Tito ** was an amazing help. Great experience shopping at PC Richard! I love this store and the great service. I was looking for something specific and Tito went above and beyond to make sure the model I was looking for had every amenity that I was looking for. I would definitely send friends and family members to him for help.

Service call on new refrigerator - First service call by ??? was a waste of time. After speaking with customer service and my sales rep "George", 2nd & 3rd calls by "Kevin" were great. He knew exactly what he was doing, was pleasant and fixed the problem. Kevin should get a raise and also a promotion teaching the other service guys! Follow ups by P.C. Richard's managers were also nice. If the problem stays fixed, I am extremely happy (and am happy with all my P.C. Richard's Bayshore experiences) and have bought numerous "big ticket" items from them in the past couple of years. BTW -- I was VP of a company for 27 years where customer service was "key" so my standards are super high!

I purchased a E210 Weber Grill and cover. Upon examining it at home (it was fully assembled and wrapped) it was missing parts and paper work. It should not have left the floor that way. I complained to the salesman but received no satisfaction. I was intent on returning the product. However, I received a call from the manager, HANK, Riverhead store who went out of his way to accommodate me. He called other stores until he found an upgraded replacement. He was truly professional and turned a bad experience into a positive one.

I go back a far way buying at P.C. Richards, as always I get value for my money, I would recommend this store anytime. Most of the appliances I have in my home was bought from your store and to my surprise all is still working well, some other appliances I bought elsewhere has became defective and I had to get rid of them.

Me and father have been going here for a number of years and there is an employee named Glen or Glenn last name I'm not sure of but he is probably one of the main reasons me and my father come to shop here. There are other reasons but the service we receive is on point every time. Any problem we got that there is many or any but he's always willing to talk about it. He is very cordial respectful and polite and always a pleasure to speak. Definitely one of the top 2 reasons we shop there.

While researching stoves and refrigerators, I found that the salesmen at the PC Richard of College Point, Fresh Meadows and Carle Place were very helpful before finally deciding to buy at the College Point store. Mr. ** was very patient with my questions regarding the appliances while I was trying to decide.

I just bought a house and the fridge left by the previous owners died. I needed a cheap small fridge to get by until I redo my kitchen. The manager did the right thing by me. He lowered the price of the fridge as much as he could and delivered to me the next morning. Overall great service.

It was a very hot day and I needed a new air conditioner unit for my living room. I had one that was quite old. A salesman approached me as I was reviewing their AC's and we began talking about some standardized features between the old one and the new one which put me at ease. But the unit seemed expensive and I asked him about discounting. Another salesman collaborated on selling me the floor model for considerable savings. The salesmen supported each other rather than being competitive. It put me at ease to feel part of a team solving my problem and saving me money. I am very happy with the experience! A plus!

Always have a good shopping time at the store at bay Plaza. I have the best sales counselor Tim. For year I've been shopping at PC Richards and I always pleased. Nothing negative to say. The experience is always good. The salesperson is very professional and pleasant. I always feel welcome and I know for sure I'm getting the best and guaranteed low prices. Thanks.

We had to quickly replace a washing machine. The salesman Shakir, was helpful in every way. He carefully explained the various options and brands in our price range. We got a great deal on a Whirlpool that cleans way better than the old machine. Delivery was 2 days later. The old machine was out and the new one was installed in 15 minutes. The delivery guys were great, courteous, careful, and thorough. When the next appliance goes we'll be back to Shakir and P.C. Richard in a flash. We highly recommend P.C. Richard and Shakir. Buying an Apple iPad - Very good service. Happy with the salesman who helped me out. Very polite and cheerful. Very accommodating. Would go back to see him again for my next purchase. He was very nice and very helpful in the choice of my purchase for what I needed.

I've always purchased my appliances from PC Richards because of pricing and promotions. This time the salesperson Dawn was exceptional. I told her what I wanted and she showed me everything in my price range. She made my shopping experience at the store pleasant. She's the best!

The refrigerator was repaired. It took 11 days and me taking 3 days off from work (first for original service call to diagnose the problem, the second day for the appointment to repair it after having had to call to confirm that the part had arrived and schedule the repair for between 7 and 11 AM on Tuesday, call again on Monday to confirm the Tuesday between 7 and 11 AM only to find out 10 AM on Tuesday that it would not be possible for them to come before 2 PM, and the third day for the actual repair on Thursday) but at least the repair people apologized for the scheduling. Clearly, not happy with the customer service but glad that the refrigerator was finally repaired.

