Excellent experience. Salesperson Bill ** went the extra mile to locate the exact GE refrigerator we needed even after the item had become discontinued and patiently held on to it as we awaited completion of our new home. He communicated regularly with us throughout the whole process. Delivery and installation was completed on time and in a manner that was professional and courteous. Great communication there also.

We have been customers of PC Richard for many years. We do not buy from any other company. We have continued through the years working with the store manager Steve and Holly the sales representative. These two people have always treated us as family and have always gone above and beyond what anyone could or would expect. They really go all out to make sure you're purchasing the correct item and you are getting the best price. They just make the purchasing experience so easy and wonderful. There is nothing that they would not do for a customer.
We recently moved and Steve and Holly are working with us to replace all of the appliances. We recently purchased a stove and we have a refrigerator on the way. We have several other items to purchase and we know we are in very good hands. Everything goes right with every order from purchase to delivery. We are so pleased to be customers and we are looking forward to many more years of great customer service.

Recently, our 25-year-old Thermador wall oven failed. We were very concerned because it was built into cabinetry we did not want to modify. We contacted Robert at the Newington CT store and he immediately got the ball rolling. Their expert installer came to take measurements, and, at our request, removed the old unit entirely so we could make sure there would be no surprises. We selected a Frigidaire Gallery model he determined would fit perfectly. The website said "Special Order Item - Allow 2-3 Weeks For Delivery," but two days later it was installed and working! We are very, very satisfied customers and we will turn to P.C. Richard for all our future appliance needs. Thanks, guys!

This is the fifth appliance we have bought from P.C. Richard. I always shop the circular first then look at the website. The PCR website has detailed information from the manufacturers about the appliances being considered. In the store, I get to see and touch the appliances to confirm my selection. Paperwork for purchase, delivery, and installation was quick and easy. PCR made sure we got every available rebate. I was thrilled to have my new appliance in my home the very next day! "Quick and easy", may be overused words in today's fast paced society. However, they honestly describe the experience of this very happy, satisfied customer!

I came to P.C. Richards last Saturday on April 16 to look at wash machines. I looked around for a few minutes on my own to see what brands of machines they had. I have bought only Whirlpools in the past 25 years that I have shopped at your store and wanted to get a similar one as my last one. However I needed very specific measurements, so I was unable to purchase a Whirlpool. Igor saw that I needed help and came over to inquire what I was looking for. Thank God, he was so caring and I told him I needed a wash machine but it had to be within the measurements that I had, which were very small. With a smile on his face he showed me a General Electric wash machine that would be perfect for me and my dimensions.
I loved whirlpool because they lasted so long, that it was hard to change, but he assured me that the General Electric was as good if not even better than my Whirlpool. He showed me all the different settings and water temperatures. He made me feel very secure and I picked the General Electric and felt good. I also told him that I had two banisters going downstairs and I knew they would have to be taken down or I knew the wash machine would never fit. So he set me up with the gentleman that does the installing to make sure the wash machine would go down. I managed to take down one banister myself, the other one was too hard to do but when he came over on Tuesday he said I did a good job and whoever was going to come and bring the machine down could put it on the side and it should be good.
Today was the day and two men came not the same men from Tuesday. They were excellent and one took it off the truck and the other took it down. Both of the men were very polite. I used my machine today. I love it... I have also bought a HD TV and a vacuum cleaner and a air conditioner and another TV with a CD player and cassette player. I can't forget I have a Whirlpool refrigerator and a dryer that up to now has lasted 30 years.
I also wanted to mention that when I came in the store I was greeted at the door by a very friendly young man that works there and I called a couple of times and the first young lady was very friendly and answered my questions. And the second young lady I spoke to today had an accent and she was very sweet and asked me to hold on. I tell all my friends to go to P.C. Richards not just for the things that they need in their home, and the quality which is outstanding. Also the way you are treated with a friendly smile and that makes you feel very good.

Gregory ** was very helpful during the purchase of my washer. I wanted a washer with a stainless steel drum. I did not want a ceramic drum, so he showed me all the washers with a stainless steel drum. Gregory is an excellent salesperson.

