My salesman Edwin was very helpful on what I needed. I ask for a 10,000 btu a/c but I needed to know what's the difference between a window vs. a sleeve. He did not con me to getting what he suggested, instead he showed me and I picture it in my mind. I want to thank P.C. Richard for a noble and outstanding young man.

Jeff was a great help. We didn't want to waste any time and needed to replace a refrigerator. He knew his product information right off the top of his head. I like that he did not try to push me for a bigger or more expensive model but also showed us which was the better value for my price range. Great personality and he is a Veteran. Frigidaire Refrigerator. Wonderful service. Suzanne greeted us as we came through the door. We told her what we were looking for "a counter depth refrigerator - side by side with freezer on the bottom. She took us to the models immediately. She asked what our needs were, i.e., family size, what we were looking for. And pointed out the models that she thought we would be interested in. In all we were able to select the model we wanted and complete the deal in 10 minutes. It was a wonderful experience. She is an excellent salesperson and representative of your company. She didn't try to oversell us which is a definite turn-off but actually found appliances specific to our needs and budget. Thank you.

The delivery guys did an amazing job installing all my new appliance. They worked hard and made sure my house was spotless before they left. The salesman James ** was beyond amazing. He was kind, honest and supportive. PC should be proud to have him as an employee. We don't feel uncomfortable when we purchase appliances from James. James called us 2 weeks after we purchased all new appliances for our home and let us know that one of our items was selling for less and refunded us that money. Who does that? That right there is why everyone should shop at PC Richards. James is the reason why we shop there. Great job James!!!

I purchased a range from Pc Richard & Son, I explained to the salesman Jason, that it was to be a propane stove. When they delivered the range, because they sent out a gas fitting instead of a propane fitting. They were unable to install the range. They called me, & I told them I would use my own man to do the install. He said he would issue a credit, but did not tell me that I would now be charged for a delivery fee. As far as I'm concerned they owe me 74.40, which they refuse to pay. I or anyone I know will never buy from them again. It must be worth it to them to lose business, rather than own up to their mistakes.

I had to make several purchases. Mr. ** was very helpful. He answered questions that I had and took the time to explain differences between certain products. I was very happy and will be shopping there again.

I can order from my neighborhood store but I order at the Paramus store where he is assigned because of the excellent service I get. My family and I are most happy with his service.

Went to the store to purchase a iMac, unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. The gentleman assisting me was very personable, and beyond helpful. I thank him and his stellar service, and I guarantee I will be back because of him. I don't get this type of service at Best Buy. If you only carried Blu-rays and a wider range of PS4 gaming, I'd completely cut my ties with Best Buy.

I want to say that I cannot wait for my delivery on Friday 7/15/16, but in the meantime my sales associate Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful about my purchase.

I purchased a television today and Dorian helped me. He was very helpful and polite. He had a lot of knowledge and insight on the products. He made the purchase worth it. The manager Syed was also interactive and polite. He made sure that everything was handled the right way and asked if I had any questions. I would recommend PC Richard to other consumers.

I needed a new washer as laundry was backing up fast with 7 people in my house. Dan from the Milford team answered the call and made sure I had the new washer asap. Same price as Home Depot but without the 10-day wait. I had it in 2 days. Only thing that would have made it better was if I could have done the whole transaction without going into the store.

I would highly recommend shopping at PC Richard and Son in Raritan, New Jersey on Route 28. The salesman Craig who helped me was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My experience with him at this location was excellent.

The staff members were incredibly helpful with my purchase. They price matched the product and made sure I was happy with my purchase. They were prompt at meeting my needs.

Delivery on time. The men were courteous and knowledgeable and quickly placed and hooked up both washer and dryer. The only thing they did not do was test the appliances. I was short for time and did not ask them. Everything else was done excellently.

Joe, the salesman was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different Samsung TVs. When we were finished, I felt very satisfied in making my decision with Joe's help. I have bought many TVs from P.C. Richard & Son, and love the service contracts because they stand behind their products. I highly recommend the Riverhead store.

