We recently purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer and Samsung Television from P.C. Richard and Son in Newington, CT. Our salesperson at the time, Amir, was very willing to work with us on putting together a deal that met our needs. He was friendly, patient and personable. Also to note, was the professionalism of the manager, Tom, following our purchase. We were unhappy with the way the washer was working and Tom was quick to send out a repair technician to assess the situation. After we were told that there was no issue and it was the way it was going to be by the technician, Tom worked with us and agreed to exchange the washer, even though it had been a few months past delivery. We were pleased with the overall outcome of the situation and appreciative of Tom's professionalism and prompt communication.

I had an awesome experience at PC Richard and Son! I purchased a refrigerator, a power recliner and a bed. Dawn the salesperson and Tom the manager worked very hard to help get me exactly what I wanted in a budget that was comfortable. And I have to especially thank Dawn for the sleep test really helped me pick a bed that was right for me.

Today I purchased a desk, chair, tv, etc. I was helped by Peter & Rick. They were pleasant, professional, helpful & I left there smiling & feeling very excited about my purchases & that they gave me a great deal. I got everything I wanted & highly recommend them for a great customer experience.

Great service in the Riverhead store. My husband and I enjoy coming to Riverhead store P.C. Richard's. Butch and Pat are amazing. We feel like family with best customer service. Friendly atmosphere, great prices. Store is always clean. Everyone very friendly whenever we're in search of an appliance. We know P.C. Richard is the store to go to. Very courteous, considerate, informal, reasonable.

After a bad experience at BestBuy waiting over an hour just to see if washer that I was interested in was in stock and that was after another 2 I liked were out of stock and discontinued I decided to come to my local P.C. Richard here on 20th ave. Immediately I walk in Robert approaches me offered to help. I told him I was gonna look at washers then I will call him over. He said "no problem. I will come with you". After 15 minutes I was all setup with a even better deal than what I seen at BestBuy and Robert was extremely knowledgeable in my opinion making the BestBuy sales person look like a rookie!!! I'm so happy with PC Richard and Robert. I actually kept his card aside and will now go to PC Richard and Robert first before I do anything else... Thanks again Robert!!!

I gave a five star rating for the friendly and knowledgeable salesman at P.C. Richard & Son, also they are fairly priced. Delivery and installation are right on the money, and yes I would recommend P.C. Richard & Son for reliable consumer products. All my appliances have been purchased at P.C. Richard with complete satisfaction over the years past.

The dishwasher we purchased several months ago needed to be reinstalled to stop a condensation problem. PC Richards service was outstanding in promptness and resolving the problem. Thank you, we are so pleased that we purchased our entire kitchen appliances from PC Richards.

Overall I had a great experience here! The Manager Sheldon and Salesman Tom were the ones that helped me... they answered all of my questions and walked me through the process of selecting a computer. Coming from a guy that is the farthest thing from "tech savvy", this was much appreciated. They were knowledgeable and answered my insane amount of questions. I will definitely continue shopping here.

I am a long term this store customer. For the last twelve years I bought in your store everything for my kitchen and home: air conditioners, stove, tv sets, refrigerator, etc. All the time I purchased the appliances with the help of store manager Arkadiy. He is extremely professional, attentive and polite. He recommended me the items that responded perfectly my needs, explained details of warranties and payment plans. I highly recommend this store and this manager to buy any appliance.

JR has always been a great salesman and very knowledgeable about all the products I've bought from him for years. I recommend him to all my friends because of how great he is. I have never had a problem with any of the products he's recommended and feel that I always get the best service when I come there.

We shopped at several different major stores looking for the right kitchen appliances and price. We kept PC Richards as the last stop since they always seem to have the best prices. I've purchased every major appliance from PC Richards over the years and once again was not disappointed. The customer service provide by Josh our sales associate to the gentlemen that delivered the appliances were outstanding!

They came on time, they installed quickly and efficiently. They removed old dishwasher and installed new one. It works perfect! I would definitely shop again at P.C. Richard. Their prices are also the best around, and I did shop around. I will recommend to a friend!

All three items were installed. My sales person Cliff from the west Babylon store was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Customer service caring and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each feature of each item in detail making me feel comfortable about my purchase.

I purchased an Apple iPad from PC Richards on March 3rd and still don't have it. I was told it would be delivered to the store in a week to ten days from the sales rep and they would call me when it was in the store. After two weeks I called and was told by PC Richards it would be in on the 20th. The call never came on the 20th and I called again about every four days and they keep saying it was in the warehouse and will be on the next truck. On one of those calls I was told that Apple gives their iPads to Apple Stores first and PC Richards only when they feel like it. I wish my sales rep told me that when buying the tablet. I would have walked away.

