Junior was the associate that helped me! He was courteous, pleasant and very helpful! I bought a TV immediately because of him! The TV was for a charity for my school and I told them today to look for Junior if they shop at Bay Plaza PC Richard's! Please forward this to him.

he gave me good advice (informative, but not trying to push for more expensive articles), excellent prices, and even checked some specs to make sure I was getting what I needed. Delivery was the very next day, and timely.

I bought a mattress from them and even though I haven't slept on it yet, my experience here was wonderful. George and Pan are extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend going to their store on 86th St in Brooklyn.

Ordered a fridge and dryer. GREAT DEAL on the price and friendly salesperson helped through the whole process. I felt as if a whole team was dedicated to getting me my delivery (on a Saturday no less!). Tried to order through Sears... Poor delivery options and last minute notice... Another scratch and dent place had product discounted no more than PC already did and now I don't have to look at a scratch OR a dent! Very pleased all around.

Service by Sales Counselor, Austin ** on Mac Pro LapTop 13" was excellent. Austin heard my need for a new Mac Laptop & went out of his way to do comparisons ie. features/price/sales so that I could make an informed decision in a short period of time. I was able to take advantage of a sale they were having at the time & did make the purchase. I am 100% pleased with my new MacPro & the service I was given. I will definitely use P.C. Richard & Son for future purchases.

It was such a great experience. I got a friendly greeting at the door as I walked in. Employees were eager to help, but not pushy which was a nice change of pace compared to other stores. Worth making a trip there anytime I'm looking for electronic/appliances in the future. Without a doubt a 5 star business.

Nice products. Good prices. Superior service. He knows the product, explain everything with patience, not pushy, BUT KNOWS HOW SHOULD SELL APPLIANCES, ESPECIALLY IT'S AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. Unfortunately wherever you go nobody help you to choose a good electronic, or anything else, they not really familiar how can to use it, they are not a help for the customer. This is not the case with the P.C. Richard! I definitely will recommend P.C. Richard to my friends.

Very helpful salesman greeted us right at the door, let us take our time as we walked around. Very knowledgeable on every product we had questions about. Helped us pick the right range and explained all the features and informed us about delivery and installation.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator, stove and microwave from P.C. Richard & Son on Ralph Avenue and felt compelled to write a review. The salesperson helping us, Brian, as well as the manager, Diego, were beyond helpful. They were patient, provided detailed information about the products I was considering and beat the prices I found elsewhere. Not only am I confident I got a great deal pricewise, but they were even able to accommodate a next-day delivery. Less than 24 hours after my purchase, my new appliances were delivered and installed! A+!

The salesperson was great. Jason knew all of the questions asked and was a pleasure to deal with. My Samsung range and micro are great and with the exception of a small dent on the micro door all is fine. I look forward to shopping at PCR again.

Samsung TV. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They recommended televisions that were within my price range and didn't try to sell me some overpriced TV I wasn't looking to purchase. There are plenty of electronics stores closer but it was definitely worth the ride to Carteret.

Ordered GE Cafe range, microwave and dishwasher. Pricing was great, machines beautiful, sales staff, Paul in particular, excellent, attentive and responsive. We did have an issue with the installation, installers needed to come back, maybe took too many calls but in the end we had a true professional installation at an unbelievable price. Kitchen looks great. Highly recommend -- complete end to end service, just wish P.C. Richard offered flooring as well.

I have been a P. C. Richard customer for at least a dozen years. That alone is a testament to the company. Today I was so impressed with the service with Matt, one of the managers at Deer Park, I felt I needed to share. Your salespeople were very helpful in your Astoria location. I worked with Scott one of your salesman and he was very diligent and reliable. He also gets a five star. Scott was very helpful in making sure that I had everything I needed and made it very easy for my purchase.

I needed an induction 'hot plate' today, no waiting, and Amazon was going to charge me $36 to ship it. I tried Home Depot and then remembered PC Richard & Son. I called the Woodside Store # 61 and spoke to Chris (his number is **) who was very helpful and friendly. He wrote up the sale, I gave him my credit card, and we arranged that I would stop by and pick up my purchase. I did so later today, and Chris was thorough, professional, customer-oriented. My experience was first-rate. Thank you.

I was in PC Richard looking for a small TV for a sometimes used guest room. When I didn't see anything I liked the salesperson went into the storage area and found exactly what I was looking for. It was the right size and a great price. Never had a problem at this store. This is why I keep shopping there.

