I'm always glad to go to this store. Joe, Kevin and Bob are always helping me to buy Tv's, appliances, mattress and everything that I need all the time. I do not need to go anywhere else to find what I'm looking for. Thank you so much for your time and patience.

From beginning to end it was a complete pleasure working with the staff at PC Richard. Very helpful in advising which products would be best for me. As usual I am again a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

It is rare for me but when I have a good experience with a dealer I want to let it be known. I was shopping online for a new large air conditioner and decided to stop into PC Richard in Orange CT to see what was available. I was met by Justin and we talked about my needs. He showed me my options and pricing. He had such a good positive attitude that I decided to write the order with him right there and then and gave up whatever bonus I could have earned through Ebates with an online purchase.

These guys were fantastic! They delivered with superb care to my new floors and removed old refrigerator all without a single scratch!!! I'm very happy to report a job well done! They took care in installing the handles as well.

My ancient washing machine recently gave up the ghost, giving me the opportunity to get a new one. My first choice was P.C. Richards because I have always gotten outstanding service there. I bought the machine on Thursday and was able to do laundry on my brand new machine on Saturday! The delivery guys were fabulous, taking less than 30 minutes! This is my GO-TO place for all appliances.

Purchased an LG 49" smart TV at P.C. Richard Gateway Mall branch on 06/29/18, on getting home I discovered the TV was bigger than the TV stand I had in my bedroom. My husband suggested we get a bigger TV stand, but considering the extra cost we later decided to return the TV for a smaller size. Due to my husband tight schedule at work, we could not return the TV until 7 days/a week.

Sony 75 inch TV 850e - Dwayne took care of me and I was very satisfied with all he did. I would recommend for people to go to PC Richard. They say they can match any price and they actually beat the competitors. I will shop there again anytime.

I purchased a refrigerator, oven and range hood. The salesman (2) were excellent. The delivery and setup of the items were excellent. I purchased service contracts for the refrigerator and the oven. I have a dishwasher that I had purchased from PC and found the service excellent.

Was in search of a reliable Washer. Found my Maytag at PC Richard's. Ordered online with the Chat Feature assist, Tania was awesome! It was delivered in 2 days! Delivery DRIVERS... They went Above and Beyond. I will continue to buy at PC Richard's!!

Our washing machine was still under warranty when it began to not work properly. Determining that it could not be repaired, P.C. Richard gave us full credit for the original purchase price. We used the credit to replace our washing machine with a brand new one! We received prompt courteous resolution to our problem. At the store, when we visited to select our new machine the salesman and manger were extremely helpful. We give the highest praise for all the employees as well as honoring our original warranty to its fullest!

The staff just wants to sell products and warranties. Once sold if you have a problem you are on your own. Shortly after buying an LG Washer in 2013 I could not use the washer due to the push buttons were not engaging the machine to work. They came and fixed it. Two weeks. I don’t have the exact dates, but now 4 times the agitator has detached itself. The last time I called, on May 19, 2018, I spoke to Elisa in the service department. When I told her it’s the same problem as previous times, she said at that time she was going to order a pulsator. Two weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything. On June 10, 2018 I called service again and this time spoke to Kimberly. I expressed my frustration and told her I’d like to speak to a manager. She told me someone would call me back.

The salesmen were very helpful and worked with me to make the purchase I came for in a timely manner. I would definitely be coming back to this PC Richard location in the future for more purchases. I will be telling my family and friends about this location.

I recently purchase an air conditioner and I have to say my purchase, installation and delivery was amazing! I had ordered the wrong size and I had to call back. They made it so easy!! PC Richard rocks!!! Will definitely purchase online again!!!

I bought an air conditioner - and everyone was spectacular, from the salespeople, delivery/installers, and the manager. They are fair, super efficient, and even kind! The ac works great, and I am now a loyal PC Richard fan - if they sell it, that’s where I’ll buy it. Thank you PC Richard!

I, along with my wife went shopping for a replacement refrigerator/freezer. Our salesperson, Vinod was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I liked the way he responded to our questions and his personable approach to doing his job. I plan to ask for Mr. Vinod when I return To P. C. Richard & Son for my next purchase.

