    I’ve been with MEDVi for a while now and am deep into my treatment, so I feel comfortable sharing my experience. The only part that took some adjustment at first was understanding the billing timeline, since charges start at enrollment rather than when the medication arrives. Once that was explained, everything else went smoothly. The intake process was easy, followed by a virtual visit with a provider who took the time to review my information before approving treatment. After approval, the prescription and supplies were handled quickly, and my medication arrived within a few days with tracking provided. Any supportive meds were included, which I appreciated. A follow-up appointment was scheduled after a few doses to check my progress, and lab work was ordered through a major lab provider at no extra cost.

    There’s also optional access to a health coach, which is a nice perk. Pricing was lower at the beginning, then moved to a regular monthly rate, with better value if you choose a longer plan. What really stood out to me was the patient support team. One representative stayed in touch and helped guide me through each step, which made the process much easier. Overall, MedVi has felt professional, reliable, and supportive. The website could be more user-friendly, but the quality of care and communication definitely make up for it.

    My coach was very professional and personable. My only concern was that the appointments are apparently schedule too close together and my coach was more than 15 minutes past the start time. I was afraid that no one was coming. My coach explained that she has calls back to back which is a concern to me.

    Ignored data submitted. Requested one product. Billed for another. Near impossible to cancel. There is a "Team" for multiple steps in the cancelation process. After days... I'm not sure my order has actually been canceled. I would NOT do business with them.

    Medvi did respond and is reportedly working on responding the issue regarding the last vial being only 1/4 filled. As to the credit card issue, my recommendation is not rely on an email inquiry. I was able to speak with a customer representative who sent a link for the credit card update. Please note that the medication has been very helpful and that I have responded well with little side effects.

    I can say that the lack access to your credit card information is far most my biggest complaint. I initially requested information regarding access to my credit card information to make a change for 2026 due to changes in my HSA. My email requests (x2) was answered only with a standard response that someone would review my inquiry. My 3rd email, a request for cancelation, was also answered with a scripted response.

    The first order I can say was uneventful The second order was charged without my ability to review the invoice to approve a charge to my credit card. After they charged my credit card I received a copy of the invoice and the charge to my credit card. The charge was double the amount. I placed an order after they charged my credit card as I was not able to cancel due to MEDVI lack of response. The vial was received but was filled only 1/4. Needless to say MedVi's business practices are deceptive.

    I chose this company thinking that it was something that would help me. It took a lot for me to decide to take GLP-1 semaglutide. I live on a fixed income. I received an order that was late. Was no longer cold. A medical assistant claims that it was safe to take. Later talk to the pharmacy and they said there should have been no reason that I was taking that and they don't know why they would say that because they are not doctors, are pharmacists.

    When I called Medvi about it again someone will contact you 24 to 48 hours which never happens so the first month I didn't even get to take anything because they refused to reissue new medicine then I kept seeing online on multiple websites that they offered 6 months of that Bound for 179. I wanted that deal. When I called they insisted that they had no control over the internet and what is put out there but that's how they get their customers is through the internet. I have asked for a location, a legal department and I have been told that someone would reach out to me and again nothing but a lot of excuses and runaround...

    I ordered the six month package and knew I made a big mistake when they charged my card for the whole six months $2400 at the same time. I was not told this would happen. Providers were unavailable. I waited more than a week for a response that didn't answer my question. Don't purchase. It's a big scam.

    Please, please do not use this company!! They are scammers and liars!!! I initially signed up after asking the representative if they prescribed brand name or a compound. She said they prescribed Zepbound. Believing her, I began the process. I later in the same day found out it was a lie and began to read the reviews. I promptly called and requested cancellation and a refund. After being transferred 4 times, someone named Yolanda Williamson stated it was a compound stating she would be sending me a cancellation email within 30 minutes and someone else would contact me regarding the refund within 24 hours. None of this has happened nearly 24 hours later. They emailed me today stating my prescription has been processed and cancellation and refund cannot be processed at this point.

    I have not received any confirmation of prescription fulfillment or shipment, which is again another lie! Please save yourself the headache and choose another provider. I will be contacting my credit card provider to begin the process of obtaining my credit. Additionally, I just checked the charge. I was only to be charged $179, however I have been charged $297!!! Please beware!! MEDVi is a scam!!! Stay away!

    I have had a great experience with Medvi. Anytime I have a question or need an appointment I always get an answer right away. My medication is shipped right away and arrives in a timely manner in a cooler with ice. I feel like it's a good value for the money since everything is included in the one price including medication any doctor visits or coaching visits and shipping for your medication. I like that I don't have to worry about hidden costs. And even if my medication dosage goes up my price stays the same.     The overall company itself is great. I dont think the pharmacy or pharmaceutical companies they use have a quality product. I was on the program for 6 months and only lost 2 pounds and decided to discontinued with this company, I couldn't continue to waste a significant amount of money for a crappy product.

    I actually learned about MedVi from my stepfather and after watching his incredible results, I knew I needed to give it a try. The proof is in my lab work. My triglycerides (fat in your blood) went from 178 down to 76 in ONE MONTH! I am also no longer prediabetic! And I also lost about 10 pounds my first month! I am on week 5/6 and I have lost 14ish pounds. I mainly chose to start a GLP not for weight loss but to improve my overall health. This medicine (semi-glutide) and Medvi have changed my life.     Saw special 2026 deals and promotions. Finally decided to go for it. Paid for 12 months up front of $2150. Then they turned around when it was time to send out medication and wanted to charge me an additional $1438. What an absolute scam. I showed them screenshots of the tirzepitide I was ordering With the price listed and they told me I misunderstood. It said compounded tirzepitide with the price. How was I mistaken? I told them they could honor the price they advertised or get lost. They said no. So I asked for a full refund so I can go with a more reputable company. Crickets. They have not responded to my demand for a refund. I’ve included a picture. “Terzepitide Reset Deal $179” and when I got to check out, the reset deal was if I paid 12 months up front. So I did. And they will not honor their own advertised deal.

    The company is a SHAM! I have used their products for 2 months and all I have done is gain weight. I have not lost a single pound. I gained 12 pounds on their product. You can't get ahold of a doctor for any appointments. Every time you call them the call gets dropped. You try to book online and you keep getting errors. You call customer service and ask about their "money back guarantee" and they start to stutter and say you have to submit something in writing. I spent $800 on nothing! Don't use them. They just sell sugar pills.

    I paid for my introductory injectable product and never received. I followed all their mandatory requirements. For the next few months, they took a large sum of money out of my account. I reached out to them repeatedly and was assured I would get my product. I never received my product and still had 3 months worth taken from my account. Do Not Trust this company!     I ordered thinking this was an FDA approved medication. After I received the after visit report, it said it was not FDA approved so I immediately called to cancel. The lady said since it wasn’t shipped out she will cancel and submit a refund request. She told me to expect a confirmation email shortly stating it was cancelled. The next morning I saw it was then shipped. I called again to clear it up but the new tech went straight to telling me I there’s nothing she could without even looking into it. Before proceeding to send medications, the company should do a final statement saying what they’re sending is not in fact FDA approved, and to ensure it’s the user understands that.

