    Like the others below, I was told one price and then was told that was only for the first Month/treatment. I called and spoke with Medvi and explained what I was told upon signing up. I received a $100.00 credit and was told that I would be paying $100.00 every month going forward. Well that did not happen, so I called again and they said it was too late to reverse the charge. I was told that it would be reduced in the next payment, well, the next payment came and it was not reduced as I was told.

    Also, there is very little follow-up. I had blood work and I have no knowledge if there is any improvements. I was able to obtain my results from the local lab, but im sure no one has looked at it at Medvi. After 3 months, I have barely lost any weight. I question whether it really had the Trizepatide in the vials. I was prescribed this from my Dr., but unfortunately, Blue Cross will not cover it, so I went for the alternative. I will look for another company.

    Initial interview and delivery of medication went well. Then the 2nd dose was due... I filled out everything over one week in advance (per their instructions), they billed me, got their money, then there was a delay with the medication which ended up being 2 weeks. When I called the patient "help" number 5853124226 (twice) I was speaking with someone in South Africa. On my initial phone call, I was told it had a tracking number. Two days later when I called, I was told my dose was "still being formulated". So, since I'm going on vacation, I have no medication. There was no compensation offered, just lots of "I'm sorry's". Needless to say, I will not be requesting any further refills and am in search of a reliable provider. I did not cancel my order as I have read other reviews saying that getting a refund is next to impossible.

    I was mislead by Medvi. The price I was quoted was not what I was charged. When I addressed this with patient support, my concerns were never addressed. I was told that I would be granted a refund and did not receive it. Be very careful in using this company.

    Was given Zofran with the first month supply of Semiglutide, then all of a sudden, after they got their money for the second month, they said that Zofran was a contraindication for a drug that I stopped taking 2 months ago. So ultimately, my second month, I cannot take without the Zofran for the first couple days. But they got their money. I did NOT lose the weight I had wanted in the 1 month that I could take it, and they do not give your money back.

    Absolutely awful company! Buyer beware! They charged me for 4 doses, but only sent 1. It takes days for customer service to respond to an email, then they talk in circles. They're currently telling me that the 1 dose that I received is actually 4 doses, which it's not. And if it was, that would mean that their pharmacist wrote the script wrong. Per pharmacist instructions, 1 vial was 1 dose. They refuse to give me a refund and ask for the same pictures over and over, then say they didn't get them. I have never dealt with a worse company!

    Be careful and ask questions about all of the pricing before you purchase. They will raise the price after the first month. They made it sound as if you signed up at a certain time you get it for that price monthly but it is just for the first month. It did not say that anywhere that I could find. I did lose weight but their advertising is a little deceiving.

    The product works and their contracted care team is great. The pharmacy, providers and care coaches are 10/10. However the company itself is terrible. It is overpriced. Customer service is awful and they make it difficult to cancel. I did learn that if you record the phone call and inform them of that at the beginning of the call then they cancel without making it difficult. I highly suggest going through a different company.

    The “100% money‑back guarantee” is completely misleading. Their definition of success is absurd — they claim that losing even a single pound means you’re not eligible for a refund. This makes their guarantee essentially meaningless and, in my experience, outright false advertising. Their website is also extremely difficult to use when trying to reschedule appointments. I ended up having to call every single time. Customer service is consistently subpar, and a manager is never available when issues come up. I spent nearly $1,300 and followed every recommendation they gave me, only to lose 7 pounds — and they still refused to honor their guarantee. All I got were robotic responses repeating, “You lost some weight,” as if that excused everything.

    They TOTALLY scammed me. I got a 2 weeks supply in one bottle. When I called to explain and complain they said to send in pictures, so I did that, they just said they're going to escalate it and then they ignored me.     Signed up for 3 months of GLP-1 medication in pill form for $857. Problems began at my first month refill. Followed all the steps they provided in their email and was denied a refill. This began a 10 day back and forth of multiple emails and 7 live phone calls, all with false promises of getting problem solved. Each day call again and it was like starting over. Requested refund on call 5 which they would look into. Then right after get notified by email that they sent my refill order to pharmacy, for INJECTIONS which I did not sign up for nor want. Call 6 to complain about that refill and why given I requested refund. Rep on phone seemed to want to make it right and keep me as customer. I told him if they could get pills and they pay to overnight them to me (at was two days without meds at this point) I would continue. Otherwise refund. He said he would send to upper management.