We love our new air conditioner. The installer, Edgar (driver ID # **), and his assistants, were wonderful and thorough with the installation. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. We are very pleased. Thank you.

Joseph was a great help. He was understanding of my needs both practically and economically. Couldn't have been more helpful with showing me around the store and thinking about my wants and asking me questions to get a better understanding of my situation. Left with a purchase of a mattress from Stearns and Foster that I am very happy with and don't regret. Definitely going back to purchase more things for my new home.

Jamie, the Asst Manager of your 14th street store has been AMAZING!!! She has gone above and beyond, get the "customer is always right " motto, and has understanding and compassion. Stacey who works with her is great too! They get 5 stars!!! Your management, repair and customer service people get -5 stars!!! I have wasted 2 days at home, I am a consultant and do not earn money when I do not go in! I will never buy from you, ever again and will tell everyone I know not to! I am LIVID!!!

I have been shopping at P.C. Richard for the past 25 years for all my electronics and appliances with with great service. I received a promotion gift card in the mail which I forgot to bring with me on my recent purchase (6-30-2017). I returned to the store (Ralph Ave. Store # 35).The manager would not honor the card! Which expires on 7/9/17, which is not good business.

Always satisfied with the best deal I get at PC Richard. Outstanding knowledge of the products and easy delivery. The only place I shop confident that I'm getting a good deal. And if I need any service for any purchases their warranty is backed by PC Richard!

I purchased a refrigerator on my birthday (June 21) of 2016 and a week before that date in 2017 the refrigerator failed. We called PC Richards and they made 2 service calls before it was determined that it needed a compressor. We lost most of our food, frozen pot pies, meat, frozen and fresh vegetables, frozen and fresh fruit, salad dressings, etc. Our refrigerator was finally replaced with a "new" one on Monday, July 3rd, however, we have no food. When we called PC Richards for reimbursement, they gave us 2 other numbers to call. It took them nearly 2 weeks to diagnose this problem and it is their fault that all of our food spoiled. I have pictures to document the spoilage and I am seeking reimbursement of $200.

I have always gone to P.C. Richard for all my appliances and electronics. I have always found the salespeople to be very knowledgeable. I was in the market for a dishwasher and Craig spent a lot of time with me while I was trying to decide. He would be my go to person when in the market for my next purchase.

It is a pleasure buying what we need especially our salesperson Anthony. He is very helpful & very kind. We will continue making purchases at P.C. Richard. We have bought several items from P.C. Richard and we are always satisfied. The service is excellent and Anthony is a great salesman.

My experience was UNBELIEVABLE!!! A manager named Curtis helped me through the experience and he was without question UNBELIEVABLE!!! From start to finish your sales counselor Rudy was the most courteous, helpful and patient representative I have encountered in a very long time. When I was fortunate enough to get him on the phone, he took the time to walk me through all the steps I would need to take before coming into the store and purchasing the correct unit for our apartment. I went to get help from P.C. Richard's staff to get a recent virus removed from my system. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The issue was quickly resolved. I encourage my friends to shop there and to receive whatever help they need there. P.C. Richards is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly. A great place to shop and get any help one might need!

I was immediately approached by a salesman. Sometimes you have to wait, but I didn't this time which was great! I had a circular of what I wanted to buy. He directed me to the merchandise. He showed me the different brands of the items I was interested in. He explained the difference about each brand and said for a washer and dryer, LG was the best! I appreciated the time and explanation which was very helpful.

Jerry at the 14th Street P.C. Richard is my #1 go-to person. He knows his refrigerators. He is honest, tells the truth. Answers all questions with patience and a cheerful attitude. He doesn't cover up or gloss over any negatives. I would (and will) refer anyone needing any appliance to Jerry. This time I praise the delivery service. Lucky for me, the robot told me the exact time (in the morning) that my refrigerator actually came! The two delivery men were efficient, pleasant and helpful. (This is certainly a better delivery than last year when I bought a stove from Jerry which arrived at 6:30pm instead of as robot promised, in the morning.)

