The main reason I chose the gym is because it was local, and also because it fit my schedule. I like that its open all the time. I personally work two jobs while trying to go to school full time, so the only time I have to work out is at 2:00 am and it really gives me life for the rest of my waking hours. It has exceeded my wildest expectations and I'm beyond grateful for the experience.

24 Hour Fitness' locker rooms were clean and spacious. The gym had lots of equipment that was available for use even during peak hours. They're available in many locations. This gym was one of the better 24 Hour Fitness gyms in the area at the time and the convenience of location primarily is why I chose this gym. It was across the street from my old work location and offered a good spinning class. I also had a few friends that were members of the gym. However, I wish there was more variety in the classes being offered. Also sometimes there were broken machines and they went unrepaired for long periods of time.

This gym was open 24 hours. But I heard some branches don't offer this convenience. My gym had less option than 24 hour sport gyms but that is okay since the machines we had were not old and the gym and locker room were comparatively cleaner than some branches. But I like that they offered classes and I also like the option to have trainers around but I wish they would be cheaper. Sometimes I just need a spotter when I lift heavy. But I love the availability of the free weights however they need to have more of these as a lot of people prefer this to the machines. The only other problem I have is the ventilation. Sometimes the gym will be so humid.

I loved everything about 24 Hour Fitness. They have plenty of space so you can work out without a bunch of people watching you. They had plenty of equipment so you didn't have to feel uncomfortable squished up beside a random person. The staff were nice and easy going, and they even have a day care to watch your kids if you can't find a sitter. It was the best gym hands down I've ever been to. That gym was actually a discount through my old job but it met every expectation and more. I would definitely go back and refer the place to everyone I come in contact with.

There are lots of choices of machines and classes to use. There are also two pools which I use occasionally, one is heated which is great for pool exercises (the other one is used for laps only). I initially chose this 24 Hour because it had the heated pool and a whirlpool, as well as a pool exercise trainer because I had hurt my back and my doctors recommended pool exercise. But the saunas and whirlpools are not big enough nor clean enough for me to want to utilize. They are somewhat outdated. I'd like to see fresh, new ones put in. I'd also like to see new showers and bigger towels.

24 Hour Fitness is less than a mile from my home. I can go exercise at any hour I want. And so, I can avoid wait times for equipment by going at hours no one else does. Also, the membership fees are less than any gym in the area. However, the location I use is a smaller one and doesn't have amenities like a track, pool or steam room. Also, it can be difficult to find an on-site attendant at times.

The gym did meet my expectations as far as pricing per month, equal opportunities, and the friendly atmosphere. The experience with a 24-hour gym was amazing. Being able to work out whenever was a good thing. My favorite part of the gym was the tanning equipment, entertainment, and such a earthly environment. But I feel as if the gym needed staff all hours of operation. It would be nice and I would’ve felt more secured knowing the staff would be there 24/7. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time during the membership in which I did have and I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Location was very important to me when choosing a gym. I won't go to a gym that is too far away from my home. This gym was within a 15 minute drive of my home. It's open 24 hours, no judgment from patrons or employees. I like the atmosphere and decor, the availability of weights, and the variety of exercise equipment. But they should get newer equipment and more options for classes. They could also open a branch nearer to my home, have more cleaning supplies and options for personal trainers.

I choose this gym because it's close to my home and because a friend did recommended to me. There are many professional personal trainers and it's not always full of people like others gyms. But my expectations was high so it didn't met them. They could improve the changing room. A lot of lockers are broken and it's also not that clean. Their main problem is if you want unsubscribe they make it impossible. Also, their price is high in respect to other gyms. Overall I go there just because of the convenient location and friendly staff and my personal trainer.

I like that in the Sport Club gyms they are open 24/7 except on major holidays. I can workout whatever time of day or night when I feel like going to the gym. The Sports Clubs also have a pool, a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Unlike the regular status clubs that will only have weights and machines. They also have group fitness classes that are included in your membership as well as personal training which is extra. The group classes are also an excellent way to change the pace of workouts that I do and to do those in place of personal training which saves money. I wish there was one set price for membership and it would be good to use across all gyms whether they are Sport status or regular status and there weren't different prices for the different levels of clubs to have access to. I also would like if they could have an affiliation with AAA Autoclub that could give me further discounts in getting training packages, etc.

I enjoyed being able to go anytime I wanted to go. I enjoyed the trainer that was available to me when I needed them. Although it turned out they were not so available. Trainers were only there at like 2 or 3 in the afternoon and only on Monday and Thursday. 24 Hour Fitness did not meet my expectations because every time I went there there were always men that were snobbish and didn't want to be bothered by me. Also, I would rather go to a gym where there are people similar to me with similar goals. I am an obese middle aged female that was wanting to lose weight. I never saw anyone else there that fit the same criteria and I know that I am not the only person that fits that description in this world.

The gym is close to my home and work. It is very convenient and easy to access. Other gyms are close too but they are expensive. And I don't like to spend too much money to exercise. I like 24 Hour Fitness very much. You should go there too, there are girls too. They are pretty and some wear yoga pants. But if you go to the gym at five in the afternoon it can be very crowded, you wait for machines and there's a lot of waiting, too.

It's a friendly environment for people who have a complex about their weight. You feel comfortable and not judged. Gold's is a legendary place overall, nice environment and positive atmosphere. When you step inside you instantaneously feel like a part of American history. It is a one of a kind place and cannot be duplicated.

The gym was in the best location. It had great whirlpool, sauna steam and swimimg pool. It has all my needed amenities especially the whirlpool for a leg injury. It also has top notch machines and affordable monthly payments. The facilities clean and the receptionist was more than friendly. They also had very friendly trainers. All had a good attitude. But not all locations the same quality which is bad for the health club. I went to one that did not have all the amenities and had older machines. One I tried had no television on cardio.

I really enjoy the many options of work out classes and the varying skill levels. The instructors are also great and motivating. I really like the variety of workout machines and the cleanliness of the workout floor. Though I would like to have more cafe, food or juice bar options on site. I also would like to have more social hours to network and get to know other gym members so help motivate one another and perhaps start challenges with each other. I would like a cleaner and More relaxing locker room environment. Perhaps quality towels, candles, shampoo and conditioner provided, bath robes etc. I think the gym can improve on controlling the size of the classes. Nevertheless, 24 Hour Fitness has met my expectations for price and the fitness options they offer. I chose this gym for the great location and proximity to my house which allows me to run errands nearby after getting a workout in.

24 Hour Fitness is a twenty four hour gym which means it is open all hours and that is the absolute best feature in a gym. I can go anytime of the day & not be held back due to it being closed - also they have a daycare & many of us people who workout need childcare. They also have a wide variation of equipment - and plenty of multiples which is great because sometimes they can be busy & you don't want to spend the majority of your gym time just waiting for a price of equipment to be free. I dislike the guys who hang around doing weights - that is very annoying and also most people do not clean their equipment after each use. Absolutely disgusting! Other than that, 24 Hour Fitness is fantastic and very accommodating.

I really enjoyed the exercise plan that was given to me by my trainer. I had a few body areas that needed attention and the training addresses my needs. It was a good start for me to set my goals. I also liked the steam room and sauna. The equipment was easy to follow after my trainer set my plan. However, I disliked having to wait for equipment and the steam room was busy a lot. I tried to go at nonpeak times but my location was popular. Also, the parking was a challenge, during those hours of peak activity. Other than that, it has meet my expectations and the prices were very good. I was able to work out a payment option that worked for me and I could end the contract without a penalty. I like the help from the staff having only 3 days to work with a trainer. The people on schedule were able to answer my questions. I also like the classes that are offered during the week. The time were good for me.

I love the machines and the dance videos. I also like the trainers and how they push me to be in the best shape of my entire life. I couldn't imagine another exercise facility as great as this one! The exercises are great but the music and atmosphere could improve. The gym also, needs better cleaning supplies and the guys shouldn't be so creepy. The equipment needs to be updated. But overall I still really like the exercise facility. I love the trainers and the exercise facility is doing and achieving exactly what it was meant to do.

It was close to my home but not too close and the staff was helpful. I needed the gym to have a pool and I liked the pool, the ease of use and that they had two levels and a large locker room with showers. Also, the price was right. But needs renovation, it was quite rundown and needed many improvements. Also, no one monitored the children, who technically should not have been allowed in the gym. It didn't meet my expectations and I would not recommend it to others.

The one thing I like the most about this gym is that it is available to be used at any hour of the day so even if you would like to work out in the middle of the night you're able to do so and they have every piece of equipment you could imagine to be able to use at gym. I would like for them to improve the possibility of offering more personal training services but other than that I absolutely love everything about this gym. This gym has met all of my expectations.

24 Hour Fitness has met most of my expectations. I really like the size of the gym, the quality and variety of equipment, the variety of classes, the cleanliness of the establishment, the helpfulness of the employees, and the price of the membership is manageable for me. Also, I like that there are several locations, so I can always find one nearby. However, they could add more tanning booths, or higher level tanning booths. Also, they could lower the monthly membership cost a little bit. Overall, this is a quality gym, and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family members.

There are multiple locations and it is open any time of day so I can go anytime day or night. There are also gyms in multiple cities. I can use the gym when traveling. I also work out in different locations in town one near work another near home. The selection of equipment is generally good too. But some of the equipment does not work at times and not always the best sound systems so cannot always watch tv while exercising. Some of the clubs limit participation to a special increased membership cost. Overall the gym is affordable and accessible but nothing fancy. It has met my expectations well.

I definitely liked the variety of equipment that this gym has available for me to use and I appreciate that there is very little wait to use said equipment. This gym could probably afford to lower their membership fees, that wouldn't hurt my feelings. Also running specials could bring in more potential clients. It has more or less met all of my expectations.

I like 24 Hour Fitness' equipment and gym colors, the classes available, environment and helpful staff. However, they should lower memberships or low-income programs for the less fortunate. They deserve to be healthy. A daycare would also be nice since I have five kids and no babysitter. But they have met my expectations and is great because it is close to my house and located in a shopping center where I can save gas by not having to drive to a separate location. I can just walk.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because it is in very close proximity to where I am currently living at and a lot of people I know also go to this gym when they exercise. I really liked the employees and they were very friendly. I also liked that nobody stared at me funny or gave me weird looks because I'm overweight. I also liked the wide variety of machines they have. It is a really good gym to join and I would recommend this gym to all of my friends and on Facebook or their website.

It was easy to sign up for membership, the people were usually very nice and helpful. It was nice to have access to the gym 24 hrs a day. They had a good mix of equipment and classes. But, it was kind of crowded at times with the equipment and didn't seem to be anyone there that would help to motivate you in your program. After a while, I just lost focus and stopped going there.