We were pleasantly greeted as we entered the store. Initially I was looking for the salesperson we had for our last transaction. Vinod (**) approached us also in a non-high pressure manner which is extremely important to us. Again we had a salesperson who was both accommodating for our particular needs and had knowledge about the products. At our interest for future purchases, Vinod showed us other appliances that went along with the color of the item we had purchased. This again was a good experience at P.C. Richard's in Mt. Laurel.

P.C. Richard & Son is our go to place for our household appliance needs! Eddie at the Jersey City is our. He is so helpful and enthusiastic! I won't change P.C. Richard for anything. I should add the financing arrangement is an added benefit... We have made at least 12 purchases in the last 2 years!

I have been a long time customer of P.C. Richard & Son. I am having serious issues with the service center. My refrigerator needs to a part and when they came to my house for the service call it was the wrong part. They told me they would order the part and it would be here this week. It's now a week later and they are telling me it's on back order. All the things in my refrigerator are going bad. Every time I call the service center they put me on hold and then hang up. I can't believe this is the service I'm getting. Multiple calls and attempts and no one is providing me any type of solutions. I'm not sure how much longer I will be a customer of P.C. Richard & Son if this continues.

I’ve been shopping at PC Richards for over 10 yrs. and Craig ** is the reason for our continued loyalty. He is courteous, professional and truly takes customer service to the next level. If there was ever a problem with an item he immediately stepped in to help ease the stress. I refer all my family and friends to him regardless where they live. He is a true asset to the PC Richard family.

We had a very nice experience purchasing this KitchenAid refrigerator from Dino at PC Richards in Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the different models we evaluated. Delivery was on time and the installers did a nice job. Bought a Samsung washing machine. Delivered and installed on time with a smile. The whole process was wonderful from the sales dept to installation. Would always use P.C. Richard. They are great on every level. The best shopping experience.

When I walked into the store, I greeted by Dawn. She was extremely pleasant and a delight to work with. I told her I wasn't sure if I wanted/needed to buy a new mattress, box spring and frame. She gave me a mattress test to see which firmness I liked. We worked together and I left knowing which mattress I would possibly purchase. I came back the next day and worked with Dawn. Delivery was a few days later and the two men were polite, experienced and most accommodating. I slept very well that night. I will definitely recommend PC Richard. It was a wonderful experience.

I was happy end to end. Myron at the store was very helpful, delivery was fast and prompt (and the workers didn't flinch at the four flights of stairs), and the refrigerator works great! What a pleasure. I guess that's why P.C. Richard has been around forever. I'd buy anything from them.

If you are on the market for a major appliance do yourself a favor and include P.C. Richard & Son; you won't be sorry. Strangely, our new refrigerator arrived terribly damaged (nobody's fault - came out of the box that way), but this is where we got to experience what a great company they are. Not only did they allow us to use the damaged refrigerator while we waited for the replacement, but the delivery guys absolutely killed themselves installing the replacement and left us completely overwhelmed with their efforts - even in a heatwave, no negative attitudes whatsoever. It's always nice to work with professionals! Great price & great delivery. Again, do yourself a favor and include P.C. Richard & Son in your decision to buy a product. (I never take the time to write a review, but they earned this one!)

I ordered a refrigerator on line and everything went very smoothly. It was delivered when promised, they called about an hour before the delivery, put new refrigerator in its spot, took away packaging and old refrigerator. The selection online is much bigger than in the store and the description if very detailed. The price was very good.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator a few weeks ago. Our salesman, Roger **, was very courteous and very helpful during this transaction. The refrigerator had to placed in the basement and the men who delivered it were wonderful. They were able to get it downstairs and set it up without any problem. I would make a future purchase at P.C. Richard & Son.

I went to P.C. Richard for the first time, looking to buy a fridge after visiting couple stores. The salesman who welcomes us was very nice and helpful. He did his best to get us the better deal. I definitely recommend going there.

I always purchase my appliances from PC Richard's in Patchogue NY. My salesperson was Jimmy. Also I have to mention the sales manager Sal. I dealt with him several times in the past. I had purchased a microwave and was not happy with the way it worked. Sal solved the problem in minutes. He placed a new order and set up a day for new installation. Sal then followed up with a phone call and a email. Unheard of in today's market! I highly recommend PC Richard's!