The salesman and manager Nick ** did all they could to make my transaction easy. Both did great job. Now I hope when the 30 I will receive both dishwasher and stove items all will go well like in the store. Thanks. I will let people know what great service I did get.

Stanislaus, our sales rep, was excellent. He is very customer focused with welcoming attitude. No hard sell. He answered questions with fact and data. Delivery & installation of Frigidaire Pro refrigerator went smoothly and met expectations. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and will recommend P.C. Richards to others!

We just bought a new washing machine. Holly was so helpful... was honest and shared with us exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to oversell. She was very knowledgeable of the products. Our washer came the next day before 10am as requested with quick and easy setup. I have used it several times already and so happy!

The manager whose name is Richard ** treated me with the utmost respect and helped my family with the problem we were having with our refrigerator. I wish other stores had people working for them like you guys have. He was able to replace our old refrigerator that GE was not able to fix. He even gave us a loaner fridge that we purchased also until we get the new fridge.

Purchased a new laptop from Anthony at the P.C. Richard & Son in Bay Plaza. I don't normally shop at PCR and was very happy with my experience. I will never go to another store to buy any electronic ever again. Anthony made my purchase and experience hassle free and fun. He walk me thru every option and really knew everything about the product. Was never rushed or pressured! Thank you Anthony you made a new customer.

Our recent experience at P.C. Richard was a very positive one. The managers, Tom and Matt, the salesmen, Bobby and Asim, and the delivery workers were all knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. They showed great patience in answering all of our questions and addressing the many concerns that we had. We purchased a refrigerator, range, and microwave oven. The salesmen were thorough in their explanations of the various brands and options. The deliverymen showed great expertise in maneuvering the appliances through some very tight areas and were quite meticulous with the installation process. It was a very pleasant experience, and we would absolutely recommend P.C. Richard to others.

I bought the item from PC Richards on 3/24/17. I've been buying from PCR for many years. What keeps me coming back is the friendly service, the products and their commitment to the products they sell. I actually followed counselor # ** to the store in Coop City and met the store manager, who was just as friendly and concern as # **. PC Richards will always be the place I go to for all my appliances. Thanks for taking the time to make sure I'm truly satisfied with all my purchases throughout the years!

We basically knew what we were looking for (Kitchen Appliances) but our sales person was very helpful with other recommendations that he made it very easy for us to decide what we wanted. He gave us other options but was not pushy in anyway to make us feel uncomfortable.

Today's purchase of phones, flat panel TV and DVD player. Excellent experience. CJ was knowledgeable, thorough in terms of his understanding of the products and my technological lack of expertise, and his boss, Phil, was also most helpful and knowledgeable. I looked forward to the installation of the tv on Friday.

Today I purchased a bed. Our salesman Jay ** was helpful and knowledgeable. The store in Bayshore is friendly and clean. I was able to set up next day delivery. This location is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. Ask for Jay **, and you will get top notch service!

I purchased installation with my Cafe Over the Range Microwave Convection Oven. The two men spent a total of 15-20 minutes for installation. They left me with wood chips on the counter, microwave cabinet, and floor. They drilled through the underside of microwave cabinet with a spade bit. They shredded the oak laminate veneer when the bit went through into the cabinet. The instructions call for the installation of three screws through the upper cabinet but only 2 were installed. The duct was not installed because, "We don't go into the attic." My duct is rectangular and goes to the roof. A part has to be removed to fit the microwave under the microwave cabinet. Bottom line the sales department was great but the installers seemed hurried and left me a mess. I also had to reinstall the duct work.

Went in this morning to purchase a microwave. I worked with Mark and Cliff. It was such a pleasant experience. They could not have been more accommodating. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely go back.

Helped set up new laptop for me. Very helpful. Needed to have computer safe for my brother who is handicapped. Took the time to set all of my concerns. I had to make this computer safe for my brother. Would recommend this service for anybody who gets a new computer.

Luke and TJ the store team was very professional and was able work out the delivery on the day we wanted. In all great service and I will be back for TV and appliances. I also recommended my cousin Sal and Anthony to see Luke.

For the past 15 or so years we purchase all of our appliances (GE gas dryer) from Nick ** at PC Richard in Wayne, NJ. He is honest, and really knows all his merchandise. PC Richard is lucky to have Nick as a salesperson.

