Very disappointed with the experience. Our salesperson was unable to deliver on promises. After purchasing several appliances for a kitchen renovation nearly 3 months in advance, the salesman indicated PC Richard would hold the items in their inventory until we needed them and that they would assign a shipping date that could be pushed back as many times as needed to the inventory items to ensure that we received products and items did not sell out or become back ordered. I would not have purchased the items so far in advance had the salesman not made these promises. Fast forward to delivery week, during the shipping confirmation call I was informed that my original dishwasher was now out of stock and that an alternate one was also on back order. The salesman informed me not to be concerned and that they would find a comparable dishwasher for us.

Tito was very helpful in explaining the differences between the smart TV's and the pros and cons of different sound systems. He is very personable and knowledgeable. We will certainly seek him out for any future purchases and recommend him to our family and friends.

He is nice person to help me to choose right refrigerator. He kind and professional person. He explain me all aspect to how to use change filter and other feature which help me to understand how can I operate new refrigerator and he help to choose ten years protection plan so.

We dealt with a very informed and experienced salesperson, Wahid **. His knowledge of all the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave was very detailed and it made it very easy for us to make decisions. I would highly recommend PC Richard to anyone.

I recently purchased a Samsung 55 inch Frame TV that was installed on Wednesday and did not work. I went back to the Levittown store with every intention of getting a refund and returning the TV. Pete **, the salesman who sold me the TV, and Carson **, an assistant manager at the Levittown store, worked with me, the service department and the installers to get me another TV, mounted and working beautifully in less than 48 hours! It was a miracle! They were both so helpful, understanding, kind and patient and promised that this issue would be resolved and I would be happy, and that is exactly what happened! They did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier! The TV is awesome, and I am so happy and thankful for their help.

I had the pleasure of buying my stove from Tito at your Bayshore LI store. He was very knowledgeable and represents the company in a very professional manner. He answered all my questions on not only the stove we purchased but on a number of other products we are looking to add to our home at some point in time I will be happy to send all my friends and family to Tito for any future business. He is a great asset to your company IMO.

She went out of the way to help expedite the order. Jessa - West Babylon was very helpful and polite. I was pleased with her service. I would recommend P.C. Richard to a friend. I am a loyal customer and big fan for years. My parents also enjoy this establishment.

My Salesperson George was very knowledgeable and efficient. He knew the products well and was able to answer all of my questions. He was friendly and got me through the buying process quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and I definitely go back to him should I need anything else.

On 8/29/17, I purchased a Bello Classic Flame TV Stand at the P.C. Richard & Son Lake Grove store from "Big Tony" **. It was delivered on 9/1/17 without the fireplace insert. After a month of numerous telephone calls with customer service at Twin Star International just to get a delivery date (which I never got), Big Tony intervened and had it delivered directly to me the next day. The courtesy and professionalism that I received from the entire staff during the ordeal was nothing short of a six star rating.

Went to purchase new refrigerator, very pleasant salespeople which made the experience easy and fast. Will have delivery the next day. Will surely go back for any appliance needed in the future. Salespeople very friendly and professional and made the experience easy.

We shopped other large stores but came to the conclusion that P.C. Richard was the right place to buy our new kitchen suite. Their knowledgeable staff and their customer service is second to none. We would not hesitate to buy there again. They service what they sell and they gave the best price.

I am a long time customer of P.C. Richard due to the fact that the salesman are professional and always remember my name sometimes after a year between sales. The prices are always fair and reasonable with sales and special pricing being the best deals. The installers were courteous in that they called me twice to narrow down the time they would be at my house and professional in their skills during their workmanship and cleanliness in which they worked.

Steve was the best. I will never go to anyone else for my electronic/home needs. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be sending him my friends and family. He was knowledgeable, spent time with us and was not pushy. He has made a forever client.

Salesman was great, answered all my questions and was well informed about the camera that I bought. Met the manager. He was very friendly and also helpful. Will tell my family and friends about both of them. I will be back for more items for the holidays and hope that one of the two help me again.