We purchased a single unit washer & dryer. Our salesman was knowledgeable and fair in pricing our unit. The installers called us 30 minutes before arriving and even came back twice to help us with a water issue we were having, which had nothing to do with the machine. We hadn't intended to stop in, but we happened to pass by. They had the vacuum cleaner I'd been looking at online for ages but never ordered because it was always out of stock. The gentleman that we dealt with was courteous and very helpful. I was expecting someone to try to convince us to buy a much more expensive item, or to insist that we needed more stuff, but not at all. It was actually a pleasant experience. Go figure!

Went to PC Richard's on 20th Ave. in College Point NY to purchase a gas range. After looking over several models there was a Samsung Stainless Steel range on sale for 650.00. A salesman came over, don't remember the name, and asked if he can help. Told him I wanted to purchase the range and I didn't want the extended warranty. He said "No problem". He then explained the extended warranty to me. I said "I am not interested in the extended warranty" for the second time. When we get to the cash register he again told me the advantage of the extended warranty, I told him to have a good day. He profusely apologized. "No No No... I'm sorry" blah blah blah. "Ok Go back to pay." He rings it up. Total... $945.
"WHAT??!!! IT'S A $650 RANGE!!" "Oh... Yeah... There is the tax, then $200 for delivery charge and installation charge." "Well... Shouldn't you of told me in advance?" "Maybe I'm wrong." The manager then came over and said "You can install it on your own if you want. Have a good day gentleman." On the way out Saleslady Janesa ** enters the picture and asked "What happened?" I explained to her what happened. And to be honest with you... The store should really take sales lessons from her!! She understands what customer service is all about.
After she calmed me down, she walked me over to the register and broke everything down. She explained the procedure of disconnecting the range, and have the delivery men haul the old one away. She was confident in what she was saying... She wasn't a "Yes Sir", "Yes Sir", "You're right Sir", "Yes Sir". She did the other 2 failed to do and knew what to say to ONE: Avoid me from leaving the store and TWO: Closing the sale. I have been in Customer Service. I have dealed with sales before. I want to comment on the wonderful shopping experience I had at the P.C. Richard & Son store in College Point, New York. I recently purchased a wall oven from the store and it was a special order. When I revisited the store to finalize the delivery arrangements, Sales Counselor, Shahid **, provided excellent customer service in a polite and friendly manner. Will never purchase another appliance from P.C. Richard & Son. Trying to get my refrigerator repaired since January. Tech. comes without necessary parts, says "I know the problem", leaves. Another tech. returns again without required parts. Lost 2 day work and 2 full Saturdays. My wife is losing another day of work today because I stated how dissatisfied I was after the last visit when supposedly it was finally repaired only for the original problems to return within 2 weeks.
I called and said "Enough is enough. Give me a new refrigerator." I was told they had to come again and make a call to a Samsung tech. center from my house before they could replace it. I thought they were sending qualified techs. all along, guess not! Never again and I'm redoing another kitchen that needs all appliances but I will go elsewhere. Another thing I had managers give me their direct line only to find when I call it's not them at all. What happened to the company you can trust?

I purchased a refrigerator at the nyc 14th Street store. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase and the way store employees assisted with this order. They assisted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. If I may add, the P.C. Richard delivery driver's 147 Adam and G (not sure of spelling) were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. They go the extra mile. My new refrigerator almost did not fit because of a protruding outlet. They calmed me down and went to their truck and got the proper tool and did an electrician job quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled that all went well. I am very happy with this purchase. I decided to buy my LG dual oven range at P.C. Richard after I swore never to buy an appliance at Home Depot again because of a nightmare experience. I did my research and bought the only dual oven range that Consumer Reports recommended. I went in to the store and dealt with Sayani who was just a phenomenal salesperson. I told him which oven I was looking for, he took me right to it and talked in depth about all the features it had. He didn't try to push a more expensive range on me, he was very supportive of the model I chose and definitely was extremely knowledgeable about it. He then arranged to have it delivered by someone they trusted with difficult delivery jobs.
My kitchen entrance was an inch narrower than the oven and it would require some extra work to figure out how to get it in. The man who delivered it was named Fisher. This guy was amazing!! He spent over an hour at my place and went above and beyond to get the oven into my kitchen without taking any other parts off besides the doors. This was not an easy job folks by any stretch of the imagination! Not only did he get it delivered and installed unharmed, he texted me a few days later to make sure everything was working ok with the unit! This is a level of excellence you rarely see these days. I can't say enough good things about these guys and P.C. Richard in general. I will definitely be back.