Went to purchase a refrigerator for our new house and the salesman, John, could not have been nicer and so friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us his opinions and ideas. We would definitely shop there again.

It is a tedious task to find the perfect mattress but they were kind, patient, supportive and charismatic. I was very happy with my experience here, Roman showed me my options and I purchased the unit he recommended. I was in and out in 15 mins and I'm pleased with the purchase and will definitely buy from them again.

On Saturday, June 10, 2017, my tenant told me her in-wall air condition was making a loud noise. It was operating, but it sounded like maybe a bearing came loose, it did not owe us anything…that Friedrich lasted fifteen years! My son suggested we visit the P.C. Richard in Wayne, and I was hesitant as just a short while ago I had a wall oven installed and there were difficulties (although I had ordered other items previously without issues - stove top, washer and dryer, refrigerator) still I was reluctant. Glad I did listen to my son! First off, P.C. Richard offered THE BEST price on the A/C unit we needed hands down (we did do a comparison check). I mean HUNDREDS saved!

On May 8 of this year, I had a 4:00 flight out of JFK, and realized that morning that my little travel laptop computer had died. I desperately needed a replacement, and headed over to the store. I settled on an ASUS, and was told that I should also purchase the security software. It is around noon at this point, and I have a car service picking me in two hours.

Harris is the man!!! Ask for my main man Harris. Guy goes way beyond expectations on customer service. I send all of my friends and family to him and it never fails that they call back after dealing with him and saying thank you. I've been dealing with Harris for years and hope he never leaves P.C. Richard.

Nasso and Gus are awesome. I was able to make the purchase (washer and dryer) so easy. Did it over the phone in a matter of an hour and next day delivery and installation. I wish all my purchases were this easy. 100 percent returning when I need my next bug appliance purchase.

Vince ** is my go to guy at PC Richard in Paramus. Not only does he give me great service, I know I can count on him to to give me a fair deal. Even when I need to return an item or exchange it there is never a problem.

I purchased a dehumidifier with a warranty a few years ago. As occasionally occurs, it stopped functioning. I returned it for an exchange which was handled promptly and courteously. I do most of my electronics shopping at P.C. Richard & Son rather than drive to Riverhead for other retailers.

We purchased an LG French Door refrigerator 3 years ago. After several service calls to repair it to no avail, the manager in your Newington, CT store got results for us. Tom ** was very apologetic and worked to get us answers that resolved the issue with our fridge. Our new fridge came today and we're very satisfied with it. I don't often do this, but I had a great experience buying a refrigerator from Asif. He was very helpful and extremely patient. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will be back for other appliances purchased from him.

Last year we bought numerous appliances from the PC Richard's in Yonkers. Our salesman was Craig **. He spent an incredible amount of time with us to make sure that we bought exactly what we needed and made sure that we were getting what we needed. He suggested that we have them come to the house and take measurements to make sure that everything would fit. He spent an inordinate amount of time with us on numerous occasions and made sure that we didn't feel rushed.

The day for my delivery of my air conditioner, I called P.C. Richard & Son to verify the time for delivery. I spoke with Lewis (salesperson). I was told the cord for my outlet wasn't correct. Lewis corrected the problem and saved the day. Great job.

Experience with Nick at your Kings Highway Store was exceptional. I ordered this on the phone because I knew what I wanted and couldn't come to the store as my husband is not well. I trust Nick and knew I would receive the service that I am used to. I buy all my appliances at this store. I did receive satisfaction and I will have my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher tomorrow.

Bought a dishwasher here 2 years ago with an extended warranty/service plan. Was scheduled for today to have it fixed. Said they would call in morning to give me a 2-hour window. Never called me. Called one in the morning said, they'd call me back in half hour. That never happened. I called back and they said, "Oh you are actually in the middle of your 4-hour window. Please make sure you are there." Yep, they now went from 2 to 4 hours and said no one ever told me 2.

This AC is the fifth home appliance that I have purchased from PC Richard & Son since 2015. Friedrich is an excellent product and would highly recommend to my family members and friends. We own both 10,000 and 8,000 BTUs. Shopping at PC Richard is a remarkable experience especially with Robert **. He is patient and deals with his customers in a very professional yet friendly manner. He is very good for PC Richard & Son.