I have gone to the store on Kings Highway in Brooklyn numerous times. Every time I go there the sales person Ghassan takes care of me like family. Every purchase is a breeze too. The stock person is paged and in 15 minutes I am out the door with my items. This is refreshing. No hassle. No gimmicks. I will continue to go there every time I need a computer, appliances etc. What also makes this location is that they have a parking lot.

I needed a new TV so I came in to P.C. Richard & Son and spoke with Boby. Very pleasant experience. He knows his stuff, was very helpful, anything I needed to know he explained, got me exactly what I was looking for and more. I would strongly recommend going to see him if you need to get anything electronic.

I found the sales staff at P.C. Richard to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; I was given very prompt and good service. Their prices were also the lowest I found (and that includes on the internet too) for the particular Amana washing machine I was looking for.

Gary ** is more than a great salesman, he is a great friend. How do I know this? Because he has been both my salesman and my friend at PC Richard for over 20 years. Because of Gary, if there is an item that PC Richard carries that I am planning to purchase, I wouldn't purchase it anywhere else. Ordered kitchen appliances today from P.C. Richard & Son store located in Brooklyn, Kings Highway. The sales person named Ghassan provided with all information I needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very cooperative. He answered all my questions and call me back twice to provide additional information. Beautiful customer service.

I am a 77-year old senior citizen who purchased a refrigerator, stove and microwave from your Ralph Avenue store. Unfortunately the items did not fit. Your store manager refused to change the items, saying that once the items leave the warehouse, they cannot be returned and he was adamant about it so I am stuck with the items. I know you will agree that this treatment by P.C. Richard, especially to a senior citizen is a total disgrace. I hope this matter can be corrected as soon as possible. Thank you.

P.C. Richards did replace the dented appliance. They did send the new appliance set up with the valve and offered to connect it and did so free of charge. I can now start using my stove.

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service I received at the PC Richard & Son store in Manalapan, NJ. Knowing very little about computers myself, the assistant manager, Ernie, noticed I seemed confused with what laptop I should choose that met my needs. He came over to me and asked if I needed help. He was more than patient and informative as I asked many questions about performance and brand. Even though the price was higher than I intended to spend I know I made the right decision and love the Apple MacBook Pro laptop!

I was in the store 20 minutes and purchased exactly what I wanted and needed as a gift for a close friend. The man who waited on me was so knowledgeable that it made it very easy to get exactly what was needed, get an extended warranty and pay for the purchase.

On 03/19/17 went to your Brooklyn Store, bought TV-WASHER-DRYER COMBO. Being delivered to Staten Island, on Sunday, was handled by your salesman Robert. He has taken care of us many times & as always he is a real professional & courteous. We will continue to purchase many items from your store. We are always: More than satisfied. Have already recommended to many of our friends. Again as always thank you.

We renovated our kitchen and bought all the appliances from P.C. Richard & Son (Wayne branch). Gabe ** was very helpful throughout the process up, even after appliances were delivered. Look for Gabe if you ever decide to visit the store.

Great Customer service at Nanuet New york. I was looking for the ideal TV for my husband's birthday and I did not know which one to pick since they have a huge selection. Their personnel really helped me pick the one my husband loved. They are friendly and really help you and doesn't make you feel like they just want to make a sale...but you end up getting what you was looking for. Very happy with this service. :) :)

I am very pleased with my service at the PC Richard in Woodbridge NJ. The salesman was friendly and helpful and knew about the products. The price was great and getting the PC Richard card was simple and fast. They brought the washing machine for free in two days and had it installed for only a small fee. It was so easy. I've also bought a fridge there before too and was also pleased. I will definitely continue to purchase my appliances from PC Richard.

My family and I have been dealing with PC Richard for over 20 years. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable and honest with us about prices and products. We highly recommend stopping by the Astoria, NY branch and speaking to David and Nasos. No store has ever matched the service we have received at PC Richards. The few times we have had minor issues with products, they were very helpful, responsive and took care of our issues immediately. We never shop for any products or appliances at any other store besides PC Richards in Astoria, even if we live about an hour away. We just completed a kitchen renovation and purchased all new appliances from David and Nasos. Everything, once again, was smooth sailing. We will be there for our next purchase in the future without a doubt and always recommend that our clients, friends and family stops by for all their needs.

The manager (Richard) and the sales counselor (Serge) could not have been more helpful and professional. They both went above and beyond to satisfy my wife and I. I made my purchase late on a Saturday evening and the refrigerator and it was at my door by 8:00 am Sunday morning. The service was outstanding!