We have always dealt with Scott ** who has been wonderful. We called him on his day off and he contacted Joe ** for us. ** was very helpful and made things very easy. On Saturday two men came to the house to install the air conditioner. They were very polite, efficient and took great care in installing the air conditioner in an old house with old windows. They cleaned up and took all the garbage with them. As usual it was a pleasure dealing with P.C. Richard. The paperwork says the driver was #**. I am unable to read the signature.

Dealing with Anthony (**) at your Levittown store for the first time was an absolute pleasure as he made sure that we were getting the right size and type of air conditioner to meet our needs. Your delivery and installation men Brendan and Teddy were beyond belief as they were neat, meticulous and made a great effort to make us understand how to operate our replacement air conditioner. Anthony, Brendan and Teddy are outstanding examples of what an employee should be. P.C. Richards, congratulations on having such outstanding employees.

I have been a customer for over two decades. I have found their pricing very competitive. The delivery notifications very helpful. The actual deliveries were always without incidents. The two times the appliances did not work they repaired them promptly.

The installation was done in a very professional manner.

Let me start by saying I'm not a family member! The Greenvale store is my go to place for anything!... The manager on duty 06/25/16 and Kyew were very knowledgeable. I walked in for a Weber grill and by the time I left I was leaving with a television too! The sale was too good to leave behind. I give this store a 10+.

Because the owner of P.C. Richard & Son called me personally and resolved the situation on his end and because a handful managers at PC Richard & son made sure to email me and call me back to resolve this. I was still met with people who only rescheduled for the reinstallation but not an installation and I had to continue calling. Had I not called or left a consumer report I do believe I would probably still be dealing with this and days away from my surgery.

Six years ago I bought a refrigerator from you and within 4 months it has given me a problem. Since I had no service agreement, I had to throw it away. Then I bought 2nd one with 10-year agreement. After 6 years it gave me a problem. I call service department. No any suitable solution was received. Finally I went to P.C. Richard, New Hyde Park store, which I bought the item. Sale the sales person gave me a excellent service to solve the problem. I believe you need the employees like Sale, that will be a real asset to the company. But the man I contact in your service department is a nasty man. Even do not know his duty. He asked me to get the solution my damage from the manufacturer. I did not have any agreement with manufacturer. So I believe you need to take suitable disciplinary action this person as he mislead your customers.

This was the 3rd PC Richard store that we went to for pricing and obtaining info on 2 Friedrich AC's. Ali at this Plainview store was the most helpful and informative and gladly answered our questions and we had many. This was not only the 3rd PC Richard store but we also went to 3 other different appliance stores and compared info received from the various sales representatives to that received from PC Richard. We made 3 trips to this store and spoke with Ali and asked for Ali each time we went. He is a tremendous asset to the company and treats his customers with respect and lots of patience. We thank Ali for a very pleasant experience.

I am a faithful customer of PC Richard for over the past 40 years. I always buy my TVs and appliances from this store, because of their great customer service both in store and for delivery, care if I need help and 30-day price guarantee. Recently I bought a new dryer at the Greenvale, LI store and it was delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. Not only that, but the installers lifted the dryer over the level of my basement railing in order to fit while going down the stairs. They found a solution rather than tell me they couldn't get it down. Then when I noticed a competitor selling it for a bit cheaper, the store manager pleasantly matched the price. I see no reason to shop for appliances anywhere else.

AC of 1 yr needed service. Couldn't find a company to service... so had to replace it. The people I was in contact with were very helpful and nice. I would recommend P.C. Richard to my friends.

Purchase of LG LX FS242623S - The manager (Branny) and salesman (Deepak) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products available for purchase when we went to the PC Richard store #61 in Woodside. After many questions and recommendations for measuring the space we had, we were able to make a decision on which refrigerator would meet our needs. We were shown exactly that the selection we made had, the dimensions needed for delivery and installation and had a representative assigned to do the measurements for accuracy before delivery.

Mr. **, the representative who assisted me and my family is so awesome. He helped us so much with our queries and gave recommendations for the best products. Overall all the staffs in PC Richards were all friendly. It's a good place to shop.