We manage apartment buildings and needed a repair for a refrigerator in one of them. Andy at customer service was phenomenal at tracking the invoice, immediately setting up an appointment at the requested time, and making sure to order the parts necessary for repair. I recently purchased a M2000 Bluetooth speaker for entertainment purchases in my home. The staff was immediately attentive and helpful the moment I walked in. I had multiple questions and they were able to provide me with the best equipment to suit my needs and gave me further knowledge on multiple items for future investments. The management as well as the team members are very knowledgeable and for that reason I only purchase my items from the West Carteret PC Richard & Son. I have purchased appliances as well as home entertainment equipment from this location on many occasions and will continue to do so. They are definitely a five-star rating meaning the best!

The team at PC Richards in Rego Park was incredible! We bought a whole suite of kitchen appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave). Glen ** especially was so helpful throughout the whole process. We are absolutely thrilled with our new appliances! The best!! Whenever I need any electronics or anything having to do with appliances. I go see Rob at PC Richards in Yonkers. I would never think about going anywhere else. At the Bellmore store, in the past, bought many items: TV's AC's, Refridgerator, electronics. Proof of how they respect customers: how they treat employees. Risking loss of revenue, they are closed on holidays (unlike all other businesses) so their staff can spend time with their families and friends and enjoy their lives. When a Co. doesn't care about their staff's lives, treating them as slaves, that translates into how they view customers. Because of that... and their lower pricing on name brand merchandise... I don't even "shop" prices anymore. They're one of the last decent places to shop. Very caring for their customers, where they prefer to err on the customer's side... even at a loss. THAT is why they're doing very well. They respect both customer and employee. On top of that... the best values in pricing. I swear I have no business connection with them or personally with any of their staff, other than as a customer.

I think this store has to be the best store in all 5 boroughs. They are very friendly and always willing to take as much time as needed. They don't rush you, say they can go to the next person. They are just there to help you.

All my appliances come from P.C. Richard on Ralph Ave Brooklyn NY, I had good experience with the salesperson always. Bought appliances since 2010, my stoves, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, P.C. Richard supplied all my appliances, for the last 6 yrs. Salesperson, BRIAN, was always very professional, kind, courteous, helpful, sometimes I don't even have to go into the store to look at that item I need. I just call him, look it up online and call Brian, he send it over on the next day. I would recommend anyone to him when shopping at P.C. Richard.

Just purchased the Frigidaire Dehumidifier Model FAD704DWD and installed the dehumidifier in the basement. P.C. Richard & Son Carteret NJ location customer service and pricing was excellent. I have purchased from this location before. Next I need to evaluate the performance of the dehumidifier in reducing basement humidity. Just started it up.

For nearly 15 years we have purchased all our appliances, TV's and AC units at the Riverhead location. I never thought twice about purchasing bedding when we went in 2 weeks ago In Riverhead. Paid for a Sealy Optimum Opti Gel bed. We were told that the model was being discontinued but the bed we were getting was superior. So we went ahead with the purchase. I then started searching the bed on my invoice and found it in fact was not. When I called the store manager was fairly dismissive. Told me he could get the bed from another store but he assured the bed we were getting vs the one we were sold on was better.

Delivery of dryer was done very well. Gentlemen did an outstanding job. Thank you very much. Sales was also very good and his name was Tony **. I would highly recommended PC Richard to anyone who wants a job well done.

On or about July of 2016, we purchased a fridge @ PC Richards, and only few days later the ice maker broke. We called for a service and three technicians, five visits in total, have gone to my house to see what is wrong with my fridge. I called and spoke to Terry, and she said that is the protocol before it is figured out what is wrong with my $1700.00 fridge. Today, my husband called to ask the status, and he was told that a technician from Samsung, not from PC Richard, went to our house a week ago without an appointment, without a notice, and of course nobody was in our house. As I explained to Terry, I believed I purchased a refurbished fridge, and I inquiry about a new one. Today, 4/25/2017, my husband and I are still waiting for a solution from PC Richards.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was assisted by a team of knowledgeable and professional people. I was never pushed to make a sale, but Sales Rep Steven ** and Supervisor Jamie were helpful in every way possible. Had a chance to order a new a/c through my apartment building's management, but wanted to "go local" and support neighborhood businesses and I am so glad I did. Special thanks to both Steven and Jamie! They are tops!

I have always shopped at PC Richards because of the lowest price and friendly and experienced salesman. This time was no different. I was looking to replace all my kitchen appliances and our salesman Tracx had to endure our indecision, constant questions and an argument between me and my significant other. He handled it with grace and professionalism.

Lake Grove store was great with merchandise selection and staff. We worked with Gary. He spent time going appliances and answered every question we had. Steve the manager also checked to make sure we were happy and we able to find all the items we needed.

