Dryer - They were very accommodating and friendly.

Sales staff is very courteous & helpful. Spoke originally with Ray on wednesday and today I didn't see him but Cirilo helped me and assured me that Ray would also receive commission. I appreciate fairness and honesty and I would return to purchase appliances in the future.

The only store I will purchase appliance. Prices are great & they always stand behind their products. Salesman Ghassan has helped me twice in one week. Very helpful & courteous & was always able to answer all my questions. He is the way a salesman supposed to be. He never put me under pressure to buy something. I will always look for him when purchasing from P.C. Richard. Will recommend all my friends.

The two young men introduced themselves, first looked where the new stove would go, and what type of plug it needed. Took out the old stove carrying it with straps so they didn't mark the floor. They brought in the new stove the same way and plugged it in. He told me to turn on the oven on 450 for an hour before I bake in it, to get rid of the new oven smell...and signed the delivery form. And said good bye.

Now that he moved to Queens, he proved that he is just a phone call away, and we can stick with PC Richards with confidence. We need a window AC unit for our son, and he guided us to make the correct decision. PC Richards is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee, and we are lucky to have found him again in his new location in a much-deserved position of manager.

I recently purchased an item from PC Richard & Son in Jersey City on Route 440. I usually make purchases from there because of the great customer service. The Manager, Hany, is excellent and knows the products well. He is always a great help. Would definitely purchase from this store again, and recommend all my family and friends.

I'm a 60 yr old male with breathing difficulties. On 6/1/16 I purchased online a10000 BTU Danby Portable A/C that suddenly stopped working 27 days later. With one call to my closest store, a gentleman identified on the receipt as "** Gregory" was able to swap the non-functioning unit for a 12000 BTU Frigidaire Model with a higher rating and included next day delivery at no additional charge!!! God Bless him and his co-workers. No run around and great, friendly, supportive customer service. Kudos!

I recently worked with Mark ** in the Bellmore store, and my experience was top-notch. First off, the new store is beautiful. The only thing better than the new store was my interaction with Mark **. It felt more like talking to a friend than a salesman. He found me the right mattress at the right price. I couldn't speak any higher of Mark. I have referred all of my friends to him, and I look forward to working with him in the future for all of my appliances and electronics.

GE fridge purchase - The staff was very helpful at P.C. Richard, patient and they did everything they promised.

One cable for tv not connected. Forgot to attach one cable. Called Comcast - they corrected it. Drivers were very nice.

I went in for a filter for my fridge. Jim helped me get the right one, even making sure I got two to keep us filtered for the next year. I then asked about outdoor speakers. He showed me the options and I bought the 3-play Sonos. Had it going all afternoon and loved it. Jim did an outstanding job in getting me and family the filter we needed and the entertainment we wanted.

I bought 4 ac units and JR the salesman who assisted me was very professional and extremely helpful in assisting me with making my purchase. He was honest about what I needed and I was not pressured at any point to spend more than what I needed to. I felt completely secure with my purchase and he arranged to have the installation occur within 3 days of the purchase. I would highly recommend JR and the store located on Sunrise Highway in Bay Shore.

Samsung 55" Smart TV delivered & Installed. Sales process was painless and service and price were excellent. During installation we had a few questions and called the store and spoke to Jack who was over & above the expected service level. His help alone will make us P.C. Richard customers. Thank you.

SOLD A DEFECTIVE AIR CONDITIONER ( A LEMON). Purchase date was April 22, 2015. Used for 90 days. The following June 2016, the unit did not work. Spoke to the manager Mike at the store in Lake Grove, explaining unit was not working. We brought all the paperwork expecting a replacement for the defective unit. We explained to Mike, "Does it sound reasonable to pay $600.00 for this unit that ran for only 90 days?" Obviously, the unit was defective! Mike was deliberate and belligerent and refused do anything for me. After being a customer for over 20 years and purchasing appliances, computers, air conditions, TVs for 3 homes, I expected more consideration and an exchange of the unit. It appears the PC Richard slogan (The company you can trust since 1909) does not apply to this situation.