We went to the P.C. Richard's Store in Enfield. The salesman was helpful and we arranged to have delivery made the next day in Southwick. The crew appeared on time and took the old range and installed the new one in minutes. We have to say that we had a very good experience overall with the whole process.

I purchased a washing machine 5/2015. About 4 months after a sound started to come from the machine. After 10 months, I couldn't even turn the machine on without waking every one up in my apartment or neighbors. I called up the insurance company and a tech came out and told me that I would have to pay him before he touch the machine. I was very confused because I have 2 yr extended insurance. He said he would be back and called me about a hour later and told me it would be a two man job and be expecting some parts 3 days later.

Salesman Steven ** was knowledgeable about product and was most professional the way he handled the sale and I would buy from him again.

Christel was a wonderful assistant, very friendly and does well with customers. When I bought the MacBook she was very helpful, really patient trying to make sure I was satisfied.

Josh and other managers I dealt with today went above and beyond getting my mattress to my home without additional payment due. I had a terrific experience and would deal with them again without hesitation.

The sales people at P.C. Richards (Stony Brook store) are the best. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm genuine welcome. They made me feel 'they were happy, I stopped by and they wanted to help me' as opposed to other electronic stores that have the security guard greet you as you enter. The sales manager, Steve **, welcomed me with a handshake and asked me how he could help. When I explained to him I needed a refrigerator for my garage he said, "No problem." and introduced me to Gary.

On 6/29/16 I purchased a refrigerator in your West Babylon store. The sales counselor who helped me was Patrick (**). He is wonderful. I have dealt with him before on a number of occasions with different purchases. His knowledge & patience in helping me pick out the best product for our needs (as my husband is in a hover round wheelchair). Patrick spent so much time with me until I figured out whether a bottom drawer or top freezer would address our concerns. Having dealt with the public for over 30 years in branch banking I really appreciate when someone gives the customer service that Patrick does. He is a credit to your company & again I cannot stress enough what a pleasure he is to deal with.

Kyew was awesome. He was helpful but not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and he demonstrated exemplary professionalism and respect for our needs. We both have some physical limitations and he made sure we had chairs to sit on to complete our purchase. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service we received as this is not always how salespeople behave.

I just want to start off by saying P.C. Richards has one of the best assistant managers, Benjamin **. I purchased a stove and he kindly showed me the different 24-in stoves he had and also explained to me how to function them. He's very friendly and knows his products. He also makes the customers feel at ease when shopping which is definitely the reason why I am coming back to make future purchases.

Just purchased a wall A/C unit today. Dave in sales was super helpful. In fact, the entire management team at this store is really top notch. From the moment we walked in we were shown a lot of attention and given the help we needed to complete our purchase. No "getting lost in the shuffle" at this store. I bought dishwasher machine month ago and could not use it one month because of unprofessional installation! I paid $175 for installation and tried to get money back. Still waiting! The worse service that I ever experience!

P.C. Richard & Son had a great selection and great sales for the 4th of July. Salesperson Eric greeted us quickly and immediately helped us decide which refrigerator was suitable for us by comparing the brands and their specs. Kenny was absolutely wonderful! He had the knowledge and expertise on the precise type of AC I needed to replace. No hard sell - he made the selection process unintimidating, definitely a plus. Kenny was able to arrange for delivery/installation within 24 hours on a holiday weekend! Fantastic service, quality merchandise presented by informed staff - a hard to come by combination in this day and age of "big box" stores. Kenny and Anthony took time to explain various kitchen appliances we are interested in, even though we were not making that purchase today. You can be sure when we do purchase the kitchen appliances it will be at P.C. Richard in Levittown with Kenny and Anthony. We have done a lot of comparison shopping, but their knowledge, selection, and service will have us purchasing all of our appliances at P.C. Richard!

I can't say enough about the exceptional professional care by Tom and his staff at the Newington, CT location. I renovated my kitchen using Samsung appliances and my shopping experience was second to none. Job well done guys.