24 Hour Fitness has a really big pool and a sauna, a volleyball court and a lot of other things to offer. They have vending machines and personal trainers and they offer different classes for people. The staff is always friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable regardless of your size. The gym is always clean and that is a big deal. They have a lot of machines compared to other gyms and they offer way more. I love that that have a lot of machines for people so you don't have to wait. One thing that I've noticed is that it's one huge room full of people. I don't like being around a lot of people during working out. If they would space it out a little more it would be a lot better for everyone. Other than that I don't have any complaints. I love everything about the gym though.

It is the closest gym that had a bare minimal facilities that I wanted. It has convenient locations near to where I live and work so that I am never far away from getting in a quick workout before or after traffic. Would like it if the 24 hour fitness with a pool was closer to me. An indoor running track would be ideal as well as the weather is too hot in the summer where I live to jog outside really. But the gym is maintained in excellent condition and has the right equipment that I like. Also, there is plenty of room to move around and not bump into people.

I like that the gym is open 24 hours. That way I can work into my schedule. With my profession I often have to work late hours and cannot attend a regular gym. Also, the people are friendly and the machines in there are kept clean and sanitary. However, one of the features that I dislike is the way machines are grouped. It doesn't leave a lot of room for someone who is bigger and they bump into people. Also, many times I have to wait to train. Other than that, this gym has met my expectations and I have a professional who knows what they're doing.

The hours of operation of 24 Hour Fitness is the main reason that I joined. The gym has met and exceeded my expectations in almost every area. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the workout equipment and areas. I like that they are open 24 hours so that I can go workout and train whenever I can, any time, day or night. The available hours makes it easy for me to come later at night since I work odd and unpredictable hours. But I would appreciate if there was a snack counter instead of a vending machine. But a vending machine would be acceptable too but I would improve the vending machine options for drinks, or fruit.

I had to pick 24 Hour Fitness for convenience because when I want to work out I would really like to be relatively close to the gym that I want to go to. The gym has lots of different types of equipment and it is nice that I can do many different types of workouts with them, so I never get bored. I have a good experience every time I go.

They are always open so that works with my schedule because sometimes I can go in morning and then sometimes I can go at night depending on my work schedule and also I feel self-conscious working out around others so if I go there in the morning really early there aren't a lot of people there. But, more equipment would be nice because sometimes using the same things and running the same.things would get boring and maybe it would be cool if they had tanning and more staff for personal training people who know a lot about disabilities and mental issues even.

I have been a member of 24 Hour for 4 years. Recently I decided to change to another gym (Dec. 2016, closer to my house, I can walk to the new gym). I have not missed a payment or yearly fee since I joined 24 Hour. When I tried to cancel my membership (not under any contract just month to month) I had to speak to a manager. This doesn't seem too bad, but the manager seemed to never be available. So a month later (paying the monthly fee) I finally was able to speak to someone. They reassured me that it would be canceled and I would not be charged again. That was in February (2017.) Today (June 2017) I finally had to contact my bank to stop payment on recurring payment.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because of the hours. I like that they are open 24 hours a day. And so, accessibility to the gym is very easy and they have a very clean environment. Also, their equipment is up to date and well maintained. However, not all gyms have the same things. Some have pools while others do not. Some have day cares and some don't. So consistency is not always the same. Their membership plans are not that great either. Nevertheless, their training program to use the equipment is always top notch.

I did appreciate the several options the gym offered, including but not limited to, free weights, yoga, pilates, dance, treadmills for cardio, etc. The dance class was interesting, although it was best for intermediate and/or advanced, not beginners. It is a 24-hour establishment and it's not like the "health spas" of the 80s, or Bally Total Fitness. But when I work out, I prefer to do it solo and at home. There were too many people at the gym for me. Some might have been there to look good (i.e., show off) and there was a lot of grunting, which threw me off.

I love the fact that the gym is open twenty four hours. As someone who has a busy work schedule, it's nice to know that I don't have to race to the gym and make it before it closes or that the gym isn't open early enough for me to work out before I go to work. I like the flexibility this provides me. I wish they had more classes available and more "fat friendly". It seems like a lot of their classes and trainers aren't equipped to handle individuals who aren't used to exercise or who are trying to get into shape, as opposed to maintaining their shape. It's disheartening. It had the exercise equipment I was looking for. I have a bad knee and back so it's difficult to find cardio exercise equipment that I can use without straining myself or making my injuries worse.

They had great membership, prices available to the public and large facilities with lots of equipment to choose from. I like the fact that I could cancel my membership whenever convenient for me and my situation was very nice. However, it was not as clean as I thought it should be. These type of facilities should hold a consistent method for cleanliness and it should be a comfortable place for people to come and work out and not feel like they are leaving with some type of illness or virus because of the poor hygiene maintenance.

24 Hour Fitness has updated equipment, staff helps me around in my wheelchair when needed and gives me discounted membership because of my disability. I like their variety of equipment, friendly staff and clean environment. Also, they're close to me, affordable, wheelchair accessible, has a pool and television is tuned in to channels I like. But it's too crowded at times, some equipment is too close and not wheelchair accessible and pool isn't year round. Wish trainers were more affordable. I could use the extra help and knowledge of the trainers.

I think this gym was very clean and in a convenient location from where I was living at the time. The hours worked with my schedule as well. The staff at the location I went to was nice. It's a pretty average gym all around. Due to the fees being higher than some gyms and the environment being not as upscale, I've preferred my time at Planet Fitness and Life Time more.

I like that they have pools, racquetball and basketball. The space is bigger and brighter but with music playing that's so loud it could make your ears bleed! It seems that all their club buildings are being upgraded not only on the outside but also on the inside. All these upgrades are nice, especially for the newcomers; however, these bigger clubs are being built on the backs of the loyal older customers! These club managers promise you a low lifetime membership then expect you to increase your dues to keep going to the new clubs NO MATTER WHAT YOUR CONTRACT SAYS! Their excuse is "It's to cover the additional costs."

I like the classes they offer and I like that if I work late I can still make it to the gym. The staff is friendly and there is always someone there to help you if you need it and always encourage you. I like all their equipment because they all pretty much have a beginner level and a expert level. I like how you can set the speed you want to go and it speeds up if you speed up and slows down when you do. I also like the relaxing room that is quiet and cool when you need to take a break. They have free bottles of water if you're a bronze or gold member but you can also get a water of course if you're silver. You just have to pay for it. Also the staff is always on point and wiping down a machine as soon as someone is done.

It did not meet my expectations. A famous gym like 24 Hour Fitness should have been a bit nicer. It was a very basic gym. It does not have any bells and whistles, but it has the weights and Cardio machines, and I assume classes but I never signed up for one. They did have TVs to watch while using treadmills and stuff. But, I would definitely like them to add a pool. That is my favorite way to exercise and that would make me reconsider going back to the gym.

I love how there's enough machines for everyone to use. There's never standing around waiting for someone to finish so you can use a machine. I also love that it's open 24 hours. I use this gym due to it being close to me, the convenience of being about to go at any time of the day, the wide variety of machines, personal trainers, and overall it's just a great gym. I wish the locker room and bathrooms would be kept tidier, and stocked with paper towels/toilet paper. It's often a huge mess in the locker room/bathroom.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness for convenience and the ability to go whenever I feel like it. Also, I like the equipment available. It is usually not too busy and the staff are very friendly. Also, it is a very clean environment and everything is well cared for there. However, it is visible from the windows outside and I don't really like that. It could also offer more service or training involving health and fitness. Also, the gym does not have as much equipment as it could have, but for a 24 hour gym, it provides a pretty good experience. Overall, 24 Hour Fitness has met my expectations and it is good for what it is.

The gym was close to home and conveniently appropriate and easy to walk to in less than 5 minutes. The gym was much like any other regular gym I had experienced before. It has clean facilities, good equipment and friendly patrons. I enjoyed the easy 24 hr access, which gave me a way to relieve stress at 3 am. But the gym was too brightly lit and the staff was never available to help with problems nor offer sound advice. Common courtesy demanded more as did a better customer service approach. I was also roped into a two year contract and so endured the place to get my money's worth. It was a part of a wellness program for a previous job. Since they knew you were locked into a contract that was close to unbreakable they were often rude.

The gym has a convenient location, lots of equipment, excellent cardio machines and facility, reasonable prices and clean showers. It's 24 hours open and there are no lag times and waiting. The gym is authentic, reliable, uncomplicated, trustworthy and well worth. The classes are at convenient times and there are great instructors and coaches/trainers available at an hourly basis for an extra price or cost to the member. But the gym should get better trainers. They should also provide beverages, protein shakes and extra amenities for the price being charged and improve the showering facilities.

I like the overall cleanliness, variety of areas, staff, classes and pricing. Got wide area racquetball, 24hr basketball, even tanning. But some aren't so clean and don't always feel safe. Lots of dark crowd on the basketball court and I've literally had around 6 or 7 balls stolen. The whole parking lot should have cameras too. Overall the gym has all the features I want, not crazy expensive like Equinox but overall best value, not for poor people like Planet Fitness, not for body builders like Gold's, 24hrs a day, great locations, store for merch.

Big area not too crowded. I get a variety of available equipment. It’s clean and no waiting. It saves me time and I appreciate that a lot. I think the effort in gym setting shows how much they appreciate you as a client. This would help bring in new clients and more growth in this gym.

24 Hour Fitness is close to my home and convenient which is why I go to it. They have many different kinds of equipment and you have to wait to use it sometimes. It is what I need because otherwise it would be expensive. Then they need to make a better effort to keep the cleanliness standards up as every gym always feels dirty and smells weird.

I used to work at the juice bar inside in the 24 Hour Fitness. I was 17 years old. It was separately owned so I didn't get a free membership. It just happened to be convenient and they have met my expectations. I like the way they greet you when you first walk in. Typically when you first get there there's always a trainer around asking if you want personal training sessions. There are also people on the floor that work there helping you to improve your Technique. The entire staff is friendly and you don't feel out of place even if you're out of shape. The only issue that I have is parking. It's always busy and I feel like I should have expanded their parking lot by now. Also, it would be great if they would have better options for child care.

I chose this gym because a coworker of mine was a member and as I was new to the area, and wasn't staying long, I decided to go with her. It was also very close to our workplace and to where I was staying. I liked being able to watch tv with headphones in while running on the elliptical and also liked the locker room. It was very clean, friendly, and had plenty of mirrors but I didn't like how few of options there were for purchasing sports drinks at the facility. And I didn't like the feeling of being pressured to have a trainer assist me in planning my workout. I prefer going on my own and doing what I feel like doing. I'm already very self conscious and having someone critique me didn't help but I don't mind having trainers on hand, especially if I have a question.