    It was a nightmare from the beginning, billed me 149.00 before I even got conference with physician, sat waiting for an hour and a half for them to come on to be disconnected and have to wait for them to return call. Waited a week and a half for meds to come. All THIS in the first month....Then when I put in for a refill was charged double, before I even knew if they were going to refill it or the amount, and billed to My card that was not to be held on file...took me demanding a refund and to cancel the script to get my money back...worst experience ever.

    I've only been with MEDVI for a little less than a month but have been taking Tirzepatide for almost a year. I switched to MEDVI because they were the highest rated company providing GLP1 and they were less expensive than my current provider. I'm sure I'll continue to progress and meet my goal but I wanted to address the customer service at MEDVI. Ally has been wonderful! Honestly I feel like we're old friends now!     DO NOT DO IT! I responded to marketing ad for $149 and was immediately charged $279! Customer service confirmed meds had not been sent 10 days later and when I requested a refund/cancelation they immediately initiated the shipment and refused to refund/cancel. Lab work was never ordered- another BS lie! Transferred to 3 reps with no resolution!

    This place is the epitome of bait and switch. They advertise $199 but don't mention a word that it is only for the first month. After that it goes up to $299 per month. Had to call and talk to 2 different people to cancel my order. Makes it a total scam.

    I chose to try Medvi for weight loss mostly based upon their offer of a money back guarantee. They stated that most users lose around 20% of their weight. So I prepaid for a 6 month supply and began the program at 201 lbs. Despite adherence to the injection protocol, plus guidelines of healthy eating and exercise, after 4 full months I had only lost 5 lbs. I contacted Medvi and they suggested I switch to a different medication, at a much higher cost (of course). I declined and asked to cancel the service. Luckily they did agree to refund me for the medication that I never received but absolutely refused to honor their results guarantee.

    Who knows what I had been given, because the medication I received was completely ineffective, never giving me the advertised feelings of decreased appetite or food cravings. I literally never felt anything, they could have sent me colored water for all its effectiveness. After speaking with a couple different representatives, the company absolutely refuses to make good on their “money back guarantee” despite that being one of their selling points. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a weight loss solution. What a waste of money.

    I was a little skeptical of doing this especially when you read the reviews and side effects. Every medicine has some effects; the only effects I had were nausea the first week and metallic taste for the first month. Now constipation is an ongoing thing, I have found taking fibers gummies does help me out a lot. You don’t eat as much so you don’t poop as much, lol. I occasionally have heartburn or indigestion, but Prilosec relieves it. I am 50 years old and started menopause at the age of 40. My weight has fluctuated so much but I could never get back to the 130-pound mark. I tried weight watchers and many other programs, and it would work but got very old doing it.     Save your needles! I was perceived as a drug addict and intravenous drug user. Medvi does not make clear that while Medvi provides the **; obtaining needles that's up to you. Not only is there lack of initial clarity but using their method to obtain needles is like pulling teeth. You'll see. Do not toss the syringe! Finding a needle exchange is critical however the needle exchange provide only one-for-one. Do not toss the syringe! Medvi should be clear with patients and up. Talk about feeling like a junkie. The city operated and state subsidized place is packed with opioid users and well, Medvi Clients. Billing is right on time. Customer service is great but overall responsiveness, clarity, well, shall we say like any other corporate model there will always be hoops to jump through. Nothing particularly horrible. I've lost about 9lbs in 5 weeks and while not earth shattering amounts of flab, Medvi provides tools to drop the blubber.

    This one of the worst experiences I've had with any company, and I have purchased a multitude of health related supplements over the last 3 years. Their ad claims you can get 6 months of meds for $149. Money back guarantee, so I joined. I've never used any semaglutide product. I was immediately charged the $149 and invited to the Medvi Portal. This site is not easy to navigate. For 2 weeks my order showed 'processing.' Next, I tried the chat option, seeking status of order. Was told I needed to get labs. They emailed me a lab order and I went and had them done next day. Waited another 2 weeks. Still no communication of any kind. Tried chat again. Got your labs, they said. Make an appointment they said.

    I finally figured out how to schedule an appointment in the app. One week. Joined the meeting. They asked, are you using meds? No, never received. You need labs, they said. Done, I said. You need to schedule an appointment, they said. Isn't this an appointment? With one of our providers, which you can't do on the app. Have to call. Within minutes I was charged an additional $300, for month 2. Wait, what? I haven't even received month 1! I thought it was $149 for first 6 months? Nope. I asked for a refund and to cancel my account. They refunded the new $300 charge, but can't refund the $149, because it was beyond the 28 day DEADLINE. WHAT A RACKET.

    Started Medvi 7 weeks ago. I had also drastically changed my diet (1800-2000 cal/day), exercise daily including getting 10K steps. Ensuring enough sleep. Lost 8 lbs week 1, then 4 weeks of less than a lb loss. And now 2 weeks where I’ve actually gained 2 lbs. I have not cheated once. Dosages properly administered by a nurse. Either the medication doesn’t work for me at all or the dosages aren’t enough. At 59, 276 lbs, it’s pretty frustrating. Of course the Medvi folks are useless and just point to “plateaus”.

    Be very aware of the bait and switch pricing! Based on recommendations from my doctor to lower my A1C, I started compounded Tirzepatide with the $149 promo pricing. I’ve taken brand name Tirzepatide before, so I was familiar with the experience (unfortunately, insurance does not cover brand name anymore unless diabetic). I experienced mild weight loss on the compounded formula the first month. When the time came for the prescription renewal request (month 2), I filled out all requested information and looked for information regarding the new medication price. I did not receive any invoice to approve. Instead, I received an invoice and receipt in the same email with a new price of $399.01 billed to my card. I would never have approved this pricing (the brand name is only $249 out of pocket!).

    I called within 1 hour to request cancellation of the order and was informed the order had already been sent to the pharmacy and a refund wasn’t possible. I countered that the time frame was under 1 hour and the prescription could not possibly have been filled and shipped. Customer service offered me $199 going forward to keep my account, however the $399.01 would still apply to the current prescription. This is a bait & switch operation. Work with a local compounding pharmacy and your doctor to achieve the same results.

    Updated on 02/22/2026: I am getting so frustrated with who on earth I am talking to. I am told to fill out assessment form after 3rd shot, I do that then am told I am to early and I go back and forth trying to understand what is the proper way to do this and just do not get a clear answer and this is the 2nd month in a row this has happened. I am doing this EXACTLY as I was instructed, I keep track of the dates I give myself injections and yet just get the same stuff back. Sorry for your confusion fill out the form after your third shot! Ugh… and takes a while to hear back. I didn’t not want to miss my next month doses but I am not paying for this until someone assures me I am all set. Now I am AGAIN being asked to fill out the damned assessment that I already filled out.

    Also, though they answer your chat right away, they take so long to get back to you that the chat continually times out. More important they don’t really answer my question. When I contacted them to cancel the order they told me it was already sent to the pharmacy and they couldn’t stop it which was BS. I called. The pharmacist said they could have to stop it. Called because the order was not filled OR shipped at that time. DO NOT TRUST.

