I am so pleased with the customer service I receive whenever I go to PC Richards. I've bought numerous products from their Carteret store from humidifiers to washing machines. My appliances always get delivered right on time and without damage. In particular the store manager, Joe **, has always been very helpful and has always gone the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met. There is no other place I would trust to deliver this type of service and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I buy all my appliances from PC Richard. I purchased an All Fridge All Freezer set in 2012. The Freezer needed to be replaced in 2017 after countless service calls. This year the Fridge gave out before Easter-after only 6 years! The service people sent parts for the wrong fridge! Again I buy all my appliances from them even my rental properties. They installed the wrong compressor part in my fridge voiding manufacturer warranty. Now they told me to replace the fridge but since the price changed I must pay the difference over $300!!! Manager, Jose, of Nanuet, was rude and belligerent.

The staff at the P.C. Richard & Son in Carteret NJ were fantastic. Got a great deal on an entire kitchen appliance set along with a washer/dryer from Joe **. We were assisted by Osei when deciding what was best for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient while working with us to figure everything out. Got everything we needed and with a discounted warranty. We will definitely be back there soon for more! Highly recommended. Thanks again guys!

Several months ago I went into the P.C. Richard store at 205 E. 86th Street. Although I was just researching three major appliances and was not ready to purchase anything, salesperson ** was courteous and very informative about the specifications on the products that I needed. He was remarkably patient with the many questions that I asked, encouraged me to take my time in perusing the appliances, and gave me his card before I left. Impressed with **'s professionalism, I returned on 2/23/18 to make the purchases.

I just purchased a Frigidaire electric stove at the Lake Grove showroom. I have had nothing other than a great experience, from purchase to receipt. Kudos to Joe and Ibraham. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They even adjusted the price when an employee sale was in effect. I recommend the store at Lake Grove, PC Richard & Son highly.

Friedrich slide out A/C - I bought this from Abu (**) in store #64 on the Upper West Side, B’wy & 86 st. NYC. Abu & his manager were wonderful with me & made buying my AC a really good experience! Also, I had to switch the delivery date, which Abu handled, & it was delivered on the new date without a hitch. Thank you very much, P. C. Richards!

Salesperson was helpful and went out of his way to inform me about the product, and to help complete the sale. There was a protection agreement which needed to be dealt with, and it was taken care of efficiently and quickly.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and I’m only 46. Never a doubt in my mind on where to go for all my home appliances, electronics and all of my many TVs. On my last venture I was helped by Jerome ** and I can not be more pleased with my experience. He not only helped with our purchase but made sure everything went as I wanted!! Great prices and most of all Great people make a business!! Thank you!!!

The appointment was timely kept. The two workers acted in a very professional manner, and completed the above the installation of the new dishwasher and the removal of the old expeditiously and without a hitch. I would highly recommend P.C. Richard based upon this experience.

The delivery was on time. Installers were skilled and friendly. Job done neatly and expertly. Went above and beyond when I didn’t hear the doorbell and persisted for a while instead of just leaving. Wonderful experience for a change. I will use PC Richard again definitely.

I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received. The manager Joe was extremely helpful and professional, he hooked me up with salesperson Scott who was just phenomenal! Scott was very knowledgeable about products and services offered by PC Richards. I will not go to any other store ever again! Elmont Store Purchase - I just bought a new A/C unit from Craig. He was by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at P.C. Richard - very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I will only see him from now on! Thank you.

My wife and I bought a new washer and dryer and Joe ** made the buying experience fantastic. He was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery was also on time and a great experience. Thanks again for taking the stress out of shopping.

Carson a manager at the Levittown store helped me out. He along with his superiors were very helpful. They did the right thing to correct an earlier Dryer problem with lazy previous installers. Because of this completed successful project I will purchase from them in the future in fact this same Levittown store.

We walked into the store shopping for a new stackable washer and dryer. Within 45 minutes we were out the door with purchase complete. The sales associate, Fred, was amazing and was able to help us pick out new appliances. He answered all of our questions and even helped us with information on government rebates. The delivery and installation was also very professional. The installer helped us identify a fire hazard with our laundry configuration, which we will be following up on. Our install was not easy. Our stacked unit goes into a small closet with plugins and water connections at the back of the closet. They also put the unit in an overflow pan, which we purchased elsewhere. The prices on the washer and dryer were competitive. The costs for delivery and installation were almost nothing and they hauled away the old units at no cost. We will definitely shop at P.C. Richard again for our next purchase.

