Pleasant experience with sales counselor ** Manuel & delivery of our refrigerator. Workmen were perfect!!

I want to thank Mr. Cooke and PC Richards for helping me to get my Kitchen Aid dishwasher repaired for hopefully the last time. Your service was great. I was informed at every step of the way. You put my faith back in your company. Thank you, thank you!

I bought a 55" LG OLED tv prior to Superbowl. Was never informed by the salesman that any tv above 40" is not returnable. I've bought items from P.C. Richard before and never had a problem with a return. If I knew this I would never had bought a tv from them. I could've went to Best Buy and would be able to return the 55" without a problem if I wasn't satisfied with the picture quality. I will never buy anything from P.C. Richard because of this and I will be cancelling the credit card I have with them.

I had appliances delivered to my home on Feb. 5, 2016, totaling over $3000.00. When they brought in the refrigerator they damaged the right side and dented the refrigerator, and damaged my railing on house. I was called at work by the driver and asked if I would accept as is or wanted a new one. Of course I said a new one. They redelivered a new one on Saturday. The delivery person was Spencer and he was great. No problems. Should have more men like him. But the doors were out of line and a service man came back on Sunday at 7 a.m. Could not line the doors. Said someone else had to come back. They will try to line the doors and level on Wednesday, Feb. 10, and also the parts for the water line was missing some parts. Hopefully they will bring that on Wed., Feb. 10. Never had any problems with P.C. Richard & Son till now. Hope this can all be cleared up.

Everything was effortless. Delivery was on time.

I thought Customer Service was fantastic. Spoke to Will the night before to add install to my order. He was fantastic and extremely helpful.

I was so very pleased with the product (LG double oven) and service. The sales rep Pat ** was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very efficient in helping me get a larger connecting hose from the installers. I was more than satisfied with my whole experience due to the sales reps commitment to satisfying me. I love my stove.

Purchased an external hard drive for my brother's Xbox One. Received outstanding service and the employee was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us get what would work best for us.

I would like to thank John ** for his help in the purchase of my laptop. I was looking for something that would meet my needs and not be to hand to use. He explained everything to me and I purchased it right then. I did have a problem with my laptop about 2 weeks later. I called and was told to bring it right in and it was fixed in a hour or two. Thank You Again.

Purchased a new Samsung washing machine today at the Carteret location. Salesman Tim was excellent. Has a lot of knowledge about the washing machines that were available at the store. Also assisted me with purchasing an extended warranty. Would definitely recommend the location to a friend and will be going back for a new dryer soon.

This is an update of my review from 2/5/2016. I now give PC Richard 5 stars for their quick response in resolving my issue. My warranty was honored and I received my new headphones today. Thank you, Mike **, Manager of Social Media for PC Richard, you have restored my faith and you now have a customer for life! It is heartwarming to know that PC Richard cares about its customers.

I have been going there for 15 years now. They have never let me down once! Every employee there is awesome! I just got my new mattress there last month. I could not be happier.

On 2-3-16 I purchased a TV with the help of Don. He was a terrific guy to deal with and by 7:30 this morning, the new TV was delivered and setup in our den. What great service!!!

I've been a customer of PC Richard for many years. My relationship started when I first met Julian in the Bronx store. The way he is makes me want to continue doing business with him always. Everything from his positive attitude and work ethics are unmatched. When Julian had left PC Richard I too took my business elsewhere after I had an experience that was good but not the best like I used to have with Julian. I'm so happy that he's back at your company and I will continue to support him and your store only because of this man. PC Richard you have an amazing employee who should be recognized for his hard work and excellent personality.

Bill helped us out picking out our TV. He was very helpful and was very courteous. Everyone in the store was there to help you. We've call the store since then and Bill has gotten back to us right away.

I recently made a big purchase at PC Richard & Son store at 450 Kings Highway in Brooklyn and had the best experience! The salesperson, Arkady **, is a true professional that goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. This was my third large purchase at the same store and from the same salesperson in the last 10 years. The knowledge and expertise that I always receive from Arkady make me return to the store. I recommend him to all my friends. The entire crew in the store is very helpful, including the manager, who personally came to thank me for the purchase and ensure complete satisfaction.

The LG television that I purchased in December 2015 suddenly stopped working. I went to the Westbury store to request an exchange, and the manager of the rod trona so area was extremely helpful, and understood my concerns. In about twenty minutes the exchange was completed, and I was on my way. I usually go to P.C. Richard & Son for electronics and appliances because of their attention to customer satisfaction, their product knowledge and the variety of brands.

I purchased a TV from Mary at the Jersey City store. She is a warm, knowledgeable and friendly sales rep. Mary guided me through the different potential TV's that I could purchase in my price range. Her product knowledge was a great benefit in helping to make my final decision. Because of this, we (members of my family) make our purchases through Mary.

