Just when I thought your staff couldn't be any better, my husband and I were actually very impressed with the men who delivered our refrigerator. Usually, there is a problem with getting units into the narrow doorways & turns in our home, but they breezed right through it, being the professionals that they obviously are. It's truly a pleasure doing business with PC Richards. Low prices and good quality, plus employees who like to help customers.

Great job all around in P.C. Richards RVC. I went in a few weeks ago and the TVs were on sale. I had no idea the price would change. When I went back a few weeks later the price went up $150. They matched the original price and I got six of the tvs. Great, friendly staff.

On Sunday, March 6th my built-in oven finally went "kaput" after over 15 years of faithful service. Whoa! What to do? I have an event coming up the following weekend and I NEED my oven - "Mac & Cheese" is on the line! Then it hit me! Contact **, my friendly salesperson at PC Richards - 2501 Grand Concourse, NY, NY. ** and his team at PC Richards hooked me up months ago with a great flat screen TV. At the time, he encouraged me to sign up for a PC Richards card. At first I was going to decline, and then on second thought decided to go with it. As he so wisely informed me - it's good to have it, just in case. BOY was he right!!

P.C. Richard in Norwalk CT was very helpful in resolving issues discrepancy of manufacturers info regarding whether a refrigerator was garage ready. We ended up getting a full refund and a recommendation for a better appliance which the refund was applied to. Ease of dealing with both Service and the store/sellers/manager.

I had an outstanding experience at the Paramus P.C. Richard location. I went in search of a new gas range and Craig and his staff made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. Craig and his sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with.

We redid our kitchen and purchased all our appliances you. Hensley spent a lot of time with us until we picked out everything we needed. He spent the time going over every item and gave us the prints to give to the contractor. This way cabinets and floor plan worked out perfect. We gave out his name and number and also ordered more items. He is great!

Aside from the prices being extremely competitive. My experience with their customer support is by far the best I've ever encountered hands down. I've never received such a fast response with any online shopping experience.

I would like to commend Manager James ** of the Wayne NJ store. After a delivery of my refrigerator we noticed a dent in the lower front. It probably came from factory that way. When I told James about the problem he listened and gave me several options. James's actions resulted in an excellent customer experience. I have shared my experience with several other people. Thanks again James for hassle free service with Excellence.

I can only say that my buying experience at the P.C. Richard store on central avenue in Yonkers New York was the best shopping experience that I ever had. The salesman Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances. Gave us his undevoted attention for hours and his card with his cell phone number and either answered calls or texts rapidly. When we came in to place the order he wasn't in and another salesman Robert assisted. Craig had sent George and Carlin to do a survey to make sure all the appliances would fit. I then went online to check reviews and changed the refrigerator and freezer.

Faulty ice maker called and set up a service call. They said it was jammed, cleaned it out, and would work. Call back next day, still wasn't working. Rescheduled appointment. They showed up without the part stating it would be 3-5 days to order after I took the day off. Called to complain and said I'll just have to wait they don't stock the parts.

I have made several purchases from P.C. Richard in Carteret. Each time my experience has been great. I have had the pleasure of being served by Mark. He is very professional and knowledgeable of all products in the store. Not only would I make another purchase there, I would recommend the store to other patrons.

Bought my existing Whirlpool dryer 12 years ago. When the motor started to make loud noises decided it was cheaper to change out dryer. Who else to turn to but PC Richard. Found a bigger and better Whirlpool dryer for a better price and warranty.

Stony Brook Store #54 - We have shopped at the store for many years. It is not often that we don't find what we are looking for – at the right price. This time around we bought a microwave oven and a Mr. Coffee coffee pot. We are already delighted with our purchases. Our salesman was Terry and he was very helpful and pleasant. January 13, 2016 we received our new Water/Dryer Combo. Since my stroke, I no longer had to wait for an escort to go up and down 2 flights of stairs in my apartment building to wash my clothes. Unfortunately, the unit that was provided to me does not rinse/spin properly leaving the clothes sopping wet. We have on 3 occasions had service techs arrive at the property to troubleshoot the problem. The tech's start the equipment and leave. They then report the machine is working as designed although they have not waited for the machine to finish and evaluate the results. The last time a tech came out I was advised to call the corporate office immediately after the machine stopped. As usual the tech came, started the machine and left. This time he left a phone number to call when the cycle was done and he would return to evaluate.

I couldn't be more happier with PC Richard. Tom ** went out of his way to make sure that all of our needs were met. I will continue making purchases from Tom and P.C. Richard.

Very knowledgeable and patient.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Delivery and installation was fast and good. The only issue was a minor one: the representative I spoke to on the phone the night before told me that I would get a call the morning of delivery to notify me of the time of delivery. I never received a call. Luckily I checked the website that morning.

Most of my appliances are bought at P.C. Richard & Son for these reasons. The prices are comparable and you can always get a price match. The service is great. Van was very patient and attended to my needs, ensuring that I got the best and most suitable products. He was even patient enough to read through several reviews for each of the three appliances I was interested in. Even though I was not able to get free delivery on the items purchased, what topped it off in comparison to Sears, Lowe's, Home Depot and others was the warranty. I always get a better warranty at P.C. Richard & Son than any other store. Check it out for yourself. You will be pleased.

