Ivan ** was an enormous help in purchasing an A/C for my apt. We called my building's maintenance manager to find out the dimensions (sleeve in exterior wall), voltage, and if a COI had to be faxed over. Ivan knew the brand that would fit the sleeve, the BTUs needed for the room size, showed me the unit, explained the settings, and how to clean the filter. Ivan scheduled the delivery date to coincide with my building's maintenance availability to inspect the sleeve and remove the cover. He gave me his card in case I had to reschedule for any reason. I would definitely request Ivan to help me again for any future purchases at PC Richard & Son.

My husband and I were looking for a new television for our family room. The salesman at the store was extremely informative and was definitely not pushy. He answered all of our questions and explained the differences between televisions. He differentiated between what was absolute fact and what was his personal opinion. We appreciated his sincerity and respectfulness in giving us space to talk when needed. It was a stress-free buying experience.

The delivery was great. The delivery guys were very nice and removed the old stove and installed the new one in a very short time.

I bought three appliances from PC Richard, and overall was very impressed with the customer service provided by my salesman, Tristan **. He was knowledgeable, gave me a very good price, and was extremely helpful with a delivery misunderstanding (not his fault). An excellent experience.

This was my first purchase. When they sent the install team out to deliver my washer/dryer, they sent the wrong team. Luckily the guys who came felt badly for me and installed anyway for an extra $40. PC Richard & Son did credit my account the $40. After two months the dryer was defective. I stated I wanted it replaced, as it was only 2 months old. I was told I would get a return call the next day. Three days later I called back. They did replace it but charged me $49 for something (I don't know what) to install the new dryer. I don't like that. It wasn't my fault I needed a replacement. I should not be charged anything. I am not sure if I will return here if I need another purchase.

We went to P.C. Richards to shop for a TV and we had a great experience. We worked with Kenneth (**), who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. He happily answered all of our questions and worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for! I will definitely be going back there to shop.

Kelly explained everything about the Sonos speakers. I love them and put one in every room even the bathroom. They are humidity resistant. The Play:1 and sound amazing. The sound bar and sub on my 65" Sony in the living room is like heaven. I love this store.

Replacing the wall A/C is not an easy task due to space limitations. The salesperson who assisted me to buy this replacement unit was very knowledgeable of what A/Cs would be suitable. He did a extensive search to select the right A/C that would fit in my wall sleeve. In addition to being knowledgeable, he was a very polite person. It was excellent sale service that I received and that is why I will always purchase my merchandise from PC Richards.

The two delivery/installers were very efficient, courteous and fast! They answered all questions I asked. They are excellent workers.

I brought in my vacuum (Miele) that was not working and Dan ** came right over and started diagnosing the problem. He checked it out and carefully figured out exactly what was causing the problem and found that there was something stuck in vacuum tube, removed it, rechecked it to make sure it was working perfectly. He also wanted to make sure we were using on the proper settings on the vacuum. He was excellent, caring and very professional! I appreciate all he did to help and resolve the problem. I am glad I bought this vacuum at PC Richard because of this positive experience, thanks to Dan **!

Imir was very friendly right from the beginning and patient while listening to my problem. I had previously gone to cartridge world and bought used in, but it didn't work in my printer, so Imir sold me your ink. Found out that printer was shot, saw ad in your flyer and went back and luckily Imir was still there, took the time to explain everything about this new printer the envy 5540, and had me check out other printers, but this one fit all my needs. He was a great guy to deal with, fantastic personality, talked about lots of stuff and I felt like I had known him forever. You're lucky to have a great guy like Imir. He is a real asset to the P.C. Richard family. Hang on to him.

Went into P.C. Richard late on Saturday to shop for kitchen appliances and was greeted by sales associate John **. John was energetic and personable and described the features of each model. He helped us work within our budget to get exactly what we wanted without any superfluous features.

My husband and I needed to buy a refrigerator and range. We shopped around a couple of stores and did research online. We stopped by PC Richard and we were greeted with a friendly knowledgeable salesperson. PC Richard has a large selection and our salesperson listened to what we wanted and directed us to the items on the floor. We are very happy and excited about our purchases. Also, we purchased the 5 year extended warranty which was very reasonably priced.

Ray assisted my husband and myself with multiple purchases, going to two different locations. His suggestions were helpful and he made our shopping experience enjoyable. Neil competently and quickly advised us on pricing and energy options. Associates like this are what continues to give people confidence in PC Richard.

We have been customers of PC Richard for many years. We do not buy from any other company. We have continued through the years working with the store manager Steve and Holly the sales representative. These two people have always treated us as family and have always gone above and beyond what anyone could or would expect. They really go all out to make sure you're purchasing the correct item and you are getting the best price. They just make the purchasing experience so easy and wonderful. There is nothing that they would not do for a customer.