I am thoroughly pleased with my gym as they really cater to the members. They make you feel at home and they're extremely helpful if needed and that's important. It means a lot to show your people you do care and it isn't just about money. They offer trainer's name and numbers when asked. One thing that sticks out to me is that they have multiple machines so people can work out without the wait. That helps out more than you'd think because the wait time is uncomfortable and inconvenient which then leads to going home, less motivation and possibly losing members. Overall I love my gym. It's fast, convenient and comfortable. It has by far met and exceeded my expectations! All the members feel the same way I do and I find myself squeezing it into everyday conversations. I recommend this gym to any and everybody I meet. Terrific!

I really enjoyed the options for personal trainers and weekly classes. Having a personal trainer was inexpensive and helped me to reach my goals better. The wet and dry saunas felt wonderful and I especially enjoyed the pool for laps and water aerobics. My personal trainer was wonderful and encouraged me to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I like that 24 Hour Fitness gym has a basketball court where I can play basketball with friends and meet a lot of new people. I wouldn't normally get to meet outside of my comfort zone and I like that it is indoors and has AC. I also like this gym because my whole family and friends go. But I don't like how sometimes there is a lot of people on the machines and I have to wait a very long time to get one. They should add more machines to the gym facility to make it more time sensitive for others. Other than that, I love 24 Hour Fitness. It is a awesome place and I would choose it over any gym any day.

I like the swimming pool, the hot tub and the fact they are open 24 hours. When I was going there I needed the ability to come during late night hours. 24 Hour Fitness fit that profile perfectly. I also liked the flexibility of them having several locations that I could use which made things much more convenient. I also liked the basketball court and the fact that they are staffed around the clock which makes it much more safe and secure. But the only thing I disliked was the billing which they did correct for me. Everything else seemed pretty good and I liked how clean they kept the gym and the equipment, etc.

The features that I like about 24 Hour Fitness gyms are the convenience of them. I have one very close to my home and it is open 24 hours a day so I can work out whenever I want. The features I do not like about 24 Hour Fitness is that the size of the buildings are a bit small. The machines are closed in which makes for a packed gym.

The 24 Hour Fitness gym's hours availability are amazing, though at this point most gyms are open twenty four hours. I also enjoy the cleanliness and most importantly, the size. There are always plenty of machines available and without needing to be right next to someone. However, a different pay system would be nice. When I went there, I paid about a thousand dollars to sign up and monthly fees but I didn't really use it as much as I should have for the cost. But I chose it for location purposes because I lived right next to it. Also at the time, there weren't as many other options as there are now, so the price wasn't as shocking. But now there's no way I would sign up with them.

24 Hour Fitness was closer to where I was living at the time. It was open 24 hours a day which was convenient because I worked out a lot during the early morning hours. Also, I liked that they had multiple machine to work on as well as classes. However, it ended up being too expensive for me to afford the monthly fee. I had some financial issues that came up as well as issues with the security in the neighborhood. I have since moved to a different state and there aren't any 24 Hour Fitness's where I live currently. But the gym met my expectations.

I like being able to hook my iPod up to the machines that charge them while I use. 24 Hour Fitness is always open and I love late night workouts. They have nice showers and always pretty girls around. However, the showers don't always have hot water and I can't rent a permanent locker. Sometimes too busy and I hate the music they play there. Also, sometimes it's hard to find disinfectant to wipe down machines. But it has Cheaper price than the club at Woodbridge or NYC sports club, and it is really close to my home. They have met my expectations and I'LL stick with it.

I like 24 Hour Fitness because it has a reasonable membership fee and good customer service. I also like the quality and the option of workout equipment that we get to use. This gym meets expectations because it's everything the reviews says it is. Overall, it's a great place to work out.

The membership is partially covered by my husband's employer and it is conveniently located near my home so I am able to go after work. But tThere are very few things I dislike about this gym. Occasionally, the gym can be crowded during certain times of year. Also people don't always care for the equipment as they should. Other than that, I like this gym because it is always clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can exercise without judgment. Additionally, I really enjoy that there is a wide large variety of equipment and machines at my disposal. This gym also offers classes that member can take to switch up their exercise routine. That makes this gym very suited to my exercise needs. The gym meets my expectations in the overall environment and experience.

This was my first gym experience and I was very excited to start so I could lose weight. I liked that some of them had indoor walking trails and I liked the treadmills and that the gym was open all the time. However, I was appalled to discover that the gym was often dirty and it was expensive. I was also intimidated to workout regardless of the time because I felt like an outsider and the staff ignored me while approaching others to get to know them. I did not feel I belonged because I was not a skinny Minnie.

I like the gym's location near my office. They also have a heated swimming pool, steam room, and structured classes. There are other aspects of the gym experience that stand out including the social aspects as opposed to working out at home like social interaction, camaraderie, mutual encouragement, classes etc. This gym has met and in several ways exceeded my expectations in facilities especially in the quality and up to date equipment and very well maintain facilities and grounds including the locker rooms and training areas. However, I dislike the gym at certain times of the day. It is way too crowded which makes it challenging to workout and as a direct result very loud to most. There are also some minor inconveniences which collectively add up such as waiting or breaking your workout routine for another gym user on equipment, parking limitations, certain areas closed down for periods of time and too many in the pool to swim at one time.

I love that it's open 24 hours because my work schedule is never consistent. This is the most important factor for me because I don't really like to exercise so if I want to exercise at 1 am, I can. I like the price is not too expensive as well, as I don't make much money but it still has a large variety of machines. However, sometimes I feel like it's a "cheap" gym. Often, the machines I want to use are taken. I also don't like that it's crowded sometimes because I can't stay on a machine for as long as I wish.

I choose 24 Hour Fitness due to it being opened 24 hours straight - so I had the opportunity to work out to what time frame fit my schedule - not someone else's. The availability of the 24-HR gym gave me a chance to workout before or after work. But I would like to have a separate place for just women to workout - if they wanted to. I'm heavy set & it’s embarrassing enough to work out in front of other women but in front of men too - I'd just have really appreciated the offer to step away into a private area. But I loved the fact that I could shower & even tan after the workout. It was a great experience.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because my work offered a monthly rate that is affordable for me and my family. They also offered no sign-up fees. I enjoy the group cardio and lifting classes, towels available and hookups for iPhones on the machines. Access to steam rooms, saunas, and swimming pools are also a plus. The possibility of childcare is a benefit for parents who workout. However, the childcare facility costs extra which is a little bit of a downside. 24 Hour Fitness has met my expectations until I had a baby and have had difficulty getting to the gym because the childcare monthly cost is a little too high to pay right now. Also, the group rooms don't have great ventilation and could use more fans. There should also be a way to check in without having to do a finger scan with pin code and machines could also be kept in better working shape.

Group classes and private stretching rooms is the main reason I chose 24 Hour Fitness gym. I like that personal trainers are also available. It also offered group classes that I wanted to participate in. Plus, it's conveniently located and has hours that work for me. I feel welcome there. However, it needs more cardio machines. They could add more options too for group classes like different types of yoga, etc. I also think the gym could use work on cleanliness or have free wipes to clean equipment before/after use and more female staff. Nevertheless, the gym met my overall expectations and I am satisfied with my choice.

I love the size of the gym and variety of equipment. I get the workout I want on my time and it makes me happy and feel great. I choose to go at times when there aren't so many people there so, it feels more private for my workout. Staff is great and the gym is so clean! It's also a very convenient location and the price is affordable for my budget. I can't see me going to any other gym. Overall my favorite gym to frequent for many years.

It is near my house and easy to get to. It has pretty colored signs and colors inside. It can be bleak sometimes when several machines are broken though. Also, the guys on the weights can be jerks. And I wish it had more up-to-date machines and that they cleaned the machines better. The locker room is also kind of depressing. But the price is right and my friends workout there as well. It's also open 24 hours and I like being able to work out late at night. I feel safe there and they also don't push the perfect body agenda. Other gyms are not.

24 Hour Fitness has lots of machines. I liked how generally quiet it was and the fact that I could go late at night or early in the morning and pretty much be alone. It was nice and easy to get through my workout without having to worry about feeling insecure or feeling like someone was judging me. On the other hand, it was kinda sweaty in there like the machines weren't always clean but there was like a spray thing so that's fine and also the machines weren't the best quality machines. A lot of them were cheap and not smooth and creaky and you could tell my location was more low budget. But still, I liked that I could pay for it up front at Costco and get a good deal and it was close to my house and the biggest gym I had access to with the most variety and availability of machines. However I didn't like running into people from school there that just grossed me out completely.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because it's close to my work and it is very easy to squeeze a workout in before or after work. I love that it is open 24/7 as my schedule changes frequently. I don't have to worry about when I'm going to find time to work out, it is fantastic. The gym may be small but it has everything I need and all of the equipment is state of the art and well maintained. Also, I greatly appreciate the full amenities at my 24 Hour Fitness because it allows me to get a good work out in and take a shower before work which is definite plus. Having a staff member onsite at all hours is something that needs to be addressed. I often work out alone so my safety is a big concern. If there was a staff member I would feel much more comfortable pushing my workouts to the next level.

I like that I can go to 24 Hour Fitness on my time and that I don't have to rush to the gym to get my workout before they close. I can go early morning, after work or in the evening once my kids are fed, bathed and in bed. You can go in, do your workout at your own pace, on your time. The staff doesn't hassle you and the only time they would approach you is if you needed something. Furthermore, 24 Hour Fitness has a nonjudgmental environment. It is affordable and conveniently located. Sometimes, it's nice to have that workout buddy so they offer you passes to bring a friend along. They also offer personal training if you would like.

24 Hour Fitness has convenient hours and many locations. It fits my lifestyle for many reasons. A gym has to fit into a person's day otherwise you'll never get there. I have friends that go there as well and I feel like 24 hour is a contemporary choice. However, the membership agreement can be limiting. I have friends who've had a terrible time getting out of that commitment. If you have a good program, this tactics are not necessary. To me, it makes me question the company to have reviews like that.

24 Hour Fitness was very clean and the machines, especially the cardio (i.e., treadmill, elliptical) were plentiful. They provide access to a variety of workout classes to choose from. The patrons and staff were friendly for the most part. But some of the staff members were rude. I chose 24 Hour fitness because the location of that particular gym was equal distance from my house and job. I like either working early in the morning or on my way in from work, so the location was the best for me. All in all, the gym is decent. However, the price per month increased. Many areas were packed with too many bodies and not spaces out enough. The classes I preferred were not offered during my workout time and I was unable to attend regularly.

The 24 hours was the main reason I chose this gym. It was nice having my own private key and very convenient with the many locations. It also offered a large variety of machines, specifically cardio machines. There is a free 24 hrs tanning bed which is a nice bonus. However, they need more classes offered like Zumba, spinning or ab work out classes. I also would like more personal trainers staffed, they were always busy and hard to grab. And a sauna would be the cherry on top!

