I would like to praise Mr. ** services for the superb client care skills. He was reliable, consistent, not pushy but provided with useful information for an informed purchase making decision. I ended buying more of what I wanted thanks to his flexibility and accessibility. The date I purchased I met Mr. **, the store manager. It was clear that there is an excellent relation and the manager supports his staff for great service. I would like to congratulate both for making my purchasing experience surprisingly comfortable. I will strongly suggest to potential buyers to go to this store and look for these two servers in particular. First time I bought from PCR and will continue doing through them in the years to come. Thank you.

Riverhead store 14 - I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hank ** and Rick **. I was so pleased with dealing with them today as I purchased kitchen appliances. I was shown everything. All my questions answered. They are so pleasant. Educated with every product. I'm very pleased with my purchases. I will recommend them to my friends.

Surround sound connection - If I can't shop at P.C. Richard & Son for electronics I would be very disappointed. I purchase all televisions etc. there. Everyone is very pleasant and eager to help. I am in love with P.C. Richard & Son. I am a senior citizen and they are patient with me.

For 3-1/2 weeks I did not have a working refrigerator. Although the salespeople (Lucy & Silvio) were very helpful, when it came to returning this expensive new Marvel model, Tom, the manager of Chelsea store "passed the buck" & told me to call the service center where Tom said they would take care of taking away the one that didn't work and replacing it with the new one I picked out. Another week went by. Lyle who promised to "take care of everything" never even called me back. It wasn't until I mentioned I had spoken to a lawyer that something was finally done. No food allowance was ever offered me for all the food I lost or the meals I had to eat out or all the calls I had to make!!! What a disappointment that you don't stand behind the products you sell.

My husband and I were in desperate need of air conditioners for our new home. We visited the closest PC Richard in Hauppauge (store #8). This location is well maintained and the employees very attentive. The manager Alex #** was extremely helpful. He made sure our purchase satisfy our needs at the very best price possible. I would recommend visiting this location and seeking Alex. I look forward to shopping at this location again.

The attendant, Andrew, in the store and the two delivery men were amazing. They were courteous and very well mannered. Did everything in their power to please me! I am more than happy about my entire experience with PC Richard. I will always go back. Thank you. I commend the delivery men and Andrew!

The salesman, Chris **, was very polite and answered all of my questions with professional demeanor and courtesy. He was very patient with me. Would you believe that one of your managers physically got into his car and drove to Wendy's Restaurant on Route 17, Paramus, New Jersey (across from my favorite P.C. Richard & Son store in Paramus, N.J.) to personally resolve a technical issue that prevented activation of my five (5) Wendy's gift cards that I bought from P.C. Richard & Son only minutes earlier?!! This is incredible customer service and outstanding leadership in the field of business and corporate management. I was highly impressed by this act of kindness. I only wish that I could recall the name of this extraordinary P.C. Richard & Son manager. This happened last week in the afternoon. If you find out his name, please thank him from this research scientist (me!) who has brought many of her appliances and home equipment over the past forty years from P.C. Richard & Son in Queens, N.Y. and in New Jersey.

I recently purchased a VCR from Robert ** which he installed on a previously purchased TV from him. His product knowledge and interpersonal skills are exceptional. He is a model sales rep for P.C. Richard & Son.

Frank the sales associate at P.C. Richard & Son was very helpful in placing my order for a next day delivery. The delivery was prompt, the delivery men were swift and efficient bringing the fridge up a flight of stairs. They didn't take the old fridge as expected claiming they didn't have room in the truck and another crew will pick it up. I didn't buy that explanation and asked them to take the fridge down and place it on my porch. I promptly called the store and said they would come and pick up the next day.

We had a fantastic sales representative ** at the P.C. Richard store 136-03 20th Avenue. Very helpful in helping me select an air conditioner. Please go by that location to experience customer service at its best.

Tech was Alex, he was great. Knew exactly what was wrong. He ordered the part and fixed it right away. Great tech, should be more like him.

