Just 2 days ago I purchased my first MacBook Air and ordered a Dyson vacuum with sales rep Alex. I got to the Yonkers store at 8:40pm (20 minutes before closing time). Alex was super helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. He was with me until at least 10 minutes after 9pm and not once did he complain or rush. You ROCK, Alex! The manager on duty was professional and down to earth too.

My service rep was more than helpful. He even offered to come to my house and help me with things. He called right after the install was done to make sure it went well. He was great. He walked me through how to use SONAS and the benefits of their products.

Very helpful and courteous. Setup was very nicely displayed. The sales people were very knowledgeable. Such a variety of merchandise. I loved the way everything was placed. Easy access to the product. Prices were very reasonable and they have amazing sales.

Great service by Jose. He was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryer selections. He was friendly and greeted us as soon as we came in the door. Thank you very much for the great service.

Kitchen Aid Dishwasher needed a new dishwasher. My old one broke and so I need a new one. I purchased it from P.C. Richard's beside of their great reputation. Also my experiences with them has always been satisfactory. Thank you.

Bobby the sales manager at the Carteret store was great. All my needs for replacing my washer was fast and so easy. He took me step by step in the process and helped me with all the paper work. Bobby is a great asset to your company. I tell my co workers in NY to call him. He's that good.

We have been customers of PC Richard for many years both on a personal level and for our school Bay Ridge Prep. George has been an amazing resource for any of our needs. The staff at the store is always helpful both within the store and carrying purchases to the car. We get the best prices and a quality product. We look forward to doing business again.

I wanted to make sure I left some feedback for the gentleman that helped me with my laptop purchase today at PC Richard. First I'd like to say that I've been shopping at PC Richard for decades and am very happy with their sales team in general. Today at the Chelsea store I was helped by Terrel (** from my invoice), he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He was also very patient with my constant questions and was completely genuine in his concern for my needs and was even fun to talk to. Great guy. In fact the whole team was great! I have been using PC Richard for over 16 years for my home and for an apartment building that I manage. Louis ** has been my only salesman since the first time I walked into the store on 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. He has treated me like family and always takes the time to seek out several options when it comes to the major appliances that I have purchased over the years. I can't say enough about his professionalism and his dedication to finding for me the best deal possible... Again, just like family! It doesn't get any better than that.

Delivery of 3 Sealy mattresses was prompt and neat. Because of the recent snow fall and rain, the delivery men even took their shoes off which saved carpeting. They also disposed of all the packaging and took the old mattresses.

I've been a P.C. Richard & Son customer for many years. The Jersey City location is my go-to store when making purchases. The staff at the Jersey City location is professional, pleasant, and demonstrates superior knowledge and expertise in all their products and services offered. The assistant manager Hani is primarily the main reason why I continue to shop at this location. Hani always provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. He has even called me days later after a purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I will continue to be a loyal P.C. Richard & Son customer and recommend this branch to all my friends and family thanks to Hani.

Great experience. Worked with Anthony in Watchung NJ store. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He provided us with a great deal too. We will shop here again. He made the experience of shopping for a home appliance painless. Not knowing much about the product, he took the time to explain everything to us.

We needed a new washer and quickly (laundry piles up fast around our home). Our sales rep, Tito at the Bayshore location, was absolutely amazing! He answered all our questions, was extremely patient, and expedited our purchase quickly so that we will receive our new washer in a couple of days. We recently finished building our new home and purchased all our appliances from PC Richard. PC Richard offers great prices and customer service. John ** from the Deer Park store was very informative and helped with our purchases. Thank you for helping us decide on which brands and models best suits our needs.

My recent stop by the location on 86th Street was more than I expected. Chad was the associate who assisted me and my mother. We went in having no clue on what blue ray was and he thoroughly explained everything to me. He asked plenty of questions that I felt at the moment we're not relevant however as we continued on with our quest we realized it was beneficial. Chad takes his job very serious by providing customers with a one and a kind experience. My sister is looking to purchase a range hood and I will be recommending Chad to her!!

I was very pleased with the Sales Rep. He was extremely helpful and handled my purchase in a totally professional manner. I am always satisfied with any purchases I've made in the past from P. C. Richard. I will return to P. C. Richard the next time I need electronics.

Excellent service from Ronald and Syed was given to me and my mom regarding our purchase of stove and dishwasher. Highly recommended. We asked many questions concerning our purchase. All answers were given. Thank you so much for your help.