My wife and I bought all our appliances with Milton's help when we moved into our apartment a number of years ago and we were very impressed with his knowledge, his patience, and his eagerness to give us the best service possible. It was very pleasant and reassuring to have him as our salesman. We were very happy to reconnect with him when we needed to replace our stove because there wasn't a replacement for a part that we needed. Once again, he gave us great advice and made the process as smooth as possible. The men who delivered it also did a great job. Very careful and considerate of our concerns about our kitchen. In summary, a positive experience.

I needed a washing machine ASAP and I was not disappointed. I was set up with next day delivery - the day of the Nor'easter and the guys showed up and were courteous and pleasant and got my machine set up in no time! I would rate PC Richards 11 out of 10.

We bought a Bosch dishwasher on Friday at the Manalapan store, Our salesperson Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable. It was delivered and installed yesterday. The installers Manny & Christian were great, hardworking, friendly and expedient. This was a smooth and hassle free purchase and install. We are very pleased!

Just wanted to compliment the customer service rep Yahya (**) on his excellent service with the handling of me buying a wash machine. He was courteous and very helpful in me deciding which product to purchase from this store. I went to another PC Richards location and their service was not great at all. They tried to get us in purchasing something we did not want.

I have been a customer of PC Richards for many years! I was at the store today. I feel compelled to write this review due to the impeccable service I was given. The salespeople at this company are so knowledgeable and helpful on every product in the store. They are so caring and go above and beyond the call of duty. I want to extend a big thank you to Joe ** today who took care of me today. This is a family owned store and they treat their customers like family also. I personally would give this company and its employees 10 stars if I could!!!

Service was excellent and Anthony ** helped me out so much. Outstanding customer service from him. He was very helpful with my purchase. His expertise was extremely valuable in helping me determine that best product for me. I will definitely be shopping there again and will request his service specifically.

Richie is great and the experience is always easy and enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and always fair. He gives me what I ask for and doesn’t try and force any deals. Just gives his advice after hearing what I’m looking for.

Store #46 sales counselor ** Craig was very informative, patient, professional explaining to us about our 4 kitchen appliances we purchased. Delivery was perfect and on time. Delivery men were Junior and Antonio. They were very professional also they did a great job installing our 4 appliances. We purchased a refrigerator dishwasher stove and microwave. Our purchase with PC Richards could have not been any better. Thank you, a very Happy Customer, I will recommend PC Richard & Son to my family & friends.

Purchased a Maytag dishwasher from P.C. Richards internet on 2/19/2018. On March 16, 2018 I called to report dishwasher door spring broke. They ordered a service call and on 3/22/2018 a service guy came after being an 1 1/2 late. He informed me the dishwasher was installed incorrectly by P.C. Richards and that I should call them and let them know. I did and I also asked for the manager to call me twice that day. Manager never called back and customer service said someone would be at my home on Sunday. They were supposed to call me the night before and never did. Tried to call P.C. Richards today but they are closed. Had to dispute this charge with my credit card company and still dishwasher door not fixed!

I just had my new KitchenAid dishwasher delivered on time, by efficient and tidy employees. They could not have been better! We thought that our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. This was my first time shopping at PC Richards and I am certain that it will not be the last. Your company was very well run and organized, with timely emails and helpful phone calls. Thanks for a seamless and painless experience.

Henry at PC Richard, Bay Plaza is the best salesperson in the world. I have been shopping at this location for years and I always admire his calm personality, his patience and most of all his knowledge of the products and the different brands. He’s well respected by me and other customers I know and I really think Henry should be a manager.

Purchased a dryer and as I have done with many appliances, PC staff, sales, delivery and maintenance when I need have provided excellent service. The services they offer for maintenance and the fact that they use their own staff and take full responsibility cannot be beaten by any of the other stores that I have since stopped shopping at.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator at your Staten Island store. The Sale Rep (Adam) that assisted me was excellent. As the space measurements were unique, he went above and beyond my expectations in finding the right unit. When I returned home and measured again, I realized that the depth of the unit wouldn't work. I called Adam and he was able to make a call and find me a refrigerator that would be a better fit. I was very pleased. Delivery and installation was also excellent.

I am redoing my kitchen and needed all new appliances. I ordered all my appliances from them. They not only had great prices but also great deals. If I had questions or problems Joe the manager at the PC Richards on Central Ave in Yonkers knew all the right answers and solutions to get the job done right. He is a very good manager who will go the extra mile to please the customer. All my appliances so far have been delivered on time and old ones removed without a hitch. I will definitely go back to buy something I need plus tell my family and friends to shop there.