I just want to express how helpful and courteous was the manager when I told him about my experience with the warranty department of my previous refrigerator that was only two and a half years old. I explained that I had called several times wanting to speak to a supervisor since my refrigerator was out of service for five days. Every time I called they would state that the supervisor was at a meeting. I decided to go where I had purchased my refrigerator and the manager was there. I explained the problem. He send an e-mail at that point. I stated that I wanted a new refrigerator because of the problems I was having.
The manager was so kind he listened and at that point I was getting calm he took care of the problem. Meanwhile the warranty department did not have compassion over my situation. I just want to express that managers and people like him are in the right job caring and helping the way they should. It made a big difference having a person like him taking care of us.

During the last several months several purchases have been made at the P.C. Richard & Son Store in Milford including a printer, humidifier, mattress and boxspring, in cartridges, pillows, etc. and John should be recommended for his professionalism, remarkable customer service skills, follow-up and knowledge of all of the products that were purchased. John handled all transactions and ensured they were delivered timely (for those that required delivery), worked properly and we were satisfied customers. It is unheard of in these days that a Representative provides such detail in explaining differences in products, pros/cons and takes the time to listen to you the customer. It is extremely important that P.C. Richard employs such a dedicated individual who truly provides 100% customer satisfaction and represents the Company in such a positive way. Kudos to John and P.C. Richard should be extremely proud to have John on their team.

TV was purchased as a gift on 12/29/12. Also purchased a extended warranty for 5 years. Approx 2 years the LCD started to go. I had to return it to the store for repair paying a cab service to take me to the location. That was 2/8/16. TV started to turn off and on at will. TV was sold as new and I expected to have at least 4 yrs enjoyment. I have to get it to the store for repair in less than 2 months at my expense which is really unfair. Please help!!

My husband and I can't thank Alex and P.C. Richards enough! Alex was very friendly and kept us posted on when the appliances would be in and when they would be delivered. I could tell Alex wanted us to be happy with our purchase and seemed very caring. When any of my friends or family members need an appliance, I tell them not to waste their time shopping around just go straight to PCR. I recently bought 2 sets of appliances (2 dryers, 2 washers, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 ranges, 2 dishwashers, and a king size mattress and 2 box springs). This is for my own new house with an in-law apartment. The prices can't be beat. The service is A-One. The salesman is great, and the delivery went without a hitch even with a big truck filled up. I would recommend PC Richard's to anyone looking for the best prices and service.

I needed to purchase a TV for my 2-year-old's bedroom. I decided to go to the P.C. Richard & Sons located at Bay Plaza shopping center. I can honestly say that I am glad that I made that choice. I purchased a JennAir gas range model: JGS1450DP0 for my wife. They delivered it tonight and set it up. We check other stores, Sears, Best Buy, but P.C. Richard & Son was the easiest to work with. Kevin the sales rep. is a great person. He took time to show us a few ranges and my wife just could make up her mind. Then Kevin showed her this one, and she liked it (loved it). What I liked about Kevin was I wasn't dressed the best, that's why I think the other two stores didn't spend that much time with us. They took one look and said "this man can't afford this anyway". I was talking with one salesperson and she saw another couple and left me and went to wait on them. Well to make a long story short, Kevin at P.C. Richard & Son made the sales. Oh and I paid the $3,000 plus in cash. So Sears, and Best Buy don't judge your customers by the way they dress. P.C. Richard has our business from now on.