We have always purchased all of our appliances, TV's and electronics at P.C. Richard. So when my daughter needed a new laptop naturally I went right to your website. I had ordered the new Apple MacBook on 12/6/16 online as a Christmas gift for my daughter. According to the website this item was available. A few days later when I looked at the online receipt it said backordered. I called and was told it would be in 12/20/16. That date came and went no computer. I called my local store Rte 440 in Jersey City. I spoke with Hani ** who was very helpful. He called the Apple representative multiple times on my behalf and constantly kept me posted finally on 2/25/17. Almost 3 months after I ordered it I picked the computer up.

Went into P.C. Richard to check out a new tv. Was approached by a friendly salesman, John **, and walked us through the set up of our first smart tv. We asked questions and he answered professionally, without judging us on our lack of knowledge. Thank you John! Store #2 in Elmont. I can't say enough. It was a pleasure. Both the manager and the sales counselor Lloyd were so helpful. I would recommend. I was greeted with a smile walking in. I will be a recurring customer from now on. My husband was amazed on how quick our delivery will be (Wall airconditioning unit).

We have been shopping for all new appliances for home remodeling. We are usually a Home Depot, Best Buy customer but this first time shopping experience with PC has really impressed me! Best Buy wasn't able to get our fridge up the stairs in 2 delivery appointments. Home Depot wasn't able to give us fast delivery so we decided to try PC Richards. Super fast shipping (next day) easy, sweet and great customer service (Emily **) , great delivery team that was able to get a tight fit and super heavy fridge to our 3rd floor apartment. I wish we had bought all our appliances with PC Richards. This will become our first choice from now.

I have been doing business with VIC #** for over 20 years in the Riverhead store. He always provides me with excellent service and advice on all my purchases. I can always depend on him to provide me with multiple choices of products to satisfy my appliance needs. I have purchased just about every type of major (and minor) appliance from PCR and will continue to use the Riverhead NY store as my first source of my future needs.

I purchased a stackable washer, dryer in January. It was extremely noisy so they changed it out. With the replacement still making more noise than I can handle, they immediately let me choose another brand and delivered it within 3 days. Excellent service, great sales people, Holly of course and a great manager Louis who aimed to make me happy. When I need an appliance, that's where I'll be going. Love my new washer dryer...

The staff and service at the Carteret store is outstanding. I have been a customer at this branch for years. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can also get very good deals there. I would definitely recommend shopping there. I will continue to get things for myself and my home there.

I do all my research and then purchase with PC Richards because they will match prices, and although it sounds goofy, they really ARE reliable. They service what they sell, and stand by their products. If I have ever had an issue, they work it out. They also give a pretty accurate delivery time notification, a 3-hour window, which is very fair.

Manager Hertel and sales counselor Radwan (**) were very professional, courteous & informative and made our time purchasing the Refrigerator, TV & Stand stress free! **, at the Upper West Side Store #64 at 2372 Broadway, was wonderfully helpful in determining which model was covered by Con Ed's Rebate policy, how well it would cool & replace my 25-year-old Friedrich a/c. He recommended the model that would be quietest. Now that it is installed, I can say it is VERY quiet. Mostly, he was very knowledgeable about the insurance requirements for delivery & installation of the a/c. He facilitated the insurance process over the weekend so efficiently that it was arranged for delivery the next day.

Today, April 17, 2017, I went to P.C. Richards in Carteret. This was the easiest transaction I have ever done. From the time speaking with the sales rep to meeting the manager (Joe **). They made feel at ease and helped in making a decision on what washer to purchase. They explained in detail the different options that would fit our large family. I would highly recommend this store and will not hesitate to go back. Thank you!

Got call night before, morning of, then for 3 hour window, and call 30 minutes ahead. Arrived on time. Delivery men were competent and polite. Product arrived with protective taping and packaging.

This is my first experience with PC Richard and Son. This store was recommended to me by my friend. I am pretty good in electronics, but my manager Boris absolutely surprised me with his knowledge on current market situation. I was offered the best prices on everything in kitchen appliances set. Now, this is my the only electronic store.

Our refrigerator died and we needed a replacement, we have small children ages 1 and 5 so I was in desperate need. Scott was on the spot and recommended a really nice GE fridge, a discontinued model but brand new in the box. New to me and the price was right. The delivery was scheduled for 4-6 and it came on that day... But the delivery was not smooth. The driver said it wouldn't fit and told my wife to buy another one that will fit and to top it off they didn't even try to get it in! Just left without any warning. My wife was angry and called me at work... I called Scott and he went out of his way to find out what happened. I had to spend an additional 3 days to get this delivered and it came at 7 am sharp on Sunday morning...