    I’m a current MEDVi customer. The program works in basically two ways: (1) They monitor your levels and your numbers to ensure your continued weight loss, and (2) They make sure you have the meds in hand to ensure you take the meds on a fairly precise schedule. But what happen when they don’t deliver your meds? That’s what is happening with me. I submitted my refill request in time. You took my payment for the refill… and then crickets. I call in, worrying that my meds won’t arrive in time for my scheduled injection. They glad-hand me - saying they know how important it is that I have the meds and that they’re committed to yada yada - but they don’t actually deliver! I talk to one rep who says the meds will end rovers today (already too late), while two

    Other reps tell me the refill is being processed and I “should have [my] refill within 3-5 days.” What!?! Again, your job is to deliver my meds on time. If you can’t do that, people should go with someone who will. And if there’s a problem in delivery - which I accept can happen - you should take actions to make it right positively ASAP.

    Buyer Beware. They ripped me off and absolutely refused to compensate me. Their med did not agree with me, my doctor asked me to stop taking the pills and they flatly refused compensation. I was charged $279 and the price is $179. The second month they were going to charge me around 500 Dollars. Thank God I cancelled. Again very deceptive. Buyer beware. Do not patronize this company.

    On their website they stated that the price is $299 for a multi-month program. And never goes up with a dose increase. But when you go to pay, they don't tell you the dosage you are buying. So I called them and they said it was between $399-$499 for 15mg. program. Which I am on. I asked what my dosage would be and they told me I had to sign up and pay FIRST to get that information.

    Medvi's business practices are deceptive and border on extortion. While I do not dispute the efficacy of their weight loss product, I do most emphatically warn everyone about their business practices. When I emailed them canceling all future shipments because I told them I was obtaining a doctor's prescription, they disregarded my request, and continued to bill me $399.50 monthly BUT sent no product and preformed no services. When I made the discovery on my credit card 3 months later, they refunded the December payment but refused to refund the prior two months of erroneous charges, claiming I had not given them reason soon enough for my cancelation, which they conveniently disregarded in my original cancelation email.

    Had they really mistakenly overlooked the cancelation request, they would have shipped product along with the monthly charges, but they did not. Their cancelation of shipping product did not stop them from charging me nearly $800 for absolutely nothing. They are not troubled by the fact that they collected money yet preformed no services nor supplied any product for it.

    Bait and switch marketing, means bait and switch company ethics! I saw an advertisement for a "December" promotion for **. I went through the medical exam and when it came time to pay, the amount almost doubled from the promo. When I emailed support and asked why, they said they had no idea of what promotion I was talking about - So I emailed them a screen capture video from Google today that shows the ad and promotion. They responded with "That promo expired yesterday" - Total BS as the promo said "DECEMBER". Nowhere did it say promo ends on Christmas. Like I said, Bait and switch marketing, means bait and switch company ethics! Give your business to an ethical provider.

    It was a mistake from the get go. I paid the lower rate knowing it’d increase. But if it meant I’d get the meds at an affordable price, then great. They took $179 from me and sent no meds. The next month, they charged me $299. Again, sent no meds. My account says it’s under review by a physician, but it’s been like that since the beginning.

    I reached out to find out what was delaying things and was told they wanted lab work. After jumping through numerous hoops, found a lab, got the blood work done and waited. Then they “suggested” I set up an appointment with a care support agent. I set one up, but had to cancel it after discovering a conflict. There was no communication saying a medical professional needed an appointment to finalize things. It was a suggestion and I have no confidence that this “care agent” could have done anything to change my spent money without providing no meds sent.

    I saw Libby was offering a coupon for people without insurance coverage for the same $299 Medvi was charging. I already had the script from my PCP, so I reached out to cancel. You can’t cancel easily. You have to call their customer care to cancel. More hoops and even less results. I’m sitting here, $478 poorer with nothing to show for it but hoops and more hoops that I jumped through so they could pocket my money without doing anything for me. And to make it worse, I have to jump through more hoops to keep them from taking more of my money without providing a product or service worth the price they charge. So not happy. At all.

    Double charge on my credit card. I bought a 3 month semaglutide plan at $747.01. I was charged $747.01 twice with in 2 weeks. Medvi recognizes the mistake. Customer service does not help me with a refund process. 3 weeks now and no confirmed refund. Just the run around on the phone transferring from representative to another. Also in the month of injecting semaglutide I have lost NO weight. In fact I have gained 6 lbs. This company is fraudulent and untrustworthy. Credit card fraud, placebo or too low of dosage medication and poor customer service. I do not recommend this company for weight loss.

    I am so upset by this company. They had a sale for Black Friday and I decided to order. Literally an hour later I called and canceled and said I needed a refund. They said that was not a problem. Then, 2 hrs later, I got an email the prescription had been filled. I called immediately and they said they were so sorry, they were canceling it and I would still be refunded. I waited on the line for the other department that was supposed to handle it and never talked to them, so they said they would call me back.

    I never heard anything so I called again the next day. They did ship the medication but not only was it shipped, it wasn’t even the dosage I asked for and I was never able to talk to anyone. This place is just looking to take your money and go on their way. I sincerely wish I could just get it refunded but I have tried for weeks and haven’t had any luck. I am hoping that writing this review will warn others not to go here. Go to your local med spa or a Dr.. This place is a scam.

    MEDVI is great if they send you what you have paid for. On November 15th, my order was filled. It shipped on the 18th and arrived on the 19th. I had requested a refill of Zofran. At the same time I requested a refill of the Tirzepatide. I did not receive the Zofran. My dosage had increased, which means the nausea increased. The only way to request a refill of the zofran was to request a refill for the Tirzepatide too. In the refill form, I left 3 messages stating I did NOT need the Tirzepatide, I only needed the Zofran. NOBODY who receives these refills under stood. I received a message through the app, an email, a text message and a phone call. All from different customer service reps.

    The person who called did not understand, but I was able to help them understand. The doctor who filled the order did not prescribe the sublingual Zofran, which is NEEDED, when taking Tirzepatide, instead the doctor prescribed Zofran that you swallow and it takes up to an hour to work. Needless to say, I spent 2 weeks extremely nauseous and vomited more time than I wanted to.

    I am leaving this review because ever since I filled out the refill form for the Zofran I had requested in the first refill form, nothing from MEDVI has been right. MEDVI charged my card on 12/18/2025 for 399. and some change. Have they shipped my medicine? NO, they have not. Am I due for a shot tomorrow, 12/22/2025? YES, I am, and have NO medicine. I have chatted with MEDVI customer service and was told it will take 3 to 5 business days to receive it. This has NOT been so in the past.

    This is my 4th month medicine I am waiting on. The first 3 months, I received the medicine the day after it shipped. Now with Christmas this week, I fear I will not receive it in time. I am at a loss for words to describe my disappointment. You do not charge your customer/patient nearly 400.00 and not ship their product in time for them to use it. This would be a completely different story if the medicine was already shipped and just late due to holiday logistics, BUT it has not been shipped. MEDVI, I am depending on you. Please do better!!!

    I had been using Lilly Direct for my tirzepatide prescription. It got to be expensive, so I tried Compound tirzepatide through Medvi. When I received my vial it was dark red and very thick. I had a hard time getting it into the needle but thought that was because of the B12. I went to take the last injection and there is nothing left. The color was so dark I hadn't noticed that it was empty. I contacted the company 5 days ago and I keep getting told they will have to get back to me. I am so disappointed and will be going back to Lilly Direct. I guess you get what you pay for.

