I would like to praise your employee Rene in customer service ext **, she was the nicest, kindest, and most of all did an amazing job in taking care of my situation. I had been dealing with since the beginning of December. She should be noticed by the company for her customer service. She truly was the nicest person I have ever spoke to in any customer service department. Thank you again Rene! Very very happy customer.

We were more than satisfied with the service we received from George **. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. George ** helped us last summer with our air conditioner, and he was terrific. Will certainly request George when we need another appliance.

The customer service at the Levittown, NY store surpasses expectations. We have been shopping at that store for over 20 years. I would like to acknowledge all the help received during our visit this evening. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasure.

Visited the Brick, NJ to inquire about purchasing a new stove. Salesman, Warren, greeted us and was very helpful in finding information on several stoves. We went back to the store a few weeks later and Warren completed our purchase in a fast and efficient manner. On the date of delivery the crew kept in contact with us and arrived exactly when they said they would, despite the snow and icy conditions. The old stove was quickly removed and the new one installed. Courteous, professional and friendly service. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely return to PC Richard for any future needs.

Rocky and Eugene were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all the questions we had about the appliances we were shopping for. We had to decide on appliances for the whole house, so we were there for a long period of time. Considering the lengthy time we were there they made our experience a very pleasant one.

Fix dryer - Service was excellent. Never have I had such an experience. Sent me numerous emails, messages, phone calls. Told me exactly where truck was. Even called from truck to let me know he was outside and would be coming in. Best service ever. Thank you.

Over the past 20 years, I have purchased many appliances at PC Richards and Sons (TVs, Refrigerator, Stove, Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, and other accessories). Customer service is excellent, they listen to what you need and make suggestions, I have never felt pressured to buy anything, and their service is just outstanding. I would not shop anywhere else.

Omar helped me quickly and efficiently narrow down my search for a new refrigerator for my new apartment. He was really friendly and gave me a ton of great advice and was patient. I didn’t feel pressured at all and he even printed out the information for me to take with me so I could do some research on my own. Can’t wait for the delivery of my new Frigidaire!

Several washer/dryers, laptops, cameras, iPads, Nintendo 2S, vacuums, a few clearance Nintendo games. I am a long time customer, way before my son was an employee. They installed a new stereo in my F150 and it was a super job. Got a clearance scratch and dent microwave for work that was a very good deal. All deliveries have been as promised, maintenance plans call make an appointment and they show up. OK, Happy 2018!!

I bought a stove in April of 2015. Most of the summer I don't use my stove. So on Dec. 25th 2015 cooking Christmas dinner, the gas was coming on but wouldn't ignite and when it did it was a big pow! Had to turn it off or I'm sure the oven door would have blown off. So the guy comes and says it's a loose wire. Okay another year goes by and in Feb. of 2017 my stove stops working again. It ignites but cooks for about an hour and then it was cold. Another meal down the drain. The guy comes next day and replaces a part on the back of the stove.

Had a great experience with P.C. Richard buying a home media system (television and sound bars). Fantastic service! Great price and terrific advice on what equipment to buy! Highly recommend this location for any of your media needs! Items came on time and delivery people were very friendly and helpful with installation.

I felt I must use this opportunity to advise you how fortunate you are to in have such an extraordinary employee. I have dealt with Perry on several occasions and I have never worked with any salesman who is as knowledgeable, patient and helpful as he. I completely trust him and it is such a comforting feeling knowing his advice is with my best interests in mind.

This is a long read, but worthwhile... 7 yrs ago we bought a set of GE Appliances from P.C. Richard; in general they are good, but one of them - the over-the-stove microwave/convection oven - was a dud. Fortunately, we bought a 10 yr warranty with the appliances. PCR has always been excellent about the warranty, it's a one-call and they come deal, but still inconvenient because I lose work to be there for the check-out visit, then again for the repair (after they order the part.) But they honor the warranty and they come: they came and came and came for that ** microwave, even replacing the majority of the guts of the machine about a year ago. No good.

Mike the salesman gave my mother and I excellent service finding a refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable about what kind of refrigerator I wanted to purchase. The other salesman were very friendly. I would definitely come come back and purchase my TV.

Refrigerator purchase - Delivered on time. Pleasant to deal with salesman and delivery persons. Very happy with service. I was recommended P.C. Richard & Son by friend. For sure I will recommend to use this store to my friends. Planning to buy more stuff. My first choice is going to be P.C. Richard & Son.