The two young men introduced themselves, first looked where the new stove would go, and what type of plug it needed. Took out the old stove carrying it with straps so they didn't mark the floor. They brought in the new stove the same way and plugged it in. He told me to turn on the oven on 450 for an hour before I bake in it, to get rid of the new oven smell...and signed the delivery form. And said good bye.

Now that he moved to Queens, he proved that he is just a phone call away, and we can stick with PC Richards with confidence. We need a window AC unit for our son, and he guided us to make the correct decision. PC Richards is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee, and we are lucky to have found him again in his new location in a much-deserved position of manager.

I recently purchased an item from PC Richard & Son in Jersey City on Route 440. I usually make purchases from there because of the great customer service. The Manager, Hany, is excellent and knows the products well. He is always a great help. Would definitely purchase from this store again, and recommend all my family and friends.

I'm a 60 yr old male with breathing difficulties. On 6/1/16 I purchased online a10000 BTU Danby Portable A/C that suddenly stopped working 27 days later. With one call to my closest store, a gentleman identified on the receipt as "** Gregory" was able to swap the non-functioning unit for a 12000 BTU Frigidaire Model with a higher rating and included next day delivery at no additional charge!!! God Bless him and his co-workers. No run around and great, friendly, supportive customer service. Kudos!

I recently worked with Mark ** in the Bellmore store, and my experience was top-notch. First off, the new store is beautiful. The only thing better than the new store was my interaction with Mark **. It felt more like talking to a friend than a salesman. He found me the right mattress at the right price. I couldn't speak any higher of Mark. GE fridge purchase - The staff was very helpful at P.C. Richard, patient and they did everything they promised.

One cable for tv not connected. Forgot to attach one cable. Called Comcast - they corrected it. Drivers were very nice.

I went in for a filter for my fridge. Jim helped me get the right one, even making sure I got two to keep us filtered for the next year. I then asked about outdoor speakers. He showed me the options and I bought the 3-play Sonos. Had it going all afternoon and loved it. Jim did an outstanding job in getting me and family the filter we needed and the entertainment we wanted.

I bought 4 ac units and JR the salesman who assisted me was very professional and extremely helpful in assisting me with making my purchase. He was honest about what I needed and I was not pressured at any point to spend more than what I needed to. I felt completely secure with my purchase and he arranged to have the installation occur within 3 days of the purchase. I would highly recommend JR and the store located on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.

SOLD A DEFECTIVE AIR CONDITIONER ( A LEMON). Purchase date was April 22, 2015. Used for 90 days. The following June 2016, the unit did not work. Spoke to the manager Mike at the store in Lake Grove, explaining unit was not working. We brought all the paperwork expecting a replacement for the defective unit. We explained to Mike, "Does it sound reasonable to pay $600.00 for this unit that ran for only 90 days?" Obviously, the unit was defective! Mike was deliberate and belligerent and refused do anything for me. After being a customer for over 20 years and purchasing appliances, computers, air conditions, TVs for 3 homes, I expected more consideration and an exchange of the unit. It appears the PC Richard slogan (The company you can trust since 1909) does not apply to this situation.

Vincent took a lot of time to explain everything to me. He had a lot of patience. I will look for him when I am looking to buy more items. He is a great salesperson.

I had an appointment today for a technician to repair my washing machine. The appointment was for 7 AM - 11 AM. By 12 noon, no one had showed. My wife called and gave them my phone number and requested I get a call when the technician is on the way. By 1:00, no one had arrived or gotten in touch with me. I called and was told the technician was one hour late. Having errands to do I went out and came back about 2:15. I bought a Samsung Range from the most professional salesperson, Mr. **. He knows his merchandise, he is very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all he really is interested in helping you in your selection. I am currently in the process of redoing my basement. As expected with any major home improvement I have gone over budget, and have little to nothing left to spend on appliances. I went to P.C. Richard in Bellmore, I needed air conditioners to help control the temperature and humidity down there, the spackle was not drying. I also wanted a TV but knew it wasn't in the budget. Based on the square footage chart I looked up I was going to need two air conditioners to temper the space. I only have 1 window in the basement so the second AC was going to have to be cut into my foundation. As soon as I walked into the store I was approached and asked if I needed help or was just looking, I said just looking and checked out the ACs.