We had purchased a refrigerator 10 yrs ago and the appliance stopped working in the 10th yr. We had a service contract on this appliance which was quickly honored. When at PC Richard we decided to purchase a Frigidaire 4 pc. combo set which came with a $500. rebate offer. After 3 months and no rebate I contacted the PC Richard Store Rt. 46 West Wayne, NJ and spoke to one of the managers ** who worked tirelessly to secure my rebate for me. Employees like ** are what makes the store such a success as well as the prices for products sold. The manager, Tom was patient, courteous. He persevered until the problem, which was to get the speakers on the Samsung Smart TV to work with both the headphones and the TV at the same time, was resolved. He was true to P.C. Richard's Motto, to stand behind all products and service before, during and after the purchase. I will surely not only recommend P.C. Richard but also return again to purchase any needed items.

Richard store on Francis Lewis Blvd and as usual the service and the price was excellent. The final details were approved by Sarah the manager at the Francis Lewis store. I would only shop at this store. The services and prices are truly unbeatable. Staff from the store was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us by giving us recommendation and our needs regards to our AC Unit. Extremely attentive to our product when we were trying to find a parking space to load/unload AC unit. Also, the staff is extremely careful when loading unit onto our car.

Our salesman was absolutely wonderful! He helped us when another salesman walked away. He took his time to make sure we were getting everything we needed and the process/transaction was very smooth. I would most definitely make sure to see him again when shopping at the College Point store.

I visited the College Point P.C. Richard & Son store today (05.29) with my mother to purchase an AC for her apartment. After waiting for about ten minutes (the store was busy) Gregory ** approached us to help. The night before, you can click on a link that will give you a window on the delivery time. Delivery was on time and professional. Next purchase from PCR: microwave!

Our old LCD 50" TV broke. My wife and I knew we needed to replace it. However with all of the choices to make when buying a TV we were reluctant. I have gone to P.C. Richard's in New Hyde Park in the past and have always come out very satisfied with all my purchases. When I was there Googling the different TVs and I saw the salesman I have worked with in the past, Saleh, I knew I would come out with a TV that suited my needs. Saleh's knowledge makes me comfortable when making purchases on major appliances/electronics.

I was helped by Samuel, who is new at the job, showed both courtesy and patience to get things right -- an excellent prospect. He consulted Alfredo, also very helpful -- friendly and knowledgeable. The clerk who entered my information was also careful and personable. All in all you have a great manager and fine young people.

We didn't find exactly what we were looking for on the sales floor but our sales rep, Brad **, said it wouldn't be a problem and very patiently looked through volumes of stock items that weren't displayed at the store, and found exactly what we wanted. He checked and rechecked each item to make sure everything we wanted was included and it couldn't have been a better experience. A very pleasant and knowledgeable person... He made the process painless.

Vinnie (**) provided excellent customer service and was very helpful and communicative from when I first walked in the door to the final installation. Vinnie worked with me in recommending a great speaker system to compliment our new television and was great in getting our new equipment scheduled for a quick install after purchase. So far have been very happy with our purchases (Samsung TV and Bose Soundbar).

Roman was excellent to work with and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking to buy. He also suggested other options and we would most definitely come back and ask for Roman when we make another purchase at your store...

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will only buy from PC Richard. To make a very long story short, I purchased a high end Bosch wall oven/microwave combo in spring/summer of 2014. It arrived, installed and didn’t work from the first time I turned it on. The microwave was fine but the oven kept shutting off after being on for 20 min or so. Called PC Richard. Without asking any questions, they replaced it within a few days. Got the new one and it did the same thing. Spoke to the folks at PC Richard and we both agreed that it was pretty strange that the same thing was happening to another unit. This was a brand new model that even the Bosch showroom in Manhattan didn’t have on display yet. They helped me get in touch with the right people at Bosch because it seemed like a manufacturer issue.

Our buying experience at P.C. Richard college point was easy and painless. The installation was totally professional. We would like to extend a thank you to Daniel the store manager for his expertise and courtesy in helping us find the right a/c. From beginning to final installation perfection.