It was the 24 hour access that really got me. The gym is available all day, even early morning and late at night. I enjoyed going to work and coming out after closing knowing that even at 10 pm it would be open. Even a walk on the treadmill before bed gets me tired enough to actually sleep! Also classes were available for premium memberships, which I really enjoyed. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba - all the fun ones! Everything was fine, but it was a little pricey. It was also difficult to leave the gym when I moved and I ended up paying for months where I wasn't even in the same state. I couldn't suspend my membership either, like when I traveled, etc.

24 Hour Fitness is very close to my home and has everything that I need in a gym. The gym membership is very affordable and there is a large variety of machines and equipment for use. It is also very simple and straightforward i.e. has your standard machines, nothing too complicated. It is kind of smelly in general, but it's a gym. Also sometimes machines and locker rooms are unclean, but that has more to do with the other patrons, not the gym itself.

The hours of operation of 24 Hour Fitness were great. Plus, it was a female friendly gym not just for weight lifters. Their equipment was nice and new and the facility was clean, not just a sweaty men’s place. It was also near my home and price was good. The employees are encouraging and friendly, as well. But nutritional counseling, classes in yoga and low impact stretching would make it better. And more programs and classes for older women, a pool, special times or ladies only nights would be nice too.

The biggest feature that made me sign up here, the thing that trumps even quality, is the fact that 24 Hour Fitness is 24 hours, which is great for people like myself who work long hours. The locations really need to invest in either replacing this for frequently or just getting better equipment because a lot of the stuff is old and outdated. Some mats and such also smell very bad. Nonetheless, it's cheap, easy and has met my expectations for what I pay. Not the greatest but a good value for what you are paying.

24 Hour Fitness has anytime access. They have moderate monthly fee and low cost sign up. They have the newest equipment and free weights, steam room and locker rooms, different types of classes such as Yoga, Pilates, and other special classes. There are TVs in the treadmill and stationary bike area with headphones plug in access. Also have cool down/stretch area, free towels, mats and other equipment. They're well lighted and has good parking and security cameras in parking lot and at entrance. This gym has locations that are near my home and work. I travel to other work locations and found them in those cities too.

Getting admission into this gym was a quick and easy process. It is a great place to workout every part of your body. I chose this gym out of convenience, and have loved it since. I've had nothing but stellar experiences with this place. 24 Hour Fitness always has plenty of fitness machines available to use. If you're looking for a place with plenty of room and tools to help you stay in shape, I highly recommend this place. It's a friendly and outgoing facility.

24 Hour Fitness had plenty of different machines and the variety of equipment was good, too. The gym is open all hours and I have a extremely busy schedule so I can go when I want. Their cost was reasonable and easy to make payments, as well. I also like that the gym does not pressure me to do anything crazy like CrossFit, and that doesn't have pizza nights or give me Tootsie Rolls. However, they could add tanning and hydrobeds, and newer bathroom facilities, too. I would appreciate being able to shower before or after work.

I like the ability to exercise whenever I want, I think it's very important for people to get the ability to work out later in the day instead of earlier. However, at my current gym that I have gone to, there is not enough parking, also there are windows that show you as you exercise. They also make you pay a ridiculous amount to bring someone else which I find stupid. But I love how there is a variety of equipment and plenty of cardio machines that I can use to attempt to make my life much better and lose as much weight as I can.

All my friends go to 24 Hour Fitness and they never have any complaints. Except for me because I only pretty much like to swim or punch. But they rarely have a punching bag and understandably, not every gym can carry a pool. But a man's gotta punch and I don't wanna buy no 150 pound bag and carry it to my car and carry it home just so I can use it once a week and forget about. But the gym pretty much have all the weights and machines you need. Also, there's usually a machine open for exercise at any given time on any given Sunday.

24 Hour Fitness definitely met all of my expectations. I was very pleased. It is a very clean gym, had new equipment and a professional staff who was knowledgeable in the equipment. The staff was able to help me find what works best for me too. I also love that they are opened 24 hours. It is very convenient for me to be able to go when I get off of work. I am a single mother and don’t have the same availability as some might.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because I'm a night owl. I like the fact that I can go work out at any hour I please because I like to do most of my errands and my workout late at night. I like the parking structure keeping my car safe. I like to swim and like the length of the pool so it is the area where you will find me. I also enjoy running and weight lifting.

24 Hour Fitness has the best exercising equipment and services. The staff is available at all times and they are very good at knowing what exercise is best for you and when you need to use it. There are very innovative and creative ways to improve your experience with a workout trainer. However, I dislike the towels and linens they have. They do not have clients wipe off equipment after each time they use them. Also, there is not a lot of available parking lots and the lots are not well lit. And there are no ramps for handicap people.

I liked that it appeared clean and had an upper and lower level and enough space for large classes to take place. I would have liked a mile lap to run like some Bally's had before closing. I think that all locations should have a large pool as well as a sauna and/or a steam room of some kind. I chose this gym because I had family that had memberships and I got to try it for free. Also Bally had closed at that point. Other than that I feel as though I'm capable to get myself in gear and not squander my money on unnecessary business ploys such as most gym establishments.

24 Hour Fitness is large and has many amenities. It was an incredibly nice gym and you can go anytime you want. They have many activities like a basketball court, a pool, a sauna, good music around the clock and many television screens conveniently placed on front of the cardio machines. It was better than most gyms. However, they were pretty expensive and they wouldn't let me in without a towel so I'd constantly have to buy towels from them. The representatives seemed a bit pushy, and I also experienced a very flaky personal trainer that was 45 minutes late because he forgot to set his alarm clock. Another personal trainer took my measurements and said I was technically obese at 130 lbs, 5'7".

I chose this gym due to its location convenience. I'm not picky about which gym to go to, and I was with family when we enrolled, and it just happened to be very close to where we lived. So the travel to there and back home was about perfect for my specific lifestyle. I liked the size of the 24 Hour Fitness gym. It give the gym more room for workout machines and different fitness classes. I also like how the staff and the people who work out there were so friendly. The bathrooms are also very nice and big. It's very stylish and modern looking. However, there should be more towels or cleaning wipes that are available to find or use because sometimes when I'm on the elliptical, I wanted to wipe down the handles, and I couldn't always find the wipes/towels.

I really like 24 Hour Fitness. They have staff that helps when I have questions and the staff is knowledgeable about the equipment, as well. I also like the equipment, especially the ellipticals and the brands they have. They are well maintained and have a wide variety. Opened 24 hours is a must for my lifestyle and 24 Hour Fitness allows me to exercise when I want to. It is very close to my house, so it is convenient. I can also usually find one when I am traveling, too. This gym has met almost all of my expectations. However, there are always things that any gym can do better and 24 Hour Fitness is no exception. Sometimes it is not as clean as I would like it to be. Also, if there is a piece of equipment down it might take a little while for it to be repaired. This does not happen very often but it happens occasionally. Also, with it being 24 hours there is not always staff there which is not a huge deal.

24 Hour Fitness had the best price and most machines. There are other gyms that like to compete but this gym is the best out of all for the sheer number of machines they have and all the beautiful women there. But sometimes people don’t wipe their sweat from the machines and the people will look at you funny if you don't wear the proper attire. It's weird. But this is a very good gym for all and I would recommend to others.

I chose this gym because it was conveniently located. For the most part it was walking distance. It also offers a lot of things and features a lot of varieties of equipment. It also offers a basketball court, a sauna, a steam room, jacuzzi and a pool. The gym is also well-maintained. The only concern I have with this gym is the amount of people that come in. It's usually always crowded, and you sometimes need to wait to use the equipment.

24 Hour Fitness is a nice clean place to work out and the hours are perfect for any and everyone. I feel very comfortable with the workers there. I have never seen anyone that they made feel uncomfortable from everyone. I really like how the trainers answer all questions no matter what it is or how small it maybe and if they don't know the answer they will go find someone who can answer my questions. They always show you how to operate all the equipment and how to safely work it. No pressure from the workers and nobody is making fun of you while you're trying to get better. The classes are also great. The trainers work with everyone, they don't make you feel as if you're not on the same level as others in class. I like how they do force you to buy their products even if you have a private trainer. The trainer also is very easy to talk to. They don't judge you as just a fat person. They see to it they are your partners in doing the struggles of life and weight loss.

Love the fact that it is open 24 hours and love the amount of locations, especially when I lived in Southern California. It also had great classes and trainers and a lot of great equipment especially cardio, my fave. However, it was very busy at the times I actually went and that it seemed like kind of a meat market. Lots of annoying young guys trying to flirt or flex instead of just working out and keeping to themselves. It used to be a really great gym to be a part of.

24 Hour Fitness gives me the ability to exercise at any hour that was convenient for me. Open 24 hours so I can exercise on my own time schedule, so I can work out early in the morning, or late at night depending on my work schedule. There is always clean towels, machines available, and nice employees. They always maintain a clean facility. But it makes me a little nervous when my schedule requires me to exercise late at night. Should have a little more employees at night, it gets creepy after normal business hours. Having more security or employees would make me feel more at ease when I have to work out outside of normal business hours.

I chose this gym over other gyms because it was the only one at the time that I got feedback from my family and close friends about. A lot of them went there and encouraged me to sign up, so I did. It was also nice that at my time of membership, a lot of family and close friends went to the same gym and it was nice to have extra time with the ones I love, even if it was while working up a sweat. It was also pretty clean and had a decent amount of nice machines to use. It was overall a nice place. The smoothie stations in the front was cool too.

24 Hour Fitness was close to my house, it was generally clean and felt safe. I liked that there were personal trainers, flexible hours and the equipment was easy to use because of charts. It was good for basic workouts. The bathrooms were clean. However, I'm not sure it was always perfectly clean. There was only one small unisex shower and no pool or water facilities. My first trainer was not good at working with older women, but my second trainer was very knowledgeable.

My husband has been going to 24 Hour Fitness gym for almost 4 years now. He recommended me the gym because of the friendliness of the staff and the gym's cleanliness, as well the parking is not that hard. Also, it's very close to our place. The equipment is always clean, the ambiance is cozy, friendly staff and towels are always available and clean. The music is just about right and the parking is always available. However, I would love for them to put the air conditioning low a little bit because you are there to sweat, and not to get cold. Also lower the light and put some free water.

I love the wide variety of equipment and services of 24 Hour Fitness to help meet my exercise needs. The hours of operation are also excellent for anyone's needs. I work extremely late hours and their hours fit my lifestyle perfectly. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional, as well. They have knowledge of fitness and equipment. I've always gone to this gym and it's the only one I've ever been to. It's been my gym for over 20 years now. I like it, the up to date gym equipment and the convenience of the showers and healthy snacks. The staff is always very friendly and helpful as well.