I not only am more than satisfied with the product, but the sales dept. (Mauricio) was friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The company that installed it were incredible! I highly recommend P.C. Richard and paying for delivery and installation was was well worth it!

We wrote, internet chatted and called. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Chat was closed as I was asking questions. Rude and ignorant. Did not know that USB for mouse was contained in the mouse near the battery. IF YOU BUY A COMPUTER FROM PC RICHARD, RETURN IT OR IF YOU NEED SERVICE, CALL THE MAKER OF THE PRODUCT.

A pleasant gentleman, who welcomed us and showed the available sets, made our shopping experience very easy. He was interested in our questions and we were able to make a choice and conclude our purchase in good time. I would call him polite and informative and an asset to your store.

Very satisfied with my sales Rep Adam. I purchased a Whirlpool cook top and he was very knowledgeable of the product and scheduled delivery and the install for me. Explained the installation fee would be a full rebate. I would highly recommend family and friends to P.C. Richard & Son.

My salesman was very friendly and helpful, and also seemed very knowledgeable. After I had already completed the purchase, I was told it came with a $100 Visa gift card. I was not told, and did not find out until later, that this required using an outside accounting agency to do my yearly taxes. I do not think this is appropriate.

Great experience, salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We always buy our appliances big and small at PC Richard. Hopefully our delivery will go as good since our present refrigerator does not work.

Dean was very helpful and very polite when I visited the Baychester store. I will recommend to all of my friends to shop at Baychester store. I have known him way back from the Grand Concourse store and he is still the same way with his smile and always try to help you with a good brand.

I was pressured into purchasing unnecessary additional items which I didn't need and ultimately declined to purchase. I did order what I wanted finally. Will wait to see if I get the call as promised tomorrow AM to receive time of delivery. PC Richards is a company my family always purchased from and that is why I went there. I was also declined for their card and when I checked I have an outstanding rating. Disappointing.

I have shopped at PC Richard & Son over the last 6 years and used Scott ** at your Deer Park store as our salesman. My wife and I purchased a home in 2012 just before Hurricane Sandy and fitted the house with appliances, electronics and other items from PC Richards with Scott being our salesman. He was very professional and very thoughtful in our needs and did not push us to any particular item that was just on sale or on clearance. When Hurricane Sandy did hit we lost a number of items in the house. Again Scott was there for us guiding us to the replacement items that we needed, taking time out to go through in detail to meet our objectives.

Salesman was very helpful locating a white model for me. Delivery cannot be until Saturday because of the expected snow storm, but he advised me that P.C. Richard would call to confirm delivery date and time. He advised me that there would be a refund if the water tubing is copper rather than plastic.

The salesperson I worked with (Matt) I have no issues with even though the day of installation he told me he made a mistake on installation and I had to pay an additional $49. After installation, I was told that I no longer had Sirius and had to purchase an additional antenna, I was extremely upset, raised my voice and was told by another salesperson I was disrespecting him. But he continued to call me "hon", but I guess that was ok. I don't think I should have paid the additional installment fee and I was right to ask for the additional antenna. In the future I'll be more careful with the salespeople I deal with at PC Richard.

Today I went to review different flat panel tv, the sales counselor (Mohammed) took his time and walked me through different models and features of each tv. He also gave me his thoughts as to which tv would be best for what I need it for. I purchased a Samsung 55 inch. I will look for him on my next purchases especially since they now carry furniture and mattress.

Our sales rep, Mark **, was by far the most patient, helpful, and understanding person, we have ever experienced. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Mark! Also, our delivery guys were awesome, however, I didn't catch their names. Thank you PC Richards!!!

Thank you so much for a great shopping experience! I am the type of shopper that knows what they are looking for and does not need a pushy salesman. Errol greeted us when we walked in the door and let us know if we had any questions that he would help us. Errol made us feel comfortable and that is all we could ask for!! When a purchase of Extended Warranty/warranty agreement with PC Richard and you live in certain areas PC Richard will not be the one coming out to repair your appliance. They in fact contract out. On 12/28/17, an appt was scheduled with Jimmy’s appliances hours 4-8pm, no one showed no one called. Didn't receive not even a courtesy call. Next day a clerk by name of Pete works w PC Richard says they are not responsible for actions of the other company. This puts the consumer in a rough situation since the consumer never researched nor did business w the co. Being referred to and acting on behalf of PC Richard, more importantly the agreement $$ was with PC Richard. Needless to say took a day off without pay. Another appt which was difficult to get was rescheduled a week away.