On 3/17/16, tried to activate by following the "to install" instructions, but error message for 25-character Product key invalid keeps coming up, hence, would not install. MS Tech support remote controlled PC to fix & activate, effort failed. I came to the store, met with the Manager on duty. Juan (the only manager on duty around 8:30 pm), explained the situation, as busy as he was, going between one associate to another to approve or verify one order to another, and slow WiFi, because of the number of electronics. He was patient, polite, displayed professionalism and was able to do all necessary to installed the software for me so I won't waste any more time on the issue. I have not found such commendable behavior with many managers in a long time. So, I say thank you Juan.

P.C. Richard and Son is the most reputable company I have ever dealt with. I recently encountered a problem with a refrigerator that I purchased almost 4 years ago. Since I purchased a warranty, they sent a serviceman to try to repair it twice. The refrigerator was working for almost a week then the problem occurred again. I once again contacted the P. C. Richard Service Repair representative Kathleen who was so very helpful, attentive, efficient, and she recognized the urgency and immediately submitted paperwork to authorize a replacement refrigerator. Throughout this entire process, I was in contact with my salesman Richard ** who was also exceptional in assisting me. He advised me about the steps needed to be taken to try to repair the refrigerator and ultimately he recommended refrigerators which would suit my needs. He immediately ordered the new refrigerator that I chose and it arrived very quickly.
The new refrigerator exceeded my expectations. So many other companies would avoid replacing such a costly appliance but P. C. Richard stood by their warranty and expedited the replacement since they realized it was such a hardship to have a malfunctioning refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company and certainly the salesman and service repair representative who went out of their way to assist me. They should both be highly commended for their exemplary customer service.

We renovated our kitchen and purchased all new Frigidaire Stainless Steel appliances at P.C. Richard. We purchased insurance on the range and the refrigerator. Both appliances were serviced 2 years ago and the service was outstanding. This year the same issue arose with the range, the front burner igniter is not working. We called the service center and they gave us an appt. for March 2, with a 4 hour window, from 9-1 pm. They came and said they needed to order a part and they would need to come back once the part came in. That's when all the problems started.
On March 10, 2016 I had an appointment from 9:00. to 11:00. I took the morning off and waited. At 11:06 I called the service center and asked what the status was and I was told that the technician had called my cell at 8:06 a.m. to tell me that the part had in fact not come in. I had my cell phone with me and did not have any missed call nor a message from said technician. I was livid and asked to speak to a supervisor. None was available so I left my number and went to work for the other half of the day.
At 2:00 p.m. I received an automated call that the part was in and I should call to make appointment. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. I had to leave my number again because none was available. I received the part for the range in the mail at home. I finally received a call from Cathy **, on March 14, 2016 who apologized for the entire situation and we scheduled an appointment for March 16, 2016 between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. so that the work could be completed and I could be at work by 9:00 and I would not have to take another day off.
I left my home at 8:55 and the technician never came. I called the service center and asked to speak to Ms. ** and she was not available. I left message and received a call later on from an unidentified female who explained that the technician was running late and could be at my home within 15 minutes, I said that that was unacceptable as I had waited for him this morning and was already at work. We rescheduled appointment for March 18, 2016 between 7:00-8:00 a.m. At 8:30 I received a call from the technician who said he was in Elizabeth but could not find our street on his GPS. My husband spelled out the street name and told him we were not hard to find and asked him if he would be at the house before 9:00 because we needed to be at work. He said "yes" and "we be right there".
At 8:48 I called him and asked him where he was and he said he was on our street. I waited on the phone and he was not on our street. I asked him to give me some street names as to where he was near so I could guide him and he could not name any streets. Totally frustrated at this point I told him to forget about the appointment as he was nowhere near me and that I had to go to work and did not want to be late. I am at the end of my rope and feel totally stressed out. I have missed two half days of work and have been waiting for the technician for 3 mornings at 7:00 a.m. and he has never shown up. I thought that by speaking to a supervisor I would receive the service I have received from P.C. Richard in the past.