Chris was the best salesmen that I ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He did not make us feel rushed and he spent over 2 hours with us (two occasions). He went over all of the functionality of the different machines and gave us his honest opinion. He did not push us to make an immediate decision and when we completed our research, I made it a point to come back and see Chris. When he was off on that day, I told the manager that I will come back tomorrow because I wanted to make sure that Chris got the full credit for the sale because of all the time and effort that he put in. I cannot tell you how grateful I am and what a wonderful employee you have.

I was helped by Kevin and Leroy while buying my 55" flatscreen tv. Even when I had problems with the hardware, they worked with me. I am very happy with their excellent service. I will recommend them to everyone to buy electronics and appliances.

During my visit to your store in Bay Ridge (86th Street) Brooklyn; I was greeted by Michael (Mike) who from the beginning showed interest in helping me. He listened to my request and with specific details, he served me. He was not pushy on his demeanor and was quite professional. Although, I did not purchase the appliances at that moment; Mike called me the next day to follow up with me and I was glad to return to the store and purchase the appliances. Dave was very helpful in finding us a great TV. He spent a great amount of time and effort in figuring out what we wanted for our home and making it work. He was extremely professional and accommodating during our entire experience.

We went to just look at a new washer and dryer. I do not like pushy salesmen. They tend to make me nervous. Sehun was very professional and courteous. He stayed back until I was ready to decide. We bought a brand new washer and dryer!

Brian helped me with purchase of 2 Wifi AC units. He took the time to listen and set me up with exactly what I needed. Brian also arranged installation at most convenient day/time for me and noted my installation requirements on my order (I had specific requirements). Brian followed up with me the day before delivery/install, which was a month after purchase! Installers were professional and obviously took pride in their work. Beautiful work. I get most of my appliances at P.C. Richard, so I'm used to good service from them. However, Brian made this transaction my best experience in the over 15 years I've been a customer. I'm more than satisfied with entire process and will seek Brian's guidance in the future.

Customer Service was extraordinary from my first phone call to delivery. Dorothy, sales rep, was courteous, efficient and knew the electric dryer features. We especially appreciated the next day delivery, which sold us on P.C. Richard over a "big box" store.

The saleswoman was friendly, non pressuring, knowledgeable, and completely helpful for the time we walk through the front door of the store. Their pricing on items is fair. We purchased a washer and dryer, and a couple of other items. We would definitely recommend to a friend.

My wife and I recently purchased a new LG washer and dryer from P.C. Richards. We were hit hard by the recession and then again by hurricane Sandy. It's been a long road. My wife went back to school to further her education and I started my own business. Finally, with the help and support from family and friends, we are able to purchase our own house.

Of all P.C. Richards I have visited, this is (Paramus store) by far the best one. Great selection, set up, lighting etc and excellent professionals. One worthy of mention is Lis **, an exceptional manager and gentleman. I recently purchased all of my kitchen appliances and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this store.

I have been going to PC Richard's and this review is truly long overdue. Chris ** always goes out of his way to show us exactly what we are looking for while asking questions to be sure it is actually what we need. Examples include various cables that come with certain equipment, the proper voltage, making sure an AC Unit isn't too big/small for the area being cooled. When price adjustments can be made, he takes care of it but I always know I am getting a fair deal. Lastly, he has also gone out of his way to help a number of other people I have referred him to as well.

Every time I go there the service is very good. I have bought from three tvs to three vacuum cleaners, coffee maker, bluetooth speaker and one that I like so much is my Edison speaker. I love the service. The salesmen are very friendly and sure do know their stuff.

Mohammed at the Astoria location was a great help, he guided me through the whole process. From which stove was a best for me to the hood range, he made sure I was content with the entire order and followed up with me all the step of the way. Thank you so much for everything! :)

Over the past few years my husband and I have purchased multiple items from P.C. Richard in the Carteret and Woodbridge, NJ stores. The sales representatives in both establishments have always been courteous, accommodating and well informed on the items we've purchased. When there has been a difficulty with an item, the exchange/return has been addressed to our satisfaction. In today's hectic pace of life, it is difficult to find companies with excellent customer service. We have and will continue to recommend P.C. Richard to family and friends as a reliable and accommodating company to deal with.

Extremely disappointed with their service department. Original request was made of 2/13/2017 order #**. In 2 days on 2/15/2017 technician shows up as expected. I was very happy with the service so far. And that's where it ends. Called them back couple of occasions after that and all I get is someone will get back to me. Checking online shows parts has been ordered. If you can't get the part replace my chair. That's why I thought I paid $400 for insurance for a $3200 massage chair. Not to have a broken chair sitting in the middle of my living room for months.