Bought an Air conditioner here and delivery was supposed to be delivered during a certain time frame. Took a day off of work and the delivery people kept on calling that they would came later and later until it was too late and building wouldn't let them in. Calling the store - 53 West 23rd Street for over two hours. They put me on hold, they hand upon me, no one will give me a Manager or a Manager's name. So Mad. I would fire every single Manager in that store. Total incompetence. There talk about service and all that is just **. Do not but anything at this store. Also, when you call the customer service general number you can't get thru. Don't buy at P.C. Richard & Son. Spoke to other people about this and they said they had the same problem.

Less than two years ago I bought a refrigerator at the Grand Concourse store in the Bronx. I paid for two years warranty. In less than a year, I had problems with the fridge door in three occasions. A month ago I called service department for the same problem. They have been making excuses about the reparation. I am so frustrated because after being waiting for about a month they told me that they ordered a door and it takes from six to eight weeks to get the door. In the meanwhile I cannot put anything in it because my food get spoilt. I talk to several workers from the service department (Travis, Pricilla and others). They promise me that they will try to help me with it. However, they even did not call me back. One of their suggestion was to buy a small fridge until they fix it. This is ridiculous because a refrigerator is an everyday need not something that you can stay months without it.

The manager of the new Harlem store in New York City is the BEST!! Very helpful and gets right back to you if you leave him message. Would recommend him and the store he managers to my friends. He made my experience great.

On October 20, 2016, we purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (Model RF18HFENBSR) and opted for the Extended Service production Plan. On May 27, 2018 we noticed that the upper refrigerator didn’t seem to be at a “safe” cooling level. It was monitored for a couple of days and we realized by Friday (June 1st) that there was a problem. (The freezer compartment was not affected.) I did not recall at that time that we had purchased the Extended Service Protection Plan and on May 24th, I called Samsung to determine if they could offer us any suggestions. They were not able to assist me.

As soon as we stepped in, Robert was the best, he helped with every question and concerns we had about a smart AC. And within 15 minutes we purchased a brand new smart AC and my girlfriend and I are extremely happy.

We were shopping for a new range at the P.C Richard in New Hyde Park. Denes was our salesman. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. We got a great price, for a great product. Delivery and installation were smooth. We’ll keep doing business as we have for years now.

I am a consistent shopper at PC Richard. The staff is always helpful and is willing to do the extra research to find me the best package at the best price possible. I shop at the outlet store located in central New Jersey.

I recently bought a washer & dryer and a new air conditioner. Chris ** made the purchase for these items very easy for me! The gentlemen that installed all three were great. Had respect for my home and did a great job!

I have had the worst experience with PC Richard. Two months after I have purchased my washer and dryer and 3 installation visits they are still not working. Installers stood me up 3 full days and didn’t show up. The management is completely unresponsive. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WISH I HAD NOT DONE BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I purchased 3 tv on Sat. June 16th at PC Richards & was very pleased with my salesmen Dwayne. On June 20th 2 tv a 65" (UN65NU7100 Samsung Flat Panel) & a 50" (UN50NU7100 Samsung Flat Panel) were installed by Mario & his assistant. They did a great job & would highly recommend them.

I wanted to thank PC Richard for amazing customer service, from start to finish! I recently needed to purchased a new refrigerator. A good friend highly recommended PC Richard, over every other store and I'm glad she did! The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me garbage, nor did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He recommended exactly what I needed and made the sale stress free. The delivery team was also AMAZING! They arrived at the promised time, were extremely professional and careful. I had brought a new energy efficient AC to replace old AC in my apt. Sales rep was very nice. Customer service rep helped to exchange AC to correct voltage after I realized the AC I brought had the wrong voltage. I appreciate the help!

I have replaced most appliances in the last few years at our home & guest cottage. We have bought refrigerators, stoves, and 2 sets stackable LG washer dryers. PC offers a 10 yr extended warranty & even if there is an issue, PC Richards handles it instantly. For me this company has been an invaluable asset in managing our home. I highly recommend them. Salesman Lenny & Rick are amazing & manager Matt are all exceptionally helpful & experienced. You can trust these folks. I never write reviews but they deserve mention. I always shop at PC for most home items, but this last experience won me over for eternity. The store manager Bob, and the kid Kyle worked together like clockwork satisfying my every need and device. I can go on and on but let's say it was the best customer service I've ever received.