I purchased a fairly large sum gift card online as a gift for a bride to be. Due to an unfortunate incident, there will no longer be a wedding. Now I am stuck with this gift card and don't have use for it. According to P.C. Richard's return policy, I was not able to get a refund once the gift card shipped (which it did - but thankfully not received yet). After 10 minutes of working with online support manager Brittany, she asked that she call me back to see if she can go around the system and get me the refund for these cards. I was a bit concerned that she wouldn't be able to help me. After all, I understand policy is policy... but to my luck, Brittany was able to refund my money for the gift cards! I am sooo happy with Brittany's prompt customer service and of course outcome of my problem. On Sunday, March 6th my built-in oven finally went "kaput" after over 15 years of faithful service. Whoa! What to do? I can only say that my buying experience at the P.C. Richard store on central avenue in Yonkers New York was the best shopping experience that I ever had. The salesman Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the appliances. Gave us his undevoted attention for hours and his card with his cell phone number and either answered calls or texts rapidly. When we came in to place the order he wasn't in and another salesman Robert assisted. Craig had sent George and Carlin to do a survey to make sure all the appliances would fit. I then went online to check reviews and changed the refrigerator and freezer.
When we purchased everything the following week Craig made sure our approved credit limit was raised to cover the almost $9000 purchase. The next day he sent people to remove the old microwave so that we could have the electrician set everything up. George and Carlin came again and were very professional. Everything was supposed to come on the following day except for the washer and dryer and when I called Rob he made arrangements for the washer and dryer to also be delivered. I would recommend this store and these 2 representatives to anyone. If all of P.C. Richard sales reps put as much into making customers happy the company will still exist another 100 years from now.

Faulty ice maker called and set up a service call. They said it was jammed, cleaned it out, and would work. Call back next day, still wasn't working. Rescheduled appointment. They showed up without the part stating it would be 3-5 days to order after I took the day off. Called to complain and said I'll just have to wait they don't stock the parts.

January 13, 2016 we received our new Water/Dryer Combo. Since my stroke, I no longer had to wait for an escort to go up and down 2 flights of stairs in my apartment building to wash my clothes. Unfortunately, the unit that was provided to me does not rinse/spin properly leaving the clothes sopping wet. We have on 3 occasions had service techs arrive at the property to troubleshoot the problem. The tech's start the equipment and leave. They then report the machine is working as designed although they have not waited for the machine to finish and evaluate the results. The last time a tech came out I was advised to call the corporate office immediately after the machine stopped. As usual the tech came, started the machine and left. This time he left a phone number to call when the cycle was done and he would return to evaluate.
I called PC Richards around 1 PM to report the tech had not stayed and he was not returning the call. The tech never returned that evening nor did the corporate office return the call. This seems to be SOP since they have done the same on 3 separate occasions and on each, I have been informed the manager would call back and their hours of operation are till 7 pm. I am still waiting for a return call.. Now we are on our 4th tech and 2 months with an unusable machine. I am requesting resolution to our issue. We gladly paid the 1439.00 for the machine in addition to 350 for the service plan. $1960.40 later we just want what we paid for. We are not asking for a refund, something for free..... We simply want what we paid for. Please follow through with the honesty and integrity you claim to be your company's motto.

When we moved to UWS 2 years ago we bought a washer and dryer from Bway location. This past month we purchased a French door Samsung refrigerator, a Samsung range, and a super quiet, Bosch dishwasher. The two Samsung appliances were installed with little problem. The Bosch had to be sent back because it was missing parts. It took a week to get another one delivered! It was delivered and installed by P.C. Richard people. Installation charges are not cheap. It won't run through a cycle. It is dysfunctional. But PCR did not want to send anyone to attempt to fix it. They referred us to the outfit in California (!) that schedules repairs, although we paid handsomely for PCR to install each. Apparently getting them to work is not part of the installation charge.
The repair vendor said it might be able to get here in 10 days!!! But they would get back to us -- NO DATE WAS SET AND THEY HAVE NOT CALLED US BACK. I called PCR service again today and got a run around from PCR people who promised the folks in CA would call. THEY HAVE NOT. This is the second high-end Bosch and PCR couldn't care less that it is not working nor do we have anyone coming to address it. Completely disappointed and disgusted.