Today I picked up a "Monster Bluetooth Speaker" that I had ordered over the internet from P.C. Richard and the salesman met me at the door and said good afternoon in a nice way. I told him I was there for a pickup and he said, "Oh I will handle that for you." So he called it up from the stock room and it took a few minutes and he said he was very sorry for the wait. The sales representatives and managers were excellent. Louis, Mark, and Artie have helped in buying items and returning a recent item. Very helpful and informative. They were able to obtain everything I needed. Informed me of each item purchased and was able to get sales on some items due to them guiding me. Today I returned something and was able to get a refund ASAP.

My wife and I purchased an air conditioner for our bedroom. Quietness was a major issue as we had to return one that was not quiet enough. The salesperson at P.C. Samsung TV. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They recommended televisions that were within my price range and didn't try to sell me some overpriced TV I wasn't looking to purchase. There are plenty of electronics stores closer but it was definitely worth the ride to Carteret.

Ordered GE Cafe range, microwave and dishwasher. Pricing was great, machines beautiful, sales staff, Paul in particular, excellent, attentive and responsive. We did have an issue with the installation, installers needed to come back, maybe took too many calls but in the end we had a true professional installation at an unbelievable price. Kitchen looks great. Highly recommend -- complete end to end service, just wish P.C. Richard offered flooring as well.

At the Bellmore store, in the past, bought many items: TV's AC's, Refridgerator, electronics. Proof of how they respect customers: how they treat employees. Risking loss of revenue, they are closed on holidays (unlike all other businesses) so their staff can spend time with their families and friends and enjoy their lives. When a Co. doesn't care about their staff's lives, treating them as slaves, that translates into how they view customers. Because of that... and their lower pricing on name brand merchandise... I don't even "shop" prices anymore. They're one of the last decent places to shop. Very caring for their customers, where they prefer to err on the customer's side... even at a loss. THAT is why they're doing very well. They respect both customer and employee. On top of that... the best values in pricing. I swear I have no business connection with them or personally with any of their staff, other than as a customer.

I think this store has to be the best store in all 5 boroughs. They are very friendly and always willing to take as much time as needed. They don't rush you, say they can go to the next person. They are just there to help you.

Bought appliances since 2010, my stoves, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, P.C. Richard supplied all my appliances, for the last 6 yrs. Salesperson, BRIAN, was always very professional, kind, courteous, helpful, sometimes I don't even have to go into the store to look at that item I need. Just purchased the Frigidaire Dehumidifier Model FAD704DWD and installed the dehumidifier in the basement. P.C. Richard & Son Carteret NJ location customer service and pricing was excellent. I have purchased from this location before. Next I need to evaluate the performance of the dehumidifier in reducing basement humidity. Just started it up.

For nearly 15 years we have purchased all our appliances, TV's and AC units at the Riverhead location. I never thought twice about purchasing bedding when we went in 2 weeks ago In Riverhead. Paid for a Sealy Optimum Opti Gel bed. We were told that the model was being discontinued but the bed we were getting was superior. So we went ahead with the purchase. I then started searching the bed on my invoice and found it in fact was not. When I called the store manager was fairly dismissive. Told me he could get the bed from another store but he assured the bed we were getting vs the one we were sold on was better.

Delivery of dryer was done very well. Gentlemen did an outstanding job. Thank you very much. Sales was also very good and his name was Tony **. I would highly recommended PC Richard to anyone who wants a job well done.

On or about July of 2016, we purchased a fridge @ PC Richards, and only few days later the ice maker broke. We called for a service and three technicians, five visits in total, have gone to my house to see what is wrong with my fridge. I called and spoke to Terry, and she said that is the protocol before it is figured out what is wrong with my $1700.00 fridge. Today, my husband called to ask the status, and he was told that a technician from Samsung, not from PC Richard, went to our house a week ago without an appointment, without a notice, and of course nobody was in our house. As I explained to Terry, I believed I purchased a refurbished fridge, and I inquiry about a new one. Today, 4/25/2017, my husband and I are still waiting for a solution from PC Richards.