I like that it's open all the time so it fits the schedule that I am on, and the hours of operation fits my hectic lifestyle. It is close to my residence, as well. I also like the amount of equipment in the gyms I've been in. I like the staff, too. But I'd like the gym to be bigger with access to pool, sauna, etc. Also, more programs like yoga in more time slots. I don't like the price, too. The price for personal trainers and extra gym features are outrageous. However, the gym is ok but I don't pay extra to go to one of their sports facilities that are available.

24 Hour Fitness is close to my job, and I can go right after work. I work 50 hours a week and I like going to the gym very late at night. I love that I can go anytime at 24 Hour Fitness and I regularly go at 12 am after work. A lot of my coworkers go to 24 Hour Fitness, as well. I like that the gym I go to has a pool. I love swimming and it is the best workout for me since I need to lose weight. However, I wish they had friendlier staff and the gym had more machines and a bigger sauna, too. The one that they do have seems to be small for my personal taste.

The gym was right next to my dorm room in college and I decided to give it a try because I wanted to start working out. It was a college age gym, a lot of kids my age, so that was nice. However, there are always those ** people at the gym and this is the main reason why I wasn't happy with 24 Hour Fitness. I'm thinking of trying somewhere like Planet Fitness out so I can avoid them.

24 Hour Fitness was recommended by a family member and has a good reputation. I been there and saw what I liked so I just kept going back. It's also convenient for me and I like the machines they offer. You get a good workout in there. I love all the machines they have and the basketball court. They also have a nice staff who are friendly. The swim area is nice also and the hot tub plus the sauna room. They could put more machines in there but all in all I don't feel they need to change anything. They could improve the basketball court and make it bigger. They could change the sauna room and add a few more workers. Also they could put more people in there that help train groups of people and do it for free instead of charging people. You already paid to join so shouldn't have to pay to have a trainer unless you are getting one on one help. But 24 Hour Fitness is perfect the way it is.

I chose this gym for the sole purpose of being able to workout at my only schedule and when I felt comfortable. That makes it easier to not make excuses for yourself. Also, many people I knew went there so I didn't have to work out solo. Honestly, the gym was really good and has a variety of available workouts but the only thing I would change is the price and it would also be nice to have a smoothie bar to get healthy drinks after a workout.

I enjoy all aspects of the gym and the amenities they offer. The price is affordable and the atmosphere is quaint. The trainers are nice and consistent and very helpful. I get a very good experience every time I go. It’s a pleasing place to be and it’s very convenient to my work schedule. I can go anytime of the day or night, 7 days a week. My friends suggested it and it has not been a regret of mine.

I like all the features that they provide with this gym. They are great especially their customer service. They are willing to provide anything you need. They have the materials on me. If I need a trainer they have classes. They also provide all type of services before and it's even convenient for me because they are open 24 hrs so I can go when I want to. They are really good to me and whoever I bring. I have had nothing but a great experience.

24 Hour Fitness was reasonably priced. My parents had been members previously and they were able to add me to their account. This arrangement made it cheaper than if I was to get my own account, there or elsewhere. Also, the hours of the gym are the most convenient part for me. I could go after work and without it being open 24 hours, I wouldn't have been able to exercise much at all. I also liked the different types of equipment and that they give instructions on how to use them. However the gym I went to was little small and felt cramped at times. There seemed to either be several people there or virtually none. Also, because we were supposed to have cleaned the equipment ourselves after we used them, I started to wonder if the equipment was actually being cleaned. I remember times where I had forgotten to do that sometimes, and I've even seen a few people do the same thing.

This gym is close to where I live and it has somewhat met my expectations. I believe if I would travel further to another facility, it would probably meet all my expectations. But I like that they have a variety of equipment to choose from. All of the exercise equipment are modern and up to date and there is always someone to help. However, the two gyms that I usually go to are not big enough. They need to expand and have larger facilities. At times people are bumping into each other and it can get a bit frustrating.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because of the availability and the option to choose when you want to workout. The gym is always open and staffed and this is great for those that work unconventional hours. Child care is a big plus and family workout activities help keep the entire family fit. Also, the atmosphere is positive and upbeat. I wish they'd hire more knowledgeable staff, incorporate more machines into the workout circuits and open up more classes at more times, and a variety of levels of workout classes.

I really liked that I was able to go at anytime that was convenient to my schedule. I worked evenings, so it was nice to be able to go after work at 11 pm. But I didn't like the types of people that frequented that gym. It seemed more like a muscle competition than people trying to get healthy. The whole atmosphere was a turnoff. But I chose it because at the time there weren't many other options around. I eventually became too self-conscious and stopped going there altogether.

24 Hour Fitness is widely known, the fees are reasonable, it is never closed, and it has a childcare service that is free for up to two hours a day. I would not need to pay for daycare while I worked out. And for all the reasons I chose the gym, it has lived up to my expectations. But there were some issues with maintenance. Anytime I went in there it seemed as if at least a quarter of the machines were either not running or being repaired, which made it hard to find an operating machine when it was busy.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because it was convenient and I like the equipment, it is all very nice and maintained. The price is also good and it is a nice place to go workout in so I enjoyed it and its features. I now dislike that the gym is inconvenient for my current location. I do not have one nearby anymore because I now have one in my apartment complex in which I work out in and is included in my rental price.

24 Hour Fitness have outstanding awards. The gym is kept clean and has good staff on and behind the desk that are very helpful, and very well experienced stall always standing by to help you and answer any questions you may have about them. The have state of the art weight machines and work area are modern and new. You can build up depending how often you go throughout the year and you get a discount depending how many people you get to sign up or get enrolled through you. I always have a great experience when I go to this gym, no matter what time during the day.

At the time I joined, this gym had the most workout options for the price and I like the fact that when the go it is not too crowded and also there are personal trainers available with affordable payment plans. I like that 24 Hour Fitness is open longer hours than the other gyms and open very early in the morning, so I can go before work and I have also been able to go in the afternoon and evening on occasion. I also like the variety of equipment, and that it was well maintained. I also like that the gym has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, full locker rooms with shower facilities, and childcare, variety of machines and classes but not all of the facilities in every city is open to me. I tried the 24 Hour Fitness in a larger city, and even though I was told at the time I got my membership that my code would work at any location but I found out that was not the case and some have upgraded facilities that my membership doesn't allow me to use.

Nice facilities, staff and equipment. They even have classes and trainers on hand that will help you with whatever you need. I have a personal trainer that motivates me daily to get in great shape. The facility meets my expectations and so does the staff. Great gym if you're looking for an enjoyable and laid back environment. But possibly adding a room for quiet yoga would be spectacular. It would also be nice to have a makeover for the locker room. Overall this gym is great and I wouldn't choose any other gym over it. Love 24 Fitness!!

The gym has all the main workout equipment for me to get a nice workout in, whether it's cardio or lifting, but most importantly I love the option for 24 hr access to the gym. This helps me continue working out since I can go at any time. Other gyms are not open 24 hours and causes me to stop working out if they close or are not open when I want to work out. 24 Hour Fitness has met my expectations. But it would be nice to have more different types of equipment and areas to work out such as a pool, hot tub, tanning, & sauna like bigger athletic centers.

The training 24 seven keeps track of your progress and wants you to succeed no matter what obstacles comes your way. The coaches push you beyond your limits which also pushes you out your comfort zone which enables more weight loss because it opens you up to more workouts so you can burn more calories. The features I like most above other gyms that 24 hour fitness has is the 24 hour fitness app. With the app you can keep track of all your classes and you can join challenges, conquer goals. You get to enjoy torching cardio, martial arts and outstanding yoga for each member.

I love that it is open 24 hours and you can go in and out as you please. It makes things very convenient for people that work full time. And it has worked out very well for me. It is also a very clean place and is never too crowded. Also, it is up to date with equipment and newer machines. I would recommend it to anyone. However, they could get more equipment and machines. I like more of a variety when I go to a gym and I am sure other customers agree. They could also make bigger locker rooms. It's nice to have a big space to be able to change and get ready to do your workout.

24 Hour Fitness has many convenient locations. Was able to attend gym no matter where I was located so I was able to continue my workout regimen even when I was not near my home base. I have been to many gyms in the past and continue to come back to this one. The gym was comparable to gyms I have visited in the past and I would continue to go. My expectations were met but I would like it if the gym offered a wider variety of fitness classes as well as more time slots for existing classes. I prefer working out in that setting versus exercising with equipment.

The equipment at 24 Hour Fitness was very good. There was modern equipment, it was almost always available and I was able to work on every part of my body I wanted to. The hours of operation were the biggest benefit and if I'm up late or awake early it's there for me. But it’s very rigid. Everything is gym like and gyms can be intimidating at times. It was nothing I couldn't get past, just maybe some more changes from a standard gym would be nice. But all in all, it met my expectations and everything I look for in a gym was there. Plus, their staff is very friendly, as well.

I enjoyed the classes offered by the gym. They were helpful and helped keep me and my mother on track. The equipment was well maintained and was easy to use. Was overall a clean gym and even the locker rooms were well kept. However, the gym seemed a little plain, almost like working out in a factory but the 24 we went to was an older one. But overall it was a nice. It was affordable and right down the street from our house. We could walk to that gym. The gym did meet our expectations and we enjoyed going to it. Other gyms were much more expensive and didn't offer everything we needed that made the extra cost worth it.

I am very happy with this gym. It is not as crowded as some of the other gyms I have been a member of in the past. I am able to workout whenever I want and am able to access the machines I need without waiting usually. I like the variety of machines, the encouraging culture of the gym as well as having the convenience of going anytime. The staff is friendly and supportive. I like the classes that are offered and I feel like it is a place I can meet my fitness goals. But I wish they could make membership more affordable or offer more discounts. Also, I wish some members who do not clean up after themselves were penalized for not cleaning up or reracking weights.

I did a trial with a friend with 24 Hour Fitness and this gym did meet my expectations. I looked into getting one but I haven't committed yet. But I like that it’s 24 hours. I am a night person, so the ability to go any time is a plus. I liked the cardio section, too. It had lots of treadmills and ellipticals. It also had a track around the top for walking. But more personal trainers and classes would help people stay motivated. And having a women’s only section so we can feel more comfortable and a spa and pool area would be a good improvement, too.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because there were locations close to both my apartment and my office which made getting to the gym a lot easier for me to do. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to work out whenever it is most convenient for me. Having a gym open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week means I can go before or after work or even in the middle of the night. My needs for a gym were met more than adequately.

24 Hour Fitness is a safe place to workout and to meet up with my friends. It was easy to access and it was not that busy. The atmosphere was good and had a positive vibe. I liked the different machines they had to offer at the location. It has met my expectations to the fact that I had the opportunity to exercise whenever I felt like it.