Most of my appliances are bought at P.C. Richard & Son for these reasons. The prices are comparable and you can always get a price match. The service is great. Van was very patient and attended to my needs, ensuring that I got the best and most suitable products. He was even patient enough to read through several reviews for each of the three appliances I was interested in. Even though I was not able to get free delivery on the items purchased, what topped it off in comparison to Sears, Lowe's, Home Depot and others was the warranty. I always get a better warranty at P.C. Richard & Son than any other store. Check it out for yourself. You will be pleased.

Rubin ** from the Wayne store went above and beyond his responsibly to make sure the flat screen TV would fit in my car. I am new to the area here but have purchased before at PC Richard's and was confident that I would be satisfied. Rubin saw I was upset that the tv was not fitting in the trunk. He ran back into the store got some rope and secured it. I am home now with my new tv because of him. Thanks for his help and gentle words of confidence that I would be okay and I am! After going to several large stores including Sears, Lowe's and Home Depot the level of knowledge and helpful recommendation from the sales person Billy at P.C. Richard's was key in making a decision and he actually saved us money by pointing out specific sizing that would have made a more expensive product not compatible with restrictions in my kitchen. Honesty and knowledge are what a consumer needs and that's what I received. Excellent service.

Driver ** Called 15 minutes before arriving. That was a good thing because I was at the grocery store and it gave me enough time to get back home. Very pleased with the removal and installation. After 23 years, we needed a new stove. I don't shop around and I never buy online; I always go straight to P.C. Richard & Son. Mo my salesman was excellent and took very good care of me, which is why I kept his card and went back to see him. Bought the stove on a Friday night and if it weren't for other things on my calendar, I could have had it delivered on Tuesday. The two gentlemen who delivered the stove were in and out in twenty minutes. They were both polite, knowledgeable, and fast. They also disposed of my old stove, no extra charge. So far couldn't be happier. Will start using the stove this weekend.

I am very frustrated and sad to write this. I bought a TV from PC Richard which is worth $699. The day I got this, I found this a defective piece. So, immediately called customer care and they agreed to replace it. After this only, the real pain started.. They do ship their product with Pilot freight service which is even horrible in delivery timings. PC Richard took 4 days to create a request to Freight service to pick up my TV. Then Pilot service took 2 days just to schedule for pickup. Then finally, they appeared after 4 days and my TV got picked up. Now it will take them another 14 days to send to PC Richard when I tracked the shipping. And then only PC Richard can able to exchange the TV and god knows how long it will take to reach me. And moreover, now I found out that they do not have stock of the TV I ordered. I am surprised that they knew a week back that they will have to exchange my TV. How could they just go out of stock.
So now I do not have any clue whether I will get the same TV model or not. They are offering me other Brand TV, but I denied. Now They told me that they will look for the same TV model in other stores and let me know. I am super frustrated now. Already spent $700 and sitting at home waiting. It is already been 11 days since I reported the fault in my TV and the current status is the Pilot Freight Service is yet to send the Tv back to PC Richard for exchange.

In sept. 2012 I purchased a set of kitchenaid appliances from PC Richard. I DID not get the extra warranty on the dishwasher. In the last 3.5 years the touchpad had to be replaced 3 times costing me about $360.00 for labor costs. When we went to pc richard in October 2014 they DID nothing for us to get the dishwasher replaced. Now it broke down again (the 4th time) and we cannot get it fixed without having to spend more money in labor costs. This machine is a lemon. Since kitchenaid will not replace it, pc richard should. We have been a constant customer for many, many years. This should mean something to pc richard's executives. Help.