Since I've been 15 years old I have gone to PC Richards to buy every single electronic that has been in my house and my parents did the same thing. They dedicate their lives to giving answers and give the right answers and that's why people come back all the time and that's why I come back all the time. Thank You PC Richard. Here's to you.

It has been a while since I made my purchase (12/7/15), but I wanted Catherine could not have been more helpful. She tracked my merchandise, was professional, followed up w/ phone calls, and was an overall joy to interact with.

I went into PC Richards just to buy a simple TV for my new apartment and immediately was overwhelmed with all the options there. That is when Ronald came over, he must have saw the confusion on my face. I have never had better customer service than I got from him that day. He was kind and patient with me and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He even upsold me into getting a better TV than I had originally planned to get. His suggestions really helped me feel comfortable spending a bit more than I had originally planned!

PC RICHARD is the Best! I had a good experience with them!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. I placed a web order for a laptop over 2 weeks ago, with no communication about any issues, and no update on the order I started contacting them. They blatantly ignored 3 web inquiries for an update. I then spent 25 minutes on the phone with the most incompetent employee who knew nothing about her job much less customer service. She was making up things to say. In the end, they said they would cancel the order; let's not forget that I was charged the full amount! Since when is it okay to charge the full amount when they had no intention of fulfilling the order? Their integrity is so compromised they can't even keep things straight on their end. After 6 contacts, I am still awaiting a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

In January 2016, I bought a Samsung SUHD TV and the customer service within the Sales and Management Team (led by Tom) - really showed me "this company" cares. A week after my purchase I saw the same TV advertised by the manufacturer for significantly less. Know this: PC Richards "stood by my side" and made sure to rectify the matter. They have a 30 day price guarantee and in my case - went above and beyond my expectations (I'll leave the other boring and painful details out of this review). PC Richards took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience with their company. In an age where "price" is often overshadowed by "quality and care" (the things that really make you happy with a purchase) - they showed me how PC Richards differentiate themselves from the competition. They are Head & Shoulders above their peers. You'd be wise to choose them as a Retailer!

P. C. Richard & Son was outstanding once again. Best price, selection, in and out in 20 minutes. 2 days later the delivery guys show up and were very pleasant and professional. LG dryer pairs with the washer I bought last year.

We were very pleased to have met James the manager (**) last night when we were shopping for a TV. He gave us exceptional service. He had an outstanding warm, friendly personality and helped us in our decision by explaining to us the features of the TV compared to other models. We will definitely tell our friends and family to look him up and we will be back to the store for other items that we need.

This was the perfect buying experience. The salesperson Mehfooz (**) is very professional, knowledgeable, and timely in his responses. Everything in the process went as planned which was a delightful surprise. I would definitely contact him again if I need to purchase something else from the store. Thanks for a great experience.

On Monday, January 25th., this has turned out to be a very satisfactory shopping experience for us, after purchasing a needed washer for our home... We are repeat P.C. Richard customers (have purchased a SBS Refrigerator several years ago), and based on a previous review of the showroom at Patchogue (# 9) by a regular PC Richard's customer (an all types of appliances purchaser); like him, also believe that it's really worth taking the time to share our positive opinion from this experience with others, as we would like to express deep appreciation and gratitude to Mr. James **, the PC Richard's Sales Counselor, whom we have dealt with at the time of purchase, as well as our sincere thanks to all of the showroom Staff Members.

My interaction was efficient & friendly. Though I knew what I wanted, the salesman let me know how he was handling the delivery process to ensure I received my microwave the next day. This included how P.C. Richards would contact me & how I could contact them for approximate delivery times.

Larry is an excellent sales counselor. He has assisted us with past purchases and I was thrilled that he was available to help me with the purchase of a refrigerator for my law firm. We had limited options because of space issues and Larry was able to come up with a selection that would work. He is truly a customer-oriented and does an outstanding job without being pushy.

Purchased a New Toshiba Laptop from PC Richards/Mt. Laurel, NJ location on 12/31/15. According to store policy for refund/return a product can be returned within 30 days of purchase. I returned to the store on 1/14/16 requesting an exchange of product due to the system freezing once it goes into time out mode and cannot seem to get it to log back on. The store refused to exchange stating the system had to be sent out; I explained that I worked from home and I needed it sent express. I was told the system would be returned by Monday 1/18/16.

My mother and I were in the market to purchase a TV and we were kindly and patiently assisted by the salesperson Vish, and were very pleased with the consideration that the manager Sheldon gave us. I definitely recommend others to check out the Deer Park location.