We had to replace our existing SubZero after 26 years! Brian was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He followed up with me and kept me informed of where things were as far as delivery/measurement windows, which product would fit the best and walking us through all options. This is the fourth appliance we have replaced from PC Richards this year in our home (dishwasher, washer, dryer & refrigerator). The delivery team was extremely professional and worked diligently to make sure the fridge was installed properly and were careful moving such a large appliance in and out of our home. The installation team went the extra mile and took their time to ensure everything was functioning correctly and installed properly with NO room to spare. We are very pleased with PC Richard and their entire team from sales to installation and everything in between. We will definitely be back when we need something else for our home! Thank you!

We bought a KitchenAid dishwasher in August 2014, which has been serviced 4 times. At present it is not functioning and has been non-functioning for the past three weeks. I was told that P.C. Richard service was awaiting a part. Yesterday, I called and was told that the piece is now in and can be installed. I requested a specific day and time (Monday morning, June 27, between 9 and 12 noon) asking for some preference based on the poor service and inconvenience. I also reminded them that I was unable to take any more time off from work. Yesterday I received a call and was told that I was scheduled for Monday, after 1 pm. When I again explained that I needed morning, I was told that a supervisor would call me back. No one called me back. I have no dishwasher and no delivery time that will work for me.

Made a big purchase yesterday at the PC Richard located in Elmont, NY. I was helped by Mr.Ian ** and Mr. Clarel **. They were very patient, helpful and friendly. They definitely made buying this product an easy process. I definitely recommend this branch to anyone. Don't forget to ask for Ian **.

My experience this morning was one of a professional sales representative Norbert (**). What I particularly liked was that I did not feel pressured. Though attentive, gave me the opportunity to compare and be thoughtful about my purchase. He was cordial and demonstrated good customer service. I had a brief exchange with the manager who was also polite and professional. Both staff members were helpful and made sure I was satisfied as they answered my questions and made recommendations for necessary accessories.

PC Richard & Son store sales and management staffs are the best. What they need to work on are their delivery people. I purchased a Friedrich window AC including delivery and installation. The unit was delivered on 6/16/16, in a PC Richard mini van, and installed by two well-trained and polite employees (Sales contract **). Unfortunately, and not the fault of PC Richard or their installers, the unit's serial number was not recognized and could not be registered nor could the rebate application be filed. PC Richard agreed to replace the AC with a new one so I could register it and receive the rebate. Delivery was scheduled for 6/24/16.

Purchasing appliances for a remodeled kitchen - I was thrilled with the choices available and with the advice and help I received from sales counselor Jignesh, who went out of his way to suggest what would look best and to locate a rebate on the appliances too. Very pleased and would certainly go back to P.C. Richard & Son.

The team at P.C. Richard, Deer Park, are in fact, so great. I travel for over an hour from my home in Manhattan whenever in need of electronics, appliances, and now mattresses! I entered store and went to the computers section. A sales rep approached and asked if needed help. I requested time to look around and he told me that when ready just to call back. After about 1/2 hr, decided on a laptop HP and called the sales rep who made the sale efficiently and easy. He made suggestions about my purchase and I followed up on his advice. As it has been my experience at PC Richards, it is a pleasure to make purchases there because of the variety and selection.

I would like to recommend Jerry **, my sales person at PC Richard on 14th Street. He went out of his way to find me a Bosch dishwasher that could fit in my space. He was very helpful in recommending that I get the space measured first by professionals.

I entered the North Haven store and walked to the computer section and waited for a salesman to ask to help me. When one approached, I let him know I needed black and color ink cartridges for my Canon MX340 printer. He told me those cartridges were no longer carried and no longer made because of the age of the printer. I asked him to look for the specific 210 and 211 cartridges anyway. He told me they don't have them. I walked over to the area in which they are locked up and I found them myself. I bought them and left. Too much work on my part to argue the fact that my printer, which I purchased there, did in fact use cartridges P.C. Richard carried. He may have been trying to sell me a new printer. I have 3 MX340 printers which I bought there.