We came in today to price an A/C and was given amazing attention and diligence to help us find the right one. His name is Michael **. After he spent at least 45 minutes with us to find the perfect match for our needs, we asked to see a stove. He enlisted another salesman, Craig **, who is the design consultant, to help us select the stove I've been hoping to find. They were both knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, good-humored and excellent salespeople. We were at the Yonkers store. We have been fortunate to have success each time we have shopped at that store.

Store experience and salesman excellent, fair price, said we should call after 9AM to get delivery and installation time. Received a call at 6:30am, for a 7:00am delivery and installation, extremely inconvenient. Installation did go well in spite of such an inconvenience.

I am extremely happy with the service I get and have always received in the past when I purchase items with Gary as the sales person. His service is rated an excellent in my eyes. He researches and finds the best items for me and recommends what will work for me in regards to my specifications.

I received great service. I have been dealing with Dave ** currently working at the Carle Place store. I have followed him through several stores. Dave always does the research for my needs and comes up with the solution to my needs. I have purchased TVs for my job as well as for my home. My whole house has LG appliances kitchen & laundry room. Dave makes you feel like you're family. A rare commodity today not just a customer. P.C. Richard prides itself on FAMILY. Dave makes you feel the true meaning of family. Please thank him for me.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the staff of P.C. Richard & Son and our new refrigerator. Everyone from the store manager, Charlie **, to the salesmen in the store, the delivery men and the serviceman that came to our home, all treated us like family. We have made many purchases at P.C. Replacement for Issue with Previous KitchenAid Refrigerator -- Jose ** is a true professional and very understanding of the ongoing issues I had on my previous KitchenAid Order #** and made my replacement quick and easy. Rocky the salesmen is also a friendly personable good salesperson. The issue I have is not with the store is with your Customer Service and repair team. I had 5 service calls on this unit and numerous parts replaced and the issue was not resolved. This went on for over a year and a half.

Kevin as always made purchasing a new refrigerator for one of my apartments very easy. I have made several purchases through PC Richards and I will continue to do so. Thank you again for the great service. This one is a Whirlpool in black.

Mark and Matt were wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with. They both teamed up to show me all the features and benefits of the chair. It was nice to know that it was American made. They both convinced me to buy the chair for a close friend of mine and it was another great experience at P.C. Richard Deer Park store.

Just writing to comment on what has always been great and reliable service. I can always count on finding what I am looking for and assistance from your professional sales rep, every time I go into one of your stores. My most recent purchases were made in your Westbury store where the store manager Chris and his sales associates make you feel like family. I have been dealing and buying various electronic materials with P.C. Richard & Son in Plainview, NY for several years. Mr. Philip **, the sales representative, that we know for several years, helped us find a good "Harmony Universal Remote". Philip, as before, was very helpful locating the best remote for us. Salesperson Ahmed and manager Rich handled the transaction (Washer/Dryer Purchase) very well. They had the model I wanted in stock. Delivery was scheduled at my convenience and was done as promised. Installation was and done professionally. Pricing was competitive and overall excellent customer service.

I always come to PC Richards in Carteret. The staff is amazing and the manager Joe is extremely helpful. I recommend this place to everyone I know. I come here for all of my appliance needs! The prices are very fair and competitive and the selection is vast.

I bought a new HP computer from the North Haven CT location. I was greeted by Dave. He was really interactive with me. He answered all of the questions that I needed answered to. I ordered all of my appliances and mattresses from PC Richard for my new wheelchair accessible condo. The staff (Bob **, Amir, Tom, and Asim) were instrumental in making this possible. Despite repeated changes in deadlines, renovation problems, equipment failures, and the need for repair and replacement, this team was extraordinary in working with me and resolving ALL issues to my fullest satisfaction. I have never encountered a team so dedicated to their customers that they continually go out of their way to make sure everything is working properly. Their immediate response, knowledge, follow through and communication is to be commended. If you are in need of appliances, electronic, or bedding, Newington Store is the place to shop.

Spoke with Michael ** at the Manhattan 14th St location and he gave the BEST customer service helping me buy a 75 inch Samsung TV. He was so helpful, kind, and quick. He answered all my questions and was really reassuring that he could help me after I had a terrible experience purchasing a TV directly from Samsung. He went above and beyond to help me over the phone. Please give him a raise!! He is a superstar!

