The manager George, was super helpful, in doing his best at getting the headphones and was a very pleasant person to speak to as well. He called another store to see if they had the headphones that I was looking for, which he said he'll have them by tomorrow from the other location. Thanks George!!

I had a excellent experience at PC Richards today. When I entered the store a salesmen approached me and ask me what he can help me with. He showed multiple dust busters and was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me until I made my decision to purchase the item. I have been dealing with PC Richards for years and always had a good experience at the store. I am looking forward to future purchases.

I have never been so satisfied. Raymond was very helpful and patient with both my husband and I. He was courteous and explained all the different dryers and T.V.s so both my husband and I were able to agree on the products we were looking for. I give him an A+ for his customer service! When I decided to purchase a new stove and refrigerator, I went to a few places. No one gave me the service received as well as Cliff from the Nanuet store. From the very beginning he was attentive and aimed to do more than get the sale. He researched to ensure I would get a refrigerator that would fit my space and my needs. It is rare that one meets such a professional and courteous salesperson. I am thrilled to have encountered Cliff and will not hesitate in traveling to Nanuet so that he can assist me in the future.

I went to the PC Richards on Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens, Queens, NYC to purchase a Samsung TV. This was a couple of days after Christmas and so I was expecting to see sales items and had been taking note of one model in particular. I arrived with a friend and was surprised to find only two sales people on the floor. We waited for a sales person for several minutes before asking the Manager, "Roy" for help. He sent a salesperson who showed us the TV set I wanted but it had a "SALE" sign for $199.00. I said that I'd seen this model for $179.00 previously. He said this price was no longer available. It was currently $199.00. I asked if I could get the lower price. He said no and proceeded to walk away.

The above salesperson was marvelous. He was patient with me, assisted me with staying within my budget, and was very knowledgeable about the products. This gentleman was kind and went the extra mile. When it came to my delivery he was very astute and still on top of his game. P.C. Richards I believe you have a gem working for you and now every time I go into the Gateway mall store I will be looking for Kirby to assist me.

Great store in New Hyde Park long Island... Go there today for exceptional service and products. Their prices are unbeatable and management teams are always there to help. I only try to visit this store when I'm in the area. You definitely won't regret it.

I had a very bad experience with PC Richard store in Carle Place, NY especially with the store general manager Chris ** who acted like a child and decided to walk away from me instead of helping resolve my issue. Best part of it all is that in the middle of us going back and forth he decided to bring my sleeping in a carriage 1 year old into the conversation, he implied that I was setting a wonderful example for my child. That's no way of talking to a customer, and involving a child in it is unacceptable... I will never buy anything else from PC Richard as I am really upset and I believe a customer should never be treated The way that I was.

I Highly recommend SHOPPING AT PC Richard. They have great customer service. Tom the manager there was great. He honored a extended warranty that AppleCare wouldn't. He made the interaction the best I've ever experienced. Great customer service and as painless as possible. I been shopping there for years and highly recommend others do too.

We had a great experience with a rep in the Jersey City location which the rep Mark ** sold us with everything but then after the delivery and installation, we were not promised the right product that was on display and then the installation cost more than we expected which the installers did not have the right parts that we were shown at the store. When we called this rep, he yelled back on the phone and stated that he doesn't want to help us anymore and to speak to a manager at the store. Then I go to the store and the manager who signed off the day we purchased the products didn't remember anything. Worst experience and a waste of time.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great service across the board. Delivery process was streamline and personnel were absolute professionals!!! There is a reason PC Richard & Son have been in business as long as they have. The very best in the business.

I recently bought a receiver from Alex **. He was an excellent sales person. Courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. An excellent shopping experience. I will definitely come back and look for Alex when I next need electronics. His service was also very speedy.

My experience at the Atlantic Ave store working with Neil, manager, was a very good experience. I purchased here because of reviews on PC website saying how accommodating and good the service was at this store, specifically, Neil. He not only matched a competitor's prices on for my fridge, built in microwave and range, but even gave me a slightly price than the Chelsea store.

The service and honest sales is at its best in Carteret. I shop in that store and purchase with confidence. I have been going there since they opened. The sales and management team will help find exactly what you are looking for. They will not steer you wrong.

Our fridge was delivered with a shattered glass shelf. We underestimated the amount of glass, we decided to keep the fridge and the manager drove out to our house with a replacement shelf, after seeing the damage and glass everywhere they quickly arranged for delivery of a brand new fridge. Everyone was great to deal with. Thank you PC Richards! We will be back.