On 6/6/18, we visited the Carteret, NJ store. We knew we needed to replace our oven. Ws usual, we looked around to get an idea of the new ovens and then visited BOBBIE. As always he sent us to a salesperson and helped us with whatever info we asked and made sure we were satisfied as always. Bobbie also suggested the extended policy which we took. I purchased a refrigerator for an apt. I order it by the SPECS, Barry my salesman, pulled up on the PC Richard's computer. I ordered it because I liked the refrigerator based on the specs, as they did not have one on the floor. They delivered it to the apt, when I arrived I saw it was not to the specs I had ordered, I went over to the store and manager Eric said, "That was an error. Someone typed it wrong. I'll speak to district manager Monday and we will call you."

I was very pleased with the entire order process. The salesman Matt was extremely knowledgeable and is an asset to your store. He went over the entire delivery procedure. He pointed out that your delivery team will set up my new Weber barbecue and take away my old one.

I have been going there for the past three years. Almost everyone I have encountered there have been pleasant and helpful. I deal specifically with one associate, Kevin **. He always makes sure I walk out with a smile on my face and my item for purchase in my hand.

After renovating we decided to install a wall unit to save window space. Knowing Friedrich had a good reputation we decided on the model necessary to work in the measurements we needed to cool the space. We had an electrician come and wire it independently and correctly. Went to PC Richard's and purchased the unit (model# WS15D30A Friedrich Wall air-conditioner). Installed the unit and it worked just fine. Quite loud but got the space cooled down fast. Always shut it down at bedtime as it wasn't necessary to leave it on. First season no problem here in NY. Closed it down/cleaned filters and wrapped it up for the winter. Next spring open it up and after maybe 3 days of use the compressor gave up.

Today I had a great experience, I was welcomed with smiles by the employees and Kyle did such a great job assisting us to get the best value and deal for our new TV. I am extremely satisfied with the service! I definitely will come back and tell my friends to shop here before anywhere else!

Our experience from beginning to end was perfect with PC Richards as it always is. We were assisted via phone in ordering a microwave. We got a great deal. The microwave was delivered quickly and installed by two very polite and competent individuals. We are very satisfied.

I am writing this since this is the last resource before I put a formal complaint at the BBB. I have bought the extended warranty because I wanted to protect my investment (Samsung Refrigerator) however it has been a nightmare. I just schedule the fourth repair and every time that they send a new repairman they change the same piece over and over again. However today I was told that they must reschedule since no one was at home. Hence my wife took PTO just for it. The technician claims that he ran the bell and no one was at home and within 5 minutes he is gone from my place.

I have previously made several purchases at PC Richard and been satisfied each time. This time there was an problem but I was left me more than satisfied. We were remodeling our kitchen and worked with Salesman Anthony **, who was informative, easy to work with, made sure we received a good price (including finding not well publicized rebates) for a KitchenAid refrigerator, oven and microwave. Soon after they were delivered I noticed frost forming in the freezer. I contacted the store the Tuesday before Memorial Day and informed them. Within 48 hours they had sent service techs to our house and determined that the seals were not tight enough and offered to replace it.

I just bought my appliance from PC Richard & Son and I had the best experience ever shopping for appliance around the store with the best sale Rep. (Hany) Who is very knowledgeable about all products & best customer service who process my order and set up all paperwork hassle free.

Just left PC Richard & Son as a very happy customer!!! I had purchased a microwave, along with other kitchen appliances in November, 2017. My contractor didn't try to install the microwave until May, 18. When my contractor went to install it, he discovered some damage preventing installation. PC Richard return policy is 30 days. On 6/5/18 I went to the Bay Ridge store and spoke to Nick. Nick patiently took the time to listen to my complaint about the damage, then got on the phone. Within minutes, he had arranged an exchange even though I was so very late in asking. I was a pleasure dealing with Nick and with PC Richard. I have always happily bought my appliances there, and plan to go back soon for air conditioners.

Our experience with Mr. Chris ** and Mike ** and Sharon were more than satisfactory and reflected your company's practices and core values were knowledgeable and professional. The salesman and manager were great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They spent a lot of time helping choose the right grill. I am very happy with my purchase. They even deliver it the next day. I would definitely recommend them.

I visited the store in Astoria today to purchase an air conditioner. The salesman Lee was knowledgeable and helpful and made my decision that much easier to make. I will be returning again to purchase a couple of other items and hopefully Lee will be there to assist.