I would like to commend your Sales Counselor Larry and the Management Staff of your Enfield store on excellent customer service. The short version is that I went to your store to buy a Samsung sound bar as I had recently bought a Samsung television from you. The Samsung and Best Buy websites were offering free rear speakers with the sound bar purchase. Your pricing didn't recognize this manufacturer's deal.

Very good customer services. We get everything that we need in one spot. Even on phone our sales person respond quick. Doesn't matter if she is off or on job. Overall her Customer service is very good. She is perfect sales person we ever dealt with.

Had a Samsung refrigerator for less than a year and ice maker broke 2 times. Repairman came and needed parts. Was told 3-5 days. A week later still no parts. Called and customer service was very rude. Repairman came a 2nd time and asked if we had the parts as he did not. Called customer service again very rude and unhelpful until I talked to Tom at corporate office who got us a new refrigerator. Tom was the only helpful person. Need to re-train your customer service staff.

The store was busy that Sunday, but my husband and I were assisted quickly. The salesman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer our questions. We have happily purchased and received our LG refrigerator, at the best price. Delivery men were wonderful, and pleasant.

Purchased a washer and dryer on Saturday February 4th, 2017. My experience with P.C. Richard was exceptional as always. My salesman Joe was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this P.C. Richard to my friends. I also purchased a flat screen TV and a set wireless headphones.

Excellent customer service from the warehouse down, Andy, Dawn, Tom, Mike. They stand behind their warranty. I've been purchasing from PC Richard's for over 10 years because of their customer service. I highly recommend PC Richard & Son to all my friends. My refrigerator was deemed irreparable so they had to replace the unit. Never once did I feel this was a burden, they made the transition as smooth as possible. I've been shopping at the Lake Grove PC for many years. I've always been received courteously. In my opinion, there is no other store to shop for appliances and more. It's always nice when the manager Steve goes out of his way to shake my hand and puts me in the very knowledgeable hands of his sales team. Lately it's been Sam who's been there to help. I've been recommending my family and friends to LG PC for years as well, and why not, it's one stop shopping. Hands down, it's the place to go.

I ordered a drone in November for my son as a Christmas present. It was backordered but said they would have it before Christmas. They never got it in for Christmas. I was told I would have it January 18, 2017. That day came and passed no drone. After many phone calls and no results, I went to the PC Richards in Levittown, NY. The manager, Frank, was absolutely amazing. He found one of the drones for me and had it sent to the store immediately. I picked it up that night. He did in one day what no one could do in 3 months! My son's birthday was the next day. So he got the drone just in time. He was so efficient, professional and just a pleasure to deal with. I recommend the PC Richards in Levittown, NY and ask for Frank. You will not be disappointed!

We are long standing customers of PC Richards and have always enjoyed excellent service throughout the years. However, this year the assistant manager George went above and beyond service by helping us with a handyman issue to allow us to get my new washer and dryer into my laundry room and then following up. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 13 5000 series at the P.C. Richard store #53 in Union Square NYC on 1/30/17 from Steven. Steven was so helpful and patient with me in answering all of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly and I was totally pleased with his assistance and laptop knowledge. In addition, I worked with the manager, Benjamin, in reference to my antivirus rebate and installation. He was also accommodating and professional. Outstanding service at P.C. Richard! Our salesman TJ was very knowledgeable in helping us select a fridge and stove for our rental property. He coordinated the delivery directly with our tenant. The store manager, Brad, was very friendly. I highly recommend P.C. Richard to our family and friends.

Since finding Brian ** at the Bay Shore facility there is no other company or Sales Rep. that I would deal with. Brian's advice has been right on the money on every item I've purchased since meeting him a few years ago. I send whoever I can, to deal with him. My son lives very close to your Bellmore store and he now buys from Brian as well. Brian ** is extremely knowledgeable and wants to make sure you leave the store a completely satisfied customer. Both the salesman and manager at the Union Square store were very accommodating and helpful; however the delivery caused a lot of problems i.e. they (delivery people) kept calling me and telling me the delivery would be delayed - this happened several times during delivery day; in addition store manager had difficulty locating them while trying to assist me - made me reconsider shopping at PC Richards in future.

Hani & Benny were BOTH very knowledgeable about the TV and computer and that helped us make a decision. He did not rush me and my wife and explained the models we were interested in. He was very friendly and patient with all our questions. I highly recommend going to him and this location.