This is my 4th appliance from P.C. Richard. I have had excellent service from purchases with Dan **, Manager to the deliveries. Today, I received the washer I purchased. Great sales people, great prices, fast delivery. I was very pleased when I visited PC Richards for the first time. The salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He explained the products in detail and did not try to upsell me. They price matched to make sure that I received the lowest price and delivered my washer and dryer in 2 days. The delivery men were very nice and showed me how to use the appliances. I will definitely be returning to PC Richards in the future.

P.C. Richard has a delivery time notification in place but did not work. Scheduled time between 7 and 10:30. No updates from delivery people. By calling I found it was changed to 12:30. At 12:30 I called and found out they will be a few hours later. Lost doctor appointment and day's pay since I am self-employed. Only updates I got... wasn't me calling them. I would NOT use this horrible delivery service that you have to pay for by the way unless you have time to sit around all day.

I purchased a refrigerator and stove at the location E. 86th St. store. Omar ** was the sales representative. He listened well to our description of our needs and guided us to exactly the right products for us. He worked quickly and efficiently and we felt he was respectful of our time. The delivery personnel were prompt and equally efficient, patiently explaining how the appliances work and being careful of our floors and walls. One of the installers accidentally put a 4-bit screwdriver of ours into his toolbox by mistake. That's where Chad ** comes in. Omar and Chad helped us get the item back by persistently reaching out to the distribution location. It seems like a small thing, but that's the kind of service and personal attention that will keep us coming back to P.C. Richard.

My experience couldn't have been better. I had a very knowledgeable salesman (Glen, **). The delivery was made on time by a very efficient team of gentlemen: Dave (**), Phil (**), Joe (**). They are a credit to your business! All this after a miserable experience with Home Depot whose delivery team was rude, left without leaving the paid for refrigerator according to my signed contract. From now on in PC Richards is where I will be shopping!

After four days without a refrigerator, I was stressed to the max. We were greeted by a salesman, Michael, who was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped us find just what I wanted. However, after measuring the area, it wouldn't fit, so it was back to the drawing board. Michael and the manager, Jerry, helped me find another model. There was no high pressure, just a knowledgeable and caring person. He arranged for next day delivery. I can honestly say I will never make an appliance purchase at any other store. I was so impressed with the individual attention, knowledge, and diligence in making sure I was a satisfied customer.

I had recently purchased my refrigerator from a salesmen named Craig. He was very helpful and informative. He helped me find just the right model that would work for my needs. He was patient and very thorough. He knew all about different styles of fridges and was very helpful.

After speaking with the manufacturer who didn't care, multiple service people who couldn't service the unit. She cares in today's world where good customer service has been forgotten!

The experience I had today while shopping for an air conditioner at the College Point, NY branch of PC Richard & Son was truly excellent. Thanks to the professionalism of sales representative Janesa **. Janesa was extremely courteous and friendly. Her knowledge of all the products under consideration was first-rate! Her explanations guided me through the maze of options, and left me totally confident that I had made the right choice for my needs. It was truly a pleasure to work with Janesa **. I can't give 5 stars just because all the trouble I have before I meet Anthony, a Manager from Watchung Store. He was the only one out of almost 5 rep that really want to help me to solve an issue that someone else did. I was trying to buy a window AC. I went the store in Rt 22, "the boat", my experience was just awful. I'll never buy anything from there. The worse Customer service. Then I went to Watchung store, they don't have the unit it in store, so I ordered. When they received it they call me saying is ready for pickup. When I get to the store one rep told they don't have it. WTH, I just received a call saying totally opposed. Instead of help me to find out what was wrong, he tried to sell me another unit.