I went to Newington store for a Chromebook for my boys' Christmas present and waited too long to purchase it by the way. That did NOT matter to your staff. Not only were they courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful - they even looked up inventory from the Danbury store and found what I was looking for. Then they tried to figure out if anyone was driving to Newington to deliver the Chromebook. I picked up the computer the next day and thanked them again. I thought customer service was gone - not with you folks. THANK YOU!

I went into P.C. Richards expecting to be taken advantage of seeing that I didn't know anything about laptops. I was wrong. The sales person Richard was very, very helpful and explained the difference between the 3 laptops I was looking at. He asked me questions, to find out what I would use the laptop for. I purchased a 65" Samsung SUHD TV from the College Point P.C. Richard & Son store today. I had a sales agent, Ray, help with his manager, Joe **. They answered all of my questions and made my purchase easy. There are so many issues and questions with today's tv's. They had all the answers I needed to make my purchase. I will purchase all of my electronic and appliances from this store because of them.

I have been frequently visiting the location on Ralph ave. in Brooklyn, NY. My shopping experience has always been informative and positive. I only deal with sales rep Martin **. One transaction with him and you will understand why. He takes his time, he gives positive feedback, and you leave the store feeling like he cares.

I ordered the AVANTI 20 inch stove over the phone on Tuesday and it was delivered Wednesday morning, installed and ready to used before noon. Now that is service! Also when PC Richard said they would call me back shortly they actually did. Amazing in the day and age.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator from the P.C. Richard store located at 2143 Flatbush Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11234. I am a long time customer and don't shop anywhere else but there anymore. The Manager ** and his team are great to deal with, making it very easy when looking to buy new appliances and any household items. They always beat any published price when you bring in an advertisement. They have the best deals and stand by what they sell 100%. I've never had any problems with any of my purchases.

I know that PC Richards has been around a long time and I can honestly see why. I walked in there expecting to be ignored like all the other appliance stores, I had been to before but I was WRONG! I was helped by an agent named Ray. I came 2 days in a row and he guided me both days. He was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances and was able to answer all of my questions and help me make decisions on which appliances would work for me.

We have gone into the store many times and each time Richie has assisted us on numerous products. He is very knowledgeable with all products and keeps us coming back. Will not shop anywhere else.

Excellent prices and services...

We had a house call on 12/15 for the Samsung microwave oven that would not heat up food. The parts were ordered by PC Richard's tech and they had the part shipped directly from the distributor to our home to arrive on 12/23. On 12.24 the PC Richard's techs installed the new part. The service was outstanding including the time frame.

My first time shopping at P C Richards. Always went to Best Buy. Never again. They canceled my order three times and never told me why. I went to the Milford P C Richards and walked out with my new iPad. I found a new place to shop.

The salesperson was quite knowledgeable and allowed me to browse laptops at my leisure without following me around. I made a purchase along with full warranty. I had a few questions (not problems) after set up and Tech Support was perfect. That extra option in the service plan is a smart choice, even if you are pretty good with computers!

We just purchased a laptop for my daughter at the Manchester CT store and had the pleasure of working with a wonderful salesman who made us very comfortable. I felt like he sold us a quality product and gave us detailed explanations of services and products available. We never felt pushed or coerced, only educated and informed. Bose Wave Purchase - My wife and I were very happy with our sales people. They went out of their way to explain and demonstrate the features of this product. They even offered follow-up help if needed.

I love shopping at P.C Richard. The lines are short, and the prices are unbelievable. The sales people and the managers are very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. They take their time with each customer and explain the product. Also they price match.

Just wanted to say that I visited the Yonkers, NY location on Saturday night looking to purchase an car radio as a gift to my daughter. While you don't have a great selection of car radios, I did purchase one because of Mohammed. He was very helpful and thorough and made sure he had the correct answer to my question before he answered. It was because of him that I ended up buying a radio.

Jack ** is a highly professional salesperson. Jack's excellent customer service skills enabled me to purchase a fridge. Jack took the time and patience to assist me and to answer my questions about the sizing and selection of a refrigerator. In addition, the two workers who delivered the fridge were highly skilled in delivering and installing the fridge. The 3- to 4-hours window for delivery allows the workers to be more attentive, thorough, and exacting about the delivery and installation. I am completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of the fridge and I would definitely visit Jack & PC Richard when I am in the market for another home appliance.

I was greeted as soon I went into the store and assistance was provided by the knowledgeable staff member. Purchased some Beats headphones and was very happy with the service that I received. Great store, great staff, great customer service.

Mike ** and Fayia did a stupendous job in helping us decide on the best cooktop and also helped us through from start to finish. We greatly appreciate their help and guidance.

Delivery and installation was superb. They called 15 minutes before they arrived and wheeled it into the rear yard and down the steps to the basement. I had disconnected the old machine which they promptly took back up the stairs, into the yard which provided plenty of working room in the basement. The two of them worked as a real team and had the new machine installed and tested in fifteen minutes. They gave me the instruction book and some practical advice. I signed the invoice and they left. The entire process took about 25 minutes. BRAVO. EXTREMELY WELL DONE.