I have been to this store in Bay Plaza #56 Baychester Bronx for a long time. I usually deal with **. He is always very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and always try to help us out and what is best for us the consumer and not for what is best for the store. I have sent other family members there and the results are always the same. They are very satisfied.

The Bensonhurst 86th street location staff are always helpful. The management works hard to give the best price, which I appreciate! ** in sales is knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this location! I wish it was larger!

I am very pleased to have spoken to ** Abu and received an excellent support. He understood my requirements and did his research and got back to me with good options. I will always use PC Richard. The measurements were tricky due to my fixed cabinet but Abu was able to find the best fit.

I have been a long standing customer of P. C. Richard, and always buy my audio/video/TV’s from them. Today I purchased an LG 65” 4K Smart TV and TV stand and was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. All sales and customer service personnel at P. C. Richard are expertly trained and very knowledgeable, and I can always count on them in assisting me in making the right choices.

After visiting the Paramus store, the item I was looking for was out of stock. They told me the Wayne store had 1 in stock. It was 20 minutes before closing time. I called the Wayne store and Krunislav was the sales associate. He was so helpful, it turned a stressful scenario into a positive experience. I was very appreciative of his wonderful customer service - a few days before Christmas AND so close to closing time. Thank you!

We purchased a drier with a 5 year extended warranty at PC Richards. The original price was reasonable. We called for service after four years and serviceman José was courteous, patient, pleasant, knowledgeable, on time, and capable. The problem is resolved thanks to José.

Purchase of a Maytag Washer - I came in to the store with a bit of an attitude seeing as how my washer died a few weeks before Christmas but I headed right for the machines to pick out the replacement. Almost immediately I was greeted by Paul ** in such a kind manner that I felt better right away. Paul ** was knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire buying experience a pleasure! I've bought from PC Richards before and it will continue to be my first choice because of employees like Paul **. Thank you PC Richards!

The salesman Silvio was extremely helpful and patient. I was not very knowledgeable about high-end appliances. But he walked me through it and made me feel comfortable in making the right choices. His knowledge of the appliances and his genuine and prompt service was priceless.

My Dryer died today. So I get home from work and went to Best Buy. Prices were high and service was mediocre. While I was there I called P.C. Richard based on a reputable referral and based on the positive call I drove over there. Mike ** at the Watchung, NJ store was unbelievably personable, considerate to my timely need and considerate of my cost guidelines. Mike was an honest and true to his word service professional. I give Mike a 10+. He made a long term P.C. Richard client tonight.

Regardless of price the service by delivery and installation workers is basis for satisfaction of P.C. Richard. New refrigerator, new gas range, new dishwasher, and new microwave appliances from PCR. Delivery and installation by courteous workers and their experience is the reason for an excellent rating and customer satisfaction. They are the ones who deserve an applause.

Me and my husband purchased a Samsung 75" QLED Q7 TV from P.C. Richard in Brooklyn Bensonhurst location in December 2017. Let me tell you the buying experience from that store is more than I could dream of. First of all their Manager George gives managers' specials a great discounts on most of the items. As of December 2017 this TV cost $3,499.00 everywhere in the market. George gave us a great discount on the TV and free next day delivery option. Their sales representative Alex educated us on the TV specifications and helped us to select the best TV for our budget. He made the purchasing experience smooth and easy. We recommend this store to those of you who wants best bang for the buck and great buying experience!

They called to let me know they sent COI to my condo. I double checked and found out they didn't. I called PC and they said they didn't know where to send it. I then asked, "Why did you call me and say you did." No answer. I asked for delivery time and was told to call after 9 pm. I called, and phone number invalid after 8 pm. I then emailed and site said my email was wrong, even though PC sent me the email to check delivery. The invoice number they emailed me shows up as invalid. Terrible.

My sales counselor, Noel (**) & the entering Counselor, Benjamin (**) were knowledgeable & most helpful in finessing the best deal possible for merchandise bought (Mattresses & pillows). I was met by a very knowledgeable sales representative, Chris **. He was able to tell me the differences between the models of washing machines I was interested in. He helped me through the process and I never felt pressured to buy. In fact, he called me a couple days after the purchase and after having had the appliance delivered with the news that the model had gone on sale and I would be receiving a refund.