    Medvi sent me one vial of semiglutide with the medications label saying one vial was sent. The instructions said the vial was for one month. A month later I called Medvi asking when the next month would be sent. Medvi said I was sent three vials of semeglutide for 3 months. I told Medvi I only received one vial. I sent photos of the label on the semiglutide that clearly states one vial was sent. I have sent all requested information regarding the missing vials to Medvi. I pre-paid Medvi for 12 months of semiglutide and the very first order was missing 2 vials of semiglutide. Medvi will not send the missing vials to me and wants to charge me for the missing vials. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM MEDVI

    When I first did my order, the price was much more than advertised. So I contacted and asked to cancel. I got response back that advertised price was not for what I ordered. So my account was cancelled. But my credit card was billed anyway. But the purchase was blocked since credit card company thought it was a scam. I tried to cancel again, but my Medvi account was canceled, so I figured...no worries. One month later, I get another credit card alert that medvi is trying to bill my account. Once again blocked.     Scam. They charge you on the very first day, then they drag their feet trying to not ship your medication until they can charge you again. When I met with the nurse practitioner, she told me that she would send me an order for lab work that day. I told her after seeing many specialist I have tons of lab work. She said if I could upload it that day she would ship the medication that day. There was never anything put on my portal as to which tests she wanted. I've had daily contact with customer service. They sent me her order, which never did appear in my portal. I immediately uploaded all of the required lab results.

    2 days later they still haven't shipped my medication. They delay in making your initial appointment with the nurse practitioner, then she sends you requests for lab work, ever so slowly, and they are depending on the fact that most of you will not have your lab work. But even after you get it back to them they're going to drag their feet some more. They know I want to cancel, but they're trying to not ship me the medication until after they can charge me again. And from what I read from other reviewers, that's going to be a pretty big charge. Or you can cancel 3 days before and just never get the medication that you paid your $200 for in the first month. I'm not sure how you can have a moral conscience and work for this company.

    When signing up I did not notice till after that yes the first month was 179 and 299 and up for the remaining.. Okay... Then I received my first month medications. I never heard from them until I refilled my meds on the third week. To find out that they were using an unscrupulous pharmacy to provide my new medications at Boothwyn Pharmacy a pharmacy that has numerous fines for un-inspected facilities and not quality products.

    When I contact them they ran my med amount 299. through my credit card that had been showing pending up until that moment. Then when I insisted to cancel they offered me 100 off. Nope they had already broke my trust in using a pharmacy that they had to know was being investigated and fined one million dollars. Also I never got the meds, they refused to credit the 299.00 they charged me for the meds I never received. After I cancelled. So Are you sure this is a great company.. I wish it was. Yes, I think the product works but, at what cost.

    Medvi charged me twice the amount I paid for the first month, without informing me of the increase. When I attempted to cancel my order and get a refund 6 hours after placing the order, I was told that it was too late and that a refund wasn't possible. This company is a giant SCAM.     They are a group that doesn’t put consumers first. Do not order from them. Please go through your primary care physician. This is a health risk and this company only cares about getting as much money from you as possible. They take your order, do not provide all of the information needed to understand the side effects, their drugs are not fully tested and you get no time to review after they give information on the prescription. You get stuck with those drugs that you are not comfortable consuming because they haven’t been fully tested, with no refund. They say they are following federal laws, but all they are following is pharmacy ordering rules, which they should have never ordered without consumer’s informed consent. They are a complete scam and are not good for your health.

    I've been getting ripped off by this company for months and tried to talk with someone about it but they just dismissed my complaints. Meanwhile, the company is charging me top price, $400 a month and then they provided me with less than what I need to be able to lose the weight. They know what they're doing, they instruct their medical team to give the least amount for the most price, regardless that, NATIONWIDE, all these medications have been reduced as required by LAW, but somehow, MEDVI still wants to charge me $400 a month. Once of the representatives said I would get a $50 off but that also never happened. They have different levels of approval and if someone give credit, the next level will remove that credit from your account. RIP OFF and yes I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. WOW. WHAT A SCAM.

    I filled out the application, never spoke with a medical professional. I put my charge information thinking the price was pretty good, But I never agreed to membership fee or to ship me injectable meds, I was trying to research oral meds in place of injections. Gave up for the night. Woke up to a $1755 charge and $200 plus charge. Immediately I contacted the company by phone and spoke online requesting cancellation and full refund. They gave me some runaround offering a discount and trying to convince me not to cancel.

    I received emails from zealthy and Medvi. I didn’t realize they were the same. I don’t want any product from them, in emails they promised they never charged my credit card card and they understood I requested to cancel. They sent messages that the injection were being processed, I requested they stop the process, next I knew they said it was on the way to me. I want all my money returned and I would like to erase this experience from my life. DO NOT USE ZEALTHY OR MEDVI.

    This company auto charged and stole $399 from me and won't give a refund. Product was not received. Garbage customer service. Called multiple times, placed on hold several times. They cannot procure a tracking number for a refund, have not idea where the money was refunded to. This is a REALLY REAL SCAM. They deserve a class action lawsuit.

    I would steer clear of this company. They give you a discount the first month without making you aware of a $500/month jump in price. The fee is processed without warning and then I never received the product. I reached out to cancel and I’m assuming I’m talking to AI because they repeat themselves over and over. I still haven’t been issued a refund. Terrible customer service!! And I’m being penalized $80 for a telehealth consult that never occurred. I would suggest never using this company. There are several others out there.

    I ordered the pill form. I was not informed I would have to “meet” with anyone to receive the medication. Within a short time, I was notified I had to meet with someone for a consultation. This alone is very misleading because at checkout when I paid for the pill, it was confirmed I would receive the medication quickly. So that is very misleading. They want you to purchase the medication and then they add another hoop you have to jump through to get it. I work full time, so between being notified I had to meet with someone, I caught pneumonia. I informed the company immediately that I would be delayed in the online meeting due to illness. I got very ill.

    Fast forward to a week or two later, and I see yet another charge from Medvi. Keep in mind I had not even gotten the first medication!! So I emailed them to let them know about the second charge. My doctor also informed me while I was ill that medvi meds would not be good for me. So I took the opportunity to tell medvi my doctor advised against the medication. They then informed me that I would not get my money back because it had gone past the 30 day billing cycle, even though I had not received any meds from them, as well as informing them I was ill, and informing them my doctor advised against it. So I was charged for medication I did not receive.

    I will be filing a dispute with my visa company, the attorney general, the BBB, and many more consumer protection agencies. This company is wrong to not give me back my money. Also, keep in mind they billed me again — and I had not even gotten anything from them. So, stay away from this company. They are crooks.

    This is a huge scam. I followed their instructions exactly for two months and saw zero results. When I requested to cancel, I was told I didn’t qualify—essentially because I hadn’t paid them enough money within their required five-month timeframe. If you want medication that actually works and a company that treats customers fairly, choose anyone but them.

