This item (Frigidaire stainless steel gas range/FFGF3047LS) was on sale so I called to see if there was a floor model available since the stock for this item is stored in NJ. Craig introduced me to Lloyd, who received my call. I was satisfied and proceeded to checkout. My delivery is scheduled for Wednesday due to the stock for this item is in NJ although it's advertised tomorrow delivery (Tue). I appreciate how courteous everyone at the store is.

The purchase of this range has been dangerous and a total disaster. The range gets so hot it burnt my girlfriend 2 times. I have pictures of this. The service dept came 5 times. This Friday March 3, 2017 will be the 6th time. I have been without an oven since Sept when I purchased my entire kitchen appliances from them. Whirlpool and P.C. Richard have not as of yet taken care of this. It is such a mass confusion between the salesman I bought the stuff from, P.C. Richard the company, P.C. Richard Service Dept and Whirlpool the company. They all tell me different things.

Our experience at this venue was excellent. Both Matt, the store manager, and his assistant manager, James, were both helpful and accommodating. This is our fifth appliance (gas dryer) we have purchased at this store and have been completely satisfied. We highly recommend this venue to our friends.

Even though this was not a big sale (a microwave), Isaiah gave me as much attention and information as possible and I really appreciate that. He listened patiently and we even spoke on the phone after I got home to make sure I was buying the correct microwave to fit over my stove.

Great service by ** at the 113 Queens Blvd location, he asked the right questions in order to help me determine which flat screen TV and additional equipment meets my needs, provided options and patiently answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with the service at the Watchung Square Mall in NJ especially with Christopher. Everyone is helpful and very friendly and informative. I would shop there again and recommend to my friends. You can find good quality appliances along with TVs.

We recently had a fire in our home and needed to replace some household items. Tito was extremely helpful helping us select two televisions, a mattress, two recliners, telephones and a TV stand. We loved the one-stop shopping and will be back once we move back in our home.

I walked in because a letter on my keyboard came off. The woman behind the desk approached with a smile, and quickly someone was there to fix the problem. No wait, no fuss, and a couple of laughs made for a pleasant experience. I had two kids in tow, and I was quickly and efficiently taken care of!

I have been a pleased P.C. Richard customer for over 45 years. My new washer was less than two years old and needed repair. The service tech, Al, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The part was ordered and the repair was completed.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator at the 86th Street store. I dealt with Robert who was a great salesperson and George the manager. Both men were so easy to work with and understood what I needed. My purchase was made very smoothly.

I recently purchased a 65' flat screen TV and stand. Was impressed with the customer service provided by my salesman Paul **. This young man was very knowledgeable about the products and features and was pleasant to work with while I was in the process of making my decision on which product to buy. He wasn't pushy or rude like other salesmen I encountered in the past. I will definitely buy from P.C. Richard again because of the pleasant experience I had.

I took delivery on a dishwasher and range which was purchased at the Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY Store. There was an error in the delivery in that both appliances were on 2 separate delivery trucks. Truck 3104 delivered and installed the range and drove to the other truck's location and picked up the dishwasher and brought it back and installed it. Louis and his partner were professional and went out of their way to solve the problem. **, the manager of the Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY Store was a great help in coordinating the order and locating the 2nd truck to help fix the problem.

I enjoyed my customer service, it made my time fun and enjoyable. The experience alone would bring me back because I felt the experience to be truthful and honest. My washing machine broke after 5 years. They tried to repair it but it was unable to be fixed. Without hesitation they offered me a replacement at full price. I went to PC Richard in Bellmore NY and worked with Garth who was extremely helpful and had a new washer at my house the next morning. Last week I went to PC Richard's on Queens blvd in Kew Gardens to purchase my first Samsung Tablet. My sales person Kenya was very knowledgeable. He was pleasant and patient in answering all my questions about my purchase. He went the extra mile and installed the Total Defense anti-virus software while I waited. I know he really didn't have to do that, but it was very much appreciated. I'm leaving the review because I believe great service is important and should be acknowledged.

I had a wonderful experience at the P.C. Richards store in Carteret, NJ today, needing to replace my dishwasher. While salespeople serving other customers Joe ** approached me, asked me questions as to why I was replacing my DW and what features I am looking for in a DW now. HE ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ME!! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Joe showed me several dishwashers with the features I had been looking for. He explained the advantages and benefits to each. I did purchase a DW today, thanks to Joe ** who later told me he was the store manager. Thank you Joe and P.C. Richards for treating customers like family!!

Very great experience with PC Richards, especially Hanny, the store manager. He kept up to date with me on the delivery, and even refunded me back money! This is for the particular location located on Francis Lewis Blvd and Northern Blvd. The store is very well organized and I've always been treated like family. A few years ago there was an Associate by the name of Anthony which was amazing, I recently saw him in the Garden City Store. I was recently helped by Sarah at this store and she was equally helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a great all around experience.