We have always purchased all of our appliances, TV's and electronics at P.C. Richard. So when my daughter needed a new laptop naturally I went right to your website. I had ordered the new Apple MacBook on 12/6/16 online as a Christmas gift for my daughter. According to the website this item was available. A few days later when I looked at the online receipt it said backordered. I called and was told it would be in 12/20/16. That date came and went no computer. I called my local store Rte 440 in Jersey City. I spoke with Hani ** who was very helpful. They service what they sell, and stand by their products. If I have ever had an issue, they work it out. **, at the Upper West Side Store #64 at 2372 Broadway, was wonderfully helpful in determining which model was covered by Con Ed's Rebate policy, how well it would cool & replace my 25-year-old Friedrich a/c. He recommended the model that would be quietest. Now that it is installed, I can say it is VERY quiet. Mostly, he was very knowledgeable about the insurance requirements for delivery & installation of the a/c. He facilitated the insurance process over the weekend so efficiently that it was arranged for delivery the next day.

Our refrigerator died and we needed a replacement, we have small children ages 1 and 5 so I was in desperate need. Scott was on the spot and recommended a really nice GE fridge, a discontinued model but brand new in the box. New to me and the price was right. The delivery was scheduled for 4-6 and it came on that day... But the delivery was not smooth. The driver said it wouldn't fit and told my wife to buy another one that will fit and to top it off they didn't even try to get it in! Just left without any warning. My wife was angry and called me at work... I called Scott and he went out of his way to find out what happened. I had to spend an additional 3 days to get this delivered and it came at 7 am sharp on Sunday morning...

I was greeted at the door helped. He was very knowledgeable. I explained to him what I needed. Made the purchased, explained my warranty to me thoroughly. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive product. He sold me a well name product at a great price.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator a little over a year ago, and it died this week, which is really bad form (The Frigidaire a/c unit we bought three years ago also broke down this year, so we will never be using that brand again!). I called PC R and spoke w/ Carlos, who helped us last year, when we were buying the ill-fated fridge. I explained what happened, and he was able to find us a better replacement and gave us a great price on it, which was only nine-dollars over what the repair would have cost. Though it was very late in the afternoon, Carlos scrambled to secure us next-day delivery, which was ideal. Carlos is a great asset to the Forest Hills location. Smart, professional and kind.

I purchased a wall oven from the rear of the store, Usually it has a dent. The wall oven was a GE Profile, which I didn't know was discontinued, however, upon delivery the oven door got cracked, so they took it back and tried to order another door. This is when Bob the Manager took over, it ended up that he gave me a better model from GE that was more expensive with little cost to me. Bob is an amazing Manager who gets things done. He understood my issues and got right on it and took care of the problem. I will go back to PC Richards, because the way Bob handled the situation and great prices. I shopped in the Elwood P.C. Richard in New York. I had a fantastic experience with this store. The manager understood that my microwave conked out after two days and he replaced it immediately with another product that was even better than the original.

Herb was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He was extremely pleasant and helped me to the fullest. Thank you Herb and when I was interested in another product Herb took care of me right away and when I told him I forgot my card at home Herb said, "No problem. I will take care of that right away," and he did. Overall was great sales person. Thank you again.

Our salesperson Eric ** worked hard to assist us finding appliances for our renovation. He also was very helpful when our choices went on sale two days later for a net saving of over $500. We are grateful for his help and professionalism.

I had an excellent experience at PC Richard & Son store #34. George the assistant manager was so helpful and made this purchase very easy and was so patient and helpful. I purchased a dishwasher, stove and microwave and was so happy with the service in the store.

I ordered a new air conditioner on the phone. Peter was very knowledgeable and helped me select the best air conditioner for my apartment. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very accommodating with my needs and schedule. I will definitely ask for him if I need something else in the future!

Rich from PC Richard did a great helping find a oven for my house and was very helpful and wanna thank him for his time and patience. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. I will be back because he was a great help. It's hard to find someone that actually takes time helping you find what you need.

Two things to review - first, the buying experience, and second, the delivery experience. I bought a Friedrich's A/C Unit during the "Friends and Family" promotion in March. Great time to buy one! Buying: Excellent. The price couldn't be beat, and Carlos at the UWS store was super helpful. That was great. I really appreciated the flexibility of delivery time. Delivery: Well, this is NYC, and there's ALWAYS something. No one called me on the morning of the delivery, and the website would not tell me anything after 9 AM, as indicated - so I had to call the store to get the delivery window (11-3). No one was here by 3, so I called again. They finally came a little after 3.