I was greeted at the door helped. He was very knowledgeable. I explained to him what I needed. Made the purchased, explained my warranty to me thoroughly. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive product. He sold me a well name product at a great price.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator a little over a year ago, and it died this week, which is really bad form (The Frigidaire a/c unit we bought three years ago also broke down this year, so we will never be using that brand again!). I called PC R and spoke w/ Carlos, who helped us last year, when we were buying the ill-fated fridge. I explained what happened, and he was able to find us a better replacement and gave us a great price on it, which was only nine-dollars over what the repair would have cost. Though it was very late in the afternoon, Carlos scrambled to secure us next-day delivery, which was ideal. Carlos is a great asset to the Forest Hills location. Smart, professional and kind.

I purchased a wall oven from the rear of the store, Usually it has a dent. The wall oven was a GE Profile, which I didn't know was discontinued, however, upon delivery the oven door got cracked, so they took it back and tried to order another door. This is when Bob the Manager took over, it ended up that he gave me a better model from GE that was more expensive with little cost to me. Bob is an amazing Manager who gets things done. He understood my issues and got right on it and took care of the problem. I will go back to PC Richards, because the way Bob handled the situation and great prices. I want to say Thank you Bob for Everything.

The young man Drew at P.C Richard & Son was very courteous, helpful, professional, friendly and he was very knowledgeable. He has a great personality and smile. He knew a lot about the product and he explained to us how to use portable telephones. He also gave us some helpful tips.

I shopped in the Elwood P.C. Richard in New York. I had a fantastic experience with this store. The manager understood that my microwave conked out after two days and he replaced it immediately with another product that was even better than the original.

Herb was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He was extremely pleasant and helped me to the fullest. Two things to review - first, the buying experience, and second, the delivery experience. I bought a Friedrich's A/C Unit during the "Friends and Family" promotion in March. Great time to buy one! Buying: Excellent. The price couldn't be beat, and Carlos at the UWS store was super helpful. That was great. I really appreciated the flexibility of delivery time. Delivery: Well, this is NYC, and there's ALWAYS something. No one called me on the morning of the delivery, and the website would not tell me anything after 9 AM, as indicated - so I had to call the store to get the delivery window (11-3). No one was here by 3, so I called again. They finally came a little after 3.

Received great service from P.C. Richard & Son. Had a range delivered and delivery team was so professional and courteous. Were so careful when they moved my old range out and installed the new one. Very happy with the service and I will use P.C. Richard & Son again and would definitely recommend.

About 2 weeks ago my fridge displayed a system error. The night I saw this message I thought I could quickly reset the fridge by turning the power on and off but it still displayed the message. The next day I started to notice my frozen goods thawing and a temperature drop in the fridge. It was at this time I called PC Richard on SI. At first I was redirected to their 1800 number for service but there were no more appointments until Monday and this was very early Saturday morning. I was concerned that my food would spoil until then so I called back the store to speak to a manager. I spoke to a very considerate manager named Lenny and he offered a lender fridge to store my food until my fridge was fixed.

Went to PC Richard store #33 in Brooklyn and had a pleasant experience. I walked in to buy a new dishwasher and walked out with a new Samsung kitchen. The new black stainless is beautiful. Jose and Eric helped me out and they did a great job. I had specific needs for the appliances and they made sure the appliances would work for me. Delivery was prompt and neat. It was a pleasant shopping experience and the salesman John was very helpful. He had all the specs. ready to assist me with the proper size. I needed it to be delivered the next day and they were able to make those arrangements for me. The Men that delivered it today were also very nice.

I live in Queens N.Y. The only place I go to purchase any appliance is P.C. Richard in Bayshore. The main reason for this is Tito ** the manager. He is very knowledgeable, treats customers like royalty and his word is golden!!! Ever have a problem, just call Tito! It will taken care of! Everything I need for my house I only get it at PC Richard & Son In Carteret, NJ. Everyone there is professional, amicable and people oriented. The manager Jeff and the sales representative Nino, were incredible with me today during my shopping there. They tried to guide me in the most respectful manner. From the time you walk in to the store all very professional. They greet you with a smile, "How may I help you today?" And Mike number ** was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he is selling and was able to help me and my family make a excellent choice on what we purchased. Called service yesterday to see if I could have someone to come out to repair or replace the stripping on the inside of the microwave door. I gave the service repute info and was put on hold. I was on hold for awhile before she came back to me and apologized for the wait but she had to get permission to extend my service contract that unbeknownst to me expired the day before! I couldn't believe that she had done that for me. That's true customer service!