Go see Claudio & Todd in Patchogue, they're amazing! So helpful & give the greatest deal!!! We bought a stove and dishwasher for our mom for Christmas and they were so helpful, arranged for delivery and haul away of old appliances. Great people and great prices.

I recently went shopping for a Christmas gift for my 5 year old son. He wanted a tablet. Brian was extremely professional and went above and beyond to locate the item from a store in Southampton and help facilitate having it delivered to the Bay Shore store. He represented the very best qualities in service and customer care. His professionalism allowed my family to have a great shopping experience and my son to get the gift he wanted for Christmas. It truly was a pleasure meeting him.

Sales person, E, was willing to spend the entire time I was there with me, 2 hrs. I was pleased with the entire experience. He was never pushy, like some sale people at other stores besides PC Richard. I would ship there again for electronics.

Your company is horrible. I requested a left handed door for my refrigerator. They assured me it was simple. The first time the guy stripped the bracket while trying to switch the door. He then wanted to use my old bracket to fix it. I told him no! I bought a new one not a new one with an old part. That took 4 days. Then 2 days later it happened again. This time they were in such a rush. They couldn't line up the door correctly! So by the 3rd time my wife was so upset being it was a week before Christmas. We accepted the door on the other side since we didn't want another screw-up and have to wait again. I told them after the first time why not put the door on the other side before they delivered it? They told me the warehouse won't do it! What the hell is wrong with your company?

My salesman was Dino. He has a great personality, is easy-going, has a sense of humor, and is very knowledgeable. He was very patient w/ me while explaining the pros and cons of the various tvs I was looking at. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a certain one. He made the chore of buying televisions learning as well as a pleasurable experience. I was very pleased when I left the store and I felt confident w/ my choices.

Purchased a Beko refrigerator after our salesman, Gregory, recommended it. Great product and best of all Gregory was an excellent salesman. Gave us all the pros and cons. Will definitely see him again for our next purchase. If you are in the College Point Store, Gregory is the man to talk to.

Had a Viper remote start installed, very please with installation, works great. I would recommend the Viper and buying it from PCR. They know what they're doing. Jose the installer took his time and went over in detail the operation. Well done PC Richard.

I just bought a Samsung microwave in the Hauppauge store. My sales person was Marcos. He was very knowledgeable and good customer service. Never had a problem in that branch so I will definitely come back to purchase more electronics.

Rob, the salesperson at the store, made the process smooth and easy. He took extra time to call and arrange delivery for both items on the same day. He gave me a few tips which made the transition much easier. The delivery was on time, the men were professional and had the 2 old appliances removed and the new ones installed within 45 minutes. This was yesterday so too soon to comment on the appliances themselves but so far so good.

I ordered a stove on 11/28/2016. The delivery date was Saturday 12/10/2016, the stove was not delivery. I went back to P.C. Richard & Son. I was told sorry. The next delivery date was Sunday 12/11/2016, the stove was not delivery. I went back to P.C. Richard & Son again I was told sorry. The third delivery date was 12/17/2016. The stove was delivery. Very poor service, three visits to P.C. Richard & Son to get the stove. Next time I'm going to Home Depot for my appliances.

Appliance deliver is not the same. Size, height, width, and depth smaller than original order. Image from packing box is attached. Also physical measurement is also coincide with smaller print on box. My service contract is now void which should be until 2023. Must carry on.

I went to this store when I was able to buy a laptop and TV plus a fridge. Both my laptop and TV broke after a year both my error but thank G-D for insurance. They fixed the laptop and could not find a piece for the Samsung I bought. So I went in and they were out of Samsung TV so I got a Sharp. It was larger and Sharp is great. I miss the Samsung but I can deal with it. I shop there because I trust these guys and insurance helps. I encourage people not to think otherwise. I was brought up that extra insurance was a rip-off but to be fair TVs don't last like the old bulky one's and you can't leave on 24 hours or drop them. I remember dropping my old TV down a flight of stairs and it still worked. Always a trade off when you change up, and take of it and it'll pay off. Get insurance and I believe you have a week or two window if you can't afford the extra insurance on the spot but don't wait too long.