    Updated on 01/01/2026: No resolution was ever received! My medication finally shipped after I called daily for a week and it took me reaching out to their “pharmacy” to finally get a direct answers. They figured since my medication shipped all was well. No resolution was offered unless I wanted to go through all this again for another month!!! NO THANK YOU!!! There are far better companies out there to work with! The fact they give 0 communication to let you know the price is going to double between month one and month two and then they just copy and paste the same general statement every single time you contact them! My original statement stands! Stay far away!!!! Do not recommend!!! Horrible experience

    I was previously getting prescribed a glp1 by a different company and pharmacy. The product I received worked great but the raised my price $100 more per month and that became unaffordable. I switched to Medvi because prices were better for the same medication. I started on the same dose I ended with with the previous company but felt nothing from the medication. So next round I upped my dose and still feel nothing and I have a full appetite. I started checking reviews for the pharmacy that filled the medication and other people had similar issues as me…I contacted Medvi to cancel and had to explain my reasoning to cancel multiple times. Then I was yelled at by the rep, she told me Medvi only fills my prescription, not another pharmacy. WHAT??? The pharmacy label is Link Pharmacy out of Texas. I don’t trust this company

    I purchased a 3 month supply of weight loss medicine through them. I spoke to a representative and asked the name of the pharmacy producing my medication and I was told it was Boothwyn Pharmacy. I did research on the pharmacy and found out they are being fined 1M dollars for using unlicensed facilities to produce weight loss medication. No longer feeling the medication safe, I requested a refund. The company only refunded me two months, they said the first month was processed and could not be returned. I never got an email with the shipping or delivery date for the first month medication, never received it. They basically stole my money and are not advising their customers of this unacceptable situation with Boothwyn Pharmacy. I truly only write this to warn others for their safety.

    Read the very fine print. The place where the glp one compound is made is FDA approved. The final compound you put into your body is not FDA approved or does the FDA recommend you use it. Caveat emptor people, these are scams all of them

    I signed up for MEDVi weight loss injectable medication and the sign up offer is at $199/month. There is nowhere that says $399.01 / month after the first month. I called in why I was charged $399.01 the second month and they told me that $199 is only for the first month. When I saw the credit card charge for $399.01, the order was not even shipped yet and I called in the phone # that the online chat support asked me to call and the representative said that she has escalated the issue and that I will be getting a refund. 5 minutes after getting off the phone, I got an email saying that they won't issue a refund because the order has already been prepared / in transit. I know 100% they have not been shipped yet as the order was just confirmed. I told the rep. not to ship it because I don't want the product and I just want a refund. At the end, they won't issue any refunds...

    Medvi has been such an amazing provider to work with. I went from 198 to 148 in about 6 months on compounded **. I’ve never felt better! I make healthy choices when it comes to my meals now. I know it’s important to eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water. I lift weights to keep my muscle mass. Only complaint I would have is that I’ve had to buy new clothes! I have not experienced any sickness from the medication. The only time I don’t feel well is if I eat too many carbs/sugar. The injection process is so easy. It doesn’t hurt at all!

    The billing and ordering process is also very simple. The money comes out automatically every month and is always 399. There are never any surprises. My account manager, Betty, has reached out to me many times to make sure I am feeling and doing well. We have regular check ins as well. I also make sure to keep up with my regular physician visits and bring up any concerns with my regular doctor. I do not drink alcohol and do not crave sweets. It’s still important to exercise and eat a healthy diet, but I feel so much freedom to not exercise or restrict food in unhealthy manners. I'm super grateful for MedVi! No regrets!

    Signed up for the ** with several advertisements for $149… I had screenshot all the ads saying for ** was told it was only for the other meds…should have known then… I had a video chat with Nurse. She was very nice and we both decided it wasn’t going to work for me due to I was taking a higher dose and she would have to start me on a lower one… She said she would cancel my membership… I followed up the next day making sure that it was canceled and was waiting for a refund…then again 2 more times by email…my portal says it was canceled… Then I get a message my Rx is on the way… Several emails and responses that they aren’t going to return my money.. This was no fault of my own… The mg they sent for one month is what I’m taking for one week… They said they needed 24-48 hours to cancel when they had 6 days…

    A months ago general inquiry led MEDVi to charge me $299 a WEEK for services not provided and products not ordered. The initial charges were refunded. Six months later, they again began unauthorized weekly charges of $299 for services and products not provided. My next step is my state’s Consumer Protection Division to receive my refund and confirm cancellation of ALL contact or communication with the company. This company is unethical and violates SO many laws. Attached image is most recent illegal charge from 12/14/2025.

    I chose this company's service because of their convenience, reviews and prices. I initially subscribed with their service for 3 months with a discount. Then, after talking to some friends, they encouraged me to try the service longer, to see better results. Before I even see one of their doctors, I immediately called and asked if I wanted to switch from the 3 to 6 months service, would I get the 6 month discounted price. They told me over the phone that I could definitely do that, that I would have to pay ONLY for the difference from the 3 to 6 month service subscription.

    It took me just a couple of days to decide, and I requested the change. They assured me I only had to pay ONLY for the difference. What they DIDN'T say was that they would charge me $58 more because the difference was calculated on a prorated basis, depending on the number of days remaining in my subscription. They said the process is handled automatically by their system and they were unable to adjust it manually. They told me this AFTER they charged my credit card.

    This company IS NOT TRANSPARENT. They don't communicate clearly. It seems they are more interested in making money, than in helping you. I wish they would have told me upfront, that there would be an additional charge. I ended up cancelling my subscription before they sent any medicine. They didn't even refund me all the money. They held $100 supposedly for the initial telehealth visit where a nurse evaluate if your health is good enough to receive the medicine. I think that is unfair, because I didn't receive any medicine. Again, they didn't bother to mention that the refund would be partial until they send me the receipt. If you want to deal with this company, do it at your own risk. Keep in mind they won't tell you all the details about the charges. They just want your money. I hate dealing with companies that are not transparent.

    Hi- I think it’s important for consumers to be aware of my situation. I will try to keep it brief. I purchased 3 month supply of GPL-1, and the first round of meds were received with no issues. The 2nd round was shipped and received on 11/19 but the medication container was broken and some pills were smashed. I called Medvi, the representatives were nice, asked for photos and explained the next steps for replacement.

    On 11/21 I received an email stating the pharmacy would ship out a replacement after the holidays (we were out of town). I was considered of holiday scheduled so I waited before reaching out on 12/5 via email (replying to the email communication). Complete crickets. Multiple follows since 12/5 until I finally called on 12/9. After a 30 min conversation (repeating my story and being transferred) Medvi agreed and were apologized for the delayed. Stated this should be resolved as they reached out to the pharmacy. Today is the 12th and again no shipment and crickets again after a follow up tester and today. The huge concern is that now it’s a month of not taking the meds (in fact I am getting notifications to complete the refill form for the 3rd round). Will likely request a refund and try another company like HERs.

    Many reviews center around customer service, charging for medication that wasn’t received or questions about the quality of the medication. Patients should be concerned more with the standard of care and in my case the failed duty of care provided and the malpractice around error and failure to provide refills. I signed up for a 6-month treatment plan and prior to being accepted disclosed all the medications I currently was taking and the fact I had a blood disorder that would be with me for the rest of my life. This in addition to being provided on my intake forms was also discussed in preliminary interview. No issues were discussed or concerns shared and I received my first 1-month medication package.