    Next day they call (call 7) and rep says he will set up phone appt for me to talk to provider to see if I can get my script changed to pills. Told him at this point it's clear they have not addressed the issue and best case I wouldn't see pills until next week which was unacceptable and I want refund. Literally seconds after I get off phone, I get an email for my refund. They kept just under half even though only got one of three shipments. Came with a sincere apology for how it was handled SMH. Overall was a terrible customer service experience and a costly learning moment for me. I advise if you do with them keep good notes in case you have similar experience.

    I was approved for this program and the medication has been working great. I have received shipments for two months. I expressed concern over a change in ingredients on my 2nd shipment. Soon after, in response, I was sent an email that they did not believe I was qualified for the medication and need to go to a provider to obtain a written letter of approval - “medical clearance” from a “specialist” before they can further “proceed with prescribing the medication.”

    However, I have no medical issues or history of anything that would disqualify me. And, this was after two of their own providers confirmed that I was a good candidate for the program. I have not heard of this happening to anyone else. I have already paid over $700 for the medication. This is really unacceptable. I would be happy to change this review if someone could reach out with some transparency on the reasons they are suddenly questioning my qualification. And why this is very different from what has been communicated to me before.

    Their website clearly states "We're so confident in our personalized program, we guarantee you'll lose weight or your money back. It's that simple." That is a total LIE. I was on tirzepatide for 3 months at the highest doss and I didn't lose any weight at all. I called in and got a run around and they will not honor the stated guarantee and will not refund my money. I get that this product works for a lot of people - and that's great, but it simply didn't work for me. I'm not faulting Medvi for the product not working but they are 100% liable to honor their stated guarantee - which they refused to do.

    When I started I specifically asked about cost increases and was told the initial cost would remain the same regardless of time or dose. My second bill came and I was charged $130 more than the initial rate. When I reached out to customer service I was told, "sorry for the inconvenience." I would say that unexpected hike was more than just an inconvenience. Coupled with the fact that my second shipment was delayed, my practitioner no showed to my required initial visit, and that I haven't lost a pound in about 6 weeks (despite having success previously through a different provider-who I'll be going back to) and I would say MEDVi is quite terrible at what they do.

    It is strongly advised to refrain from engaging with this company, as they have demonstrated a pattern of deceptive practices. They have charged my account for a products that were never delivered. Specifically, I paid $299 without receiving any goods. When attempting to dispute this charge, I was informed that obtaining the product required making an appointment with the provider, a process that is nearly impossible to arrange. Notably, while they can easily remove charges from your credit card within a day, they are unable to facilitate appointments.

    Furthermore, I have never in my lifetime spent money on a product that has not been received, yet they have engaged in fraudulent behavior. Despite numerous attempts to secure a refund, I was informed that it is no longer possible due to the passage of 16 days since the purchase. I paid for a product in January that I never received.

    On February 6, I was charged an additional $299 for a product I did not receive and promptly canceled the transaction. Although I received a refund for this charge, I am still awaiting the refund for the January purchase, which appears to be an automatic payment. This company should be ceased from operating, and I am considering engaging legal counsel to pursue a lawsuit for the distress and financial loss caused. I strongly caution others against using this company's services, as they have caused significant inconvenience and financial harm to me.

    Ashley my care coach listened to my concerns. I didn't have any side effects. My weight-loss routine is pretty consistent when my back pain is manageable so we discussed diet and adding back fruits and vegetables to every meal.     As soon as they get your payment you have no recourse for a refund. They will process your payment immediately and before you're even approved for your medication. Once that happens, your money is spent. They prescribed me injectable glp-1 when I specifically ordered an oral solution. I contacted them immediately upon notification of what they wrongly prescribed and asked for cancellation and refund. They wouldn't do it. All they would do was cancel the subscription and my account. They also prescribed a second medication without warning. Some anti-nausea medicine.