Your salesman Brian was so very helpful from the minute I walked into the store until the time I left. He promised me a delivery date that was kept and I really appreciated it. I will continue to do my business with P.C. Richards and highly recommend you to my friends not only for mattresses but all the items that you sell. GREAT JOB.

I was highly in need of a snow blower. I waited last minute and called almost every store the day before the snow storm. All stores were sold out. PC Richard & Son on Steinway Street had only one left. I called the store and Lee helped me over the phone. He put it on hold for me until I reached the store. He provided great customer service. If he was unaware of a certain question, he did his best to get the answer.

The technician was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Appointment was on time. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend the service. No hassle. I did not recall when our warranty expired. Person at the service center give me the information quickly. Very much appreciated.

After having GREAT difficulties with a Samsung ref., it was replaced and a credit given. The 2nd ref. had the SAME unfixable problem. We were again given a credit. We chose PC Richards Yonkers. We were fortunate to get KEITH ** as our sales counselor. Our experience was seamless with Keith: Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. We also were grateful to his manager for adding to the satisfactory replacement. We HOPE this 3rd ref. will be the last for a long time!

I purchased a queen size mattress on 3.13.17. Our salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. We got a great deal and it was a positive experience all around. I would definitely recommend PC Richard. This is our 3rd mattress purchase and we were very happy with all of them.

I bought a brand new Samsung refrigerator RF260BEAESG at PC Richard store in Brooklyn, NY and had it delivered on January, 13, 2017. Refrigerator was delivered without factory packaging; it was just wrapped in bubble plastic wrap. On top of that, once we unwrapped the bubble wrap, the refrigerator had some dirt inside.

What started as a simple question and answer turned out becoming a sale of a refrigerator, washer, dryer and matching pedestals. Jeff ** was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. He knew his stuff and after he told me about the benefits of locking in the current store sale price with PC Richard's no risk money back policy, I was sold!

Very easy order over phone (Washing machine purchase). A customer of P.C. Richards for several years and always pleased with ease of doing business and quality of products purchased. Pleased with price and the salesperson handling this transaction was most helpful. I will look to continue shopping at P.C. Richards for future purchases.

Jay was very helpful and courteous and very informative. We had a very pleasant experience shopping at PC Richard. We so definitely refer our friends to stop in and see Jay about purchasing appliance in the future. He let us know about the appliances and the process of the delivery works.

This was a really good purchase experience. The salesman at this Yonkers store was highly knowledgeable and so patient. Next day delivery and the delivery men were quick in and out delivery. So very happy I went to this store.

In my experience, I have always been treated very well by the P.C. Richards store in Bay Shore, NY. Without fail, P.C. Richards has always beat any advertised or confirmed (phone camera) price I came in with or saw online. I especially like the Bay Shore bricks and mortar location due to its close proximity to where I live, but also because Tito (the store manager) and his entire staff are really knowledgeable and super friendly. I have purchased TV's, digital cameras, computers, washers, dryers, ovens and refrigerators from them at different times. I have dealt directly with Tito, but often with members of his staff and everyone from the people at the desk up front to the folks on the floor have always been friendly and accommodating. I look online and at Best Buy's, Lowe's and Home Depot, but I always buy from P.C. Richards.

Our salesman, Jose could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances and really worked with us on price. I am hopeful that delivery will go as smoothly. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be one due to such fine customer service as that shown by Jose.

From the moment I walked in the store to the time my appliances were delivered P.C. Richard's and its staff have done a fantastic job taking care of my every need! Kevin is not only professional but knows exactly what appliance would fit our space, budget, and options we wanted! The management goes out of its way to make sure we get the best financing available, the delivery drivers/installers were professional and did an awesome job! My salesman Robert was the best sales person I ever had. He was personable and not pushy. We coming back next week to buy another Mac from Robert. You should have more sales people like him. Sales people that are pushy make me want to walk out of store.

I'm a long time customer of P.C. Richards. The purchase at the store is always pleasant. Yesterday I purchased a clothes dryer. I was told I would have a morning delivery. I called today for a delivery time. I was told before 1:00 pm. I called at 2:00 pm. The truck had several more delivery. At 2:45 I called the store and told the manager they lost me as a customer and canceled the purchase. I wasted my whole day Saturday. This is not the first time, delivery is bad. 3:00 pm the truck arrived. I refused delivery.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. The salesperson was very attentive and helpful and processed my purchase quickly. He was friendly as well. I was extremely pleased with the store, staff and the products. I had recently purchased a microwave oven in this store and found my experience to be equally positive. I recommend the store to friends & family.