I have been without my washing machine for over a month. I first had a service technician come and order the wrong part, then the second service technician came and told us we needed to remove our stackable dryer and that the first guy ordered the wrong part. We did that, waited two more weeks with no appointment scheduled. We called and were told the part from the manufacturer hadn't come in yet. The woman told me she would call the manufacturer and promised to call me back that night – no callback.

Robert helped me with finding the right headphones and with a issue I had with a previous purchase that I was unsure of and reassured me that I was in safe hands with the company and the store. I would come here again with friends and family alike.

We were having issues with our TV and I can't thank the Newington Store Manager Tom and his staff enough for all their help. Tom made several calls out of his busy schedule and was able to get a crew over to our house the next day to get our TV working again. I am very grateful and will continue to be a valued customer of P.C. Richard thanks to Tom.

I stopped in the Carteret store today and purchased a washer and dryer. The salesman was great and the store manager Bobby was really helpful. I would recommend this store to all of my family and friends and I will return to buy a few more things.

Thanks to the excellent, professional, honest and patient help given to me today by Chris **, I was able to make a decision about the purchase of my first flat screen TV. I was confused about what size and model to purchase and Chris let me ask a zillion questions (some more than one time), and he answered them with kind and knowledgeable patience. Very good service in the store. Good salesman, didn't feel pressured, large selection, good pricing. My only complaint would be charging for delivery, most stores I shopped at while looking for my appliances offered free shipping. Cannot comment on appliances at this point, delivery is scheduled for this week.

The service I received from Sam and John at the Staten Island store was beyond helpful. I knew I wanted a TV and through their expert guidance I was able to purchase the best fit for my needs. I recommend this store and will definitely return for future purchases.

Sales associate Nicholas was both professional and helpful. He listened to our needs for a printer so he could help us choose the best one for us. He didn’t push us towards a printer that we wouldn’t use half of the options it had. Instead, he reviewed all of the available printers and pointed out what they did and didn’t do so we could get the best one for us at the best price. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Outstanding experience while purchasing the GE Cafe Double oven. Sales counselors Desmond and Lucas were very professional and knowledgeable. They listened to all of our concerns regarding product warranties and dependability. Their efforts found the best and lowest price beating all major appliance store competitors. Delivery and installation was exceptional.

The service was great. The salesman helped me find what I needed (washing machine). He helped me with any questions I had and was very helpful in me making my decision. I have purchased all my household appliances and even my mattress in P.C. Richard and Son. I will continue to shop in this store as long as they continue their excellent service.

We had a GE Cafe for the past 5 years. It was working great until the past three months, where we needed 3 separate service calls. By the 3rd time it broke down I was tired of GE trying to figure out what was wrong, and waiting over a week for the service call. I decided to speak with my sales representative, Mike from the Levittown store. He was wonderful! Within a half hour I received a phone call from service that I did not have to go through another service visit again and that they would replace the fridge. I didn’t even have to drive back to the store. Mike received the replacement ticket from service, ordered the closest model possible and set up delivery within 3 days!

Dec 2016, when we buy the stove, sell person give us all the benefit purchase with 10 year warranty. When the day for deliver, shipping guy knock the switch on the doorway and damage the switch. All they do is push it back and look ugly. Now it is not even a year, the paint is peeling off the stove and metal not attach to the door as they suppose to be. When I claim warranty, PC Richard said it is not in the warranty, but it is just excuse. There is no such a thing in warranty contract. If I cannot claim warranty, I want to return the entire merchant and warranty charge!

Toufique ** was the best salesman ever! His excellent service in helping us search for all new appliances for our new house was so appreciated. He was attentive to my specific needs and helped me find the exact size of appliances I wanted. He took me to the available selections quickly and I was able to make all of the right choices. I immediately picked out all four appliances for my new kitchen. I was only price shopping but when Toufique informed me of PC Richard's Employee Pricing and the great bargains I would get, I was so happy to have selected my refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave. I bought them all and thanks to Toufique, we were able to stay exactly to my budget! Best. Day. Ever!