    One of the MedVi nurses called as I was still confused on dosage after recently switching from semaglutide to tirzepatide. The nurse answered all my questions and made things more understandable. I recently started tirzepatide 2 months ago so I didn't understand why I was already at the highest dose possible. I'm still eating freely so it's all good as long as I start losing weight.     If I could give zero stars, I would as well. Initially, I was told that I would be able to lose the weight in four months. I did not lose 1 pound.     I started with MEDVi only 1 week ago. While I understand a starter dose is needed to help your body adjust, their starter dose was much lower than most. I did not want to be pleased on a subscription that auto deducts payments so I asked them to put account on hold and I would manually order meds and pay one time each month. They cancelled my subscription instead of allowing an opt out only of auto deducts. I have attempted to contact them by email, chat, and have had two 45 min calls trying to get a straight answer about dosage schedule for next month.

    The starter dose does nothing for weight loss and I refuse to continue to pay monthly if I will not be increased to a therapeutic dose. I tried 3 times to schedule an appointment with nurse to have my questions answered (they brag about 24/7 support) but I still have not gotten an appointment for a time when I am available. I can’t schedule myself through app because I am showing as having a “cancelled subscription”. Beware! Please read the 5000 or so complaints on BBB who list them as an F rated business. Read the reviews and opt for a business that will actually be transparent about dosages, customer support, and answer clients questions.

    I have been on Medvi before and it did not work for me. They charged my card for the next shipment but I emailed them and said it wasn't working. They were prompt and cancelled my prescription and refunded my money. Great. But I found myself recently signing up again. They charged my card but right after that, I had an emergency and would not be able to use the product for a while and didn't need the charge on my card. I reached out to them and explained.     Originally, I was very impressed with the MedVi GLP-1 program. I signed up because it said there was an introductory price of $179 and never showed an increase in charge after that. I assumed it was a promotion they were trying to use to get new customers since there are so many options out there. When I received my second bill, it was $299.

    When I tried to contact the company, I got a call center and the same “script” from each person I talk to. They would not refund my money, even though the order was not shipped yet and I had very little time to try to address my concerns about pricing (less than 24 hrs) once the charge came. I asked for $120 rebate since they shipped it and was told no. I have found advertising that suggest the $120 off is a lifetime discount and although I’ve tried communicating with management I have received nothing back and no proof of what the increased charge would was going to be. If you don’t mind paying $299 after your initial payment then it’s probably fine for you. Otherwise, buyer beware because it seems like a bait and switch.

    I feel like I’m working with two different companies. I had first applied and was told I needed a “Letter of Clearance” from my PCP. Of course my PCP said ‘no’; unwilling to be liable for what might happen if they’re not involved, so I canceled. Did a lot of research and re-applied and was approved. Got my first shipment, but the Patient Accounting Management Team couldn’t verify I was a patient. After several back and forth emails, they were able to verify me. NOW…I sent in the “checkin form”, I was notified that my next shipment is on its way and was charged $399. Today, I get an email that I haven’t set up a “payment method” before they could proceed. Get it together MEDVi!! Not feeling comfortable dealing with you!

    I received my order and am very displeased! When I spoke to lady on the phone, I stressed that could not do injections with syringes, that I would need the auto injector pen. She said that would not be a problem. Well I received my order, and it was a vial and 8 syringes. This is not what I ordered or told that I would receive. If she would've said you will receive syringes and vial I would've told her NO. I cannot give myself injections with a needle, this is why I need the pen. This feels like a bait and switch. Not a good way to do customer service.

    Updated on 03/06/2026: I have included Medvi's response to taking $399.50 out of my account. You can see from the bottom email that they state I didn't inform them. I did, multiple times in the 30 days following the charge. I made the mistake of allowing them to make automatically withdrawals following the monthly paperwork that I submit and following the "doctors" review. This tells me there isn't a doctor's review prior to the funds being taken from the account and they take the money and still do not send the meds after repeatedly called to refund the funds stolen from my account. Take my advice go to another company, this is not an honest company, they don't want to help you, only want to have access to your accounts so they can steal funds and then lie about the situations.

    1st issue, you charged my card without me submitting the paperwork required to refill the meds, you didn't fill the prescription and I have contacted you 4 times following the charge to my credit card. The first time I contacted you was within ONE week of the authorized charge and was told the medicine is "probably" on its way. Basically you stole from my account, you weren't authorized OR requested to remove the funds AND you have flat out lied about me not contacting you within 30 days. You continued to give me the run around...it will probably be delivered, we are looking into it, our representative will call you. All lies. My conclusion is Medvi is a scammer. I'll post on as many sites as possible so other consumers understand how Medvi steals, and lies from those that are supposed to be helping. BEWARE public!!!

