quality but was not as easy to program/handle as the Samsung); I’ve found Samsung overall having the best combination of picture quality, programmability, ease of use and price; what I don’t like is the VERY few USB/HDMI ports on the particular model I have, so if I want to hook up a Firestick and an Apple TV I have to chose which one since I only have one port; the Vizio of the same size had 3 ports... Have had two Samsung for about 5 years now without problems occurring.

I’ve had quite a few brands of TVs in my 60 years and I think Samsung has always been the best. I know I can rely on it having very little technical difficulties. The resolution, the screen colors and sharpness are great. I’ve never had to have one serviced. And I usually have them a very long time before I have to replace them.

Our 42" Samsung was purchased at Costco many years ago and is still working wonderfully with our TiVo and Comcast cable service. The picture is great and the ability to directly stream Netflix and Amazon video is good.

I bought and tried 2 televisions before I settled on this one... The 2 prior brands were Vizio and LG... This Samsung I've had for about 3 years now is still astoundingly sharp, clear and accurate. The colors it produces still amaze me. The $100.00 or so over the price of the LG Set I spent on it were far more than worth it. Samsung televisions rock!

Really awesome TV, good price, easy to use, easy programming, excellent quality picture, easy to mount, not too heavy, thin, works well with our internet and bluetooth, reliable, however the sound could be better.

I have a Samsung 4k smart tv 50 inch. I think it is the best tv on the market for picture quality, menu system and clarity. I have other cheaper TVs that are very good and great value but I'm a past video engineer and demand perfection.

This was my first flat screen HD television. Bought it almost ten years ago. Still looks like new. The apps that were pre-installed are hokey and out-of-date but I loathe the idea of a "smart TV". I'm very happy with Samsung. Never had a problem and wouldn't be surprised if this set lasts me another 10 years.

Picture is fine, sound sucks. Had to add sound bar just to hear clear sound. Size works for our home systems. 40”. It’s a pain having to have a sound bar controller as well as our Cable TV controller.

I have a Samsung smart curved tv. The picture is beautiful and the picture quality is wonderful. The price was great. I purchased it online from Walmart. I also purchased a smart tv for my son. This was my Christmas gift to me and a Christmas gift for my son.

I have two Samsungs and am constantly amazed at the clarity, color and sharpness of the pictures. They are easy to set up and to use with various sound systems. Their remote control features can easily be blended with hand controls provided by various carriers, in my cast DirecTV.

I bought this 60 inch 1080p tv 8 years ago. It was a 3D set. Best Buy had a special deal so it came with a 3D DVD player, several sets of 3D glasses and a few 3D DVD's. I love the 3D, but my family does not like the glasses, so we have not used it much for that. 3D sets have higher quality displays, and this is no exception. The image is brilliant, like new, and I have no motivation to buy a 4K set because this one still looks so good.

I got a Samsung 43 class LED NU7100 series 2160p smart 4k UHD. I can not asked for a top rated quality tv. Picture and everything else containing to the tv, I give it a 5 star rating and from 1-10 a perfect 10. Samsung is the best tv I ever brought.

My first time Purchasing a Samsung then was about three years ago and I don’t think I’ll ever buy another brand. It’s been such an awesome TV! Great resolution. Great size (I have the 55 inch curved) and it’s given me zero trouble.

I have had a 42 inch Samsung tv for about 5 years. It still works like it’s brand new. Beautiful clear picture with vibrant colors. I would recommend this brand very highly. I also have a 32 in in the bedroom that is the same brand.

Clear picture and amenities galore. Television has many exciting features including but not limited to the following: cable accessibility, dvr capability, picture within a picture capability. Television has longevity.

Have a UHD 55 Samsung smart. Had two screen and motherboard replacements in three years. Warranty ran out now and I'm afraid if it break this time again I'll have to buy a new tv. Samsung sells poor quality products. I would really just spend my money on something else.

VIVID colors, nice 70-inch size, very dependable. Easy to set up and I love the mating with my Samsung soundbar. The internet setup was on queue the first time. Bluetooth was amazing and I was able to see Netflix and Amazon movies with ease.

Super TV, reliable quality, great design and longevity. The downside is the sound speakers are crap, the worst and therefore require you to purchase the soundbar and subwoofers (more bloody wires) even though they are Bluetooth! Also the power on button on Samsung is hit and miss, you never know if it's switched on until the screen displays, miss the old fashioned click switch lever on was 100% on when clicked.

I have the curved TV... which is great because I get the same picture and voice quality sitting on the side as I would sitting in front of it. I have been a fan of Sony... and still am as they too have great picture quality: however, Samsung was equal. I also bought a 24" monitor to replace dual monitors... but Vizio was far better prices and am loving it. So price is also important.