My husband and I were very lucky to meet Pedro ** at PC Richard in College Point. He helped us pick out our kitchen appliances (ref, stove, dishwasher & microwave). He was very knowledge about all the products and made some excellent recommendations to us. His follow through and professionalism was superb. I just want to say how professional and helpful D'andre and Lucas were in helping me buy a new television. They are both amazing assets to your wonderful organization. I have a disabled husband home who suffered a brain stem stroke and is paralyzed, bowel and bladder incontinent, and suffers from aphasia. TV is the only thing that keeps him alive and happy and the only thing we can now do together. I had financed a 65" 4k Sony tv 3 years ago before I lost my job and the damn tv just went on us. I have been so depressed and defeated, trying to do something to keep my husband happy and it backfired.

Bought the Ring Earlier this year from PC Richard in Elmont NY location. Julian helped us as he always does. Julian was very knowledgable about the ring doorbell/security device. He even explained how to install it. All of our experiences at PC RICHARD are good ones because of Julian and the staff that he has had help us in the past. I always send friends and family to see Julian at the Elmont store in New York.

1st time I've been to that particular P.C. Richard. Dan ** was very nice and helped me out right away. Was surprised to know that that store was open. Wasn't sure cause the back of the store is facing the road. He also informed me that they sold beds which is surprising. I will have my son check that out as well.

The prices are reasonable and what is special is that they give you free interest for 9 months or a year on your birthday month! He went over and beyond to assist my husband and I with purchasing a new refrigerator. The size of space available was very difficult to find the measurements that I needed. Brought my HP Printer in to try to resolve a printing problem. The young man who helped me was patient... and spent nearly an hour trying to figure out the problem with my printer. When he and the manager had come to the conclusion that there was a broken print mechanism causing the issue, he suddenly looked at the no. inside the printer which referenced the necessary cartridges and found that the new cartridge was the wrong no!! He saved me a lot of money... instead of having to buy a new printer, I just had to replace the cartridge that I had inserted. He was thorough, patient, and had a wonderful attitude, and even smiled at my bad jokes!!! He deserves a raise or a promotion, or both!!!

Manager Mike ** sent a technician to fix our refrigerator and freezer which was leaking water in the house. Mike had the fridge and freezer repaired immediately. We always go to PC Richards because we trust Mike **. We have been regular customers for over 25 years now.

I was so very happy with Jayson ** at the Brick store. He pointed me in the right direction from the start of our visit and he even explained how they sold mattresses and grills and patio furniture and that when I was ready I can come back and make my purchase. I hear so many horror stories about how poor the service and response is from most companies. P.C. Richard & Son is definitely the exception! I have had some issues with my GE monogram refrigerator and the response and service is exceptional! I highly recommend to everyone that this is a company you can fully trust. I would never go anywhere else. I am just sorry that I have to buy appliances for my home in Florida and there is no P.C. Richard & Son to depend on!!

Tito had helped me with my major purchased for my kitchen and laundry. I was lost when I came in with what to buy and which brand. Tito was very supportive and patient with me and explained what to buy and which brand as well as why. I had purchased refrigerator, microwave, laundry machines, stove and dishwasher. This was a major purchased for me and wanted to do this right and one. My experience with Tito was excellent and recommend him to others as well. Thank you for your great service!

I had my dishwasher installed a week ago. The installer, William, did an excellent job with the installation. The next morning I realized the floor in front of the dishwasher was squeaking. I spoke with Kevin, the manager at the Norwalk store, and explained my problem. He arranged for the installer to return today and fix the floor. HE DID. NO MORE SQUEAKING!

Craig is always very helpful. I am a contractor and buy many appliances from PC Richards and Craig is an excellent salesman. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He always helps with delivery times and dates. He also helps when I have any issues. If he cannot answer technical questions he provides me with the right contacts for the problem. All in all, I rarely go anywhere else.

Due to Richie's level of professionalism, not only I was able to address an issue that for an extended period of time remained unsolved, but I purchased additional items from PC Richard & Son. He is a great store manager. Prior to meeting him, I was determined to not have any further business with PC Richard, but he reversed my decision with demeanor, professional attitude and a humble approach. My husband went into P.C. Richard in Brooklyn to find a new washer and dryer; picked out the ones we want and wrote down the model numbers. Afterward that day I made a call over to them to make my purchase over the phone and dealt with Greg. Greg is a great employee... he helped me tremendously with purchasing a new washer and dryer, very patient and helpful, guided me through what I was purchasing and broke down all the details. I will absolutely purchase more things from this P.C. Richard's and deal with him for any of my home needs.