I have no problem with PC Richard itself but the installation delivery service. I did speak to them about this at the PC Richard location in Watchung NJ where everything was purchased and They refuse to take any responsibility or try to rectify it in any way. I was not home when the refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and stove, were delivered. When installing the dishwasher they talked my girlfriend changing the hot water valve under the sink that goes to the dishwasher. I had checked the valve it did not need to be changed. This isn't the first time I've heard this happening. Then when installing the gas line for the dryer the line was too short so they combined 2 gas lines together and they charged another $20 for the second short gas line. The gas line was already paid for at the store.

I placed my order over the phone and the salesperson was very helpful. I called a few places including other PC Richard locations. They were not as courteous. My order was delivered as promised. My tenant accepted the delivery and said the service was also good.

We had done our due diligence as we were going to be making some major purchases. We were finally upgrading to a king size mattress AND updating our kitchen to stainless! As Presidents Day Weekend sales were approaching we diligently searched for the best place that would provide us great service as well as even better pricing. Having an idea of which line of appliances we wanted to select, we researched online. We decided to go to P.C. Richard. Upon arriving at the store we were greeted by a Salesman who had previously assisted us in a small purchase and it was nice that he remembered us. Kudos to Mr. Robert **. He is old school as are we, and understands the importance of customer service. He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns and helping us find the right package.

Arty our salesman was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the appliances my wife and I purchased. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his manager Martin.

I have ordered multiple items from P.C. Richards over the years. The most recent were a dishwasher, range and television. The sales person was great, the delivery was on time and the installation was seamless. I received a call prior to delivery, and the delivery people were very pleasant. Thanks very much.

Always a pleasure to do business with P.C. Richard & Son. I have been a customer since 1972. Microwave was installed with no problems. The only problem I did have was that the owner's manual was not included in the box. I notified G.E. and they will send me the manual within 5 working days. The manual is online, but I did not want to download and print 28 pages. Great place to buy appliances and great customer service.

I was extremely satisfied and happy with the great service given by Mohammad at P.C. Richard Astoria, Queens. He is a great salesman, helped me with all my needs at the store without me going crazy to look around for deals. He is very understanding and helpful. I will definitely go back to the same store just for Mohammad whenever I need something again.

P.C. Richard has been my best appliance store since I can remember. The manager at the Raritan store #52 location has been servicing me since I bought my first appliance 15 years ago and still servicing me as of today. The service only gets better and stronger throughout the years. I would never think of buying from anyone else for no one can beat this type of one on one service for any questions I have.

Your delivery men called 1/2 hour before arrival, showed up on time, removed the old washer, installed the new one, and basically did everything right. I wish the rest of my world could go as smoothly.

My wife and I went to 3 stores before we went to P.C. Richard to buy a new fridge. The salesman was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The price, availability and service was excellent and by far better than the prior 3 stores we tried. P.C. Richard will be getting much more of my business going forward!

P.C. Richard has always kept its promise to go out of their way to help their customers. I recently purchased a refrigerator and the salesperson treated me very respectfully, professionally, and made me feel at home. The delivery was on point - they called in advance for confirmation of date & time. On the day of delivery, they were on time, they delivered as requested. I've been a customer for over twenty years and never had a problem. We're always treated almost like family (except that they don't cook for us, ha, ha)!!! P.C. Great service from store in Oceanside NY. Called with issue with Service department. Having service issues with washer I bought a year ago. Called Service on Feb 17th, kept on having problems fixing and getting parts. Call Mike at Oceanside store. Made it a priority to help me, replaced washer with a new one. Customer service at its best. Not only did Mike save business from my family but business from seven other families. Thank you Oceanside Store!!!

WRS325FNAM - I bought a Whirlpool fridge from PC Richard, a 24.9 Cu. Ft side by side in Sept. 2017 and the freezer keeps building blocks of ice. They set service for me and the serviceman heated up the block of ice under the last freezer bin, which is what I've been doing. He said the problem was the freezing up of the vents behind it and unfroze them and said he drained the water but there was no water on the floor. The ice started building up again as soon as he left, by that night. I already removed a large solid block of ice by using a large dishcloth soaked with very hot water but obviously this fridge is malfunctioning. It is supposed to do automatic defrost.