When Samsung refunded the full purchase value of my 4 year old refrigerator which had died and could not be repaired, I compared fridges and warranties in both Best Buy and two P.C. Richards stores. P.C. Richard in Forest Hills on Queens Blvd. had a greater selection of fridges at great sales reductions. Roy **, my sales counselor, was friendly, very professional and he knew all his products. He not only helped me find and select the fridge that was perfect for me and my family for $500 less, he also helped me qualify for 12 months 0% free financing. Additionally, I compared Best Buy's 5-year warranty which was $249.99, while P.C. Richard's was only $175.00. P.C. Richard is also able to deliver my fridge on Sunday as opposed to Best Buy I would have had to take a day off for a Monday delivery.

Once again Constantine and Gus at the PC Richard in Astoria Queens have shown me amazing customer service, courtesy, and knowledge. They make shopping here a pleasurable experience taking the time to explain and answer any and all questions you may have. It's worth the drive even if you live far. It's my preferred go to store.

My old refrigerator finally died, and I had to purchase a new one - asap. The salesperson at PC Richard was very knowledgeable and patient. Even after I changed my mind and wanted to buy another model - no problem. I received next day delivery. The delivery men were very efficient and careful. The night before someone called me just to check on the measurements where the refrigerator would go. I want to add that I never could have bought this through the internet and that we need places like PC Richard to see the products and talk with the sales people. It was a great experience, and I will be shopping there more in the future.

Help after outside company failed to provide service - I had a service contract with PC Richards for air conditioner repair. The company that was sent was in company and did not provide the kind of service I was used to. Mr. ** manager of the Northport store was very helpful in solving all my.

I have recently purchased a refrigerator to be used in garage from P.C. Richard in Ledgewood, NJ and Manny has been my excellent sales representative for the past 4 years. Previously, I had worked with Manny to furnish a rental property with appliances, replaced old appliances in my house with new ones as well as purchased refrigerators for my company's kitchen space. In every experience working with him and the P.C. Richard branch has just been excellent! Their service and delivery system of P.C. Richard are outstanding. The email notification and delivery windows are always met. The delivery folks have a great attitude in general. I would highly recommend P.C. On 6/17/16 I purchased a Weber grill in store #39. I did research on said grill and when I requested assistance, Gregory explained all of the features of the grill. Whatever question I had, he had the perfect answer. When I asked about delivery, he asked "When do you want it?" I said the next day. True to form Gregory made it happen. He is a great asset to P.C. Richard & Son.

Loyal customer purchase a new range and Weber grill. The grill was put together very shabby. I guess they only do a good job with the display model. 8/6/16 was the first day I was able to use the grill and the base separated from the grill. I'm enjoying the oven though!

I received delivery of my gorgeous refrigerator and stove today. From the initial order at the Roxbury store to the delivery at my house, it was a great experience. The guys called me to let me know when they would arrive and they were right on time. We had just refinished the floor and they carried the appliances in so as to not harm the floor. I had been looking at a specific 4k TV for over 8 months. With plans to buy in Delaware for tax free shopping, I decided to stop at PC Richard before my trip. Delvon greeted me, I explained to him my plan. He suggested he could come close to the price, and crunched some numbers for me. Delvon was a pleasure to hang with. This being a MASSIVE purchase for me, Delvon gave me the space I needed to make my mind up. He was a great sounding board for my apprehensions, and was straightforward on what, and what he didn't know about the product.

P.C. Richards: Your service tech Radu is the best of the best! He first came to my house 2 months ago to service my dishwasher. While replacing a part for the dishwasher he also reset the temp. settings on my refrigerator and gave me a tip on the ice maker in this unit. His job was to fix my dishwasher but he went beyond this to help me with another appliance.

Marty was great as always. Love my GE refrigerator.