Great customer service. Sales counselor ** David helped me with every single thing that I need. He made sure everything was right and he made sure I got whatever I needed with no problem. He is a great sales manager. He also helps promote the company to a higher level, so people will keep coming back for more things. That's why I will continue to come back for more service.

My refrigerator died and I went to P.C. Richard for a replacement. I had something in mind but the sales associate Dave spend time with me to make sure I was getting what I really needed. He spent time with me to get the financing right, helping me make calls etc. Very professional. Scott went above and beyond helping me sort out the banking mess as my P.C. Richard card would not authorize the balance of the charge even though it was paid in full and had a credit for 1,000.00. My card is on hold for 10 days because I paid it???? Not a good business practice when you are buying something expensive. Scott was understanding and helped me resolve all issues (not I didn't use the P.C. Richard's card.) The store staff is exceptional.

I was in the West Carteret, NJ store today looking at portable washing machines and the service I received was exceptional! I was greeted with a smile when I walked in and about 5 minutes of looking around I was asked by Robbie if I needed help. He was very personable and courteous and wasn't pushy by any means. He was able to answer all of my questions and that actually was the deciding factor in me purchasing last night... I went into the store with only the intent to look around! Kudos to him for securing the sale!

Great customer service. Store manager very friendly, very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was looking for and lead me right to it. He explained the differences between the speakers which really helped with my final decision. He even wrote the sale right there. In and out no hassle.

I dealt with Julio (** on my invoice). He was fantastic, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't push me into something I didn't want. I ended up buying two TV's (One as a Christmas gift for my parents). I will definitely shop PCRichards again, and I will go see Julio when I do.

I will never, ever shop at P.C. Richard & Son again as I cannot recall the last time I have been so thoroughly disgusted. If I was not in need of these appliances, I would have cancelled the order in its entirety. I was mislead, my time was taken for granted, P.C. Richard & Son's misrepresented themselves and when I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction, I was given platitudes. I purchased a washer/dryer that was scheduled for delivery 2 days later. I discussed my need for delivery early in the day because of a work schedule and subsequent appointment that I had later in the day. I was assured by my salesperson that it would be delivered before 1 PM. At no point, when I expressed that I needed it to be early in the day did the salesperson indicate that there was a possibility that that might not occur. The night before delivery I was told that my delivery was scheduled between the hours of 2 PM and 6 PM.

Me and a co-worker came to P.C. Richard & Son today to each possibly buy a new TV. I have been there before, but my co-worker never was. We had the pleasure of being helped by Joe **. We told Joe exactly what we were looking for. He was great, helped us out, and we both walked out with 65" Samsung 8000 series TVs. I would definitely recommend dealing with Joe, and will be passing his name on to anyone I know interested in purchasing new electronics.

I had a remarkable experience at P.C. Richard's in Manchester yesterday. Mark ** was the sales representative and he was so knowledgeable, patient and left no stone unturned to make sure I chose just the right appliances for my kitchen do-over: fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. He was very professional and easy to talk to and I would recommend him without hesitation to my friends looking for help as well. What a gracious person!

I had a terrible experience with PC Richard. Let me say-my family has used PC Richard for 15(+) years. So as a new homeowner we decided to go with PC Richard. We ordered a Samsung Washer & Dryer for our new house. We noticed that the washer was acting up. We made a service call and the person came and said to get a replacement because it could not be fixed. I contact customer service for a follow up as we needed to use our washer (we got tired of going to our parents/dry cleaners - I mean that is why we GOT a washer in the first place) and the woman was terrible. Unhelpful, rude and gave me an attitude. I call back a few days later, they said they would call me back - never did. I notice (WITHOUT ANY PHONE CALL) that our washer was being recalled.

My experience with placing a last minute order with pc richard was most rewarding. Their customer service rep nancy bent over backwards for me & my family to have a very happy thanksgiving!!! Without her help in placing the order, ensuring its arrival and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