I like being greeted and having someone just waiting for me to ask questions about what I'm buying (dryer). This way when I have a question, they are there to answer and even add some information I didn't know to ask. It was just nice. Thank you.

I went into this store for a oven and a microwave. I had a lot of questions prepared and the staff was very attentive and helpful in answering them for me. They helped me find ones that matched well with each other and within my home and budget to fit my needs perfectly!!

Recently I went to the store PC Richard in Rego Park to buy some appliance. Isaiah was very friendly and helpful. He was able to place my order quickly, made a call to the person in charge for the delivery and next day in the morning I received my appliances. Great service!!

I have been coming to the ozone park store for years. Carmello is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of my appliances and electronics have been purchased at this store and carmello has been my salesperson. Everyone is super friendly, not pushy at all and they price match!

The experience at PC Richards and Son at the Gateway location in Brooklyn was excellent. My wife did a lot of research on kitchen appliances (purchased for kitchen renovation) with the brand manufacturer and consumer reports, so she was a well-informed customer. Kirby, the salesperson, was able to answer additional questions and offer insight about the appliances while she looked at the products in the store. The refrigerator was not in the store, so comparisons were made to the merchandise that was at the location. However, after much discussion she was confident about purchasing the refrigerator she researched. After three visits to the store, by my wife and numerous phone calls to Kirby, we visited the store on Presidents' Day weekend and purchased a counter-depth refrigerator, a gas range, and an over the stove microwave.

I have visited your Carteret store and have always found Bobby to be very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. He is always very helpful as I have had to replace my washer the week of Christmas and now my dryer, he works with his customers to get things done as fast as possible, he is a pleasure to work with. Purchased a washing machine. Machine was delivered on schedule. First attempt to use all water leaked out onto my carpeted floor. Leak was not from hoses. Immediately contact seller. Was referred to warranty repair and told it'll be two day for a technician to come have a look (not happy). Warranty company call to get detail of problem when told machine was just delivered less than 24 hrs. They referred me back to P.C. Richard for a replacement. They said they do that. After back and forth then they arranged for another unit to be delivered. Should not have taken all that effort, machine was delivered should have been replaced immediately and make me jump through all the hoops to get another one.

I came into the store but not only was I immediately tended to, I got an awesome price, delivery and removal of my old equipment in 2 days after coming it at 8 pm. How can you beat awesome service like that? Simple, you can't. Their main competitor didn't even have the equipment in stock! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Several months ago we began to look for washer/dryer combination. Our first stop was P.C. Richard in RVC. Tom ** spoke with us and was most helpful. It took time for our contractor to present us with different ideas for making a laundry center in our master bath. Each time plans changed we returned to the store with questions. We finally made our choice and want you to know throughout all our visits Tom was helpful, patient and extremely professional. He was the reason we continued to return to the store and finally make a purchase. The machine was delivered yesterday. The two delivery men are also singled out for their professionalism. They worked with expediency, never complained about having to remove doors, make sharp turns and "squeeze" the appliance in place. These three men made dealing with P.C. Richard a pleasure.

Everything was quick and satisfactory. The salesman was very courteous and answered all my questions. He was very attentive and effective. The transaction was very smooth and the delivery was punctual. I bought a washer machine last year there, and I had the same positive experience. Purchased a Maytag washer machine and a pure wash filter system for washing my clothes with little or no soap at all. Went to the Gateway location and bought this same machine but the delivery people were not able to get the machine through my door. Decided to go back to the Flatbush location where I purchased my old washing machine 9 years ago that was bigger than the new one they couldn't get through the door. It was in my house the next day, hooked up and working. They installed the valve the wrong way. I called the store and the Manager came to my home personally himself to fix the problem. Now that's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I ordered a new stove, and P.C. Richard did in fact show up on time, hauled the old one out, and installed the new one, which required installing a new pipe, payable in cash. The problem is that I hadn't been informed of that possibility, and had to scrounge in every purse and pocket to come up with the cash, which was problem #1.

We had a great experience looking for a dryer at PC Richard. Our salesperson David was pleasant & able to answer all our questions. We told him what we wanted & we were never pressured or hurried. We bought many items at PCR and will continue to do so. Thanks for the good service & products!