    We've been on it 20 weeks and have lost weight. The instructions were tiny on the bottle and bubble packs. The card inside tells you how to use it. However... the instructions are spread between the card and bottle. Read the card and I thought that was it. I grabbed a pack and used it... Sadly started with month 3. Realized it then did weeks 1-4, now on 5-8. Granted should have read more closely. But my 3 bags all had the number 3 on them. For teacher sent email they could do better. We also thought we were getting the clear one, not the one cut with vitamins, as the clear liquid was the one shown and supposed to be superior. Next is really weird. The syringes show cc/ ml for measurement...liquid...correct yet it talks about your dose the first month being 1.5MG.

    You measure solids like salt etc...not liquids in grams???? You will never reach a nurse. I reached someone at the pharmacy who barely spoke English and clueless yet MedVi was listed #1 when I did my research. They clearly do not know what they're doing. After the 6 months I'm hoping we can switch to another provider. The med isn't the problem, they are. I do not have my receipt. Again. The product works, the company should be shut down. One star out of 5.

    Many thanks to Medvi helping me to work towards my goal. I appreciate the care coaching and when the appointment wasn’t able to be made by the care coach, I’m immediately notified in order to call and reschedule immediately. I appreciate the quick responsive communication and that there’s somebody there checking up on you all the time not that you felt like you’re out in limbo. If any time your medication is increased you’re always doing a video chat with one of the physicians that also double checks on you and always asks if you have side effects. Same as the care coach. They always ask if there’s any side effects so they really keep an eye on you on top of you.

    They have a ledger note area for every day which is great. It’s like a diary so you get to document your whole day in there which you had for breakfast. If you did exercise. If you had any lunch and if you had a snack after that, so it’s a nice to have in this diary so they can also look into to see what you’re doing each day. Anytime medications are ordered. Everything is immediately sent to you so you always have the constant update. You’re not left in the black of when anything is being shipped and delivered right to your house so you’re never felt that you’re left alone. There’s always someone there and to call them or send an email is very easy and everybody’s very responsive. Now the one thing to keep in mind as the dose increases so does the price of the item so that’s one thing to keep in mind.

    They charged me more than I had signed up for due to their bait and switch tactics. Forget about getting anywhere with customer service. They “escalate” your concern and you never hear from them again. When I continued to call, they just escalated my concern again. This is a shady company with very deceitful tactics and no support once you have an issue. I attempted to cancel my prescription almost immediately and they said it was too late. The meds didn’t ship for a week, and I got three tracking numbers when it did. They told me only “this” tracking number was the right one and it showed as never shipped, so I cancelled.

    The next day my meds were shipped overnight, so they told me I couldn’t cancel or get a refund because I cancelled after the meds were shipped. This place is a joke. I still am waiting on return calls/emails/smoke signals from four separate “escalations” that seem to go nowhere. They haven’t refunded the money they charged me three months in advance for. I’m sure in their response to this review, they will write “resolution in progress” or whatever it says and then it will go nowhere. Stay away from this scam of a company!!

    I never leave bad reviews but I'm so baffled how anyone recommends this company with how terrible basic customer service is. At 8:30pm I placed the order for my first injections. I realized shortly after that I should look them up just to be sure they're legit (Yes, I should've done this before purchasing but I was caught up in finally taking the plunge to try semaglutides). Immediately I found a lot of reviews warning about bad experiences and red flags. I tried using the chat support to cancel, I received an email at 8:45pm that they received my request to cancel and it would be reviewed- if any further details were required to process the cancelation they would reach out. I had also sent the request through the email support as well at the same time.

    At 7:31am the next morning, I received a response: "We have received your request to cancel your purchase. To help us process this correctly and improve our services, could you please share the reason you have decided to cancel? Once we hear back from you, we will finalize the next steps for your order and ensure your account is updated". I replied when I woke up at 8:30am that I purchased by mistake. I figured they had at least put the order on hold after getting my first email, if they really needed a reason before they actually cancelled- which is crazy. If you want to ask the reason, ask after canceling the order. Why would you leave the order in process? Can't help but feel like it's very intentional to lock you into the purchase.

