I was assisted by Mr. ** and he was courteous, quick and helpful in getting me what I needed. I came in to make a purchase as well as to make a return and was in and the entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. I am really pleased and would recommend him to everyone. It was because of him that I made the decision to continue to be loyal to P.C. Richard.

Ruby the manager is a very caring person. She helped us in financing our Sealy mattress so we could afford to make the payments. Please give Jock credit since he was the salesman. Give this girl a raise. My wife and I will always shop at this store.

Sale person shahidul was very helpful and know his products. Manager joe ** went out of his way to make sure we were satisfy with everything. There was no pressure into buying or pushing a product to you. I would recommend shopping here.

My wife and I visited PC Richard in Norwalk, CT. George ** and the assistant manager took care of us as if we were part of their family. I will always keep shopping at that location. Of course this is not our first time at PC Richard. Many blessing in the upcoming Holidays to all.

Louis ** at the Bay Ridge store was GREAT! He answered all my questions during the initial sale, matched the lowest price quoted by other P.C. Richard branch stores, arranged for staggered delivery of appliances as needed and sent back the plumber when there was a smell of gas. He even responded to a phone call on his private cell phone while he was on vacation. His efforts should be recognized as outstanding!

Dealt with Justin ** in Bellmore, NY. He was professional and knowledgeable. Justin also helped me with the recent recall on Samsung washing machines. He provided the model number and the necessary steps on how to rectify this issue. His willingness to go the extra mile is very refreshing.

New Hyde Park store staff especially Imran who helped us to identify the correct model was great. However since the item was not available at that time we have to wait 2+ weeks to gets; however we are happy in the experience overall.

We were shopping for a microwave oven. After visiting another store where we waited 45 minutes and could not find anyone to wait on us, we walked into P.C. Richards and were immediately greated by an associate. He helped us find what we wanted, and we arranged for delivery and installation on a Saturday, so we didn't have to take off from work. The installers arrived as scheduled and were very professional. I would recommend P.C. Richards to anyone. They know how to treat a customer.

Marcus, our salesman, was courteous and professional and very informed. Will ask for him on my next shopping trip when I need to redo my kitchen with a new dishwasher and cooktop. I have bought many appliances from PC Richard in the past 30 years and am very satisfied with their service.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a gentleman named Vish who took time to introduce himself and stayed with us for a while, and answered every question we had until we made our purchase. First the washing machine broke, then the TV. P.C. Richard to the rescue. And they delivered it on time and installation was great. The staff at this location are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They walk you through the wide selection and make the right recommendation for your needs, not try to sell you the highest priced item. The best part was the price match guarantee. I bought washer and dryer and when I saw a lower price, I approached the store manager and without any further questions, he processed the refund. Very impressed.

Our experience with the Levittown, NY P.C. Richard, and in particular our trusted salesperson, Damian **, was a truly wonderful experience... On late Tuesday 11/01/2016 we contacted Damian by phone, and explained that a senior citizen in our family (84 years old), needed a new washing machine. Within 17 hrs a new machine (at a great price) was delivered and installed at this person's house by a very polite and professional team... WOW! My mother, son and I went to P.C. Richard & Son located in Co-op City to purchase 2 computers - Apple Mac and a Dell. From the very beginning our Customer Service Rep, Nana, was awesome. This gentleman knew every detail about the products we were considering purchasing and was very patient throughout the process. He was informed and also took his time to explain the benefits and features of both computers. It was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had at PC Richard & Son. Nana deserves a promotion!

Two years after purchased a kitchen and laundry room full of appliances, my Samsung washing machine flooded my pantry hardwood floor. Thankfully I caught it before the wood began to warp. I have two years left on the extended warranty that I purchased at the time of sale (Big mistake). I called PC Richard service department on Oct 10, only to be told that they could not send someone for a week. So a week later, the 3rd party company - Dependable Appliance Repair, came on Oct. 17. They said I need a new gasket and would have to order it. The technician said I should hear back in a few days to set up an appointment to install the part.

Jason **, CJ **, and Will ** gave me excellent customer service with a difficult situation. I have been a longtime customer, and will continue to give PC Richard my business and that of my family! I have been very satisfied with all my appliances to date. In addition to the great customer service, I found the website to be comprehensive and, when I had a question, it was answered proficiently by the staff. PC Richard really cares about its customers!