Friendly staff, good equipment and treadmills, other really nice customers and loving the new. It's close to home and well-priced. I don't have to travel very far or pay an arm and a leg. They overall have a quality, well-rounded facility.

The 24 Hour Fitness has a lot of features that are appealing. I enjoy the extensive amount of equipment and their variety to choose from. Their memberships is inexpensive and it allows me to keep the membership without having to sacrifice anything. I love that the place is twenty four hours still open and fits into my schedule. There are a lot more 24 Hour locations in Southern California than other gyms and it is less intimidating. The 24 Hour Fitness closest to me is a sports facility and it is cheaper than the other gyms. However, I would love for the 24 Hour Fitness to add classes that would included in the twenty four hour rather than just the facility being open twenty four hour for use of the equipment. It'd be great for more 24 Hour Fitness sports fitness facility in Southern California and more amenities, too.

24 Hour Fitness Hasbrouck Heights - We recently enrolled our 17 year old daughter with Eric, sales guy. She referred additional 17 year old friends to Eric, who breached policy and enrolled 3 without accompany of parent. When caught he went off on my child and kicked her out. Never experience such poor service from the entire team there.

Terrible gym. Supposed to be a sports club and does not have internet. Even my hotspot does not work due to faulty internet signals. Dirty as well but all premier clubs have internet. Do not join this club. Tries to reach management twice through contact info on site without response. Terrible customer service!

I like that it's open all day and night. It allows me to go when it's convenient for me and to work out when I want to. However, it's a bit expensive for the amount of use that I get out of it. I feel like they oversell the package. The contracts suck too. I don't know why people do contracts anymore, it seems like a dated practice overall. I also wish there were more women, or at least attractive ones, but I don't hold that against 24 Hour Fitness.

I like how the gym was always so clean and in working order, plus being open twenty four hours a day. I also liked that there was a large number of machines available. And the staff at the facility was always very friendly.

I liked both the quality and newness of 24 Hour Fitness’ machines, its location near my home and the reasonable price. I also had a discount with my employer and got a good deal for the money, but 24 Hour Fitness could have more amenities and machines, more classes with a better variety, better trainers, and towel service. Also, it would be nice to have a higher quality locker room and better showers, so I just used mine at home. I've definitely been a member of better gyms in the past. I prefer more of a club/spa atmosphere and 24 hour is very basic.

I like the amount of weights and machines available. I like the space and the look of their gyms too. The gyms also have saunas, some have pools and some have other game amenities. The locations are convenient for me and in well-placed areas as well. The gym has a great payment plan and fee setup which is perfect for me and my budget. 24 Hour Fitness has everything that I want in a gym and everything that I will need to achieve my fitness goals. Like for example, strength, cardio and overall better health. The gym has met my expectations. I like 24 Hour Fitness very much.

There definitely is many things I enjoy about 24 Hour Fitness! It is very sanitary and everybody is kind. Also, I chose this gym over any other due to the price is very affordable, there are many different machines that allow you to do any exercise routine that you love, and there are so many locations. Even if you are on vacation, you can find a 24 Hour Fitness just about anywhere! The only thing I don't like about this gym is how many people that attend it! I feel like I have to go very late at night in order to be able to use each machine for specific workout routines.

24 Hour Fitness has state of the art equipment and plenty of space to do your own thing. It is also clean, has close proximity to home, friendly staff and affordable packages including tanning and training. There are different equipment to choose from but rude customers are not using them in turns and not sharing. There are also not enough lockers in bathroom. Aside from this, the rude owners are cussing people while in the phone in front of customers and potentially new customers.

The 24 Hour Fitness gym had lots of up to date equipment. There was a circuit section which I used a lot. I like the type and availability of classes they provided as well. It was convenient to have showers and lockers. I wanted a gym located a good distance from work and home so that it would be convenient for me. At the time I joined they offered the best price for amenities and I also had friends and colleagues that worked out there as well. However at times the gym was too crowded for my liking. I didn't like having to wait more than 15 minutes to use a machine. The gym was more dirty during high traffic periods and the staff didn't keep up with rules and regulations.

I like 24 Hour Fitness' hours of operation. There were a number of locations close to my home and my job so I couldn't make excuses to not go. The equipment was high quality and updated fairly well. However, people don't clean down the equipment after they are finished which is pretty disgusting and lazy. Certain staff members were really nice to be around while others were not and you'd get really aggressive men hitting on you who couldn't take no for an answer, employees or otherwise. Also sometimes it felt like some guys were there to watch the women and didn't even bother to use equipment or work out which is totally creepy. Their hours of operation are really the best thing about the gym. I can work or have weird sleeping patterns which make my schedule hectic but aside from lazy customers, the employees kept it clean.

The proximity of the 24 Hour Fitness gym was near where I lived and worked, and they have a variety of equipment plus there were a lot of good looking women to look at and talk to. It was great but maybe they can add an indoor swimming pool.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness only because it being open 24 hrs suits my hectic schedule. I also have a personal trainer that I usually work outside with. When I need to do weights then this gym is the right one for my busy schedule. Otherwise, I am not a big fan of this gym. It's usually dirty and full of gross body builder types. I would love a nice clean space all twenty four of those hours. The gyms in LA at least get fairly grimy and nasty. I love the convenience but hate the filth.

In 2007 I bought a 3 year membership for $600. I was guaranteed that after that I would pay $29 a year. Fast forward to now I am charged $129 a year and $20 a month to use a super sport. This totals more than the Costco package. On top of that, a few years ago, I was asked every time I went in, if I wanted to try the free training. To get them to stop I agreed. Then the trainer tried to get me to pay $800. When I declined he was completely rude to me. It's clear that the trainers care more about money than personal well being. I have had a few trainers be very nice to me however, so that makes me happy.

Easy like a fast food. The location is close to the city. It's also not as crowded as other locations and not so claustrophobic space. There are enough racks for squats and bench press, as well. However, most of the treadmills are busted. Pause/stop functions not respond to my repeated jabs - I had to reduce to lowest possible speed and awkwardly tiptoe around the belt, which was still in motion, to get off. The treadmill flukes, are recurring and at times, potentially hazardous like today. But the wait for anything is not that long. The average wait time for: Squats: 5-7 mins, if you are nice. Bench: 0-5 mins. Deadlift: 0 mins, a lot of bumper plates downstairs. OH: 5-10 mins. Anything cardio: 0-3 mins. Water: 0-0.7 mins.

I like this gym because I can do many different exercises. I can work on my legs and my arms. I feel the pain and I know if there is no pain, no gain. Everyone is also very friendly and they always try to help encouraging me to do my workouts every time I am there. The gym is very clean and it is also located in a convenient location near my house. I can get there from my job and do my workouts with not much traffic and I can get to my house just in time to prepare dinner for my husband and my family.

I like how it's open 24/7. It fits into my schedule, I can go whenever I want and there are no crappy opens times to squeeze into. I also like how good the equipment is and how clean it stays. Most gyms get dirty quick but this one is always cleaning up after its clients. I also enjoy how I can work out with friends/family and any kind strangers I meet there. But their security isn't always the best. I wish it were a little more secure. Also, I hate how the staff isn't always around when you need their assistance.

There is a good assortment of machines and plenty enough that you are able to use them without a long wait. The place was also very well cleaned. Some of the equipment was old, but was maintained rather well. I chose 24 Hour Fitness because at the time it was supposed to be 29.99 month. Over 3 years they rose to $50 and then to $80. I told them I was cancelling at which time they offered me 2 months free... but I was charged anyway! I'm also not fond of the hidden fees they charge erroneously and which seems impossible to have reversed. Once I was even charged twice in one month. The fee kept rising and then other charges were tacked on several times for services I did not use. Not too pleased with the gym and stopped using them.

After trying several gyms, 24 Hour Fitness is my favorite. Their staff were friendly and the instructors made everyone feel motivated, but didn't criticize. It has good classes and convenient. I would go to several locations around my area to have Zumba class several days a week. I liked the casual environment compared to some gyms that seem almost like a club. And with the ability to go to multiple nearby locations, it was easy to find a class to fit my schedule. The locations were nice but I disliked one that you had to park in a garage below a shopping center. It was confusing finding the entrance several floors up even though you saw into that gym on the first two floors.

24 Hour Fitness has great exercise equipment and supplies. It is a full time gym with great rates and highly educated staff members who are willing to help and train you. They give you the most helpful information and resources for you to get in shape. However, I would improve the quality of its linen. The towel are rough and do not smell very fresh. Other than that I like that they have a shower area that is private and secure. I choose this gym over others because of its members and of its location.

I love how friendly the trainers are as well as the other employees at 24 Hour Fitness. Also I love how many different exercise machines that are available. I love the place and it's like my second best place to go to daily. However, they can work on refilling all the hand sanitizers that they place around the gym because every time I go to clean my hands with the sanitizers they are very low. Also they should fix the water fountain because the water barely comes out and the water is salty and hot. Overall, it has met my expectations. They are friendly, clean, and cheap! It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to maintain a membership at this gym. I workout at my own convenience and I am able to do so every day as much as I can handle because where I go, it is 24 hours open. Also they let me bring a friend because with my membership comes a guest pass! It's totally awesome!

24 Hour Fitness was chosen due to pricing and convenient location of the facilities that they offer. It was pretty laid back and calm. There weren't a lot of pompous people in there. They had a lot of personnel around to assist if needed. Facilities were well kept and clean, especially locker room areas. However, they should cut back on constantly trying to upsell for training or trainer services. I don't require such offerings. Overall they've met my expectations pretty well.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because it was very close to home and I chose this gym over other gyms because it was opened twenty four hours a day and I was able to go whenever I was available. I also like that they have different forms of payment and I like that is wasn't very expensive. However, I don't like the managers and staff that worked there. I also don't like the people that attend this gym. It is also not as bright in the parking like as it should be.

24 Hour Fitness is a very big gym. I love the basketball court and the very large changing rooms as well as the swimming pool and steam room. They have plenty of machines and space to be able to do everything you need to do in a gym. What a great place to get a good workout in. However, sometimes it gets busy, especially around New Year's but it never causes any issues with having open machines. It's the best gym around here. It's so much fun to go to and makes it easy to get in shape. This gym has really met all of my expectations and more.

24 Hour Fitness met my expectations as it had the specific pieces of equipment I like to use. There were only a couple gyms in my area to choose from and I enjoyed the size and amount of equipment available. I liked being able to use the gym even at odd hours and having personal trainers available too. However, I wish there had been more of certain types of equipment. Also, I wish there had been structured fitness classes to take regularly as I do better when I have a trainer or teacher leading me.