    At 11:30am I get an email notification that the provider reviewed my assessment. And a text notification at the same time, that the prescription was sent in and I just needed to choose a pharmacy. I did not choose a pharmacy, I hoped this would be a hard stop for the process while they were supposed to cancel the order. It did not.

    At 9:22pm I received an email that my order had shipped.... so they just chose the pharmacy for me? What? I called their support number, and the woman I spoke to said the order had shipped so there's nothing they can do. But it didn't ship, they just created a shipping label- it's being shipped via FedEx from Texas so I know there's no way that order is sent out. Then she switched to, once the order is received at the pharmacy it's basically considered shipped and refunds aren't possible due to the custom compound of medicine. I asked for a manager, there's none available but they can put in a request for a manager to contact me in 1-3 days.... I can't believe a company handling medicine is this incompetent.

    *Upon reviewing their refund policy more closely, it states "You may request or be issued a refund for your current billing cycle only if, at the time of the request or cancellation, your medication has not been ordered. For new patients this will generally be upon submission of your intake form if no live video visit is required, or at the completion of the video visit if live visit is required". I requested the cancelation immediately after ordering, the physician hadn't even reviewed my assessment yet when I received the response from customer service acknowledging my request to cancel. Here's to hoping my card provider will help because this company sure won't.

    I ordered pills and MedVi sent me injectable within TWO hours. I would have accepted pills if they said they could send them in a timely manner, but for FIVE days my request was with the clinical team. The nurse I had the consultation with entered the order wrong!! I paid $249 for pills. On 1/25 I received notification my account was closed and my request for refund was sent to the appropriate department. I have been told it takes 5-10 business days and today is day 9!! Just called customer support again and was put on hold multiple times (for 25 minutes) to be told they will be back with me in 24-48 hours!! I am tired of getting the runaround from this company and I want the money they took out of my account on 1/19 back!!

    I switched companies to Medvi and not one time did they call and tell me they could not match the dose and still trying to talk to a nurse. I called before meds were sent out but still nothing. I would like a refund which they say no they can't do it. Please beware. Lack of caring.

    Although well reviewed, I feel like I am working with a completely different company than the other reviewers. I got an initial email and the meds and then nothing. No instructions on how to reach a provider for questions since I’m 3 weeks in with no change in appetitive or weight on their Tirzepatide. I found a support # and had to request a provider call back since they didn’t respond to email questions. Feels shady.

    Do NOT buy oral Tirzepatide, it doesn't work. They don't tell you this during your appointment. They accept your money and let you find out for yourself. My medication absorbed moisture and was ruined. Medication should not do that. I had to make several phone calls and talked to several people to get this resolved and never did get an explanation and it was almost impossible to get a refund. They led me to believe that I couldn't until I was so upset about it I asked to speak to a manager. I switched to injections. They say that they offer money back guarantee, no they do not. The loophole is so big that it is basically a lie. The two providers that I had appointments with seemed uninterested and not anymore knowledgeable than myself after doing research on the internet. I was told that I would lose 30 pounds by March (3 mos). I've been on this medication for seven weeks and lost 7 pounds-all after the second injection, not an ounce since.

    I ended up learning that some people do not lose weight in the first few months. The providers should not make empty promises just to take your money. Expect that you will get different information from every customer service person that you speak to, they charge your card the second that your membership is due and will not let you cancel even though your medications are not mailed out for 7 to 9 days. They do not have direct correspondence with the pharmacy. Multiple little discrepancies added up over the weeks that led me to feel that this company is a scam and I canceled my subscription.

    I will say that after several phone calls and being told that I could not be reimbursed for the oral medication that was ruined, they did take $100 off of one of my orders, customer service is very friendly and you are able to schedule an appointment with a provider in a timely manner. Once the medication is actually shipped, it only takes a few days and is packaged nicely.

    It’s been 2 weeks. I should have my medicine by now. They delivered it to the wrong address and now they’re keeping saying they will send me the medicine once it get delivered to the wrong location. It didn’t make sense for me, but I was like ok.     I just waited over an hour for someone to come onto my scheduled appointment and absolutely nothing happened. There doesn't seem to be any mechanism for recourse if no nurse shows up unless I call to complain. This was an appointment that had ALREADY been rescheduled by Medvi from a week ago for "unforseen circumstances". I had made this appointment because I couldn't find plan/future dosage information on the portal and wanted to ask questions about super basic info that should be easily available.