My experience at your Chelsea Store was very pleasant. He was very friendly and professional, making suggestions and answered all my questions. I am returning the 24 inch TV to your store in Brooklyn/ Flatbush Ave & Atlantic Ave. It's too large for the space. I am going back to the Chelsea store to purchase a 19 inch TV with the same salesman.

Customer service was great, especially the manager was very helpful. I would recommend to go there for shopping. If I have to shop for any electronics I will definitely go back to the location. The price they gave me really unbeatable. I could not be more happier to shop anywhere else.

Spoke to Jason on the phone today regarding installation of my air conditioner which I purchased in August. He must be commended for his wonderful customer service. Very helpful. Answered all my questions. Jason was the person who helped me when I purchased my air conditioner in August. I am taking this time to comment on his service.

They installed wall oven & microwave with trim kit. Bill is highly skilled, competent & professional. Encountered a problem with the cut out and he fixed it - no fuss! Sylvan was courteous & affable. They both treated my home & my new appliances with care. Excellent!

I purchased my 50" LG TV 3 years ago, which is under a 5 year warranty and stopped working. After contacting the Atlantic Ave location, the store manager Neil, was able to schedule a service person to come to my home the next day to rectify the problem.

We had a kitchen installed, including a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. I was extremely impressed by the two men who did the work. They were unfailingly polite and professional. It was a difficult job because the original appliances had been incorrectly installed and required considerable additional work--which they did without any complaint. I give them a five star review!

I had spoken to the sales counselor the evening before. I explained the tv I was interested in and he checked the availability. He said it would not be available until Monday if I ordered it on Friday, 10/14. This was fine with me. When I arrived at the store, I met with Gregory **. He was very courteous & helpful and we reviewed the various attributes of the tv. I completed the purchase with the agreement to pick it up on Monday, 10/17/16.

Harry & Justin delivered our new GE refrigerator this morning. At first, Harry phoned me and told me he'd be here in 10 minutes and sure enough, they were here in exactly that. They gingerly manipulated the fridge under a chandelier and through a door, which Harry patiently removed. I asked them for time before entering with the new fridge as the floor beneath the old one hadn't seen light of day for more than 20 years and needed much cleaning, and was told, "No problem, take your time." Both were extremely efficient, affable, professional and careful. Highly recommend their services!

When I came into PC RICHARDS on 10/13/2016 I was looking for the laptops that were on sale. When I walked in the salesman Bill was very helpful with all the information I was asking about. Thanks to him. I was able to make a smart purchase. Good to see there are still people like Bill who take time with the customers. It helps a lot.

BUYER BEWARE!! Do not buy anything here. We bought appliances in July 13, 2016. Dryer broke on October 10, 2016. Called right after it happened. They could not come out till October 4. Tech said they need to order part 3 - 5 days. Today October 10, 2016 STILL NO DRYER NOR ANY HOPE OF IT BEING FIXED!! Family of 4 without a dryer is a NIGHTMARE and they do not care only crickets at the end of the phone line. Poor business practice! Still waiting.

We were very fortunate to have two knowledgeable young men to install our appliances and give us advice. The combo wouldn't fit in the space, so we returned it for another model. We also had to upgrade the stove installment. Everything turned out well, but I wish manufacturers wouldn't change specs every 5 years. People can't afford to redo their entire kitchens so often.

My experience with the P.C. Richard's store was excellent. The salesman, Mark **, was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he listened to my specific needs for my kitchen and spent a lot of time helping me with my decision. He was kind and patient as was the Manager, Dave who also assisted me. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family and I would be a repeat customer in a heart-beat. So, my wife and I needed to purchase a new stove and hood for our kitchen and after some discussion decided to make our first stop at PC RICHARD's in New Jersey. We were approached by a very knowledgeable young man by the name of Richard **, who guided us to the exact make and model we were looking for. He informed us that we would need a shut off valve on the gas stove and if one was not there, the installers could do it for a price. I told him I wasn't sure if there was a valve and so he included that expense in the overall bill.

Your tech that came out today Raphael was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. I have been frustrated with Refrigerator icing up not cooling off properly. He found the problem and ordered part to fix once and for all! So many others said there was nothing wrong!!

P.C. Richard treats you like family. I was home recuperating from quadruple bypass surgery & my TV died. I called Joe, the manager of the store on Francis Lewis Blvd in Bayside & told him I needed a new set delivered. He sent 2 wonderful employees that night after the store closed with the TV!! They went above and beyond, programming the set and the remote. Forget the big box stores, give your business to stores with a heart like P.C. Richard.