Purchased a new computer for our autistic son with extended warranty. It does not allow you to recover password. Phoned both PC Richards and HP with absolutely NO satisfaction. The PC Richards rep told my wife that they could fix it if we paid more money. The computer cost over $ 1300 already. Needless to say we will be returning it and never shopping there again.

Extremely satisfied with the service given by Matthew **. Have dealt with him several times before and have always been satisfied with the help he gave us. The selection of products has been great and the delivery has been on time. Would use you again.

Everything was great in the store with salesman Andrew. The only problem I had was the time given for delivery. I was told that they would call an hour before arrival (between 1 & 4). On the day of delivery I got a call from deliveryman saying he was 5 minutes away in the a.m. I thought it was from 1 to 4. I had to scramble and lucky I was home. Other than that everything was perfect. Very happy.

Excellent service. I have a long relationship with this company and know when I walk into the store that I will leave fully satisfied with my purchase. That I could get delivery the next day (Sunday) before 8:00 is beyond awesome. Service provided by Sales Counsellor Gregory was outstanding. He is helpful, knowledgeable on providing suggestions and very funny. I should need other appliances in about 3 years... so make sure that the company is still around and have the great service that is provided to date.

Salesman was helpful with the right fit for the space I have. He also recommended having someone come to remeasure. He was courteous & pleasant & knowledgeable. His manager was also very helpful in finding my credit account & making the experience easy.

I originally drove all the way to New Hyde Park Long Island to a Sears store to buy a Washer Machine. They told me it would be available for 2 and a half weeks. So I waited. Finally the delivery day arrived and the delivery guy told me He can not hook the washer under the sink in my apartment. He said he didn't know how. So I told him never mind. Cancel my order. I called PC Richard store in Long Island city. Spoke with David. He had the same washer on sale for $449. I went to the store and he took care of me. He promised the delivery would be on Wednesday the 28th. The washer came today and they installed it under the sink with No problems! I gave them a Tip! Thank you PC Richards!

Vinnie and Joe were professional, efficient and really nice. They called me 20 minutes prior to their arrival. Giving me enough time to remind building management of the delivery. They removed the existing gas range and microwave. Installed the new appliances. Cleaned up any mess and turned on the appliances to make sure they worked prior to them leaving. They did a really great job!!!

Your staff is always helpful, but Benjamin, the manager who helped me last, was really very helpful. He was fast, efficient, very courteous, and honest. I called to add a warranty to my purchase and Benjamin made sure that my previous salesperson, Malik - also very good - got credit for that. I thought it was very nice, it's good to see people who care. I'm sure I'll look for him next time I want to shop with you. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience shopping with Mark the salesman. I knew nothing about the restrictions and rules for purchasing a condo in Hackensack. I always buy from this particular store because I love their high standard customer service, Prompt, Kind, Efficient at all times. It's the reason number 1 for me to go back. HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE. We bought all the appliances when we renovated our apartment and we were extremely happy.

Problems with the ice maker. Most cubes were sticking together and the ice maker wouldn’t dispense ice. We tried all the troubleshooting ideas. Didn’t have too wait too long for serviceman. Ordered part & it came the next day. Happy to say the problem is fixed.

I am so happy with my new refrigerator and stove. Raza, you made things run smoothly and everything was perfect. I went to purchase just a refrigerator and walked out with a new matching stove as well. I wanted an American brand that is affordable with great ratings. Raza recommended General Electric, especially since I needed a specific size due to my small kitchen. Delivery and installation was smooth as well. Will return to shop for more appliances if needed and will tell my friends about Raza. His help patience and courtesy are greatly appreciated.

I purchased an LG Clothes Dryer from PC Richard from Hanover, NJ location. After doing thorough research including Consumers Reports Mag, visiting 4 retail appliance stores, I decided to stop in PC Richards as I passed on Rt 10. Glad I did. I was extremely pleased with my sales associate Jeff ** who was superbly informed with the LG product I was interested in. He answered all questions and offered good advice. I took delivery 3 days after purchase. Delivery was quick, hookup and any inconvenience at a minimal. Being somewhat familiar with LG products the product is performing as expected, quiet and convenient with pedestal option. I recommend PC Richard for anyone's appliance needs. Also being an energy star product I filed for the $100 rebate without problem or incident.

I've been shopping at P. C. Richard for over two years now. Whenever I order something for delivery, it always arrives on time and the drivers are always friendly. I've enjoyed shopping at multiple locations and have not had a bad experience so far with them.