I went to PC Richard to purchase the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and I was helped by Gregory; he was very warm and friendly and was so helpful! I appreciated his help with getting all the pieces of my purchase together because he was 100% genuine with me. He went beyond just getting me the laptop I wanted, and helped me feel very confident and excited for my new laptop. My antivirus was set up right in the store by another associate, Danny. When we called about a smell of gas your men were there the next day, changed the valve and everything works great.

I went in looking for a washer and dryer. I had a few minutes to walk around until a salesman approached me so I didn't feel pressured. The guy that helped me was really terrific. He had full knowledge of the appliances and answered all of my questions. No pressure, just very helpful. Come to find out when I asked for his business card that he is the store manager.

I'm usually not one to write reviews, but after what I have dealt with in the past week with other places, I felt this was necessary. The PC Richard in Plainview (South Service Road) changed my mind about these type of stores in general. I know I was taking awhile to finally decide on the right television, but I have to say I didn't feel rushed one bit. The manager, (I think his name was Jonathan), was completely understanding of all my "wants & needs" that come with big purchases. I was very pleased with the service I received here. The staff truly wants to help & care for their customers.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE. 10 STARS!!! I visited 2 PC Richard & Son and a Best Buy before visiting the Nanuet location. I actually had decided to purchase a TV at another location and planned to go back there this week. The only reason I even stopped into the Nanuet store was because the other store isn't open on Sundays and I wanted to look/compare it to another TV before pulling the trigger...

I have gotten all of my appliances at your establishment. The service is unbelievable. Unfortunately the past 12 months have seen us having to replace quite a few of them!!! But we are always treated right at PC! Steven was a gem! Superb.

The purchase I made today was well beyond satisfactory. I found the salespeople friendly and tentative. I was approached and greeted by Key, and then my transaction and sale were managed by Clarel. He gave personal attention to my questions and final purchase. I wish more businesses followed this model. This is why my family and I continue to return to this location. Had a bit of a hiccup on our first day in. We came back and Kyle and Scott took amazing care of my family and I. Got a nice sound system for the house and mattresses for the kids. No pressure experience. Scott listened to our needs and provided me with exactly what I wanted in the price range I expected.

On a Thursday in a snow storm our 13 year old refrigerator and freezer stopped working. By Friday afternoon we had decided we would purchase a new unit and were able to go to the store so we went to PC Richards in Deer Park. Before going we called and inquired about delivery on a clearance model and were told due to the logistics of delivery the earliest we could expect one would be Tuesday.

I bought a refrigerator from P.C. Richard & Son and that gave me the best price. I decided to add on the ice maker after and it was no problem. The manager in the store was very helpful for the purchase. I would use them again.

Knowledgeable staff and fair price... Store Manager Tom ** went above and beyond in helping us to pick and choose equipment we were looking for and could answer all our questions... compared to a disastrous experience at Best Buy... Would come back to P.C. Richard again and would look to Tom for help again.

The new Brooklyn location on Erskine Street has a wide variety from high end to reasonable! The store is large & well taken care of. We had a great salesmen by the name of Mike ** who let us browse the store yet kept us informed about pricing & knowledgeable. He worked with our budget & took phone calls after the order was placed. P.C. Richard & Son at the East 86 St. store, continues to offer the best customer service I have experienced. The manager is personable & efficient. His staff reflects his training. After a bad (rude and dismissive) experience at the Greenvale P.C. Richards, I traveled to the Plainview store, since I knew from the web they had my main item in stock. The salesman, Toufique, and the manager Cliff could not have been more helpful. I told them the sound level on the refrigerator was critical since it would be used in recording studio. They moved it over to an outlet and plugged it in for me. We listened together. I left with the fridge and a 55" 4K TV/monitor as well. They have all my future business at the Plainview P.C. Richards. It's amazing how two dealerships with the same company/stock can provide such a different experience. Go to Plainview. They do it right, right down to the dude who loaded it into my car.

I purchased a washer and dryer from P.C. Richard & Son for over $2000. I was also charged for installation and then upsold into buying installation kit as well. P.C. Richard & Son then tried to collect again during the installation for the installation kit while I was not there. The installers were rude to my wife and would not understand that it was already paid for. They refused to leave after finishing the install. The contact at the main office was unhelpful at first but upon insistence, put my wife on hold to call the store to verify that it was indeed already paid.

My refrigerator stopped working and I was having guests over the next day for dinner. I went to P.C. Richard in Greenvale not knowing what to buy. That's when the manager Dan came over and took great care of me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on an LG french door model and had it delivered the next morning. It looks and works great and Dan and P.C. Richard saved the dinner party. Thank you.

Always satisfied with my experience at the P. C. Richard on Queens. I've been a customer of this P. C. Richard store since I moved to the Forest Hills area. Lately I've been helped by Carlos (**). About a year ago I needed a new refrigerator and Carlos got me the make and model I needed, and had it delivered in record time and at a great price. Just last week I needed a new dishwasher and asked Carlos to help me again. I knew what I wanted and he got it for me again at a great price. Carlos has been always courteous and takes the time to ask questions and get what I've needed, and delivered as quickly as possible. I was also assisted by Roy ** who helped make the process of buying the appliance quick and easy and at a great price. Each time I go to the store I will request their assistance. Great customer service!