Sanjoy was very knowledgeable and was a great help in assisting me with the many options of flat screen availability. I would definitely recommend him to others when I send them to PC Richards. I was very happy with my purchases and his assistance with this.

Replaced my old grill which was purchased at P.C. Richards. I recently upgraded from my old grill to a new Weber Genesis, your sales team is the best. The one I wanted was not assembled, they said give us some time and we will assemble one for you. Cannot say enough about your employees, other than they are the BEST.

My new Whirlpool dryer was delivered this morning and the delivery and installation could not have gone better. The truck arrived by 8 a.m. and installation was complete by 8:40. I bought a dryer with a steam option so there was plumbing involved in addition to the gas hook-up. The delivery men were pleasant, friendly, and extremely competent. The doorway to the laundry room is narrow and there wasn't any room to spare but the dryer was brought in with no problem. One of my best delivery experiences in 29 years of owning the home!

We have been having some issues with both our refrigerator and our dishwasher that we had bought about a year ago. We also purchased an extended warranty to protect these appliances. My father had called to schedule an appointment for them to come out, and unfortunately we had to reschedule. So when we rescheduled, I had to take the day off to wait for the service man to come.

I had the BEST experience and customer service from a sales rep by the name of TJ in the Wayne, NJ location. He was here to help from the Eatontown, NJ store for the Tent Sale. I've never had a rep go above and beyond for a TENT Sale product. Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, but didn't push his way to make a sale. He even went through a stack of pedestals without labels to find if one would go with my washer. Sure enough, the very last one on the bottom. He saved me so much money by taking his valuable time that he could have helped other potential customers. I am very thankful and will continue to use TJ as my sales rep at P.C. Richard.

Steve ** was great. Took the time to help me figure out what would work, and I had two screaming kids with me. The gentlemen that did the install were very professional as well. They even tiptoed around because my kids were napping.

First, we simply must say: this is the way customer service *used* to be. Back in the day when the consumer mattered and not just the bottom line. Having said this, the factors that ultimately led us to purchase our new refrigerator at P.C. Richard were: the professionalism and courtesy of our sales rep (Isaiah), the variety of refrigerators available and Isaiah's thorough product knowledge, especially his ability to outline the differences between them; this helped us decide which one would best suit us. Finally: we now plan to buy *all* of our appliances at P.C. Richard because of the way that Isaiah treated us throughout the entire purchasing process. We highly recommend P.C. Richard.

The purchase went easily because I knew beforehand what I wanted. The salesman was polite and helpful. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, September 20th. I had to call Monday the night before to learn my delivery time. I called after 9 PM and there was no answer. I finally clicked on the link in the email which told me the estimated time was between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm. As the time got closer and no delivery I re-checked the link and now it's 1:45 to 4:45. I need to have it delivered no later than 5 in my building (rules).

I have spent two months dealing with another "big name" online mattress retailer (Sl**py's/Mattress F*rm) and it has been an utter disaster. Three missed deliveries for a mattress exchange and the worst customer service ever. Finally, I was able to get them to come and get the mattress I wasn't happy with and get them to refund the exorbitant cost of a King mattress.

I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from PC Richard and an extended warranty. It has needed service approx 6-8 times over a few years. The freezer freezes over and the top part gets warm. It happens over and over. We have thrown away so much food. At first they sent technicians with no knowledge at all. Three months ago they changed a part and assured us this was the problem. Last week it happened again. The freezer food was hard as a rock and the refrigerator was warm. Again, food thrown away. I have asked for a supervisor to call me on numerous occasions. No one ever calls back. The appliance needs to be replaced. I keep taking time off work. Apparently the technician call today could only done during business hours. I need a new refrigerator. It is a lemon. Horrible customer service.

Our experience at your Danbury store could not have been any better. Shakir and your manager Brian ** were very helpful and made our shopping experience a very pleasant one. We already recommended a friend to visit your store. I cannot see how your store won't be a profitable one with employees like them. I had both items installed on the same day. The 2 men arrived early, were courteous, informative and stayed to make sure everything worked before they left. Cleaned up in the kitchen as well as the hallway. ** in the Manhattan E 86th St store was great in selling, no pressure but followed up before and after the install.

I am very happy with the service provided at Ralph Avenue Store #35 2259 Ralph Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11234 on 09/10/2016. Sales associate ** was very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, responsive and thoroughly professional. This young man presents the information and expresses his suggestions so clearly that it was quite a pleasurable experience for me making my selection of a major appliance (which is sometimes quite stressful).