I purchased four appliances from P.C. Richard. I had an issue with one of the appliances which was no fault of P.C. Richard. However they immediately replaced the appliance with very little discussion. They were extremely helpful and pleasant about the whole thing. I have since purchased another appliance from them since they were so easy to work with. They have earned my trust as a consumer which is very important to me.

Mattress delivery - Men arrived within the time window. They had called about an hour before. They brought the mattress and box spring in and set it up without any mess in the house. They took all the wrapping with them and even positioned the bed where I wanted it. Good job!

Just purchased a refrigerator at the bay plaza location. The manager Dee took great care of us. He was knowledgeable and understanding. He was very helpful and patient. Great experience. Would recommend my friends and family to purchase at that location.

I was truly happy that the person in Customer Service was very sympathetic to my dilemma and allowed me an exchange on the item I purchased. It made me happy to see a retailer that was on my side rather than one sticking strictly to store policy.

Joseph, our sales representative, was more than amazing during our sales experience. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable both on the phone and in the store. Joseph never tried to oversell or change my mind but offered his personal and professional experience with the washing machine that we were interested in purchasing. Due to his professionalism and the clean, comfortable store environment, we made our purchase on the spot!

Spent over $1000 on a new Sealy mattress. They delivered it fine and took the old one away. 10 days into owning it, my wife's side gets an indent in the mattress. She is less than half my weight and 5'3 (I'm 6'2 260 lbs) but yet my side of the mattress is perfect... no indents or gullies. She gets hip pain from the indent now. We called PC Richards who sent a technician (A PC Richard tech) who upon looking at it noticed the indent right away. He took measurements and pictures and repeated 6 times, "I can't tell you what's going to happen, the service department will call you in 24 hrs."

Always a pleasure shopping at the Carle Place location. Mario is always very helpful with customer service beyond our expectations. I love that he takes his time with us as opposed to sales agents who quickly try to get the sale so they can move onto the next customer or those who just don’t seem interested or helpful at all. This particular shopping experience Mike, the store manager was also on hand to assist with our purchases and he was a pleasure to deal with as well. We could not have been more satisfied, hence why we always shop at this particular location :-).

George the gentleman who took care of me was very knowledgeable to a point where he had asked my wife about my other appliances in kitchen and thanks to his suggestion it is a perfect match to the rest of appliances in my kitchen. I was doing some online shopping for home appliances, including a gas range, over top range microwave and side by side refrigerator. P.C. Richard offered the best price and their customer service was top notch. Overall, I was extremely happy with my purchase. From now on, I will buy all my home appliances at P.C. Richard. They have the best services and prices.

Richard **, Assistant Manager, at the Brooklyn - Flatbush Ave store was extremely helpful. He was prepared with the paperwork pertaining to the replacement of my LG washing machine. He smoothly facilitated the ordering of the replacement washing machine. I was disappointed in the length of time, 6 weeks, that it took to complete the transaction. I spent $141.25 at the laundromat. That is more than 50 % of the warranty and 24% of the value of the washing machine. In addition to the inconvenience!!!

Joe and his team are awesome!! Not only did they take the time to help me make an important decision, but they were very genuine. They carefully listened to my needs and made the recommendations without being pushy. It was as if I was a family member!!

We purchased a complete home of appliances. Customer service was beyond our expectations. Charlie, the sales agent, was technically knowledgeable with every product, and made sure that each product met our objectives and would meet our expectations. He followed the sale through delivery. We could not be more satisfied.

3 years ago I purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove for a new house. At the time I wanted all Frigidaire products but ultimately bought a different dishwasher. Recently the dishwasher stopped working and I called for a repair which was done by an outside vendor. The repair person came and found multiple problems with the dishwasher some of which did not cause the problem with it working. The repairman submitted to the company for repair parts. After waiting for over a month for the parts to come in I called the company only to find out the parts were on back order and might not be in for another month or so.

I purchased 2 Samsung tvs. The first one I picked up at the store. No waiting. Very friendly and fast service. The next tv I had delivered to my home. I was very pleasantly surprised when it was delivered. The delivery man opened the box, inspected the tv and plugged it in to make sure it worked properly. I never had anyone do that before. He was very pleasant also. I have never had a bad experience at P.C. Richards. I have bought a mattress, and a computer there also. I will always shop there for whatever items I need. I also highly recommend them to all friends. Thanks P.C.Richards.

Max from P.C. Richard helped me yesterday. He was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect refrigerator. I had space restrictions and he looked up measurements on all the items I was looking at. Wonderful man!! 10 stars!!