No hassle price match guarantee. I told them the best price I saw. They checked it out and matched it. Delivery and installation was on time and completed by very knowledgeable delivery men who ran a quick washing cycle and explained how to use the machine.

Warning_ Never purchase an extended warranty from P.C. Richard, they do not honor the warranty. For the Past 2 months I have been trying to have my stove repaired under the extended warranty. First they sent a repairman to my house who did not have the tools to fix the oven that was not heating or the broiler that was igniting. Then they send someone who understood the problem and who ordered the part and told me it would take 3 business days, which took a week and half. With Thanksgiving upon me, and an invite to 15 people, I called back again to find out where the part was and when it could be repaired, and I was informed that they could come the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and that I should cook my dinner at a neighbor.

I called to speak to a manager regarding my account. When I told him about the issue he was ready to help. Very professional and courteous. He told me he would do the best to help me and he did. He resolved the issue within the hour. He called me back to Inform me that all was taken care of.

I recently purchased a mattress from PC Richard in Carteret New Jersey. As with any mattress purchase I had concerns about finding a mattress that would be a perfect fit for both myself and my spouse who recently had back surgery. Not only did the sales people take time to explain the difference of the mattresses I did not feel stressed to make a purchase because they weren't excessively pushing me to buy a mattress. They were more concerned about meeting the needs of my comfort which I stated was of the utmost importance. This made my purchase a great experience. I ordered a few items at P.C. Richard and Son. Rob as a salesman is the greatest. He is very knowledgeable and helpful! Always available, even when he is not working. I will always go back to buy everything from the Central Avenue store! Hire more people like Rob or train more people with the same knowledge.

Purchased a 10 year warranty for my washing machine. It broke after 7 years and they credited me for a new washer. I did have several technicians come out to try and service but unsuccessful. I spoke to a manager about the issue and after one conversation, credit was issued and 2 days later, new washer delivered, old one hauled away.

I purchased a Refrigerator from P.C. Richard in Carteret on November 30th 2017 and I can't say enough about Andy **, Steven ** and the Manager. They were very knowledgeable about products. All three were very efficient and great with assistant me after traveling 4 hrs from Delaware to purchase a refrigerator for a gift for my sons. All had great personalities and very good customer service skills. I purchase all my major appliances from P.C. Richard because of employees such as Andy **, ** and the manager.

Knowledgeable sales staff. On time delivery and all around positive experience. P.C. Richard is usually my first and only stop. Fair price. Great service regardless of the store you patronize. As a side note I respect that they are CLOSED on Thanksgiving!

Everything was so easy. Ordered online on Saturday and new tv was in my house Sunday morning. Took out old tv and had no problems at all. Prices were great and all my questions were answered. Will definitely use them more in the future.

My husband and I purchased a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher from the Patchogue PC Richards. A few days after install the dishwasher flooded my basement soaking my husband's electronic drum kit and tablet... I call the store and they sent me to service (which was closed). Three days later a service tech was finally sent, who simply reconnected the hose to the dishwasher and said it was an install problem that he now fixed. Fast forward a few hours and I had ANOTHER flooded basement... Guess what? PC Richards is doing NOTHING. What about the damages from the product I bought in YOUR store??? Disgusting experience. Tony the service manager wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. The unprofessional **!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! PC Richards will NOT back their products... buy elsewhere!!!

Steven manager in Elmont was helpful and very professional. We purchased a fridge that morning. Steve was very helpful and fair with pricing. I’ve been a customer of Steve ** For over 10 yrs. I trust his opinion. I have sent many friends and family to him.

Loved my experience at PC Richard. I was well taken care of by Mr. ** and Mr. **! This PC Richard is located on 86th street in Brooklyn!!! They took their time with helping me find out exactly what I wanted and gave me fair prices on everything I purchased. I will definitely go back there for many more purchases.

Buying a new dishwasher - I never have written a review before but felt I needed to express the great service we received from Michael at the PC Richards store in Wayne NJ (#41). Michael has helped us with a number of purchases in the past and he is our go-to guy. He will go out of his way to make the purchasing process easy, informative and will work to match the best price we may have received from another vendor. He has a great work ethic and even drove to our home to deliver the correct product when there was a mistake made on an original order. Can't commend him enough.