Had a Haier washer/dryer combo and after like 3 months it starting acting up. Customer service sent out 7 different people to try and fix it, but like I told them we needed new machine. They gave us credit for old machine towards new machine so we went to store at Atlantic terminal, and salesman Oscar and manager Neil took very good care of us with our new machine. If you're ever in Brooklyn definitely check them out.

The 2 people that did the delivery were excellent and would rate them on a scale of 1 -5 would be a 7, 5 being the highest.

Recently bought a dishwasher from P.C. Richard & Son in Lawrence, NJ on Route 1. We had the best customer service. Mark our sales associate was very helpful and informative when it came to the different brands. The manager Andrew and Jack were very helpful and rectified an issue we had right away. Would recommend them to family and friends.

The Manager Neil is always so helpful... No complaints about this person or store. Every time I need something I always get it from there. I sent so many people to see Neil and they were always happy with his service.

The manager and salesman took very good care of me assuring me that my order was correct and that I had the best shopping experience that I could.

I would like to thank P.C. Richard & Son for hiring such wonderful employees: Managers - Juan & James. I was very disgruntled during the process of purchasing a tablet, which wasn't available in store. They both went above and beyond to locate it, and have it delivered to me. Initially, I did not believe I would have received it, and I did. I was and still is extremely happy with the services that were extended to me.

Bought an LG40LF6300 Television from P.C. Richard in Milford on 12/08/2015. Purchase from Salesman Robert was quick, easy and accurate. On 12/12/2015 the T.V. was installed by Adam and his associate on my daughter's bedroom wall. They did a great job! They were quick, very neat, made absolutely no mess and took all unnecessary materials away with them. The above model number price of the T.V. changed from $398.99 to $348.99. At the store in Milford on 12/13/2015 Dan the Manager quickly adjusted the difference to my account. So after shopping around for the best deal online as most people do today because life is so busy. I find that my local PC Richard's that in walking distance from my house is having great sales. So we apply for a credit card, get approved and was given the option to pick TV up today at the store next to my house GREAT! NOT after we submit order we print out order # and Temp card. To read in small print, you must bring card to store to pick up item.

My experience from ordering my dryer to the installation was superb. My salesman, Tony **, was very helpful and followed up on his sale. The installer was Eduardo. What a nice, helpful and respectful person he was. PC Richard should be very proud to have him as an associate

This was my first shopping experience at your chain. It was an experience I will definitely repeat. My sales person, Ransom, was a pleasure to deal with - polite, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and prompt and efficient. In 20 minutes, he had shown me both products and explained all of the warranty coverage and details I could possibly need to know. I left happy, with an appointment, and a new appliance sales person for the future. I was somewhat surprised there were delivery charges and my understanding was the installation of the oven was included in this bill. Ransom is an excellent reflections of PC Richards. The PC Richards in Forest Hills is a very friendly store where they care about their customers. I know at least one of the salespersons by name. They maintain good records of customers and make you feel comfortable with your shopping experience.

I can't even do justice to the incredible customer service that PC Richards has. I purchased an UHD TV and not being very good with electronics, the salesman (Dayne) walked me through it. I had the TV for about a week and I then could not get a signal. I called the manufacturer for assistance, but that was pretty useless. I then called the store and they told me that customer service was closed until following day. I called store on the following day and spoke with Dayne who told me customer service could not come out my way for a few days - then to my complete surprise, he offered to come to my apartment after work to look at the TV.

After spending the last 2 1/2 + hours in your Norwalk store trying to obtain a replacement washer to replace the broken one that was purchased in this store, by my 72 y.o. mother, less than 5 years ago we have left the store exhausted and frustrated. Six weeks ago she began to have issues with the washer and contacted the warranty (she purchased) for the washer. After 3 service attempts with no repair and a mess left by the service guy, she was finally told that they can't find the part to repair the machine and would provide her with a replacement. This was only after she was told by a manager that it was her fault the washer was not fixed because she had to cancel a previous appointment.

Last Sunday we walked into the P.C. Richard & Son on Linden Blvd. The salesman was very friendly and informative. He helped us make our selection based on our needs. Jamiyl was great. Would definitely recommend him. The delivery men were also great. The delivery arrived on time and took less than half hour. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience.

Just recently purchased the whole 9 yards. First let me say that this company stands behind their product by replacing the microwave with a better/newer model for the same price as what we paid for the older model. Not to mention a couple of the items (i.e. Stove and Dishwasher) went on sale and a whopping $550 was refunded off of our purchase price. Love them!!! Bought my washing machine and dryer from them too and 5 years later no problems at all!!!