My television died within a month of delivery. I notified P.C. Richard, which had a technician verify it the next day and a new TV installed the day after that. The Sales Counselor Mario, ** was helpful and very efficient and the delivery crew (truck 329) were knowledgeable and had the new TV installed and working within minutes. The customer service could not have been better.

We are loyal PC Richard customers. Always buy The extended warranty. Called on ice maker for our fairly new LG refrigerator/freezer. Tech came out and pressed a reset button and said it will make ice in 4 hours, It didn't, so I Called again (2 times). They couldn't set up next appointment till ticket closed out, I was told by scheduler she would call back when ticket closed. No one called us back. So we called again the following day. Set up an appointment for the only available time slot for the upcoming week. No tech came on scheduled day and time. I cancelled an important MD visit to stay home for this repair. I called after time slot ended and I was told repeatedly we had no appointment and a part was ordered. NO one from PC Richard told us this, there was no apology for my lost time.

I purchased a new dishwasher from P.C. Richard & Son. The delivery was promised within a 4 hour window and came within the first 1.5 hours of that window of time. The delivery men were pleasant. A problem arose, through no fault of P.C. Richard. They are coming back to complete the installation at no additional charge. I am very happy.

Salesman was great. Bought floor model, so far so good. No instruction book included. Installation crew were sloppy in the respect that they installed new dryer vent but cleaned out lint from old one and left lint over floor instead of putting in wastebasket. Machine was not quite leveled.

After 1 month, stress and $500 out of pocket ... was finally able to get a replacement fridge.

I purchased a refrigerator and stove at the Carteret store. The staff was helpful and professional. Prices were right. Was done in very little time. No hassles. Would recommend to a friend. Convenient way to get discounted appliances. Good experience.

January 22, 2018, Sunday I bought TV set SONY 55" in PC RICHARD IN KINGS HIWAY. I am working so I paid for delivery and installation for the next Sunday January 29, 2018. I was promised that new TV-set would be installed and old TV-set would be removed. Instead two guys delivered me new TV-set, just left a huge box in the middle of the room, yelled in hardly English "different guy!" And run away!!! I called to the store. Because today is Sunday nobody could help me. No managers, no delivery people, no installation department- everybody were having rest and only me was upset and disappointed for my own big money almost $1000. I don't know how long I have to wait now for installation which I had to pay for and for enjoining my new purchase. Thank you PC RICHARD for spoiling my mood and my day off.

Best shopping experience and we shopped many stores! We were so impressed with our salesperson - Gabriel **. He was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses we looked at and answered all of our questions. We could tell that he knew his products and was very well trained. He was smart enough to give us space and allowed us time to just look around and test mattresses on our own- without hovering. But, he was close enough to answer any questions.

I bought the extended warranty on a new dryer and used it recently. The service from my initial call until the repair the next day was outstanding the process was extremely easy and quick. The service repair technician was very knowledgeable.

He was most helpful in suggesting four prizes which he knew attendees would like to win. He was also helpful in giving us the best price available. I will always go to Yonkers PC Richards as long as Oscar and Craig are working there. Oscar is an amazing general manager and Craig is the only person I will speak with as it relates to kitchen appliances. I have moved 3 times and have purchased new appliances from him every time. Additionally, my father who has a few investment properties has visited Craig multiple times. They are always knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and efficient. To find an expert in the ever changing industry is not an easy task so for PC Richards to retain two of the best is quite a feat.

Good technical knowledge and great attitude of all salesmen. TV was in sales and got very good deal. Also, I was offered a deal on the extended warranty and got a full explanation on how it worked. The salesperson checked the screen of the tv before they helped me put it in the car.

We were in the process of buying new kitchen appliances (range, dishwasher and fridge). First we went to the union location on Rt. 22. The sales person there was very helpful, but we decided to go to the Carteret location to see about getting what we were looking for on clearance. We were approached by Osei and told he would help us with everything. He was very patient and helpful. After going back and forth with what were wanted he was able to help us get everything under our budget with the help of his manager Bob.

Joe was very helpful and professional. He worked hard to find the best appliances and prices. He gave us additional information on the extended warranty plans. Visited the Brick, NJ to inquire about purchasing a new stove. Salesman, Warren, greeted us and was very helpful in finding information on several stoves. We went back to the store a few weeks later and Warren completed our purchase in a fast and efficient manner. On the date of delivery the crew kept in contact with us and arrived exactly when they said they would, despite the snow and icy conditions. Over the past 20 years, I have purchased many appliances at PC Richards and Sons (TVs, Refrigerator, Stove, Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, and other accessories). Customer service is excellent, they listen to what you need and make suggestions, I have never felt pressured to buy anything, and their service is just outstanding. I would not shop anywhere else.