Fridge died unexpectedly. Frantic to replace! PCRichards manager sent my home with a small interim freezer until new fridge arrived so I wouldn't lose all my frozen food. How accommodating! Happy with fridge purchase and salesman Bob **. So happy that I went back there to purchase my stove!! Was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Thanks guys!!

Very disappointed with the experience. Our salesperson was unable to deliver on promises. After purchasing several appliances for a kitchen renovation nearly 3 months in advance, the salesman indicated PC Richard would hold the items in their inventory until we needed them and that they would assign a shipping date that could be pushed back as many times as needed to the inventory items to ensure that we received products and items did not sell out or become back ordered. I would not have purchased the items so far in advance had the salesman not made these promises. Fast forward to delivery week, during the shipping confirmation call I was informed that my original dishwasher was now out of stock and that an alternate one was also on back order. The salesman informed me not to be concerned and that they would find a comparable dishwasher for us.

Tito was very helpful in explaining the differences between the smart TV's and the pros and cons of different sound systems. He is very personable and knowledgeable. We will certainly seek him out for any future purchases and recommend him to our family and friends.

I recently purchased a Samsung 55 inch Frame TV that was installed on Wednesday and did not work. I went back to the Levittown store with every intention of getting a refund and returning the TV. Pete **, the salesman who sold me the TV, and Carson **, an assistant manager at the Levittown store, worked with me, the service department and the installers to get me another TV, mounted and working beautifully in less than 48 hours! It was a miracle! They were both so helpful, understanding, kind and patient and promised that this issue would be resolved and I would be happy, and that is exactly what happened! They did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier! The TV is awesome, and I am so happy and thankful for their help.

On 8/29/17, I purchased a Bello Classic Flame TV Stand at the P.C. Richard & Son Lake Grove store from "Big Tony" **. It was delivered on 9/1/17 without the fireplace insert. After a month of numerous telephone calls with customer service at Twin Star International just to get a delivery date (which I never got), Big Tony intervened and had it delivered directly to me the next day. The courtesy and professionalism that I received from the entire staff during the ordeal was nothing short of a six star rating.

I am a long time customer of P.C. Richard due to the fact that the salesman are professional and always remember my name sometimes after a year between sales. The prices are always fair and reasonable with sales and special pricing being the best deals. The installers were courteous in that they called me twice to narrow down the time they would be at my house and professional in their skills during their workmanship and cleanliness in which they worked.

I have been without my washing machine for over a month. I first had a service technician come and order the wrong part, then the second service technician came and told us we needed to remove our stackable dryer and that the first guy ordered the wrong part. We did that, waited two more weeks with no appointment scheduled. We called and were told the part from the manufacturer hadn't come in yet. The woman told me she would call the manufacturer and promised to call me back that night – no callback.

Very good service in the store. Good salesman, didn't feel pressured, large selection, good pricing. My only complaint would be charging for delivery, most stores I shopped at while looking for my appliances offered free shipping. Cannot comment on appliances at this point, delivery is scheduled for this week.

We had a GE Cafe for the past 5 years. It was working great until the past three months, where we needed 3 separate service calls. By the 3rd time it broke down I was tired of GE trying to figure out what was wrong, and waiting over a week for the service call. I decided to speak with my sales representative, Mike from the Levittown store. He was wonderful! Within a half hour I received a phone call from service that I did not have to go through another service visit again and that they would replace the fridge. I didn’t even have to drive back to the store. Mike received the replacement ticket from service, ordered the closest model possible and set up delivery within 3 days!

Dec 2016, when we buy the stove, sell person give us all the benefit purchase with 10 year warranty. When the day for deliver, shipping guy knock the switch on the doorway and damage the switch. All they do is push it back and look ugly. Now it is not even a year, the paint is peeling off the stove and metal not attach to the door as they suppose to be. When I claim warranty, PC Richard said it is not in the warranty, but it is just excuse. There is no such a thing in warranty contract. If I cannot claim warranty, I want to return the entire merchant and warranty charge!

Repair of Samsung Washer - The service department of P.C. Richard did an outstanding job for us. Our clothes became twisted in a braided clump and got embedded in the rubber insert. Their first visit was two days later from the time I placed a request for service. The part was ordered by the service technician at the time of the visit. The part was shipped directly to our home and arrived (3) days later. The technician Dave came 2 days later and spent one hour + and did a fantastic job. I want to thank the service reps who handled my request so professionally and the service technicians who made the trip to ensure that we would have our machine repaired quickly. Great job!!!