    I tried to use the chat but it considers me idle EVEN when I have the page open and the cursor flashing in the textbox. It ended my chat several times automatically saying I wasn't active because I was STILL waiting for an agent to respond to me. I've already been charged for my second dose but the portal doesn't show that charge or the charge schedule ANYWHERE. I was charged before receiving my refill paperwork which I immediately filled out. I was then told I would need a refill appointment only to find that there wasn't one available for 2 months in advance.

    I've now been on the phone with your 3rd party call center for 25 mins after it just flat hung up on me the first time. No one can answer if I'll be receiving my second dose within the NEXT FEW MONTHS. Literally every single thing about this is unacceptable and I do not in any way feel safe or that I trust Medvi with even physically filling my prescription, let alone my medical decisions and well being.

    I emailed about concerns with not seeing/feeling any changes in the first month. The RN did not take that into consideration when determining the dosage for month 2. This company only gives 4.25mg of Tirzepatide unlike other companies that use 5mg. I was not aware of the difference and do not like that they claim to be patient specific but were not. I was charged $1100 for 3 months. The only option given by the RN I spoke to today was to cancel the prescription without getting a refund for month 2 she said I do not have to taper of the medication and I can stop cold turkey but I main gain weight by doing so. I am very upset with the RN's cold demeanor and how she would not address my concerns. I feel I was forced to cancel because my opinion did not matter.

    The product went to the wrong address, called hoping it was going to be fixed in a timely manner, NOPE. They say I must call FedEx and get a claim number then call back and they will investigate how this could have happened. Fed Ex doesn’t give claim numbers to the recipient only the sender since it was their fault. After calling back they stick to the scenario that a claim number is needed. But will escalate the call since I have asked for a refund. They will call me back within 48 hours to go over refund. I've been saving for months to order and now it looks like it’s all a scam. Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend. Beware!!!

    The worst company I have had to work with, they placed the wrong order and never shipped any product until I called to cancel/ get a refund.     I would liked to have left zero stars however one was my only choice. Customer service is horrible. You speak to a rep confirming information, hours later emails come out with information that you never even spoke about and they want from you. They told me my telehealth call was gonna be Saturday at 3 PM, woke up at 6 AM. I was checking my emails found out my telehealth call was at 7 AM.

    After speaking to the person about my situation, she approved the medication assured me that it was gonna be mailed out the first week of February 2026, the following day I get an email asking me to go get blood work done to continue the approval process, call Support the woman on the phone couldn’t speak a lick of English and told me that I owe her money, I said I’m calling because I was told I need lab work after speaking to your telehealth representative she assured me that the order was going to be processed. The woman was rude. I asked to speak to someone to cancel my order put on hold for one hour hung up on them. Call Chase and suspended the payment that was taken out of my account that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    They pulled the classic BAIT and SWITCH! I googled and Medvi came up. The website looked professional and they had doctors listed. Medvi stated that it will send your GLP1 prescription after you pay. When I gave my payment of $279, a $100 off price, it was the higher price for 15mg of tirzepatide it said. After payment it promised to update me with the shipment tracking. The next step was to schedule a "facetime" meeting with the Medvi staff. I did that. I was asked about previous use of Zepbound and Mounjaro. She then EXPLAINED that Medvi will send me a compound Tirzepatide mixed with a tiny portion of a choice of either vitamin B6 or L carnitine. She PROMISED that it would ONLY be 15% of the L carnitine mixed in, after I expressed concerns. She PROMISED. We hung up.

    I wanted for an update on sending for the online account portal. Finally She input her report. The report stated the opposite of what she'd said. It said ONLY 15% Tirzepatide and a huge %85 of L Carnitine. They lied. They bailed me in and switched the product. I never got the compound of Tirzepatide.     I recommend you don’t waste your money. This product did not work for me in any way, shape or form probably because in a compounded form I’m not actually getting much of the actual medication. Just more B12. I feel this way because I had absolutely zero of the side effects that they claimed I would have. I never lost an ounce actually gained 5 pounds doing this. If this is the route you choose to take for your weight loss goals I recommend seeing your doctor and getting the actual medication.