Vincent took a lot of time to explain everything to me. He had a lot of patience. I will look for him when I am looking to buy more items. He is a great salesperson.

I had an appointment today for a technician to repair my washing machine. The appointment was for 7 AM - 11 AM. By 12 noon, no one had showed. My wife called and gave them my phone number and requested I get a call when the technician is on the way. By 1:00, no one had arrived or gotten in touch with me. I called and was told the technician was one hour late. Having errands to do I went out and came back about 2:15. There was a message on my phone that the technician had been there at 2:10 and as no one was there the appointment would have to be rescheduled.

We're extremely happy with the services that Sayid and his staff gave us. This was not the first time that we visited this Queens location. Every time we come to P.C. Richard & Son we get the best customer service representatives, they're very honest and always trying to help you find the best quality for a cheaper price that suits your budget. GOOD JOB GUYS!!! We'll definitely be back soon.

I bought a Samsung Range from the most professional salesperson, Mr. **. He knows his merchandise, he is very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all he really is interested in helping you in your selection. I previously ordered my dishwasher and exhaust fan from him and found it such a pleasure to work with him. The delivery men were very courteous, neat and very strong. They acted in a very professional manner and took all the extra wrapping paper and tape with them. They also mentioned that I should turn the oven on for about 20 minutes before I use it. I am currently in the process of redoing my basement. As expected with any major home improvement I have gone over budget, and have little to nothing left to spend on appliances. I went to P.C. Richard in Bellmore, I needed air conditioners to help control the temperature and humidity down there, the spackle was not drying. I also wanted a TV but knew it wasn't in the budget. Based on the square footage chart I looked up I was going to need two air conditioners to temper the space. I only have 1 window in the basement so the second AC was going to have to be cut into my foundation. As soon as I walked into the store I was approached and asked if I needed help or was just looking, I said just looking and checked out the ACs.

We had to replace our existing SubZero after 26 years! Brian was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. He followed up with me and kept me informed of where things were as far as delivery/measurement windows, which product would fit the best and walking us through all options. This is the fourth appliance we have replaced from PC Richards this year in our home (dishwasher, washer, dryer & refrigerator). The delivery team was extremely professional and worked diligently to make sure the fridge was installed properly and were careful moving such a large appliance in and out of our home. The installation team went the extra mile and took their time to ensure everything was functioning correctly and installed properly with NO room to spare. We are very pleased with PC Richard and their entire team from sales to installation and everything in between. We will definitely be back when we need something else for our home! Thank you!

I can't say enough about the exceptional professional care by Claudio. We have been a PC Richards customer for many years and there is a reason why. Service people like Claudio!!! Claudio resolved a problem quickly and orderly. He returned calls and never avoided more complicated matters. With this kind of professional courtesy, you can feel secure that PC Richards stands behind its reputation for treating customers exceptionally. I believe they value their customers, who, treated so well, we will return for future products. This management must be very smart as well to hire exceptional personnel. We bought a KitchenAid dishwasher in August 2014, which has been serviced 4 times. At present it is not functioning and has been non-functioning for the past three weeks. I was told that P.C. Richard service was awaiting a part. Yesterday, I called and was told that the piece is now in and can be installed. I requested a specific day and time (Monday morning, June 27, between 9 and 12 noon) asking for some preference based on the poor service and inconvenience. I also reminded them that I was unable to take any more time off from work. Yesterday I received a call and was told that I was scheduled for Monday, after 1 pm. When I again explained that I needed morning, I was told that a supervisor would call me back. No one called me back. I have no dishwasher and no delivery time that will work for me.

Made a big purchase yesterday at the PC Richard located in Elmont, NY. I was helped by Mr.Ian ** and Mr. Clarel **. They were very patient, helpful and friendly. They definitely made buying this product an easy process. I definitely recommend this branch to anyone. Don't forget to ask for Ian **.