I purchased my KitchenAid dishwasher 2 years ago so my warranty was still in effect. The upper tray came off the tracks because the plastic support system cracked from the weight and use over the past 24 months. Apparently KitchenAid has replaced the plastic parts with metal parts which makes more sense. After calling a few customer service people in the Farmingdale, NY P.C. Richard office and kind of not getting a clear answer for a few weeks, I was finally introduced on the phone to the very sensation office manager Cathy. She took charge and handled my case with more speed, professionalism, and attention than I have ever experienced. Thank you P.C. Richard for having a pro like Cathy working for you. My washer was fixed within 24 hours and Cathy was contacting throughout to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

The extensive product knowledge of your salesmen allows me to buy with ease. Junor was the only one that I have used for the past 20 years. Recently he was busy so he ensured that I was attended to. Julious helped me earlier this year and based on his suggestion I bought the best kitchen appliances which I am super pleased with. Now come the blazing summer heatwave and I needed air-conditioners. The store was really busy so Junor started with me but Carson came over and offered to help with this undecided customer. His patience and willingness to answer my numerous questions was exemplary. His product knowledge and attention to details were impressive. Needless to say I left with few units and the surge protectors. Again I am a satisfied customer who will definitely return.

Managers Tom and Alfredo and Customer Service Representative, Matthew, should be congratulated for outstanding and excellent Customer Service skills. I enjoy my shopping experiences at P. C. I had been having problems with a washing machine that had been purchased from P.C. Richard in January, 2013. Thinking that the machine was no longer under warranty, I went to the Bellmore store to see what my options were. I thought that I might have to purchase a new machine, because the cost of fixing the machine might have not been worth it. Dvir would not let me buy a new machine; he looked up my account & told me that it was still under warranty. He had a serviceman come to the house and repairs were made (he had to come twice because two different parts were broken).

Hello, yesterday 7/26/2016 I had my first experience with you purchasing 2 pairs of Kicker 6x9 speakers and a Kenwood head unit. I was assisted by John (**) who was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout my entire buying process. We went through all speakers and he gave me personal opinions on the different units, all very honest and helpful. I was also assisted by Jason the GM at the time who gave me and my father a very generous discount as we have shopped with PC Richards for years and purchase almost everything under the sun from you. Both employees, when noticing I wasn't being assisted, jumped to assist me which was very great. I didn't go 2 minutes alone without having someone ready to assist me. Overall experience 10/10 and will be returning to purchase more at PC Richards, thank you.

I've been shopping at PC Richard for over 20 years! At least 99% of my purchases have been through Stacey **. She is wonderful and makes every transaction as easy as 123!!! My most recent transaction was difficult because of a disagreement between my wife and I, but because of Stacey the transaction went as smooth as it usually does and we are now enjoying our brand new AC! She is the best!!

P.C. Richard & Son is a very nice store. Was waited on with courtesy and delivery was right on time. Problem refrigerator was not leveled and had to have serviceman come back to adjust. It's better, but refrigerator squeaks and the door is hard to open, once you shut the door, you have to wait 3 or 4 seconds before you can reopen the door again or you have to use two hands to reopen the door.

I have had several buying experiences with Ivan ** and the Astoria PC Richard location. I have to say every single time was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about all the products they carry at the store and what is the right fit for your need and budget. I keep going back and will continue to recommend Ivan and this location to anyone shopping for their homes.

The salesman, John, helped me in the store and he was extremely professional and helpful. The sale went smoothly! The delivery went extremely smooth! The men who delivered at my home on ** on Saturday, July 23rd were very careful and friendly! They called to let me know the timeframe of when to expect them. Then, they called me letting me know they were 8 minutes away. It was the best delivery I have ever received. I wish all deliveries would go as smooth as this one had. Thank you very much!