Richard's was key in making a decision and he actually saved us money by pointing out specific sizing that would have made a more expensive product not compatible with restrictions in my kitchen. After 23 years, we needed a new stove. I don't shop around and I never buy online; I always go straight to P.C. Richard & Son. Mo my salesman was excellent and took very good care of me, which is why I kept his card and went back to see him. Bought the stove on a Friday night and if it weren't for other things on my calendar, I could have had it delivered on Tuesday. The two gentlemen who delivered the stove were in and out in twenty minutes. They were both polite, knowledgeable, and fast. They also disposed of my old stove, no extra charge. So far couldn't be happier. Will start using the stove this weekend.

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience in your P.C. Richard store in Levittown, NY. The sales rep that helped us was named Ernie and he was fabulous. And the manager Kenny was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family.

I am very frustrated and sad to write this. I bought a TV from PC Richard which is worth $699. The day I got this, I found this a defective piece. So, immediately called customer care and they agreed to replace it. After this only, the real pain started.. They do ship their product with Pilot freight service which is even horrible in delivery timings. PC Richard took 4 days to create a request to Freight service to pick up my TV. Then Pilot service took 2 days just to schedule for pickup. Then finally, they appeared after 4 days and my TV got picked up. Now it will take them another 14 days to send to PC Richard when I tracked the shipping. And then only PC Richard can able to exchange the TV and god knows how long it will take to reach me. And moreover, now I found out that they do not have stock of the TV I ordered. I am surprised that they knew a week back that they will have to exchange my TV. How could they just go out of stock.

I bought a 55" LG OLED tv prior to Superbowl. Was never informed by the salesman that any tv above 40" is not returnable. I've bought items from P.C. Richard before and never had a problem with a return. If I knew this I would never had bought a tv from them. I could've went to Best Buy and would be able to return the 55" without a problem if I wasn't satisfied with the picture quality. I will never buy anything from P.C. Richard because of this and I will be cancelling the credit card I have with them.

I had appliances delivered to my home on Feb. 5, 2016, totaling over $3000.00. When they brought in the refrigerator they damaged the right side and dented the refrigerator, and damaged my railing on house. I was called at work by the driver and asked if I would accept as is or wanted a new one. Of course I said a new one. They redelivered a new one on Saturday. The delivery person was Spencer and he was great. No problems. Should have more men like him. But the doors were out of line and a service man came back on Sunday at 7 a.m. Could not line the doors. Said someone else had to come back. They will try to line the doors and level on Wednesday, Feb. 10, and also the parts for the water line was missing some parts. Hopefully they will bring that on Wed., Feb. 10. Never had any problems with P.C. Richard & Son till now. Hope this can all be cleared up.

Purchased a new Samsung washing machine today at the Carteret location. Salesman Tim was excellent. Has a lot of knowledge about the washing machines that were available at the store. Also assisted me with purchasing an extended warranty. Would definitely recommend the location to a friend and will be going back for a new dryer soon.

I recently made a big purchase at PC Richard & Son store at 450 Kings Highway in Brooklyn and had the best experience! The salesperson, Arkady **, is a true professional that goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. This was my third large purchase at the same store and from the same salesperson in the last 10 years. The knowledge and expertise that I always receive from Arkady make me return to the store. I recommend him to all my friends. The entire crew in the store is very helpful, including the manager, who personally came to thank me for the purchase and ensure complete satisfaction.

The LG television that I purchased in December 2015 suddenly stopped working. I went to the Westbury store to request an exchange, and the manager of the rod trona so area was extremely helpful, and understood my concerns. In about twenty minutes the exchange was completed, and I was on my way. I usually go to P.C. Richard & Son for electronics and appliances because of their attention to customer satisfaction, their product knowledge and the variety of brands.

I purchased a TV from Mary at the Jersey City store. She is a warm, knowledgeable and friendly sales rep. Mary guided me through the different potential TV's that I could purchase in my price range. Her product knowledge was a great benefit in helping to make my final decision. Because of this, we (members of my family) make our purchases through Mary.

Since I've been 15 years old I have gone to PC Richards to buy every single electronic that has been in my house and my parents did the same thing. It has been a while since I made my purchase (12/7/15), but I wanted Catherine could not have been more helpful. She tracked my merchandise, was professional, followed up w/ phone calls, and was an overall joy to interact with.

I went into PC Richards just to buy a simple TV for my new apartment and immediately was overwhelmed with all the options there. That is when Ronald came over, he must have saw the confusion on my face. I have never had better customer service than I got from him that day. He was kind and patient with me and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He even upsold me into getting a better TV than I had originally planned to get. His suggestions really helped me feel comfortable spending a bit more than I had originally planned!