Whenever I need an appliance I go to this store. Upon entering I am immediately greeted warmly by their dedicated, knowledgeable staff. Their prices are truly competitive and quality good. The manager Rob is outstanding and salesmen Charlie and Ruben the best. I highly recommend this store. It's a pleasure to visit there. I have bought multiple televisions and appliances here. I furnished my apartment and first home with P.C. Richard & Son. They had blenders, toasters, toaster ovens, vacuums, sound bars, wall mounts and more. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, quick, accommodating, reliable, just a really great store.

I had a Samsung washer and dryer delivery and it was horrible. The dryer came without a cord which I had to purchase from driver and hose. I should have known about this before the delivery and I would have expected to pay the extra money but it was not explained to me until it arrived.

Had a great experience with P.C. Richard. Ended up with a defective tv and was so upset. Tyrone in the Paramus store took care of everything and was so friendly and helpful. He made it easy to exchange the tv quickly and get on with my day. Thank you!!!

Buying experience with Chris at the Enfield store was great. Chris ** had a good product knowledge and was able find us the right units to fit our needs and budget. He also was very outgoing and had a great sense of humor that was genuine. The delivery personnel were very professional and presented a work ethic that was refreshing and reminded me of the time when one worked until the job was done without any negative talk about the work load or the long days. The (team leader?) that delivered our washer was very professional and on point. Overall it was a great experience. Quality products and good personnel.

Have always dealt with Vinny at PC Richards in Riverhead and have never had a bad experience. He is extremely nice and takes exceptional care in helping you to get what you need. After having stopped shopping at the PC Richard on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, NY for 10 years, perhaps more, due to a very bad shopping experience at that location, I decided to return for convenience sake to purchase a new DVD HD video player. I was very pleased to find the store had made much needed improvements in their management and found the staff to be most helpful. The gentleman (John) who assisted me with my selection and purchase made my shopping experience, a pleasant experience. My trust in PC Richard at this Brooklyn location has been restored.

P.C. Richards' knowledgeable salesman expedited our purchase of this wonderfully large chestnut leather lift chair, perfect for my handicapped husband for firm Comfort-Gel sitting and/or sleeping. The delivery was accommodating and timely. We are so pleased with the sturdy, luxurious quality of our new recliner.

Working with Hani at PC Richards was fantastic. People such as Hani are the reason PC Richards is still in service while many competitors have gone out of business. Me and my husband had a wonderful experience and was so happy with the help and expertise advise Pedro and Greg gave us on choosing the right TV for us. We ended up buying a gas stove that for years we only shopped at Sears. I recommended all my friends and family to go shop at P.C. Richard & Son on 20th Ave in College Point.

Sales Experience was great! Delivery experience was horrible! My wife asked the drivers to place the old fridge inside that garage, they said No because they were not taking it back. Then one of the workers replied "I hope you guys are good tippers". My wife finally convince the men to remove the fridge, but they just left it in my walk way. Never again!

Great service once again. They took the screen door off the day was crazy windy. Smooth taking out old fridge and easy bringing in new one. We have 3 more appliances coming thank you for great service! Last month they brought the dishwasher and microwave. Right on time and appreciated the 30 min call ahead time.

I've been coming to George at the Bensonhurst location for a very long time. I only see him when it comes to purchasing appliances, equipment, TV's and each time he provides me with exceptional service. Unlike other stores, I 100% trust that George will make sure everything is taken care from the beginning to end. There aren't many individuals like him who make it a point to work with you and make it easy for you. Everything is always thoroughly explained. I couldn't be happier with the services consistently offered to me. I always come to PC Richards rather than any other technology/appliance store.

I would recommend PC Richard to everyone, Greatest price, greatest service and great delivery. I have purchased many items and have always had a great experience. I would always go there for all my appliances. This is the second Sony I purchased there. The customer service is fantastic.

I purchased 3 items from PC. One, a refrigerator need the door switched to left handed. The others were delivered and installed excellent! The refrigerator was delivered twice with scratches. This was due to the warehouse making the changes for the door. I canceled the refrigerator after the second time. So why 5 stars? Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and helpful. They made a poor experience more than tolerable. I will continue to purchase from PC.

Gas range - I received excellent service. The salesman was cooperative. He answered all my questions. I felt he genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. I buy all my appliances at this store and have never had a bad experience. This one proved to be just as good.