    When it came time to refill I was prompted to call and was told in the email correspondence they would not be able to refill unless I provided a treatment clearance letter from my primary care provider. Upon calling to discuss with the nurse practitioner she told me that that was not required. She even told me that the company no longer required labs which I was prepared to do and share understanding that it was necessary to move on past the first month. She refilled me without issue. After the second month I received the same letter. Call again and they told me they would not refill.

    The problem I shared was that it took 3 days for them to inform me this and that due to their timing for refilling and getting delivery that there was no way I would be able to stay on scheduled treatment even if I provided the letter immediately. The company could have chosen to refill and ask for the letter in advance of the next refill 30 days out and provided a reasonable window for me to request from my doctor. This would have prevented disrupting the treatment plan and requiring me to go back to the start of dosage. They failed to do this.

    Then after showing them the issues with prescribing me something for two months and deciding not to refill given no changes to my medical information or condition, I requested a refund. This launched additional issues. They indicated they would not refund for medication provided to which I again informed them of their duty to care and that I should t have been charged for medication that they are stating shouldn’t have been prescribed and sent by them in the first place.

    Finally, after two months in the medication I had lost 4 pounds. There was no way I was going to reach their claims and like many other reviews I ask whether the strength and quality of their synthetic drugs are any good. I will close by stating that my primary care and my specialist doctors both counseled me and would have treated me with the medications had my insurance covered them. There is not any issue with taking these medications for myself nor getting a clearance letter. But this company’s actions demonstrated a strong malpractice in a number of areas and they have cause disruption to my treatment, distress emotional and financial losses. You should never continue treatment when you can’t trust the provider and lack confidence, they are competent.

    Easy to sign up, difficult to cancel. The cancellation process was very long and drawn out with multiple holds and switching of personnel to complete. The personnel were polite, but the heavy accent made them difficult to understand. They tended to ask non-business related questions either as a tactic to appear friendly or intentionally delaying the process. Attempts to make an appointment resulted in every selected time returning a result of "Appointment time no longer available." This was after 15-20 attempts. They should not list times and dates if none of them are available. They get an extra star for politeness.

    Medvi was so easy to use. Prescribed Tirzepatide w B12 mixed in, for 2 months. Went from 158, down to 138. I'm (M) 5'8 and over 50. Weight came off daily. This stuff made me feel full immediately, so I ate less, and just didn't feel the need to overeat. It was interesting. My brain said, "Naw, we're not eating that stuff..." That, and I had the normal gut nausea feelings the first week. You deal w it. All side effects dissipated after 2 weeks. Be sure to drink TONS of water and lotsa fiber. You're eating way less, so you'll poop way less too the first month. Gotta stay hydrated and pushing things thru. Tirzep pretty much resets how you look at food and the amount that you consume. Its hard to overeat. Your brain says, "You've had enough now, stop!" I'll never go back to how I used to eat. Sugar? Nope, I stay away from it. Ultra high processed junk? Nope, won't do it.

    I eat clean now, and it really is from the medication. I'll never put junk in my body again. Eat whatever you like, but eat very little of it. Moderation. One bite only. The meds teach your body this. You gotta commit to the change in feeding yourself. Stop overeating and eating bad stuff. Stop snacking! The Tirzepatide takes over the rest. The shots every week were simple. Right on either side of the stomach. Didn't even feel it. Needles are short and tiny. Getting the scrip online from Medvi was ridiculously uncomplicated. A few clicks and done. Shows up in the mail in 3 days. Support team emails and texts were great. Getting started couldn't have been easier. 5 mins online. The Tirzepatide was more expensive, ($499 per mo.) but most reviews online said go w the Zep. Was the right choice for me. I saw real results. I now have the body I had at 25. I used my HSA account to pay for everything. Was worth it.

    I plan on doing a 1 month refresher every year (May) for health benefits. If you exercise while on Tirzep, I'd assume you'll lose more weight, faster. Remember tho, it's all about the quality of food going in. All in all, it was a win, and losing the weight was so simple it was a mindblower. Ana in CS was great and informative with the texts and emails. I'll do this again any day... 5 Starz, A++ (Don't think this is some bot or bogus review. NOPE. Real person here and real experience...)

    My experience with MEDVi has been unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional. When I tried to cancel my account and subscription, the company refused to process my request unless I provided a reason they found “acceptable" with Nathan **, Patient Advocate Team. I stated very clearly that I was dissatisfied with their customer service and simply wanted to switch providers—but that wasn’t enough. To make matters worse, the agent I spoke with tried to guilt-trip me into staying. They used reverse psychology, telling me that by canceling, I was “undermining my weight-loss goals.” That kind of manipulative tactic is completely inappropriate and unethical. A customer’s personal goals are their own business, not something to be weaponized in an attempt to prevent cancellation.

    For a company that claims to support people in improving their health, Medvi’s behavior was dismissive, controlling, and downright disrespectful. No one should have to justify ending a service they no longer wish to use—or be emotionally manipulated for trying. If you value basic respect, I strongly advise staying far away from Medvi.

    No stars; that’s what I’d prefer to give, just as I received no medication. I signed up, but decided not to go through with it. I never had a consultation with a doctor. Medvi charged me the initial $179. No attempts were made to get in touch with me. For the next 2 months, with no meds sent out, I was charged $299 each month. On the 3rd month I caught the charge on my credit card. I called and was told that they would refund me for that month, but not for the previous 3 months. They said it was in my “contract” I could only be refunded for the 30 days current. I made sure it was canceled. The next month, another charge. Called again and they refunded for that month.

    This time I pushed it further up to request a refund for the 3 months they stole from me. Again made sure it was canceled. At this point I’ll keep watching to make sure I’m not charged again, while I discuss with my lawyer about suing to get my $777 back. It can’t be anything other than theft, when they never had a consultation with me to see what I needed, and never sent me anything for what I apparently “purchased”. I can find nothing about this company that would make me feel safe using them. I’ll update when this all plays out.

    Even though my BMI was in the ‘normal range,’ my post-menopause body didn’t feel normal to me anymore.     I received a Black Friday marketing email for 179.00 I'm guessing intro only. I went through the online screening process and selected the pill version of Semaglutide GL-1 and then got a confirmation email that said I would be receiving the injection form. I immediately contacted support to let them know I was being sent the injection form when I order the pills. I hadn't received any updates on my delivery so I called support to then be told in order to get the pills, it would have to pay another 100.00. This is a bait and switch operation, beware! I would not do mail order injections especially given my age of 72 without Dr supervision. That's crazy. Correction a week ago I did get an email telling me I needed to pay another 100.00 for the pills. Pills have always been cheaper than injections, so I find all this very troubling. I canceled my order and requested a refund which they agreed to do.

    Do NOT order from this scam of a company. I’m thoroughly disgusted at how they’re running business. Was promised my order would be cancelled, so I wouldn’t receive it, 3 days later, I received an email stating the order had shipped. They simply did this because they refused to refund and knew if they shipped the order, refund was not possible. I’m now stuck with a medication I cannot use and they’re refusing refund. This is after speaking with an online agent through live chat on the patient portal who unprofessionally left the conversation mid chat (any company who cares for customers doesn’t do that!!!), a live person on the phone who said she escalated my case to the designated team and I would receive a phone call back in 24 hours which never happened and many emails. Now that the order has shipped, they’re completely ignoring my emails and refusing to respond for a resolution.