I like the quality equipment, excellent water, exercise space, clean and spacious facility, excellent hours of availability at 24 Hour Fitness. The gym is also near home and public transportation routes, shopping and social activities. It's not overcrowded and they have knowledgeable and helpful personnel. I have never been unhappy with any aspect of 24 Hour Fitness facilities. I only wish I had transportation available more consistently. I find also that there are a limited number of classes available for physically challenged or very new beginner exercisers but the pool and related devices make up for this in my own case and that of my mother. This gym has met and exceeded my expectations and has the Silver Sneakers membership offered through Medicare. I hope very much to be able to use this facility more regularly fairly soon as my personal transportation situation will be improving.

It is a great gym for starters and for those who are busy. Affordable and close to residence, too. This gym has knowledgeable trainers and very helpful staffs, as well. It offers free trial membership and free massage, too. This gym has high quality equipments. Cardio areas with lots of choice from bikes, treadmills, and elliptical machines. The lifting weight area are very decent with wide range of weight lifting equipments. There are also classes for fitness. But the gym is busy in peak hours and some equipments have already broken and they have not fix them. Also, the bathroom and locker area are not very good and this gym need to have another relaxation facility such as a sauna.

I choose this gym because it is the cheapest and the closest one in my local area. I liked that I was able go in anytime of the day. I also liked that there were a lot of machines and other things to work out on. I can use everything I needed there to achieve my goals. However, I would like it if they had less people stare at you when you're trying to work out and feel good about yourself. I don't like when I walk into the gym all eyes are on me. It makes me feel a little uncomfortable. It should be a place you can go where people are less judgmental about what you look like.

24 Hour Fitness has a friendly atmosphere and it is also easy to get help if needed because someone is always around asking you if you need assistance. There is also a variety of machines you can work on and you hardly ever have to wait for one to be free so you can use it. And the equipment is cleaned on a regular basis, as well. However, the showers could be a little cleaner and the air filters seem to be needing change because sometimes in the evening the air just smells old. It seems it is just being recycled and that is not healthy. The pool can also use a little less chlorine or a better filter system since when you walk in there that is all you smell. They also really need to make sure people shower after using the pool if they are going to use the machines. But I chose this one because you can go at any hour and exercise and not be in a rush because you are pressed for time since it closes early.

I chose it because the hours of operation work with my schedule. It is also conveniently close to my home so I don't have to drive far. Everything about the gym is great and they have met most of my expectations. The only things I would change would be membership fees and I wish they offered free tanning. It would be great if they gave long time members a discount. But I like the fact that they are open 24 hours so I can exercise when it's convenient and the staff are very helpful. Also, other members don't seem to be judgemental.

Relatively clean, albeit not pristine as it is a public gym; there are not too many gawkers, there's a good selection of equipment, and it has pretty reasonable fees. It's near my workplace and school, it isn't as filthy as some others I've visited. I keep odd hours so it's convenient and it's met my expectations. However, the option for a bit more privacy would be desirable, but for what it is, it's already pretty good. Less expensive is always great to have.

I chose this over others because I needed somewhere convenient. This gym is perfectly directly 5 mins from my home. The location being so close help me with attending more regularly. Also, the staff paid attention to my needs and helped me come up with a workout routine that fits me. I also love that it stays open 24/7 so if I want to go early, late, or whenever I decide to go, I know that the gym will be open. Another feature I enjoy is the women's gym. Some women don't like being around the opposite sex when they are working out. That problem is solved. Workout where you feel comfortable. But I hope they add more staff. I remember being kinda new at the gym and looking around trying to find someone to help me around and answer some questions for me. It took me quite a while to find a staff to help me. With the gym, they could improve some of the workout equipment and upgrade the dressing room area.

I like the price and the level of exercise that would make a difference. I also like the cardio sitting gym bicycle. I hope they can give ideas on things you could take advantage to make their fitness plan go better and a long way. I would like yoga classes, strength training, and other classes you can take and get involved in. Ones that would work on the areas that are important that make a different and can help in achieving those goals.

24 Hour Fitness has met my expectations for the most part and I chose it over others because it has the best features available and most accessible locations. I also like the variety of classes, that there are lots of features, ease of check-in and lots of equipment. However, I dislike the overpriced merchandise, constant weird smells, issues of cleanliness and always a good amount of broken equipment.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because of its location. It is close to my house and allow me workout any time of day. I have used the gym at different times of the day or night. The atmosphere is always safe and the gym has 24 hour surveillance so I have used it late night. This gym is open 24 hours a day, which help me find a time to workout around my busy schedule every day. They play a good music selection and they also offer wifi so you can listen from your own device with earphones from the source of your choice. The equipment is very modern and they offer a wide variety of machines and free weights which meet my workout needs. Parking is sometimes a problem because the lot is small and when the gym is full it is hard to find somewhere to park.

24 Hour Fitness is a great gym to go and work out at. This gym meets my expectations because it has all the equipment necessary and a child care center which is nice. The gym has everything you need and is clean, too. The staff is extremely helpful, as well. And being open 24 hours is what I like because I work nights so the convenience of going when I have time is a huge plus.

Everything was very clean and the machines were all in good working order. There were lots of different things to choose from and it had a good atmosphere. I also liked that I was able to have access to the gym on my schedule since it was open 24 hours. I could go late at night when I had the time and that was very helpful. However, sometimes it seemed too bright, but I understand that is how most gyms are.

It’s fresh, new and costs the least out of all the gyms in my city. It has also a large space, clean and big bathrooms and lots of equipment to choose from. All the equipment is in good shape and new. Employees keep it clean and they are also always really nice, caring and informative. Nice people visit there. However I constantly have to move weights from machines to other machines and have to wipe my machines down, even if I didn't sweat on them. I wish they were just a little bit bigger

Heard good things about it so it made me want to try it out. Turns out, they had a good opinion about this gym. They had many options to choose from so you will never be bored with the same routine over and over. Nice, big size gym too. I also like all the choices, you won't run out of things to work with. It was so very great to me and I really enjoy every moment of being there. It was wonderful and surprisingly glorious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested.

The free trial membership was easy to obtain quickly in person at the desk (Walk-in). Saunas and steam rooms were neat. And the secluded pool and spa rooms were nice, too. They also don't bother you by blowing up your phone like other gyms. And their night hours are great, as well. I like to go late at night for the more intimate environment. It's quieter and you connect more easily with others who you meet in that situation.

I like the fact that the gym was open on my schedule period. I didn't have to rush there if it closed at 7 and I got there at 6 and I had to worry about if it would close. I like that it was open around the clock and easily accessible from all major highways. Also, the gym has met my expectations, and they don't have it many pretentious people there as opposed to other gyms of the same caliber in my opinion. But the equipment could use some updating. Some of the machines were in various states of repair or disrepair. And it wouldn't hurt if they put a sign up saying "You must clean your gym equipment after each use" because I have noticed that people are not cleaning their gym equipment after they're used.

The gym was close to my house and the price was affordable. The day care providers were very good with the kids which made it easy for me to go to the gym. They had games and TVs for the kids to watch. My kids were always happy and did not want to leave when I would come to pick them up. I liked that it had a pool, a sauna and hot tub. The basketball court was very nice and the equipment was always clean. I like that it had a lot of different classes that you could take. It was never crowded when I went so I was able to work out in a nice environment. I enjoyed the locker room. It was clean with TVs and the showers had soap and shampoo and conditioner if you forgot yours.

We were with Planet Fitness & really didn't care for it. There is a 24 Hour Fitness about 5 minutes from our home. We love it. Location is great and there are always machines available for use. I like the atmosphere and there's plenty of space for everyone. Complimentary towels, sauna, steam room, & pool, too. So we really do enjoy it here. My only thing is the features at this gym are dated. You can tell this is one of the last ones to be remodeled because the tiles in the gym look very 90ish.

24 Hour Fitness is a really great value for money. It was only about $25 per month. The monthly dues were low and they had nearly everything I was looking for. I really truly loved that they were open 24 hours a day all day every day and every night and even on the weekends and they were really close to my house. However, I wish the gyms are a little bit bigger and maybe had some more machines and exercise classes that they can offer me like yoga or pilates.

My expectations were met, it was comfortable and well worth the monthly membership fee. I also enjoyed that I could go to any location of that gym and that some of the locations were 24 hours. And they have racquetball court, steam room, pool, hot tub, indoor basketball and track, free weights, machine weights, maintained equipment, tennis court, great location. I liked it, but I feel that more group courses could have been offered and the staff could have been a bit more personable. Also it seemed like a lot of the equipment was getting close to being out of date.

It's close to my house and open 24 hours so it was very helpful. I was able to go whenever I wanted and I didn't have to rush to get off work. I could go home and eat, wait and go back for my 30 min workout. Plus it was small, quiet and they provided headphones so we can listen to music while we worked out. I only wish they would offer free trainers with the membership like Planet Fitness does. It really help having a trainer help you and guide you, making you feel motivated to do more.

This place offers a great benefit over other gyms due to the fact that it has some of the best and most innovative workout and fitness equipment available on the market. I like the fact that I can feel and be myself without feeling intimidated or ashamed by or from others that are working out close to me. However, I would like to see an improvement in the staff's customer service of being always available and helpful whenever I need help or even have an important question to ask them about.

The hours at 24 Hour Fitness were best for my job and schooling schedule. I worked odd hours at the time, being able to go whenever I wanted was invaluable. I found the cost affordable, as well. The range of equipment was good and I rarely had to wait. The equipment and area was always clean and the staff was nice, too. The lighting in the building seemed lacking at night, though, and there were instances when the parking lot wasn't properly lit overnights. A few more of the more popular machines would have been good, too as I often had to rearrange or settle for machines I didn't care for when my time was limited. Other than that, the gym definitely met my expectations and often exceeded them. I would remain a member anytime I lived within a reasonable distance.

24 Hour Fitness has met my expectations. I choose it over others because of the amount of machines they have for all your preferences whether it be elliptical, rowing, treadmill. I like the locations and the prices, too. I would improve their treadmills though. They are old, and one is very dangerous as the buttons are broken and putting people too fast for their preference but other than that it's okay the way it is. All around good people, good vibe, and I've lost 15 pounds so far.

It was close to home and I have never felt so comfortable at a gym before. I felt at home at the gym and lost a lot of weight there. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I also enjoyed the pattern layout of the gym. However, the 24 Hour Fitness I went to was small. It would of been nice if it had a women's locker room and a sauna. Other than that I would not have choose anything to change. They had great promotions. Plus activities to look forward to. I choose it over a fancy gym I go to now but it closed down so I was heart broken. I wish they had a 24 Hour fitness where I live now.