I have the most satisfying experience at PC Richard in Carteret, NJ. I received the utmost friendly service and willingness to please my needs as a customer. Bobby, the general manager was very understanding and accommodating. Bobby made everything possible so I can get the replacement to my refrigerator, and that I get it delivered in a timely matter. I went to the store yesterday and I got the refrigerator that I wanted delivered today. Bobby was so nice that he even shared his black olives with me, lol. I just purchased a range and refrigerator at PC Richards in Manalapan, NJ. My salesman Bryan ** was a pleasure to work with. My initial meeting with Bryan was just to look, research and price. Bryan was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and humorous. After hearing why I had the need for a new range (fire), Bryan suggested and made the calls for me to my gas company. His concern that I may have a gas leak was genuine. I met with Bryan and his manager Ryan with competitive pricing. They beat the pricing and were able to offer me rebates as well. I had great service and the guys there helped me out so well. I called black friday night to get a tv on sale and the store manager named Curtis picked up and helped me out very well. I went to pick it up and saw you had a bigger tv and it was in a couple of dollars more and your salesperson named Henry was very helpful. I got a bigger better tv from him and he was fast and nice. I have been going to PC Richard for approximately 8 years and I have to say in my experience I have had nothing but great experiences and excellent customer service. I have had several sales people throughout the years in which all were nice but Manager Mike ** is not only a pleasure to talk to but cares about his customers and providing them with great customer service. I have recommended the store to many of my friends and family throughout the years and they also continue to shop at PC Richard not only because the prices are good but mostly because of the service received by Mr. ** and his staff.

Great sales help. We were waiting to be helped and a gentleman, I believe he was the Manager, came over and started the initial sales help while the other associate finished up with a customer. I was very impressed since I am in Customer Service field. I really appreciated the Manager recognizing us. The sales representative Gary was awesome and very knowledgeable.

I ordered a tv and when I received it it had a defective screen. I ordered the same tv and when I got it it had the same kind of defect. The screen showed thin colored lines and black and white screen. Looked like internal damage to tv. This happened two times and it could have been ups damaging the tv but there was no visible damage and nothing loose in the tv.

I dealt with the store on 23rd St. in Manhattan. The salesman, Silvio was informed and communicative. He was helpful all the way through the transaction. It all went rather smoothly, and again Silvio was outstanding throughout and I would purchase from PC Richard again. They made it easy, and I can tell you I am in the middle of a renovation and I wish it was all as smooth as this. Thanks, and I will buy there again.

Me and my husband went into PC Richard to purchase a T.V. The sales person Charles helped tremendously with his knowledge of Televisions. He was great at explains the different TVs and helped us narrow down what tv to choose. He also explained the store's policy on return, etc. I would really recommend his sales expertise to anyone I know!

Needed a new stove, went to P.C. Richard Fri 11/18, employee pricing time and ordered stove. Hoped to get it within a week but sales person Keith made a call and delivery was made on Sun 11/20. The driver (forgot his name) and installer, Mike did a great job, very professional and efficient. Mike noticed that the pipes from wall and cut off needed replacement. I thought after all this I need a plumber but Mike said he could replace everything and for a small fee it was done. Mike was very professional and I felt very relieved and confident everything was done. Thanks again.

I purchased around 25K in all sorts of different appliances, tvs, etc items for a new house. Craig could not have been more helpful. I had a lot of issues with times due to delays etc but he kept rolling along with it. We also had some additions and returned items and there was never an issue. Lastly I felt that I got great recommendations from Craig. He never tried to SELL me items, just help with my needs. I can't see myself making another purchase without Craig's help.

Microwave - Craig was very helpful in locating the best deal for our microwave. He showed us what was in stock and identified the perfect microwave for us. He was approachable and very friendly and I look forward to doing business with him again.

Every time I go into the P.C. Richard & Son in Bay Shore, I have an amazing experience. Last night was much of the same!!!! My original salesperson no longer works there but when I called him he made sure to point me in the right direction to the guys that would best take care of me. Purchased an Electrolux Washer/Dryer combo. First my salesman, Jeffrey ** and the manager were absolutely wonderful, answered my myriad of questions (I had done a lot of homework before going to the store). They were extremely knowledgeable, anticipating all my concerns and calming any concerns I had. I am a very short woman so I was concerned with how high the dryer would be, after much measuring, the two of them just lifted the dryer and put it on the washer to let me get a feel for how it would be in my home! I was truly amazed at the customer service.

I am so thrilled with my experience at PCR today. The Bay Shore location had a wonderful variety of microwaves that I had not seen at other locations. My salesperson Brian was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions and was able to point out wonderful features that I wasn't aware of regarding the LG washer and dryer set I ended up purchasing. I definitely plan to come back to the Bay Shore location when I need to get additional appliances.

Our sales counselor was most helpful, answering all our questions as well as providing information on each item. The delivery program worked as advertised. Got a phone call on delivery day 30 minutes before the truck arrived. The crew was courteous as well as outstanding, putting the appliances where we requested as well as removing cardboard packaging. The overall experience was what we have to come to expect when dealing with P.C. Richard.