Devonte ** from the Baychester store was very helpful and welcoming. He provided exceptional customer service to me and he was very patient. I was satisfied after leaving the store and I will definitely go back to him to buy other items.

Repair of Samsung Washer - The service department of P.C. Richard did an outstanding job for us. Our clothes became twisted in a braided clump and got embedded in the rubber insert. Their first visit was two days later from the time I placed a request for service. The part was ordered by the service technician at the time of the visit. The part was shipped directly to our home and arrived (3) days later. The technician Dave came 2 days later and spent one hour + and did a fantastic job. I want to thank the service reps who handled my request so professionally and the service technicians who made the trip to ensure that we would have our machine repaired quickly. Great job!!!

Walked into PC Richards and Max ** said right away "can I help you". He asked what I was looking for and directed me 25 feet away to the aisle for phones. He gave me a minute to look and came right over to assist. He was super helpful to match a phone to my needs and I bought the same phone he purchased for himself. I appreciate a salesman that takes the time to know the working of the merchandise they are selling. That's why I shop there.

Very dissatisfied. My husband and I purchase all our appliances at P.C. Richard and so do all of my family members. Feb 2016 We purchased a refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher and stovetop for our kitchen renovation. All KitchenAid. Appliances were delivered April 2016. One month into using refrigerator it stopped cooling and I threw out all food because it was spoiled. Called P.C. Richard and they sent repair service. Serviceman said that back of fridge froze up and to unplug and let it defrost. He said this model has a defect and will continue to freeze up. Model # KRFF507ESS. I called P.C. Richard and told them this and that I wanted another refrigerator. They said they couldn't do this, because it was under manufacturers warranty.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and a swivel recliner at the store on Flatbush Ave. Our salesman was Alfred and he was wonderful. I would recommend you ask for him if you need anything. He made sure the delivery time was good for us, the installation of the ice maker, went as smooth as could be. I had a great experience at this PC Richards thanks to Alfred!

I went to PC Richard in Bay Plaza today to purchase a remote starter for my new car. Being a female, I was a bit apprehensive and anxious about going alone. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a representative by the name of Tim. This gentleman put my mind to ease immediately. After asking several questions pertaining to the make and model of my vehicle Tim recommended the a starter that would be appropriate for my car. Tim also informed me of the onsite installation that is available!!! To say I am pleased with the service and product I received today is an understatement!! The service I received today from Mr Tim was exceptional! I will definitely return to the store and will let everyone I know about the positive experience I had today. Thanks Mr. Tim!!!

This was my first experience shopping at PC Richards and I was extremely impressed by the level of service I received at the store. The stock in store was fantastic and the sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They definitely won me over as a customer going forward.

Have been to other stores and have not seen customer service as good on sales floor as I did with Sehun. He made shopping for kitchen appliances very easy. I Would highly recommend this store. Delivery should be within one week.

LG refrigerator purchase - Counselor ** was focused and engaged during the entire transaction. She did not just process the sale; she serviced the customer with her positive connection to detail to deliver great customer service. One of the reasons I enjoy shopping at PC is because they add knowledgeable people to drive their products.

We purchased a Friedrich Air Conditioner from P.C. Richard at 86 St. in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Our salesman, ** was very helpful and knowledgeable as always. It's a pleasure getting old fashion customer care. We purchase all our major appliances from P.C. Richard and always secure the P.C. Richard extended service protection as well. Whenever we called for service they came fast and took care of the repair with no problems.

We, my wife and I, have been loyal customers of PC Richard and Son since November 2011. We have purchase all of our televisions, Yamaha stereo, GE washer/dryer and the Whirlpool range/stove. We have always been extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Today (10/20/17), my wife experience a set back with the Hot Point (GE) dryer. When attempting to schedule an appointment with a technician to repair the problem, was told she would have to wait till the following Friday, which was a disappointment.

I am extremely happy about how friendly the PC Richard's staff is. The sales rep Waseem and Supervisor Paul was excellent with their help and services. I was able to pick out the TV and sound bar that best fit my needs with Waseem's help. 14th Street Manhattan PC Richard's rock!! On another note the customer service ladies that take payments attitudes are very nasty and needs to be worked on!!!