Walked into PC Richards and Max ** said right away "can I help you". He asked what I was looking for and directed me 25 feet away to the aisle for phones. He gave me a minute to look and came right over to assist. He was super helpful to match a phone to my needs and I bought the same phone he purchased for himself. Very dissatisfied. My husband and I purchase all our appliances at P.C. Richard and so do all of my family members. Feb 2016 We purchased a refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher and stovetop for our kitchen renovation. All KitchenAid. Appliances were delivered April 2016. One month into using refrigerator it stopped cooling and I threw out all food because it was spoiled. Called P.C. Richard and they sent repair service. Serviceman said that back of fridge froze up and to unplug and let it defrost. He said this model has a defect and will continue to freeze up. Model # KRFF507ESS. I called P.C. Richard and told them this and that I wanted another refrigerator. They said they couldn't do this, because it was under manufacturers warranty.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and a swivel recliner at the store on Flatbush Ave. Our salesman was Alfred and he was wonderful. I would recommend you ask for him if you need anything. I went to PC Richard in Bay Plaza today to purchase a remote starter for my new car. Being a female, I was a bit apprehensive and anxious about going alone. I had the pleasure of being assisted by a representative by the name of Tim. This gentleman put my mind to ease immediately. After asking several questions pertaining to the make and model of my vehicle Tim recommended the a starter that would be appropriate for my car. It's a pleasure getting old fashion customer care. We purchase all our major appliances from P.C. Richard and always secure the P.C. Richard extended service protection as well. Whenever we called for service they came fast and took care of the repair with no problems.

We, my wife and I, have been loyal customers of PC Richard and Son since November 2011. We have purchase all of our televisions, Yamaha stereo, GE washer/dryer and the Whirlpool range/stove. We have always been extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Today (10/20/17), my wife experience a set back with the Hot Point (GE) dryer. When attempting to schedule an appointment with a technician to repair the problem, was told she would have to wait till the following Friday, which was a disappointment.

I am extremely happy about how friendly the PC Richard's staff is. The sales rep Waseem and Supervisor Paul was excellent with their help and services. We had to replace our defective dishwasher after many service calls over a period of time. It was frustrating but from the moment we called P.C. Richard's today, they were kind, efficient and told us to come to the Oceanside store and pick out a new dishwasher since we had a 10 year extended contract. We went to the store and Keith ** was so helpful & knowledgeable about replacing the machine. In minutes we were able to order a new dishwasher and they will be here to install in just a few days. So what started out as a very frustrating day ended very happily due to the excellent P.C. Richard's service.

My wife and I recently bought five kitchen appliances from PC Richards. Among them was a Maytag dishwasher with the extended warranty for 10 years. The salesman consistently pushed the extended warranty for all of the appliances and pressured me into the purchase which cost several hundred dollars. We believed that in good faith they would repair or place any or all appliances if we were dissatisfied with the performance. After the installation the washer was found to be extremely inadequate. It took 4 1/2 hours to run through the cycles. Afterward it was found that the water had not fully drained and all the dishes were still wet. I have owned three other Maytag dishwashers and in the past the dishes were dry. We called PC Richard, explained the problem and were set up with an appointment for servicing. The day before the appointment was canceled due to scheduling.

Pc Richard is amazing. They always take good care of me and the customer service is the best. I could not imagine going anywhere else to buy appliances. They have good prices and their delivery crew is amazing. They were very careful not to scratch my floor or walls.

I have 2-year-old LG fridge that I bought from PC Richards with Extended Warranty. On 9/20/2017 we noticed the fridge was getting warmer and everything was melting. I called it in the next day. I was told I had to wait till the 27th to get a tech out to look at it. The tech did come and he said he filled up the freon. By next day the fridge was still warm. I called in and was told, "Next week you will have the compressor and someone to install it." Then I received an email the following week saying again, "No part for you, wait till 10/09." I called in today and I was told no part till the 16th!!! This is all for the part which may or may not fixes it. This is what I get for additional store warranty? This is outrageous. When I ask for a supervisor customer service absolutely ignores my requests.

John ** was the sales rep that helped us. He provided many options for the refrigerators and ranges we were looking for. He was pleasant and friendly and made the process very easy. He was also very willing to provide his contact numbers to provide support after the fact. The store had a variety of products to look at.