3 delivery dates. 1st one delivery men stated 3-man job. Next delivery date cancel because schedule for Sunday and 4-man team only work weekdays. 3rd delivery date only 2 men come when paperwork state 3-man job. My appliance are in my hallway.

I recently purchased a brand new Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. front load washing machine with matching dryer from PC Richards in Wayne, NJ. I was able to schedule a delivery within two days and the delivery people were very pleasant and did a great job with installing my new stuff without damage to anything and they took my old appliances away for me. I have been dealing with P.C. Richard for over 20 years with this particular store (Linden Boulevard Elmont New York). I am always very satisfied. My salesperson John ** is always helpful. I just purchased a flat screen television. Price as well as service unbeatable???

I received excellent sales support from Chris and John in P.C. Richard & Son location in Danbury CT. As my previous TV stopped working, I needed to buy a new TV for my home and tried to explore many options within Danbury area. P.C. Richard & Son had far better prices versus the competition, therefore I decided to purchase my TV from there. Initially I spoke to Chris (I believe he is also the store or sales manager). It was really a pleasant experience. I did not feel the regular "pushy" salesman approach. He was very supportive and trying to help me to make a decision. For my budget, he recommended SONY XBR55X700D, however I didn't want to spend much on an unexpected expense and decided to go for a promotional/cheaper Samsung UN55KU6290 option. Chris helped me a lot with the purchase. Most of all, he was honest about the product. He mentioned why it was priced lower (Mainly due to Motion Blur). I took the TV home and he was right.

We went to Long Island for a party and stopped by this store. The customer service was exceptional. Coming from Maryland, we were not expecting such thing. We definitely felt welcome and got our air purifier with no hassle. I would recommend this store to family and friends.

We bought a microwave, refrigerator and range from P.C. Richard. We purchased the warranty from P.C. Richard because the salesman said that their warranty is better than Samsung's. Not true, neither are any good. We had trouble with our microwave. The micro would go on by itself and the light underneath would go on. At first, we thought that it was just a fluke. But one day I came home and the oven part of the micro was on at 350 and no one was home. We called P.C. Richard and never got a response. We then got a hold of Samsung and they sent someone out right away. Samsung replaced the keyboard and it worked for a while. We then had a problem again two or three times more. We were told when we bought our appliances that if we had problems that P.C. Richard would replace them. That was another lie.

Thank you to Neil for his excellent and quick filling of the above mentioned order. I would definitely recommend P.C. Richard to anyone who needs an appliance due to my experience. Neil made the transaction very easy due to his speed in researching the exact model I needed.

This review is specific to the P.C. Richard in Yonkers, NY and my experience in January 2017 with a salesperson there named Jermaine. I went to the store looking for a new washer/dryer unit for my home. I had some ideas of what I wanted, but so much technology has changed since I bought my last set. Jermaine was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and he spent a lot of time making sure I understood the features and the pros and cons of every machine I considered. I left the store with a decision made and a good feeling about it. I would shop for future appliances with Jermaine's guidance.

Great working with the folks at the Elmont location. Everyone was very helpful and very polite. The only issue we had was with the delivery. One gentleman was a bit rough - in a hurry and in doing so dented the molding on a doorway. So glad my husband was there or things could have been a lot worse. Overall experience was just wonderful.

I needed to replace two large air conditioners, and was feeling extremely anxious and overwhelmed because I know nothing about electronics, home appliances, etc. John ** was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. After asking me to text him photos of the old units and wall sockets and listening to me explain the layout of my condo, he helped me select two new air conditioners that are much better suited to my space than what I had previously.

This item (Frigidaire stainless steel gas range/FFGF3047LS) was on sale so I called to see if there was a floor model available since the stock for this item is stored in NJ. Craig introduced me to Lloyd, who received my call. I was satisfied and proceeded to checkout. My delivery is scheduled for Wednesday due to the stock for this item is in NJ although it's advertised tomorrow delivery (Tue). I appreciate how courteous everyone at the store is.

The purchase of this range has been dangerous and a total disaster. The range gets so hot it burnt my girlfriend 2 times. I have pictures of this. The service dept came 5 times. This Friday March 3, 2017 will be the 6th time. I have been without an oven since Sept when I purchased my entire kitchen appliances from them. Whirlpool and P.C. Richard have not as of yet taken care of this. It is such a mass confusion between the salesman I bought the stuff from, P.C. Richard the company, P.C. Richard Service Dept and Whirlpool the company. They all tell me different things.

Our experience at this venue was excellent. Both Matt, the store manager, and his assistant manager, James, were both helpful and accommodating. This is our fifth appliance (gas dryer) we have purchased at this store and have been completely satisfied. We highly recommend this venue to our friends.