PC RICHARD is the Best! I had a good experience with them!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. I placed a web order for a laptop over 2 weeks ago, with no communication about any issues, and no update on the order I started contacting them. They blatantly ignored 3 web inquiries for an update. I then spent 25 minutes on the phone with the most incompetent employee who knew nothing about her job much less customer service. She was making up things to say. In the end, they said they would cancel the order; let's not forget that I was charged the full amount! Since when is it okay to charge the full amount when they had no intention of fulfilling the order? Their integrity is so compromised they can't even keep things straight on their end. After 6 contacts, I am still awaiting a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

In January 2016, I bought a Samsung SUHD TV and the customer service within the Sales and Management Team (led by Tom) - really showed me "this company" cares. A week after my purchase I saw the same TV advertised by the manufacturer for significantly less. Know this: PC Richards "stood by my side" and made sure to rectify the matter. They have a 30 day price guarantee and in my case - went above and beyond my expectations (I'll leave the other boring and painful details out of this review). PC Richards took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience with their company. In an age where "price" is often overshadowed by "quality and care" (the things that really make you happy with a purchase) - they showed me how PC Richards differentiate themselves from the competition. They are Head & Shoulders above their peers. You'd be wise to choose them as a Retailer!

P. C. Richard & Son was outstanding once again. Best price, selection, in and out in 20 minutes. 2 days later the delivery guys show up and were very pleasant and professional. LG dryer pairs with the washer I bought last year.

He had an outstanding warm, friendly personality and helped us in our decision by explaining to us the features of the TV compared to other models. On Monday, January 25th., this has turned out to be a very satisfactory shopping experience for us, after purchasing a needed washer for our home... We are repeat P.C. Richard customers (have purchased a SBS Refrigerator several years ago), and based on a previous review of the showroom at Patchogue (# 9) by a regular PC Richard's customer (an all types of appliances purchaser); like him, also believe that it's really worth taking the time to share our positive opinion from this experience with others, as we would like to express deep appreciation and gratitude to Mr. James **, the PC Richard's Sales Counselor, whom we have dealt with at the time of purchase, as well as our sincere thanks to all of the showroom Staff Members.

My interaction was efficient & friendly. Though I knew what I wanted, the salesman let me know how he was handling the delivery process to ensure I received my microwave the next day. This included how P.C. Richards would contact me & how I could contact them for approximate delivery times.

He took the time with each one and also gave us a great deal on all that we bought which we were both happy with. The manager was so helpful as well he made suggestion on cleaning the screen. Larry is an excellent sales counselor. He has assisted us with past purchases and I was thrilled that he was available to help me with the purchase of a refrigerator for my law firm. We had limited options because of space issues and Larry was able to come up with a selection that would work. He is truly a customer-oriented and does an outstanding job without being pushy.

Purchased a New Toshiba Laptop from PC Richards/Mt. Laurel, NJ location on 12/31/15. According to store policy for refund/return a product can be returned within 30 days of purchase. I returned to the store on 1/14/16 requesting an exchange of product due to the system freezing once it goes into time out mode and cannot seem to get it to log back on. The store refused to exchange stating the system had to be sent out; I explained that I worked from home and I needed it sent express. I was told the system would be returned by Monday 1/18/16.

My mother and I were in the market to purchase a TV and we were kindly and patiently assisted by the salesperson Vish, and were very pleased with the consideration that the manager Sheldon gave us. I definitely recommend others to check out the Deer Park location.

I went to Newington store for a Chromebook for my boys' Christmas present and waited too long to purchase it by the way. That did NOT matter to your staff. Not only were they courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful - they even looked up inventory from the Danbury store and found what I was looking for. Then they tried to figure out if anyone was driving to Newington to deliver the Chromebook. I picked up the computer the next day and thanked them again. I went into P.C. Richards expecting to be taken advantage of seeing that I didn't know anything about laptops. I was wrong. The sales person Richard was very, very helpful and explained the difference between the 3 laptops I was looking at. He asked me questions, to find out what I would use the laptop for. I purchased a 65" Samsung SUHD TV from the College Point P.C. Richard & Son store today. I had a sales agent, Ray, help with his manager, Joe **. They answered all of my questions and made my purchase easy. There are so many issues and questions with today's tv's. They had all the answers I needed to make my purchase. I will purchase all of my electronic and appliances from this store because of them.

I have been frequently visiting the location on Ralph ave. in Brooklyn, NY. My shopping experience has always been informative and positive. I only deal with sales rep Martin **. One transaction with him and you will understand why. He takes his time, he gives positive feedback, and you leave the store feeling like he cares.

I ordered the AVANTI 20 inch stove over the phone on Tuesday and it was delivered Wednesday morning, installed and ready to used before noon. Now that is service! Also when PC Richard said they would call me back shortly they actually did. Amazing in the day and age.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator from the P.C. Richard store located at 2143 Flatbush Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11234. I am a long time customer and don't shop anywhere else but there anymore. The Manager ** and his team are great to deal with, making it very easy when looking to buy new appliances and any household items. They always beat any published price when you bring in an advertisement. They have the best deals and stand by what they sell 100%. I've never had any problems with any of my purchases.

I know that PC Richards has been around a long time and I can honestly see why. I walked in there expecting to be ignored like all the other appliance stores, I had been to before but I was WRONG! I was helped by an agent named Ray. I came 2 days in a row and he guided me both days. He was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances and was able to answer all of my questions and help me make decisions on which appliances would work for me.