We just purchased appliances for our new kitchen at PC Richard. We got a great deal for a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher combo and their service was fantastic!!! We recommend this PC Richard off of exit 12 NJ turnpike to all our friends.

The install team went above and beyond the call of duty and got a difficult installation job done. Microwave, range, dishwasher and washer/dryer all installed perfectly. They arrived at 12:30 and left 3 hours later. They managed to get a laundry enter unit into a closet it almost didn't fit in. Job well done.

I’ve never been to PC Richard in Jersey and I’m glad I came to the carteret one. The man who helped me pick out my mattress was Joe ** and he did phenomenal! The customer service was completely on point. He made my experience picking out a mattress less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Two thumbs up to PC Richard's customer service!

Delivery men were pleasant, professional and neat. I did note, however: 1) Large screw was left on my kitchen counter from the microwave installation; I trust this was an extra screw. 2) No warranty card was included with my TV; please send! 3) 6000 BTU Friedrich air conditioner: shortly after the installation was complete and right after the installers left, I went to turn the unit off and that is when I noticed the top was dented. Because of the dent, the front panel does fit securely. I look forward to hearing from you.

I bought a washer and dryer. First the dryer's base was broken and I had to pull teeth to get them to come out to replace it. I also bought a water purifier for the machine that would allow me to use cold water only. Not the case. When that was hooked up, the washer stopped working. Took them three trips to fix the problem. Washer just broke again and they don't service my area so they are sub-contracting it and the subs can come out for a week. In the meantime, I have a washer with wet clothes and no way to get them out of it. I would rather hand wash my clothes than purchase another piece of equipment from them. Sales are great, but service is absolutely horrible. I should have followed my first instincts and bought from Sears.

Joe ** and his team were extremely helpful. So easy to work with. I’ve been to a number of appliance stores from Best Buy to local appliance stores and P.C. Richards I find is the best both in service and price. I would highly recommend P.C. Richards in Carteret NJ.

I purchased a washer and dryer from P.C. Richard on Ralph Ave 2 yrs ago and paid for them to install everything for the gas. Then on 4/16/18 the dryer caught a fire in the basement and I called the Fire Department to put out the fire. The Fire Department informed me that the vent was installed wrong and they're surprised my house didn't burn down. Then I had to call the gas company to disconnect the gas line and they said I should be fined for the hook up being wrong, but I didn't do it. P.C. Richard's people installed the gas dryer. I then called Samsung, who blamed P.C. Richard and PC Richard's store manager and headquarters said; it was too old for them to be liable. My damages was all out of my pocket including me now needing a new dryer. Extremely annoyed by the treatment, because me and my family could have died in a fire and they didn't care.

I am Fully satisfied with my experience at the Carteret store. The staff at this location are knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I felt like I got a good deal on the products. Not my first time going there and I will go again.

I had an issue with a washing machine I purchased. I called and spoke with a woman. Her name was Nancy. She was just wonderful. What great customer service she offered me! I went into the store the next day and happened to find her on the showroom floor and she helped me again with completing my order! She was great!

Weber Electric Grill - The salesman was personable & knowledgeable. We had some confusion of what brand to purchase and I purchased the wrong one. I immediately returned to the store to cancel the first order and to then order the CharBroil model we actually wanted. I thought that we could put together ourselves... what a mistake. I called the store and they referred me to a young rep who came to our home and assembled it for us. Because of the wonderful staff we only buy at PC Richards!

I was ready to cancel my order (Samsung Frame TV) to go with a different company I found online that had the same product but for much cheaper. Luckily for PC Richards Craig was the salesperson I got in contact with over the phone. Craig was exceptional from the start. Wanted to fully understand the issue and then once he found out all the details he was able to match the price. Honestly the matching of the price wasn't what sold me. It was Craig's honesty and ability to act quickly that had me. Great asset you have there at Paramus. I'll be back for sure.