Omar helped me quickly and efficiently narrow down my search for a new refrigerator for my new apartment. He was really friendly and gave me a ton of great advice and was patient. Several washer/dryers, laptops, cameras, iPads, Nintendo 2S, vacuums, a few clearance Nintendo games. I am a long time customer, way before my son was an employee. They installed a new stereo in my F150 and it was a super job. Got a clearance scratch and dent microwave for work that was a very good deal. All deliveries have been as promised, maintenance plans call make an appointment and they show up. OK, Happy 2018!!

I bought a stove in April of 2015. Most of the summer I don't use my stove. So on Dec. 25th 2015 cooking Christmas dinner, the gas was coming on but wouldn't ignite and when it did it was a big pow! Had to turn it off or I'm sure the oven door would have blown off. So the guy comes and says it's a loose wire. Okay another year goes by and in Feb. of 2017 my stove stops working again. It ignites but cooks for about an hour and then it was cold. Another meal down the drain. The guy comes next day and replaces a part on the back of the stove.

Had a great experience with P.C. Richard buying a home media system (television and sound bars). Fantastic service! Great price and terrific advice on what equipment to buy! I felt I must use this opportunity to advise you how fortunate you are to in have such an extraordinary employee. I have dealt with Perry on several occasions and I have never worked with any salesman who is as knowledgeable, patient and helpful as he. I completely trust him and it is such a comforting feeling knowing his advice is with my best interests in mind.

This is a long read, but worthwhile... 7 yrs ago we bought a set of GE Appliances from P.C. Richard; in general they are good, but one of them - the over-the-stove microwave/convection oven - was a dud. Fortunately, we bought a 10 yr warranty with the appliances. PCR has always been excellent about the warranty, it's a one-call and they come deal, but still inconvenient because I lose work to be there for the check-out visit, then again for the repair (after they order the part.) But they honor the warranty and they come: they came and came and came for that ** microwave, even replacing the majority of the guts of the machine about a year ago. No good.

My salesman was very friendly and helpful, and also seemed very knowledgeable. After I had already completed the purchase, I was told it came with a $100 Visa gift card. I was not told, and did not find out until later, that this required using an outside accounting agency to do my yearly taxes. I do not think this is appropriate.

I was pressured into purchasing unnecessary additional items which I didn't need and ultimately declined to purchase. I did order what I wanted finally. Will wait to see if I get the call as promised tomorrow AM to receive time of delivery. PC Richards is a company my family always purchased from and that is why I went there. I was also declined for their card and when I checked I have an outstanding rating. Disappointing.

I have shopped at PC Richard & Son over the last 6 years and used Scott ** at your Deer Park store as our salesman. My wife and I purchased a home in 2012 just before Hurricane Sandy and fitted the house with appliances, electronics and other items from PC Richards with Scott being our salesman. He was very professional and very thoughtful in our needs and did not push us to any particular item that was just on sale or on clearance. When Hurricane Sandy did hit we lost a number of items in the house. Again Scott was there for us guiding us to the replacement items that we needed, taking time out to go through in detail to meet our objectives.

Salesman was very helpful locating a white model for me. Delivery cannot be until Saturday because of the expected snow storm, but he advised me that P.C. Richard would call to confirm delivery date and time. He advised me that there would be a refund if the water tubing is copper rather than plastic.

The salesperson I worked with (Matt) I have no issues with even though the day of installation he told me he made a mistake on installation and I had to pay an additional $49. After installation, I was told that I no longer had Sirius and had to purchase an additional antenna, I was extremely upset, raised my voice and was told by another salesperson I was disrespecting him. But he continued to call me "hon", but I guess that was ok. I don't think I should have paid the additional installment fee and I was right to ask for the additional antenna. In the future I'll be more careful with the salespeople I deal with at PC Richard.

Today I went to review different flat panel tv, the sales counselor (Mohammed) took his time and walked me through different models and features of each tv. He also gave me his thoughts as to which tv would be best for what I need it for. I purchased a Samsung 55 inch. I will look for him on my next purchases especially since they now carry furniture and mattress.