I have been using P.C. Richard for a long time now and have never been disappointed. Every single time my experience gets better and better. This time around I ordered a new washer & dryer and a new mattress. Both items were explained completely to me and many options were provided. I been calling cust service after I received my delivery to complain about a broken TV. They been very nasty and unprofessional. They hang up the phone and never know anything. I’m still waiting for a supervisor to call me, God knows if one day will call me...

We had to replace our defective dishwasher after many service calls over a period of time. It was frustrating but from the moment we called P.C. Richard's today, they were kind, efficient and told us to come to the Oceanside store and pick out a new dishwasher since we had a 10 year extended contract. We went to the store and Keith ** was so helpful & knowledgeable about replacing the machine. In minutes we were able to order a new dishwasher and they will be here to install in just a few days. So what started out as a very frustrating day ended very happily due to the excellent P.C. Richard's service.

My wife and I recently bought five kitchen appliances from PC Richards. Among them was a Maytag dishwasher with the extended warranty for 10 years. The salesman consistently pushed the extended warranty for all of the appliances and pressured me into the purchase which cost several hundred dollars. We believed that in good faith they would repair or place any or all appliances if we were dissatisfied with the performance. After the installation the washer was found to be extremely inadequate. It took 4 1/2 hours to run through the cycles. Afterward it was found that the water had not fully drained and all the dishes were still wet. I have owned three other Maytag dishwashers and in the past the dishes were dry. We called PC Richard, explained the problem and were set up with an appointment for servicing. The day before the appointment was canceled due to scheduling.

Pc Richard is amazing. They always take good care of me and the customer service is the best. I could not imagine going anywhere else to buy appliances. They have good prices and their delivery crew is amazing. They were very careful not to scratch my floor or walls.

Juan and Nick at the P.C. Richard in Wayne have been an incredible help with all the shopping and needs that I have done there for personal and work alike. They have been more than helpful and I would recommend their services and the store in Wayne to anyone that is looking for the products that they carry. I have never had a bad experience and Nick and Juan's experience has made my shopping there easier and enjoyable.

Wow! Took my mom here for washer/dryer. Moe was not only extremely knowledgeable but so polite and respectful. Honestly everyone was so wonderful!! This is what customer service should be. The best of the best!! He also knew my mom was not happy with the stove she purchased there. He made appt for service rep to come to her house and check it out. Now I honestly can say this is what a family owned business should be and this is why they just celebrated 108 years!!! Thanks again!

Unfortunately the same day of the delivery my daughter was very sick so I had to take her to the doctor. Sonny helped us a lot. He rescheduled my delivery for later. I have worked with Dwayne for years. He is not only a great salesman but he is honest and I trust him. I have made many purchases over the past 15-20 years. I have 2-year-old LG fridge that I bought from PC Richards with Extended Warranty. On 9/20/2017 we noticed the fridge was getting warmer and everything was melting. I called it in the next day. I was told I had to wait till the 27th to get a tech out to look at it. The tech did come and he said he filled up the freon. By next day the fridge was still warm. I called in and was told, "Next week you will have the compressor and someone to install it." Then I received an email the following week saying again, "No part for you, wait till 10/09." I called in today and I was told no part till the 16th!!! This is all for the part which may or may not fixes it. This is what I get for additional store warranty? This is outrageous. When I ask for a supervisor customer service absolutely ignores my requests.

John ** was the sales rep that helped us. He provided many options for the refrigerators and ranges we were looking for. He was pleasant and friendly and made the process very easy. He was also very willing to provide his contact numbers to provide support after the fact. The store had a variety of products to look at.

We shop at P.C. Richard & Son because of its competitive prices and services. My son and I walked into the store to buy a computer and immediately met with a well welcome from Mr. ** who was very pleasant to us, and very knowledgeable/experience in what we are looking for. After he patiently waited and explained all the options and choices to us, we purchased a laptop computer which we both are very happy with. We will definitely continue to consider P.C. Richard for our next purchase and refer Mr. ** as our go to person to our families and friends.