OMG!!! I had the best experience at P.C. Richard on Steinway Street, Astoria, NY. Oli, (one of the managers) and Mike as well were very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He understood exactly our needs for the washing machine and he overdelivered. He also made sure to give us tips and recommendations for the future of our new appliances. Great guys! Could not have asked for more. They were very helpful, accommodating, good attitude and attention to details! If you want to have a memorable and positive shopping experience, please ask for Oli. I was treated with such great customer by the manager named Dean. He went out of his way to assure that I was well informed before making my investment. I want to express my gratitude for his respectable tone, demeanor and courtesy by even bringing my merchandise out to my transportation and did so without me even asking. I would definitely recommend and shop again at this location due to his unforgettable generosity and kindness.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and took his time to ensure all of our questions were answered - pricing was fair & accurately represented online... No gimmicks - delivery was quick & easy... New appliances were installed within 3 days - will definitely do business with them again.

Took out the extended warranty offered by PC Richard on every appliance I bought from them. LG Washer electronics broke after exactly 3 years of use. This happened on a Sunday. A technician could not come until the following Wednesday. He came and diagnosed the problem as needing a new electronic board and said he would put a rush on it for Friday. Part still has not arrived at their warehouse. It is a week since the technician came and 11 days since my washer broke. Once the part arrives they still will schedule to install it so I am looking at more than 2 weeks with no washer. In a time when next day or 2 day delivery is possible from many companies this makes no sense that it is taking so long. Will not be purchasing from PC Richard again and would advise others to do also.

I been shopping around the state of NJ to get the best price on certain items, it seems to me that every time I end up at PC Richards in Carteret NJ and end up getting the best service and fairest price, thanks to the sales manager Bob **. My wife and I have been dealing with him for the last 8 years, he is such a super guy, a professional and a well likable person. I just wish all sales managers were like him. I’ve sent many friends and family members there and they all agree what a nice guy he is... they all have sent their friends and family members there because of Bob! I’m 67 years old so I’ve dealt with a lot of stores in my lifetime, this store is the best, I’ve personally had a problem with a washing machine a few years back where I had Bob go out of his to way to resolve the situation where I received a new one! Like I said before he’s a super great guy, one of the BEST!!! Trust me!!!

Omar answered the phone when I called. After two months of my husband and me discussing what to do - going to Lowe's and having them come measure, we still could not make a decision and figure out what would work. In less than 5 minutes, Omar confidently assured me that the fridge we wanted would replace what we have and fit and then let me know our existing W/D, purchased from you 6 years ago (and now experiencing smoking conditions during the rinse cycle) was no longer made. (I called Whirlpool and they were willing to send a service person for diagnosis, but frankly after smoke conditions and an hour trying to get through to them and then the service folks I decided it was easier to simply buy a new machine.)

Great Salesman Gerard **. The TV was a great price and has a beautiful screen. I feel confident that the price was the best I could get for the surrounding stored and trustworthy internet sites. Delivery was smooth without any issues, and it was delivered within the time frame indicated.

OMG!!! I had the best experience at P.C. Richard on 86th Street in Brooklyn. Upon entering the store, a wonderful gentleman named Robert came to my rescue, and helped me select a brand new microwave for my kitchen. Robert was a rock-star. Delivery of our new Weber grill was on time and very smooth. Crew was friendly, courteous and helpful.They installed the new grill and took the old one away. Great guys! Could not have asked for more. Would also like to put in a plug for Weber. Our old grill was over 20 years old and still working. We looked around and nothing else came close. We're regular customers at PCR. It's always been a clean deal.

I called P.C. Richard's support, was directed to security and only option was to leave voice mail. I have not heard back.

After searching for months and having a fridge sent back because the delivery guy from Home Depot said it wouldn't fit. Which we all figured he didn't want to be bother. Stay away from P.C. Richard & Son if you don't want to get a heart attack with these people. I bought a stove now 3 weeks ago and the oven has never work, stove burners don't work either and PC Richard will not even do an exchange. If they don't sell used appliances, why would they have to repair a brand new stove? When calling this place can't even speak with a manager. This is my worst experience ever. Will NEVER shop here again.

The communication from my first call to service was amazing. The pre-text and the tracking info was great. I knew exactly who was coming and when. The repairman was efficient and fixed the machine quickly. The best repair experience ever. Keep it up PC Richards.

P.C. Richard is a top notch operation. I have been using them for over 10 years. Their prices are great and they have their own service people and they are the very best. They are very good at their jobs. They give you a four hour window and are always on time if not early if you want the best use of Richard.