My experience this morning was one of a professional sales representative Norbert (**). What I particularly liked was that I did not feel pressured. Though attentive, gave me the opportunity to compare and be thoughtful about my purchase. He was cordial and demonstrated good customer service. I had a brief exchange with the manager who was also polite and professional. Both staff members were helpful and made sure I was satisfied as they answered my questions and made recommendations for necessary accessories.

Refrigerator purchase - I had a wonderful experience with Janesa. I was there Friday and came back to deal with her. She has an excellent personality and she really knows about the products. PC Richard & Son store sales and management staffs are the best. What they need to work on are their delivery people. I purchased a Friedrich window AC including delivery and installation. The unit was delivered on 6/16/16, in a PC Richard mini van, and installed by two well-trained and polite employees (Sales contract **). Unfortunately, and not the fault of PC Richard or their installers, the unit's serial number was not recognized and could not be registered nor could the rebate application be filed. PC Richard agreed to replace the AC with a new one so I could register it and receive the rebate. Delivery was scheduled for 6/24/16.

Purchasing appliances for a remodeled kitchen - I was thrilled with the choices available and with the advice and help I received from sales counselor Jignesh, who went out of his way to suggest what would look best and to locate a rebate on the appliances too. Very pleased and would certainly go back to P.C. Richard & Son.

I highly recommend the New Hyde Park, NY store. The manager, Andrew and the salesman, Mohammed were first class. Whatever needed to be done with my order and the delivery, they took care of. I returned to this store after having great experience in the past. Keep up the excellent customer service.

The team at P.C. Richard, Deer Park, are in fact, so great. I travel for over an hour from my home in Manhattan whenever in need of electronics, appliances, and now mattresses! Claudio and the team are patient, knowledgeable, and extremely supportive and work within your budget, which is very helpful and reassuring when you're remodeling a home or upgrading your home theater system. I wholly recommend everyone come from far and wide!

We were extremely pleased with our experience buying a wall air conditioner. All the personnel involved were helpful and very knowledgeable with the product. We weren't sure of the size and they seemed to know what was best for us. I would definitely come back there and recommend them to my friends and family.

PC Richards has an excellent delivery notifications system. They are thorough and precise with their communications. The delivery service employees are courteous and careful when bringing appliances into our home.

The store manager, Greg, was great. He was very professional, understanding and helpful. I've gone to other stores ie Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot and the staff and managers were nowhere near as available. I've been a PC Richard customer for over 40 years and I'm still a satisfied customer.

My family and I have been shopping here for years. Customer service is always top-notch and they always make you feel comfortable as they never pressure you into making a purchase. I like to shop around for the best deal and somehow they always seem to beat their competitors' prices. My family and I will continue to make P.C. Richards, especially the Yonkers store, our first stop when shopping.

I entered store and went to the computers section. A sales rep approached and asked if needed help. I requested time to look around and he told me that when ready just to call back. After about 1/2 hr, decided on a laptop HP and called the sales rep who made the sale efficiently and easy. He made suggestions about my purchase and I followed up on his advice. As it has been my experience at PC Richards, it is a pleasure to make purchases there because of the variety and selection.

I would like to recommend Jerry **, my sales person at PC Richard on 14th Street. He went out of his way to find me a Bosch dishwasher that could fit in my space. He was very helpful in recommending that I get the space measured first by professionals.

I entered the North Haven store and walked to the computer section and waited for a salesman to ask to help me. When one approached, I let him know I needed black and color ink cartridges for my Canon MX340 printer. He told me those cartridges were no longer carried and no longer made because of the age of the printer. I asked him to look for the specific 210 and 211 cartridges anyway. He told me they don't have them. I walked over to the area in which they are locked up and I found them myself. I bought them and left. Too much work on my part to argue the fact that my printer, which I purchased there, did in fact use cartridges P.C. Richard carried. He may have been trying to sell me a new printer. I have 3 MX340 printers which I bought there.