He was very helpful, honest & did not persuade us in to purchase something we didn't like. Based on the following we will not only refer my friend but also my family to him. I purchased a High-end DVD player at your Bayside store. I had a major AV show at a nearby hotel in Bayside and due to technical reasons our HD playback system went down. The solution was to buy a DVD with HDMI output and playback our show on it. Louis helped us with the purchase. Later, we realized that we needed a different type of DVD with RCA input and output. Louis took our urgent call and said to come over since you had what we wanted. He did the transaction very fast knowing we were running out of time.

We had a recurring problem with our Avanti refrigerator. After a second service visit to our home, the problem was clearly unfixable and we requested a replacement. Rocky, the service manager at our Staten Island P.C. Richard & Son, was extremely sympathetic to our difficulties. He happily honored our replacement warranty and also was very helpful in helping us navigate through some delivery obstacles. I had my air conditioning unit burn out the night before I ran into P.C. Richard 576-80 86th Street Brooklyn NY 11209. ** and his manager ** which I wish I got his last name were unbelievably amazing in assisting me in an a/c unit and for a great deal as well. They knew I was in a rush being I had to go to work but had to get an a/c and install it for my family before work. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes with the exact unit I need. This unit is a thousand times better than the one I was looking at. They are a great team. I will definitely go back to that P.C. Richard to buy something from those guys again.

I am not someone who generally writes reviews. Even a less than positive experience is something I normally take in stride and forget about it. PC Richard does not have the best prices, but I've been shopping there for almost 20 years because I thought they had good service and stood behind the products they sold. We are so disappointed in our experience with PC Richard that I want other people to know what they're in for.

Refrigerator - Salesperson was great, gave discount when I first made the order. Then there was a delay in the order and he followed up with a call explaining the delay and offered an additional discount to make up for any hardship.

I had purchase a KitchenAid French fridge. I used it for a few weeks and the upper part (food area) stop cooling, however I made a report and they send out the technician and he found out parts need to be replace and it need to be service. I buy a brand new fridge not a refurbish. When I call PC they say they cannot issue a new fridge. They have to replace the parts. This is very unsatisfied for a customer. I NEED A NEW FRIDGE NOT OLD TRASH. STOP SELLING TRASH AND SAY IT'S NEW. ALSO THIS WILL GO FURTHER IF THIS CANNOT BE RESOLVE.

My sales counselor Richard **, was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and even though the product wasn't on site directed me to the Farmingdale distribution center where it could be picked up. He should be commended for a job well done.

We have a Samsung refrigerator that is a year old. It is being services for the third time. This time the refrigerator fan went and we lost $80-100 of food. It took 4 days to get someone to look at it. They ordered the part. After 4-5 days the installer shows up with the wrong part. Now 4 days later we find out the right part (hopefully) is in but it will take a week to get someone back here to fix it. This is totally unacceptable. Not only is the product terrible but the service is worst!

During this particular time I had an issue with my air conditioning system and I have 2 children who are chronic asthmatics. I was in the market to buy a car audio system and a dash cam. Sale counselor Sylvia approach me asked did I need help and I did. Sylvia help me to decide on the right model for me. “The reward of a job well done is to have done it”. On August 29, 2017, I had technician Miguel ** come to my home to check my refrigerator’s ice cube dispenser and dishwasher. I had at least three previous visits due to the same issues with the ice maker. Mr. ** handled the situation professionally and quite efficiently. He took the components apart, checked the water pressure, the lines, and the filter; within minutes he had the refrigerator freezer working quite efficiently. The ice cubes were the proper size and were falling into the receptacle. The water dispenser and ice maker had not worked properly in the last five years.

Working with Scott is a pleasure. He always directs me to the right products and offers the best prices. I have gotten all of my kitchen appliances, TV's, and iPads from him. We have never had any problems with anything we have purchased from Scott. I highly recommend Scott.

On Thursday the 24th a tech came and identified the issues with my refrigerator the board and the fan. Said the parts had to be ordered which was perfectly acceptable. On Tuesday a tech came and installed the fan but had no board. No one can tell me why that was so. While the tech was great, my fridge is still broken. We are a family of 5 and the small loaner fridge is not cutting it.