My recent purchase was just another example of the exemplary sales and customer service experience I've encountered over the many years I've been a customer of this store. My salesman, Trevor **, was not only very knowledgeable but courteous and patient with us while we made our decision. He did an outstanding job. The experience was only made better by the two delivery men who encountered what I'm sure must have been one of the most difficult deliveries they've ever encountered. They needed to bring the washing machine underneath a deck which, unfortunately, is probably only four feet off the ground, making it impossible to stand up underneath it.

Great customer Service, good deals, great warranty, helpful staff, good attitude and attention to details. Chris our sales manager answered his cell phone quickly and promptly called us back and then came over my house to solve problem all in the same day. Very happy.

Mo was very friendly and informative when I came in to buy a Maytag washing machine. He provided helpful information about the product and reasons why the product I was purchasing was a good choice. I would purchase another product from him in the future.

Chris ** was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding functions, specifications, rebates, and installation instructions. He was able to share his own personal experiences with LG washer/dryers and made us feel very confident with our purchase decision.

Around September or October 2017 I entered the P.C. Richard in Carle Place. I was greeted by Rich **. I purchased a Samsung 4K HD TV size 49 inch. It is a beautiful TV, the pictures are great and the price was unbelievable. So in March 2018 I returned to P.C. Richard to purchase another. This time I was assisted by Ron. I placed a down payment on another Samsung 4k HD 49 inch TV. However when it came time for the TV to be delivered that brand was no longer in stock. Ron took control and made sure I received a replacement TV and within the price range (it in fact was less than I originally paid) and I had the TV 2 days later. It turned out it is a Samsung 50 inch 4k TV.

Very good experience in every way. Salespeople knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery as promised with a call before arrival. Also several e-mails to keep everyone informed. I've always had a good experience shopping at P.C. Richards and I would highly recommend to all my friends.

My appliances always get delivered right on time and without damage. I buy all my appliances from PC Richard. I purchased an All Fridge All Freezer set in 2012. The Freezer needed to be replaced in 2017 after countless service calls. This year the Fridge gave out before Easter-after only 6 years! The service people sent parts for the wrong fridge! Again I buy all my appliances from them even my rental properties. They installed the wrong compressor part in my fridge voiding manufacturer warranty. Now they told me to replace the fridge but since the price changed I must pay the difference over $300!!! Manager, Jose, of Nanuet, was rude and belligerent.

Several months ago I went into the P.C. Richard store at 205 E. 86th Street. Although I was just researching three major appliances and was not ready to purchase anything, salesperson ** was courteous and very informative about the specifications on the products that I needed. He was remarkably patient with the many questions that I asked, encouraged me to take my time in perusing the appliances, and gave me his card before I left. Impressed with **'s professionalism, I returned on 2/23/18 to make the purchases.

I just purchased a Frigidaire electric stove at the Lake Grove showroom. I have had nothing other than a great experience, from purchase to receipt. Kudos to Joe and Ibraham. Salesperson was helpful and went out of his way to inform me about the product, and to help complete the sale. There was a protection agreement which needed to be dealt with, and it was taken care of efficiently and quickly.

Carson a manager at the Levittown store helped me out. He along with his superiors were very helpful. They did the right thing to correct an earlier Dryer problem with lazy previous installers. Because of this completed successful project I will purchase from them in the future in fact this same Levittown store.

We walked into the store shopping for a new stackable washer and dryer. Within 45 minutes we were out the door with purchase complete. The sales associate, Fred, was amazing and was able to help us pick out new appliances. He answered all of our questions and even helped us with information on government rebates. The delivery and installation was also very professional. The installer helped us identify a fire hazard with our laundry configuration, which we will be following up on. Our install was not easy. Our stacked unit goes into a small closet with plugins and water connections at the back of the closet. They also put the unit in an overflow pan, which we purchased elsewhere. The prices on the washer and dryer were competitive. The costs for delivery and installation were almost nothing and they hauled away the old units at no cost. We will definitely shop at P.C. Richard again for our next purchase.

My wife and I bought all our appliances with Milton's help when we moved into our apartment a number of years ago and we were very impressed with his knowledge, his patience, and his eagerness to give us the best service possible. It was very pleasant and reassuring to have him as our salesman. We were very happy to reconnect with him when we needed to replace our stove because there wasn't a replacement for a part that we needed. Once again, he gave us great advice and made the process as smooth as possible. The men who delivered it also did a great job. Very careful and considerate of our concerns about our kitchen. In summary, a positive experience.