We are in the process of a major kitchen renovation. We have been P.C. Richard customers in the past because of their customer service, product quality, and competitive pricing. Our most recent experience on 5/18/2016 was further proof. The Bayside, NY branch manager (Chris) quickly identified a sales rep (John) to help answer our questions, show the products and process our order. A+++ for professional and efficient customer service. We recently received our appliances and we couldn't be happier. Delivery was flawless, products were received without any damage. I purchase a refrigerator & a gas range. Unfortunately I have some issues. It first started with the delivery. Also after that the range has a manufacture defective which I call up P.C. Richard service. The technician came twice & could not fix it. So I call up the manager Mr. ** who handles the matter very professionally & efficiently. This guy is a supersonic in make all work within a day of resolving this with a time frame that suits my time. I will definitely refer friends & family to P.C. I recently visited the Elmont P.C. Richard & Son store for a Bluetooth Radio purchase. At the door, I was greeted by the manager on duty Clarel who attended to my every need. The specialized representative demonstrated the unit and answered questions regarding competing products and warranties. I usually purchase everything online, but I have to say doing it the old way with P.C. Richard brings back great memories. Great customer service and competitive pricing for what you get. I purchased a Sony stereo that sounds great. He was able to answer a number of questions and recommended the proper equipment for my needs. I will be going back for a new TV and sound bar soon. It's a nice dealing with a reputable company and an experienced salesman. Most of the people I have dealt with at PC Richard's are good, but Clarel is exceptional.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from him today! I had a very positive experience with P.C. Richard specifically salesperson Robert and manager Christian. I was interested in buying a floor model fridge as well as a range hood and a smaller fridge. Not only did they give a great price for everything, but the service was amazing. I asked them if it was possible to hold the floor model fridge in the warehouse for over a month until I am ready to get it delivered and they had no problems doing that. The delivery went smoothly. Overall a very positive experience and would definitely shop there again and recommend this location to others.

Jayne ** and I ordered a TV and air conditioner last week. Air conditioner was delivered & installed as scheduled last Thursday. Flat screen TV was delivered and set up today. The old TV was supposed to be removed with this order, but could not be taken with delivery truck. Upon speaking to Joseph, manager at the store, arrangements were made for another truck to come for the removal. This all happened as scheduled. I am very pleased.

I had a very good experience. Dryer wasn't installed because it would not fit. The service tech handled it all. Made an unpleasant situation pleasant.

I have been purchasing many items from PC Richard since the 1980s. I have replaced at least three full kitchens and purchased many TVs and Mac Products. My most recent previous experience there, trying to replace a dishwasher, was a total disaster and I vowed to never return to your store. Today, I resolved to give PC Richards a second chance and was rewarded with a completely positive, old-school customer service experience. Abid at your Rockville Center store gave professional customer service that is rarely found in any modern store today.

I went into the PC Richard store on Ralph Ave. to purchase a fridge. The salesman Kirby and Manager Marlon worked with me to make sure I make the correct decision. They answered all of my questions and made sure I have all that was needed to accommodate the installation. On day of installation the manager called to ensure there was no problems and that I was happy. After installation, I realized the fridge was not leveled and called the store. The manager set up an appointment and a technician came by to address. I highly recommend this store.

I had purchased a TV 2 years ago at the North Haven, CT store. Every 6 months I was having to have it serviced for the same problem. This last time I was told that they had to replace the TV because parts were no longer available. I went back to the North Haven store and met with Aaron (Store Mgr). He looked to see what he had in stock and what was a GOOD TV. He was knowledgeable about the products. We brought him the old broken set and left with a brand new set at the same time. We only paid a few $$$ more for a more updated set. They had given me credit for the full amount of the original set. The staff at the store was GREAT!!! I will never go anywhere else for any appliances the P.C. Richard sells.