Kind of a small mom/pop kind store. I was hesitant to do online shopping from them.. Should have listened to my heart. Worst buying experience I ever had. Called so many times to get a status on my order... In one week called them twice. Still no clue what is going on.. Finally had to cancel my order. Complete waste of my time. Go to Target or Walmart or Amazon. You get same product with same price. Do not waste your time with these guys.

P.C. Richard has just started selling mattresses and I'm one of the clients who seem to have been carried away by their low rates and stuck up with a poor quality mattress. I bought two mattresses from P.C. Richard & Son just about 1 year ago. One of the mattresses is sagging in up to 1 & 1/2 inch on one side, however P.C. Richard & Son has a policy to exchange the mattress only if the sagging is more than 2 inches. I've started getting backache and this mattress is making it worst for me. I would never buy any product from P.C. Richard & Son again in my life and I alert others to also not buy any product from P.C. Richard & Son as their return/exchange policy simply are not customer friendly.

We always get from PC Richard the building appliance needs and have referred a lot of our tenants to see Mohammed who is always there to assist us. What I like with PC Richard is their Deliveries are always coordinated.

Initially I purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress from Francisco. At the time I asked him if the mattress was firm, he replied, "Yes." But it was medium support. However, when I returned to the store I came across a very knowledgeable Manager named Dean. He walked me through the catalog and showed me the difference in the numbers of support and I chose a firm mattress. Thanks, I now sleep comfortably.

Purchased dishwasher. Was told will receive voucher for free installation. To date never received anything. After numerous phone calls was told manager would take installation off credit card which still has not happened. I would not recommend P.C. Richard to anyone. I purchased 2 items on 12/31/16 totaling $1299.82. I was approved for the P.C. Richard and Son's account through Synchrony Bank which covered the entire purchase with 6 months no interest! Great deal right? WRONG! Not only have I still not received my order 2 weeks later but in addition I have not even been "approved" to purchase these items despite Synchrony Bank telling me nothing is holding up my order. It's only P.C. Richard and Son telling me I have to go through additional verification despite also getting the physical card in the mail already. I already had to cancel one of the items on the order because I found it elsewhere. How you stay in business for 100 years with service like this is a mystery. BUYER BEWARE!! You may never get your merchandise despite providing a verified purchase card with their name on it. Worst buying experience in 41 years.

We are happy with our purchase of a Samsung WF50K7500AW washing machine at the Enfield, CT store. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The washer was purchased the day before Christmas, and consequently a machine was not available in the warehouse. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks to get the machine. However, 4 days later I received a phone call that the washer was available to be picked up. We are very pleased with this washer and highly recommend it. We also highly recommend P.C. Our Samsung dryer broke after 1 year and 2 months. We called the customer service center to set up a date for service from 9-1pm which was set for 2 days after we called. The night before the date the automated machine called and said we were set up for 1-5pm. I called at 8:30am the next morning and was assured the tech would be there between 9-1 as scheduled. My husband took the day off work for the service and got a phone call after I called to say the tech called in sick. The service was rescheduled for 2 days later between 9-1. The tech did not show up until 1:30pm with no phone call to say he would be late.

I went to the PC Richards on Queens Boulevard in Kew Gardens, Queens, NYC to purchase a Samsung TV. This was a couple of days after Christmas and so I was expecting to see sales items and had been taking note of one model in particular. I arrived with a friend and was surprised to find only two sales people on the floor. We waited for a sales person for several minutes before asking the Manager, "Roy" for help. He sent a salesperson who showed us the TV set I wanted but it had a "SALE" sign for $199.00. I said that I'd seen this model for $179.00 previously. He said this price was no longer available. It was currently $199.00. I asked if I could get the lower price. He said no and proceeded to walk away.

I had a very bad experience with PC Richard store in Carle Place, NY especially with the store general manager Chris ** who acted like a child and decided to walk away from me instead of helping resolve my issue. Best part of it all is that in the middle of us going back and forth he decided to bring my sleeping in a carriage 1 year old into the conversation, he implied that I was setting a wonderful example for my child. That's no way of talking to a customer, and involving a child in it is unacceptable... I will never buy anything else from PC Richard as I am really upset and I believe a customer should never be treated The way that I was.