I needed a washing machine ASAP and I was not disappointed. I was set up with next day delivery - the day of the Nor'easter and the guys showed up and were courteous and pleasant and got my machine set up in no time! I would rate PC Richards 11 out of 10.

Purchased a Maytag dishwasher from P.C. Richards internet on 2/19/2018. On March 16, 2018 I called to report dishwasher door spring broke. They ordered a service call and on 3/22/2018 a service guy came after being an 1 1/2 late. He informed me the dishwasher was installed incorrectly by P.C. Richards and that I should call them and let them know. I did and I also asked for the manager to call me twice that day. Manager never called back and customer service said someone would be at my home on Sunday. They were supposed to call me the night before and never did. Tried to call P.C. Richards today but they are closed. Had to dispute this charge with my credit card company and still dishwasher door not fixed!

I just had my new KitchenAid dishwasher delivered on time, by efficient and tidy employees. They could not have been better! We thought that our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time shopping at PC Richards and I am certain that it will not be the last. Your company was very well run and organized, with timely emails and helpful phone calls. Henry at PC Richard, Bay Plaza is the best salesperson in the world. Purchased a dryer and as I have done with many appliances, PC staff, sales, delivery and maintenance when I need have provided excellent service. The services they offer for maintenance and the fact that they use their own staff and take full responsibility cannot be beaten by any of the other stores that I have since stopped shopping at.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator at your Staten Island store. The Sale Rep (Adam) that assisted me was excellent. As the space measurements were unique, he went above and beyond my expectations in finding the right unit. When I returned home and measured again, I realized that the depth of the unit wouldn't work. I called Adam and he was able to make a call and find me a refrigerator that would be a better fit. I was very pleased. Delivery and installation was also excellent.

I am redoing my kitchen and needed all new appliances. I ordered all my appliances from them. They not only had great prices but also great deals. If I had questions or problems Joe the manager at the PC Richards on Central Ave in Yonkers knew all the right answers and solutions to get the job done right. He is a very good manager who will go the extra mile to please the customer. All my appliances so far have been delivered on time and old ones removed without a hitch. I will definitely go back to buy something I need plus tell my family and friends to shop there.

I have no problem with PC Richard itself but the installation delivery service. I did speak to them about this at the PC Richard location in Watchung NJ where everything was purchased and They refuse to take any responsibility or try to rectify it in any way. I was not home when the refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and stove, were delivered. When installing the dishwasher they talked my girlfriend changing the hot water valve under the sink that goes to the dishwasher. I had checked the valve it did not need to be changed. This isn't the first time I've heard this happening. Then when installing the gas line for the dryer the line was too short so they combined 2 gas lines together and they charged another $20 for the second short gas line. The gas line was already paid for at the store.

I placed my order over the phone and the salesperson was very helpful. I called a few places including other PC Richard locations. They were not as courteous. My order was delivered as promised. My tenant accepted the delivery and said the service was also good.

We had done our due diligence as we were going to be making some major purchases. We were finally upgrading to a king size mattress AND updating our kitchen to stainless! As Presidents Day Weekend sales were approaching we diligently searched for the best place that would provide us great service as well as even better pricing. Having an idea of which line of appliances we wanted to select, we researched online. We decided to go to P.C. Richard. Upon arriving at the store we were greeted by a Salesman who had previously assisted us in a small purchase and it was nice that he remembered us. Kudos to Mr. Robert **. He is old school as are we, and understands the importance of customer service. He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns and helping us find the right package.

Always a pleasure to do business with P.C. Richard & Son. I have been a customer since 1972. Microwave was installed with no problems. The only problem I did have was that the owner's manual was not included in the box. I notified G.E. and they will send me the manual within 5 working days. The manual is online, but I did not want to download and print 28 pages. Great place to buy appliances and great customer service.

P.C. Richard has been my best appliance store since I can remember. The manager at the Raritan store #52 location has been servicing me since I bought my first appliance 15 years ago and still servicing me as of today. The service only gets better and stronger throughout the years. I would never think of buying from anyone else for no one can beat this type of one on one service for any questions I have.

Your delivery men called 1/2 hour before arrival, showed up on time, removed the old washer, installed the new one, and basically did everything right. I wish the rest of my world could go as smoothly.