Even though this was not a big sale (a microwave), Isaiah gave me as much attention and information as possible and I really appreciate that. He listened patiently and we even spoke on the phone after I got home to make sure I was buying the correct microwave to fit over my stove.

I took delivery on a dishwasher and range which was purchased at the Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY Store. There was an error in the delivery in that both appliances were on 2 separate delivery trucks. Truck 3104 delivered and installed the range and drove to the other truck's location and picked up the dishwasher and brought it back and installed it. Louis and his partner were professional and went out of their way to solve the problem. **, the manager of the Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY Store was a great help in coordinating the order and locating the 2nd truck to help fix the problem.

Last week I went to PC Richard's on Queens blvd in Kew Gardens to purchase my first Samsung Tablet. My sales person Kenya was very knowledgeable. The PC Richard in Plainview (South Service Road) changed my mind about these type of stores in general. I know I was taking awhile to finally decide on the right television, but I have to say I didn't feel rushed one bit. On a Thursday in a snow storm our 13 year old refrigerator and freezer stopped working. By Friday afternoon we had decided we would purchase a new unit and were able to go to the store so we went to PC Richards in Deer Park. Before going we called and inquired about delivery on a clearance model and were told due to the logistics of delivery the earliest we could expect one would be Tuesday.

I bought a refrigerator from P.C. Richard & Son and that gave me the best price. I decided to add on the ice maker after and it was no problem. The manager in the store was very helpful for the purchase. I would use them again.

Knowledgeable staff and fair price... Store Manager Tom ** went above and beyond in helping us to pick and choose equipment we were looking for and could answer all our questions... compared to a disastrous experience at Best Buy... Would come back to P.C. Richard again and would look to Tom for help again.

The new Brooklyn location on Erskine Street has a wide variety from high end to reasonable! The store is large & well taken care of. We had a great salesmen by the name of Mike ** who let us browse the store yet kept us informed about pricing & knowledgeable. He worked with our budget & took phone calls after the order was placed. Great people, wonderful, huge store. There's nowhere else to go! Ask for Mike **! :)

John our salesperson provided us with excellent pricing and customer service. We have used John as a salesperson in the past and we will continue to use him for the major appliance purchases. After a bad (rude and dismissive) experience at the Greenvale P.C. Richards, I traveled to the Plainview store, since I knew from the web they had my main item in stock. The salesman, Toufique, and the manager Cliff could not have been more helpful. I told them the sound level on the refrigerator was critical since it would be used in recording studio. They moved it over to an outlet and plugged it in for me. We listened together. I left with the fridge and a 55" 4K TV/monitor as well. They have all my future business at the Plainview P.C. Richards. It's amazing how two dealerships with the same company/stock can provide such a different experience. Go to Plainview. They do it right, right down to the dude who loaded it into my car.

I purchased a washer and dryer from P.C. Richard & Son for over $2000. I was also charged for installation and then upsold into buying installation kit as well. P.C. Richard & Son then tried to collect again during the installation for the installation kit while I was not there. The installers were rude to my wife and would not understand that it was already paid for. They refused to leave after finishing the install. The contact at the main office was unhelpful at first but upon insistence, put my wife on hold to call the store to verify that it was indeed already paid.

My refrigerator stopped working and I was having guests over the next day for dinner. I went to P.C. Richard in Greenvale not knowing what to buy. That's when the manager Dan came over and took great care of me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on an LG french door model and had it delivered the next morning. It looks and works great and Dan and P.C. Richard saved the dinner party. Thank you.

Always satisfied with my experience at the P. C. Richard on Queens. I've been a customer of this P. C. Richard store since I moved to the Forest Hills area. Lately I've been helped by Carlos (**). About a year ago I needed a new refrigerator and Carlos got me the make and model I needed, and had it delivered in record time and at a great price. Just last week I needed a new dishwasher and asked Carlos to help me again. I knew what I wanted and he got it for me again at a great price. Carlos has been always courteous and takes the time to ask questions and get what I've needed, and delivered as quickly as possible. I was also assisted by Roy ** who helped make the process of buying the appliance quick and easy and at a great price. Each time I go to the store I will request their assistance. We picked the wrong model air conditioner and when we brought it back Mr ** walked us through the whole exchange process, explaining the exact btu needed, and the different brands available. What a pleasure, took the stress out of trying to figure things out on your own, like most other stores. We will be buying all of our appliances from now on at PC Richard, Riverhead. Thank you!