Went in for a dryer I did lots of research on. Was greater and made the purchase quickly. Was set up with delivery plans and a 5 year warranty. Price on dryer was 100 dollars cheaper than surrounding stores and was a better buy than online. Delivery was fast and professional. Install took a half hour, they hooked up the lines and a new vent. Dryer works great so far, and it has been an all around awesome and easy experience.

Everything was great, except for the time window provided. The delivery was an hour later than the window of time given to me. The installation was flawless and the men were knowledgeable and clean. They explained how the dishwasher worked and removed my old machine. They were friendly.

The experience at P.C. Richard & Son in Baychester was excellent. I bought a new LG fridge, French doors and was assisted by one of the best if not, the best floor salesman from P.C. Richard. It was a great buy, and the service was outstanding!

I've dealt with a lot of stores in my life! However, none can compare to the service I received at the Milford, CT P.C. Richard & Son Store! I dealt with Bert! He was so personable and patient with me. I had a problem with the size of the refrigerator I purchased. It was my own fault. I wanted a counter depth only to find out after delivery it wouldn't fit. I kept it for a couple of weeks thinking I was going to have to buy a new one! I went into the store to tell them my error and to my surprise they bent over backwards to help me. It only cost me a small delivery fee to exchange. And to my surprise the new one was on sale as well as the other items I had purchased.

Just over a year ago, I bought a brand new Samsung French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator from PC Richard & Son in Milford, CT. This past May, the refrigerator wasn't cooling and was making a loud noise. I made a service call and a worker came out a week later and said it needed a new fan. They had said I needed another service call to get the new part installed. Another service visit was made a week after that, the fan was installed, and a majority of my food spoiled and had to be thrown out. In addition, I kept having to take off of work for each service visit. About two weeks later, the refrigerator wasn't cooling again and the temperature read 78 degrees. I went to the store to make a complaint to a manager and the manager called corporate and they wouldn't connect him to a corporate manager.

We recently purchased a refrigerator, which we had the same problem with four service calls and didn't not repaired. The only people who was willing to listen and help was Brad **. Thanks to Mr **, I will continue to purchase in the future and only through the Lawrenceville, NJ location.

My experience with Joel from your Paramus store was so personal and kind that I had to share it. Joel gave me his cell phone number and spoke to me on his own time on a Sunday trying to help me with setting up an air conditioner installment. My feeling was that I was dealing with the owner of the store. I can not remember experiencing a sales person like Joel.

Stackable washer and dryer, Frigidaire - bought the unit from P.C. Richard & Son 10 months age. From the very beginning lint deposited around the door and the around the rim around the door each time the dryer is used. I called pc richards for service and the tech came out and said there was a venting issue in the building. He also shortened the venting hose. There was no improvement. I contacted frigidaire. Told them the problem and they sent a local appliance service who changed gaskets around the door and the lint trap assembly which did no good.

I needed a new refrigerator, my old one stopped working, something simple to use as a spare unit. The salesman showed me what I needed to see the right size and color and sealed the deal. Everyone at the store was courteous and helpful and knew their job.

I have the best sales person Rich **, he is very knowledgeable about all the products that they sell. He always gets the best deals even if it's going to be on sale too! He's very personable and makes you feel welcome to the store and doesn't push you into buying if you are just looking or comparing prices. They will match any other competitor!

Purchased an open box refrigerator Whirlpool Refrigerator Model WRS322FDAM. The salesman Tim was reluctant to sell it at the price the manager Joe was giving me and was trying to get me to purchase a different one. He was talking about the size not fitting through doorway. I got home, did the measurements and he called about an hour later and asked me about the space. After I told him it would fit, he said "Well the refrigerator is dead, not working." I found it odd to believe. When I offered to go back to the store to see it not working, he said "Oh no the item is no longer in the store." However, I'm going to request a refund back today. Very disappointed with the service.