We had a great experience with a rep in the Jersey City location which the rep Mark ** sold us with everything but then after the delivery and installation, we were not promised the right product that was on display and then the installation cost more than we expected which the installers did not have the right parts that we were shown at the store. When we called this rep, he yelled back on the phone and stated that he doesn't want to help us anymore and to speak to a manager at the store. Then I go to the store and the manager who signed off the day we purchased the products didn't remember anything. Worst experience and a waste of time.

Your company is horrible. I requested a left handed door for my refrigerator. They assured me it was simple. The first time the guy stripped the bracket while trying to switch the door. He then wanted to use my old bracket to fix it. I told him no! I bought a new one not a new one with an old part. That took 4 days. Then 2 days later it happened again. This time they were in such a rush. They couldn't line up the door correctly! So by the 3rd time my wife was so upset being it was a week before Christmas. We accepted the door on the other side since we didn't want another screw-up and have to wait again. I told them after the first time why not put the door on the other side before they delivered it? They told me the warehouse won't do it! What the hell is wrong with your company?

Rob, the salesperson at the store, made the process smooth and easy. He took extra time to call and arrange delivery for both items on the same day. He gave me a few tips which made the transition much easier. The delivery was on time, the men were professional and had the 2 old appliances removed and the new ones installed within 45 minutes. This was yesterday so too soon to comment on the appliances themselves but so far so good.

I ordered a stove on 11/28/2016. The delivery date was Saturday 12/10/2016, the stove was not delivery. I went back to P.C. Richard & Son. I was told sorry. The next delivery date was Sunday 12/11/2016, the stove was not delivery. I went back to P.C. Richard & Son again I was told sorry. The third delivery date was 12/17/2016. The stove was delivery. Very poor service, three visits to P.C. Richard & Son to get the stove. Next time I'm going to Home Depot for my appliances.

Appliance deliver is not the same. Size, height, width, and depth smaller than original order. Image from packing box is attached. Also physical measurement is also coincide with smaller print on box. My service contract is now void which should be until 2023. Must carry on.

I went to this store when I was able to buy a laptop and TV plus a fridge. Both my laptop and TV broke after a year both my error but thank G-D for insurance. They fixed the laptop and could not find a piece for the Samsung I bought. So I went in and they were out of Samsung TV so I got a Sharp. It was larger and Sharp is great. I miss the Samsung but I can deal with it. I shop there because I trust these guys and insurance helps. I encourage people not to think otherwise. I was brought up that extra insurance was a rip-off but to be fair TVs don't last like the old bulky one's and you can't leave on 24 hours or drop them. I remember dropping my old TV down a flight of stairs and it still worked. Always a trade off when you change up, and take of it and it'll pay off. Get insurance and I believe you have a week or two window if you can't afford the extra insurance on the spot but don't wait too long.

My husband and I were very lucky to meet Pedro ** at PC Richard in College Point. He helped us pick out our kitchen appliances (ref, stove, dishwasher & microwave). He was very knowledge about all the products and made some excellent recommendations to us. His follow through and professionalism was superb. I just want to say how professional and helpful D'andre and Lucas were in helping me buy a new television. They are both amazing assets to your wonderful organization. I have a disabled husband home who suffered a brain stem stroke and is paralyzed, bowel and bladder incontinent, and suffers from aphasia. TV is the only thing that keeps him alive and happy and the only thing we can now do together. I had financed a 65" 4k Sony tv 3 years ago before I lost my job and the damn tv just went on us. I have been so depressed and defeated, trying to do something to keep my husband happy and it backfired.

Bought the Ring Earlier this year from PC Richard in Elmont NY location. Julian helped us as he always does. Julian was very knowledgable about the ring doorbell/security device. He even explained how to install it. All of our experiences at PC RICHARD are good ones because of Julian and the staff that he has had help us in the past. I always send friends and family to see Julian at the Elmont store in New York.

1st time I've been to that particular P.C. Richard. Dan ** was very nice and helped me out right away. Was surprised to know that that store was open. Wasn't sure cause the back of the store is facing the road. He also informed me that they sold beds which is surprising. I will have my son check that out as well.

P.C. Richard and Son Products are excellent and are of the best quality. The prices are reasonable and what is special is that they give you free interest for 9 months or a year on your birthday month! I buy all my appliances from the Elmont NY store #2 and my favorite salesperson is named Craig. If you are in the area and need the most professional and caring salesperson ask for Craig! I have known him for years and will not ask for anyone else!!!

He went over and beyond to assist my husband and I with purchasing a new refrigerator. The size of space available was very difficult to find the measurements that I needed.