    I started on the semaglutide tablets in November, which I had been told by Medvi staff works the same although more slowly. After 2 months, I had lost 2 lbs... and gained 3. Furthermore, with each phone call with their staff and medical personnel, they would begin the consultation asking about my injections. When I'd point out that I was on tablets, their responses were always, 'I don't know anything about those."

    When I subscribed, it was with the guarantee that there would be medical guidance throughout. Yet none of their staff knew anything about the medication they sold me. When I wrote requesting my refund, I was told my request was forwarded to their "bundled subscription department". I asked for contact information for someone in that department, and was told there is none. I did receive an email on January 21 stating that I should expect to hear from them within 1-2 business days. It is currently January 30.

    MEDVi has been the worst customer experience of my life. I had been notified that my GLP-1 shipment would arrive on Wednesday. This was sent 3 day mail. From prior deliveries it said it huge letters on the box refigerate immediately. On their end the made a mistake with my shipping address. I contacted them on Friday and they said my medicine was on the way back to them and no need to worry they would send it back to me right away. When I said by the time it got to me, it would be 10 days old. They said, "Sorry it's the law, we can't refill on prescritpions that have been filled and sent." I said I need safety data, the medication is still good despite no refrigeration. They said, "Oh, it's insulated." I said that is not refrigeration. And by the way if it kept it so cold why would you put on your 3 day delivery packages refrigerate immediately.

    They could have corrected the problem on Monday and had new medication sent to me. They said, "Oh, we will reach out to the pharmacy." Guess what - a week later, no progress. No medication. None. To top it off not receiving my medication has affectred my weight and my hunger levels. So finally today after one more email where they said, "We understand you are frustrated and we are doing the best we can," the same exact message I received a week ago, I said, "Enough is enough. I will call my credit card company for a refund, I will tell others the truth and I will complain to the Fda about you trying to send me unsafe product." There are way too many more reputatble professional medically sound sites. Be safe, who knows what goes on behing closed doors. Maybe none of the medication is fresh which is why that were not bothered.

    I cannot give MEDVI a good review. Their customers service is horrible. I asked for an early refill because I am going away on vacation. They will not refill early and even paid for 3 months! MEDVI has not thought this through. What do people do when they have a vacation planned?? The customer service rep, and I spoke to quite a few, told me there was nothing that they could do. You are supposed to take your injection as directed but the key here is, you have to be home during delivery, they will not budge.

    Their customer service is not local. You are speaking to someone in another country with most often a very heavy accent and it’s difficult to understand. The website is deceiving. There is no support other than these customer service agents in another country. I can’t imagine a doctor that would tell you to take a medication on time but then not help with this issue. The pictures are deceiving and now wondering if what they are sending is legit.

    Complete SCAM!!! I got my first delivery just fine. Then, they raised my monthly fee from $149/mo. to $399/mo. and never sent me my second dosage. Then, they charged my another $399. So now I am $950 deep with only the first delivery. I call to cancel my subscription and obtain a refund. They REFUSED to give me a refund for the first $399 because we are now "outside of the billing cycle". If I could give them zero stars, I would.

    My husband has been on this medication for 3 months and has not lost any weight. He called the second month and they insisted he just need a dose increase. The increase did not work either. Called the 3rd month to cancel and get money returned. They had already processed the 3rd month dose and they insisted again, he just needed an increase in dose. They did cancel our fourth month and are refunding that payment.. We just want our $1200 dollars back as guaranteed on the website, but it’s proving to be difficult.

    We are on a very limited SS retirement income and we have already spent a month’s income on a medication that has not worked. We took the risk hoping it would work and if not, we would be refunded. But since he did not lose any weight, this company needs to stand on their guarantee as stated on their website. We are going to pursue this to the fullest. Please, if you cannot afford to lose the money if it doesn’t work, GO with a different more reputable company!

    We had no problems with the actual service. The issues came when we stopped participating. Even though we stopped the monthly calls and not receiving any product, they continued to bill our credit card $399.50 a month. Unfortunately we didn’t catch it for four months. When we called we were transferred, then transferred again. Finally told they canceled our service and we would hear back in 48 hours regarding our refund. When we didn’t hear anything, we called them back. Long story short, they agreed to only refund one month with no explanation of why they were not refunding the remaining money. Called credit card company and have to wait up to 30 days to hear back from them. So if you want to cancel, make sure you call them as soon as you make the decision.