Recently, our 25-year-old Thermador wall oven failed. We were very concerned because it was built into cabinetry we did not want to modify. We contacted Robert at the Newington CT store and he immediately got the ball rolling. Their expert installer came to take measurements, and, at our request, removed the old unit entirely so we could make sure there would be no surprises. We selected a Frigidaire Gallery model he determined would fit perfectly. The website said "Special Order Item - Allow 2-3 Weeks For Delivery," but two days later it was installed and working! We are very, very satisfied customers and we will turn to P.C. Richard for all our future appliance needs. Thanks, guys!

Everyone in Bay Ridge were extraordinary in their dealings. Martin and Nicole led me through purchase through delivery (which was difficult due to the bureaucracy here in my co-op). They are valuable employees!!!

This is the fifth appliance we have bought from P.C. Richard. I always shop the circular first then look at the website. The PCR website has detailed information from the manufacturers about the appliances being considered. In the store, I get to see and touch the appliances to confirm my selection. Paperwork for purchase, delivery, and installation was quick and easy. PCR made sure we got every available rebate. I was thrilled to have my new appliance in my home the very next day! "Quick and easy", may be overused words in today's fast paced society. However, they honestly describe the experience of this very happy, satisfied customer!

I came to P.C. Richards last Saturday on April 16 to look at wash machines. I looked around for a few minutes on my own to see what brands of machines they had. I have bought only Whirlpools in the past 25 years that I have shopped at your store and wanted to get a similar one as my last one. However I needed very specific measurements, so I was unable to purchase a Whirlpool. Igor saw that I needed help and came over to inquire what I was looking for. Thank God, he was so caring and I told him I needed a wash machine but it had to be within the measurements that I had, which were very small. With a smile on his face he showed me a General Electric wash machine that would be perfect for me and my dimensions.

Sales representative Chris ** helped me to evaluate a number of models. He let me know what information I needed to get the appropriate size and efficient model. He wasn't available in store when I wanted to purchase and the manager, Steve **, was extremely helpful and made my purchasing experience fast and effortless.

Went to PC Richard's on 20th Ave. in College Point NY to purchase a gas range. After looking over several models there was a Samsung Stainless Steel range on sale for 650.00. A salesman came over, don't remember the name, and asked if he can help. Told him I wanted to purchase the range and I didn't want the extended warranty. He said "No problem". He then explained the extended warranty to me. I said "I am not interested in the extended warranty" for the second time. When we get to the cash register he again told me the advantage of the extended warranty, I told him to have a good day. He profusely apologized. "No No No... I'm sorry" blah blah blah. "Ok Go back to pay." He rings it up. Total... $945.

Abu such a good excellent worker. You need more worker like Abu. Tries to help me in every ways he can.

I want to comment on the wonderful shopping experience I had at the P.C. Richard & Son store in College Point, New York. I recently purchased a wall oven from the store and it was a special order. When I revisited the store to finalize the delivery arrangements, Sales Counselor, Shahid **, provided excellent customer service in a polite and friendly manner. Will never purchase another appliance from P.C. Richard & Son. Trying to get my refrigerator repaired since January. Tech. comes without necessary parts, says "I know the problem", leaves. Another tech. returns again without required parts. Lost 2 day work and 2 full Saturdays. My wife is losing another day of work today because I stated how dissatisfied I was after the last visit when supposedly it was finally repaired only for the original problems to return within 2 weeks.

I purchased a refrigerator at the nyc 14th Street store. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase and the way store employees assisted with this order. They assisted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. If I may add, the P.C. Richard delivery driver's 147 Adam and G (not sure of spelling) were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. They go the extra mile. My new refrigerator almost did not fit because of a protruding outlet. They calmed me down and went to their truck and got the proper tool and did an electrician job quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled that all went well. I am very happy with this purchase. I decided to buy my LG dual oven range at P.C. Richard after I swore never to buy an appliance at Home Depot again because of a nightmare experience. I did my research and bought the only dual oven range that Consumer Reports recommended. I went in to the store and dealt with Sayani who was just a phenomenal salesperson. I told him which oven I was looking for, he took me right to it and talked in depth about all the features it had. He didn't try to push a more expensive range on me, he was very supportive of the model I chose and definitely was extremely knowledgeable about it. He then arranged to have it delivered by someone they trusted with difficult delivery jobs.

I just want to express how helpful and courteous was the manager when I told him about my experience with the warranty department of my previous refrigerator that was only two and a half years old. I explained that I had called several times wanting to speak to a supervisor since my refrigerator was out of service for five days. Every time I called they would state that the supervisor was at a meeting. I decided to go where I had purchased my refrigerator and the manager was there. I explained the problem. He send an e-mail at that point. I stated that I wanted a new refrigerator because of the problems I was having.

The 2 gentlemen who installed the dishwasher were fantastic!

During the last several months several purchases have been made at the P.C. Richard & Son Store in Milford including a printer, humidifier, mattress and boxspring, in cartridges, pillows, etc. and John should be recommended for his professionalism, remarkable customer service skills, follow-up and knowledge of all of the products that were purchased. John handled all transactions and ensured they were delivered timely (for those that required delivery), worked properly and we were satisfied customers. It is unheard of in these days that a Representative provides such detail in explaining differences in products, pros/cons and takes the time to listen to you the customer. It is extremely important that P.C. Richard employs such a dedicated individual who truly provides 100% customer satisfaction and represents the Company in such a positive way. Kudos to John and P.C. Richard should be extremely proud to have John on their team.