    Keep in mind, I requested cancellation within the same hour I ordered. That’s how I know their corresponding emails are bullshit and they never even cancelled it. They chose to confirm and ship it so refund wouldn’t be an option. They’re a money-hungry company with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and they probably shouldn’t be in business. I have reported them and have contacted the necessary people for further investigation. STAY AWAY from MEDVi and choose another reliable company with good customer service. This place is garbage and so is their agents/representatives.

    Stay away from this company! Refill request form received 12/3 and submitted 1 hr 15 min. later. Credit card charged 12/4. 12/8 MEDVi website indicates my order has not shipped. Called customer service 12/8 and 12/10 with no resolution.. My 5th injection is due today 12/10 and the Medvi website indicates it has not shipped. On 12/10 I requested a customer service supervisor return my call and was told it could be up to 48 hours until I receive one. My medication will now be overdue.

    I have been very happy with MEDVI. The appointments are very easy to make, and it is easy to get support when needed. It is one of the cheaper options when you have to pay out of pocket. Not sure why people are down-voting it knowing going in that insurance will not cover it. I really did not notice any side effects. I was worried about giving myself injections, but it was really easy and painless. MEDVI is the way to go if you’re paying out of pocket for it.

    Ordered the compound for Monjauro and the process was smooth. Sadly the compound wasn't at all like the name brand and did little to nothing to curb my appetite. The dosage was 11 and should have been great based on my past experience with Monjauro. I do not recommend this product. After getting multiple emails to refill, which I did not, I was charged again and sent the product. There is no place to cancel on the site, which of course is done on purpose. You must call a number that is also not listed. I had to get it from the chat assistant. After a brief wait on the phone, they did issue the refund.

    I was taking ** from another company and was shopping for a better price. I was NOT at a starter level when I applied to Medvi, yet they immediately sent me the lowest dose, which wasn't helpful. I believe I told them upfront that I was already, and currently, on a higher dose of ** but now my record shows NO previous use. It, of course, wouldn't be in my best interests to misrepresent my situation.

    I've been trapped in a nonsensical round of emails ever since. They will not refund my original payment nor give me a higher dose without going through the initial protocol. And then no promises. A fabulous amount of work, documenting my situation and fighting with them - always a different person, of course. I have now submitted a consumer protection complaint through my State's Attorney General's office. I hope that they see this review and attribute any loss of revenue to their pigheaded refusal to simply refund me or give me a product I need. A terrible experience.

    Updating my prior review and giving them recognition for reading and responding to my negative review and refunding my initial payment without me having to work to escalate it. So kudos for them making it right for me.

    I still would have reservations about using them or really any on-line providers for these meds. They all 'seem to' (I haven't looked into them all) want to get your payment up front without providing a good way to get questions answered and allowing a good decision to be made. They tell you the low starting price but don't tell the cost of the drugs for each future strength increase. The draw is their convenience of avoiding doctor visits and the 'lure' of low prices. But read all the issues many people have had. Many have good experiences but the not-so-good are also reality.

    Using your own doc and a local compounding pharmacy (your doctor should know who they are) at least gives you the ability to get answers and deal with one 'real' person and not a remote customer service department staffed by who knows who and who knows how competent, well staffed, able to give real resolutions, etc. But again, they did at least respond and resolve my issue.

    I had been taking compounded Semaglutide early this year, switching to Wegovy when compounding wasn't available, then was drawn to these lower cost sites. Medvi charges you $179 immediately before giving you any real info. I had just started a month supply of Wegovy so couldn't/didn't want to start with Medvi right away. I didn't save the box so couldn't give Medvi a picture of it as proof of my prescription. No problem they said, they'll put me on hold for a month. The month passed, I tried contacting them about getting started, no response. Compounding was now available again locally so I decided to just continue there, where I have more control and questions are actually answered. I emailed MEDVi to cancel my subscription and refund the $179. Nothing had been delivered. Sorry they said, it had been more than 28 days from my payment and they were 'unable' (?) to issue a refund. Don't get involved with them.

    When you first sign up for this company, the prices are great. Service is great. You get your product within a couple of days. Fantastic. A month passes. The price increases $120. Nobody tells you that the price is going to increase. They just take $400 out of your bank account. I have no problems paying for it if I receive the medication. We are going on a week and I still have not received any sort of medication and they just continue to give me the runaround. I have contacted them numerous times and they continue to not give me a clear and concise answer. It has been a joke and they just continue to say 3 to 5 business days 3 to 5 business days. It’s been 3 to 5 business days, no one will actually give me a really answer and I don’t believe that they're There to help you. I think they’re there to beat you and then they steal your money.

    I canceled my participation in Medvi’s weight loss program. My one and only experience with it has been extremely disappointing and I feel they have been very deceitful in their administration of the program. I followed the instructions exactly as I was instructed to do in the materials I received with my first and only dose. Once I completed administering the injection I discarded an empty vial and injection accordingly. The vial contained a single dose of my prescribed GLP medication and that was it. The promotional offer was to be for a month of medications and complete support from the weight loss program. Thereafter the monthly charge would increase.

    Upon me bringing up to their attention that I had only received a vial with a single weekly dose, and not a month’s worth, they immediately denied my request for remedy. I regret ordering the GLP weight loss medication from MedVi and will definitely make note of it through unfavorable reviews fully noted throughout public formats.

    I signed up and paid for 3 months of Medvi GLP- 1 weight loss program in October - the communication for completing the required steps is not clear - the portal and emails said prescription had been approved and was at pharmacy - After not receiving after a week I called and found out I need to first complet a zoom meeting with one of their doctors - no problem just did not know - I ordered my refill 11 days ago, completed labs and uploaded to portal, have called 4 times and emailed multiple times and still no prescription refill - prescription is supposedly at pharmacy but has never been mailed - guess I will deny charge and go to different provider - does anyone have any other suggestions?

    I paid for semiglutide for weight loss. It has been ten days and all I get from customer service is from a script which does not answer why I have not received meds. I just now read all the bad reviews - boy am I the fool. I have been on hold this morning for twenty minutes now in hopes of speaking to someone who can help. I was just told that I could cancel but I would be charged $70 even though they have not delivered. I’m leaving town in a couple days so I’m at a loss to know what to do.

    I signed up for Medvi and was hopeful and excited. I saw a clinician who seemed to be legit and friendly. That was where the positives ended. I waited weeks for my medication to arrive - with empty copy paste promises of "3-5 business days." Nothing ever arrived. Ultimately I decided to dispute the payment with my bank- and MedVi are STILL trying to keep my money despite giving me nothing. I feel scammed and I hope nobody else has to go through this.     Update on 12/22/2025: When confronted with the statements regarding their guarantee(s) they stated that the statements on the consumer affairs website as well as other sites are inaccurate and that they have made CA as well as the other sites aware of this. They also stated the only site with accurate guarantee information is their official site, which does not state the terms of their guarantee

    Original Review: MedVi is an unethical company! They will not stand behind their money-back guarantee. I chose to cancel my subscription and they drafted the monthly subscription from my account and then refused to send me the medication I had already paid for. Nowhere in their official site does it state exactly how the guarantee works but if you do a search for “what is the criteria to qualify for their money back guarantee," it states you must be on the program for 5 consecutive months, and lose no more than 20% of your beginning weight.