I purchased a GE GTWN2800D2WW (serial # LF105371G) in June of 2015 from PC Richard & Sons. It worked wonderfully... for only 5 months until December, when drum came loose & needed to be replaced. The repairman said it was a flaw in the manufacturing process, a screw was not tightened properly in production, causing it to vibrate loose. A new drum was ordered & replaced, but never worked properly since! Repair service came out 5 more times because the clothes would not wring out properly leaving them soaking wet. And every time the repairman gave us a different reason: don't mix towels with lightweight clothes, use the power spin option only, don't use the extra-large load size, blah, blah, blah!

My experience with the Union Store on 22. A young man that works there his name is Robert he corrected on my problems and made it happen for me. I'm so happy that they have a responsible person working there. And he also got back to me when he said he was. The problem with was fix and I'm so happy that I did business with them. And yes I will continue shopping there like I've been for the last 20 years and recommends all my friends and family to always go to P.C. Richard & Son on route 22 in Union.

I knew I needed a new computer because after 8 years, I guess, mine is running pretty slowly loading all the media that sites have now. Murat was sure to look at the RAM capabilities, and then the storage, the process speed and the number of USB ports, how the monitor worked, etc. etc. Things have changed so much in the last 8 years, there are new things, new ways of doing old things, etc. and Murat was knowledgeable about all of it. I felt in really good hands. And his suggestion of buying an HD Tv instead of a monitor (for the same price) was genius. He also explained the technical help line I signed up for so I know I can call them and what they'll do for me to set up the new system. Fantastic. I'm old and this stuff scares me, actually... I always assume something's going to go horribly wrong. But it's really good to know there's help at the end of the phone line!

All of our kitchen appliances are from P. C. Richard & Son – but as important as the appliance is the care and service provided by your tech (Alex from PA – I’m sorry, I don't have his last name). Today, Alex saved the day by repairing our Samsung RFG293HARS. I returned home from the hospital yesterday to find my Samsung in the midst of a meltdown! I called your service center, spoke to Arlene, and she assured me that she would have a tech here by this morning and she did and she assigned your best tech!!! Whenever Alex is assigned the service call, he is a signature tech! He always diagnoses, repairs, and completes the job efficiently and effectively, and through previous experience, we have faith that it is done well. We have had other techs with mediocre results; but Alex's work is always exceptional, and he has never had to return to revise the repair.

Must tell your sales guys were great, so friendly and made me very comfortable. Delivery: I was called in the A.M. with a delivery time, must say they were prompt - as a matter of fact 2 minutes early. Set-up and removal was painless and fast, the delivery guys were GREAT. Thank you.

I wanted to take a moment to thank P.C. Richard & Son for 2 absolutely fantastic people they have working for them - Evelyn in Long Island NY and the manager of their Union NJ store Jovar I believe his name is spelled. Both of these people went way above what probably most others would have done to make sure a customer was happy. These 2 people definitely should be commended for going out of their way in making sure satisfaction was of utmost importance. I cannot thank them enough and P.C. I had a wonderful experience when purchasing an A/C wall unit. Dealt with store manager and sales associate to find the right unit. This was not an easy task for me but the staff at the Newington store assisted me in getting the correct unit. My next appliance purchase will be at PC Richard & Son.

We have always been pleased with the service we have received at PC. Our purchases have always performed as the associates have suggested. We have also been amazed at the polite and accurate service if we call with a question especially about electronics. Recently we were asked to buy a refrigerator for a 102 year old friend who had not had a new one in decades and is still living on his own. Once again you folks came to the rescue. So when we decided to a new mattress on Labor day we decided to give PC a chance. We could not have had better service anywhere. The service was prompt but not pushy. The associate was helpful and knowledgeable even though he covers many areas. He took his time with us and at one point we even had a round table discussion with him and other customers. If the delivery goes as well as the sale we will be ecstatic. Kudos to #** Larry - who just called to update as I was writing this.

I am very pleased with the service provided to me by Martin ** and Joe **. They helped me with my decision and were patient with me. I thank them for their expertise and will recommend them. When I come back for additional items, I am reassured to get quality help from them.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, even took the time to show me other offers in the bedding section as I told him that I just moved into a new apartment. Mohammed was a nice guy and the overall experience was pleasant and I will recommend friends and family to your store.