You sell a TV that if you watch any other device such as a DVD player you give no options to connect to a sound system. The only sound you have is through the awful sounding TV speakers, which in my mind makes the TV junk. Even the cheapest TVs out there give you an option to connect to auxiliary sound system.

It's a good looking non intrusive TV. The sound is good and the picture quality beyond life like. The remote is easy to use. The connections for other devices are easy to install with the separate interface unit.

The TVs made by Samsung are great, reliable, clear, sleek and clean line. Easy to hang on wall. They are fully connected to phone. I own Samsung Note phone as well. Been buying Samsung for years now. Best ever.

I love my tv. It’s the best value and the best investment I ever made. Great picture and sound. Have had no problems. The size I bought is 50 inches and it fits the room good. Seating is a perfect distance from it and the picture quality is excellent.

Purchased a Samsung UN55NU8000 two weeks ago. Picture is not as clear as my old Samsung 55" Plasma set and not nearly as easy to operate. The remote controller is a joke - for example, the center button inside the control 'ring' is too small for man-size fingers so I'm always hitting the outer ring instead of the center button. And selecting channels is a nightmare. On my former set, if I wanted to go to channel 1-204, for example, I just punched those digits on the remote. With the UN55NU8000 I have to punch a button that brings up a line of numbers, ziggy around to the individual digits on the line using the outer ring of the control button then click the center button to select the highlighted digit, and so on until the entire string of digits has been highlighted and then selected. With the tiny center button, it is difficult to do. If the set had a decent controller it might be okay, but, as it is, I regret having bought it.

Picture is quite clear even on non-4k programs. Bought this set in November 2018. It should last at least 10 more years, if previous experience is an indication.

I have had several Samsung products over the years. They seem to provide an excellent product over some of the cheaper brands I have tried and regretted such as Vizio which was a very disappointing purchase and resulted in buying my first Samsung TV. I have also had video players by Samsung that were excellent and in fact have both an upscale TV and a disc player by Samsung at present.

Is very good. Is a new experience for me. I really enjoyed with this tv. Is a new generation in the new world. This is the future enjoyed that way. I recommended to other consumer to use because is very good brand.

We have 3 Samsung TVs in the house of various ages and types. They all have great pictures when compared with others. One is a 3D model that performs well; however, some apps like the MLB no longer support those TVs. We don’t change TVs like others change cellphones.

The brand speaks for itself. The quality is far superior compared to the other brands. The size is very slender not bulky. Price is very affordable. The brand overall is the best.

The Samsung TV has a good picture quality, but the sound is horrible, on every one I have. The background music is so loud that I have to put CC on just to follow some shows. I pretty much have to keep CC on all the time because of sound quality. Turning it up does no good, because the background music just gets louder. Commercials are too loud. If there is a car chase, forget it. I also no longer rent movies from Redbox, because the sound on 100 is more like 20... I despise this TV.

Overall it's a solid product, but a bit pricey. I'd buy one again but not at the price I paid. Picture is outstanding, sound is good. It's a bit top-heavy and it wobbles in the cabinet, so it could use a broader stand.

I have a 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TV. It has very high resolution, very clear, very reliable, minimal bezel, very thin. So far it had no problems for the past 2 years I had it. It also built-in apps such as Netflix and a web browser.

I purchased my Samsung 4K 8000 series TV about two years ago and am very pleased with its performance. I have it hooked up to an Onkyo home theater unit and am pleased with the paring. I have the 65' unit which is perfect for our room size, it replace a 55' TV. My only wish is for more 4K availability, I do have a 4K cd player and have purchased a couple of 4k disks which are awesome on this TV.

Bought the 75" Samsung Q9 and I am very happy with the picture and I also like having only 1 small wire coming out of the TV. Also has a good variety of apps to choose from and a lot of over air TV channels. It was easy to install and has a great remote control.

I have two Samsung t.v.'s. Both about 55". Easy to program with Netflix and Amazon... all the other apps as well. Have a smaller Samsung that I use just for Netflix and Amazon Prime t.v. Excellent picture quality, color quality... you can go from "movie" to "normal" on screen size.

We've had this Samsung not smart 45" flat screen TV for about 10 years. Great picture. Reliable. So when we needed to upgrade the TVs in our second home we bought Samsung smart TVs. These are also great.

When the picture is dark there are swirls of dark colors and you can't even see the picture. It sometimes does it when it's lighter but mainly when it's darker. It has done this ever since I bought the television.

I have purchased two Samsung TVs. They are both at least 4+ yrs old. The picture quality is excellent, colors are vibrant, clarity is great. They are both wifi enable and it’s to move around the apps.