I had to get a refrigerator freezer on quick notice, As my refrigerator died after 22 years. I received quick and reliable service and a great price. Delivery was super fast and the workers had the new one set up and the old one removed in 5 minutes.

I was searching for a home & after countless months of broken contracts, being outbid, etc. my deposit was still there for my washer & dryer. I received occasional calls to see how my house hunting was going & was assured that my items would be waiting for me when I was ready for them. Not only were they 16 months later, but Lalla my sales associate did everything in his power to make sure I was pleased. He explained my situation to his manager and as a housewarming gift (I guess you can say) granted me with additional discounts on top of the employee discount sale they were having. He also printed out all the necessary documentation for me to apply for my rebates. Delivery was as promised and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be recommending the Union NJ location to everyone.

We recently purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer and Samsung Television from P.C. Richard and Son in Newington, CT. Our salesperson at the time, Amir, was very willing to work with us on putting together a deal that met our needs. He was friendly, patient and personable. Also to note, was the professionalism of the manager, Tom, following our purchase. We were unhappy with the way the washer was working and Tom was quick to send out a repair technician to assess the situation. After we were told that there was no issue and it was the way it was going to be by the technician, Tom worked with us and agreed to exchange the washer, even though it had been a few months past delivery. We were pleased with the overall outcome of the situation and appreciative of Tom's professionalism and prompt communication.

I had an awesome experience at PC Richard and Son! I purchased a refrigerator, a power recliner and a bed. Dawn the salesperson and Tom the manager worked very hard to help get me exactly what I wanted in a budget that was comfortable. And I have to especially thank Dawn for the sleep test really helped me pick a bed that was right for me.

After a bad experience at BestBuy waiting over an hour just to see if washer that I was interested in was in stock and that was after another 2 I liked were out of stock and discontinued I decided to come to my local P.C. Richard here on 20th ave. Immediately I walk in Robert approaches me offered to help. I told him I was gonna look at washers then I will call him over. He said "no problem. I will come with you". After 15 minutes I was all setup with a even better deal than what I seen at BestBuy and Robert was extremely knowledgeable in my opinion making the BestBuy sales person look like a rookie!!! I purchased an Apple iPad from PC Richards on March 3rd and still don't have it. I was told it would be delivered to the store in a week to ten days from the sales rep and they would call me when it was in the store. After two weeks I called and was told by PC Richards it would be in on the 20th. The call never came on the 20th and I called again about every four days and they keep saying it was in the warehouse and will be on the next truck. On one of those calls I was told that Apple gives their iPads to Apple Stores first and PC Richards only when they feel like it. I wish my sales rep told me that when buying the tablet. I would have walked away.

I purchased installation with my Cafe Over the Range Microwave Convection Oven. The two men spent a total of 15-20 minutes for installation. They left me with wood chips on the counter, microwave cabinet, and floor. They drilled through the underside of microwave cabinet with a spade bit. They shredded the oak laminate veneer when the bit went through into the cabinet. The instructions call for the installation of three screws through the upper cabinet but only 2 were installed. The duct was not installed because, "We don't go into the attic." My duct is rectangular and goes to the roof. A part has to be removed to fit the microwave under the microwave cabinet. Bottom line the sales department was great but the installers seemed hurried and left me a mess. I also had to reinstall the duct work.

Went in this morning to purchase a microwave. I worked with Mark and Cliff. It was such a pleasant experience. They could not have been more accommodating. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely go back.

I am a 77-year old senior citizen who purchased a refrigerator, stove and microwave from your Ralph Avenue store. Unfortunately the items did not fit. Your store manager refused to change the items, saying that once the items leave the warehouse, they cannot be returned and he was adamant about it so I am stuck with the items. I know you will agree that this treatment by P.C. Richard, especially to a senior citizen is a total disgrace. I hope this matter can be corrected as soon as possible. Thank you.

P.C. Richards did replace the dented appliance. They did send the new appliance set up with the valve and offered to connect it and did so free of charge. I can now start using my stove.

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service I received at the PC Richard & Son store in Manalapan, NJ. Knowing very little about computers myself, the assistant manager, Ernie, noticed I seemed confused with what laptop I should choose that met my needs. He came over to me and asked if I needed help. He was more than patient and informative as I asked many questions about performance and brand. Even though the price was higher than I intended to spend I know I made the right decision and love the Apple MacBook Pro laptop!

Great Customer service at Nanuet New york. I was looking for the ideal TV for my husband's birthday and I did not know which one to pick since they have a huge selection. Their personnel really helped me pick the one my husband loved.