When a purchase of Extended Warranty/warranty agreement with PC Richard and you live in certain areas PC Richard will not be the one coming out to repair your appliance. They in fact contract out. On 12/28/17, an appt was scheduled with Jimmy’s appliances hours 4-8pm, no one showed no one called. Didn't receive not even a courtesy call. Next day a clerk by name of Pete works w PC Richard says they are not responsible for actions of the other company. This puts the consumer in a rough situation since the consumer never researched nor did business w the co. Being referred to and acting on behalf of PC Richard, more importantly the agreement $$ was with PC Richard. Needless to say took a day off without pay. Another appt which was difficult to get was rescheduled a week away.

I have been to this store in Bay Plaza #56 Baychester Bronx for a long time. I usually deal with **. He is always very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and always try to help us out and what is best for us the consumer and not for what is best for the store. I have sent other family members there and the results are always the same. They are very satisfied.

The Bensonhurst 86th street location staff are always helpful. The management works hard to give the best price, which I appreciate! ** in sales is knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this location! I wish it was larger!

Me and my husband purchased a Samsung 75" QLED Q7 TV from P.C. Richard in Brooklyn Bensonhurst location in December 2017. Let me tell you the buying experience from that store is more than I could dream of. First of all their Manager George gives managers' specials a great discounts on most of the items. As of December 2017 this TV cost $3,499.00 everywhere in the market. George gave us a great discount on the TV and free next day delivery option. Their sales representative Alex educated us on the TV specifications and helped us to select the best TV for our budget. He made the purchasing experience smooth and easy. We recommend this store to those of you who wants best bang for the buck and great buying experience!

They called to let me know they sent COI to my condo. I double checked and found out they didn't. I called PC and they said they didn't know where to send it. I then asked, "Why did you call me and say you did." No answer. I asked for delivery time and was told to call after 9 pm. I called, and phone number invalid after 8 pm. I then emailed and site said my email was wrong, even though PC sent me the email to check delivery. The invoice number they emailed me shows up as invalid. Terrible.

Warning_ Never purchase an extended warranty from P.C. Richard, they do not honor the warranty. For the Past 2 months I have been trying to have my stove repaired under the extended warranty. First they sent a repairman to my house who did not have the tools to fix the oven that was not heating or the broiler that was igniting. Then they send someone who understood the problem and who ordered the part and told me it would take 3 business days, which took a week and half. With Thanksgiving upon me, and an invite to 15 people, I called back again to find out where the part was and when it could be repaired, and I was informed that they could come the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and that I should cook my dinner at a neighbor.

I called to speak to a manager regarding my account. When I told him about the issue he was ready to help. Very professional and courteous. He told me he would do the best to help me and he did. He resolved the issue within the hour. He called me back to Inform me that all was taken care of.

I recently purchased a mattress from PC Richard in Carteret New Jersey. As with any mattress purchase I had concerns about finding a mattress that would be a perfect fit for both myself and my spouse who recently had back surgery. Not only did the sales people take time to explain the difference of the mattresses I did not feel stressed to make a purchase because they weren't excessively pushing me to buy a mattress. They were more concerned about meeting the needs of my comfort which I stated was of the utmost importance. This made my purchase a great experience. Purchased a 10 year warranty for my washing machine. It broke after 7 years and they credited me for a new washer. I did have several technicians come out to try and service but unsuccessful. I spoke to a manager about the issue and after one conversation, credit was issued and 2 days later, new washer delivered, old one hauled away.

I purchased a Refrigerator from P.C. Richard in Carteret on November 30th 2017 and I can't say enough about Andy **, Steven ** and the Manager. They were very knowledgeable about products. All three were very efficient and great with assistant me after traveling 4 hrs from Delaware to purchase a refrigerator for a gift for my sons. All had great personalities and very good customer service skills. I purchase all my major appliances from P.C. Richard because of employees such as Andy **, ** and the manager.

Everything was so easy. Ordered online on Saturday and new tv was in my house Sunday morning. Took out old tv and had no problems at all. Prices were great and all my questions were answered. Will definitely use them more in the future.

My husband and I purchased a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from the Patchogue PC Richards. A few days after install the dishwasher flooded my basement soaking my husband's electronic drum kit and tablet... I call the store and they sent me to service (which was closed). Three days later a service tech was finally sent, who simply reconnected the hose to the dishwasher and said it was an install problem that he now fixed. Fast forward a few hours and I had ANOTHER flooded basement... Guess what? PC Richards is doing NOTHING. What about the damages from the product I bought in YOUR store??? Disgusting experience. Tony the service manager wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. The unprofessional **!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! PC Richards will NOT back their products... buy elsewhere!!!