Nick helped me find an appropriate refrigerator for my apartment, all over the phone. I gave him the size of the old one and he found me a great replacement. Then he arranged delivery and removal of the old unit. Excellent job. I would recommend.

86th Street store on 3rd Ave in NYC was recommended by my sister when I was looking to replace my microwave. The service by the sales person, Anderson was excellent. He listened attentively and showed various samples. Anderson suggested options that he felt would meet my expectations. The time frame from the buying and installation of the microwave was short and effective. Installation was completed with clear communication, so I did not stress out. Great service with classy old fashioned courtesy in this hectic town of NYC!

Extremely satisfied with the service I received at the Totowa store. I went in looking for a new washer and dryer and Dawn who was very knowledgeable got me the perfect washer and dryer for my situation. Install and delivery were flawless. The dryer did not work correctly however and was picked up and exchanged. No questions asked for a perfect working unit. I will continue to buy my Electronics and appliances at PC Richard like I have in the past. Thank you.

I bought an expensive television from them in late 2015. I had to have one major repair several months ago and was without use of the television for almost 2 weeks. Now they have to replace the LCD panel and I'll be without use of the television for another 2 weeks. I've told them I want a new television at this point and no-one wants to hear anything about it. The Nanuet store manager was rude and curt and didn't want to be bothered. He put it on his Service Manager. Meanwhile it's another 2 weeks without an expensive relatively new television. Very turned off. Would never deal with them again!

Second visit to this store this year. Sales persons are most attentive. They greet you at the door and provide the most professional attention from the beginning to the end. They know their merchandise and respond to all questions. I would recommend this store to everyone. In addition, delivery is smooth, on time and delivery guys are very courteous and professional.

Today I went to P.C. Richards, Carteret NJ location, and could not be happier with the service I received. From the second I entered the store, the staff was kind, courteous and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the products I was inquiring about and were able to set me up with a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher from purchase to scheduled delivery. I called when I realized I was paying overnight 46.00 shipping and it's not left and it may take three to six days. When I see that I called and tried to find one that's not a demo I could drive to, none were available, if there was he would have found it, so I need to make sure I thank him for all his help and effort in my behalf. Very good experience at PC Richard, disaster at Home Depot - Just under five years ago, we purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot in Riverhead, NY. Contrary to my normal practice, I bought an extended 5-year warranty. Just under five years from the date of purchase, the refrigerator died. I called Home Depot on Saturday, June 17, 2017. They promised to send a repairman on Monday (June 19). On Monday, my wife called the appointed firm, who said that they did not service our area (they were in Nassau, we are in Suffolk, County, NY). She spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone with Home Depot. HD finally scheduled another firm on the following Wednesday (June 21). They cancelled and rescheduled for Friday (June 23). The guy came late Friday afternoon, took one look, said it was a Freon leak and there was nothing he could do -- he did not do Freon leaks.

My wife & I walk into PC Richard. Two workers look at us, made eye contact but he walked away fine. I call another one who was on his cell phone. He turns his back on us. We felt really bad so we're on our way to the front desk for help and thank GOD Mr. Brian ** was there at the Jersey City store. This young man went above & beyond the call for service. He found us the Apple iPad 2017 we were looking for! If he wasn't at the store that day - we would walk out the store with no birthday gift. Thank you Mr. **. Keep up the good work! They showed first class customer service and customer satisfaction. My day may not have started out that great, but it immediately got better once I had these gentlemen attend to my concerns.

Order was placed in Southampton location for TVs, Sonos sound bars, brackets. Excellent customer service. Professional staff at PC Richard and Son in Wayne, New Jersey. Had an issue with an air conditioner I bought there. A loud rattling noise was keeping my wife up at night. Talked with one of the managers there (Tom) about my problem. He was very helpful to my needs and was able to exchange my air conditioner for a new one. I would recommend this place to anyone. No hassles and friendly service.

We buy all of our appliances at PC Richards. Always through the same salesperson. Most times we also buy whatever is needed for new installation and extended warranty. We use our PC Richards credit card and take full advantage of any promotions going on at the time. My only issue this time was the cost of installation. Thought it was a bit high for what needed to be done.