As far as delivery time, they were to their word and arrived exactly at the time they said they would. The one delivery person was able to remove my old refrigerator without issue especially since I was concerned it was too big to get out of the kitchen. What I did not like was that once the new refrigerator was in the door and plugged in, they were ready to leave. They handed me the receipt expecting me to sign before I even got a chance to look over the refrigerator. I ignored their request and asked them if they could put the handle on the bottom freezer and they insisted it didn't have one.

I recently purchased a Samsung washing machine from your store in Babylon, N.Y. The manager of the store Mark **, saw me walk in and was right there to help me. He showed me the different types of washing machines, and gave great customer service. I have been to many stores to purchase products but I have never had the customer service that Mark gave. Your company is very fortunate to have such a great person working for you.

I bought a remote for my new T.V. I checked with LG and they said it would work with my TV. After getting the remote it did not work and after a long conversation with LG they found out it was not compatible. The folks at P.C. For 3-1/2 weeks I did not have a working refrigerator. Although the salespeople (Lucy & Silvio) were very helpful, when it came to returning this expensive new Marvel model, Tom, the manager of Chelsea store "passed the buck" & told me to call the service center where Tom said they would take care of taking away the one that didn't work and replacing it with the new one I picked out. Another week went by. Lyle who promised to "take care of everything" never even called me back. It wasn't until I mentioned I had spoken to a lawyer that something was finally done. No food allowance was ever offered me for all the food I lost or the meals I had to eat out or all the calls I had to make!!! What a disappointment that you don't stand behind the products you sell.

Frank the sales associate at P.C. Richard & Son was very helpful in placing my order for a next day delivery. The delivery was prompt, the delivery men were swift and efficient bringing the fridge up a flight of stairs. They didn't take the old fridge as expected claiming they didn't have room in the truck and another crew will pick it up. I didn't buy that explanation and asked them to take the fridge down and place it on my porch. I promptly called the store and said they would come and pick up the next day.

P.C. Richard has a delivery time notification in place but did not work. Scheduled time between 7 and 10:30. No updates from delivery people. By calling I found it was changed to 12:30. At 12:30 I called and found out they will be a few hours later. Lost doctor appointment and day's pay since I am self-employed. Only updates I got... wasn't me calling them. I would NOT use this horrible delivery service that you have to pay for by the way unless you have time to sit around all day.

I purchased a refrigerator and stove at the location E. 86th St. store. Omar ** was the sales representative. He listened well to our description of our needs and guided us to exactly the right products for us. He worked quickly and efficiently and we felt he was respectful of our time. The delivery personnel were prompt and equally efficient, patiently explaining how the appliances work and being careful of our floors and walls. One of the installers accidentally put a 4-bit screwdriver of ours into his toolbox by mistake. That's where Chad ** comes in. Omar and Chad helped us get the item back by persistently reaching out to the distribution location. It seems like a small thing, but that's the kind of service and personal attention that will keep us coming back to P.C. Richard.

I can't give 5 stars just because all the trouble I have before I meet Anthony, a Manager from Watchung Store. He was the only one out of almost 5 rep that really want to help me to solve an issue that someone else did. I was trying to buy a window AC. I went the store in Rt 22, "the boat", my experience was just awful. I'll never buy anything from there. The worse Customer service. Then I went to Watchung store, they don't have the unit it in store, so I ordered. When they received it they call me saying is ready for pickup. When I get to the store one rep told they don't have it. WTH, I just received a call saying totally opposed. Instead of help me to find out what was wrong, he tried to sell me another unit.

When Samsung refunded the full purchase value of my 4 year old refrigerator which had died and could not be repaired, I compared fridges and warranties in both Best Buy and two P.C. Richards stores. P.C. Richard in Forest Hills on Queens Blvd. had a greater selection of fridges at great sales reductions. Roy **, my sales counselor, was friendly, very professional and he knew all his products. He not only helped me find and select the fridge that was perfect for me and my family for $500 less, he also helped me qualify for 12 months 0% free financing. Additionally, I compared Best Buy's 5-year warranty which was $249.99, while P.C. Richard's was only $175.00. P.C. Richard is also able to deliver my fridge on Sunday as opposed to Best Buy I would have had to take a day off for a Monday delivery.

Once again Constantine and Gus at the PC Richard in Astoria Queens have shown me amazing customer service, courtesy, and knowledge. They make shopping here a pleasurable experience taking the time to explain and answer any and all questions you may have. It's worth the drive even if you live far. It's my preferred go to store.

My old refrigerator finally died, and I had to purchase a new one - asap. The salesperson at PC Richard was very knowledgeable and patient.