Cliff and Mark were of the highest quality in their demeanor knowledge and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend P.C. Richard to my family and friends, because of the dedication of employees like Cliff and Mark. If the rest of your employees are half as good you have an operation to be proud of.

We picked the wrong model air conditioner and when we brought it back Mr ** walked us through the whole exchange process, explaining the exact btu needed, and the different brands available. What a pleasure, took the stress out of trying to figure things out on your own, like most other stores. We will be buying all of our appliances from now on at PC Richard, Riverhead. Thank you!

Buying washer and dryer at Yonkers store # 46. Very satisfied with the service. The sales counselor Alex ** is very professional and helpful. I will recommend this store to my friends. I hope I will be happy with my washer and dryer too. I like the new feature (steam cycle) in the dryer.

Just 2 days ago I purchased my first MacBook Air and ordered a Dyson vacuum with sales rep Alex. I got to the Yonkers store at 8:40pm (20 minutes before closing time). Alex was super helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. He was with me until at least 10 minutes after 9pm and not once did he complain or rush. You ROCK, Alex! The manager on duty was professional and down to earth too.

My service rep was more than helpful. He even offered to come to my house and help me with things. He called right after the install was done to make sure it went well. He was great. He walked me through how to use SONAS and the benefits of their products.

I have been using PC Richard for over 16 years for my home and for an apartment building that I manage. Delivery of 3 Sealy mattresses was prompt and neat. Because of the recent snow fall and rain, the delivery men even took their shoes off which saved carpeting. They also disposed of all the packaging and took the old mattresses.

My recent stop by the location on 86th Street was more than I expected. Chad was the associate who assisted me and my mother. We came in today to price an A/C and was given amazing attention and diligence to help us find the right one. His name is Michael **. After he spent at least 45 minutes with us to find the perfect match for our needs, we asked to see a stove. He enlisted another salesman, Craig **, who is the design consultant, to help us select the stove I've been hoping to find. They were both knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, good-humored and excellent salespeople. We were at the Yonkers store. We have been fortunate to have success each time we have shopped at that store.

Store experience and salesman excellent, fair price, said we should call after 9AM to get delivery and installation time. Received a call at 6:30am, for a 7:00am delivery and installation, extremely inconvenient. Installation did go well in spite of such an inconvenience.

Replacement for Issue with Previous KitchenAid Refrigerator -- Jose ** is a true professional and very understanding of the ongoing issues I had on my previous KitchenAid Order #** and made my replacement quick and easy. Rocky the salesmen is also a friendly personable good salesperson. The issue I have is not with the store is with your Customer Service and repair team. I had 5 service calls on this unit and numerous parts replaced and the issue was not resolved. This went on for over a year and a half.

Kevin as always made purchasing a new refrigerator for one of my apartments very easy. I have made several purchases through PC Richards and I will continue to do so. Thank you again for the great service. This one is a Whirlpool in black.

I would like to commend your Sales Counselor Larry and the Management Staff of your Enfield store on excellent customer service. The short version is that I went to your store to buy a Samsung sound bar as I had recently bought a Samsung television from you. The Samsung and Best Buy websites were offering free rear speakers with the sound bar purchase. Your pricing didn't recognize this manufacturer's deal.

Very good customer services. We get everything that we need in one spot. Even on phone our sales person respond quick. Doesn't matter if she is off or on job. Overall her Customer service is very good. She is perfect sales person we ever dealt with.

Had a Samsung refrigerator for less than a year and ice maker broke 2 times. Repairman came and needed parts. Was told 3-5 days. A week later still no parts. Called and customer service was very rude. Repairman came a 2nd time and asked if we had the parts as he did not. Called customer service again very rude and unhelpful until I talked to Tom at corporate office who got us a new refrigerator. Tom was the only helpful person. Need to re-train your customer service staff.

The store was busy that Sunday, but my husband and I were assisted quickly. The salesman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer our questions. We have happily purchased and received our LG refrigerator, at the best price. Delivery men were wonderful, and pleasant.

I ordered a drone in November for my son as a Christmas present. It was backordered but said they would have it before Christmas. They never got it in for Christmas. I was told I would have it January 18, 2017. That day came and passed no drone. After many phone calls and no results, I went to the PC Richards in Levittown, NY. The manager, Frank, was absolutely amazing. He found one of the drones for me and had it sent to the store immediately. I picked it up that night. He did in one day what no one could do in 3 months! My son's birthday was the next day. So he got the drone just in time. He was so efficient, professional and just a pleasure to deal with. Both the salesman and manager at the Union Square store were very accommodating and helpful; however the delivery caused a lot of problems i.e. they (delivery people) kept calling me and telling me the delivery would be delayed - this happened several times during delivery day; in addition store manager had difficulty locating them while trying to assist me - made me reconsider shopping at PC Richards in future.