    When you try to get them to honor their guarantee, they state that you cannot lose 1lb over the 5 month period or you are disqualified and do not meet the requirements to get 75% of your money back. They do not offer 100% money back due to administrative fees, which is fine, but they also will not honor ANY OF THEIR GUARANTEE! The company does FALSE ADVERTISING AND USE UNETHICAL MEANS when it comes to being honest!!!! I do not recommend this company.

    I was hesitant initially to try a GLP-1 drug, but after years of being stuck with an extra 20-25 pounds, in spite of consistent diet and exercise, I finally decided to give it a shot. MEDVi was appealing because of its online platform, access to physicians, and competitive pricing. While I had minor side effects initially, those abated in a short period of time, and even more shocking, the "food noise" was silenced. It's hard to articulate just how life changing that is after a lifetime of being so accustomed to it. I was worried that food would be less enjoyable, but that is not the case at all. I still love it, but am satisfied with far less.

    The standout for me, however, has been Ally, the Account Manager I've been assigned to since my journey with MEDVi started. Without question, she has been the most incredible part of the experience. I've had some billing questions and a minor shipping issue that I've brought to her attention. She is lightning fast to respond (even during "off" hours), extremely compassionate, and provides solutions 100% of the time. In this day and age, when patient experience can be fraught with frustration, she has single handedly provided a complete 180 from what is often the norm. She goes above and beyond, and her dedication to patients is unparalleled. These medications can be life changing for sure, but without excellent customer service, it's all too easy to find them elsewhere. Ally is a reflection of MEDVi's dedication to superior patient service. Physicians and businesses need far more people like her!

    There are 704 reviews and of those 360 are ONE STAR. That tells the story. OK, I take full responsibility for not reading these reviews before deciding to use MedVi. How this platform came to rank #2 on the Forbes “best 10” Tele Med platforms is beyond me. How Consumer Affairs only lists 2 “Cons”, is beyond me. Diane, Matt, whose side are you on? I am not sure if there is a character limit so I will endeavor to be succinct. The recurring themes here are that (1). Pricing is NOT as represented. In my case, the $279/mo. Tirzepatide cost morphed into $449/mo. for 3 months.

    I hide my head in shame for clicking. (2). Subscription is NOT refundable regardless of what the website says. Even if you call within a day you will be told that the medication has already shipped and refunds are no longer possible. In my case, I paid on 11/30/25 9:54AM and requested cancellation in writing on 12/1/25 5:34AM followed by a call to their CS in the Philippines on 12/1/25 2:44PM and got a written confirmation at 12/1/25 2:54PM.

    Yet I received a UPS Shipping notification on 12/2/25 6:30AM that delivery will occur on 12/3/25 7PM. Products shipped overnight on Ice cannot go out sooner than 24 hrs. before projected delivery so in fact, the shipment had not gone out when I spoke with CS. I suggest disputing the charges with your CC even if the medication is in your possession, especially if you have written documentation and time stamps.(3). The dosing regimen may not be what you thought you signed up for. Details of treatment plan is scant until you have a consult, and in my case, the meds came faster than the consult. If you plan to “microdose” or deviate from the standard dose escalation DO NOT order more than one vial at a time.

    In my case, I had no intention of reaching the 7.5mg dose, which I was clear about, yet that’s what I was sent. I have no idea about the quality or bioequivalence of the compounded Tirzepatide. I NOW know that Casa “Pharma” is a 503A Pharmacy if that matters to you. I worked in pharmaceutical development for 25 years and this experience has reaffirmed the benefit of branded medications. I will be going with Zepbound in a vial. Hopefully, Pharma-direct pricing will continue to go down making this beneficial peptide more affordable while decreasing the frustration experienced by many.

    Have called 3 times and have used the chat several times - can't get any refund, replacement, or support. Also I question the legitimacy of the product. The med came 3 days late and took 5 days to ship from a 2 day package. The package was warm, the vial isn't sealed, and the label was sticky, i started to do some research - the pharmacy used isn't licensed through the state of texas. I've asked for a refund and was denied even though the website states money back guarantee.

    Currently have had 3 months of medication. First they only provide a fraction on the dose. They give you 85% of the recommended dose they charge you and don't send the medication. My weight loss started in the 3rd month so paid for first 2 months with no response. Takes at least 5-10 calls to get medication shipped even though meds were prepaid. I will not renew service. Of course I need to call at least 20 more times to get company to send partial doses of a medication that was already prepaid. I would recommend going to Lilly directly and getting the real medication in the recommended dose from a reputable source.

    UPDATED ON 12/10/2025: The Medvi team has not made any progress, and it feels like I am regressing. Yesterday, I received an email stating that my provider had reviewed my assessment, and the results were available for viewing. However, when I tried to access the results by clicking the designated button, I was redirected to the same page I have been seeing since November 28, 2025, indicating that my prescription is still under review by the medical team. I also received an email from patient support saying that the issue had been escalated to a provider for medication review.

    Today, I got a text message asking me to obtain lab results from an external vendor to “better” assess my needs. It took them 10 days and a lot of effort on my part to tell me that, and that’s after they accepted my prescription 10 days ago and assured me that someone would contact me. It is also worth mentioning that there was no mention of needing blood work when I signed up for their product. This feels more frustrating than a wild goose chase; it's like hunting for Bigfoot.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have attached a photo showing that my prescription has not been filled for eight days and is still under review by a "medical team." Despite contacting them twice to inquire about the status of my prescription, I was advised to wait an additional 24 to 48 hours each time. After requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was assured that I would receive a callback, but no one reached out to me. At this point, I will file a complaint with the FTC and seek a refund as this situation feels like a wild goose chase.

    This has been the worst experience of my life. This company takes your money without giving you medication. Left me without any medicine for over 2 weeks. When some was supposed to arrive, Fedex said it was an incorrect address. I couldn't talk to a live customer service person on the phone without them leaving me on hold and then hanging up on me. Nobody in the chat could help $700, I lost exactly 3 pounds and nobody would talk to me or help me. I could not leave a review bad enough to tell you what I think of this company.

I am SO disappointed and now I am out of pocket for this company's mistake. Go to Lilly Direct. Not only are they cheaper, they are organized and know what they are doing and everything goes through your actual Dr, and they prescribe the real medication not the compounded version that is supposed to be cheaper that is actually more expensive!

    MEDVi seemed to be doing a great job, but I decided not to refill and was still being charged $299.00 monthly for nothing. MEDVI then stated that they would ship more and place the account on hold for the two months they charged me, starting at the first lower dose again. I called about the delivery that they said they shipped, and I was on hold for the majority of the time, 35 minutes, talking to someone who had no idea what they were doing. I was told to file a claim with FedEx - wow! I asked to speak to billing multiple times, to no avail. Such great customer service - NOT! This is not what I asked for, and I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company! This is ridiculous.

    They will not contact you within 24 hours. The customer service number will make you hold for 5 minutes and then disconnect you. They will immediately take your money and then you have to schedule an appointment that will be at least a week from the time they take your money.