Received great service from P.C. Richard & Son. Had a range delivered and delivery team was so professional and courteous. Were so careful when they moved my old range out and installed the new one. Very happy with the service and I will use P.C. Richard & Son again and would definitely recommend.

About 2 weeks ago my fridge displayed a system error. The night I saw this message I thought I could quickly reset the fridge by turning the power on and off but it still displayed the message. The next day I started to notice my frozen goods thawing and a temperature drop in the fridge. It was at this time I called PC Richard on SI. At first I was redirected to their 1800 number for service but there were no more appointments until Monday and this was very early Saturday morning. I was concerned that my food would spoil until then so I called back the store to speak to a manager. I spoke to a very considerate manager named Lenny and he offered a lender fridge to store my food until my fridge was fixed.

Went to PC Richard store #33 in Brooklyn and had a pleasant experience. I walked in to buy a new dishwasher and walked out with a new Samsung kitchen. The new black stainless is beautiful. Jose and Eric helped me out and they did a great job. I had specific needs for the appliances and they made sure the appliances would work for me. Delivery was prompt and neat. Thanks for the great service.

It was a pleasant shopping experience and the salesman John was very helpful. He had all the specs. ready to assist me with the proper size. I needed it to be delivered the next day and they were able to make those arrangements for me. The Men that delivered it today were also very nice.

I live in Queens N.Y. The only place I go to purchase any appliance is P.C. Richard in Bayshore. The main reason for this is Tito ** the manager. He is very knowledgeable, treats customers like royalty and his word is golden!!! Ever have a problem, just call Tito! It will taken care of! All sales staff and store managers should be just like Tito! Please pass this review down to Tito. He needs to know that he is much appreciated! I will go to him where ever he is. Everything I need for my house I only get it at PC Richard & Son In Carteret, NJ. Everyone there is professional, amicable and people oriented. The manager Jeff and the sales representative Nino, were incredible with me today during my shopping there. They tried to guide me in the most respectful manner. I love their products because I save a lot of money and I still get top quality. I definitely recommend this store to my friends and family with no hesitation.

I have been dealing with Craig **, at your Elmont store. He is always very helpful and on target. I have nothing but the nicest words for him. A recommend all my friends to him, and they are all satisfied. Most of the time, I call Craig and order over the phone. I have been dealing with him for many years.

From the time you walk in to the store all very professional. They greet you with a smile, "How may I help you today?" And Mike number ** was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he is selling and was able to help me and my family make a excellent choice on what we purchased. And the delivery also was excellent. The two men that came to my house were very careful and knew what they were doing.

Customer service was polite and helpful. Service was provided as promised. Servicemen were polite, knowledgeable and finished their work in an unexpected short time. Area was left clean and spotless. Experience was unexpectedly delightful, not the anticipated horror as experienced with other appliance companies.

Called service yesterday to see if I could have someone to come out to repair or replace the stripping on the inside of the microwave door. I gave the service repute info and was put on hold. I was on hold for awhile before she came back to me and apologized for the wait but she had to get permission to extend my service contract that unbeknownst to me expired the day before! I couldn't believe that she had done that for me. That's true customer service!

I had to get a refrigerator freezer on quick notice, As my refrigerator died after 22 years. I received quick and reliable service and a great price. Delivery was super fast and the workers had the new one set up and the old one removed in 5 minutes.

As always a pleasure to deal with P.C. Richard. I try to always deal with Leo. Always helpful. Have a few appliances to buy this summer and will get them from Leo. Will need a under cabinet microwave. Maybe a range and fridge as well.

I was searching for a home & after countless months of broken contracts, being outbid, etc. my deposit was still there for my washer & dryer. I received occasional calls to see how my house hunting was going & was assured that my items would be waiting for me when I was ready for them. Not only were they 16 months later, but Lalla my sales associate did everything in his power to make sure I was pleased. He explained my situation to his manager and as a housewarming gift (I guess you can say) granted me with additional discounts on top of the employee discount sale they were having. He also printed out all the necessary documentation for me to apply for my rebates. Delivery was as promised and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be recommending the Union NJ location to everyone.