We were very pleased with the manager, Brian, who helped us in the Bay Shore store. He was very patient with all our questions and went above and beyond to help us get the right dishwasher for the space we had. The installers were also very good and although they had trouble getting the very old one out, we are pleased with the work they did and that they were conscious of our floors and cabinets. We will not hesitate to go back there for our next appliance. Thank you.

Five stars isn't enough to describe my experience. I went in the store because I heard they were matching black Friday prices already. I went to the television section and was looking at a Samsung 50 inch 4k I wanted and saw was going to be 399.00 at Target black Friday. Gregory ** asked if I needed help. He explained the price match sale in detail and checked the Target website and the store stock with me. After discovering that it was a door buster and I'd have to be at the store midnight Friday I asked Gregory to show me more in my budget, every question I had was answered well and I made a decision on an lg 4k 55 inch and was thrilled with how informative, caring and patient Gregory was with me. Will only return to that store and see him for my electronic needs! The whole staff was excellent as well. The manager spoke with me at one point and was a gentleman as well as knowledgeable.

The managers at the Flatbush Avenue PC Richard were very helpful in assisting me with a purchase. I will definitely be doing all my purchasing needs at that store. It was a pleasure doing business with the managers and employees at that store.

I want to let you know that my experience with purchasing my new appliances was an excellent one. I was in need of a Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Above Range Microwave. Cirilo was very informative at explaining to me about the quality and functionality of all the product and all the services pertaining to the products I purchased. He made me feel comfortable and confident of what choices I had made. I have used Cirilo recently to purchase a washer and dryer as well and other items in the past. This purchase was one of a larger proportion. I walked away satisfied with PC Richard and Son once again due to the professional sales service from Cirilo.

Purchased LG 55" tv and a Maytag dishwasher today. Salesman Keith ** assisted us. Very efficient and he knows the products you sell. We worked with Keith in the past and never had any problems. Will advise friends to look for Keith when they need anything from this store.

Install new stove and microwave - Salesperson and installers were excellent to work with & very helpful. The only problem had to do with the deliverers, in that the first one to arrive had almost no English whatsoever! However, his partner spoke both Kurdistan and English (whew!).

On Aug 20, 2016 my daughter & I purchased a replacement refrigerator for her garage. On Sept 3 a tech was sent to her home for non cooling issues. I called & spoke with the salesman on Sept 7 who advised a kit (as the tech had advised) was not necessary for this refrigerator as it was made for being used in garages. On Nov 4th I spoke with the salesman again who put me in touch with Matt a manager. And on Nov 5th another tech came to check the refrigerator. On Nov 7th Matt said the refrigerator was a "lemon" with a "no cool" issue (2x's since purchase) and he would be looking into replacing the appliance.

I ordered a television online to be picked up at the Flatbush Ave. store. A salesman, Lon, greeted me, and helped get my television. He also encouraged me to shop at the store, rather than simply order online, saying that he would be able to guide me to possibly better choices. I was very impressed with Lon's reasoning. He was extremely pleasant and unpressuring. I needed to purchase a refrigerator, and had intended to check one out at the store. He was extremely helpful, and guided me to a Whirlpool refrigerator, with freezer on the bottom. Sold! I also purchased the P.C. Richard extended warranty and applied for a P.C. Richard credit card, with no interest for the first year.

Julio was wonderful salesperson. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will use him too in future purchases. We bought a TV and soundbar and will go back for speakers. We also found the whole staff very supportive of him.

My bedroom TV died and I could not sleep without it. Did some online reading and shopping to narrow down where to go to replace it. I made some phone calls to make sure removal of old TV could be taken care of. When I called PC Richard, Carlos there was so very helpful. He answered all of my inquiries, and within a short time had sold me the perfect TV for my room, and promised to bring it over within a couple of hours, install it, and take the old one. And he did. I felt like I had won the lottery. Getting a TV over the phone, fully delivered and installed within a couple of hours. Way to go Carlos at PC Richard in Danbury!!!

I went to Best Buy looking to purchase a specific washing machine. Sales people were incompetent, knew nothing about product and were not helpful at all. I decided to go to a PC Richard in Elwood NY. I was greeted at door by nice guy Hoss. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and knew everything about the different options and manufacturers. His manager Mike ** came over and he was just as nice as Hoss. I found the store I will shop at for all my future needs.