On two separate occasions, we recently purchased a cooktop and a television the P.C. Richard store in Lawrenceville, N.J. Please note that we live approximately 30 minutes away from this store, but feel that the service and selection at this particular store is so outstanding that it is worth the drive. From the sales people who have waited on us to the store manager, we cannot say enough about how pleased we have been with everything. We would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for appliances and electronics. In this day and age, it is nice to deal with a store where the service is at such a high level, and where the sales staff and manager will do everything to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Sale was uneventful and Clifton did a good job. Afterward however things fell apart. We provided measurements for space for refrigerator and we were assured that it would fit... It didn't! I had to hire a carpenter to cut my cabinets. Secondly, we were charged $95 for connection of water supply. Water supply was in place and merely had to connect it (20 seconds). I complained and was promised a $45 credit from Jose (Manager) and I have yet to receive anything! I've called three times and not even a courtesy return call. Finally I got Clifton again and he assured me that he would follow-up on it. I have yet to receive the refund and still no phone call.

After some initial problems with the television due to factory issues, and a second tv delivered was damaged in the box, a brand new tv was delivered and set up without question. It took a while to get the final delivery, but at all times Ernie and Isiah at the Freehold store kept in contact with us and made sure we were satisfied. I will go back to PC Richards for future purchases.

Had tech 3x to house for same problem. Light wouldn't go on when opening door which made panel buttons not work. Covered under mfg warranty, Whirlpool refused to replace it, stating prob didn't happen enough times. Went to Union, N.J. (store#62) spoke to gen. manager Robert **. I was very upset & explained my issue. He was so nice & calmed me down. I've been a loyal customer over 20 yrs. My experience with Mr. ** was wonderful & he replaced microwave within 2 days no questions asked!

P.C. Richard was amazing! I came to them in need of assistance. I purchased a refrigerator from a competitor and the lazy delivery team refused to deliver due to a space limitation. It turned out that the lazy delivery team were also inept because they measured the space incorrectly. I purchased a similar unit, although a different brand from P.C Richard. I explained the situation with the space and they took it and ran. The sales person and Manager were making calls and arranged NEXT DAY delivery of the new unit I purchased. The P.C. Richard delivery team were on time (actually early) and delivered the unit with NO ISSUES. THANK YOU P.C. Richard. Customer Service is NOT dead with these guys in your camp!

A good family friend recommended I see Clarel at your Plainview location when SuperStorm Sandy struck in 2012. I needed to replace my refrigerator and wanted an experienced and honest salesperson to help me through this process. Trust was of the utmost importance. Clarel was assisting several customers at the same time. I watched him extend the same helpfulness and courtesy to everyone -- not an easy task. I could have asked another sales clerk to assist me, but my friend's endorsement convinced me that my wait would prove to be very satisfactory.

I typically do not leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after the experience I just had with PC Richard. My plan was to go in and conduct further research on a major home appliance purchase. Mike ** did a stellar job selling me the products. I went in with no plans to buy anything and ended up purchasing an entire kitchen ensemble. After much thought and consideration, I ended up going back the next day to upgrade one of the appliances that I had purchased. Mike ** again was most helpful in providing me great value and service. Frigidaire Refrigerator. Wonderful service. Suzanne greeted us as we came through the door. We told her what we were looking for "a counter depth refrigerator - side by side with freezer on the bottom. She took us to the models immediately. She asked what our needs were, i.e., family size, what we were looking for. And pointed out the models that she thought we would be interested in. In all we were able to select the model we wanted and complete the deal in 10 minutes. It was a wonderful experience. She is an excellent salesperson and representative of your company. She didn't try to oversell us which is a definite turn-off but actually found appliances specific to our needs and budget. Thank you.

The delivery guys did an amazing job installing all my new appliance. They worked hard and made sure my house was spotless before they left. The salesman James ** was beyond amazing. James called us 2 weeks after we purchased all new appliances for our home and let us know that one of our items was selling for less and refunded us that money. Who does that? I purchased a range from Pc Richard & Son, I explained to the salesman Jason, that it was to be a propane stove. When they delivered the range, because they sent out a gas fitting instead of a propane fitting. They were unable to install the range. They called me, & I told them I would use my own man to do the install. He said he would issue a credit, but did not tell me that I would now be charged for a delivery fee. As far as I'm concerned they owe me 74.40, which they refuse to pay. I or anyone I know will never buy from them again. It must be worth it to them to lose business, rather than own up to their mistakes.