I purchased a TV and vacuum cleaner. P.C. Richard's manager Oscar was professional, accommodating. I received a great deal on my products. I felt as if a "deal" was made with my interests in mind. Not just a sale to make a buck. I will remain a loyal customer to P.C. Richard.

I bought a kitchen appliance package from P.C. Richard (Samsung Ref, GE profile oven, GE profile convection microwave, GE dishwasher), totaling almost $5K. Salesman Hermann is nice and helpful. I did not buy the installation because I am still in the process of renovating the kitchen. To tell you honestly, with an almost $5k purchase, I was expecting a free delivery, but I was charged $85 delivery fee. Upon delivery, the delivery man just dump the appliances in my kitchen. I asked him to screw the refrigerator handles into the refrigerator and he refused. He rudely said that it is not included in the delivery package. Then I asked him if he can remove the microwave and dishwasher from the boxes.

This is the best PC Richard I have been too! Best customer service, always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly!! Top-notch service!!! Will continue to go back!!!

I'm writing this review because of the great customer service I receive from the staff at the Woodside store #61. I've been purchasing products from PC Richard and Son for over 25 years have always had good experiences. I now only deal with the Woodside store because of sales associate Chris **. He is a very personable and courteous man. He always helps me make the correct decision on which product to purchase, will always give me the best possible price, has never steered me in the wrong direction.

P.C. Richard's came and installed/replaced 1 small air conditioner upstairs and 1 large unit downstairs through a brick wall (new installation). The team were great and very accommodating. My only complaint is that they did not bag up their garbage. They left it at the curb inside the air conditioner box. The garbage men did not take it, because it was a lot of loose debris and heavy. So now I have to bag it and break down the boxes.

We purchased ref, stove, oven, microwave, washer and dryer last year. Dennis our salesperson was excellent and professional. Ryan the Sales Manager was exceptional. Came back to get filters for our ref and were treated like family!!

I ordered two A/C units for delivery in early June and arranged to have the superintendent do the installation. My time window was 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. When the delivery truck arrived the guys told me only one of the units had been loaded on at the warehouse and to call the store to settle the matter. The store delivered me the second A/C unit within the hour, so I was not inconvenienced and neither was the super. Well done!

I visited the P.C. Richard on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, NY after a friend suggested they were knowledgeable, courtesy and attentive. Upon my arrival, I met Steve the store manager. His skillset was excellent and he help me choose which washer and dryer were best suited for my needs. Because of his honesty and knowledge, I returned a week later to purchase a large air conditioning unit. I later called him to explained that I would return to pick up a Star Wars PlayStation 4 edition for my son. Knowing that his stock was limited on that PS4 because it's an older version, Steve promptly researched the unit and sent me to another store who had it ready upon my arrival. Because of my experience with Steve, I will return later for my TV.

The salesman (Ernie & Mike **) went above and beyond to help me save money and get all my items delivered on time. I can't thank them enough for all their help. The deliverymen were prompt efficient and installed my washer and dryer exactly where I wanted it. They explained everything and left everything clean and neat.

I went to customer service to ask if it was possible to retrieve my account since I left my card home, they had no clue on how to retrieved my information and end up not buying anything. Loss to them. Will close my account. No need anymore.

Horrible company. Ordered a refrigerator IF they could deliver it next day (Saturday). Was told, "no problem." They confirmed delivery, then next day told me "sorry, the item was dented when we started to put it on the truck." I expressed my skepticism that this really happened and the guy on the phone laughed and didn't deny it. I was then told "Tuesday" (the next business day). They confirmed again, gave me a window for Tuesday, and then, during that window, told me that the unit wouldn't be coming till Wednesday. I told the guy that after 2 delays I was cancelling the order. He asked what I meant by 2 delays. I told him about the original promise to deliver on Saturday. He responded, "I'm the delivery manager. No one could possibly have promised you that day." Nice. I took my business elsewhere.