TV was purchased as a gift on 12/29/12. Also purchased a extended warranty for 5 years. Approx 2 years the LCD started to go. I had to return it to the store for repair paying a cab service to take me to the location. That was 2/8/16. TV started to turn off and on at will. TV was sold as new and I expected to have at least 4 yrs enjoyment. I have to get it to the store for repair in less than 2 months at my expense which is really unfair. Please help!!

The delivery, installation and removal of my old tv went very well. The installation of the flat screen tv was done with knowledge and professional workmanship. I was very pleased and would recommend P.C. Richard & Son to anyone. The transaction went very well.

Our appliances were delivered very quickly and the delivery team were very careful bringing our appliances into our home. When any of my friends or family members need an appliance, I tell them not to waste their time shopping around just go straight to PCR. I recently bought 2 sets of appliances (2 dryers, 2 washers, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 ranges, 2 dishwashers, and a king size mattress and 2 box springs). This is for my own new house with an in-law apartment. The prices can't be beat. The service is A-One. The salesman is great, and the delivery went without a hitch even with a big truck filled up. I needed to purchase a TV for my 2-year-old's bedroom. I decided to go to the P.C. Richard & Sons located at Bay Plaza shopping center. I can honestly say that I am glad that I made that choice. I purchased a JennAir gas range model: JGS1450DP0 for my wife. They delivered it tonight and set it up. We check other stores, Sears, Best Buy, but P.C. Richard & Son was the easiest to work with. Kevin the sales rep. is a great person. He took time to show us a few ranges and my wife just could make up her mind. Then Kevin showed her this one, and she liked it (loved it). What I liked about Kevin was I wasn't dressed the best, that's why I think the other two stores didn't spend that much time with us. They took one look and said "this man can't afford this anyway". I was talking with one salesperson and she saw another couple and left me and went to wait on them. Well to make a long story short, Kevin at P.C. Richard & Son made the sales. Oh and I paid the $3,000 plus in cash. So Sears, and Best Buy don't judge your customers by the way they dress. P.C. Richard has our business from now on.

I purchased software Home & Student 2016 for Word, Excel... On 3/17/16, tried to activate by following the "to install" instructions, but error message for 25-character Product key invalid keeps coming up, hence, would not install. MS Tech support remote controlled PC to fix & activate, effort failed. I came to the store, met with the Manager on duty. Juan (the only manager on duty around 8:30 pm), explained the situation, as busy as he was, going between one associate to another to approve or verify one order to another, and slow WiFi, because of the number of electronics. He was patient, polite, displayed professionalism and was able to do all necessary to installed the software for me so I won't waste any more time on the issue. I have not found such commendable behavior with many managers in a long time. So, I say thank you Juan.

P.C. Richard and Son is the most reputable company I have ever dealt with. I recently encountered a problem with a refrigerator that I purchased almost 4 years ago. Since I purchased a warranty, they sent a serviceman to try to repair it twice. The refrigerator was working for almost a week then the problem occurred again. I once again contacted the P. C. Richard Service Repair representative Kathleen who was so very helpful, attentive, efficient, and she recognized the urgency and immediately submitted paperwork to authorize a replacement refrigerator. Throughout this entire process, I was in contact with my salesman Richard ** who was also exceptional in assisting me. He advised me about the steps needed to be taken to try to repair the refrigerator and ultimately he recommended refrigerators which would suit my needs. He immediately ordered the new refrigerator that I chose and it arrived very quickly.

Great experience... Bought LG appliance from Steve who was very knowledgeable and friendly. After receiving appliance, had an issue with range. Contacted LG, no help, so I went and spoke with Jimmy **, Manager who went above and beyond to rectify my problem. If you are looking for appliance or anything else, this is the store to go to.

I recently bought a house and done it completely over and so far I purchased refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and today a microwave. We cannot be happier the way Dan the manager treats my wife and myself.

I always purchase big ticket items at P.C. Richards and give them the "thumbs up". Salespeople are very knowledgeable, quick delivery, neat installments and if any thing is wrong with the item you purchased they replace it with a new one immediately.

I purchased a fairly large sum gift card online as a gift for a bride to be. Due to an unfortunate incident, there will no longer be a wedding. Now I am stuck with this gift card and don't have use for it. According to P.C. Richard's return policy, I was not able to get a refund once the gift card shipped (which it did - but thankfully not received yet). After 10 minutes of working with online support manager Brittany, she asked that she call me back to see if she can go around the system and get me the refund for these cards. I was a bit concerned that she wouldn't be able to help me. After all, I understand policy is policy... but to my luck, Brittany was able to refund my money for the gift cards! I am sooo happy with Brittany's prompt customer service and of course outcome of my problem. I would wish that she can praised for this matter as I would have not known what to do with those gift cards. Thanks again to Brittany. She made my day!