I had to make several purchases. Mr. ** was very helpful. He answered questions that I had and took the time to explain differences between certain products. I was very happy and will be shopping there again.

I needed a new washer as laundry was backing up fast with 7 people in my house. Dan from the Milford team answered the call and made sure I had the new washer asap. Same price as Home Depot but without the 10-day wait. I had it in 2 days. Only thing that would have made it better was if I could have done the whole transaction without going into the store.

Because the owner of P.C. Richard & Son called me personally and resolved the situation on his end and because a handful managers at PC Richard & son made sure to email me and call me back to resolve this. I was still met with people who only rescheduled for the reinstallation but not an installation and I had to continue calling. Had I not called or left a consumer report I do believe I would probably still be dealing with this and days away from my surgery.

Six years ago I bought a refrigerator from you and within 4 months it has given me a problem. Since I had no service agreement, I had to throw it away. Then I bought 2nd one with 10-year agreement. After 6 years it gave me a problem. I call service department. No any suitable solution was received. Finally I went to P.C. Richard, New Hyde Park store, which I bought the item. Sale the sales person gave me a excellent service to solve the problem. I believe you need the employees like Sale, that will be a real asset to the company. But the man I contact in your service department is a nasty man. Even do not know his duty. He asked me to get the solution my damage from the manufacturer. I did not have any agreement with manufacturer. So I believe you need to take suitable disciplinary action this person as he mislead your customers.

This was the 3rd PC Richard store that we went to for pricing and obtaining info on 2 Friedrich AC's. Ali at this Plainview store was the most helpful and informative and gladly answered our questions and we had many. This was not only the 3rd PC Richard store but we also went to 3 other different appliance stores and compared info received from the various sales representatives to that received from PC Richard. We made 3 trips to this store and spoke with Ali and asked for Ali each time we went. He is a tremendous asset to the company and treats his customers with respect and lots of patience. I am a faithful customer of PC Richard for over the past 40 years. I always buy my TVs and appliances from this store, because of their great customer service both in store and for delivery, care if I need help and 30-day price guarantee. Recently I bought a new dryer at the Greenvale, LI store and it was delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. Not only that, but the installers lifted the dryer over the level of my basement railing in order to fit while going down the stairs. They found a solution rather than tell me they couldn't get it down. Then when I noticed a competitor selling it for a bit cheaper, the store manager pleasantly matched the price. I see no reason to shop for appliances anywhere else.

Purchase of LG LX FS242623S - The manager (Branny) and salesman (Deepak) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products available for purchase when we went to the PC Richard store #61 in Woodside. After many questions and recommendations for measuring the space we had, we were able to make a decision on which refrigerator would meet our needs. We were shown exactly that the selection we made had, the dimensions needed for delivery and installation and had a representative assigned to do the measurements for accuracy before delivery.

We went to the P.C. Richard's Store in Enfield. The salesman was helpful and we arranged to have delivery made the next day in Southwick. The crew appeared on time and took the old range and installed the new one in minutes. We have to say that we had a very good experience overall with the whole process.

I purchased a washing machine 5/2015. About 4 months after a sound started to come from the machine. After 10 months, I couldn't even turn the machine on without waking every one up in my apartment or neighbors. I called up the insurance company and a tech came out and told me that I would have to pay him before he touch the machine. I was very confused because I have 2 yr extended insurance. He said he would be back and called me about a hour later and told me it would be a two man job and be expecting some parts 3 days later.

On 6/29/16 I purchased a refrigerator in your West Babylon store. The sales counselor who helped me was Patrick (**). He is wonderful. I have dealt with him before on a number of occasions with different purchases. Patrick spent so much time with me until I figured out whether a bottom drawer or top freezer would address our concerns. Having dealt with the public for over 30 years in branch banking I really appreciate when someone gives the customer service that Patrick does.