Recently purchased a new oven/stove and microwave from your Staten Island Richmond Ave location. I was very happy with the treatment I received from the salesman, Eugene. I purchase delivery and set up from Eugene to be delivered between 1 and 5PM on Friday the 21st of May. The delivery men called around 10 AM to say they would be earlier than expected and if that was ok. The delivery arrived around 10:45 and the old appliances were removed, new appliances installed, and shipping materials taken away in about a 1/2 hour. The delivery men were neat, careful and professional, the best I'd ever seen. I was so happy with the whole experience I went back today on Memorial Day and purchased another microwave for my in-laws.

Ivan ** was an enormous help in purchasing an A/C for my apt. We called my building's maintenance manager to find out the dimensions (sleeve in exterior wall), voltage, and if a COI had to be faxed over. Ivan knew the brand that would fit the sleeve, the BTUs needed for the room size, showed me the unit, explained the settings, and how to clean the filter. Ivan scheduled the delivery date to coincide with my building's maintenance availability to inspect the sleeve and remove the cover. He gave me his card in case I had to reschedule for any reason. I would definitely request Ivan to help me again for any future purchases at PC Richard & Son.

My husband and I were looking for a new television for our family room. The salesman at the store was extremely informative and was definitely not pushy. He answered all of our questions and explained the differences between televisions. He differentiated between what was absolute fact and what was his personal opinion. We appreciated his sincerity and respectfulness in giving us space to talk when needed. It was a stress-free buying experience.

The delivery was great. The delivery guys were very nice and removed the old stove and installed the new one in a very short time.

I bought three appliances from PC Richard, and overall was very impressed with the customer service provided by my salesman, Tristan **. He was knowledgeable, gave me a very good price, and was extremely helpful with a delivery misunderstanding (not his fault). An excellent experience.

This was my first purchase. When they sent the install team out to deliver my washer/dryer, they sent the wrong team. Luckily the guys who came felt badly for me and installed anyway for an extra $40. PC Richard & Son did credit my account the $40. After two months the dryer was defective. I stated I wanted it replaced, as it was only 2 months old. I was told I would get a return call the next day. Three days later I called back. They did replace it but charged me $49 for something (I don't know what) to install the new dryer. I don't like that. It wasn't my fault I needed a replacement. I should not be charged anything. I am not sure if I will return here if I need another purchase.

Kelly explained everything about the Sonos speakers. I love them and put one in every room even the bathroom. They are humidity resistant. The Play:1 and sound amazing. The sound bar and sub on my 65" Sony in the living room is like heaven. I love this store.

I brought in my vacuum (Miele) that was not working and Dan ** came right over and started diagnosing the problem. He checked it out and carefully figured out exactly what was causing the problem and found that there was something stuck in vacuum tube, removed it, rechecked it to make sure it was working perfectly. He also wanted to make sure we were using on the proper settings on the vacuum. He was excellent, caring and very professional! I appreciate all he did to help and resolve the problem. I am glad I bought this vacuum at PC Richard because of this positive experience, thanks to Dan **!

Imir was very friendly right from the beginning and patient while listening to my problem. I had previously gone to cartridge world and bought used in, but it didn't work in my printer, so Imir sold me your ink. Found out that printer was shot, saw ad in your flyer and went back and luckily Imir was still there, took the time to explain everything about this new printer the envy 5540, and had me check out other printers, but this one fit all my needs. He was a great guy to deal with, fantastic personality, talked about lots of stuff and I felt like I had known him forever. You're lucky to have a great guy like Imir. He is a real asset to the P.C. Went into P.C. Richard late on Saturday to shop for kitchen appliances and was greeted by sales associate John **. John was energetic and personable and described the features of each model. He helped us work within our budget to get exactly what we wanted without any superfluous features.

My husband and I needed to buy a refrigerator and range. We shopped around a couple of stores and did research online.