I bought a 55" LG OLED tv prior to Superbowl. Was never informed by the salesman that any tv above 40" is not returnable. I've bought items from P.C. Richard before and never had a problem with a return. If I knew this I would never had bought a tv from them. I could've went to Best Buy and would be able to return the 55" without a problem if I wasn't satisfied with the picture quality. I will never buy anything from P.C. Richard because of this and I will be cancelling the credit card I have with them.

I had appliances delivered to my home on Feb. 5, 2016, totaling over $3000.00. When they brought in the refrigerator they damaged the right side and dented the refrigerator, and damaged my railing on house. I was called at work by the driver and asked if I would accept as is or wanted a new one. Of course I said a new one. They redelivered a new one on Saturday. The delivery person was Spencer and he was great. No problems. Should have more men like him. But the doors were out of line and a service man came back on Sunday at 7 a.m. Could not line the doors. Said someone else had to come back. They will try to line the doors and level on Wednesday, Feb. 10, and also the parts for the water line was missing some parts. Hopefully they will bring that on Wed., Feb. 10. Never had any problems with P.C. Richard & Son till now. Hope this can all be cleared up.

Purchased a new Samsung washing machine today at the Carteret location. Salesman Tim was excellent. Has a lot of knowledge about the washing machines that were available at the store. Also assisted me with purchasing an extended warranty. Would definitely recommend the location to a friend and will be going back for a new dryer soon.

I have been a P.C. Richard customer for several years and have purchased many items from the store. I purchased a warranty for Bose headphones. In 2014, I returned the headphones and used the warranty to get a new set. At the time I did not have the original packaging, but the sales person honored the warranty and offered me another warranty on the new headphones. He did not give me the package. When I went to the store to replace my headphones the manager refused to honor my warranty because I did not have the original package. When I explained that the salesperson did not give me the package, he stated that this was a mistake. As a customer, why should I be penalized for an employee mistake. Will not shop at this store again.

I recently made a big purchase at PC Richard & Son store at 450 Kings Highway in Brooklyn and had the best experience! The salesperson, Arkady **, is a true professional that goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. This was my third large purchase at the same store and from the same salesperson in the last 10 years. The knowledge and expertise that I always receive from Arkady make me return to the store. The LG television that I purchased in December 2015 suddenly stopped working. I went to the Westbury store to request an exchange, and the manager of the rod trona so area was extremely helpful, and understood my concerns. In about twenty minutes the exchange was completed, and I was on my way. I usually go to P.C. Richard & Son for electronics and appliances because of their attention to customer satisfaction, their product knowledge and the variety of brands.

I went into PC Richards just to buy a simple TV for my new apartment and immediately was overwhelmed with all the options there. That is when Ronald came over, he must have saw the confusion on my face. I have never had better customer service than I got from him that day. He was kind and patient with me and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. He even upsold me into getting a better TV than I had originally planned to get. His suggestions really helped me feel comfortable spending a bit more than I had originally planned!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. I placed a web order for a laptop over 2 weeks ago, with no communication about any issues, and no update on the order I started contacting them. They blatantly ignored 3 web inquiries for an update. I then spent 25 minutes on the phone with the most incompetent employee who knew nothing about her job much less customer service. She was making up things to say. In the end, they said they would cancel the order; let's not forget that I was charged the full amount! Since when is it okay to charge the full amount when they had no intention of fulfilling the order? Their integrity is so compromised they can't even keep things straight on their end. After 6 contacts, I am still awaiting a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

In January 2016, I bought a Samsung SUHD TV and the customer service within the Sales and Management Team (led by Tom) - really showed me "this company" cares. A week after my purchase I saw the same TV advertised by the manufacturer for significantly less. Know this: PC Richards "stood by my side" and made sure to rectify the matter. They have a 30 day price guarantee and in my case - went above and beyond my expectations (I'll leave the other boring and painful details out of this review). PC Richards took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience with their company. In an age where "price" is often overshadowed by "quality and care" (the things that really make you happy with a purchase) - they showed me how PC Richards differentiate themselves from the competition. They are Head & Shoulders above their peers. You'd be wise to choose them as a Retailer!