The biggest factor in my decision to sign up with 24 Hour Fitness is they have multiple locations. There's one close to where I live, and it's convenient for me. I can also use them when I'm traveling. Furthermore, they have lots of equipment, so even when it's crowded, there is something that I can do. But one thing I don't like is sometimes their trainers are kind of pushy when they're trying to sign you up. And then once you're signed up for a membership, they don't really help you out with anything. It's a nice gym, but the trainers haven't really met my expectations.

The price for 24 Hour Fitness was the best in comparison to what they had to offer. It is also convenient for me to workout there because it's close to my house and it is close to my work. My son also likes to go with my husband and I to hang out and feel included. It also has the amenities that I want the most and there are a lot of different machines to choose from, as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, too. However, I wish that the weights room was not so open to the rest of the gym. I am very self conscious and I would feel more comfortable if I wasn't on display for the rest of the gym. Also, I do wish that the bathrooms were not off of the busy areas because I like more privacy.

I like the fact that it's open 24 hours and they have a decent pricing for the membership. I also like that they have a reward program and it's good to know that you can add family members with your membership. What I don't like is their perk program since it takes a long time before you can win something and to accumulate the points. I don't really like the kid's program as well since I believe that you should train kids to exert a lot more when they get older. Simple exercise as walking is better for kids. But it has a much lower price than other gyms that I have seen or read about. It also offers lots of machines so you can always work with them no matter what time of the day you go in.

The gym is small but has plenty of equipment. The gym has a weight room and a room for classes. It is a friendly gym and I feel comfortable there. The showers and the tanning booths were clean, as well. However, the treadmills are not kept in good repair and you have to get there early to get a treadmill that works. At any given time there are at least 3 treadmills out of order and the gym is very hot. The air conditioner is not working up to par. The gym did meet my expectations when I first started there but now it has changed hands 3 times and in fact, is now closing. But it was fairy close to home and was not a gym that you see all these jocks at, it was a mix of people that I could relate to.

I like that 24 Hour Fitness is just that: open 24 hours. I also like the general size of the gym, as most properties are two stories. Another aspect I like about 24 Hour Fitness is the large selection of equipment and the quality of the equipment available. However, one feature I do dislike about 24 Hour Fitness is that, by no fault of the gym itself, the people who often frequent the properties are incredibly judgmental. It seems I cannot go an hour without obvious glances on people's faces who would assume I am not executing my moves with correct form. Another problem is that the equipment is often not cleaned enough. I have been to this gym only a handful of times. The only reason I chose this gym over other gyms is because I have only tagged along with a friend who has bought a membership. If I were to choose any gym, it would be my university's gym at UNLV.

I picked this gym because I like that it is open at all times, and as the name states, you can go there any time you want, which is really nice. Also, it is a very safe place, and I feel safe when I am there, no matter what time of day it may be, even if it's in the middle of the night. They also have the full range of equipment. They keep the equipment in good shape, and it is always very clean there. It's a great place. But the fact that it is open 24 hours does have its drawbacks. If you plan to go there at odd hours, there are not many people usually there (in my area anyway), and it can be odd when it isn't very populated. Also it is a bit on the expensive side as far as gyms go.

I received a discount through my work and the gym was easy to get to, and open when I could go, which was often in the middle of the night. They met my expectations. They have a lap pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna in the locker room. I liked the newer circuit training equipment, and also they offered other classes. The locker rooms were clean and didn’t smell like a gym. But I would have appreciated larger locker sizes, and maybe add more classes for beginning exercisers. Class times weren't always convenient for me. Also, offering the ability to put my membership on hold periodically would be nice since I get autoimmune flares and can't exercise during that time.

This gym is always in a great environment and they always clean up before and after using all the equipment and opening the gym. The staff is also friendly and helpful as they make sure you aren't going to injure yourself! They have organized location, good parking, nice lockers, good music and a variety of merchandises. They buy great new equipment often too. But they could order a couple more pieces of each equipment due to a wait to use the treadmill on a busy evening like the weekends or early mornings. It could also be a bigger gym, but the size is still good for the location and average day with the traffic of people coming through when it is busy.

I chose 24 Hour Fitness because it was the closest to my home, and none of the other gyms I looked at offered anything special so the next criteria in choosing was distance from house and kid friendly. The hours are convenient. I like using the treadmill, bicycle and other aerobic type of machines. The facility is clean and comfortable and staff is nice and knowledgeable. I would expand and add more services such as basketball court and massage services. I think on-site childcare and a pool would be nice as well. The bathrooms/locker rooms could use a more modern look as well with perhaps blow-dryers and private changing areas.

24 Hour Fitness is very well laid out and has a lot of great things we can use. I like all the options to use for exercise because they're really good. They've improved a lot and has met my expectations exceptionally well. I like how friendly the people are and how supportive they are of your goals. I would improve the equipment though by getting newer ones since the other ones are all outdated. Gold's Gym seems to be the gym with all the newer equipment so I'd like to help this one get ahead of the curve by getting it new material to work with. It still works great but can use that small advantage. Other than that, I love this gym and would go every time if I could. This gym has been the first gym I've ever been to so I have a lot of history with it and it means a lot to me. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this gym anymore. I choose this gym over other gyms because it makes me happy as a person.

24 Hour Fitness has every kind of piece of workout equipment imaginable. However, it costs quite a bit to use all of the facilities there. If they lower the monthly membership fee, they would have more people join which is better for the company as well as the whole community. But I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone because it is open 24 hours a day which gives anyone the opportunity to work within their schedule.

It was mostly due to convenience I chose 24 Hour Fitness. It was close to work and home so it was easy for me to make the time to exercise plus it overall just seemed like a place to meet women. I like the diversity in different types of machines for low impact exercise and the professional staff and the swimming pool. I did meet some interesting people and met a lot of single women. But I don't like the way it was overpriced and the AC was often on the fritz. Needed to have a little more friendly staff and not so many ignorant lames. They needed more vending machines and just exercise.

The machines were really awesome and there were so many varieties and choices. I liked the extensive endurance to health and fitness. I love the environment and the ambiance was fantastic. The Amazing lot of the equipment made everything grander. But the equipment broke down often and the staff was not overtly friendly. Also, more water machines were needed and more towels because it was very sweaty. I was not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised how amazingly awesome the whole experience became. I need to lose weight and I love working out and gaining muscle. It was so much fun.

There are plenty of different types of exercise equipment to use for a good variety of workouts. Lots of classes are also offered & there was a pool for swimming. However, it was always hard to find a place to park. Sometimes it was just overcrowded so equipment was not available. The noise level was often too high for me. And the pool area didn't seem as clean as it should be. We chose it because at the time the gym offered a good membership deal for multiple family members although we no longer go to this gym or any other for that matter.

It's a gym where I don't have to worry about the hours and I can go in and get a workout in the last hours of the night. They have abundance of equipments available for use and also swimming pool and sauna. The price for membership is a good value compared to other gyms that are out there. But the only problem I have with the gym is that since the membership price is low there are many gym-goers and it gets pack, and you'll have to wait to use equipment especially the treadmill. You'll have to figure out what time the gym has less members in order to get an uninterrupted workout and that's usually really early in the mornings or really late at night. Nevertheless, 24 Hours over all is a good gym if you don't mind going late at night or early in the morning or trying to get a workout in during lunch time. It has all the amenities you'll usually see at the gym. They also have a variety of classes if you don't want to do the typical workout routines.

I like that 24 Hour Fitness is a cool gym and it is open twenty four hours. It has many different exercise machines and has helped me lose lots of weight. I will always come to this gym because of how interesting and amazing it is and how much it has changed my life, my body and my looks on life. I like pretty much everything about the gym but sometimes the equipment is dirty which is very disgusting and makes me feel uncomfortable and I feel as if they should change that. I would also improve the space amount because the space can be a lot at times. I chose 24 Hour Fitness over other gyms because of its convenience and how close it is to me. If not I would go to another gym but I feel as if this gym is better than others in a way if you take away the minor inconveniences.

I like the personal management. It gives me a sense of actually taking charge of my body in ways I never before took advantage of. In these days it's hard to get good trainers to help you achieve your goals.

I choose this gym because it fits in with my schedule and it’s a good value for what it has to offer. It’s cheap for a gym membership, it has a varieties of amenities and best of all, it's open 24 hours. I work graveyard and I am able to get in a workout late at night. But if I had time to work out during the day then I would probably choose another gym. The issues that I have with the gym is really mostly other gym goers who don’t wipe down their sweat on the equipment after they’re done. Also find it hard to work out during rush hour since you’ll have to wait at least 30mins just to get on the treadmill. Too many members in one gym.

24 Hour Fitness was right down the street and had been referred to me by a family member. The facility was fantastic, with new machines and a staff that was more than accommodating to members. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs, helping as much as possible on machines I did not know how to operate and instructed me on proper use and technique. The other members were very rude and cared for no one but themselves. They often left machines covered in sweat and felt the need to order the staff around like they were servants. Ended up leaving the gym due to other members and their behavior. If not for rude fellow members I would have stayed there.

The main reason was the price and size of the gym, which beats the rest in by a landslide. All my friends went there and they all love it as well. 24 Hour Fitness has defied my expectations, the place is like a second home to me. Very large in size, always equipment available to use, so you're never in line. Also the trainers are extremely professional and develop good relationships with the members. I love any gym with a swimming pool so that is always a plus. And they are much more cheaper than other gyms I researched. They promote themselves very well to reach out to the public to become more involved in health and being fit. I would recommend is that, they begin to do more community events and competitions to boost morale and bring in a larger crowd of people. And offer prizes to member who refer their friends to join. I couldn't be more happy for deciding to become a member. It's a great place and I recommend it to all.

24 Hour Fitness has a number of different machines and private spaces. It feels like I can have my own personal space to exercise no matter how busy it gets. I like to have a machine to choose in each section since no matter how busy it gets there always seems to be one available. However, some of the instructions are very hard to read. I would like to see the instruction sheet made bigger or have a digital screen that displays the instructions. It has, for the most part, met my expectations. All in all, I enjoy the gym and would have no problem going in the future. I only wish there were gyms in more rural towns so I would not have to drive out of my way just to go to one.

I like the hours they're open, their layout and how clean it is. I like the gym equipment they have to use, they have a clean pool and have exercise classes that I enjoy. They also have friendly, kind and helpful staff who are open to answering questions and really want to see you reach your goals. I like the atmosphere. But if I could improve anything, it would be to offer even more types of exercise classes than they already do. It would also be nice if they had a simpler process for people who are interested in joining the gym. They should just allow them to try the gym out without talking about the goals, take their measurements, etc. Also, it would be nice if they had a policy like Planet Fitness where it's a gym for anyone no matter what kind of shape you're in or how you look. But overall, this gym has met my expectations. I have tried many of gyms and seem to keep coming back to 24 Hour Fitness.
